A 28-year-old man, Harley Marolt, was convicted of statutory rape after a four-day trial in Platte County, Missouri. The incident occurred at a New Year’s Eve party in January 2019, where Marolt allegedly assaulted a 15-year-old girl after they’d been drinking.
