- 0:00Speaker 1: A right, Kyle Payton break down everything entertainment world. What
- 0:01Speaker 1: do you guys got a right?
- 0:02Speaker 2: They're expecting The Odyssey to be number one in the
- 0:05Speaker 2: theaters again this weekend. It turns out director Christopher Nolan
- 0:08Speaker 2: has a very interesting rule on set.
- 0:10Speaker 3: Absolutely no uggs literally hugs as in the slippers. Yeah,
- 0:16Speaker 3: something like that can actually weirdly take you out of
- 0:20Speaker 3: you know, It's like if someone's eating a bag of
- 0:22Speaker 3: chips off camera or something. You know, there's certain things
- 0:24Speaker 3: to just remind you you're in the real world as
- 0:28Speaker 3: opposed to the world we're trying to create for the actors.
- 0:30Speaker 3: I want to stay in the moment, want the actors
- 0:32Speaker 3: to stay in the moment, And so for me, the
- 0:34Speaker 3: oug boots are a signifier of God.
- 0:36Speaker 1: You know. Let me ask you guess, because Peyton, you
- 0:41Speaker 1: saw the movie and Nick saw the movie, right, I'm
- 0:43Speaker 1: going to go Sunday. I think I heard and I
- 0:46Speaker 1: don't know if it's a credible source. If they were
- 0:47Speaker 1: joking that at the end of the movie there's outtakes,
- 0:51Speaker 1: Is that true?
- 0:53Speaker 4: Oh?
- 0:53Speaker 5: Like funny outtakes?
- 0:54Speaker 1: I don't yeah, like where they screwed up a scene
- 0:56Speaker 1: like you gotta kind of Avengers, has these end credits
- 0:58Speaker 1: and stuff?
- 0:59Speaker 5: Stay for the end credits?
- 1:00Speaker 1: I know, I'm just curious. If I just saw one
- 1:02Speaker 1: thing about it, I was like, I don't know, is
- 1:03Speaker 1: that person been funny? Because that would be cool.
- 1:05Speaker 2: How first do you want to stay for end credits?
- 1:07Speaker 5: Exactly?
- 1:07Speaker 1: I was ready, I would see, Matt, can we do
- 1:10Speaker 1: that again? I didn't mean to kill you. I cut
- 1:12Speaker 1: your neck off.
- 1:12Speaker 5: I cut your head off. Wrong, that's a good point.
- 1:16Speaker 6: Nearly six years after the heartbreaking death of Black Panther
- 1:19Speaker 6: star Chadwick Boseman, there has been a bitter legal battle
- 1:23Speaker 6: and it has officially broken out over his estate. So
- 1:27Speaker 6: Chadwick's brothers basically have filed court documents asking an LA
- 1:31Speaker 6: judge to permanently remove his widow, Taylor as the administrator
- 1:36Speaker 6: of his three point eight million dollar estate. So basically,
- 1:39Speaker 6: they're claiming that she mismanaged the funds and failed to
- 1:42Speaker 6: distribute over three million dollars just sitting in bank accounts,
- 1:45Speaker 6: along with like unresolved like sad after residuals and stuff.
- 1:49Speaker 6: But since Chadwick passed away without a will, the court
- 1:52Speaker 6: like originally ordered a fifty to fifty split between his
- 1:55Speaker 6: wife and then his parents. But his family is saying
- 1:58Speaker 6: that she's like not fulfilling her dude, And so they're
- 2:01Speaker 6: all in this.
- 2:02Speaker 5: Like nasty, nasty. That's too bad, I.
- 2:04Speaker 6: Know, because his death was so shocking, I think to
- 2:07Speaker 6: everyone as well. I know, he was sick for a
- 2:09Speaker 6: long time.
- 2:09Speaker 5: And you know he would hate that. He would just
- 2:12Speaker 5: hate that. So it's just truly heartbreaking.
- 2:15Speaker 6: Swifty is they are in an absolute frenzy right now
- 2:18Speaker 6: because they're analyzing Gracy Abrams song.
- 2:20Speaker 5: It's called death Wish, But.
- 2:21Speaker 6: There's theories basically claiming that this song is about Taylor
- 2:25Speaker 6: Swift because there's a little bit of an aim at
- 2:28Speaker 6: like a charismatic industry giant, and there's some like kind
- 2:32Speaker 6: of shady lines.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Poetris and that and range the walls he built up
- 2:36Speaker 4: teenage dreams, the wall he thok for shinking things to
- 2:40Speaker 4: kill or ever cran So you must not feeling at all,
- 2:49Speaker 4: would you get so bulletproof? You trade your tongue for
- 2:52Speaker 4: inside truths, you trade your time for any clue what
- 2:56Speaker 4: to do or not to do?
- 2:59Speaker 5: Nothing about Taylor Swift.
- 3:06Speaker 6: I mean they basically the lines that they're pointing out
- 3:08Speaker 6: is like you built on teenage dreams.
- 3:10Speaker 5: How do you get so bulletproof?
- 3:11Speaker 6: You trade your time for inside truth And they're referencing
- 3:14Speaker 6: like the diamond rings, but basically Gracie Abrams producer was like, yeah, no,
- 3:19Speaker 6: that is not about Taylor.
- 3:20Speaker 5: Taylor and Gracie are good friends.
- 3:21Speaker 6: She's actually her mentor and this is about one of
- 3:24Speaker 6: her like toxic ex belonging to like one of.
- 3:26Speaker 7: Her good friends, not about Taylor's dream would point to
- 3:30Speaker 7: Katy Perry, right or bulletproof is and there are some bullet.
- 3:41Speaker 6: But yeah, they are in their feelings about it, but
- 3:43Speaker 6: I also do not think that that's about Greasy. It
- 3:45Speaker 6: is a sad day though for Nico Landers stands because
- 3:48Speaker 6: the Love Island USA season seven runner ups Landria and
- 3:52Speaker 6: Nick they have officially broken up after one year together,
- 3:55Speaker 6: and people are like not happy about this because it's
- 3:58Speaker 6: almost exactly a year from when that season ended, and
- 4:01Speaker 6: it was a complete pr stunt, like Nick and Orlandria
- 4:03Speaker 6: were saved, they were voted off of the island and
- 4:05Speaker 6: then brought back by the producers because they were fan favorites,
- 4:09Speaker 6: and now that they're broken up, they're saying that it's
- 4:10Speaker 6: like long distance busy schedules, but there is rumors that
- 4:14Speaker 6: Orlandra has been kicking it with Travis Scott, so I'm.
- 4:17Speaker 5: Like, I knew they weren't together, but they were cute.
- 4:20Speaker 2: It stinks when you find out it really was all
- 4:23Speaker 2: for the camera.
- 4:23Speaker 5: And it absolutely was. And Landra is a businesswoman, so
- 4:27Speaker 5: I'm not surprised, right.
- 4:29Speaker 2: So I don't know if you guys have seen The
- 4:30Speaker 2: Hawk yet. On Netflix. It's Will Ferrell's golf comedy. It's
- 4:33Speaker 2: pretty funny. Luke Wilson stars beside him, and he was
- 4:37Speaker 2: also in Old School and.
- 4:40Speaker 5: They've asked him.
- 4:41Speaker 2: He did an interview with Barstool and they were like,
- 4:43Speaker 2: it's finny, Like The Hawk is funny, but like there
- 4:46Speaker 2: are classic films like Old School and that whole era
- 4:49Speaker 2: of comedy that you just don't get comedies like that anymore.
- 4:52Speaker 2: And Luke Wilson says he's got theories on exactly why
- 4:56Speaker 2: Hollywood isn't funny anymore.
- 4:58Speaker 8: I mean, I have my theories that are like conspiratorial
- 5:01Speaker 8: why they stop. I don't want to get into it,
- 5:05Speaker 8: the basic gist of it. It's like the people in
- 5:08Speaker 8: charge just not funny and like too careful. I got
- 5:11Speaker 8: back a note about a joke and a script that
- 5:14Speaker 8: said it was imperialistic. I was like, I don't even
- 5:17Speaker 8: know if that means.
- 5:19Speaker 4: I was like, it is imperial a compliment.
- 5:22Speaker 5: I wouldn't know how to deal with that.
- 5:24Speaker 1: The people that make the decisions are funny, Yeah, so
- 5:26Speaker 1: the movies can't be that funny, right.
- 5:27Speaker 2: And they shoot down the comedy immediately because they don't
- 5:30Speaker 2: get it.
- 5:31Speaker 6: Apparently, Marvel Studios they kind of dropped a massive bomb
- 5:35Speaker 6: about the future of the MCU. They confirmed that a
- 5:38Speaker 6: live action Miles Morales is officially in.
- 5:40Speaker 5: Their long term place. Cool spider Man, Yeah.
- 5:42Speaker 6: Spider Man, so Avenger Secret Wars. That's going to drop
- 5:45Speaker 6: next year, but it's going to act as like a
- 5:47Speaker 6: major reset button. So they're going to create a single
- 5:50Speaker 6: streamlined universe that's going to set up the Mute and Saga,
- 5:54Speaker 6: and it's going to like introduce Miles Morales alongside like
- 5:56Speaker 6: a brand new generation of heroes. And they also announced
- 5:59Speaker 6: that they have storylines plan all the way.
- 6:01Speaker 5: Through twenty forty two.
- 6:04Speaker 6: Twenty forty two, Marvel already has storylines for all these
- 6:06Speaker 6: upcoming superheroes.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Wow,
