- 0:30[SPEAKER_03]: I'm wrapping some hoodle town over brewery here.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_03]: Hell yeah.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_02]: Love it.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Justin.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_02]: How you feeling, man?
- 0:38[SPEAKER_02]: I know we missed you last week.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_07]: I had a migraine today, you know.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_07]: I've been, uh, I felt like pretty much crap all day, um, but then, uh, the weather's been nice.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_07]: So I've bounced on champion with the kids for like, probably an hour, but I'm not good for me, but I feel great.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_02]: You look good.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_02]: You look like you're feeling okay.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_07]: You should have seen me like a week ago.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_07]: You've been like, you looked terrible.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_02]: been there, brother.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_02]: I know I know that's rough, but so we got some stuff to talk about here tonight with the Browns.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_02]: We'll bring some people up on stage here, which you guys have to say, just like we always do, we'll talk free agency moves.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_02]: We got a couple here to hit on that we've done in the last couple days and draft talk, obviously, and whatever else you guys want to get into.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're watching this or listening to it after the fact that you want to be
- 1:27[SPEAKER_02]: go to join the dogs dot com sync up with the discord join the picture on over there hang out with everybody that you see here in the chat that you hear on the show and there's a ton more that not everybody can make it obviously to these lives when we do them when we schedule them so but if you want to be part of these shows it's join the dogs dot com so real quick i guess we'll hit on some of these free agent moves real quick um i i think the last one i talked about was kalea davis the defensive tackle i believe i mentioned that the other day but since then
- 1:55[SPEAKER_02]: safety, special teamer, Daniel Thomas from the Detroit Lions.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_02]: We got wide receiver, special teamer, Thailand Wallace from the Ravens, and then you've got two edge russures where we re-sign Juliano Quarra, who was on the practice squad all season last year, and really the biggest one out of this grouping that we did the other day, edge russure AJ Epinesca from the Buffalo Bill.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_02]: Thoughts on any of these guys, maybe Eponessa specifically, but go ahead.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_07]: All I'll say about it is and it's been the last few days.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_07]: They're not like shocking sexy moves.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_07]: You know what I mean?
- 2:34[SPEAKER_07]: It's not anything that can be like, oh my gosh, for me, all these moves are depth pieces.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_07]: These are especially AJ, like I see him as a nice piece that they can rotate in because you have a nice core, you know, on the edge.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_07]: So I look at pretty much and then
- 2:57[SPEAKER_07]: special teams that you know I to me this is the the same kind of story with Cleveland as far as like Andrew Barry how you know you see a weakness and you address it.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_07]: This is for me that piece is for him trying to address what was a terrible special teams unit last year.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Kenny.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I would agree these are tier two moves and mainly special team fillings.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, like guys all year I've been saying, where's our gunner, where's our gunner?
- 3:27[SPEAKER_03]: We look afraid to tackle these are guys that have proven that they're not over two different teams that have been pretty tough in the Ravens and the Lions.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm happy with it.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_03]: The other one when you're talking about Davis, the defensive tackle from San Francisco.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_03]: great steel of a deal for a guy that's going to come in on rundowns and that's another thing that we've been grabbing about.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_03]: So back-end roster moves, fill in the special teams, I think they're fantastic moves from the standpoint of what they are.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, absolutely.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_02]: Like you guys said we're talking depth pieces, rotational players, that kind of think, Epinesca obviously is the out of that group that was the other day with Aquara and Tillon Wallace.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_02]: Epinesca is really the one that he's going to get some run, you know, he's six years with the Buffalo Bills came in in 2020 and he had a couple seasons and he's always been just a rotational guy for them too, as far as I understand.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_02]: But he did have a three-season stretch before last year where he had six and a half sacks, six and a half sacks, and then six.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_02]: He does pretty well in the TFL department.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_02]: So I think, you know, we signed Joe Trianshoi ankle last year to a one-year deal to come in and rotate around with these guys on the edge.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_02]: Right now on the roster, it's just Miles Garrett, Alex Wright, and Isaiah McGuire.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_02]: So we got to get some people in here for depth on the edge.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_02]: And I do expect them to address it in the draft.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_02]: I would imagine they too.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, I think happiness was a good ad.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_02]: I was reading some stuff.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_02]: I guess his pressure rate was higher than like tri-on-showing in the last year and a couple other guys that we've signed in the past.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: So that's good.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think it's a big shocking.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, we got a home run here or anything, but good addition.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_03]: I got it.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_03]: I got out of him for what he's for his playing time.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_03]: I got him as a lightest scrimmage chaos player.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_03]: So he's batting balls down.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_03]: He's actually getting innerceptions.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_03]: And of course is a quarter-bought quarterback off timing, but that's what you're getting at like with a pressure rate, right?
- 5:27[SPEAKER_03]: So for the time he plays, he does something.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_03]: So that's awesome.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_02]: Now you're right.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_02]: He's got what four interceptions on his career.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_02]: He's got 21 pass breakups.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: He's scored a pick six.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, this is a guy that definitely gets gets up there.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_02]: And what's this measurable?
- 5:43[SPEAKER_02]: He was pretty, yeah, six, six, two, 60.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_02]: So the dude's long and he gets the marms up there.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_02]: You can bad down some balls.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_03]: When we did this with Joe trying to try and write like ultimately he was a guy that we were going to put in for a very similar thing.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_03]: We ended up going with some other players and then we traded him and got some value for a guy that we signed on one year contract I believe.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: We did.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: I forgot.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: We traded him.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_02]: Well, let's see.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_02]: We got a couple hands up veteran 34 15 told us that it's the first time on the, uh, discord life here.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_02]: You never would join.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_02]: So let's get you up here and what's going on tonight?
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: And you guys hear me?
- 6:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_02]: Good here for me, or at least.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely, I see it like a little kid, even though I'm 65 years old.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, you're a friend.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, right now, it is when the dog is going to find something interesting to look at.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, I just wanted to know what you guys think about this draft.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_00]: If Andrew's going to do Andrew things, and we're going to get Caleb at six instead
- 6:56[SPEAKER_03]: I would say number one, why would say number one, I am still a little kid and I'm 50, like 50.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm the opposite of you.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_03]: Number two, I think with the free agent's signings, it's kind of unraveling that we have to get a.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_03]: a receiver.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like, we spent, I'm not going to say we spent enough.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_03]: You can never spend enough on the online, but they've concentrated on the online.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_03]: And I think it opens up that the biggest, the void part of our team is either left tackle, which there isn't a great crop this year, or there's receiver, which there's a ton.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_03]: And I think we're taking two.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_03]: and i think i think we're taking two on the top three but that's that's that's my opinion i don't know what you guys think what do you think just in
- 7:43[SPEAKER_07]: So, I don't know how you guys feel, but it's almost like just from what I've seen over the last few years, especially with like fantasy football, offensively, I feel like this is kind of a down draft.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_07]: You know what I mean as far as like guys that are like wowing off the page, you know, there's, there's not really like mid-lead neighbors and like your march cases jumping out here, but I do think it's interesting.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_07]: I'm in two boats right now on this as we come up into the draft.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_07]: The first boat is the one I've always been in, where I look at the talent room as far as wide receiver and I go, you have a legit chance, but Carnal T. McCuy Lemon, even Jordan Tyson, he scares me with the injuries, but fantastic players.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_07]: These are all three guys that would come in and make an impact immediately on this team.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_07]: The second part is wondering, is it even really matter?
- 8:37[SPEAKER_07]: I'm almost leaning, because last year, we took the defensive player, my head almost exploded on, you know, when we were doing the show.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_07]: This year, I look at this team, and I go, you know, as much as I am a Homer Brownspan, and every year I'm like, this is the year that we do it.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_07]: I look at some of the issues that were facing moving forward, and I'm like,
- 8:58[SPEAKER_07]: Maybe we are two or three years out anyway, do what I get mad if we took sunny styles.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know if I would freak out as much as maybe like we were a wide receiver away and we did this.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_07]: You know, so right now I'm saying,
- 9:13[SPEAKER_07]: I would love if we took Carnotate.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_07]: He, to me, he's almost, he gives me Nick Chub, wide receiver vibe.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_07]: He's a quiet leader, but he comes in.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_07]: He's a prose pro.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_07]: He looks fantastic.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_07]: His film is great.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_07]: It's heart, the only knock that I ever hear is, he's got to play next to Jeremiah Smith.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_07]: So, you know, like it just makes him look,
- 9:33[SPEAKER_07]: Like, he's the second, you know, of course he's like the second best, but my argument is all the second best cornerback.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, you know, he's not even getting the, the one.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_07]: I, to me, that's garbage.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_07]: And then my guy lemon, I love talking about this guy.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_07]: I, his, his film also is insane.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_07]: And the more that I see about him,
- 9:56[SPEAKER_07]: Even his combine interview.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_07]: We laughed about it some of the stuff, but I'm like this dude.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_07]: We in Josh left.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_07]: We said he's a wide receiver that's what you want your wide receiver to be like You don't want your wide receiver to be humble.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_07]: You want him to talk some shit.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_07]: You want him to be a little crazy.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_07]: So I I'm still very much.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_07]: I would love to see a wide receiver, but I understand if we go left tackle, but I think wide receiver if you're going to do it Do it at six.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_07]: Don't trade back just do it at six
- 10:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, what is I was going to say with with Tyson, I'd really like to get him, you know, but with his injury history, it's so, you know, flaky, but maybe I'd love to be a mentality with Cleveland with his brother, you know, that would just be an amazing story.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_07]: great great story and and his film is crazy he's another guy you turn his stuff on you're like wow he wows you it's just there are there's a knee injury I'm pretty sure he was at a shoulder or collarbone okay collarbone and then hamstring okay so there's it's all different injuries but you know it's you know the hamstrings are soft tissue and all that but
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: stuff.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, that's all I had.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks for letting me up on the stage.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: It was fun.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_00]: I've never been on one of your lives before and it was a good time.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_02]: I come back every time we do them.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_02]: We love hearing from you.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_02]: This is wonderful.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_02]: We love the interaction.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_02]: So we had a couple more hands down here.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm using dinner and stuff.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_00]: Sorry for walking on you.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: They're just, you know, usually it's 5 30 a.m. at 7 30 like you guys.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, enjoy that.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_07]: You still got it.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_03]: You know what, you know what with Tyson though, one of the big things is with him last year.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_03]: He just didn't have a quarterback either.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of times I just hear different guys breaking down his tape and they're ultimately saying like the guy was open.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_03]: The guy was blown by people and they just couldn't get him the ball.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_03]: So I mean, you rarely thrown the dice as far as going like, hey man, this guy was blowing up this number one DB.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_03]: They just,
- 12:02[SPEAKER_03]: getting them the ball.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_03]: So I think we can make something out of them, where it's Carnell's got the tape, he's got the fluid hips, you know, he's got, he seems to be the clear cut number one receiver in this draft.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_03]: So I just don't, I think Josh says it all the time, just don't overthink it.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, just don't just take them.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_02]: Just take him in.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_02]: What I love about Carnell tates tape and why I have him, why you're see for one in this class.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_02]: It's just his ability to get open with his route run.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_02]: He's he's so detailed with his routes.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_02]: Little subtle movements that just make a big deal, a big difference in the separation whenever he's, you know, they throw the ball to him and he goes for the catch point.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_02]: It's impressive.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_02]: It really is.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that that kind of discipline that tension a detail, that translates to the NFL really well.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_07]: You know, some of the best alpha receivers in the league are tactician route.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_07]: Yes.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_07]: And they get because because, you know, don't do wrong freak athletic traits and stuff like that.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_07]: But if you're a tactical route runner,
- 13:06[SPEAKER_07]: You can get open all day and you get separation.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_07]: Yes.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, man, if you had a guy like Sam Brown, though, and that's what the comparison is to lemon.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you don't want to say a guy is another guy, but man, you watch that dude, and they're from the same university, they do the same things.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_03]: And like that guy's got an attitude that kind of switched up the lions, right?
- 13:28[SPEAKER_03]: And he's a guy that like Jarvis Lander to be like, I would almost want to draft that attitude.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean?
- 13:34[SPEAKER_03]: if it even if it doesn't amount to as much as I think it can look what Jarvis did for us like he was just a go-to guy and got stuff done and lined everybody up now am I putting too much on that kid right now for maybe he's gonna do that maybe but I just like the attitude with him I just like he seems like he wants to be a winner and that's something this team needs.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_02]: I would be okay with, I mean, obviously I want Cardinal Tate.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_02]: I'd be okay with lemon though, like I'm okay.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_02]: As long as they go receive her end, before we bring, I think Brad, I just hand up next.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_02]: So we'll bring Brad up here in a second.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_02]: I wanna go over this research I did.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_02]: I haven't talked about it yet on the show.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_02]: I put out a short video the other day, but I wanted to figure out what is the hit rate
- 14:19[SPEAKER_02]: on first round wide receivers.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if you guys saw this posted yet or not.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_02]: But I've been here so many people say, well, you know, they could just take the tackle or they could take the best player available or whatever it takes.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_02]: They could just get the receiver at 24 and I'm like, well, can they?
- 14:33[SPEAKER_02]: Can you just get your wide receiver at 24 and think he's going to be your wide receiver one and the guy you need and all that kind of stuff?
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: So I went back what I did as I charted every single wide receiver taken in the first round of the draft since 2016 so that goes over the last decade of drafts.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_02]: How many of these guys in the first round were hits?
- 14:53[SPEAKER_02]: For my study, what I considered a hit to be is if that receiver became his team's wide receiver one within the first three seasons or and or he received a contract extension.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_02]: with the team that drafted him.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_02]: So that to me constituted the hit.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_02]: That's what we're looking for.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_02]: We're looking for a wide receiver one or a guy that we're like, hey, you're good enough to get a second contractor.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_02]: So what I found hit rate overall, they were 42 total wide receivers drafted in the first round in the last decade.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_02]: Out of those 42, 17 were considered hits.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_02]: So that's a 40.5% hit rate in the entirety of the first round.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_02]: Now if you break it down to where they were taken in the first round, it gets a little different.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_02]: If you were a top 10 pick at wide receiver in the last decade, 12 of those receivers were taken the top 10, nine of them were hits.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_02]: That's a 75% hit rate.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_02]: And then if you move to just picks 11 to 20 in that range, only three out of 11.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: So it drops from 75% to 27.3%.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_02]: And then if you go 21 to 32, which is where we're picking at 24 in that range, just five out of 19 receivers take in were hits for a 26.3% hit rate.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_02]: So,
- 16:04[SPEAKER_02]: the difference in odds to hit on a receiver between picking one at six and picking one at 24 drops from 75% to 26.3, that's at 65% decrease in your chances of hitting on that wide receiver to be either a wide receiver one or get an extension with your team.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_07]: All I'll say about this and maybe I like took a nap and forgot about the last 40 years, but isn't that the story of us trading back and missing the guy every year or most years, every opportunity, though we're wrong, I think we have a crazy brain.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_03]: Don't say his name from it like that.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_07]: I won't say Bill Jones, I won't say that.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_07]: What, what I will say is I, to me, I keep hearing the, let's trade back, let's trade back with, with Dallas.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_07]: Let's, I've even heard, hey, let's trade back so that we can get a 20, 27 first round, you know, because the, right now it looks like that draft is gonna be loaded, absolutely loaded.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_07]: But, you know, did we not hear that last year about this trap?
- 17:12[SPEAKER_03]: You know, as much merch, merch, merch, merch, and then he's not in the kind, he's not in this draft man.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_07]: And I've watched us do it last year.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_07]: I would just hope that we can stand and take the guy.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_07]: We are absolutely pieces and pieces of way.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_07]: But to me, that's not an excuse to just be like, we're just gonna trade back and just take an OK guy when we can go get an elite guy that can be a foundational point in their team.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_07]: It just makes no sense.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's a premium position.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and this league, and what players get paid the most.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_02]: What players get traded for the most?
- 17:49[SPEAKER_02]: We see what these veteran wide receivers are getting traded for.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_02]: It's insane.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_02]: Jay them while I'll just went for a first round pick.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_02]: What about Romeo and I?
- 17:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Romeo and I, that's why I didn't want us to go after him and I knew we probably wouldn't because of what he was going to end up getting paid on the market.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_02]: It's insane.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_02]: You need receivers.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_02]: And the only way to get them without being stupid about it is to draft them and we can't be stupid about that.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_02]: We just need to do it and it's so frustrating.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_02]: If you think about it for the light, this is what scares me about this draft.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_02]: The last six years, Andrew Barry has been as done six drafts.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_02]: This has been his roster for six years.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_02]: The biggest investment he's made at the wider silver position was flipping a second round pick over to New York for Elijah Moore and a third round pick in return.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's his biggest investment in the
- 18:42[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, but the guys that we're talking about all top 30 visits.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_03]: I will say in the in the comments right now.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_03]: Jarvis Landry is trying to make a comeback as well.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_03]: Just put in a doubt.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_07]: I love Jarvis.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I wouldn't count him out.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_07]: But I would say that if he does want to have a second job, the podcast thing is very, very entertaining.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_07]: It is.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_07]: He's him enough for not a nice special with their passion on Kevin.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_07]: I mean that's behind the scenes stuff, it's very, it's very telling.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_02]: I will say this.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's interesting that I haven't really heard any players or anybody coming out in strong defense of Kevin Safanski, senties left.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_02]: But I have heard some negative things or at least players alluding to, well, maybe he, you know, he wasn't quite what everybody thought he was.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I've seen that kind of stuff.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_07]: I've seen very, very great coordinator stuff, but, you know, maybe in, in the building, placking ownership of men and accountability stuff.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_03]: My biggest, well, my biggest thing is that you watch the downs guys were doing what's his face for running back there.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_03]: Quintron.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_03]: Quintron.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_03]: They were interviewing Quintron and he just said, he's a quite guy that didn't talk much.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, man, I kind of run me the wrong way for a coach, man, you need to be talking to your players.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how it's going to go with Todd Monkin.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_02]: I really don't.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_02]: It could go really.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_02]: It could we could be a surprise to be like, hey, this was actually a really great higher worked out real well.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_02]: It could go really bad.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_02]: We've seen it.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_02]: We've seen it all everything.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_02]: So at least the players seem to like him.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_02]: I've heard and I've been told by some people that have some connections in the league that.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_02]: They think Todd Munkin's going to do okay.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_02]: They said he's a long experience, professional coach.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_02]: He's very good with his players.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_02]: He knows offense is kind of what I've been told.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm I'm excited to see it.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_02]: Well, no.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_02]: Hopefully.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_02]: Hopefully it's better.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_03]: What we saw if he gets it.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_03]: See if he gets the talent to make that.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_03]: Make us see that, right?
- 20:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_02]: This episode is partnered with Kaoshi.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: Browns fans are you ready to put your money where your predictions are, with Kaoshi, America's number one regulated prediction marky you can legally trade on events that actually matter to you.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: And the best part is you don't need to predict specific stat lines and compile a seven-legged parlay just to win big.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: With Kaoshi the objective is either yes or no.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_02]: Will Shidorah Sanders be the Browns week one starting quarterback?
- 21:27[SPEAKER_02]: Will Fernando Mendoza be the first overall pick in the draft?
- 21:30[SPEAKER_02]: Will the Browns make their pick at six or will they trade out of that spot?
- 21:34[SPEAKER_02]: And in other sports, will the calves win the NBA Finals?
- 21:36[SPEAKER_02]: You can put your money on these predictions and more with Calshy if you want to try it out.

- 22:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to say so we'll get Brad up here next.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_02]: Brad.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_02]: What's going on, man?
- 22:14[SPEAKER_05]: Bradley.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_05]: There's the man.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_05]: Never going to give you up, never going to let you down, but the Browns will for sure just disappoint you.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_05]: That was good.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_05]: That was nice bragging.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you guys.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_05]: We do it live.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_05]: Welcome to the shadow realm.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_05]: Welcome to the suffering of the in between times for the Browns.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_05]: of what are we doing here?
- 22:45[SPEAKER_05]: Who are we going to get?
- 22:46[SPEAKER_05]: How are we going to turn this around?
- 22:48[SPEAKER_05]: Got a new coach.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_05]: It's, it's a lovely time.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_05]: I'm having fun.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_05]: You know, now, now we got to get pumped.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_05]: You know, St. Patty's day is over.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_05]: We got to get prepared for our Super Bowl.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_05]: You know, when we got to get ready for the draft, you know.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_05]: and as Justin decided not to say his name, yes, we have traded down and missed on multiple good wide receivers, one Julio Jones, who was a, oh, you did say it, okay, we messed that up.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_03]: Bad, you didn't hear it over my crying.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, guess what, guess what?
- 23:31[SPEAKER_05]: The guy that we drafted instead of him, left the team anyways,
- 23:37[SPEAKER_05]: fair.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_05]: That's fair.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_05]: But yeah, that's just our suffering forever.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_05]: Um, uh, you know, as you guys know, and many, many know, you know, I am not real high on Andrew Barry's ability.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_05]: Dude, draft players.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_05]: And I mean, he did pretty good last draft.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I hope.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_05]: He can build on that, but it makes me nervous.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_05]: The free agency has been okay.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_05]: I know with our cap room, it's been okay.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_05]: Some of the additions have been pretty good.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_05]: The one lineman, I'm just not, I'm not really keen on I,
- 24:23[SPEAKER_05]: between.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, the one from the Chargers or things John Johnson.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I am not real high on him.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_05]: I I've seen his tape.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_05]: I've heard from Chargers fans.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_05]: He's just terrible and I've seen tape where he just does like the Jed Will's on delay.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_05]: Let the dude right through and blow up the quarterback.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_05]: I I'm I know he's young and he's been on the field, but just because
- 24:57[SPEAKER_05]: consistent.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I appreciate that.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_03]: I would say he's he was one of our top 30 visits four years ago.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_03]: There's something that Warhot probably saw that he thinks he can fix, but the main thing is is if you listen to the pressers, our coach, he basically just says, I want one elite trait.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_03]: The elite trait with him is not pass-balking.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_03]: It is run blocking.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_03]: And he's second in the league in
- 25:24[SPEAKER_03]: pass or sorry, run block win rate or something like that.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_03]: And that's what they're going to hang their hat on and hopefully just get by with whatever they can make him do with pass.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_03]: But you're right.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_03]: You're right, dude.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_03]: It looks bad for what I mean, they give him.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, what are we just going to switch them out every time we go to pass because he can't pass block like we're going to have another guard in there when she door drops back and gets blown up by DJ water, whatever.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_03]: It's the tech because where you place your hands, it's how violent your hands are, it's how he's sitting his hips and he may not, based on the tape, maybe Warhop thinks he can fix that and what that's why they threw money at him, plus they needed somebody.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_03]: So that they bought, they bought that elite trade, which is run blocking and you cross your fingers on the pass blocking.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_05]: I just have a feeling midseason.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to be calling that dude's name out constantly as like the worst signing we've ever done in free agency.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_03]: It could happen, man.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_03]: It could happen, but we'll see what Warhop can do.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_07]: All I'll say, so Kenny, you nailed it with a man Brad talked about this a little bit, but you nailed it on.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_07]: We need it.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_07]: We had to need the entire offensive line who's flipping this year, you know what I mean?
- 26:43[SPEAKER_07]: The thing with him, too, is our team financially is in a weird spot.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_07]: We are in a rough spot where we can't go and spend, you know, $27 million on a center.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_07]: So what you're basically doing this is pre-agency.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_07]: We've talked about this.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_07]: If a guy is available, it's because a team let him go.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_07]: You're going to overpay all day on pre-agency for the most part.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_07]: Honestly, if he's just dependable and we don't have to rotate him out all the time, are we really overpaying for how bad the offensive line was like I know that I know what you're saying is like you're it could be a complete bad like bust like
- 27:22[SPEAKER_07]: really really awful.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_07]: Zack's inter type stuff.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_07]: Jed will stand to them.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_07]: But if he's just the pendible and he's just okay and solid and good and we don't say his name, that's a win and that's a win all day.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_07]: But what we're doing, what we're doing, what we're doing is a absolute win.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_07]: And when when you flip the whole offensive line,
- 27:43[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, or about chemistry, then anything because you have a lot of new guys coming in.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: And one day, you have to keep in mind with Zion Johnson is Tom Tilesco.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_02]: So he was the GM for the Chargers when he's the guy who drafted Zion Johnson out there to LA, back in what was a 21, 22, I forget what year it was now.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_02]: But either way.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_02]: So he had done all the work on him.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_02]: He was confident enough taking him in the first round.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_02]: And he's been working with Andrew Barry this off season.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm guaranteed there's been some endorsement coming from Tilesco as well.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you've got to remember like he didn't have both the starting tackles and we didn't have both ours and our guards looked that much worse, you know, like it's there's that too.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_03]: So hopefully we stay healthy, hopefully he takes the teaching from the coaches well, and they pure a couple things and he's serviceable.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, so my thing with our numbers to expect.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_05]: is I hope to your god that I don't get a notification right before the draft again that we're trading down.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_05]: Second thing.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_05]: Because that was awful to be at the draft party and I understand it, you know, whatever fit, you know, it was a 2020 20 20.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it was a city for Mason Graham.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, and we got a lot of picks and it was good.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_05]: But you know, we got Carson's question throughout of it, um, but like it's this like it gives you that sinking feeling of like the past drafts of trading down and like how it's it's not benefited us so.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_05]: Hopefully this benefits any stays there.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_05]: And if Tate is there at six, you turn in that card immediately.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_05]: If he's not there, go best available offensive tackle with the 24 and get Denzel Boston or whatever best wide receiver is there 24.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_05]: I know the hit rates not great.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_05]: And I know what Josh is saying with the hit rate, that's league wide.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_05]: Take that hit rate in minus it by like 2% or 3% because of the browns.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, because of the thoughts.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, what are you talking about?
- 29:54[SPEAKER_07]: Well, okay, sorry, 5% of all the hit and facts and laws.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_07]: You know, like school stuff like back in the day and multiply multiply 15%.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I would like Denzel Boston.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_05]: I think he's my next best wide receiver on my big board, just because of.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I have my own big board, but.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I like it.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_07]: I see him more as like a 24 like that's that's where I see Yeah, yeah, there's a run to on wide receiver depending on how I feel like there's always an narrative every draft.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_07]: If tape, you know, lemon, Tyson, they all come off.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_07]: Let's say top 15 ish with a hood around there.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_07]: I could see a little run from 15.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_05]: for sure.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, the, uh, and then my two late round players, I would like the CS grab in one name.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_05]: I know is like, why would we take them?
- 31:01[SPEAKER_05]: But Drew Aller late.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, Drew Aller late.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_05]: And, uh, was it the, uh, hi, Montgomery from Tyron.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_05]: Bullying Green.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_05]: Tyron, my, oh, no, it's a bully Green.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's not bullying Green.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_02]: Um, it's, uh, John Hops.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_05]: John Hops.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: Thank Carol.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: No, John.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: John, John, John something.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_02]: John Carroll sounds right.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, John Carroll.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_05]: Great.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_02]: In my room.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_05]: I'd like you.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_05]: I'd like you.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_05]: I'd like him late in the draft, too.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_05]: Um, those are two players.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_05]: I just think Drew Aller has a good upside.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_05]: If we get him late, I think maybe we could do something with him.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_05]: I don't project him as like our franchise guy, really?
- 31:46[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, he could be, but.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_07]: Let me hook you on that then.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_07]: If you don't seem as the franchise guy, why waste the pick on him?
- 31:54[SPEAKER_07]: Because we've already done that, man.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_05]: Why do you?
- 31:57[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey
- 32:16[SPEAKER_07]: I saw a guy with no offensive line, no offensive weapons, try to survive through a season and I got to see glimpses.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_02]: And he poured out at times.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_07]: Elga.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_07]: What the hell happened?
- 32:28[SPEAKER_07]: Why are we talking about the show?
- 32:29[SPEAKER_07]: Watch him.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, right?
- 32:32[SPEAKER_02]: I think the media, I think the media's got, there's, there's, there's an agenda somewhere it just has to be.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you're right, Justin, like all of a sudden it became, well, this is Deshawn Watson's job delusor, you know, he might have the leg up in the quarterback.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, what, maybe, maybe 2020, Deshawn Watson was six years ago.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_02]: He hasn't played a whole season since then.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_02]: He can't play football anymore.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_07]: I know I understand Brad if if you because I do what are we doing with Dylan Gabriel, we're not sure, you know what I mean out next year, but I understand like
- 33:08[SPEAKER_07]: if you need to have a guy, but they'll be available guys, man.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_07]: They're, I wouldn't take, because what they're saying is, I hope, you know, he looked good.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_07]: He looks good in shorts, you know, it's, it's the protein thing.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_07]: So basically, he's getting into third, forward round talk already, you know, where he was six, fifth, a few, what, two, three months ago, at towards the end of the college.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_07]: They're talking about, uh, tie going in the first like early mid first round.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_07]: Like what, I just, I don't get it.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_07]: I don't get it again.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, just don't get it.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_07]: I am that right now.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_07]: I don't understand.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_02]: But Brad, I got to kick you off, man.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_02]: Andrew Jackson, I'm like pushing you.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_05]: He's pushing you off the stage, man.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sorry.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_05]: Give my best friend up here.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_02]: He's coming.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_02]: Andrew Jackson's had his hand up for ever.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_02]: Did it work?
- 34:05[SPEAKER_02]: Trying to get him up here.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_03]: I knew.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_03]: There he is.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_03]: Set my man.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_03]: Hello.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_03]: What's going on, guys?
- 34:13[SPEAKER_03]: I'm getting ready for some Nashville, bro.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, exactly, Kenny.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_04]: We're going to go hang out in Nashville.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe we can get be right out there on Broadway and make him a Broadway girl.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not for sure, but whatever.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_04]: Just as you don't them choose today.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_07]: I did not ask that actually murdered it at work.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_07]: I didn't even take it lunch today.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_07]: It sucked.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_07]: It was what we would call a real ship blue color day.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_07]: Just got murdered.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_07]: But congratulations to my friends.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_07]: I'm you.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_07]: It's my shit day there with that purchase.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_04]: understood, understood.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_04]: Anyway, I followed negative Nancy, uh, it is nonsense.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, Jesus Christ, I mean, I mean, Brad, I mean, Brad's a pump, a sunshine pumper if I've ever seen one.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, by the way, I mean,
- 35:09[SPEAKER_04]: I hate to say it, but if it shines better than sure work, play the man.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_04]: I don't like him, but you know what?
- 35:15[SPEAKER_04]: I can also say, I like, I probably like him better than I like should work, because sure I've done nothing.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_04]: So guess what?
- 35:22[SPEAKER_04]: I've seen, I've seen to shine be that guy.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_04]: And then I fell.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_04]: That leads to once.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe twice.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_04]: It, it his time.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, the long ground that that was.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_04]: It was, it was, but still he's at least put it on tape.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_04]: Sure hasn't put nothing on tape other than being asked.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_04]: But anyway, so you guys keep talking about like this car notay that six and like how you guys are all in love with him.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_03]: But I have a question.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_03]: Here's the buck I hear.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, oh, you heard, you know, Kenny.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_04]: Um, is that boy wore a different uniform?
- 36:03[SPEAKER_04]: because I got the receipts, I got the receipts that I would show that you didn't love him.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_04]: I got the receipts.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, oh, oh, I'm glad you asked.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_04]: I'm glad you asked.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_04]: Because,
- 36:18[SPEAKER_04]: Do y'all remember a couple years ago when some guy came out con savior to get and y'all yelled at say hey you so one year wonder he's got bad stats on a bad team yeah he was a fifth year break out in college he was 24 freaking years old dominating 19 year olds and it shows he sucks
- 36:40[SPEAKER_03]: he's kind of okay.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not I'm not I'm not saying he doesn't I'm not saying he doesn't but exactly if Carnell paid or differing uniform you'd be saying the same thing in his three years because he ain't done squat.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_04]: Actually he can't have been did you go see his death in last year?
- 36:57[SPEAKER_04]: No, no.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_02]: broke out last year.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_02]: He was 20 or 19 years old.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_04]: 700 yards, 752 for like what six touchdowns.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_04]: And this year he was what eight.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, something nine touchdowns 11 games.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_03]: I think if he was on another team, if he was on another team, bro, he would be lighten guys up and he would have had more receptions and more touchdowns and more yards and more everything.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: Are you?
- 37:25[SPEAKER_04]: No, I'm personally thinking, Benny, you're just saying that because he's an Ohio State.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see, but you can say that.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way to prove it either way because he played for Ohio State.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: We can't change that.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_02]: The factor means he's still the consensus number one over a water seaver by all the mocked Ramin.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_02]: He's the first guy off the board in
- 37:45[SPEAKER_02]: So it's not just us as Buckeye's fans who think he's good.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_02]: The industry seems as good.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I like, I was, I mean, played the game early in the night.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_03]: I want to get.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_03]: P played for the Florida Gators.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_03]: And he would have been the number one guy on that team.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_03]: And he would have got more balls his way.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_03]: He would have got more touchdowns.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_03]: He would have been okay based on his tape with his fluidity, his ability to separate, get off the line of scrimmage and get open.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_03]: He would be fine in the SEC.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_03]: or ACC or whatever.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_04]: What do you though?
- 38:22[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, are you, are you, are you for sure?
- 38:24[SPEAKER_04]: I think, let me ask you this, brother.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just saying, based on how he gets open and how he's a smooth operator.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_02]: Who do you want to do?
- 38:32[SPEAKER_02]: Who do you want to do?
- 38:33[SPEAKER_02]: Who do you want to study?
- 38:35[SPEAKER_07]: That's where I'm at.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, that's what I want to hear.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_02]: So who's better than what you want?
- 38:38[SPEAKER_07]: I, I, I, yeah.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_04]: I'll be honest with you, I don't think any of these waters these are good enough to be at six.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_04]: And I saw your stuff and I agree with that.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that you've said and I've looked at the same research I've done the same thing, like, I don't think none of these got, none of these guys are world beaters.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_04]: But when you look at back and all the research you've done over the last 10 years and when you did post,
- 39:02[SPEAKER_04]: You can see like that guy's a guy, this guy's that guy, hey, guess what, I mean, John Ross, yeah, he could run real fast, but what else does he do outside of that?
- 39:15[SPEAKER_04]: To me, these guys are like, any, beckled year, second round, like they're not your wide receiver one type guys.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_04]: Through your complimentary pieces,
- 39:29[SPEAKER_04]: It's what these water seems to look at.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_04]: It's what I look at him at.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_04]: I think getting one at 24 is that probably a bad thing because you're probably getting what you should at 24.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_04]: for the price, your get should get 24.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_04]: Look, my thing is like, you get a car notate.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I like knock by lemon, more than I like car notate.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_04]: But I mean, that's like, I mean, do you like stomach cancer, more than pancreatic cancer?
- 40:01[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, uh, lunch, we're not what, more.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_04]: But to me, it's like, I don't wanna spend a six-fron pick on either one of them, to be honest with you.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_04]: Who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who
- 40:17[SPEAKER_04]: just face on everything that you've got to go with.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_04]: You have to go alignment at this point time.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I don't.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_04]: But I think any of them I get, I can.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_02]: Who's worse the six finger?
- 40:26[SPEAKER_02]: The line then besides like, I think for instance, Maui, you know what would be, but I don't know like that.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I mean, I'll be honest with you, I also wouldn't hate if if third top,
- 40:41[SPEAKER_04]: Lime on the board is gone at that point time.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_04]: I'm waiting to hate trade now to have it, but you got it.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_02]: I can't see trade with.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_04]: And yeah, that's true.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_04]: And you know, you trade back to say 12, 15 that area.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_04]: And you and you can still get up and I doubt you can get a car and I'll take.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_04]: But I mean, you still get one of those
- 41:08[SPEAKER_04]: I don't lot lesser value.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe it's a little bit better of a hit and, you know, in that aspect of it.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I don't know.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_04]: I know these guys, like just wow me off the board as being that guy.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I love you, Jason.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_04]: This is just my opinion.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, so I'm going to take that as you want.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's just my opinion.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_03]: Now, I totally get it, man, but I mean, J.A.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_03]: Sanman, low, they, a lot of the times he wasn't the number one receiver either, because he was with Marvin Harris and Jr., I think you're gonna, you can bet on the talent that that kid has with his route running ability.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_03]: If you're gonna draft a receiver that high, they gotta run the full route tree.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_03]: He can do that, right?
- 41:54[SPEAKER_03]: I think McKay Levin can do it.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if Denzel Boston can run.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_03]: I don't, haven't studied him enough.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_03]: I think Jordan Tyson can, but again, I think he does like longer routes, so it'd be Mackay, Lemon, or it'd be taped for me, and we needed receivers bad.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_02]: And with receivers in the first thing, you get even just going to like last year.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_02]: So Teteroma McMillan was the consensus, like, okay, this is the top receiver in the draft, but there were questions if I'm remembering correctly as to whether he could be like a wide receiver won a high end guy or would he just be, you know, kind of fit into an offense and be a good receiver, but maybe not elite, but he kind of came out last year and showed, yeah, I've got this wide receiver one dog in me.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_02]: For sure, and they took the swing on him, then you got like Green Bay at 23's taking Matthew Golden, which I thought was a terrible move.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_02]: The college production did not support taking him in the first round and he didn't do anything and his rookie years as a pro, which, again, that's not the end all be all for these guys, but it did nothing translated for him.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_02]: I just see translatable traits, big time for Cardinal Tate, McCuylam and Jordan Tyson.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_02]: These three guys specifically had to come in.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_02]: and have a very good possibility of becoming your widersiever when especially on a team like the Browns.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_02]: We don't have one.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_02]: We don't have a widersiever too that we can rely on.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that you have Jerry, wait, Jerry, I said for you.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_02]: You're lying on, yeah, you're relying on him.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, I don't know.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_04]: We got to be honest with everything.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_02]: I tell you what, if Andrew Barry thinks, I know what I think we're getting back to form a Jerry duty.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_02]: We're comfortable with this.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_02]: Come on, man.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_02]: Now.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_04]: But even even less, less than I should, Dave Bell was great.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_04]: It was a great asset, too, but whatever.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no more third round receive.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_07]: One third pound play, brother, third down touchdown.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_07]: Or it was forked down, my fault, fourth and one, right?
- 43:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_03]: Six more.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_07]: That was it.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_07]: And that crazy weekend team, no starter, Cincinnati game.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_07]: He went crazy.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_02]: Two touchdowns, man.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_02]: He was breaking out.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was, oh my gosh.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we've definitely swung a mist and we haven't really invested anything.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_02]: That's why I'm getting that, too, with the wide receiver.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_02]: Like, if you want the best players, go get the best players.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_02]: If you want to sit and wait and get, you know, wide receiver threes and twos and stuff, fine, sit and wait.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_02]: But that's just what we've always done.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about the interview.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not going to say you too.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_04]: I understand that, too, but I agree.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_04]: Also looking at this draft, too, and be like,
- 44:36[SPEAKER_04]: If we don't move, if we don't have any movement at all, taking the best player available, ask, you know, along those lines, like if we take it the fence of player, like it's six, like I wouldn't love it, but I at the same time, like, if a sunny style, a reasonable reason, even a room in vain, even in one of those guys, kind of like, I mean, I wouldn't hate it, but the same, I mean, I wouldn't like,
- 45:04[SPEAKER_04]: just absolutely jump for joy either.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_04]: But if that's what you want to go with because like hey, again, these guys check all your boxes and you can get your wide receiver one at 24 or hey, if you want to grab a one of these guys to be
- 45:28[SPEAKER_04]: Quarong quote, why does he for two and punt the ball down the field and get why does he for one next year or whatever the case might be cool.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_04]: Great.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_04]: I get it.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_04]: But we need so much on that side of it.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_04]: So I guess any upgrade is an upgrade at the end of the day.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I
- 45:53[SPEAKER_04]: Brad was in there complaining about Zion Johnson.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_04]: I broke that you don't watch the team last year.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_04]: Like I'm here.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_04]: How bad this guy was.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_04]: It can't be worse.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_04]: What we saw if it was and cool.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, all right.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_04]: So we're, we're just keeping, we're just keeping status quo.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_04]: Like it's fine.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I remember.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_07]: I remember you said in the money.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_07]: or didn't touch two guys that ran by him.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_07]: He literally reached out for both of them, didn't touch either one of them.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_07]: Sack.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_07]: So, it can't, it can't, it's not a bunch of words.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_03]: and you can't like you can't fall should or for some of the stuff last year he was bought behind a bad line man he was behind a terrible line the severs didn't get open it was just bad bad offense get somebody in there with bond help out you're gonna see Judy this year he ain't get traded and get get paid in there man he's the best receiver that they can possibly get this year and this
- 46:53[SPEAKER_03]: this free Asian class that they brought in is void of receivers other than the returner we just signed yesterday or today and they are going to get at least two receivers in this draft and they are going to get significant playing time is we need to see if we have quarterbacks or not yep they are and it's just a matter of whether or not Andrew Barry is able to hit on those wide receivers that he takes and if he's going to invest
- 47:19[SPEAKER_02]: Significant draft capital into those receivers or if he's going to try to, you know, bargain bin value shop again, which is what he has always done at the position, which drives me nuts because it's like I said, it's a premium position.

- 50:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so if anybody watching listening after this has not heard that news, the Brown submitted a real change proposal to the league where teams could trade draft picks five years into the future right now.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_02]: The cut office three years into the future.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_02]: They would like that to be changed to five.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_02]: So I've got some thoughts and opinions on but what were your guys reactions when you saw that?
- 50:48[SPEAKER_02]: Justin, go ahead.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_02]: You go first.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I said it was all shit.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_07]: I did it, but honestly, that was the first thing that came through my head.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_07]: I was like, oh man, I was like, why are we looking that far down, down the road on trades?
- 51:05[SPEAKER_07]: And I understand like they're saying, you know, we wanted to the compensation to work out, you know, all that stuff.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_07]: I'll be honest, I'm kind of tired of kicking things down the road with this.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_07]: I wish I was just dealing with 320 million in salary cap.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_07]: There's a lot of things.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_07]: I don't want to throw away five years worth of picks.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_07]: If we do that, I would love to get back that kind of return.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_07]: But I don't think anybody is giving away, let's say like, three first.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_07]: you know a second and a fourth.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_07]: I doubt it.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_07]: That's crazy.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_07]: That's like mad and stuff to me.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_07]: Like we will destroy the foundation of your team.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_07]: It's been proven.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_07]: We just saw it happen two years or three years ago.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_07]: This is what happens when you give away that much draft hat, you know, talent.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_03]: I thought the exact same thing as you, I was like, did he figure some way how he runs the cap to run the draft?
- 52:03[SPEAKER_03]: That's the way, that's what I thought.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_03]: And then I was like, man, you know what, the bank, they give you money based on credit.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_03]: And sometimes you just got to have the bank to save you from spending that money you don't need.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_03]: NFL, be the bank, just want to do it, you know?
- 52:18[SPEAKER_07]: save us from our selves.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, save us.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_02]: So I know I saw all that stuff too and listen to everything.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't think, obviously, they're not doing this because at some point, they want to trade five first round picks for somebody.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think you'll never see somebody get traded for five first round picks.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's just crazy.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_02]: But it does make sense.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_02]: And I saw the actually you shout out to the bearded browns podcast.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_02]: They posted this today.
- 52:42[SPEAKER_02]: And I thought that's exactly the example I was trying to think of in my head.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_02]: And they said, how much different would the dish on Watson trade
- 52:48[SPEAKER_02]: If we still traded three first round picks form, but it was like the first round pick in 2022, the first round pick in 2024 and the first round pick in 2026, like you split it every other year with maybe some other picks sprinkled in there to fill in the void, but you didn't lose three consecutive seasons of first round picks.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_02]: So if you wanted to trade for Max Cross, be like Baltimore tried to and then backed out, which maybe we can talk about that too.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_02]: Instead of trading 2020 like this year's and next year's first, you could say, well, we'll give you this year's first and then 2028.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_02]: That way, we're not screwed next year in the draft and all that.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_02]: So it does make sense to kind of
- 53:26[SPEAKER_02]: I think it would really create more trade activity in the league, or at least that's kind of the general goal too, as far as what the rule proposal actually said.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_02]: And just, I was thinking about this from a dynasty, fancy football perspective.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_02]: So I was like, okay, I am way more willing to just,
- 53:44[SPEAKER_02]: Pistol way, all my draft picks, but the three years from now, because you because it didn't dynasty typically, it's like three years of picks.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_02]: My picks, like the following season, I'm a little more hesitant to give those up two years out.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_02]: I'm kind of in between the three years.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, take them.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_02]: I don't care.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_02]: I can recoup those, but between now and then, and I think if a team could say, well, I'll trade you two first round picks, but it'll be two years and three years from now.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not next year or the following year.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_02]: because I feel like I can get that back if I need it at some point.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like the mindset would change.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, the situation of Browns are in right now that would probably benefit us better.
- 54:21[SPEAKER_07]: Don't wrong, I know where a lot of holes.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_07]: I see us like, we need a nice draft this year, but even if we like, home run the draft, just looking at the roster, I'm like, man.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_07]: I think I'm nervous about this five-linger ball.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_07]: Like, and I feel like I'm selling myself on that.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_07]: Like,
- 54:42[SPEAKER_07]: That sucks man.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_07]: That's a, I don't like, because I've never, I got it, but it just depends.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_03]: It just depends.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_03]: Like, look how devoid of talent we were last year.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_03]: And if a couple balls bounce her way, we would have had seven wins.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_03]: I was talking about two more wins.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_03]: I'm talking about two special teams touchdowns that don't go in the end zone.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_03]: Right.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_03]: And we somehow hit a field goal against the angles.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_02]: And we don't like Carson West goes down the field in the last two minutes.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_02]: There's three.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I was at that game, I guess I had too many beers and forgot about that one.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_03]: So, you know, all right, just forgot, I just wanted a race from my memory, you know.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_03]: So, yeah, there could have been eight wins then, you know?
- 55:20[SPEAKER_03]: If we had we done that, is our defense has that talent.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_03]: Now, whether Root and Berg can make it happen, like Schwartz did, who knows, but, you know,
- 55:33[SPEAKER_03]: with an up, basically with an upgrade in talent and offense, and maybe just slight downgrading defense, it should work itself out in a division that's got two new coaches, sorry, three new coaches out of four, right?
- 55:45[SPEAKER_03]: And then there's the bangles who just can't seem to get the defense right, ever, you know?
- 55:50[SPEAKER_03]: So who knows?
- 55:53[SPEAKER_07]: I love that.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_07]: I love that one, I love that one, try to be honest, you have to miss it.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_07]: Thank you for talking me about that.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_02]: If you're looking for optimism here, I know Brad's got his hand up again here, so we'll get him up before we end the show here tonight.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_02]: But as far as, like, what we saw on offense for this Brownstein the last two seasons, can it be worse?
- 56:14[SPEAKER_02]: Sure, anything can be worse.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_02]: But can it really be that much worse?
- 56:18[SPEAKER_02]: No, it was like we were 30 second, 31st in the league and offense both those years.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_02]: So it can get worse, but there's only a little bit.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of room to go up and from what I'm hearing and everything, there's some optimism about Todd Munkin and what he can do now as far as a head coach role of a team.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_02]: We'll see.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_02]: He's definitely proven himself offensively.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm excited to see what he can do.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_02]: I'm excited to see if Shidorah Sanders can take the next step because he's really the only option we have.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_02]: We didn't sign anybody of free agency.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_02]: We're not.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_02]: There's nobody we can sign that's coming in here to be the locked-in star.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_02]: There's nobody we can draft.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's going to be the locked-in starter.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_02]: So just give Shidorah the year.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see what happens if he develops and grows and proves to be
- 57:04[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, then pick a quarterback next year or whatever.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_02]: We'll worry about it then, but I think that's kind of the path they're going with the moves that they're making or not making, I guess.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_03]: There's a small move that I don't know if you guys saw it or not, but I mean, Mike Rootonberg would be pretty green as a defensive coordinator, kind of like what he's done based on what players have said.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_03]: But to back him up, they actually, they've got a consultant.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_03]: They got dumb cape.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, capers.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_03]: That's right.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_03]: Which was, that's,
- 57:32[SPEAKER_03]: I like the like I like monkeys thinking about okay if I'm going to be a coach I'm going to get the best offense of line coach I'm going to take my guy that I help develop in the Ravens and he's going to be my offensive coordinator I'm still calling the plays by like the way that he rolls and we worked well together You know, I just like how he said he was going to put the staff together and he did it now He's he's saying okay.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_03]: I want a guy with one of the elite trait that I can
- 57:59[SPEAKER_03]: You know exploit and that's what he's doing.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_03]: It's he's got a guy in Zion that can run block He's got a guy in Elgatan, Jenkins who can play almost every position on the line So he's a veteran, you know, he's got this kid even with the special teams guys gutter, you know They were really good at what they were doing.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_03]: They got this Espinoza or whatever his name is and he's you know
- 58:23[SPEAKER_03]: four for your options for a defensive lineman on limited snaps is like that's impressive and a pick six right and twenty one pass by blocks like that's over his career though that's over his career but yeah and it is it is that's over but still over his career like that's pretty good for it for limit snaps right nope did you have something Justin
- 58:45[SPEAKER_07]: No, I said, I have zero pass break up to my in a fucker.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_02]: This is true.
- 58:50[SPEAKER_02]: So I guess we'll be right up here to close it out.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_02]: But it was real quick.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_02]: I, I know I just mentioned this early, but I was talking to somebody actually he reached out to me on Twitter.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_02]: I won't say who it is because he didn't tell me I could.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't want to do that.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_02]: But he, he knows some coaches in the NFL.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_02]: He's kind of plugged in and he said,
- 59:08[SPEAKER_02]: From what I understand Todd Munkin is taking command of the ship in Cleveland.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_02]: I said, OK, that sounds really good.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_02]: And he said, I'm close with some coaches in the league.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_02]: And one of them told me, quote, Todd Munkin is one of the top three coaches I've ever worked with in my entire career.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_02]: So that's encouraging to me.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_02]: Again, I see like Mary Kay and Tony Grocery, I think, or just trying to heat praise on Andrew Barry.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like, oh, he deserves all this credit for rebuilding the offensive line already and for Adrian Sam.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like, can we just wait to see him on the field?
- 59:36[SPEAKER_02]: Before we say he did a good job.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_02]: God, I think that kind of goes what Brad was saying.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_02]: Like, okay, Zalian Johnson, could be nice piece.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_02]: Could be trash.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_02]: I have no idea.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_02]: I need to see it on the field before I'm gonna say, good job, Andrew Barry, you nailed it.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_02]: I'll wait till September.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, we'll get brought up here.
- 59:54[SPEAKER_02]: One last time, one last rant.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_05]: Hopefully he's a little more positive.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I want to leave us out with some positivity.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_03]: He always does, man.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_03]: He always does.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to leave us out with some positivity.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to get into delusional mode.
- 1:00:10[SPEAKER_05]: Here we go.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to get to the draft.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_05]: were in Carnell Tathken and dropped to us.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_05]: I don't care what Andrew says.
- 1:00:19[SPEAKER_05]: We got, well, at two or three, SCC wide receivers are in team and they're all trash.
- 1:00:25[SPEAKER_05]: Give me the OSU guy.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_05]: All right?
- 1:00:28[SPEAKER_05]: I don't care what Andrew says about OSU.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_05]: Give him out of here.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_05]: His Kentucky Wildcat suck half the time.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_05]: Oh.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_05]: Anyway.
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_05]: I heard.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, anyways, we're going to hit it.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to hit it.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to hit 90% on our hits on the draft and we're going to be back, baby.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_05]: We got the weakest schedule, I think, coming up or one of the weakest.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_05]: And we're going to, we're going to win eight games this year, boys, eight games.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_02]: All right, you heard it here from Brad, eight games.
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_02]: And I can't do it, bro.
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_02]: I can't do it, man.
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_02]: Andrew's got as soon as, as Brad started talking trash, I'm Kentucky.
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_02]: Andrew's hand went up in the chat.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_02]: You got to take it over to the discord.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_02]: Take it in there.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_07]: I'm here at Personal 2.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_07]: I see you need to see it up.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_02]: I will no longer facilitate this dispute.

- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_02]: If you guys are with us last year, you got to see some fun stuff when we took a defense tackle.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_02]: on the worst offense in the world.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, it was, it was a lot of fun, though.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_02]: And we do it every year.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_02]: We're looking forward to this year.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_02]: So that's, it's Thursday, April 23rd.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_02]: So can you will be with us again, right?
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_03]: Hell yeah, buddy.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_03]: Hell yeah.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_02]: So it would be a good idea.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_03]: I know what, I'm going to show, I'm going to show the North Jersey Browns backers for winning chapter of the year.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_03]: That came out about a month ago.
- 1:02:21[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to be heading to Jersey.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_03]: I think Kurt from Jersey knows that.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_03]: I reached out to him.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_03]: There's also, well, is it Jeremy from
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_03]: Justin from Jersey.
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_03]: That's right.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_03]: Justin from Jersey.
- 1:02:33[SPEAKER_03]: I'll be down in Montville next weekend, bro, if you're around.
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_03]: So shout out to those guys.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_03]: Actually, I got some good news about me.
- 1:02:40[SPEAKER_03]: I got a my chapter, my chapter, my viewing location closed.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_03]: I got a new place to go.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_03]: It's called the leaky dory.
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_03]: And that is that is that is that is Canadian maritime speak.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_03]: That just pretty means pretty much means you got a leaky boat.
- 1:02:53[SPEAKER_03]: And, uh,
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_03]: This kind of like us, you know, we're always staying afloat, but we always kind of got that whole always kind of sink in, but we stay afloat.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_03]: It's a leaky door, man.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_03]: But we're going to the leaky door and we're going to be doing our browns backers there.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_03]: So shout out to my buddy, Dave Aginas.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_03]: He's, uh, you'll have the Guinness flowing there.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_03]: That's for sure, but we'll have a good time.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_02]: That's awesome, Missy.
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this is great.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's what I love about the dog pack and everything.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_02]: If you're, if you're not like, you know, in the heart of Northeast Ohio, where there's just browns fans everywhere, and you can go to a bar and watch the game with people get in here because you can connect and meet with people all over the country all over the world different countries, everything is great.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_02]: And then Kenny comes down here all the time.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_02]: We have some dog pack, you know, get together and things go to a game.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_02]: I think Kenny was talking about maybe doing a baseball game, right?
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_02]: The Friday night of the draft.
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe so Friday night at the draft.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_03]: We don't have anything in.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_03]: So I was going to put out maybe we just get together for round two, watch it at a bar.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, there you go.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_02]: That'd be great.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_02]: Not in Northeastern Ohio, baby.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_02]: So it's a great, great time, great place to be joined the dogs.com.
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_02]: Appreciate your way to and then once again, we'll be back.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_02]: I'll see.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_02]: I got a, I'm doing a podcast with the UK Browns fan on Saturday morning.
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_02]: So that'll come out on Sunday.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_02]: That'll be fun.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_02]: And we just got more drafts.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_02]: Shout out what?
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_07]: Shout out my home land, Oxford England, yo.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_07]: That's right.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_02]: That is right.
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_02]: Thanks again, everybody.
