  I'm
• 1:26
  Eric
• 1:27
  G.
• 1:27
  John
• 1:27
  Dudley,
• 1:28
  Good
• 1:28
  to
• 1:28
  see
• 1:28
  you
• 1:28
  again,
• 1:28
  my
• 1:29
  friend.
• 1:29
  What's
• 1:29
  happening,
• 1:30
  brother?
• 1:30
  Another
• 1:30
  day,
• 1:31
  another
• 1:32
  day.
• 1:32
  And
• 1:32
  I'm
• 1:32
  excited
• 1:33
  for
• 1:33
  this
• 1:33
  one
• 1:33
  because
• 1:34
  you
• 1:35
  and
• 1:35
  I
• 1:35
  talk
• 1:35
  about
• 1:36
  kitchen
• 1:36
  and
• 1:37
  bath
• 1:37
  remodeling
• 1:37
  a
• 1:38
  lot
• 1:38
  just
• 1:38
  because
• 1:38
  I
• 1:38
  think
• 1:39
  naturally
• 1:39
  you
• 1:39
  and
• 1:39
  I
• 1:39
  did
• 1:40
  a
• 1:40
  lot
• 1:40
  of
• 1:40
  those
• 1:40
  things
• 1:40
  together.
• 1:41
  But
• 1:42
  there's
• 1:43
  other
• 1:43
  options
• 1:43
  out
• 1:44
  there,
• 1:44
  and
• 1:44
  this
• 1:44
  is
• 1:44
  one
• 1:45
  that
• 1:45
  I've
• 1:45
  actually
• 1:45
  used
• 1:45
  before.
• 1:46
  And
• 1:46
  I
• 1:46
  think
• 1:46
  it's
• 1:46
  something
• 1:47
  that
• 1:47
  is
• 1:47
  a
• 1:47
  solid
• 1:48
  option
• 1:49
  for
• 1:49
  you,
• 1:50
  whether
• 1:50
  it's
• 1:50
  cabinetry
• 1:51
  or
• 1:51
  wood
• 1:51
  floors
• 1:52
  or
• 1:52
  anything
• 1:52
  else.
• 1:53
  Chris
• 1:53
  Simmons
• 1:54
  from

  Enhanced
• 1:55
  Brother.
• 1:55
  Great
• 1:55
  to
• 1:56
  have
• 1:56
  you
• 1:56
  on
• 1:56

• 1:56
  the
• 1:56
  House
• 1:57
  today.
• 1:57
  Hey,
• 1:58
  thanks
• 1:58
  for
• 1:58
  having
• 1:58
  me,
• 1:58
  Eric.
• 1:59
  Thanks.
• 1:59
  Thanks,
• 1:59
  Sean.
• 2:00
  It's
• 2:00
  been
• 2:00
  good
• 2:00
  to
• 2:01
  be
• 2:01
  here,
• 2:01
  man.
• 2:02
  You
• 2:02
  guys
• 2:02
  have
• 2:03
  saved
• 2:04
  so
• 2:04
  many
• 2:04
  projects
• 2:05
  out
• 2:05
  there.
• 2:06
  And
• 2:06
  I'll
• 2:06
  give
• 2:06
  you
• 2:06
  an
• 2:06
  example.
• 2:08
  I
• 2:08
  had
• 2:08
  a
• 2:08
  homeowner
• 2:09
  one
• 2:09
  time,
• 2:10
  their
• 2:10
  cleaning
• 2:11
  lady
• 2:11
  grabbed
• 2:12
  one
• 2:12
  of
• 2:12
  the
• 2:13
  magic
• 2:13
  erasers
• 2:14
  and
• 2:14
  decided
• 2:14
  she
• 2:15
  was
• 2:15
  going
• 2:15
  to
• 2:15
  take
• 2:16
  all
• 2:16
  the
• 2:17
  scuffs
• 2:17
  off
• 2:17
  the
• 2:17
  painted
• 2:18
  cabinetry
• 2:19
  out
• 2:19
  there.
• 2:20
  Homeowner
• 2:21
  wasn't
• 2:21
  home
• 2:21
  many
• 2:21
  times
• 2:21
  when
• 2:22
  this
• 2:22
  is
• 2:22
  happening.
• 2:23
  And
• 2:23
  as
• 2:24
  we
• 2:24
  all
• 2:24
  know,
• 2:25
  those
• 2:26
  magic
• 2:26
  erasers
• 2:26
  are
• 2:27
  about
• 2:27
  like
• 2:27
  1600
• 2:28
  grit
• 2:28
  sandpaper
• 2:29
  and
• 2:29
  sanded
• 2:30
  through
• 2:30
  the
• 2:30
  finish
• 2:30
  on
• 2:31
  these
• 2:31
  cabinets
• 2:31
  that
• 2:31
  were
• 2:32
  less
• 2:32
  than
• 2:32
  a
• 2:32
  year
• 2:32
  old
• 2:32
  and
• 2:33
  wasn't
• 2:34
  under
• 2:34
  the
• 2:34
  warranty.
• 2:36
  And
• 2:36
  something
• 2:36
  had
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  be
• 2:37
  done
• 2:37
  besides
• 2:38
  replace
• 2:38
  the
• 2:38
  kitchen.
• 2:39
  And
• 2:39
  you
• 2:39
  guys
• 2:39
  saved
• 2:40
  the
• 2:40
  day.
• 2:40
  That's
• 2:41
  what
• 2:41
  we
• 2:41
  come
• 2:41
  in
• 2:41
  to
• 2:41
  do.
• 2:41
  That's
• 2:42
  the.
• 2:42
  That
• 2:42
  that's
• 2:42
  more
• 2:43
  aligned
• 2:43
  with.
• 2:43
  Really
• 2:43
  what
• 2:43
  we
• 2:44
  do
• 2:44
  is
• 2:44
  it's
• 2:44
  a
• 2:45
  design
• 2:45
  component
• 2:45
  and
• 2:46
  it's
• 2:46
  a
• 2:46
  repair
• 2:46
  component.
• 2:47
  It
• 2:47
  can
• 2:47
  really
• 2:47
  save
• 2:47
  you
• 2:47
  a
• 2:48
  lot
• 2:48
  time
• 2:48
  and
• 2:48
  grief.
• 2:49
  And
• 2:49
  that's
• 2:49
  really
• 2:49
  what
• 2:50
  we
• 2:50
  really
• 2:50
  try
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  show
• 2:51
  people
• 2:51
  that.
• 2:51
  What's
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  middle
• 2:52
  ground
• 2:52
  between
• 2:53
  having
• 2:53
  your
• 2:53
  kitchen
• 2:54
  destroyed
• 2:54
  and
• 2:55
  having
• 2:55
  your
• 2:55
  kitchen
• 2:55
  re.
• 2:56
  Yeah,
• 2:56
  it's
• 2:57
  great
• 2:57
  because
• 2:57
  again,
• 2:58
  it's
• 2:58
  one
• 2:58
  of
• 2:58
  those
• 2:58
  things
• 2:59
  that,
• 2:59
  man,
• 2:59
  I
• 2:59
  tell
• 3:00
  you
• 3:00
  what,
• 3:00
  if
• 3:01
  you
• 3:01
  have
• 3:01
  a
• 3:01
  system
• 3:01
  like
• 3:02
  you
• 3:02
  guys
• 3:02
  that
• 3:02
  makes
• 3:02
  it
• 3:03
  really
• 3:03
  easy.
• 3:04
  What
• 3:05
  gets
• 3:05
  me
• 3:05
  going
• 3:05
  crazy
• 3:06
  is
• 3:06
  when
• 3:06
  people
• 3:07
  have
• 3:07
  that
• 3:07
  1970s
• 3:08
  oak
• 3:08
  kitchen,
• 3:09
  they
• 3:10
  pay
• 3:10
  the
• 3:10
  house
• 3:10
  painter
• 3:11
  to
• 3:11
  come
• 3:11
  in
• 3:11
  who
• 3:11
  grabs
• 3:12
  the
• 3:12
  latex
• 3:12
  paint
• 3:13
  that's
• 3:13
  off
• 3:13
  the
• 3:13
  shelf.
• 3:15
  And
• 3:15
  it
• 3:16
  just
• 3:16
  ends
• 3:17
  up
• 3:17
  looking
• 3:17
  like
• 3:18
  garbage
• 3:18
  because
• 3:18
  they're
• 3:19
  not
• 3:19
  using
• 3:19
  the
• 3:19
  right
• 3:19
  paint,
• 3:20
  the
• 3:20
  right
• 3:20
  prep.
• 3:21
  And
• 3:22
  these
• 3:22
  people
• 3:22
  are
• 3:23
  great
• 3:23
  at
• 3:23
  doing
• 3:23
  drywall,
• 3:24
  but
• 3:24
  sometimes
• 3:25
  doing
• 3:25
  a
• 3:26
  kitchen,
• 3:26
  I
• 3:27
  hate
• 3:27
  it.
• 3:28
  It's
• 3:28
  a
• 3:28
  lot
• 3:28
  of
• 3:28
  work.
• 3:29
  It
• 3:29
  is.
• 3:30
  And
• 3:30
  we
• 3:30
  spend
• 3:30
  a
• 3:30
  lot
• 3:31
  of
• 3:31
  time
• 3:31
  just.
• 3:32
  There's
• 3:32
  multiple
• 3:32
  steps
• 3:33
  to
• 3:33
  doing
• 3:33
  these
• 3:33
  things
• 3:33
  right
• 3:34
  and
• 3:34
  there's
• 3:34
  multiple
• 3:34
  applications
• 3:35
  I
• 3:35
  don't
• 3:35
  think
• 3:35
  most
• 3:36
  people
• 3:36
  really
• 3:36
  even
• 3:37
  spend
• 3:37
  a
• 3:37
  lot
• 3:37
  of
• 3:37
  time
• 3:38
  thinking
• 3:38
  about.
• 3:38
  But
• 3:38
  it's
• 3:39
  like,
• 3:39
  what
• 3:39
  is
• 3:39
  the
• 3:39
  difference
• 3:40
  between
• 3:40
  putting
• 3:40
  a
• 3:41
  coat
• 3:41
  of
• 3:41
  paint
• 3:41
  on
• 3:42
  and
• 3:42
  trying
• 3:42
  to
• 3:42
  get
• 3:42
  it
• 3:42
  back
• 3:42
  to
• 3:43
  a
• 3:43
  factory
• 3:43
  finish
• 3:44
  look
• 3:44
  and
• 3:44
  feel
• 3:45
  in
• 3:45
  really
• 3:45
  durability.
• 3:46
  And
• 3:46
  I
• 3:46
  think
• 3:47
  that's
• 3:47
  a
• 3:47
  component
• 3:47
  that
• 3:48
  most
• 3:48
  people
• 3:48
  don't
• 3:49
  realize
• 3:49
  with
• 3:49
  the
• 3:49
  painting
• 3:50
  thing.
• 3:50
  And
• 3:50
  having
• 3:51
  been
• 3:51
  in
• 3:51
  this
• 3:51
  industry
• 3:52
  for
• 3:52
  a
• 3:52
  long
• 3:52
  time,
• 3:53
  me
• 3:53
  and
• 3:53
  my
• 3:53
  wife,
• 3:54
  we
• 3:54
  moved
• 3:54
  into
• 3:54
  a
• 3:54
  house
• 3:55
  and
• 3:55
  we
• 3:55
  did
• 3:55
  the
• 3:55
  new
• 3:56
  house.
• 3:56
  Kitchen
• 3:57
  looked
• 3:57
  awesome,
• 3:57
  but
• 3:57
  we
• 3:58
  didn't
• 3:58
  like
• 3:58
  the
• 3:58
  old
• 3:58
  builder's
• 3:59
  grade
• 3:59
  cabinet
• 3:59
  you're
• 4:00
  talking
• 4:00
  about.
• 4:00
  So
• 4:00
  we
• 4:01
  had
• 4:01
  a
• 4:01
  company
• 4:01
  come
• 4:02
  in
• 4:02
  and
• 4:02
  do
• 4:02
  the
• 4:02
  whole
• 4:02
  paint
• 4:03
  thing.
• 4:03
  And
• 4:03
  it
• 4:03
  looked
• 4:04
  good
• 4:04
  for
• 4:04
  about
• 4:05
  six
• 4:05
  months.
• 4:06
  And
• 4:06
  then
• 4:06
  after
• 4:07
  that,
• 4:07
  I
• 4:07
  was
• 4:07
  like,
• 4:07
  oh
• 4:07
  my
• 4:07
  God,
• 4:08
  what
• 4:08
  did
• 4:08
  we
• 4:08
  do?
• 4:09
  We're
• 4:09
  going
• 4:09
  to
• 4:09
  have
• 4:09
  to
• 4:09
  remodel
• 4:10
  this
• 4:10
  or
• 4:10
  how
• 4:10
  are
• 4:10
  we
• 4:10
  going
• 4:10
  to
• 4:10
  take
• 4:11
  care
• 4:11
  of
• 4:11
  it?
• 4:12
  Not
• 4:12
  only
• 4:12
  have
• 4:12
  been
• 4:13
  not
• 4:13
  only
• 4:13
  on
• 4:13
  this
• 4:13
  side
• 4:14
  helping
• 4:14
  people
• 4:14
  out,
• 4:14
  I've
• 4:15
  been
• 4:15
  on
• 4:15
  the
• 4:15
  other
• 4:15
  side
• 4:15
  as
• 4:15
  a
• 4:16
  consumer,
• 4:16
  and
• 4:16
  I've
• 4:16
  seen
• 4:16
  what
• 4:17
  happens
• 4:17
  when
• 4:17
  you
• 4:18
  just
• 4:18
  don't
• 4:18
  get
• 4:18
  the
• 4:18
  right
• 4:18
  application
• 4:19
  on
• 4:19
  the
• 4:19
  product.
• 4:20
  And
• 4:20
  it's
• 4:20
  because
• 4:20
  cabinets
• 4:21
  are
• 4:21
  not,
• 4:21
  like
• 4:22
  you
• 4:22
  said,
• 4:22
  they're
• 4:22
  not
• 4:22
  drywall.
• 4:23
  Well,
• 4:23
  the
• 4:23
  other
• 4:23
  thing
• 4:23
  is
• 4:23
  too,
• 4:24
  is
• 4:24
  that
• 4:24
  grabbing
• 4:24
  that
• 4:25
  latex
• 4:25
  paint,
• 4:25
  that
• 4:26
  stuff,
• 4:26
  even
• 4:26
  if
• 4:27
  you
• 4:27
  can
• 4:27
  get
• 4:27
  it
• 4:27
  to
• 4:27
  cure,
• 4:28
  it's
• 4:29
  still
• 4:29
  sticky,
• 4:30
  it's
• 4:30
  still
• 4:30
  soft.
• 4:31
  The
• 4:31
  first
• 4:31
  time
• 4:31
  you
• 4:32
  bump
• 4:32
  an
• 4:32
  edge
• 4:32
  of
• 4:32
  a
• 4:32
  cabinet
• 4:33
  door
• 4:34
  or
• 4:34
  drawer,
• 4:34
  it
• 4:35
  just
• 4:35
  peels
• 4:35
  off
• 4:36
  like
• 4:36
  it's
• 4:37
  some
• 4:37
  kind
• 4:37
  of
• 4:37
  plastic
• 4:38
  coating
• 4:38
  over
• 4:38
  the
• 4:38
  top
• 4:38
  of
• 4:39
  your
• 4:39
  refrigerator.
• 4:40
  When
• 4:40
  you
• 4:40
  take
• 4:40
  the
• 4:40
  blue
• 4:41
  plastic
• 4:41
  off,
• 4:42
  it
• 4:42
  doesn't
• 4:42
  hold
• 4:42
  up
• 4:43
  that
• 4:43
  often
• 4:43
  compared
• 4:44
  to.
• 4:44
  And
• 4:44
  the
• 4:45
  other
• 4:45
  thing,
• 4:45
  it
• 4:45
  takes
• 4:46
  so
• 4:46
  long
• 4:46
  to
• 4:46
  cure.
• 4:46
  So
• 4:47
  it's
• 4:47
  just
• 4:47
  like
• 4:47
  a
• 4:47
  dust
• 4:48
  magnet
• 4:49
  with
• 4:49
  all
• 4:49
  the
• 4:49
  dust.
• 4:50
  That's.
• 4:50
  Our
• 4:50
  houses
• 4:51
  are
• 4:51
  dirty,
• 4:51
  even
• 4:51
  with
• 4:51
  the
• 4:52
  best
• 4:52
  cleaning
• 4:52
  system
• 4:52
  in
• 4:53
  them.
• 4:53
  And
• 4:53
  if
• 4:54
  you've
• 4:54
  been
• 4:54
  sanding
• 4:54
  and
• 4:54
  prepping
• 4:55
  and
• 4:55
  doing
• 4:55
  stuff,
• 4:56
  painter
• 4:56
  comes
• 4:57
  in
• 4:57
  there,
• 4:58
  man,
• 4:58
  it's
• 4:58
  not
• 4:59
  a
• 4:59
  paint
• 4:59
  booth.
• 4:59
  It's
• 5:00
  still
• 5:00
  going
• 5:00
  to
• 5:00
  do
• 5:00
  it.
• 5:01
  And
• 5:01
  you
• 5:01
  have
• 5:02
  such
• 5:02
  a
• 5:02
  long
• 5:02
  time
• 5:02
  to
• 5:03
  cure,
• 5:03
  it
• 5:04
  seems
• 5:04
  like
• 5:04
  it
• 5:04
  just
• 5:04
  grabs
• 5:05
  everything
• 5:05
  floating
• 5:05
  in
• 5:05
  the
• 5:05
  air
• 5:06
  for
• 5:06
  the
• 5:06
  next
• 5:06
  24
• 5:06
  hours.
• 5:08
  Yeah,
• 5:08
  and
• 5:08
  that's
• 5:08
  a
• 5:08
  big.
• 5:09
  That's
• 5:09
  a
• 5:09
  big
• 5:09
  danger.
• 5:10
  And
• 5:10
  I
• 5:10
  think
• 5:10
  you
• 5:10
  just
• 5:11
  nailed
• 5:11
  it
• 5:11
  right
• 5:11
  away.
• 5:12
  But
• 5:12
  we
• 5:12
  try
• 5:13
  to
• 5:13
  look
• 5:13
  at
• 5:13
  the
• 5:13
  process
• 5:13
  and
• 5:14
  say,
• 5:14
  okay,
• 5:14
  how
• 5:15
  can
• 5:15
  I
• 5:15
  get
• 5:15
  a
• 5:15
  fast
• 5:16
  curing
• 5:16
  option?
• 5:17
  And
• 5:17
  how
• 5:17
  can
• 5:17
  I
• 5:17
  get
• 5:17
  a
• 5:17
  durability
• 5:18
  plus
• 5:18
  an
• 5:18
  elasticity
• 5:19
  that
• 5:19
  gives
• 5:20
  you
• 5:20
  that
• 5:20
  kind
• 5:20
  of
• 5:20
  ability
• 5:20
  not
• 5:21
  to
• 5:21
  crack
• 5:21
  and
• 5:21
  break
• 5:21
  and
• 5:22
  all
• 5:22
  that
• 5:22
  kind
• 5:22
  of
• 5:22
  stuff.
• 5:23
  And
• 5:23
  we
• 5:24
  specifically
• 5:24
  use
• 5:25
  what
• 5:25
  we
• 5:25
  call
• 5:25
  the
• 5:25
  light
• 5:25
  speed
• 5:26
  process.
• 5:26
  And
• 5:26
  it
• 5:26
  really
• 5:26
  is
• 5:27
  just.
• 5:27
  There's
• 5:27
  an
• 5:27
  additive
• 5:28
  to
• 5:28
  the
• 5:28
  coating
• 5:28
  of
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  clear
• 5:29
  coat,
• 5:29
  and
• 5:29
  then
• 5:30
  it
• 5:30
  comes
• 5:30
  in
• 5:30
  with
• 5:30
  a
• 5:30
  UV
• 5:30
  lighting.
• 5:31
  And
• 5:32
  really,
• 5:32
  the
• 5:32
  whole.
• 5:32
  The
• 5:32
  whole
• 5:33
  thing
• 5:33
  that
• 5:33
  kind
• 5:33
  of
• 5:33
  got
• 5:33
  me
• 5:33
  really
• 5:34
  impressed
• 5:34
  by
• 5:34
  it
• 5:34
  was,
• 5:34
  is
• 5:35
  we
• 5:35
  literally
• 5:35
  could
• 5:35
  wrap
• 5:36
  up
• 5:36
  at
• 5:36
  Friday
• 5:36
  at
• 5:36
  4
• 5:36
  o'.
• 5:37
  Clock.
• 5:37
  You
• 5:37
  could
• 5:37
  have
• 5:37
  the
• 5:37
  entire
• 5:38
  family,
• 5:38
  friends
• 5:38
  and
• 5:39
  neighbors
• 5:39
  over
• 5:39
  to
• 5:39
  checking
• 5:39
  out
• 5:40
  your
• 5:40
  new
• 5:40
  kitchen,
• 5:40
  having
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  happy
• 5:41
  hour.
• 5:41
  Kids
• 5:41
  could
• 5:41
  be
• 5:42
  banging
• 5:42
  into
• 5:42
  the
• 5:42
  cabinets
• 5:43
  and
• 5:44
  they're
• 5:44
  as
• 5:44
  good
• 5:44
  as
• 5:44
  they're
• 5:45
  ever
• 5:45
  going
• 5:45
  to
• 5:45
  be,
• 5:45
  and
• 5:45
  they're
• 5:46
  not
• 5:46
  going
• 5:46
  to
• 5:46
  get
• 5:47
  impacted.
• 5:47
  No
• 5:47
  damage,
• 5:48
  no
• 5:48
  cracking,
• 5:48
  no
• 5:48
  peeling.
• 5:49
  And
• 5:49
  all
• 5:49
  the
• 5:49
  other
• 5:49
  things
• 5:49
  that
• 5:49
  really,
• 5:50
  you
• 5:51
  can
• 5:51
  experience
• 5:51
  going
• 5:51
  through
• 5:52
  a
• 5:52
  recoding
• 5:52
  of
• 5:52
  your
• 5:52
  cabinets.
• 5:53
  That
• 5:54
  is
• 5:54
  the
• 5:54
  finish
• 5:54
  that
• 5:55
  if
• 5:55
  you
• 5:55
  look
• 5:55
  at
• 5:55
  the
• 5:55
  big.
• 5:56
  I'm
• 5:56
  not
• 5:56
  going
• 5:56
  to
• 5:56
  drop
• 5:56
  any
• 5:57
  names,
• 5:57
  but
• 5:57
  if
• 5:57
  you
• 5:57
  go
• 5:57
  out
• 5:57
  to
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  home
• 5:58
  center
• 5:58
  and
• 5:58
  look
• 5:58
  at
• 5:58
  the
• 5:59
  big
• 5:59
  national
• 5:59
  brands
• 6:00
  in
• 6:00
  your
• 6:00
  home
• 6:01
  center,
• 6:01
  they're
• 6:01
  using
• 6:02
  that
• 6:02
  same
• 6:02
  kind
• 6:02
  of
• 6:03
  UV
• 6:03
  process
• 6:03
  as
• 6:04
  the
• 6:04
  factory
• 6:04
  finish.
• 6:06
  And
• 6:06
  so
• 6:06
  now
• 6:06
  you're
• 6:06
  getting
• 6:07
  something
• 6:07
  about
• 6:07
  as
• 6:07
  close
• 6:08
  as
• 6:08
  you're
• 6:08
  going
• 6:08
  to
• 6:08
  get
• 6:08
  to
• 6:08
  it
• 6:09
  coming
• 6:09
  off
• 6:09
  their
• 6:09
  assembly
• 6:09
  line.
• 6:10
  That's
• 6:11
  really
• 6:11
  the
• 6:11
  kind
• 6:11
  of
• 6:11
  the
• 6:11
  goal.
• 6:12
  Whenever
• 6:12
  we
• 6:12
  do,
• 6:12
  we
• 6:13
  have
• 6:13
  an
• 6:13
  entire
• 6:14
  research
• 6:14
  and
• 6:14
  development
• 6:14
  department.
• 6:15
  All
• 6:15
  we
• 6:15
  work
• 6:16
  with
• 6:16
  is
• 6:16
  our
• 6:16
  product
• 6:16
  in
• 6:17
  different
• 6:17
  environmental
• 6:17
  conditions
• 6:18
  to
• 6:18
  try
• 6:18
  to
• 6:18
  get
• 6:19
  you
• 6:19
  to
• 6:19
  that
• 6:19
  factory
• 6:19
  finish.
• 6:20
  That's
• 6:20
  our
• 6:20
  goal
• 6:21
  literally
• 6:21
  on
• 6:22
  everything
• 6:22
  we
• 6:22
  do.
• 6:22
  Whether
• 6:22
  you
• 6:22
  just
• 6:23
  want
• 6:23
  a
• 6:23
  basic
• 6:23
  renewal,
• 6:24
  which
• 6:24
  is
• 6:24
  just
• 6:24
  taking
• 6:24
  you
• 6:25
  back
• 6:25
  to
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  initial
• 6:26
  color
• 6:26
  you
• 6:26
  have,
• 6:26
  or
• 6:27
  a
• 6:27
  complete
• 6:27
  color
• 6:28
  change,
• 6:28
  which
• 6:28
  we
• 6:29
  want
• 6:29
  it
• 6:29
  as
• 6:30
  you
• 6:30
  look
• 6:30
  into
• 6:30
  your
• 6:30
  new
• 6:30
  kitchen.
• 6:31
  That's
• 6:32
  what
• 6:32
  we
• 6:32
  want
• 6:32
  you
• 6:32
  to
• 6:32
  feel
• 6:32
  like.
• 6:32
  It's
• 6:33
  a
• 6:33
  new
• 6:33
  kitchen.
• 6:33
  Yeah.
• 6:34
  If
• 6:34
  I
• 6:34
  remember
• 6:34
  right,
• 6:35
  you
• 6:35
  guys
• 6:35
  also
• 6:35
  have
• 6:36
  some
• 6:36
  tinted
• 6:36
  clears,
• 6:37
  too.
• 6:37
  Right.
• 6:38
  So
• 6:38
  if
• 6:38
  you've
• 6:38
  got
• 6:38
  that
• 6:39
  natural
• 6:40
  maple
• 6:40
  kitchen
• 6:40
  that's
• 6:41
  turned
• 6:41
  yellow,
• 6:41
  you
• 6:42
  guys
• 6:42
  can
• 6:42
  throw
• 6:42
  in
• 6:43
  some
• 6:43
  tint
• 6:43
  in
• 6:43
  that
• 6:44
  and
• 6:44
  tone
• 6:44
  that
• 6:44
  back
• 6:45
  a
• 6:45
  little
• 6:45
  bit
• 6:45
  when
• 6:45
  you
• 6:45
  put
• 6:46
  a
• 6:46
  fresh
• 6:46
  finish
• 6:46
  on
• 6:46
  it.
• 6:47
  Yeah,
• 6:47
  that's
• 6:47
  what.
• 6:48
  Yeah,
• 6:48
  100%,
• 6:49
  Eric.
• 6:49
  And
• 6:50
  it's
• 6:50
  just
• 6:50
  really
• 6:50
  what
• 6:51
  is
• 6:51
  your
• 6:51
  standard
• 6:51
  of
• 6:51
  what
• 6:52
  you're
• 6:52
  looking
• 6:52
  for
• 6:52
  in
• 6:52
  your
• 6:52
  kitchen?
• 6:53
  And
• 6:53
  you'll
• 6:53
  find
• 6:53
  there's
• 6:53
  a
• 6:53
  product
• 6:54
  out
• 6:54
  there
• 6:54
  and
• 6:54
  there's.
• 6:55
  What
• 6:55
  we
• 6:55
  do
• 6:56
  is,
• 6:56
  you
• 6:56
  know,
• 6:56
  we're
• 6:56
  very
• 6:57
  proud
• 6:57
  of
• 6:57
  and
• 6:57
  we
• 6:57
  can
• 6:58
  do
• 6:58
  all
• 6:58
  those
• 6:58
  different
• 6:58
  things.
• 6:59
  There's
• 6:59
  other
• 7:00
  options
• 7:00
  out
• 7:00
  there
• 7:00
  in
• 7:00
  the
• 7:01
  industry
• 7:01
  that.
• 7:02
  That
• 7:02
  are
• 7:02
  in
• 7:02
  this
• 7:02
  professional
• 7:03
  segment
• 7:03
  and
• 7:03
  really
• 7:04
  highly
• 7:04
  recommend
• 7:04
  that
• 7:05
  you
• 7:05
  want
• 7:05
  that
• 7:05
  kitchen
• 7:06
  look.
• 7:06
  You
• 7:07
  look
• 7:07
  for
• 7:07
  those
• 7:07
  segments
• 7:08
  first
• 7:08
  because
• 7:09
  what
• 7:09
  is
• 7:09
  your,
• 7:10
  what
• 7:10
  is
• 7:10
  your
• 7:10
  cabinet?
• 7:10
  That
• 7:11
  person
• 7:11
  you're
• 7:11
  talking
• 7:11
  to
• 7:11
  should
• 7:12
  be
• 7:12
  able
• 7:12
  to
• 7:12
  take
• 7:12
  you
• 7:12
  back
• 7:12
  and
• 7:12
  say,
• 7:13
  here's
• 7:13
  what
• 7:13
  your
• 7:13
  cabinets
• 7:14
  experiencing.
• 7:15
  Here's
• 7:15
  what
• 7:15
  the
• 7:16
  impact
• 7:16
  of
• 7:16
  the
• 7:16
  light
• 7:17
  and
• 7:17
  the
• 7:17
  heat
• 7:17
  and
• 7:17
  humidity
• 7:18
  has
• 7:18
  been
• 7:18
  on
• 7:18
  your
• 7:19
  cabinets.
• 7:19
  And
• 7:19
  here's
• 7:19
  what
• 7:20
  we
• 7:20
  can
• 7:20
  take
• 7:20
  it
• 7:20
  to.
• 7:21
  What
• 7:21
  do
• 7:21
  you
• 7:22
  want?
• 7:22
  And
• 7:22
  they
• 7:23
  should
• 7:23
  be
• 7:23
  able
• 7:23
  to
• 7:23
  offer
• 7:23
  you
• 7:24
  the
• 7:24
  three
• 7:24
  or
• 7:24
  four
• 7:24
  different
• 7:25
  solutions
• 7:25
  that
• 7:25
  get
• 7:26
  you
• 7:26
  there.
• 7:26
  And
• 7:26
  are
• 7:27
  you
• 7:27
  guys
• 7:27
  also
• 7:27
  dealing
• 7:28
  with
• 7:28
  the
• 7:28
  doors
• 7:28
  as
• 7:28
  well?
• 7:29
  As
• 7:29
  far
• 7:29
  as
• 7:29
  the
• 7:29
  refacing
• 7:30
  side?
• 7:30
  There's
• 7:30
  all
• 7:31
  those
• 7:31
  people
• 7:31
  with
• 7:31
  the
• 7:31
  80s
• 7:32
  90s
• 7:32
  kitchens
• 7:32
  out
• 7:33
  there
• 7:33
  that
• 7:33
  have
• 7:33
  these.
• 7:33
  The
• 7:34
  white
• 7:34
  melamine
• 7:36
  front
• 7:36
  with
• 7:36
  the
• 7:37
  oak
• 7:37
  pool
• 7:37
  across
• 7:38
  the
• 7:38
  top.
• 7:38
  Johnny,
• 7:39
  you're
• 7:39
  old
• 7:39
  enough
• 7:39
  to
• 7:40
  remember
• 7:40
  putting
• 7:40
  those
• 7:40
  in
• 7:41
  like
• 7:41
  I
• 7:41
  do,
• 7:41
  but
• 7:42
  I.
• 7:42
  Don'T
• 7:43
  want
• 7:43
  to
• 7:43
  talk
• 7:43
  about
• 7:43
  it.
• 7:43
  Yes.
• 7:44
  And
• 7:44
  it's
• 7:44
  one
• 7:44
  of
• 7:44
  the
• 7:45
  shameful
• 7:45
  days
• 7:45
  when
• 7:45
  you
• 7:45
  look
• 7:46
  back
• 7:46
  style
• 7:46
  wise
• 7:46
  and
• 7:47
  go,
• 7:47
  that
• 7:47
  was
• 7:48
  not
• 7:48
  one
• 7:48
  of
• 7:48
  our
• 7:48
  best
• 7:48
  looking
• 7:49
  days.
• 7:50
  It's
• 7:50
  tough
• 7:50
  to
• 7:51
  make
• 7:51
  melamine
• 7:52
  look
• 7:52
  good
• 7:53
  once
• 7:53
  it's
• 7:54
  not
• 7:54
  looking
• 7:54
  good.
• 7:56
  Yeah.
• 7:56
  And
• 7:57
  you
• 7:57
  know,
• 7:58
  the
• 7:58
  problem
• 7:58
  is
• 7:58
  if
• 7:59
  you're
• 7:59
  going
• 7:59
  to
• 7:59
  go
• 7:59
  back
• 7:59
  to
• 7:59
  the
• 7:59
  new
• 8:00
  kitchen
• 8:00
  look,
• 8:00
  even
• 8:00
  if
• 8:00
  we
• 8:01
  change
• 8:01
  the
• 8:01
  color
• 8:01
  or
• 8:01
  get
• 8:02
  the
• 8:02
  color
• 8:02
  back,
• 8:03
  it's
• 8:03
  still
• 8:03
  going
• 8:03
  to
• 8:03
  look
• 8:03
  like
• 8:03
  something
• 8:04
  from
• 8:04
  the
• 8:04
  80s,
• 8:05
  70s,
• 8:05
  wherever
• 8:06
  decade
• 8:06
  that
• 8:06
  you
• 8:06
  purchase
• 8:07
  them
• 8:07
  in,
• 8:08
  they
• 8:08
  can
• 8:08
  be
• 8:08
  reutilized.
• 8:09
  I'm
• 8:09
  not
• 8:10
  saying
• 8:10
  they
• 8:10
  can't.
• 8:10
  But
• 8:10
  you
• 8:11
  know,
• 8:11
  what
• 8:11
  we
• 8:11
  really
• 8:11
  do
• 8:11
  in
• 8:12
  that
• 8:12
  scenario
• 8:12
  for
• 8:12
  the
• 8:12
  majority
• 8:13
  of
• 8:13
  our
• 8:13
  customers
• 8:14
  is
• 8:14
  that
• 8:14
  we
• 8:14
  select
• 8:15
  the
• 8:15
  modern
• 8:15
  door
• 8:15
  style,
• 8:16
  modern
• 8:17
  door,
• 8:17
  hardware,
• 8:18
  hinges,
• 8:19
  handles,
• 8:19
  the
• 8:20
  whole
• 8:20
  works.
• 8:20
  And
• 8:21
  we
• 8:21
  do
• 8:21
  those.
• 8:22
  We
• 8:22
  do
• 8:22
  those
• 8:23
  in
• 8:23
  our
• 8:23
  shop
• 8:23
  and
• 8:23
  we'll
• 8:24
  just
• 8:24
  actually
• 8:24
  bring
• 8:24
  those
• 8:24
  and
• 8:25
  install
• 8:25
  those
• 8:26
  on
• 8:26
  your
• 8:26
  cabinet
• 8:26
  boxes,
• 8:27
  which
• 8:27
  are
• 8:27
  still
• 8:27
  in
• 8:27
  your
• 8:27
  kitchen.
• 8:28
  And
• 8:28
  that
• 8:28
  way,
• 8:29
  a
• 8:29
  lot
• 8:29
  of
• 8:29
  the
• 8:29
  disruption
• 8:30
  that
• 8:30
  happens
• 8:30
  in
• 8:31
  the
• 8:31
  home
• 8:31
  when
• 8:31
  you're
• 8:31
  doing
• 8:31
  these
• 8:32
  types
• 8:32
  of
• 8:32
  projects,
• 8:32
  you
• 8:33
  just
• 8:33
  don't
• 8:33
  experience.
• 8:34
  And
• 8:34
  you
• 8:34
  can
• 8:34
  go
• 8:35
  take
• 8:36
  that
• 8:36
  old
• 8:36
  cabinet
• 8:36
  box
• 8:37
  and
• 8:37
  make
• 8:37
  it
• 8:37
  pop
• 8:38
  and
• 8:38
  look
• 8:38
  brand
• 8:38
  new.
• 8:39
  Well,
• 8:39
  Chris,
• 8:40
  I
• 8:40
  think
• 8:40
  that's
• 8:40
  one
• 8:40
  of
• 8:40
  the
• 8:40
  only
• 8:41
  ways
• 8:41
  to
• 8:41
  save
• 8:41
  that.
• 8:42
  Because
• 8:42
  I
• 8:42
  tell
• 8:42
  you
• 8:42
  what,
• 8:43
  it
• 8:43
  always
• 8:43
  seems
• 8:44
  you
• 8:44
  buy
• 8:44
  that
• 8:45
  house,
• 8:45
  not
• 8:45
  a
• 8:46
  new
• 8:46
  house,
• 8:46
  but
• 8:46
  it's
• 8:46
  that
• 8:47
  one.
• 8:47
  You're
• 8:47
  like,
• 8:47
  oh,
• 8:47
  this
• 8:47
  thing's
• 8:48
  awesome.
• 8:48
  Guess
• 8:49
  what?
• 8:49
  They
• 8:49
  put
• 8:49
  in
• 8:50
  brand
• 8:50
  new
• 8:50
  countertops
• 8:51
  over
• 8:51
  those
• 8:51
  1990s
• 8:52
  kitchens
• 8:53
  to
• 8:53
  get
• 8:53
  it
• 8:53
  ready
• 8:53
  for
• 8:54
  sale.
• 8:54
  And
• 8:55
  now
• 8:55
  you're
• 8:55
  looking
• 8:55
  at
• 8:55
  it
• 8:55
  going,
• 8:56
  you
• 8:56
  mean
• 8:56
  I
• 8:56
  got
• 8:56
  to
• 8:56
  throw
• 8:56
  away
• 8:57
  $5,000
• 8:58
  with
• 8:58
  the
• 8:58
  quartz
• 8:58
  countertops
• 8:59
  if
• 8:59
  I
• 8:59
  redo
• 8:59
  my
• 8:59
  kitchen
• 9:00
  and
• 9:01
  you're
• 9:01
  stuck
• 9:01
  in
• 9:02
  this
• 9:02
  thing
• 9:02
  of
• 9:02
  wow,
• 9:03
  that
• 9:03
  I
• 9:03
  love
• 9:03
  those
• 9:04
  countertops.
• 9:04
  I
• 9:04
  bought
• 9:05
  the
• 9:05
  house
• 9:05
  because
• 9:05
  of
• 9:05
  these
• 9:06
  countertops
• 9:07
  and
• 9:07
  now
• 9:07
  I
• 9:07
  Got
• 9:08
  to
• 9:08
  throw
• 9:08
  them
• 9:08
  away.
• 9:08
  And
• 9:08
  so
• 9:09
  that's
• 9:09
  about
• 9:09
  the
• 9:09
  only
• 9:10
  option
• 9:10
  you
• 9:10
  have
• 9:11
  to
• 9:11
  make
• 9:11
  that
• 9:11
  kitchen
• 9:12
  look
• 9:12
  better
• 9:13
  without
• 9:13
  just
• 9:14
  throwing
• 9:14
  the
• 9:14
  proverbial
• 9:15
  construction
• 9:15
  hand
• 9:16
  grenade
• 9:16
  in
• 9:16
  it
• 9:16
  and
• 9:16
  starting
• 9:17
  over.
• 9:18
  Yeah,
• 9:18
  and
• 9:19
  I
• 9:19
  really
• 9:19
  hate
• 9:19
  to
• 9:19
  see
• 9:20
  that
• 9:20
  because
• 9:20
  that's.
• 9:20
  You
• 9:21
  look
• 9:21
  at
• 9:21
  a
• 9:21
  lot
• 9:21
  of
• 9:21
  people
• 9:21
  who
• 9:21
  go
• 9:21
  into
• 9:22
  remodeling
• 9:22
  of
• 9:23
  their
• 9:23
  kitchen,
• 9:23
  and
• 9:23
  a
• 9:24
  lot
• 9:24
  of
• 9:24
  times
• 9:24
  it's
• 9:24
  not
• 9:24
  because
• 9:24
  they
• 9:24
  want
• 9:25
  to
• 9:25
  remodel.
• 9:25
  It's
• 9:25
  just
• 9:26
  because
• 9:26
  the
• 9:26
  cabinets
• 9:26
  are
• 9:26
  a
• 9:27
  little
• 9:27
  outdated,
• 9:27
  the
• 9:27
  color's
• 9:28
  outdated,
• 9:28
  and
• 9:28
  they
• 9:29
  think
• 9:29
  that's
• 9:29
  their
• 9:29
  only
• 9:29
  option.
• 9:30
  You
• 9:30
  get
• 9:30
  that
• 9:30
  new
• 9:30
  look
• 9:30
  and
• 9:31
  feel
• 9:31
  that
• 9:31
  they're
• 9:31
  looking
• 9:31
  for.
• 9:32
  So
• 9:33
  you
• 9:33
  come
• 9:33
  in,
• 9:33
  you
• 9:33
  have
• 9:33
  the
• 9:34
  new
• 9:34
  countertops.
• 9:35
  We're
• 9:35
  just
• 9:35
  going
• 9:35
  to
• 9:35
  remove
• 9:36
  all
• 9:36
  the
• 9:36
  doors,
• 9:36
  remove
• 9:36
  all
• 9:37
  the
• 9:37
  hardware.
• 9:37
  We'll
• 9:37
  take
• 9:37
  those
• 9:38
  back
• 9:38
  to
• 9:38
  the
• 9:38
  shop.
• 9:38
  We'll
• 9:39
  either
• 9:39
  refinish
• 9:39
  them
• 9:39
  or
• 9:40
  replace
• 9:40
  them.
• 9:41
  The
• 9:41
  cabinet
• 9:41
  boxes,
• 9:42
  we
• 9:42
  can
• 9:42
  actually,
• 9:42
  we,
• 9:43
  we
• 9:43
  have
• 9:43
  worked
• 9:44
  over
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  last
• 9:44
  20
• 9:44
  years
• 9:45
  to
• 9:45
  develop
• 9:45
  an
• 9:46
  in
• 9:46
  home
• 9:46
  spray
• 9:46
  situation
• 9:47
  with
• 9:47
  a
• 9:47
  spray
• 9:47
  booth
• 9:48
  covering.
• 9:49
  So
• 9:49
  to
• 9:49
  keep
• 9:49
  that,
• 9:50
  all
• 9:50
  of
• 9:50
  that
• 9:50
  done
• 9:51
  internally
• 9:51
  into
• 9:51
  the
• 9:51
  home.
• 9:52
  Another
• 9:52
  big
• 9:53
  thing
• 9:53
  is
• 9:53
  like
• 9:53
  everybody
• 9:54
  who's
• 9:54
  doing
• 9:54
  this
• 9:54
  should
• 9:54
  be
• 9:55
  losing
• 9:55
  using
• 9:56
  the,
• 9:56
  the
• 9:56
  low
• 9:56
  voc,
• 9:57
  which
• 9:57
  is
• 9:57
  the
• 9:58
  odor
• 9:58
  aspect.
• 9:59
  And
• 9:59
  so
• 9:59
  it
• 10:00
  shouldn't
• 10:00
  have
• 10:00
  an
• 10:00
  impact
• 10:01
  in
• 10:01
  your
• 10:01
  house
• 10:02
  while
• 10:02
  this
• 10:02
  is
• 10:02
  going
• 10:02
  on.
• 10:03
  And
• 10:03
  then
• 10:04

  we'll

  you

  all

• 10:14
  of

  Let's

  rejoin

  this

  conversation.
• 12:45
  If
• 12:45
  you
• 12:46
  really
• 12:46
  want
• 12:46
  all
• 12:46
  that
• 12:46
  kind
• 12:46
  of

  stuff
• 12:47
  that
• 12:47
  can
• 12:47
  be
• 12:47
  done,
• 12:47
  but
• 12:48
  just
• 12:48
  the
• 12:48
  basic
• 12:49
  color
• 12:49
  change,
• 12:49
  new
• 12:49
  doors,
• 12:50
  new
• 12:50
  hardware
• 12:50
  stuff,
• 12:51
  two
• 12:51
  to
• 12:51
  three
• 12:51
  days.
• 12:51
  And
• 12:52
  like
• 12:52
  I
• 12:52
  said,
• 12:52
  when
• 12:53
  we're
• 12:53
  done,
• 12:53
  you
• 12:53
  can
• 12:54
  invite
• 12:54
  the
• 12:54
  whole
• 12:54
  family
• 12:54
  over
• 12:55
  to
• 12:55
  have
• 12:55
  dinner,
• 12:56
  happy
• 12:56
  hour,
• 12:57
  whatever
• 12:57
  it
• 12:57
  is.
• 12:57
  And
• 12:57
  the
• 12:58
  cabinets
• 12:58
  are
• 12:58
  going
• 12:58
  to
• 12:58
  be
• 12:59
  like
• 13:00
  right
• 13:00
  out
• 13:00
  of
• 13:00
  the
• 13:00
  factory,
• 13:00
  ready
• 13:01
  to
• 13:01
  use.
• 13:01
  Yeah.
• 13:02
  Nice.
• 13:03
  It's
• 13:03
  really
• 13:03
  impressive.
• 13:04
  That's
• 13:05
  just
• 13:05
  such
• 13:05
  a
• 13:05
  good,
• 13:06
  just
• 13:06
  a
• 13:06
  good
• 13:07
  solution
• 13:07
  for
• 13:07
  people.
• 13:08
  Johnny.
• 13:08
  I
• 13:08
  know.
• 13:09
  How
• 13:09
  many
• 13:09
  times
• 13:09
  did
• 13:09
  you
• 13:10
  have
• 13:10
  to
• 13:10
  go
• 13:10
  in
• 13:10
  and
• 13:10
  do
• 13:10
  those
• 13:10
  kitchen
• 13:11
  upgrades
• 13:11
  where
• 13:12
  they
• 13:12
  were
• 13:12
  hoping
• 13:12
  to
• 13:12
  do
• 13:12
  the
• 13:12
  cabinets
• 13:13
  as
• 13:13
  A
• 13:14
  kitchen
• 13:14
  cabinet
• 13:15
  remodeler
• 13:17
  doing
• 13:17
  those
• 13:17
  projects.
• 13:18
  And
• 13:18
  they
• 13:18
  get
• 13:18
  into
• 13:18
  it,
• 13:18
  they're
• 13:19
  like,
• 13:19
  oh,
• 13:19
  I
• 13:19
  got
• 13:19
  to
• 13:19
  fix
• 13:20
  all
• 13:20
  these
• 13:20
  things.
• 13:20
  Now
• 13:20
  I
• 13:21
  want
• 13:21
  to
• 13:21
  just
• 13:21
  clean
• 13:21
  up
• 13:21
  what
• 13:22
  I
• 13:22
  have
• 13:22
  because
• 13:22
  I
• 13:22
  can't
• 13:23
  afford
• 13:23
  the.
• 13:24
  Back
• 13:24
  then
• 13:24
  was
• 13:25
  40,000
• 13:25
  do
• 13:26
  a
• 13:26
  new
• 13:26
  kitchen,
• 13:26
  where
• 13:26
  now
• 13:27
  it's
• 13:27
  90,000
• 13:28
  to
• 13:28
  do
• 13:28
  that
• 13:28
  new
• 13:29
  kitchen.
• 13:29
  But
• 13:30
  really,
• 13:31
  it's
• 13:32
  a
• 13:32
  good
• 13:32
  savings.
• 13:33
  And
• 13:33
  you
• 13:33
  fought
• 13:33
  painters
• 13:34
  all
• 13:34
  the
• 13:34
  time
• 13:34
  on
• 13:35
  trying
• 13:35
  to
• 13:35
  paint
• 13:35
  cabinets.
• 13:36
  It
• 13:36
  was
• 13:36
  just
• 13:37
  always
• 13:37
  a
• 13:37
  battle,
• 13:37
  no
• 13:38
  matter
• 13:38
  how
• 13:38
  good
• 13:38
  your
• 13:38
  subs
• 13:38
  were.
• 13:39
  Yeah.
• 13:40
  And
• 13:41
  even
• 13:41
  myself,
• 13:42
  I
• 13:42
  was
• 13:43
  a
• 13:43
  really
• 13:43
  good
• 13:43
  painter.
• 13:44
  So
• 13:44
  if
• 13:45
  it
• 13:45
  was
• 13:45
  something
• 13:45
  that
• 13:45
  really
• 13:46
  needed
• 13:46
  it,
• 13:46
  we
• 13:47
  needed
• 13:47
  it
• 13:47
  done.
• 13:47
  That
• 13:48
  was
• 13:48
  the
• 13:48
  only
• 13:48
  option
• 13:48
  because
• 13:49
  you
• 13:49
  just
• 13:49
  couldn't
• 13:50
  twist
• 13:50
  the
• 13:50
  homeowner's
• 13:51
  arm.
• 13:51
  You're
• 13:52
  like,
• 13:52
  okay,
• 13:52
  but
• 13:53
  you
• 13:53
  understand
• 13:54
  this
• 13:54
  process.
• 13:54
  And
• 13:55
  that's
• 13:55
  why,
• 13:55
  say,
• 13:55
  it's
• 13:56
  so
• 13:56
  impressive
• 13:56
  to
• 13:56
  hear
• 13:57
  a
• 13:57
  system
• 13:57
  that's
• 13:58
  so
• 13:58
  effective,
• 13:58
  so
• 13:59
  quick,
• 13:59
  so
• 13:59
  efficient
• 14:00
  and
• 14:00
  delivers
• 14:01
  such
• 14:01
  a
• 14:01
  good
• 14:01
  end
• 14:02
  product.
• 14:02
  Because
• 14:03
  even
• 14:04
  at
• 14:04
  your
• 14:04
  best
• 14:05
  efforts,
• 14:05
  with
• 14:06
  all
• 14:06
  the
• 14:06
  knowledge
• 14:06
  I
• 14:07
  have
• 14:07
  as
• 14:07
  a
• 14:07
  contractor,
• 14:08
  this
• 14:09
  science
• 14:09
  of
• 14:10
  painting
• 14:10
  cabinetry
• 14:11
  and
• 14:11
  refinishing
• 14:11
  them
• 14:12
  and
• 14:12
  trying
• 14:12
  to
• 14:12
  get
• 14:12
  it,
• 14:13
  I've
• 14:14
  had
• 14:14
  to
• 14:14
  do
• 14:14
  plenty
• 14:14
  of
• 14:15
  rental
• 14:15
  places
• 14:15
  where
• 14:15
  they're
• 14:16
  like,
• 14:16
  just
• 14:16
  bomb
• 14:17
  the
• 14:17
  whole
• 14:17
  place
• 14:17
  with
• 14:18
  a
• 14:18
  bunch
• 14:18
  of
• 14:18
  latex
• 14:18
  and
• 14:19
  it's
• 14:19
  peeling
• 14:19
  off
• 14:19
  in
• 14:20
  two
• 14:20
  days.
• 14:20
  But
• 14:20
  they
• 14:20
  don't
• 14:20
  care.
• 14:21
  They're
• 14:21
  like,
• 14:21
  that's
• 14:21
  fine.
• 14:22
  Paint
• 14:22
  over
• 14:22
  the
• 14:23
  plastic
• 14:23
  veneer.
• 14:24
  You're
• 14:24
  like,
• 14:24
  dude,
• 14:26
  yeah,
• 14:26
  I've
• 14:27
  done
• 14:27
  a
• 14:27
  ton
• 14:27
  of
• 14:28
  really
• 14:28
  ugly
• 14:28
  things
• 14:28
  I'd
• 14:29
  rather
• 14:29
  not
• 14:29
  admit
• 14:30
  to.
• 14:30
  But
• 14:30
  again,
• 14:31
  forced
• 14:31
  by
• 14:32
  the
• 14:32
  decision
• 14:32
  makers
• 14:33
  and
• 14:33
  the
• 14:33
  check
• 14:33
  writers,
• 14:34
  not
• 14:34
  by
• 14:34
  my
• 14:34
  own
• 14:34
  volition,
• 14:36
  to
• 14:36
  be
• 14:36
  honest.
• 14:36
  Once
• 14:37
  you
• 14:37
  realize
• 14:37
  how
• 14:38
  to
• 14:38
  refinish
• 14:39
  correctly,
• 14:39
  the
• 14:40
  science
• 14:40
  of
• 14:40
  it
• 14:40
  and
• 14:41
  the
• 14:41
  types
• 14:41
  of
• 14:41
  woods
• 14:42
  you're
• 14:42
  dealing
• 14:42
  with
• 14:42
  and
• 14:42
  the
• 14:43
  prep
• 14:43
  and
• 14:43
  the
• 14:44
  millions
• 14:45
  of
• 14:45
  coats
• 14:45
  and
• 14:45
  the
• 14:45
  HVLP
• 14:46
  bit
• 14:46
  and
• 14:47
  the
• 14:47
  tarping
• 14:47
  everything
• 14:48
  off
• 14:48
  and
• 14:48
  the
• 14:48
  dust.
• 14:48
  Like
• 14:49
  you're
• 14:49
  saying,
• 14:49
  Eric.
• 14:49
  And
• 14:50
  you're
• 14:50
  just
• 14:51
  like,
• 14:51
  I'll
• 14:51
  tell
• 14:51
  you
• 14:51
  what,
• 14:52
  how
• 14:52
  about
• 14:52
  I
• 14:52
  just
• 14:52
  build
• 14:53
  you
• 14:53
  new
• 14:53
  cabinets
• 14:54
  instead?
• 14:55
  Like,
• 14:56
  I
• 14:56
  just.
• 14:56
  I
• 14:57
  always
• 14:57
  have
• 14:58
  hated
• 14:58
  the
• 14:58
  process,
• 14:59
  but
• 14:59
  I've
• 15:00
  always
• 15:00
  gotten
• 15:00
  stuck
• 15:00
  with
• 15:01
  it
• 15:01
  because
• 15:01
  you
• 15:01
  can't
• 15:01
  trust
• 15:01
  anybody
• 15:02
  else.
• 15:02
  You're
• 15:02
  like.
• 15:04
  And
• 15:04
  so
• 15:04
  that's
• 15:05
  the
• 15:05
  great
• 15:05
  thing,
• 15:05
  I
• 15:05
  think,
• 15:05
  Chris,
• 15:05
  with
• 15:06
  what
• 15:06
  you
• 15:06
  guys
• 15:06
  are
• 15:06
  doing
• 15:06
  there,
• 15:07
  because
• 15:07
  I
• 15:07
  tell
• 15:07
  you
• 15:07
  what,
• 15:07
  I
• 15:08
  had
• 15:08
  to
• 15:08
  on
• 15:08
  the
• 15:08
  last.
• 15:09
  I
• 15:09
  finished
• 15:10
  my
• 15:10
  TV
• 15:10
  show
• 15:10
  up
• 15:10
  that
• 15:11
  I
• 15:11
  did
• 15:11
  for
• 15:11
  about
• 15:11
  two
• 15:11
  and
• 15:11
  a
• 15:11
  half
• 15:12
  years
• 15:12
  this
• 15:12
  last
• 15:12
  summer.
• 15:13
  And
• 15:13
  one
• 15:14
  of
• 15:14
  the
• 15:14
  last
• 15:14
  ones,
• 15:14
  there
• 15:14
  was
• 15:15
  a
• 15:15
  couple
• 15:15
  girls
• 15:15
  that
• 15:15
  worked
• 15:15
  with
• 15:16
  us
• 15:16
  that
• 15:16
  had
• 15:16
  a
• 15:16
  house
• 15:17
  in
• 15:17
  Portland
• 15:17
  here,
• 15:18
  and
• 15:18
  they
• 15:19
  wanted
• 15:19
  to
• 15:19
  refinish
• 15:19
  their
• 15:20
  cabinets.
• 15:20
  And
• 15:20
  I'm
• 15:20
  like,
• 15:21
  this
• 15:21
  is
• 15:22
  awesome.
• 15:22
  You're
• 15:22
  going
• 15:22
  to
• 15:22
  paint
• 15:22
  it.
• 15:23
  You
• 15:23
  want
• 15:23
  to
• 15:23
  do
• 15:23
  it
• 15:23
  all
• 15:23
  yourself.
• 15:24
  Because
• 15:25
  they
• 15:25
  wanted
• 15:25
  to
• 15:25
  do
• 15:25
  this
• 15:26
  on
• 15:26
  a
• 15:26
  thousand
• 15:26
  dollar
• 15:27
  budget.
• 15:27
  So
• 15:27
  it's
• 15:28
  like,
• 15:28
  all
• 15:28
  right,
• 15:28
  that's
• 15:28
  a
• 15:29
  DIY
• 15:29
  project.
• 15:30
  I
• 15:31
  showed
• 15:31
  them
• 15:31
  the
• 15:31
  right
• 15:31
  way
• 15:31
  to
• 15:31
  do
• 15:32
  it
• 15:32
  and
• 15:32
  they
• 15:32
  were,
• 15:33
  it
• 15:33
  was
• 15:33
  like,
• 15:33
  it
• 15:33
  took
• 15:34
  them
• 15:34
  like
• 15:34
  six
• 15:35
  weekends
• 15:36
  to
• 15:36
  do
• 15:36
  this
• 15:36
  kitchen.
• 15:37
  Because
• 15:37
  of
• 15:38
  course
• 15:38
  when
• 15:39
  they
• 15:39
  bought
• 15:39
  the
• 15:39
  house,
• 15:39
  somebody
• 15:40
  had
• 15:41
  taken
• 15:41
  the
• 15:41
  old
• 15:41
  cabinets
• 15:42
  and
• 15:42
  didn't
• 15:42
  just
• 15:43
  hit
• 15:43
  it
• 15:43
  with
• 15:43
  the,
• 15:44
  with
• 15:44
  the
• 15:44
  white
• 15:45
  latex
• 15:46
  semi
• 15:46
  gloss
• 15:47
  primer
• 15:47
  and
• 15:48
  paint
• 15:48
  in
• 15:48
  one.
• 15:49
  And
• 15:49
  it
• 15:49
  was
• 15:49
  sticky,
• 15:50
  it
• 15:50
  was
• 15:50
  nasty.
• 15:51
  The
• 15:51
  hand
• 15:51
  oils
• 15:52
  from
• 15:52
  it,
• 15:52
  there
• 15:52
  were
• 15:52
  no
• 15:53
  hardware
• 15:53
  and
• 15:54
  it
• 15:54
  was
• 15:54
  just
• 15:54
  a
• 15:54
  hot
• 15:54
  mess.
• 15:54
  So
• 15:55
  they
• 15:55
  spent
• 15:55
  half
• 15:55
  the
• 15:55
  time
• 15:56
  getting
• 15:56
  that
• 15:56
  sticky
• 15:57
  mess
• 15:57
  off
• 15:57
  the
• 15:57
  cabinets
• 15:58
  and
• 15:58
  then
• 15:59
  getting
• 15:59
  it
• 15:59
  turned
• 15:59
  around.
• 16:00
  Great.
• 16:00
  But
• 16:00
  they
• 16:00
  were
• 16:00
  like,
• 16:01
  if
• 16:01
  we
• 16:02
  would
• 16:02
  have
• 16:02
  really
• 16:02
  known
• 16:03
  what
• 16:03
  this
• 16:03
  took.
• 16:04
  Yep,
• 16:05
  that's
• 16:06
  what
• 16:06
  I'm
• 16:06
  saying.
• 16:06
  There's
• 16:06
  no
• 16:06
  way
• 16:06
  I
• 16:06
  would
• 16:06
  have
• 16:06
  done
• 16:06
  this.
• 16:07
  Yeah,
• 16:08
  it's.
• 16:08
  It's
• 16:09
  amazing
• 16:09
  how
• 16:09
  much
• 16:10
  of
• 16:10
  our
• 16:10
  research
• 16:10
  and
• 16:11
  development
• 16:11
  goes
• 16:11
  into
• 16:12
  not
• 16:12
  the
• 16:12
  actual
• 16:12
  final
• 16:13
  coating,
• 16:13
  but
• 16:13
  prep
• 16:14
  product
• 16:14
  and
• 16:15
  all
• 16:15
  that
• 16:15
  stuff
• 16:15
  that
• 16:15
  we
• 16:15
  do
• 16:16
  to
• 16:16
  get
• 16:16
  the
• 16:16
  cabinets
• 16:17
  ready.
• 16:17
  And
• 16:18
  it's
• 16:18
  one
• 16:18
  of
• 16:18
  those
• 16:18
  things
• 16:19
  that
• 16:19
  what
• 16:19
  we
• 16:19
  teach
• 16:19
  people
• 16:20
  is
• 16:20
  if
• 16:20
  you
• 16:20
  skip
• 16:21
  even
• 16:21
  one
• 16:21
  of
• 16:21
  these
• 16:21
  steps
• 16:22
  or
• 16:22
  you
• 16:22
  don't
• 16:22
  do
• 16:22
  that
• 16:23
  step
• 16:23
  to
• 16:23
  the
• 16:23
  full
• 16:23
  way
• 16:24
  it's
• 16:24
  supposed
• 16:24
  to
• 16:24
  be
• 16:24
  done,
• 16:25
  and
• 16:25
  then
• 16:25
  you're
• 16:26
  going
• 16:26
  to
• 16:26
  have
• 16:26
  all
• 16:26
  sorts
• 16:26
  of
• 16:26
  production
• 16:27
  issues
• 16:27
  down
• 16:27
  the
• 16:27
  line
• 16:28
  which
• 16:28
  is
• 16:28
  going
• 16:28
  to
• 16:28
  result
• 16:28
  in
• 16:29
  an
• 16:29
  unhappy
• 16:29
  customer.
• 16:30
  And
• 16:30
  obviously
• 16:31
  when
• 16:31
  you
• 16:31
  do
• 16:31
  these
• 16:31
  types
• 16:32
  of
• 16:32
  things,
• 16:32
  it's
• 16:32
  what
• 16:33
  is
• 16:33
  the
• 16:33
  value
• 16:33
  to
• 16:33
  the
• 16:33
  consumer
• 16:34
  and
• 16:34
  that's
• 16:34
  that
• 16:35
  we
• 16:35
  came
• 16:35
  in
• 16:35
  here
• 16:35
  and
• 16:35
  we
• 16:36
  showed
• 16:36
  them
• 16:36
  a
• 16:36
  middle
• 16:36
  way.
• 16:37
  It's
• 16:37
  not
• 16:37
  painting,
• 16:38
  it's
• 16:38
  not
• 16:38
  a
• 16:38
  full
• 16:38
  remodel
• 16:39
  and
• 16:39
  you're
• 16:39
  able
• 16:39
  to
• 16:40
  do
• 16:40
  this
• 16:40
  relatively
• 16:40
  affordable
• 16:41
  depending
• 16:42
  on
• 16:42
  what
• 16:42
  you
• 16:42
  want
• 16:42
  to
• 16:42
  do.
• 16:43
  Most
• 16:43
  of
• 16:43
  our
• 16:43
  customers
• 16:44
  finish
• 16:44
  for
• 16:44
  less
• 16:45
  than
• 16:45
  10
• 16:45
  grand
• 16:45
  and
• 16:46
  that's
• 16:46
  some
• 16:46
  pretty
• 16:47
  big
• 16:47
  kitchens.
• 16:47
  And
• 16:48
  it's
• 16:48
  because
• 16:49
  we,
• 16:49
  it's
• 16:49
  also
• 16:50
  because
• 16:50
  we
• 16:50
  cycle
• 16:51
  through
• 16:51
  so
• 16:51
  many
• 16:51
  of
• 16:51
  these
• 16:52
  in
• 16:52
  a
• 16:52
  year
• 16:52
  and
• 16:53
  that
• 16:53
  our
• 16:53
  technicians
• 16:54
  are
• 16:54
  not
• 16:55
  only
• 16:55
  do
• 16:55
  they
• 16:55
  have
• 16:55
  the
• 16:55
  training,
• 16:55
  it's
• 16:56
  just,
• 16:56
  you
• 16:56
  know
• 16:56
  how
• 16:56
  it
• 16:56
  is,
• 16:57
  guys.
• 16:57
  When
• 16:57
  you're
• 16:57
  doing
• 16:57
  the
• 16:57
  same
• 16:58
  type
• 16:58
  of
• 16:58
  tasks
• 16:58
  all
• 16:59
  the
• 16:59
  time,
• 16:59
  you
• 16:59
  can
• 17:00
  have
• 17:00
  someone
• 17:00
  who's
• 17:00
  really
• 17:01
  good
• 17:01
  at
• 17:01
  in
• 17:01
  the
• 17:01
  trades
• 17:02
  and
• 17:02
  they
• 17:02
  come
• 17:02
  in,
• 17:02
  they
• 17:02
  do
• 17:03
  the
• 17:03
  same
• 17:03
  thing,
• 17:03
  they
• 17:04
  take
• 17:04
  two,
• 17:04
  three
• 17:04
  times
• 17:04
  as
• 17:05
  long
• 17:05
  just
• 17:05
  because
• 17:06
  they
• 17:06
  just
• 17:06
  don't
• 17:06
  have
• 17:07
  all
• 17:07
  those
• 17:08
  systems
• 17:08
  and
• 17:08
  processes
• 17:09
  built
• 17:09
  into
• 17:10
  their
• 17:10
  day
• 17:10
  to
• 17:10
  day
• 17:10
  and
• 17:11
  they're
• 17:11
  not
• 17:11
  used
• 17:11
  to
• 17:11
  the
• 17:11
  different
• 17:12
  challenges
• 17:12
  that
• 17:13
  arise
• 17:13
  because
• 17:14
  all
• 17:14
  these
• 17:14
  products,
• 17:14
  which
• 17:15
  I
• 17:15
  think
• 17:15
  more
• 17:16
  relevant
• 17:16
  to
• 17:17
  kitchen
• 17:17
  cabinets,
• 17:18
  you
• 17:18
  put
• 17:18
  a
• 17:18
  little
• 17:18
  heat
• 17:19
  or
• 17:19
  humidity
• 17:19
  onto
• 17:20
  it.
• 17:20
  It's
• 17:20
  unusual.
• 17:20
  Portland,
• 17:21
  all
• 17:21
  of
• 17:21
  a
• 17:21
  sudden
• 17:21
  it's
• 17:22
  90.
• 17:23
  When
• 17:23
  you
• 17:23
  know
• 17:23
  it's
• 17:23
  normally
• 17:24
  in
• 17:24
  the
• 17:24
  70s
• 17:25
  that
• 17:26
  it's
• 17:26
  going
• 17:26
  to
• 17:26
  have
• 17:27
  a
• 17:27
  difference
• 17:27
  in
• 17:28
  how
• 17:28
  you
• 17:28
  apply
• 17:28
  the
• 17:28
  product.
• 17:29
  If
• 17:29
  you
• 17:30
  don't
• 17:30
  know
• 17:30
  that,
• 17:30
  next
• 17:31
  thing
• 17:31
  you
• 17:31
  know
• 17:31
  you
• 17:31
  got
• 17:31
  peeling
• 17:32
  and
• 17:32
  cracking.
• 17:32
  And
• 17:33
  it
• 17:33
  doesn't
• 17:33
  matter
• 17:33
  if
• 17:33
  it's
• 17:34
  a
• 17:34
  paint
• 17:34
  off
• 17:34
  the
• 17:34
  shelf
• 17:35
  or
• 17:35
  the
• 17:35
  big
• 17:35
  box
• 17:35
  store.
• 17:36
  I
• 17:37
  just
• 17:37
  reminded
• 17:38
  me
• 17:38
  all
• 17:38
  the
• 17:38
  stickiness
• 17:38
  once
• 17:39
  you.
• 17:39
  Once
• 17:39
  I
• 17:39
  start
• 17:39
  talking
• 17:39
  about
• 17:39
  humidity
• 17:40
  and
• 17:40
  latex
• 17:40
  paint
• 17:41
  and
• 17:41
  the
• 17:41
  horror
• 17:41
  show
• 17:42
  that
• 17:42
  can
• 17:42
  be
• 17:42
  if
• 17:42
  you
• 17:42
  try
• 17:43
  to
• 17:43
  get
• 17:43
  some
• 17:43
  of
• 17:43
  your
• 17:43
  cabinets
• 17:44
  open
• 17:44
  under
• 17:44
  that
• 17:44
  scenario,
• 17:46
  I
• 17:46
  was
• 17:46
  just
• 17:46
  gonna
• 17:46
  speak.
• 17:47
  And
• 17:47
  then,
• 17:47
  you
• 17:47
  know,
• 17:47
  depending
• 17:48
  how
• 17:48
  people
• 17:48
  use
• 17:48
  that
• 17:49
  kitchen,
• 17:49
  depending
• 17:50
  on
• 17:50
  the
• 17:50
  culture
• 17:50
  too,
• 17:51
  a
• 17:51
  lot
• 17:51
  of
• 17:51
  people
• 17:51
  don't
• 17:52
  deep
• 17:52
  fry.
• 17:52
  But
• 17:52
  if
• 17:52
  you
• 17:53
  get
• 17:53
  into

• 18:05
  I'm
• 18:06
  sure

  you
• 18:06
  guys
• 18:06
  really
• 18:07
  have
• 18:07
  to

• 18:07
  up
• 18:07

• 18:08

• 18:08

• 18:08

• 18:10
  it's

• 18:10
  A
• 18:11
  lot
• 18:11
  of
• 18:11
  people
• 18:11
  that's
• 18:12
  just
• 18:12
  had
• 18:12
  this
• 18:13
  exposure
• 18:14
  to
• 18:14
  the
• 18:14
  elements
• 18:15
  of

• 18:16
  And
• 18:16
  the

  more
• 18:16
  the
• 18:17

• 18:17
  the
• 18:17
  more
• 18:17

• 18:17
  there
• 18:18
  is.
• 18:19
  I
• 18:19
  think
• 18:19
  the
• 18:19
  weird
• 18:20
  part
• 18:20
  about
• 18:20
  kitchens
• 18:21
  that
• 18:21
  people
• 18:21
  don't
• 18:21
  even
• 18:21
  really
• 18:22
  realize
• 18:22
  is
• 18:22
  that
• 18:23
  we
• 18:23
  all
• 18:23
  have
• 18:23
  tons
• 18:24
  of
• 18:24
  oils
• 18:24
  in
• 18:24
  our
• 18:25
  fingers
• 18:26
  and
• 18:26
  all
• 18:27
  of
• 18:27
  that
• 18:27
  oil
• 18:27
  transfers
• 18:28
  to
• 18:28
  the
• 18:28
  surface.
• 18:29
  And
• 18:30
  it
• 18:30
  is
• 18:30
  something
• 18:30
  you.
• 18:30
  Can
• 18:31
  we
• 18:31
  do
• 18:32
  again
• 18:32
  in
• 18:33
  our
• 18:33
  lab.
• 18:33
  We're
• 18:33
  breaking
• 18:34
  down
• 18:34
  the
• 18:34
  impact
• 18:35
  of
• 18:35
  that
• 18:35
  human
• 18:35
  touch.
• 18:36
  Just
• 18:36
  humanoids.
• 18:37
  What
• 18:37
  do
• 18:37
  you
• 18:37
  think
• 18:38
  about
• 18:38
  that?
• 18:38
  Because
• 18:38
  they're
• 18:38
  not
• 18:38
  cooked,
• 18:39
  they're
• 18:39
  not
• 18:39
  heated,
• 18:39
  all
• 18:40
  the
• 18:40
  kind
• 18:40
  of
• 18:40
  standard
• 18:40
  stuff,
• 18:41
  and
• 18:41
  what
• 18:41
  damage
• 18:41
  they
• 18:42
  can
• 18:42
  do
• 18:42
  to
• 18:42
  latex
• 18:43
  paints
• 18:43
  and
• 18:43
  other
• 18:44
  types
• 18:44
  of
• 18:44
  coatings,
• 18:45
  and
• 18:45
  even
• 18:45
  our
• 18:45
  own
• 18:45
  coating
• 18:46
  if
• 18:46
  it's
• 18:46
  not
• 18:46
  sealed
• 18:46
  correctly.
• 18:47
  And
• 18:47
  then
• 18:48
  you
• 18:48
  go
• 18:48
  on
• 18:48
  to
• 18:49
  the
• 18:49
  different
• 18:49
  frying
• 18:50
  situations,
• 18:50
  the
• 18:51
  oil
• 18:51
  situations
• 18:52
  and
• 18:52
  the
• 18:52
  heat
• 18:52
  mixed
• 18:53
  in
• 18:53
  with
• 18:53
  those
• 18:53
  types
• 18:54
  of
• 18:54
  oils.
• 18:55
  If
• 18:55
  you
• 18:55
  can
• 18:55
  get
• 18:55
  the
• 18:55
  right
• 18:55
  coating
• 18:56
  on
• 18:56
  it
• 18:56
  before
• 18:56
  you
• 18:56
  start
• 18:57
  doing
• 18:57
  all
• 18:57
  that
• 18:57
  stuff,
• 18:57
  it's
• 18:58
  going
• 18:58
  to
• 18:58
  make
• 18:58
  your
• 18:58
  cleanup
• 18:58
  easier
• 18:59
  and
• 18:59
  your
• 18:59
  cabinets
• 18:59
  last
• 19:00
  longer.
• 19:00
  Absolutely.
• 19:01
  And
• 19:01
  then
• 19:02
  you
• 19:02
  guys
• 19:02
  have
• 19:02
  gotten
• 19:03
  into.
• 19:03
  And
• 19:03
  I
• 19:03
  didn't
• 19:04
  even
• 19:04
  know
• 19:04
  about
• 19:04
  this
• 19:04
  until
• 19:04
  recently,
• 19:05
  you
• 19:05
  guys
• 19:05
  have
• 19:05
  gotten
• 19:05
  into
• 19:06
  the
• 19:06
  hardwood
• 19:06
  floor
• 19:06
  space.
• 19:07
  Because
• 19:07
  I
• 19:07
  tell
• 19:07
  you
• 19:07
  what,
• 19:08
  there
• 19:08
  is
• 19:08
  not
• 19:08
  a
• 19:08
  project
• 19:09
  I
• 19:10
  dislike
• 19:10
  more
• 19:10
  than
• 19:11
  refinishing
• 19:11
  my
• 19:11
  own
• 19:12
  hardwood
• 19:12
  floors.
• 19:13
  Yeah,
• 19:13
  I
• 19:14
  think
• 19:14
  you
• 19:14
  talk
• 19:14
  most
• 19:14
  enhanced
• 19:15
  owners
• 19:15
  and
• 19:15
  you'd
• 19:15
  say
• 19:15
  the
• 19:15
  same
• 19:16
  thing.
• 19:16
  It's
• 19:16
  it.
• 19:17
  But
• 19:17
  the
• 19:17
  basic
• 19:18
  idea
• 19:18
  of
• 19:19
  enhance.
• 19:19
  Actually,
• 19:20
  if
• 19:20
  you
• 19:20
  want
• 19:20
  to
• 19:20
  go
• 19:20
  back
• 19:20
  to
• 19:20
  our
• 19:21
  entire
• 19:21
  history,
• 19:22
  our
• 19:22
  first
• 19:22
  start
• 19:22
  was
• 19:23
  hardwood
• 19:23
  floors.
• 19:24
  What
• 19:24
  we
• 19:24
  did
• 19:25
  is
• 19:25
  we
• 19:25
  renewed
• 19:25
  hardwood
• 19:26
  floors.
• 19:26
  And
• 19:27
  what
• 19:27
  happened
• 19:27
  is
• 19:28
  the.
• 19:28
  The
• 19:28
  prevalence
• 19:29
  of
• 19:29
  EV
• 19:30
  and
• 19:30
  lvt,
• 19:31
  all
• 19:31
  that
• 19:31
  vinyl
• 19:32
  plank.
• 19:32
  The
• 19:32
  price
• 19:32
  point
• 19:33
  of
• 19:33
  that
• 19:33
  has
• 19:33
  dropped
• 19:33
  so
• 19:34
  significantly
• 19:34
  over
• 19:34
  the
• 19:34
  last
• 19:35
  15
• 19:35
  years.
• 19:35
  And
• 19:35
  the
• 19:35
  quality's
• 19:36
  improved
• 19:36
  so
• 19:36
  much
• 19:37
  that
• 19:37
  your
• 19:38
  cost
• 19:38
  per
• 19:38
  square
• 19:38
  foot
• 19:38
  to
• 19:39
  reinstall
• 19:39
  that
• 19:39
  stuff
• 19:40
  versus
• 19:40
  refinishing
• 19:41
  your
• 19:41
  stuff.
• 19:42
  The
• 19:42
  floor
• 19:42
  renewal
• 19:43
  component
• 19:43
  started
• 19:44
  shrinking
• 19:44
  and
• 19:45
  we
• 19:45
  do
• 19:46
  wood.
• 19:47
  So
• 19:47
  that's
• 19:47
  how
• 19:47
  we
• 19:47
  got
• 19:48
  into
• 19:48
  cabinets
• 19:48
  is
• 19:49
  just
• 19:49
  in
• 19:49
  the
• 19:49
  renewal
• 19:50
  side.
• 19:50
  And
• 19:50
  it
• 19:50
  took
• 19:50
  us
• 19:51
  another
• 19:51
  couple
• 19:51
  years
• 19:51
  to
• 19:51
  get
• 19:52
  into
• 19:52
  the
• 19:52
  color
• 19:52
  changes.
• 19:53
  I'm
• 19:53
  talking
• 19:53
  way
• 19:53
  deck
• 19:54
  and
• 19:54
  the
• 19:54
  dawn
• 19:54
  of
• 19:54
  the
• 19:55
  brand.
• 19:55
  But
• 19:55
  yeah,
• 19:56
  it's
• 19:56
  one
• 19:56
  of
• 19:57
  those
• 19:57
  things
• 19:57
  that
• 19:58
  you
• 19:58
  really,
• 19:59
  once
• 19:59
  you
• 19:59
  get
• 19:59
  wood,
• 20:00
  we
• 20:00
  can
• 20:00
  do
• 20:00
  any
• 20:00
  wood
• 20:01
  surface,
• 20:01
  railings,
• 20:02
  doors,
• 20:03
  everything
• 20:03
  and
• 20:03
  get
• 20:03
  them
• 20:04
  renewed
• 20:04
  back
• 20:04
  to
• 20:05
  whatever
• 20:05
  color
• 20:06
  you
• 20:06
  want.
• 20:06
  Or
• 20:07
  like
• 20:07
  you
• 20:07
  said
• 20:08
  with
• 20:08
  the
• 20:08
  tints
• 20:08
  and
• 20:08
  things
• 20:08
  like
• 20:09
  that,
• 20:09
  we
• 20:09
  could
• 20:09
  change
• 20:10
  slightly
• 20:11
  how
• 20:11
  you
• 20:11
  want
• 20:11
  it
• 20:11
  to
• 20:11
  look
• 20:12
  in
• 20:12
  the
• 20:13
  the
• 20:13
  final
• 20:13
  presentation.
• 20:14
  But
• 20:14
  yeah,
• 20:15
  yeah,
• 20:15
  we
• 20:15
  really
• 20:16
  live
• 20:16
  in
• 20:16
  the
• 20:16
  cabinet
• 20:17
  space
• 20:17
  just
• 20:17
  because
• 20:18
  that's
• 20:18
  what
• 20:18
  those
• 20:18
  customers
• 20:18
  are
• 20:19
  looking
• 20:19
  for.
• 20:19
  But
• 20:19
  yeah,
• 20:20
  any
• 20:20
  wood
• 20:20
  renewal
• 20:21
  project
• 20:21
  that's
• 20:21
  out
• 20:21
  there,
• 20:22
  we
• 20:22
  have
• 20:22
  a
• 20:22
  product
• 20:23
  and
• 20:23
  equipment
• 20:24
  to
• 20:24
  do
• 20:24
  it.
• 20:25
  I
• 20:25
  think
• 20:25
  it's
• 20:25
  smart.
• 20:26
  And
• 20:26
  Johnny,
• 20:26
  you've
• 20:27
  dealt
• 20:27
  with
• 20:27
  this
• 20:27
  before.
• 20:28
  We've
• 20:28
  got
• 20:28
  all
• 20:28
  those
• 20:28
  aluminum
• 20:29
  oxide
• 20:29
  finishes
• 20:30
  that
• 20:31
  are
• 20:31
  a
• 20:32
  disaster
• 20:33
  to
• 20:33
  sand
• 20:33
  down
• 20:34
  that
• 20:34
  are
• 20:34
  on
• 20:34
  the
• 20:35
  pre
• 20:35
  finished
• 20:36
  engineered
• 20:37
  floor
• 20:37
  that
• 20:37
  you
• 20:37
  really
• 20:37
  can't
• 20:38
  sand
• 20:38
  much
• 20:39
  because
• 20:39
  you've
• 20:40
  got
• 20:40
  just
• 20:40
  at
• 20:41
  best
• 20:41
  probably
• 20:41
  a
• 20:42
  316
• 20:42
  top
• 20:43
  veneer
• 20:43
  layer
• 20:43
  on
• 20:44
  it
• 20:44
  or
• 20:44
  less.
• 20:44
  And
• 20:45
  then
• 20:45
  you've
• 20:45
  got
• 20:45
  this
• 20:46
  ultra
• 20:46
  hard
• 20:47
  semi
• 20:47
  toxic
• 20:48
  finish
• 20:48
  that
• 20:48
  they
• 20:48
  put
• 20:49
  on
• 20:49
  it
• 20:49
  from
• 20:49
  the
• 20:49
  factory.
• 20:50
  If
• 20:50
  I
• 20:51
  remember,
• 20:51
  you
• 20:51
  guys
• 20:51
  have
• 20:52
  a
• 20:52
  sandless
• 20:52
  option
• 20:53
  for
• 20:53
  refrigerant
• 20:53
  refreshing
• 20:54
  that
• 20:54
  without
• 20:54
  having
• 20:55
  to
• 20:55
  get
• 20:55
  the
• 20:55
  big
• 20:55
  sander
• 20:56
  out
• 20:56
  and
• 20:56
  creep

  this
• 23:29
  conversation
• 23:30
  and
• 23:31
  it's
• 23:31
  a.
• 23:31
  It'S
• 23:32
  one
• 23:32
  of
• 23:32
  those
• 23:32
  things,
• 23:32
  if
• 23:32
  you
• 23:32
  even
• 23:33
  look
• 23:33
  at
• 23:33
  how
• 23:33
  we
• 23:33
  renew
• 23:33
  cabinets
• 23:34
  and
• 23:34
  I
• 23:34
  just
• 23:34
  go
• 23:35
  back
• 23:35
  and
• 23:35
  how
• 23:35
  all
• 23:36
  this
• 23:36
  stuff
• 23:36
  blends
• 23:37
  together
• 23:38
  that
• 23:38
  once
• 23:38
  we
• 23:38
  started
• 23:39
  doing
• 23:39
  that
• 23:39
  we
• 23:40
  learned
• 23:40
  that
• 23:40
  on
• 23:40
  the
• 23:41
  cabinets,
• 23:41
  our
• 23:41
  sanding
• 23:42
  and
• 23:42
  cabinets,
• 23:43
  it's
• 23:43
  a
• 23:43
  grit
• 23:43
  sand
• 23:44
  designed
• 23:44
  to
• 23:44
  create
• 23:44
  an
• 23:44
  adhesion
• 23:45
  level.
• 23:45
  It's
• 23:46
  not
• 23:46
  a,
• 23:46
  we
• 23:46
  don't
• 23:46
  sand
• 23:46
  it
• 23:47
  down
• 23:47
  to
• 23:47
  base
• 23:47
  wood.
• 23:48
  And
• 23:48
  using
• 23:49
  that
• 23:49
  same
• 23:49
  knowledge
• 23:50
  you're
• 23:50
  able
• 23:50
  to
• 23:50
  take
• 23:50
  those
• 23:50
  kind
• 23:51
  of
• 23:51
  floors
• 23:51
  and
• 23:52
  get
• 23:52
  them
• 23:52
  a
• 23:52
  renewed
• 23:53
  look.
• 23:53
  Because
• 23:54
  what
• 23:54
  happens
• 23:55
  is
• 23:55
  it's
• 23:55
  usually
• 23:55
  like
• 23:56
  a
• 23:56
  sun
• 23:56
  exposure
• 23:57
  type
• 23:57
  fade
• 23:58
  or
• 23:58
  things
• 23:58
  along
• 23:58
  those
• 23:59
  lines.
• 23:59
  And
• 23:59
  by
• 23:59
  Using
• 23:59
  the
• 24:00
  tints
• 24:00
  that
• 24:00
  you
• 24:00
  talked
• 24:01
  about
• 24:01
  earlier,
• 24:01
  using
• 24:02
  that
• 24:02
  in
• 24:02
  a
• 24:02
  clean.
• 24:02
  You
• 24:03
  clean
• 24:03
  it,
• 24:03
  you
• 24:03
  get
• 24:03
  a
• 24:04
  light
• 24:04
  grit
• 24:04
  to
• 24:05
  it
• 24:05
  and
• 24:05
  then
• 24:05
  that
• 24:06
  allows
• 24:06
  you
• 24:06
  to
• 24:06
  come
• 24:06
  in
• 24:06
  here
• 24:06
  and
• 24:07
  match
• 24:07
  the
• 24:07
  colors
• 24:08
  and
• 24:08
  get
• 24:08
  everything
• 24:08
  kind
• 24:09
  of
• 24:09
  seamless
• 24:09
  looking
• 24:10
  again
• 24:10
  and
• 24:11
  it
• 24:11
  really
• 24:11
  makes
• 24:11
  it
• 24:11
  pop.
• 24:12
  Yeah,
• 24:12
  that's
• 24:12
  cool.
• 24:13
  I've
• 24:13
  seen
• 24:13
  so
• 24:14
  many
• 24:14
  beautiful
• 24:15
  black
• 24:15
  walnut
• 24:16
  floors
• 24:16
  that
• 24:16
  had
• 24:17
  non
• 24:17
  UV
• 24:18
  coated
• 24:18
  windows.
• 24:19
  And
• 24:19
  you
• 24:20
  could
• 24:20
  sure
• 24:20
  see
• 24:20
  where
• 24:20
  the
• 24:21
  area
• 24:21
  rug
• 24:21
  was.
• 24:21
  When
• 24:22
  these
• 24:22
  people
• 24:22
  go
• 24:22
  up
• 24:22
  to
• 24:22
  move
• 24:23
  and
• 24:23
  then
• 24:23
  they
• 24:23
  panic
• 24:24
  because
• 24:24
  they're
• 24:25
  moving
• 24:25
  out.
• 24:25
  And
• 24:26
  what
• 24:26
  happened
• 24:26
  to
• 24:27
  the
• 24:27
  floors
• 24:27
  because
• 24:28
  there's
• 24:28
  two
• 24:28
  different
• 24:28
  colors
• 24:29
  and
• 24:29
  it's
• 24:30
  almost
• 24:30
  like
• 24:30
  they
• 24:30
  did
• 24:30
  a
• 24:30
  wood.
• 24:32
  Wood
• 24:32
  change
• 24:32
  and
• 24:32
  did
• 24:33
  an
• 24:33
  insert
• 24:33
  in
• 24:33
  the
• 24:33
  middle
• 24:33
  of
• 24:34
  it
• 24:34
  for
• 24:34
  where
• 24:34
  that
• 24:34
  area
• 24:34
  floor
• 24:35
  was.
• 24:35
  Area
• 24:36
  rug
• 24:36
  was
• 24:36
  maybe
• 24:36
  in
• 24:37
  the
• 24:37
  living
• 24:37
  room
• 24:37
  or
• 24:37
  the
• 24:37
  dining
• 24:38
  room
• 24:38
  and
• 24:38
  stuff.
• 24:38
  And
• 24:39
  any
• 24:39
  of
• 24:39
  those
• 24:40
  light
• 24:40
  sensitive
• 24:40
  woods.
• 24:41
  I
• 24:41
  bet
• 24:41
  that's
• 24:41
  always
• 24:42
  a
• 24:42
  challenge
• 24:42
  for
• 24:43
  you
• 24:43
  guys
• 24:43
  with
• 24:43
  that.
• 24:44
  Yeah,
• 24:44
  you
• 24:45
  have
• 24:45
  to
• 24:45
  get.
• 24:45
  It's
• 24:45
  a
• 24:45
  little
• 24:45
  bit
• 24:46
  of
• 24:46
  art.
• 24:46
  It's
• 24:46
  not
• 24:46
  just
• 24:47
  the
• 24:47
  science
• 24:47
  we
• 24:47
  have
• 24:47
  testing
• 24:48
  materials
• 24:48
  to
• 24:49
  say,
• 24:49
  okay,
• 24:49
  here's
• 24:49
  the
• 24:49
  lightness
• 24:50
  of
• 24:50
  the
• 24:50
  wood,
• 24:51
  darkness
• 24:51
  of
• 24:51
  the
• 24:51
  wood.
• 24:52
  You
• 24:52
  test
• 24:52
  in
• 24:53
  a
• 24:53
  little
• 24:53
  area
• 24:53
  and
• 24:54
  you're
• 24:54
  learning
• 24:54
  how
• 24:54
  to
• 24:55
  blend
• 24:55
  those
• 24:55
  tints
• 24:55
  just
• 24:56
  a
• 24:56
  little
• 24:56
  bit
• 24:56
  better.
• 24:56
  Our
• 24:57
  locations
• 24:57
  have
• 24:57
  their
• 24:57
  own
• 24:57
  tinting
• 24:58
  machines.
• 24:58
  They
• 24:59
  go
• 24:59
  back
• 24:59
  in
• 24:59
  and
• 24:59
  they
• 25:00
  do
• 25:00
  a
• 25:00
  bunch.
• 25:00
  Usually
• 25:01
  you're
• 25:01
  doing
• 25:01
  little
• 25:01
  tiny
• 25:02
  samples
• 25:02
  of
• 25:02
  them
• 25:02
  and
• 25:03
  going
• 25:03
  out
• 25:03
  there
• 25:03
  and
• 25:04
  learning
• 25:04
  to
• 25:04
  blend
• 25:04
  them
• 25:05
  in
• 25:05
  and
• 25:05
  getting
• 25:05
  that
• 25:05
  look
• 25:06
  what
• 25:06
  you
• 25:07
  know,
• 25:07
  the
• 25:07
  consumer
• 25:07
  wants.
• 25:07
  And
• 25:08
  it,
• 25:08
  it's
• 25:08
  fascinating
• 25:09
  how
• 25:09
  you
• 25:09
  do
• 25:09
  it
• 25:09
  and
• 25:09
  it's
• 25:10
  like
• 25:10
  how
• 25:10
  you
• 25:10
  can
• 25:10
  take,
• 25:11
  you
• 25:11
  can
• 25:11
  steer
• 25:12
  there
• 25:12
  just
• 25:12
  by
• 25:12
  playing
• 25:13
  with
• 25:13
  those
• 25:13
  tents
• 25:13
  and
• 25:13
  those
• 25:14
  avenues
• 25:14
  of
• 25:14
  how
• 25:14
  it
• 25:14
  already
• 25:15
  interacts
• 25:15
  with
• 25:15
  light
• 25:15
  and
• 25:16
  wood
• 25:16
  surface.
• 25:17
  Because
• 25:17
  the
• 25:17
  type
• 25:17
  of
• 25:18
  wood
• 25:18
  impacts
• 25:19
  adhesion
• 25:20
  and
• 25:20
  everything
• 25:20
  along
• 25:20
  that
• 25:21
  as
• 25:21
  well.
• 25:22
  So
• 25:22
  I
• 25:23
  getting
• 25:23
  into
• 25:23
  this
• 25:23
  having
• 25:24
  been
• 25:24
  more
• 25:24
  about
• 25:25
  let's
• 25:25
  bang
• 25:25
  up
• 25:25
  new
• 25:25
  sheets
• 25:26
  of
• 25:26
  drywall
• 25:26
  and
• 25:27
  clean
• 25:27
  up,
• 25:27
  clean
• 25:27
  up
• 25:28
  rooms
• 25:28
  that
• 25:28
  way.
• 25:29
  It's
• 25:29
  just
• 25:29
  amazing
• 25:30
  how
• 25:30
  much
• 25:30
  science
• 25:30
  that
• 25:30
  you
• 25:31
  apply
• 25:31
  to
• 25:31
  this.
• 25:31
  And
• 25:32
  then
• 25:32
  you
• 25:32
  just
• 25:32
  mix
• 25:32
  in
• 25:32
  just
• 25:32
  enough
• 25:33
  art
• 25:33
  and
• 25:33
  then
• 25:34
  that
• 25:34
  you
• 25:34
  get
• 25:34
  the
• 25:35
  specialist
• 25:35
  that
• 25:35
  the
• 25:35
  community
• 25:36
  is
• 25:36
  really
• 25:37
  looking
• 25:37
  for.
• 25:37
  Handful
• 25:38
  of
• 25:38
  Q
• 25:38
  tips
• 25:39
  and
• 25:39
  a
• 25:39
  really
• 25:39
  good
• 25:39
  attitude.
• 25:40
  Go
• 25:40
  to
• 25:40
  it,
• 25:40
  boys.
• 25:41
  I
• 25:41
  love
• 25:42
  the
• 25:42
  attitude
• 25:42
  part,
• 25:42
  John,
• 25:43
  because
• 25:43
  you
• 25:43
  know
• 25:44
  that's
• 25:44
  going
• 25:44
  to
• 25:44
  drive
• 25:44
  your
• 25:45
  success
• 25:45
  in
• 25:45
  so
• 25:45
  many
• 25:46
  areas
• 25:46
  of
• 25:46
  life
• 25:46
  anyways.
• 25:47
  But
• 25:48
  this
• 25:48
  is
• 25:48
  something
• 25:48
  that
• 25:49
  at
• 25:49
  the
• 25:49
  end
• 25:49
  of
• 25:49
  the
• 25:49
  day,
• 25:50
  we're
• 25:50
  talking
• 25:50
  floors
• 25:51
  right
• 25:51
  now.
• 25:51
  The
• 25:52
  kitchen
• 25:52
  is
• 25:52
  such
• 25:52
  a
• 25:52
  center
• 25:53
  focal
• 25:54
  point
• 25:54
  of
• 25:54
  the
• 25:54
  home.
• 25:55
  And
• 25:55
  if
• 25:55
  you're,
• 25:55
  you're
• 25:55
  going
• 25:56
  to
• 25:56
  know
• 25:56
  instantly.
• 25:57
  And
• 25:57
  so
• 25:57
  you
• 25:58
  got
• 25:58
  to
• 25:58
  have
• 25:58
  a
• 25:58
  little
• 25:58
  bit
• 25:58
  of
• 25:58
  that
• 25:59
  art
• 25:59
  in
• 25:59
  you
• 25:59
  and
• 25:59
  that
• 25:59
  little
• 26:00
  bit
• 26:00
  of
• 26:00
  that
• 26:00
  positivity
• 26:00
  activity
• 26:01
  that
• 26:01
  you're
• 26:01
  Going
• 26:01
  to
• 26:01
  make
• 26:01
  it
• 26:01
  happen.
• 26:02
  Yep.
• 26:03
  No
• 26:04
  question,
• 26:04
  man.
• 26:04
  And
• 26:05
  no
• 26:05
  question.
• 26:05
  And
• 26:05
  if
• 26:05
  you
• 26:06
  think
• 26:06
  about
• 26:06
  it,
• 26:06
  if
• 26:06
  you're
• 26:06
  using
• 26:06
  a
• 26:07
  similar
• 26:07
  finish
• 26:07
  on
• 26:07
  those
• 26:07
  floors
• 26:08
  that
• 26:08
  you
• 26:08
  are
• 26:08
  the
• 26:08
  cabinets,
• 26:09
  clearly
• 26:10
  it's
• 26:10
  a
• 26:10
  durable
• 26:10
  product.
• 26:11
  It's,
• 26:11
  it's,
• 26:12
  it's.
• 26:12
  I
• 26:13
  always
• 26:13
  say
• 26:13
  the
• 26:13
  little
• 26:13
  thing
• 26:14
  that
• 26:14
  we
• 26:14
  do,
• 26:14
  that
• 26:14
  this
• 26:15
  is
• 26:15
  a
• 26:15
  trade
• 26:15
  show
• 26:15
  gimmick.
• 26:16
  And
• 26:16
  you
• 26:16
  guys
• 26:16
  have
• 26:16
  been
• 26:16
  enough
• 26:16
  home
• 26:17
  garden
• 26:17
  shows.
• 26:18
  Yeah.
• 26:18
  Stupid
• 26:19
  stuff
• 26:19
  to
• 26:19
  do
• 26:19
  to
• 26:19
  try
• 26:19
  to
• 26:19
  keep
• 26:20
  people
• 26:20
  entertained.
• 26:20
  But
• 26:20
  we'll
• 26:21
  actually,
• 26:21
  we'll
• 26:22
  have,
• 26:22
  we'll
• 26:22
  have
• 26:23
  doors
• 26:23
  done
• 26:24
  in
• 26:24
  the
• 26:25
  shop.
• 26:25
  We'll
• 26:25
  bring
• 26:25
  them
• 26:26
  to
• 26:26
  the
• 26:26
  show.
• 26:27
  And
• 26:27
  then
• 26:27
  as
• 26:27
  one
• 26:27
  of
• 26:27
  our
• 26:27
  demonstrations,
• 26:28
  we
• 26:28
  take
• 26:28
  a
• 26:29
  hammer
• 26:29
  out
• 26:29
  and
• 26:29
  we
• 26:30
  just.
• 26:30
  Now,
• 26:31
  will
• 26:31
  that
• 26:31
  dent
• 26:32
  the
• 26:32
  door?
• 26:32
  Of
• 26:33
  course
• 26:33
  it
• 26:33
  does.
• 26:34
  But
• 26:34
  all
• 26:35
  the
• 26:35
  coating
• 26:35
  and
• 26:35
  everything
• 26:36
  else
• 26:36
  perfectly
• 26:37
  covers
• 26:37
  it
• 26:37
  still
• 26:38
  because
• 26:38
  it
• 26:38
  has
• 26:38
  enough
• 26:39
  elasticity,
• 26:39
  strength
• 26:40
  and
• 26:40
  durability
• 26:41
  to
• 26:41
  rock
• 26:41
  through
• 26:42
  that.
• 26:42
  And
• 26:42
  if
• 26:42
  I
• 26:42
  can
• 26:43
  hit
• 26:43
  it
• 26:43
  with
• 26:43
  a
• 26:43
  full
• 26:43
  blown
• 26:44
  hammer,
• 26:45
  I
• 26:45
  think
• 26:45
  you
• 26:45
  can
• 26:45
  knock
• 26:45
  with
• 26:46
  a
• 26:46
  pot
• 26:46
  and
• 26:46
  pan
• 26:46
  occasionally.
• 26:47
  Your
• 26:47
  kid
• 26:48
  roll
• 26:48
  his
• 26:48
  big
• 26:48
  wheel
• 26:48
  over
• 26:49
  the
• 26:49
  floor,
• 26:49
  it'll
• 26:49
  be
• 26:49
  all
• 26:50
  right.
• 26:50
  How
• 26:50
  did
• 26:50
  I
• 26:50
  know
• 26:51
  it
• 26:51
  was
• 26:51
  going
• 26:51
  to
• 26:51
  be
• 26:51
  a
• 26:51
  hammer
• 26:52
  test?
• 26:53
  It's.
• 26:53
  I
• 26:53
  guess
• 26:53
  we
• 26:54
  probably
• 26:54
  could
• 26:54
  come
• 26:54
  up
• 26:54
  with
• 26:54
  something
• 26:54
  cooler,
• 26:55
  more
• 26:55
  unique.
• 26:55
  But
• 26:56
  people
• 26:56
  still
• 26:56
  aren't
• 26:56
  pretty
• 26:57
  impressed
• 26:57
  once
• 26:57
  they
• 26:57
  see
• 26:58
  that.
• 26:58
  Absolutely.
• 26:58
  And
• 26:59
  it's
• 26:59
  safe,
• 26:59
  it's
• 26:59
  easy,
• 27:00
  it's
• 27:00
  light,
• 27:00
  people
• 27:00
  can
• 27:01
  do
• 27:01
  it.
• 27:01
  It's
• 27:01
  not
• 27:01
  like
• 27:01
  you're
• 27:01
  gonna
• 27:01
  give
• 27:01
  them
• 27:02
  a
• 27:02
  cast
• 27:02
  iron
• 27:02
  pan
• 27:02
  and
• 27:03
  say
• 27:03
  break
• 27:03
  it
• 27:03
  on
• 27:03
  this
• 27:03
  and
• 27:04
  do
• 27:04
  something
• 27:04
  like
• 27:04
  that.
• 27:05
  No
• 27:05
  sense
• 27:05
  getting
• 27:05
  people
• 27:06
  hurt.
• 27:06
  But
• 27:06
  yeah,
• 27:07
  in
• 27:07
  gosh,
• 27:08
  I
• 27:08
  so
• 27:09
  many
• 27:09
  memories
• 27:09
  of
• 27:09
  the
• 27:09
  trade
• 27:09
  show
• 27:10
  days
• 27:10
  of
• 27:10
  doing
• 27:10
  that.
• 27:11
  I'm
• 27:11
  so
• 27:11
  happy
• 27:11
  I'm
• 27:12
  not
• 27:12
  doing
• 27:12
  that
• 27:12
  stuff
• 27:13
  as
• 27:13
  far
• 27:13
  as
• 27:13
  the
• 27:13
  home
• 27:13
  show
• 27:14
  stuff
• 27:14
  because,
• 27:15
  oh,
• 27:15
  those
• 27:15
  are
• 27:16
  tough.
• 27:16
  Those
• 27:16
  are
• 27:16
  long,
• 27:16
  tough
• 27:17
  days.
• 27:17
  Standing
• 27:17
  there
• 27:18
  talking
• 27:18
  to
• 27:18
  people
• 27:18
  saying
• 27:18
  the
• 27:19
  same
• 27:19
  things
• 27:19
  a
• 27:19
  thousand
• 27:19
  times.
• 27:20
  Yeah.
• 27:21
  I
• 27:21
  love
• 27:21
  those
• 27:21
  ones
• 27:21
  in
• 27:22
  the
• 27:22
  north
• 27:22
  in
• 27:22
  the
• 27:22
  spring
• 27:22
  that
• 27:23
  last
• 27:23
  for
• 27:23
  14
• 27:23
  days.
• 27:24
  That's
• 27:24
  just
• 27:25
  spectacular.
• 27:26
  That's
• 27:26
  something
• 27:26
  to
• 27:27
  look
• 27:27
  forward
• 27:27
  to
• 27:27
  every
• 27:27
  single
• 27:28
  day.
• 27:28
  I
• 27:28
  always
• 27:29
  wondered,
• 27:29
  I'm
• 27:30
  going
• 27:30
  to
• 27:30
  dive
• 27:30
  into
• 27:30
  this
• 27:31
  for
• 27:31
  just
• 27:31
  a
• 27:31
  second.
• 27:31
  But
• 27:32
  I
• 27:32
  was
• 27:32
  a
• 27:33
  business
• 27:33
  owner
• 27:33
  in
• 27:33
  Seattle
• 27:34
  and
• 27:34
  the
• 27:34
  home
• 27:34
  show
• 27:34
  was
• 27:34
  14
• 27:35
  days.
• 27:35
  And
• 27:35
  I'm
• 27:35
  like,
• 27:36
  I
• 27:36
  have
• 27:36
  to
• 27:37
  shut
• 27:37
  my
• 27:37
  business
• 27:38
  down
• 27:38
  for
• 27:38
  14
• 27:39
  days
• 27:40
  to
• 27:40
  manpower
• 27:41
  this
• 27:41
  thing
• 27:41
  up
• 27:42
  and
• 27:42
  then
• 27:42
  I'm
• 27:43
  going
• 27:43
  to
• 27:43
  be
• 27:43
  behind
• 27:43
  and
• 27:44
  then
• 27:44
  I
• 27:44
  got
• 27:44
  to
• 27:44
  follow
• 27:45
  up
• 27:45
  on
• 27:45
  leads.
• 27:46
  It's
• 27:46
  not
• 27:46
  the
• 27:47
  beautiful
• 27:48
  situation
• 27:48
  for
• 27:49
  business
• 27:49
  owners
• 27:49
  because
• 27:50
  you're
• 27:50
  just
• 27:50
  overloading
• 27:51
  your
• 27:51
  whole
• 27:51
  entire
• 27:52
  system.
• 27:52
  Yeah,
• 27:53
  a
• 27:53
  hundred
• 27:53
  percent.
• 27:53
  I
• 27:54
  always
• 27:54
  think
• 27:54
  it's
• 27:54
  when
• 27:55
  you
• 27:55
  get
• 27:55
  up
• 27:55
  and
• 27:55
  running
• 27:55
  and
• 27:56
  you
• 27:56
  got
• 27:56
  a
• 27:56
  full
• 27:56
  staff,
• 27:57
  it's
• 27:57
  still
• 27:57
  draining,
• 27:57
  don't
• 27:58
  get
• 27:58
  me
• 27:58
  wrong.
• 27:58
  And
• 27:58
  then
• 27:58
  it's
• 27:59
  hard
• 27:59
  to
• 27:59
  follow
• 27:59
  up
• 27:59
  on
• 27:59
  all
• 27:59
  your
• 28:00
  leads
• 28:00
  and
• 28:00
  all
• 28:00
  that
• 28:01
  work
• 28:01
  that
• 28:01
  goes
• 28:01
  along
• 28:01
  with
• 28:01
  it.
• 28:02
  But
• 28:02
  at
• 28:02
  least
• 28:02
  if
• 28:02
  you
• 28:02
  have
• 28:02
  a
• 28:02
  full
• 28:03
  staff,
• 28:03
  you
• 28:03
  can
• 28:03
  get
• 28:03
  the
• 28:03
  production
• 28:04
  going
• 28:04
  still.
• 28:05
  But
• 28:05
  you're
• 28:05
  brand
• 28:06
  new
• 28:06
  and
• 28:06
  you're.
• 28:06
  Or
• 28:06
  you're
• 28:07
  launching
• 28:07
  and
• 28:07
  you're
• 28:07
  there
• 28:07
  by
• 28:08
  yourself.
• 28:08
  And
• 28:08
  like
• 28:08
  you
• 28:09
  said,
• 28:09
  it's
• 28:09
  like
• 28:10
  everything's
• 28:10
  on
• 28:10
  pause
• 28:11
  until
• 28:11
  you
• 28:11
  get
• 28:11
  that
• 28:12
  home
• 28:12
  show
• 28:12
  done.
• 28:13
  I
• 28:13
  much
• 28:13
  prefer
• 28:13
  the
• 28:14
  ones
• 28:14
  that
• 28:14
  are
• 28:14
  like
• 28:14
  Friday,
• 28:15
  Saturday,
• 28:15
  Sunday.
• 28:16
  Yeah.
• 28:16
  And
• 28:17
  I
• 28:17
  think
• 28:17
  you
• 28:17
  make
• 28:17
  a
• 28:17
  good
• 28:18
  point.
• 28:18
  I
• 28:18
  think
• 28:18
  you've
• 28:18
  got
• 28:19
  to
• 28:19
  be
• 28:19
  set
• 28:19
  up
• 28:19
  for
• 28:20
  that.
• 28:20
  I
• 28:20
  think
• 28:20
  a
• 28:21
  lot
• 28:21
  of
• 28:21
  young
• 28:21
  contractors
• 28:22
  go
• 28:22
  to
• 28:23
  those
• 28:23
  or
• 28:23
  get
• 28:23
  involved
• 28:24
  in
• 28:24
  those.
• 28:24
  Looking
• 28:24
  for
• 28:25
  the
• 28:25
  promised
• 28:25
  land.
• 28:25
  Right?
• 28:26
  Yeah.
• 28:27
  Land
• 28:27
  in
• 28:27
  the
• 28:27
  big
• 28:27
  bounty
• 28:28
  and
• 28:28
  this
• 28:28
  is
• 28:28
  all
• 28:28
  going
• 28:29
  to
• 28:29
  pay
• 28:29
  off.
• 28:29
  And
• 28:29
  it
• 28:30
  A,
• 28:30
  doesn't
• 28:31
  a
• 28:32
  lot
• 28:32
  of
• 28:32
  times,
• 28:33
  especially
• 28:33
  if
• 28:33
  it's
• 28:33
  just
• 28:34
  you
• 28:34
  and
• 28:34
  B,
• 28:34
  you
• 28:35
  pay
• 28:35
  the
• 28:35
  price.
• 28:35
  You
• 28:35
  just
• 28:36
  talked
• 28:36
  about
• 28:36
  Eric,
• 28:36
  like
• 28:37
  now
• 28:37
  you're
• 28:37
  behind
• 28:37
  and
• 28:38
  you
• 28:38
  spend
• 28:38
  money
• 28:38
  on
• 28:38
  the
• 28:39
  show
• 28:39
  and.
• 28:39
  Yeah,
• 28:41
  yeah.
• 28:42
  I
• 28:42
  do
• 28:42
  think
• 28:42
  that's
• 28:42
  one
• 28:43
  of
• 28:43
  the
• 28:43
  things
• 28:43
  that
• 28:43
  you.
• 28:43
  If
• 28:43
  you're
• 28:44
  a
• 28:44
  young
• 28:44
  contractor
• 28:44
  and
• 28:45
  you're
• 28:45
  looking
• 28:45
  to
• 28:45
  go
• 28:45
  into
• 28:45
  business
• 28:46
  for
• 28:46
  yourself,
• 28:46
  it's
• 28:47
  really
• 28:47
  the
• 28:47
  customer
• 28:47
  acquisition
• 28:48
  components.
• 28:48
  The
• 28:49
  most
• 28:49
  confusing.
• 28:49
  They're
• 28:49
  usually
• 28:50
  good
• 28:50
  at
• 28:50
  doing
• 28:50
  the
• 28:50
  work.
• 28:50
  But
• 28:51
  even
• 28:51
  for
• 28:51
  everyone
• 28:51
  I've
• 28:52
  ever
• 28:52
  interacted
• 28:52
  with,
• 28:53
  going
• 28:53
  to
• 28:53
  trade
• 28:53
  shows
• 28:53
  over
• 28:54
  the
• 28:54
  last
• 28:54
  25
• 28:54
  years,
• 28:55
  just
• 28:55
  teaching
• 28:56
  people
• 28:56
  how
• 28:56
  to
• 28:56
  be
• 28:57
  interactive
• 28:57
  with
• 28:57
  the
• 28:58
  customers
• 28:58
  instead
• 28:58
  of,
• 28:58
  you
• 28:59
  know,
• 28:59
  those
• 28:59
  people
• 28:59
  in
• 28:59
  the
• 28:59
  trades
• 29:00
  and
• 29:00
  do
• 29:01
  the
• 29:01
  contracting
• 29:01
  work,
• 29:02
  it's
• 29:02
  just
• 29:02
  to
• 29:02
  stand
• 29:03
  there
• 29:03
  behind
• 29:03
  the
• 29:03
  counter
• 29:04
  waiting
• 29:04
  for
• 29:04
  people
• 29:05
  to
• 29:05
  come
• 29:05
  say
• 29:05
  hi
• 29:05
  to
• 29:05
  us
• 29:06
  and
• 29:06
  talk
• 29:06
  to
• 29:06
  us.
• 29:06
  And
• 29:07
  when
• 29:07
  you
• 29:07
  spend
• 29:08
  that
• 29:08
  much
• 29:08
  money
• 29:09
  in
• 29:09
  that
• 29:09
  much
• 29:09
  time
• 29:10
  and
• 29:10
  you
• 29:11
  got
• 29:11
  to
• 29:11
  get
• 29:11
  out
• 29:11
  there
• 29:11
  and
• 29:11
  you
• 29:12
  got
• 29:12
  to
• 29:12
  talk
• 29:12
  to
• 29:12
  people
• 29:12
  and
• 29:13
  you
• 29:13
  got
• 29:13
  to
• 29:13
  exit
• 29:13
  the
• 29:14
  booth
• 29:14
  and
• 29:14
  drag
• 29:15
  people
• 29:15
  over
• 29:15
  and
• 29:16
  get
• 29:16
  them
• 29:16
  interested
• 29:16
  and
• 29:17
  have
• 29:17
  a,
• 29:17
  have
• 29:18
  your
• 29:18
  stupid
• 29:18
  gimmicks
• 29:19
  with
• 29:19
  a
• 29:19
  hammer
• 29:19
  in
• 29:19
  the
• 29:19
  wood
• 29:20
  or
• 29:20
  whatever
• 29:20
  it
• 29:20
  is.
• 29:21
  And
• 29:21
  it's
• 29:22
  a
• 29:22
  lot
• 29:22
  of
• 29:22
  work
• 29:22
  and.
• 29:23
  Put
• 29:23
  a
• 29:23
  raccoon
• 29:24
  on
• 29:24
  the
• 29:24
  table.
• 29:24
  So
• 29:24
  people.
• 29:26
  It's
• 29:26
  funny,
• 29:26
  you
• 29:26
  got
• 29:26
  to
• 29:27
  do
• 29:27
  the
• 29:27
  gimmick
• 29:27
  thing
• 29:27
  because
• 29:28
  I
• 29:29
  was
• 29:29
  at
• 29:29
  a
• 29:29
  home
• 29:30
  show
• 29:30
  a
• 29:30
  few
• 29:30
  years
• 29:30
  ago
• 29:31
  and
• 29:31
  I
• 29:31
  was
• 29:31
  like,
• 29:31
  where's
• 29:32
  their
• 29:32
  person?
• 29:33
  And
• 29:33
  I
• 29:33
  asked
• 29:33
  the
• 29:34
  person
• 29:34
  who
• 29:34
  I
• 29:34
  knew
• 29:34
  next
• 29:34
  to
• 29:35
  him,
• 29:35
  I
• 29:35
  go,
• 29:35
  hey,
• 29:35
  where
• 29:36
  are
• 29:36
  they
• 29:36
  at?
• 29:37
  And
• 29:37
  they
• 29:37
  go,
• 29:38
  she's
• 29:38
  walking
• 29:38
  around
• 29:39
  playing
• 29:39
  Pokemon
• 29:40
  in
• 29:40
  the
• 29:40
  trade
• 29:41
  show.
• 29:41
  And
• 29:42
  she
• 29:42
  was
• 29:42
  walking
• 29:42
  around
• 29:43
  playing
• 29:43
  that
• 29:43
  walk
• 29:44
  around
• 29:44
  Pokemon
• 29:45
  game,
• 29:45
  whatever
• 29:45
  that
• 29:46
  was.
• 29:46
  And
• 29:46
  I'm
• 29:46
  just
• 29:47
  like,
• 29:48
  okay,
• 29:48
  I'm
• 29:49
  so
• 29:49
  happy.
• 29:49
  I'm
• 29:50
  not
• 29:50
  dealing
• 29:50
  with
• 29:50
  that.
• 29:50
  They're
• 29:51
  grinds.
• 29:51
  But
• 29:51
  you
• 29:51
  just
• 29:52
  got
• 29:52
  to
• 29:52
  get
• 29:52
  through
• 29:52
  it
• 29:52
  and
• 29:52
  have
• 29:53
  the
• 29:53
  right
• 29:53
  training
• 29:53
  and
• 29:53
  have
• 29:53
  the
• 29:53
  right
• 29:54
  attitude.
• 29:54
  Because
• 29:54
  so
• 29:55
  many
• 29:55
  people
• 29:55
  walk
• 29:55
  by
• 29:55
  the
• 29:56
  booth
• 29:56
  and
• 29:56
  Go.
• 29:57
  Oh,
• 29:57
  that's
• 29:57
  interesting.
• 29:58
  Oh,
• 29:59
  they're
• 29:59
  on
• 29:59
  their
• 29:59
  phone.
• 30:00
  Yeah.
• 30:01
  I
• 30:01
  talk
• 30:02
  to
• 30:02
  people
• 30:02
  in
• 30:02
  the
• 30:02
  trades
• 30:02
  all
• 30:03
  the
• 30:03
  time,
• 30:03
  and
• 30:03
  I
• 30:03
  think
• 30:03
  it's
• 30:04
  the
• 30:04
  one
• 30:04
  thing
• 30:04
  that
• 30:04
  I
• 30:04
  wish
• 30:05
  we
• 30:05
  could
• 30:05
  do
• 30:05
  a
• 30:05
  better
• 30:05
  job
• 30:06
  helping
• 30:06
  the
• 30:06
  younger
• 30:07
  guys
• 30:07
  out.
• 30:07
  Is
• 30:08
  this
• 30:08
  a
• 30:08
  customer
• 30:09
  service
• 30:09
  business?
• 30:09
  That's
• 30:10
  what's
• 30:10
  going
• 30:10
  to
• 30:10
  really
• 30:10
  get
• 30:11
  you
• 30:11
  your
• 30:11
  clients?
• 30:12
  Because,
• 30:13
  yes,
• 30:13
  you
• 30:13
  could
• 30:13
  spend
• 30:14
  a
• 30:14
  ton
• 30:14
  of
• 30:14
  money
• 30:14
  on
• 30:14
  advertising.
• 30:15
  We
• 30:15
  had
• 30:15
  marketing
• 30:16
  plans
• 30:16
  and
• 30:16
  all
• 30:16
  that
• 30:16
  kind
• 30:16
  of
• 30:16
  stuff.
• 30:17
  But
• 30:17
  it's
• 30:17
  referrals,
• 30:18
  man.
• 30:18
  That's
• 30:19
  what
• 30:19
  drives
• 30:19
  things.
• 30:19
  That's
• 30:20
  what
• 30:20
  kept
• 30:20
  me
• 30:20
  busy
• 30:21
  for
• 30:21
  30
• 30:21
  years,
• 30:21
  man.
• 30:22
  Never
• 30:22
  had
• 30:23
  to
• 30:23
  advertise,
• 30:23
  never
• 30:24
  ran
• 30:24
  any
• 30:24
  ads,
• 30:24
  Never
• 30:25
  had
• 30:25
  that.
• 30:26
  If
• 30:27
  you
• 30:27
  look
• 30:28
  the
• 30:28
  contracting
• 30:29
  business
• 30:29
  hard
• 30:29
  enough.
• 30:29
  Right.
• 30:30
  We
• 30:30
  all
• 30:30
  know
• 30:30
  it's
• 30:30
  hard
• 30:30
  to
• 30:31
  find
• 30:31
  good
• 30:31
  ones.
• 30:31
  Just
• 30:32
  like
• 30:32
  any
• 30:32
  trade,
• 30:32
  any
• 30:33
  profession,
• 30:34
  really,
• 30:35
  if
• 30:35
  you're
• 30:36
  actually
• 30:36
  somebody
• 30:36
  that
• 30:37
  shows
• 30:37
  up
• 30:37
  when
• 30:37
  they
• 30:37
  say
• 30:38
  they're
• 30:38
  going
• 30:38
  to
• 30:38
  and
• 30:38
  does
• 30:39
  what
• 30:39
  you're
• 30:39
  supposed
• 30:39
  to
• 30:40
  do
• 30:40
  that
• 30:40
  you
• 30:40
  told
• 30:40
  them
• 30:41
  you
• 30:41
  would
• 30:41
  do,
• 30:41
  and
• 30:41
  you
• 30:41
  do
• 30:42
  it
• 30:42
  on
• 30:42
  time
• 30:42
  and
• 30:42
  you
• 30:42
  do
• 30:43
  it
• 30:43
  with
• 30:43
  a
• 30:43
  smile
• 30:43
  and
• 30:43
  you
• 30:44
  don't
• 30:44
  act
• 30:44
  like
• 30:44
  an
• 30:44
  idiot.
• 30:45
  It's
• 30:46
  amazing
• 30:46
  how
• 30:46
  much
• 30:47
  work
• 30:47
  comes
• 30:47
  in.
• 30:47
  You're
• 30:48
  like,
• 30:48
  whoa,
• 30:49
  Suddenly
• 30:49
  I
• 30:50
  need
• 30:50
  10
• 30:50
  guys
• 30:50
  and
• 30:50
  four
• 30:51
  trucks
• 30:51
  on
• 30:51
  the
• 30:51
  road.
• 30:51
  And
• 30:52
  how
• 30:52
  did
• 30:52
  that
• 30:52
  happen?
• 30:53
  I
• 30:53
  was
• 30:53
  just
• 30:53
  a
• 30:53
  nice
• 30:53
  guy
• 30:54
  cleaning
• 30:54
  gutters
• 30:54
  for
• 30:55
  a
• 30:55
  minute
• 30:55
  or
• 30:55
  building
• 30:55
  a
• 30:56
  fence.
• 30:57
  I
• 30:57
  just
• 30:57
  started
• 30:57
  building
• 30:58
  the
• 30:58
  fence
• 30:58
  and.
• 30:58
  Yeah,
• 30:59
  no,
• 30:59
  it's
• 30:59
  everything.
• 31:00
  Personality
• 31:00
  is
• 31:01
  everything.
• 31:01
  I
• 31:01
  think
• 31:01
  you're
• 31:01
  spot
• 31:02
  on
• 31:02
  with
• 31:02
  that.
• 31:02
  You
• 31:02
  could
• 31:03
  be
• 31:03
  the
• 31:03
  best,
• 31:03
  flashiest
• 31:04
  guy
• 31:04
  in
• 31:04
  town
• 31:05
  with
• 31:05
  the
• 31:05
  nicest
• 31:05
  truck,
• 31:06
  but
• 31:06
  that
• 31:06
  doesn't
• 31:06
  win
• 31:07
  if
• 31:07
  you're
• 31:07
  a
• 31:07
  jerk.
• 31:08
  Yeah.
• 31:09
  It's
• 31:09
  such
• 31:09
  a
• 31:09
  great
• 31:10
  industry
• 31:10
  for
• 31:10
  a
• 31:10
  young
• 31:11
  guy
• 31:11
  to
• 31:11
  get
• 31:11
  going
• 31:11
  in,
• 31:12
  and
• 31:12
  I'd
• 31:12
  really
• 31:12
  like
• 31:13
  to
• 31:13
  see
• 31:13
  him
• 31:13
  get
• 31:13
  the
• 31:13
  tools
• 31:13
  to
• 31:14
  be
• 31:14
  successful.
• 31:14
  And
• 31:15
  there's
• 31:15
  just
• 31:15
  so
• 31:16
  much
• 31:16
  opportunity.
• 31:16
  And
• 31:17
  like
• 31:17
  you
• 31:17
  said,
• 31:17
  John,
• 31:17
  just
• 31:18
  because
• 31:18
  people.
• 31:19
  Everyone's
• 31:20
  either
• 31:20
  a
• 31:20
  jerk
• 31:20
  or
• 31:21
  they
• 31:21
  don't
• 31:21
  think
• 31:21
  showing
• 31:21
  up
• 31:21
  on
• 31:21
  time's
• 31:22
  important,
• 31:22
  or,
• 31:22
  hey,
• 31:23
  I'll
• 31:23
  get
• 31:23
  to
• 31:23
  it
• 31:23
  when
• 31:23
  I
• 31:24
  get
• 31:24
  to
• 31:24
  it.
• 31:24
  And
• 31:24
  it's
• 31:24
  those
• 31:25
  kind
• 31:25
  of
• 31:25
  things
• 31:25
  that
• 31:25
  rule
• 31:26
  in
• 31:26
  these
• 31:26
  small
• 31:26
  businesses,
• 31:27
  that
• 31:27
  maybe
• 31:27
  they
• 31:27
  can
• 31:28
  do
• 31:28
  good
• 31:28
  work.
• 31:28
  At
• 31:28
  the
• 31:28
  end
• 31:29
  of
• 31:29
  the
• 31:29
  day,
• 31:29
  no
• 31:29
  one's
• 31:29
  going
• 31:29
  to
• 31:30
  talk
• 31:30
  about
• 31:30
  you
• 31:30
  because
• 31:30
  you
• 31:30
  really
• 31:31
  ruined.
• 31:31
  You
• 31:32
  ruin
• 31:32
  the
• 31:32
  experience
• 31:33
  for
• 31:33
  them.
• 31:33
  And
• 31:33
  it
• 31:34
  gives
• 31:34
  us
• 31:34
  the
• 31:34
  reputation
• 31:35
  sometimes
• 31:35
  of
• 31:36
  not
• 31:36
  being
• 31:36
  trustworthy.
• 31:37
  And
• 31:37
  we
• 31:37
  get
• 31:38
  the
• 31:38
  people
• 31:38
  educated
• 31:39
  to
• 31:39
  do
• 31:39
  this.
• 31:39
  There's
• 31:40
  a
• 31:40
  lot
• 31:40
  of
• 31:40
  stuff
• 31:40
  being
• 31:40
  replaced
• 31:41
  by
• 31:41
  AI,
• 31:41
  but
• 31:41
  they're
• 31:42
  not
• 31:42
  going
• 31:42
  to
• 31:42
  fix
• 31:42
  your
• 31:42
  plumbing,
• 31:43
  they're
• 31:43
  not
• 31:43
  going
• 31:43
  to
• 31:43
  fix
• 31:43
  your
• 31:44
  electrical,
• 31:44
  not
• 31:45
  going
• 31:45
  to
• 31:45
  bang
• 31:45
  out
• 31:45
  a
• 31:45
  new
• 31:45
  kitchen
• 31:46
  for
• 31:46
  you.
• 31:46
  Yeah.
• 31:47
  And
• 31:47
  they're
• 31:47
  not
• 31:47
  going
• 31:47
  to
• 31:47
  poke
• 31:48
  and
• 31:48
  they're
• 31:48
  not
• 31:48
  going
• 31:48
  to
• 31:48
  apply
• 31:49
  two
• 31:49
  coatings
• 31:50
  of
• 31:50
  lightspeed
• 31:51
  on
• 31:51
  your
• 31:51
  cabinets
• 31:52
  to
• 31:52
  make
• 31:52
  sure
• 31:52
  that
• 31:52
  they're
• 31:53
  good
• 31:53
  for
• 31:53
  the
• 31:53
  next.
• 31:53
  Next
• 31:54
  cycle
• 31:54
  of
• 31:54
  your.
• 31:54
  Your
• 31:55
  desire
• 31:55
  on
• 31:55
  that
• 31:55
  cabinet.
• 31:56
  So.
• 31:58
  Just
• 31:59
  because
• 31:59
  you
• 31:59
  get
• 31:59
  to
• 31:59
  be
• 31:59
  your
• 32:00
  own
• 32:00
  boss
• 32:00
  doesn't
• 32:00
  mean
• 32:00
  you
• 32:01
  should
• 32:01
  act
• 32:01
  like
• 32:01
  it.
• 32:02
  But
• 32:02
  you
• 32:03
  bring
• 32:03
  up
• 32:03
  a
• 32:03
  good
• 32:03
  point.
• 32:03
  Chris
• 32:04
  and
• 32:04
  Erica,
• 32:05
  Eric
• 32:05
  and
• 32:05
  I
• 32:05
  have
• 32:06
  touched
• 32:06
  on
• 32:06
  this
• 32:07
  a
• 32:07
  couple
• 32:07
  of
• 32:07
  different
• 32:08
  episodes
• 32:08
  about
• 32:09
  the
• 32:09
  interest
• 32:10
  in
• 32:10
  the
• 32:10
  trades
• 32:11
  coming
• 32:11
  back.
• 32:12
  We
• 32:12
  talk
• 32:12
  about
• 32:12
  what
• 32:12
  AI
• 32:13
  is
• 32:13
  going
• 32:13
  to
• 32:13
  replace
• 32:14
  and
• 32:14
  a
• 32:14
  lot
• 32:14
  of
• 32:14
  these
• 32:14
  kids
• 32:14
  are
• 32:15
  going.
• 32:15
  They
• 32:16
  don't
• 32:16
  need
• 32:16
  a
• 32:16
  social
• 32:16
  media
• 32:17
  marketer
• 32:17
  anymore.
• 32:18
  They're
• 32:18
  not
• 32:19
  going
• 32:19
  to
• 32:19
  need
• 32:19
  a
• 32:19
  graphic
• 32:20
  Designer
• 32:20
  that
• 32:21
  makes
• 32:21
  100k
• 32:22
  a
• 32:22
  year.
• 32:23
  And
• 32:23
  they're.
• 32:24
  They're
• 32:24
  paying
• 32:25
  attention.
• 32:25
  You
• 32:26
  we're
• 32:26
  starting
• 32:26
  to
• 32:27
  see
• 32:27
  it
• 32:27
  and
• 32:27
  they're
• 32:27
  going
• 32:28
  I
• 32:28
  could
• 32:28
  go
• 32:29
  be
• 32:29
  an
• 32:29
  H
• 32:29
  vac
• 32:29
  guy
• 32:30
  and
• 32:30
  make
• 32:30
  100k
• 32:31
  a
• 32:31
  year
• 32:31
  and.
• 32:32
  Or
• 32:33
  a
• 32:33
  carpenter
• 32:34
  or
• 32:34
  a
• 32:34
  cabinet
• 32:34
  refinisher.
• 32:35
  And
• 32:35
  that
• 32:36
  I
• 32:36
  think
• 32:37
  we're
• 32:37
  gonna
• 32:37
  see
• 32:38
  hopefully.
• 32:39
  Right.
• 32:40
  A
• 32:40
  lot
• 32:40
  of
• 32:40
  younger
• 32:41
  people
• 32:41
  getting
• 32:41
  back
• 32:41
  into
• 32:42
  the
• 32:42

• 32:42
  and
• 32:43
  finding
• 32:43
  that
• 32:43
  it
• 32:43
  really
• 32:44
  is
• 32:44
  a
• 32:44
  rewarding
• 32:44
  thing
• 32:45
  to
• 32:45
  do
• 32:45
  and
• 32:45
  losing
• 32:46
  the
• 32:46
  notion
• 32:46
  that
• 32:47
  I
• 32:47
  gotta

• 35:03
  Let's
• 35:03
  rejoin
• 35:04
  this
• 35:04
  conversation.
• 35:05
  We're
• 35:05
  still
• 35:05
  able
• 35:06
  to
• 35:06
  knock
• 35:06
  that
• 35:06
  out.
• 35:06
  The
• 35:07
  doors
• 35:07
  come
• 35:08
  to
• 35:08
  us
• 35:08
  in
• 35:08
  three
• 35:09
  to
• 35:09
  five
• 35:09
  days.
• 35:09
  As
• 35:10
  long
• 35:10
  as
• 35:11
  ship
• 35:11
  time
• 35:11
  I
• 35:11
  think
• 35:12
  is
• 35:12
  five
• 35:12
  days
• 35:12
  for
• 35:13
  most
• 35:13
  of
• 35:13
  our
• 35:13
  manufacturer
• 35:14
  as
• 35:15
  that
• 35:15
  we
• 35:15
  utilize
• 35:16
  has
• 35:16
  multiple
• 35:17
  distribution
• 35:17
  points
• 35:17
  across
• 35:18
  the
• 35:18
  United
• 35:18
  States.
• 35:18
  I
• 35:18
  think
• 35:19
  the
• 35:19
  furthest
• 35:19
  part
• 35:19
  in
• 35:20
  the
• 35:20
  United
• 35:20
  States,
• 35:20
  three
• 35:20
  days.
• 35:21
  You
• 35:21
  want
• 35:21
  a
• 35:21
  backorder
• 35:22
  something
• 35:22
  crazy.
• 35:23
  It
• 35:23
  might
• 35:23
  take
• 35:23
  a
• 35:23
  couple
• 35:24
  weeks
• 35:24
  that
• 35:24
  they
• 35:24
  manufacture
• 35:25
  in
• 35:25
  house.
• 35:26
  So
• 35:26
  us
• 35:27
  made
• 35:27
  gonna
• 35:27
  be
• 35:28
  beautiful.
• 35:28
  And
• 35:29
  we've
• 35:29
  done
• 35:29
  some
• 35:30
  crazy
• 35:30
  boxes
• 35:31
  that
• 35:31
  going
• 35:31
  back
• 35:31
  into
• 35:32
  some
• 35:32
  of
• 35:32
  that
• 35:32
  weird
• 35:32
  stuff
• 35:33
  they
• 35:33
  did.
• 35:33
  Even
• 35:33
  in
• 35:33
  the
• 35:33
  50s
• 35:34
  we're
• 35:34
  still
• 35:34
  able
• 35:34
  to
• 35:35
  salvage
• 35:35
  those
• 35:35
  boxes
• 35:36
  and
• 35:36
  just
• 35:36
  get
• 35:36
  new
• 35:36
  doors
• 35:37
  on
• 35:37
  and
• 35:37
  new
• 35:37
  hinges
• 35:38
  and
• 35:38
  rock
• 35:39
  and
• 35:39
  roll
• 35:39
  and
• 35:39
  get
• 35:39
  you
• 35:40
  looking
• 35:40
  good.
• 35:40
  And
• 35:41
  it's
• 35:42
  not
• 35:42
  the
• 35:43
  massive
• 35:44
  remodel
• 35:44
  that
• 35:45
  some
• 35:45
  people
• 35:45
  think
• 35:45
  they
• 35:46
  need
• 35:46
  because
• 35:47
  I
• 35:47
  think
• 35:47
  we
• 35:47
  get
• 35:48
  trapped
• 35:48
  into
• 35:48
  that
• 35:48
  mentality
• 35:49
  and
• 35:49
  it's
• 35:49
  like
• 35:50
  maybe
• 35:50
  one
• 35:50
  day
• 35:50
  you
• 35:50
  want
• 35:51
  to
• 35:51
  remodel
• 35:51
  it.
• 35:51
  When
• 35:51
  it
• 35:51
  comes
• 35:52
  to
• 35:52
  remodeling
• 35:53
  we
• 35:53
  really
• 35:53
  say
• 35:53
  is
• 35:54
  it
• 35:54
  the
• 35:54
  layout
• 35:54
  or
• 35:55
  is
• 35:55
  it
• 35:55
  the
• 35:55
  cabinet?
• 35:56
  If
• 35:56
  it's
• 35:56
  the
• 35:57
  layout,
• 35:57
  you
• 35:57
  want
• 35:57
  a
• 35:57
  completely
• 35:58
  different
• 35:58
  look
• 35:58
  and
• 35:59
  feel
• 35:59
  to
• 35:59
  your
• 35:59
  house.
• 36:00
  Let's
• 36:00
  talk
• 36:00
  to
• 36:01
  some
• 36:01
  good
• 36:01
  remodelers
• 36:02
  because
• 36:02
  there's
• 36:02
  great
• 36:02
  ones
• 36:03
  out
• 36:03
  there
• 36:03
  and
• 36:04
  that's
• 36:04
  what
• 36:04
  they're
• 36:04
  for.
• 36:05
  But
• 36:05
  if
• 36:05
  you
• 36:05
  love
• 36:06
  your
• 36:06
  layout
• 36:06
  and
• 36:07
  you
• 36:07
  just
• 36:07
  need
• 36:07
  a.
• 36:07
  You
• 36:07
  need
• 36:08
  to
• 36:08
  look
• 36:08
  in
• 36:08
  the
• 36:09
  boxes
• 36:09
  to
• 36:09
  look
• 36:09
  good,
• 36:10
  then
• 36:10
  that's
• 36:10
  what
• 36:10
  we
• 36:10
  do.
• 36:10
  We're
• 36:11
  the
• 36:11
  middle
• 36:11
  path
• 36:11
  and
• 36:11
  we
• 36:12
  get
• 36:12
  you
• 36:12
  there
• 36:12
  and
• 36:12
  we
• 36:12
  get
• 36:12
  you
• 36:13
  high
• 36:13
  quality.
• 36:14
  We
• 36:14
  really
• 36:14
  want
• 36:14
  to
• 36:14
  focus
• 36:14
  on
• 36:15
  that
• 36:15
  high
• 36:15
  quality,
• 36:15
  high
• 36:16
  value
• 36:16
  product
• 36:16
  and
• 36:17
  something
• 36:17
  that
• 36:17
  you
• 36:18
  know
• 36:18
  is
• 36:18
  going
• 36:18
  to
• 36:18
  last
• 36:18
  for
• 36:19
  a
• 36:19
  very
• 36:19
  long
• 36:19
  time.
• 36:19
  And
• 36:20
  will
• 36:20
  you
• 36:20
  have
• 36:20
  children
• 36:21
  or
• 36:21
  dogs
• 36:22
  or
• 36:22
  whatever,
• 36:23
  the
• 36:23
  product's
• 36:24
  going
• 36:24
  to
• 36:24
  hold
• 36:24
  up.
• 36:24
  And
• 36:25
  that's
• 36:25
  what
• 36:25
  matters
• 36:26
  to
• 36:26
  us
• 36:26
  because
• 36:27
  that's
• 36:27
  the
• 36:27
  value
• 36:27
  we're
• 36:28
  propositioning
• 36:28
  back
• 36:28
  to
• 36:29
  people.
• 36:29
  And
• 36:30
  I
• 36:30
  can
• 36:30
  tell
• 36:30
  you,
• 36:31
  weirdly,
• 36:32
  we
• 36:32
  have
• 36:32
  customers
• 36:33
  who
• 36:33
  use
• 36:33
  their
• 36:34
  same
• 36:34
  kitchens
• 36:34
  and
• 36:35
  have
• 36:35
  us
• 36:35
  back
• 36:35
  out
• 36:35
  every
• 36:36
  four
• 36:36
  to
• 36:36
  five
• 36:36
  years
• 36:37
  because
• 36:37
  they
• 36:37
  love
• 36:37
  their
• 36:37
  kitchen.
• 36:38
  They
• 36:38
  just
• 36:38
  want
• 36:38
  a
• 36:38
  new
• 36:39
  color
• 36:39
  because
• 36:39
  it's
• 36:39
  always
• 36:40
  a
• 36:40
  new
• 36:40
  color
• 36:40
  trend.
• 36:41
  You
• 36:41
  know,
• 36:41
  what
• 36:41
  does
• 36:42
  everyone
• 36:42
  want?
• 36:42
  Blue
• 36:42
  and
• 36:42
  white
• 36:43
  right
• 36:43
  now?
• 36:43
  And
• 36:44
  here
• 36:44
  we
• 36:44
  go
• 36:45
  different
• 36:45
  of
• 36:45
  five
• 36:46
  years
• 36:46
  ago.
• 36:46
  So
• 36:46
  they
• 36:47
  can
• 36:47
  have
• 36:47
  the
• 36:47
  new
• 36:48
  blue
• 36:48
  and
• 36:49
  white
• 36:49
  cabinets,
• 36:49
  but
• 36:49
  they
• 36:49
  don't
• 36:50
  have
• 36:50
  to
• 36:50
  change
• 36:50
  a
• 36:50
  thing.
• 36:51
  Man,
• 36:52
  that's
• 36:52
  crazy.
• 36:52
  But
• 36:53
  yeah,
• 36:53
  I've
• 36:53
  seen
• 36:53
  that.
• 36:54
  I
• 36:54
  had
• 36:54
  a
• 36:54
  referral
• 36:55
  one
• 36:55
  time,
• 36:55
  a
• 36:55
  guy
• 36:55
  in
• 36:55
  Seattle
• 36:56
  that
• 36:56
  was
• 36:56
  working
• 36:56
  with
• 36:56
  my
• 36:57
  design
• 36:57
  team
• 36:58
  up
• 36:58
  there.
• 36:58
  That
• 36:58
  Guy
• 36:59
  gave
• 36:59
  me
• 36:59
  11
• 36:59
  remodels
• 37:00
  in
• 37:00
  one
• 37:01
  year.
• 37:02
  Because
• 37:02
  he
• 37:03
  was
• 37:03
  a,
• 37:04
  this
• 37:04
  guy
• 37:04
  was
• 37:05
  a
• 37:05
  serious
• 37:06
  banker
• 37:06
  and
• 37:07
  he
• 37:07
  had
• 37:07
  financial
• 37:07
  guys.
• 37:08
  He
• 37:08
  had
• 37:08
  Friday
• 37:09
  cocktail
• 37:09
  party
• 37:09
  at
• 37:10
  his
• 37:10
  house
• 37:10
  with
• 37:10
  his
• 37:11
  clients
• 37:11
  and
• 37:11
  new
• 37:12
  clients,
• 37:12
  and
• 37:13
  that
• 37:13
  was
• 37:13
  his
• 37:13
  get
• 37:13
  to
• 37:13
  know
• 37:14
  people.
• 37:15
  And
• 37:15
  I
• 37:15
  would
• 37:15
  come
• 37:15
  by
• 37:15
  his
• 37:16
  house
• 37:16
  once
• 37:16
  a
• 37:16
  month
• 37:16
  and
• 37:17
  drop
• 37:17
  off
• 37:17
  a
• 37:17
  big
• 37:18
  stack
• 37:18
  of
• 37:18
  business
• 37:18
  cards
• 37:19
  on
• 37:19
  his
• 37:19
  front
• 37:19
  porch
• 37:20
  because
• 37:21
  he
• 37:21
  go,
• 37:21
  getting
• 37:21
  low
• 37:22
  on
• 37:22
  cards.
• 37:23
  Be
• 37:23
  there
• 37:23
  this
• 37:23
  afternoon.
• 37:25
  And
• 37:25
  it
• 37:25
  was
• 37:25
  one
• 37:26
  of
• 37:26
  those
• 37:26
  things
• 37:26
  that,
• 37:27
  that
• 37:27
  finally
• 37:28
  when
• 37:28
  he
• 37:28
  came
• 37:28
  up
• 37:28
  and
• 37:29
  goes,
• 37:29
  hey,
• 37:29
  Eric,
• 37:29
  I
• 37:29
  need
• 37:29
  some
• 37:30
  media
• 37:30
  cabinets
• 37:30
  for
• 37:31
  my
• 37:31
  house.
• 37:32
  I
• 37:32
  went
• 37:32
  through
• 37:32
  the
• 37:33
  process
• 37:33
  and
• 37:33
  I'm
• 37:33
  like,
• 37:34
  we
• 37:34
  got
• 37:34
  it
• 37:34
  signed.
• 37:34
  He
• 37:34
  goes,
• 37:35
  hey,
• 37:35
  what's
• 37:35
  it
• 37:35
  going
• 37:35
  to
• 37:35
  cost?
• 37:35
  I'm
• 37:36
  like,
• 37:36
  dude,
• 37:37
  I
• 37:37
  can't
• 37:37
  charge
• 37:37
  you
• 37:38
  for
• 37:38
  $2,000
• 37:39
  for
• 37:39
  the
• 37:39
  cabinets.
• 37:40
  I
• 37:40
  just
• 37:40
  can't.
• 37:41
  As
• 37:41
  a
• 37:41
  matter
• 37:41
  of
• 37:42
  principle,
• 37:42
  I
• 37:42
  got
• 37:42
  to
• 37:43
  say
• 37:43
  thank
• 37:43
  you.
• 37:43
  You've
• 37:44
  made
• 37:44
  me
• 37:45
  nearly
• 37:45
  six
• 37:46
  figures
• 37:46
  this
• 37:46
  last
• 37:47
  year.
• 37:47
  I
• 37:47
  can't
• 37:47
  sit
• 37:48
  there
• 37:48
  and
• 37:48
  say,
• 37:49
  here's
• 37:49
  $2,200
• 37:50
  for
• 37:50
  the
• 37:51
  boxes.
• 37:51
  100
• 37:52
  markup,
• 37:52
  we'll
• 37:53
  do
• 37:53
  4,400.
• 37:53
  No,
• 37:54
  exactly.
• 37:55
  Just
• 37:55
  one
• 37:55
  of
• 37:55
  those
• 37:55
  things.
• 37:56
  And.
• 37:56
  But
• 37:56
  that's
• 37:57
  where
• 37:57
  you
• 37:57
  know
• 37:57
  you're
• 37:57
  on
• 37:57
  the
• 37:57
  right
• 37:57
  track
• 37:58
  with
• 37:58
  people
• 37:58
  when
• 37:59
  that
• 37:59
  project
• 38:00
  is
• 38:01
  so
• 38:01
  great,
• 38:01
  so
• 38:02
  beautiful,
• 38:02
  and
• 38:02
  they
• 38:03
  tell
• 38:03
  their
• 38:03
  friends
• 38:03
  about
• 38:03
  it
• 38:04
  and
• 38:04
  you
• 38:05
  guys
• 38:05
  just
• 38:05
  get
• 38:05
  busy
• 38:06
  based
• 38:07
  off
• 38:07
  of
• 38:07
  the
• 38:07
  product
• 38:07
  and
• 38:08
  what
• 38:08
  you
• 38:08
  guys.
• 38:08
  Are
• 38:08
  doing
• 38:08
  for
• 38:09
  service,
• 38:10
  driving
• 38:10
  those
• 38:10
  referrals.
• 38:11
  Like
• 38:11
  they
• 38:11
  say,
• 38:12
  absolutely.
• 38:13
  Great
• 38:13
  communication
• 38:14
  and
• 38:14
  just
• 38:14
  giving
• 38:15
  people
• 38:15
  what
• 38:15
  they
• 38:15
  need
• 38:16
  and
• 38:16
  taking
• 38:17
  them
• 38:17
  above
• 38:17
  and
• 38:17
  beyond
• 38:18
  and
• 38:18
  just
• 38:18
  keep
• 38:18
  focusing
• 38:19
  on
• 38:19
  those
• 38:19
  things,
• 38:19
  you're
• 38:19
  going
• 38:20
  to
• 38:20
  be
• 38:20
  successful.
• 38:21
  Yeah.
• 38:21
  And
• 38:21
  Chris,
• 38:21
  one
• 38:22
  thing
• 38:22
  too,
• 38:22
  I
• 38:22
  just
• 38:22
  want
• 38:22
  to
• 38:23
  say
• 38:23
  too
• 38:23
  is
• 38:23
  just
• 38:24
  on
• 38:24
  the
• 38:24
  refacing
• 38:25
  side
• 38:25
  of
• 38:25
  things,
• 38:25
  this
• 38:26
  is
• 38:26
  not
• 38:26
  a
• 38:27
  DIY
• 38:27
  friendly
• 38:28
  project
• 38:29
  unless
• 38:29
  you
• 38:30
  have,
• 38:30
  and
• 38:30
  I
• 38:31
  say
• 38:31
  this,
• 38:32
  unless
• 38:33
  you
• 38:33
  have
• 38:33
  the
• 38:33
  right
• 38:34
  drill
• 38:34
  press
• 38:34
  to
• 38:34
  bore
• 38:35
  hinge
• 38:35
  holes
• 38:35
  in
• 38:36
  the
• 38:36
  new
• 38:36
  doors.
• 38:37
  Some
• 38:37
  companies
• 38:37
  will
• 38:38
  do
• 38:38
  that.
• 38:38
  But
• 38:39
  you
• 38:39
  have
• 38:39
  got
• 38:40
  to
• 38:40
  be
• 38:40
  a
• 38:40
  detailed
• 38:41
  cabinet
• 38:42
  person
• 38:42
  to
• 38:42
  understand
• 38:43
  this
• 38:43
  because
• 38:44
  you
• 38:44
  have
• 38:44
  to
• 38:44
  one
• 38:45
  know
• 38:45
  the
• 38:46
  mechanical
• 38:46
  side
• 38:46
  of
• 38:46
  it,
• 38:47
  but
• 38:47
  the
• 38:47
  finish
• 38:47
  side
• 38:47
  of
• 38:48
  it
• 38:48
  as
• 38:48
  well
• 38:48
  is
• 38:48
  not
• 38:49
  DIY
• 38:49
  friendly.
• 38:50
  Like
• 38:50
  we
• 38:50
  were
• 38:50
  talking
• 38:50
  earlier,
• 38:51
  you
• 38:51
  really
• 38:51
  need
• 38:52
  to
• 38:52
  work
• 38:52
  with
• 38:52
  experts
• 38:52
  on
• 38:52
  this.
• 38:53
  I,
• 38:53
  I'm
• 38:54
  going
• 38:54
  to
• 38:54
  highly
• 38:55
  encourage
• 38:56
  people
• 38:56
  to
• 38:56
  take
• 38:57
  a
• 38:57
  look.
• 38:57
  And
• 38:57
  something
• 38:57
  I
• 38:58
  said
• 38:58
  earlier
• 38:58
  today
• 38:59
  was,
• 38:59
  is
• 38:59
  when
• 38:59
  we
• 39:00
  do
• 39:00
  from
• 39:00
  the
• 39:00
  cleaning
• 39:01
  to
• 39:01
  the
• 39:01
  prep
• 39:02
  to
• 39:02
  the
• 39:02
  application,
• 39:03
  any
• 39:04
  one
• 39:04
  of
• 39:04
  those
• 39:04
  steps
• 39:04
  gets
• 39:05
  done
• 39:05
  wrong
• 39:06
  and
• 39:06
  then
• 39:06
  the
• 39:06
  project,
• 39:07
  the
• 39:07
  entire
• 39:07
  project
• 39:07
  is
• 39:08
  going
• 39:08
  to
• 39:08
  fall
• 39:08
  back
• 39:08
  apart.
• 39:09
  It's
• 39:09
  going
• 39:09
  to
• 39:09
  be
• 39:09
  need
• 39:09
  to
• 39:09
  be
• 39:10
  redone
• 39:10
  from
• 39:10
  scratch.
• 39:11
  And
• 39:12
  so
• 39:12
  we
• 39:13
  look
• 39:13
  at
• 39:13
  that
• 39:13
  to
• 39:13
  get
• 39:14
  that
• 39:14
  factory
• 39:14
  finished
• 39:15
  product.
• 39:15
  Yeah,
• 39:16
  it's
• 39:16
  really
• 39:16
  there.
• 39:17
  When
• 39:17
  you,
• 39:17
  when
• 39:17
  you're
• 39:17
  talking
• 39:18
  DIY
• 39:18
  projects,
• 39:19
  you're
• 39:19
  really
• 39:19
  talking
• 39:19
  about
• 39:20
  going
• 39:20
  to
• 39:20
  go
• 39:20
  find
• 39:20
  a
• 39:21
  cabinet
• 39:21
  paint,
• 39:21
  sit
• 39:22
  on
• 39:22
  a
• 39:22
  shelf
• 39:22
  at
• 39:22
  one
• 39:22
  of
• 39:23
  the
• 39:23
  big
• 39:23
  box
• 39:23
  stores
• 39:23
  and
• 39:24
  yeah,
• 39:24
  you
• 39:25
  can
• 39:25
  change
• 39:25
  your
• 39:25
  color
• 39:25
  and
• 39:26
  you
• 39:26
  could
• 39:26
  change
• 39:26
  your
• 39:26
  life
• 39:26
  for
• 39:26
  a
• 39:27
  few
• 39:27
  months.
• 39:27
  And
• 39:28
  I
• 39:28
  always
• 39:28
  hate
• 39:29
  to
• 39:29
  be
• 39:29
  disparaging
• 39:29
  of
• 39:30
  diy,
• 39:30
  but
• 39:31
  you
• 39:31
  want
• 39:31
  that
• 39:32
  true
• 39:32
  factory
• 39:32
  finished
• 39:33
  project.
• 39:34
  Our
• 39:34
  technicians
• 39:35
  on
• 39:35
  average
• 39:36
  go
• 39:36
  through
• 39:36
  six
• 39:36
  months
• 39:36
  of
• 39:37
  training
• 39:37
  and
• 39:37
  these
• 39:37
  are
• 39:37
  people
• 39:38
  with
• 39:38
  application
• 39:38
  experience
• 39:39
  before
• 39:39
  they
• 39:39
  even
• 39:40
  get
• 39:40
  hired
• 39:40
  in
• 39:40
  with
• 39:40
  us,
• 39:41
  before
• 39:41
  we
• 39:41
  let
• 39:41
  them
• 39:41
  alone
• 39:42
  on
• 39:42
  a
• 39:42
  project.
• 39:43
  And
• 39:43
  it's
• 39:43
  just
• 39:44
  because
• 39:44
  each
• 39:44
  step
• 39:45
  is
• 39:45
  so
• 39:45
  critical
• 39:45
  to
• 39:45
  what
• 39:46
  we
• 39:46
  do.
• 39:46
  And
• 39:47
  yes,
• 39:47
  it's.
• 39:48
  The
• 39:48
  final
• 39:48
  code
• 39:48
  is
• 39:49
  a
• 39:49
  final
• 39:49
  two
• 39:49
  coats.
• 39:50
  The
• 39:50
  UV
• 39:51
  has
• 39:51
  to
• 39:51
  be
• 39:51
  done
• 39:51
  correctly.
• 39:52
  We
• 39:52
  have
• 39:52
  to
• 39:53
  make
• 39:53
  sure
• 39:53
  that
• 39:53
  everything
• 39:54
  is
• 39:54
  set
• 39:54
  so
• 39:54
  the
• 39:55
  adhesion
• 39:55
  level
• 39:55
  works
• 39:56
  on
• 39:56
  the,
• 39:56
  the
• 39:56
  cabinet
• 39:57
  side
• 39:57
  as
• 39:57
  well
• 39:57
  as
• 39:58
  the
• 39:58
  paint
• 39:58
  side
• 39:59
  so
• 39:59
  that
• 39:59
  we're
• 39:59
  the
• 40:00
  sorry,
• 40:00
  the
• 40:00
  coating
• 40:00
  side
• 40:01
  so
• 40:01
  we
• 40:01
  can
• 40:01
  get
• 40:01
  that
• 40:02
  final
• 40:02
  hard
• 40:03
  coat
• 40:03
  on
• 40:03
  it.
• 40:03
  And
• 40:04
  yeah,
• 40:04
  I
• 40:04
  would,
• 40:05
  I
• 40:05
  love
• 40:05
  that.
• 40:06
  But
• 40:06
  it
• 40:06
  does
• 40:06
  take
• 40:07
  that
• 40:07
  extra
• 40:07
  step
• 40:07
  and
• 40:08
  if
• 40:08
  you
• 40:08
  don't
• 40:08
  try
• 40:09
  to
• 40:09
  do
• 40:09
  it
• 40:09
  on
• 40:09
  your
• 40:09
  own
• 40:09
  for
• 40:09
  your
• 40:09
  first
• 40:10
  time,
• 40:10
  it's
• 40:11
  pretty
• 40:11
  wild
• 40:11
  what
• 40:11
  it
• 40:12
  takes
• 40:12
  to
• 40:12
  get
• 40:12
  that
• 40:12
  done
• 40:12
  right.
• 40:13
  Otherwise
• 40:14
  cabinet
• 40:14
  paint
• 40:14
  and
• 40:15
  you're
• 40:15
  going
• 40:15
  to
• 40:15
  get
• 40:15
  what's
• 40:16
  made.
• 40:16
  Yeah.
• 40:17
  I've
• 40:17
  got
• 40:17
  my
• 40:17
  auto
• 40:18
  body,
• 40:18
  so
• 40:18
  I'm
• 40:18
  used
• 40:19
  to
• 40:19
  working
• 40:19
  on
• 40:19
  old
• 40:19
  hot
• 40:19
  Rods.
• 40:20
  And
• 40:20
  that
• 40:21
  finishing
• 40:21
  part
• 40:21
  of
• 40:21
  it
• 40:22
  is
• 40:22
  the
• 40:23
  hard
• 40:23
  part.
• 40:24
  Yeah,
• 40:24
  you
• 40:25
  prep
• 40:25
  because
• 40:25
  you
• 40:25
  got
• 40:25
  to
• 40:25
  make
• 40:26
  it
• 40:26
  look
• 40:26
  good
• 40:26
  and
• 40:26
  it'll
• 40:27
  show
• 40:27
  every
• 40:27
  mistake
• 40:27
  you
• 40:28
  make.
• 40:29
  Yeah,
• 40:29
  you're
• 40:29
  not
• 40:29
  just
• 40:29
  going
• 40:30
  back
• 40:30
  to
• 40:30
  that.
• 40:30
  You're
• 40:30
  not
• 40:30
  just
• 40:30
  slapping
• 40:31
  down
• 40:31
  a
• 40:32
  coat
• 40:32
  and
• 40:32
  then
• 40:32
  putting
• 40:32
  a
• 40:33
  clear
• 40:33
  coat
• 40:33
  on
• 40:33
  top
• 40:33
  of
• 40:33
  it
• 40:34
  and
• 40:34
  hoping
• 40:34
  it's
• 40:34
  going
• 40:34
  to
• 40:34
  look
• 40:35
  good.
• 40:36
  There's
• 40:37
  fillers,
• 40:37
  there's
• 40:38
  all
• 40:38
  sorts
• 40:38
  of
• 40:38
  other
• 40:38
  situations.
• 40:39
  We
• 40:39
  go
• 40:40
  to
• 40:40
  make
• 40:40
  the
• 40:40
  cabinets
• 40:41
  look
• 40:41
  pristine.
• 40:42
  And
• 40:42
  once
• 40:43
  you
• 40:43
  get
• 40:43
  those
• 40:43
  kind
• 40:43
  of
• 40:44
  expertise
• 40:44
  and
• 40:44
  that
• 40:44
  knowledge,
• 40:45
  it's
• 40:45
  just
• 40:46
  like
• 40:46
  getting
• 40:46
  that
• 40:46
  hot
• 40:46
  rod
• 40:47
  looking
• 40:47
  shiny
• 40:47
  for
• 40:47
  the
• 40:48
  car
• 40:48
  show.
• 40:49
  People
• 40:49
  will
• 40:49
  know
• 40:50
  instantly
• 40:50
  when
• 40:50
  they
• 40:50
  walk
• 40:51
  in
• 40:51
  your
• 40:51
  kitchen
• 40:52
  now,
• 40:53
  Don,
• 40:53
  they're
• 40:53
  going
• 40:53
  to
• 40:53
  think
• 40:54
  you
• 40:54
  bought
• 40:54
  all
• 40:54
  new
• 40:54
  cabinets.
• 40:55
  And
• 40:55
  it's
• 40:55
  pretty
• 40:56
  wild.
• 40:56
  I've
• 40:56
  been
• 40:57
  so
• 40:57
  impressed
• 40:58
  by
• 40:58
  with
• 40:58
  the
• 40:58
  final
• 40:58
  product
• 40:59
  and
• 40:59
  the
• 40:59
  way
• 40:59
  the
• 41:00
  customers
• 41:00
  react
• 41:00
  to
• 41:00
  it.
• 41:01
  And
• 41:01
  that's
• 41:02
  why
• 41:02
  we
• 41:02
  get
• 41:02
  to
• 41:02
  live
• 41:02
  in
• 41:03
  the
• 41:03
  world
• 41:03
  we
• 41:03
  do
• 41:03
  today
• 41:03
  with
• 41:04
  a
• 41:04
  ton
• 41:04
  of
• 41:04
  referral.
• 41:05
  Our
• 41:05
  big
• 41:05
  thing
• 41:05
  is
• 41:05
  just
• 41:06
  continue
• 41:06
  to
• 41:06
  remind
• 41:06
  people
• 41:07
  that
• 41:07
  there's
• 41:07
  a
• 41:07
  middle
• 41:07
  path
• 41:08
  you
• 41:08
  don't
• 41:08
  have
• 41:08
  to
• 41:08
  spend.
• 41:09
  I
• 41:09
  think
• 41:09
  we
• 41:09
  supported
• 41:10
  earlier
• 41:10
  $90,000
• 41:11
  to
• 41:11
  get
• 41:11
  a
• 41:11
  new
• 41:12
  kitchen
• 41:12
  look
• 41:12
  and
• 41:12
  feel.
• 41:13
  We
• 41:13
  had
• 41:14
  I.
• 41:14
  We
• 41:14
  had
• 41:14
  a
• 41:15
  local
• 41:15
  gentleman
• 41:15
  right
• 41:15
  here
• 41:16
  who
• 41:16
  was
• 41:16
  just
• 41:16
  got
• 41:17
  his
• 41:17
  remodeling
• 41:18
  quote
• 41:18
  back.
• 41:18
  It
• 41:18
  was.
• 41:19
  He
• 41:19
  wanted
• 41:19
  to
• 41:19
  do
• 41:19
  it.
• 41:20
  If
• 41:20
  he
• 41:20
  did
• 41:20
  it,
• 41:21
  he
• 41:21
  couldn't
• 41:21
  get
• 41:21
  the
• 41:21
  new
• 41:21
  appliances
• 41:22
  because
• 41:22
  he
• 41:22
  was
• 41:22
  running
• 41:23
  out
• 41:23
  of
• 41:23
  money.
• 41:24
  And
• 41:24
  then
• 41:24
  he
• 41:24
  was
• 41:24
  talking
• 41:25
  to
• 41:25
  his
• 41:25
  wife
• 41:25
  and
• 41:26
  found
• 41:26
  out
• 41:26
  that
• 41:27
  the
• 41:27
  reason
• 41:27
  she
• 41:27
  wanted
• 41:27
  a
• 41:27
  new
• 41:28
  kitchen
• 41:28
  was
• 41:28
  a
• 41:28
  simple
• 41:29
  thing,
• 41:29
  that
• 41:29
  the
• 41:29
  cabinets
• 41:30
  were
• 41:30
  old,
• 41:31
  and
• 41:31
  that
• 41:32
  was
• 41:32
  it.
• 41:33
  We
• 41:33
  went
• 41:33
  in
• 41:33
  there
• 41:34
  and
• 41:34
  he
• 41:34
  was
• 41:34
  able
• 41:34
  to
• 41:35
  not
• 41:35
  only
• 41:35
  get
• 41:35
  the
• 41:35
  new
• 41:35
  cabinets,
• 41:36
  the
• 41:36
  new
• 41:36
  door
• 41:37
  front,
• 41:37
  the
• 41:37
  new
• 41:38
  look.
• 41:38
  Sorry,
• 41:38
  they're
• 41:39
  not.
• 41:39
  The
• 41:39
  cabinet
• 41:39
  boxes
• 41:40
  stay
• 41:40
  the
• 41:40
  same.
• 41:40
  That
• 41:41
  new
• 41:41
  cabinet
• 41:41
  box
• 41:42
  look
• 41:42
  and
• 41:42
  feel,
• 41:43
  new
• 41:43
  doors.
• 41:44
  And
• 41:44
  then
• 41:44
  he
• 41:45
  was
• 41:45
  able
• 41:45
  out
• 41:45
  and
• 41:45
  go
• 41:45
  buy
• 41:45
  those
• 41:46
  appliances
• 41:46
  that
• 41:46
  his
• 41:46
  wife
• 41:47
  really
• 41:47
  wanted.
• 41:47
  And
• 41:48
  his
• 41:48
  whole
• 41:48
  project
• 41:48
  came
• 41:48
  in,
• 41:48
  I
• 41:49
  think
• 41:49
  less
• 41:49
  than
• 41:49
  $14,000
• 41:50
  with
• 41:50
  all
• 41:51
  new
• 41:51
  appliances.
• 41:52
  That's
• 41:52
  impressive.
• 41:53
  The
• 41:53
  old
• 41:53
  adage,
• 41:54
  stick
• 41:54
  to
• 41:54
  what
• 41:54
  you're
• 41:54
  good
• 41:55
  at,
• 41:55
  really
• 41:55
  holds
• 41:55
  true
• 41:56
  with
• 41:57
  something
• 41:57
  like
• 41:57
  this.
• 41:57
  And
• 41:58
  I
• 41:58
  say
• 41:58
  that
• 41:59
  because
• 41:59
  as
• 42:00
  a
• 42:00
  contractor
• 42:00
  with
• 42:00
  30
• 42:01
  years
• 42:01
  experience,
• 42:02
  I
• 42:03
  wouldn't
• 42:03
  attempt
• 42:03
  to
• 42:03
  do
• 42:04
  it
• 42:04
  unless
• 42:05
  I
• 42:05
  was
• 42:05
  forced
• 42:05
  to.
• 42:06
  Again,
• 42:06
  it
• 42:06
  is
• 42:07
  something
• 42:07
  that
• 42:07
  is
• 42:07
  so
• 42:08
  hard
• 42:08
  to
• 42:08
  get
• 42:08
  right.
• 42:09
  It
• 42:09
  requires
• 42:10
  folks
• 42:11
  like
• 42:11
  you
• 42:11
  guys
• 42:12
  that
• 42:12
  specifically
• 42:13
  do
• 42:13
  that
• 42:14
  one
• 42:14
  thing
• 42:15
  day
• 42:15
  in,
• 42:15
  day
• 42:16
  out.
• 42:16
  Like
• 42:16
  you
• 42:16
  say,
• 42:16
  your
• 42:17
  guys
• 42:17
  are
• 42:17
  well
• 42:17
  trained.
• 42:18
  You're
• 42:19
  in
• 42:19
  the
• 42:19
  lab
• 42:19
  with
• 42:19
  products.
• 42:20
  You're
• 42:20
  figuring
• 42:21
  out
• 42:21
  what
• 42:21
  works,
• 42:21
  what
• 42:22
  gets
• 42:22
  hurt,
• 42:22
  what
• 42:22
  doesn't
• 42:23
  work.
• 42:23
  It's
• 42:23
  just
• 42:24
  one
• 42:24
  of
• 42:24
  those
• 42:24
  aspects
• 42:25
  of
• 42:25
  construction
• 42:26
  where
• 42:27
  you
• 42:27
  can't
• 42:28
  do
• 42:28
  it
• 42:28
  right
• 42:28
  unless
• 42:29
  you're
• 42:29
  that
• 42:30
  deep
• 42:30
  into
• 42:31
  it.
• 42:31
  You
• 42:31
  want
• 42:31
  a
• 42:31
  diy?
• 42:32
  You
• 42:32
  can
• 42:33
  mess
• 42:33
  up
• 42:33
  some
• 42:33
  drywall.
• 42:34
  It's
• 42:34
  not
• 42:34
  going
• 42:34
  to
• 42:34
  hurt
• 42:34
  you.
• 42:35
  Try
• 42:35
  to
• 42:35
  paint
• 42:36
  your
• 42:36
  bedroom.
• 42:36
  Hit
• 42:37
  a
• 42:37
  baseboard,
• 42:37
  not
• 42:38
  all
• 42:38
  that
• 42:38
  kind
• 42:38
  of
• 42:38
  stuff.
• 42:38
  Try
• 42:39
  to
• 42:39
  hang
• 42:39
  a
• 42:39
  door.
• 42:39
  Fun.
• 42:40
  Okay.
• 42:40
  But
• 42:41
  no,
• 42:41
  you're
• 42:41
  talking
• 42:42
  about.
• 42:42
  And
• 42:42
  it's
• 42:43
  a
• 42:43
  great
• 42:43
  comparison,
• 42:44
  Eric.
• 42:44
  It's.
• 42:45
  You're
• 42:46
  gonna
• 42:46
  go
• 42:46
  out
• 42:46
  and
• 42:46
  paint
• 42:46
  your
• 42:47
  own
• 42:47
  car.
• 42:47
  Like
• 42:47
  it's
• 42:48
  of
• 42:48
  that
• 42:48
  caliber
• 42:49
  expertise
• 42:50
  you
• 42:50
  need
• 42:50
  to
• 42:51
  be
• 42:51
  at
• 42:52
  to
• 42:52
  make
• 42:52
  those
• 42:52
  cabinets
• 42:53
  really
• 42:53
  come
• 42:53
  out
• 42:54
  right
• 42:54
  and
• 42:54
  last,
• 42:55
  not
• 42:55
  just
• 42:56
  look
• 42:56
  good
• 42:56
  for
• 42:56
  three
• 42:56
  weeks,
• 42:57
  for
• 42:57
  10
• 42:57
  years.
• 42:58
  Yeah,
• 42:59
  absolutely.
• 42:59
  And
• 42:59
  by
• 43:00
  the
• 43:00
  way,
• 43:00
  I
• 43:00
  have
• 43:00
  spray
• 43:01
  painted
• 43:01
  an
• 43:01
  entire
• 43:02
  74
• 43:02
  blazer
• 43:03
  when
• 43:04
  in
• 43:04
  my
• 43:04
  youth.
• 43:05
  Just.
• 43:05
  Yep.
• 43:06
  Full
• 43:06
  transparency.
• 43:07
  Yep.
• 43:07
  I
• 43:07
  was
• 43:07
  like,
• 43:08
  yeah,
• 43:08
  I'll
• 43:09
  paint
• 43:09
  this
• 43:09
  thing
• 43:09
  up,
• 43:10
  man.
• 43:11
  Yeah.
• 43:12
  Look,
• 43:12
  I
• 43:12
  told
• 43:13
  you.
• 43:13
  In
• 43:13
  a
• 43:14
  bad
• 43:14
  attitude.
• 43:15
  We've
• 43:15
  all
• 43:15
  done
• 43:15
  it.
• 43:16
  We've
• 43:16
  all
• 43:16
  done
• 43:17
  it.
• 43:18
  Chris,
• 43:18
  we're
• 43:19
  running
• 43:19
  out
• 43:19
  of
• 43:19
  time
• 43:19
  here.
• 43:19
  I
• 43:20
  want
• 43:20
  to
• 43:20
  get
• 43:20
  in
• 43:20
  before
• 43:21
  we
• 43:21
  run
• 43:21
  out
• 43:21
  of
• 43:21
  time
• 43:22
  here
• 43:22
  on
• 43:22
  the
• 43:22
  radio
• 43:22
  side
• 43:22
  of
• 43:23
  things
• 43:23
  to
• 43:23
  make
• 43:23
  sure
• 43:24
  and
• 43:24
  let
• 43:24
  people
• 43:25
  know
• 43:25
  how
• 43:25
  to
• 43:25
  find
• 43:26
  you
• 43:26
  guys.
• 43:26
  Because
• 43:27
  you
• 43:27
  guys
• 43:27
  have
• 43:27
  such
• 43:27
  a
• 43:28
  great
• 43:28
  network
• 43:29
  across
• 43:29
  the
• 43:29
  US
• 43:30
  with
• 43:30
  so
• 43:30
  many
• 43:30
  locations.
• 43:31
  It's.
• 43:31
  And
• 43:32
  you've
• 43:32
  been
• 43:32
  around
• 43:32
  for
• 43:32
  a
• 43:32
  while.
• 43:33
  You're
• 43:33
  not
• 43:33
  the
• 43:33
  new
• 43:33
  kids
• 43:34
  in
• 43:34
  town.
• 43:35
  Yeah.
• 43:35
  We've
• 43:35
  been
• 43:35
  doing
• 43:36
  wood
• 43:36
  renewals
• 43:36
  for
• 43:36
  over
• 43:37
  25
• 43:37
  years.
• 43:38
  And
• 43:38
  part
• 43:38
  of
• 43:38
  our
• 43:39
  history
• 43:39
  and
• 43:39
  everything
• 43:40
  that
• 43:40
  we
• 43:40
  do
• 43:40
  is
• 43:41
  we
• 43:41
  can
• 43:41
  take
• 43:42
  any
• 43:42
  of
• 43:42
  your
• 43:42
  cabinets
• 43:43
  and
• 43:43
  make
• 43:43
  them
• 43:43
  look
• 43:43
  new.
• 43:43
  And
• 43:43
  that's
• 43:44
  really
• 43:44
  our
• 43:44
  pitch.
• 43:45
  But
• 43:45
  the
• 43:45
  thing
• 43:45
  is,
• 43:45
  we're
• 43:46
  here
• 43:46
  to
• 43:46
  design,
• 43:47
  to
• 43:47
  give
• 43:47
  you
• 43:47
  a
• 43:48
  higher
• 43:48
  quality
• 43:49
  application,
• 43:50
  but
• 43:50
  don't
• 43:50
  have
• 43:50
  to
• 43:50
  make
• 43:50
  the
• 43:51
  full
• 43:51
  investment
• 43:51
  of
• 43:51
  a
• 43:51
  remodel.
• 43:52
  You
• 43:52
  can
• 43:53
  find
• 43:53
  us
• 43:53
  now
• 43:54
  anywhere
• 43:54
  you
• 43:54
  want
• 43:55
  to
• 43:55
  go.
• 43:55
  The
• 43:55
  simplest
• 43:55
  way
• 43:56
  is
• 43:56
  obviously
• 43:56
  website,
• 43:57
  and
• 43:57
  that's
• 43:57
  enhance.com
• 43:58
  and
• 43:59
  it's
• 43:59
  spelled
• 43:59
  N
• 44:00
  H-A-N
• 44:01
  C
• 44:01
  E.com
• 44:03
  and
• 44:03
  it's
• 44:03
  with
• 44:04
  an
• 44:04
  n
• 44:04
  and
• 44:04
  there's
• 44:05
  phone
• 44:05
  number
• 44:05
  on
• 44:05
  there.
• 44:05
  If
• 44:05
  you
• 44:05
  want
• 44:06
  to
• 44:06
  call
• 44:06
  someone
• 44:06
  directly
• 44:07
  from
• 44:07
  there
• 44:07
  and
• 44:07
  they
• 44:08
  will
• 44:08
  take
• 44:08
  care
• 44:08
  of
• 44:08
  you
• 44:09
  and
• 44:09
  get
• 44:09
  you
• 44:09
  lined
• 44:09
  up
• 44:09
  with
• 44:10
  a
• 44:10
  location
• 44:10
  that
• 44:10
  can
• 44:10
  come
• 44:11
  out
• 44:11
  to
• 44:11
  your
• 44:11
  home
• 44:11
  and
• 44:11
  give
• 44:11
  you
• 44:12
  the
• 44:12
  solution
• 44:12
  that's
• 44:13
  customized
• 44:13
  to
• 44:13
  you
• 44:13
  in
• 44:13
  your
• 44:13
  kitchen.
• 44:14
  Chris,
• 44:15
  thanks
• 44:15
  for
• 44:15
  coming
• 44:15
  on
• 44:15
  today.
• 44:16
  I
• 44:16
  love
• 44:16
  what
• 44:16
  you
• 44:16
  guys
• 44:16
  do.
• 44:17
  I've
• 44:17
  dealt
• 44:17
  with
• 44:17
  you.
• 44:18
  So,
• 44:18
  you
• 44:19
  know
• 44:19
  it's
• 44:19
  one
• 44:19
  of
• 44:19
  your
• 44:19
  franchisees.
• 44:20
  It
• 44:20
  turned
• 44:21
  out
• 44:21
  really
• 44:21
  well.
• 44:21
  So
• 44:22
  I
• 44:22
  can
• 44:22
  just
• 44:22
  tip
• 44:22
  my
• 44:23
  hat
• 44:23
  and
• 44:23
  say
• 44:23
  nice
• 44:23
  work
• 44:24
  out
• 44:24
  there
• 44:24
  to
• 44:24
  you
• 44:24
  guys.
• 44:25
  And
• 44:25
  it's
• 44:25
  a
• 44:25
  really
• 44:25
  great
• 44:26
  way.
• 44:26
  If
• 44:26
  you're
• 44:26
  looking
• 44:26
  at
• 44:27
  that
• 44:27
  new
• 44:27
  kitchen
• 44:27
  model
• 44:28
  going,
• 44:28
  I
• 44:28
  don't
• 44:28
  have
• 44:29
  six
• 44:29
  figures
• 44:29
  for
• 44:29
  a
• 44:30
  kitchen
• 44:30
  model,
• 44:31
  but
• 44:31
  I
• 44:31
  got
• 44:31
  10.
• 44:33
  This
• 44:33
  might
• 44:33
  be
• 44:33
  a
• 44:33
  great
• 44:33
  answer
• 44:34
  for
• 44:34
  you.
• 44:35
  Give
• 44:35
  us
• 44:35
  a
• 44:35
  call.
• 44:35
  We'll
• 44:36
  take
• 44:36
  care
• 44:36
  of
• 44:36
  you.
• 44:36
  And
• 44:37
  just
• 44:37
  thank.
• 44:37
  Thanks
• 44:38
  to
• 44:38
  you
• 44:38
  guys.
• 44:38
  I
• 44:38
  appreciate
• 44:39
  the
• 44:39
  time.
• 44:39
  And
• 44:39
  shout
• 44:40
  out
• 44:40
  to
• 44:40
  our
• 44:40

• 44:41
  We
• 44:41
  got
• 44:41
  guys
• 44:41
  been
• 44:42
  doing
• 44:42
  this
• 44:42
  for
• 44:42
  20
• 44:42
  something
• 44:43
  years,
• 44:44
  and
• 44:44
  I'm
• 44:44
  more
• 44:44
  impressed
• 44:45
  every
• 44:45
  day
• 44:45
  working
• 44:45
  with
• 44:45
  them,
• 44:46
  just
• 44:46
  what
• 44:46
  they're
• 44:46
  able
• 44:46
  to
• 44:47
  do
• 44:47
  out
• 44:47
  there.
• 44:47
  So
• 44:48
  thanks,
• 44:48
  Eric.
• 44:48
  Thanks,
• 44:49
  John.
• 44:49
  Really

• 44:50
  the
• 44:50
  time.
• 44:50
  Yeah,
