- 1:05Speaker 1: segment or two, or three or five, and you can
- 1:09Speaker 1: join us and simply podcast it. And it gives you
- 1:12Speaker 1: a chance to miss segments that you normally don't get.
- 1:16Speaker 1: All right, I want to explain a little bit about
- 1:19Speaker 1: the President saying he is going to nationalize the votes,
- 1:26Speaker 1: that he's going to take over the voting, and he's
- 1:29Speaker 1: going to say the US government is going to take
- 1:31Speaker 1: over voting. And it gets really interesting because, of course,
- 1:34Speaker 1: the Constitution says the states will decide how when and
- 1:41Speaker 1: voting takes place and the parameters and whatever safeguards. Now,
- 1:45Speaker 1: there is something in which the president can hang his
- 1:48Speaker 1: hat on, and that is the law says that the
- 1:53Speaker 1: states much make reasonable attempts to make sure that voters
- 1:59Speaker 1: are correct, that US citizens are voting. And so a
- 2:03Speaker 1: story out of CNN that it was a woman, Sophia
- 2:09Speaker 1: Minatti who got the letter saying she's going to be
- 2:13Speaker 1: dropped from the voting roles in thirty days unless she
- 2:16Speaker 1: proved her US citizenship, which she was able to do. Now,
- 2:20Speaker 1: Minoti is among dozens of US citizens in Texas to
- 2:25Speaker 1: have been ensnarred in this massive drive by the Trump
- 2:29Speaker 1: administration to search for immigrants and other ineligible voters on
- 2:34Speaker 1: state roles, arguing that only American citizens can vote, which
- 2:39Speaker 1: is true, and therefore they are finding people who are
- 2:44Speaker 1: not and massive fraud is being committed. And he said
- 2:48Speaker 1: that during the twenty twenty election in which he lost,
- 2:52Speaker 1: that it was millions of illegal aliens that in fact voted,
- 2:57Speaker 1: and therefore he lost because all illegal migrants who do
- 3:01Speaker 1: vote illegally vote for Democrats. Okay, So, Texas is one
- 3:08Speaker 1: of a dozen states using a federal database that was
- 3:12Speaker 1: overhauled last year to verify voter citizenship, and so they
- 3:18Speaker 1: flagged people with problems, and they flagged point zero zero
- 3:24Speaker 1: zero three percent of the queries nationwide, and one Republican
- 3:29Speaker 1: election official said that the vast majority of voters in
- 3:34Speaker 1: the state flagged by the system turned out to be
- 3:37Speaker 1: citizens after the Feds in fact investigated. Now there is
- 3:44Speaker 1: one person who was asked about this, or a person
- 3:48Speaker 1: among others that were interviewed by CNN saying this federal
- 3:52Speaker 1: databases in which illegal migrants somehow are registered to vote,
- 3:57Speaker 1: or that's where they find simply aren't up to date,
- 4:01Speaker 1: They're not accurate, and the last thing we want to
- 4:04Speaker 1: do is disenfranchise eligible voters. Well, the president is convinced
- 4:09Speaker 1: that everybody who voted Democrat, particularly in those six swing states,
- 4:15Speaker 1: were illegal migrants to a great degree. He has said
- 4:19Speaker 1: that that's why he lost the election, because it was
- 4:23Speaker 1: fraud and illegal voting.
- 4:25Speaker 2: And he has vowed to nationalize the election.
- 4:29Speaker 1: And has actually launched several efforts to insert the federal
- 4:37Speaker 1: government into state functions, voting functions. And let me tell you,
- 4:43Speaker 1: some states are worried, sick about whether the exercise exercise
- 4:46Speaker 1: of flagging these non citizens will now provide the administration
- 4:52Speaker 1: a tool to challenge the entire midterm election cycle. He
- 4:58Speaker 1: is going to argue, I guarantee you, he is going
- 5:01Speaker 1: to argue there is massive fraud going on. The states
- 5:08Speaker 1: are allowing non citizens to vote illegally. And of course
- 5:14Speaker 1: this is only going to be Democrat led states, because
- 5:16Speaker 1: there's this thing as fraud in Republican states that doesn't exist.
- 5:20Speaker 1: The only fraud that exists is among Democrat states. And
- 5:25Speaker 1: they're going to find some fraud. I guarantee you they
- 5:31Speaker 1: will find some fraud. They will find a case here,
- 5:35Speaker 1: a case there. And this is like Christinome arguing we're
- 5:41Speaker 1: only going after the worst of the worst. And as
- 5:44Speaker 1: a poster child, she brings up someone who is illegal,
- 5:48Speaker 1: who is across the border a bunch of times illegally,
- 5:51Speaker 1: who has committed some heinous crime, proof positive that illegal.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Migrants commit crimes.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Even though as if you compare them to the general
- 6:03Speaker 1: population per capita, far less of the criminal activity.
- 6:07Speaker 2: So they'll find something. They will find it, There's no question,
- 6:11Speaker 2: matter of fact.
- 6:12Speaker 1: The first time around, I think attacking the twenty twenty election,
- 6:16Speaker 1: if you remember the attack made by the Trump administration
- 6:19Speaker 1: or at that time, the Trump non administration, argued that
- 6:24Speaker 1: the fraud was so extensive that it's really a landside
- 6:29Speaker 1: landslide victory for Donald Trump in the twenty twenty election
- 6:32Speaker 1: that he lost. Landslide victory is what he used. And
- 6:37Speaker 1: I think they brought up three cases that fraud committed.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Now keep in mind, one hundred and thirty million people vote,
- 6:45Speaker 1: one hundred and forty million people vote, and you think
- 6:48Speaker 1: they're going to find one or two or three. And
- 6:51Speaker 1: by the way, I'm not exaggerating when you're talking about
- 6:54Speaker 1: half a dozen that they find. And what happens if
- 7:00Speaker 1: if the administration does establish there is fraud based on
- 7:04Speaker 1: what he is arguing, and then come the mid term elections,
- 7:08Speaker 1: who he's going to say we cannot have midterm elections
- 7:12Speaker 1: because of the fraud.
- 7:13Speaker 2: We have to redo how we vote.
- 7:17Speaker 1: No midterm elections pending redrafting, drafting and re recreate and
- 7:23Speaker 1: recreating how.
- 7:25Speaker 2: The elections are going to be held.
- 7:27Speaker 1: And if you don't think it's possible, look what happened
- 7:30Speaker 1: during the twenty twenty election. There was lawsuit after lawsuit
- 7:34Speaker 1: after lawsuit filed to undo the election, to call the
- 7:39Speaker 1: election illegal because of the fraud that was committed. And incidentally,
- 7:44Speaker 1: I want to make a point here. Those lawsuits were
- 7:48Speaker 1: filed in all of the swing states and went to
- 7:52Speaker 1: they went to the federal cases. They were state cases,
- 7:56Speaker 1: there were appeals cases.
- 7:58Speaker 2: There was one.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Supreme Court case, but that was just a technicality. Sixty
- 8:03Speaker 1: three judges ruled that there was no fraud. Every single
- 8:09Speaker 1: case that was filed. Everyone the judge says, said no fraud.
- 8:15Speaker 1: The president still says fraud, fraud, fraud. Effectively, I don't
- 8:19Speaker 1: care what the courts say. If it looks like the
- 8:22Speaker 1: way it's going and it were to be held today,
- 8:25Speaker 1: for example, the Republicans would be creamed, they would get
- 8:28Speaker 1: their clock claimed, and the Democrats are going to win
- 8:33Speaker 1: I mean seats massively. And the president is trying to
- 8:38Speaker 1: stop that, clearly. And how does he stop that? Well,
- 8:43Speaker 1: what he does is nationalize the elections. How does he
- 8:46Speaker 1: nationalize the election? He argues that elections in swing states
- 8:52Speaker 1: and Democrat states for example, are fraudulent, not Republican states.
- 8:56Speaker 1: There's no singers fraud in Republican states. It's Democrat states.
- 9:00Speaker 2: He lost.
- 9:02Speaker 1: And there's the fraud that was committed. What fraud. Illegal
- 9:07Speaker 1: migrants are registered to vote in these states and they
- 9:10Speaker 1: vote and caused him to lose the election in twenty twenty.
- 9:14Speaker 1: And the under federal law of the state does have
- 9:17Speaker 1: the federal government does have the ability to make sure
- 9:21Speaker 1: that illegal migrants do not vote. And so, okay, fraud
- 9:28Speaker 1: has been committed. And now there are what the Trump
- 9:31Speaker 1: has said, We want all the states to give us
- 9:34Speaker 1: the information on their voter roles, give it to the Feds,
- 9:37Speaker 1: and we will determine. We have avenues, we have programs
- 9:43Speaker 1: to make sure that only citizens vote. The states, by
- 9:47Speaker 1: the way, are they do a lot of stuff to
- 9:50Speaker 1: do that. Already, the states that use data on people
- 9:55Speaker 1: have moved from the US Postal Service, motor vehicle agencies,
- 9:58Speaker 1: reports on people who from state and federal sources, all
- 10:02Speaker 1: of which the President says are part and parcel of
- 10:05Speaker 1: the fraud. And here's the Trump administration saying that state
- 10:12Speaker 1: lists covering more than two hundred million registered voters should
- 10:16Speaker 1: be error free to preserve election integrity, and they clearly
- 10:21Speaker 1: are not now, which means the federal government is the
- 10:25Speaker 1: one is the only agency that can make that determination.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Assistant US Attorney har Meet Dylan said in a video,
- 10:34Speaker 1: even one person voting who shouldn't have voted is one
- 10:37Speaker 1: too many, And the argument is, if one person voting
- 10:42Speaker 1: should not have voting, the entire system is flawed and
- 10:45Speaker 1: should be taken over by the government because only the
- 10:47Speaker 1: government can make sure not one person voting should should
- 10:53Speaker 1: not vote. And so the administration is expanding this same
- 11:00Speaker 1: program linking to Social Security US passport data and states
- 11:06Speaker 1: can move into that can use that data for free
- 11:10Speaker 1: and democratic led states are simply not participating. However, all
- 11:14Speaker 1: the states so far have made fifty nine million voter
- 11:18Speaker 1: verification queries. SAVE has flagged eighteen thousand suspected non citizens.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Suspected non citizens the fast vast majority are citizens. Republican
- 11:34Speaker 1: election chief saying SAVE is just another useful way to
- 11:37Speaker 1: check their state voter roles, making sure that officials carefully
- 11:42Speaker 1: vet the results. Remember, one one illegal alien voting means
- 11:49Speaker 1: that all illegal aliens are voting. By the millions. That's
- 11:56Speaker 1: how crazy it is. Okay, So here we go Texas.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Using that save tool for the federal government, it went
- 12:05Speaker 1: through its entire list of eighteen million registered voters last year.
- 12:11Speaker 1: The analysis that was done found that twenty seven hundred
- 12:15Speaker 1: suspected non citizens were flagged, and the state directed counties
- 12:21Speaker 1: to give voters thirty days to verify their citizenship.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Okay, okay.
- 12:29Speaker 1: In Denon County, one of the counties where I don't
- 12:33Speaker 1: know how many hundred thousands votes there are, the state
- 12:38Speaker 1: identified eighty four potential non citizens. The county's election administrator
- 12:43Speaker 1: found that fourteen were not citizens and had been improperly
- 12:48Speaker 1: added to the registration rules. None of them had a
- 12:51Speaker 1: history of voting none. We're talking states that have hundreds
- 12:58Speaker 1: of thousands of voters where half a dozen votes should
- 13:03Speaker 1: not have been cast, and that is enough for the
- 13:07Speaker 1: federal government to say it is massive fraud that goes
- 13:11Speaker 1: on in the vote. Same argument in twenty twenty, and they.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Just couldn't come up with it.
- 13:17Speaker 1: And the judges, by the way, said Okay, we're willing
- 13:20Speaker 1: to hear your argument of fraud.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Let's see it.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Sixty three cases said no, not one did any judge, say,
- 13:33Speaker 1: you have proved your case of fraud, not one jurisdiction, and.
- 13:39Speaker 2: What's going to happen?
- 13:40Speaker 1: And this is all to make sure that the midterms,
- 13:44Speaker 1: I gotta tell you don't even happen. That's how scary
- 13:49Speaker 1: this is. Now, is the president going to succeed? I
- 13:52Speaker 1: don't think so. Is the president going to try I
- 13:56Speaker 1: am guessing yes, much like the President did everything he
- 14:01Speaker 1: could to not certify the election of Joe Biden, filing
- 14:06Speaker 1: lawsuits and trying to get Mike Pence not to certify,
- 14:13Speaker 1: and Mike Pence just wouldn't do it. And of course
- 14:15Speaker 1: at that point, Mike Pence became persona non grata and
- 14:19Speaker 1: the January sixth Patriots and that's in quotes, came into
- 14:24Speaker 1: the Capitol and you screaming, hang Mike Pence, Hang Mike Pence,
- 14:30Speaker 1: by the hundreds. But they were patriots because he wouldn't
- 14:35Speaker 1: do the right thing, Mike Pence, and that is to
- 14:38Speaker 1: decertify Joe Biden as having won the election. So be prepared,
- 14:45Speaker 1: be prepared for the president to try to undo the midterms.
- 14:51Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, I am telling you at
- 14:54Speaker 1: this moment, I know that seems far fetched, and I
- 14:57Speaker 1: know that people are gonna nail me amy particular because
- 15:00Speaker 1: I tend to go on the far reaches of politics
- 15:05Speaker 1: and I tend to be a little hyperbolic.
- 15:07Speaker 2: But you know this one, I don't know. I don't know.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Now I want to tell you about California state workers,
- 15:16Speaker 1: and this is where California is actually agreeing with the administration,
- 15:22Speaker 1: and that is state workers have to verify their legal
- 15:26Speaker 1: status via Everify. Now, the Everify program is the law
- 15:33Speaker 1: and everybody, every employer has to verify the status of
- 15:39Speaker 1: an employee that the employee is allowed to work in
- 15:42Speaker 1: this country. And there are hundreds of thousands, certainly in
- 15:47Speaker 1: California both I would guess. I don't know how many
- 15:52Speaker 1: thousand in the state because I think the state is
- 15:55Speaker 1: more is more careful than employers in general. But here
- 16:01Speaker 1: at KFI, I remember when iHeart bought KFI. I had
- 16:07Speaker 1: to bring in my passport to show that I was
- 16:12Speaker 1: legally entitled to work in this country.
- 16:15Speaker 3: It was the weirdest thing. Why is their channel right?
- 16:20Speaker 3: I'm sorry, that's when clear Channel bought KFI. I think
- 16:24Speaker 3: it was when I Heeart bought KFI. It wasn't clear
- 16:28Speaker 3: Channel became my heart. Yeah, it was clear channel. So
- 16:32Speaker 3: I'm just it's a question of time, that's right.
- 16:34Speaker 1: It was at that time the name of iHeart clear
- 16:37Speaker 1: why I was asked.
- 16:38Speaker 2: To bring in my passport to prove it.
- 16:40Speaker 1: And this is one where you have folks, liberal folks
- 16:43Speaker 1: are saying, oh, no, no, to have people who can't
- 16:47Speaker 1: prove their citizenship or their land, or their residency legal
- 16:52Speaker 1: residency under the law to enable themselves to work. We
- 16:56Speaker 1: don't want that. We want to make sure that everybody works.
- 17:00Speaker 1: And the problem is legitimately, they say, if you have
- 17:02Speaker 1: to prove employment, there would be no agricultural industry that
- 17:05Speaker 1: would disappear, construction industry would be decimated. But at the
- 17:11Speaker 1: same time, the law is being violated. And what this
- 17:16Speaker 1: new law is which I don't understand, because it's already
- 17:22Speaker 1: the case that California workers the state has to have
- 17:27Speaker 1: a proof given to them that whoever is hired or
- 17:30Speaker 1: ever maintains employment with the state state agencies.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Has to approve that they are entitled to work.
- 17:40Speaker 1: And you know, if the law says that you cannot
- 17:44Speaker 1: work if you are an illegal migrant, and you can
- 17:47Speaker 1: believe it one side or the other, that's not the question.
- 17:52Speaker 1: How unfair is a law that says that American workers
- 17:57Speaker 1: have to have the ability to work? Unless your position
- 18:02Speaker 1: is that everybody comes in this country is allowed to work.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Everybody if you make it across the border, you now
- 18:09Speaker 1: can work. And there are millions and millions, And how
- 18:14Speaker 1: many people are paid under the table, and how many
- 18:18Speaker 1: companies do what iHeart did then clear channel? How many
- 18:22Speaker 1: companies say you have to prove that you have the
- 18:26Speaker 1: legal ability to work? Very few? And it is the
- 18:31Speaker 1: liberals are going nuts on this one, saying, how dare
- 18:35Speaker 1: you make someone prove that he or she is legally
- 18:39Speaker 1: entitled to work? Same thing with showing ID at the
- 18:43Speaker 1: voting booth? How dare you make someone prove that he
- 18:49Speaker 1: or she is eligible to vote under the law which
- 18:51Speaker 1: says only citizens can vote.
- 18:54Speaker 2: How dare you.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Have that the millions of people who are not allowed
- 18:59Speaker 1: to vote, who are allowed to vote but can't prove it.
- 19:04Speaker 1: And by the way, that is to me, that is
- 19:07Speaker 1: a different story. One is the ability to work, because
- 19:12Speaker 1: there is there are millions who do work without proving
- 19:17Speaker 1: or without citizenship millions. Now the people who are voting
- 19:24Speaker 1: just a tiny, tiny fraction of those who are illegal.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Can you imagine today someone who is not here legally
- 19:32Speaker 1: going to a polling booth and trying to vote who
- 19:36Speaker 1: in God's name who is illegal? Would try to vote who?
- 19:43Speaker 1: Nobody in their right mind whatever do that, especially if
- 19:46Speaker 1: you're a Hispanic. And are the FEDS going to be
- 19:50Speaker 1: at voting places during the midterm if there are midterms?
- 19:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I think so, I think so.
- 19:59Speaker 1: All right, Okay, now to the topic I want to
- 20:03Speaker 1: share with you, and that is the fact that China
- 20:07Speaker 1: can't sell cars here, as you know, can't sell electric
- 20:10Speaker 1: cars here, but China sells the software for virtually every
- 20:17Speaker 1: American EV car being sold, and that is the problem.
- 20:22Speaker 1: And automakers are scrambling to replace that Chinese software, which
- 20:28Speaker 1: is very difficult to undo the module manufacturers in the
- 20:35Speaker 1: cellular the software world, China has eighty seven percent of
- 20:40Speaker 1: the global market, including the US. So the question is
- 20:45Speaker 1: how Chinese is your car? Well, let me tell you.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Every time you pass a Panda Express, the car starts
- 20:52Speaker 1: beeping and here you go. Because modern cars are packed
- 20:58Speaker 1: with which it's with devices in the car which rezillion
- 21:03Speaker 1: is now containing Chinese technology. And now the car car
- 21:07Speaker 1: industry is scrambling because new US rules is going to
- 21:10Speaker 1: ban Chinese software in vehicle systems that connect to the cloud,
- 21:16Speaker 1: which includes cameras, microphones, GPS. So it's it's getting tough
- 21:24Speaker 1: for the car companies. And boy, what a rush of
- 21:28Speaker 1: corporate restructuring. Global suppliers are relocating China based software teams
- 21:33Speaker 1: into Western countries. Chinese companies are looking for Western owners.
- 21:41Speaker 1: For example, Perelli tire maker, it has these sensors in
- 21:48Speaker 1: the tires to determine, you know, the pressure, are there
- 21:52Speaker 1: holes in it?
- 21:54Speaker 2: You know, how how much tread is left?
- 21:57Speaker 1: Well, guess what, that's all Chinese software technology.
- 22:04Speaker 2: There is one beneficiary of all this.
- 22:06Speaker 1: There's a company start Egle Wireless at Ohio and as
- 22:09Speaker 1: a startup, and it's working to establish a US source
- 22:13Speaker 1: of the cellular modules which.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Connect to the internet.
- 22:17Speaker 1: The guests they've guessed right because they're in the middle
- 22:20Speaker 1: of redoing their software. And a British diplomat told the
- 22:26Speaker 1: US Congressional Committee in December, if you think rare earth
- 22:31Speaker 1: is a bad dependency to have on China because rare earth,
- 22:35Speaker 1: China controls the world domination, the world economy on rare earth,
- 22:40Speaker 1: which we need for everything, all electronics. He said, it's
- 22:46Speaker 1: a whole lot worse when it comes to this dependency
- 22:52Speaker 1: on the software from China.
- 22:55Speaker 2: And so it's another issue how changes are changing so much.
- 23:01Speaker 1: And this is not necessarily Donald Trump with the tariffs.
- 23:07Speaker 1: This is technology the Chinese control, and they with their
- 23:12Speaker 1: software can and will be able.
- 23:14Speaker 2: To know where we are, where we go. How about that?
- 23:18Speaker 1: Or all of a sudden, let's say there's an issue
- 23:21Speaker 1: of national security and hundreds of cars that usually would
- 23:25Speaker 1: not be driving up to the CIA, for example, and
- 23:28Speaker 1: all of a sudden they come in in massive numbers.
- 23:31Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 23:33Speaker 1: All of a sudden, Chinese, the Chinese intelligence community has
- 23:38Speaker 1: some intelligence about what's happening. This is scary stuff for manufacturers.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I mean, the world is scary. KFI AM sixty.
- 23:49Speaker 2: You've been listening to the Bill Handle Show.
