  Speaker 1: Be a constructive builder. First Corinthians thirteen and four says,

  Speaker 1: It looks for a way of being constructive. The apostle

  Speaker 1: Paul says that love looks for ways to help improve

  Speaker 1: somebody's life. God puts people in our lives so that

  Speaker 1: we can help them succeed and become all they were
• 0:29
  Speaker 1: created to be. Most people will never reach their full
• 0:34
  Speaker 1: potential without somebody else believing in them, encouraging them, and
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: sharing wisdom with them. You have something to offer that
• 0:45
  Speaker 1: nobody else can give them. You have wisdom, you have experience,
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: you have connections and more to share with somebody else.

  Speaker 1: Somebody needs your encouragement. Somebody needs to know that you
• 0:57
  Speaker 1: believe in them, that you're for them, that you think
• 1:01
  Speaker 1: they have what it takes to succeed. God has blessed
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: us to be a blessing to somebody else. To be
• 1:08
  Speaker 1: a constructive builder, we should be encouraging people, building them up,
• 1:13
  Speaker 1: challenging them to reach to new levels. So I want
• 1:16
  Speaker 1: you to take the time to be a difference maker.
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: Think about how you can make somebody else's life better.

  Speaker 1: Our attitude should be who can I encourage today? Who
• 1:29
  Speaker 1: can I bless today? Who can I build up today?

  Speaker 1: Who can I help become successful? How could I improve
• 1:36
  Speaker 1: somebody else's life? God is counting on you to bring
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: out the best in your spouse, in your children, in
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: your friends, in your coworkers. There's no greater investment in
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: life than to invest in the lives of other people
• 1:54
  Speaker 1: to encourage them to become all God created them to be.
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: So choose on purpose to be a constructive people builder.

  Speaker 1: Father God, thank you for all the people who have

  Speaker 1: encouraged us and believed the best about us. People in

  Speaker 1: our lives who hold us accountable, pray for us and

  Speaker 1: still allow us to be human. Help us God to

  Speaker 1: use our words to encourage and speak life and blessings

  Speaker 1: into the people around us. Help us to use our

  Speaker 1: influence in our platforms to honor and bless others. Help

  Speaker 1: us to be constructive builders to help others succeed and

  Speaker 1: reach new levels. In you in Jesus' name, Now that's
