The God Who Draws Near to Wreckage, Psalm 34:17-18
The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit., Yahweh's proximity is calibrated to brokenness, not to performance — and that reorders everything about how you approach him.
