- 0:04Speaker 1: NFL Game View is a production of the NFL in
- 0:06Speaker 1: partnership with iHeartRadio.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Everybody Love in the Game debut was about her savings
- 0:15Speaker 2: did have to play? I'm back with Fred Rose Withal
- 0:17Speaker 2: and Cynthia Freeland week nine on the way we start
- 0:21Speaker 2: on Thursday night and now we start to know more
- 0:25Speaker 2: and learn more and maybe get some better picks.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Greg, what are you talking about? I mean, uh what?
- 0:30Speaker 4: We got to give Cynthia the love here. She had
- 0:32Speaker 4: the picks last week, twelve and four.
- 0:34Speaker 3: She's the queen again, crowner.
- 0:36Speaker 5: What's this hand?
- 0:38Speaker 3: I know at the beginning of it.
- 0:40Speaker 6: Was such a negative tone. We gave you a cannon.
- 0:44Speaker 6: But you had a perfect week.
- 0:45Speaker 7: We've celebrated you, and then you can't.
- 0:47Speaker 3: We're celebrating you. Put the crowd on.
- 0:49Speaker 5: Let's let's look at the graphic.
- 0:51Speaker 2: And Cynthia went twelve and four in the picks last week,
- 0:53Speaker 2: jumping back into first place in our standings. I dropped
- 0:56Speaker 2: a game back because the Chicago Bears didn't defend the
- 1:00Speaker 2: Hail Mary.
- 1:01Speaker 5: So that was a tough one.
- 1:02Speaker 2: But Cynthia winning in life, not only because she's in
- 1:04Speaker 2: first place in our Picks competition, but her Detroit.
- 1:08Speaker 5: Lions have also won five straight.
- 1:11Speaker 2: The Detroit Lions destroying the Titans last week fifty two
- 1:14Speaker 2: to fourteen. The running game rumbled despite passing for just
- 1:18Speaker 2: eighty five yards in the game, Jared Goff had three touchdowns.
- 1:21Speaker 5: The Lions currently sit at first.
- 1:23Speaker 2: In the NFC North at six and one, and so
- 1:27Speaker 2: now they've got a huge matchup Sunday with the Packers,
- 1:30Speaker 2: the top two teams in the division. Jordan Love back
- 1:33Speaker 2: at practice Thursday. Lions playing their first outside games Cynthia.
- 1:38Speaker 5: Does that matter?
- 1:39Speaker 6: I mean, sure, but it's very fun, But it doesn't
- 1:42Speaker 6: matter if we're the final score. I have Detroit winning
- 1:44Speaker 6: this one by one easily. Point they need to wear
- 1:47Speaker 6: those all blue jerseys more often because they don't lose
- 1:49Speaker 6: when they wear those. My ferocious lying, Yes, that was fantastic,
- 1:54Speaker 6: But when I'm looking at this one, I want to
- 1:56Speaker 6: point out something about twelve personnel.
- 1:57Speaker 7: So those two tight end sets.
- 2:00Speaker 6: Not only do fantasy managers get a little bit mad
- 2:02Speaker 6: that Sam Laporta is doing more in the blame game
- 2:04Speaker 6: in this situation and not catching as many passes, but
- 2:07Speaker 6: it actually makes both the run game and the passing
- 2:09Speaker 6: game more efficient. So in the run game, like almost
- 2:12Speaker 6: two yards per attempt more that's bananas. And in the
- 2:16Speaker 6: passing game, this is an area where the Green Bay
- 2:19Speaker 6: defense is top five most generous in both passer rating
- 2:22Speaker 6: allowed and yards per play when opposing teams have used
- 2:25Speaker 6: twelve personnel. So this is going to be a big
- 2:28Speaker 6: key in this matchup.
- 2:29Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm right there with it.
- 2:30Speaker 2: We can get that run game video going back, Cynthia,
- 2:33Speaker 2: because I've got the Detroit Lions winning this one by two,
- 2:35Speaker 2: twenty six to twenty four, because David Montgomery and Jamier Gibbs.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Fun fact, the last five games, this offense has more
- 2:44Speaker 2: touchdowns and incompletions. Montgomery has five of those. Jamiir Gibbs
- 2:48Speaker 2: has five of them. Coincidentally, David Montgomery, where's the number five?
- 2:51Speaker 2: They're both averaging over five yards a touch in that span.
- 2:56Speaker 5: The offense is just really good right now.
- 2:57Speaker 2: And I understand the memes Jared Golf Outdoors, I don't care.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I got to pick the offenses playing this way right now.
- 3:04Speaker 4: It might be a weather game though, if there's rain,
- 3:07Speaker 4: but when you look at the two quarterbacks, one is
- 3:09Speaker 4: fully healthy ones not. I have the Lions winning. All
- 3:12Speaker 4: of us have the Lions threading the needle. So we
- 3:14Speaker 4: have the Packers covering, but the Lions winning. And one
- 3:17Speaker 4: of the reasons is the Lions are so good on
- 3:19Speaker 4: the margins special teams. They are the best special teams
- 3:24Speaker 4: unit in the entire league, according to DVOA, number one,
- 3:29Speaker 4: partly because of this guy Khalif Raymond, who's been getting
- 3:32Speaker 4: it done on putt returns. He had the big one
- 3:34Speaker 4: last week, but he's been getting chunky returns even when
- 3:37Speaker 4: he doesn't take it all the way to the house. Okay,
- 3:39Speaker 4: you lose Jamison Williams on offense, you get Khalif Rayman
- 3:42Speaker 4: in the mix on offense as well. But when you
- 3:45Speaker 4: compare the special teams number one in the league compared
- 3:48Speaker 4: to number twenty six or the Packers, Rich Basaccio was
- 3:52Speaker 4: brought in there to save their special teams. They have
- 3:54Speaker 4: a good punter, everything else is poor. Their return units
- 3:57Speaker 4: are bad, their coverage units are bad. Maybe that's where
- 4:00Speaker 4: the Lions win this game.
- 4:01Speaker 6: If I'm ever in a bad mood, I just want
- 4:02Speaker 6: that Khalif Raymond touchdown video because it's electric.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Thank you got emotional talking about his wide receiver Leaf,
- 4:09Speaker 2: who he affectionately refers to the Lions offense been on.
- 4:12Speaker 5: A tear lately. You know who else was on fire?
- 4:14Speaker 2: Last week again against the Bucks. Kirk O chains oh
- 4:19Speaker 2: fun factor. Kirk highlight video against the Bucks was seventeen
- 4:22Speaker 2: minutes long. The Cowboys and the Falcons in Atlanta on Sunday.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Kirk O's squad is one four of their last five.
- 4:27Speaker 2: The Boys have dropped two in a row.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Is it three in a row? Cynthia?
- 4:31Speaker 7: It is? It is in my math.
- 4:33Speaker 6: I'm sorry Cowboys fans, I have twenty eight to twenty three.
- 4:36Speaker 7: Congratulations Atlanta fans. In this matchup.
- 4:39Speaker 6: I want to point out something about why Dak Prescott's
- 4:41Speaker 6: throws have been being intercepted. So he has eight interceptions,
- 4:45Speaker 6: which leads the league. They're all on downfield passes. But
- 4:48Speaker 6: look at how much space his receivers have you ready?
- 4:51Speaker 7: None negligible.
- 4:52Speaker 6: The answer is all of these plays that you're watching,
- 4:54Speaker 6: you're gonna see tight window throws. And when you have
- 4:57Speaker 6: this many tight window throws, I don't care. If you
- 5:00Speaker 6: are better under pressure than you are not under pressure,
- 5:02Speaker 6: which Dak Prescott is according to all of his stats.
- 5:06Speaker 6: Eventually things go poorly if there is no separation. So
- 5:10Speaker 6: because they have so many injuries to their wide receiving
- 5:13Speaker 6: cores and they're not really being super effective on early
- 5:16Speaker 6: downs in the run game, this is leading to tighter
- 5:18Speaker 6: window passes, which is leading to interceptions.
- 5:21Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:21Speaker 4: I look at this matchup and think like, this is
- 5:22Speaker 4: a game. Actually the Cowboys off and should get it
- 5:24Speaker 4: going somewhat, but this is going to be a shootout.
- 5:27Speaker 4: Every Falcons game is a shootout. The Cowboys aren't built
- 5:29Speaker 4: for this life. Kirko Chains is thirty to twenty four,
- 5:33Speaker 4: and it's because he has so many weapons. It's not
- 5:35Speaker 4: just the Cowboys with one player, it's the Falcons with Yeah,
- 5:38Speaker 4: Drake Lendon's the one, but how about their number two,
- 5:41Speaker 4: Darnell Mooney. No receiver in the NFL has run more
- 5:45Speaker 4: yards this season just on the field running around than
- 5:48Speaker 4: Darnell Mooney. He's on pace for over one thousand yards.
- 5:52Speaker 4: When your number two is getting a thousand yards, When
- 5:54Speaker 4: you're taking a guy who did not have a lot
- 5:56Speaker 4: of production in Chicago recently and getting him that many buckets,
- 6:00Speaker 4: that's what Kirko Chains does. Just assists Kyle Pitts is relevant.
- 6:04Speaker 4: The running backs getting it done. I don't know how
- 6:06Speaker 4: it's gonna go against good defenses, but the Cowboys are
- 6:09Speaker 4: not a good defense.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Falcons win a shootout.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I've got a Falcons win as well, a lower scoring
- 6:13Speaker 2: game than you guys, because I think the Falcons keep
- 6:15Speaker 2: the ball on the ground a solid We were treated
- 6:18Speaker 2: to the third ever by the way Bijon Robinson one
- 6:21Speaker 2: hundred yard game ever in his career a couple of
- 6:24Speaker 2: weeks ago against the Seahawks. I think Dallas Cowboys will
- 6:27Speaker 2: provide another one here, also a solid potential for a Tyler.
- 6:30Speaker 5: Algier game as well. Twenty eighth.
- 6:33Speaker 2: The Dallas Cowboys are stopping outside runs, Atlanta's top ten
- 6:37Speaker 2: in that metric. I think the trend holds here, and
- 6:39Speaker 2: also think the trend of Dak Prescott under pressure holds
- 6:42Speaker 2: here because, like Cynthia points out, if there's more pressure
- 6:44Speaker 2: around Dak, he doesn't mind that because means there's less
- 6:47Speaker 2: people to defend those passes. It's just a rough situation.
- 6:50Speaker 2: We are all aboard the Atlanta Falcons.
- 6:53Speaker 5: Let's do some math.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Calculator outs in the Ceedee Lamb a season high one
- 6:56Speaker 2: hundred and forty six.
- 6:57Speaker 5: Yards against the forty nine ers.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Does he go over or under eighty five and a
- 7:02Speaker 2: half this week, Well he's.
- 7:03Speaker 6: Gonna go on under one hundred and forty six, but
- 7:05Speaker 6: over eighty six yards in this matchup, I told you
- 7:09Speaker 6: that he's throwing. Dak Prescott's throwing into these tight windows. Well,
- 7:12Speaker 6: it's because there are a lack of options. So if
- 7:14Speaker 6: you're talking about where the volume's gonna go, it's absolutely
- 7:17Speaker 6: gonna go to CD lamb.
- 7:18Speaker 7: We've seen that before, we'll see it again.
- 7:20Speaker 3: And by the.
- 7:20Speaker 7: Way, if our scores hold, they will absolutely be throwing
- 7:23Speaker 7: in the second half.
- 7:24Speaker 6: So that kind of accentuates what we're talking about here
- 7:27Speaker 6: for seedam.
- 7:28Speaker 2: All right moving from that matchup in the NFC to
- 7:30Speaker 2: a battle of five and three teams in the AFC.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Considering how the year started for Denver's rookie quarterback, maybe
- 7:36Speaker 2: the most improved player since Week one Broncos and Ravens,
- 7:40Speaker 2: Denver has won five of the last six. Baltimore saw
- 7:43Speaker 2: it's winning streak come to a close last week against
- 7:45Speaker 2: the Browns, but I do think they bounced back here
- 7:47Speaker 2: and get a twenty six to nineteen win, because let's
- 7:51Speaker 2: honestly take a look at what it took for the
- 7:53Speaker 2: Cleveland Browns to beat the Baltimore Ravens a week ago.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Drops on offense, there was this one by Nelson Agilar.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Here's one from Zay Flowers. Of course, there was the
- 8:03Speaker 2: drop on defense. This one hit Rashad Bateman in the face.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Kyle Hamilton had what would have been a game ceiling interception.
- 8:10Speaker 2: The defenses, the defense of the Ravens staying late after
- 8:13Speaker 2: practice to catch balls.
- 8:14Speaker 5: I don't know if that necessarily works. Sometimes, as a.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Couple days can happen when you try to catch the ball.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Sometimes it doesn't work out. I think they actually hold
- 8:22Speaker 2: onto the ball and gonna win twenty six nights.
- 8:24Speaker 3: I agree with you, and yet I'm almost disappointed.
- 8:26Speaker 4: Patrick's the Ravens guy here, and he has Broncos keeping
- 8:30Speaker 4: it close covering this spread. Forget that we got the
- 8:33Speaker 4: Ravens by twenty points in this game.
- 8:35Speaker 3: You think that's disrespectful. Yeah, it is.
- 8:37Speaker 4: So's that nine point spread, especially them getting over it.
- 8:39Speaker 4: They added weapons to the number one offense in the league.
- 8:42Speaker 4: Deontay Johnson is a Baltimore raven How.
- 8:46Speaker 3: Much can he do in one week? We'll see this
- 8:48Speaker 3: is a matchup.
- 8:49Speaker 4: I think he could help them out quite a bit
- 8:51Speaker 4: because He got Patrick Certan on one side, but can
- 8:53Speaker 4: he really take out two receivers. No, he can take
- 8:56Speaker 4: out Zay Flowers or Deontay Johnson. Then you got the
- 8:58Speaker 4: other one getting after it. You have Rashad Bateman. Mark
- 9:01Speaker 4: Andrews is playing better. The key point here is that
- 9:04Speaker 4: they were the number one offense in the league before
- 9:07Speaker 4: all this, and as good as Denver is on defense,
- 9:10Speaker 4: here are the offenses that they've been going against. Gardner
- 9:13Speaker 4: Minshew and the Raiders, Bryce Young and the Panthers, Spencer
- 9:17Speaker 4: Rattler and the Saints and whatever you want to call
- 9:21Speaker 4: the New York Jets, and what's happening there. This is
- 9:23Speaker 4: a real offense their facing this week. I don't think
- 9:25Speaker 4: they're going to be so great. I think the Ravens.
- 9:27Speaker 6: Role, well, I'm just the buzzkill here. I'm going to
- 9:30Speaker 6: go back to a score this a little bit more
- 9:31Speaker 6: like Patrick's. I have Baltimore winning twenty seven to nineteen
- 9:35Speaker 6: this week when I'm looking at what's going on in
- 9:38Speaker 6: this bow Knicks situation where by the way, he leads
- 9:40Speaker 6: all rookie quarterbacks in terms of offensive touchdowns, which I
- 9:43Speaker 6: had to read that one three times just to make
- 9:45Speaker 6: sure because those like Jaden Daniels. Nope, it is actually
- 9:48Speaker 6: Bo Nicks. And why because he's really turned it up
- 9:51Speaker 6: with Courtland Sutton.
- 9:52Speaker 7: Courtland Sutton is.
- 9:53Speaker 6: One of my favorite receivers in this entire league. You
- 9:55Speaker 6: never hear him talk, you never hear him chirp, You
- 9:57Speaker 6: never remember that he scores touchdowns, You never remember that
- 10:00Speaker 6: he finally had one hundred yard game. This is an
- 10:02Speaker 6: opportunity for him to again exploited defense that has been
- 10:05Speaker 6: very generous in the passing game. It's not like the
- 10:07Speaker 6: Ravens have sat there and been super strong against the pass.
- 10:10Speaker 6: There are still a bunch of injuries to the defense too.
- 10:12Speaker 6: As we're sitting here right now, we don't even have
- 10:14Speaker 6: the final injury report on which defensive backs are playing.
- 10:17Speaker 6: So I think Courtland Sutton could be in line for
- 10:19Speaker 6: another big game.
- 10:20Speaker 5: All right, we'll see how these scores shake out.
- 10:23Speaker 2: But we are all, yes, you beautiful children, we are
- 10:26Speaker 2: all aboard the Baltimore Ravens. The tennis reference from Sean mcman,
- 10:31Speaker 2: we kind of get Steve Weisman in there. We gotta
- 10:33Speaker 2: get some more Greg Rosenthal in the press room.
- 10:35Speaker 4: It made no sense, though, it made no sense, and
- 10:37Speaker 4: it wasn't a joke like he asked for laughter. You've
- 10:40Speaker 4: been in that position too long. If he expects courtesy lasts.
- 10:43Speaker 2: All right, Well, that takes us to the Drive to
- 10:45Speaker 2: Excellence presented by Mercedes Beins. Yes, time for the Drive
- 10:48Speaker 2: to Excellence presented by Mercedes Beins. The Rams and the
- 10:50Speaker 2: Seahawks at Loomenfield. Saw mcvay's team looked legit last week
- 10:54Speaker 2: against the Vikings Seattle hoping to have DK metcalf back.
- 10:58Speaker 5: What takes place in THEIA.
- 10:59Speaker 6: Well, it's the upset technically, because the Seattle Seahawks win
- 11:02Speaker 6: at home twenty four to twenty three, to a one
- 11:05Speaker 6: point win in this matchup. Why well, when you look
- 11:08Speaker 6: through all of the data, one of the things that
- 11:09Speaker 6: was happening early in the season when they were winning
- 11:12Speaker 6: was a lot of pre snap motion.
- 11:13Speaker 7: You know who else says that, the Rams. But you
- 11:15Speaker 7: know what happens when you do that.
- 11:16Speaker 6: You get Kenneth Walker involved in this really interesting way.
- 11:19Speaker 6: So once he starts to be a little bit more productive,
- 11:23Speaker 6: especially on early downs, it opens up the playbook for
- 11:26Speaker 6: later down play. If DK Metcalf's back, this makes it
- 11:28Speaker 6: even better. More space on the field to work with
- 11:31Speaker 6: but I think that if this game's going to kind
- 11:32Speaker 6: of go the way Kenneth Walker goes, so if he
- 11:34Speaker 6: goes well, plays well, then it goes by way of
- 11:37Speaker 6: the Seahawks.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Yeah, just a lot of chaos in the game against
- 11:39Speaker 2: the Buffalo Bills, including two malfunctions, a.
- 11:42Speaker 7: Lot of chaos. Also a lot of chaos in the
- 11:44Speaker 7: RAMS game too.
- 11:44Speaker 6: We didn't even know until ninety minutes before a game
- 11:47Speaker 6: that Puka and Aku was even possible to play, really.
- 11:51Speaker 5: And so we know this going in more for Mike
- 11:54Speaker 5: McDonald to prepare for.
- 11:55Speaker 2: He did say on Halloween that he's optimistic about DK metcalf,
- 11:58Speaker 2: which I think is huge. That may be close enough
- 12:01Speaker 2: for me to make this pick. I'm going with the
- 12:02Speaker 2: Seattle Seahawks as well. Well, just give Gino some options.
- 12:06Speaker 2: I got a twenty six twenty five win, and maybe
- 12:10Speaker 2: that return of Puka and Cooper Cup kind of taking
- 12:13Speaker 2: attention away from this RAMS secondary and how they are
- 12:16Speaker 2: dead last according to next Gen stats against the Play
- 12:19Speaker 2: Action Pass. Also the Ernest Jones ultimate revenge game after
- 12:24Speaker 2: being besmirched by the team, and now it goes to
- 12:26Speaker 2: a division rival, Greg right before he gets a chance
- 12:29Speaker 2: to play against.
- 12:30Speaker 5: This old squad.
- 12:31Speaker 4: How dare you you know who else is bad against
- 12:32Speaker 4: the play action plass?
- 12:33Speaker 5: Who's that?
- 12:34Speaker 4: The Seattle Seahaw linebackers. I'm just scregging it up with
- 12:38Speaker 4: the Rams. Love this Give it to me twenty seven
- 12:41Speaker 4: to twenty four. Hey, it's two things. I love Gino
- 12:44Speaker 4: Smith and my daughter Elis, who's a Rams fan. But
- 12:47Speaker 4: I'm keeping it all in the family.
- 12:48Speaker 6: No.
- 12:48Speaker 4: I believe in this Rams team, and it's not because
- 12:51Speaker 4: of the return of Pooka Nakua and Cooper Cup alone.
- 12:54Speaker 4: It's because of the improvement in the pass protection for
- 12:57Speaker 4: the Rams. And this turnaround started before they got Nikoua
- 13:01Speaker 4: and Cooper Cup back. It really happened after they got
- 13:03Speaker 4: out of their They've settled down those injuries. They're putting
- 13:07Speaker 4: out the same lineup every week. Matthew Stafford hasn't been touched.
- 13:10Speaker 4: I was up there in the cheap seats for this
- 13:12Speaker 4: game against the Vikings and their offensive line dominated. If
- 13:16Speaker 4: it wasn't the Rams, I think that would have been
- 13:17Speaker 4: the story that Matthew Stafford was not touched at all.
- 13:20Speaker 4: They were doing great things in the running game. I
- 13:22Speaker 4: think they're a better offense in Seattle and they're maybe
- 13:25Speaker 4: just as good a defense the Seahawks teams struggling on
- 13:28Speaker 4: defense right now, all right, we're going to.
- 13:29Speaker 5: Keep it in the NFC and move on to the Bears. Chicago.
- 13:33Speaker 5: Avert your eyes. We're gonna play the thing again.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Oh gut punch for Bears fans right there. Now, they
- 13:40Speaker 2: face off against Kyler and the Cardinals, who won three
- 13:42Speaker 2: of their last four is it four of their last
- 13:45Speaker 2: five coming up?
- 13:46Speaker 6: Since it's gonna be Chicago, so whichever way that one goes,
- 13:49Speaker 6: we're going to go. Chicago wins this game twenty four
- 13:51Speaker 6: to twenty two. I want to talk about the Bears blitzing,
- 13:54Speaker 6: and I also want to talk about how the Bears
- 13:55Speaker 6: defense is going to use last week as a quote
- 13:58Speaker 6: teachable moment.
- 13:59Speaker 7: When you blitz and you get an opportunity.
- 14:01Speaker 6: To get after a guy like Kyler Murray, who is
- 14:03Speaker 6: great when he outside of the pocket, outside of.
- 14:05Speaker 7: Structure, that's awesome.
- 14:07Speaker 6: You get a few wins in that part of the game,
- 14:09Speaker 6: that phase of the game, things just start to go
- 14:12Speaker 6: even better. Also, the secondary last week was a little
- 14:15Speaker 6: out of control. However, that is where the good players
- 14:18Speaker 6: become great players when they take that kind of moment,
- 14:21Speaker 6: that bad moment and turn it into a really good moment.
- 14:25Speaker 6: This is a great opportunity to turn that into an
- 14:27Speaker 6: excellent moment for this whole defense.
- 14:29Speaker 2: I've got a one point Bears win, Cynthia, going down
- 14:32Speaker 2: from your two point win. I would feel a whole
- 14:34Speaker 2: lot better if Kyler Gordon and Jakwan Brisker were off
- 14:37Speaker 2: the injury report. If the Bears don't win this time,
- 14:40Speaker 2: I will officially wait until those guys are back before
- 14:42Speaker 2: I picked the Bears again. But I do think that
- 14:44Speaker 2: they can lean on a solid ground game from DeAndre
- 14:48Speaker 2: Swift powering the Bears to a win. Here in my pick,
- 14:51Speaker 2: the Cardinals defense one of the worst teams in the
- 14:53Speaker 2: league at defending runs out of the shotgun formation, and
- 14:56Speaker 2: on two thirds of the opponent's rush attempts, runners get
- 15:00Speaker 2: beyond the line.
- 15:00Speaker 5: Of scrimmage before they are touched.
- 15:02Speaker 2: I think that means good things for DeAndre Swift and
- 15:04Speaker 2: good things for Caleb Williams in the passing game.
- 15:06Speaker 5: Greg, I got a Bears win.
- 15:08Speaker 4: I had a hard time with this game. I thought
- 15:09Speaker 4: it was the hardest game to pick all week. It's
- 15:12Speaker 4: the rematch of the they are who we thought they
- 15:14Speaker 4: were a game. When you give me a chance to
- 15:18Speaker 4: go with two straight favorites, I.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Don't know who to pick. But let's take the Cardinals.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Why not at home home favorite Kyler Murray Man.
- 15:25Speaker 4: If he's playing his very best, it's like he can
- 15:29Speaker 4: just solve the world's problems. I mean, he looks like
- 15:31Speaker 4: the best quarterback in the league when he's playing that
- 15:34Speaker 4: way that he did in Miami last week.
- 15:36Speaker 3: This is a better Bears defense.
- 15:38Speaker 4: Certainly, but I think some of the issues that you
- 15:41Speaker 4: could create are on the ground and what Kyler can
- 15:45Speaker 4: do there as well. So he made plays outside the pocket.
- 15:48Speaker 4: He needs to be able to run the ball because
- 15:50Speaker 4: I think it could be a big James Connor game.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Let's put a pin in that for later. But ultimately,
- 15:55Speaker 4: I just trust the quarterback more than where Caleb Williams
- 15:57Speaker 4: at is at in his part of his career.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Let's go Cardinals, all right, We've all got very very
- 16:02Speaker 2: close games either ways. Let's get a little deeper in
- 16:04Speaker 2: that and go this guy or that game guy, Cynthia.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Which receiver more likely to have over fifty five receiving yards?
- 16:11Speaker 2: DJ More or Marvin Harrison junr.
- 16:14Speaker 6: Well, both of them is my answer, however, I think
- 16:16Speaker 6: Marvin Harrison Junior is the one I want to go
- 16:19Speaker 6: with in this matchup. I know we talked about I
- 16:21Speaker 6: think the Bears defense is going to be good. It's
- 16:22Speaker 6: a teachable moment. I just said all that stuff. Yeah,
- 16:24Speaker 6: but fifty five receiving yards, that is a very low number,
- 16:27Speaker 6: especially considering Marvin Harrison gets targeted.
- 16:30Speaker 7: On deeper passes.
- 16:31Speaker 6: So those are just bigger numbers and fewer amount of catches.
- 16:34Speaker 6: We talked about Nodra Kwon Brisker, no Kyler Gordon. Potentially
- 16:37Speaker 6: even if they're playing, maybe they're not one hundred percent.
- 16:39Speaker 6: So I think the rookie has a really good game.
- 16:42Speaker 6: Fifty five yards, that's that's that's a low ball, snowball
- 16:45Speaker 6: right there.
- 16:45Speaker 4: And they started to use Marvin Harrison Junior in more
- 16:49Speaker 4: varied ways last week. They were using them on crossing routes.
- 16:51Speaker 4: Have just been a lot of go balls deep down
- 16:53Speaker 4: the field. But you saw the variety. He can do everything,
- 16:56Speaker 4: so let him do everything.
- 16:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:58Speaker 2: A lot of people reacting on social media website Twitter
- 17:01Speaker 2: dot com in the first st half, Oh, they don't
- 17:02Speaker 2: even use Martin Harrison Junior. Much to this chagrin, of
- 17:05Speaker 2: the Miami Dolphins said they certainly did in the second half.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Up next, We're going to believe land Jamis and the
- 17:11Speaker 2: Browns shocked the Ravens last week.
- 17:13Speaker 5: Can they do it again Sunday versus the Chargers.
- 17:16Speaker 3: Is the sky the.
- 17:17Speaker 5: Limit for this Browns team? Or is it the moon?
- 17:20Speaker 5: Shout out to Jamos our thoughts coming up there.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Timon sees the season presented by Caesar Sports Book as
- 17:34Speaker 2: we look at whose soul is.
- 17:36Speaker 5: Escaping through the hole that is gaping into the end zone?
- 17:38Speaker 2: The first touchdown score odds Nick Chubb leading.
- 17:42Speaker 5: The way with JK. Dobbins and then last.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Week's Fantasy wide receiver two Lad mcconaukee at.
- 17:47Speaker 5: Plus eight point fifty.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Let's talk more about this Chargers Browns matchup. James has
- 17:53Speaker 2: the dog pound, believing he's quoting Detroit legend Marshall Mathers.
- 17:56Speaker 5: Two home wins in a row, Cynthia. Did they keep
- 18:01Speaker 5: that going? Did they get to in a row?
- 18:03Speaker 6: What they have to do is say and Manda bellionis
- 18:05Speaker 6: because she's the real hero. She did not even laugh
- 18:07Speaker 6: once during that whole interview. I don't know how she
- 18:09Speaker 6: did it. Anyways, Cleveland wins twenty one to twenty. In
- 18:12Speaker 6: my math, Jameis Winston's volatility works both ways. It's good
- 18:16Speaker 6: and it's bad. We've seen this guy throw all of
- 18:18Speaker 6: these amazing touchdowns. This time now to Cedric Tilman. You
- 18:21Speaker 6: saw that nice deep one before. Here it is again
- 18:24Speaker 6: and both he was wide open. Those are the playmaker
- 18:28Speaker 6: in terms of pairings. This is who he's looking for,
- 18:30Speaker 6: David and Joku and Tillman.
- 18:32Speaker 7: That is it. So when you're looking in this game,
- 18:34Speaker 7: in this.
- 18:34Speaker 6: Matchup against the Chargers, who their injury report was long
- 18:39Speaker 6: this week, so there was a lot of people potentially
- 18:41Speaker 6: banged up.
- 18:41Speaker 7: You know, West Coast team's coming East. I don't care
- 18:43Speaker 7: about that as much.
- 18:44Speaker 6: But I do care about the fact that they are
- 18:45Speaker 6: missing some pieces, and I think Jameis Winston has enough
- 18:49Speaker 6: of that kind of I'm gonna do this no matter
- 18:51Speaker 6: what in him, that hoodsport, whatever you want to call it,
- 18:54Speaker 6: that he's going to actually make those deep passes again
- 18:56Speaker 6: targeting Siman.
- 18:56Speaker 5: Yeah, and there were some just errant passes from Jamis.
- 18:59Speaker 7: With it both ways, baby, normally.
- 19:01Speaker 2: You know it's sometimes is the decision. Last week was
- 19:04Speaker 2: the execution for Jamis, and he had the Browns singing
- 19:06Speaker 2: for a moment, But I don't think the curtains close
- 19:09Speaker 2: on the Browns win here. I think it's nineteen seventeen
- 19:12Speaker 2: Cleveland and let's not lose ourselves in Jamis Mania. This
- 19:16Speaker 2: pick is about the Browns defense. In the past three games,
- 19:20Speaker 2: they have played three top twelve offenses three weeks in
- 19:23Speaker 2: a row, held them to an average around twenty two points.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Miles Garrett, this Brown's defense. I know the big loss
- 19:30Speaker 2: of Jeremiah Wilson Cormoa last week is going to have
- 19:33Speaker 2: a factor here, but the Chargers only average about eighteen points. Anyway, Greg,
- 19:38Speaker 2: it's just tough for me to pick them in this
- 19:39Speaker 2: instance on the road.
- 19:40Speaker 3: I mean, it's not tough for me.
- 19:41Speaker 4: Once again, you guys are giving me a favorite, Just Gregg.
- 19:45Speaker 3: It's a just Greg kind of show.
- 19:46Speaker 5: Look.
- 19:47Speaker 3: I like James Rae, now that's.
- 19:48Speaker 5: Three piling up.
- 19:50Speaker 4: I like Jameis Winston, but I'm a justin Herbert stan
- 19:53Speaker 4: I mean what he did last week against the Saints
- 19:57Speaker 4: it got me really thinking this is going to be
- 19:59Speaker 4: a different Herbo. That's Carl Granderson, about two hundred and
- 20:02Speaker 4: ninety pounds.
- 20:03Speaker 3: Draped all over him in the end.
- 20:05Speaker 5: Zone.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Get off me.
- 20:06Speaker 4: I'm not taking that safety. And then later in the game,
- 20:09Speaker 4: all right, he's back to pass. How about we see
- 20:12Speaker 4: the Justin Herber of old who would run like this. Actually,
- 20:15Speaker 4: this servert never existed. This is the longest run of
- 20:18Speaker 4: his whole career. He's not even going out of balance,
- 20:20Speaker 4: He's lowering his shoulder. I just love the aggressiveness. I
- 20:24Speaker 4: love the arm strength, I love the athleticism. These two
- 20:27Speaker 4: quarterbacks are not the same. They're both ugly teams. Good defenses.
- 20:30Speaker 6: Charges are better Herbo or Gino Smith. You have to
- 20:33Speaker 6: pick what you can only stand for one of them.
- 20:35Speaker 3: I guess I go Gino there.
- 20:37Speaker 6: Okay, just make sure. I just want to make sure
- 20:39Speaker 6: my world order is still intact.
- 20:40Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean that's why he gets out of bed
- 20:42Speaker 5: at all.
- 20:42Speaker 2: That was seized the season presented by Caesar's Sportsbook. Folks,

- 21:14Speaker 2: resources and information, visit NFL dot com slash votes. Time
- 21:19Speaker 2: for us to make some quick picks here. On game day,
- 21:21Speaker 2: you will start with the Dolphins and a rematch against
- 21:24Speaker 2: the Bills in Orchard Park. Any chance to what in
- 21:26Speaker 2: the Fins get the upset here?
- 21:28Speaker 3: Great, there's a chance, yes, but it's not gonna happen.
- 21:31Speaker 4: I got the Bills winning this game twenty seven to twenty,
- 21:33Speaker 4: so I have them covering the spread too, because look,
- 21:36Speaker 4: Mike McDaniel has a Sean McDermott problem, and this Dolphins
- 21:39Speaker 4: defense is gonna have a James Cook problem. The whole
- 21:41Speaker 4: AFC might have a James Cook problem. Running behind one
- 21:44Speaker 4: of the best offensive lines in the league, steamrolling.
- 21:48Speaker 3: What's in front of him.
- 21:49Speaker 4: Can run tough, can run fast, And I just think defensively,
- 21:52Speaker 4: the Bills are so solid that they can hit you
- 21:55Speaker 4: different ways. Offensively, McDaniel's offense is kind of the same
- 21:59Speaker 4: year after year, and the Bills have done a good
- 22:00Speaker 4: job against it. Whereas the Bills offense, it's different week
- 22:03Speaker 4: to week. They just have a lot of different flavors.
- 22:05Speaker 4: I think this is a tough matchup for the Dolphins.
- 22:07Speaker 5: All Right, we're all on the Bills. Let's go to
- 22:09Speaker 5: the Jags and the Eagles.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Once upon a time, Doug Peterson led Philly to a
- 22:12Speaker 2: Super Bowl win. There's a statue of him outside the link.
- 22:15Speaker 2: There's also a statue of Nick Foles. Will Dougie p
- 22:18Speaker 2: get revenge?
- 22:19Speaker 7: Sinthy No, the revenge will be gotten on him.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Whatever.
- 22:22Speaker 6: Twenty eight nineteen is my score in this matchup. I
- 22:25Speaker 6: want to talk about AJ Brown and Jalen Hurts connection
- 22:28Speaker 6: because deep passes, the touchdowns. In terms of a duo,
- 22:32Speaker 6: they lead the league in these metrics. I like a
- 22:35Speaker 6: deep pass in this game. I like several deep passes
- 22:37Speaker 6: in this game. And that's an area where the Jags
- 22:39Speaker 6: defense has had plenty of issues. So I expect another
- 22:43Speaker 6: massive game for AJ Brown.
- 22:45Speaker 2: All Right, again, unanimous, We're all on the Eagles, Raiders,
- 22:47Speaker 2: Bengals in Cincinnati. Joe Burrow says this is a must
- 22:50Speaker 2: win game, and that's why not. I don't think the
- 22:52Speaker 2: Cincinnati Bengals are going to try extra hard and win
- 22:55Speaker 2: the game. But I do think Joe Burrow as well
- 22:57Speaker 2: as Jamar Chase are going to have solid games they
- 22:59Speaker 2: get the win here twenty six to twenty three. We
- 23:02Speaker 2: love coach lou we love the Bengals. We want them
- 23:05Speaker 2: to be better. Here's the good news for the Cincinnati
- 23:07Speaker 2: Bengals defense. They're going up against the offense.
- 23:10Speaker 5: That is dead last in rushing efficiency. They are orders
- 23:13Speaker 5: of magnitude.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Worse than a team like the Dallas Cowboys at running
- 23:17Speaker 2: the ball. It's rough for the Raiders, and I think
- 23:20Speaker 2: that's enough for Cincy to feel good about a win.
- 23:23Speaker 5: Here.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Mahomes and Bakers square off again Monday night in Arrowhead.
- 23:27Speaker 5: Congratulations to Patrick Mahomes. He wish he would have won
- 23:30Speaker 5: that game.
- 23:30Speaker 2: He's won every game against Baker Mayfield that he's had
- 23:33Speaker 2: in the NFL.
- 23:34Speaker 5: And I think that.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Trend continues in Tampa Bay Falls twenty five to eighteen
- 23:39Speaker 2: here because I know that there's a lot of people
- 23:41Speaker 2: stat watching and look at Patrick Mahomes and being like, ah,
- 23:44Speaker 2: this is it. We got folks tweeting at Greg saying,
- 23:46Speaker 2: get Patrick Mahomes off. Quarterback Island. Look at the Chiefs
- 23:49Speaker 2: on third down. They are number two in the NFL
- 23:53Speaker 2: in converting their third down attempts. Coincidentally, Tampa Bay the
- 23:57Speaker 2: only team that's better. But a lot of those third
- 23:59Speaker 2: down conversions came when they were fully healthy at wide receiver.
- 24:02Speaker 2: I think that would help. I'm not even sure it
- 24:04Speaker 2: would matter, because the Bucks defense has really fallen off.
- 24:07Speaker 5: I got a chief swin here, guys.
- 24:09Speaker 4: I have a Chiefs win as well. I'm going thirty
- 24:11Speaker 4: one to twenty two, and part of it is it's
- 24:14Speaker 4: about this Todd Bowles Bucks defense. It's just not the
- 24:17Speaker 4: defense we're used to seeing. At the linebacker position. They're
- 24:20Speaker 4: getting picked apart. I mean Kirk Cousin his eyes get
- 24:23Speaker 4: big when he sees the Buccaneers come to town. I
- 24:25Speaker 4: think Patrick Mahomes will too. I mean Mahomes said he
- 24:28Speaker 4: wanted to be like Aaron Rodgers. I mean he's topped
- 24:30Speaker 4: him in titles. He's catching up in MVPs. And I
- 24:33Speaker 4: think this is the night because of this Bucks defense
- 24:36Speaker 4: and all the big plays that they give up in
- 24:38Speaker 4: the run game and especially in the passing game that
- 24:41Speaker 4: come Tuesday morning after this one's over, everyone's like Oh,
- 24:45Speaker 4: the Chiefs are back the offense that we expected to see,
- 24:48Speaker 4: the old explosive Chiefs. They are unbeatable because a lot
- 24:52Speaker 4: of offenses look unbeatable when you face this Buccaneers defense.
- 24:56Speaker 7: I love that. That's funny.
- 24:57Speaker 6: I have a win to with only eight points more
- 25:00Speaker 6: modest twenty eight to twenty. In this matchup, I want
- 25:03Speaker 6: to point out some differences on defense. But first, Drew
- 25:05Speaker 6: Trankwill needs some love for last week's game.
- 25:08Speaker 7: He showed out.
- 25:09Speaker 6: When you're watching this defense and you're thinking about all
- 25:11Speaker 6: the different ways that they're really excelling this season, sometimes
- 25:15Speaker 6: we forget about that linebacker level. Drew Trankwill in this
- 25:18Speaker 6: particular game against the Raiders was ever reware and it
- 25:20Speaker 6: was really interesting and good to see him. Plus he's
- 25:23Speaker 6: really good at chess, and so that's how I know him,
- 25:24Speaker 6: which is fun to watch. He's a very good chess player.
- 25:27Speaker 6: He's out there playing chess. Everyone else is playing checkers.
- 25:30Speaker 6: And they also got josh Ucha and that's going to
- 25:32Speaker 6: be interesting because some people were like, oh, he's a
- 25:34Speaker 6: situational pass rusher type of thing. Sure he may not
- 25:37Speaker 6: plan every down, but you know where he fits really well.
- 25:40Speaker 7: The situation that the Chiefs are in.
- 25:41Speaker 6: So I'm curious to see how that's going to fit
- 25:44Speaker 6: in this matchup, specifically because we know Baker Mayfield's going
- 25:47Speaker 6: to want to slang the ball and we know Katetton
- 25:49Speaker 6: is going to be his target because they always like
- 25:51Speaker 6: to look at the tight end, and tight ends have
- 25:52Speaker 6: been in an area where the Chiefs have had some
- 25:54Speaker 6: yardage deficiencies. So I'm curious to see how it all
- 25:57Speaker 6: pieces together.
- 25:58Speaker 4: Yeah, speaking of chess, not checkers. Brett Veach, the GM
- 26:01Speaker 4: of the Chiefs. Oh, he's doing the moves that the
- 26:04Speaker 4: pay fits used to do. You bring a guy in
- 26:06Speaker 4: at this time of the season, he wasn't doing much else.
- 26:08Speaker 4: Or suddenly you'll see Josh Uch with one and a
- 26:10Speaker 4: half sacks in the divisional round for the Chiefs.
- 26:13Speaker 3: In another one, mark.
- 26:14Speaker 6: My words, they're gonna go like get a corner and
- 26:16Speaker 6: then make this whole thing, And you're.
- 26:17Speaker 7: Like, what is why are teams letting him do this?
- 26:20Speaker 7: They're running away for that Breth Beeach.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Yeah, other teams in the AFC, you can try to
- 26:26Speaker 2: the seven and zero of the Chiefs, the only remaining
- 26:28Speaker 2: unbeaten team. It wasn't too long ago, the Vikings also
- 26:32Speaker 2: had a perfect record.
- 26:33Speaker 5: Well.
- 26:34Speaker 2: However, since then after that five and zero start, Minnesota
- 26:37Speaker 2: has dropped their last two games, despite all three of
- 26:40Speaker 2: us picking them to beat the Rams. Last week, LA
- 26:43Speaker 2: put it on the Vikings, Darnold looked off, Matthew Stafford
- 26:46Speaker 2: smoked Brian Flores' defense for four touchdowns, bringing us to
- 26:50Speaker 2: Kevin O'Connell's team needing a bounce back Sunday night against
- 26:54Speaker 2: the Colts. They benched Anthony Richardson in favor of Joe
- 26:57Speaker 2: Flacco earlier this week.
- 26:59Speaker 5: Does that work out for a win, Cynthia? Nope, Nope.
- 27:01Speaker 6: Twenty five to nineteen is my score in Minnesota wins
- 27:04Speaker 6: this one, justin. Jefferson still on the team as far
- 27:07Speaker 6: as I'm concerned. And if you look at where the
- 27:09Speaker 6: deficiency in this Colts defense is, if you're gonna give
- 27:12Speaker 6: him single high which they do at the eleventh highest
- 27:14Speaker 6: rate this season, it's not going to go well for you.
- 27:17Speaker 6: He averages four yards per route run. That's the second
- 27:20Speaker 6: highest in the NFL.
- 27:21Speaker 7: By the way.
- 27:22Speaker 6: Overall the Colts have been giving up oh you know,
- 27:25Speaker 6: a measlely thirteen point two yards per reception to wide receivers.
- 27:28Speaker 6: This year, Justin Jefferson averages ninety two point three such yards.
- 27:32Speaker 7: In a game.
- 27:33Speaker 6: It's just not a good matchup for the things that
- 27:35Speaker 6: the Colts defense has been doing or maybe not doing
- 27:38Speaker 6: in this case, and it is a great matchup for
- 27:40Speaker 6: Justin Jefferson.
- 27:41Speaker 4: So I agree Vikings win this game, get back on track,
- 27:44Speaker 4: but I don't agree about the posts brand.
- 27:46Speaker 3: I think the Colts keep it.
- 27:48Speaker 4: I don't agree it's twenty six to twenty three, so
- 27:50Speaker 4: that the Colts cover and the Vikings win in part
- 27:53Speaker 4: because they're adding another weapon to their offense.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Welcome back to football. TJ.
- 27:57Speaker 4: Hockinson just a trusty pair of hands for Sam Darnold
- 28:03Speaker 4: to throw to mean what a surplus of weapons Darnolds
- 28:07Speaker 4: has having Hockinson as an outlet in addition to the
- 28:10Speaker 4: great running game that they have in addition to Addison
- 28:13Speaker 4: and Jalen Naylor and obviously Justin Jefferson. Hockinson's very good
- 28:17Speaker 4: at finding the zones and settling into them and finding
- 28:21Speaker 4: open space.
- 28:21Speaker 3: That's what the Colts give you.
- 28:22Speaker 5: I do think the.
- 28:23Speaker 4: Colts are a better offense with Joe Flacco, especially against
- 28:26Speaker 4: the Splits, and I think they're a better defense than
- 28:28Speaker 4: they were about a month ago because they're healthier there.
- 28:30Speaker 4: DeForrest Buckner will help them out.
- 28:32Speaker 2: It helps them out, But I still have those concerns.
- 28:35Speaker 2: It's tough to look away from the rush defense stats
- 28:37Speaker 2: and see the Colts giving up the second most running
- 28:40Speaker 2: yards in the entire NFL, right there behind the Carolina Panthers.
- 28:43Speaker 2: I'm looking at a man that we call the barometer.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Aaron Jones is the barometer for this Vikings offense's fewest
- 28:50Speaker 2: yards per carry, and that Rams defensive line kind of
- 28:53Speaker 2: kept him down to under three.
- 28:55Speaker 5: Point two yards per carry.
- 28:56Speaker 2: I don't know if the Colts can muster that kind
- 28:58Speaker 2: of activity against Aaron Jones in a solid game from here.
- 29:02Speaker 5: And I'll point at Greg because my score it's a.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Lot like Cynthia's score in this one twenty four nineteen
- 29:08Speaker 2: Vikings win. But yes, we are all aboard on the
- 29:10Speaker 2: Minnesota So it come.
- 29:14Speaker 5: The legend of Jayden Daniels keeps growing. The number two
- 29:16Speaker 5: overall pick pulled off.
- 29:17Speaker 2: The improbable last Sunday. Do the Commanders have any more
- 29:20Speaker 2: magic left? Or could this week's match up with the
- 29:23Speaker 2: g Men be a letdown? Our picks for the Commanders
- 29:26Speaker 2: and Giants coming up next.
- 29:29Speaker 5: We're back on Game Day.

- 29:46Speaker 2: now for Active Mic, presented by the Wells Fargo Active
- 29:48Speaker 2: Cash credit Card.
- 29:56Speaker 5: I love people looking for somebody to hard in moments
- 29:58Speaker 5: like that. We all remember where we were when PJ.
- 30:01Speaker 2: Walker hit DJ Moore and we came twenty two the
- 30:04Speaker 2: longest air distance on a completed pass. All these happened
- 30:08Speaker 2: in the final thirty seconds of a half, by the way,
- 30:10Speaker 2: but Jayden Daniels now number three in the next Gen
- 30:13Speaker 2: stats era.
- 30:14Speaker 3: I do remember that PJ.
- 30:15Speaker 4: Walker throw is maybe the best throw I've ever seen.
- 30:18Speaker 3: It was a bomb on a big spot too.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Not being facetious, it was an incredible throw, just like
- 30:24Speaker 2: Jayden Daniels was. And now his commander's back in action,
- 30:28Speaker 2: the Commanders taking on the Giants. How will Washington follow
- 30:31Speaker 2: up last week's huge wing.
- 30:32Speaker 4: Greg with a comfortable when in MetLife stadium. There's no
- 30:36Speaker 4: home field advantage for this Giants team. I love this
- 30:39Speaker 4: Washington Commander's defense. They've really turned things around since Week four.
- 30:43Speaker 4: They are actually fourth in the NFL in EPA per play. Now,
- 30:47Speaker 4: part of that is the opponents that they face, although
- 30:49Speaker 4: Arizona and Baltimore's in there. But part of it is
- 30:52Speaker 4: they've just simplified what they do and you got guys
- 30:56Speaker 4: like rookie Jerry Newton coming in and playing fantastic. He
- 31:01Speaker 4: created a lot of pressure last week, so you're developing
- 31:04Speaker 4: young players. That's what Dan Quinn is really good at.
- 31:07Speaker 4: This is a tough team who doesn't make a lot
- 31:09Speaker 4: of mistakes, and they're gonna be booing Daniel Jones if
- 31:11Speaker 4: you're trailing here, I would not want to be the
- 31:13Speaker 4: home team when it's Giants. Commanders, Commanders, They're gonna win
- 31:17Speaker 4: this game easy.
- 31:18Speaker 2: All right, let's go to the Patriots in Nashville. We
- 31:20Speaker 2: all agree on the Commanders, New England coming off of
- 31:23Speaker 2: that big win over the Jets.
- 31:24Speaker 5: But I do think Tennessee wins this.
- 31:26Speaker 2: One eighteen to seventeen because of a guy that we're
- 31:29Speaker 2: maybe forgetting, especially last week when the lines were going
- 31:32Speaker 2: up and down the field. We saw Leif Raymond scoring
- 31:36Speaker 2: all those points, Tony Pollard at ninety four yards in
- 31:40Speaker 2: that game, Tony Pollard averaging right around four yards and
- 31:43Speaker 2: carry this season playing very well. I don't necessarily know
- 31:46Speaker 2: which quarterback it's gonna be. I would prefer Basin Rudolph
- 31:50Speaker 2: for this one. If I get Levis News, perhaps I
- 31:52Speaker 2: call our state producer Hythelm and I'd say, hey, maybe
- 31:55Speaker 2: I'll switch my pick. But we all agree the Tennessee
- 31:58Speaker 2: Titans get the win in Nashville.
- 32:00Speaker 6: The best days are days when you pick a one
- 32:02Speaker 6: point win. That's my favorites like nothing.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Like confidence exuding on those fix of the Saits and
- 32:09Speaker 2: the Panthers. Derek Carr should be bad for New Orleans,
- 32:11Speaker 2: Bryce Young starting again for Carolina.
- 32:14Speaker 5: Bryce Young get a win here or something.
- 32:15Speaker 6: No New Orleans gets the win twenty four to sixteen.
- 32:19Speaker 7: But I want to point out Chris.
- 32:20Speaker 6: O'lave and on intermediate passes, specifically, who leads the league
- 32:25Speaker 6: in terms of passing yards for play on those ten
- 32:27Speaker 6: to nineteen air yard passes.
- 32:29Speaker 3: Chris Olana, well Derek Carr.
- 32:31Speaker 6: Chris Olave has been the subject of that and has
- 32:34Speaker 6: about fifty three percent of his passes come at this distance.
- 32:38Speaker 6: Point being it is a really good matchup for him
- 32:40Speaker 6: against a defense that gives up almost twelve yards for
- 32:42Speaker 6: play on such passes. They are the second most generous
- 32:45Speaker 6: to those intermediate passes. The point is is Chris o'lave
- 32:49Speaker 6: is going.
- 32:49Speaker 7: To be in the end zone. We just know it.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I still think the right answer to the question
- 32:52Speaker 3: is Chris Olio.
- 32:53Speaker 7: Okay, fine, the right answer whatever, whatever you say. Pointy
- 32:56Speaker 7: point ten.
- 32:57Speaker 4: I know the Saints haven't won a game in a
- 32:59Speaker 4: long time, right, it's been since Week two. But remember
- 33:02Speaker 4: who they beat up on and one. It was the
- 33:05Speaker 4: Carolina Panthers. They solve your offensive problems for you.
- 33:08Speaker 5: Funk.
- 33:08Speaker 2: Sunday at nine am Eastern, the Game Day Morning Crew
- 33:11Speaker 2: gets you set before Week nine kicks off with Kyle
- 33:14Speaker 2: Brant going with Jared Goff one on one ahead of
- 33:17Speaker 2: his divisional matchup against the Green Bay Packers. Plus the
- 33:19Speaker 2: guys explained what's wrong with the Dallas Cowboys, All that
- 33:22Speaker 2: and more Sunday at nine am Eastern on NFL Nework.
- 33:26Speaker 3: We've made Cynthia too short. Now She's not shorter than Ian.
- 33:29Speaker 5: Come on, bring back giant Cynthia.
- 33:32Speaker 6: I'm not I'm as tall as Gerald, but no, I'm
- 33:33Speaker 6: actually just not short with an ian.
- 33:35Speaker 2: We need Cynthia to be the exact same height as
- 33:38Speaker 2: Gerald McCoy on that graph. I'm requesting that now as
- 33:41Speaker 2: we get to write this down here on game debuts.
- 33:43Speaker 5: Some predictions for Week nine lead us off good.
- 33:45Speaker 4: Okay, we talked about James Connor and that Cardinals rushing attack.
- 33:50Speaker 4: I love him getting more than seventy point five rushing yards.
- 33:55Speaker 3: In this game.
- 33:56Speaker 4: I think Kyler Murray helps set up James Connor with
- 33:59Speaker 4: some of those rushing yards. And you think about where
- 34:02Speaker 4: the Bears defense is vult I do believe it is
- 34:05Speaker 4: against the run. They're built to stop the pass, and
- 34:08Speaker 4: it makes you wonder are they built for twenty twenty
- 34:10Speaker 4: four football? Because this Cardinals rushing attack they throw a
- 34:14Speaker 4: lot of different things at you. They're very creative and
- 34:16Speaker 4: James Connor breaks more tackles than anyone in the league.
- 34:19Speaker 6: Speaking of breaking tackles, Vijehon Robinson is going to absolutely
- 34:23Speaker 6: have more than twenty five receiving yards. That is somebody
- 34:27Speaker 6: just maybe didn't see the number. It should be a
- 34:29Speaker 6: lot more than that. But Ultimately, I think his opportunity
- 34:32Speaker 6: here to break tackles against this Cowboys defense.
- 34:35Speaker 7: Yards after the contact, yards after the catch. Both of
- 34:38Speaker 7: those things are deficiencies of the Cowboys defense. So I
- 34:41Speaker 7: think absolutely, Jean, go ahead, have it.
- 34:44Speaker 3: Oh that's one catch, all right, win catch.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Greg has a running back on the ground, so that
- 34:47Speaker 2: they has a running back through the air. I'm going
- 34:49Speaker 2: to take a running back through the air as well.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Devon Hham. We'll have over thirty four and a half
- 34:54Speaker 2: receiving yards against the Buffalo Bills. But Patrick, he hasn't
- 34:57Speaker 2: hit that number a lot of times this season. Those
- 34:59Speaker 2: are in games without Tuatungue of Ailoa at quarterback. With
- 35:03Speaker 2: tua is in, thirty five is not even a concern.
- 35:06Speaker 2: He had seventy four yards in the opener this past week.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Devon han going well over thirty five yards sixty nine
- 35:14Speaker 2: yards against Buffalo as well.
- 35:16Speaker 5: I feel great about this.
- 35:17Speaker 2: We feel great about all our running back picks here
- 35:19Speaker 2: on write this down on game deviut and all our
- 35:21Speaker 2: picks as well.
- 35:22Speaker 5: But it's a very just Greg week.
- 35:24Speaker 7: So pay it great folk three Just Greg to lead.
- 35:28Speaker 4: Yeah, it's either gonna make or break my season. The
- 35:31Speaker 4: last couple of seasons.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Let's Go jes break this season a lot of the
- 35:35Speaker 2: run I must win week for Greg Rosenthal.
- 35:37Speaker 5: Next watching Game DEVIUT for ZIDEBA Mercedes Vin.
