- 0:21Speaker 1: the end zone. Our ten yard touchdown reception for Pumpas

- 0:33Speaker 1: What up? You are listening to Hawk Talk their preview
- 0:36Speaker 1: edition Week sixteen, the Seattle Seahawks take on the Rams
- 0:40Speaker 1: to clutch clinch excuse me the division. But before begin
- 0:44Speaker 1: to that, here's NASA with the injury updates. Thanks bump Well,
- 0:47Speaker 1: the Seahawks are in pretty good shape injury wise. Pete
- 0:50Speaker 1: Carroll in his weekly press conference gave us an update
- 0:52Speaker 1: on Carlos Dunlap made it back last week against Washington
- 0:55Speaker 1: and Brandon Shell, who has not played since Week fourteen
- 0:57Speaker 1: against the Jets. Both those guys are gonna Carlos is practicing,
- 1:01Speaker 1: he starts the week in full full mode. We're gonna
- 1:05Speaker 1: monitor Brandon until later in the week with the hopes
- 1:08Speaker 1: that he can get back out in the field by
- 1:09Speaker 1: Friday and show us some stuff and see if he
- 1:12Speaker 1: can compete to play. We're really pleased with what Cedric
- 1:14Speaker 1: did it right tackle, so we feel fortunate that he
- 1:16Speaker 1: had a nice game going into this one. But we'll
- 1:19Speaker 1: see what happens with Brandon. Unfortunately, Quintin Dunbar's first season
- 1:22Speaker 1: with Seattle is coming to an end because of his
- 1:24Speaker 1: banged up knee. That's how him mount since Week nine
- 1:27Speaker 1: against Buffalo. However, Trey Flowers will help add some depth
- 1:30Speaker 1: to that secondary. Quintin is gonna is gonna stay on ire.
- 1:33Speaker 1: He's gonna get his knee fixed. Um it just couldn't
- 1:35Speaker 1: turn make the turn. He tried really hard last couple
- 1:38Speaker 1: of weeks and he just can't get over the hump
- 1:40Speaker 1: on it. And so he's gonna he's gonna get that
- 1:42Speaker 1: taken care of soon. I think, um Trey's coming back
- 1:46Speaker 1: to practice today. He'll be a little bit limited just
- 1:47Speaker 1: numbers wise, but he's he's coming back to play. So
- 1:50Speaker 1: I'm really excited that he has a chance to return
- 1:53Speaker 1: to US. Is that a season ending surgery for Quentin. Yes.
- 1:56Speaker 1: On a positive note, looks like Darrell Taylor, second round
- 1:59Speaker 1: pick for the Seahawks in twenty twenty, might actually get
- 2:01Speaker 1: on the field next week. Yeah, he's going to try
- 2:03Speaker 1: to practice next week and for the first time, and
- 2:06Speaker 1: he's getting ready to do that. We'll find out if that,
- 2:08Speaker 1: if that can come to life and all. So we'll
- 2:10Speaker 1: see um. Like I've said along that we've we've been
- 2:14Speaker 1: waiting and hoping that we could get to this day.
- 2:16Speaker 1: He had a lot of consulting that he did to
- 2:19Speaker 1: get to that point. I saw a number of doctors
- 2:21Speaker 1: to make sure that he was confident in what he
- 2:23Speaker 1: was doing. And so now that we have that behind us,
- 2:26Speaker 1: I think that he'll get a chance to see if
- 2:28Speaker 1: he can you know, if he can jump back sooner
- 2:30Speaker 1: than later, we'll be happy to have him. And finally,
- 2:32Speaker 1: Greg Olsen, He's put in a lot of work the
- 2:34Speaker 1: last couple of weeks rehappened from that foot injury. Looks
- 2:36Speaker 1: like he's set to go against the Rams. Greg's coming back.
- 2:39Speaker 1: He's gonna practice this afternoon. He had a really solid
- 2:42Speaker 1: week last week. He looked very good it was really
- 2:45Speaker 1: close enough that he had a chance to play last week.
- 2:47Speaker 1: We thought it would just be the It was such
- 2:49Speaker 1: a shock that he was so good so soon that
- 2:51Speaker 1: we just didn't want to press our luck on it.
- 2:52Speaker 1: So he's back in action this week and we're really
- 2:54Speaker 1: happy to get him back out there. All right, before
- 2:56Speaker 1: we get rollan, make sure you find all your complete
- 2:58Speaker 1: seas coverage on seven ten ESPN Seattle, the seven ten
- 3:01Speaker 1: ESPN Seattle app or at seventeen sports dot com seven
- 3:05Speaker 1: ten ESPN Seattle v Voice of Seattle Sports. As we
- 3:09Speaker 1: mentioned it, NFC West Showdown, Seahawks Rams, Who's next, Who's stats?
- 3:17Speaker 1: Who's next? Who's next? I will tell you who is next.
- 3:21Speaker 1: It's the Los Angeles Rams. There are nine to five
- 3:23Speaker 1: and second place in the NFC West. This team is
- 3:27Speaker 1: up and down, smiles and frowns. You don't know what
- 3:28Speaker 1: you're gonna get. All right, let's talk about their losses
- 3:31Speaker 1: to the Buffalo bill San Francisco twice, lost to the Dolphins,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and then last week they made history, folks, and they
- 3:38Speaker 1: were the first team to lose to the Basuda New
- 3:43Speaker 1: York Jets. They lost to the Jets. Now's what the
- 3:46Speaker 1: hell happened. Bro, this is the most disappointing loss in
- 3:48Speaker 1: the Sean McVeigh era, no question about it. You mentioned
- 3:51Speaker 1: twenty three twenty the Jets were oh and thirteen. Let
- 3:54Speaker 1: me tell you something. This out bad. It was, man,
- 3:56Speaker 1: these dudes hadn't experienced the feeling a victory in fifty
- 4:02Speaker 1: one weeks. Man, fifty one. I got a question, how
- 4:07Speaker 1: many how many weeks turn a year? Um, I want
- 4:09Speaker 1: to say it's like fifty six, but I'm almost a year.
- 4:16Speaker 1: They struggle, Oh my goodness. And honestly, the game was
- 4:20Speaker 1: bad from the jump. I mean, you you can't start
- 4:23Speaker 1: a game worse than they started this game. They went punt, hunt, block, punt, interception, punt,
- 4:29Speaker 1: and they punted again. So it was looking pretty bleak.
- 4:31Speaker 1: They rebound in the second half, scoring for scoring points
- 4:34Speaker 1: on four consecutive drives. However, bump it got a little
- 4:39Speaker 1: bleak at the end. On their final offensive drive, they
- 4:41Speaker 1: turned the ball over on downs just five place six yards,
- 4:44Speaker 1: Scott's final pass falling incomplete on a fourth and four.
- 4:49Speaker 1: But the thing was, though, the game wasn't even over
- 4:50Speaker 1: at that point, Like they all they had to do
- 4:53Speaker 1: is stopped the Jets. Yes, the O and thirteen Jets
- 4:55Speaker 1: the most the worst offense in the NFL. The Jets
- 4:58Speaker 1: took over three minutes fifty four seconds on the clock
- 5:01Speaker 1: and against the league's best defenses. I wrote on their
- 5:04Speaker 1: notes one of the leagues the league's best defense the best.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Thirty seven year old Frank Gore got two clutch forced downs,
- 5:13Speaker 1: forcing the Rams to burn their final time outs and
- 5:15Speaker 1: leading to a formation that they're forign two. We do
- 5:19Speaker 1: the victor information every week on Hawk Talking fields like
- 5:21Speaker 1: the Jets. I'm happy those guys had it in the playbook,
- 5:24Speaker 1: remembered how to do it, and honestly bum before before
- 5:27Speaker 1: I get off this topic, I've played on some bad
- 5:30Speaker 1: football teams before, and every you know, whatever's the day
- 5:34Speaker 1: before game Friday walk through, if you're playing in college,
- 5:36Speaker 1: whatever it is, you go through everything right, you go
- 5:38Speaker 1: through the script. You go you're offensive script or defense script, here,
- 5:41Speaker 1: the calls you like, you go through all the special teams. Now,
- 5:44Speaker 1: when you're on a bad football team, here are two
- 5:46Speaker 1: things that you don't practice very often or don't get
- 5:49Speaker 1: to utilize in the game. The victory formation in your
- 5:53Speaker 1: hands team because you're never in nice situation which you
- 5:57Speaker 1: really should be doing on bad football teams. You should
- 5:59Speaker 1: be like, all right, let's get a kicker turn unit, right,
- 6:01Speaker 1: let's get punk cover punk cover team. So I feel
- 6:07Speaker 1: for him, and it was, it was. It was a
- 6:10Speaker 1: rough day. So what do you see how Jared Goff?
- 6:13Speaker 1: Jared Goff. I didn't see much out the guy. He
- 6:16Speaker 1: was pretty pedestrian doing what he does. Twenty two or
- 6:19Speaker 1: thirty four, two hundred and nine, two touchdowns, one interception.
- 6:22Speaker 1: He was sacked three times. Now, the Rams typically do
- 6:25Speaker 1: a good job of protecting this guy. He's only been
- 6:27Speaker 1: sacked twenty times this year. Cam Aker goes out with
- 6:30Speaker 1: a high ankle spring. He suffered a high ankle spring
- 6:33Speaker 1: and kept playing. That's crazy. I've had a high ankle spring.
- 6:37Speaker 1: That is tough to deal with. So now, oh, don't
- 6:40Speaker 1: forget Robert was in Cooper Cup combined for just ninety
- 6:43Speaker 1: five yards and one touchdown. That is a problem. Something
- 6:45Speaker 1: tells me that's not gonna be duplicated this week. They're
- 6:47Speaker 1: gonna get those guys the football. Now, let's look at
- 6:50Speaker 1: this head to head comparison. All right, let's talk about
- 6:53Speaker 1: this offense. All right, These offenses are pretty close. Hawks
- 6:56Speaker 1: ranked ninth, Rams ranked eighth. Rush offense Hawks are eleven,
- 7:00Speaker 1: Rams are ninth. Pass offense Hawks are twelfth. Rams are
- 7:04Speaker 1: thirteen points per game. Hawks are fourth average in twenty
- 7:08Speaker 1: nine point five, and the Rams are seventeenth average in
- 7:10Speaker 1: twenty four point six. Other than the points scored offensively,
- 7:14Speaker 1: these teams are very similar when it comes to numbers.
- 7:16Speaker 1: When it comes to approach, they're a bit different. But
- 7:19Speaker 1: you look at these numbers, you say, these offenses should
- 7:21Speaker 1: be going back and forth trying to put up points.
- 7:24Speaker 1: What do you see in this defense? Well, holy spokes,
- 7:27Speaker 1: this defense man, they leave pretty much every category. Total
- 7:31Speaker 1: defense number one, two and eighty six yards a game,
- 7:33Speaker 1: rush defense number two, ninety four yards a game, pass
- 7:36Speaker 1: defense number one, one hundred ninety two yards a game.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Points allowed per game nineteen third in the league. So
- 7:43Speaker 1: these guys are, as advertised as a second straight week,
- 7:45Speaker 1: the Seahawks are going up against a really good opponent
- 7:47Speaker 1: and they're scary. I mean, usually you prefer to face
- 7:53Speaker 1: the team coming off a loss because they need to
- 7:55Speaker 1: figure their stuff out, but with them, it's just such
- 7:58Speaker 1: a chess mask. With h McVeigh, their new star defensive coordinator,
- 8:03Speaker 1: also so it's gonna be it's gonna be tough, because
- 8:06Speaker 1: for whatever reason, they've had a what's the word they've
- 8:10Speaker 1: they've had the Seahawks nummer just straight up. So like
- 8:11Speaker 1: it's gonna be, it's gonna be difficult. Obviously, the Seahawks
- 8:14Speaker 1: have made huge improvements defensively over the course of the year.
- 8:17Speaker 1: They're twenty six in defense at three hundred and eighty
- 8:20Speaker 1: seven yards per game, but as we know, that is
- 8:23Speaker 1: an unbelievable improvement where they started this year, so that's
- 8:28Speaker 1: something to look hang your hat on. And the Seahawks defensively,
- 8:30Speaker 1: they're third in rush defense. They're they're not allowing much
- 8:33Speaker 1: on the ground ninety four point six. They're just point
- 8:36Speaker 1: five yards away from the rams, so they're essentially the
- 8:38Speaker 1: same when it comes to rush defense. Our past defense
- 8:41Speaker 1: is still a thirty second in the league. I'm hoping
- 8:43Speaker 1: before this year is over that we can improve that
- 8:45Speaker 1: stat and we don't end with the worst, but it
- 8:48Speaker 1: is what it is. And then points, points lot per game.
- 8:50Speaker 1: This is the big thing about the Seahawks, and they've
- 8:52Speaker 1: made a huge improvement only allowing twenty four points a game.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Now it's tied from fourteenth middle of the league. So
- 8:58Speaker 1: it's good to see there. But on pay and what
- 9:00Speaker 1: we've seen with our eyes, this ram defense is no joke.
- 9:04Speaker 1: They forget the numbers. The Hawks have a top ten
- 9:06Speaker 1: defense the last five games. All right. I know they
- 9:08Speaker 1: played some some guys that you would expect them to beat,
- 9:12Speaker 1: but they still gotta go in and perform. And this
- 9:14Speaker 1: Rams defense is legit, man, I tell you. I look
- 9:17Speaker 1: at Aaron Donald, I look at Leonard Floyd. There is Williams,
- 9:20Speaker 1: Jalen Ramsey. They got some guys over there who can
- 9:23Speaker 1: get it them. This has to be a game where
- 9:25Speaker 1: the offense steps up. They've kind of been They've been
- 9:27Speaker 1: okay the last few games. I haven't been horrible, but
- 9:29Speaker 1: they haven't been as efficient as we would like it,
- 9:31Speaker 1: as explosive as we would like. This is a game
- 9:34Speaker 1: where that goat. They got to get back on track. Now,
- 9:37Speaker 1: let's dive into the history of this matchup and know
- 9:39Speaker 1: your history. No your history, all right, So the series record,
- 9:45Speaker 1: the Seahawks lead the series twenty four to twenty. However,
- 9:48Speaker 1: Sean McVeagh, as I alluded to a second ago, is
- 9:51Speaker 1: five and two against Pete Carroll and it's won five
- 9:53Speaker 1: of the last six games played. Last meeting, Rams beat
- 9:57Speaker 1: the Seahawks twenty three sixteen back in Week ten. But
- 10:01Speaker 1: that game was the tail two halves, and I think
- 10:02Speaker 1: it was really important game in the Seahawks season. So
- 10:05Speaker 1: in that game, the Rams did whatever they want to
- 10:07Speaker 1: do on offense. In that first half, they marched up
- 10:10Speaker 1: and down the field. First drive ten play seventy yards
- 10:12Speaker 1: and in the field goal, second drive seven play seventy
- 10:15Speaker 1: seven yards touchdown. Next drive thirteen plays ninety three yards, touchdown.
- 10:19Speaker 1: So the Seahawks couldn't really get anything done defensively. But
- 10:24Speaker 1: then right before they half they got to stop. They
- 10:25Speaker 1: caused a turnover. Then in the second half the Seahawks
- 10:28Speaker 1: other Rams are just seven points and only one hundred
- 10:30Speaker 1: and nine yards total in the second half. This was
- 10:33Speaker 1: the beginning of the changing of a guard in us
- 10:35Speaker 1: fixing our defense. But bump on offense, man, it was
- 10:39Speaker 1: a different story. What did you see from us that
- 10:41Speaker 1: first matchup? This was the first game of the year.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Why I felt like Russell was really forcing it. I'm like, oh, man,
- 10:47Speaker 1: he maybe he shouldn't have made that decision. He was
- 10:49Speaker 1: twenty two or thirty seven, two hundred and forty eight yards,
- 10:52Speaker 1: two interceptions, one fumble, and was sacked six times. He
- 10:57Speaker 1: also was the team's leading rusher with eight cars in
- 10:59Speaker 1: sixty yards. But there's there's more to it. You look
- 11:01Speaker 1: at the stats, there's more to it. There were guys
- 11:03Speaker 1: who were missing. Kyle Fuller got his first start at
- 11:06Speaker 1: center because Easton Post had to concussion. No Chris Carson,
- 11:09Speaker 1: no Carlos High, no Shaquille Griffin. Jamal Adams is walking
- 11:12Speaker 1: around with a bum shoulder. These things matters. You need
- 11:17Speaker 1: those guys out there, you need them to make plays
- 11:18Speaker 1: for you. So yes, I understand you don't make excuses
- 11:20Speaker 1: for losses, but there's always stories behind a loss. I
- 11:23Speaker 1: don't think the Rams got the Hawks best shot. I
- 11:25Speaker 1: just don't think they did. I think Russell saw these injuries.
- 11:28Speaker 1: He's like, I have to make plays. This guy Darius
- 11:30Speaker 1: Willms picked them off twice. This poor decision making. This
- 11:33Speaker 1: isn't the Russell or the offense that we have seen lately.
- 11:37Speaker 1: So I'm gonna go out and say that this one
- 11:39Speaker 1: is for real. This game is for real. I understand
- 11:42Speaker 1: the Rams when I have cam Acres. They didn't have
- 11:44Speaker 1: him the first time a round, So I saw a
- 11:46Speaker 1: good level playing field getting back to normal. Now, let's
- 11:50Speaker 1: figure out what's going on in this division and the
- 11:56Speaker 1: Seahawks or the NFC West champs again, what's the word
- 12:01Speaker 1: in the west On Hawk talk? What's the word? I
- 12:05Speaker 1: will tell you Seahawks sit at top of the division
- 12:08Speaker 1: ten and four. The Rams are nine and five, The
- 12:11Speaker 1: Cardinals are eight and six. In the forty Niners are
- 12:14Speaker 1: five and nine. Now, the Cardinals had a good game
- 12:19Speaker 1: against the Eagles. Man two young quarterbacks getting after it.
- 12:23Speaker 1: After losing four or five games, the Cardinals have gotten
- 12:25Speaker 1: back on track beating the Giants and now beating the
- 12:28Speaker 1: Eagles thirty three two twenty six. Like I mentioned earlier,
- 12:31Speaker 1: two young quarterbacks who are mobile, who can get it done.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Kyler Murray had his best game of the year twenty
- 12:37Speaker 1: seven to thirty six, four hundred and six yards, three touchdowns,
- 12:40Speaker 1: one interceptions, one interception. It ran for twenty nine yards
- 12:43Speaker 1: and a touchdown that was a career highway passing yards.
- 12:46Speaker 1: You know he got guy had to get his board
- 12:48Speaker 1: hop involved in one hundred sixty nine yards one touchdown.
- 12:51Speaker 1: What you see out of Jalen Hurts, I'm a genius.
- 12:54Speaker 1: I called this Jalen hurts what you're seeing now, May
- 12:56Speaker 1: I gotta give props a bump. He's been calling for
- 12:58Speaker 1: this since Draft day. All didn't listen. He's been saying,
- 13:01Speaker 1: this guy needs to be in the starting lineup. And honestly,
- 13:03Speaker 1: if you're an Eagles fan, you're upset. You're upset because
- 13:07Speaker 1: you play in the worst division in football and you
- 13:10Speaker 1: had a chance to be better and you let Jalen
- 13:12Speaker 1: sit on the bench, sit on the bench, sit on
- 13:14Speaker 1: the bench. So it's frustrating and Jaalen, he just looks comfortable. Man.
- 13:18Speaker 1: All he does is win. He wanted Alabama was a
- 13:21Speaker 1: complete winner, and then got bench in the National championship game,
- 13:24Speaker 1: which was tough, and obviously it worked out because to
- 13:28Speaker 1: a tongue of Valo, want came in through the game,
- 13:29Speaker 1: whining touchdown and they win that championship game. But that's
- 13:32Speaker 1: the only place in the country where you would you
- 13:36Speaker 1: would not. Essentially, I think he lost one game maybe
- 13:38Speaker 1: in his whole time there, and he gets bench in
- 13:40Speaker 1: the most important game of the year, bounces back the
- 13:43Speaker 1: next year, sticks it out, says all the right things.
- 13:45Speaker 1: In the media, comes out to a tongue of Balo
- 13:48Speaker 1: gets hurt. He hops in wins him an SEC championship
- 13:51Speaker 1: game when they eat him too, then his graduates grad transfer,
- 13:55Speaker 1: it goes to Oklahoma, gets them right back in the
- 13:57Speaker 1: College Football playoff the Heisman. I mean, Jalen hurts. All
- 14:00Speaker 1: he does is win and the statue that he was
- 14:02Speaker 1: twenty four for forty four, so not great on the completion,
- 14:05Speaker 1: but he threw for three hundred and thirty eight yards
- 14:07Speaker 1: three touchdowns. Also at eleven carrees for sixty three yards
- 14:10Speaker 1: and one touchdown. The Eagles had two chances to tie
- 14:13Speaker 1: the game late. Both drives kind of stall in the
- 14:15Speaker 1: Arizona territory, but bump, Jalen hurts, like, there's no way
- 14:20Speaker 1: you can go back and be like, hey, guys, Carson
- 14:22Speaker 1: went to our quarterback again. No, that locker room will riot.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I mean, dude, see things on the field like you
- 14:28Speaker 1: when you're not playing the best player to position. I
- 14:30Speaker 1: don't care if it's a quarterback position the team, you're
- 14:32Speaker 1: gonna lose the team. Yep. So I heard Fletcher Cox
- 14:37Speaker 1: two weeks ago. Hey, Carson Witz is still a like guy.
- 14:40Speaker 1: He's still our leader. How you feel now, Fletcher? You
- 14:43Speaker 1: got a young gun in there, Hey, the torch has
- 14:46Speaker 1: been passed. You let Hurst do his thing. The only
- 14:50Speaker 1: thing that is unfortunate about the situation is that Wins
- 14:53Speaker 1: is gonna get paid no matter what. Unfortunate for the Eagles,
- 14:56Speaker 1: not for Carson Wins. No matter what they want to do,
- 14:58Speaker 1: they want to sit him, they want to trad them.
- 15:00Speaker 1: The man is getting paid regardless. Good for you. Wins,
- 15:07Speaker 1: everybody wins, all right. Next matchup, the forty nine Ers
- 15:11Speaker 1: lost to the Cowboys. To the Cowboys, It's official. The
- 15:15Speaker 1: defending NFC champs are out. The Super Bowl hangover must
- 15:19Speaker 1: be real, man, this is a this is a real thing.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Because I thought the forty Niners would take a step back.
- 15:23Speaker 1: I didn't think they would not make the playoffs. They
- 15:25Speaker 1: lost forty one to thirty three. Nick Mullins hurt his elbow.
- 15:29Speaker 1: You know who they brought in, Josh Rosen that he's
- 15:33Speaker 1: gonna save the franchise. Nash Jobs Rosen to the rescue.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Oh my god, don't let Dave Wyman here you talk
- 15:38Speaker 1: about that. He can't stand that, dude. I mean, it's big.
- 15:42Speaker 1: It was it Bethard or CJ. Bethard starting, Uh, Jimmy
- 15:46Speaker 1: g might come back. They're clear to come back to practice.
- 15:49Speaker 1: But this season's over. I don't know why you'd rush
- 15:51Speaker 1: him to play the Seahawks or a team headed for
- 15:53Speaker 1: the playoffs, especially unless they can try to spoil something
- 15:55Speaker 1: for us. But the wild thing is when this year started,
- 15:58Speaker 1: knowing said, you know what, Week seventeen is probably not
- 16:02Speaker 1: gonna matter whatever. So twenty twenties wild to me. But
- 16:08Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I take a lot of joy in this.
- 16:12Speaker 1: My wife and I have a friend, her name is
- 16:14Speaker 1: Katie Chan. I'm gonna put her out on blast. Great friends,
- 16:17Speaker 1: who works a children's hospital. There's a lot of great
- 16:19Speaker 1: things in the community. But she did die hard forty
- 16:21Speaker 1: nine Ers fan, and she does not know what she's
- 16:22Speaker 1: talking about. She's always hit me up boys saxon when's
- 16:25Speaker 1: talking trash. Y'all are out the playoffs, quest for six bro.
- 16:29Speaker 1: The world has continued to turn since the last time
- 16:32Speaker 1: the Niners want a Super Bowl. Everyone wants to throw out, oh,
- 16:34Speaker 1: we've won more championship blah blah blah. When were you born? Okay,
- 16:37Speaker 1: you were four years old when that happened. Stop coming
- 16:39Speaker 1: at me with that. Okay, y'all had a chance to
- 16:42Speaker 1: win in last year. You miss your window is closing,
- 16:45Speaker 1: So I'm sorry if I'm standing here today. Michael Bump
- 16:48Speaker 1: is in a good mood when I see that official
- 16:51Speaker 1: playoffs scenarios and it says the forty nine ers are
- 16:54Speaker 1: eliminated from playoff contention, y'all want to get Nasa Cholby
- 16:59Speaker 1: fired up. Talk about the forty nine has taken els.
- 17:02Speaker 1: He he will talk that talk. All right. Let's see
- 17:06Speaker 1: what the matchupis are like a night this week? Man up?
- 17:10Speaker 1: Is this man? This? Man up? On Hawk Talk, we
- 17:20Speaker 1: usually start with the guys throwing that pill Jared Goff
- 17:23Speaker 1: against the Seahawks defense. Now, Jared Goff has had an
- 17:27Speaker 1: interesting season. Three hundred and forty six for five O
- 17:30Speaker 1: nine for three thousand and seven hundred and eighteen yards,
- 17:33Speaker 1: twenty touchdowns, twelve interceptions, has lost four fumbles, been sacked
- 17:37Speaker 1: twenty times. First matchup against the Hawks, he was twenty
- 17:41Speaker 1: seven to thirty seven for three hundred two yards, didn't
- 17:44Speaker 1: throw a touchdown, but didn't turn the ball over, and
- 17:46Speaker 1: gonna sack three times. Now it's like a dead horse
- 17:49Speaker 1: with me, and you're talking about Jared Goff. We know
- 17:52Speaker 1: when he's at his best, he's, without question, a top
- 17:55Speaker 1: ten quarterback in the National Football League when he's not
- 17:58Speaker 1: playing well, when he's at his worst, he's probably bottom five.
- 18:00Speaker 1: And I just don't know which Jared Goff will run
- 18:04Speaker 1: out of the tunnel Looman Field on Sunday. But what
- 18:07Speaker 1: I will say is Sean mcvayh is gonna have those
- 18:11Speaker 1: boys ready. So whatever he's gonna scheme up, he's gonna
- 18:16Speaker 1: he's gonna put Jared Goff in a situation to be successful.
- 18:20Speaker 1: And he's had our number for since he's been in LA,
- 18:25Speaker 1: So I know that McVeigh will put him in the
- 18:27Speaker 1: right position. Well, Jared Goff execute the offense. I don't know. Yeah,
- 18:33Speaker 1: you ever seen that show of Talladega or movie Talladega Nights.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Remember when Will Farrell has this mental block and he
- 18:41Speaker 1: thinks he's on five and his boys win him. At first,
- 18:44Speaker 1: he's like, come on, man, I got you. By the
- 18:46Speaker 1: third time, he's like, this is embarrassing, man, this is embarrassing.
- 18:50Speaker 1: That's how Sean McVay felt they were embarrassed last week.
- 18:55Speaker 1: So I'm with you. McVay is gonna have these guys
- 18:57Speaker 1: ready to go. You know, they're gonna have some trickery,
- 18:59Speaker 1: some jet swedes some miss directions. They're gonna condense their formations,
- 19:03Speaker 1: then they're gonna spread them out. They're gonna do a
- 19:05Speaker 1: lot of things. Pre snaps him. Confuse these guys and
- 19:08Speaker 1: two guys who are gonna help with that. Cooper Cup
- 19:11Speaker 1: then Robert Woods versus Seahawks secondary Cooper Cup eighty four receptions,
- 19:16Speaker 1: nine hundred yards, three touchdowns. Still not enough. My favorite
- 19:19Speaker 1: player who is not a Seahawkers, Cooper Cup. Love how
- 19:22Speaker 1: he runs his routse five hundred and thirteen yards after
- 19:25Speaker 1: the catch. This dude can move. Has five receptions for
- 19:29Speaker 1: fifty yards in their first matchup, which is nuts. Cooper
- 19:34Speaker 1: Cup is one of the most underrated receivers in this league.
- 19:37Speaker 1: DJ Reid is gonna have to lock them down. On
- 19:39Speaker 1: the other side, Shaq Griffin's gonna have to lock them down.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Diggs is gonna have to roam the backfiel to make
- 19:44Speaker 1: sure if guys are on part of the back end.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Another receiver, Robert was eighty two receptions, eight hundred and
- 19:49Speaker 1: fifty two yards and six touchdowns. He also has twenty
- 19:52Speaker 1: two carries for one hundred fifty four yards, two touchdowns,
- 19:55Speaker 1: five receptions thirty three yards in the first matchup. These
- 20:00Speaker 1: two can go, but they can't do by themselves. I'm
- 20:03Speaker 1: a receiver. You got a lot of things got to
- 20:05Speaker 1: happen for you to ball out, and a lot of
- 20:08Speaker 1: it is contingent on the guy that we've mentioned prior
- 20:10Speaker 1: to this, mister Jared Golf. Will he be able to
- 20:12Speaker 1: get these guys the football, Like mentioned last time Shaquille
- 20:16Speaker 1: Griffin did not play, could match up against Robert Woods
- 20:19Speaker 1: or Cooper Cup, Jamal Adams how to bomb shoulder, can
- 20:22Speaker 1: get after the quarterback. So there are some things that
- 20:24Speaker 1: are encouraging on the Seahawks end when it comes to
- 20:28Speaker 1: the matchup of Cooper Cup versus Seahawks secondary. Yeah. And
- 20:31Speaker 1: the other thing about that too is Cooper Cup. I
- 20:35Speaker 1: think it's criminal with a guy of his talent to
- 20:39Speaker 1: only have three touchdowns. Yeah, like you're I just feel
- 20:42Speaker 1: like you're not You're not doing it right And tapping
- 20:45Speaker 1: into some of the things I've heard down in LA
- 20:47Speaker 1: just from their media members even into the last matchup,
- 20:50Speaker 1: they kind of felt like is there something off between
- 20:52Speaker 1: Golf and Cup? Like why is he not getting the
- 20:54Speaker 1: same attention that he's been getting. So I think he'll
- 20:57Speaker 1: be a focal point. But Shaquille Griffin back, Jamal Adams healthy,
- 21:01Speaker 1: this secondary, Quentin Dunbar could come back, Trey Flowers coming
- 21:05Speaker 1: back to practice, so like this secondary might finally be
- 21:09Speaker 1: almost completely whole for the first time since we played Atlanta.
- 21:12Speaker 1: So I'm looking for them to step up in a
- 21:14Speaker 1: big way and we're definitely gonna need it on that side.
- 21:17Speaker 1: But let's keep staying on that. Rams offense running back position.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Darryl Henderson and Malcolm Brown against the Seahawks front seven.
- 21:25Speaker 1: So since we twelve cam Akers, who we just told
- 21:28Speaker 1: you is not going to play because he played on
- 21:30Speaker 1: a sprain ankle and John McVay city who's out, he's
- 21:32Speaker 1: really emerged as their backs, as their guy, and a
- 21:35Speaker 1: four weeks span he's rushed for three hundred ninety yards
- 21:37Speaker 1: on seventy four carries, two touchdowns, so he's kind of
- 21:40Speaker 1: been their guy. And in the last couple of weeks,
- 21:43Speaker 1: Darryl Henderson and Malcolm Brown have been non existent. Darryl
- 21:46Speaker 1: Henderson had six carries the last three weeks and Malcolm
- 21:49Speaker 1: Brown had three carries. So those two dudes in the
- 21:52Speaker 1: last three weeks of touches the ball nine times so
- 21:56Speaker 1: they were doing they were getting most of the work
- 21:57Speaker 1: earlier in the year, and now their numbers being called again.
- 22:00Speaker 1: So it'll be interesting to see what they do from
- 22:03Speaker 1: a running situation, especially because the Seahawks stopped run pretty well.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Those two guys are thunder and Lightning. Henderson's gonna be
- 22:09Speaker 1: the fast guy, try to break out some big plays.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Malcolm is a guy they bring in there the goal
- 22:13Speaker 1: line to kind of fall forward and get it into
- 22:16Speaker 1: the end zone. It might be a blessing in the
- 22:18Speaker 1: Skies because now the Hawks got to prepare for two
- 22:20Speaker 1: different type of running backs, whereas before you were just
- 22:22Speaker 1: preparing for Cam Ankers, who I think is gonna be
- 22:25Speaker 1: very good in this league. Man very good in this league,
- 22:27Speaker 1: all right. Next match to Russell Wilson verse the Rams defense.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Young Russell thirty eight hundred yards, thirty seven touchdowns, franchise record,
- 22:36Speaker 1: thirteen interceptions, also has seventy five carries for four in
- 22:40Speaker 1: to seventy five yards and one touchdown. It's simple, Nas,
- 22:44Speaker 1: Russ needs to be Russ. Take care of the football.
- 22:46Speaker 1: It's almost it's like you want Russ to be special.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Do you want them to extend plays, get outside the pocket?
- 22:53Speaker 1: Throw the football. But then you're also like, all right, man,
- 22:54Speaker 1: this just make a good play. If you gotta run,
- 22:56Speaker 1: you run. So it's a game he has to play
- 22:59Speaker 1: with being aggressive and being conservative at the same time,
- 23:02Speaker 1: going to meet somewhere in the middle. Somewhere in the
- 23:05Speaker 1: middle Russ needs to be and I think they will
- 23:07Speaker 1: be fine, and I think that he's up for it, right.
- 23:09Speaker 1: The Rams have the NFL's best defense though the best
- 23:12Speaker 1: defense number one, total defense number two, verse the rush
- 23:15Speaker 1: number one, verse to pass number three points per game.
- 23:18Speaker 1: This is the game the offense can prove themselves and
- 23:22Speaker 1: say look we are back. And it all starts with
- 23:25Speaker 1: number three, no question about it. And I think I
- 23:28Speaker 1: think the game we saw Russell play in the offense
- 23:30Speaker 1: play against Ram's the first time. It's gonna be the
- 23:33Speaker 1: worst game offensively probably the Seahawks play all season. I mean,
- 23:36Speaker 1: the Giants game wasn't great either, but like for our
- 23:39Speaker 1: expectations and how good we know they can be, I
- 23:41Speaker 1: don't think you're gonna see that again. But it just honestly,
- 23:46Speaker 1: if we take care of the football, I don't see
- 23:47Speaker 1: how the Seahawks lose the game. Like, straight up, I
- 23:49Speaker 1: think we take care of the football. And when you
- 23:51Speaker 1: say let rust be Russ, what that means is just
- 23:55Speaker 1: making plays. It means and for people that are listening
- 23:59Speaker 1: to that, when you say let rescue Rusks, we're not
- 24:01Speaker 1: saying hand go throw for four hundred and fifty yards. No,
- 24:04Speaker 1: make the right play. If you got to check the ball,
- 24:06Speaker 1: get us into the right run, slide the right protection,
- 24:09Speaker 1: take the place that's there. And when it's time and
- 24:11Speaker 1: you're getting pressured in the backfield, you spin out, You
- 24:13Speaker 1: make a Russell Wilson play, You run for a first down,
- 24:15Speaker 1: and you throw a fifty yards down the field you
- 24:16Speaker 1: find DK Metcalf. So just do what you've done all
- 24:19Speaker 1: season long and why you're still an MVP type player
- 24:23Speaker 1: in our minds, and get it done on Sunday. But
- 24:27Speaker 1: one guy who is gonna try to put a wrench
- 24:31Speaker 1: in that plan is Aaron Donald. And that's the next
- 24:34Speaker 1: match we're looking at, because it's Aaron Donald versus Er Body,
- 24:37Speaker 1: Irby Body twenty twenty. Aaron Donald has thirty nine tackles,
- 24:41Speaker 1: twelve and a half sacks, sixteen tackle for loss. His
- 24:43Speaker 1: next closest teammate has nine and a half three fourth
- 24:46Speaker 1: fumbles guys, this is an interior defensive lineman. Okay, he's
- 24:50Speaker 1: not a pass rusher. He's not just a defensive end
- 24:53Speaker 1: or an outside linebacker or whatever who just goes up
- 24:56Speaker 1: the passer. Aaron Donald does it all Seattle. He's balled
- 25:01Speaker 1: out last thirteen games, twelve sacks, thirty tackles, nineteen TFLs,
- 25:05Speaker 1: thirty five QB hits, two passes defended, two force fumbles.
- 25:09Speaker 1: But bump, tell me what happened the last time Seahawks
- 25:12Speaker 1: playing the Rams. Last time the Rams played the Hawks.
- 25:16Speaker 1: My man had no tackles, no tackles for laws, no sacks,
- 25:21Speaker 1: no passes defended, and just two quarterback hits. Now you
- 25:24Speaker 1: see that and you're like, oh, man, they handled him.
- 25:26Speaker 1: He was under control. No, that's typically the stat sheet
- 25:29Speaker 1: for intier linement. They're not gonna do much. They're just
- 25:32Speaker 1: gonna get double team and clog up the gaps and
- 25:34Speaker 1: let the linebackers go to work. So the Hawks has
- 25:37Speaker 1: did a good job of making him look like a
- 25:39Speaker 1: normal interior linement. But that doesn't mean he wasn't collapsed
- 25:43Speaker 1: in the pocket. That doesn't mean that he wasn't influencing
- 25:45Speaker 1: the runs. There's other things he does to be effective,
- 25:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna go out and say that this isn't gonna
- 25:50Speaker 1: be the stat line on Sunday. I don't see him
- 25:53Speaker 1: putting two games together against the Hawks like that. It'd
- 25:56Speaker 1: be nice. I know we want that to happen. We're
- 25:58Speaker 1: shooting for, but we got a living room reality. The
- 26:00Speaker 1: chance of that happening aren't very great. No, and yeah,
- 26:05Speaker 1: and honestly, for me, if as long as he doesn't
- 26:08Speaker 1: have multiple sacks, he can have one sack. He can't
- 26:10Speaker 1: have a tacrap while us here and there. But as
- 26:12Speaker 1: long as he's not wrecking the stat sheet, I'm okay
- 26:14Speaker 1: with it. Going back on offense, Seahawks running backs man
- 26:18Speaker 1: Chris Carson, Carlos Hide, Rashad Penny versus Rams front seven
- 26:22Speaker 1: now Carson, Hide and Pennington. Playing the first matchup, first game,
- 26:27Speaker 1: Alex Collins led the running backs to eleven carries forty
- 26:30Speaker 1: three yards and to me bump other than turning the
- 26:34Speaker 1: ball over, I think this is the most important match
- 26:36Speaker 1: up with the game man. These guys need to play well.
- 26:38Speaker 1: They're fully healthy, and they need to be a vocal
- 26:41Speaker 1: point of this offensive game plan for the Seahawks to
- 26:44Speaker 1: beat the Rams. They gotta stay healthy, get through this
- 26:47Speaker 1: thing healthy. And this set the tone early. Get thirty
- 26:49Speaker 1: two the rod. Let Carlos Hide to a thing. Carlos
- 26:51Speaker 1: Hide only had two carries last game, one huge carry
- 26:54Speaker 1: forward Touchdow, but it was a fifty yard run. But
- 26:56Speaker 1: he needs more touches as well. I think Chris Carson
- 26:59Speaker 1: at fourteen to fifteen touches. Penny had two, So now
- 27:02Speaker 1: I expect Carson to stay around fifteen to eighteen touches.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I need Carson to get his five or six. I
- 27:07Speaker 1: need Penny to get three or four. You gotta start
- 27:10Speaker 1: him working that young men back in so you can
- 27:12Speaker 1: feel the pads pop and just get acclimated to the
- 27:14Speaker 1: game of football. The Rams are the best in the league.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Got stopped the run, so this is going to be
- 27:20Speaker 1: a true test not only for the running backs, for
- 27:22Speaker 1: those linemen. Those linemen have to get to the second
- 27:25Speaker 1: level control guys like Leonard Floyd who are going to
- 27:28Speaker 1: be roaming around trying to make tackles. Now, if we're
- 27:31Speaker 1: in a situation where Russell throws the ball for over
- 27:33Speaker 1: thirty five times, I don't think that's a recipe for
- 27:38Speaker 1: a game that the Hawks could win or should win.
- 27:41Speaker 1: I think they can win it that way, but I
- 27:43Speaker 1: think that they have to control the tempo. They have
- 27:46Speaker 1: to set the tone, and you do that in the
- 27:47Speaker 1: run game. Next matchup, DK versus Jalen Ramsey. We've been
- 27:52Speaker 1: waiting for round two. Let's go round one. Ramsey got it, Yeah,
- 27:56Speaker 1: give it to him. Ramsey got it. Then. It's not
- 27:57Speaker 1: even that he just locked them up and DK wasn't open.
- 28:01Speaker 1: There are some times where he was open, but there
- 28:02Speaker 1: are some times where Jalen was on that hip and
- 28:05Speaker 1: there was nowhere to throw that football. Jalen is a
- 28:07Speaker 1: good football player. I want to see how DK responds
- 28:10Speaker 1: that first match up. The first half, DK didn't have
- 28:12Speaker 1: any targets. No targets in the first half. They all
- 28:15Speaker 1: came in the second half. Ended up with two receptions
- 28:18Speaker 1: for twenty eight yards. I want to see DK put
- 28:22Speaker 1: some sauce on his rouse this week. You need all
- 28:25Speaker 1: the tricks, you need all the sauce. Jalen can play, yeah, man.
- 28:28Speaker 1: And that's the thing, like you said, Ryan, one went
- 28:31Speaker 1: to Jalen Ramsey and for the UFC fans out there,
- 28:34Speaker 1: he didn't. It wasn't ten seven, like it wasn't like that.
- 28:37Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, scored ten nine, he won the round,
- 28:39Speaker 1: maybe got one takedown and it was a close match
- 28:42Speaker 1: and they called it that way. Here's the thing DK
- 28:45Speaker 1: was he had times where he was opening against Ramsey
- 28:47Speaker 1: last week or the first matchup, he didn't get the ball,
- 28:50Speaker 1: whether a production breakdown, there's one down the field where
- 28:53Speaker 1: just outside of his fingertips. So he's won matchups like that.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I think he's gonna be very involved in this game
- 29:02Speaker 1: plan in terms of wide receivers. Now, man, all I
- 29:05Speaker 1: do know is there is gonna be some trash talking.
- 29:09Speaker 1: DK metcalf is drawn the flag on almost every other
- 29:11Speaker 1: defender in this league. You know, Jail's gonna come in saying,
- 29:15Speaker 1: all right, young Buck, I got you the first time
- 29:17Speaker 1: what you got from snap one. So I'm hoping I'm
- 29:21Speaker 1: gonna be I'm gonna look outside into the wide receivers
- 29:23Speaker 1: on the very first play of the game, because I'm
- 29:25Speaker 1: assuming it's gonna be a run play. DK is gonna
- 29:29Speaker 1: be fired off trying to put Jalen Ramsey out of
- 29:31Speaker 1: the back of the end zone. So I'm gonna be
- 29:34Speaker 1: watching them a lot on Sunday. It's gonna be a
- 29:35Speaker 1: fun matchup, and I think DK is any around two. Hey, DK,
- 29:40Speaker 1: you get around two, baby, let's go. We need you
- 29:43Speaker 1: a championship week. This is what you play for. Yeah,
- 29:46Speaker 1: you got into the playoffs last week. Now it's signed
- 29:48Speaker 1: to get a division banner up in Louminfield. Let's get it.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Here are your path or here is your path to victory.
- 29:56Speaker 1: At the forty five, waits for the snap, Michael Vickson
- 29:59Speaker 1: puts up the that kick is away. If that kick inn,
- 30:05Speaker 1: it's gun, it's a pass to victory. On Hawk Talk
- 30:09Speaker 1: path to victory, their first key component to their victory
- 30:15Speaker 1: needs to run the football. Chris Carson and Carlos Hide
- 30:18Speaker 1: need to be a factor. And then sprinkle in a
- 30:21Speaker 1: little shot Penny. What's that that chef when he cuts
- 30:24Speaker 1: the meat, then he sprinkles the salt off his elbow.
- 30:26Speaker 1: That's how Penny gets into salt backle that salt off
- 30:28Speaker 1: the elbow. What's what's he called the salt bay or something?
- 30:31Speaker 1: I don't know, Yeah, salt bay, I'm feel comfortable calling
- 30:33Speaker 1: man bay. But sprinkle that sprinkled assault. That's for Sean Benny.
- 30:38Speaker 1: But you let Chris Carson and Carlos High go to work. Man,
- 30:42Speaker 1: it starts with them. We have to run the football.
- 30:44Speaker 1: We know important that is. And the next thing, take
- 30:46Speaker 1: care of the rock. Take care of the rock. First matchups,
- 30:49Speaker 1: ks turn the ball over three times, that's not gonna
- 30:51Speaker 1: be good enough. You drin the ball over three times,
- 30:52Speaker 1: You're no way going to be successful against his team.
- 30:55Speaker 1: So take care of the football, yes, and limit the
- 30:57Speaker 1: three ounce please that second half against the watch and
- 31:00Speaker 1: football team, the first drive big come out scoring and
- 31:03Speaker 1: then I believe you want to say two or three
- 31:04Speaker 1: can second of three nows that's not going do something
- 31:07Speaker 1: good football. You need to be good on third downs
- 31:10Speaker 1: and limit the second down penalties. That's what Hurst's team
- 31:14Speaker 1: as well. They put themselves in bad positions and then
- 31:16Speaker 1: when a third and short they try to get too cute.
- 31:18Speaker 1: I've been saying that all week. Get Downhill, be predictable
- 31:21Speaker 1: on third down. I don't care. Line up in a
- 31:23Speaker 1: big boy formation, put your full back to the right
- 31:25Speaker 1: side and tell them we are running right, We're going right.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Actually do something about it. You have no question about it.
- 31:30Speaker 1: And man, let's see the bad version of Jared Goff.
- 31:34Speaker 1: I mean, we've seen him play some really rough games
- 31:36Speaker 1: throughout the season, but I feel like we never see
- 31:37Speaker 1: that game against US. Barring his rookie year in twenty sixteen,
- 31:41Speaker 1: I don't think we've seen Jared Goff come out and
- 31:43Speaker 1: just have an absolute clunker, a stinker. So we need
- 31:47Speaker 1: to see that. Make it happen to defense. You need
- 31:49Speaker 1: to take the ball away. You need to put pressure
- 31:51Speaker 1: on Jared Goff, and you need to show everyone what
- 31:55Speaker 1: you can make him look like because you're a good defense.
- 31:58Speaker 1: You've gotten to that point, we've turned the corner. You
- 32:01Speaker 1: have all your guys back, So the time is now
- 32:03Speaker 1: show up. Hey, win a playoff game. This is a
- 32:06Speaker 1: playoff game. In my opinion, this is a playoff game.
- 32:08Speaker 1: You're already in the playoffs. This is for the banner.
- 32:10Speaker 1: This is for your prime. McVeigh is five and two
- 32:13Speaker 1: against you. Pete Carroll. I know, Pete, you're not gonna
- 32:15Speaker 1: come out and say it, but you feel it. You're
- 32:17Speaker 1: a competitor. I remember playing against you at USC, I
- 32:20Speaker 1: remember being recruited by you. I know how your mind works.
- 32:23Speaker 1: And Pete wants his game, This football team wants his game.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Claim the West. It's time for division banner. You own
- 32:30Speaker 1: the West. There's a big banner right aside equipment room
- 32:33Speaker 1: in the locker room, and that says own the NFC
- 32:35Speaker 1: West and it starts on Sunday. You have such a
- 32:38Speaker 1: great opportunity to get this thing done, and honestly, I'm
- 32:41Speaker 1: feeling it. Man. Twenty sixteen was a long time ago,
- 32:44Speaker 1: the last time I won a division title. That's been way,
- 32:46Speaker 1: way too damn long. Let's get this done. Reminded, guys,
- 32:49Speaker 1: you can hear us everywhere Seahawks dot Com, Apple Podcast, Spotify,
- 32:53Speaker 1: Stitcher and much more. And Kyra Radio was also the
- 32:56Speaker 1: home of the Seattle Seahawks. Something miss Pete Carroll and
- 33:00Speaker 1: SPN Seattle at nine thirty when he joins Danny Gallant
- 33:02Speaker 1: and Michael Bump, is the morning after every game. Bump,
- 33:05Speaker 1: we better be talking about a division title in a
- 33:08Speaker 1: fun week. Next week, it's time to go, baby, Division
- 33:12Speaker 1: title time, playoff time. Let's get to eleven and four.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Let's beat the Rams who always give us trouble. But
- 33:17Speaker 1: this is a new team. We're healthy, got a new
- 33:19Speaker 1: field is looming. Let's get it. It's been real. That
- 33:23Speaker 1: is Hawk Talk Preview Edition. I am Michael Bumps along
- 33:26Speaker 1: with Nasa Choby. Hopefully we're talking next week about a dew.
