Draft regulations to ban the use of scramblers in any public place
The Cabinet will look to immediately draft regulations to ban the use of scramblers in any public place. Pressure has been growing on the government to introduce tighter regulations for the vehicles following the death of 16-year-old Grace Lynch last month.
