- 0:02Speaker 1: On scylus Oscodio. This is the Wader Paney Show.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Good evening and welcome to the reader Panekey Show coming
- 0:12Speaker 2: up a packed program. Joining me tonight, Professor in Primer
- 0:15Speaker 2: pro McSween Kinsey Schofield and the encourageable text on himself
- 0:20Speaker 2: Alex Stein and an extended version of Left He's losing it.
- 0:25Speaker 3: I just think it's so disseasedful and sick that like
- 0:28Speaker 3: all these older men walk around with their like Vietnam
- 0:31Speaker 3: bat pats and like bomber stickers, and I'm just like, ooh,
- 0:37Speaker 3: it makes me actually feel sick to my stomach.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Joining me now is Sky News contributor Pro McSwain pro
- 0:43Speaker 2: Let's start in Melbourne where pro Palestinian protesters attack members
- 0:47Speaker 2: of the public and clash with police during a violent
- 0:50Speaker 2: demonstration in Melbourne's at CBD yesterday, Several attacked a busker
- 0:56Speaker 2: on Burke Street More after we refuse to stop playing.
- 1:00Speaker 2: He was interrupting their genocidal chance apparently, and there was
- 1:05Speaker 2: that mayhem We've become all too accustomed to. In Melbourne.
- 1:33Speaker 2: The violinist equipment was destroyed by the protesters. You have
- 1:37Speaker 2: the pro Palestinian mob joined by the extension, rebellion and
- 1:41Speaker 2: disrupt Landforces groups. Two men were arrested in Burk Street Mall,
- 1:46Speaker 2: including one who kicked a police officer. But listen to
- 1:50Speaker 2: how these protesters are continuously described on the nightly news.
- 1:55Speaker 4: They're standing up for victims of a war. But today
- 2:00Speaker 4: some of those fighting against violence found themselves in the
- 2:03Speaker 4: middle of it. A buscer assaulted by two rogue protesters
- 2:08Speaker 4: when he was caught in the path of their march.
- 2:10Speaker 5: We're pilings.
- 2:22Speaker 6: All of our equipment, which we used for a living,
- 2:24Speaker 6: has just been destroyed.
- 2:25Speaker 4: The violinists were encouraged to join in, but wanted to
- 2:28Speaker 4: do their job. They bring an atmosphere to this city
- 2:30Speaker 4: which welcomes people and supports businesses and makes Melbourne a
- 2:34Speaker 4: good place.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Can we get that busker to report the news that
- 2:37Speaker 2: might be better pro and things are about to get
- 2:40Speaker 2: a lot worse in Melbourne. We've got eighteen hundred police
- 2:43Speaker 2: officers needed to protect participants of the Landforces Expo. The
- 2:49Speaker 2: protesters seem to know who runs this town.
- 2:53Speaker 7: It is foolish to host it in Melbourne and nom
- 2:56Speaker 7: this is the protest capital of this continent.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Yesterday, a steel fence was erected around the entire building
- 3:02Speaker 4: and tanks were escorted inside under darkness. Police are now
- 3:06Speaker 4: patrolling around the clock. Eighteen hundred offices diverted from duties
- 3:11Speaker 4: to monitor the area.
- 3:12Speaker 2: This week the protest capital of the continent. Pro they're saying,
- 3:17Speaker 2: the lunatics are running the asylum has never been more apt.
- 3:21Speaker 8: Absolutely, you know, this is going to bring in something
- 3:25Speaker 8: like seventy million dollars to Victoria's ailing economy. But these
- 3:31Speaker 8: fools who it's quite astounding when you think that they're
- 3:36Speaker 8: protesting against military arms which in fact are only used
- 3:42Speaker 8: to try and enforce peace and allow people like this
- 3:47Speaker 8: to protest, to have the ability to live in a
- 3:50Speaker 8: democracy and have the privilege of being being able to protest.
- 3:55Speaker 8: It's just absurdity. And some of the language they use,
- 3:59Speaker 8: you know, where they're saying that this expo is a
- 4:02Speaker 8: place where they shake hands to deal do deals, exchanging.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Flesh for cash.
- 4:08Speaker 8: You know, they've come up with all these emotive sort
- 4:12Speaker 8: of terms to describe something that is sadly needed because
- 4:18Speaker 8: when we look around the world.
- 4:19Speaker 2: It's so vulnerable.
- 4:20Speaker 8: Now we're on the abyss of more fighting and potential
- 4:24Speaker 8: World War III. If you don't have weapons, you won't
- 4:28Speaker 8: have the ability to protest.
- 4:29Speaker 2: And the cost eighteen hundred police officers diverted from their
- 4:33Speaker 2: regular duties. And also it's probably a good time to
- 4:36Speaker 2: be a criminal in Victoria right now because those eighteen
- 4:40Speaker 2: hundred officers are preoccupied with taking care of the exhibition center.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Now's move on to Canberra. Treasurer Jim Chalmers has confirmed
- 4:48Speaker 2: that questions on sexual orientation and gender identity will be
- 4:52Speaker 2: included in Australia's next sensus. This is after advocacy from
- 4:58Speaker 2: several labor MPs and gbt QIA plus plus activists. Let's
- 5:03Speaker 2: have a listen.
- 5:05Speaker 9: In introducing this new topic which covers both orientation and gender.
- 5:11Speaker 9: We believe that in listening and in working with the
- 5:14Speaker 9: ABS and the community and consulting in a really genuine way,
- 5:19Speaker 9: we've found the best way forward. Lg BTIQ plus Australian's matter.
- 5:25Speaker 9: They have been heard and they will count.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Prue, what's your take on this? Are these questions necessary?
- 5:34Speaker 8: Well, it may surprise you Rita that initially I thought no,
- 5:39Speaker 8: but now I'm thinking, well, I really don't have a
- 5:42Speaker 8: problem with it.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I have a problem that it's become.
- 5:45Speaker 8: A political situation where Anthony Albanese is flip flop. He
- 5:50Speaker 8: put his head up above the parapet and saw that
- 5:53Speaker 8: there was going to be an outcry, so he changed
- 5:55Speaker 8: his mind yet again. But I suppose if you're looking
- 5:59Speaker 8: at it from the perspective that they may need to
- 6:02Speaker 8: understand what kind of services may be required in the future,
- 6:06Speaker 8: which is the aim of a census, then I really
- 6:10Speaker 8: don't have a problem with it.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Now. Former footballer Nathan Brown has slammed the Prime Minister
- 6:16Speaker 2: for what he says was the hijacking of the Hawthorn
- 6:19Speaker 2: versus Bulldogs at finals game. The Hawks, of course prevailed,
- 6:24Speaker 2: and Nathan Brown has accused the Prime Minister of hijacking
- 6:28Speaker 2: the event for his own self interest.
- 6:31Speaker 10: Well, because I feel like the Prime Minister this is
- 6:33Speaker 10: for the good of himself going into the Hawthorn rooms
- 6:37Speaker 10: and this this sickens me.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Anthony help.
- 6:40Speaker 10: He's had a look at the pole over Peter Dunton
- 6:44Speaker 10: is closing and he's in front.
- 6:46Speaker 11: There's a gap.
- 6:47Speaker 10: He feels like I need to look like a common man.
- 6:49Speaker 10: I'm going to go into the Hawthorn rooms. Give it up, elbow.
- 6:51Speaker 10: Noe's buying it.
- 6:54Speaker 2: I agree with him. He has a point prove. Albo
- 6:58Speaker 2: claims to be a lifelong Hawthorne fan, but we've got
- 7:02Speaker 2: images of him not that long ago in swan scarves,
- 7:07Speaker 2: in magpie scarves. I mean, he's just putting himself about everywhere.
- 7:13Speaker 2: He needs to pick a team and stick with them, surely.
- 7:16Speaker 8: Well he should, but you know, no winning football team,
- 7:19Speaker 8: no little baby's going to be safe on the crack
- 7:22Speaker 8: campaign trail trail. I mean, the guy is, you know,
- 7:26Speaker 8: his back's at the wall. He's looking at the poles
- 7:30Speaker 8: and realizing that he's got to pull out every last
- 7:33Speaker 8: pole a trick he can in the book to try
- 7:36Speaker 8: and win some votes. But everybody's on to him. It's
- 7:39Speaker 8: sickening really when you think about it, and on.
- 7:44Speaker 2: The consequential issues, this is another one that's going to
- 7:46Speaker 2: give him some nightmares. The Australian has exposed Labour's thirty
- 7:51Speaker 2: two billion dollar housing pledge is built on very shaky foundations. Indeed,
- 7:57Speaker 2: less than three billion of the money has been dispersed
- 8:02Speaker 2: for the construction of new homes. But even with that
- 8:05Speaker 2: three billion, The Australian reports, no new dwellings have yet
- 8:10Speaker 2: been completed. After more than two years in office. Labor
- 8:14Speaker 2: pledged one point two million new homes pre to be
- 8:17Speaker 2: built by twenty thirty. I don't think they're going to
- 8:20Speaker 2: hit that target.
- 8:22Speaker 8: Well, I think you're right, Brito. Look, the problem with
- 8:26Speaker 8: this government is that no one believes them anymore because
- 8:30Speaker 8: they came to the election with all these promises, all
- 8:34Speaker 8: this spin. People bought it for some reason. It was
- 8:38Speaker 8: more because it was in a vote against Morrison than
- 8:41Speaker 8: anything else. And now we've woken up to him and
- 8:46Speaker 8: whatever the pledge is, we know they're not going to
- 8:49Speaker 8: be able to deliver it.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Prue McSween, thank you so much for your time this
- 8:53Speaker 2: evening pleasure. Joining me now is esteem geologist Professor Ian Pimer,
- 9:00Speaker 2: and we'll discuss the big gas backflip in Victoria shortly,
- 9:03Speaker 2: but first, More and more Australian businesses are moving away
- 9:07Speaker 2: from buying voluntary carbon offsets, with iron ore giant ford
- 9:10Speaker 2: Escue the latest to cast out over their effectiveness and
- 9:14Speaker 2: cutting admissions and its annual report, the company said ford
- 9:18Speaker 2: Eskew will no longer buy voluntary carbon offsets unless required
- 9:23Speaker 2: by law. Well, I guess if it's required by law,
- 9:25Speaker 2: it's not voluntary, is it?
- 9:26Speaker 12: In what is.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Behind ford Escue's shift in policy. You've got other companies
- 9:33Speaker 2: like BHP, Woolworts and Telstra also making similar decisions. What's
- 9:39Speaker 2: behind this trend.
- 9:41Speaker 5: Well, what's behind it is reality. Ford have been mugged
- 9:45Speaker 5: by reality. We once had a good system. The idea
- 9:49Speaker 5: logs got into it. Oh, we all have to go
- 9:51Speaker 5: out and buy carbon off sheets, whatever they're going to
- 9:54Speaker 5: do for the planet. We've ended up having a lot
- 9:57Speaker 5: of pain. And now we were saying we don't want
- 10:01Speaker 5: this voluntary pain.
- 10:02Speaker 11: Let's get out of the silly system.
- 10:04Speaker 5: And that's exactly what's happened. And fortes Que have joined
- 10:07Speaker 5: many many other companies who are looking at the reality,
- 10:10Speaker 5: and the reality is costs.
- 10:13Speaker 11: We are imposing massive.
- 10:15Speaker 5: Additional costs by having these carbon offsets, which allegedly do
- 10:22Speaker 5: something to save the planet, will save us from.
- 10:25Speaker 2: What the reality checks keep coming. This time for a
- 10:29Speaker 2: Swedish car manufacturer of Volvo, they've abandoned their target to
- 10:33Speaker 2: produce only electric vehicles by twenty thirty. Chief executive Jim
- 10:38Speaker 2: Rowan and sis we are resolute in our belief that
- 10:41Speaker 2: our future is electric. However, it is clear that the
- 10:44Speaker 2: transition to electrification will not be linear. And customers and
- 10:49Speaker 2: markets are moving at different speeds, that's one way of
- 10:52Speaker 2: putting it. Registrations of evs across the European Union dropped
- 10:57Speaker 2: by nearly eleven percent in July, according to the European
- 11:01Speaker 2: Automobile Manufacturers Association. The UK in is also pushing ahead, though,
- 11:06Speaker 2: with its plan for all new cars to be fully
- 11:09Speaker 2: electric and zero mission by twenty thirty five, but only
- 11:13Speaker 2: three percent of cars in the UK last year fit
- 11:16Speaker 2: those requirements. The reality checks are coming, but I'm not
- 11:21Speaker 2: sure if the governments are listening.
- 11:24Speaker 11: Well.
- 11:25Speaker 5: We've had Volvo, which is actually a Chinese company, now
- 11:29Speaker 5: Mercedes Volkswagen, the biggest car company in the world. They
- 11:34Speaker 5: have all said no, we're not going.
- 11:35Speaker 11: To go down the electric path.
- 11:37Speaker 5: Even Bentley, who are well known for their super deeper,
- 11:40Speaker 5: fast sports cars, have said we're not going electric. Now.
- 11:45Speaker 5: What has happened is that the elites have been telling
- 11:47Speaker 5: them that we're going to go electric. Oh, it's going
- 11:50Speaker 5: to be a wonderful world. But the market is saying
- 11:53Speaker 5: something very different, and people saying no, we don't want electric.
- 11:56Speaker 5: We don't want the stress of buying electric car, having
- 11:59Speaker 5: to travel a few hundred kilometers and being worried whether
- 12:02Speaker 5: we can charge app all the time. So the market
- 12:05Speaker 5: is speaking. The market is saying, if you elite people
- 12:09Speaker 5: what to have ideas about electric cars filling our roads,
- 12:13Speaker 5: your nuts. Electric cars are not a very good idea.
- 12:17Speaker 5: We tried them in the eighteen forties. They didn't work.
- 12:20Speaker 5: We tried them in from about nineteen hundred to nineteen twenty. Yes,
- 12:24Speaker 5: they worked for very short distances. But if you want
- 12:28Speaker 5: to travel in anything more than say, fifty kilometers a day,
- 12:32Speaker 5: you're taking big risks driving electric. The market is not stupid.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Now let's talk about Victoria. The Victorian government are walking
- 12:40Speaker 2: back their hardline stance on gas. They will allow Victorians
- 12:45Speaker 2: to continue cooking with gas. The ban on gas stovetops
- 12:51Speaker 2: has now been excluded from their net zero roadmap in
- 12:56Speaker 2: the internal polling on This must have been grim for
- 12:59Speaker 2: them to do this backflip, but I do know that
- 13:02Speaker 2: the hapless Victorian lives went to the last selection really
- 13:05Speaker 2: not talking about this at all. You would have thought
- 13:07Speaker 2: that would have been a clear policy platform for them
- 13:11Speaker 2: to say, will allow you to keep cooking with gas
- 13:14Speaker 2: when labor we're about to take that option away from Victorians.
- 13:19Speaker 2: But now it seems that labor themselves are going to
- 13:22Speaker 2: backflip on that policy.
- 13:24Speaker 5: Well, it's terrible to talk about Victoria. They're just killing themselves.
- 13:28Speaker 5: Be it the labor or be at the liberals talk
- 13:32Speaker 5: journey chefs in Victoria. They want to cook with gas.
- 13:36Speaker 5: They don't want to cook on an induction stave.
- 13:40Speaker 11: We hear the.
- 13:41Speaker 5: Victorian politicians saying, oh, we've got no gas and we've
- 13:44Speaker 5: got to restrict it. Absolute Conswaller. Yes, the backs straight
- 13:48Speaker 5: field is decreasing in the gas output, but there is
- 13:52Speaker 5: a large amount of onshore gas. I've seen the flaring
- 13:55Speaker 5: of gas wells on Shaw and Gippsland. Victoria is is
- 14:00Speaker 5: a victim of its own policies, and these policies are
- 14:04Speaker 5: on both sides of politics. Victoria's got stacks of gas,
- 14:08Speaker 5: Victoria's got stacks of energy, and they've only got to
- 14:12Speaker 5: have sensible policy. So Victoria is in the habit of
- 14:16Speaker 5: kicking our own goals and continues to do it. But
- 14:18Speaker 5: people think differently, which is why the government has changed
- 14:21Speaker 5: his view. The government is not leading, it's actually following.
- 14:27Speaker 2: It is. But I've got to say this is a
- 14:30Speaker 2: government that doesn't too often walk back from its pledges,
- 14:34Speaker 2: no matter how stupid they may be. So for them
- 14:37Speaker 2: to execute this backfully, but I've got to say there
- 14:41Speaker 2: must be great resistance amongst the Victorian public. They must
- 14:44Speaker 2: have really seen some ugly numbers for them to do this.
- 14:48Speaker 2: We're grateful for that. Professor Ian Plymer, thank you so
- 14:51Speaker 2: much for your time this evening.
- 14:53Speaker 5: Thank you for having me.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Still to come. An extended version of Lefty's Losing It
- 14:59Speaker 2: and Alex Dine reacts to Kamala's bizarre gender take on
- 15:04Speaker 2: comfey Cups. Welcome back. Now it's time for Lefties Losing It.
- 15:17Speaker 2: We'll be getting into some of Kamala's latest antiques shortly,
- 15:21Speaker 2: but first let's start with a Hollywood clown, actor Joseph
- 15:25Speaker 2: Gordon Levitt, who decided to post this video for himself
- 15:29Speaker 2: trying to take down Trump's tax cuts, trying being the
- 15:33Speaker 2: operative word. Like most Hollywood types, he has no idea
- 15:37Speaker 2: what he's talking about.
- 15:39Speaker 13: So Donald Trump wants to give me seventy thousand dollars
- 15:43Speaker 13: in tax cuts per year, and by the way, he
- 15:46Speaker 13: doesn't want to give that to everybody. But I just
- 15:49Speaker 13: read that's the average tax break for the top one percent.
- 15:55Speaker 13: If Donald Trump is elected president seventy thousand dollars and
- 15:58Speaker 13: you might say, well, he's going to give tax break
- 16:00Speaker 13: to everybody, but not really, because of all the tax cuts,
- 16:03Speaker 13: of all that money, nearly half of it is going
- 16:06Speaker 13: to go to just the top five percent of people.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Oh wow, you got in there. Half of the tax
- 16:13Speaker 2: cuts will go to just the top five percent of
- 16:16Speaker 2: income owners. Could that be, Joseph, because they pay most
- 16:19Speaker 2: of the tax collected. You do realize that's how the
- 16:22Speaker 2: system works. And you're not getting a gift from Donald Trump.
- 16:25Speaker 2: You just get to keep more of the money you've earned.
- 16:28Speaker 2: And if you haven't earned it in the first place,
- 16:30Speaker 2: you can't get it back in a tax cut. This
- 16:33Speaker 2: isn't hard. Let's make it even easier for you. Because
- 16:35Speaker 2: I know left e is get nervous around facts and figures.
- 16:39Speaker 2: The top five percent of taxpayers pay sixty five point
- 16:43Speaker 2: six percent of all income tax collected according to the IRS,
- 16:47Speaker 2: so it looks like they're being shut changed with that
- 16:51Speaker 2: tax cut. But Joseph, this is the actor who are
- 16:55Speaker 2: bleeded endlessly about the ordeal of playing at cop given
- 16:59Speaker 2: in support of and he called Trump a despot. In
- 17:02Speaker 2: twenty twenty, we shouldn't be too surprised that old Joe
- 17:06Speaker 2: has more advice to impart to the American people. Get
- 17:10Speaker 2: ready to lose some brain cells.
- 17:13Speaker 13: If you want to talk about who's going to really
- 17:15Speaker 13: help most Americans, it's Kamala. Trump's going to help the
- 17:19Speaker 13: same people he always tries to help.
- 17:20Speaker 11: The wealthy himself.
- 17:22Speaker 14: He was born a wealthy guy.
- 17:25Speaker 13: And look, I completely respect needing to vote for the
- 17:28Speaker 13: candidate that's going to make it easier for your family.
- 17:32Speaker 13: But Donald Trump isn't that candidate. Donald Trump's trying to
- 17:37Speaker 13: give me seventy thousand dollars. So mister Trump, thank you,
- 17:42Speaker 13: but no.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Thanks, Oh justin economically illiterate, idiot and a hypocrite too,
- 17:47Speaker 2: because he will take that cut. He will pocket it.
- 17:50Speaker 2: And you're free to donate to Joseph, to whoever you want,
- 17:53Speaker 2: even the government. Now we've bought you plenty of clips
- 17:56Speaker 2: of indoctrination in schools, but here we'll see an adult
- 18:00Speaker 2: in doctrinate what appears to be a very young child,
- 18:04Speaker 2: possibly the woman's own child, with radical gender theory by
- 18:08Speaker 2: suggesting the names on a board game are non binary,
- 18:11Speaker 2: with they them pronouns. No wonder the kids are confused
- 18:16Speaker 2: these days, So this person may not feel like a
- 18:20Speaker 2: girl or a boy, so their pronouns would be sea
- 18:25Speaker 2: them and they right, And so when we're talking about them,
- 18:31Speaker 2: we could say they really like mac and cheese. Dood
- 18:36Speaker 2: have hat on, Yes, they do have a hat, but
- 18:40Speaker 2: what if the hat identifies as a pumpkin. These ideologues
- 18:45Speaker 2: can't even enjoy a board game with their kids without
- 18:48Speaker 2: using it as an opportunity to push their mad Marxist ideology.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Now to one of the Democrats' big social media hacks,
- 18:58Speaker 2: who appears obsessed with telling us how happy she is
- 19:01Speaker 2: to be child free. It's a tad strange.
- 19:05Speaker 3: I'm forty two, child free, It's Sunday, Sunday, no babysitter needed.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Let's go okay. I assure you the right does not
- 19:19Speaker 2: hate this. They probably would prefer Left is losing it
- 19:22Speaker 2: to stop procreating. But why they need to keep ranting
- 19:27Speaker 2: about this.
- 19:28Speaker 7: I'm forty two, I'm child free for the weekend.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I'm in Atlantic City, honey times. She does know that
- 19:35Speaker 2: you can be forty two and still go out, even
- 19:38Speaker 2: if you're a mum, and the kids don't stay toddlers forever.
- 19:42Speaker 2: But at least while this Democrat fan girl, Angela is
- 19:45Speaker 2: doing her child free stick, she's not dancing. Where's the music?
- 20:02Speaker 2: I mean, bless her. She is adorable in a slightly
- 20:05Speaker 2: demented kind of way. Now to the demented kind of
- 20:09Speaker 2: way without the adorableness. Let's check in with the ladies
- 20:13Speaker 2: of the View, and here one of them tries to
- 20:15Speaker 2: make a sane, obvious point that you shouldn't be mean
- 20:19Speaker 2: or disown friends or family whose politics differ from yours.
- 20:24Speaker 2: It doesn't go well. First there's pushback from joy Beha,
- 20:27Speaker 2: and then Anna Navarro loses it.
- 20:31Speaker 15: We shouldn't demean Trump supporters.
- 20:33Speaker 2: We shouldn't call them names.
- 20:34Speaker 15: We shouldn't either cult us or ignorant, because.
- 20:36Speaker 12: We all have them in our lives. We all have
- 20:39Speaker 12: them in our lives and we love them, and if
- 20:40Speaker 12: they don't change, it's not going to change my relationship
- 20:42Speaker 12: with them.
- 20:43Speaker 2: I do think we should call them names. And I
- 20:44Speaker 2: think Donald.
- 20:45Speaker 16: Thomas, I think I think, you know, I think Tim
- 20:49Speaker 16: Walsham's brother is dumb as hell, and he gets into
- 20:51Speaker 16: that vice presidential mansion, he's going to miss a lot
- 20:54Speaker 16: of good parties.
- 20:55Speaker 11: That he's a strange from his brother.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Yeah, forget about your principles, think of the parties. Navara
- 21:01Speaker 2: was a heap being abused there on Tim Walshle's brother
- 21:04Speaker 2: for endorsing Trump. Now, let's look at this exchange between
- 21:08Speaker 2: Charlie Kirk and a confused young man who thinks he's
- 21:11Speaker 2: smarter than he actually is, whose arguments pretty much amount
- 21:15Speaker 2: to shouting racist, bigot, trans of phobe.
- 21:20Speaker 11: And racist, who does not know.
- 21:25Speaker 14: Fact.
- 21:25Speaker 11: You are not a gender science. You cannot speak on
- 21:28Speaker 11: that because what understand? What?
- 21:30Speaker 6: What percentage of murders do blacks commit in America?
- 21:33Speaker 10: We shouldn't justify you being here by giving you an audience.
- 21:38Speaker 11: You do not speak accurate facts.
- 21:46Speaker 6: What have I said that's not factual or not true
- 21:48Speaker 6: or anything that I've said that's racist? Named one thing? Yeah,
- 21:53Speaker 6: black people are thirteen percent of the population and they
- 21:56Speaker 6: commit fifty percent.
- 21:57Speaker 11: Of the murders.
- 21:58Speaker 6: You can look it over.
- 21:58Speaker 11: Please wait you what's your sword? The FBI?
- 22:03Speaker 6: The Department of Justice.
- 22:05Speaker 2: FBI, Department of Justice. It did not get any better
- 22:08Speaker 2: for this angry, befuddled lefty losing it.
- 22:12Speaker 6: It is a fact that blacks have a disproportionate amount
- 22:16Speaker 6: of the violent crime in their community. Why do you
- 22:19Speaker 6: think that is.
- 22:22Speaker 2: I'm not here to debate with you because I don't
- 22:24Speaker 2: want a platform. You you're racist.
- 22:28Speaker 6: You call me a racist. What have I ever said
- 22:29Speaker 6: that's racist? Or do you just think numbers are racist?
- 22:32Speaker 2: You said it, y'all. You can understand statistics, how you
- 22:36Speaker 2: speak on numbers.
- 22:39Speaker 11: Thanks for your time, Oh.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Dear, that's sad. Soy boy doesn't want to give Kirk
- 22:43Speaker 2: a platform. The dude with millions and millions of followers.
- 22:47Speaker 2: That makes sense now, MSNBC wish they had as many
- 22:51Speaker 2: viewers as Turning Point USA. We have more people watching
- 22:55Speaker 2: this segment online than most the most watched MSNBC shows.
- 22:59Speaker 2: I'm not and this may be why they've veered so
- 23:03Speaker 2: far left that they are advocating for ill or Musk
- 23:06Speaker 2: to be punished for not being a government math pace
- 23:11Speaker 2: and he.
- 23:12Speaker 14: Has a right to express his opinion. However, that right
- 23:15Speaker 14: is not unlimited, and he is under some special limitations
- 23:19Speaker 14: that wouldn't apply to normal people because his companies, specifically
- 23:23Speaker 14: Starlink and space X, are government contractors and as such
- 23:29Speaker 14: he has obligations to the government that would for any
- 23:32Speaker 14: normal person and should for him require him to moderate
- 23:36Speaker 14: his speech in the interest of national security. So what
- 23:39Speaker 14: you have is somebody who runs really strategic defense and
- 23:43Speaker 14: aerospace projects for the federal government, who's actively undermining the
- 23:48Speaker 14: government which is paying him. And somewhere in there is
- 23:52Speaker 14: a legal case that needs to be prosecuted.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Moderate his speech in the interests of national s security.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Somewhere in there there is a case that needs to
- 24:03Speaker 2: be prosecuted. What do you mean they want to create
- 24:08Speaker 2: new laws to have a sham trial like they did
- 24:11Speaker 2: with Trump. And how exactly is Elon must doing anything
- 24:15Speaker 2: that could compromise national security by allowing inconvenient facts to
- 24:19Speaker 2: be shared on x Allowing free debate is a threat
- 24:23Speaker 2: to the national security? Now, no wonder no one is
- 24:27Speaker 2: watching MSNBC. But what they lack in audience numbers they
- 24:31Speaker 2: make up for in pure hypocrisy. Here they claim that
- 24:35Speaker 2: mispronouncing Kamala's name the latest preferred pronunciation of her name,
- 24:41Speaker 2: amounts to racism and sexism. But here is a full
- 24:46Speaker 2: minute of lefties doing just that, including plenty of them
- 24:49Speaker 2: on MSNBC. See if you can count how many times
- 24:53Speaker 2: Kamala's name is mispronounced in this next clip.
- 24:57Speaker 15: The head campaign against Kamala Harris has begun, You'll notice
- 25:02Speaker 15: they purposefully pronounce her name wrong. Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris people
- 25:12Speaker 1: like Kamala Harris, but.
- 25:14Speaker 5: As Kamala said Kamala, Harris Kamela, and I.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Are Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris.
- 25:20Speaker 17: Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris.
- 25:25Speaker 5: Is Kamela, Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris Kambala,
- 25:29Speaker 5: Harris Kambla.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Harris Kamala, Harris was a very good prosecutor Kamala, Harris Kamala,
- 25:34Speaker 1: Harris Kamala, Harris.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris.
- 25:37Speaker 18: Kamala, Harris and I know her and Kamala was Firs
- 25:40Speaker 18: biden and Kamala Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris.
- 25:43Speaker 11: Kamala, Harris Kamala, Harris.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Mela, Harris Kamala, Harris Kamala Harris.
- 25:47Speaker 15: And to the Kamela point, they purposefully pronounced her name wrong.
- 25:51Speaker 15: They say Kamala. They do it all the time. It
- 25:55Speaker 15: is on purpose.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Kamala Harris, Kamala Harrismala Harris.
- 25:58Speaker 11: Kamala Harris, Kamala Harris.
- 26:00Speaker 13: Harris, Kamala Harris was talking about this, Kamala Harris, Kamala Harris,
- 26:03Speaker 13: Kamala Harris.
- 26:05Speaker 2: I counted sixty one. There so many racist, sexist lefties.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Now to the worst thing to happen to the American
- 26:13Speaker 2: education system. Take it away, Randy.
- 26:16Speaker 17: If we win, that means we strengthen democracy.
- 26:21Speaker 2: That means we strengthen our freedoms.
- 26:24Speaker 17: That means the middle class can be ascended.
- 26:27Speaker 2: That means we strengthen education, we strengthen the economy, We
- 26:31Speaker 2: strengthen our right. I was president of the American Federation
- 26:36Speaker 2: of Teachers. Now to a woman in a burker whining
- 26:39Speaker 2: about Vietnam vets being proud of their service. This is
- 26:43Speaker 2: so crazy that I'm wondering whether it's satire.
- 26:47Speaker 3: I just think it's so distastful and sick that like
- 26:50Speaker 3: all these older men walk around with their like Vietnam
- 26:53Speaker 3: veat hats and like bumber stickers, and I'm just like, ooh,
- 26:58Speaker 3: in what world does it call to? Like indeed the
- 27:01Speaker 3: country and like kill lots of people, And I mean,
- 27:06Speaker 3: that's not a defensive war, especially when there's like a
- 27:09Speaker 3: lot of Asian men like Filipinos who fought in that war.
- 27:12Speaker 3: I'm just like, guys, it's not cool. It makes me
- 27:18Speaker 3: actually feel sick to my stomach.
- 27:20Speaker 2: You know what's upsetting to me seeing a woman in
- 27:22Speaker 2: a free country where she has four rights choose to
- 27:25Speaker 2: subjugate herself, which is completely dehumanized, whether it's behind a
- 27:30Speaker 2: burka or a nickab where she's hidden from the world.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Women in countries like Iran are being beaten, imprisoned, and
- 27:38Speaker 2: even killed fighting against hijabb laws. And then you have
- 27:42Speaker 2: women like that in the West putting on the political
- 27:45Speaker 2: garments of Islamism. By the way, burker's are banned in
- 27:49Speaker 2: more than a dozen countries, including France, and with good reason. Okay,
- 27:54Speaker 2: I made you wait long enough. Let's get some kamala goodness.
- 27:58Speaker 2: Here she is in the little set up that her
- 28:01Speaker 2: campaign has organized. She's in a spice shop, comforting a
- 28:06Speaker 2: weeping woman.
- 28:09Speaker 5: You know, Oh, it's gonna be good.
- 28:12Speaker 14: We're going to be good and we're going to be fine.
- 28:14Speaker 17: We're gonna be fine.
- 28:16Speaker 19: We are all in this together. We are We're gonna.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Be Yes, we are, Yes, we are. Did you get
- 28:24Speaker 2: some spices? Did you get some spices? Hysterical laughter. Perhaps
- 28:36Speaker 2: the gold Staff family is Kamala is ignored for three
- 28:39Speaker 2: years after their loved ones were killed in the watched
- 28:41Speaker 2: Afghanistan withdrawal should frequent spice shops. Maybe she'll acknowledge their
- 28:46Speaker 2: existence then, And if you think this was just a
- 28:49Speaker 2: spontaneous encounter, This little spice shop is called Penzi Spices
- 28:55Speaker 2: and it has a hate page on their website called
- 28:58Speaker 2: about Republicans. It has a eight hundred and forty two
- 29:02Speaker 2: word rant against the GOP, saying things like we've done
- 29:07Speaker 2: pretending the Republican Party's embrace of cruelty, racism, covid lies,
- 29:12Speaker 2: climate change denial, and threats to democracy are anything other
- 29:16Speaker 2: than the risks they legitimately are. If you need us
- 29:20Speaker 2: to pretend you are not creating the hurt you are
- 29:23Speaker 2: creating in order for you to continue to be our customer,
- 29:26Speaker 2: I'm sad to say you might be happier elsewhere. Yeah,
- 29:30Speaker 2: I think you're right there. Feel the love and unity, folks.
- 29:34Speaker 2: That's the love and unity the Democrats preach about. Now,
- 29:37Speaker 2: Kamala has always had a taste for the consequential issues.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Here's a clip off her opining about the color of
- 29:45Speaker 2: Starbucks coffee cups their lids.
- 29:49Speaker 17: So you know how those lids are, because this is
- 29:53Speaker 17: I'm just gonna speak, Okay, So this is it. So
- 29:55Speaker 17: you know how those lids on the Starbucks comes. They're
- 29:58Speaker 17: weight right, and so if you were al stick, they
- 30:01Speaker 17: get all over the lid. And so then I find
- 30:04Speaker 17: myself in meetings if I'm the only woman, and that's
- 30:06Speaker 17: kind of and so I keep taking the lid off
- 30:08Speaker 17: and having my cup out so that I don't have
- 30:10Speaker 17: that big lipstick mark on the lid. So I said,
- 30:14Speaker 17: can we do something about the color of the lid.
- 30:23Speaker 17: So that was that conversation.
- 30:28Speaker 2: It's it's almost impossible to parody that. But thank god
- 30:33Speaker 2: we have this Steve Palti because she's ie just that
- 30:39Speaker 2: that's my damn.
- 30:41Speaker 7: So y'all know how they have those you know, white cups,
- 30:45Speaker 7: white lids and Starbucks And you know.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I'm just I'm gonna speak, I'm gonna say.
- 30:51Speaker 7: It, right, So you know they have those lids and
- 30:55Speaker 7: you know, if you're the only woman and you're wearing lipstick.
- 31:02Speaker 19: I'm in that meeting and I gotta now put the
- 31:04Speaker 19: cup down, gotta take off the lid. I gotta drink
- 31:06Speaker 19: it like it.
- 31:06Speaker 7: You know, it's a whole big thing. And you know,
- 31:09Speaker 7: so you know what I said, that said, can we
- 31:13Speaker 7: do something about the color of this lid?
- 31:23Speaker 5: Can we do something?
- 31:26Speaker 2: And we'll have plenty more lefties in this next segment.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Joining me now is host of Primetime with Alex Stein
- 31:32Speaker 2: on Blaze TV. Alex Stein, I want to get your
- 31:36Speaker 2: thoughts on the clip that's been pushed hard by the
- 31:38Speaker 2: media at the moment of the VP comforting an elderly
- 31:43Speaker 2: lady in a spice shop. But what do you make
- 31:46Speaker 2: of that twenty eighteen clip where she seems a little
- 31:50Speaker 2: too preoccupied with coffee cups and what color their lids are.
- 31:54Speaker 20: Well, it's obvious that Kamala Harris doesn't like the color white,
- 31:57Speaker 20: you know, and I guess these lids aren't enough for
- 32:00Speaker 20: a DEI hire for her, so she's going to go
- 32:02Speaker 20: after Starbucks. And it's kind of sad that this is
- 32:04Speaker 20: what the potential free litder of the world is worried
- 32:07Speaker 20: about the color of her coffee lid so that her
- 32:10Speaker 20: lipstick doesn't show. I just think that there are much
- 32:13Speaker 20: bigger fish to fry than the shade of lipstick residue
- 32:17Speaker 20: that's on her Starbucks.
- 32:19Speaker 2: I would have never ever thought of that, And I'm
- 32:22Speaker 2: sure the same things happened to me where I've been
- 32:24Speaker 2: in a meeting with blokes and my lipstick maybe on
- 32:28Speaker 2: the coffee cup lid. Who cares? I mean, why would
- 32:32Speaker 2: you be concerned with that? And she talked about how
- 32:36Speaker 2: she'd take the lid off so people wouldn't see her
- 32:39Speaker 2: lipstick is on her lips, Kamal. Everyone can see you
- 32:42Speaker 2: wearing lipstick. You don't need to hide it. The whole
- 32:45Speaker 2: thing is absurd. But we've got the debate looming, very exciting. Indeed,
- 32:52Speaker 2: it could be the one and only debate. In fact,
- 32:53Speaker 2: it does look like it's going to be the one
- 32:55Speaker 2: and only debate between Harris and President Donald Trump. And
- 32:59Speaker 2: some insiders are leaking that her team are nervous about
- 33:03Speaker 2: her performance. Alex, what do you think she needs to
- 33:07Speaker 2: do to get in Trump's head and what is the
- 33:10Speaker 2: best game plan for Trump?
- 33:13Speaker 11: Well? Trump needs a let her talk.
- 33:14Speaker 20: You know, she did okay at the DNC when she
- 33:16Speaker 20: had that prepared statement, but if she has to improv
- 33:19Speaker 20: of anything, she's probably going to have a little too
- 33:22Speaker 20: many glasses of wine and who knows what can happen.
- 33:25Speaker 20: So Trump she's let her speak because she's not well
- 33:28Speaker 20: off script.
- 33:29Speaker 11: That's very obvious. She's terrible off script.
- 33:32Speaker 2: But you would think with all the time she's had
- 33:35Speaker 2: to prepare for this debate that she knows what's to come.
- 33:39Speaker 2: She knows what the major questions are going to be,
- 33:41Speaker 2: and she's going to have everything almost word perfect, ready
- 33:45Speaker 2: to go. There's a few hot topics and she's had
- 33:48Speaker 2: plenty of time to get her answers down pat So
- 33:53Speaker 2: it's going to be fascinating. We'll be watching it, and
- 33:56Speaker 2: Paul Murray and myself will be watching it live and
- 33:59Speaker 2: bringing you out actions at it as it happens. But
- 34:02Speaker 2: let's move on to something more frivolous. Former Bachelorette star
- 34:06Speaker 2: Josh Seed, who now identifies as a woman, has made
- 34:10Speaker 2: a video empathizing with the many dangerous situations women find
- 34:15Speaker 2: themselves in.
- 34:17Speaker 19: Hi, everyone, I just wanted to talk today about being
- 34:22Speaker 19: aware of dangerous situations that women can often find themselves in.
- 34:27Speaker 19: Now that I'm a woman, I'm always aware of what's
- 34:30Speaker 19: going on around me and when my guard needs to
- 34:33Speaker 19: go up. The other day, I was working out and
- 34:36Speaker 19: the man came up to me and he made a
- 34:38Speaker 19: comment about my muscular physique, and that just sent shock
- 34:44Speaker 19: waves through my body.
- 34:47Speaker 2: Alex, I've asked you about this before. I need to know.
- 34:50Speaker 2: Is that just some big troll, some parody act. Is
- 34:55Speaker 2: it a reality show that is filming that we don't
- 34:57Speaker 2: know about, or is that genuine? It's killing me not knowing.
- 35:02Speaker 11: No, Josh is playing a character.
- 35:04Speaker 20: But Josh is actually doing a very good job, in
- 35:06Speaker 20: my opinion, showing how absurd it is that people can
- 35:08Speaker 20: just identify as a girl for five minutes to start
- 35:10Speaker 20: to use the women's restroom. So, you know, I like
- 35:13Speaker 20: what Josh is doing, trying to expose that a lot
- 35:15Speaker 20: of these trans people that are just trying.
- 35:17Speaker 2: To do You're sure it's not real?
- 35:19Speaker 12: You are sure?
- 35:20Speaker 2: You are sure?
- 35:22Speaker 20: Rita, Yes, I know this. I know Josh is just
- 35:26Speaker 20: yanking our chain. As they say here in America. It
- 35:28Speaker 20: is totally an act. Josh is not an idiot when
- 35:31Speaker 20: it comes to you know, going viral, and Josh is
- 35:34Speaker 20: getting a lot of attention, and that viral fame can
- 35:37Speaker 20: be addicting. So I think that's why Josh is doubled
- 35:39Speaker 20: down and continuing to play this character.
- 35:41Speaker 2: But as we've seen with some other characters, things that
- 35:45Speaker 2: we thought were parody, even Dylan Mulvainey in the early days,
- 35:48Speaker 2: people were convinced it was a big troll, and then
- 35:52Speaker 2: surgeries were happening, and there was feminization happening beyond what
- 35:57Speaker 2: you would expect from from a parody. So I don't know,
- 36:01Speaker 2: I'm not one hundred percent, but I'll trust your judgment
- 36:04Speaker 2: on that one. Now, we've heard a lot from veterans
- 36:08Speaker 2: who are outraged about Kamala Harris's VP pick Tim Wolls's
- 36:13Speaker 2: embellishing his record his military record for political gain, but
- 36:17Speaker 2: we haven't heard much from McDonald's employees about Harris possibly
- 36:23Speaker 2: doing the same. Because she claims she once worked at McDonald's,
- 36:27Speaker 2: people are casting doubt on that, and you went searching
- 36:32Speaker 2: for the truth.
- 36:34Speaker 11: We are at McDonald's.
- 36:35Speaker 20: We're going to ask the employees if they're upset that
- 36:38Speaker 20: Kamala Harris would steal their valor of being a McDonald's employee.
- 36:41Speaker 20: Did you see Kamala Harris said that she lied and
- 36:44Speaker 20: said she worked in McDonald's. What do you think about yes,
- 36:47Speaker 20: do you think that dad that she loved?
- 36:50Speaker 19: She lied?
- 36:51Speaker 11: She didn't really work here. They did a background check.
- 36:54Speaker 20: They asked corporate, she never worked there. Thank you for
- 36:56Speaker 20: your hard work, thank you for your service. She said
- 36:58Speaker 20: she used to work in McDonald They caught.
- 36:59Speaker 11: Her line in corporate office.
- 37:02Speaker 20: She stole your valor, Kamila Harris could never have to
- 37:10Speaker 20: ask you.
- 37:10Speaker 2: I'm gonna worry, but you don't want to see one, Karmalin, What.
- 37:12Speaker 20: Are you gonna called the car asking about Kamela Hurt's
- 37:16Speaker 20: lying about working McDonald's.
- 37:19Speaker 11: Nor comments.
- 37:25Speaker 2: That could be the most ridiculous cop interaction you've had
- 37:29Speaker 2: so far, Alex, And that's saying something, How do you
- 37:33Speaker 2: know this is true? You've gone there and you've said
- 37:35Speaker 2: that she has stolen these McDonald's workers valor? How do
- 37:39Speaker 2: you know Kamala didn't work at a McDonald's way back when?
- 37:43Speaker 20: Well, this is how I know, because Snopes is still
- 37:46Speaker 20: not confirming whether she has or hasn't, because there's no
- 37:49Speaker 20: indication from corporate that she was ever an employee, And
- 37:52Speaker 20: if you worked at McDonald you'd keep your name tag.
- 37:54Speaker 20: You would know the location that you worked at. If
- 37:56Speaker 20: she had one bit of evidence that she worked at McDonald's,
- 37:59Speaker 20: she would be able to prove it.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Two seconds, da are you saying she hasn't even said
- 38:03Speaker 2: which McDonald's she worked at. Surely she knows that. I
- 38:06Speaker 2: don't expect her to keep her name tag, but you
- 38:09Speaker 2: would expect her to remember which outlet she was in.
- 38:13Speaker 20: Well, they even looked at her resume for jobs that
- 38:16Speaker 20: she had after and she never put that she worked
- 38:17Speaker 20: a McDonald's. And believe it or not, having McDonald's on
- 38:20Speaker 20: your resume as a young kid would probably give you,
- 38:22Speaker 20: you know, a leg up and other jobs because.
- 38:24Speaker 11: They would say, hey, look you worked hard.
- 38:25Speaker 20: You worked in a service industry, so would show you
- 38:28Speaker 20: to have customer care wor show you how to be
- 38:30Speaker 20: you know, hard working.
- 38:32Speaker 11: She lied.
- 38:32Speaker 2: That's crazy in itself to have someone buying to be
- 38:35Speaker 2: the leader of the free world lying about working at
- 38:38Speaker 2: macas really now, Former First Lady Milania Trump is about
- 38:43Speaker 2: to release her memoir, which she hopes will clarify the
- 38:47Speaker 2: facts around her life and service.
- 38:51Speaker 16: Writing this memoir has been a deeply personal and reflective
- 38:55Speaker 16: journey for me as a private person has often been
- 39:00Speaker 16: the subject of public scrutiny and misrepresentations. I feel a
- 39:06Speaker 16: responsibility to clarify the facts. I believe it is important
- 39:12Speaker 16: to share my perspective the truth.
- 39:20Speaker 2: Her memoir has already saw to the top spot on
- 39:23Speaker 2: several Amazon bestseller lists despite not being released until October. First, Alex,
- 39:29Speaker 2: what are you hoping at? This memoir reveals? And let's
- 39:33Speaker 2: not forget Milania is the first verse lady in many
- 39:37Speaker 2: years not to feature on the cover of Vogue, despite
- 39:40Speaker 2: obviously being a very beautiful, stylish woman. We had Jill
- 39:45Speaker 2: on the cover, Hillary Michelle, but no Millennia.
- 39:49Speaker 11: Yeah, Millennia is absolutely beautiful.
- 39:51Speaker 20: And then when Vice President Kamala was on the cover,
- 39:55Speaker 20: she was wearing Chuck Taylor tennis shoes.
- 39:57Speaker 11: And it shows you for all the people that say.
- 39:58Speaker 20: Donald Trump is against him aggretion, he married an immigrant,
- 40:02Speaker 20: so I think that that just proves their point to
- 40:04Speaker 20: be invalid. And I'm excited to see her side of
- 40:07Speaker 20: the story. She gets a lot of unfair treatment. I
- 40:10Speaker 20: think it would be very hard to be Melania Trump
- 40:12Speaker 20: with all the unfair attacks because of her husband on her.
- 40:16Speaker 11: So I'm excited to see what.
- 40:18Speaker 20: Comes out in this memoir that'll give us an inside scoople.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Alex Stein, thank you for your time this evening.
- 40:24Speaker 11: Thank you, Rita still to come.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Why Elton John is winning praise from mega fans and
- 40:32Speaker 2: Meghan Markle cuddles up to Oprah again watching the Rita
- 40:45Speaker 2: Panny Show and joining me now is Entertainment and Ray
- 40:48Speaker 2: reporter Kinsey Schofield. Let's start with Elton John, who, unlike
- 40:53Speaker 2: most celebs, refuse to accept a free kick from Variety
- 40:56Speaker 2: magazine to bash Donald Trump. He was asked his reaction
- 41:00Speaker 2: to President Trump liking his music and calling North Korean
- 41:04Speaker 2: dictator Kim Jong un a little rocketman?
- 41:09Speaker 9: How did it feel when he took the lyrics to
- 41:11Speaker 9: Rocketman and he used it as a nickname for Kim
- 41:15Speaker 9: Jong un, and then he gave Kim Jong.
- 41:17Speaker 18: I laughed, was brilliant.
- 41:19Speaker 11: Good on your Donald.
- 41:20Speaker 18: I'm the rocket Man.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:22Speaker 18: Donald's always been a fan of mine and he's been
- 41:24Speaker 18: to my conscerts many many times. So I mean I've
- 41:28Speaker 18: always been friendly towards him, and I thank him for
- 41:31Speaker 18: his support. Yeah, when he did that, I just thought
- 41:34Speaker 18: it was hilarious.
- 41:35Speaker 2: It was maybe laugh seeing the interviewer wanted a viral
- 41:39Speaker 2: moment at Kinsey. He didn't get it. Elton said it
- 41:43Speaker 2: was brilliant, but it wasn't that great.
- 41:46Speaker 12: I mean, I love that Elton John refused the clickbait.
- 41:49Speaker 12: But also we've had this discussion before. How disappointing is
- 41:52Speaker 12: it when we find out that the food fighters are
- 41:54Speaker 12: threatening to sue or that Selene Deon is offended by
- 41:58Speaker 12: the fact that Donald Trump, you know, is playing her
- 42:01Speaker 12: music at his rally. You know, people of all different faiths,
- 42:06Speaker 12: of all different political backgrounds a love music. And the
- 42:11Speaker 12: fact that Selenian is cutting off an entire group of
- 42:15Speaker 12: people now and offending this entire group of people now
- 42:19Speaker 12: by criticizing Trump and not allowing him to play her music. So,
- 42:23Speaker 12: Elton John, I'm going to go buy more of your
- 42:26Speaker 12: albums now. I'm going to go buy an Elton John
- 42:28Speaker 12: T shirt and I'm going to thoroughly enjoy Elton John's
- 42:32Speaker 12: music now, knowing that he's not playing the heat game.
- 42:35Speaker 2: Absolutely. And I tell you, someone like Celine Dion in particular,
- 42:39Speaker 2: she's someone who is almost universally liked, so bad move
- 42:44Speaker 2: to go down this road, because yeah, You're right, You're
- 42:47Speaker 2: going to upset half the population, perhaps more. Now HBO
- 42:52Speaker 2: hosts at Bill Maher, who is a liberal, is a
- 42:54Speaker 2: man of the left, but generally a sensible left in
- 42:58Speaker 2: not always. He's at Taylor Swift for not watching the
- 43:02Speaker 2: Kansas City Chiefs game alongside her friend, or perhaps former friend,
- 43:07Speaker 2: Brittany Mahomes, after the wife of the game's top player
- 43:11Speaker 2: expressed her support for Donald Trump.
- 43:15Speaker 1: Here's my question. Yesterday the NFL season started. Now, in
- 43:20Speaker 1: the past, Taylor Swift was she was always in the
- 43:31Speaker 1: same box with Brittany Mahons, and now they can't sit
- 43:37Speaker 1: in the same box. I guess because Brittany liked some
- 43:41Speaker 1: of Trump's tweets and Taylor's for Karmela. Don't you think
- 43:45Speaker 1: partisan should be done.
- 43:47Speaker 2: To Brittany and Taylor did appear briefly together at the
- 43:53Speaker 2: US opened, but they watched their partner's NFL game from
- 43:57Speaker 2: separate suites. Is Bill Wright Kinsey's Is Taylor making a
- 44:02Speaker 2: point to distance herself from Brittany Mahomes.
- 44:06Speaker 12: I don't think so. It's my understanding that Brittany had
- 44:09Speaker 12: the babies there she's currently incubating. She had on these
- 44:13Speaker 12: hideous jeans, God Lover. She had on these ugly jeans
- 44:16Speaker 12: and just a plain white T shirt. Taylor Swift walks
- 44:18Speaker 12: in and you know, these bomb boots, sixty thousand dollars outfit.
- 44:23Speaker 12: And I think that Brittany just was allowing Taylor to
- 44:26Speaker 12: have her moments standing up there with Travis's family, and
- 44:29Speaker 12: Brittany is you know, she's a human jungle gym. She's
- 44:33Speaker 12: got babies crawling all over her, and I just don't
- 44:35Speaker 12: think she wanted to be compared to Taylor.
- 44:37Speaker 15: Now.
- 44:37Speaker 2: Megan Markle appeared alongside Oprah Winfrey at an event for
- 44:41Speaker 2: her book club, telling the audience, I'm looking at this
- 44:44Speaker 2: time of my chapter of Joy. My intentionality is to
- 44:50Speaker 2: enjoy this chapter and be able to love through every
- 44:53Speaker 2: piece of this as best we can. I'm not hearing
- 44:58Speaker 2: a lot of joy from Meghan and Harry. Most of
- 45:02Speaker 2: the times we hear from them that normally whining about something.
- 45:05Speaker 2: But I do wonder about the use of the word
- 45:08Speaker 2: joy in her statement. It's been connected with Kamala's campaign.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Is this just her having a subtle way of expressing
- 45:18Speaker 2: her support, I mean not so subtle.
- 45:20Speaker 12: She's standing there next to Oprah Winfrey, who took the
- 45:23Speaker 12: DNC state. I definitely think that Meghan Markle is a
- 45:28Speaker 12: team Kamala. But remember Rita, I think we actually had
- 45:31Speaker 12: this discussion in May of this year. We were warned
- 45:35Speaker 12: that Meghan Markle was preparing to launch a Summer of
- 45:38Speaker 12: Love charm offence in a bid to boost her popularity
- 45:42Speaker 12: in America. And so to me, this is what hearing
- 45:45Speaker 12: quotes like that, that's exactly what she's trying to do.
- 45:49Speaker 12: You know that feel the love versus the kind of
- 45:52Speaker 12: hostility that we've seen from Harry and Meghan in the past,
- 45:56Speaker 12: And I just don't think people are ready to buy
- 45:58Speaker 12: it from them. There was too much anger and bitterness
- 46:01Speaker 12: over the last four years.
- 46:04Speaker 2: Well, it's all we've heard, whether it was their doco,
- 46:08Speaker 2: the book, the sit down interview with Oprah, the podcast,
- 46:12Speaker 2: it's just been incessant whining to the point where it's
- 46:16Speaker 2: become comical. Meanwhile, I've got the Princess of Wales planning
- 46:21Speaker 2: to return to public life in the next few months
- 46:24Speaker 2: she continues her private battle against cancer. Do we know
- 46:28Speaker 2: how soon she could be returning?
- 46:30Speaker 12: Kinsey, Well, you know the quote was good days and
- 46:33Speaker 12: bad days, and they are going to try to take
- 46:36Speaker 12: advantage of the good days that the Princess of Wales
- 46:39Speaker 12: has while she is undergoing this cancer treatment. No official
- 46:42Speaker 12: date set, but she could potentially join King Charles and
- 46:46Speaker 12: the rest of the Royal family for the National Service
- 46:48Speaker 12: of Remembrance that's in November, and then plans are excitingly
- 46:53Speaker 12: underway for Catherine's annual together at Christmas Carol Service at
- 46:57Speaker 12: Westminster Abbey. No official confirmation that she'll be there, but
- 47:01Speaker 12: I highly suspect that she will.
- 47:04Speaker 2: Now fresh embarrassment for the Royal family is Amazon Prime
- 47:07Speaker 2: prepares to drop its drama series A Very Royal Scandal
- 47:11Speaker 2: into Prince Andrew's disastrous interview with the BBC.
- 47:15Speaker 5: I'm sure this is right.
- 47:16Speaker 12: A woman journalist the optic say she has to be female.
- 47:20Speaker 2: What's my strategy?
- 47:22Speaker 11: It's two targets.
- 47:23Speaker 8: Why did he stay at a convicted pedophile's house? And
- 47:26Speaker 8: did he have sex with Giffrey when she was under age?
- 47:30Speaker 5: But she's cocking.
- 47:31Speaker 8: You can handler you sweating like any other man facing
- 47:34Speaker 8: allegations of sexual assaults.
- 47:37Speaker 5: People forget I've been to war.
- 47:40Speaker 1: I'm going to blow this out of the water.
- 47:42Speaker 2: I've got to say it looks pretty interesting. And the
- 47:45Speaker 2: character playing Prince Andrew looks very very close to him.
- 47:49Speaker 2: Is this going to be the final nail in that
- 47:52Speaker 2: coffin as far as getting Prince Charles, King Charles I
- 47:56Speaker 2: should say to finally boot Prince Andrew out of his lodge.
- 48:01Speaker 12: Well, I think that this could be. The Daily Mail
- 48:04Speaker 12: is reporting that King Charles is giving Prince Andrew an ultimatum,
- 48:09Speaker 12: basically that he either needs to find a way of
- 48:11Speaker 12: being financially independent and pay his own expenses which would
- 48:15Speaker 12: cover his security and maintenance of his home, or move
- 48:18Speaker 12: into a more suitable accommodation. But Riata, we're bearing the
- 48:22Speaker 12: lead because according to The Express, Prince Andrew is excited
- 48:26Speaker 12: about Amazon's a very Royal scandal and is expected to
- 48:30Speaker 12: throw a viewing party at Royal Lodge.
- 48:33Speaker 2: Believe it or not, the audacity. Why does he think
- 48:38Speaker 2: it's going to work in his favor? Surely he doesn't
- 48:41Speaker 2: think this is going to be complimentary to him.
- 48:45Speaker 12: I think he might just be an egomaniac, which you know,
- 48:48Speaker 12: you see a little bit of that in that trailer.
- 48:50Speaker 12: So I mean, what doesn't surprise me? But I just
- 48:52Speaker 12: I'm amazed. I just sit back and think I wish
- 48:55Speaker 12: I had your confidence, Prince Andrew.
- 48:57Speaker 2: Well maybe not, because it was that confidence that really
- 49:01Speaker 2: was behind his downfall. Knsisco, Phil, thank you so much
- 49:04Speaker 2: for your time this evening. Thank you. That's it from me.
- 49:08Speaker 2: Newsnight is up next. I'll see you at eleven tomorrow
