- 0:59Speaker 2: a we prize pack. But mogi, yeah mate, how you
- 1:02Speaker 2: going this Friday?
- 1:02Speaker 3: I'm pretty grouse, man. I'm looking forward to the weekend
- 1:04Speaker 3: because it means we're one weekend closer to the long weekend,
- 1:07Speaker 3: which is next weekend, which is next weekend. So I'm
- 1:10Speaker 3: pretty thrilled about that getting an extra day off. But
- 1:12Speaker 3: this one's going to have its own its own value
- 1:15Speaker 3: as well. I mean, I love Monday to Friday, but
- 1:18Speaker 3: how good the weekend? And you've got some news around
- 1:20Speaker 3: that as well, don't you make the weekend? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:23Speaker 3: what you're going to be getting up to, old Kezy?
- 1:25Speaker 2: Is this break hi roll?
- 1:26Speaker 3: No? No, not now? Say it? Teaser?
- 1:28Speaker 2: Is it? Okay?
- 1:29Speaker 3: I'll support an extend goes later in the show.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Okay, I've got some huge news around my weekend. Yere
- 1:34Speaker 2: you do, and trust me, you're going to want to
- 1:36Speaker 2: stick around for that.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Oh you are.
- 1:37Speaker 2: You're also going to want to stick around for just
- 1:39Speaker 2: a massive, big show head of course, after five, you've
- 1:41Speaker 2: got the Friday Throbber. Plus I've got a bit of
- 1:44Speaker 2: a situation with my wife that I'm going to need
- 1:45Speaker 2: a bit of a mouse around from old Mogi there,
- 1:48Speaker 2: and of course we've got great tunes. This is the
- 1:51Speaker 2: Strokes twelve fifty one, or as I call it, nine
- 1:54Speaker 2: minutes to one o'clock.
- 1:57Speaker 3: I could do with a laugh.
- 2:00Speaker 2: At this age y hey three four a three with
- 2:04Speaker 2: your broudouts.
- 2:06Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesy.
- 2:11Speaker 2: It's a massive chune from the Stone Table pilots. It
- 2:13Speaker 2: is a big bang baby. Ten minutes past four in
- 2:15Speaker 2: the hid Ackey Big Show with Kezy and Mogi and
- 2:19Speaker 2: some pretty messive sporting news occurred overnight, so let's get into.
- 2:22Speaker 5: This crick cricket, cricket.
- 2:33Speaker 3: It is sports chat. Well, it's all cricket chat, so
- 2:35Speaker 3: that's cricket chat really well. The second day of the
- 2:39Speaker 3: Second Test, New Zealand versus India in India, it was
- 2:44Speaker 3: a hell of a evening's play starts around about four
- 2:48Speaker 3: thirty New Zealand time. New Zealand rolling India for forty six,
- 2:54Speaker 3: the lowest total at home in Test history far out,
- 2:58Speaker 3: which is a significant It was it was just it
- 3:01Speaker 3: was unbelievable. I mean, India were not Some of the
- 3:04Speaker 3: shot selection was pretty per poor, but the bowling was
- 3:08Speaker 3: also bloody good as well, with Matt Henry taking five
- 3:14Speaker 3: for fifteen and thirteen over wow, which is bloody unreal,
- 3:18Speaker 3: and will ow' rourke taking four for twenty two though
- 3:20Speaker 3: were both sitting on four each with nine wickets down
- 3:24Speaker 3: or on the hunt to try and take that last
- 3:25Speaker 3: wicket to get the five wicket bag. But yeah, you
- 3:28Speaker 3: cannot leave Matt Henry out of the team and willow rourke.
- 3:30Speaker 3: The other wicket was taken by Tim Southy. Yeah, it
- 3:34Speaker 3: was unreal. And then we had New Zealand went into
- 3:37Speaker 3: bat and of course you absolutely you're shetting yourself the
- 3:40Speaker 3: cheasy because you think yourself, well, we got them out
- 3:42Speaker 3: for forty six, but you're also thinking, now we have
- 3:45Speaker 3: to bet on this.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing. And more often than not in cricket,
- 3:49Speaker 2: if the first team just has an absolute shoka, not
- 3:51Speaker 2: a regular shocker, like a terrible performance, traditionally the opposition
- 3:55Speaker 2: something mentally happens where they start just slogging and things
- 3:59Speaker 2: go wrong and the whole Test turns into a shambles. Yes,
- 4:02Speaker 2: but by the looks of things, what are we one eight.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Eighty for three with Devin Conway, who was in a
- 4:09Speaker 3: terrible form. He's he's been really battling for the last
- 4:12Speaker 3: couple of years, and he's such a good player, and
- 4:14Speaker 3: I'm so happy to see him come out of it now.
- 4:17Speaker 3: In his last means in Sri Lanka, I think he
- 4:19Speaker 3: got fifty or sixty in a in a lost cause,
- 4:22Speaker 3: but he got ninety one and look, bloody god, he
- 4:25Speaker 3: looks so good doing it. And then he got out
- 4:28Speaker 3: to a reverse sweep. He got bold doing a reverse sweep,
- 4:32Speaker 3: and I hate. There's nothing I hate more well, there
- 4:35Speaker 3: as action, but I hate a reverse sweep. And then
- 4:37Speaker 3: Daryl Mitchell came out and his first shot was a
- 4:39Speaker 3: reverse sweep. They're pretty cool, though, Magi Ei. They're cool
- 4:42Speaker 3: if you hit the ball. They're not so cool if
- 4:44Speaker 3: you don't. But Darryl Mitchell loves the reverse sweep, so
- 4:46Speaker 3: I predict that's how he'll get out.
- 4:47Speaker 2: How cold How confident are you though? Were one aighty
- 4:50Speaker 2: for three test starts? I think about four thirty. How
- 4:53Speaker 2: confident are you that we can actually put this one away?
- 4:55Speaker 3: Well, I mean we should get there should be a result,
- 4:58Speaker 3: and effectively what this means, you know, we're one hundred
- 5:01Speaker 3: and forty for three, we get to bat twice and effectively,
- 5:05Speaker 3: you know, if you take their score off our total, yeah, one,
- 5:09Speaker 3: we're effectively we're effectively one hundred and forty for three. Okay,
- 5:13Speaker 3: and we get to bat twice. India only get to
- 5:15Speaker 3: bat once. Yeah, but we have to bat second on
- 5:18Speaker 3: a turning pitch in India. So God only knows what
- 5:21Speaker 3: will happen. It is going a hell of a lot
- 5:23Speaker 3: better than I ever dreamed it would go. So bloody
- 5:27Speaker 3: thrilled about that and that we're on from four thirty
- 5:29Speaker 3: now the women's t twenty. Yes, New Zealand somehow find
- 5:34Speaker 3: themselves in the semi final against the West Indies. We
- 5:38Speaker 3: came into this tournament, we've lost ten in a row
- 5:41Speaker 3: and then we smashed India. We're expected, you know, the
- 5:45Speaker 3: three favorites are Australia by miles in England and India
- 5:49Speaker 3: and none of them even made it out of the
- 5:50Speaker 3: group stage. So now we are in with a chance
- 5:53Speaker 3: of actually making it all the way to the final.
- 5:55Speaker 3: We're playing the Windys tomorrow morning I think at three
- 5:58Speaker 3: am New Zealand times right, and we've actually got a
- 6:00Speaker 3: chance here to somehow bullshit their way to a World
- 6:03Speaker 3: Cup title, which would be unreal. None of the other
- 6:07Speaker 3: teams are regarded as being any good either. Right, I'm
- 6:10Speaker 3: absolutely loving it.
- 6:11Speaker 2: How good it is great arm and also and to
- 6:14Speaker 2: be fair to them, and they will acknowledge it.
- 6:16Speaker 3: They have been atrocious for quite a while and so
- 6:22Speaker 3: to find themselves in a semi final is just unreal
- 6:24Speaker 3: with the potential to go further than that.
- 6:27Speaker 2: If you would like to win a one hundred dollars
- 6:29Speaker 2: bonus bit. By the way, text ta B two three
- 6:31Speaker 2: four eight three Right now, I've got a hunch that
- 6:33Speaker 2: the White Fans will in fact beat the West Indies
- 6:36Speaker 2: and then face South Africa in the final, which will
- 6:38Speaker 2: be much must watch TV. That's paying a dollar sixty.
- 6:41Speaker 2: By the way, make sure you download the all new
- 6:43Speaker 2: tab app. Get you bet on our right team bit responsibly.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Also, it was the first test, the second day of
- 6:50Speaker 3: the first test. If I got there wrong, I must
- 6:52Speaker 3: have said second test. Somebody's dragged me over the coals here.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Oh it's good. I love correctors. Everyone loves a corrector.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Oh this is a tune. By the way, Welcome to
- 7:02Speaker 2: the jungle Guns, Roses. Keep those fraud outs coming in
- 7:06Speaker 2: for your Friday and you can win yourself an Tilly
- 7:08Speaker 2: prize pack.
- 7:09Speaker 3: It's the hood Acuy Big.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Show, the whole Accu Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keezy.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Tune in week days and four on Radio Hodachi.
- 7:19Speaker 2: It's twenty two minutes past four on the hid Akuy
- 7:21Speaker 2: Big Show Friday Afternoon with Keezy and Mogi, Tom York.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you ran in to him and the Cordylus
- 7:27Speaker 2: in't here?
- 7:27Speaker 3: Yeah about it?
- 7:29Speaker 2: Hey, few frad outs coming here on three four eight three.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Do you want a couple of them?
- 7:34Speaker 3: Go on, give me two?
- 7:35Speaker 2: Okay, first one Fridaut not that one, Okay, No, I
- 7:40Speaker 2: want to read that one frad out to Eminem it's
- 7:42Speaker 2: his fifty second birthday.
- 7:43Speaker 3: That's it. Yeah, wow, slim Shady. He know his daughter there, Hayley. Yeah,
- 7:48Speaker 3: if she got married, yes, and she is pregnant. He's
- 7:52Speaker 3: he's going to be a granddad.
- 7:53Speaker 2: And she married the son of Tony Hawk, the son
- 7:57Speaker 2: of Tony Hawk, which is a pretty cool couple.
- 7:59Speaker 3: It's pretty cool.
- 8:00Speaker 2: It's pretty cool. It's a pretty cool couple. Keep the
- 8:03Speaker 2: frawd it's coming on three four eight three. Get a
- 8:06Speaker 2: feelers frewed out to my cows day in day out.
- 8:10Speaker 2: You eat yummy grass and make milk for my kids,
- 8:12Speaker 2: weep books. Good on you, your man, bastard. That's from
- 8:14Speaker 2: Jeff and the cowshit. That's backbone stuff, right, that is Hey, mogi,
- 8:18Speaker 2: I've got a bit of a predicament at my place.
- 8:22Speaker 2: I mentioned probably a couple of months Agos brought it
- 8:25Speaker 2: up there. I'm in the market to get a motorbike.
- 8:27Speaker 2: And no it's not a knocking a moped. I want
- 8:31Speaker 2: a vintage motorbike, right. I grew up riding vintage motorbikes.
- 8:35Speaker 2: And then I sund it.
- 8:37Speaker 3: I'm sorry to interrupt your keys because I'd like to
- 8:39Speaker 3: support you when you're telling your yarns. But when you
- 8:41Speaker 3: get your motibike, your dream motorbike, and it's vintage and
- 8:44Speaker 3: it's cool, whereas will you be wearing your pink jacket.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I'm so glad you interrupted my yarn for that question.
- 8:51Speaker 2: I just I think the people want to I think so.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I think, depending I'll probably have some protective stuff on
- 8:55Speaker 2: and then put that over the top.
- 8:56Speaker 3: You could put something, because my concern for you would
- 8:59Speaker 3: be that you come off on the road. Yeah, and
- 9:01Speaker 3: you come a cropper. And I'm not saying that you're
- 9:02Speaker 3: a bad rider. I'm saying that you can't trust some
- 9:04Speaker 3: people out there in the cars. Yeah, so I would
- 9:07Speaker 3: if I was you, I would get some pink leather
- 9:09Speaker 3: elbow pads and have your mum sew those on the
- 9:12Speaker 3: elbows there, get mum to do it. Okay, Well yeah,
- 9:15Speaker 3: I mean do you know how to say nah?
- 9:17Speaker 2: So?
- 9:17Speaker 3: Yeah, that would make that would make me feel better
- 9:19Speaker 3: about it.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Okay. Well yeah, because safety is paramount when you're out
- 9:23Speaker 2: there on the old hog. But the issue I've got
- 9:27Speaker 2: right is I've got a saving set up that people
- 9:29Speaker 2: might be aware of, where each week we get money
- 9:32Speaker 2: into our fun accounts and you're allowed to spend. You
- 9:35Speaker 2: allowed to spend the money in yourun account whatever you want.
- 9:37Speaker 2: You want to eat, get some takeout, sweat, you want
- 9:39Speaker 2: to go some beers. He's no worries.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I've also set up a new account called Motorbike, which
- 9:43Speaker 2: is there. It's to save up for a good question,
- 9:46Speaker 2: It's to save up for a motorbike. And the deal
- 9:49Speaker 2: is that on top of my cellar, if I own
- 9:50Speaker 2: any extra money, one third of it gets to go
- 9:54Speaker 2: to the motorbike account, two thirds to our savings, right right,
- 9:58Speaker 2: And this is it's a long sorry of why we
- 10:00Speaker 2: set it up like this, and it took some convincing.
- 10:03Speaker 2: I've got some money in my motorbike account. The Dream
- 10:05Speaker 2: motorbike has popped up for sale, and let's just say
- 10:10Speaker 2: for around numbers. Let's just say the Dream motorbikes four grand.
- 10:12Speaker 2: But I've only got two grand. Sure that's not enough, keys, No,
- 10:15Speaker 2: it's not. I need to essentially chat to my wife
- 10:19Speaker 2: and ask her if I can take a loan out.
- 10:24Speaker 2: It's a I think it's a two stroke. I have
- 10:26Speaker 2: to ask you if I can take a loan out right,
- 10:28Speaker 2: And I'm just not sure how to go about it. No,
- 10:31Speaker 2: off off of our savings, ah, because you know, the
- 10:33Speaker 2: whole idea is that we're saving up to buy another
- 10:35Speaker 2: house and stuff a family house. Yeah, and I want
- 10:38Speaker 2: to essentially dip into that to buy a motorbike, which
- 10:40Speaker 2: is pretty stupid, is it?
- 10:42Speaker 3: Well?
- 10:42Speaker 2: I don't think it is.
- 10:43Speaker 3: I think that's right. I think it's cool. That's right
- 10:46Speaker 3: around to your way of thinking.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Surely, even I've tried it, Well, what are you thinking?
- 10:49Speaker 3: What are you thinking? Is your approach?
- 10:51Speaker 2: I think I, first of all, I'll treat it like
- 10:52Speaker 2: it's a loan situation at a bank. Right, so wear
- 10:55Speaker 2: some nice clothes and I'll show up and I'll have
- 10:57Speaker 2: like a little sort of one pager. Yeah, are detailing
- 11:01Speaker 2: why I think it's a good investment. Things like, you know,
- 11:04Speaker 2: it's going to appreciate and value very sought after model.
- 11:07Speaker 2: And if everything goes tits up, we can sell it
- 11:09Speaker 2: pretty quickly.
- 11:10Speaker 3: Every refrain from using the word tits.
- 11:13Speaker 2: If everything goes to the pack, yeah that's better. Really,
- 11:20Speaker 2: it feels way clunkier. Then we can sell it straight away.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Blah blah blah. Make you're very happy, it's something I
- 11:25Speaker 2: want to do. Blas more money in your relationship she does.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Hence why we've got this slide.
- 11:30Speaker 3: She's wearing the pants. Well that's how you know who
- 11:33Speaker 3: gets to wear the pants? That's who is who who
- 11:36Speaker 3: earns the most money gets to wear the pants.
- 11:38Speaker 2: That seems like, because why you're on a situation.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Now where you're wondering how you can ask permission to
- 11:44Speaker 3: get two thousand dollars that you've earned pretty much, you've
- 11:47Speaker 3: earned half of.
- 11:48Speaker 2: It, earns less of it than she has. Yeah, you
- 11:51Speaker 2: know what I mean? Whereas all of her savings are
- 11:53Speaker 2: going into this thing. And whereas I'm trying to cut
- 11:55Speaker 2: into it and get a little motorbike.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Yeah, a little something for you.
- 11:58Speaker 2: So what I was hoping, and we've run out of time.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Now there's just some advice on how I could tackle it.
- 12:02Speaker 3: I think you just tell her man, this is how
- 12:05Speaker 3: it's going to be, because then shall divorce you. Yeah,
- 12:09Speaker 3: and you can buy whatever you want when you're fleding
- 12:12Speaker 3: with pugs.
- 12:15Speaker 1: The Hurdiarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio hodike.
- 12:19Speaker 2: It as Presidents of the US Sound The Hidarcky Big
- 12:21Speaker 2: Show twenty six minutes to five this Friday afternoon with
- 12:24Speaker 2: Keezy and Mogi, Hoodie j back on Monday. And just
- 12:27Speaker 2: a reminder that Black Class tickets are on sale for
- 12:29Speaker 2: twenty twenty five. It's happening Saturday, the eighteenth of January,
- 12:33Speaker 2: Team Rugby v Team Cricket and of course Chris Gaale
- 12:36Speaker 2: is playing for Team Rugby, which is pretty epic. Blackclash
- 12:39Speaker 2: dot co dot nz in for your tickets and why
- 12:41Speaker 2: not try to get in the accn dB Export Ultra Zone,
- 12:44Speaker 2: the party zone. This is where we're going to be
- 12:46Speaker 2: in the old hot tub. They're looking forward to it. Mogi,
- 12:49Speaker 2: I've got a quick apology.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Is that all right? Can you?
- 12:51Speaker 2: Yeah? Listening to the last break, Mogi, I said that
- 12:56Speaker 2: Eminem's daughter Hayley had married Tony Hawk's Yeah, that is incorrect.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Just like to clarify that it wasn't actually Eminem's daughter Hayley, right,
- 13:07Speaker 2: it was Dave Grohl's daughter, right, who's married Tony Hawk's son.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Oh yeah, there, So I'm really sorry about that. Thanks
- 13:16Speaker 2: for those of who takes three on three four eight
- 13:18Speaker 2: three until her prize packs probably not coming your.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Way, but cheers for the update anyway.
- 13:23Speaker 2: I've also some great advices coming too, because I've basically
- 13:27Speaker 2: got to ask my wife forriether I can take some
- 13:29Speaker 2: money out of our savings to buy my dream motorbike,
- 13:31Speaker 2: which has just come up for sale. I've got a
- 13:33Speaker 2: little side savings account called Motorbike, which is sort of
- 13:37Speaker 2: halfway short of what I need. And my idea was
- 13:41Speaker 2: Mogi that I take some money out of our savings
- 13:43Speaker 2: I buy the motorbike either than him not allowed to
- 13:46Speaker 2: touch the motorbike until I've paid it back.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Sure, what do you reckon? I thought, I didn't think
- 13:49Speaker 3: there's anything wrong with it, because the other if you're
- 13:52Speaker 3: going to continue to get outside income, which you will
- 13:54Speaker 3: because you're always picking up little bits here and there.
- 13:56Speaker 3: You know you've got your paper run now, yes, right,
- 13:59Speaker 3: and so you know you're making those little funds here.
- 14:01Speaker 3: So it's good. It is going to happen. It just
- 14:02Speaker 3: means you're paying. It's your You've got on lay by, exactly,
- 14:06Speaker 3: get it now, You've got on layby. That's why it
- 14:08Speaker 3: shouldn't be an issue.
- 14:08Speaker 2: And I've also got a place where I can put
- 14:10Speaker 2: it as well, have you, Yeah, my parents' house because
- 14:16Speaker 2: they've got a big garage there. My dad Don is
- 14:18Speaker 2: a big sorry, big garage, right, So I'd be like, I,
- 14:21Speaker 2: we'll just leave it down there. I'm not allowed touch
- 14:23Speaker 2: it until I've paid it back. How about that. I
- 14:24Speaker 2: think that's a pretty good idea.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I'm a bit concerned about your relationship
- 14:28Speaker 3: to be honest with you the way that you're talking. Yeah,
- 14:32Speaker 3: I would just do it. And then if it's really
- 14:36Speaker 3: that big a deal you could you could because I
- 14:38Speaker 3: know you get three hundred bucks allowance for your fun account,
- 14:41Speaker 3: so you can chop that down and pay it off.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Well, that's what I said. Can I just funnel?
- 14:46Speaker 3: Can I stop eating takeaways and buying beers and.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Funnel can you nah, and just funnel that into the thing.
- 14:52Speaker 2: The options there, Yeah, and the thing is too. Once
- 14:54Speaker 2: I get the bike, it's not even going to be

- 15:06Speaker 2: No?
- 15:06Speaker 3: No, no, did make it road worthy? No? How many mots

- 15:17Speaker 2: People are asking you got three four o three? What
- 15:19Speaker 2: is the bike? I'm not telling because this person here
- 15:21Speaker 2: ticks through as well. I've got a spear four ground.
- 15:23Speaker 2: I'm gonna go and trade me fine Keysy's dream bike
- 15:25Speaker 2: and buy it for myself.
- 15:26Speaker 3: That's the kind of son of a bitch move. I
- 15:28Speaker 3: can really get behind what.
- 15:29Speaker 2: It says here that the text is from Mike just
- 15:35Speaker 2: put two grand on a horse boomfer.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Oh that's true.
- 15:37Speaker 2: I could just gamble all Queen of the Nile and
- 15:41Speaker 2: buy two motorbikes. Cobain's daughter you helm ah, Oh sorry,
- 15:48Speaker 2: it's my bed. I can't get anything right. Here's the
- 15:51Speaker 2: Chemical Brothers, The.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Hole, Akuy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keys.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Letty Crave fly Away on The Hockey Big Show sixteen
- 16:01Speaker 2: minutes to five o'clock with Kezy and Megan. We've got
- 16:04Speaker 2: another best of the Big Show clip for you. This
- 16:08Speaker 2: is how we get our daily dose of Hoidy j
- 16:10Speaker 2: while he's yeah. This clip is from February of two
- 16:14Speaker 2: thousand wins. It from February, February, February. What how do
- 16:21Speaker 2: you say it? February February?
- 16:25Speaker 3: Do you know how to spell February?
- 16:26Speaker 2: I know, but February is just how everyone says it, February.
- 16:29Speaker 2: How do you say Worcestershire, Worcestershire, Shire, Worcestershire. Isn't it
- 16:33Speaker 2: just Worcester Worcester source? Anyway, we're getting off topic here.
- 16:37Speaker 2: This is a clip from February twenty twenty two. It's
- 16:40Speaker 2: called blood Moon. Do you remember this?
- 16:42Speaker 3: Guess what? What? I don't?
- 16:44Speaker 6: Ah, I didn't get much sleep last night obviously.
- 16:46Speaker 3: The blood moon.
- 16:47Speaker 6: Oh yeah, big night for me, Always a big night
- 16:49Speaker 6: for me every time the blood moon comes around.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Here can you're not sleep the last one twenty seventeen.
- 16:54Speaker 6: Ye oh, mate, it was a good one. You talk
- 16:56Speaker 6: about not land the plane got the clean around. Yeah,
- 17:02Speaker 6: well no, a group of friends that we celebrate and worship.
- 17:06Speaker 6: The blood moon quite a spiritual So we robed up,
- 17:10Speaker 6: masked up there and it's not really it's a.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Presbyterian No, not really. No druid. No, you heard your
- 17:21Speaker 3: dru days, didn't you.
- 17:22Speaker 6: It's kind of some people would say satanic. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 17:27Speaker 6: but that's sort of misinterpreting. There are some satanic elements
- 17:30Speaker 6: to it. Sure, But when we blood leedding, yes, the goats, yeah, yeah,
- 17:34Speaker 6: we kill a lot of goats. Yeah, whatever animals.
- 17:39Speaker 3: Are you surrounding them? Yeah?
- 17:41Speaker 6: To the blood moon? To the blood moon, well that's
- 17:46Speaker 6: it's a blood moon, gez. So you got to have
- 17:48Speaker 6: blood for a blood moon.
- 17:50Speaker 3: You have to.
- 17:51Speaker 6: But it basically culminates at the end of the day
- 17:53Speaker 6: in just a massive orgy.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Yeah, well nothing, it's me sort of up. Yeah, thank you.
- 17:58Speaker 6: And there's something I don't know if you of us
- 18:00Speaker 6: saw the film Eyes White Shirt.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Yeah, Tom cruise very along those lines.
- 18:08Speaker 6: We keep our masks on, but we take the robes
- 18:10Speaker 6: off and just rut away. I know it's there's men
- 18:14Speaker 6: and woman there. Yeah. Yeah, So what we do is
- 18:17Speaker 6: we just become like a nest of worms really and
- 18:20Speaker 6: squirt oil over ourselves and just writhe around.
- 18:22Speaker 3: When you say masks, do you mean like covid masks?
- 18:25Speaker 2: No?
- 18:26Speaker 3: No, no, like animals and animals yeah.
- 18:29Speaker 6: Whatever, whatever tibles your fancy.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Yeah, like Mickey Mouse.
- 18:34Speaker 6: Mickey Mouse, if you want to be sure whatever it is.
- 18:38Speaker 3: Let's say I was like deaffy Duck. You could be
- 18:41Speaker 3: deafite duck. Yeah.
- 18:41Speaker 6: Oh yeah, you could be whatever you wanted to be Keysy.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Definite, yeah, definite duck.
- 18:46Speaker 6: But another great knight head by all I must say.
- 18:48Speaker 6: But what about nine this morning?
- 18:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't mind. Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 18:58Speaker 6: We had noise control up there for a little while.
- 19:00Speaker 3: It was getting a bit out of control because you're
- 19:02Speaker 3: saying that she is the first year you building a
- 19:04Speaker 3: grand stand for them to come down and have a
- 19:05Speaker 3: geezer people can watch.
- 19:07Speaker 6: Yeah, we don't even really need the grandstand, of course,
- 19:09Speaker 6: because I've got all those townhouses up against my fence.
- 19:12Speaker 6: So people just stand on their balconies and watch. And
- 19:14Speaker 6: I don't know about you, but the performer in me
- 19:16Speaker 6: comes out. Yeah, I'm banging away. Yeah yeah, there's something
- 19:21Speaker 6: about being watched while you're making love that really gets
- 19:23Speaker 6: me going.
- 19:24Speaker 3: And the performer comes out of your what else stuff?
- 19:28Speaker 6: Yeah, no steamers, keys, you anything like, Oh, some people
- 19:32Speaker 6: look screet some people, you know, they they do that
- 19:36Speaker 6: sort of stuff. It's just a big letting go and
- 19:39Speaker 6: unleashing of all our primal age.
- 19:41Speaker 3: What do I have to do to get on the
- 19:42Speaker 3: invite list? Oh? Mate, next time, just turn up.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Do you have to bring your own goat or do
- 19:46Speaker 2: you have some?
- 19:47Speaker 3: Oh no, I've got plenty of goats because I might
- 19:49Speaker 3: come as well. No, it would be weird heaving you
- 19:55Speaker 3: just sort of geezing at us.
- 19:57Speaker 7: But there's a grand stack.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Can I just say that is one of the filthiest
- 20:01Speaker 2: clips I've ever heard.
- 20:03Speaker 3: That's a disgrace actually. But you can't help what the
- 20:05Speaker 3: guy gets up to on a speed of time, right,
- 20:07Speaker 3: So do we say no, you can't bring that content
- 20:09Speaker 3: on here? We asked the guy what he's been up to.
- 20:11Speaker 3: He tells us you can't condemn him.
- 20:13Speaker 2: It's funny too, that's because that's two and a half
- 20:15Speaker 2: years ago.
- 20:16Speaker 3: M hmm.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Which seems crazy. We've we've developed so much since then. Yeah,
- 20:19Speaker 2: it's different, isn't it. Yeah, go on insult me so
- 20:22Speaker 2: here no no, no, I was gonna say, now I'm
- 20:23Speaker 2: allowed to go to the Yeah there you could come. Yeah,
- 20:26Speaker 2: which is hey, keesy, god, we haven't approved at all.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Here's the class on the Hudcky Big Show.
- 20:33Speaker 1: The Hurarchy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and
- 20:37Speaker 1: Keysy Baseman Jackson.
- 20:38Speaker 2: The Hidarcky Big Show five minutes to five o'clock this
- 20:41Speaker 2: Friday afternoon with Kezy and Mogi and coming up after five.
- 20:44Speaker 2: It is, of course, the Friday Throbber. Today's theme was
- 20:48Speaker 2: chosen by Mogi after just an abysmal performance in the
- 20:51Speaker 2: first innings with the first Test against India. The theme
- 20:54Speaker 2: is India India Man so India themed throbbers, which have
- 20:58Speaker 2: proven quite hard to come by, so hard in fact,
- 21:01Speaker 2: Mogi that pug Son's freaking out in the B studio
- 21:04Speaker 2: right now. Yes, he is freaking out in the B
- 21:07Speaker 2: studio because he's stepping up for Hoidy j He's had
- 21:10Speaker 2: like two ideas and both of them he's not happy happy.
- 21:12Speaker 2: I offered for them to have my spear one and
- 21:14Speaker 2: he was like, he's too proud to take.
- 21:16Speaker 3: That, and so he should be. That's you know. And
- 21:18Speaker 3: the thing about it is if you did take a
- 21:20Speaker 3: Pogson and you're one, then you get an asterix, which
- 21:22Speaker 3: means it is worth nothing. Yeah, you know he's trying
- 21:24Speaker 3: to suck you in there, brother, I'm trying to suck
- 21:26Speaker 3: you trying to suck him in.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Also, come out keeping the ear out for the radio.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Hurducky gig a little cue to call if you hear
- 21:34Speaker 2: the roar of the encore, call us on eight hundred
- 21:36Speaker 2: Haadarky and you can win five hundred dollars to put
- 21:38Speaker 2: towards your nicks.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Gig. I've got a feeling in Jason's bullas about that,
- 21:42Speaker 3: You've got a feeling in Jason's ball I've got a
- 21:44Speaker 3: feeling in Jos's bulls. That's a huge omen.
- 21:50Speaker 1: The Hurdiching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy tune
- 21:53Speaker 1: in week days and four on Radio Hodarky.
- 22:00Speaker 2: It's the Big Shows Friday. It is the Friday Throbber.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Three minutes past five. By the way, you've got Kezy,
- 22:08Speaker 2: Mogi and Pugsan has stepped into the Hoodie j spot.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Of course, Hooty Jays on holiday this week. He's back
- 22:13Speaker 2: on Monday, though, and today's theme chosen by Mogi after
- 22:17Speaker 2: India's efforts in the first innings. The theme is India
- 22:20Speaker 2: it is which is to be honest. When you sent
- 22:23Speaker 2: through that theme, at first I was I laughed at
- 22:25Speaker 2: how ridiculous it was, and then I was like, you
- 22:26Speaker 2: know what, I like the challenge? Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's great.
- 22:29Speaker 2: So I enjoyed the challenge. You enjoyed it, pugsn freaking out.
- 22:32Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 22:32Speaker 7: I feel like you're making an assumption.
- 22:34Speaker 8: Man, I've loved the challenge that it's really fun in
- 22:36Speaker 8: studio b figuring that one out.
- 22:39Speaker 7: Honestly, man, I'm just excited to be here.
- 22:41Speaker 3: It's great.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Every time I walk in there. He shrinks down a
- 22:43Speaker 2: Google page of what I can only assume is him
- 22:45Speaker 2: googling and India the songs.
- 22:50Speaker 3: Have you feeling that good about him? That's what you're
- 22:52Speaker 3: gone with? Brother?
- 22:52Speaker 7: Okay, So I brought back a classic.
- 22:54Speaker 8: This was used in The Throbber a little while ago,
- 22:56Speaker 8: which I did not know used Indian music and the
- 22:59Speaker 8: song here we Go Jase, right, So that's that's my
- 23:13Speaker 8: cover of the Prodigy called Smack my keys up.
- 23:15Speaker 7: Are you used it a little while ago? Mogan Huge
- 23:18Speaker 7: journ and I didn't know.
- 23:19Speaker 4: I used Indian smacked my jas up smack. That's got
- 23:23Speaker 4: both key because you picked the thro of us about
- 23:26Speaker 4: the other two. Wait, so it has Indian music in it?
- 23:30Speaker 2: Yeah? Is it like sampled and reused? Yeah, and googling
- 23:33Speaker 2: that will come.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Up with that.
- 23:34Speaker 7: Do you want me to get that.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Already?
- 23:39Speaker 7: Just stirring away and studio be man, I got the research.
- 23:41Speaker 2: I'm just making sure. Yeah, sweet, Yeah, cool moggie.
- 23:46Speaker 3: I've gone with this one. A cash Mere cash cash
- 23:52Speaker 3: me outside, absolute thrub of a song from lind Zip
- 23:56Speaker 3: which you normally don't play on because it's it's hate
- 23:59Speaker 3: my that's long. Hey, I'm done for that.
- 24:02Speaker 8: Right after Mike gave us the thing, I text him
- 24:04Speaker 8: and I said, did you already have that song of mine?
- 24:06Speaker 2: When you see the Indian theme?
- 24:07Speaker 7: And he said a disgraceful accusation because.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Kashmire is a region India.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Yeah, there you go, I've gone for The song isn't
- 24:17Speaker 2: named after India. The artist is though South side of Bombay.
- 24:28Speaker 2: The tune the time the world the song.
- 24:32Speaker 3: This has been on my list for so long in
- 24:34Speaker 3: think I think I've done it before.
- 24:36Speaker 7: You've definitely mentioned.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Yeah straight tunes.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Yeah, Bombay turned into Molike by the way, you gotta
- 24:42Speaker 2: wait for the chorus. Okay, right, So if you'd like
- 24:49Speaker 2: to vote on what it ended up being a really
- 24:51Speaker 2: good throbber, yeah, give us a cool down on eight
- 24:54Speaker 2: hundred Hodarchy first to get two votes wins. Scores currently
- 24:59Speaker 2: locked myself and ten all, so it's all on the line.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Here's the Actic Monkeys.
- 25:04Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey.
- 25:11Speaker 3: It's the Hole Big Shows Friday Throbber.
- 25:16Speaker 2: It is the Friday Throbber on the Hurdarky Big Show
- 25:18Speaker 2: living in its past. Five and today's theme is India
- 25:21Speaker 2: after their ridiculous claps and the first innings of the
- 25:23Speaker 2: First Test against the Black Caps. And it was initially
- 25:26Speaker 2: a tough theme. However, we've ended up with three tunes,
- 25:29Speaker 2: three absolute starting with Pugsan's tune, which was his remix
- 25:34Speaker 2: of the Prodigy.
- 25:41Speaker 7: Jase so you can hear right.
- 25:46Speaker 8: I picked that clip for the song because it includes
- 25:48Speaker 8: the part of the song that has the Indian music
- 25:50Speaker 8: in it.
- 25:50Speaker 7: This is a song by an Indian vocalist.
- 25:52Speaker 8: That's an Indian song. Yeah, and I didn't know that
- 25:54Speaker 8: about the Prodigy tune no.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Yeah, So there you go, Mogi. You went for a
- 25:58Speaker 2: classic from led Zeppel. Of course Kashmere someone's ticked through.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Isn't Kashmere Pakistani?
- 26:07Speaker 3: Yeah, and it is. India controls fifty five percent of
- 26:10Speaker 3: the land area, Pakistan controls thirty percent of the land area,
- 26:14Speaker 3: and China controls fifteen percent of the land area. So
- 26:17Speaker 3: no doubt they're having good times over there in Kashmere. Yeah,
- 26:20Speaker 3: but we've got to tune out of it.
- 26:21Speaker 2: So bloody oath and I went for a band or
- 26:24Speaker 2: artist that was named after India South Side of Bombay.
- 26:29Speaker 2: What's the time, mister Woolf.
- 26:30Speaker 7: I love the song.
- 26:31Speaker 2: It's a Friday.
- 26:32Speaker 6: You know.
- 26:33Speaker 2: The first time I heard this was in Once Warriors Man.
- 26:36Speaker 6: Ah.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Yeah, they're in the eighties, the late eighties, holding going
- 26:39Speaker 2: on a family road trip. Bloody goods. Let's go to
- 26:44Speaker 2: the lions. See who people want to listen to. Samuel
- 26:47Speaker 2: Mayor Barstonhou's Life Man, not.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Too bad, things easy yourself?
- 26:51Speaker 2: Yeah, good as gold. Mate, Who would you like to
- 26:52Speaker 2: vote for I'm going to have to go for you.
- 26:55Speaker 3: Keith.
- 26:56Speaker 2: Get on your Sam You're a great New Zealander already.
- 27:00Speaker 2: How's life mate, dream mate yourself?
- 27:04Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 27:04Speaker 2: Same here you're sick? Would you like to vote for Jory?
- 27:08Speaker 3: I'm going for you.
- 27:12Speaker 2: Just like that too, Thank you very much. Joey, You've
- 27:14Speaker 2: got great taste. Are you guys upset.
- 27:17Speaker 3: About that at all? It's a chune it is.
- 27:20Speaker 2: It is a great song.
- 27:21Speaker 8: And also I did the edit of that smacked my
- 27:24Speaker 8: keysy up song a long time ago, and I've just
- 27:26Speaker 8: was a little paranoid that maybe I'd missed one of
- 27:29Speaker 8: the vocals.
- 27:29Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm sure it would have been fine because he'd
- 27:32Speaker 7: played it before, but it just wanted.
- 27:33Speaker 3: To be sure.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Well, here is a squeaky clean what's the time mister Wolf?
- 27:36Speaker 2: It is your Friday Robert.
- 27:39Speaker 1: The Whoedarky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keysy.
- 27:43Speaker 2: What's the time mister Wolf's South Side of Bombay on
- 27:46Speaker 2: the Hudacky Big Show.
- 27:47Speaker 3: That is an absolute answet throbbers that see us here
- 27:51Speaker 3: on three four eight three. I vote what's the Times
- 27:53Speaker 3: Southside of Bombay? Great Friday song? Yeah, that is a tune.
- 27:57Speaker 3: Can't be can't be upset losing that one to such
- 28:00Speaker 3: a goddamn Kiwi classic.
- 28:02Speaker 2: That's right, that's so keazy.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Though, before you speak, mate, well done first of all,
- 28:06Speaker 3: and also why doesn't that song get more joy? I
- 28:09Speaker 3: guess part of it is, and we were talking about
- 28:10Speaker 3: our is that you can't listen to it on Spotify.
- 28:13Speaker 2: It's not Apple Music, I can't. You can't get it anywhere.
- 28:15Speaker 3: That's right, and that is not fear to that band
- 28:18Speaker 3: because it would be the probably only source of revenue.
- 28:20Speaker 2: I bet there are people listening now who like shazaming
- 28:23Speaker 2: or whatever it's called listening. What is that song?
- 28:25Speaker 3: And it's not available and there's only well, it's available,
- 28:28Speaker 3: but only really bad covers. Yeah, right, really bad covers.
- 28:31Speaker 3: God damn it. That's a tue Yeah, south side of Bomb.
- 28:34Speaker 2: But I think it's on YouTube though, so add that
- 28:36Speaker 2: to your YouTube playlist if that's the thing. We're just
- 28:38Speaker 2: gonna have a quick look at the Throbber scoreboard. If
- 28:40Speaker 2: that's all, make it in there. So currently in the lead,
- 28:44Speaker 2: old Kezy on eleven wins right, Ah feels good.
- 28:50Speaker 3: You've been without a one for at least two months,
- 28:52Speaker 3: I'd say, it's.
- 28:54Speaker 6: Not like you.
- 28:54Speaker 2: In fact, the last time I was ahead and the
- 28:56Speaker 2: Throbber was just throwing away on my honeymoon and then
- 28:58Speaker 2: you overtook me.
- 28:59Speaker 3: That's right. I had a quite and I'm not here.
- 29:01Speaker 3: I've got I've got some weeks off coming as well,
- 29:03Speaker 3: so I've got to start building a lead.
- 29:05Speaker 2: So after three years, get head. You've won the Throbber
- 29:08Speaker 2: three years and oh wow, you're second on.
- 29:12Speaker 3: You know the thing about I just I'm willing to
- 29:15Speaker 3: hand the crown over so cool.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Thanks, I don't want it now. For some reason, you're
- 29:20Speaker 2: second on ten victories this year. Jace is third on
- 29:24Speaker 2: nine victories with five asterisks.
- 29:28Speaker 3: And Pugson bringing.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Up the rear on two. I think it's about two
- 29:31Speaker 2: from four though. He's got a pretty good hitd rates
- 29:34Speaker 2: very successful Throbber. Great who would have thought?
- 29:37Speaker 3: And we've got a couple of bangers coming up for
- 29:39Speaker 3: you now as well. Happy Friday, Bloody oath.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Ac DC Highway to Hell. It's the Friday Big Show.
- 29:44Speaker 1: The Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue.

- 29:51Speaker 2: This Friday afternoon with Keyzy and Mogi. Someone who has
- 29:55Speaker 2: ticked through Mogi saying, can you please stop playing the
- 29:57Speaker 2: throbber noise halfway through? So yeah, no, no, I'm not
- 30:03Speaker 2: going to stop because it makes me laugh every time.
- 30:04Speaker 2: I yeah, it is good stuff. Hey, Mogi, have you
- 30:07Speaker 2: heard about this thing called love? Love? Yeah, and marriage
- 30:13Speaker 2: and long term commitments. It's a wonderful thing. Myself. You
- 30:18Speaker 2: howdy j We've all taken the plum.
- 30:20Speaker 3: It's true, we have.
- 30:21Speaker 2: We're all and it's like, you know, I'm sure there
- 30:23Speaker 2: are a lot of listeners who are gutted about this.
- 30:25Speaker 2: We're all spoken for. Diamonds on Richmond, though. They want
- 30:28Speaker 2: to help you be spoken for. They've got a ten
- 30:32Speaker 2: thousand dollar diamond did you no? I just wrote there.
- 30:35Speaker 3: They're good.
- 30:35Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, pretty crazy. They've got a ten thousand dollar
- 30:38Speaker 2: diamond engagement ring to give away to one lucky backbone.
- 30:41Speaker 2: The winner also gets the assistance of us here at
- 30:43Speaker 2: the big Show to help pull off the dream proposal.
- 30:47Speaker 3: We're sort of spoken about this, and this is the
- 30:48Speaker 3: kind of thing that is going to appeal to the
- 30:51Speaker 3: most males.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Absolutely, I think I don't think this is great.
- 30:53Speaker 3: The problem is for most of those males is going
- 30:56Speaker 3: to be The ideal would be that a male is
- 30:59Speaker 3: propared into a male, because then you're going to have
- 31:02Speaker 3: two males that love The Big Show. The difficulty is
- 31:04Speaker 3: finding a male who's got a partner who likes a
- 31:07Speaker 3: female partner that likes The Big Show for the actual
- 31:09Speaker 3: proposal ast peak for the because they're not they're gonna
- 31:12Speaker 3: be like, who the hell are these guys? Are these
- 31:14Speaker 3: those households at four o'clock? Do you know what I mean? Well,
- 31:17Speaker 3: there is a risk of that. But then I was
- 31:19Speaker 3: at dropping the cat off at school the other night,
- 31:21Speaker 3: or my wife was, and a woman was waving like
- 31:24Speaker 3: a maniac out the window to her, and then about
- 31:26Speaker 3: five minutes later went up and said, look, I'm sorry
- 31:29Speaker 3: about that, but I looked out the window and I
- 31:30Speaker 3: saw your dog and is that Tinker? She recognized that dog,
- 31:35Speaker 3: and she's she did a Spotify rat last year and
- 31:38Speaker 3: she was a top in the top ten percent. Oh wow,
- 31:41Speaker 3: fans of the of the Big Show. So there are
- 31:44Speaker 3: some females out there, but she's got a couple of
- 31:46Speaker 3: kids already, so she doesn't really count. So she recognized
- 31:49Speaker 3: that she recognized Tinker.
- 31:50Speaker 2: That is outrageous. And I know what you're saying because
- 31:53Speaker 2: I've tried mentioning old Mogi and houghdy J during intimate
- 31:57Speaker 2: during house making. Yeah, and my wife didn't go for
- 31:59Speaker 2: it at all. Yeah, so we are looking for a
- 32:01Speaker 2: special person. You can intern out Hodaki dot co dot
- 32:03Speaker 2: in z. Tell us how you try to mentioning Pugshon.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Tell us how you'd pull off your dream proposal. No,
- 32:09Speaker 2: I haven't. I will though, yeah tonight Old Pugson's here's
- 32:13Speaker 2: one sent through by anonymous get a Flowers.
- 32:18Speaker 3: I love a flower by the way.
- 32:20Speaker 2: My partner works for a New Zealand and I want
- 32:22Speaker 2: to propose to her on a flight while she's working.
- 32:25Speaker 2: I would be on the flight without her knowledge, and
- 32:28Speaker 2: as she is doing service, I would pop the question.
- 32:30Speaker 2: I've already spoken to her colleagues in regards to this
- 32:32Speaker 2: and it seems to be a winner. And then Houdy
- 32:34Speaker 2: Jkesey Mog you would jump out of a bush and scream,
- 32:36Speaker 2: my waff.
- 32:37Speaker 3: I'm one thousand percent on board with a on board
- 32:40Speaker 3: on board. Thank you with that. As long as it's
- 32:42Speaker 3: a really long flight and you do the proposal really
- 32:44Speaker 3: early does so it's awkward. So it's got the potential
- 32:47Speaker 3: to be really awkward. But this is a beauty of
- 32:50Speaker 3: having a ten thousand dollars ring from Diamonds on Richmond.
- 32:52Speaker 3: The chances of anybody saying no to that big bastard
- 32:55Speaker 3: pretty right.
- 32:56Speaker 2: I like the idea of a long flight.
- 32:57Speaker 3: We're all on it.
- 32:58Speaker 2: So let's make it a flight to say Europe. Yes,
- 33:00Speaker 2: and it's book a return flight for say four weeks afterwards,
- 33:03Speaker 2: and you're pretty much guaranteed winner. Hodak you dot co
- 33:06Speaker 2: dot m Z right now if you're keen to get
- 33:08Speaker 2: in the Drawdia.
- 33:09Speaker 1: The whole Aky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 33:13Speaker 1: and Kisy.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Radio to you guys, gig a little. I love how
- 33:26Speaker 2: fun doesn't rhyme at all with rock you.
- 33:29Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a shocker. We did some great work at
- 33:33Speaker 3: the station, and I don't think that that's an example
- 33:36Speaker 3: of it. I mean, I love it because it sucks
- 33:38Speaker 3: so bad. Yeah, we will, we will fund you.
- 33:43Speaker 2: We will fund you.
- 33:44Speaker 3: That will fund you hard, oh man, We'll fund you
- 33:46Speaker 3: all night long, given half a chance.
- 33:48Speaker 2: That's right. Courtesy of our mates and super Liquor, they've
- 33:51Speaker 2: given us a whole heap of cash giveaway the keiwis
- 33:53Speaker 2: to get them gigging once again. It is the gig
- 33:56Speaker 2: a little fund. If you hear the roar of the encore,
- 33:59Speaker 2: you call straight away and I one hundred Hodarchy and
- 34:01Speaker 2: you could win five hundred bucks cash.
- 34:03Speaker 3: I've just said somebody sharp at the window here KB, Yeah,
- 34:06Speaker 3: who is probably responsible for that jingle? And she's just
- 34:09Speaker 3: pressed it's not airy it was. That's my favorite one
- 34:13Speaker 3: we've ever done. Yeah, we will fund you.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Brett from christ Church. You heard the roar of the encore, mate,
- 34:18Speaker 2: didn't you? You got on the phone straight away. How
- 34:20Speaker 2: are you going?
- 34:21Speaker 3: Absolutely very well? Lad? How are we?
- 34:23Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 34:23Speaker 3: Really good Brett? What do you do for a crush
- 34:25Speaker 3: down there? And Chitcher? I'm an account manager in the
- 34:28Speaker 3: construction game. Ah, good on your mate. You're in the
- 34:34Speaker 3: construction industry, but you're off the you're off the tools.
- 34:37Speaker 3: Well done, yeah, yeah, definitely off the tools.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Good on your mate. Well it's Friday afternoon anyway, Friday
- 34:43Speaker 2: evening almost so most people should be off the tools. Brett.
- 34:47Speaker 2: If you could hit to any gig may what would
- 34:48Speaker 2: it be?
- 34:50Speaker 3: Bill jam and awtme for me? Lads killed it? Ah,
- 34:52Speaker 3: easy absolutely. Can you tell me Brett has that singing
- 34:55Speaker 3: show sold out? No? I don't think it has limited tickets,
- 34:59Speaker 3: limited tickets of vail. Okay, absolutely unmissable. Have you seen
- 35:02Speaker 3: them when they've been there before? I have not, no, mate.
- 35:06Speaker 3: How old are you forty forty? Yeah? Right, yeah, well
- 35:10Speaker 3: I'm forty eight and they were key for my upbringing
- 35:13Speaker 3: music wise. I saw them I think when I was
- 35:15Speaker 3: twenty at the Souper Top. Yeah. Drove up in a
- 35:20Speaker 3: a Nissan Starlet, Toyota Stallett, a Toyota Starlet five of
- 35:25Speaker 3: us and that is a very small vehicle all the
- 35:27Speaker 3: way from Levin and made it up, made it up
- 35:31Speaker 3: to Auckland and yeah, absolute all time concert. Yeah. Great
- 35:34Speaker 3: way to spend your cash if you can find it
- 35:36Speaker 3: the Abrent Oh, absolutely good stuff.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Brett. Welcomengrats mate, you've got yourself five honey bucks.
- 35:42Speaker 3: Thank you so much.
- 35:43Speaker 2: No worries man, make sure you put that towards getting
- 35:46Speaker 2: up and send pearl jam. It'll be one of the
- 35:47Speaker 2: old timers.
- 35:48Speaker 3: We'll check you on.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Holden pugsarn Or look after you. That is just money
- 35:53Speaker 2: well spent, isn't it.
- 35:54Speaker 3: It was a bloody ripper and what a great concert
- 35:55Speaker 3: that was. I was sending the crowd surprising because I
- 36:00Speaker 3: was at the concert, and then he brought they brought.
- 36:04Speaker 3: Eddie Vedder said, now this is you know, when they're
- 36:06Speaker 3: right in their prime. This is you know, the release
- 36:09Speaker 3: of ten prime, and Eddie Veda starts banging on about
- 36:13Speaker 3: how Split Ends is one of his favorite bands growing up,
- 36:15Speaker 3: though super influential on him when he was The idea
- 36:18Speaker 3: that he would even have heard of them was unbelievable.
- 36:22Speaker 3: Then he brought Tim and Neil Finn out and they
- 36:24Speaker 3: sang History NEVERI Pe Wow and two other Split End songs,
- 36:29Speaker 3: and they went verse for verse and did the choruses together.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Absolutely unbelievable. I try to picture like Eddie Vedder leaking dude.
- 36:39Speaker 3: He came back and he did a tour. He did
- 36:42Speaker 3: a tour with was it the Split Ends one? And
- 36:45Speaker 3: he did That's All Stuff and Nonsense, which is a
- 36:48Speaker 3: Tim Finn song. If you can find that, find the
- 36:51Speaker 3: video him and Tim Finn will always get my fins
- 36:55Speaker 3: mixed up doing that song together. Just a piano and
- 36:58Speaker 3: those two absolutely out the gate Stuff and Nonsense. Give
- 37:02Speaker 3: that to Google. With Eddie Veder, It's amazing.
- 37:03Speaker 2: I just googled it. Apparently it was their cousin Dorsal Fin.
- 37:07Speaker 2: Jeez damn, that just like ruined the ending of that
- 37:12Speaker 2: break and then that we will fund you to ruin
- 37:14Speaker 2: the start of it.
- 37:15Speaker 3: We will find you.
- 37:18Speaker 1: It is the Black Keys on The Hucky Big Show,
- 37:20Speaker 1: The Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue.
- 37:23Speaker 2: And Kesey No Sleep till Brooklyn on the Huducky Big Show,
- 37:28Speaker 2: Kesy and Mogi with you on your Friday evening and
- 37:30Speaker 2: coming up after six o'clock. Of course we've got what's
- 37:33Speaker 2: on the tally with Old Moggi, which is handy heading
- 37:35Speaker 2: into the long weekend. It's not actually I'm having a lot.
- 37:37Speaker 3: Of wrong weekend for you. You'll be in Australia, so
- 37:40Speaker 3: you won't be able to watch any of what I'm
- 37:42Speaker 3: going to talk about it or anything.
- 37:43Speaker 2: Nah, So that's I'll still tune in though, oh yeah,
- 37:46Speaker 2: and be a part of it, oh sure. But also
- 37:48Speaker 2: coming up after six o'clock, one last best of the
- 37:51Speaker 2: Big Show moment. This clip that we've got to play
- 37:54Speaker 2: for you is from twenty twenty three November and it's
- 37:58Speaker 2: about the time Jace had Shagger's back.
- 38:00Speaker 3: So that's that's good. He's often got that. Yeah, I know,
- 38:04Speaker 3: I think that's the amazing for somebody who does as
- 38:06Speaker 3: little shagging as he does.
- 38:07Speaker 2: That's right.
- 38:08Speaker 3: Don't let people know that what the shagging that he
- 38:10Speaker 3: does do is top quality. He assures us in the
- 38:12Speaker 3: world best shag.
- 38:15Speaker 2: That's going up after six.
- 38:19Speaker 1: The whole aching Big Show with Jace, Mike and Kezy.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Iki.
- 38:25Speaker 2: It is a hurdy big show with Jace, Mike and Kezy.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Although Jase is on holiday, he's back Monday.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:30Speaker 2: We've done it five days without him, and I'll tell
- 38:32Speaker 2: you what it felt good.
- 38:33Speaker 3: Yeah, it felt real good. It actually got better and
- 38:35Speaker 3: better as the week went on.
- 38:36Speaker 2: I thought, I feel like he's going to come in
- 38:38Speaker 2: and stink up the joint now, Yes, possible, which is
- 38:40Speaker 2: a bit of a shame. Of course, we still did
- 38:42Speaker 2: the pot Actually, before I get to that, the Big
- 38:44Speaker 2: Show is brought to you by two week Yes all right,
- 38:47Speaker 2: get it in Yeah, get it in you and the
- 38:49Speaker 2: famous tagline get it in you. Of course, keep an
- 38:52Speaker 2: eye out because they've got the year right campaign back.
- 38:54Speaker 2: The billboards will be popping up all over the place
- 38:56Speaker 2: because in this day and age, we can all do.
- 38:58Speaker 3: With a laugh. That's so true, man, well said.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Hen sick of me say no, no, no, okay, got
- 39:04Speaker 2: the way you do it? Yeah, exactly mix it up.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Every time. We did do a podcast out show today,
- 39:08Speaker 2: which is bonus content. We do it every single day
- 39:10Speaker 2: to warm up for the show. Comes out at seven
- 39:13Speaker 2: thirty along with the highlights package of that day's show.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Today it was myself, Moggi and pugsun and the clip
- 39:18Speaker 2: was to do with the Throbber.
- 39:22Speaker 3: If we're going to do themes, they should be fucking
- 39:24Speaker 3: stupid like that, but you just got to. It's got
- 39:26Speaker 3: to be like you've just got a really leak.
- 39:31Speaker 2: The weird thing was when you said the theme, I
- 39:33Speaker 2: was like, so stupid. So that is to do with
- 39:38Speaker 2: today's Throbber theme, which was India.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Yes, but you'd be happy with it now because you
- 39:42Speaker 3: got another wind man.
- 39:44Speaker 2: I am stoked. Yeah, And to be honest, it was
- 39:46Speaker 2: one of the best rubbles we've done in ages, hands down,
- 39:49Speaker 2: and a text did come through while the Throbble was playing.
- 39:51Speaker 2: After the raging success of the Throbber this week, I
- 39:53Speaker 2: think Pugs should take Hoyt spot until he can prove
- 39:57Speaker 2: he has a throbbing taste of music again. Sure, and
- 40:00Speaker 2: so he can prove that he can actually stick to
- 40:02Speaker 2: the theme.
- 40:02Speaker 3: I would also just on that, I would I would
- 40:07Speaker 3: question the use of the word again, a throbbing tastes
- 40:10Speaker 3: of music again. Oh yeah, it's been like this since
- 40:14Speaker 3: the start. Yeah, you're right, it is like he did
- 40:17Speaker 3: like six weeks in a row of Deftones.
- 40:19Speaker 2: You know.
- 40:19Speaker 3: It's it's it's absolutely all over the show and that's
- 40:22Speaker 3: the beauty of it. It's, you know, one man's opinion
- 40:26Speaker 3: of what a throbber is. I absolutely love it. Yeah,
- 40:29Speaker 3: it's it's weird, it is, and that's what you want.
- 40:32Speaker 3: And to be honest, he has one nine times this
- 40:35Speaker 3: year and every single time you're amazed. It's like, how
- 40:39Speaker 3: the hell has that song won? It's it's it boggles
- 40:42Speaker 3: the mind. And here he is, you know, is too
- 40:44Speaker 3: off the lead.
- 40:45Speaker 2: It hoggles the mind because he looks like Hoggle for Labyrinth.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Ah yeah yeah. Coming up next, by the way, best
- 40:51Speaker 2: of the Big Show moment and featuring Jason and the
- 40:53Speaker 2: return of his Shagger's Back of the Show podcast. Yeah,
- 40:57Speaker 2: that's a great song and it's a great song to come.
- 41:00Speaker 2: I'm out of going into the best of clip that
- 41:02Speaker 2: we have lined up for your next It's Kezy and
- 41:03Speaker 2: Moogi on the Big Show, by the way, and that
- 41:04Speaker 2: was comfortably shagged by Head like a Hole. And we've
- 41:08Speaker 2: got a best of moment for you featuring the two
- 41:10Speaker 2: of us and also Hoidy J from November in twenty
- 41:13Speaker 2: twenty three, when he first announced that he had Shagger's back,
- 41:17Speaker 2: which has been a recurring theme for the first time,
- 41:19Speaker 2: he said it.
- 41:22Speaker 3: Time yeah, which now is Yeah. I think that's been
- 41:26Speaker 3: That's been pretty steady content since day one.
- 41:28Speaker 2: It's probably been steady content since he was on his
- 41:30Speaker 2: last radio show.
- 41:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:33Speaker 6: I went to the doctor today. As you know, I've
- 41:35Speaker 6: been suffering from Shagger's back.
- 41:40Speaker 3: Back in the day.
- 41:41Speaker 6: Of course, I don't mind admitting that, dear. You know
- 41:46Speaker 6: there was a lot of shagging pugs right now.
- 41:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:49Speaker 6: Yeah. As a consequence, I've got massive spinal injuries going
- 41:54Speaker 6: on and spinal issues predominantly. The issue is I've got
- 41:59Speaker 6: no spinal jelly between my vertebras. So what is happening
- 42:04Speaker 6: is that my vertebras are just just crunching against each other.
- 42:09Speaker 3: Can I just point out, and this is a minor detail,
- 42:13Speaker 3: that the plural of vertebrae is vertebrae, not vertebras. Well,
- 42:19Speaker 3: that's what my doctor, Cory.
- 42:20Speaker 6: He says, your vertebras are poked, Jason, your vertebras. So
- 42:26Speaker 6: I don't want to sort of make this public knowledge,
- 42:28Speaker 6: you know, I just sort of take it on the chain.
- 42:30Speaker 6: But I've been going in every second day to get
- 42:32Speaker 6: spinal jelly infusions nice and and and but the pain
- 42:41Speaker 6: hasn't stopped in any way. So people I know this
- 42:43Speaker 6: when I'm doing the right ash, I'm on a lot
- 42:45Speaker 6: of pain, makey, I don't tell people that, but I'm
- 42:48Speaker 6: in a lot of pain. But anyway, they had a
- 42:51Speaker 6: good chat to the doctor today and.
- 42:52Speaker 3: He said, look, this just doesn't work.
- 42:54Speaker 6: And we can pour bucket loads of spinal jelly in there,
- 42:58Speaker 6: it's not going to make a world of difference because
- 42:59Speaker 6: you're vert to bray, so porous and so in such
- 43:02Speaker 6: bad shape. And he said, so we've been I've been
- 43:05Speaker 6: investigating what we can do to sort of address the issue.
- 43:08Speaker 6: And the only thing he's come back with as a transplant.
- 43:11Speaker 6: Oh yeah, yeah, because you can do those now, I
- 43:13Speaker 6: don't know if you guys knew this, you can do
- 43:15Speaker 6: a full spinal transplant backbone exactly. Makee quite quite ironic, really,
- 43:22Speaker 6: isn't it that? You know, backbone is such a big
- 43:24Speaker 6: part of our char and my business. Bone is completely poked.
- 43:30Speaker 6: And interestingly enough, they do it with baboons. Oh so
- 43:35Speaker 6: it's not it's not a man made spinal column. It's
- 43:39Speaker 6: actually transplanted, transplanted from a baboon.
- 43:45Speaker 3: You'd get something more along the size of a spider monkey, though,
- 43:48Speaker 3: wouldn't you were a well he did actually a lema.
- 43:51Speaker 6: He actually did actually mention just quietly between us, just
- 43:54Speaker 6: between the three of us, because of my diminutive sort
- 43:57Speaker 6: of stature. He said, it might we might be looking
- 43:59Speaker 6: at a different monkey for you.
- 44:01Speaker 3: Yes.
- 44:02Speaker 6: So, but they can do it directly. And so they
- 44:04Speaker 6: have whatever monkey is on the you know that they
- 44:08Speaker 6: select that suits your spinal column, whether it be your
- 44:11Speaker 6: baboon slash spider monkey, whatever it is possible, and then
- 44:15Speaker 6: they and it just lies next to you on the
- 44:18Speaker 6: table and they just do a direct transplant.
- 44:21Speaker 3: Does the does the spider monkey get your spine or
- 44:25Speaker 3: does it just end up being sort of a sack
- 44:26Speaker 3: of blood and organs? Pretty much here. Yeah, you know what,
- 44:29Speaker 3: I don't feel good about that. I care about my animals.
- 44:32Speaker 6: You know, I don't like the idea of some spider
- 44:35Speaker 6: monkey sacrificing its spinal column.
- 44:37Speaker 3: For me if it's down to you know, if it's
- 44:39Speaker 3: between you and him. Yeah.
- 44:40Speaker 2: Well, and and the other thing is too.
- 44:42Speaker 6: I mean, I'm in a situation where do I let
- 44:44Speaker 6: down legions of fans sure because I can't operate anymore?
- 44:49Speaker 6: Or is it worth the life of a spider monkey
- 44:52Speaker 6: to get me tickety boo?
- 44:55Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 44:55Speaker 3: So I'll let you know.
- 44:56Speaker 6: I've got to think it through. You know, there's all
- 44:58Speaker 6: the all the sort of anti reject drugs and all
- 45:01Speaker 6: that sort of stuff I want to take, which apparently
- 45:03Speaker 6: affects the bullos and my hair.
- 45:06Speaker 3: So yeah, it's sort of. It is a serious thing though,
- 45:12Speaker 3: because a lot of a lot of times when people
- 45:15Speaker 3: are going through the shagging days, yes, they don't sort
- 45:19Speaker 3: of realize the damage that they're doing. And it's not
- 45:21Speaker 3: unlike your rugby union players, your rugby league players, your
- 45:24Speaker 3: American football players are having these concussion issues that sort
- 45:28Speaker 3: of come back to haunt them eye sort of ten
- 45:30Speaker 3: fifteen years later. And that's all a result of the
- 45:33Speaker 3: things that they've done early on right on the field.
- 45:35Speaker 3: Although this is what you've done in the sack. Yeah, yeah,
- 45:37Speaker 3: this is the work that you've put in in the
- 45:39Speaker 3: back seat.
- 45:40Speaker 6: Well, I don't know if you've sort of noticed this,
- 45:42Speaker 6: but just above my hips there, Mogi, it's like a
- 45:44Speaker 6: little hunchback.
- 45:47Speaker 3: Where the discs are bulging out what I've noticed about
- 45:51Speaker 3: you though, And this is how and you won't know this, Pugs,
- 45:55Speaker 3: but Jason has done. You know, he was such a
- 45:57Speaker 3: shagger back in the day that it's actually effect did
- 46:00Speaker 3: his everyday posture. So you'll notice when he sort of
- 46:03Speaker 3: he walks around here, he's constantly thrusting at the air. Yeah,
- 46:09Speaker 3: you know, what's a sign of a mad ruder.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Wow, this stow way to finish there. On the Hidarcky
- 46:16Speaker 2: Big Show. Another best of moment Shag's back. I thought
- 46:19Speaker 2: it was sort of lacking something while I was listening
- 46:21Speaker 2: to that, and I was like, oh, oh keezy, oh yeah,
- 46:23Speaker 2: he's not there. Usually comes in with a mean singer
- 46:25Speaker 2: right at the end, just to really seal things off.
- 46:28Speaker 2: But if you do want to listen to The Hiducky
- 46:29Speaker 2: Big Show, every show we have ever done is available
- 46:32Speaker 2: wherever you get your podcasts from. Just search Hadarky and
- 46:35Speaker 2: they'll pop up and we release the fresh ones every
- 46:37Speaker 2: night at seven thirty The.
- 46:40Speaker 1: Darky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keezy Queen.
- 46:45Speaker 2: David Bowie on the Hudackey Big Show This Friday Evening
- 46:47Speaker 2: with Kezy and Mogi and it's time to chat some TV.
- 46:53Speaker 3: What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue. Yeah, I'm had
- 47:16Speaker 3: a guess Bugson. Can you find out when we first
- 47:19Speaker 3: heard that that's night I watched Crawd Goes Wild? Oh wow, yeah,
- 47:28Speaker 3: episode two? Ever, well, no of the series that you're in.
- 47:34Speaker 3: Are you talking about Game of Two Halves? No, that's it.
- 47:38Speaker 3: I couldn't remember the name, and that is it? Yes,
- 47:40Speaker 3: that's it.
- 47:41Speaker 2: So you watched the episode two?
- 47:42Speaker 3: I watched the episode two because I'm trying to catch up,
- 47:44Speaker 3: you see, and I don't want to just jump ahead.
- 47:47Speaker 2: Right but this week that week? Yeah, not this week
- 47:50Speaker 2: because it's confusing because he was one last night.
- 47:52Speaker 3: There was one last night as well. Yeah, and I thought, oh,
- 47:55Speaker 3: he's gonna want me to watch it, but I didn't
- 47:56Speaker 3: want to, you know, skip ahead and Matt he's met
- 48:01Speaker 3: his team one. Yes, he didn't do as badly in
- 48:04Speaker 3: the charades, although it still did badly, but by that
- 48:06Speaker 3: stage they had about an eight or ten point lead
- 48:08Speaker 3: on you guys. That's right, and so the damage had
- 48:11Speaker 3: been done.
- 48:11Speaker 2: I've got a hunch for that one that someone had
- 48:13Speaker 2: told them a couple of answers. Really was that the
- 48:15Speaker 2: George Blowers one George Blowers. It's like, what's the name
- 48:18Speaker 2: of this Auckland guy? And then straight away is a Blowers.
- 48:20Speaker 3: George b There are Andrew Blowers, Andrew Blowers, Andrew Blowers. Yeah,
- 48:24Speaker 3: that's right. Who was the number six for Auckland?
- 48:27Speaker 2: I remember creak was the way he answered it.
- 48:29Speaker 3: Straight away it was Andrew Blowers is somebody that's in
- 48:33Speaker 3: our wheelhouse. It is that sort of age. Andrew Blows
- 48:36Speaker 3: absolutely is. Yeah, and bloody good, bloody good as always,
- 48:40Speaker 3: as always every time I watch it, I love it. Yeah,
- 48:42Speaker 3: it's so good. What did you watch, man?
- 48:44Speaker 2: I watched the most recent episode of the Game of
- 48:47Speaker 2: Two Halves? Yeah, because my wife didn't get home until
- 48:50Speaker 2: very late last night, and by late for her as
- 48:52Speaker 2: eight o'clock. So by the time she showered up and
- 48:55Speaker 2: we ate and then watched TV. All we did was
- 48:57Speaker 2: watch Game of two halves and this one I was
- 49:00Speaker 2: inting because Laura mcgoldrick's away and we had Lee Hart, Ali,
- 49:03Speaker 2: williams Angusta, Jane Harding who was an MMA fighter, and
- 49:07Speaker 2: Brodie Kane bas big names, E and I Stewart. Of
- 49:11Speaker 2: course fun show and I'm sad that I won't be
- 49:14Speaker 2: presenting anymore. I have to go back to just being contestant.
- 49:17Speaker 3: Well, on the bright side, when you are just a
- 49:19Speaker 3: contestant and when you say just teston, you're also condemning
- 49:24Speaker 3: your fellow contestants only or least, then that's right. I'm
- 49:29Speaker 3: sure that Laura won't absolutely stick it to you for
- 49:33Speaker 3: what a shocking job that you did in her absence.
- 49:35Speaker 3: Will that be a better right?
- 49:36Speaker 2: I don't think she would, really she will, she will,
- 49:40Speaker 2: But what would she have a go at? Because it
- 49:41Speaker 2: was pretty slick I was hearing from around you.
- 49:44Speaker 3: You don't think she'll find something? She definitely will.
- 49:47Speaker 2: Yeah, and to be fair, there was a lot of
- 49:49Speaker 2: stuff left on the editing room floor of me absolutely
- 49:52Speaker 2: making a masera of a lot of stuff.
- 49:53Speaker 3: Yeah, good shit, It comes up.
- 49:54Speaker 2: Good and comes up polished as as if also another
- 49:59Speaker 2: thing we watched my wife is because whenever we go
- 50:02Speaker 2: overseas somewhere, like we're going to Cambodia for New Years,
- 50:05Speaker 2: and so we'll watch a few travel videos on what
- 50:07Speaker 2: do you do? Sorry, what are you doing in New Year's?
- 50:10Speaker 3: No, what are you doing? You trying to you're trying
- 50:12Speaker 3: to jam in another thing that you watched last night,
- 50:14Speaker 3: But let me just quickly, just quickly, and when you
- 50:19Speaker 3: I don't know how I feel about this.
- 50:20Speaker 2: When we go overseas, we'll watch a video of something
- 50:22Speaker 2: on YouTube, like hey, here's three days in this place, right, sure,
- 50:25Speaker 2: and then we put on She's I'll chuck one on
- 50:28Speaker 2: for Sydney because we're going to Sydney tomorrow. And I'm
- 50:31Speaker 2: sitting there watching and I'm like, Sydney is just the
- 50:33Speaker 2: same as New Zealand. Like the everything looks it's not
- 50:36Speaker 2: weird and wacky and like, oh, you have to go
- 50:38Speaker 2: to this place. It's just like it's like Auckland. Yeah,
- 50:41Speaker 2: we'll just get there, have a look around. Yeah, and
- 50:43Speaker 2: so that's what we're gonna do.
- 50:44Speaker 3: Good.
- 50:45Speaker 2: Yeah, So I just thought it share.
- 50:47Speaker 3: That on Matches. Yeah, but Betters, I'm here. It is hot.
- 50:54Speaker 3: It looks amazing.
- 50:56Speaker 1: The Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and.
- 51:00Speaker 2: Kissy Bit of Blink one A two, What's My age again?
- 51:03Speaker 2: Thirty three by the way, in case you're wondering it's hard.
- 51:06Speaker 2: The Hducky Big Show with Kezy and Moggi and Mogi
- 51:09Speaker 2: the Great New Zealanders at Affirma. I've teamed up with
- 51:12Speaker 2: Placemakers and are offering self employed trade's a chance to
- 51:15Speaker 2: sign up for a ten k Trady trolley grab.
- 51:19Speaker 3: This has absolutely been going off. This is one of
- 51:22Speaker 3: the great competitions that sort of started I thinking about
- 51:24Speaker 3: the sixties with game shows, and there was another. There
- 51:28Speaker 3: was another one where it was you'd run around in
- 51:31Speaker 3: a supermarket supermarket sweep. Supermarket sweep. That's right, you have
- 51:35Speaker 3: to get fill your trolley up with enough. I think
- 51:37Speaker 3: whoever had the highest value you got to keep everything.
- 51:40Speaker 3: Can't quite remember, but it's been around for a long time.
- 51:42Speaker 3: But I love that it's in placemakers right because it's
- 51:47Speaker 3: trading at stuff that you actually want as opposed to
- 51:51Speaker 3: you know, although darts, if you could go to the
- 51:54Speaker 3: darts section of the supermake but they always didn't let
- 51:56Speaker 3: you do that, or the liquor, the hard liquor. So
- 52:00Speaker 3: the opportunity to get things that you actually want significantly
- 52:04Speaker 3: higher to placemakers.
- 52:05Speaker 2: I think if this was me, i'd be line it too.
- 52:08Speaker 2: We're talking about this, I'd be lining it to the
- 52:09Speaker 2: power tools. I'd grab all the same tools that are
- 52:12Speaker 2: on the same sort of battery family. Yeah, grab a
- 52:14Speaker 2: couple of the batter's, chuck them in and then hoon
- 52:16Speaker 2: over to the actual tools section and grab like matching spade, fork, rake,
- 52:21Speaker 2: all that stuff and just cut of my garden shed
- 52:23Speaker 2: and then grab like a bag of nuts on the
- 52:24Speaker 2: way out.
- 52:25Speaker 3: Nice and yeah.
- 52:26Speaker 2: So that's probably how I tackle it. But if you
- 52:27Speaker 2: want to have a crack at it, enter by texting
- 52:30Speaker 2: the word grab to three four eighty three and you'll
- 52:33Speaker 2: be entering to win a Firmo's ten k Trady trolley,
- 52:36Speaker 2: grab paint, power tools, whatever you need. Placemakers will have
- 52:40Speaker 2: it sorted. Make sure you're getting quick though, because it
- 52:42Speaker 2: closes on the sixth of November. The Hot Achy Big
- 52:46Speaker 2: Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesy Well, that
- 52:59Speaker 2: is the big shows I said for the week with
- 53:01Speaker 2: Kezy and Moggi and also Pugs and Hoody Jail. We
- 53:04Speaker 2: back on Monday, fresh rip, roaring and ready to go,
- 53:07Speaker 2: although something tells me Mike that that actually won't be
- 53:09Speaker 2: the case, and he'll be low energy, tired and pissed
- 53:12Speaker 2: off about the world.
- 53:13Speaker 3: The great thing about James getting a holiday is it
- 53:16Speaker 3: frees up more time for him to interact with the
- 53:18Speaker 3: world at large, which means we've got god knows how
- 53:22Speaker 3: much material is going to come back to the show with,
- 53:24Speaker 3: how much content he's going to come back with. So yeah,
- 53:26Speaker 3: I'm thrilled about that. You're, of course, you're not going
- 53:28Speaker 3: to be here for those first two days, so we're
- 53:30Speaker 3: just going to burn through it all and then you
- 53:32Speaker 3: can come back with some Vanilla Radio from your trip
- 53:35Speaker 3: to Sydney.
- 53:36Speaker 2: Okay, just a pre warning. We'll do a big pole
- 53:39Speaker 2: and it'll be what do you go for on the flight?
- 53:41Speaker 2: The lollies, the cookie or the chips. He'll do a
- 53:44Speaker 2: big pole on that. All right, Vanilla, that's great.
- 53:47Speaker 3: Can we please do that? Absolutely, you're taking the person now,
- 53:50Speaker 3: We got to do that, Vanilla.
- 53:52Speaker 2: Is okay, that's so all right. We'll pencil it in
- 53:54Speaker 2: for Wednesday.
- 53:54Speaker 3: There. But what's your plan for tonight? Mate? Not a
- 53:58Speaker 3: hell of a lot. I don't think I'll tell you what.
- 54:00Speaker 6: Now.
- 54:00Speaker 3: We've got a we've got some family coming, so I've
- 54:03Speaker 3: got to sort out the spare room probably be it
- 54:06Speaker 3: so pretty exciting stuff, man, I'll tell you what. Wow,
- 54:08Speaker 3: I just plunged from Edmund to Edmund. That's my life.
- 54:12Speaker 2: I'mm I've packed already for Sydneys and flying out tomorrow morning.
- 54:16Speaker 2: So I'm probably just gonna have a few beers just
- 54:18Speaker 2: to make me sleepy because I got to get up early.
- 54:20Speaker 3: And when I've got to get up early? What early?
- 54:23Speaker 3: Views six?
- 54:23Speaker 2: We're going to leave ours by Sex, right, so I'm
- 54:26Speaker 2: probably gonna get up at five.
- 54:27Speaker 3: Sorry, what time is your flight? Nine? And you're getting
- 54:30Speaker 3: up at six five? To leave at six? Yes? To
- 54:34Speaker 3: leave at Sex, Yes, to be there at six twenty five. Yeah,
- 54:39Speaker 3: two and a half hours before you fly yep, unheard of? Yeah. Well,
- 54:43Speaker 3: if you.
- 54:45Speaker 2: Who freaks out that it's going to take like a
- 54:47Speaker 2: thousand hours to get through customs.
- 54:49Speaker 3: I just I'll meet you there.
- 54:50Speaker 2: But the thing is we've got Cordy lounge access at least,
- 54:54Speaker 2: so we'll just sit in there for two hours eating eggs.
- 54:57Speaker 2: It's going to be great made I'm looking forward to.
- 55:00Speaker 2: But you have yourself a great weekend. I'll be back
- 55:02Speaker 2: on the Wednesday, of course, Howdy Joe.
- 55:04Speaker 3: Back on the Monday.
- 55:05Speaker 2: Until then, make sure you check out our podcast Sitch
- 55:07Speaker 2: hoduck you where you get your potties from.
