- 0:08Speaker 1: Terrible advice. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: It's Tuesday. My name is or Arab Shooter, and every
- 0:21Speaker 1: Tuesday we're lucky enough to have my dear friend Elena Dixon,
- 0:25Speaker 1: Miss d join us. Hey, Miss Dea, there I am,
- 0:29Speaker 1: but oh the weather. It's been crazy, right, it's crazy.
- 0:34Speaker 1: I meant to go out tonight a friend of Bruce's,
- 0:36Speaker 1: my husband, is performing downtown at Joe's Pub. It's a
- 0:40Speaker 1: great little cabaret room in the public theater, I know.
- 0:44Speaker 1: But the show doesn't start I think till nine thirty,
- 0:46Speaker 1: so I think it's going to be in the middle
- 0:48Speaker 1: of a snowstorm. I'm quite excited about it. I'm gonna
- 0:50Speaker 1: look like Doctor Chavago by the time i'm home, I
- 0:53Speaker 1: think later on that evening. But do not worry. We
- 0:57Speaker 1: have tons of gossip, tons of gossip to keep us warm.
- 1:00Speaker 1: What time is it, my friends? It is So there's
- 1:04Speaker 1: a brand new pole out, Misty, and it's a shocking,
- 1:07Speaker 1: shocking pole with shocking results. Prince Harry and Megan are
- 1:11Speaker 1: now more unpopular than Prince Andrew in the US. You
- 1:16Speaker 1: heard me, right, So Prince Harry and Megan markle the
- 1:19Speaker 1: Duchess and the Duke of Sussex are now more unpopular
- 1:24Speaker 1: than Prince Andrew in America. According to a new pole
- 1:31Speaker 1: their popularity has sunk by forty eight points since December,
- 1:37Speaker 1: giving him a net approval rating of minus ten, not
- 1:43Speaker 1: ten minus ten. Now. Her Meghan's favorability has also dropped
- 1:49Speaker 1: forty points, so not such a big drop, but she
- 1:53Speaker 1: wasn't as popular to begin with, so her net favorability
- 1:57Speaker 1: Misty is now minor seventy minus seventeen. This poll was
- 2:04Speaker 1: released after their book came at his books Spare and
- 2:09Speaker 1: I think they come under a lot of criticism for
- 2:12Speaker 1: the book for maybe revealing too much, or maybe people
- 2:14Speaker 1: are just sick of them. Misty, what do you think? Yeah,
- 2:17Speaker 1: I think this is just kind of Megan and Harry
- 2:19Speaker 1: fatigue more than anything else. They were all over our
- 2:22Speaker 1: TV screens. He was talking about this book and how
- 2:25Speaker 1: horrible his family is, and it's hard to hear how
- 2:27Speaker 1: horrible your family is when your family is royalty. So
- 2:31Speaker 1: when people have what they consider maybe more intense issues,
- 2:35Speaker 1: I'm saying, everybody's burden is their own. But when you think, okay,
- 2:40Speaker 1: you're just having problems in the royal family. Mine yours
- 2:43Speaker 1: don't compare it to mine. I also think when it
- 2:46Speaker 1: comes to Prince Andrew, I'm not sure how many Americans
- 2:49Speaker 1: understand what he is under scrutiny for. They might just
- 2:52Speaker 1: not be as involved as people in England. So there's
- 2:55Speaker 1: really no reason to like. Oh, I don't know him,
- 2:59Speaker 1: I don't like him, so I'm kind of don't care,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and so that might be why it's low, but not
- 3:04Speaker 1: that people just don't follow him as much. An interesting
- 3:08Speaker 1: statistic within all this data, and there's only a tiny
- 3:14Speaker 1: amount of people misty that fell into the category of
- 3:17Speaker 1: not really been aware of who the two of them
- 3:20Speaker 1: are or not really caring. People had really strong opinions
- 3:23Speaker 1: about these two. And that's the little dirty secret here.
- 3:26Speaker 1: The reason they won't go away is because we won't
- 3:30Speaker 1: let them in the media business, do you know what
- 3:33Speaker 1: is the strongest emotion? Hate? It's terrible to admit that,
- 3:38Speaker 1: but love and hate sell magazines, They get clicks on websites,
- 3:42Speaker 1: they even get people listening dare I say, to podcasts.
- 3:45Speaker 1: So nobody's neutral on Harry and Meghan. But the pendulum
- 3:50Speaker 1: to swing forty points in such a short period of time,
- 3:55Speaker 1: I don't believe it's the book, misty. I think it's
- 3:58Speaker 1: all the publicity around the book. If you actually read
- 4:01Speaker 1: the book, which I did, about four hundred pages. Honestly,
- 4:04Speaker 1: it's a fast read, it's an easy, easy read. It's
- 4:07Speaker 1: very scandalous. It's like reading a very thick copy of
- 4:11Speaker 1: US Weekly. It's tabloid, it's delicious. It's not that sort
- 4:15Speaker 1: of like fancy language that people who write literate books. Right,
- 4:20Speaker 1: it's gossipy. So I enjoyed every minute of it. But
- 4:23Speaker 1: if you read the book, if you actually read the book,
- 4:25Speaker 1: he's much more sympathetic. Now we know, because of what
- 4:28Speaker 1: we do for a living, what has been pulled out
- 4:30Speaker 1: of the book, what has been picked out, cherry picked,
- 4:33Speaker 1: is all the most scandalous parts. And I think that's
- 4:36Speaker 1: what people read absolutely. I mean, like you said, there's
- 4:41Speaker 1: always a heroine and a villain and a reality show,
- 4:44Speaker 1: and those are the characters you remember. You don't remember
- 4:46Speaker 1: the people that are in the middle. And so this
- 4:48Speaker 1: is why people say, oh, I can't stand them, they're
- 4:51Speaker 1: all over. But look, just like you wouldn't want somebody
- 4:54Speaker 1: to say that they hate you and they've never met you,
- 4:56Speaker 1: and that you don't know what your personality is like,
- 4:59Speaker 1: what your morals and your values are. We should feel
- 5:01Speaker 1: the same way about Prince Harry and Meghan. And I've
- 5:03Speaker 1: had the opportunity to meet Megan Marco. I was actually
- 5:07Speaker 1: mistaken as her mama, and I have to say as
- 5:10Speaker 1: she was lovely and polite, she was very professional the
- 5:14Speaker 1: more the farthest she got in her career, and I
- 5:16Speaker 1: totally understand that. So for us to say, oh, we
- 5:18Speaker 1: just hate someone, it's it's it's it's not really cool
- 5:22Speaker 1: though there are people you know it's I'm not crazy
- 5:25Speaker 1: about that too. You are right, mister. I mean, I
- 5:28Speaker 1: hope people give them a fair chance. And if you're listening,
- 5:31Speaker 1: hellollo alone Megan and Harry, dare I suggest it's time
- 5:36Speaker 1: to find a new publicist because what you're doing is
- 5:39Speaker 1: not working like it's it's not And to have that
- 5:44Speaker 1: sort of swing, a forty point swinging popularity, that's something
- 5:49Speaker 1: that you really have to be careful of when your
- 5:52Speaker 1: job is being famous, when your job is being a celebrity.
- 5:55Speaker 1: They don't make movies. They are famous for obviously being
- 6:00Speaker 1: of the royal family, but they're famous for being famous.
- 6:02Speaker 1: They don't have jobs. They're not making movies like Julia Roberts,
- 6:07Speaker 1: or they're not making music like Beyonce. They're famous for
- 6:10Speaker 1: being famous. So this is why popularity really really matters,
- 6:15Speaker 1: because if they lose that, I don't know else what
- 6:18Speaker 1: they will do. Misty, I have no idea, which brings
- 6:20Speaker 1: us to our pole question of the day. Harry and
- 6:22Speaker 1: Megan are now more unpopular than Prince Andrew in the US.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Are you Are you sick of Harry and Megan? Go
- 6:34Speaker 1: vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or
- 6:38Speaker 1: a Facebook page which is naughty yoursip and be sure
- 6:42Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Misty,
- 6:46Speaker 1: why are you working on? Well? You know that Kim
- 6:49Speaker 1: Kardashian's always breaking fashion rules, but this one she should
- 6:53Speaker 1: have thought about, because she's struggled to walk upstairs wearing
- 6:57Speaker 1: dazzling reads skin try Maxie skirt during Milan Fashion Week
- 7:02Speaker 1: and her stylist Chris Appleton actually caught the moment on video,
- 7:06Speaker 1: so you can imagine she's got this skirt on, it's
- 7:08Speaker 1: got she's in these high black heels and it's just
- 7:11Speaker 1: got the you know, just a little bit of give
- 7:14Speaker 1: at the back of the skirt, and so she's literally
- 7:16Speaker 1: taking like any bitty baby steps trying to get up
- 7:18Speaker 1: the stairs. And then you could hear her stylist in
- 7:21Speaker 1: the background going, come on, girl, you got this, And
- 7:26Speaker 1: so somebody wrote, you know, on her on the Instagram
- 7:30Speaker 1: beauty is pain And no matter what anyone says, this
- 7:33Speaker 1: is a skill set now less than ladies. You all know,
- 7:36Speaker 1: we all want to look fabulous, but you got to
- 7:40Speaker 1: be comfortable in your clothes. You mean, smooth around, have
- 7:44Speaker 1: some give. You're the most stylish person I know, Miste.
- 7:48Speaker 1: When we go out, you always have a fabulous ensemble
- 7:51Speaker 1: outfit on. But I've never seen you. Maybe I've seen
- 7:55Speaker 1: you in the pair of heels that might have been
- 7:56Speaker 1: a little bit too high. I have seen you wobble.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I don't know if that's there the amount of prosecco
- 8:02Speaker 1: we drink, but I have seen you. But I've definitely
- 8:05Speaker 1: never seen you in a skirt that is so tight
- 8:08Speaker 1: and lung that you couldn't get up steps. I mean,
- 8:10Speaker 1: that's why they put slits and skirts. She could add
- 8:13Speaker 1: a sexy slit all the way up to her who
- 8:16Speaker 1: she wanted to, that's there so you can move those
- 8:19Speaker 1: legs around. But of course I'm not sitting front row
- 8:23Speaker 1: at Milan Fashion Week at Lisa, and maybe my invitations
- 8:26Speaker 1: got lost in the mail. So I understand that she
- 8:29Speaker 1: has to make a statement. But ladies and gentlemen, you
- 8:33Speaker 1: can still look stylish and wear clothes. You can move in.
- 8:38Speaker 1: The clothes shouldn't wear you. You wear the clothes well,
- 8:42Speaker 1: said Misty Hey, moving along Aubrey Plaza from White Lectors.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Apparently it was very annoyed during their win, the big
- 8:52Speaker 1: win at the Sack Awards, so there is video up
- 8:56Speaker 1: of them on stage they won the Best Ensemble Cast.
- 8:59Speaker 1: In a comment for White Lotus, fabulous to see them
- 9:02Speaker 1: all up there. It took him a minute to decide
- 9:05Speaker 1: who was going to talk, so it was kind of
- 9:07Speaker 1: like an awkward pause. Ultimately, f Murray Abraham, he gave
- 9:12Speaker 1: a speech. And while he was giving a speech, it
- 9:16Speaker 1: looks as if the actor who plays Greg on the
- 9:19Speaker 1: hit series That's Jennifer Coolidge's husband, he seemingly pointed out
- 9:26Speaker 1: to Aubrey that she was about to suffer a wardrobe malfunction,
- 9:32Speaker 1: and so she shouted, She shouted out Jesus Christ. Now
- 9:37Speaker 1: it was unclear if she was saying that about her
- 9:40Speaker 1: own fashion almost emergency, or if she didn't really like
- 9:45Speaker 1: the fact that the speech was going on about unions
- 9:49Speaker 1: and other stuff that she might not have agreed with.
- 9:51Speaker 1: You know, it's a rule here celebrities, if you're listening
- 9:54Speaker 1: when you get up on stage at an award show,
- 9:57Speaker 1: even if you're not speaking, we can see you. To
- 10:01Speaker 1: be careful. They said, this is something they have to
- 10:05Speaker 1: teach actors really early on. A lot of time, people
- 10:08Speaker 1: that are beginning this profession they don't realize that when
- 10:12Speaker 1: they're not talking, you've still got to act. Like just
- 10:15Speaker 1: when you're talking, Yes, you have to act then too,
- 10:18Speaker 1: but it's equally as important to act when your mouth
- 10:22Speaker 1: is shut. This day, we should practice this too. Over
- 10:25Speaker 1: drinks and at dinner someone's telling you a story, you've
- 10:28Speaker 1: got to react to it too. You can't just sit
- 10:31Speaker 1: there with a blank face. And so I think this
- 10:34Speaker 1: was so wild to watch. What do you think about
- 10:36Speaker 1: it all? Oh my goodness. Well, first of all, talking
- 10:39Speaker 1: about fashion that you want to be comfortable, and I mean,
- 10:41Speaker 1: I hope she had a lot of boob tape to
- 10:44Speaker 1: keep that in place. I mean, it was it was addressed,
- 10:47Speaker 1: that was meant for you to think that a malfunction
- 10:50Speaker 1: could happen in any minute. And you know what, she
- 10:52Speaker 1: wore it beautifully, but you had to be careful to
- 10:55Speaker 1: keep the girls where they needed to be. Yeah. Of
- 10:59Speaker 1: course we've done live television and when one of us
- 11:02Speaker 1: is talking, we have to make sure that our faces. Ah. Yes,
- 11:05Speaker 1: what you're saying is the most intelligent thing in the world,
- 11:08Speaker 1: even though you're preparing to say something else. So you
- 11:11Speaker 1: know how it is right. It's like passing a baton
- 11:14Speaker 1: in a race. Hey, moving along, We have some sad,
- 11:17Speaker 1: some tragic news. We finally now know what caused Hayden
- 11:23Speaker 1: Panetaria's brother to die. He passed away recently. What is
- 11:27Speaker 1: the family saying, mistake? So yes, The family released a
- 11:31Speaker 1: statement and they revealed that Jansen died from an enlarged heart,
- 11:35Speaker 1: though it offers little Soulas the medical examiner reported, jen
- 11:38Speaker 1: sence sudden passing was due to an enlarged heart coupled
- 11:42Speaker 1: with an aortic valve complications. This is what the family
- 11:45Speaker 1: told ABC News, and they also remembered him for his charisma,
- 11:50Speaker 1: his talent, and his kindness. He's an artist, so Jansen's
- 11:54Speaker 1: heart could be seen in his eyes, his charm, and
- 11:57Speaker 1: his brilliant, engaging smile, and his soul and his masterful
- 12:01Speaker 1: and revealing paintings. This was only a twenty eight year
- 12:04Speaker 1: old man. He was found unresponsive by his friends over
- 12:07Speaker 1: President Days weekend in New York and he was just
- 12:11Speaker 1: sitting up in a chair unresponsive. Of course, they called
- 12:14Speaker 1: nine one one. They administered CPR, which is wonderful. This
- 12:17Speaker 1: is why everybody should know it. But he will be
- 12:20Speaker 1: remembered for being a wonderful and talented young man. Absolutely.
- 12:24Speaker 1: She's yet to comment on it, but just tragedy and
- 12:28Speaker 1: so young, just twenty eight years old. Hey, quickly, before
- 12:32Speaker 1: we get a break. Britney Spears is in trouble again,
- 12:36Speaker 1: dog trouble after her pup that her husband Sam gave
- 12:40Speaker 1: her allegedly escaped and bit somebody. Yeah. So, Brittany has
- 12:46Speaker 1: owned lots of dogs. She loves dogs and at the
- 12:49Speaker 1: moment she has a Doberman called Porscha, and sources told
- 12:53Speaker 1: TMZ that the pooch got out of their compound and
- 12:58Speaker 1: was wondering grand the neighborhood. Eventually, the dog came across
- 13:03Speaker 1: a man with his bike and the individual who was
- 13:05Speaker 1: in his seventies. He reportedly got off his bike and
- 13:08Speaker 1: then the dog bit him. Shortly after that, Britney's security
- 13:13Speaker 1: team arrived and they got hold of the doggie. The
- 13:17Speaker 1: man who was bitten got his injury treated at urgent care.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Additional sources went on to say it was more of
- 13:25Speaker 1: a nip than a bike. Nevertheless, Brittany got a call
- 13:29Speaker 1: from animal control and they want to make sure now
- 13:32Speaker 1: that the premises are secure. Brittany, You've got an awful
- 13:37Speaker 1: lot on your plate. I know this, but it is
- 13:40Speaker 1: important to be a real responsible dog owner. I have
- 13:45Speaker 1: a dog. I love dog is, but I'm also too
- 13:48Speaker 1: very very responsible. It would break my heart if I
- 13:51Speaker 1: thought my Dobby had bit somebody. And potentially there's legal
- 13:54Speaker 1: implications of this too. Absolutely. I mean, being a dog
- 13:58Speaker 1: owner is like having a child. You have to watch
- 14:01Speaker 1: it at all times. My family has dogs. We had
- 14:04Speaker 1: a puppy that recently passed away and it's so devastating.
- 14:08Speaker 1: And so, you know, Brittany, if right now you're concentrating
- 14:11Speaker 1: on so many other things, this might not be the
- 14:13Speaker 1: time to have a pet. And that's okay. It is
- 14:16Speaker 1: okay to say I am not in a place to
- 14:19Speaker 1: be able to take care of of of an animal,
- 14:22Speaker 1: because it really is a twenty four seven job. I
- 14:26Speaker 1: always say with a child, they'll learn how to go
- 14:28Speaker 1: to the bathroom on their own, hopefully, But with a
- 14:31Speaker 1: with a puppy, you know you're always going to be
- 14:33Speaker 1: chasing after it and picking up that poop. You got
- 14:36Speaker 1: to make that commitment. You gotta make that commitment or
- 14:39Speaker 1: we're wishing you all the best here. I want Brittany
- 14:41Speaker 1: to have some pet. Hey, let's take a quick break
- 14:44Speaker 1: and we will be right back. Welcome back, missy, Hey,
- 14:50Speaker 1: miss let's get to the polls. Thank you very much.
- 14:54Speaker 1: So Paris Hilton said that Harvey Weinstein followed her to
- 14:59Speaker 1: the bathroom when she was just nineteen years old. Our
- 15:03Speaker 1: question was, do you think there are more stories out
- 15:07Speaker 1: there yet to come out? So obviously Paris has kept
- 15:11Speaker 1: this very private story private for over two decades. Now
- 15:15Speaker 1: she's talking out about it. Do you think there are
- 15:18Speaker 1: more stories that will come out about Weinstein? Let's have
- 15:22Speaker 1: a look. Eighty percent said absolutely yes, they fear this
- 15:28Speaker 1: is just the tip of the iceberg. Hey, don't forget
- 15:32Speaker 1: to vote on today's poll at Naughty Nice Rob or
- 15:36Speaker 1: our Facebook page. You can go to there. It's called
- 15:38Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip and make sure you come back tomorrow so
- 15:42Speaker 1: that you can hear your results. And now it's time
- 15:47Speaker 1: for a nice of the day. Well, our nicis of
- 15:53Speaker 1: the date is Tom Cruise. As we all know, he
- 15:56Speaker 1: reunited with val Kilmer for a Top Gun Maverick, you know,
- 16:00Speaker 1: thirty years since the sequel of Top Gun, and it
- 16:03Speaker 1: actually brought him to tears. So Tom was on Jimmy
- 16:06Speaker 1: Kimmel Alive and he said, I just want to say
- 16:08Speaker 1: it was pretty emotional. I've known Valve for decades for
- 16:12Speaker 1: him to come back and play that character, He's such
- 16:16Speaker 1: a powerful actor that he instantly became that character again.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Like I said, Tom was in tears, he was crying,
- 16:24Speaker 1: he got emotional, and he just basically said it was incredible. Now,
- 16:28Speaker 1: if you remember, val Kellmer was diagnosed with throat cancer
- 16:31Speaker 1: in twenty fifteen and has done limited work ever since
- 16:36Speaker 1: because of a tricheotomy. So yes, I for all the
- 16:39Speaker 1: medical people out there, I hope I said that correctly.
- 16:42Speaker 1: So this really was an incredible connection. Incredible and I
- 16:47Speaker 1: love that Tom is showing a real human side of himself.
- 16:50Speaker 1: It's very rare for Tom to do these type of
- 16:54Speaker 1: interviews and it's lovely to see him really getting emotional
- 16:58Speaker 1: about his dear friend. Hey, let's and naughties of the day, naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Austin Butler revealed to People magazine that he ended up
- 17:07Speaker 1: in the e R the day after he finished film
- 17:11Speaker 1: in Elvis, so he headed to the emergency room right
- 17:16Speaker 1: after filming Elvis. He revealed that it was very dramatic
- 17:19Speaker 1: his hospitalization and he was bedridden for a week with
- 17:23Speaker 1: a virus, and he said, I didn't get sick the
- 17:27Speaker 1: entire time I filled Elvis, but the day I finished,
- 17:31Speaker 1: I ended up in the emergency room. Back in May,
- 17:36Speaker 1: he told British GQ that while filming he had to
- 17:39Speaker 1: get up at four am and it was a lot
- 17:43Speaker 1: of work. He even lost his voice at one point.
- 17:47Speaker 1: But no jobs, my friend, even a job that could
- 17:50Speaker 1: potentially win you an Academy award, Nay job is worth
- 17:55Speaker 1: ending up in the emergency room. Remember that all year
- 18:00Speaker 1: work a holic sat there all your people, misdy who
- 18:04Speaker 1: worry too much about work and what people will say,
- 18:07Speaker 1: it's not worth it. I agree, And basically he was
- 18:11Speaker 1: running on fumes, so That's why at the end of
- 18:14Speaker 1: filming he just fell apart. His body had just reached
- 18:17Speaker 1: its limit. And you know that I do push myself.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I do, but thank goodness I got mister shooter around
- 18:25Speaker 1: and be like Darling. Put down, close the keyboard. We're
- 18:29Speaker 1: going out for a little, a little, a little champagnia,
- 18:33Speaker 1: happy to do it. Let's end with a moment of Rob.
- 18:35Speaker 1: You get a Robbie Robie. So for fifteen twenty minutes,
- 18:39Speaker 1: we love giving you the celebrity gossip. But for a minute,
- 18:41Speaker 1: or actually a moment, we love being a little bit
- 18:44Speaker 1: more deep to day's moment of Rob. The smartest decision
- 18:48Speaker 1: you will ever make is deciding to embrace whoever you are.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Work really hard at being the best you, because pretending
- 18:59Speaker 1: to be someone else never works out. Instead, find out
- 19:05Speaker 1: who you are and learn to love and accept that
- 19:09Speaker 1: person because no matter who other people want you to
- 19:14Speaker 1: be here, you have to be smart enough to be you.
- 19:19Speaker 1: You're enough. You really are enough. That is it for today.
- 19:24Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening to the Naughty but
- 19:26Speaker 1: Nice with Rob and Misty Show, a production of iHeartRadio.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Do you get to subscribe on the iHeartRadio app? Apple?
- 19:33Speaker 1: Podcast wherever you listen and leave us a review. And
