- 0:58Speaker 4: voice note. We will air your we snowed on the
- 1:01Speaker 4: show with your take and everyone will get to hear it. Now. First,
- 1:05Speaker 4: I want to start with this. Of course it's hot, right,
- 1:09Speaker 4: it's uh your why because it feels like I brought
- 1:13Speaker 4: some of that Puerto Rican sunshine back with me from
- 1:15Speaker 4: the SEATPAC conference. But not to worry. I'm not gonna,
- 1:19Speaker 4: you know, dance my way through the news. We're gonna
- 1:21Speaker 4: do it like we always do, keeping it real. Uh
- 1:24Speaker 4: what a dash, just a free though, right, you have
- 1:25Speaker 4: to keep a spicy And as you know, I just
- 1:28Speaker 4: came back from speaking at the inaugural SEATPAC conference in
- 1:32Speaker 4: Puerto Rico. It really was a blast, and man, Betancia, right,
- 1:36Speaker 4: what an experience it was, Familia. I really enjoyed it.
- 1:40Speaker 4: I was hosted by my friends at Latino Wall Street.
- 1:42Speaker 4: Shout out to them, Tony Delgado and Gaby Rospi and
- 1:45Speaker 4: they put on a fantastic event. A big shout out
- 1:48Speaker 4: to Ugo Sanchez. He's the founder of the Modi app
- 1:51Speaker 4: as well. He was intimately involved in the details of
- 1:55Speaker 4: this event and they really executed it well. I met
- 1:58Speaker 4: with a lot of really sharp and ves and a
- 2:02Speaker 4: bunch of really energetic patriots and really forward thinking people
- 2:06Speaker 4: that are making moves on the island and across the US.
- 2:08Speaker 4: I even sat down with the Merengue Legend, my partner
- 2:12Speaker 4: from our venture on a Festiva TV on the Roku network.
- 2:17Speaker 4: Ohdo solely though, right, Ravula Costa sat down with me
- 2:20Speaker 4: to talk about his upcoming presidential campaign, and I'll get
- 2:24Speaker 4: you the audio on that, likely tomorrow, and i'll get
- 2:26Speaker 4: a video clip of that as well tomorrow. I don't
- 2:29Speaker 4: think we're gonna have enough time to get it all
- 2:30Speaker 4: in there. It's really good and I don't want to
- 2:32Speaker 4: cut it short. But he still brings the energy like
- 2:35Speaker 4: it's nineteen ninety nine on a dance floor, right, I
- 2:37Speaker 4: mean that mening is serious. Before there was reggae thong,
- 2:40Speaker 4: there was him singing about the tangitaroja. So anyway, now
- 2:44Speaker 4: he's still talking about things that are spicy. But it's politics, right,
- 2:47Speaker 4: It's policy. It's not just the excitement of what's going
- 2:52Speaker 4: on in the entertainment world. So lots of crossover appeal
- 2:56Speaker 4: on a lot of things, and I want to get
- 2:58Speaker 4: into a lot of that. There will be more highlights
- 3:01Speaker 4: from SEAPAC coming up. I'm going to interview a couple
- 3:02Speaker 4: of people on their reaction to how SEAPAC went down
- 3:07Speaker 4: in Puerto Rico. So keep it locked right here for that.
- 3:10Speaker 4: But I want to start with the governor of Puerto Rico,
- 3:12Speaker 4: who was there. She was very gracious. She came and
- 3:16Speaker 4: offered a fantastic speech, I thought to the crowd at Seapack,
- 3:21Speaker 4: But there was of course some room for improvement there, right,
- 3:26Speaker 4: And I say that with all humility and with all respect.
- 3:30Speaker 4: She didn't lean into one of her biggest wins, right
- 3:33Speaker 4: that the power grid transformation was under her watch. She
- 3:38Speaker 4: just completed this right, adding voltage. Essentially no major island
- 3:44Speaker 4: wide blackouts since she boosted the voltage, shifted towards liquid
- 3:49Speaker 4: natural gas LNG to secure energy for the island's future.
- 3:55Speaker 4: And that move got a lot of support from the
- 3:57Speaker 4: Trump administration. They put a lot of money into that.
- 4:01Speaker 4: And I got to say, this was a missed opportunity
- 4:05Speaker 4: to really remind people. If I were the governor and
- 4:07Speaker 4: I fixed the problem with Loja bagone, right, the blackout
- 4:11Speaker 4: problem on the island, you better believe those say what's
- 4:14Speaker 4: your name? My name is blackout fixer, no more blackouts? Right,
- 4:18Speaker 4: I would run the biggest campaign to remind them exactly
- 4:21Speaker 4: why I fixed this problem. Yet she's not doing it.
- 4:24Speaker 4: Her office isn't doing it. I don't blame her. I
- 4:26Speaker 4: think she's modest, and that's okay. That's why you have
- 4:28Speaker 4: speech writers to help you be a little less modest.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Not everybody's really good at promoting themselves, like El Toron
- 4:34Speaker 4: Pitos and all this, magnus to forty fifth and forty
- 4:37Speaker 4: seventh President of the United States, Right, Donald J. Trump,
- 4:40Speaker 4: He's great at it. I'm the best. We're terrific America first, Right,
- 4:43Speaker 4: He's terrific. He really is. He understand because he's a
- 4:46Speaker 4: business he's a marketer. He understands these things. Conversely, the
- 4:51Speaker 4: governor is a public servant, then she's you know, being modest.
- 4:55Speaker 4: But her office hasn't been great at promoting this either.
- 4:59Speaker 4: So I mean, if there's really any falter, I guess
- 5:01Speaker 4: the buck stops at her, but I would really lay
- 5:02Speaker 4: it at the people in her office. And you know,
- 5:06Speaker 4: a while back, it was last October, had a meeting
- 5:09Speaker 4: with her, and you know, she offered to host me
- 5:13Speaker 4: at La Fortaleza where we would get together and do
- 5:16Speaker 4: a one on one interview, and of course that has
- 5:19Speaker 4: yet to happen. And whenever we've tried to reach out
- 5:21Speaker 4: to that office, you know, it's a run around, and
- 5:23Speaker 4: I don't think it's her giving us the run around.
- 5:24Speaker 4: I really don't. I think, like any good politician, she
- 5:27Speaker 4: realizes the reach of this program, especially how we've you know,
- 5:30Speaker 4: recently signed this deal in early January to now reach
- 5:34Speaker 4: one hundred million homes on Roku, in particular to our
- 5:38Speaker 4: partnership with Festiva Media and Festiva TV bringing this show
- 5:42Speaker 4: in Spanish through AI translation to one hundred million homes,
- 5:47Speaker 4: many of them in the Caribbean and South America. These
- 5:51Speaker 4: are Spanish speakers and they're getting this show in Spanish.
- 5:53Speaker 4: So why wouldn't the governor of Puerto Rico want to
- 5:57Speaker 4: be on the show? Well it makes sense right now,
- 5:58Speaker 4: was why we discussed that. But I say all of
- 6:01Speaker 4: that to say, yes, of course I'd love to interviewer,
- 6:04Speaker 4: but that's not the point of it. The point of
- 6:07Speaker 4: it is that sometimes you're only as strong as your
- 6:11Speaker 4: weakest link, no matter how hard you're trying. And this
- 6:14Speaker 4: holds true in business as well. You could be a mastermind,
- 6:18Speaker 4: but if somebody on your team is dropping the ball
- 6:20Speaker 4: on follow up dropping the ball on just understanding who
- 6:24Speaker 4: the players are and understanding what's what, so that you
- 6:26Speaker 4: can advance your agenda, your business forward, you're creating more
- 6:31Speaker 4: work for yourself and potentially missing out an opportunity. So
- 6:35Speaker 4: I say all that to say kudos to Governor Jennifer
- 6:38Speaker 4: Monzidees Colonne jay Go because as she in effect has
- 6:41Speaker 4: truly fixed the problem with lojaagone. The grid of course
- 6:45Speaker 4: needs more work, but by and large the bleeding has stopped,
- 6:49Speaker 4: and that is to her credit. Now, I want to
- 6:51Speaker 4: get into tonight's rundown of what I want to talk about,
- 6:54Speaker 4: because you know, there's a lot on my plate. Obviously
- 6:57Speaker 4: there's a lot going on, live breaking news San Diego
- 7:00Speaker 4: mosque shooting, there was, it's still going on. So I mean,
- 7:04Speaker 4: i'll bring you some details on that maybe in the
- 7:05Speaker 4: third segment as we get a little bit more of
- 7:08Speaker 4: a handle on what's going on. It's you know, it's
- 7:10Speaker 4: a developing story. We've got President Trump's visit to China.
- 7:14Speaker 4: There's always fireworks on those two sit down. Shi Jingping
- 7:17Speaker 4: reportedly agreeing that Ran cannot control the Strait of hor moves.
- 7:23Speaker 4: This is a game changer for energy markets and global security.
- 7:26Speaker 4: I want to get into that when we get on
- 7:29Speaker 4: that topic, because I think this is a really big
- 7:31Speaker 4: deal ed Trumpito arriving in China, and of course you know,
- 7:35Speaker 4: they're waving flags over their head and there's all this
- 7:39Speaker 4: you know, welcoming committee. Very different than when Barack Obama
- 7:43Speaker 4: was in China meeting with she, or when even when
- 7:47Speaker 4: Richard Nixon was meeting with the Chinese president back then.
- 7:50Speaker 4: So this is my point here. They say that ed
- 7:54Speaker 4: trumpitos and all this magnus the forty fifth to forty
- 7:57Speaker 4: seventh president of these United States. He is the most
- 7:59Speaker 4: hated man, right, He's the worst president. They hate him.
- 8:03Speaker 4: They're making you know, puppets of him and effigy and
- 8:07Speaker 4: now come on, this guy is received in the Arab
- 8:10Speaker 4: countries like a rock star, now in the Asian countries
- 8:13Speaker 4: like a rock star. How am I supposed to believe
- 8:17Speaker 4: that he's hated all around the world. I'm not. Then
- 8:21Speaker 4: we got CNN. CNN is already reporting a loss for
- 8:26Speaker 4: Senator Cassidy, who was challenged by the administration President Trump
- 8:32Speaker 4: taking aim at Cassidy in particular, taking aim at Thomas Massey.
- 8:37Speaker 4: And that election is tomorrow on Tuesday, Right, this is
- 8:41Speaker 4: going to be an interesting I guess Litmus, you know,
- 8:43Speaker 4: how strong is the President's support, and I think it's
- 8:45Speaker 4: very strong. And there's some breaking news on that. There's
- 8:48Speaker 4: a story coming out about some involvement with Lauren Bobert,
- 8:52Speaker 4: and I don't like to get into that stuff, but
- 8:54Speaker 4: I think it's just interesting how this little October surprise
- 8:57Speaker 4: is coming out right now. So I will bring you,
- 9:00Speaker 4: you know, some clips on this interview that was conducted
- 9:03Speaker 4: of a staffer that had a lot to say with
- 9:06Speaker 4: respect to that, So keep it locked right here. We're
- 9:09Speaker 4: going to do that in a couple of segments as well.
- 9:11Speaker 4: And you remember the guy that looked like the crypt keeper,
- 9:15Speaker 4: like from Tails from the Crypt, you know, like the
- 9:18Speaker 4: long hair just on the sides, kind of bald, looked
- 9:20Speaker 4: like a skeleton. He's actually a sitting congressman and he
- 9:25Speaker 4: was eating chicken on the house floor with a bucket
- 9:28Speaker 4: of fried chicken. Well, anyway, that congressman, Steve Cohen, he's out.
- 9:36Speaker 4: He's been redistricted out, just like Jasmine Croquetta. And guess
- 9:40Speaker 4: what he's crying all about it. We have a clip
- 9:44Speaker 4: on that. I'm going to bring you that in a
- 9:45Speaker 4: little bit as well. But I just thought it was
- 9:47Speaker 4: pretty funny because you know, I'd never seen a sitting
- 9:51Speaker 4: member of the House of Representatives eating fried chicken on
- 9:56Speaker 4: the floor of the house, but another one bites the
- 9:59Speaker 4: dust thanks to fair maps. Right, that's what we could say.
- 10:03Speaker 4: The registricting process is working and I'm happy to see that.
- 10:08Speaker 4: And it just really is interesting to see. Right, it
- 10:11Speaker 4: keeps happening. They keep losing in court. It's good time
- 10:14Speaker 4: to be alive right now. Anyway, We're also going to
- 10:17Speaker 4: check in on the Luigi Mangione murder trial. That's the
- 10:19Speaker 4: guy who shot the United Healthcare CEO. And guess what,
- 10:24Speaker 4: there's a couple updates in that that are really, I
- 10:29Speaker 4: want to say, eerie, but and these comments are even
- 10:32Speaker 4: more eerie. But maybe you have a different opinion. Again,
- 10:35Speaker 4: if you want to disagree with me, the number eight
- 10:37Speaker 4: seven seven Valdes one plus. There's also cryptocurrency. I want
- 10:42Speaker 4: to talk about that. JP Morgan recently completed a cross
- 10:45Speaker 4: border transfer to test how they could settle this movement
- 10:52Speaker 4: of funds and how quickly they came in under five seconds,
- 10:57Speaker 4: moving money onto the XRP let and we're going to
- 11:01Speaker 4: talk about what that means for the price of XRP coins,
- 11:04Speaker 4: which were not used in that process. We'll dig into
- 11:06Speaker 4: the implications of that a little bit later as well.
- 11:09Speaker 4: Because we need freedom of innovation, we need sound money,
- 11:13Speaker 4: we need all of that. And of course there's so
- 11:15Speaker 4: much more to talk about about Seapack, my interactions, some
- 11:18Speaker 4: of the people I met, some of the great times
- 11:20Speaker 4: I had outside of Seapack. Being at Puerto Rico is
- 11:22Speaker 4: a vibe overall. I never want to come back home,
- 11:25Speaker 4: but the Mosquitoes did kind of help me to say,
- 11:28Speaker 4: come on, go to little stop for you to go
- 11:29Speaker 4: back home. So I'm here. I'm back, happy to be here.
- 11:32Speaker 4: I missed you guys tremendously. It is an honor and
- 11:35Speaker 4: a blessing to be here. I am Rich valdesk keep
- 11:37Speaker 4: it locked right here. Don't go anywhere.
- 11:40Speaker 5: This is America. This is America. He's brown, he's bald,
- 12:06Speaker 5: and he's breaking it down.
- 12:07Speaker 4: Oh he's still handsome.
- 12:08Speaker 5: What's his dame? Rich valdays.
- 12:20Speaker 6: Fun and Jonathan Hunt with an update for us on
- 12:22Speaker 6: this situation in Los Angeles.
- 12:25Speaker 7: Hi, Jonathan, Hey, Arthur, and the scene there has certainly
- 12:29Speaker 7: calmed down markedly, I would say, just in the last
- 12:32Speaker 7: fifteen minutes or so since we last talked.
- 12:34Speaker 6: To you.
- 12:35Speaker 7: And when the San Diego Police say that this scene
- 12:38Speaker 7: is now active but contained, I don't believe they are
- 12:42Speaker 7: referring to active in terms of the shooter. That part
- 12:46Speaker 7: of it seems to be non active. When they say active,
- 12:49Speaker 7: I believe it means in terms of their investigation. Just
- 12:53Speaker 7: from what we are seeing on the ground right now,
- 12:56Speaker 7: we are still awaiting confirmation of any victims of this shooting.
- 13:01Speaker 7: One officer, Anthony Carrasco says that he believes people quote
- 13:06Speaker 7: have been shot, So we don't know the condition of
- 13:11Speaker 7: that person or people. I have seen video which would
- 13:16Speaker 7: indicate that somebody certainly took a shot there. Whether that
- 13:21Speaker 7: person survived or not, it is not clear to us
- 13:24Speaker 7: at this point. And again we're not going to talk
- 13:26Speaker 7: about any actual figures or the victims here until we
- 13:31Speaker 7: get official confirmation from San Diego Police. But we know
- 13:35Speaker 7: that there was an active shooter there. We have seen
- 13:39Speaker 7: a police heavily on police going through the buildings on
- 13:43Speaker 7: the property of the Islamic Center of San Diego, but
- 13:46Speaker 7: as I say, they now seem to be much less
- 13:51Speaker 7: intense in their search there. So it appears that the
- 13:54Speaker 7: shooting incident itself is over. But the investigation, of course,
- 13:59Speaker 7: Martha just getting under weigh.
- 14:01Speaker 4: That's a report from the Fox News channel. Apparently five
- 14:04Speaker 4: dead now, including a hero security guard, after cops swarmed
- 14:07Speaker 4: this San Diego mosque. Schools in the area were evacuated
- 14:11Speaker 4: and checked this out. One of my closest friends growing up,
- 14:14Speaker 4: he grew up here in Jersey. He lives in San Diego.
- 14:17Speaker 4: He's not in that exact part, but his daughter practices
- 14:21Speaker 4: her softball right there outside of that mosque. Thankfully she
- 14:25Speaker 4: wasn't there. But total of five people, including two teenaged gunmen,
- 14:29Speaker 4: have been killed after an active shooter situation at the
- 14:32Speaker 4: San Diego mosque. Brought a lot of police out there today. Obviously,
- 14:37Speaker 4: one of the victims was a mosque security guard who
- 14:40Speaker 4: played the pivotal role in saving everybody. This could have
- 14:43Speaker 4: been a lot worse. According to the police at the
- 14:45Speaker 4: press conference, suspects believed to be aged seventeen and nineteen
- 14:50Speaker 4: died from self inflicted gunshot wounds. Again, two teenagers who
- 14:54Speaker 4: were the gunmen here killed themselves. Shot themselves. Police said
- 14:59Speaker 4: this happened during the actual incident. They fled in a
- 15:03Speaker 4: white BMW and we're found dead inside their vehicle.
- 15:07Speaker 2: See how many total to deceased. So we have our
- 15:09Speaker 2: two suspects that are deceased. We have three victims at
- 15:14Speaker 2: the Islamic Center. All three are our adults, for a
- 15:18Speaker 2: total of five people that are deceased related to this incident. Yeah, yeah,
- 15:36Speaker 2: So we are actively investigating that right now, UH, to
- 15:39Speaker 2: figure out and piece together exactly what led to this moment.
- 15:45Speaker 2: And as we get that information confirmed and verified, we'll
- 15:48Speaker 2: be back out here providing more details moving Yeah, So,
- 15:52Speaker 2: thank you, brass.
- 15:53Speaker 4: So that's what they've got going on there. Absolutely horrible here.
- 15:57Speaker 4: One member of the Moscow is also killed in the attacker.
- 16:00Speaker 4: According to the Council on Islamic Relations also known as
- 16:02Speaker 4: CARE said, it's unclear if this member was the security
- 16:06Speaker 4: guard or a different victim. No children were physically injured.
- 16:11Speaker 4: That's according to multiple reports. The New York Post here
- 16:15Speaker 4: has a picture of one of the deceased people being
- 16:18Speaker 4: covered with a tar pier to protect their identity. You
- 16:22Speaker 4: see people outside the scene just in tears, and there
- 16:28Speaker 4: was some helicopter footage showed one person in a tactical
- 16:30Speaker 4: best who appeared to have been shot outside the Islamic Center.
- 16:34Speaker 4: A photo from the scene shows that dead body, like
- 16:37Speaker 4: I said, under the yellow tarp, and this is you know,
- 16:42Speaker 4: very unfortunate, right. Nobody wants to see this stuff. But
- 16:44Speaker 4: I'm just giving you, you know, an update on what's
- 16:46Speaker 4: going on. It's unclear if these two kids were members
- 16:52Speaker 4: at this mosque, or who they were, or why they
- 16:55Speaker 4: did what they did. I haven't gotten that scoop yet,
- 16:57Speaker 4: but as soon as I do, you'll have it. But
- 17:02Speaker 4: just a horrible thing, truly a horrible thing. I want
- 17:05Speaker 4: to switch gears here now. Listen. I am a Christian,
- 17:09Speaker 4: but I don't care what faith you're a part of.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Nobody should ever have to worry about sending their kid
- 17:15Speaker 4: to a pre k school and thinking that somebody's going
- 17:17Speaker 4: to shoot your kids up. Nobody should have to worry
- 17:20Speaker 4: about I'm going to go to my house of prayer
- 17:22Speaker 4: and worry about getting shot now. The reality is it happens.
- 17:26Speaker 4: Happens to the Jews all the time. I'm always cognizant
- 17:29Speaker 4: of the fact that somebody could just come into my
- 17:30Speaker 4: church on a Sunday and start blasting. It's an unfortunate
- 17:34Speaker 4: and uncomfortable part of the current reality that we live in.
- 17:38Speaker 4: But it's a thing. But nobody should really have to
- 17:41Speaker 4: write that shouldn't be a thing. But this is where
- 17:43Speaker 4: we are now. As we parse through the information that
- 17:47Speaker 4: we have, all I could say is this. Look, I'm
- 17:48Speaker 4: not going to do too much speculating. I think we've
- 17:51Speaker 4: got to give this a little bit of time. But
- 17:52Speaker 4: I will say this. A seventeen and a nineteen year
- 17:55Speaker 4: old show up and they start shooting at the security guards.
- 17:58Speaker 4: The security guards starts shooting back. They catch three of
- 18:00Speaker 4: these guys, They do the dip, they jump in a
- 18:02Speaker 4: BMW and they're out, and then all of a sudden
- 18:05Speaker 4: they pull over and they go, all right, it's probably
- 18:06Speaker 4: a good idea for us to kill ourselves. What on
- 18:09Speaker 4: what planet does that plan make sense? So I'm gonna
- 18:13Speaker 4: say to me, if that story is the official story,
- 18:17Speaker 4: I say, it smells like Gaka. Nope, not passing muster
- 18:21Speaker 4: with me. Absolutely not. Cremndo m bust. Now why do
- 18:27Speaker 4: I say that, Well, because normally that's not how people work,
- 18:30Speaker 4: and the only people that are doing that stuff are
- 18:32Speaker 4: usually guys that kill their families or people that are
- 18:35Speaker 4: themselves killing in the name of religion, and then they
- 18:39Speaker 4: they're happy to become martyrs and kill themselves. So these
- 18:41Speaker 4: two kids, what was their motivation to go there and
- 18:44Speaker 4: shoot people in the mosque? If they're from the mosque,
- 18:46Speaker 4: that doesn't make sense. So if they're anti Islam, let's
- 18:51Speaker 4: just say they're gonna go there and then they're going
- 18:52Speaker 4: to off themselves. It doesn't make any sense. Now, maybe
- 18:55Speaker 4: they were asked to do this job, and when they
- 18:57Speaker 4: met up with the guy that they were hired to
- 18:59Speaker 4: do the job, he said, oh, by the way, let's
- 19:01Speaker 4: pretend you guys just shot yourselves. And I'm wiping my
- 19:05Speaker 4: hands clean with this. Now I'm you know, every now
- 19:08Speaker 4: and again, I'm known and guilty for putting on my
- 19:11Speaker 4: tinfoil hat to be a conspiracy theorist. And guess what,
- 19:13Speaker 4: I just did it because this story doesn't make any
- 19:15Speaker 4: sense to me. You let me know, Am I onto something?
- 19:18Speaker 4: Am I off my rocker? Is this crazy town and
- 19:22Speaker 4: crazy talk? Let me know? Eight seven seven FALDSK one
- 19:24Speaker 4: is the phone number. And I really am interested in
- 19:27Speaker 4: knowing your thoughts on that, because to me, none of
- 19:29Speaker 4: this stuff is adding up. Speaking of adding up, CNN
- 19:32Speaker 4: put out a report the numbers leading into these elections
- 19:37Speaker 4: that are coming up. You got an election tomorrow in
- 19:39Speaker 4: Kentucky for Thomas Massey, the congressman who notoriously always goes
- 19:44Speaker 4: against Trump. He's a Republican congressman, but he loves to
- 19:47Speaker 4: fight with Trump. He's a little bit of a Rand Paul,
- 19:49Speaker 4: if you will, but you know, way more notorious Rand Paul.
- 19:52Speaker 4: I like Thomas Massey is he doesn't like the Jews
- 19:56Speaker 4: and he doesn't like to support Trump and everything else.
- 19:59Speaker 4: He's like, yeah, yeah, I'm one of the good guys,
- 20:01Speaker 4: but I don't know how much of one of the
- 20:02Speaker 4: good guys he is. But I want you to listen
- 20:04Speaker 4: to the CNN report. Check this out. This one is
- 20:06Speaker 4: from Harry Enton on CNN. All right, let her rip.
- 20:11Speaker 8: I'm back, and this is sort of just going back
- 20:14Speaker 8: through the archives to see how bad Bill Cassie did.
- 20:17Speaker 8: He got twenty five percent of the vote. Okay, I
- 20:19Speaker 8: went back and I looked at every single non in pointed,
- 20:23Speaker 8: non appointed senator. This, in my mind, was the worst
- 20:26Speaker 8: primary showing ever, at least since the end of World
- 20:30Speaker 8: War Two. That is how Bill casts is how badly
- 20:33Speaker 8: Bill Cassie did. He did worse than every single one,
- 20:36Speaker 8: getting twenty five percent of the vote. In a for
- 20:40Speaker 8: a senator and a primary.
- 20:41Speaker 7: It's literally unheard of.
- 20:43Speaker 8: And that is because, of course Donald Trump endorsed against
- 20:48Speaker 8: this guy.
- 20:48Speaker 9: Look, if you can find a different case of this,
- 20:50Speaker 9: Harry looked at every single one and thinks it's the worst.
- 20:53Speaker 9: Send us, you know, yeah, tweet tweet us. Tweet us
- 20:56Speaker 9: if you is Twitter, still think, I don't know, you're
- 20:58Speaker 9: exiting us in any case. So President Trump endorsement opponent here,
- 21:02Speaker 9: how does President Trump do in general when he endorses
- 21:05Speaker 9: in Republican primary?
- 21:06Speaker 8: You know, we've quoted the movie Good Burger every single
- 21:08Speaker 8: time basically when we've done this. When in fact, you
- 21:11Speaker 8: go against President Trump, you go on the grinder and
- 21:14Speaker 8: you could just see this. Times Trump endorses have won
- 21:16Speaker 8: in GOP primaries. It's about ninety five percent each of
- 21:19Speaker 8: the last four cycles. Now, I will not you know,
- 21:22Speaker 8: sometimes he endorses and there's no real challenger, but even
- 21:24Speaker 8: in those cases, the challengers to the combent have won
- 21:27Speaker 8: a majority of the time as well.
- 21:30Speaker 4: And one of the.
- 21:30Speaker 8: Key reasons why that is right is you look at
- 21:33Speaker 8: Trump's approval rating within the gopach twenty first century own
- 21:37Speaker 8: party approval. At this point in term two, He's still
- 21:39Speaker 8: at eighty three percent. That's more popular than Obama was
- 21:42Speaker 8: with Democrats, way more popular than George W. Bush was
- 21:45Speaker 8: with Republicans back in two thousand and six. So the
- 21:48Speaker 8: power of Trump endorsement is still sky high. And we'll
- 21:51Speaker 8: see tomorrow if that happens.
- 21:54Speaker 4: We will see tomorrow if that happens. Again, he's talking
- 21:56Speaker 4: about tomorrow's primary. Tomorrow will be in Tuesday, this primary
- 22:00Speaker 4: with Bill Cassidy, Senator from Louisiana. Will he fare poorly
- 22:06Speaker 4: because El Trompito's going against him? Well? Maybe maybe not.
- 22:11Speaker 4: I think he will. I think what Harry Enton is
- 22:16Speaker 4: saying is still factual. President Trump has a lot of coketails.
- 22:20Speaker 4: He's not on the ballot, but he still has some sway.
- 22:23Speaker 4: People still want to listen to what he has to say,
- 22:27Speaker 4: and guess what I get it Now I want to
- 22:30Speaker 4: go into something else because in addition to this, right
- 22:34Speaker 4: Cassidy is definitely in a tough spot. Over here, you
- 22:39Speaker 4: also have this what's the story I want to talk
- 22:44Speaker 4: about here? Bear with me? Oh yes, it's Massy Gate,
- 22:54Speaker 4: that's right, Massy Gate, Congressional craziness. So Massy Congress and
- 23:02Speaker 4: Thomas Massey Trump's been beating him up for months. He's terrible,
- 23:06Speaker 4: He's the West. He's the worst congressman ever, basically because
- 23:09Speaker 4: he doesn't agree with him. But moreover, it was Ronald
- 23:13Speaker 4: Reagan's eleventh commandment. The unofficial eleventh commandment was thou shalt
- 23:17Speaker 4: not speak hill of your fellow Republican. And that's all
- 23:25Speaker 4: Thomas Massey has done. He's been coming at Trump for
- 23:28Speaker 4: a hot minute. So it turns out that Thomas Massey
- 23:31Speaker 4: was seeing a congressional staffer who worked for one of
- 23:36Speaker 4: his colleagues, Congressman Victoria Sparts, who I've interviewed in the past.
- 23:41Speaker 4: She's I think a native of Ukraine. And Miss West,
- 23:48Speaker 4: who is Cynthia West. She did an interview with Laura Lumer. Now,
- 23:54Speaker 4: I normally don't get into this type of thing, but
- 23:56Speaker 4: I think for the sake of our listeners in Louisiana
- 23:59Speaker 4: that Won I don't know what's going on. I want
- 24:01Speaker 4: to be able to provide you with all of the facts,
- 24:05Speaker 4: and I don't want to prevent you from knowing everything.
- 24:08Speaker 4: I want to make sure you're empowered and you're enabled.
- 24:10Speaker 4: So I'm going to play you a clip of this
- 24:13Speaker 4: interview that they conducted, and so it's a couple of
- 24:17Speaker 4: minutes long. But what this woman basically says here is
- 24:21Speaker 4: it's a lot. I mean, she really she puts a
- 24:24Speaker 4: lot out there. All right, listen to this.
- 24:26Speaker 6: When you say you knew that he had been speaking
- 24:28Speaker 6: to another woman before you, you're talking about romantically, right,
- 24:32Speaker 6: So this is pretty pretty fast because we're talking August thirtieth,
- 24:35Speaker 6: and you said that he reached out to you a
- 24:37Speaker 6: week before then, right, So that would have been the
- 24:39Speaker 6: third week of August, and his wife had only died
- 24:42Speaker 6: a month and a half prior to that. How many
- 24:44Speaker 6: women are we talking about that you at least know
- 24:47Speaker 6: about that he had sexual relationships with in the immediate
- 24:53Speaker 6: aftermath of his wife dying before in your relationship two
- 24:56Speaker 6: months after he didn't have an intimate relationship with the
- 24:59Speaker 6: per person that he had met from X and he
- 25:03Speaker 6: had just talked to that person. I know there was
- 25:05Speaker 6: an intimate relationship before me though, and you know that
- 25:08Speaker 6: that was with I.
- 25:12Speaker 10: I know there's there's speculation.
- 25:14Speaker 6: I just don't I don't feel comfortable. Did he ever
- 25:18Speaker 6: tell you who it was with? Because I mean, if
- 25:20Speaker 6: he told you who it was with, and mean that
- 25:22Speaker 6: those are his words. Who did he say it was with?
- 25:25Speaker 6: I'm a congresswoman. Do we know that congress woman is.
- 25:31Speaker 4: Wow? So all sorts of allegations there are going on
- 25:35Speaker 4: with this Thomas Massey stuff, and this is is getting
- 25:38Speaker 4: hot in her right, is getting hot in here. I
- 25:42Speaker 4: don't know what to tell you. I don't like to
- 25:43Speaker 4: get into the political dirt and mudsling, and that's why
- 25:46Speaker 4: I stopped the tape here. I don't want to get
- 25:48Speaker 4: into mentioning people and all that stuff. I don't know
- 25:50Speaker 4: the veracity of these claims. I'm here to let you
- 25:53Speaker 4: know that these are the claims that are going on right.
- 25:56Speaker 4: This is what's being said right now by Thomas Massey
- 25:59Speaker 4: and congression colleague and a congressional staffer and all this stuff.
- 26:03Speaker 4: And I've got to tell you that does not bode well. Now,
- 26:07Speaker 4: I don't care, right if you tell me Thomas Massey's
- 26:09Speaker 4: out there and you know he's in these streets, what
- 26:13Speaker 4: do I meek? I mean, okay, is that Thomas Massey?
- 26:16Speaker 11: Right?
- 26:16Speaker 4: What do I care about what Thomas Massey's doing right?
- 26:19Speaker 4: As long as he's doing a good job. And I
- 26:21Speaker 4: think you know he was elected initially because people believed
- 26:25Speaker 4: he could do a good job. But I think people
- 26:28Speaker 4: also thought that he was going to help share their values,
- 26:31Speaker 4: their America First agenda, and he's not doing that, and
- 26:35Speaker 4: he's not helpful to the president who needs all the
- 26:37Speaker 4: help he can get to move forward this aggressive program
- 26:41Speaker 4: that he has. So what happens, well, I would suspect
- 26:44Speaker 4: what happens here is that this is a big moment.
- 26:47Speaker 4: This is a big moment to let everybody know who
- 26:49Speaker 4: wins right now? Is it the anti MAGA America First
- 26:55Speaker 4: crowd or the MAGA America First crowd who's actually gonna
- 27:00Speaker 4: be victorious? Because that's going to put some wind in
- 27:03Speaker 4: the sails of either one of those movements. And that's
- 27:07Speaker 4: just how it goes, right, I mean, there's nothing I could.
- 27:10Speaker 4: I can't change thefects, right Ultimately, it be like that.
- 27:16Speaker 4: Now I want to get into this because this is
- 27:18Speaker 4: pretty interesting stuff. Back in the days, it was you know,
- 27:23Speaker 4: Luke Skywalker and Rob Bass and these guys that that
- 27:27Speaker 4: you know, don't stop, get it, get it, let me
- 27:29Speaker 4: see you. Due to Brent right now, now that's turned
- 27:32Speaker 4: into all sorts of music, twerking and whatnot. And one
- 27:36Speaker 4: congressional candidate in Michigan is trying to twork her way
- 27:40Speaker 4: to Capitol Hill. I don't know if it's going to
- 27:42Speaker 4: work or not, but she could care less. This Democrat
- 27:45Speaker 4: congressional candidate in Michigan. She's being roasted over a series
- 27:49Speaker 4: of TikTok campaign videos that show her twerking, lip syncing,
- 27:54Speaker 4: and posing in front of banners that scream the P
- 27:58Speaker 4: word followed by the word power, Pee power. You fill
- 28:02Speaker 4: in the blank. Her name is Shelby Campbell. She's thirty
- 28:05Speaker 4: two years old. She's a single mom, and she's flooded
- 28:08Speaker 4: her social media with clips of herself dancing, responding to haters,
- 28:13Speaker 4: and spouting her political views as part of a campaign
- 28:16Speaker 4: for Michigan's thirteenth congressional district, which includes part of Detroit
- 28:21Speaker 4: in several of the suburbs. Some of Campbell's outrageous clips
- 28:25Speaker 4: have exploded online, some of them racking up millions of views,
- 28:29Speaker 4: while critics are saying that she's proof that Democrats are
- 28:33Speaker 4: not sending their best. Yeah, I'm with you. I'm looking
- 28:36Speaker 4: at screen grabs of this right now, and she's wearing
- 28:41Speaker 4: like a romper. She's on her own kitchen sink on
- 28:45Speaker 4: top of it. She's standing squatting drinking what looks like,
- 28:49Speaker 4: I don't know, like a bud light or something. One
- 28:52Speaker 4: of the comments here says, what kind of ethical person
- 28:56Speaker 4: are you? Another one says same thing. I guess it's
- 29:02Speaker 4: the same photo. Why they posted so many times? I
- 29:04Speaker 4: have no idea. I guess multiple versions of the twork
- 29:08Speaker 4: position of her blowing her own back out anyway. Michigan
- 29:14Speaker 4: Democrat Shelby Campbell her strategy. She's twerking for votes right,
- 29:19Speaker 4: and she thinks that's gonna win and it's going to
- 29:21Speaker 4: get her into the House of Representatives. Then she has
- 29:27Speaker 4: another video where she says, I am a C word,
- 29:31Speaker 4: as in see you next Tuesday. She said, but what
- 29:35Speaker 4: would you know? Would you even know if you saw
- 29:39Speaker 4: and she mentions another part of the female genitalia that
- 29:43Speaker 4: starts with a C, saying would you even know one
- 29:46Speaker 4: if you saw one? Another video has her twerking and
- 29:50Speaker 4: crouching down on the kitchen counters saying I am an
- 29:53Speaker 4: ethical person and I'm a classy B word, ain't I man?
- 29:57Speaker 4: I go listen for nothing else. She's very funny right now.
- 30:00Speaker 4: I know a thing or two about this. I never
- 30:02Speaker 4: ran for Congress. But at one point I did consider
- 30:04Speaker 4: a run against my least favorite congresswoman from the Bronx
- 30:07Speaker 4: and Queens Ale, sandri El Cacio Cortes, aoc all out crazy,
- 30:12Speaker 4: and my thought was, you know, she's a looka and
- 30:16Speaker 4: I'm gonna run against her again. I was just thinking
- 30:18Speaker 4: about it. I didn't want to lose my radio job.
- 30:22Speaker 4: At the time, I was on the air in New
- 30:23Speaker 4: York City, number one market in the world, and to me,
- 30:27Speaker 4: it made sense for me to stay in my broadcasting gig.
- 30:30Speaker 4: But I wanted to interview her. And next month, as
- 30:34Speaker 4: I do every year, next month will be the eighth
- 30:36Speaker 4: anniversary of me asking the congresswoman during the Puerto Rican
- 30:42Speaker 4: Parade on Fifth Avenue in New York City, which we
- 30:44Speaker 4: were both marching in of me asking her to join
- 30:48Speaker 4: my show because her office wasn't responding to our producer's requests,
- 30:53Speaker 4: and have her discussion with me, to have a debate
- 30:56Speaker 4: about her thoughts on socialism and my thoughts on free enterprise.
- 31:02Speaker 4: And guess what, she literally ran across the street. Don't
- 31:07Speaker 4: believe me, look it up. It's all over the internet.
- 31:09Speaker 4: New York Posts was right there. They captured the whole thing.
- 31:12Speaker 4: With their photographer who was right ten feet away from
- 31:15Speaker 4: me as this whole thing went down, and he captured
- 31:18Speaker 4: pictures and video of AOC actually jogging from one side
- 31:21Speaker 4: a Fifth Avenue to the other side. She says she
- 31:24Speaker 4: was there to give high fives to some of her supporters.
- 31:26Speaker 4: I say, she literally saw me and took off running,
- 31:30Speaker 4: and of course her team turned around and called me
- 31:32Speaker 4: a stalker. I mean, you can't make this stuff up.
- 31:36Speaker 4: But I understand what type of hype goes into a
- 31:40Speaker 4: congressional campaign. So this woman with her tworking for votes,
- 31:44Speaker 4: I think she's going to get a lot of attention
- 31:47Speaker 4: and whether she's going to get a lot of a vote,
- 31:48Speaker 4: a lot of votes, excuse me, that remains to be seen. Anyway,
- 31:53Speaker 4: there is more to come. And want to talk about Seapack,
- 31:55Speaker 4: some of the things that happened there. Seapack in Puerto Rico,
- 31:58Speaker 4: the first ever seapack. For those of you who saw
- 32:00Speaker 4: me on news Max this weekend, I was talking about that.
- 32:03Speaker 4: Big shout out to John Tobacco, the host of Wise
- 32:06Speaker 4: Guys on news Max TV, who graciously also did a
- 32:10Speaker 4: shout out for Sea Pac Puerto Rico. When he and
- 32:14Speaker 4: I had that interview on news Max this weekend, So
- 32:17Speaker 4: a big shout out to them as well. And keep
- 32:21Speaker 4: it locked right here. You know what to do. I'm
- 32:22Speaker 4: Rich Valdez. Don't go anywhere.
- 32:25Speaker 1: This is America. This is America.
- 32:55Speaker 4: President dam takes rough, mister President, welcome to the program.
- 32:58Speaker 5: Server well, thank you and thank you for everything. I
- 33:01Speaker 5: know you very well and I have I.
- 33:03Speaker 3: Listened, but I have a lot of people that listen
- 33:05Speaker 3: and they love your show, and I appreciate it very much.
- 33:10Speaker 4: All right, Fel media, Welcome back Rich Valdez. Honored and
- 33:13Speaker 4: thrilled to be in Puerto Rico, the island that my
- 33:17Speaker 4: parents are from. Of course, I love the heritage of
- 33:20Speaker 4: the culture. I love the weather. I don't love the mosquitoes.
- 33:24Speaker 4: I just want to be on the record. I've been
- 33:26Speaker 4: itching and itching and itching. I got bit on the
- 33:29Speaker 4: last day. The first few days, no problem. Last day,
- 33:32Speaker 4: I don't know. It was a feeding frenzy. They saw
- 33:34Speaker 4: my chubby self and they said we're going after anyway.
- 33:39Speaker 4: Happy to be back, Rich Valdez. You're liberty living Latino.
- 33:42Speaker 4: Let me go at Rich Valdez on all of the
- 33:44Speaker 4: social media, and I may not get to your calls
- 33:48Speaker 4: right now, because there is a lot to cover because
- 33:50Speaker 4: I've been out for quite a while. You know, I
- 33:52Speaker 4: was off after my birthday and then I took some
- 33:55Speaker 4: time to go to Puerto Rico, and I appreciate you
- 33:58Speaker 4: guys for sticking with me as I was gallivanting the Caribbean.
- 34:03Speaker 4: But I will get into some of the ins and
- 34:05Speaker 4: outs in the particulars of the Sea pack. I'll do
- 34:08Speaker 4: a little bit, you know, a little promo video tonight,
- 34:11Speaker 4: then tomorrow will go deep into the actual conversations that
- 34:15Speaker 4: were had there because there was a lot of really,
- 34:17Speaker 4: really good stuff that came out of that conference. And
- 34:20Speaker 4: on top of that, there's a lot of stuff I
- 34:23Speaker 4: want to talk about tonight, right like teen pregnancies are
- 34:26Speaker 4: down and forty year old women are having more babies
- 34:31Speaker 4: than ever, including more than teen moms. We're going to
- 34:35Speaker 4: talk about that in the next segment, as well as
- 34:37Speaker 4: the Mangioni update and what's going on with mister Mangioni
- 34:41Speaker 4: and his trial for the murder of the CEO of
- 34:44Speaker 4: United Healthcare. But I wanted to get into some of
- 34:48Speaker 4: the stuff we were talking about before. I mentioned earlier
- 34:50Speaker 4: that I was on Newsback's TV this weekend. We shot
- 34:54Speaker 4: that right before I left for Puerto Rico and it
- 34:56Speaker 4: aired over the weekend. And again I want to give
- 34:59Speaker 4: a big shout out to John Tobacco and the folks
- 35:01Speaker 4: at Newsmax for plugging my involvement in Seapac Puerto Rico,
- 35:06Speaker 4: which we did over the weekends, all of their several
- 35:10Speaker 4: hundred million listeners and viewers that participate with the Newsmax network.
- 35:17Speaker 4: And I say all of that to say, it's important
- 35:21Speaker 4: that we make in roads. Right. This has nothing to
- 35:24Speaker 4: do with it's America speak English. It has a lot
- 35:28Speaker 4: more to do with There's a reason Trump won, right,
- 35:31Speaker 4: the same reason he's going after Massie right now, because
- 35:34Speaker 4: he's been at odds with him. And then some people
- 35:37Speaker 4: saying going after Massi is a bad thing because he
- 35:41Speaker 4: represents a faction of the coalition that helped to elect Trump.
- 35:45Speaker 4: There are people that want limited government, that don't want
- 35:48Speaker 4: government spending, that don't want America involvement in our American
- 35:54Speaker 4: involvement in anything external. Right, it's America only for them,
- 35:59Speaker 4: And that's true. There are those people. There are people
- 36:01Speaker 4: that are like, I don't care what's going on anywhere.
- 36:03Speaker 4: Let the world burn down. Around us. We are not
- 36:06Speaker 4: the leader of the free world. We just want to
- 36:08Speaker 4: focus on what's happening right here in our front yard,
- 36:10Speaker 4: in our backyard, got it. I think that's a myopic
- 36:13Speaker 4: and ignorant view, But that's the view that some people have,
- 36:17Speaker 4: and they're probably right. Those people are going to drop off.
- 36:20Speaker 4: But I'll tell you what. People that are usually that
- 36:22Speaker 4: noncommittal and political issues are typically that noncommittal. They're not
- 36:26Speaker 4: good for every election. They're good for one election. They
- 36:28Speaker 4: don't get what they want, they leave right because they're
- 36:30Speaker 4: voting based on self. And believe it or not, most
- 36:32Speaker 4: people don't all vote on self. Most people vote on
- 36:36Speaker 4: what they think is the greater good. That's the truth.
- 36:40Speaker 12: Right.
- 36:41Speaker 4: Some people say, oh, would be good for me, But
- 36:42Speaker 4: I mean there's been many times, at least I know
- 36:44Speaker 4: that I have where I've said, oh, you know, this
- 36:46Speaker 4: tax policy doesn't benefit me, but it benefits the majority
- 36:51Speaker 4: of people in this country. So therefore I'm supporting it, right,
- 36:54Speaker 4: because I realize, just because I happen to be in
- 36:56Speaker 4: a situation where you know, something might I might have
- 36:59Speaker 4: to pay more in taxis or whatever, doesn't mean that
- 37:02Speaker 4: everybody has to pay the price I'm not going to
- 37:03Speaker 4: sit here and say, to hell with everybody else, let's
- 37:06Speaker 4: throw the baby out with the bathwater. Of course, not so.
- 37:10Speaker 4: I think we're We're going to continue to see people
- 37:15Speaker 4: rallying around what's going on with Thomas Massey and whatever.
- 37:19Speaker 4: And even on the Democrats, there's infighting. Right. Part of
- 37:23Speaker 4: what we were talking about in my conversation on Newsmax
- 37:26Speaker 4: was AOC all out crazy herself my least favorite congresswoman
- 37:30Speaker 4: from the Bronx and Queens, Alexandria Okasha quote, that's an
- 37:33Speaker 4: AOC all out crazy. She told Barack Obama in so
- 37:37Speaker 4: many words. Listen, well, really, she told CNN or no TMZ,
- 37:42Speaker 4: I think we've already had our first gay president. And
- 37:46Speaker 4: let me tell you, those are shots fired, right, because
- 37:50Speaker 4: this is something that is not largely spoken about by
- 37:55Speaker 4: the media. And I've got to say, it's one of
- 37:58Speaker 4: those things that it you know, to hear from AOC.
- 38:02Speaker 4: It's like, man, even a broken clock is right once
- 38:05Speaker 4: or twice a day. And I'm not saying that I
- 38:07Speaker 4: have any proof that Obama was this. I'm just saying,
- 38:11Speaker 4: by and large, this is a widely held belief of
- 38:13Speaker 4: many people, right, doesn't mean, it's true, but the fact
- 38:17Speaker 4: that she brought it up I thought was like, hmmm,
- 38:20Speaker 4: shots fired. Listen to AOC This is a few days back,
- 38:24Speaker 4: ten days ago. So speaking with TMZ, hey.
- 38:28Speaker 3: If you could click your fingers and Tucker Carlson his
- 38:30Speaker 3: president instead of Donald Trump, would you do it?
- 38:33Speaker 5: H I don't know.
- 38:38Speaker 3: I don't think so, but I it's kind of a
- 38:42Speaker 3: toss up.
- 38:42Speaker 4: I'm not really sure.
- 38:44Speaker 3: Okay, last thing, then, what do you think we're gonna
- 38:47Speaker 3: have first? Are we going to have a female president first?
- 38:50Speaker 3: Or a gay president?
- 38:51Speaker 13: Oh?
- 38:51Speaker 3: It's a well, we don't know if we've already had
- 38:54Speaker 3: a gay president.
- 38:55Speaker 6: That's true.
- 38:56Speaker 3: I think there are chances that maybe we have. But
- 38:59Speaker 3: I don't know if you had to guess, what do
- 39:01Speaker 3: you think we'll have first? Because a lot of people
- 39:02Speaker 3: are like, we tried female candidates a couple times in
- 39:06Speaker 3: a row. They didn't work out, so like Democrats are
- 39:09Speaker 3: now a little bit hesitant about doing it again. I mean, honestly,
- 39:15Speaker 3: I think anything can happen.
- 39:17Speaker 4: I don't really buy into the skepticism.
- 39:21Speaker 6: A man has lost almost every presidential election and.
- 39:25Speaker 4: She goes into her own stuff here. Now what's interesting
- 39:27Speaker 4: here is again she threw it out there and her
- 39:32Speaker 4: umbrella hold her right, because she's in the street and
- 39:35Speaker 4: outside the capital and it's raining and she doesn't even
- 39:39Speaker 4: hold her own umbrella. She's like Democrat royalty, Socialist royalty.
- 39:43Speaker 4: AOC has someone that will hold an umbrella for her.
- 39:46Speaker 4: Talk about the one percent, the billionaires, the billionaires, right,
- 39:50Speaker 4: that's her Communist grandfather, Bernie Sanders. Always talk about the billionaires,
- 39:55Speaker 4: pay affect share, pay affect share. Meanwhile, she's not even
- 39:59Speaker 4: doing her fair share of hold holding her own umbrella. Sanga. Anyway,
- 40:03Speaker 4: what I wanted to say about this was where does
- 40:05Speaker 4: this stuff from AOC come from? Well, maybe it comes
- 40:08Speaker 4: from a podcast by Michelle Obama where her husband, Barack Obama,
- 40:13Speaker 4: the former president, started talking about why it's so important
- 40:18Speaker 4: for young men to have gay men in their life.
- 40:21Speaker 4: Listen to this.
- 40:25Speaker 12: That's one of the things that I think a lot
- 40:28Speaker 12: of times boys need is.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Not just exposure to.
- 40:33Speaker 12: One guy one dad. No matter how good the dad.
- 40:39Speaker 4: Dad is, he can't be everything. Say what, No matter
- 40:44Speaker 4: how good your dad is, he can't be everything. Tell
- 40:48Speaker 4: that to most little boys who think their dad is
- 40:50Speaker 4: absolutely everything. I mean, this is a girl dad, right,
- 40:55Speaker 4: He has two daughters. But come on, I mean, it's
- 40:59Speaker 4: not that far off. When you when your daughters are little,
- 41:02Speaker 4: they think you can do everything too.
- 41:04Speaker 12: And then that boy may need somebody to give give
- 41:08Speaker 12: the boys some perspective on the dad.
- 41:10Speaker 4: Hold on a second, So a young man needs another
- 41:13Speaker 4: man to give him perspective on his dad. What are
- 41:17Speaker 4: you saying, President Obama?
- 41:19Speaker 12: Right, One of the most valuable things I learned as
- 41:22Speaker 12: a guy was I had a gay professor.
- 41:29Speaker 4: The most valuable thing you learned as a man is
- 41:33Speaker 4: that you had a gay professor. Bet okay, by Sie
- 41:36Speaker 4: they go ahead.
- 41:38Speaker 12: In college at a time when openly gay folks still
- 41:43Speaker 12: weren't out of line. Who became one of my favorite
- 41:46Speaker 12: professors and was a great guy and would call me
- 41:49Speaker 12: out when I started saying stuff that was.
- 41:53Speaker 4: Ignorant, saying stuff that was ignorant. His favorite professor was
- 41:58Speaker 4: the gay one. I don't know, is this me being
- 42:00Speaker 4: homophobic or is this guy off his rocker here?
- 42:05Speaker 12: You need that to just show empathy and kindness.
- 42:09Speaker 4: And by the way, you need a gay professor to
- 42:12Speaker 4: show you empathy and kindness. What am I missing here?
- 42:15Speaker 4: Play the tape?
- 42:17Speaker 12: You need that person in your friend group, so that
- 42:20Speaker 12: if you then have a boy who is who's who's
- 42:24Speaker 12: who's gay or non binary or what have you, they
- 42:27Speaker 12: have somebody that they can go, Okay, I'm not alone in.
- 42:29Speaker 4: This what what? So the most valuable thing he learned
- 42:36Speaker 4: was that he had a gay professor, and he says,
- 42:40Speaker 4: you need that in case you're gay or non binary.
- 42:42Speaker 4: How is that the most valuable thing? And why do
- 42:44Speaker 4: every why does every boy need that? I can't listen
- 42:49Speaker 4: to anymore of that either. That's absolute insanity, and again
- 42:53Speaker 4: that is Barack Obama. That's not AI. He was on
- 42:56Speaker 4: the Michelle Obama podcast and he said those things. Now,
- 43:01Speaker 4: I bring that up to say this infighting isn't exclusive
- 43:05Speaker 4: to Trump and Massy or Trump and Cassidy. But we're
- 43:08Speaker 4: not fighting like that, right. These guys are fighting on
- 43:11Speaker 4: a whole different level where you now have AOC saying
- 43:16Speaker 4: we may have had our first gay president and we've
- 43:18Speaker 4: got the president's oh, the best thing that ever happened.
- 43:20Speaker 4: Let me be clear. Let me be clear. I had
- 43:22Speaker 4: a gay professor and that's the best thing ever, and
- 43:24Speaker 4: every kid should have a gay professor. That sounds insane,
- 43:29Speaker 4: absolute insanity, But some people subscribe to this stuff. Man,
- 43:33Speaker 4: there was a case just recently. Let me see if
- 43:36Speaker 4: I find it here. It is New York Post transgender
- 43:39Speaker 4: pedophile witch identifies as a witch who filmed his own
- 43:44Speaker 4: seven year old daughter, demands to conduct a nude weaken
- 43:50Speaker 4: ritual in New Jersey women's prison. Now, the Wickens are
- 43:53Speaker 4: a group of witches. It's like a witch religion Wickens.
- 43:59Speaker 4: So this twisted transgender pedophile again I'm reading this from
- 44:02Speaker 4: the New York Post, is demanding his women's prison allow
- 44:05Speaker 4: him to conduct Wickan witch rituals in the nude, and
- 44:09Speaker 4: he wants to do it in the prison yard. He
- 44:12Speaker 4: goes by the name of Marina Volts. He's thirty seven
- 44:14Speaker 4: years old. He's a biological male born Matthew Volts. He's
- 44:18Speaker 4: serving a twenty five year sentence at the Edna May
- 44:21Speaker 4: and own seven year old daughter. This is a sick person,
- 44:27Speaker 4: and he goes to jail with other sick people because
- 44:31Speaker 4: they protect these sick people by not putting them in
- 44:35Speaker 4: general population, but sending them to their own pedophile prison.
- 44:38Speaker 4: At least that's what they do in New Jersey. I
- 44:40Speaker 4: believe they have one in Avenel, New Jersey. Anyway. Vols
- 44:44Speaker 4: claims to be Wickan and has sued the prison and
- 44:47Speaker 4: the New Jersey Department of Corrections and head of Religious Services,
- 44:52Speaker 4: doctor Joey Lynch Back, in twenty twenty three, for religious discrimination,
- 44:56Speaker 4: saying they're not allowing her to practice their religion, being
- 45:02Speaker 4: denied access to religious items such as sleeveless wick investments
- 45:07Speaker 4: and the ability to worship on Wiccan holidays. Wickens are
- 45:11Speaker 4: a pagan religion that first sprang up in England in
- 45:15Speaker 4: the nineteen fifties. The people that follow this practice witchcraft
- 45:19Speaker 4: and they refer themselves as witches as part of the
- 45:22Speaker 4: Wiccan religion. We're now in settlement talks with the state
- 45:25Speaker 4: Attorney General's officer, and I'm sure the State's going to
- 45:27Speaker 4: be happy to hand money over or some sort of
- 45:30Speaker 4: a reduced or eased sentence. I mean, this is just nuts,
- 45:34Speaker 4: but this is what we're dealing with. He also wants
- 45:37Speaker 4: to be given the ability to marry his transgender accomplice
- 45:41Speaker 4: in the child sex abuse case, a biological man that
- 45:44Speaker 4: goes by the name of Ashley Romero. The two men
- 45:48Speaker 4: were convicted in twenty twenty two, along with Sean Allen,
- 45:51Speaker 4: who lived with them at their Franklin, New Jersey, home
- 45:54Speaker 4: operating a pornography production studio specializing in amateur sato masochism, bondage,
- 46:02Speaker 4: taboo fetish content, including this guy filming his own seven
- 46:09Speaker 4: year old daughter. That's an absolute disgrace. And I gotta
- 46:12Speaker 4: tell you, I don't know if this is because I
- 46:14Speaker 4: was brought up by parents that were rather traditional from
- 46:18Speaker 4: Puerto Rico. But people who do stuff like this in
- 46:23Speaker 4: Puerto Rico, they don't even make it to court sometimes
- 46:26Speaker 4: because the community takes things into their own hand. And
- 46:28Speaker 4: I've seen that plenty of times. There's one video of
- 46:30Speaker 4: a guy who they're pulling them out of handcuffs and
- 46:33Speaker 4: they're like, you shot the guy twenty one times in
- 46:35Speaker 4: his face or something like that, and or stabbed them
- 46:38Speaker 4: thirty times or something crazy. And he said, do you
- 46:41Speaker 4: have anything to say for yourself? And he said, yeah,
- 46:47Speaker 4: I'm sorry that I wasn't able to get anybody else
- 46:52Speaker 4: that was supporting what he was doing. He's like, because
- 46:54Speaker 4: if they would have sent another one like him, I
- 46:55Speaker 4: would have done him into And what they do to
- 46:59Speaker 4: this guy, that man had sexually abused that guy's daughter.
- 47:03Speaker 4: And I couldn't have been more in support of that
- 47:07Speaker 4: dad doing what he had to do. So yeah, for
- 47:10Speaker 4: anybody who's listening. For the transcript for the record of
- 47:12Speaker 4: this program, I am condoning violence when your family is attacked,
- 47:22Speaker 4: if someone attacks a member of your family, in particular
- 47:26Speaker 4: a sexual assault, which is so egregious, I believe that
- 47:31Speaker 4: your right to defend yourself includes hurting those people. Some
- 47:36Speaker 4: will say I'm calling for violence. I am. I am
- 47:38Speaker 4: calling for violence against anyone that harms children, and we
- 47:43Speaker 4: should all be doing the same thing. In my opinion,
- 47:47Speaker 4: this man is a disgrace. His two accomplices are a disgrace.
- 47:52Speaker 4: And like I said, in Puerto Rico and many other
- 47:55Speaker 4: parts of the world, this type of thing isn't tolerated.
- 48:00Speaker 4: There are are lines that just can't be crossed in
- 48:03Speaker 4: some communities. And I know this is a dark topic,
- 48:07Speaker 4: and I don't like to get into too much of
- 48:09Speaker 4: dark stuff. I like to keep it light and have
- 48:12Speaker 4: a degree of levity to the show. But I have
- 48:14Speaker 4: to say, this is the type of stuff that you know,
- 48:18Speaker 4: can can make or break somebody. It can destroy an
- 48:22Speaker 4: entire future, and that's not something that any of us
- 48:25Speaker 4: should take lightly right. And this is why I think
- 48:28Speaker 4: it's important that we reach people, people who take their
- 48:31Speaker 4: lives seriously, people that take their faith seriously, people that
- 48:34Speaker 4: take their politics seriously, and make sure that we're connecting
- 48:37Speaker 4: with these people. And that's exactly what happened at SEAPAC
- 48:40Speaker 4: Porto Rico. Right now. We weren't talking about heavy topics
- 48:44Speaker 4: like this. We were talking about investing in the American
- 48:46Speaker 4: dream and wealth creation and some of the internal struggles
- 48:50Speaker 4: that are going on with Puerto Rican politics and some
- 48:51Speaker 4: of the successes like I mentioned with Lago, but Novoda
- 48:55Speaker 4: Jennifer Gonside Quo and the great job that she's doing
- 48:59Speaker 4: with respect to the power grid and all of that,
- 49:02Speaker 4: and again my critique of her would be, your team
- 49:05Speaker 4: needs to do a better job of letting the constituents
- 49:08Speaker 4: know how good you're doing, how well you're working with
- 49:11Speaker 4: the administration to bring about a remedy to a solution.
- 49:14Speaker 4: Everybody's been screaming about the Puerto Rico power grid, the
- 49:17Speaker 4: power grid, and guess what, she's largely up the ampage
- 49:22Speaker 4: and the voltage to make sure that power grid continues
- 49:24Speaker 4: to function and better than it has before. So again,
- 49:27Speaker 4: kudos to Governor Jennifer Gonzalez, Cologne, and of course, you know,
- 49:32Speaker 4: I mean, what an amazing time I had with just
- 49:36Speaker 4: conversations with people, meeting different investors, meeting different people, people
- 49:41Speaker 4: from the Puerto Rico Senate, the Speaker of the House,
- 49:44Speaker 4: the Senate President. I mean, there was a lot of
- 49:47Speaker 4: people in attendance giving their two cents on what's going on,
- 49:51Speaker 4: A couple of international economists commenting on what's going on
- 49:55Speaker 4: in Venezuela, what's going on in Puerto Rico, what's going
- 49:58Speaker 4: on globally. It was the one guy that came from
- 50:01Speaker 4: Spain who was criticizing. His name is Pedro Sanchez, I believe,
- 50:08Speaker 4: the President of Spain, and really just so many really
- 50:13Speaker 4: interesting things that are happening right now that we need
- 50:17Speaker 4: to keep our finger on the pulse of so. I
- 50:19Speaker 4: thought that was absolutely amazing, and I got a quick
- 50:22Speaker 4: clip of some of what's going on. The voice you're
- 50:25Speaker 4: going to hear in the beginning in English is that
- 50:28Speaker 4: of Tony Delgano, the founder of Latino Wall Street, the
- 50:31Speaker 4: principal organizer of this, along with you know, match lab
- 50:35Speaker 4: Mahadi Slab of Seapack. Listen to this what's up Seapac?
- 50:38Speaker 14: My name's Tony Delgado and we are here at the
- 50:40Speaker 14: first ever Seapack Puerto Rico. We are bringing together world leaders,
- 50:45Speaker 14: game changers, business leaders and some of the most influential
- 50:49Speaker 14: people here in the Caribbean talking about business policy, the
- 50:54Speaker 14: economy and how we can make Puerto Rico great again.
- 50:57Speaker 11: Teddi boentsu moment in.
- 51:01Speaker 15: Cultural social contai juna manera tambien continue Coola personas from
- 51:08Speaker 15: the Collett propu Rejo and Rodriguezo Puerto Rico. It's in
- 51:15Speaker 15: content and sipak Puerto Rico PRIMACKI and Paisi damien vera TiVo.
- 51:23Speaker 15: I went to Sunamente in Portante Maria lament the principioio
- 51:31Speaker 15: the communications you know tam connector conto vetro Paisi and
- 51:37Speaker 15: compart Mima principle you know.
- 51:39Speaker 10: Mimo Balvento yaqui, the Fendendola Liberta c the Fendiendo Crito tambien,
- 51:46Speaker 10: the Ferdandolo and Pressario share.
- 51:49Speaker 11: Todo emos, hockey comparty and the President and now the
- 51:53Speaker 11: Puerto Rico con most important is the I macamale leta,
- 52:01Speaker 11: la properida ito pro.
- 52:06Speaker 10: Dolonuelo enestela having sepac in Puerto Rico as being amazing.
- 52:11Speaker 10: So I want to congratulate Latinovol Street, Tony Delo and
- 52:14Speaker 10: its team, Alexis Rospi, everybody, and again.
- 52:23Speaker 4: You've you know, don't get mad at me. And for
- 52:26Speaker 4: those of you who couldn't understand what was being said
- 52:28Speaker 4: in Spanish, again, just a lot of kudos to Seepack,
- 52:31Speaker 4: a lot of kudos to the United States, of course,
- 52:33Speaker 4: Puerto Rico being a part of the United States, and
- 52:35Speaker 4: various members of the Puerto Rican Senate at the House
- 52:38Speaker 4: of the Governor's office, and leaders from faith based initiatives, industry, media,
- 52:46Speaker 4: just a lot of people that were there, and it
- 52:48Speaker 4: was a great series of conversations that were had, not
- 52:52Speaker 4: to mention, a great beach party where everybody got to
- 52:54Speaker 4: wear their you know, fancy white linen shirt and whatnot.
- 52:58Speaker 4: Just an absolute vibe and I wanted to play that
- 53:01Speaker 4: for you, just to give you a little bit of
- 53:02Speaker 4: a taste, a little bit of the flavor of what
- 53:04Speaker 4: was going on there and to show you that conservatism
- 53:08Speaker 4: is alive and well and it's spreading. Right. This is
- 53:11Speaker 4: not that Puerto Rican's just became conservatives. They've been conservatives,
- 53:15Speaker 4: but finally the infrastructure that's out there right. That big
- 53:20Speaker 4: conference that we would make the pilgrimage to at National Harbor, Maryland,
- 53:27Speaker 4: it's now mobile, right, and it's going to places like Texas,
- 53:30Speaker 4: and it's going to places like Hungary, and it's going
- 53:34Speaker 4: to places like Argentina and Puerto Rico. And we're seeing
- 53:37Speaker 4: changes in places like Bolivia, changes in places like Chile,
- 53:41Speaker 4: and it's amazing to see this growth soon a big
- 53:44Speaker 4: change coming to Cuba, just as we saw in Venezuela.
- 53:48Speaker 4: And you've got Raul La Costa, the entertainer that is
- 53:52Speaker 4: now running for president as a conservative of the Dominican Republic,
- 53:57Speaker 4: which is the neighbor to Puerto Rico. So many things
- 54:00Speaker 4: that I don't know. Ten years ago, five years ago,
- 54:04Speaker 4: never would have imagined there would be an actual SEAPAC
- 54:07Speaker 4: conference in Puerto Rico that would be attended by all
- 54:10Speaker 4: of the local conservatives. There. Just absolutely astounding. More on
- 54:14Speaker 4: that and tomorrow's show i'll get into actually some of
- 54:17Speaker 4: the actual conversations that were had, but really good stuff.
- 54:21Speaker 4: One guy kept talking about tying in your Christian faith
- 54:26Speaker 4: to economics. He was an economist from Spain. Was absolutely
- 54:30Speaker 4: terrific and we'll get into that. His name is Antonini.
- 54:34Speaker 4: He did a great job. Anyway, I mean to go,
- 54:36Speaker 4: just keep it locked right here. I've got minutes to go.
- 54:38Speaker 4: We're going to come right back, wrap it up and
- 54:40Speaker 4: talk about what's going on with women over forty and
- 54:42Speaker 4: how they're outpacing women in their teens with childbearing. Don't
- 54:47Speaker 4: go anywhere.
- 54:49Speaker 5: This is America. This is America. He's making podcasting great again.
- 55:13Speaker 5: This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 55:22Speaker 4: All right, fall Media, Welcome back, Rich Valdez, keeping your
- 55:25Speaker 4: company on this Monday night, and again more to come.
- 55:28Speaker 4: On my trip to Puerto Rico. I will bore you
- 55:31Speaker 4: with some of the details of the fun stuff I did,
- 55:33Speaker 4: the fun stuff I ate, and of course I'm gonna
- 55:35Speaker 4: give you the juicy stuff. We're gonna break down some
- 55:38Speaker 4: of the conferences speakers and what they had to say,
- 55:42Speaker 4: which I think is very valuable for you. I'm gonna
- 55:44Speaker 4: give you that fly on the wall perspective and breakdown
- 55:47Speaker 4: of everything that went down. But I want to talk
- 55:50Speaker 4: about here this very interesting stat about women that are
- 55:55Speaker 4: now out, women in their forties outpacing younger women like
- 55:59Speaker 4: Tina age moms in child rearing check this out.
- 56:02Speaker 13: The fertility rate in the US has dropped to an
- 56:05Speaker 13: all time low from twenty twenty three to twenty twenty four.
- 56:08Speaker 13: Birth rates declined across all age groups under thirty five,
- 56:12Speaker 13: except for what mothers in their forties, which increased two
- 56:16Speaker 13: percent from twenty twenty three to twenty twenty four. That's
- 56:18Speaker 13: according to a new CDC report. This is Another recent
- 56:21Speaker 13: CDC report notes that babies born to black moms and
- 56:25Speaker 13: rural moms and teen moms have the highest death rates.
- 56:29Speaker 6: In the US.
- 56:30Speaker 4: How about that for a wild stat Right, teen moms
- 56:33Speaker 4: are having more stillborns that their kids aren't living, and
- 56:38Speaker 4: forty year old moms, well, guess what, they're having healthy babies.
- 56:41Speaker 4: So women are waiting longer to have babies. And I've
- 56:43Speaker 4: seen that trend.
- 56:44Speaker 12: Right.
- 56:44Speaker 4: It used to be unheard of for Hispanic women that
- 56:47Speaker 4: have kids in their thirties, their first kid at thirty
- 56:49Speaker 4: one or so, But that's becoming increasingly normal because times
- 56:54Speaker 4: are changing, people aren't moving out as quickly. It's more difficult,
- 56:57Speaker 4: especially in this East coast part of the country that
- 57:00Speaker 4: I'm in. But I thought it was fascinating that teen
- 57:03Speaker 4: moms are becoming more scarce. Right, there's a decrease in that.
- 57:08Speaker 4: That's probably a good thing. And at the same time,
- 57:14Speaker 4: there's this increase in the forty year olds, which I
- 57:17Speaker 4: don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
- 57:19Speaker 4: I think kids are great personally, right, Not for me.
- 57:22Speaker 4: I don't want any, but it's good that you have some,
- 57:25Speaker 4: and it's good that we continue to have them, because,
- 57:28Speaker 4: like they mentioned, our birth rates are declining even though
- 57:32Speaker 4: our population is increasing. I think we're adding something like
- 57:35Speaker 4: ten or twenty million new babies a year despite everybody
- 57:39Speaker 4: talking about population control and they're trying to take over.
- 57:42Speaker 4: We know some would argue we need this population control,
- 57:45Speaker 4: not me. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying some
- 57:47Speaker 4: might argue that. And ultimately, I thought this was a
- 57:50Speaker 4: nice place for us to end our show tonight, because
- 57:53Speaker 4: it's a good thing.
- 57:53Speaker 7: Right.
- 57:53Speaker 4: Who doesn't love a baby, especially if it's a little
- 57:55Speaker 4: ubby baby, a little fat baby. But fascinating stuff, right,
- 58:00Speaker 4: And I'll give you some of the details on this
- 58:01Speaker 4: that I have in front of me. Where did that go?
- 58:03Speaker 4: Let's see, we'll go here, We'll go here, boom right here.
- 58:06Speaker 4: So it's the first time in the United States history
- 58:09Speaker 4: that women over forty are having more babies than teenagers.
- 58:12Speaker 4: This is driven by a seventy three percent decline in
- 58:15Speaker 4: teen berths and a one hundred and ninety three percent
- 58:19Speaker 4: increase in births to older women. Since nineteen ninety, women
- 58:23Speaker 4: over forty now account for four point one percent of
- 58:26Speaker 4: all births in the country, slightly beating the teenagers who
- 58:31Speaker 4: were at four point zero percent. So look at that.
- 58:35Speaker 4: This is a shift, you know, even though it's minuscule,
- 58:38Speaker 4: it's historic, and it represents two concurrent trends. One that
- 58:43Speaker 4: highly successful public health campaigns to reduce teen pregnancies have
- 58:47Speaker 4: been effective, and a growing cultural movement towards delayed motherhood
- 58:52Speaker 4: was also effective. Now some of the other reasons, they
- 58:55Speaker 4: say that women are having kids in their forties because
- 58:59Speaker 4: of career finances, trying to prioritize their higher education, their
- 59:03Speaker 4: career establishment, and financial stability before starting a family, which
- 59:07Speaker 4: makes a lot of sense. The technology with fertility IVF
- 59:11Speaker 4: treatments and whatnot in vitro, this was a thing that
- 59:15Speaker 4: wasn't available before. Now I know girls in their late
- 59:18Speaker 4: thirties that are freezing their eggs and they're doing it
- 59:20Speaker 4: because it makes it way more viable to actually conceive
- 59:26Speaker 4: later in life. It's a thing that wasn't a thing before.
- 59:29Speaker 4: And of course you got people that are intentionally parenting,
- 59:32Speaker 4: wanting to travel to Europe and Italy and all the
- 59:35Speaker 4: fun things that people do before they have kids instead
- 59:38Speaker 4: of after, which it's a lot harder when you have
- 59:41Speaker 4: kids that drag along these vacations. So very interesting stuff. Anyway,
- 59:45Speaker 4: I wanted to bring you that little tidbit before we
- 59:48Speaker 4: wrapped up. Of course, I never end the program without
- 59:51Speaker 4: telling you a couple of things. One of the things
- 59:53Speaker 4: I want to tell you is that it's important that
- 59:55Speaker 4: you stand for something. If you stand for nothing, you'll
- 59:57Speaker 4: fall for anything. And the only thing necessary, worry for
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: evil to triumph is for good people like you to
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: sit there and do nothing. So it's time to stand
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: up and do something, and take action in your life,
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: take action in your faith, take action for your country.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: I start approxima, Take care, good night, and God bless
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: you America. I am Rich Valdess, and this is America.
- 1:00:18Speaker 5: This is America.
