- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: Things are going from bad to worse for Ilhan Nurse Saeedlmi aka Ilhan Omar.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: She's now reportedly leaving her Washington DC home after federal agents descended on the residents and agreed on search on Columbus Day of Old Days.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_00]: array that has now become the center of an escalating immigration citizenship and even financial investigation.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your Patre professor.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: Omar is claiming that the Homeland Security search
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: publicly exposed her address and in so doing, it attracted intense public attention and made remaining in the house impossible because of what she called the threats directed against her and the danger she says it creates for her children.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: But Omar's decision to move
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: is only the visible aftermath of something far larger, because federal investigators are indeed digging through decades-old immigration records, examining the birthdate recorded when her family entered the United States, issuing subpoenas to relatives, and reportedly pursuing DNA evidence connected to her former husband who just so happens to share her father's surname.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: Her phone was seized, her family members are being questioned, and prosecutors are reportedly examining whether the citizenship she acquired through her father in 2000 rested upon false immigration information.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_00]: What began as a political controversy that circulated for years has now become a formal federal investigation with a search warrant, seized evidence,
- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: grand jury subpoenas and the possibility of a courtroom battle over Omar's citizenship and most especially her future here in the United States now just to be clear Omar's not announcing that she's leaving Congress or abandoning Washington altogether but she is saying
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: that she can no longer remain inside the particular DC resident search by federal agents.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: Omar told MSNBC that the address had become public and that because of the death threats that she claimed to receive living there with her children visiting was just no longer feasible.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: As many of you know, at the center of the investigation is Omar's birth date and the citizenship she says that she automatically acquired when her father became a naturalized American citizen in 2000.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's known as derivative citizenship.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: when children under 18 years of age are automatically granted citizenship along with their naturalized parents.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_00]: Anyone 18 or above are considered legal adults and thus have to pursue citizenship themselves.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: Derivative citizenship does not apply and so the key controversy here.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: is that Omar's official biography was changed to place her birth in 1982 from its original 1981.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_00]: And the difference in that single year means everything.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_00]: If she was born in 1982, that would mean she would have been 17 when her father was naturalized, allowing her to drive citizenship through a misminer.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_00]: But as she was 18, she was born in
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: in 81, that I'm getting ahead of myself, right?
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: She would have been 18 and therefore not, she couldn't receive derivatives citizenship.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: And there's no record of her receiving citizenship on her own.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_00]: So investigators are reportedly examining whether Omar or her late father misstated her age in immigration paperwork dating back to the families arrival in the United States in 1995.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: potentially decisive because the government's theory hinges upon where their Omar was below or above the age of 18, when her father became a citizen, if investigators established that she was already 18 and that she never completed an independent naturalization process, the government would argue that she never legally acquired citizenship through her father
- 4:43[SPEAKER_00]: And at the very least, they would immediately remove her from Congress, and so only citizens are allowed to serve, and that would set up a very real possibility of deportation.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: But, the investigation does not stop with Omar's age, because prosecutors are also revisiting the explosive controversy surrounding her 2009 marriage to one Ahmed Nussaiide and me.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_00]: Investigators are examining whether L.E.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_00]: is Omar's biological brother.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: And whether the marriage was arranged to obtain an immigration benefit on his behalf, he was a British citizen at the time, the two married.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_00]: He got his temporary citizenship, his temporary green card permanent residence.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: That was only good for two years because then you have to show proof that you were indeed actually married, so as to avoid precise of the kind of scam she's being accused of.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_00]: He refused.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: He backed off.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_00]: He withdrew his marriage-based green card application shortly after the two divorced after immigration officials requested additional evidence concerning their relationship.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: Federal prosecutors reportedly possess DNA evidence that could be used to examine the biological connection between Omar and N.E.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: and that evidence could become central to a broader
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: Omar says agents did not take a direct DNA sample or remove items such as a toothbrush or comb during the search, but reports do indicate that investigators did indeed obtain DNA evidence through another avenue and intend to use it as the investigation develops.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_00]: And then there's the investigation into her family.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: This does not stop with simply ill-hot.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's expanded to include her wider family weight until you see this.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: But first, you know, with all of the attention that gold has been getting lately, there's one question I think people should be asking a lot more often.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: And it's not, you know, where's gold could it go next?
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's this, what exactly am I buying?
- 7:04[SPEAKER_00]: Because here's the thing.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: Buying physical gold isn't as simple as looking up the spot price and riding a check.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: What are you actually paying for?
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: What's the difference between the price you pay and what your medals could be sold for?
- 7:20[SPEAKER_00]: What's melt value?
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: What's buyback value?
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: Why might the value on a custodian statement be different from a dealer who would actually pay you?
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: And here's a big one.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_00]: If you bought your metals today and wanted to sell them tomorrow, what would actually happen?
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: Gang, these are the questions you want answered before you buy.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: Not after.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: And this is something I really like about Augusta Precious metals.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: actually answer them.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: Augusta has an experience education team that'll sit down with you one-on-one in an educational web conference and walk you through how all of this works.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_00]: You can ask them about pricing.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: You can ask about buyback.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: You can ask why different metals are valued differently.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: You can ask how a gold IRA works.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: You can ask what happens when the day comes that you actually want to sell your metals.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: transparency is key in this day and age, especially when we're talking about your retirement savings.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what separates Augusta for me.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: They don't rely on free silver gimmicks.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: They don't press you into making a decision.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: They don't run a commission sales floor where somebody's incentive is to get you to buy their educators.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: Their job is to give you the information
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: answer your questions and make sure you understand and then you get to decide if this is right for you.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: That's the way it should be.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: I've gone through the process myself.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_00]: These guys are the real deal.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: Go to turlybuysgold.com or text turly to 35052 that's 35052 to get a guest as golden silver info kit and learn more because when it comes to buying gold don't wait until after you
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: bought to start asking questions no before you buy.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: Click on that link below right now.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: The expanding investigation is now reaching deep into Omar's family reports say more than a dozen federal grand jury subpoenas.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: You heard that right, a dozen federal grand jury subpoenas have been issued including subpoenas directed toward relatives.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: While Omar's sister has reportedly been questioned directly by federal agents, and subsequently had to cancel a public book event because of a so-called family emergency, by the way, that book had to do with their immigration stories.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: So it's interesting that was canceled after her little chat with the feds.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: Investigators are assembling immigration documents, electronic communications, family records, testimony, and biological evidence as a reconstructive event extending back more than three decades.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: The use of a grand jury means prosecutors can compel testimony and obtain documents as they determine what evidence should be presented in any future criminal case.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: It also means
- 10:11[SPEAKER_00]: that the search of Omar's residence was not an isolated spectacle, but one component of a much larger evidentiary process involving her childhood immigration history, the actions of her father, and her former marriage to L.M.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: and, on top of all of that, we're now learning that U.S. Attorney Janine Piro.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_00]: has confirmed that her office is also examining Omar's financial disclosures.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: In May of 2025, Omar filed the disclosure placing her household assets somewhere between approximately $6 million and $30 million, with much of that valuation tied to what was basically a non-existent winery in a bankrupt venture capital company associated with her husband, Tim Minet.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: And amended filing later reduced their reported assets.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_00]: I kid you not from 30 million to now somewhere around 95,000.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_00]: And they listed those businesses as having no net value after liabilities were taken into account.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Omar's representatives are insisting that the original numbers resulted from a purely innocent
- 11:34[SPEAKER_00]: of 30 million dollars.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_00]: Saying that the filing failed to account properly for liabilities connected to a husband's companies, 30 million dollar liabilities.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: Needless to say no one's buying it.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: 30 million dollar net worth adjusted to just under a hundred thousand.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's not a snack food.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: That's not an accounting error that wreaks of fraud.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: That wreaks of millions of dollars
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: And when you add that to the possible immigration fraud, the political consequences are already exploding.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: So Ilhan Omar is now preparing to leave her Washington home, where federal agents arrived before dawns, spent hours searching through her family's possessions and departed with phones, notebooks, electronics and other evidence.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: The home has become inseparable from the investigation.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's where the federal search became public where her address was exposed and where a long, running controversy transformed into an active government case.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: Omar says, remaining there is no longer viable for a family, but moving will not end the investigation now spreading through the federal courts, immigration records, DNA evidence, grand jury subpoenas, and interviews with relatives.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: The agents may have left the property, but the case they carried out of that house is only beginning.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: and what federal prosecutors uncovered could determine far more than where Ilhan Omar lives in Washington, it could determine the future of her citizenship, her congressional career, and indeed her continued presence in the United States itself.
