- 0:59Speaker 1: All Right, wait on route The Root, The Root, The
- 1:01Speaker 1: Root is on fire. Welcome to the show. Hey, the
- 1:05Speaker 1: breaking news just in.
- 1:07Speaker 3: The Trump administration is working on deputizing thousands of IRS
- 1:12Speaker 3: agents to help Ice round up illegal aliens inside the
- 1:15Speaker 3: United States. So this is again an idea that that
- 1:20Speaker 3: came from me. You know, I'm the one who told
- 1:23Speaker 3: President Trump and wrote it in a column and then
- 1:26Speaker 3: sent it to President Trump like a year a year
- 1:29Speaker 3: and a half ago, that you need to fire the
- 1:32Speaker 3: eighty eight thousand IRS agents and terminate all the funding
- 1:36Speaker 3: for the eighty eight thousand IRS agents, and you need
- 1:39Speaker 3: to either then use the money to hire you know,
- 1:42Speaker 3: whatever's needed eighty eight thousand or ten thousand, whatever the
- 1:45Speaker 3: number is, new ICE agents and border agents, or you
- 1:49Speaker 3: need to take those IRIS agents and ask them to
- 1:53Speaker 3: round up illegal aliens and become border agents. I don't
- 1:56Speaker 3: know why they'd be qualified for that, by the way,
- 1:59Speaker 3: rather fire them and immediately higher real border agents. But
- 2:02Speaker 3: in the end, that was my baby, and it's happening,
- 2:06Speaker 3: all right. So I wrote a column and I want
- 2:09Speaker 3: to read it to you. I want to lead off
- 2:10Speaker 3: the show with this column. It is titled President Trump,
- 2:13Speaker 3: Elon Musk, and Doge are Superheroes. Here's a creative three
- 2:18Speaker 3: part proposal for Elon that will supercharge Doge times a thousand. First,
- 2:25Speaker 3: thank you President Trump and Elon Musk. What they have
- 2:28Speaker 3: done in a matter of days exposing the deep state
- 2:32Speaker 3: looting and waste has been dreamed about, talked about, promised,
- 2:37Speaker 3: but never delivered in the history of America. With President
- 2:41Speaker 3: Trump's direction, coordination, and approval, I mean, Elon and his
- 2:46Speaker 3: team of young genius coders and algorithm Houdinis have proven
- 2:54Speaker 3: that our tax money has been ripped off, looted, and wasted.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Elon and his team have found the d State DC
- 3:00Speaker 3: Swamp CIA slush fund, and it is this USAID agency.
- 3:07Speaker 3: This is like finding the books with all the records
- 3:11Speaker 3: of payoffs in al Capone's vault. This is like finding
- 3:16Speaker 3: the books at John Gotti's.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Bergen Hunt and Fish Club.
- 3:20Speaker 3: This is like finding Jimmy Hoffa's Teamster Union pension fund
- 3:25Speaker 3: books buried in the New York Giants Stadium end zone.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Elon has discovered the Mafia burial grounds. Except the Mafia
- 3:36Speaker 3: never in its wildest dreams could have imagined looting trillions
- 3:41Speaker 3: of dollars from American taxpayers. The Deep States pulled off
- 3:45Speaker 3: a scam that would make the Gambino crime family blush.
- 3:50Speaker 3: But now let's take this discovery to the next logical conclusion. A.
- 3:57Speaker 3: This is not limited to USAID. We will find the
- 4:01Speaker 3: same theft, looting, waste, and fraud in every government agency.
- 4:07Speaker 3: We have been robbed and scammed and b start thinking
- 4:11Speaker 3: who got the loot? For over twenty years, first as
- 4:16Speaker 3: a guest on thousands of talk shows and then for
- 4:20Speaker 3: ten thousand hours as host of my own TV and
- 4:24Speaker 3: radio shows. For the past decade, I've screamed from the
- 4:27Speaker 3: highest mountains that everyone in government, from the politicians to
- 4:32Speaker 3: the government bureaucrats are all making one hundred and seventy
- 4:36Speaker 3: thousand a year or more, plus all they can steal.
- 4:40Speaker 3: A job in government is a license to steal this
- 4:43Speaker 3: money elon is. Finding stolen, missing, or wasted is called bribery.
- 4:49Speaker 3: The politicians and government bureaucrats either took the money or
- 4:53Speaker 3: they took a cut of the action for giving it
- 4:55Speaker 3: to others in the form of government spending or government contracts.
- 5:00Speaker 3: So now we must come to the next logical conclusion.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Finding money is that is missing or stolen or wasted
- 5:06Speaker 3: is one thing. But now the DOJAFBI and treasury agents
- 5:10Speaker 3: must get involved along with forensic accountants. We must trace
- 5:15Speaker 3: where it all went and who got a cut. Then
- 5:18Speaker 3: the indictments, arrests, and purp walks must begin, and equally important,
- 5:23Speaker 3: we must begin the process of clawing back all the money.
- 5:29Speaker 3: Any politician or government bureaucrat who got a cut must
- 5:34Speaker 3: be held financially accountable, seize their bank accounts, offshore accounts, homes, cars,
- 5:40Speaker 3: and all other assets, along with arresting and purp walking them.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Now to my three ideas to speed this process along.
- 5:49Speaker 1: My three creative ideas.
- 5:51Speaker 3: First, use Elon's wealth. Elon's the richest man in the world.
- 5:56Speaker 3: He's worth fourgner billion and counting. What's a billion dollar
- 6:00Speaker 3: to Elon? That's like me taking a twenty out of
- 6:02Speaker 3: my wallet. Elon should offer a one billion dollar reward
- 6:07Speaker 3: with a b one billion dollar reward. This will capture
- 6:11Speaker 3: the attention and imagination of the whole country and the
- 6:16Speaker 3: whole world. This one billion dollar pool of reward money
- 6:21Speaker 3: will go to all the people who come forward to
- 6:25Speaker 3: rat out the government theft, fraud, looting, waste and bribery.
- 6:29Speaker 3: This will dramatically speed up the discovery greed, will motivate
- 6:35Speaker 3: thousands of people to.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Come forward to report the crimes.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Second, offer amnesty and immunity to the criminals themselves. If
- 6:45Speaker 3: they turn themselves in now and confess and hand over
- 6:50Speaker 3: what they've stolen and rat out all the others involved,
- 6:54Speaker 3: they get immunity, no prison, no fines, and they get
- 6:59Speaker 3: part of the reward money for every dollar the government
- 7:02Speaker 3: claws back based on their tip and or testimony. Now,
- 7:07Speaker 3: let me interrupt my own commentary here to give you
- 7:09Speaker 3: a personal story. So I have a friend. We'll call
- 7:12Speaker 3: him Brad. And Brad was working for one of the
- 7:16Speaker 3: biggest banks in the world, and his job was to
- 7:20Speaker 3: convince people who want to cheat on the government and
- 7:23Speaker 3: cheat the IRS to give him their money to put
- 7:27Speaker 3: in an offshore account.
- 7:28Speaker 1: That was his job, and he did it.
- 7:31Speaker 3: For ten years, and he made millions of dollars for
- 7:33Speaker 3: one of the biggest banks in the world until one
- 7:36Speaker 3: day someone told him the IRS is in the building
- 7:40Speaker 3: and they and the bank is gonna throw you under
- 7:42Speaker 3: the bus and they're gonna blame it all on you.
- 7:44Speaker 3: And they've already changed the employee handbook to say no
- 7:48Speaker 3: one is allowed to take any money from American citizens
- 7:51Speaker 3: that has not already been you know, taxed. You can't
- 7:54Speaker 3: help them cheat on taxes. They changed the company employee
- 8:00Speaker 3: handbook overnight, and then they showed that to the IRS
- 8:03Speaker 3: and said, anyone who did this is on their own.
- 8:05Speaker 3: We didn't tell him to do it, we didn't allow
- 8:06Speaker 3: him to do it. He did it on his own.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Brad's gonna go to prison, not us. So when he
- 8:12Speaker 3: realized they were throwing him under the bus, he flew
- 8:14Speaker 3: to Washington from Europe and he turned himself into the
- 8:18Speaker 3: DOJ and brought with him the list of all the
- 8:21Speaker 3: Americans cheating on their taxes, and the DOJ, which was
- 8:26Speaker 3: at the time the Obama DOJ, was so upset that
- 8:30Speaker 3: he walked in with these names because they were almost
- 8:33Speaker 3: all Democrat donors of Barack Obama, so they didn't want
- 8:37Speaker 3: the list. So they literally put him in handcuffs and
- 8:40Speaker 3: arrested him. And of all the people had cheated on
- 8:43Speaker 3: their taxes, twenty thousand people, the only one who ever
- 8:46Speaker 3: served the.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Day in jail was my friend Brad. Brad went to
- 8:49Speaker 1: jail for.
- 8:50Speaker 3: Three years for I guess helping aiding in a bedding
- 8:55Speaker 3: of people trying to cheat.
- 8:56Speaker 1: On their taxes, but none of them ever went to prison.
- 9:00Speaker 1: So he goes to jail for three years.
- 9:02Speaker 3: When he gets out of prison, his lawyer meets him
- 9:05Speaker 3: at the front gate to pick him up after three
- 9:07Speaker 3: years in prison, and he HANDSI an envelope and says, surprise,
- 9:11Speaker 3: your life just changed. And Brad opens it up and
- 9:13Speaker 3: it's a check for one hundred million dollars from the IRS.
- 9:16Speaker 3: The DOJ may have arrested him, but he brought this
- 9:19Speaker 3: list of names. His lawyer brought it to the IRS
- 9:22Speaker 3: and the irs. Well, the DJ was arresting my friend
- 9:24Speaker 3: Brad for eighty and a betting these people. The IRS said,
- 9:27Speaker 3: any money we recoup, we're giving you.
- 9:29Speaker 1: A fineyards fee a reward, and he made a billion dollars.
- 9:33Speaker 3: That one hundred million turned out to be a small
- 9:35Speaker 3: down payment on the billion dollars they owed him because
- 9:39Speaker 3: they got back I think sixteen or eighteen billion dollars
- 9:42Speaker 3: from tax cheats, and he got a percent of all
- 9:45Speaker 3: of it. And my friend Brad is now a billionaire
- 9:47Speaker 3: living on a yacht and a mansion in Italy. True story.
- 9:52Speaker 3: So my idea absolutely is valid. Giving out reward money
- 9:56Speaker 3: and for every dollar the government close back based on
- 9:59Speaker 3: your tech testimony, you will get a piece of the action. Right,
- 10:03Speaker 3: So come forward, because if we have to come get
- 10:06Speaker 3: you instead of you turning yourself in, you will spend
- 10:09Speaker 3: decades in prison and lose everything you've got. And then
- 10:12Speaker 3: the third idea I've got is, don't just investigate government spending,
- 10:15Speaker 3: goes straight to the sorts.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Hire teams of.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Your young mit geniuses and coders and forensic accountants to
- 10:22Speaker 3: investigate every member of Congress and every agency head who
- 10:26Speaker 3: is a multi millionaire.
- 10:28Speaker 1: We know they're all crooked. They can't make.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Millions or tens of millions of dollars on one hundred
- 10:33Speaker 3: and seventy thousand dollars salary.
- 10:35Speaker 1: We know that's not possible. So they're all criminals and
- 10:37Speaker 1: they're all suspects.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Make them prove where their money for their mansions and
- 10:41Speaker 3: their millionaire's lifestyle came from. So much for the bs
- 10:44Speaker 3: term public servants, I've always said that it's the biggest
- 10:47Speaker 3: lie ever told to try to make you feel guilty
- 10:49Speaker 3: that they're public servants, they're your servant.
- 10:52Speaker 1: No, they're not.
- 10:53Speaker 3: These corrupt politicians and public employees are public frauds and criminals.
- 10:57Speaker 3: We have to arrest and convict them and claw back
- 11:00Speaker 3: all the money. Because we let them get away with
- 11:02Speaker 3: the crimes. This will never end. We have to set
- 11:04Speaker 3: an example and send a message. If you steal from
- 11:07Speaker 3: the US government and the American taxpayer, you'll go to
- 11:09Speaker 3: prison and lose everything. And finally, ps once you cut
- 11:12Speaker 3: all the spending, waste and looting and fired a third
- 11:14Speaker 3: or more of a useless, lazy, corrupt government employees, it's
- 11:17Speaker 3: time to eliminate inco taxes completely and terminate the irs
- 11:21Speaker 3: or worst case, mister President, cut our taxes in half.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Elon just proved the government doesn't need all this money.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Most of her tax money is stolen or wasted. Government
- 11:29Speaker 3: can live on half or less. So from now on,
- 11:32Speaker 3: President Trump, you should be known as the president who
- 11:35Speaker 3: allowed the American people to keep dramatically more of our
- 11:39Speaker 3: own money.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Cut our taxes in.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Half because you don't need f the money, because it's
- 11:43Speaker 3: all wasted and looted.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Wayne Alarute, We'll be right back and Hi.

- 15:02Speaker 1: All right, Wayne La rout the root. The Root's on fire.
- 15:05Speaker 1: I am back. That was Wayne on Memory X.
- 15:08Speaker 3: I was not live in the last segment, which is
- 15:11Speaker 3: the first segment of our show today, because we had
- 15:14Speaker 3: a internet outage and we could not connect with my
- 15:18Speaker 3: com rex box, so we were out and we played
- 15:21Speaker 3: the first segment of yesterday's show. I it sounded a
- 15:23Speaker 3: little bit old to you and dated, and you thought, wow,
- 15:26Speaker 3: that sounds just like Wayne yesterday.
- 15:29Speaker 1: And if you didn't think that, then shame on you
- 15:32Speaker 1: because you weren't watching yesterday or listening. Excuse me, listening yesterday.
- 15:35Speaker 3: I just finished shooting my TV show, So there I
- 15:38Speaker 3: think of watching my Real America's Voice TV show that'll
- 15:41Speaker 3: air at ten o'clock tonight Eastern time, seven pm West
- 15:44Speaker 3: Coast time here in Vegas, seven pm. But my radio show,
- 15:49Speaker 3: if you weren't listening yesterday, then maybe my open of
- 15:51Speaker 3: my show sounded normal, but it was from yesterday. So
- 15:54Speaker 3: now we're live. It's not memory X, it's live. It's
- 15:57Speaker 3: Wayne Rude. It's Tuesday.
- 15:59Speaker 1: What iss Thay?
- 16:00Speaker 3: The eleventh of February, and it is three twenty four
- 16:03Speaker 3: here on the West coast, six twenty four on the
- 16:05Speaker 3: East coast. So if you're listening, it's really me, and
- 16:09Speaker 3: it's kind of like a kidnapping. We need a proof
- 16:11Speaker 3: of life. It's really Wayne. I want to open the
- 16:14Speaker 3: show with a surprise move. Google cuts Pride Month from
- 16:18Speaker 3: their calendar app. So I use the Google calendar and
- 16:22Speaker 3: usually on June first, you would see Pride Month and
- 16:26Speaker 3: it's gone. It's not there anymore, and it just shows you,
- 16:29Speaker 3: you know, everything has changed when Trump is present. Everyone
- 16:32Speaker 3: feels free now to not do these things that they
- 16:37Speaker 3: used to feel pressure to do. Like if you heard
- 16:40Speaker 3: my opening segment yesterday, I assume I ranted a bit
- 16:43Speaker 3: about the super Bowl and the black national anthem and
- 16:46Speaker 3: the black halftime show without a single white person that
- 16:48Speaker 3: I saw on the entire halftime show, as if America
- 16:51Speaker 3: is twelve percent black and you have to hide all
- 16:54Speaker 3: the white people. I mean, it's a country that's seventy
- 16:56Speaker 3: percent white. I realize it used to be ninety and
- 16:58Speaker 3: eighty percent white, and it's going down every year, and
- 17:01Speaker 3: now it's only seventy percent white.
- 17:03Speaker 1: But it's still seventy percent white.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Should you really have halftime shows that don't appeal to
- 17:07Speaker 3: the seventy percent at all? Who don't care about I
- 17:10Speaker 3: couldn't care less of a singers black, but I care
- 17:12Speaker 3: if they're a black rapper rapping, you know vile language.
- 17:18Speaker 3: You know, you could be Aretha Franklin. You could be
- 17:20Speaker 3: Dion Warwick, you could be Gladys Knight and the Pips,
- 17:23Speaker 3: and I love you. I couldn't care less you're black.
- 17:25Speaker 3: You could be Smoky Robinson. Anyone from those days with
- 17:30Speaker 3: black music in Detroit, right Motown all great. I don't
- 17:35Speaker 3: think Anymann, Diana Ross. Nobody thought these were bad people
- 17:38Speaker 3: because they were black. America's not a racist nation. But
- 17:41Speaker 3: if you're gonna give me ghetto garbage like that halftime show,
- 17:45Speaker 3: which is not only insulting to the white people, it's
- 17:47Speaker 3: insulting every black kid in America, you're teaching them, excuse me.
- 17:52Speaker 1: The wrong values, the wrong values. But it's the same
- 17:57Speaker 1: thing with Pride Month.
- 17:58Speaker 3: I don't care if it's Black History Month or Pride,
- 18:00Speaker 3: they're all fine. If you want to also have White
- 18:03Speaker 3: Pride Month and Straight Pride Month, and Jewish Pride Month,
- 18:06Speaker 3: and Catholic Pride Month and Protestant Pride Month.
- 18:09Speaker 1: You know, if you really want all of this stuff,
- 18:11Speaker 1: there's not gonna be any room for a calendar anymore.
- 18:14Speaker 1: If you really want all.
- 18:15Speaker 3: This stuff at the front of a football game, in
- 18:17Speaker 3: addition to the black national anthem, let's have a white
- 18:20Speaker 3: national anthem, Let's have a gay national anthem. Let's have
- 18:23Speaker 3: a Jewish national anthem. By the time an Italian American
- 18:26Speaker 3: and an Irish American national anthem Polish American. By the
- 18:30Speaker 3: time you're done, there won't be time for a game.
- 18:32Speaker 3: We'll just all honor ourselves and there won't be any game.
- 18:35Speaker 3: But you shouldn't want any of it where one nation.
- 18:39Speaker 3: You're an American. You're not a Polish American, a Jewish American,
- 18:42Speaker 3: Italian American.
- 18:43Speaker 1: You're just American.
- 18:44Speaker 3: I mean, I am Jewish American, right, But I don't
- 18:47Speaker 3: want a song at the beginning of a game to
- 18:50Speaker 3: honor Jews. And I don't want a halftime show that's
- 18:53Speaker 3: all Jews. It's ridiculous. I don't want a Jewish national anthem.
- 19:00Speaker 3: I don't want a Jewish Pride Month. The only person
- 19:02Speaker 3: who care about Jewish Pride Month are Jewish people. Why
- 19:05Speaker 3: should the rest of you be subjected to my Pride Month.
- 19:08Speaker 3: It's none of my business to force that upon you.
- 19:12Speaker 3: So why would gay people think I should care about
- 19:15Speaker 3: Gay Pride Month. I don't give a flying f about
- 19:18Speaker 3: Gay Pride Month, nor.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Should I, because I'm not gay. I don't care about
- 19:22Speaker 1: gay history. I'm not gay.
- 19:24Speaker 3: I'm not against gays, I'm not against blacks, I'm not
- 19:26Speaker 3: against anyone.
- 19:28Speaker 1: I just don't want.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Anyone to get these listings on calendars or these openings
- 19:33Speaker 3: to shows.
- 19:36Speaker 1: It's just ridiculous.
- 19:38Speaker 3: So thank god Google, I mean, that's amazing, right, Google,
- 19:42Speaker 3: of all companies, decides to cut Pride Month from the calendar.
- 19:46Speaker 3: I think it's great, and I believe I saw a
- 19:49Speaker 3: text yesterday for one of my buddies. They've cut more
- 19:51Speaker 3: than Pride Month. They've cut Black History Month from the
- 19:54Speaker 3: Google calendar as well. Since Trump became president. None of
- 19:57Speaker 3: this is meant to say we don't like you because
- 19:59Speaker 3: you're black, n thank you because you're gay. It's meant
- 20:01Speaker 3: to say, you should celebrate Gay Pride Month in your house,
- 20:05Speaker 3: and you should celebrate Black Pride Month in your house.
- 20:07Speaker 3: You should sing the black national anthem in your house.
- 20:10Speaker 3: In my house, we're not seeing a white national anthem
- 20:13Speaker 3: or a Jewish national anthem. We're just singing the national anthem.
- 20:17Speaker 1: That's it. Trump to sign order to potentially toss.
- 20:21Speaker 3: Entire federal agencies while reducing the federal workforce to essential jobs.
- 20:27Speaker 3: Only if you don't think things are going great, then
- 20:30Speaker 3: you and I live in a different country, in a
- 20:32Speaker 3: different world.
- 20:33Speaker 1: You live in a communist bubble.
- 20:35Speaker 3: Thank god, we're firing the unneeded government employees, which is
- 20:39Speaker 3: about ninety percent of them.

- 22:18Speaker 1: All right way down and reap the root to root
- 22:20Speaker 1: the roots on fire.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Been a crazy day today, a lot of things going on,
- 22:24Speaker 3: hard to maintain concentration. I'm working on, like I swear
- 22:27Speaker 3: to you, I'm working on like thirty five deals at
- 22:29Speaker 3: the same time, and I can't think. I can't even
- 22:31Speaker 3: remember my name. I get up in the morning and
- 22:33Speaker 3: I'm like, oh my gosh, what day is it?
- 22:36Speaker 1: Where am I?
- 22:36Speaker 3: This is like there's too many things going on in
- 22:38Speaker 3: my head, too many deals, too many advertisers, too many
- 22:43Speaker 3: things to remember. My gut it's easy to get them
- 22:46Speaker 3: all confused. How many businesses. I've got a lot going on.
- 22:49Speaker 3: One man Army advantage. Gold is the sponsor of this
- 22:51Speaker 3: segment of the show. Yeah, I love gold. I've always
- 22:54Speaker 3: loved gold. I've loved gold for I don't know twenty
- 22:56Speaker 3: five years, and I've been collecting gold for twenty five years.
- 22:59Speaker 3: One of my valuable assets you can own. Everyone thinks
- 23:02Speaker 3: that gold is insurance, right. It's like an insurance poss
- 23:04Speaker 3: if everything goes wrong, if everything goes to hell, if
- 23:07Speaker 3: the stock market crashes, if the economy collapses, if we're
- 23:10Speaker 3: at nuclear war, if we're at death come you know, orange, whatever,
- 23:15Speaker 3: if a new pandemic hits, if China invades Taiwan, anything
- 23:20Speaker 3: that could go wrong.
- 23:21Speaker 1: You know you got to own gold because gold shoots
- 23:23Speaker 1: up when things go wrong.
- 23:25Speaker 3: But it also shot up over fifty percent during Trump's
- 23:28Speaker 3: first term, And in the last four weeks, gold is
- 23:32Speaker 3: shot up dramatically. I don't know the exact number. I
- 23:35Speaker 3: just know it's almost touching three thousand out. It's Unbelievable's
- 23:37Speaker 3: a new ul time Ei every day. But between January
- 23:40Speaker 3: two thousand and December thirty one of last year, twenty
- 23:43Speaker 3: twenty four. December thirty one, twenty twenty four, the Doubt
- 23:47Speaker 3: was up two hundred seventy eight percent, the SMP was
- 23:49Speaker 3: up over three hundred percent, the Nastak Sword almost four
- 23:53Speaker 3: hundred percent.
- 23:55Speaker 1: But those were all nothing compared to gold.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Gold skyrocketed eight hundred twenty five percent, So if you
- 24:01Speaker 3: had one hundred thousand invested in gold, it would have
- 24:04Speaker 3: been worth nine hundred and twenty five thousand by December
- 24:08Speaker 3: thirty first, And since then gold has gone through the
- 24:11Speaker 3: roof and hit new all time highs.
- 24:13Speaker 1: And that's why scream gold from the highest rooftops.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Everyone should own it, and you should get a free
- 24:19Speaker 3: guide on protecting your wealth with gold from my Friends
- 24:22Speaker 3: and Advantage Gold. They've produced this free guide at my urging.

- 25:05Speaker 3: advantage goal dot com. All right, my guest is here,
- 25:09Speaker 3: Josh Manning. Josh is the contributing editor at Western Journal.
- 25:15Speaker 3: The website is Western Journal dot com, and he's on
- 25:18Speaker 3: the show at least once a month, sometimes more, and
- 25:21Speaker 3: we love to hear the headlines at Western Journal.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Josh, welcome to the show.
- 25:26Speaker 5: Thank you, Wayne, and I hope you are enjoying. What
- 25:30Speaker 5: are we in now? Week three of.
- 25:32Speaker 3: The guest A week three, Week three? You know, it's
- 25:36Speaker 3: it's kind of like my dog Bubba, right, every year
- 25:39Speaker 3: is like seven human years, right, so every week of
- 25:42Speaker 3: Trump is like twelve weeks of another president.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Right.
- 25:45Speaker 1: It's it's unbelievable.
- 25:46Speaker 5: It's going so fast it is, and it's twelve weeks
- 25:51Speaker 5: of unbelievably consequential presiding. I was talking with my wife
- 25:57Speaker 5: earlier today and she is a polite, she's not really
- 26:01Speaker 5: totally engaged in politics. And I was telling her, you know,
- 26:06Speaker 5: this is the most consequential moment in American history since
- 26:11Speaker 5: I think probably nineteen ninety one with Krushiev resigning. Before that,
- 26:16Speaker 5: probably nineteen forty five. Before that's the Civil War, and
- 26:19Speaker 5: before that's the Founding. I mean, we are living in
- 26:22Speaker 5: we're living in heady days. This, We're living in a
- 26:27Speaker 5: time most Americans will never see something like this, and
- 26:32Speaker 5: it is incredible. And you were talking about being a
- 26:35Speaker 5: one man army earlier. It is an honor to be
- 26:38Speaker 5: fighting in this and to be retaking the spirit of
- 26:41Speaker 5: the country and driving the you know, we're driving them
- 26:44Speaker 5: back politically, they have no idea what to do, complete chaos,
- 26:49Speaker 5: and we're giving them back culturally as well.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Well.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Josh, Look, we're winning a lot, and we're winning like say,
- 26:55Speaker 3: eighty percent, ninety percent, but it's not even close to
- 26:58Speaker 3: one hundred because i've in the last few days they
- 27:01Speaker 3: foot back pretty good. And all it is is federal judges.
- 27:05Speaker 3: Federal judges block everything Trump is doing. So we were
- 27:08Speaker 3: doing a lot of great things and all of a sudden,
- 27:10Speaker 3: block block, block, block, block, and so you know, look
- 27:13Speaker 3: I see it as Trump is going to have to
- 27:16Speaker 3: do something really consequential, monumental.
- 27:20Speaker 1: He needs to arrest some of these federal.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Judges and let the courts decide whether he was right
- 27:25Speaker 3: to do it. I believe they're violating the Constitution. I
- 27:28Speaker 3: believe they are unbiased. I believe, excuse me, they're biased,
- 27:32Speaker 3: and they're just following their you know, communist agenda to
- 27:35Speaker 3: try and block Trunk from doing the right thing and
- 27:37Speaker 3: stop corruption. And they don't want to stop corruption, their
- 27:40Speaker 3: deep state con men. And someone's got to arrest them
- 27:43Speaker 3: or impeach them, purp walk them.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Out of their own courtroom with US marshals.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Something's got to be done, because we can't let these
- 27:50Speaker 3: judges ruin our agenda.
- 27:52Speaker 5: Well, there's there's precedent for that. Abraham Lincoln and the
- 27:56Speaker 5: Republican president who freed the slaves in the South. You know,
- 28:00Speaker 5: he swear out an arrest warrant for Roger Tanney, the
- 28:04Speaker 5: chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Uh, there is I never knew that for this time,
- 28:08Speaker 1: never knew that.
- 28:09Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah it was.
- 28:11Speaker 1: And what happened with it? What was result? Did they
- 28:14Speaker 1: have arrested? He was not.
- 28:16Speaker 5: He was not ultimately arrested. If I remember correctly, but
- 28:20Speaker 5: you can imagine me. I'm not positive there's ever been
- 28:24Speaker 5: a real constitutional crisis. If there has been that that
- 28:28Speaker 5: was it. But it ended up, it ended up, you know, Okay,
- 28:32Speaker 5: that's one of the reasons you didn't know about. It
- 28:33Speaker 5: is not talked about just that much because it ended
- 28:36Speaker 5: up being a tempest in the teapot. But there there
- 28:38Speaker 5: is precedent for that. Congress can also, I mean, they
- 28:41Speaker 5: can impeach federal judges. It works the same way as
- 28:45Speaker 5: impeaching a president. You need a majority vote in the
- 28:47Speaker 5: House and then a majority vote in the Senate. We're
- 28:51Speaker 5: not going to get you know, I don't think we're
- 28:53Speaker 5: going to get that. This raises this really it's a
- 28:57Speaker 5: troubling question, Wayne, What do you do when the American
- 29:02Speaker 5: people voted in a very clear, very specific direction, and
- 29:08Speaker 5: the branch of the government that is least representative of
- 29:12Speaker 5: the people because lifetime appointments. What do you do when
- 29:14Speaker 5: they they don't go rogue.
- 29:17Speaker 3: When they I know, I want to arrest them or
- 29:19Speaker 3: impeach them, but you probably can't do either one of them.
- 29:21Speaker 3: And if you do arrest them, the Supreme Court will
- 29:23Speaker 3: probably overrule you. Because you think Supreme Court Justice and
- 29:26Speaker 3: if they're conservative, Josh, they want to protect other judges.
- 29:30Speaker 3: Judges stick together. Yeah, I don't know how you're going
- 29:32Speaker 3: to ever do what needs to be done.
- 29:35Speaker 5: Well, what I would do if I were Trump, if
- 29:38Speaker 5: I were Elon, if I were Trump, is I would ignore.
- 29:42Speaker 5: I would ignore the judges' rulings on these things. Judges
- 29:45Speaker 5: don't have The judicial branch does not have enforcement power.
- 29:49Speaker 5: It can't legislate and it can't enforce. So just ignore
- 29:55Speaker 5: what they're doing. If Congress wants to act on it, fine,
- 29:59Speaker 5: we control cong risks fairly. But if they don't. If
- 30:04Speaker 5: the Trump administration just continues on and ignores what those
- 30:08Speaker 5: courts say, it will rise. It'll be elevated to the
- 30:11Speaker 5: Supreme Court pretty quickly, and we can get these things
- 30:13Speaker 5: dealt with.
- 30:14Speaker 1: There. Isn't that funny.
- 30:15Speaker 3: That's what one of my that's exactly one of my
- 30:17Speaker 3: buddies said. Just ignore what you're saying.
- 30:23Speaker 5: Yeah, it sounds like a very wise, insightful You thought
- 30:29Speaker 5: I saw it right before, right before you guys had
- 30:32Speaker 5: me on. We've now got another federal judge who has
- 30:36Speaker 5: ruled the Trump administration has to restore the DEI and
- 30:41Speaker 5: trans websites that they took offline. So I saw only
- 30:45Speaker 5: now it's illegal for a US president to take down
- 30:51Speaker 5: websites that the former president put up.
- 30:55Speaker 2: I mean, what is it?
- 30:56Speaker 5: How does this make sense in any world? Ignore what
- 31:00Speaker 5: the courts are saying. I hate saying that. The courts clearly,
- 31:04Speaker 5: and I don't even hate it that much because truly
- 31:06Speaker 5: they don't have enforcement power. Congress can get involved, they
- 31:10Speaker 5: can pass laws that clarify. But Wane, how crazy is
- 31:14Speaker 5: We're at a point in You're right, we're not winning
- 31:17Speaker 5: all of it.
- 31:18Speaker 6: We're at a point where apparently the Congress needs to
- 31:21Speaker 6: pass a law telling the judges that the Treasury secretary
- 31:27Speaker 6: can have access to treasury data.
- 31:30Speaker 1: That's where we're at, Josh.
- 31:31Speaker 3: Evidently Congress has to pass a law that says that
- 31:34Speaker 3: a president can eliminate any DEI or transgender website he
- 31:37Speaker 3: wants to that the former president put up. I mean,
- 31:40Speaker 3: these judges are unaccountable and they've got to be stopped.
- 31:44Speaker 1: And I just.
- 31:45Speaker 3: Don't, you know, because I'm not a legal mind, so
- 31:47Speaker 3: I don't know how legally you can stop them.
- 31:50Speaker 1: I just know they've got to be stopped. They're out
- 31:52Speaker 1: of control.
- 31:53Speaker 5: Well, I think I think the thing to do again
- 31:55Speaker 5: ignor them. That'll elevate it to the Supreme Court el pronto,
- 32:00Speaker 5: and the Supreme Court obviously is going to say that, no,
- 32:04Speaker 5: the Trump administration can freeze spending. The Trump administration can
- 32:08Speaker 5: get rid of DEI and trans garbage on websites. But
- 32:14Speaker 5: you know, we also need to address this issue of
- 32:18Speaker 5: whether or not the president when Congress passes a budget,
- 32:21Speaker 5: does that mean that we have to spend all of
- 32:23Speaker 5: the money that they've delegated or designated. I think even
- 32:30Speaker 5: even Rand Paul was kind of flirting with that earlier
- 32:32Speaker 5: today when he was saying that Congress is going to
- 32:34Speaker 5: need to act on this, and yeah, fine, good for
- 32:36Speaker 5: Congress to act on it.
- 32:38Speaker 1: But it is.
- 32:38Speaker 5: Absolutely insane to say that we have to spend every
- 32:42Speaker 5: time that is budgeted. A successful month on your family
- 32:46Speaker 5: budget is when you come in under budget.
- 32:49Speaker 6: That's successful.
- 32:52Speaker 5: The president can set priorities and decide where where what
- 32:57Speaker 5: money will be spent. The idea that that is only
- 33:00Speaker 5: Congress can unfund thing, and they can fund things, but
- 33:04Speaker 5: they can't spend. They can't actually spend the executive If
- 33:09Speaker 5: they could, the Treasury would be held under the legislative branch,
- 33:14Speaker 5: not the executive branch. So look, I'm got to fix
- 33:17Speaker 5: that too. But three weeks in the equivalent of thirty
- 33:21Speaker 5: six weeks, we're gonna get there.
- 33:24Speaker 3: Hey, Josh, we're headed to a break. Stay with us,
- 33:25Speaker 3: don't go anywhere. We'll be right back.

- 38:12Speaker 3: dot com. Josh Manny is with US contributing editor at
- 38:16Speaker 3: the Western Journal website Western Journal dot com.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Josh. The big bombshell.
- 38:20Speaker 3: News of the day is a lawmaker drops a jfk
- 38:24Speaker 3: assassination bombshell. There was not a single shooter. There were
- 38:28Speaker 3: two shooters that killed Kennedy. Tell us what's going on
- 38:32Speaker 3: out there.
- 38:33Speaker 5: Yeah, this My head immediately snapped too when I saw this.
- 38:39Speaker 5: This is Anna Paulina Luna, she's a representative from Florida,
- 38:45Speaker 5: and she said that in her review documents and now
- 38:50Speaker 5: I don't think they've gotten into the skiff with all
- 38:52Speaker 5: of the documents yet, Wayne, so this would be even
- 38:56Speaker 5: a more preliminary review. She said that it looks to
- 38:59Speaker 5: her very much like there was not a single shooter,
- 39:03Speaker 5: but that there were actually two different shooters. She didn't
- 39:07Speaker 5: go into detail on this, but he made the comment
- 39:10Speaker 5: when asked by the press what her first what her
- 39:14Speaker 5: first priority was in the session of Congress, and she said,
- 39:18Speaker 5: investigating this and finding out what actually happened because to me,
- 39:24Speaker 5: to me, she was saying to me, based on the
- 39:27Speaker 5: documents I've reviewed, it appears that there were two shooters. Now,
- 39:31Speaker 5: this is coming on the heels of the revelation today
- 39:36Speaker 5: that there are actually fourteen thousand additional pages of information
- 39:41Speaker 5: on the assassination, twenty four hundred files. The FBI, to
- 39:46Speaker 5: their credit, they do seem to be complying with Trump's
- 39:49Speaker 5: orders on this, probably because they're scared to death. They
- 39:52Speaker 5: went back and were they were trying to collate gather
- 39:55Speaker 5: all of the files they had on the JFK assassination
- 39:58Speaker 5: so they could make them public Trump's instructions, and they
- 40:02Speaker 5: came across twenty four hundred files fourteen thousand pages that
- 40:06Speaker 5: were not included in the nineteen ninety two review of
- 40:10Speaker 5: the JFK files. If you remember, back in ninety two,
- 40:13Speaker 5: Congress looked at the JFK files and said, listened in
- 40:18Speaker 5: twenty five years, we need to declassify all of this. Well,
- 40:21Speaker 5: those documents weren't turned in at that point, they weren't reviewed,
- 40:25Speaker 5: so there's absolutely no telling what's in there. It's not
- 40:29Speaker 5: even clearer to me that the Warren commissioned with at them.
- 40:33Speaker 5: I would think they did, but I don't know for sure,
- 40:36Speaker 5: So we don't know what's in these they're reviewing them presently,
- 40:39Speaker 5: And I think it was Luna who said, essentially, there's
- 40:45Speaker 5: no telling what they're going to find once they're in
- 40:47Speaker 5: a skiff and start reviewing this stuff. Now, I don't
- 40:49Speaker 5: like that they're going to review it in a skiff.
- 40:51Speaker 5: Forget that, get rid of, get rid of the skiff, released,
- 40:55Speaker 5: release the dang files. Let us see what happened. And
- 40:59Speaker 5: I think it's going to be absolutely fascinating to see
- 41:02Speaker 5: what's in there. Nobody, nobody's alive or still in power,
- 41:05Speaker 5: who had any influence over this, unless unless the mom
- 41:09Speaker 5: was involved. The mom is the only entity from them.
- 41:11Speaker 5: Well in the US government, Bob, Well, yeah.
- 41:13Speaker 1: I think it was clearly the US government and the
- 41:16Speaker 1: mob together.
- 41:16Speaker 3: It was clearly the mafia together with the CIA who
- 41:21Speaker 3: coordinated and cooperated and conspired to kill GfK. Let's let's
- 41:25Speaker 3: talk about one more bombshell before we run a time,
- 41:27Speaker 3: josh ilan.
- 41:28Speaker 1: Omar, She did in fact marry her brother. Uh, says
- 41:32Speaker 1: a personal friend.
- 41:33Speaker 5: Correct, that is correct. This is a huge deal. The
- 41:37Speaker 5: story is super duper complicated. I won't go into it
- 41:40Speaker 5: because she's married to a guy in a mosque and
- 41:43Speaker 5: then she sort of got divorced but didn't had had
- 41:46Speaker 5: a baby with him, while at the same time he
- 41:49Speaker 5: married this other guy. The guy came from the guy
- 41:52Speaker 5: she married, who's leaved to be her brother, came from
- 41:55Speaker 5: the UK. He was supposedly very effeminate, and he was
- 41:58Speaker 5: sent by family from the UK here to rehabilitate him
- 42:02Speaker 5: quote rehab him. Well, she ended up. This is according
- 42:06Speaker 5: to a personal friend of hers, who has finally gone
- 42:09Speaker 5: on the records went on the records in the Daily
- 42:11Speaker 5: Mail and it said, look, this was her brother. People
- 42:15Speaker 5: in the Muslims, in the Somali community of Minneapoli, they
- 42:18Speaker 5: knew about it. That's why a Christian minister presided over it.
- 42:21Speaker 5: They weren't going to be able to get a Muslim
- 42:23Speaker 5: minister to be able to do it. So she said
- 42:26Speaker 5: she would do anything possible to keep him in the US,
- 42:28Speaker 5: which is very strange because the US is supposed to
- 42:31Speaker 5: be horrible and racist. Why would she want him to
- 42:33Speaker 5: stay here? Wouldn't she want him to co bect to Somalia?
- 42:36Speaker 1: Well, it is based on the soup bowl. It is racist.
- 42:41Speaker 1: They hate white people pretty clearly.
- 42:43Speaker 3: An awful lot of people in government and big corporations
- 42:45Speaker 3: and in Congress like Elean Omar and Rashida Talib hate
- 42:48Speaker 3: white people. And they certainly hate me, white, straight male
- 42:52Speaker 3: and Jewish.
- 42:53Speaker 1: I know they hate me.
- 42:54Speaker 3: It's pretty amazing, Josh, what's going on in the world
- 42:56Speaker 3: today on black national anthem?
- 42:59Speaker 1: Why don't we have a white al anthem before Super
- 43:01Speaker 1: Bowl game? I abu a Jewish one, I bet a
- 43:02Speaker 1: Catholic one.
- 43:03Speaker 3: How about a Protestant one Crazy Josh Manning, contributing editor
- 43:07Speaker 3: Western Journal dot com.
