- 2:21Speaker 7: creatives and radio's greatest playground for the next two hours
- 2:25Speaker 7: your listening pleasure is in very capable hands the recess
- 2:29Speaker 7: bell on air host here he is joshua umahi.
- 2:38Speaker 4: October 28th, the year of our Lord, 2026. Cold, crisp
- 2:44Speaker 4: evening here in Garden City, New York, as we wind
- 2:48Speaker 4: towards Halloween.
- 3:03Speaker 2: We welcome you to tonight's presentation of the Recess Bell
- 3:08Speaker 2: on Air. We are here on the voice of Nassau
- 3:10Speaker 2: Community College, 90.3 WHPC. It is your host, Joshua Umahi.
- 3:19Speaker 2: I'm here with my co-host, Corey David in the studio.
- 3:23Speaker 2: What's up, Corey? Nothing much. You know, I just had
- 3:25Speaker 2: to make sure the mic was on. You had to
- 3:27Speaker 2: do what? Make sure the mic was on. You know
- 3:29Speaker 2: I run in bits. Yeah, no, I got concerned, actually.
- 3:32Speaker 2: I actually went to press the button because I didn't
- 3:34Speaker 2: know if he was going to press your own button. Now, Corey,
- 3:36Speaker 2: you've been here long enough at HPC where... HPC? When
- 3:40Speaker 2: we started here, we didn't have the capability, the co-hosts
- 3:46Speaker 2: around where the... Just to take everyone behind the curtain
- 3:50Speaker 2: real quick. So, I, the host, sit at the... The
- 3:55Speaker 2: master control. Yeah, I got the whole audio board in
- 3:58Speaker 2: front of me. I got all my goofy side effects.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Like that one. Like that one, too. That one, too. Okay,
- 4:11Speaker 2: that one, too. That's not how you say Giannis Antetokounmpo's name. Okay,
- 4:17Speaker 2: you get the point. So I'm here behind the audio board,
- 4:21Speaker 2: but the other four co-hosts in the room, whoever's in
- 4:25Speaker 2: the room, They have an on and off button on
- 4:28Speaker 2: their microphone. Now, when we started here, we did not
- 4:31Speaker 2: have that. So I had to do the hard, grueling
- 4:34Speaker 2: work to turn everybody's mic on. And story has it, Corey,
- 4:40Speaker 2: I bitched and moaned about it enough to our station director. Like,
- 4:45Speaker 2: I don't know why I got to turn on everybody's microphone.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I'm one person. Why do I got to be responsible
- 4:50Speaker 2: for five people's microphones? It makes no sense. Eventually. They
- 4:55Speaker 2: gave you all the buttons to turn your own microphones on.
- 4:58Speaker 2: The more you know. The more you know, man. You
- 5:00Speaker 2: started to change. You started to revolutionize. No, don't say that. Listen,
- 5:06Speaker 2: everybody's their own man or woman over here. I have
- 5:08Speaker 2: no influence over anybody, to be honest. How are you feeling, man?
- 5:12Speaker 8: I'm feeling good because, you know, me and my team
- 5:14Speaker 8: are the kings of the NFC East.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Yeah, the New York Kings. Gigantes they are still first
- 5:21Speaker 2: place in the NFC East at four wins two losses
- 5:24Speaker 2: and one tie.
- 5:26Speaker 8: Most people will say hey man it's the down year
- 5:29Speaker 8: don't make me no matter.
- 5:32Speaker 2: What they say a win is a win speaking of
- 5:35Speaker 2: a win is a win we got to talk about
- 5:36Speaker 2: that in the world of football of course going to
- 5:39Speaker 2: talk about that in the world of hoops with the
- 5:44Speaker 2: hometown New York Knicks getting off the schneid last night
- 5:50Speaker 2: And of course, much more across sports and across, well,
- 5:53Speaker 2: everywhere on the Recess Bell. You guys know what the
- 5:56Speaker 2: Recess Bell is by now. The network for creatives and
- 6:00Speaker 2: your one-stop shop for thoughtful, engaging educational content in the
- 6:05Speaker 2: world of sports, music, pop culture, and mental health. The
- 6:10Speaker 2: Recess Bell on air. This little program right here is
- 6:13Speaker 2: the Recess Bell Central Entertainment Engine. And of course, we
- 6:17Speaker 2: aim to please each and every week. So let's get
- 6:22Speaker 2: to it. Each week we have a theme for our
- 6:26Speaker 2: show and tonight's theme is let's get dystopian. Yes, let's
- 6:34Speaker 2: get dystopian.
- 6:39Speaker 9: Huh?
- 6:39Speaker 2: Yeah. So, so, Corey, do you know what the word
- 6:42Speaker 2: dystopian means? Like I said, we are an educational platform.
- 6:46Speaker 2: I was schooled upon this a couple days ago. Uh-huh.
- 6:52Speaker 2: It's like a... I mean.
- 6:54Speaker 8: I'm about to stumble over my words.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Sound it out. Sorry. I want to say it's like a... Apocalypse? Oh,
- 7:08Speaker 2: you found the one word I can't really pronounce. You
- 7:10Speaker 2: know what? You got this. Apocalypse. Apocalypse. Apocalypse. I think
- 7:14Speaker 2: what you were going for is apocalyptic.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:21Speaker 10: So.
- 7:22Speaker 2: The one word I have trouble a mush mouth with.
- 7:27Speaker 2: It's a pretty good guess. You're right on the ball
- 7:30Speaker 2: with that one, Corey. So the definition of dystopian. It's
- 7:37Speaker 2: an adjective that describes an imagined world or society where
- 7:41Speaker 2: people leave wretched or lead where people lead. Wretched, dehumanized,
- 7:46Speaker 2: and fearful lives. Like Escape from New York, if you
- 7:50Speaker 2: ever watched the movie. Yeah. You watched it?
- 7:52Speaker 10: No, I did not.
- 7:53Speaker 8: I was just agreeing with... It's like one of those movies.
- 7:57Speaker 8: If you ever watched that, I want to say there's
- 8:01Speaker 8: a couple of them.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Total Recall. Total Recall seems like a dystopian... Or any
- 8:08Speaker 2: zombie movie You could say And that's my point here
- 8:12Speaker 2: So dystopian Why do I Why am I bringing up
- 8:17Speaker 2: Dystopian life Like dystopian culture Well Like I've said Just
- 8:23Speaker 2: a personal anecdote And I'm sure you can Relate You
- 8:27Speaker 2: Corey in the room And you the loyal listener Of
- 8:29Speaker 2: this program So Work with me here Whether it's the
- 8:34Speaker 2: Five sports That are going on right now across America,
- 8:39Speaker 2: on TV, whether it's your favorite TV show on a
- 8:43Speaker 2: cable network or streaming, whether it's social media, whether it's,
- 8:47Speaker 2: you know, Twitter.
- 8:49Speaker 10: Or X.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Everything. Mama call her Twitter. I'm gonna call her Twitter.
- 8:54Speaker 10: All right.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, wherever, TikTok, whatever social media apps you use,
- 9:02Speaker 2: whichever ones you use, you can't escape A few things.
- 9:10Speaker 2: First of all, we've talked about AI on this show,
- 9:13Speaker 2: artificial intelligence, or as some might call it with the
- 9:16Speaker 2: power of synonyms, fake intelligence.
- 9:20Speaker 9: Right?
- 9:20Speaker 2: You can't escape it. It's everywhere. For social media, it's everywhere.
- 9:23Speaker 2: I watch TV now, and half the ads are AI-generated ads.
- 9:28Speaker 2: I'm like, yo, y'all can't pay no actors to do
- 9:31Speaker 2: what y'all doing. Y'all can't pay actors and actresses to...
- 9:36Speaker 2: read five lines on a commercial on a 30 second commercial.
- 9:39Speaker 2: That's where we are. AI generated commercials. Wow. So you
- 9:43Speaker 2: can't escape AI. And Corey, you've heard me rant about
- 9:46Speaker 2: those nasty, crusty looking AI posters on social media. Oh,
- 9:52Speaker 2: pull up to my function and it's the same font,
- 9:54Speaker 2: the same design. And don't let it be a food advertisement.
- 9:58Speaker 2: The crusty looking ai generated photos of food it's not
- 10:02Speaker 2: good so you can't escape ai another thing you can't
- 10:05Speaker 2: really escape and we mentioned it while talking about ai
- 10:13Speaker 2: ads ads ads ads everywhere it's ads here ads there
- 10:18Speaker 2: ads everywhere quite literally it's ai ads yeah.
- 10:23Speaker 8: I'm getting it's getting tired with that with ai ads man.
- 10:27Speaker 2: You're getting the in addition to that you're getting the
- 10:29Speaker 2: sports betting and gambling.
- 10:31Speaker 8: Ads or as they would say the sports prediction apps
- 10:35Speaker 8: yeah yeah you get the cal sheet and the poly
- 10:37Speaker 8: market prediction market ads now And, you know, I saw,
- 10:41Speaker 8: I'm going to pull up this tweet here because, and
- 10:45Speaker 8: my point being, wherever you turn in media, it's ads everywhere.
- 10:50Speaker 8: It's like you heard the phenomenon, even though we're too
- 10:53Speaker 8: young for it, Corey, but you hear the phenomenon, you know,
- 10:55Speaker 8: talking to older folk about the cigarette commercials back in
- 10:58Speaker 8: the day. How it was just boom, boom, boom, boom, boom,
- 11:01Speaker 8: one after the other, whether it was on a billboard
- 11:04Speaker 8: or whether it was just street advertisement or on TV.
- 11:08Speaker 2: They talk about cigarette ads back then like it was
- 11:12Speaker 2: all over the place. I think that's what we're getting
- 11:14Speaker 2: now with these gambling ads. And you know, a wise
- 11:18Speaker 2: man once said, as I pull up this tweet I
- 11:21Speaker 2: was talking about, so somebody was saying how they saw
- 11:26Speaker 2: a commercial or their friend saw a commercial that was
- 11:31Speaker 2: advertising sports betting. And he was like, yo, are you
- 11:36Speaker 2: kidding me? With five minutes of my time and two
- 11:39Speaker 2: taps of a finger, I can bet $ 5 to win $ 200, $ 300,
- 11:42Speaker 2: whatever else? Wow, I'm going to get into it. And
- 11:47Speaker 2: then the friend said, or the guy with the friend said,
- 11:51Speaker 2: you know, they don't shell out thousands, maybe even millions
- 11:56Speaker 2: of dollars on all these gambling commercials to have everybody
- 12:00Speaker 2: win money all the time. and he said his friend
- 12:04Speaker 2: was like oh wow so so so if you put
- 12:10Speaker 2: it in that perspective all the ads you see they're
- 12:12Speaker 2: not doing it so everybody can win a bunch of
- 12:14Speaker 2: money they're doing it because the house always wins that's
- 12:17Speaker 2: why they're doing it but hey hey maybe somebody will
- 12:20Speaker 2: see sydney sweeney topless on a on a on a
- 12:24Speaker 2: prediction market ad and they'll be like That's it. That's
- 12:27Speaker 2: where I got to go. I can win money because
- 12:31Speaker 2: Brawless Sidney Sweeney told me I could. So we got
- 12:37Speaker 2: AI ads. We got sports betting slash prediction market ads.
- 12:41Speaker 2: I'm watching the World Series. I think it was game one.
- 12:43Speaker 2: As a matter of fact, I think the first time
- 12:45Speaker 2: I saw this particular ad I'm about to say was
- 12:48Speaker 2: the American League Championship Series. It was between the Cleveland
- 12:51Speaker 2: Guardians and the Tampa Bay Rays. I'm watching the game,
- 12:55Speaker 2: you know, a pitch was just thrown. Before you know it.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Red spandex clad Megan Fox. Advertising a sex pill ad.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I was like, wait a minute. I had to take
- 13:13Speaker 2: myself back. Because, Corey, the first World Series game or
- 13:17Speaker 2: baseball game I ever watched was with my pops when
- 13:20Speaker 2: I was like seven years old. This ain't your pop's
- 13:22Speaker 2: baseball anymore. No, apparently not. Evidently not. That's my point.
- 13:26Speaker 2: I'm imagining myself or I have a seven-year-old kid or
- 13:29Speaker 2: somebody out there has a seven-year-old kid they want to
- 13:31Speaker 2: watch the game with, right? You know, America's favorite pastime, baseball,
- 13:36Speaker 2: postseason baseball especially. And then you see Megan Fox like, yeah,
- 13:43Speaker 2: up your performance with Rose Sparks. It's getting a little crazy.
- 13:51Speaker 2: So the per- The pervasiveness of ads, especially on television,
- 13:57Speaker 2: especially on social media, is getting a little crazy. And
- 14:00Speaker 2: not just that, because we brought up AI. The quality
- 14:02Speaker 2: of production. We work in production. Newsflash, if you run
- 14:06Speaker 2: a radio show, or if you're a contributor on a
- 14:09Speaker 2: radio show, or you run the board on a radio show,
- 14:12Speaker 2: or TV... You work in production. But the quality of production,
- 14:17Speaker 2: I don't know if you feel this way, Corey. I
- 14:19Speaker 2: just feel like it's not the same nowadays between all
- 14:22Speaker 2: the AI. People think they can automate everything and, you know,
- 14:26Speaker 2: not pay workers who went to college for what the
- 14:31Speaker 2: job requires. No, AI can do it. Don't worry about them.
- 14:34Speaker 2: AI can get the job done. So the quality of
- 14:37Speaker 2: production I'm seeing, like you're seeing a lot more glitches
- 14:39Speaker 2: on social media. And when I watch a sports game,
- 14:42Speaker 2: you'll see some like weird glitches happen. I'm like, Or
- 14:45Speaker 2: YouTube channels. Do you know there are whole YouTube channels
- 14:50Speaker 2: basically run by AI? No. For real? Yeah. Not to
- 14:56Speaker 2: burst anybody's bubble, but it's the same, you know, same
- 15:00Speaker 2: giveaways like you see with like chat GPT written. Yeah.
- 15:07Speaker 2: think pieces or articles. It's like, it's not X, it's Y,
- 15:11Speaker 2: or it's honestly, it's the same tells, except it's in
- 15:15Speaker 2: speech on YouTube.
- 15:17Speaker 8: The reason why I think AI is like crazy is
- 15:19Speaker 8: because like, yo, me and my brother, we'll be like, yo,
- 15:22Speaker 8: you know when you try to send somebody like a
- 15:24Speaker 8: reel and they'd be like, yo, I've seen that already.
- 15:25Speaker 2: I've seen that already. Or like, you've seen somebody, like
- 15:27Speaker 2: you try to send something to somebody and they've seen it.
- 15:30Speaker 8: One day, me and my brother was just scrolling through Twitter,
- 15:32Speaker 8: and I swear, our algorithm was basically the same. Like,
- 15:36Speaker 8: the same videos pop up, pop up, pop up. Like,
- 15:39Speaker 8: is this the same phone?
- 15:41Speaker 2: I'm telling you. It's an evil world. But, hey, hey, hey.
- 15:45Speaker 2: I might have turned. Dystopian world.
- 15:47Speaker 8: Dystopian world. But, hey, I might have changed my tune
- 15:52Speaker 8: on Sidney Sweeney, man.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Shout out to Sidney. Shout out to Sidney. You changed
- 15:56Speaker 2: your tune on Sidney Sweeney?
- 15:58Speaker 9: Man.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Hold up. What are you getting at?
- 16:03Speaker 9: Dr.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Umar ain't even a real doctor. Oh. That's what you're
- 16:09Speaker 2: getting at. I mean, so the Sidney Sweeney Novig ad
- 16:15Speaker 2: did something for you. I'm sure that's what Novig was
- 16:19Speaker 2: going for, by the way. Nah, it's not even that.
- 16:22Speaker 2: I finally started watching Euphoria. Uh-uh. Melanie would be so
- 16:28Speaker 2: proud of you if she was in here right now.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Melanie will be on the show later, but yeah, she's
- 16:33Speaker 2: a big Euphoria fan. So that's what did. You finally, yeah,
- 16:37Speaker 2: Sidney Sweeney's assets on Euphoria got you, got you locked in.
- 16:42Speaker 2: You tapped in, twin. Yes, that is tonight's theme. Let's
- 16:50Speaker 2: get dystopian. Man between AI generated everything. between prediction market,
- 16:57Speaker 2: poly market, cal she, psyops everywhere. And we ain't forget
- 17:03Speaker 2: about you, FanDuel, DraftKings, Caesars, BetMGM. We ain't forget about y'all.
- 17:08Speaker 2: We ain't forget about y'all either. And then just watching
- 17:13Speaker 2: the game with my family and Megan Fox. Sex performance pills. Wow.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Let's get dystopian, everybody. And the most dystopian topic of all. Corey,
- 17:27Speaker 2: we are a week away from election season or election day.
- 17:31Speaker 2: So speaking of ads, have you seen all these insane,
- 17:36Speaker 2: unhinged political ads start to creep on your TV? Yes,
- 17:40Speaker 2: I have. And I say creep on your TV. No,
- 17:44Speaker 2: they're plastered on your TV at this point. I see
- 17:48Speaker 2: anti-Bruce Blakeman ads. I see anti-Kathy Hochul ads as far
- 17:52Speaker 2: as the New York governor's race. It's a lot happening.
- 17:56Speaker 2: And I said it would. I said October would be
- 17:59Speaker 2: this in terms of the sports equinox we just had
- 18:03Speaker 2: on Monday. Every single major sport is active right now.
- 18:08Speaker 2: And it'll be that way for the next few days
- 18:11Speaker 2: coming up until we get deeper into November. Yeah, man.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Let's get dystopian on TRB. Usually a hub for positivity, TRB. Nah,
- 18:23Speaker 2: let's get dystopian tonight.
- 18:27Speaker 10: All right.
- 18:28Speaker 2: What else is coming up on TRB? Corey, I am
- 18:30Speaker 2: proud to announce we got ourselves an interview.
- 18:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:38Speaker 2: We got ourselves an interview. Let's get it. We got
- 18:40Speaker 2: ourselves an interview booked. And this is a great guest tonight.
- 18:46Speaker 2: If you are somebody... I'll lay out the lay of
- 18:50Speaker 2: the land here. If you are somebody that.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Went to college for a job or is seeking an internship,
- 18:56Speaker 2: whether it's in media, whether it's in whatever major, you
- 19:01Speaker 2: want to listen to this fountain of wealth and knowledge
- 19:06Speaker 2: that this TRB interview is going to bring tonight. We
- 19:09Speaker 2: have an interview with award-winning TV executive, producer, media strategist,
- 19:15Speaker 2: and current Queens College professor, Michael Cohen. Michael Cohen is
- 19:27Speaker 2: a guy, man. He is a multiple-time Emmy Award winner.
- 19:31Speaker 2: He's got eight of them things, as a matter of fact. Ocho, eight.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Spit that real. Let's go. Eight Emmy Awards. Eight of
- 19:39Speaker 2: them things. Diverse broadcasting career from sports, entertainment, reality TV.
- 19:44Speaker 2: He has his own sports company, sports production company. He's
- 19:47Speaker 2: worked for NBC, ABC, CBS. fox espn all them letters
- 19:53Speaker 2: i might need i might need to hit that brother
- 19:55Speaker 2: up for a job yeah oh he's worked world cups
- 19:58Speaker 2: super bowls olympic games nfl drafts and he is a
- 20:03Speaker 2: professor at queen's college teaching introduction to sports television All right, so, hey.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Like I said, Fountain of Wealth coming up on TRB.
- 20:14Speaker 2: That interview will play at the top of hour number two.
- 20:16Speaker 2: We are on from six to eight, like I said.
- 20:19Speaker 2: What else is coming up on TRB? The Sports Report.
- 20:25Speaker 2: State of the Knicks got their first dub last night
- 20:28Speaker 2: versus the Detroit Pistons. Dubs in the chat, dubs in
- 20:30Speaker 2: the chat. Yes, at Madison Square Garden. Got off the schneid.
- 20:35Speaker 2: WNBA Finals, keeping it in hoops. The Atlanta Dream and
- 20:38Speaker 2: the Golden State Valkyries, but somehow the play on the
- 20:41Speaker 2: court in the finals is not the main story there.
- 20:43Speaker 2: We'll catch you up on that. The World Series, the
- 20:46Speaker 2: Brewers and the Rays, and Megan Fox and Red Spandex.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Game 5 is tonight after a dramatic ending to Game
- 20:53Speaker 2: 4 last night. NFL, we got a recap of Game
- 20:56Speaker 2: 7 and a preview of Week 8 and more in
- 21:00Speaker 2: TRB Game Picks. And later here in hour number one, Corey,
- 21:05Speaker 2: I have to catch you up. So our news report tonight,
- 21:10Speaker 2: I brought up election season. And you know what that means.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Republicans campaigning.
- 21:17Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Democrats campaigning.
- 21:18Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 21:18Speaker 2: You know, bonds being formed, alliances being merged. You feel me?
- 21:25Speaker 2: And that means the president naturally is going to a
- 21:28Speaker 2: lot of rallies for a lot of Republican candidates running
- 21:31Speaker 2: for Senate or the House. But there seems to be
- 21:35Speaker 2: a theme at a lot of these rallies, Corey. I
- 21:39Speaker 2: don't know if you're aware with what Donald Trump is
- 21:42Speaker 2: saying at these rallies with a microphone in front of
- 21:46Speaker 2: his face. What is he saying now? He's saying stuff
- 21:50Speaker 2: like this.
- 21:52Speaker 9: What?
- 21:52Speaker 2: What was that? That's Trump. Play it one more time.
- 22:00Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 22:02Speaker 2: This is also Trump.
- 22:03Speaker 12: Jay.
- 22:05Speaker 9: What? Jay.
- 22:07Speaker 10: What?
- 22:08Speaker 2: Yeah. He's also saying stuff like this.
- 22:15Speaker 9: I never did that with a man before. I examined
- 22:18Speaker 9: his ass and then I looked at his shoulders. I
- 22:21Speaker 9: looked at his feet.
- 22:21Speaker 2: This guy walks through the door. I said, look at
- 22:23Speaker 2: this beautiful guy. What's true? alluding to he's also saying
- 22:29Speaker 2: stuff like this.
- 22:30Speaker 9: Rick jackson's a very handsome distinguished beautiful looking.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Guy oh this is my favorite right here.
- 22:36Speaker 9: Arnold palmer was all man when he took showers with
- 22:40Speaker 9: the other pros they came out of there they said
- 22:43Speaker 9: oh my god.
- 22:46Speaker 2: That's unbelievable. Why did he do that? Oh, my God.
- 22:53Speaker 2: He added a little something to that. Oh, my God.
- 22:56Speaker 2: He was just basking in the moment. Ew. Ew. Hey,
- 23:01Speaker 2: maybe them stories about him and Big Bob got some validity. Oh,
- 23:06Speaker 2: I got some more Trump clips for you, actually.
- 23:09Speaker 13: I lied.
- 23:09Speaker 2: That one wasn't my favorite. The Arnold Palmer shower stuff.
- 23:13Speaker 2: This is my favorite.
- 23:14Speaker 11: By the way, I looked at one hell of a
- 23:15Speaker 11: beautiful ass before Nicki Minaj.
- 23:20Speaker 2: One more time. One more time.
- 23:21Speaker 11: By the way, I looked at one hell of a
- 23:23Speaker 11: beautiful ass before Nicki Minaj.
- 23:29Speaker 2: I'm actually, during our news report, I will express my
- 23:33Speaker 2: personal concern for the president. You know, I don't know
- 23:38Speaker 2: why people say, oh, I'm a Trump hater. I got
- 23:41Speaker 2: Trump derangement syndrome. I'm very concerned about our president. Some
- 23:47Speaker 2: very strange sounds coming from our president, the commander in chief.
- 23:55Speaker 2: We're going to tell you about that during the news
- 23:56Speaker 2: report later here in our number one. We are here
- 23:59Speaker 2: from six to eight. Like we said, the recess bell
- 24:02Speaker 2: on air will be back after our music medley here.
- 24:05Speaker 6: Mm hmm.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Joshua Imahi and Corey David taking you through an adventure
- 24:13Speaker 2: of fun and apparently freakiness. Not me, the president. You
- 24:22Speaker 2: heard him. The Recess Bell on air, 90.3 WHPC, the
- 24:26Speaker 2: voice of Nassau Community College.
- 24:29Speaker 14: Heard about the past, things I used to do, the
- 24:34Speaker 14: games I used to play.
- 24:35Speaker 15: Girls that didn't last. I never saw your mind.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Think I'm doing wrong. Can I say what is real?
- 24:43Speaker 2: You are the only one.
- 24:47Speaker 4: You're my angel. I wish you'd stay with me.
- 25:07Speaker 14: I don't want.
- 25:09Speaker 2: To hurt you, baby. I don't want to hurt you, baby.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Back in my day, there was no recess. We walked
- 25:45Speaker 1: five miles for our education. Up here, both ways.
- 25:49Speaker 2: We do not care.
- 25:50Speaker 8: The Recess Bell, on air on 90.3 WHPC.
- 26:07Speaker 14: Don't let our love be Let's make it last Let's
- 26:19Speaker 14: make it last forever and.
- 26:22Speaker 15: Ever Let me hear you tell me you love me We've.
- 26:41Speaker 12: Got to make it last Got to make it, got
- 26:44Speaker 12: to make it, got to make.
- 26:46Speaker 4: It, got to make it Oh baby Oh honey.
- 26:51Speaker 12: Honey I love you Ring-a-ding-ding It's time to kick back, relax,
- 27:01Speaker 12: and let the recess bell set you.
- 27:03Speaker 2: Free On 90.3 WHPC.
- 27:09Speaker 13: I don't know what to say, but I will say
- 27:11Speaker 13: that I am probably the president's number one fan. And
- 27:24Speaker 13: that's not going to change.
- 27:26Speaker 2: The pride of Queens right there. No, no. You didn't
- 27:29Speaker 2: have to say that. He was going to say it first.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Southside Jamaica, I guess. I was not. Yeah, I'm not
- 27:36Speaker 2: from that area. You was from that area? I'm not
- 27:38Speaker 2: from Southside Jamaica. I just said I'm not from that area.
- 27:44Speaker 4: She's sick, bro.
- 27:45Speaker 2: She's sick. Big black hole. Yeah, yo. The bugger sugar. Yeah,
- 27:51Speaker 2: she took a couple bumps.
- 27:53Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Right before that, she holding Trump's hand, man.
- 27:56Speaker 16: Yo.
- 27:57Speaker 2: The bugger sugar. Where was Kenneth?
- 28:00Speaker 10: Yo.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Where was she? Oh, the PDF file? Where is Kenneth?
- 28:06Speaker 2: Where is Kenneth at? I'm not going to lie. Yo,
- 28:08Speaker 2: what happened to Young Money? Yo, it's the dive ball. Y-M-C-M-B.
- 28:14Speaker 2: You know what it be? Yeah. We not rocking with
- 28:17Speaker 2: that no more.
- 28:17Speaker 12: Sean Latham.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Only person. Megan Good. Angelina Jolie. You know what?
- 28:24Speaker 9: Yo.
- 28:24Speaker 2: What's going on here? What's like?
- 28:25Speaker 8: I'm surprised it's not turning more people against her. And
- 28:28Speaker 8: the fact that she's still able to keep it, keep
- 28:30Speaker 8: some of her core fan base, which is.
- 28:32Speaker 2: Kind of crazy. It's crazy. They're supporting her. That's the
- 28:34Speaker 2: sad part.
- 28:35Speaker 8: I hate to see a person who was arguably at
- 28:38Speaker 8: one point one of the greatest female rappers go down sad.
- 28:42Speaker 2: I mean, listen, she's where she wants to be. Consenting adults,
- 28:45Speaker 2: you know. Oh, wait, her husband knows nothing about consent.
- 28:48Speaker 2: So what am I saying? I think she just posted
- 28:50Speaker 2: one of them Trump posts. I don't know if it
- 28:54Speaker 2: was like a credit card or something, like a gold card. Oh,
- 28:56Speaker 2: the Trump card. I searched those up. You know how
- 28:59Speaker 2: much you have to pay to get one?
- 29:00Speaker 8: A million dollar donation and then $ 15, 000 of fees to DHS.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Wow. And it's just residency. It's not citizenship. She needs
- 29:09Speaker 2: a million dollars. I'm sure he gifted that to her, though.
- 29:13Speaker 2: You think so? Yeah, most likely.
- 29:14Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 29:16Speaker 2: She just sold out her whole fan base. She had
- 29:18Speaker 2: to change his diaper for him. Yeah, she had to do,
- 29:21Speaker 2: what was it, the horse thing?
- 29:22Speaker 10: Mm-hmm.
- 29:24Speaker 2: She had to hold his hand, rub it, feel that
- 29:28Speaker 2: plastic skin. That's a nasty bitch, boy. I mean, yeah,
- 29:33Speaker 2: she's with Kenneth Petty.
- 29:35Speaker 3: That's a fact.
- 29:38Speaker 10: That's a fact.
- 29:44Speaker 2: We have our fun on TRB man we got our
- 29:48Speaker 2: crew together it's just a radio madness what can I
- 29:51Speaker 2: say yeah.
- 29:53Speaker 8: She was basically like that's the man she gonna stick
- 29:56Speaker 8: beside him and she still stick beside him yeah.
- 29:58Speaker 11: By the way, I looked at one hell of a
- 30:00Speaker 11: beautiful ass before, Nicki Minaj.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Nicki Minaj.
- 30:05Speaker 10: Am I right?
- 30:08Speaker 2: He put a lot of emphasis on it. He sure is.
- 30:12Speaker 8: What's the likelihood that he makes her press secretary or
- 30:15Speaker 8: something like that?
- 30:17Speaker 16: That's hard to miss.
- 30:20Speaker 2: I think the odds is pretty decently high. I mean,
- 30:23Speaker 2: Nicki Minaj is clearly well-spoken, one of hip-hop's greats. Stand up. Alright, enough.
- 30:33Speaker 2: The Recess Bell on air. We are here on the
- 30:37Speaker 2: voice of Nassau Community College 90.3 WHPC. It is your host,

- 31:00Speaker 2: the hour. But we got to work our way there. Listen,
- 31:06Speaker 2: if you know how show business works, we can't give
- 31:09Speaker 2: you the whole shebang right now. We got to work
- 31:11Speaker 2: you up towards it. You know, we got to tease
- 31:14Speaker 2: before we please, essentially. That's what I'm trying to say.
- 31:18Speaker 3: Pause.
- 31:18Speaker 10: All right.
- 31:19Speaker 2: So that's what it is. Your WHPC weather forecast powered

- 32:40Speaker 9: J.J.
- 32:40Speaker 2: McCarthy, one start in as a New York Giant quarterback.
- 32:43Speaker 2: One win as a New York Giant quarterback. Impressive. The Jets,
- 32:47Speaker 2: not the same vibes. They lost to the worst team
- 32:50Speaker 2: in the NFL. And you know what happens, Corey, when
- 32:53Speaker 2: you lose to the worst team in the NFL? What happens?
- 32:55Speaker 2: You now become the worst team in the NFL. Congratulations,
- 33:01Speaker 2: New York Jets. 28-25, Dolphins shocked the Jets at MetLife Stadium.

- 33:28Speaker 2: 35 points that the Bengals scored all came in the
- 33:30Speaker 2: second half. It's kind of crazy.
- 33:33Speaker 9: It was.
- 33:34Speaker 2: Yo, yo. That was... Yo.
- 33:35Speaker 8: I'm just going to tell you. As somebody who's out...
- 33:39Speaker 8: Because I'm not going to lie.
- 33:40Speaker 2: This weekend.
- 33:42Speaker 8: It's not a good weekend for football for me because
- 33:44Speaker 8: it's like, yo, it's like one of the ones where
- 33:45Speaker 8: it just didn't, like, even in college, it just seemed,
- 33:48Speaker 8: I seemed very distracted, very disinterested. But I'm keeping track
- 33:52Speaker 8: of games. I'm like, oh, Baltimore up 13-7.
- 33:56Speaker 2: Oh, it's good.
- 33:57Speaker 8: Tyler Huntley, you're going to help. At least keep Lamar in, like,
- 34:01Speaker 8: a good distance until he comes back. I come back, like,
- 34:04Speaker 8: I take a nap.
- 34:05Speaker 2: I wake up.
- 34:09Speaker 8: Wait, huh? They still got 13? They didn't score nothing? Yeah,
- 34:15Speaker 8: tough scene over there in Baltimore. Hey, Marlon Humphrey, I'm sorry, brother.
- 34:20Speaker 8: They gonna throw you out the city of Baltimore at
- 34:24Speaker 8: this point.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, Marlon Humphrey, Trump's boy.
- 34:32Speaker 8: It's unfortunate conversations happening right now. Yo, with Lamar being
- 34:37Speaker 8: injured so often... People are starting to turn against me.
- 34:40Speaker 8: I never thought I'd see the day. I never thought
- 34:43Speaker 8: I'd see the day.
- 34:44Speaker 2: That's sports, baby. I mean, you had people turning on
- 34:48Speaker 2: McHale Bridges, too, at one point. I ain't going to
- 34:50Speaker 2: say no names. I don't know who you're talking about.
- 34:54Speaker 2: The New York Knicks got their first win of the season,
- 34:56Speaker 2: like we said. 111-97 over the Detroit Pistons. Carl Anthony Towns,
- 35:03Speaker 2: 27 points, 20 boards. The Brooklyn Nets entered last night
- 35:06Speaker 2: in Boston 0-3, and they dropped to 0-4. Despite a
- 35:09Speaker 2: spirited effort, they lost to a Jason Tatum game winner,
- 35:13Speaker 2: Tatum with 40 points. 40-piece McNugget to get the Celtics
- 35:17Speaker 2: over the Nets last night.
- 35:18Speaker 8: Did you hear about the shade Brian Scalabrini has been
- 35:21Speaker 8: putting on the airwaves for these games?
- 35:23Speaker 2: Yeah, agenda man, man, man, man, man. The Jason Tatum,
- 35:30Speaker 2: Jalen Brown beef is alive and well. Oh, sorry, not beef.
- 35:33Speaker 2: Just a couple lamb chops and some gravy.
- 35:35Speaker 8: It reminds me of that scene from Stop the Yard.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Pork chop with extra gravy.
- 35:45Speaker 10: No doubt.
- 35:46Speaker 2: It's a Sixers-Celtics watch that rivalry this season, and the
- 35:49Speaker 2: Knicks are definitely going to factor in as their defending champions.
- 35:52Speaker 2: I'm not going to lie.
- 35:52Speaker 8: If I don't see nobody getting thrown out the air,
- 35:54Speaker 8: like somebody going off a dunk and somebody pushed out
- 35:56Speaker 8: the air, it ain't real beef. I need that type
- 36:01Speaker 8: of hate. It's been a very negative season so far.
- 36:05Speaker 2: It sure has. We'll get to that more during the
- 36:07Speaker 2: sports report.
- 36:09Speaker 10: You get it.
- 36:11Speaker 2: I got some hockey updates.
- 36:13Speaker 1: Hey, as they say in hockey, let's do that hockey.
- 36:16Speaker 2: The New Jersey Devils, Corey, have won four straight. The
- 36:19Speaker 2: New York Rangers know Igor Shcherkin. He's out for the season.
- 36:23Speaker 2: They've lost three straight. I thought you was going to
- 36:25Speaker 2: have a pop. Yeah, you're trying to say apocalyptic.
- 36:30Speaker 11: Yeah, no.
- 36:31Speaker 2: Igor Shcherkin out for the season. Islanders look to make
- 36:34Speaker 2: it two straight wins. They're at Minnesota this evening. The
- 36:37Speaker 2: Minnesota Wild. Yeah, man. That's your sports update from TRB.
- 36:42Speaker 2: We did that hockey. We sure did. We always do.
- 36:45Speaker 2: I like this music you have playing in the background.
- 36:47Speaker 2: That's that, you know, Burner Boy Afrobeats. Niger boy, Niger boy.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Born and bred.
- 36:52Speaker 8: You know? You represent over here, even though I'm not Nigerian,
- 36:56Speaker 8: but we represent.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Go home, have my jollof rice. How you say it?
- 37:01Speaker 2: Jollof rice. I say, I had a little spike. Jollof, right?
- 37:05Speaker 2: I like that. I'll accept it. Igusi soup as well.
- 37:10Speaker 10: Yeah, I gotta have my moin moin as well.
- 37:13Speaker 2: My puff puff, yo.
- 37:15Speaker 10: Oh, my God.
- 37:16Speaker 2: My mouth's watering right here. What is puff puff? Puff
- 37:18Speaker 2: puff is, like, consider it, like, Dunkin' Donuts munchkins, but, like,
- 37:20Speaker 2: Nigeria spin. Is it valid? It's super valid. Is it valid?
- 37:24Speaker 9: Okay.
- 37:25Speaker 2: After some hot and spicy Nigerian food, get yourself some
- 37:27Speaker 2: puff puff.
- 37:28Speaker 8: Ooh-wee.
- 37:28Speaker 2: So, is it, like, sweet?
- 37:29Speaker 7: Yep.
- 37:30Speaker 9: Mm-hmm.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Do they have, like, anything inside of it? No.
- 37:33Speaker 8: You know how, like, some munchkins have, like, jelly inside?
- 37:36Speaker 2: No, it's just a simple sweet treat. That's all.
- 37:39Speaker 9: Okay.
- 37:40Speaker 8: We might need to do, we might have some video
- 37:42Speaker 8: content coming out of Corey tries foods around the world.
- 37:47Speaker 2: That would be outstanding.
- 37:49Speaker 8: Yo, we could probably get some views off that. Nigeria
- 37:52Speaker 8: is going to be first. We're going to try traditional
- 37:55Speaker 8: Nigerian food first.
- 37:57Speaker 2: I'm with it. Yes, keep it locked on the recess bell.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Once again, the recess bell.com and the recess bell on
- 38:03Speaker 2: social media and the recess bell wherever you get your podcast.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Just search up the recess bell. I just made the
- 38:09Speaker 2: whole connection. There you go. Keep it locked on 90.3
- 38:15Speaker 2: WHPC for the next... Well, to be a company man
- 38:20Speaker 2: real quick, keep it locked on 90.3 WHPC for the
- 38:23Speaker 2: rest of time, if I may be so frank. But,
- 38:27Speaker 2: you know, definitely keep it locked until 8 p.m. because
- 38:31Speaker 2: we have a treat for you, like we said, to
- 38:32Speaker 2: kick off hour number one. We have multiple time, eight
- 38:36Speaker 2: time to be exact. eight-time Emmy Award-winning producer, television producer,
- 38:43Speaker 2: media strategist extraordinaire Michael Cohen, who just so happens to
- 38:47Speaker 2: be serving as alma mater at Queens College and is
- 38:50Speaker 2: teaching a class that Melanie, our girl Melanie, is enrolled in.
- 38:57Speaker 2: And that was a great conversation. So we will bring
- 38:59Speaker 2: that to you once again. Hour number two, that's 7 p.m.
- 39:02Speaker 2: 7 p.m. sharp, all right? If you turn that dial,
- 39:07Speaker 2: you are dope. I don't know what else to say.
- 39:09Speaker 2: It's free game. Corey, you know the phrase, free game.
- 39:12Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 39:13Speaker 2: Like, valuable advice, and we're giving it to you on
- 39:15Speaker 2: these airwaves, these FCC airwaves for the free 99. For
- 39:20Speaker 2: the free ski. For the free ski. Why would you
- 39:22Speaker 2: shut that off? Like, do I got to bully y'all into... Nah,
- 39:27Speaker 2: keep it locked. Don't even try to play with me.
- 39:29Speaker 2: Michael Cohen commentator. up top of the hour. But before that, Corey,
- 39:31Speaker 2: like we said, election season, election day next week. And
- 39:35Speaker 2: you know what that means. Hoopla!
- 39:38Speaker 4: Hoopla!
- 39:39Speaker 11: Mm-hmm.
- 39:40Speaker 2: Sounds like a lot of... Hoopla! Sounds like a lot of.
- 39:45Speaker 4: Hoopla!
- 39:46Speaker 2: Sounds like a... Hoopla!
- 39:54Speaker 10: This is the Recess Bell's News Report, brought to you
- 39:57Speaker 10: by the Recess Bell LLC, the network for creatives. The
- 40:01Speaker 10: voices you are about to hear are not those of
- 40:01Speaker 10: official political analysts, rather just goofballs sitting in a room
- 40:03Speaker 10: discussing politics just like you would at the family table
- 40:05Speaker 10: or with your friends. Please do not hold the voices
- 40:06Speaker 10: you are about to hear to the same standard as
- 40:07Speaker 10: you would official commentators and contributors on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News,
- 40:10Speaker 10: or any other licensed news company.
- 40:14Speaker 2: Missed that disclaimer? We are just two goofballs in a
- 40:17Speaker 2: room discussing the world of politics, and it's heated during
- 40:21Speaker 2: election season. The midterms. If anything we say upsets you,
- 40:26Speaker 2: if anything we say upsets you, please direct your complaints
- 40:29Speaker 2: not to the recess bell. I'm not even on social
- 40:31Speaker 2: media like that no more. What you really want to do,
- 40:34Speaker 2: hit up whpc at ncc.edu and they'll field your complaints
- 40:40Speaker 2: on my behalf and Corey's behalf. All right? Let's get
- 40:45Speaker 2: to it. Let's get right to it, man. So Wednesday...
- 40:52Speaker 2: Last Wednesday, it actually happened while we were on the air.
- 40:57Speaker 2: Donald Trump was at a rally. At a rally. South Carolina.
- 41:02Speaker 2: South Kakalaki. Mm-hmm. Where he, you know, talking about the
- 41:06Speaker 2: lieutenant governor and the governor of South Carolina. Governor of
- 41:10Speaker 2: South Carolina is Nikki Haley. Fact check. And here's Trump.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Here's the lieutenant governor.
- 41:22Speaker 9: And I'd say 90% of the reason I took the governor.
- 41:25Speaker 2: Huh?
- 41:27Speaker 9: I took the governor, I put her over at the
- 41:29Speaker 9: United Nations because I wanted this guy to be.
- 41:31Speaker 2: I wanted this guy to become governor. Now, I don't
- 41:35Speaker 2: know what happened there, but, you know... Public speaking, as
- 41:38Speaker 2: we know, Corey, can be very challenging. Sometimes we slip up. Yeah,
- 41:42Speaker 2: that Mitch McConnell glitch. Yeah, but you want to give
- 41:45Speaker 2: people the benefit of the doubt. We can't all be
- 41:47Speaker 2: batting a thousand in this public speaking space. Even if
- 41:50Speaker 2: you're the president. Me with the A word. Apocalypse. I'm
- 41:55Speaker 2: going to say apocalypse. Yeah, keep it simple, right? Now,
- 42:01Speaker 2: the next day, last Thursday, Trump made another odd noise
- 42:05Speaker 2: at his rally in Greenville, North Carolina. It can't be
- 42:10Speaker 2: as bad as the first one, right? Hopefully not.
- 42:14Speaker 9: If you don't want communists controlling the U.S. Senate, which
- 42:18Speaker 9: is between J... How about the gentleman from a place
- 42:23Speaker 9: called Michigan? He's in there. Jihadist.
- 42:25Speaker 11: He's a jihadist.
- 42:28Speaker 2: Not real. I don't know. I definitely don't know what
- 42:34Speaker 2: happened there. J.
- 42:39Speaker 2: But that's not all, Corey. The odd noises aside. How
- 42:46Speaker 2: do I even lead into this? Sexuality is very fluid, Corey. Yeah.
- 42:54Speaker 10: As you know.
- 42:55Speaker 2: As we all know. We're all allies on this show.
- 42:57Speaker 2: All allies. And you never want to judge anybody for
- 43:01Speaker 2: who they are attracted to sexually, physically, emotionally. Emotionally, some
- 43:06Speaker 2: people are sapiosexuals, attracted to that mind, right? So I
- 43:10Speaker 2: think Donald Trump is in a period of exploration at
- 43:13Speaker 2: the ripe age of 80 years old. We have a
- 43:17Speaker 2: list of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... Incidents? 10, 11!
- 43:23Speaker 2: 11 recent Trump comments of him commenting about the attractiveness
- 43:32Speaker 2: level of Various male candidates, these midterms. Where's my music?
- 43:40Speaker 9: Cool.
- 43:43Speaker 2: All right, so we have Trump talking about Senator John.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Who's dead?
- 43:49Speaker 9: I never did that with a man before. I examined
- 43:53Speaker 9: his ass and then I looked at his shoulders. I
- 43:55Speaker 9: looked at his feet. This guy walks through the door.
- 43:58Speaker 9: I said, look at this beautiful guy.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Representative Mike Collins.
- 44:05Speaker 9: I actually think Mike Collins is a good looking man.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Hey. Rick Jackson.
- 44:14Speaker 9: Rick Jackson's a very handsome, distinguished, beautiful looking guy.
- 44:17Speaker 2: You're sensing a theme here. Greg Dolezal.
- 44:23Speaker 9: Oh, he's a good looking guy. You're not allowed to
- 44:26Speaker 9: say that about women or men anymore. It's the end
- 44:29Speaker 9: of your political career. But he is a good looking guy.
- 44:31Speaker 2: Yeah, Corey, you'll get canceled if you comment on a
- 44:33Speaker 2: man or woman's attractiveness level. You didn't know that? Tim Sheehy.
- 44:39Speaker 9: I wish Tim didn't look that good. You know, he's
- 44:41Speaker 9: a very handsome guy. I don't like handsome guys.
- 44:47Speaker 2: John Husted again.
- 44:48Speaker 9: I started examining his body.
- 44:51Speaker 2: I watched up and down.
- 44:53Speaker 17: I looked at his ass.
- 44:58Speaker 2: Bill Haggerty.
- 45:00Speaker 11: Is he central casting, by the way?
- 45:02Speaker 2: Oh, that's a great compliment. Various Oklahoma studs.
- 45:08Speaker 9: You can't miss a big, strong, handsome.
- 45:12Speaker 11: Oklahoma studs.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Corey, this one's for you. Trump on giant quarterback Jackson Dart. No,
- 45:21Speaker 2: not this curse.
- 45:21Speaker 9: Look at the legs there.
- 45:22Speaker 2: He's this beautiful guy. He's got legs like tree trunks.
- 45:25Speaker 2: The curse, the curse, the curse, the curse video. Oh,
- 45:28Speaker 2: he wasn't done with the football players. Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker.
- 45:33Speaker 2: Handsome guy, by the way. It's usually not my thing,
- 45:36Speaker 2: but he is a good looking sucker.
- 45:38Speaker 8: And now they just hired another kicker. He's not doing
- 45:42Speaker 8: his job.
- 45:43Speaker 2: Trump's like, oh, no. This is my personal favorite. Trump
- 45:47Speaker 2: on deceased golfer Arnold Palmer.
- 45:50Speaker 9: Arnold Palmer was all man when he took showers with
- 45:55Speaker 9: the other pros.
- 45:55Speaker 2: They came out of there.
- 45:56Speaker 9: They said, oh my God, that's unbelievable.
- 46:05Speaker 4: What?
- 46:08Speaker 2: Don't worry, we got more. John Husted for a third time.
- 46:13Speaker 9: And I'm examining his body. And I said, his ass
- 46:19Speaker 9: was like a big piece of muscle. His feet were massive.
- 46:24Speaker 9: His hands, his fingers look like sausages. My hands aren't bad,
- 46:28Speaker 9: but his fingers look like sausages. And then I looked
- 46:33Speaker 9: at his neck and I saw the neck and I
- 46:35Speaker 9: saw the strength. And then I patted him on the
- 46:38Speaker 9: shoulder and I hurt my hand because it was like
- 46:40Speaker 9: hitting a piece of steel.
- 46:43Speaker 2: Now, I promise, that was all within the last seven days.
- 46:49Speaker 2: We're not cheating here. We didn't spread that out over
- 46:52Speaker 2: a couple-month period. That was all in the last week's span. But,
- 46:59Speaker 2: of course, shout-out to the ladies as well. He had
- 47:01Speaker 2: some words for Nicki Minaj, too. It wasn't exclusive to
- 47:05Speaker 2: the men out there. Yeah.
- 47:07Speaker 11: By the way, I looked at one hell of a
- 47:09Speaker 11: beautiful ass before, Nicki Minaj.
- 47:11Speaker 9: That.
- 47:16Speaker 16: That's hard to miss. That's stand up. That's hard to miss. Okay,
- 47:35Speaker 16: I'm going to get back.
- 47:35Speaker 2: To my story.
- 47:36Speaker 11: I hope Nikki wasn't insulted, but we love Nikki. She's
- 47:39Speaker 11: been with us for a long time.
- 47:42Speaker 2: Told that girl to stand up and she stood up.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Stand up.
- 47:46Speaker 16: That's hard to miss.
- 47:51Speaker 2: I love this job sometimes. I do too. We promise hoopla.
- 47:58Speaker 2: We come with the hoopla. I don't lie to you.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Trump gonna always give you a bunch of hoopla. That's
- 48:03Speaker 2: a fact. Hoopla! Oh, man.
- 48:10Speaker 8: He's like the content giving tree. Whenever you are going
- 48:15Speaker 8: through a slump, And you need some content, there's Trump
- 48:22Speaker 8: with the slump buster.
- 48:24Speaker 2: Being a slump buster. I'm proud of him. I don't
- 48:26Speaker 2: know whether it's he's older now and that frontal lobe
- 48:30Speaker 2: isn't working, isn't firing how it used to. But I
- 48:33Speaker 2: encourage everybody to come to terms with their sexuality and
- 48:37Speaker 2: do what makes you comfortable. You don't got to live
- 48:38Speaker 2: in the closet forever. Be you, man. Absolutely. That's what
- 48:43Speaker 2: my guy LaMelo Ball would say.
- 48:44Speaker 4: Be you.
- 48:47Speaker 2: LaMelo Ball Shakespearean? That's a great quote. B.U. Simple but effective.
- 48:53Speaker 2: LaMelo Ball is always good for some quotes. That's a fact.
- 48:57Speaker 8: We do our thing over here at Puma. We know
- 49:03Speaker 8: Trump probably already is probably already associated with Ball FC,
- 49:07Speaker 8: but you know.

- 50:52Speaker 2: first double of the year versus the Detroit Pistons. Remember
- 50:56Speaker 2: the Pistons swept the Knicks last year, but the first
- 50:59Speaker 2: matchup this year. Nick's got some get back. The big bodega. Absolutely.
- 51:04Speaker 2: 27 points. 20 boards for Carl Anthony Towns.
- 51:08Speaker 8: You know what we call that? A twin twin twin.
- 51:11Speaker 2: Yup. Absolutely.
- 51:13Speaker 8: Shout out to Jalen Brunson too.
- 51:15Speaker 2: You know, he did his thing too. Did his thing.
- 51:17Speaker 2: 23 points. Yeah. He actually got the postgame interview on NBC.
- 51:21Speaker 2: Jalen Brunson, how you feel about getting your first win
- 51:23Speaker 2: of the season? Jalen Brunson, how do you feel about
- 51:27Speaker 2: getting your first win of the season? You said the
- 51:29Speaker 2: first few weeks of the season, you'll learn who you
- 51:31Speaker 2: guys are. Who are you? We're the Knicks, actually.
- 51:35Speaker 8: Hey, at least, you know, finally a win because everything
- 51:43Speaker 8: else that's been going on with the Knicks as far
- 51:45Speaker 8: as like a certain owner.
- 51:47Speaker 2: Jimmy D.
- 51:51Speaker 8: You gotta be careful man you know you got spies
- 51:53Speaker 8: everywhere even cyber swabs with it like that's what he's
- 51:56Speaker 8: like yo did he.
- 51:56Speaker 2: Say something about me you know you know one time
- 51:59Speaker 2: i did go through the biometric scan at the garden
- 52:02Speaker 2: uh he you know i say the wrong thing i
- 52:03Speaker 2: might be banned.
- 52:04Speaker 8: Yes oh my god well i would say a lot
- 52:07Speaker 8: of a lot of weird things are coming out about
- 52:09Speaker 8: like yo did you see the report that came out today.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Yeah steven a steven a smith actually reported it friend
- 52:15Speaker 2: of the show How do you do that? Said that
- 52:18Speaker 2: James Dolan is upset at the Knicks players because they
- 52:20Speaker 2: don't want to go to the White House as defending champions.
- 52:25Speaker 2: But that might best win. Well, they don't want Trump
- 52:29Speaker 2: talking about them like this. No, I'm looking at the legs.
- 52:31Speaker 2: He's this beautiful guy. He's got legs like tree trunks.
- 52:36Speaker 2: The things you say about Josh Hart. Oh, no, no.
- 52:42Speaker 8: Can I get a part of that celebration that you
- 52:44Speaker 8: two have on the stage?
- 52:46Speaker 2: And then you did that thing with the thumb. They squeeze.
- 52:53Speaker 11: It.
- 52:53Speaker 2: Shout out to Nick's. The Knicks are in action tonight
- 52:55Speaker 2: in Chicago. They tip off in about 20 minutes. Back-to-back
- 52:59Speaker 2: action for the Knicks.
- 53:00Speaker 8: Just praying everybody's safe. You know, this season is a little...
- 53:03Speaker 8: This season's seeming a little cursed.
- 53:05Speaker 2: Yes, and what Corey is referencing is the injuries across
- 53:09Speaker 2: sports right now. So, injured stars right here. Paolo Bancaro
- 53:16Speaker 2: for the Magic. Jalen Suggs for the Magic. Jalen Williams
- 53:20Speaker 2: and Cason Wallace for the Thunder. Tyrese Halliburton for the Pacers.
- 53:27Speaker 2: Anthony Edwards for the Wolves. Dystopian. It's real dark. You know, that's...
- 53:35Speaker 2: 15 there's a stat 15 of the total players in
- 53:39Speaker 2: the nba are currently on the injury report.
- 53:42Speaker 8: What hey man yo look next one a chip we
- 53:46Speaker 8: we break we break the world.
- 53:47Speaker 2: Yeah everybody you know what happened they were like oh
- 53:49Speaker 2: the next one a chip hell nah trained mad hard
- 53:52Speaker 2: on the offseason wore out their tendons and ligaments and muscles.
- 53:56Speaker 8: I'm not i'm not wishing this on nobody but yo
- 53:58Speaker 8: if bron and um If Bron and Wimby.
- 54:02Speaker 2: Get injured, hey, man. Hey, yo.
- 54:06Speaker 8: We're going to have to start alternating our star players.
- 54:10Speaker 8: Unless they're clearing out the way. Unless they're making a
- 54:12Speaker 8: clear way for us to get that easy chip, the back-to-back.
- 54:15Speaker 2: I don't want no easy chip. I want my guys to.
- 54:18Speaker 8: I just want a chip. I just want another chip. Because, hey, man,
- 54:21Speaker 8: that celebration was fire. Yeah, I see your point. We
- 54:24Speaker 8: do have to run that back.
- 54:25Speaker 2: Let's go, Knicks. Yeah, that was one of the best
- 54:28Speaker 2: nights of my life.
- 54:29Speaker 9: Huh.
- 54:30Speaker 2: Yeah, we was out in Midtown. Oh, man. Speaking of championships,
- 54:34Speaker 2: shout out to the World Series. Got some drama last night.
- 54:40Speaker 2: So in the 12th inning, that's where the magic happened.
- 54:42Speaker 2: Cooper Pratt for the Brewers hit a go-ahead home run,
- 54:45Speaker 2: but the Brewers up 3-2. But the Rays answered with
- 54:47Speaker 2: two in the bottom of the night, excuse me, bottom
- 54:49Speaker 2: of the 12th and extras. To salvage their season, the
- 54:53Speaker 2: Brewers now lead the World Series three games to one.
- 54:56Speaker 2: And game five is tonight, so we might have a
- 54:57Speaker 2: champion crowned. in the, I was about to say the MLB.
- 55:04Speaker 2: The MLB. We might have a champion crown tonight in
- 55:08Speaker 2: Major League Baseball. So we'll see. We shall. What else
- 55:14Speaker 2: do I have? Oh yeah, Pat McAfee. What's going on
- 55:16Speaker 2: with Mr. ESPN? President of Frat Boy Media. So, Pat
- 55:24Speaker 2: McAfee was bothered about Obviously, college game day was at
- 55:28Speaker 2: the University of Utah. They tore all these campuses for
- 55:31Speaker 2: the big games, big college football games. They touched down
- 55:35Speaker 2: in Utah.
- 55:36Speaker 9: And....
- 55:38Speaker 2: Cora, I'm going to play this video and give me
- 55:40Speaker 2: an honest opinion from a scale of 1 to 10
- 55:42Speaker 2: how offensive this is. Let's listen in. I'm ready. Give
- 55:46Speaker 2: me your best Pat McAfee impression. I'd say like Pat McAfee,
- 55:49Speaker 2: he's going to say a corny line. He's going to
- 55:50Speaker 2: be like, Houston, we got a problem. Give me the
- 55:54Speaker 2: Utah Utes.
- 55:55Speaker 4: Yeah!
- 56:02Speaker 9: I would actually spend my money on the odds of
- 56:04Speaker 9: Pat ripping his shirt off this morning.
- 56:07Speaker 2: I'm not ripping off my shirt. Bro, Pat. Bro, Pat, Pat, Pat. Pat,
- 56:10Speaker 2: we love you, bro. But, like, bro, keep the shirt on.
- 56:12Speaker 2: No one's trying to see that. Like, we don't care.
- 56:14Speaker 2: These are college kids, bro. Like, keep your shirt on, homie.
- 56:18Speaker 4: Go!
- 56:20Speaker 2: Pat McAfee impression. I can't do that one. Okay, scale
- 56:24Speaker 2: of 1 to 10. If you were Pat McAfee, how
- 56:26Speaker 2: offended would you be at that sound? If it was me?
- 56:30Speaker 9: Yes.
- 56:31Speaker 2: Zero.
- 56:33Speaker 4: I agree.
- 56:36Speaker 2: Let's see how Pat McAfee actually felt. Let's hear his reaction.
- 56:41Speaker 17: You know, I'm getting a lot of shrapnel from a
- 56:42Speaker 17: lot of places. The university is putting this out. That
- 56:46Speaker 17: is something I just had never experienced really in my
- 56:49Speaker 17: entire life.
- 56:50Speaker 2: So it kind of sent me off a little bit.
- 56:52Speaker 17: It made me feel a little bit weird. I would
- 56:54Speaker 17: say it made me feel a little bit weird. And
- 56:56Speaker 17: then I thought to myself, has anything like really scary
- 56:59Speaker 17: happened at like a college level? gathering in the state
- 57:02Speaker 17: of Utah recently. Like, do we think we should be
- 57:05Speaker 17: amplifying reasons for why people hate my guts as a university?
- 57:09Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 57:09Speaker 17: So it was just, it was a lot of mixed
- 57:12Speaker 17: feelings for me going out there. And then obviously the
- 57:15Speaker 17: kicker goes only $ 1 million, only $ 1 million. It's like,
- 57:19Speaker 17: all right, I hate this place. I hate this place.
- 57:22Speaker 2: So he, yes, you didn't mishear that. So he was saying, oh,
- 57:26Speaker 2: I'm so offended by this softball video. It made me
- 57:30Speaker 2: feel crazy because didn't something crazy happen in Utah? Yes.
- 57:34Speaker 2: He's referencing what you think he's referencing. Yes. That is
- 57:41Speaker 2: such a leap. It's unreal. I had to go for it.
- 57:44Speaker 6: Yo.
- 57:45Speaker 12: Yo.
- 57:46Speaker 2: This is probably the first time I'm going to say
- 57:47Speaker 2: something like this.
- 57:50Speaker 8: That's disrespectful to Charlie Kirk. There was people who actually
- 57:58Speaker 8: hated him with a page. They just throwing you little
- 58:01Speaker 8: softball stuff, man.
- 58:04Speaker 2: You know what's funny about the Pat McAfee thing? Why
- 58:06Speaker 2: is it always the frat boy, masculine, tough? We hate you, snowflakes.
- 58:12Speaker 2: They can dish it out all they want, but they
- 58:15Speaker 2: cannot take it. We just played the sound. Go with you.
- 58:20Speaker 2: Pat McAfee, keep your shirt on, bro. We don't want
- 58:23Speaker 2: to see. That's not offensive. Who gets offended by that?
- 58:26Speaker 8: Is it offensive that kids don't want to see a
- 58:28Speaker 8: 40-plus-year-old man's body and pulse?
- 58:32Speaker 2: Insane. Like, yo, chill out. Keep the kids safe, man.
- 58:37Speaker 2: We're not trying to see that. Keep the kids safe.
- 58:41Speaker 2: That's a fact. We always agree with that statement. Yeah,
- 58:43Speaker 2: it's a fact. Yeah, a lot of body talk between Trump.
- 58:48Speaker 11: And I'm examining his body.
- 58:49Speaker 8: Hey, if I'm correct, weren't they on the same flight? Like,
- 58:53Speaker 8: wasn't they on the Air Force One like a couple
- 58:55Speaker 8: weeks ago? Yeah, they're a little chummy. Pat McAfee and Trump.
- 58:59Speaker 2: Yeah. Corey, I uncovered some more uncomfortable body talk drops.
- 59:07Speaker 13: Oh, no.
- 59:07Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 59:08Speaker 9: So.
- 59:10Speaker 2: Yeah, we played the one with Nicki Minaj earlier during
- 59:14Speaker 2: the news report.
- 59:15Speaker 11: By the way, I looked at one hell of a
- 59:17Speaker 11: beautiful ass before. Nicki Minaj.
- 59:19Speaker 2: That's hard to miss. Oh, it's okay. Minaj.
- 59:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 59:23Speaker 2: It sounded like he slurred that a little bit. Like, Minaj. Yeah,
- 59:27Speaker 2: he definitely did.
- 59:29Speaker 3: Okay.
- 59:30Speaker 2: AOC, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. What do you have for us?
- 59:37Speaker 7: Look at that big ass.
- 59:38Speaker 2: Look at that big, juicy booty.
- 59:41Speaker 16: What?
- 59:42Speaker 2: What?
- 59:45Speaker 7: Look at that big ass.
- 59:48Speaker 8: What?
- 59:50Speaker 2: What is happening?
- 59:51Speaker 7: Look at that big ass.
- 59:52Speaker 2: Look at that big, juicy booty. I have something from
- 59:56Speaker 2: Funk Flex. Now, I don't even know what this is.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: I'm scared to play it. She's going to bring that
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: fatty right out there. Fellas, you know you want to
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: see that. Get your ticket. I'd get front row for iSpice.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: You might get splashed. Hey, yo.
- 1:00:11Speaker 13: Hey, yo.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: Oh, man. These people on air, too. Like, yo. It's
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: kind of wild. It's kind of wild. What? He said
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: that on FCC Airwaves. What do you mean by that?
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: I don't want to know. That's your quote-unquote sports report.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: I do have one more last thing to say. Yeah,
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: what's up? Got some unfortunate news today.
- 1:00:41Speaker 8: This will be the last season for Ernie Johnson inside
- 1:00:45Speaker 8: the NBA.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: Man, give it up.
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: You know.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: Legend. Legend. You know what, man?
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: He served us for over 30 plus years, and he
- 1:00:56Speaker 8: gets to finally go out on his own, you know,
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: do what he wants.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: And I've seen a lot of other people's emotions. You
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: know what I'm emotional about?
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: Because I'm wondering, who owns, what station puts out the
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: inside of the NBA?
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: Tell everybody. ESPN.
- 1:01:12Speaker 10: Uh-huh, uh-huh.

- 1:01:36Speaker 6: and banging. When a guy's banging you, You spin off
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: of him. Those are the worst defenders to play against, actually.
- 1:01:44Speaker 10: Uh-huh.
