- 0:00Hello, good morning.
- 0:01Welcome.
- 0:01I am Samuel Trapp.
- 0:03This is International Flavor.
- 0:05You are listening to DAM Radio.
- 0:09Coming to you live this morning from the
- 0:11Lake Ozark real estate of the art studio,
- 0:13feel free to call in 573-746-8020
- 0:17if you have the urge, although I got
- 0:21a lot to talk about.
- 0:24I want to start with the fact that
- 0:26I love rain.
- 0:27Okay, let's let's go there first, because that's
- 0:29of course the most important.
- 0:31Here we are at the Lake Ozark real
- 0:33estate of the art studio and the rain
- 0:36has been beautiful all weekend.
- 0:39I just, you know what, I don't want
- 0:42to leave the house when it's raining.
- 0:43Not because I'm going to get wet.
- 0:45Not because of any of that stuff.
- 0:47I, you know, I understand the function of
- 0:49an umbrella.
- 0:49I get it.
- 0:51I just like hanging out in the house,
- 0:54putting on, I don't know, you know, I
- 0:57use the one cup coffee deal, you know,
- 1:00with push the button on the top, things
- 1:04called.
- 1:05I have a Keurig, I have a Nespresso.
- 1:07My favorite is the Nespresso.
- 1:11Tasty little milk frother there, you know, get
- 1:14a little bit of that going on.
- 1:15You sit and you get all warm and
- 1:16you put a blanket on even if it's
- 1:20not cold.
- 1:22And you hang out and you watch, I
- 1:24don't know, reruns of, I don't know, Bob
- 1:28Barker, you know, whatever, it doesn't matter.
- 1:30Whatever floats your boat.
- 1:33And yesterday, I took a drive out to
- 1:35my sister's domicile out to her residence to
- 1:40take some photos.
- 1:41Selling that, by the way, if you want
- 1:43any, you know, you'd like to buy it.
- 1:45We got some, some very beautiful four, four,
- 1:514.6, something like that.
- 1:53Acres of pasture, a brand new steel building
- 1:58with two tall drive through on either end
- 2:03and another tall garage door.
- 2:06So you could drive a large tractor trailer
- 2:09through there if you wanted.
- 2:10You could park it inside if you wanted.
- 2:12It's like a, I think it's a 40
- 2:15by 60, might be a 30 by 60.
- 2:17There's another piece attached to it.
- 2:19That one has a 40 by 80.
- 2:21So I get confused which one's which.
- 2:23But there's a parcel with four acres of
- 2:26farmland and seven acres of woods across the
- 2:29street, across the road.
- 2:31And it's a pretty cool spot.
- 2:33And if it was somebody looking for a
- 2:35project, that would be a pretty damn cool
- 2:38project place.
- 2:40Put some cows up.
- 2:41My sister's a cow lover.
- 2:42And I love cows too.
- 2:44You drive down the road.
- 2:45What cows?
- 2:46You get cows.
- 2:47They have cows and cows.
- 2:49I mean, what better life could you have
- 2:51than being a cow?
- 2:53All you got to do is wander.
- 2:54Of course, there is the danger of getting
- 2:56hacked up and eaten by people.
- 3:00Well, maybe it's not such a good idea
- 3:02to be a cow.
- 3:02Who knows?
- 3:03But it but look at the life they
- 3:04get to get a hangout in the grass.
- 3:06Of course, they get rained on all the
- 3:08time.
- 3:08It is pretty.
- 3:09Maybe I don't like cows anymore.
- 3:10I don't know.
- 3:11Maybe I've talked myself out of it.
- 3:12But anyway, you slice it.
- 3:15It's been a raining.
- 3:17There's positive things going on on the planet.
- 3:20Well, some places on the planet.
- 3:24And I'm going to start feeding some of
- 3:26them to you.
- 3:27I finished up now.
- 3:28So last week, I also had to issue
- 3:30an apology.
- 3:31I was engaged in family drama.
- 3:35All last week for the most part had
- 3:38to go to Idaho, Utah, Idaho, Utah, and
- 3:43in Utah.
- 3:47There's a cure for boredom, right?
- 3:49We're off to Utah.
- 3:50No, I went to a hot springs with
- 3:52my sister and her husband.
- 3:53That was pretty cool.
- 3:54And I appreciate them taking me out to
- 3:56places in Salt Lake Airport.
- 3:58It's different from when I remember it as
- 4:00a kid.
- 4:02I in my very early years, I lived
- 4:08in a little suburb of Salt Lake called
- 4:11Midvale, Utah, went to Midvale Elementary up until
- 4:16my fifth grade year.
- 4:19And that is where I remember, you know,
- 4:22some of the childhood nonsensical nonsense that went
- 4:27on out there.
- 4:31And the place is, you know, vastly different
- 4:35than it was then, of course.
- 4:37And I've been back a couple of times,
- 4:39mostly just passing through.
- 4:42You know, I do like the Bonneville Salt
- 4:45Flats.
- 4:46I like Great Salt Lake.
- 4:48I remember they're going for, you know, little
- 4:49kids and stuff when I was in Cub
- 4:52Scouts or whatever I was doing out there.
- 4:54And it was there was there was some
- 4:57entertainment, but I didn't I don't recall much
- 5:00of that because I was too young.
- 5:01OK, but going back there now, my sister
- 5:04took me around some places and was her
- 5:07and her husband pretty cool people telling me
- 5:09about the bears, you know, and I'm not
- 5:12I'm not going jogging out there.
- 5:14You kidding me?
- 5:14Of course, I don't do that much anymore.
- 5:16Anyway, I'm a bicyclist and I did manage
- 5:18to get my fat rear end on my
- 5:20exercise bike this weekend and I'm really not
- 5:22fat.
- 5:23It's just I'm flabby, you know, and I'm
- 5:26tired of being flabby.
- 5:27So we're going to do something about it.
- 5:28It's a very positive week coming up.
- 5:30All I wanted to do was talk about
- 5:32a little tiny bit of my spot in
- 5:34Utah and Idaho and the cure for boredom
- 5:39and the prices for gas out there.
- 5:41Frickin ridiculous.
- 5:44Four dollars and 80 cents a gallon.
- 5:49Four eighty four seventy nine.
- 5:52You know, you can't quite lie about that.
- 5:53Four seventy nine.
- 5:55You save that penny.
- 5:56Right.
- 5:56And in my truck could be thirty five
- 5:59cents.
- 5:59I'd say thirty five gallons.
- 6:02Thirty five cents.
- 6:03But wasn't it was only in February that
- 6:06old Sammy paid two dollars and thirty nine
- 6:10cents a gallon.
- 6:13Friends and neighbor neighbors.
- 6:15I have more than one neighbor, I guess.
- 6:17Friends and neighbors right here in beautiful downtown
- 6:21Lake Ozark.
- 6:23Two dollars.
- 6:25Thirty nine freaking cents.
- 6:28And it couldn't have been.
- 6:30That was February.
- 6:31Then so February 28 come along.
- 6:34Instantly we're paying four dollars.
- 6:38Yeah.
- 6:38Wonder who's profiting off of this.
- 6:41Sure as hell isn't us.
- 6:42We're getting fleeced again.
- 6:44And how do we fleece it?
- 6:45We blame it on some obscure thing that
- 6:47nobody understands.
- 6:48Nobody cares about anyway.
- 6:50When allegedly we're supplying all our own oil.
- 6:53We got our own.
- 6:54Well, if we got our own, why are
- 6:56you charging me the global price for oil
- 6:58and not our own?
- 7:00Right.
- 7:00Because we don't use our own friends and
- 7:03neighbors or they're screwing us.
- 7:06There's only one of two possible equations there.
- 7:09Right.
- 7:10They're either screwing us and taking advantage of
- 7:12the whole deal.
- 7:13No, no, no.
- 7:13Sorry.
- 7:14You got to pay the global amount even
- 7:17though ours is only traveling from down in
- 7:20Texas.
- 7:21You got to pay that global price because
- 7:23we control the global price and you Americans
- 7:26got the most money.
- 7:27So since everybody else getting boned, why not
- 7:30bone you too?
- 7:31Because we need our billions.
- 7:35And I'm not one of those people who's
- 7:37against the rich.
- 7:38I'm not I'm against being fleeced continually.
- 7:41How many more millions do you need?
- 7:44I swear to God, if I had 2
- 7:47million bucks in a bank, I would live
- 7:48very well the rest of my life.
- 7:51Of course, maybe I don't have enough yachts
- 7:53in my in my backyard.
- 7:55Maybe I don't have seven homes.
- 7:58You know, each one one in Dubai.
- 7:59Of course, you got to have the Dubai
- 8:01home.
- 8:02If you're really going to be somebody, you
- 8:04need a house in Dubai.
- 8:06Right?
- 8:07Anyway, I'm just now I've turned it into
- 8:09a bitch in morning.
- 8:10It wasn't it was a beautiful morning.
- 8:11It's going to be a beautiful week.
- 8:13And now I'm angry over people fleecing me
- 8:15for the price of gasoline.
- 8:17See what the price of gas will do
- 8:19to your friends and neighbors.
- 8:20There was a boat Bob Obama.
- 8:22I saw a story on this.
- 8:24I'm gonna try to find it for you.
- 8:25saw a story on Let's see, there's some
- 8:32some really racist stories out there.
- 8:34But there was a here you go.
- 8:35Here's the issue.
- 8:37This story is great.
- 8:40And I have a theory on it.
- 8:42But let's get there first.
- 8:43And then we'll get to my my theory.
- 8:45A US fighter jet fired a missile at
- 8:48an Iranian bound cargo ship.
- 8:51Okay.
- 8:52Now remember that US fighter jet fired a
- 8:55missile at an Iranian bound cargo ship disabled
- 8:58the vessel attempting to breach the blockade right?
- 9:03US aircraft fired a missile at a cargo
- 9:06ship in the Gulf of Oman.
- 9:08While enforcing the blockade of Iran US CENTCOM
- 9:12has said according to CENTCOM, the Gambian flagged
- 9:16MV Leon star ignored more than 20 warnings
- 9:22on Friday, while sailing toward an Iranian port.
- 9:25So the US aircraft disabled the vessel by
- 9:29firing a Hellfire missile into the ship's engine
- 9:32room.
- 9:33After Leon stars crew failed to comply the
- 9:36ship is no longer transiting transiting to Iran.
- 9:40CENTCOM said on x on Saturday, AP reported
- 9:45citing a US official that the vessel remains
- 9:49adrift and US forces did not board it.
- 9:52So now we're bombing commercial vehicles and we've
- 9:56made that okay for Ukraine months ago.
- 9:58You know, it's okay.
- 9:59We don't we don't worry about that stuff.
- 10:01We now attack civilian vessels period.
- 10:03Okay.
- 10:06The latest military action near the Strait of
- 10:09Hormuz took place as peace talks with Iran,
- 10:12of course failed to produce a breakthrough despite
- 10:14optimism expressed by US officials last week.
- 10:17That's only to get us that's only to
- 10:19keep the price of oil somewhat lower and
- 10:22to keep us shut up and and you
- 10:26know, what do you what do you want
- 10:27to call it?
- 10:28Sub submissive, we need to be we need
- 10:31to be just submissive and say this is
- 10:33the right idea.
- 10:34Kill those people in the engine room.
- 10:37Kill them.
- 10:38They're going to Iran is a stupidity all
- 10:41the way across the board.
- 10:43Iran closed the waterway which normally handles 25
- 10:46% of the global seaborne oil trade 20
- 10:48% liquefied natural gas shipments to ships from
- 10:51hostile nations in response to the US Israeli
- 10:54airstrikes launched beginning February 28 and thus my
- 11:00displeasure at the price of gasoline.
- 11:03The US imposed its own blockade on Iranian
- 11:05ports a week after the US has since
- 11:07disabled five commercial vessels and redirected 116 while
- 11:11enforcing the blockade.
- 11:13President Trump has since threatened to resume military
- 11:16operations.
- 11:18The Army of the Islamic Republic stands firmly
- 11:20and resolutely against any hostile move by the
- 11:23enemy, said Admiral Habibullah Sayyadi, the deputy commander
- 11:29of the Iranian army for coordination said Saturday
- 11:32as cited by Press TV, trying to get
- 11:36to Iran.
- 11:38Okay.
- 11:38So here's the funny part.
- 11:40Here's the part that I find.
- 11:42If it wasn't so sad, it is very
- 11:45sad that this is what we've come to,
- 11:46you know, we, the Hormuz were open on
- 11:50February 27th.
- 11:51They were all open.
- 11:54Everything was just peachy, right?
- 11:57But Iran might get a nuclear bomb.
- 12:02Who gives a rip?
- 12:04I don't.
- 12:04If Israel's got one, God bless it.
- 12:07Everyone should have one.
- 12:09Everybody can throw them at each other.
- 12:11Great.
- 12:12You know, like we should control that.
- 12:14We're the only ones who's ever used one.
- 12:16Israel's gonna be the next one.
- 12:19Virtually guaranteed from Samuel Edward Von Trapp.
- 12:22What am I the third?
- 12:23I don't remember.
- 12:24JR comes up with that, but that's it.
- 12:26The next people to lob a nuclear bomb
- 12:30at each other is it'll begin with Israel.
- 12:34They will do it.
- 12:35They already feel blessed in it.
- 12:37There's another article I wanna read to you
- 12:39about that stuff.
- 12:40But here's the funny part for me.
- 12:44Must we blow these people up?
- 12:47Okay.
- 12:47Why are we regularizing just like we did
- 12:51in Venezuela, by the way?
- 12:53Just like we are now doing in Cuba.
- 12:55And now we've done it in Iran.
- 12:57We've made force the preferred method of diplomacy.
- 13:05Force.
- 13:06We're gonna bomb the crap out of you,
- 13:08period.
- 13:09We're going to, this is the only tool
- 13:11we have left in the bag.
- 13:14That's it.
- 13:15And when that becomes the only tool you
- 13:17have left in the bag, you're failed.
- 13:19There's a decline of Europe I was gonna
- 13:22read about, but you could almost as easily
- 13:24apply it to the United States, okay?
- 13:26But the funny part to me about this
- 13:28whole thing, and this is what struck me
- 13:30initially, maybe this will put some inkling of
- 13:33you how weird I think or how strangely.
- 13:36Maybe it's not strange.
- 13:37Maybe you think this way too.
- 13:39But what I first thought when I read
- 13:41this is, very first thing, US fighter jet
- 13:45fires a missile at an Iranian bound cargo
- 13:48ship.
- 13:49Why?
- 13:50Okay.
- 13:50So the first question in your mind is
- 13:52why?
- 13:53And then we know the answer.
- 13:55And the answer is, is because you can't
- 13:57stop the ship with your Navy because your
- 14:01Navy will get bombed.
- 14:04So you can't, why didn't we board them?
- 14:07Why didn't we board them and force them
- 14:09to stop?
- 14:10Why didn't we do that?
- 14:12Because we can't.
- 14:14The US Navy will be bombed and we
- 14:17would suffer losses.
- 14:19So the best bet is to have the
- 14:21Air Force come in, or maybe it's a
- 14:22fighter jet from one of the planes in
- 14:25the Gulf, you know, that they got all
- 14:26this huge billions of dollars being wasted out
- 14:29there when you could probably just take one
- 14:31off from one of the Arabic GCC countries
- 14:35over there and fly over and bomb these
- 14:38commercial vehicles should you feel the urge.
- 14:41And all you're doing is opening up the
- 14:44conflict to further destruction like this.
- 14:51For example, Iran retaliates after US strikes and
- 14:57says, next time we're going to get even
- 14:59harsher.
- 15:01Okay.
- 15:01This came out this morning.
- 15:03The IRGC said it carried out retaliatory strikes
- 15:07on an air base used by the US
- 15:11after American forces attacked targets in southern Iran
- 15:14over the weekend, including the ship.
- 15:17The latest exchange has strained a fragile ceasefire
- 15:20reached in April after more than a month
- 15:23of fighting triggered by Israel and the US.
- 15:27Washington and Tehran are currently attempting to negotiate
- 15:31an MOU that will extend the truce for
- 15:36another 60 days and restart talks on Iran's
- 15:39nuclear program.
- 15:45That's good coffee.
- 15:47US CENTCOM said in a statement Monday that
- 15:50it conducted measured and deliberate strikes on Saturday
- 15:55and Sunday in response to aggressive Iranian actions
- 15:59that include the shooting down of an MQ
- 16:02-1 drone.
- 16:04That's aggression.
- 16:05We're not going to allow you to spy
- 16:08over our territory.
- 16:09So that's aggression.
- 16:11Shot down an MQ-1 drone Reaper that
- 16:14was operating over international waters.
- 16:16It accused Tehran of unwarranted aggression during the
- 16:21ongoing ceasefire.
- 16:22Yeah, like we bombed a ship.
- 16:25We bombed a ship.
- 16:27You answer by destroying a drone and you're
- 16:30to blame.
- 16:31Of course you are.
- 16:33Iran announced the downing of the UAV on
- 16:35Sunday saying it was hit due to violations
- 16:37of the country's airspace over the Persian Gulf
- 16:40and bombing of ships headed for Iran.
- 16:43According to CENTCOM, the self-defense strikes, this
- 16:48is self-defense, right?
- 16:50By US fighter jets targeted Iranian radar and
- 16:54command and control sites for drones in Gorakh
- 16:58and So, you're allowed to take out their
- 17:03observation like the Reapers for observation, right?
- 17:08The Reaper is for intelligence gathering.
- 17:11That's it.
- 17:12And they can bomb ships commercially.
- 17:17Those are okay.
- 17:19But by God, it's self-defense.
- 17:22If somebody takes out the US, all they
- 17:26did was, all we did was take out
- 17:28Iranian radar and command and control, right?
- 17:31That's it.
- 17:32Later in the day, the IRGC said it
- 17:36responded to what it described as an American
- 17:39strikes on communication towers on Sirik Island.
- 17:45The Iranian military targeted the air base from
- 17:48which the US attack originated and the predetermined
- 17:52targets were destroyed.
- 17:54The statement did not identify the location of
- 17:57the base although Kuwait's Kuna News Agency reported
- 18:00that the Gulf Nations air defenses had attempted
- 18:04to intercept incoming missiles and drones.
- 18:08The IRGC warns that if the aggression is
- 18:10repeated, their response will be different and the
- 18:14US would be to blame.
- 18:17I have a hard time with this blame
- 18:18game myself personally because if you're if Donald
- 18:22Trump and company, if old put me in
- 18:25coaches out there telling his people, look, go
- 18:28out there and bomb these places where they
- 18:31get radio.
- 18:31Bomb these places where they can launch drones.
- 18:35Bomb these people during a ceasefire.
- 18:39I don't see that as anything else but
- 18:42aggression.
- 18:43I don't see that as self-defense.
- 18:46I mean, that's self-defense.
- 18:49So I think you're going to hit me.
- 18:52So the next day, I walk up and
- 18:54punch you in the face and go and
- 18:56you go, wait a minute.
- 18:57Why'd you just walk?
- 18:59Do you know you're gonna hit me?
- 19:01So, you know, I'm just defending myself.
- 19:03That's all.
- 19:04This is the length of logic of the
- 19:07Trump wealth.
- 19:09Put me in coach and company.
- 19:11Put me in coach.
- 19:12Come on.
- 19:13I wanna go to war.
- 19:15We need so we need a war department.
- 19:18That guy.
- 19:19So, Tehran's been making changes to the draft
- 19:23MOU, Memorandum of Understanding, after reports of US
- 19:27President Trump sending a tougher proposal to Iran
- 19:30on Sunday.
- 19:33The exchanges on the text of the MOU
- 19:35are ongoing with both parties regularly proposing amendments.
- 19:40So, at least they're passing stuff back and
- 19:43forth through Pakistan.
- 19:45You know, god forbid you speak to each
- 19:47other or treat each other with some modicum
- 19:50of diplomacy.
- 19:52Top Iranian negotiator, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, previously, might
- 19:56be Ghalibaf, previously stressed that Tehran has no
- 20:00trust in promises made by the US.
- 20:03Well, why should they?
- 20:04And they will not approve any agreement till
- 20:07we are sure, say the Iranians, that we
- 20:10have upheld the rights of the Iranian nation.
- 20:13According to Trump, you're not even allowed to
- 20:15have an Iranian nation.
- 20:17We need to blow the crap out of
- 20:19everybody, according to him and Israel, that your
- 20:22nation's not allowed, the only nation allowed to
- 20:25exist, unencumbered, unimpeded, un, you know, un, what
- 20:33do you call it?
- 20:34Well, not able to perform their own expansion
- 20:41is Israel.
- 20:42That's it.
- 20:43They are the only ones entitled to do
- 20:46whatever they want, anytime they want, with whatever
- 20:49force they want, and we, the lapdogs, just
- 20:53follow along behind.
- 20:57That's how it's supposed to work in the
- 20:59world, and apparently we never figured that part
- 21:02out, but that's the way the world goes.
- 21:07But the UK is talking a little bit
- 21:10differently.
- 21:11Here's what the UK says.
- 21:13Israel's Lebanon escalation must end.
- 21:19The UK says the British foreign secretary has
- 21:22said that their attacks are killing civilians.
- 21:26Israel's attacks in Lebanon are killing civilians and
- 21:29must end.
- 21:31UK foreign secretary Yvette Cooper, after the Jewish
- 21:34state stepped up, yet again, military activity to
- 21:38its northern neighbor.
- 21:40The IDF has intensified airstrikes in days, recent
- 21:43days, and moved deeper into Lebanese territory, despite
- 21:46the ceasefire agreed to in mid-April.
- 21:50On Sunday, Israeli troops seized Beaufort Castle, a
- 21:56900-year-old crusader fortress, while Prime Minister
- 22:00Netanyahu said he instructed the military to expand
- 22:04its ground maneuvers against Lebanese armed group Hezbollah.
- 22:09Now, well, let's finish this first.
- 22:11Netanyahu's order will complicate indirect talks between the
- 22:15U.S. and Iran, with peace in Lebanon
- 22:17being among Tehran's key demands for prolonging the
- 22:22truth with Washington.
- 22:24Nobody is watching out for Lebanon.
- 22:28Nobody.
- 22:29And over here, they train you that you're
- 22:31just supposed to equate Lebanon with Hamas or
- 22:34Hezbollah or whoever.
- 22:36You're supposed to, you're supposed to equate that.
- 22:38And that's it.
- 22:38They are not people, just like Russia, are
- 22:41not people.
- 22:42Those are not people.
- 22:44We can do whatever we want over there
- 22:46because they are not people.
- 22:48And they are all lumped into one category.
- 22:52One category.
- 22:54Bad.
- 22:55Why?
- 22:56Russian.
- 22:57Why?
- 22:59Iranian.
- 23:00That means bad, doesn't it?
- 23:02Why?
- 23:02Chinese.
- 23:03Those are bad people, right?
- 23:06Why?
- 23:07Because put me in coach says so.
- 23:11And because Netanyahu says so.
- 23:14And because the Green Goblin says so.
- 23:17That's it.
- 23:18And there's nobody who thinks for their own
- 23:20or on their own goes back and, you
- 23:23know, tries to say, wait a minute.
- 23:24This is not what's supposed to happen.
- 23:27All sides have to respect the ceasefire.
- 23:29German foreign minister, Johannes Waldepoel, said in a
- 23:33statement Sunday that the Israeli advances are a
- 23:35cause for serious concern.
- 23:37But nobody will do anything about it, you
- 23:39know.
- 23:39And they'll condemn them in the U.N.
- 23:41They'll condemn them at the Security Council.
- 23:43They'll put arrest warrants out for Netanyahu and
- 23:46nothing ever happens.
- 23:51This will exacerbate, according to Mr. Waldepoel, the
- 23:54already tense situation and trigger new waves of
- 23:57displacement within Lebanon.
- 23:59Of course, so that Israel can seize more
- 24:02territory.
- 24:04That's what this is all about.
- 24:05That's what it always has been about.
- 24:07And that's that.
- 24:08Twelve civilians were killed, at least, by IDF
- 24:11strikes on Sunday, according to Al Jazeera News.
- 24:15Data from the Lebanese authorities suggest that more
- 24:18than 3,400 people have been killed and
- 24:2110,000 wounded and 1.6 million displaced
- 24:27since Israel launched its military operation against Lebanon
- 24:34in early March, just days after they attacked
- 24:39Iran.
- 24:41So tell me that the attack in Iran
- 24:43wasn't so that Israel could displace 1.6
- 24:49million people and take that land over for
- 24:52themselves.
- 24:54All 1.6 million aren't terrorists.
- 24:58But according to everybody here, that's it.
- 25:03And here's Rubio, who's just completely impotent, spoke
- 25:08with both Netanyahu and Lebanese President Joseph Woon
- 25:12by phone over the weekend in an attempt
- 25:14to push through a new proposal for a
- 25:16gradual de-escalation.
- 25:19Yeah, we've got to get rid of that
- 25:20other million first.
- 25:22That'll be, you know, if we gradually de
- 25:24-escalate, we can keep seizing 900-year-old
- 25:28fortresses.
- 25:29We can take all these old places and
- 25:31then just push these people out permanently.
- 25:34And it'll be all Israel, all the time.
- 25:37And we expand our border.
- 25:39That is what you're supporting.
- 25:41If you support the war against Iran, support
- 25:44the war against Israel, support the morons in
- 25:47our, what do you call it?
- 25:53Legislature.
- 25:54You know, your geniuses like put me in
- 25:58coach, that guy.
- 26:02This will create space for gradual de-escalation
- 26:07and an effective cessation of hostilities, said the
- 26:11genius Rubio.
- 26:12As a first step, the genius Rubio, his
- 26:14plan calls for Hezbollah to halt drone attacks
- 26:17on Israel.
- 26:18Why don't you call for Israel to stop
- 26:22blowing up everything?
- 26:24Nobody's worried about Hezbollah hitting Israel, not remotely.
- 26:29They're worried about the opposite going on in
- 26:32Lebanon.
- 26:32That's what's going on.
- 26:34So, but Rubio, his first step is, no,
- 26:37we support Israel, period.
- 26:39Because we have to, because I get a
- 26:41lot of money from those guys and I
- 26:43won't be president if I don't.
- 26:46So there you go.
- 26:49Let's see.
- 26:51The Israelis with vigor, here's what they do
- 26:56with vigor.
- 26:56Get this.
- 26:58Here is your latest.
- 27:00Senior Israeli diplomat mocks France for calling for
- 27:06a United Nations Security Council meeting on Lebanon.
- 27:09Okay.
- 27:10A senior Israeli diplomat is mocking Paris after
- 27:14it summoned an extraordinary UN Security Council meeting
- 27:17over West Jerusalem's action in Lebanon, pointing at
- 27:21France's domestic, own domestic troubles.
- 27:23Over the past few days, Israel has intensified
- 27:26its bombing campaign in the country and advanced
- 27:29deeper into Lebanese territory, despite the alleged ceasefire
- 27:35announced six weeks ago, which Israel has never
- 27:39honored.
- 27:40The Israeli troops, I told you about the
- 27:42seizing of the castle and Netanyahu said he
- 27:45instructed the military to expand its ground maneuvers
- 27:48in Lebanon.
- 27:49Yeah, there's a ceasefire for you.
- 27:51On Sunday, Paris requested an emergency meeting of
- 27:54the UN Security Council, the impotent UN Security
- 27:57Council over the latest developments, and their only
- 27:59reason it's impotent is because the US will
- 28:02not cross Israel.
- 28:05Never.
- 28:06All the other, they will veto any decision
- 28:10that comes up.
- 28:11Any decision.
- 28:13I don't care if it said, you know,
- 28:15we strung up so many people on camera
- 28:18and put it up, and Netanyahu personally did
- 28:21it.
- 28:22The US would not condemn it.
- 28:24They can do whatever they want, and everybody
- 28:27knows it.
- 28:28So Israel's political advisor to the permanent representative
- 28:32of Israel on the United Nations, Walid Gadban,
- 28:37took two acts to mock France's request.
- 28:41He shared footage from the celebrations in Paris
- 28:44after the local football club, PSG, won the
- 28:48champion league, implied that Paris should focus on
- 28:51its own domestic affairs.
- 28:54He said, meanwhile, in Paris, they're having all
- 28:57kinds of, you know, fires and stuff like
- 28:59that post the other one.
- 29:02And so why don't you quit worrying about
- 29:05us while we destroy our neighboring countries?
- 29:09And then, then you might be able to
- 29:13say something about it.
- 29:15Isn't that crazy?
- 29:18Of course, they did injure 57 police officers.
- 29:22So in France over this victory, but victory
- 29:27was theirs, and they should be able to
- 29:31win.
- 29:33So now we're going to where'd my beautiful
- 29:37stuff go?
- 29:38Here we are.
- 29:39We're going to share with you a bit
- 29:43of a bit of a music break.
- 29:47And this is the final goodbye.
- 29:51Very, very interesting.
- 29:53I like it a lot.
- 29:57That was the long version.
- 30:00I didn't mean to do that.
- 30:01But I did.
- 30:04That was a seven, eight minute one.
- 30:06So sorry about that.
- 30:07We meant to play the three minute one,
- 30:08but I let it go anyway, because I
- 30:10like it.
- 30:11At any rate, that final goodbye is what
- 30:15that's called, as you might have surmised from
- 30:20the review of it.
- 30:22Let's see.
- 30:23We've already shared that nonsense.
- 30:25I've got a list of more things to
- 30:27share with you other stupidity going on on
- 30:30the planet.
- 30:31I wanted to, there's one here that
- 30:40there's Sarah Wagenknecht has accused the chancellor of
- 30:47Germany merits of applying double standards to Moscow
- 30:52while damaging their own economy with sanctions.
- 30:56So there's been a lot of talk over
- 30:57the weekend.
- 30:58I've been paying attention to a lot of
- 30:59the places that normally opine on these sorts
- 31:03of things.
- 31:03A lot of attention talking about sanction against
- 31:06Russia, the forced maximum price for Russian oil
- 31:12in Europe.
- 31:14So Japan called apparently, Japan called Russia.
- 31:19And Japan loves the sanctions.
- 31:22They're used to doing what their Western masters
- 31:26tell them to do, kind of like Europe,
- 31:28right?
- 31:29And so they do what the US tells
- 31:31them to do.
- 31:32If you put in sanction oil, well, and
- 31:36they create themselves.
- 31:36However many packages of sanctions we are on
- 31:39in Europe, we don't even remember anymore.
- 31:42It was 23, might be 24.
- 31:44I mean, I think we'll be at 30
- 31:46by the end of the year.
- 31:47We always got to have some new sanctions
- 31:48against Russia, right?
- 31:50But they're pushing them to the side.
- 31:55These sanctions aren't so critical these days because
- 31:59holy crap, we're paying for gas.
- 32:02We're, old Sam's paying $4 a gallon for
- 32:05gas and his sister in Utah and Idaho
- 32:09is paying $4.79 a gallon to fill
- 32:16up the old, you know, four wheel drive
- 32:19pick them up truck and haul around some
- 32:22cows and whatnot.
- 32:25That was kind of entertaining.
- 32:27They haul around a lot of livestock out
- 32:29there.
- 32:30At any rate, Sarah Wagenknecht has accused the
- 32:36chancellor of applying double standards because everybody's trying
- 32:40to get Russia now to deliver cheap gas.
- 32:44And guess what Russia's doing?
- 32:45So it's pretty comical actually.
- 32:48And I hope to do the same to
- 32:49Europe just because to send the correct message,
- 32:52you need to do this because diplomacy's dead.
- 32:55It's all about force.
- 32:57It's all about benefit.
- 32:58It's all about it's the deal.
- 33:01That's the art of the deal.
- 33:02We're always winning.
- 33:05You're going to win so much.
- 33:07You're going to be sick of winning.
- 33:09And so Europe is very sick of winning
- 33:11right now.
- 33:12And they're just so sick of winning.
- 33:14And Japan is so sick of winning that
- 33:17they're calling Russia to go, listen, we can't
- 33:20pay for all this gas.
- 33:21There are shortages because somebody clogged up to
- 33:24straight to hormones.
- 33:26And we don't, you can't get any gas.
- 33:30How about we, how about Vladimir Vladimirovich?
- 33:33How about you give us some?
- 33:36And Vladimir Vladimirovich apparently, uh, through his office,
- 33:41you know, not him directly, but somebody on
- 33:44his behalf, when the, the foreign, uh, whichever
- 33:48it was commerce or the foreign secretary, whoever
- 33:51it was, whatever interim guy called up to
- 33:54the Kremlin says, listen, we need to make
- 33:57a deal to get some, some gas over
- 33:59here in Japan.
- 34:00Cause we're hurting.
- 34:01We're hurting just like the rest of the
- 34:03world is over the old, uh, Israeli bombarding
- 34:07of Iran and with us support and old
- 34:10put me in coach is making it tough
- 34:12on us all by this stupidity.
- 34:15Uh, so how about Vladimir Vladimirovich?
- 34:18You do us a solid and send us
- 34:20some, uh, some of your gas.
- 34:22And the question back in response was, are
- 34:26you going to play pay market price?
- 34:28Or you're ridiculous.
- 34:30No one can buy Russian fuel unless they
- 34:33pay the market cap imposed by sanctions.
- 34:38So Russia can't get the U S where
- 34:42they can get the global market rate.
- 34:45Even though remember we supply all of our
- 34:48own, but we're still applying the global rate,
- 34:51right?
- 34:52The global rate of oil is one.
- 34:54Well, wait a minute.
- 34:56It's a, we're, we're just doing what everybody
- 34:57else would do to make their money.
- 34:59Yeah.
- 34:59But we're, we're supposedly all in it together,
- 35:03right?
- 35:03No, we're not.
- 35:04We're in it for the rich and the
- 35:06powerful to continue to make all their big
- 35:08piles of cash.
- 35:09And the rest of us in the United
- 35:11States get the shaft.
- 35:12That's how it works.
- 35:13And then now Russia has said, well, Japan,
- 35:17you get the shaft too, you know, but,
- 35:20but, but you can put sanctions on Russian
- 35:22go.
- 35:22Nah, most you can get for your oil.
- 35:25You can't get the global rate.
- 35:26All you can get is whatever the amount
- 35:30was, I think it's $64 and they've been
- 35:32trying to lower it steadily.
- 35:34They've been keeping on pushing it lower and
- 35:36lower.
- 35:36We'll let you buy it, but you can't
- 35:38buy it for more than $60 a barrel,
- 35:42you know?
- 35:43And so Russia loses all this money on
- 35:45the barrels because of these sanctions and it's
- 35:47still profitable for them.
- 35:49So imagine how profitable it is in the
- 35:51United States who isn't limited by this.
- 35:54And according to certain people, they aren't important
- 35:56at all anyway.
- 35:58We supply that all here, right?
- 36:00So we pay the global rate because it's
- 36:03a global price.
- 36:04And so we get shafted just as much
- 36:07as the rest of the world and just
- 36:10as much as Russia, because we're just people,
- 36:13right?
- 36:14So we shaft everyone and the, and the
- 36:17same old people get, you know, Elon Musk
- 36:20gets to be a trillionaire soon if he's
- 36:22not already.
- 36:23Right?
- 36:24And I mean, seriously, what's he ever going
- 36:26to do with that?
- 36:27Seriously, never going to happen.
- 36:30Anyway, the Russians told the Japanese guy, well,
- 36:34if you're not willing to pay the market
- 36:36rate, kiss our hairy white behinds.
- 36:39See you later.
- 36:40And that was the end of that negotiation.
- 36:42Europe is in the same scenario right now.
- 36:45They want to reduce sanctions, put them on
- 36:50hold for a month, you know, whatever.
- 36:53Why?
- 36:54Or until the end of the Iranian conflict.
- 36:58So you create your own conflicts all over
- 37:00the world, blame other people for it all.
- 37:04And then try to force the people that
- 37:06you're blaming to accept your framing of how
- 37:10you, how the world is supposed to be
- 37:13so that the same old people can make
- 37:15the same old huge piles of You want
- 37:17to talk about the proper advertising for the
- 37:22global order?
- 37:24And the blood, you know, several days ago,
- 37:27I was watching, you know, in my travels
- 37:29sitting on a plane, I was watching one
- 37:32of the Tom Cruise ones, I forget which
- 37:34one, which Mission Impossible, there's like 80 of
- 37:37them, but one of the Mission Impossibles.
- 37:40And one of the bad guys was talking
- 37:42about the destruction of the of the global
- 37:46world order and tearing it down.
- 37:51Well, that appeals to those of us who
- 37:53are normal.
- 37:54We're tired of this crap.
- 37:56That's what we thought Donald Trump was doing.
- 37:59There's still people out there who believe that's
- 38:01what's going on is Donald Trump is destroying
- 38:03the world order.
- 38:05I was always skeptical of that.
- 38:07And I'm even more so now, especially with
- 38:10put me in coach and and company in
- 38:13charge and the same old neocons in charge
- 38:17that have been in charge all along.
- 38:21There was a little bit of a hiccup
- 38:22there for a while.
- 38:23But Trumpster is not going to be around
- 38:25forever.
- 38:26And as soon as he's gone, we go
- 38:28straight back to where it is.
- 38:29And arguably, we're right back there now.
- 38:32And I don't know, I could be convinced
- 38:34J.R.'s of the planet who I just
- 38:38think the guy is awesome.
- 38:41J.R. I mean, I don't want to
- 38:44go too far.
- 38:45I know J.R. J.R. is just
- 38:46a good dude.
- 38:48Okay.
- 38:48And the but these other people, I don't
- 38:52have the same faith in let's put it
- 38:54that way.
- 38:54And I try to convince J.R. and
- 38:57I know he tries to convince me but
- 38:59you know, I respect his opinion.
- 39:01I'm pretty sure he respects mine, or at
- 39:03least allows me to have it without ridiculing
- 39:06me too much.
- 39:07I think he did last week on his
- 39:08show.
- 39:08And I called him on it because I
- 39:10heard it, but I was only half listening
- 39:12because I have him on in the background,
- 39:14you know, whilst I'm working doing some other
- 39:16stuff and he put something in there about
- 39:17I forget what it was, but I said
- 39:20something about Trumpster getting us into world wars
- 39:23and not being able to get out of
- 39:25them or something like that.
- 39:26He's going to have us at a war
- 39:27with everything and I stand by my words.
- 39:30These are my words.
- 39:31I make them up and I make them
- 39:33up.
- 39:34I don't make them up.
- 39:35I consider things and put together my theories
- 39:38on them and I believe we're headed for
- 39:40the destruction of the same old world order
- 39:43anyway.
- 39:44I just don't think Trump's the one driving
- 39:46the train.
- 39:47That's what I don't believe.
- 39:49I believe over here we're on the last
- 39:51throes of globalism and we're trying hard to
- 39:55keep it in place.
- 39:57And what's going on in Hormuz is one
- 40:00of those things that is the last of
- 40:03the we're in charge of the planet sort
- 40:07of thing.
- 40:08I believe that what happened in China between
- 40:12Trump and Xi Jinping wasn't necessarily positive for
- 40:16the United States and it wasn't negative.
- 40:20I mean it wasn't a bad trip, but
- 40:22what did we get out of it?
- 40:23Nothing.
- 40:24Some more money for a couple of big
- 40:26money people, but nothing else.
- 40:28You know when I always say this, but
- 40:31when Putin goes to China and they always
- 40:33come out with a couple of deals between
- 40:36countries, not between companies.
- 40:39You know company deals Elon Musk gets to
- 40:43go and get a cheaper.
- 40:45I don't know widget Elon Musk gets a
- 40:48cheaper widget Elon Musk and company get to
- 40:51make something a little bit cheaper going to
- 40:54China.
- 40:54Great Boeing gets to sell 200 instead of
- 40:58400 planes.
- 40:59Okay.
- 41:00Also great.
- 41:01But what did the countries get?
- 41:05Okay.
- 41:06Trump's focus is always on the deal.
- 41:09Today's deal.
- 41:10He still equates success with deals between companies,
- 41:16financial deals amongst his allies, his money people
- 41:21and Elon Musk and all that.
- 41:24He's still in that category.
- 41:27Okay, but it's all individual money and that
- 41:31little money.
- 41:32It might trickle down to some of you.
- 41:34Maybe you should invest in Palantir.
- 41:36You know whoever everybody else is investing in,
- 41:39but trust me your money that you make
- 41:41off it is minuscule compared to theirs and
- 41:45that is not so on the Russian people
- 41:49versus in the Chinese people.
- 41:51They get large infrastructure projects that will be
- 41:54like I explained to you about all the
- 41:56crossing the river between well the border.
- 42:00I mean some of it's over a river
- 42:02between Russia and China, which is some 4000
- 42:06kilometers.
- 42:07So it's lengthy and there's all kinds of
- 42:11commerce going on there and that for generations
- 42:14will be a positive scenario because they're building
- 42:19trade connections, real trade connections, not company to
- 42:24company, but people to people, culture to culture.
- 42:28That's what's building over there and now they're
- 42:31trying to change the entire face of Southeast
- 42:34Asia or the Far East and having been
- 42:39there personally and really, really loving it.
- 42:43The countries and I want Mongolia that's on
- 42:46my list and I should get my passport
- 42:49back anytime.
- 42:50I hope you know I sent it away
- 42:52a week or so ago and they said
- 42:54it would take two three weeks to finalize
- 42:57so I get my visa for Russia because
- 43:00I'm going back and I want to get
- 43:02in and my favorite places over there.
- 43:05I'd love to go to the Chinese border
- 43:07and see some of this stuff next year.
- 43:09The BRICS conference in China this year.
- 43:11It's in India.
- 43:12I'm trying to figure out the September October
- 43:14visit to go to BRICS and get that
- 43:17arranged to go to where is it at
- 43:21New Delhi?
- 43:22I can't remember and to go into India,
- 43:26but they're creating they're creating long term structure.
- 43:30So when the double standards of the economy
- 43:36that happen everywhere when you talk about sanctions,
- 43:40you know this is what we're doing to
- 43:41Iran to Iran came unglued on the BRICS
- 43:45stage not long ago a couple of weeks
- 43:47ago.
- 43:48They went for the foreign ministers appearances at
- 43:50BRICS and the Iranian foreign minister went ballistic
- 43:54on these people on all the BRICS countries.
- 43:57In fact, the West took great pleasure in
- 44:00saying look BRICS is dying.
- 44:03BRICS is dead.
- 44:04BRICS is not dead.
- 44:06BRICS is not a defense organization.
- 44:10BRICS is an economic structure and it's an
- 44:13economic with a new bank.
- 44:15The new development bank.
- 44:17They have new payment projects where people are
- 44:20allowed to have other places.
- 44:22That's why Iran.
- 44:23It's so important to them and why they're
- 44:25so pissed off about it, but they take
- 44:27most of their payments in Yuan and in
- 44:29ruble and rupee and so does everybody else
- 44:31in that entire area and they are short
- 44:34changing the dollar and this is this is
- 44:37what Trump is pissed off about.
- 44:39You don't want that.
- 44:41You don't want people.
- 44:42What if what if to cross the Straits
- 44:45of Hormuz and I can imagine and I
- 44:47know it's part of the terms is all
- 44:50of the Iranian things have said listen that
- 44:54is not international water.
- 44:57The Straits of Hormuz are not international waters
- 45:00and they're not you know, it's a it's
- 45:02a definition and that does not meet the
- 45:04definition of international waters international waters are 23
- 45:09miles across.
- 45:12This is only 21 or something like that
- 45:14and and your own international border stretches something
- 45:19like 12 miles out right so Oman on
- 45:22the one side at the at the narrowest
- 45:24part Oman on the one side and I
- 45:27ran on the other between the two of
- 45:30them.
- 45:30They have 24 miles.
- 45:32Well, it's only 23 is a joint sliver
- 45:35in the middle.
- 45:36That is a mile that is owned by
- 45:38both, you know that is actually on the
- 45:41territory of both Oman and Iran.
- 45:47That is your own country.
- 45:50Why can't you block it off?
- 45:51I'm not saying I'm all for blocking it
- 45:53off.
- 45:53I'm saying it's it's always been open and
- 45:56if you continue to to torment and treat
- 45:59people this way and you know bomb them
- 46:03indiscriminately for Israel.
- 46:06Somebody's bound to do something about it and
- 46:10they don't like it and by the way
- 46:12many other countries have similar straights where people
- 46:17have to pay to get out of the
- 46:19Red Sea right.
- 46:21You gotta pay there to get out of
- 46:23to go around.
- 46:25Where is it in South Southeast Asia?
- 46:27I forget the name of the straight, but
- 46:29now I remember the name of the country,
- 46:35but the name of the country over there.
- 46:39New Zealand.
- 46:40Yes.
- 46:41There you go outside of New Zealand.
- 46:43You try to get outside of there and
- 46:44you gotta pay you can't just go through
- 46:47you.
- 46:48You must pay and that's and many other
- 46:50places in the world where you gotta pay
- 46:52and it's between the countries and the countries
- 46:56make money off of that.
- 46:57That's part of their deal and so why
- 47:01you know it costs you a million bucks
- 47:03plus to get your ship through the Panama
- 47:05Canal million bucks and that place falling apart.
- 47:09It's old you know and and it needs
- 47:11some upgrades and so China went to do
- 47:13it and in the very first part of
- 47:14his term old Trumpster said that he had
- 47:16a member.
- 47:16He tried to boot him out or he
- 47:18did boot him out of the eastern end
- 47:20of the Panama Canal.
- 47:22China get him out of there and made
- 47:26it.
- 47:26You know then he did the same thing
- 47:27in Venezuela.
- 47:28He's doing that you know it's stolen the
- 47:31Venezuelan oil from China and you know he
- 47:35just made no bones about it first.
- 47:38It was narco terrorism remember that so all
- 47:40these economic victories.
- 47:42I wonder how long they're going to be
- 47:44victories because the day is coming where the
- 47:48and it's not gonna be in my lifetime
- 47:50even probably and I still got some time
- 47:53left a few days.
- 47:54You know I got something and so, but
- 47:57in but in my lifetime, it's not gonna
- 47:59change from where it is, but our children
- 48:01are gonna see it.
- 48:03Our children are gonna see a new world
- 48:05order that isn't dominated by the United States.
- 48:08Maybe they can figure out how to get
- 48:10along.
- 48:11Maybe they can figure out that diplomacy is
- 48:14really an art that has been lost and
- 48:17force and the heart of the deal aren't
- 48:20the way to run the planet.
- 48:22You know at least not the art of
- 48:24the deal of a company and several guys
- 48:27making the big fortunes and everybody else losing
- 48:30their ass.
- 48:31You know maybe we should long for the
- 48:34Star Trek next generation.
- 48:35You know we don't need money anymore.
- 48:38We got rid of all those disputes as
- 48:39they as they claim, but everywhere they talk
- 48:43about the double standards and most recently the
- 48:46veteran German politician Sarah Wagenknecht tore into Mertz's
- 48:52Russian policy.
- 48:54Germany's policy on Russia is full of contradictions,
- 48:59says Sarah.
- 49:01She accuses Berlin of punishing Moscow over alleged
- 49:05violations of international law, but excusing similar accusations
- 49:11against the United States.
- 49:14Quite true and damages its own economy in
- 49:19the process, speaking at a public appearance in
- 49:22Berlin this week.
- 49:25Wagenknecht took aim at Chancellor Friedrich Mertz's support
- 49:28for the Western sanctions on Russia and his
- 49:32own stance on international law.
- 49:35And I you know I wonder if this
- 49:37is in English.
- 49:37I should play it for you.
- 49:39I think it is.
- 49:40Let me see if I can hear it
- 49:41first and then we will see if it
- 49:43is in in English.
- 49:45No, it's only in it's only in in
- 49:49German, so I can't do it unfortunately, but
- 49:52I could read the the the actual for
- 49:55you, but her speech.
- 49:56There's a good block of it.
- 49:58I'm going to read out for you ready.
- 49:59Russia's oil and gas sell like hot cakes
- 50:03all over the world, and we act as
- 50:06if we could end this war simply by
- 50:08stopping our own purchase of that oil.
- 50:11People say that because Russia has violated international
- 50:15law, we must impose sanctions.
- 50:19But when the US violates international law, Mr
- 50:23Mertz stands in front of the camera and
- 50:26tells us that international law is actually outdated.
- 50:30So for the US, it's outdated, but when
- 50:34Russia violates it, we have to completely ruin
- 50:37our own economy because we have to impose
- 50:40sanctions.
- 50:41Nothing adds up with this policy and she's
- 50:46absolutely right.
- 50:48Since the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in
- 50:502022, the EU has imposed 20 rounds of
- 50:54sanctions more than that 20.
- 50:56I thought it was we're up to 23,
- 50:58so I don't this reporting whoever I think
- 51:01they're well, maybe I'm wrong.
- 51:02Who knows, but the EU has imposed 20
- 51:04rounds of sanctions targeting Russia's economy and energy
- 51:08while seeking to phase out Russian fossil fuels.
- 51:13Russia has redirected its energy exports to Russia
- 51:16as we follow here all the time.
- 51:19According to US Energy Information Administration data, Asia
- 51:23and Oceania now account for 81% of
- 51:27Russian crude exports in 2024.
- 51:33And China and India have emerged as Russia's
- 51:35largest customers.
- 51:37And rightly so, by the way, instead of
- 51:39Europe, I mean, they're right there.
- 51:40They got pipelines going through.
- 51:42Meanwhile, and we blow up the pipelines, you
- 51:45know, Joe Biden, maybe he was the art
- 51:47of the deal guy.
- 51:48Joe Biden encourages the Ukrainians.
- 51:51I don't even know that I believe that
- 51:52story, but they blow up Nord Stream 2,
- 51:55which was going to provide cheap gas to
- 51:57Germany for a very long time.
- 52:01And now they're trying to purchase it for
- 52:03nothing.
- 52:04You know, the West is, I forget the
- 52:06guy's name, but he was, was it Bloomberg?
- 52:09I can't remember who was going to buy
- 52:10it.
- 52:11Some extremely wealthy guy over here wanted to
- 52:13buy Nord Stream 2 for pennies on the
- 52:16dollar and then do what?
- 52:18Buy Russian gas, but he's got to buy
- 52:20it from Russia.
- 52:21But, you know, Russia owns like 49%
- 52:24of it or something.
- 52:26But I can't remember.
- 52:27The details on that are still crazy, but
- 52:29you should take, take a charge of it.
- 52:33Somebody, oh, maybe Trump will just take charge
- 52:35of it and, you know, say, you know,
- 52:37we're the biggest.
- 52:38We'll take it and we'll put USLNG in
- 52:41it.
- 52:41We'll finish that pipeline all the way into
- 52:44Canada because Canada is our 51st state.
- 52:46We'll go through Greenland.
- 52:48You know, there's supposedly some talks about the
- 52:50US taking southern Greenland, by the way, and
- 52:52boy, I'm all over the map today.
- 52:54Let me finish this story.
- 52:56Germany has entered a recession in 2023 as
- 53:00industries grappled with higher energy costs after the
- 53:03loss of Russian gas, much of it replaced
- 53:06by more expensive, far more expensive United States
- 53:10LNG imports.
- 53:12Western governments accuse Russia of violating international law
- 53:15in Ukraine, a charge that Moscow, of course,
- 53:20rejects.
- 53:21Wagenknecht contrasted this with Western responses to US
- 53:25military actions, including Venezuela, including Iran.
- 53:32In March, Merz declined to question the legality
- 53:35of US actions in Iran.
- 53:37Well, you don't even question Greenland anymore.
- 53:41Allegedly, there's something the US is in talks
- 53:43to take the southern chunk of Greenland and
- 53:46that they say it's actually going to happen,
- 53:50arguing that it was not the time to
- 53:52lecture allies about international law.
- 53:55This Merz opponent sees on his remarks as
- 53:58evidence that Berlin applies different standards to the
- 54:01US and Russia.
- 54:02Well, they do.
- 54:02They all do.
- 54:03Wagenknecht leads the Sarah Wagenknecht Alliance, which has
- 54:07become an influential voice in German debates over
- 54:09Russia, sanctions, immigration, energy policy, despite narrowly missing
- 54:14entry into the Bundestag in 2025 federal elections.
- 54:18But they're very influential.
- 54:20And this stuff is, is coming and getting
- 54:23larger are the jokes of the United States
- 54:26and Europe on all of this.
- 54:30It's still, still the same, still the same.
- 54:36Let's see here.
- 54:37We want to play one more song whilst
- 54:43we take a bit of a break.
- 54:44How do you feel about that?
- 54:47What are your thoughts on that?
- 54:50Yeah, I like this one too.
- 54:52This one's pretty cool.
- 54:54Enjoy.
- 54:57I like that.
- 54:58Good stuff, Maynard.
- 55:00Okay.
- 55:00That was a long play song too, though,
- 55:03sadly for us, because you don't get to
- 55:04hear me as much as that beautiful music,
- 55:07which I truly enjoy.
- 55:09And I can listen to that stuff.
- 55:10In fact, I do often listen to that
- 55:12type of music in the background, and just
- 55:14leave it up and running.
- 55:16Kind of good stuff, Maynard.
- 55:18So there's something I wanted to share to
- 55:21you just because there are two stories that
- 55:24I'm hoping to finish.
- 55:25And I think I can do this.
- 55:27And one has to do with Cuba and
- 55:29the Scott Ritter.
- 55:30It's an opinion piece.
- 55:31It's pretty long.
- 55:33And then the other one is a much
- 55:34shorter one, but I have some commentary to
- 55:37add on it.
- 55:38So over the weekend, Candace Owens posted pictures
- 55:46of her something on Red Square where she
- 55:50was, and she talked about the unbelievably beautiful
- 55:54Moscow.
- 55:56And frankly, it's only Ben Shapiro that said
- 56:02that what she had done is an act
- 56:04of ideological subversion.
- 56:07Oh, no, Russia, Russia, Russia, you got to
- 56:10punish Russia, right?
- 56:12Everybody.
- 56:13And I'll bet you 100 bucks Shapiro hasn't
- 56:15been there, or he wouldn't say stuff like
- 56:17that.
- 56:18I am telling you, and I challenge any
- 56:20one of you, I have a very good
- 56:22friend who I'm getting my Russian visa renewed.
- 56:27This will be my so I had a
- 56:29bunch of visas back when I was traveling
- 56:32on a diplomatic passport that were taken care
- 56:35of by the State Department.
- 56:37And the first one they screwed up.
- 56:39I told you that story already on this
- 56:41channel how they not the first one, but
- 56:43well, no, it had to be the first
- 56:45one because they screwed it up.
- 56:46And but no, it couldn't have been the
- 56:48first one because I well, it doesn't matter.
- 56:49But either way, you get them for a
- 56:51period of time, you get them for, I
- 56:53don't know, six months in there.
- 56:54But the big entrance on the bottom is
- 56:57nogokratnaya versus yedinokratnaya, which is basically one time
- 57:03versus many times.
- 57:05So you get a the word in Russian
- 57:11is more than once, basically, and I can't
- 57:14remember multiple entry.
- 57:16There you go.
- 57:16It's a multiple entry visa in America.
- 57:18So you can have it a single entry
- 57:20or multiple entry, right?
- 57:22And but you don't want to say many
- 57:24entry, it's not the right word.
- 57:26So I was having trouble struggling to translate
- 57:28it to English.
- 57:29Anyway, it's a multiple entry visa.
- 57:33And I've had and I had one in
- 57:35when I was a diplomat had a diplomatic
- 57:37passport.
- 57:38I had one when I had a you
- 57:41know, I had a one time entry also
- 57:44when I got a diplomatic pass several times
- 57:46with a with a visa and that one
- 57:48way back when in the early 90s.
- 57:50So when it was still Soviet Union, even
- 57:52I had some and then I got them
- 57:54again when it was Russia.
- 57:55And then over the last I don't know,
- 58:00eight years.
- 58:02It's been I've had bunches of them, my
- 58:05passport was filled.
- 58:06I told you that story last week, my
- 58:07I got a passport in 2019.
- 58:09I had one in the other passport before
- 58:11that had a couple of them.
- 58:13But this one on the 2019 passport that
- 58:16I got is still valid till 2029.
- 58:18I didn't have enough space and all of
- 58:20my spots were full of being where I
- 58:22wanted to travel and I couldn't travel and
- 58:24Russia wouldn't take my passport because they had
- 58:28no room left to put my visa.
- 58:30And so they put a full a full
- 58:32picture photo you got it's a process to
- 58:34get a Russian visa.
- 58:36And you know, I've had to do that
- 58:38for single entry several times and then multiple
- 58:41entry.
- 58:42I got the last one I got was
- 58:43a three year visa and I was damn
- 58:45glad to have it.
- 58:46Okay, so I've applied for another three year
- 58:48visa this time.
- 58:49So I can go when I feel like
- 58:50it.
- 58:51And Russia is freaking beautiful.
- 58:53So I want to share this story with
- 58:54you.
- 58:55Because this is here's a Candace Owen things
- 58:57can't and I challenge anyone you want to
- 59:00call me up and say, Sam, schedule me
- 59:02a trip to Russia, we'll go to some
- 59:03fantastic spots.
- 59:05There are hunting places there are Lake Baikal
- 59:07where I still haven't been.
- 59:08There are sanatoriums where people can go and
- 59:11get medical treatment for several weeks.
- 59:13We'll have to get you an interpreter for
- 59:14that where I don't need one, but it's
- 59:16a lot of fun.
- 59:17And it's cheap.
- 59:18And they take care of you.
- 59:19And they I mean, it's, it's beautiful.
- 59:22It's fantastic.
- 59:23And so and it's believe it or not
- 59:28high dollar, especially in Moscow, and you go
- 59:32to Moscow, these people are living well.
- 59:36And, and trust me, there is there is
- 59:39nothing wrong with Moscow and Moscow is clean.
- 59:43It is beautiful.
- 59:44It is safe.
- 59:45Now every, every place has a place where
- 59:48you don't want to go, but tell you
- 59:49what, you don't want to wander around at
- 59:51night anywhere else.
- 59:52But in Moscow, it's, it's always been, you
- 59:55know, safe at night.
- 59:56Even in the 90s.
- 59:57I didn't feel like I was going to
- 59:58be murdered on a street corner, you know,
- 1:00:01but it's different than New York.
- 1:00:04Hell, I wouldn't go out in New York.
- 1:00:05It's disgusting and nasty.
- 1:00:07I saw a guy take a dump on
- 1:00:09the sidewalk.
- 1:00:11Literally, he dropped trial right there and squatted
- 1:00:15and let it fly.
- 1:00:16And there was a cop standing not 30
- 1:00:18feet away.
- 1:00:19And I was like, Hey, the cop didn't
- 1:00:22do anything.
- 1:00:24He just, that's like, nothing.
- 1:00:28Nothing.
- 1:00:29I watched a guy take it.
- 1:00:31I didn't watch.
- 1:00:32But I saw the initial boy had some
- 1:00:36problems.
- 1:00:37He just, like I said, he dropped trial
- 1:00:40and right there.
- 1:00:42He joked in the old trousers around the
- 1:00:45ankles and the dual moon rising.
- 1:00:49It was not good or the dual moon
- 1:00:52setting, however you want to put it.
- 1:00:54But, but that was disgusting.
- 1:00:56You wouldn't see that in Moscow.
- 1:00:58No freaking way.
- 1:01:00And so anyway, ever since that time when
- 1:01:04she posted these things, she's been, Candace Owens
- 1:01:07has been subject to accusations of Russian collusion.
- 1:01:14Tucker Carlson is guilty of what?
- 1:01:17He's a puppet for the Kremlin.
- 1:01:20Oh my god.
- 1:01:22He's a puppet.
- 1:01:25US political conservative commentator, Candace Owens has brushed
- 1:01:31off the criticism of a recent visit to
- 1:01:34Russia.
- 1:01:35After posting photos from what she described as
- 1:01:38an unbelievably beautiful Moscow.
- 1:01:42Owens described her trip to her 6 million
- 1:01:46YouTube subscribers as a family vacation, but fellow
- 1:01:50commentators criticized the visit visit with daily wire
- 1:01:55co-founder Ben Shapiro, labeling, labeling it an
- 1:01:59act of ideological subversion.
- 1:02:03Now why?
- 1:02:04Because you disagree.
- 1:02:06You don't think don't tell me you don't
- 1:02:08think Russia's beautiful.
- 1:02:09That means one thing.
- 1:02:11You haven't freaking been there.
- 1:02:14I'm starting.
- 1:02:15Here's her quote.
- 1:02:16I'm starting to understand why the talking heads
- 1:02:20panic and shout and lie about Russian collusion
- 1:02:23when they learn an American with a platform
- 1:02:26is traveling here.
- 1:02:28Owens wrote on X on Sunday, sharing a
- 1:02:31photo of herself on Red Square.
- 1:02:33It is genuinely shocking how clean, beautiful and
- 1:02:37orderly this city is.
- 1:02:39It is so far from moved so far
- 1:02:42removed from media depictions, she said.
- 1:02:45And it's I mean, it's nuts because she's
- 1:02:50absolutely right.
- 1:02:51And the metro stations, the subway, which is
- 1:02:54enormous, and you can get in this anywhere
- 1:02:58in the entire city of Moscow, completely safe,
- 1:03:01completely clean, and unbelievably beautiful.
- 1:03:06Unbelievably, it is.
- 1:03:08You know, I tell you what, if you
- 1:03:10have it, just go to Moscow to visit
- 1:03:12the subway to be impressed because it's freaking
- 1:03:16fantastic.
- 1:03:17And here's Laura Loomer.
- 1:03:18Laura Loomer posts on May 31st.
- 1:03:22Get this ready.
- 1:03:25Candace Owens is 100% in communication with
- 1:03:29sanctioned individuals, she said on X.
- 1:03:32As I reported recently, Dugin says he wants
- 1:03:36Russia to sell nuclear weapons to Iran to
- 1:03:39destroy the United States.
- 1:03:40The State Department, DOJ, really need to investigate
- 1:03:45at real Candace O.
- 1:03:47With the backing of millionaire financier Konstantin Malafeyev,
- 1:03:51Dugin has even built alliances with several Trump
- 1:03:54surrogates to help him amplify his message in
- 1:03:58Dubbed by the Russian media as God's oligarch
- 1:04:00in 2014, Malafeyev launched his own channel, Tsargrad
- 1:04:05TV, and named Alexander Dugin its chief editor.
- 1:04:09And here's another one.
- 1:04:10Ryan Muaro, Russian state-directed Tsargrad TV, sanctioned
- 1:04:15by the US government.
- 1:04:16Oh, that means something.
- 1:04:17Hell, you ought to wear that like a
- 1:04:19freaking badge of honor.
- 1:04:20Announces that Candace Owens has been interviewed by
- 1:04:23a for the Russian Orthodox Church Moscow Patriarchate.
- 1:04:29Putin controlled, they say, and it will soon
- 1:04:32be released on Spass TV.
- 1:04:34Uh-oh, at Laura Luma.
- 1:04:37Podcast, it means the podcast in the avio
- 1:04:43company set itself apart again.
- 1:04:47Copy everyone else.
- 1:04:47And here she is on Red Square, and
- 1:04:50there's her picture.
- 1:04:51Owens also shared photos from a theater and
- 1:04:53a church.
- 1:04:54I'm not sure what I was expecting, she
- 1:04:56said, but it wasn't this.
- 1:04:58Moscow is an unbelievably beautiful city.
- 1:05:01And if you don't think so, you're a
- 1:05:03freaking idiot.
- 1:05:03And not only a Russian, what do you
- 1:05:07call it?
- 1:05:08Propaganda artist, I suppose.
- 1:05:10Republicans and Democrats alike, along with numerous media
- 1:05:13figures, similarly criticized journalist Tucker Carlson for going
- 1:05:18to Moscow in 2024 to record interviews with
- 1:05:21Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei
- 1:05:26Lavrov.
- 1:05:27Carlson said he found Moscow to be so
- 1:05:31much nicer than cities in the US.
- 1:05:33Well, it's true.
- 1:05:34And argued that American media coverage of Russia
- 1:05:38and the Ukraine conflict is heavily biased.
- 1:05:40It is.
- 1:05:41He dismissed his critics as professional liars.
- 1:05:44They are.
- 1:05:46Owens initially rose to prominence in the late
- 1:05:492010s, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:05:50We don't care about that.
- 1:05:52She joined Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire in 2020,
- 1:05:55where her podcast reached millions of viewers, but
- 1:05:58she was fired four years later following a
- 1:06:01public dispute with Shapiro over Israel's war in
- 1:06:04Gaza.
- 1:06:06Owens later broke with President Trump over his
- 1:06:08support for Israel.
- 1:06:10Lots of people are.
- 1:06:13It's funny how they justify the one and
- 1:06:17condemn the other when the same rules are
- 1:06:19allegedly being broken.
- 1:06:20It's nonsense.
- 1:06:25Little tiny coffee break.
- 1:06:27Following the launch of her own show on
- 1:06:29YouTube, the podcaster drew criticism for her controversial
- 1:06:33statements, including suggestions that Israel could have been
- 1:06:36involved in the assassination of conservative activist Charlie
- 1:06:40Kirk.
- 1:06:41Last year, French President Emmanuel Macron and his
- 1:06:44wife, Bridget, filed a defamation lawsuit against Owens
- 1:06:48after she suggested that France's first lady was
- 1:06:52born a man.
- 1:06:54It's quite the suggestion.
- 1:06:56It's hard to ignore the similarities to manhood
- 1:07:00with old Bridget there, but I don't make
- 1:07:04any comment one way or the other.
- 1:07:07People might look at me and say, oh,
- 1:07:08that's a feminine dude.
- 1:07:10Well, you know, that's what maybe I just
- 1:07:12dress well.
- 1:07:14What does that mean?
- 1:07:15I don't know, but I really don't dress
- 1:07:17well either.
- 1:07:18And the final story, which I think we
- 1:07:20can get to is Scott Ritter.
- 1:07:22Okay.
- 1:07:23Now, I interviewed the old Scott Ritter once
- 1:07:26on my show.
- 1:07:26I might have to contact him again because
- 1:07:28it's good stuff and he's a former US
- 1:07:31Marine Corps intelligence officer, same agency that I
- 1:07:34worked with and then he went to the
- 1:07:35UN afterward and author of Disarmament in the
- 1:07:39Time of Perestroika, Arms Control in the End
- 1:07:42of the Soviet Union.
- 1:07:43He served in the Soviet Union as inspector
- 1:07:45implementing the INF Treaty, as did I.
- 1:07:48He was on General Schwarzkopf's staff during Gulf
- 1:07:51War and from 1991 to 98 was a
- 1:07:54US UN weapons inspector.
- 1:07:58Here's the story and I think this is
- 1:08:00this is written by Mr. Ritter.
- 1:08:02Okay.
- 1:08:03With much of the world's attention on the
- 1:08:06still unresolved conflict between the US and Iran,
- 1:08:09the average consumer of news may be forgiven
- 1:08:12if they had forgotten that the US had
- 1:08:14on January 3rd of this year launched a
- 1:08:17mini invasion of Venezuela, which resulted in the
- 1:08:20death of scores of people, including a number
- 1:08:22of Cuban security personnel and the capture of
- 1:08:26Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife.
- 1:08:29The US justified this action by noting that
- 1:08:32Maduro was, in its books, a fugitive from
- 1:08:35justice, having been previously indicted in the US
- 1:08:38federal court on narcotics trafficking.
- 1:08:42The ease with which the US orchestrated to
- 1:08:44collapse the Maduro regime and facilitated the transfer
- 1:08:49of power to a more than compliant vice
- 1:08:52president, Delcy Rodriguez, helped the administration of Trump
- 1:08:56project an aura of invincibility when it came
- 1:09:00to the implementation of what the president and
- 1:09:02his advisors were calling the Donro Doctrine.
- 1:09:07Take their take on the 19th century Monroe
- 1:09:10Doctrine, which declared the Western Hemisphere to be
- 1:09:13the exclusive domain of the United States.
- 1:09:17A little more than a week later, on
- 1:09:18January 11th, President Trump posted on his true
- 1:09:22social account what amounted to a direct threat
- 1:09:25against the government of Cuba.
- 1:09:26This is true, by the way.
- 1:09:28Cuba lived for many years on large amounts
- 1:09:30of oil and money from Venezuela, the president
- 1:09:33wrote, stating there had been a direct relationship
- 1:09:36between a Venezuelan economic support to Cuba and
- 1:09:40Cuban security support to Venezuela.
- 1:09:42Venezuela now has the US of America, the
- 1:09:45most powerful military in the world by far,
- 1:09:47to protect them and protect them there we
- 1:09:52will.
- 1:09:52There will be no more oil or money
- 1:09:56going to Cuba.
- 1:09:57Zero.
- 1:09:58I strongly suggest they make a deal before
- 1:10:01it is too late.
- 1:10:02The president then set off a firestorm of
- 1:10:05speculation on American social media when responding to
- 1:10:10a joke post that was made on X
- 1:10:12late in the week, he said Marco Rubio
- 1:10:15will be the president of Cuba, he said.
- 1:10:19Somebody posted that and he said, sounds good
- 1:10:22to me.
- 1:10:23Regime change in Cuba was in the cards.
- 1:10:27A month later, President Trump met with Israeli
- 1:10:29Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the White House,
- 1:10:33where the decision was made to attack Iran.
- 1:10:36The US and Israel launched a surprise attack
- 1:10:38on February 28, starting a 37-day campaign
- 1:10:42that saw the US and Israel fail to
- 1:10:44achieve any of their stated military and geopolitical
- 1:10:48objectives, and which left Iran in a position
- 1:10:51where it dictated the fate of the global
- 1:10:53economy by controlling the flow of oil and
- 1:10:56gas through the Strait of Hormuz.
- 1:10:58An invasion of Cuba is no longer a
- 1:11:01top Trump administration policy.
- 1:11:04But overnight, the calculus changed.
- 1:11:06On May 21st, Marco Rubio declared that Cuba
- 1:11:10was a leading sponsor of terrorism in the
- 1:11:14entire region.
- 1:11:15His comments came the same day the US
- 1:11:17Department of Justice unsealed an indictment against Cuban
- 1:11:21President Raul Castro.
- 1:11:24And I read that to you, that ridiculous
- 1:11:26indictment.
- 1:11:27Same old crap.
- 1:11:28They're taking jurisdiction they do not have.
- 1:11:31If you don't understand jurisdiction, one day I'll
- 1:11:33give you an entire jurisdiction response or book
- 1:11:37on this.
- 1:11:37I'm not going to make it through this
- 1:11:39entire article, unfortunately.
- 1:11:41But I suggest to you that you go
- 1:11:43out and find the Scott Ritter, Cuba could
- 1:11:46be the bite Trump cannot chew that comes
- 1:11:51out.
- 1:11:52Let's see if I can.
- 1:11:53We'll try to get through it, but I
- 1:11:55don't read that fast.
- 1:11:56Rubio's painting Cuba as a state sponsor of
- 1:11:59terrorism carries about as much intellectual weight or
- 1:12:02factor as saying that Maduro was engaged in
- 1:12:05narco terrorism because that ain't what it was
- 1:12:07about.
- 1:12:08Bottom line is that the Trump administration is
- 1:12:10laying the groundwork for a military invasion of
- 1:12:13Cuba, the imposition of an even more stringent
- 1:12:16campaign of economic strangulation against them, or both.
- 1:12:20The impetus for such action rests not with
- 1:12:22any inherent threat posed by Cuba and its
- 1:12:25government, but rather the need for the Trump
- 1:12:27administration to chalk up another win on its
- 1:12:31national security scoreboard following the embarrassing setback with
- 1:12:36Iran.
- 1:12:37Midterm elections loom on the horizon, although Trump
- 1:12:40has declared his foreign policy actions are formulated
- 1:12:43and implemented independently of the political pressure brought
- 1:12:47to bear by the consequences of the Republican
- 1:12:49Party performing poorly at the polls.
- 1:12:52In short, the likely event that the Republicans
- 1:12:54lose control of the House of Representatives, the
- 1:12:57remaining two years in office will be subject
- 1:13:00to political paralysis brought on by endless impeachment
- 1:13:04proceedings that will make the final two years
- 1:13:07of Trump's first term in office will be
- 1:13:11similar, where he was subjected to two separate
- 1:13:14impeachment efforts, pale by comparison.
- 1:13:18But impeachment is the least of Trump's problems.
- 1:13:22Void of a Senate conviction, the impeachment proceedings
- 1:13:25are simply brushed off by Trump and his
- 1:13:27supporters as politically motivated action by embittered Democrats.
- 1:13:32Probably true.
- 1:13:33The real threat to Trump comes if the
- 1:13:35Republicans lose control of the Senate, especially by
- 1:13:39a margin significant enough to raise the specter
- 1:13:41of conviction with at least 60 of 100
- 1:13:45senators must vote in favor.
- 1:13:47Here's where Trump is making a huge miscalculation
- 1:13:50when it comes to the issue of Cuba
- 1:13:51and domestic American politics.
- 1:13:53Trump is taking guidance from Secretary of State
- 1:13:56National Security Advisor Marco Rubio, a man who
- 1:14:00has a lifetime of anti-Cuban angst built
- 1:14:03up inside him, which colors his world view.
- 1:14:06I wish I could finish this, but I'm
- 1:14:09not going to be able to.
- 1:14:10Perhaps we'll come to it tomorrow and I
- 1:14:12shouldn't have started.
- 1:14:13I didn't think I had enough time.
- 1:14:14I'm Samuel Trapp.
