- 7:41[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_09]: Well, anyway, um, when else if we get going on, I mean, there's so much, a lot of things.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, you know, I had a conversation this morning.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_09]: Um, with former Mayor Jeff Smith, I just briefly, because I have some customers coming
- 8:05[SPEAKER_09]: and the credit short but they were talking about next week's show and he said he's hoping to get the mayor on mayor compilers mayor pierce i'm sorry to pierce now but uh... he's trying to get her on i think yesterday try to get the city manager on

- 8:24[SPEAKER_09]: He's filling in for Glenn Curry next week on the Live at Five Show.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_09]: And I'm sure he'll be willing to talk to you about the ethics complaint and the whole only thing and all of that.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_09]: You can get into that too.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_09]: But I think he's happy with the political development this year.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_09]: As far as getting rid of the people that you want to get rid of.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_09]: And so anyway, he'll be filling in next week.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_09]: Make sure you tune it in.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_09]: you're on uh... a.m.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_09]: for all for you okay have you had enough of here about the abstine files i guess uh... is max rules going to be interviewed in florida by the assistant a.g.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_09]: today i don't know what to think about all that you know democrats want to make sure that they want to somehow you know that i see some of them commenting on my body these people who always are saying
- 9:14[SPEAKER_09]: petro this and petro that petrofile or he raped a trial or you know that they talk about it incessantly those are the type of people you don't want to let around your children I'll tell you because there's something weird about that I don't know what went on with Epstein but I know the Democrats want to try to tie him to Trump and the Republicans want to tie him to Bill Clinton somehow and I don't really care I think he's dead and
- 9:42[SPEAKER_09]: Maxwell's in prison.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know what more you say about it.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_09]: Good afternoon, Your Highness.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_18]: Good afternoon, Jeff.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_18]: Maybe this will make you feel cooler.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_18]: I heard you talked about the hot weather.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_18]: I heard I'm a European weather thing that the high temperature forecast yesterday for Toronto and Toronto.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_18]: Toronto capital was going to be a hundred and twenty two degrees.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_18]: hundred twenty-two degrees Fahrenheit.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, it's capital of Iran, yeah.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_18]: The actual temperature on the thermometer and the reservoir there is that it's lowest point that it's ever been in a hundred years.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_10]: Wow.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_18]: So if we think we have water problems, maybe it's leaking.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_18]: We ought to look at the Iran.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_18]: The other thing I want to mention is I heard you talk about Chuck Manjoni passing away.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_18]: And I find that said probably I don't know, maybe fifty years ago or so.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_18]: I attended a couple of his concerts and I was thoroughly amazed at his musical ability.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_18]: I thought of him at that time as a genius.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_18]: And I've always liked his music and he wasn't all that far away from a channel being in Rochester.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_10]: Righty.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_18]: I was sad to hear that he, uh, Rochester native.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_09]: Exactly.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_09]: What do you think of Hulk Hogan?
- 11:03[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, okay.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, well, I never met Hulk and I never knew.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah, we all know Hulk, but I actually personally met a checkman joining a couple of times.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_18]: And I think his music is fabulous.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_18]: He was a musical genius at my end.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_18]: My opinion.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_09]: Thank you, Michael.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_09]: Thank you, Michael.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_09]: I will.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I mean, Johnny, well, I grew up in Rochester.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_09]: He went to the Eastman School of Music.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_09]: Is that still exist?
- 11:30[SPEAKER_09]: So much of the good stuff that came out of George Eastman and the whole Kodak thing.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_09]: And I remember going, you know, yeah, it's too bad.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_09]: It's all going over and a lot of it.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_09]: But hopefully the Eastman School of Music survived.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_09]: Best known for a song feels so good.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_09]: Thirty albums in his career, two Grammys nominated for fourteen.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_09]: And, you know, they'd quite a career.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_09]: Um, seven, five, five, twelve, forty is the phone number.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_09]: If it'd like to give us a call, I think our audience is a little more in tune.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, you know, people remember Mr. Manjoni, but I think our audience is a little more in tune with the passing of Hulk Hogan, uh, uh, uh, passed away at age seventy one.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_09]: Quite an icon, yeah.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_09]: Quite an icon.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_09]: And he was very active politically last year in supporting President Trump.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_09]: means automatically a couple of our listeners hate him.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_09]: Let's see.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_09]: I think a two-meltz much else going on.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I maybe I'll call Mayor Smith up later.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_09]: Again, and finish that conversation.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_09]: What do you want him to talk about next week?
- 12:44[SPEAKER_09]: What are the topics?
- 12:47[SPEAKER_09]: He knows a lot.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_09]: He knows the players.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_09]: He knows what's going on.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_09]: And he's got strong feelings about it.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_09]: But if I were interviewing him, I'd ask him more questions about that whole trooper probe and what was going on there.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_09]: That was a strange episode.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_09]: And yeah, all sorts of things.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_09]: Now, the fire over on North Rutland Street, they're supposed to be tearing out house downs.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_09]: I hope to God they don't just leave the pile of rubble sitting there like was done on West Main Street.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_09]: I'm going to say it because I'm going to say it.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_09]: There was a fire on West Mean Street and in vacant house, probably squatters were in there.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_09]: It was quickly knocked down into a pile of rubble, a fence put around it, and it's been sitting here for months.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_09]: And I say, well, we got to do it as best as testing.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_09]: Get it the hell out of there.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_09]: That's a neighborhood, either one I have to look at.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_09]: Same thing with North Rutland Street, people live there.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I say, if a house fire occurred in the four hundred block of flour, I have a new West.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_09]: And the house was deemed no longer livable, and had to be demolished.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_09]: You can bet your ass that it wouldn't be sitting there in a pile for weeks and weeks on end.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_09]: Hell.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_09]: Just wouldn't happen.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_09]: That's because the elites, people who run the city, the people who are in the city, they don't go down.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_09]: Rutland Street very much.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_09]: They're mainstream.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_09]: Our mainstream.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_09]: They don't.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_09]: They don't go in those streets.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_09]: So, yeah, that's nice to say.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_09]: That was the argument for being a part of the community, not a part from it.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_09]: It isn't whether somebody's a nice guy.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_09]: We heard that too many times or even whether somebody's competent.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_09]: And what Holy told me yesterday said, I knew all the lying was never going to move into the city, but I didn't care.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_09]: But still they approved a contract that delineated that.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_09]: That's what pisses off the public.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_09]: Some of the public, some of you were like, well, whatever happens.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_09]: And that's what you, what's kind of missed in some of the legacy media coverage here.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_09]: And since we don't remember when we had editorials, and people were actually frightens him.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_09]: It's a time's going to say they were editorials today.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_09]: What's going to say it?
- 15:17[SPEAKER_09]: It's called about Sunday.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_09]: Oh my God, there's no such fear anymore because nothing's written anywhere.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_09]: I saw another, there was something called trashnews.com or something that had really good coverage of the Rutland Street fire video.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_09]: And, you know, there were two drones up there.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_09]: Two people had drones up looking at the fire.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_09]: So, unfortunately, that's where we get our news and grips and drabs and social media.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I'd always be totally accurate, but I've noticed a lot of it.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know whether it's nosey neighbors or whatever.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_09]: That's where I have to tune in.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_09]: Of course, there's our old staple news junkie too, but things have changed.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_09]: The world has changed.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_09]: Well, you hope there aren't any more fires this week.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_09]: Anybody over on Rutland Street?
- 16:08[SPEAKER_09]: Are they working on it?
- 16:11[SPEAKER_09]: Anything going on?
- 16:13[SPEAKER_07]: No?
- 16:13[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_09]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty, the phone number.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_09]: If you'd like to give us a call, we'll put you on here, talk about whatever you want, whatever you want.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_09]: People say, I don't talk about the Epstein thing.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_09]: And if you want to talk about it, let's talk about it.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know what to say about it.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_09]: He's dead.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_09]: You know, he's been dead like seven years now.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_09]: Oh my god.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_09]: I like stories like man pushed refrigerator off third floor balcony at West Main Street apartment building.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_09]: That's local, that's your local news right there.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_09]: Here's another one.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_09]: Watertown man allegedly struck twelve-year-old boy across his lower back with a charging cable.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_09]: Watertown man accused of threatening to kill women, bullies say.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_09]: These are headlines right off a news junkie.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_09]: Watertown man allegedly chased another while yelling threats and possessing weapons.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_09]: This is what's going on around town.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_09]: Not a... I once had known today that a lot of the network story about Epstein, who cares, Diane?
- 17:24[SPEAKER_09]: And you should have gone with Hulk Hogan.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_09]: Well, let's see what these things are here.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, boy.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_09]: Here's a guy arrested for holding a vacuum cleaner tube over the head causing a thirty-seven year old woman to run into a bedroom and barricade herself.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_09]: Of course she had an order of protection.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_09]: That's that.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_09]: That ain't worth much is it.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_09]: Now, here I've got a piece of paper.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_09]: And he's accused of stating I'm going to kill you.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't know what to say.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know what to say.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_09]: You'll have to do something.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_09]: But they'll be back together.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_09]: And then there's another guy, the guy who posts the full size, upper refrigerator off a third floor balcony.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_09]: Now listen, if you've got a refrigerator and you're trying to get rid of it, who the hell wants to carry it down three flights of stairs?
- 18:30[SPEAKER_09]: But, if you're going to push it off a balcony, shouldn't you have a spotter at the ground level to make sure there's no people down there that's the responsible thing to do?
- 18:40[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_09]: And then I don't know, how do you get a new refrigerator upstairs while you actually gotta carry it?
- 18:46[SPEAKER_15]: Mm-hmm.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_09]: That happened at ten, forty, six at night.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_09]: Shouldn't do it at night either.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_09]: Do it.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_09]: You know.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_09]: Again, have a spot or make sure nobody's there.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_09]: That's what you got to do if you're going to do that.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_09]: I'm not recommending it.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_09]: But if you were going to do it, that's the right way to do it.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_09]: Somebody got a rest at name Xavier.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_09]: I always love that name.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, what this guy do?
- 19:08[SPEAKER_09]: Governmental administration, a misdemeanor.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_09]: and disconned.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_09]: The defendant continuously moved his body away from the officer to prevent him from accessing areas at the body that could conceal a weapon.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_09]: That's not good.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_10]: Right.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_09]: He was treated in released by the court system.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_09]: Now let's see what else.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_09]: Here's an endangering welfare of a child.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_09]: Second degree harassment.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_09]: Striking a twelve-year-old boy of the Lord and the Lord back with a charging cable leaving a red wilt.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_15]: Mm-hmm.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_09]: Man, there's another one.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_09]: There's a guy accused of stealing a bicycle off the roof of a vehicle.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_09]: Seven o'clock in the morning.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_09]: Beats are out early, aren't they?
- 20:05[SPEAKER_09]: I'll wear in Curtis Street.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_09]: And leave anything, you can't leave anything unattended or unsecured.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_09]: Be a good time to be in the chain and padlock business because you've got to chain down everything.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_09]: Or they'll take it.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_09]: Let's see, here's somebody of the first name of Cacheon, K.S.H.A.U.A.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_09]: I've never heard of that name.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_09]: Well, you went into an apartment that had been condemned, and the notice posted, you know, what he was looking for, probably just wanted to place the live.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_09]: There's somebody accused and entering and remaining unlawfully in an enclosed garage.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_09]: Here's somebody accused of caking, twenty bucks worth of merchandise from Ashardware on State Street.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_09]: God, they're nice people over there.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_09]: Those are the nicest people at A-Sard, or can I say that?
- 21:05[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, you know, I get nothing out of it by saying, you're just saying, every time I've gone there, they're so accommodating, so helpful.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_09]: We care of that out of the car for you or whatever, great people.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_09]: And they go in there and steal something.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_09]: No, not a good idea.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_09]: There's somebody arrested on a bench warrant, another bench warrant.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_09]: Another bench warrant, a lot of bench warrant.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_09]: What are the bench horns just people that don't show up for court as I would those are?
- 21:35[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_09]: They're like a order of protection.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_07]: Nothing happens.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_09]: Uh, here's a guy operating over to vehicle with the suspended registration right in front of the channel seven.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_09]: No insurance either.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, look at on it.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_09]: Busy police plotter.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_09]: Busy.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_15]: Mm-hmm.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_09]: There's a guy on Lauville.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_09]: There's a guy charged with making a terrorist attack threat.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, he wanted to kill multiple police.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_09]: Jesus, dangerous people out there.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_09]: Hmm.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't know what's going to happen.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_09]: I made a comment in this earlier.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_09]: Once, two thousand thirty hits and we lose that national good contract and all that money and you're not going to have to have less people out there babysitting the public.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_09]: There's going to be a little
- 22:30[SPEAKER_09]: That's not being anti anything.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_09]: That's just the way it's going to end up being.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_09]: So who's going to do something about the guy who pushes his refrigerator off the balcony?
- 22:43[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_09]: I haven't heard of anybody doing that before, but it is a quick way to get the refrigerator to ground level.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_09]: Seven, five, five, and my goodness if the ground, the
- 23:00[SPEAKER_09]: compressor ruptured or something then the easy could come over and we could have another old whatever seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to give us a call we're going to call good afternoon you're on the air good afternoon there's a beautiful day out today it is you were just mentioning the old electric contract the city has with uh... grid electric company yeah
- 23:33[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I have no idea that is certainly an option the city has.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_09]: You could probably get some easy money up front.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_09]: Because I think the water rights are worth something, but, you know, ultimately, you got to look at what can it produce and what's the going rate for electricity and that really is going to determine the cause, at least in the eyes of any kind of person doing it or praise a lot of it.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_11]: That is absolutely correct, Mayor.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_11]: I was thinking if they could never get enough money.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_11]: to do it, but if they could get enough money to get interest off of, I don't know, hypothetically, a million dollars, and that's just hypothetically hypothetical, but you know, then you might be able to do that.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_09]: But because you're not going to be, restrictions on the city investing, they have to be Uber secured, things you can't go out and speculate in the market and all that.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_09]: And so you're going to,
- 24:31[SPEAKER_09]: interest income is minimal in this day and age as a revenue source for government.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_09]: And even if you got ten million dollars and you put ten million in and even if you had a CD pay in four percent, even if that was legal, that's only four hundred thousand a year.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_09]: That's not going to cover the six or seven million you're losing.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_11]: No, no, no.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_11]: I was able to get three, three and a half.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_09]: about a money but yeah four percent would be about right right well anyway I don't know I mean it it's a you know tough situation uh... be nice if they were thinking about that now but now they're thinking about having a star chamber proceeding for a cliff only and never you know trial form from these ethics charges i don't know what that's going to be all about but boy that's going to be expensive
- 25:27[SPEAKER_09]: I know a quick as much and they've spent almost the twenty thousand nineteen whatever one more than that of it if they if they look through I thought you did they've spent double a triple that and it's a little spend at least a hundred thousand yeah it's going to be great I hope it's I hope it's televised I was thinking exactly the same thing there televised or stream sell the rights there you go well it'd be interesting to watch I don't know
- 26:00[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it might be worth the time to set their important, just listen.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_09]: You know, if it keep, if it keeps us entertained, I guess it is worth the money.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_09]: So there you go.
- 26:10[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_09]: All right.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_09]: Well, thank you going to the movies.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I'm going to a movie since Barbie.
- 26:17[UNKNOWN]: Wow.
- 26:17[UNKNOWN]: Well, just go by yourself and be cheaper.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_09]: Thanks by now.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_09]: All righty and we'll take time out for messages be back with more the hotline and oh we got a call while we'll take that call good afternoon here on the air
- 26:43[SPEAKER_09]: No, in fact, I was talking to somebody who's in law enforcement and I won't mention any names.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_09]: I don't want to get this person in trouble, but they say that New York City actually does give them like vouchers and pays them to go to Binghamton, which is the next step up route, seventeen, and then broom county gives a more money to come to Jefferson County, because I guess we're an easy markup here.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_09]: So yeah, they're shipped in.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, it's kind of scary when you look at, you know, I was talking to a neighbor over to the, who lives right nearby the Rutland Street fire.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_09]: They said that place had a whole bunch of homeless living there.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_09]: Even though news accounts said it was a vacant building.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_09]: Well, probably the guy who owned it.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_09]: I think the guy who owns it's dead.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_09]: But, um, nobody knew it was said by homeless people.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_11]: No doubt about it.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_11]: I'll be going to handle a new building.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_11]: They're going to burn that through the ground too.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, everywhere made out of wood.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_11]: What's that about?
- 27:37[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_11]: You know, I think the police on the time on the wrongs during the day should stop at these vacant houses.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_11]: Check and see if anybody's in there.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_11]: I got one on my street.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_11]: I'm keeping an eye on this vacant at the moment.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_09]: But I keep an eye on it.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_09]: That place over on Rutland.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_09]: Look like I didn't look good after the fire, but I don't think it looked very good before the fire.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_11]: No, but that's what I would do to have the cops check these homes and make sure these people aren't.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_09]: Well, you can't just walk in private property, you know, there's an issue there.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_11]: They shouldn't be on there.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_11]: Most of my little thinker from New York, all the guy out on my yard the other day asked them where he was from.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_11]: He goes from governor.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_11]: I go, what the hell you two were more to tell?
- 28:21[SPEAKER_11]: You know, I said, how come you're not working?
- 28:24[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, I'm a work construction.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_11]: I said, there's some Monday morning.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_11]: What are you doing?
- 28:27[SPEAKER_11]: How come you're not working?
- 28:28[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, it's a day off.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_11]: He's looking for thirty dollars on my side yards.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_11]: I said, where the hell are you going to get thirty dollars?
- 28:34[SPEAKER_11]: You don't work, pal.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_11]: I said, go back to Governor's, retire to keep the guy was on something a little on the study, you know?
- 28:43[SPEAKER_11]: He's not a clock in the morning.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_11]: He's a clock in the morning.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_11]: So there's a lot of these people are from Watertown.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_11]: That's what I think.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_11]: If the cops see somebody pushing a shopping card down the street, pull over and ask them hard questions.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_11]: We're just stealing a shopping card.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_11]: Are you from the city?
- 29:03[SPEAKER_11]: Where are you living?
- 29:06[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, where are you?
- 29:08[SPEAKER_09]: Are you still there?
- 29:11[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I thought maybe they got you.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_09]: You know, you're the only speaker of truth in this town.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_09]: So go ahead.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_11]: I don't want to say harass me people, but they don't have to write you and I have Home property here.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_11]: They don't have to write the work up down the street.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_11]: It's stolen merchandise.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_11]: Somebody go with all my street.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_08]: Oh what?
- 29:38[SPEAKER_11]: Oh you both, that you see in a shopping market, do you put your product on?
- 29:42[SPEAKER_08]: Oh okay.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_11]: Where the hell was she get that?
- 29:45[SPEAKER_11]: I can joke off the up to the up.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_11]: I couldn't believe a five o'clock at night, Mayor.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_10]: Really?
- 29:52[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_11]: They're on the street constantly, as far as you see it's up and down on the street.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_11]: Nobody went out of the concert or anything.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_11]: People went to backpack, people went to E.V.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_11]: boats.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_15]: Mm-hmm.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_11]: manager, he has to live in the city.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_11]: I don't care what anybody says.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_08]: He doesn't want it.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_11]: The city manager living in the city limits that's the way it's always been.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_11]: That's a wrong decision.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_11]: He signed a contract.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_11]: The city had to move to the city at six months and if he wants to, we give another six month extension.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_11]: Only a nice house is to say on the city driver wrong.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_11]: You want you to park ahead here.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_11]: You want the fire chief here.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_11]: You want the police chief here.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_11]: The city engineer, you know, you don't have to be here.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_11]: DPW, not necessarily.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_11]: You want you to maintain the park ahead here.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_11]: The white fires are going here.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_11]: You want you to park your chief in the area mayor.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_15]: Mm-hmm.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_11]: These homeless people starting fires every other street fires last two weeks at least.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_15]: Mm-hmm.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_11]: So, I'll hold these people.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know, what is this a problem I bet my life, I just people are firebooks.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_11]: But what do you do, man?
- 31:04[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, uh... What other thing on the signage at the park?
- 31:07[SPEAKER_11]: I told you that was the thing, do you marry you to a credit for my idea?
- 31:11[SPEAKER_11]: I told you after the accident.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_11]: You got to move them signs back about fifteen feet.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_11]: And that's what they did the other day.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_11]: Let the people know you're coming up to a speed bump.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_08]: Do you think we need those bumps?
- 31:24[SPEAKER_11]: No.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_11]: But you don't need the signs right on top of the speed bump.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_09]: you know when I was talking to Mr. Councilman Olney yes yes it will okay those he says well we don't know yet well ten days after the fact I could you not know it I that's the thing they just lie to you they all just lie to you
- 31:50[SPEAKER_11]: Dr. Kim will want to push his ethics, let him pay for an office's own pocket.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_11]: Could for be out of here in another three months anyway.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_11]: We don't want to spend any more money on that ethics nonsense.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_11]: If the doctor wants to push it, pay for it yourself.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_11]: We'll fill up with it.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_11]: It's over with.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_11]: He's out the door in November and he is.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_11]: Let's waste some more of money on lawyers and everything else on eddish.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_09]: Well, only supposed to get a letter this week from the lawyers answering all this question, so I can't wait to see that.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_11]: Just drop, and we can't wait to see that.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_11]: I knew Dr. Kid would be a problem when people put them in.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_11]: I just had a gut feeling.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know the man, but I didn't like a lot of his answers when he came into your show, Mary.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_11]: Remember, he was in your show, smart guy, nobody could do that.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_11]: I disagree with his politics on a lot of his very liberal, very liberal.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, they had to count Kamala Harris sign under law and last fall.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's all you need to know.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_11]: It's hard to.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_11]: Listen, anybody that voted for a woman like that, president, my God, can you imagine?
- 32:56[SPEAKER_09]: I would vote for a lot of women for president, but not that one.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_09]: All right, thank you.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_09]: You know, people say that, well, you, because she's a woman, because she's black, well, she sort of likes.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_09]: She's Indian, well, forever.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_09]: If Kind of Lisa Rice had been running, I'd vote for her twice.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_09]: And, you know, there's a lot of people.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_09]: And Steve Harvey, if he ran too, I love that show.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_09]: I love that show.

- 56:46[SPEAKER_16]: That's not good to get it out of my twelve floors.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_16]: My wife told me I was not that my did it.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, twelve floors.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_09]: That's a long, well, as long as you have a spotter at ground levels where somebody doesn't walk in the path of it, I don't, I don't see a problem with that.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_16]: What did you do?
- 57:08[SPEAKER_16]: Cut it up.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_09]: Cut it up into pieces or what?
- 57:13[SPEAKER_16]: I ended up paying a couple of guys just to get it down through the stocks.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_16]: But they got it stuck to.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_16]: Believe it or not, I don't usually do this sort of thing, but I ended up having to leave it there.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_09]: Well, next time by a sectional.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, exactly.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_09]: All right, well, we'll do our best here.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_09]: Keep cool today.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_09]: Thanks, right now.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, actually the weather the next few days is going to be this is a an excellent.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_09]: If you like good summer weather, we've had it.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_09]: We've had some hot days like today.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_09]: We've had some medium days, but generally most of them pretty nice.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_09]: Well, let's see.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_09]: Governor Hokel signs a law requiring cardiac emergency response plans and schools.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I would think they would have some kind of, you know, protocol anyway, wouldn't they?
- 58:11[SPEAKER_09]: What did these superintendents do?
- 58:14[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, you gotta have the governor telling them to take a cell phone out of the hands of kids so the teachers can teach?
- 58:20[SPEAKER_09]: What?
- 58:21[SPEAKER_09]: God's name, these superintendents do.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_09]: They got one in every five miles in this county.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, you can't say anything about them.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_09]: They're blessed people.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_09]: What the hell do they do?
- 58:30[SPEAKER_09]: They've got to have Kathy Hockel tell him what to do every, man.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_09]: I shouldn't say that.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_09]: I shouldn't say it because, you know, these are the unelected elites who know so much, but yeah, I would think any school would have some kind of first aid
- 58:51[SPEAKER_09]: You know, protocols in place or something like that.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_09]: There's supposed to have one of those zapper units, I don't know if they have.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_09]: And somebody trained in it.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, it's a good idea.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_09]: What do I know?
- 59:05[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I'm glad the governor signed that bill.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_09]: Let's see.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_09]: She also wants cardiac arrest training at the bill's training camp.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_09]: They have a bill to do that.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_09]: One of the bills not smart enough to have a physician or somebody there to some protocols in place.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_09]: And what do we got to do?
- 59:26[SPEAKER_09]: You know, help them go to the bathroom?
- 59:31[SPEAKER_09]: Man, you can bet it's a jet straining camp.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_09]: They probably have a, especially after that incident involving the one player.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_09]: And they got to have a state law to require that.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_09]: not smart.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_09]: Anyway, that's our show for today.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_09]: Glenn Courier will be in at five o'clock with the live at five show.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_09]: You don't want to miss it.
- 59:50[SPEAKER_09]: And I'll be back tomorrow with a Friday edition of the hotline right here on this community broadcast station.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_09]: We are a. I'm
