- 0:13Speaker 4: So to me, she's all Anne Hathaway, Like it's all
- 0:15Speaker 4: I can see when I watch it.
- 0:16Speaker 3: She also looks like the character from nine O two
- 0:19Speaker 3: one zero Annie.
- 0:20Speaker 2: She looks like her to me.
- 0:22Speaker 1: She also looks like Julia Roberts.
- 0:23Speaker 2: She looks like Julia.
- 0:25Speaker 1: I started watching more of Than yesterday after I heard
- 0:27Speaker 1: the Julia Roberts.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Thing, and I was like, oh my gosh, early hair maybe, but.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Also sometimes her face.
- 0:32Speaker 5: I think it's so funny that the conversation I have
- 0:34Speaker 5: by myself, I had this whole debate with you guys
- 0:36Speaker 5: yesterday that I think she's gonna be one of the
- 0:37Speaker 5: biggest stars of the world, bigger and then you guys said, oh,
- 0:39Speaker 5: bigger than Tedror Swift, and I was like, no, not
- 0:41Speaker 5: bigger in Tatror Swift, but still big.
- 0:42Speaker 6: No, she's totally in your imaginary Yes, you don't have
- 0:48Speaker 6: to answer, because she's got whoever they should cast her
- 0:50Speaker 6: whatever she should be in Avengers Zoom Day.
- 0:53Speaker 3: She was in Gossip Girl, like the newer version two,
- 0:56Speaker 3: and I really liked her in that one.
- 0:57Speaker 2: But I really like her love interest, Like he is
- 1:00Speaker 2: so cute.
- 1:00Speaker 3: They are so cute, and I'm excited for season two
- 1:02Speaker 3: because I know.
- 1:03Speaker 1: They just confirmed season two. Yesterda, I did that.
- 1:05Speaker 2: I just you get the sister bond. And also it
- 1:08Speaker 2: did kind of make me like appreciate my mom. I
- 1:12Speaker 2: was like, tanks.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Sometimes I can like kind of like catch my mom
- 1:15Speaker 3: with an attitude every now and then. And one of
- 1:17Speaker 3: the big storylines is the death of the mom, and
- 1:20Speaker 3: so I'm like, oh, I.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Need to appreciate her a little bit more.
- 1:25Speaker 7: Lucky.
- 1:25Speaker 5: Moms are so important and wonderful and beautiful, and it's funny.
- 1:29Speaker 5: I just saw this video trending online where a daughter
- 1:32Speaker 5: asked her mom what her favorite part of having kids was,
- 1:35Speaker 5: And this video's starting to go viral, So she said,
- 1:39Speaker 5: just listen with the mom's respond, what's your.
- 1:40Speaker 7: Favorite part of being a mother?
- 1:42Speaker 1: When they left for college, life became a musical.
- 1:45Speaker 8: Your favorite part of motherhood is when all of us
- 1:48Speaker 8: left your house.
- 1:49Speaker 9: We love our children, but not randomly okay, oh oh,
- 1:52Speaker 9: my children now home. None of that book.
- 1:55Speaker 7: When we were home?
- 1:57Speaker 2: Was there a favorite moment when you was sleeping? When
- 2:00Speaker 2: in a week you have.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Not like one part of being the mother's absolutely well
- 2:07Speaker 4: a big mother's day.
- 2:11Speaker 8: That's amazing. I like the ka when everybody's home. I
- 2:14Speaker 8: miss it when they're not.
- 2:15Speaker 5: So Speaking at TV shows, I gotta say about two
- 2:18Speaker 5: other shows. So earlier this morning, Rich was talking about
- 2:21Speaker 5: the TV show Lost and how disappointed it was, and
- 2:24Speaker 5: the Lost.
- 2:24Speaker 7: Right, so I'm bothered all over again.
- 2:26Speaker 5: So back in the day when Lost was on, we
- 2:29Speaker 5: used to have one of the creators on the show
- 2:31Speaker 5: every week talk about this episode. The guy's name was
- 2:34Speaker 5: Damon Lindeloft, and we would have him on, or JJ Abrams,
- 2:37Speaker 5: who was also part of the Lost big director. He's
- 2:39Speaker 5: gone on the direct Star Wars and stuff. But Damon
- 2:41Speaker 5: Lindelof has done a few other shows. But I remember
- 2:43Speaker 5: being so upset at Lost that I was not going
- 2:46Speaker 5: to watch anything. This guy, Damon Lindeloff, put his name
- 2:48Speaker 5: on yesterday. I'm wrapping up this show on HBO. It's
- 2:52Speaker 5: called Lanterns and it's it looks potentially it's a superhero
- 2:55Speaker 5: thing about the Green Lantern and I kind of was
- 2:57Speaker 5: really liking it. But it's a mysterious and as soon
- 3:01Speaker 5: as it ends, it's just created by Damon Linda.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Come on, you did God, No, you did not.
- 3:09Speaker 5: I was like, but it's because there's lots of mystery.
- 3:14Speaker 5: It's only one episode. There's only one episode.
- 3:16Speaker 4: And so far, oh well, one episode, nothing's going.
- 3:18Speaker 1: To be end right.
- 3:19Speaker 5: But Damon Lindelof had four years of loss that pissed
- 3:22Speaker 5: me off because there was no closure to it.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Really really affected you.
- 3:26Speaker 5: Another show that I started watching yesterday, which I recommend
- 3:28Speaker 5: for everybody, and I'm going to guess when I tell
- 3:31Speaker 5: you this, but when you remember, remember Tiger King. And
- 3:35Speaker 5: then there was the show about the Monkey Lady. Yeah,
- 3:39Speaker 5: I think the guy that made the Monkey Lady show
- 3:42Speaker 5: has made this show. I feel like I feel it's
- 3:44Speaker 5: the same guy. I haven't looked yet. But the show
- 3:46Speaker 5: is called Monsters of God and it's a documentary and
- 3:49Speaker 5: it came out on HBO and it is about the reptile.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Smuggling business.
- 3:58Speaker 5: The first five seconds of the show show put a
- 4:00Speaker 5: pit in my stomach where I thought was gonna have nightmares. Wow,
- 4:03Speaker 5: And it is about these people, and they have the
- 4:06Speaker 5: guy that started smuggling and it's so wild. Mythons, cobras
- 4:12Speaker 5: like deadly animals in suitcases all around the world, and
- 4:15Speaker 5: the guy's there and he's telling you how he did it,
- 4:17Speaker 5: and there's his competitors. But the first five seconds it
- 4:21Speaker 5: makes you want to go, I'm watching this going I
- 4:23Speaker 5: should probably not have watched that. Really, I'm gonna just
- 4:26Speaker 5: because it gave me because I'll have nightmares, but fortune
- 4:28Speaker 5: last night, I did not have nightmares.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Does it make you think of the Jacob Alordi's scene
- 4:32Speaker 3: and euphoria?
- 4:32Speaker 7: Yes, yeah, I.
- 4:35Speaker 8: Was just starting to forget about that scene.
- 4:37Speaker 7: Yeah, that may stay with me forever.
- 4:40Speaker 5: It's called Monsters of God on HBO, and it's one
- 4:43Speaker 5: of those I think we're gonna talk about when we
- 4:44Speaker 5: all watch it.
- 4:45Speaker 1: It's gonna be great.
- 4:45Speaker 5: Hey, We're gonna play minute to win it and we
- 4:47Speaker 5: need a contestant eight seven seven nine three seven one
- 4:50Speaker 5: o four seven minute to win it.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Rich. So if you don't know this about Rich, he
- 4:54Speaker 1: has he has another radio show. Nice.
- 4:58Speaker 7: I think that says it.
- 4:59Speaker 5: It says it all as another radio show called Coast
- 5:02Speaker 5: to Coast and it's syndicated across the country, right, and
- 5:04Speaker 5: it's in Canada.
- 5:06Speaker 1: It's not on this radio station, it's on different run.
- 5:08Speaker 8: No, it's on the like a lot of the AM
- 5:09Speaker 8: radio stations. And it's all about like conspiracies, and you
- 5:13Speaker 8: know UFOs and Bigfoot and much like Lanterns. Yeah, much
- 5:16Speaker 8: old Lanterns has some Bigfoot stuff in it. No, but
- 5:18Speaker 8: it's some aliens. So there's this guy. Have you heard of,
- 5:21Speaker 8: doctor Eric Davis.
- 5:23Speaker 7: Oh yeah, he's one of the original conspiracy guys.
- 5:26Speaker 5: He's a scientist who worked for the Pentagon's UFO program,
- 5:29Speaker 5: and he says he has seen evidence of four alien bodies,
- 5:32Speaker 5: and this video is going viral yesterday.
- 5:35Speaker 1: My name is doctor Eric Davis.
- 5:37Speaker 10: I'm an astrophysicist and a chief scientist in the US
- 5:40Speaker 10: defense intelligence industry. I've seen classified and proprietary defense intelligence
- 5:45Speaker 10: industry evidence, evidence that the American public and the world
- 5:49Speaker 10: have a right to see that included photographs and documentation
- 5:53Speaker 10: of retrieved craft and alien bodies. But I'm prevented from
- 5:56Speaker 10: publicly sharing this evidence because of the threat to my
- 6:00Speaker 10: security clearances, employment, and the potential for civil or criminal penalties.
- 6:05Speaker 8: He says, there's like four different types of aliens that
- 6:08Speaker 8: have been here are still here that visit, like the
- 6:12Speaker 8: describe them.
- 6:13Speaker 7: Like the gray people.
- 6:14Speaker 8: Yeah, the grays that you've seen, Like that's the typical
- 6:16Speaker 8: alien with the big head, the eat looking one. There's
- 6:18Speaker 8: some that look like Nordic people, like from the Netherlands,
- 6:21Speaker 8: like Vikings.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Like the guy from the hot soccer team, Like, yeah.
- 6:25Speaker 7: Like Norway guy.
- 6:26Speaker 8: And then there's some that look like lizards, and there's
- 6:29Speaker 8: some that look like like bugs.
- 6:30Speaker 1: And he's for them all and he's seen them all.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Do we really want to see them? Don't we really
- 6:36Speaker 2: want to see them? Where is it? Kind of like
- 6:37Speaker 2: peaceful keeping the mystery?
- 6:39Speaker 7: That's the thing.
- 6:39Speaker 8: I feel like they're ready to show that stuff. But
- 6:43Speaker 8: they show the alien spacecraft stuff and it really doesn't
- 6:46Speaker 8: look like anything.
- 6:47Speaker 7: They're all dots just going fast across. You know.
- 6:49Speaker 8: There's nothing that really looks like a spaceship with whites,
- 6:52Speaker 8: and there's nothing like that. So I wonder why they're
- 6:54Speaker 8: waiting on the alien stuff. We all kind of think
- 6:56Speaker 8: it's happening right.
- 6:57Speaker 5: Well, when you see Monsters of God, the show is
- 6:59Speaker 5: telling you about about the reptiles, you can't help but
- 7:01Speaker 5: think these guys different planet, not from this planet. Some
- 7:05Speaker 5: of these animals, they seem pretty bizarre.
- 7:07Speaker 7: You know.
- 7:08Speaker 8: They say the octopus isn't from Earth because there's nothing
- 7:10Speaker 8: else like it in the ocean.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Nothing close atlant So it's not like it can't communicate
- 7:15Speaker 5: with us.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Don't have a spaceship.
- 7:17Speaker 7: I don't know if octopus have spaceship or not. I haven't.
- 7:19Speaker 7: I haven't seen that.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Sarah.
- 7:23Speaker 11: Hi, Sarah, Hi, Guys.
- 7:26Speaker 5: Sarah's are contested for a minute to win, now, Sarah,
- 7:28Speaker 5: the last like five contestants haven't got past the first.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Question, so yes, pretty good. What do you got going on? Sara?
- 7:35Speaker 1: Where are you right now?
- 7:37Speaker 12: I am just dropping my daughter off at school?
- 7:39Speaker 1: What part of town are you in?
- 7:42Speaker 9: Good Year?
- 7:43Speaker 5: I was expecting some more storms yesterday, but I didn't
- 7:45Speaker 5: get any in my house.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Were there any No?
- 7:48Speaker 5: So like the night before it was like hurricane, and
- 7:51Speaker 5: then yesterday it's just fine.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Weird. This town is weird, man, the weird town. It's
- 7:55Speaker 1: like an alien town.
- 7:57Speaker 9: Weird.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Let's do a thousand bucks of.
- 7:58Speaker 6: Penny wonderful, Johnny, how about one thousand dollars cash for
- 8:03Speaker 6: you from Peoria Afford right now?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Minute?
- 8:07Speaker 7: Okay?
- 8:07Speaker 8: Ten questions sixty seconds. You get him, all right, and
- 8:11Speaker 8: you win a thousand dollars.
- 8:12Speaker 7: Let's go.
- 8:12Speaker 8: Clock is starting right now. Name the musical artist with
- 8:16Speaker 8: a song from Toy Story called I Knew It, I
- 8:19Speaker 8: knew you.
- 8:21Speaker 13: Oh, don't do.
- 8:23Speaker 12: This Toy Story.
- 8:25Speaker 1: I knew it.
- 8:26Speaker 9: I knew you.
- 8:31Speaker 13: Brun Omer.
- 8:34Speaker 7: Oh my goodness, No that again, don't want to help her.
- 8:39Speaker 6: Were not meaning one of them, Taylor Swift, Sarah, so it's.
- 8:45Speaker 13: Going to be my second guess. It was in my head.
- 8:47Speaker 13: I didn't say it.
- 8:48Speaker 8: I was sending to get a lot harder from that one.
- 8:50Speaker 8: So if he didn't get that one, you probably wouldn't
- 8:52Speaker 8: have new song.
- 8:55Speaker 13: I just didn't want to be one of those people
- 8:57Speaker 13: that couldn't get the first question.
- 8:59Speaker 12: And here I am.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Did you watch the Toy Story movie?
- 9:03Speaker 12: I haven't.
- 9:04Speaker 13: Yeah, we were planning too, but yeah, we're going to
- 9:07Speaker 13: Utah this weekend, so.
- 9:09Speaker 1: So you can't in Utah.

- 9:14Speaker 5: hand or to set you up with a gift card
- 9:15Speaker 5: to over easy restaurants.

- 9:20Speaker 1: Hold online.
- 9:20Speaker 5: We'll set you up over Easy Restaurants are my favorite
- 9:23Speaker 5: restaurants of all time.
- 9:24Speaker 1: For real. They get an incredible breakfast and lunch.
- 9:26Speaker 5: Check out their website eat at overreasy dot com so
- 9:28Speaker 5: you can find a location near you. Speaking of Terror Swift,
- 9:32Speaker 5: do we have Tator Swift news coming up a little bit?
- 9:34Speaker 5: Because I saw all the green stuff I thought I
- 9:36Speaker 5: thought it was a lantern probably like, well, like the
- 9:40Speaker 5: Empire State Building. I'm watching lanterns right it was about
- 9:42Speaker 5: the green lantern and I go to Instagram and it's
- 9:44Speaker 5: like this Empire State Building's green. I'm like, oh, they
- 9:46Speaker 5: must be promoting lanterns and somehow it could turn into
- 9:48Speaker 5: Tator Swift. Yeah, And I was like, same color as lanterns.
- 9:51Speaker 5: How do you know it's not a movie promo?
- 9:53Speaker 4: Yeah, well, because there's also like green ts's showing up
- 9:56Speaker 4: all over the place.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Oh well it will save it. We'll save it.
- 9:59Speaker 5: So you have information coming up, like in about half hour,
- 10:01Speaker 5: about forty five minutes we get in entertainment news because
- 10:04Speaker 5: right now what we're going to get into this is
- 10:06Speaker 5: a big story a couple of days ago.
- 10:08Speaker 1: What was it rich in Japan?
- 10:09Speaker 8: Oh, it was about an escaped monkey from a zoo.
- 10:12Speaker 8: So this monkey a chimpanzee decided to jail break his
- 10:16Speaker 8: way out of the Japanese zoo. So he jail breaks.
- 10:21Speaker 8: They're looking for him. There's this giant search going on
- 10:23Speaker 8: for like three days. People are seeing the monkey everywhere,
- 10:26Speaker 8: but he's so fast he's evading capture. But then at
- 10:30Speaker 8: some point he decided life is better at the zoo,
- 10:33Speaker 8: so he broke back into the zoo. And now he's
- 10:35Speaker 8: back home, but not because anybody saved him, because he
- 10:38Speaker 8: decided to go back.
- 10:39Speaker 7: Otherwise he could still be on the run.
- 10:41Speaker 2: But feed me here.
- 10:42Speaker 7: Yeah, he's like, no life stuff, so good.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Care of me.
- 10:45Speaker 2: I got my friends here here.
- 10:46Speaker 7: The little ticks brushed out.
- 10:47Speaker 4: Of my hands, and then they come back and he's like,
- 10:49Speaker 4: what's all the hoopla?
- 10:51Speaker 1: It's like it's like Madagascar. He broke out of the zoo.
- 10:55Speaker 7: It really is broken, broke back in.
- 10:58Speaker 1: And enriches the way Rich does. He says, everybody's got
- 11:01Speaker 1: a monkey story.
- 11:02Speaker 5: So early this morning before the show, I went I
- 11:04Speaker 5: went to go work out, and I was telling a
- 11:06Speaker 5: friend of mine who's coming in to work out after me,
- 11:09Speaker 5: has a monkey story. And I was telling the trainer.
- 11:12Speaker 5: I go, yeah, Rich does, Everyone's got a monkey story,
- 11:14Speaker 5: and my trainer he just goes, I don't have a
- 11:15Speaker 5: monkey story. I go, it's more like a fun thing.
- 11:19Speaker 8: No, not everybody does, but the people who do should
- 11:21Speaker 8: share their monkeys.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I would tell you what.
- 11:22Speaker 5: I go, there's a guy coming in that has a
- 11:23Speaker 5: monkey story. So anyway, Jessica, you have a monkey story.
- 11:29Speaker 14: Yes, I have a monkey story. Where I saw your
- 11:32Speaker 14: Facebook post, I chuckled because I was like, yeah, I
- 11:34Speaker 14: do have a weird monkey story.
- 11:35Speaker 9: I guess what's your story.
- 11:39Speaker 13: Well, so I used to live.
- 11:41Speaker 14: In Las Vegas. This is ten years ago, and I
- 11:43Speaker 14: worked for an insurance company and I was a field adjuster,
- 11:45Speaker 14: so i'd go in people's homes and look at claims
- 11:48Speaker 14: they reported, like water damage or something.
- 11:50Speaker 9: So I'm in this.
- 11:51Speaker 14: Person's house and they have these little monkeys running around
- 11:54Speaker 14: in diapers and they're like the size of your hands.
- 11:57Speaker 14: I guess they're called like marmoset monkeys, but I had never.
- 12:01Speaker 13: Seen anything like that before, and they were so cute
- 12:03Speaker 13: and then diapers, and they told me that they had
- 12:05Speaker 13: special breeding licenses, that they were the only people that
- 12:08Speaker 13: bred that type of monkey on this side of the country.
- 12:11Speaker 13: And that's the stuff then they're like, well, what it's
- 12:13Speaker 13: about to be feeding time? Do you want to feed them?
- 12:15Speaker 13: I was like, what didn't we feed these monkeys? Marshmallows
- 12:18Speaker 13: is what they're feople.
- 12:19Speaker 8: Well, that's so.
- 12:21Speaker 7: I know.
- 12:21Speaker 13: They were so tiny they hold.
- 12:23Speaker 14: A little marshmallow. Oh, like I was the cutest thing ever.
- 12:25Speaker 14: I didn't want to leave.
- 12:26Speaker 13: But that's my monkey story.
- 12:28Speaker 14: I tell everyone that the monkeys get brought up. They're
- 12:30Speaker 14: going to hear about me feeding marshmallows.
- 12:33Speaker 8: They pets, Like where do they go? What's a monkey
- 12:36Speaker 8: monkey go for?
- 12:37Speaker 7: Do you know?
- 12:38Speaker 14: I think like four or five dollars what they were
- 12:40Speaker 14: telling me, But I don't know today.
- 12:43Speaker 6: Yeah, I just feel like like they're years ago.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Who knows, they're.
- 12:47Speaker 4: Probably like thousands because you don't really hear like a
- 12:51Speaker 4: lot of people getting monkeys.
- 12:53Speaker 1: What are they called? So we can google it so we.
- 12:55Speaker 13: Can buy one mar miosset monkey?
- 12:57Speaker 14: They're many little one monkey.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Because here's the thing. Here's it.
- 13:01Speaker 5: Like, I hearing the story, I'm like, gotta be cute
- 13:03Speaker 5: to have a monkey here. But she also said it
- 13:05Speaker 5: had a diaper, meaning if it doesn't have a diaper,
- 13:07Speaker 5: it's pooping all over the place.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Sure, exactly what you haven't you have?
- 13:12Speaker 7: Where do you get the monkey diapers? Is there?
- 13:17Speaker 4: They look very cute and viral videos, but they make terrible,
- 13:20Speaker 4: high maintenance and often illegal pets.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Oh their teeth are scary.
- 13:26Speaker 7: If somebody.
- 13:30Speaker 12: So they were adorable, But I have a I have
- 13:33Speaker 12: a pet parrot, So.
- 13:34Speaker 14: That's my little monkey.
- 13:35Speaker 8: Do you guys see the phones exploding with monkey stories
- 13:37Speaker 8: right now?
- 13:38Speaker 5: Yeah, there's somebody on every We have every line lit
- 13:41Speaker 5: up with monkey stories, which is crazy. Somebody they probably
- 13:43Speaker 5: want to give us their monkey. Yeah, all right, thanks Jessica.
- 13:46Speaker 5: Look at look what you're starting. Have a great day, Laurie.
- 13:49Speaker 5: You got a monkey story, Laurie.
- 13:54Speaker 12: Yes, this is or Sorry. So we were in Costa
- 13:59Speaker 12: Rica and they cation and we went to Kihita National
- 14:02Speaker 12: Park over on the Caribbean coast and we were walking
- 14:06Speaker 12: through the path. We're next to the beach and this
- 14:08Speaker 12: raccoon comes out and it's so cute and it's looking
- 14:11Speaker 12: so pathetic, and so we're sitting there just talking how
- 14:15Speaker 12: cute this raccoon is. And our tour guide who was
- 14:18Speaker 12: behind us, and he says, you have to be careful
- 14:20Speaker 12: because the raccoons and the monkeys work there, and so
- 14:24Speaker 12: the raccoons will distract you so that the monkeys can
- 14:27Speaker 12: rob you. It was almost like like on rio.
- 14:31Speaker 8: So they got a little scamp going what Yeah.
- 14:36Speaker 12: So they would take food out of your backpacks or
- 14:39Speaker 12: if you had like jewelry or anything like that, the
- 14:41Speaker 12: monkeys will come along and take it while the raccoons
- 14:45Speaker 12: distract you.
- 14:46Speaker 1: So the raccoon's like playing doing a card trick.
- 14:48Speaker 5: Yeah, and you're watching the raccoons they pick a card,
- 14:50Speaker 5: pick a card, and the monkey's going through your backpack.
- 14:52Speaker 8: And then at some point you're going to see monkeys
- 14:54Speaker 8: wearing like rings and stuff around the jungle.
- 14:56Speaker 7: That's bizarre.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Well, thank you, Laura, Mike you got a monkey story.
- 15:04Speaker 9: Uh yeah.
- 15:05Speaker 11: So I used to work with a bunch of zoo
- 15:09Speaker 11: keepers because I worked at a zoo, and they would
- 15:12Speaker 11: tell stories of areas that they would actually work at.
- 15:16Speaker 11: And there was one where an orangutan uh I guess,
- 15:21Speaker 11: got out and he was sitting on a park bench
- 15:25Speaker 11: and the only reason that employees knew that he got
- 15:27Speaker 11: out was because people kept coming up and complimenting the
- 15:30Speaker 11: person wearing a monkey costume taking pictures with everyone and
- 15:36Speaker 11: how realistic it looked. They were like, there's no there's
- 15:41Speaker 11: no orangutan costume here, so they went enough checking them.
- 15:46Speaker 11: He was just hanging out on the park bench.
- 15:49Speaker 1: What zoo is this, Mike?
- 15:52Speaker 11: I do not know the zoo, and I wouldn't name
- 15:54Speaker 11: drop him anyways if I didn't know. But uh yeah,
- 15:57Speaker 11: I just remember one of them telling me that story,
- 15:59Speaker 11: and I and it doesn't surprise me. I've worked with
- 16:02Speaker 11: monkeys before and Dad's so funny. Monkey monkey do that's
- 16:07Speaker 11: so funny.
- 16:08Speaker 5: Like you could have ripped off everybody's head.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Thanks Mike, that's great, Shane, you got a monkey story.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Good morning, Hey, good morning. What's your monkey story?
- 16:20Speaker 9: Are you there?
- 16:21Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 16:21Speaker 9: So I I was four years old and we had
- 16:25Speaker 9: a monkey for a pet. And one day I was out.
- 16:30Speaker 9: I was out feeding the monkey and well, it's just
- 16:33Speaker 9: being a you know, a little tiny monkey. It it
- 16:36Speaker 9: bit my finger through the chance the chicken wire, and
- 16:41Speaker 9: my dad had to wrap my finger up. So when
- 16:44Speaker 9: people come over to the house, my dad would have
- 16:48Speaker 9: me have them show showing my finger, so I would
- 16:51Speaker 9: it was my middle finger, so I would hold it up.
- 16:53Speaker 9: Not knowing I was four years old. Put the people off,
- 16:56Speaker 9: and they thought it was the funniest thing in the world. Yeah.
- 17:00Speaker 9: And then the only thing I really remember because I
- 17:02Speaker 9: was so young, I was like four years old that
- 17:04Speaker 9: I just remember the gunshot. That's all I remember. My
- 17:07Speaker 9: dad got rid of the monkey.
- 17:08Speaker 7: Oh my god, what a tragic monkey.
- 17:11Speaker 5: Story, Natalie. That's like, oh, yeller, but monkey. So he
- 17:14Speaker 5: killed the monkey in front of you.
- 17:17Speaker 9: No, I didn't. I didn't see it, but I heard
- 17:20Speaker 9: the gunshot. I don't. I didn't actually see it.
- 17:22Speaker 5: Now it's like planning of the apes. Yeah, those apes.
- 17:26Speaker 5: Thanks shame, that's so sad. I didn't want to hear
- 17:27Speaker 5: any monkey monkey murder story. The show is telling you
- 17:29Speaker 5: guys about called Monsters of God on HBO. So this guy,
- 17:33Speaker 5: they're smuggling reptiles and one things the guy did. It
- 17:35Speaker 5: just reminded me. This one guy who was the guy
- 17:37Speaker 5: that started all in the seventies. He would dress up
- 17:41Speaker 5: as different like zoo people, like he represented the San
- 17:44Speaker 5: Diego Zoo and he had a zoo keeper outfit. And
- 17:46Speaker 5: then you know, this is a seventies so they didn't
- 17:47Speaker 5: have and he had business cards. There's no security reptile
- 17:50Speaker 5: department for the Bronx Zoo. And he would just show it.
- 17:52Speaker 5: So he would meet with governments and they would give
- 17:55Speaker 5: him snakes and reptiles to take, and then this guy
- 17:58Speaker 5: was selling them to the zoos for hundreds of thousands
- 18:00Speaker 5: of dollars. It's like this totally illegal thing, but nobody
- 18:04Speaker 5: knew yet that it was illegal. He would be in
- 18:07Speaker 5: come on an airplane because they didn't check bags back
- 18:09Speaker 5: then like they do, with a suitcase with seventy five
- 18:12Speaker 5: cobras in the suitcase.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And they show by the way, they have all the
- 18:17Speaker 1: video footage of this stuff. That's that's amazing. It's so amazing.
- 18:21Speaker 3: It's the guy, the snake smuggler that is talking and
- 18:24Speaker 3: telling us experience.
- 18:25Speaker 5: He's the guy that started it. And now it's might
- 18:27Speaker 5: turned into this whole thing. I mean only on episode one.
- 18:29Speaker 5: I don't have any episodes there, but it's on HBO.
- 18:31Speaker 8: Isn't that like, isn't there something that they get into
- 18:33Speaker 8: a thing in Florida where there's so many like uh,
- 18:36Speaker 8: snakes in the water and they have no they're they're
- 18:39Speaker 8: like the alpha.
- 18:40Speaker 5: So I would think it's going that way with the
- 18:41Speaker 5: snakes that people had his pets. Then they release him
- 18:44Speaker 5: because I just heard that this morning. About the lion fish.
- 18:46Speaker 5: Have you heard about the lion fish.
- 18:47Speaker 8: They have no natural predators, so they just eat everything
- 18:49Speaker 8: and they keep on reproducing and reproducing, so that's going on.
- 18:52Speaker 8: Womps are full of snakes, like tons of pythons.
- 18:55Speaker 7: I think
