- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York. He still Mark
- 0:04Speaker 1: Simon Show on seven tenor.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Hey, there's a lot going on, a lot of Epstein's
- 0:13Speaker 2: stuff swirling around here. That's pretty interesting. We'll get to that.
- 0:16Speaker 2: We'll get to We'll get to Mom Donnie. Tomorrow he
- 0:20Speaker 2: meets with President Trump in the Oval Office. Both sides
- 0:25Speaker 2: acknowledge it was Mom Donnie that asked for the meeting
- 0:29Speaker 2: with President Trump. They'll meet in the Oval Office. Is
- 0:33Speaker 2: going to be very very interesting, most likely like you
- 0:37Speaker 2: did with Zelensky. Cameras will be allowed in there to
- 0:41Speaker 2: watch this. They'll have a big discussion in front of
- 0:43Speaker 2: the cameras and then probably a private one. So we'll
- 0:48Speaker 2: get to that. We'll get to Jimmy Kimmel and Trump
- 0:52Speaker 2: at war again. Kimmel apparently has learned absolutely nothing from
- 0:59Speaker 2: his being banked off the air, or he just got
- 1:02Speaker 2: even cockier over it getting back on the air. But
- 1:06Speaker 2: he made up a whole bunch of crap last night
- 1:09Speaker 2: and just spewed it out on television. Now, the one
- 1:12Speaker 2: guy that's got no Epstein problem is Donald Trump, because
- 1:15Speaker 2: in two thousand and four he found out about Epstein
- 1:18Speaker 2: and the young girls threw him the hell out of
- 1:20Speaker 2: mar A Lago, banned him from the club, and never
- 1:22Speaker 2: spoke to him again. Everybody knows this. There were witnesses
- 1:27Speaker 2: to all of this. If you read the Epstein texts,
- 1:30Speaker 2: emails that have all come out, he acknowledges he hasn't
- 1:34Speaker 2: he hasn't spoken to Trump in a million years. Trump
- 1:38Speaker 2: said it was two thousand and four the last time
- 1:40Speaker 2: he spoke to him, and then cut him off, broke
- 1:42Speaker 2: up with him, got rid of him, never spoke to
- 1:44Speaker 2: him again. So for twenty one years Trump has had
- 1:48Speaker 2: nothing to do with Epstein. But during those twenty one years,
- 1:52Speaker 2: Democrats got themselves all tangled up with Epstein. They're very,
- 1:57Speaker 2: very very close to Epsteins has already had his whole
- 2:01Speaker 2: public life canceled as a result of his very close
- 2:05Speaker 2: relationship with Epstein. He got this crazy congresswoman who's all
- 2:08Speaker 2: tangled up with Epstein. But you could so if these
- 2:12Speaker 2: files come out, and looks like they will, and it
- 2:14Speaker 2: could be as soon as tomorrow night stuff starts coming out,
- 2:18Speaker 2: you're going to have a Democrats with a huge problem.
- 2:21Speaker 2: So Jimmy Kimmel goes on the air last night and
- 2:24Speaker 2: starts claiming that Donald Trump is terrified of Hurricane Epstein
- 2:31Speaker 2: that's coming to wipe him out. It was an absolutely
- 2:35Speaker 2: crazy thing to say. No, if you're a Kimmel viewer,
- 2:38Speaker 2: you're probably not that bright, so you're actually believing all
- 2:42Speaker 2: of this crazy nonsense that kim Old is talking about.
- 2:46Speaker 2: So there's Kimmel saying, Hurricane Epstein is going to take
- 2:50Speaker 2: down Donald Trump, It's going to wipe him out. Well,
- 2:52Speaker 2: the one thing you can see in all these Epstein files,
- 2:54Speaker 2: you know, his estate has already released all the texts,
- 2:59Speaker 2: not all of them, but a lot of the texts
- 3:00Speaker 2: and emails that they have, And there's one thing you
- 3:01Speaker 2: can see in those texts that there's no Donald Trump
- 3:05Speaker 2: for twenty one years. But there's a lot of Democrats.
- 3:07Speaker 2: He got this crazy congresswoman Plasket, who was so close
- 3:15Speaker 2: to Epstein that during congressional hearings where she was one
- 3:19Speaker 2: of the people on the committee that was going to
- 3:20Speaker 2: do the questioning, she sent Epstein a special video link
- 3:26Speaker 2: so that he alone could see the hearings live and
- 3:30Speaker 2: then text her things to say, coach here on what
- 3:34Speaker 2: to ask and as the witnesses were talking before it
- 3:38Speaker 2: was going to come to her for questions Epstein would
- 3:40Speaker 2: send her info and then she would be texting back, well,
- 3:44Speaker 2: what should I do with this guy? What should I
- 3:45Speaker 2: ask this guy? And it looks ridiculous. What is this congresswoman?
- 3:49Speaker 2: This is recently just before he just before he died.
- 3:53Speaker 2: What is she doing so close to Epstein texting back
- 3:56Speaker 2: and forth? This is after Epstein was convicted, This is
- 3:59Speaker 2: after Epstein was in prison. This was after Epstein is
- 4:03Speaker 2: a registered sex offender. Now this crazy Jamie Raskin, he's
- 4:08Speaker 2: that really left wing kook is defending Plasket, saying she
- 4:12Speaker 2: did nothing wrong.
- 4:13Speaker 3: They want to arrang her on some charges based on
- 4:17Speaker 3: a newspaper article that she did something lawful, however ill advised.
- 4:22Speaker 3: It may have been she took a phone call from
- 4:24Speaker 3: one of her constituents.
- 4:28Speaker 2: That's how they explained it. A constituent happened to call me.
- 4:32Speaker 2: First of all, it wasn't a phone call. She had
- 4:35Speaker 2: sent him a live link, a link so he could
- 4:37Speaker 2: watch the hearing live. It wasn't on television, special link
- 4:41Speaker 2: for him. And then she was texting back and forth
- 4:44Speaker 2: with them all during the hearings. So she's on CNN
- 4:47Speaker 2: last night with Wolf Blitzer and two CNN anchors. They're
- 4:50Speaker 2: gonna grill her about this, but it's totally corrupt CNN.
- 4:54Speaker 2: She's a Democrat, so they let her spew this ridiculous
- 4:57Speaker 2: explanation and they just not like heads whatever she says,
- 5:01Speaker 2: no matter how silly it is the excuse, They're just
- 5:04Speaker 2: nodding and nodding. Can you mention if there's a Republican
- 5:06Speaker 2: I think they just nod. Listen to Plasket explain why
- 5:10Speaker 2: she was texting back and forth with Epstein to Epstein
- 5:13Speaker 2: had what property in the Virgin Islands?
- 5:15Speaker 4: Right?
- 5:15Speaker 5: Yes?
- 5:15Speaker 6: What was your relationship with Epstein?
- 5:17Speaker 4: So, Jeffrey Epstein was a constituent. He was a resident
- 5:21Speaker 4: of the Virgin Islands, lived there, I guess more than
- 5:24Speaker 4: half of the year because he was registered there. I
- 5:27Speaker 4: had received donations from him. After the last investigation came out,
- 5:33Speaker 4: which was after this texting. I gave any donations that
- 5:37Speaker 4: I previously received from them to women's organizations and did
- 5:42Speaker 4: not have any contact with him. But like many constituents,
- 5:45Speaker 4: individuals get your phone number, they text you about issues,
- 5:49Speaker 4: they speak with you. I have spoken with him about
- 5:53Speaker 4: issues that are relevant, things that are going on in
- 5:55Speaker 4: the Virgin Islands and elsewhere. Around the country.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Now again, these are two CNN idiot it's Wolf Blitzer
- 6:00Speaker 2: and the woman, and they're just nodding.
- 6:03Speaker 7: Uh huh.
- 6:09Speaker 2: If that were Republican, they would be all over her.
- 6:12Speaker 2: But they're just nodding. They don't say, wait a minute,
- 6:15Speaker 2: what other constituents have your phone number? Tell us some
- 6:18Speaker 2: other constituents that can text you live during hearings and
- 6:21Speaker 2: give you questions to ask. It's absolutely ridiculous. You have representative,
- 6:26Speaker 2: you have a congressman. Can you text them during the hearings?
- 6:29Speaker 2: Do they text you back? So the whole thing is ridiculous.
- 6:33Speaker 2: These Democrats are going to have a real problem. It's
- 6:35Speaker 2: going to come out that they're all tangled up with Epstein,
- 6:39Speaker 2: not just the Clintons, but all these people you didn't
- 6:41Speaker 2: know about. Hakim Jeffries is going to have an Epstein problem.
- 6:44Speaker 2: In fact, from now on, let's call him Hakim Jeffries Epstein.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Hakim Jeffries Epstein, he was apparently looking for. Epstein was
- 6:52Speaker 2: a big Democratic donator donator. He's like ninety two percent
- 6:56Speaker 2: of his donations went to Democrats. Now, he was in
- 7:01Speaker 2: the middle of New York City where it's mostly Democratic politicians,
- 7:04Speaker 2: but there's plenty of Republicans around and they never went
- 7:07Speaker 2: near Epstein. He was a guy just right in checks,
- 7:09Speaker 2: left and right. That Epstein was a good looking guy
- 7:13Speaker 2: and he I was gonna say charming, It wasn't that charming.
- 7:18Speaker 2: He just looked good, he dressed well, but he didn't
- 7:21Speaker 2: have that much personality. He just had a massive checkbook
- 7:24Speaker 2: and he just threw money at everybody, anybody and everybody.
- 7:28Speaker 2: He donated tons of money to your charity or campaign,
- 7:32Speaker 2: whatever you needed. So Democrats were all over this guy,
- 7:36Speaker 2: and one of them was Hakim Jeffries. His team going
- 7:38Speaker 2: to Epstein over and over asking for donations. Here's the
- 7:42Speaker 2: committee chairman comer on that.
- 7:45Speaker 8: Haquem Jeffries campaign was soliciting donations from Epstein. They called
- 7:50Speaker 8: Haquem Jeffries the Baroque of Brooklyn and that Hakuem Jeffries
- 7:55Speaker 8: could have a private meeting with Epstein if Epstein wanted,
- 8:01Speaker 8: but they really wanted his full financial support.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Yeah, so the Hakeem Jeffreys team is begging Jeffrey Epstein
- 8:09Speaker 2: for donations, and they said, we'll take you to a
- 8:11Speaker 2: private dinner, you can meet him alone, you can have
- 8:14Speaker 2: private time. This is out Loja hakem. Jeffries was back then.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Epstein never took him up, sent a check, but he'd
- 8:21Speaker 2: no interest in sitting down with him. But they all
- 8:24Speaker 2: have this problem, Chuck Schumer. Chuck Schumer's got a lot
- 8:27Speaker 2: of Epstein donations. How is he going to explain this?
- 8:29Speaker 9: This is not an invitation for Donald Trump to pick
- 8:32Speaker 9: and choose his version of the truth. This bill is
- 8:36Speaker 9: a command for the President to be fully transparent, to
- 8:39Speaker 9: come fully clean, and to provide full honesty to the
- 8:41Speaker 9: American people, even if he doesn't want to.
- 8:46Speaker 2: The Democrats have tried to respond to this. One of
- 8:51Speaker 2: them is that crazy Jasmine Crockett. So she put out
- 8:54Speaker 2: a big, blockbuster bombshell that you know what, Lee he
- 9:00Speaker 2: Zelden took money from Jeffrey Epstein, the wonderful EPA chairman,
- 9:05Speaker 2: Lee Zelden from Long Island, Nice Lee Zelden, He took
- 9:10Speaker 2: money from Jeffrey Epstein. Jasmine Crockett released the news. Well,
- 9:17Speaker 2: turns out he did, but it wasn't that Jeffrey Epstein.
- 9:21Speaker 2: It was a doctor, Jeffrey Epstein who lives on Long Island.
- 9:24Speaker 2: You know, you never stop to think about this. It's
- 9:26Speaker 2: kind of a common name around here, Jeffrey Epstein, and
- 9:29Speaker 2: if you google it, there's four hundred Jeffrey Epstein's on
- 9:31Speaker 2: Long Island. So a guy named Jeffrey Epstein, doctor Jeffrey Epstein,
- 9:36Speaker 2: had sent the donation to lee Zelden. But it wasn't
- 9:38Speaker 2: that Jeffrey Epstein you're thinking about. Hey, you know, I
- 9:41Speaker 2: just realized these are other Jeffrey Epstein's. Hey, they must
- 9:44Speaker 2: have a real problem with this name. So Jasmine Crockett,
- 9:48Speaker 2: this imbecile. He's on CNN. She said it was Jeffrey
- 9:54Speaker 2: Epstein that gave the donation, and it was not the
- 9:57Speaker 2: same one. It was a different one. Now listen to
- 9:59Speaker 2: her double talk her way out of this stupid thing
- 10:02Speaker 2: she made. She won't admit she made a mistake. She
- 10:06Speaker 2: just words salads it.
- 10:07Speaker 10: You talked about Republicans taking money from a Jeffrey Epstein.
- 10:10Speaker 10: Here's what you said, who.
- 10:17Speaker 11: Also took money from somebody named Jeffrey Epstein. As I
- 10:21Speaker 11: had my team digging very quickly, met Romney, the NRCC,
- 10:27Speaker 11: Lee Zelden, George bush Win, Red McCain.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Yes, she's getting this all wrong, totally wrong, Lazi, totally wrong.
- 10:37Speaker 10: You mentioned Lezelden there, he's now a cabinet secretary. He
- 10:40Speaker 10: responded and said it was actually a doctor, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 10:43Speaker 10: who's a doctor that doesn't have any relation to the
- 10:45Speaker 10: convicted sex truncker. I'm fortunate for that doctor, but that
- 10:48Speaker 10: is who do it into a prior campaign of his.
- 10:51Speaker 10: Do you want to correct the record on the people
- 10:53Speaker 10: that I never said that it was that Jeffrey Epstein,
- 10:55Speaker 10: so that people understand.
- 10:56Speaker 12: When you make a donation, your picture is not there
- 11:00Speaker 12: to spring this on us in real time. I wanted
- 11:03Speaker 12: the Republicans to think about what could potentially happen because
- 11:05Speaker 12: I knew that they didn't even try to go through
- 11:08Speaker 12: the FEC. So my team what they did is they googled,
- 11:10Speaker 12: and that is specifically why I said a Jeffrey Epstein.
- 11:13Speaker 12: Unlike Republicans, I at least don't go out and just
- 11:16Speaker 12: tell lies because it was not the same one. That's fine,
- 11:20Speaker 12: But when Lee Zelden had something to.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Say, so she goes on and on and on trying
- 11:24Speaker 2: to claim she didn't lie. And that's the dumbest excuse
- 11:27Speaker 2: I've ever heard. I didn't say it was the Jeffrey Epstein.
- 11:29Speaker 2: I said it was a Jeffrey Epstein. Well, it turns
- 11:31Speaker 2: out none of that's true. She's just said it's Jeffrey Epstein.
- 11:34Speaker 2: So they're going to have a huge problem when this
- 11:36Speaker 2: comes out. A lot of Democrats are going to be
- 11:38Speaker 2: in big, big trouble. But the point of this was
- 11:41Speaker 2: Jimmy Kimmel lying again to the audience, just out and
- 11:43Speaker 2: out lying to the audience that Hurricane Epstein Trump is bracing.
- 11:49Speaker 2: It's going to be the worst thing in the world.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Trump putting out all kinds of statements. Why does ABC
- 11:53Speaker 2: News keep fake news Jimmy Kimmel on the air, no talent,
- 11:58Speaker 2: poor ratings, It's a very good question to ask, why
- 12:01Speaker 2: do TV syndicates put up with it? It's a very
- 12:04Speaker 2: good question. If the guy has no ratings, if he's
- 12:07Speaker 2: in the last place in very few viewers, and he's
- 12:10Speaker 2: lying all the time, why would you keep it on
- 12:12Speaker 2: the air, Why would you do it? It doesn't make
- 12:16Speaker 2: much sense. So, and if you're Kimmel, why would you
- 12:21Speaker 2: Is he lying, just out and out lying, or is
- 12:23Speaker 2: he that stupid that he actually believes this stuff? You
- 12:26Speaker 2: know a lot of these people believe this stuff. You
- 12:29Speaker 2: just keep saying over and over again, Trump, Epstein, Trump
- 12:32Speaker 2: Epstein Trumps, and they start to believe that there was
- 12:34Speaker 2: a connection between Trump and Epstein. They actually convinced themselves
- 12:37Speaker 2: of this. There's another thing going on right now about
- 12:40Speaker 2: there's all these fake polls being put out. You know,
- 12:42Speaker 2: they can really rig these public polls. They oversample democrats,
- 12:47Speaker 2: or they use the wrong demographics, or they don't use
- 12:51Speaker 2: likely voters, they use adults, which means you can pick
- 12:53Speaker 2: anybody you want, like you go to a protest rally,
- 12:56Speaker 2: do the survey there. But all these public poles are
- 13:00Speaker 2: coming out Trump underwater in big trouble on the economy
- 13:04Speaker 2: thirty eight percent, So they still support him. That's it.
- 13:08Speaker 2: And if you read the stories are printing about these poles,
- 13:12Speaker 2: inflation raging. Here's another one, inflation out of control. Inflation's
- 13:18Speaker 2: two point five percent. That's pretty good. Under Biden it
- 13:22Speaker 2: was five percent, and one point it hit nine percent.
- 13:24Speaker 2: There was not a word about inflation. He's cut inflation
- 13:28Speaker 2: in half in just the first year that he took office,
- 13:31Speaker 2: second year eleven down even more. But they'll just keep
- 13:34Speaker 2: doing this stuff and printing these fake poles and printing
- 13:37Speaker 2: these outrageous headlines, and eventually people start to think there's
- 13:41Speaker 2: a huge inflation crisis that's out of control. Not the
- 13:43Speaker 2: case at all. So tomorrow Mabdani goes to the White
- 13:48Speaker 2: House to meet with President Trump. Now we'll see who's
- 13:51Speaker 2: on the couch with Trump. Will jd vanceby there? Will
- 13:54Speaker 2: he jump in a little bit of an attack dog
- 13:57Speaker 2: like he was with Zelenski? You know, sometimes Trump uses
- 14:01Speaker 2: him to do that good cop bad cop stuff. Who
- 14:04Speaker 2: will Mam Donnie bring with him? The wonet think about
- 14:07Speaker 2: Trump when he invites you to a meeting or invite
- 14:08Speaker 2: you to White House, a lot of times he'll say,
- 14:09Speaker 2: you know, you'll get these invitations. It will say come
- 14:11Speaker 2: to lunch, come to the White House meetings, and bring
- 14:14Speaker 2: whoever you want. So I'm sure Mam Donnie got one
- 14:18Speaker 2: of those. So we'll see who goes with him. It'll
- 14:21Speaker 2: be interesting to see who he wants to be with
- 14:23Speaker 2: him in the Trump meeting. Trump has said, actually, where's
- 14:28Speaker 2: the announcement here, even when he announced the whole thing
- 14:31Speaker 2: on truth. So so this is how he wrote it.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Communist Mayor of New York City zoron quame. Mam Donni
- 14:38Speaker 2: has asked for a meeting. We have agreed the meeting
- 14:41Speaker 2: will take place Friday, November twenty first details to follow,
- 14:44Speaker 2: but he calls him communist mayor of New York. He
- 14:48Speaker 2: has said about him though, he said the guy's got
- 14:52Speaker 2: good political skills. He said he's slick. He's a good talker. Now,
- 14:59Speaker 2: a couple of things are happening, you know, mom, Donnie
- 15:01Speaker 2: is starting to backtrack a lot. He's going to keep
- 15:06Speaker 2: Jessica Tish as the police commissioner. That's a good sign.
- 15:09Speaker 2: And this is not getting a lot of attention, but
- 15:12Speaker 2: he's quietly backtracking on a lot of stuff. Yesterday, he
- 15:15Speaker 2: did say the NYPD should respond to domestic violence incidents.
- 15:21Speaker 2: You know, this is the one where he wanted the
- 15:22Speaker 2: social workers. So apparently this is part of the agreement
- 15:25Speaker 2: with Jessica Tish. He's now saying police should respond to
- 15:29Speaker 2: domestic violence incidents and he's kind of counting people. Well,
- 15:34Speaker 2: that has not been part of the proposal we put
- 15:36Speaker 2: forward over there, so he's backtracking on that now. Apparently
- 15:39Speaker 2: in the meeting with Tish, what did happen was he
- 15:42Speaker 2: started to agree on things with her. You know, we'll
- 15:44Speaker 2: let the police do what the police do. My crazy
- 15:47Speaker 2: stuff about the social workers and all that, will do
- 15:49Speaker 2: that separately in another place, and he's going to create
- 15:52Speaker 2: a Department of Community Safety, So all his socialist, crazy
- 15:57Speaker 2: left wing kookie nonsense, a worker's handling, he'll do it
- 16:01Speaker 2: in that department and leave the NYPD alone. So that's
- 16:04Speaker 2: good news. He is backtracking a little. And you know,
- 16:08Speaker 2: I've always been saying maybe he's I mean, we think
- 16:11Speaker 2: he's a con man. Maybe he's been counting the left,
- 16:14Speaker 2: you know, this whole socialism stuff, because people are starting
- 16:17Speaker 2: to notice he's begging for money. He's got a transition,
- 16:21Speaker 2: a team, a transition committee, and you can donate to
- 16:24Speaker 2: a transition. But he's raised a million dollars for you know,
- 16:28Speaker 2: a local New York City transition. That's about all you need.
- 16:32Speaker 2: But he's running more ads all over social media everywhere,
- 16:36Speaker 2: begging for more money. This is after he's raised a million,
- 16:39Speaker 2: which is more than he's ever going to need. He's
- 16:41Speaker 2: still begging for money, telling supporters, you know, we got
- 16:46Speaker 2: to please donate, we need morey what happened to everything's
- 16:49Speaker 2: going to be free? So apparently this ridiculous, out of
- 16:54Speaker 2: control money begging might be a sign of things to come.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Maybe he's just in there to get rich and prosper
- 17:00Speaker 2: and who knows, who knows what this guy's really up to. Hey,
- 17:03Speaker 2: by the way, his free bus is nonsense. If you
- 17:06Speaker 2: look at New York City buses as they are driving around,
- 17:09Speaker 2: when they open the doors, you know they have that
- 17:11Speaker 2: sign with the letter. You know, they can put up
- 17:14Speaker 2: whatever they wanted to say. Usually it says this bus
- 17:17Speaker 2: headed to one hundred and eighty nine. Most of these
- 17:20Speaker 2: buses now have to put up on that sign fair required.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Apparently these idiotic left wing democrats think it's already free,
- 17:28Speaker 2: so on the buses they have to put up this
- 17:30Speaker 2: sign fair required, Fair required. Hey, we'll take some calls.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Next eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is
- 17:37Speaker 2: the number eight hundred three to two one zero seven
- 17:41Speaker 2: ten in Mark.
- 17:42Speaker 1: On Demand by setting a preset for his podcast on
- 17:45Speaker 1: the iHeartRadio app. Now back to Mark Simone.
- 17:49Speaker 13: On wor.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to uh Jacob
- 17:56Speaker 2: in Queen's Jacob. How you doing?
- 17:58Speaker 14: Hey, good money good? Every time I moved in New
- 18:03Speaker 14: York City, every apartment I got, I get like you did,
- 18:06Speaker 14: five and ten voter stuff for the people who used
- 18:09Speaker 14: to live there. This year they made it change, so
- 18:12Speaker 14: they put a barcode on. So it used to be
- 18:13Speaker 14: if let's say someone wants to vote on someone else's name,
- 18:16Speaker 14: when it used to be the paper mass that you
- 18:17Speaker 14: would come there and.
- 18:18Speaker 2: They would.
- 18:20Speaker 14: They would look up your name in a book. You know,
- 18:22Speaker 14: you have to memorize the name now as a barcode.
- 18:24Speaker 14: So they send out before election, they actually send up
- 18:27Speaker 14: a booklet with a barcode and you come there and
- 18:30Speaker 14: they scan it and write away the name and the
- 18:32Speaker 14: address all populated. So you have now a situation where
- 18:35Speaker 14: we have millions of these booklets being mailed they have
- 18:38Speaker 14: before elections, and the people don't even live there, and
- 18:42Speaker 14: anybody can just go with all these bookloads and vote.
- 18:44Speaker 14: You don't even need to memorize the name or anything.
- 18:46Speaker 2: And oh yeah, no, we have the world's sloppiest voting
- 18:49Speaker 2: system here in New York City deliberately for a lot
- 18:51Speaker 2: of reasons. It allows for a lot of shenanigans to
- 18:54Speaker 2: go on. Let's go to Mike and Saint James, Mike,
- 18:57Speaker 2: how you doing good?
- 18:59Speaker 4: Walk?
- 19:01Speaker 6: When they want to terminate a late nick comedian host,
- 19:05Speaker 6: don't they have to worry about paying him full length
- 19:09Speaker 6: of his contract.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Yeah, but the Kimmel's contract is just about up. They
- 19:14Speaker 2: did this with Colbert. His contract still goes till May,
- 19:16Speaker 2: so you got to pay off the last year. But
- 19:18Speaker 2: they don't mind doing that. You can pay him off.
- 19:22Speaker 2: But if he's causing you problems, if he's costing you
- 19:25Speaker 2: trouble with the FCC, if he's causing you trouble with sponsors, boycotts,
- 19:29Speaker 2: it's worth paying the guy off. Look at Megan Kelly.
- 19:31Speaker 2: How many times has she been paid off to leave early?
- 19:34Speaker 2: I think she's made a total of thirty millions getting
- 19:37Speaker 2: paid off by various networks to leave. It's a good
- 19:40Speaker 2: business to be and getting paid to leave. Let's go
- 19:43Speaker 2: to Mike in Florida. Mike, how you doing, Good morning, Mark, Yes, Mike.
- 19:48Speaker 15: Isn't it a little bit ironic that Jeffrey Epstein was
- 19:50Speaker 15: a resident of the Virgin Islands.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Well, he had an island that he bought somewhere. And
- 19:59Speaker 2: you've got to be really a bad guy if you
- 20:00Speaker 2: need to do it on an island, a private island.
- 20:03Speaker 15: So, you know, I wanted to say that I have
- 20:06Speaker 15: a friend and I hear pundits say that, you know,
- 20:08Speaker 15: why does Trump have to fight these personal battles, you know,
- 20:12Speaker 15: with Jimmy Kimmel or mon whoever. And it's like, because
- 20:15Speaker 15: he's the only one who does it, his party doesn't
- 20:18Speaker 15: defend him the way the Democrat parties would defend any Democrat.
- 20:22Speaker 15: Don't be Jasmine Crockett, you know, the one, you know,
- 20:26Speaker 15: you know. So it's like he's a it's a one
- 20:29Speaker 15: man war against his vast machine.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Uh yeah, now that's a good question. People ask all
- 20:34Speaker 2: the time, why does he just let go? They would
- 20:36Speaker 2: like every president to act like George W. Bush, who
- 20:39Speaker 2: was the same problem. The media went after him, fake news,
- 20:42Speaker 2: they hated him, and he was always very dignified and
- 20:45Speaker 2: formal and didn't respond. Yeah wait did to get him exactly.
- 20:49Speaker 2: So thanks for calling. You know, I don't know, most
- 20:54Speaker 2: of us can't behave like Trump. You just wouldn't do it.
- 20:56Speaker 2: It's too much. Who could who has the energy or
- 20:59Speaker 2: the thick skin to bead be like him all day
- 21:02Speaker 2: and night. But that's the way he is. And again,
- 21:04Speaker 2: it was George W. Bush. And every comedian's attacking you,
- 21:08Speaker 2: and they're calling you dumb, and they're calling you a
- 21:10Speaker 2: war criminal. You know, you just act dignified, very polite,
- 21:14Speaker 2: very formal. But that's not Trump. Trump believes punchback. Every
- 21:18Speaker 2: time anybody comes at you, just punch whatever they do,
- 21:20Speaker 2: punch back twice as hard. Do it constantly. Seems like
- 21:25Speaker 2: a lot of effort and energy, and it seems to us,
- 21:28Speaker 2: like you said, who could behave like that? But but
- 21:31Speaker 2: look at Trump. The guy goes into real estate, becomes
- 21:34Speaker 2: the most famous real estate developer in the world. He's
- 21:37Speaker 2: a total amateur. When he goes into television, two minutes later,
- 21:40Speaker 2: he's got the number one show in television. He's a
- 21:43Speaker 2: total amateur. Goes into politics. How many times you've seen
- 21:47Speaker 2: an amateur try to run for governor, try to run
- 21:50Speaker 2: for mayor, or try to run for congress, total amateur.
- 21:53Speaker 2: They don't usually get anywhere. Trump, total amateur. First time
- 21:57Speaker 2: he runs, he's President of the United States. Just like
- 21:59Speaker 2: that gets real. So and look at go back to
- 22:03Speaker 2: last year. The guy's indicted in four different cities, he's
- 22:07Speaker 2: convicted of six thousand felonies, he's shot at and despite
- 22:11Speaker 2: all that, he wins again he's president. So that whole
- 22:15Speaker 2: Trump method, that hold Trump behavior. Obviously it works. Obviously
- 22:20Speaker 2: you got to have the talent for it. And the
- 22:22Speaker 2: thick skin for it, but he's made it work. Hey,
- 22:24Speaker 2: when we come back, the great economist Steve Moore will
- 22:27Speaker 2: give us the truth about the affordability crisis and all that,
- 22:32Speaker 2: and about Mom Donnie and his way of trying to
- 22:36Speaker 2: fix the affordability crisis, how bad it is. We'll get
- 22:39Speaker 2: to that next on seven to ten WR the Marks
- 22:42Speaker 2: Them Own Show on sevent ten wor Well Steve Moore,
- 22:48Speaker 2: the great columnist, best selling author. Make sure you get
- 22:50Speaker 2: his book, The Trump Economic Miracle, and of course you'll
- 22:53Speaker 2: see him all over television, and make sure you go
- 22:55Speaker 2: to his website. The greatest economists put this together. It's
- 22:58Speaker 2: Unleash Prosperity. Sign up for the daily briefing. It's the
- 23:03Speaker 2: best news and analysis. It's free. It'll come right to
- 23:06Speaker 2: your email every day. Just go sign up for the hotline.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Go to Unleash Prosperity dot com. Unleash Prosperity dot com.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Steve Moore, how you doing.
- 23:16Speaker 7: Hey, Mark, I'm doing well. We got a pretty good
- 23:18Speaker 7: job this morning. I was surprised I was on with
- 23:21Speaker 7: Maria this morning. I'm Murray Ladoroma, and that jobs report
- 23:26Speaker 7: came out and my jaw just dropped. It was a
- 23:28Speaker 7: lot better than expected. We had over one hundred thousand
- 23:30Speaker 7: jobs and that was about twice as many as we're expected,
- 23:34Speaker 7: and so that was good. And the wages were up
- 23:36Speaker 7: for workers, which is really important. And so you know,
- 23:41Speaker 7: all the doom and gloom, I don't know where it's
- 23:42Speaker 7: coming from.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Well, I don't know what you were seeing. I was
- 23:45Speaker 2: watching Morning Joe, and apparently we have inflation raging. It's
- 23:48Speaker 2: out of control.
- 23:49Speaker 7: And you know, we have a report that we just
- 23:54Speaker 7: came out with at Unleashed Prosperity, and it's in our
- 23:56Speaker 7: hotline today. The eighty seven and a half percent of
- 23:59Speaker 7: the inflation that people are complaining about, eighty seven and
- 24:02Speaker 7: a half percent of it happened. I guess under what president.
- 24:07Speaker 2: That's too easy a question, Joe Biden.
- 24:12Speaker 7: I mean, so if people are angry about prices, as
- 24:15Speaker 7: they should be, it's because inflation went through the roof
- 24:17Speaker 7: when Biden was president. And Trump is right about this.
- 24:19Speaker 7: He said, look, I inherited this mess. I didn't create it.
- 24:22Speaker 7: We didn't have any inflation under Trump's first term. Then
- 24:25Speaker 7: Biden comes in, and you know, prices go up by
- 24:27Speaker 7: twenty two percent, and now people are still angry about it,
- 24:30Speaker 7: and they're blaming Trump. And you know, Trump said he's
- 24:33Speaker 7: brought the inflation rate down. Now, prices are not falling,
- 24:36Speaker 7: but the inflation rate is falling a lot.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Uh, explain the difference. Prices are not down, but the inflation.
- 24:42Speaker 7: Yeah, so that people get confused about that. So the
- 24:45Speaker 7: inflation rate is how is the rate of increase in prices? Yeah,
- 24:49Speaker 7: and the you know, the price level is you know,
- 24:52Speaker 7: the level prices, So you know, to bring prices down,
- 24:55Speaker 7: you'd actually have to have you know, negative inflation. You
- 24:58Speaker 7: have disinflation. We haven't had displace under Trump, but we
- 25:01Speaker 7: have had a much lower rate of inquiry. So the
- 25:03Speaker 7: average rate of inflation under Biden was about five percent
- 25:06Speaker 7: per year, and so far under Trump it's this this term,
- 25:10Speaker 7: it's been about a little under three percent. So that's
- 25:13Speaker 7: a big difference. And by the way, and Trump's first term,
- 25:16Speaker 7: the average inflation rate was two percent.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, you always said, I guess I would ask
- 25:22Speaker 2: you this all the time. If you guys, if Trump
- 25:25Speaker 2: takes office, how long before we can fix it? You said,
- 25:28Speaker 2: at least a year, year and a half. There's nothing
- 25:31Speaker 2: the president could have done in the first six months.
- 25:33Speaker 2: It would have been any different, we would have brought
- 25:35Speaker 2: it down anymore, is there.
- 25:37Speaker 7: Well, you know, first of all, we don't want we
- 25:40Speaker 7: don't want negative inflation. We want we don't want, you know,
- 25:43Speaker 7: prices falling because that's actually bad for the economy.
- 25:46Speaker 16: You want.
- 25:47Speaker 7: What you want in a good economy is stable prices,
- 25:49Speaker 7: so that you know, the dollar can buy today where
- 25:51Speaker 7: it can buy tomorrow.
- 25:51Speaker 16: It could buy yesterday.
- 25:53Speaker 7: And so what Trump is giving us is stable, somewhat
- 25:56Speaker 7: stable prices, not exactly.
- 25:57Speaker 2: And Biden let it.
- 25:59Speaker 7: Biden had the biggest inflation since Jimmy Carter.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Wow, yeah, hit nine percent at one point. Yep. When
- 26:08Speaker 2: the yellow screen about tariffs, if you put tariffs on
- 26:10Speaker 2: these companies, it's going to cause a big pricing. Isn't
- 26:15Speaker 2: raising corporate tax basically the same thing as a tariff
- 26:17Speaker 2: wouldn't have the same exact effect.
- 26:20Speaker 7: Good point, you know. So it is true that if
- 26:22Speaker 7: you have a tariff on something like coffee beans, like
- 26:25Speaker 7: we did on Brazilian and Colombian coffee beans, that the
- 26:28Speaker 7: price of coffee may go up a little bit, and
- 26:30Speaker 7: it did. But by the same logic, if you reduce
- 26:34Speaker 7: the taxes on companies that reduces inflation. So most of
- 26:39Speaker 7: what Biden Trump has, John, you look at the tax cut,
- 26:43Speaker 7: you look at the the reduction and the regulatory cost
- 26:47Speaker 7: on businesses. If you look at what's happening with it,
- 26:49Speaker 7: if you looked at the gas, well, you live there
- 26:51Speaker 7: in New York, so you're probably paying you know, three
- 26:54Speaker 7: to four dollars a gallon there, but most parts of
- 26:56Speaker 7: the country are now paying about two to eighty nine
- 26:59Speaker 7: a gallon. And it was its highest five dollars a
- 27:01Speaker 7: gallon under Trump, I mean under Biden.
- 27:04Speaker 2: So if you mount Donnie, you said, I'm gonna do
- 27:05Speaker 2: something about this affordability crisis. I'm going to increase taxes
- 27:08Speaker 2: on the corporations. That has got to be the worst
- 27:11Speaker 2: logic I've ever heard. Wouldn't that just gon be.
- 27:13Speaker 7: Opposite exactly, because if you tax the companies, that's why
- 27:17Speaker 7: terrorists raise inflation, because because you put you know, those
- 27:21Speaker 7: costs all get passed on to the consumer. And by
- 27:23Speaker 7: that same logic, if you're going to have a higher
- 27:25Speaker 7: business tax and more regulation and all these new costs
- 27:28Speaker 7: on businesses, guess who's going to pay for that? The
- 27:31Speaker 7: consumer will.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Yeah, you've studied this. If there is an affordability crisis,
- 27:36Speaker 2: and you look around the country where it is. It's
- 27:39Speaker 2: located in the blue cities, isn't it.
- 27:41Speaker 7: Yeah, it's amazing, Yes, exactly right. So if you look
- 27:44Speaker 7: at the five states with the highest cost of living
- 27:47Speaker 7: where inflation is most out of control, it's New York,
- 27:50Speaker 7: New Jersey, Connecticut, California, and Massachusetts.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Oh, and Illinois.
- 27:55Speaker 7: So there's six states with and then if you look
- 27:57Speaker 7: at the southern states there's almost you know, those have
- 28:00Speaker 7: much much lower, you know, costs. So if you want
- 28:03Speaker 7: a lower cost of living and you're worried about affordability,
- 28:07Speaker 7: you might want to move to a red state. Hey, look,
- 28:12Speaker 7: I'm not I know most people won't. But my point is,
- 28:14Speaker 7: what you don't want to do what you wanted. If
- 28:17Speaker 7: you're like out there advocating for policies, you don't want
- 28:20Speaker 7: to advocate the policies the Blue states have put into
- 28:22Speaker 7: effect because those are the kind of policies that raise prices.
- 28:26Speaker 7: When you raise taxes, you raise prices.
- 28:29Speaker 2: Yeah, so a guy like Mam Donnie seems to be
- 28:33Speaker 2: a very smart guy, seems to be a very bright guy,
- 28:37Speaker 2: So how could he not know that every time you
- 28:39Speaker 2: try these tactics, the socialist stuff. It always always always backfires.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Does he just not know that or does he know
- 28:46Speaker 2: it and doesn't care?
- 28:49Speaker 7: You know, it is the strangest thing what you're describing
- 28:53Speaker 7: is that some otherwise smart people. I was in California
- 28:56Speaker 7: this week without Laugher, that the godfather of the Laugher curve,
- 29:00Speaker 7: and we were in southern California. We were talking about,
- 29:04Speaker 7: you know, the Laffer curve and that you know, when
- 29:07Speaker 7: you taxed to get too high, you reduce the output
- 29:10Speaker 7: of goods and services. You people move away, et cetera,
- 29:13Speaker 7: et cetera. And we had all the evidence and people
- 29:15Speaker 7: were looking at us like, well, then why do we
- 29:17Speaker 7: have taxes so high here in California.
- 29:19Speaker 6: I'm like, yeah, now you're getting it.
- 29:20Speaker 15: You know.
- 29:21Speaker 7: So the idea that you're going to raise tax on
- 29:23Speaker 7: rich people and give all this other stuff away for
- 29:26Speaker 7: free in New York, that's the Montdomnie you know formula
- 29:31Speaker 7: that is going to lead to you know, as you know,
- 29:34Speaker 7: it'll lead to a lot of wealthy people leaving the city,
- 29:36Speaker 7: and it will lead to higher costs and post on
- 29:39Speaker 7: everyone else. So affordability is going to go down. It
- 29:42Speaker 7: won't go up and by the way, things will be free.
- 29:45Speaker 7: It's just that when you go to the grocery store
- 29:46Speaker 7: there won't be a lot of It'll be like the
- 29:48Speaker 7: old Soviet Union. You know, bread is really cheap.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Here is just we don't have any Steve Moore here.
- 29:54Speaker 2: See I we're getting stump you with this question. Can
- 29:55Speaker 2: you name anything, any business, any enterprise where it got
- 29:59Speaker 2: cheaper when the governm and took it over?
- 30:02Speaker 7: Exactly? You know that this is this is a great
- 30:04Speaker 7: point you're making, Mark, which is that if you look
- 30:07Speaker 7: at the things that are really exploding costs, two of
- 30:09Speaker 7: the biggest items are tuition for college and high schools
- 30:15Speaker 7: and uh and of course healthcare. You know, healthcare is exploding.
- 30:18Speaker 7: We just got our statement we're going to see a
- 30:20Speaker 7: thirteen percent increase in our premiums next year. Now, gee, wiz,
- 30:23Speaker 7: who runs the who runs the schools, and who runs
- 30:25Speaker 7: the healthcare system?
- 30:26Speaker 15: Oh?
- 30:27Speaker 7: Yeah, the government does.
- 30:29Speaker 2: So if you're trying to get the price down, you
- 30:31Speaker 2: have to get your cost down in the supermarket business.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Who would you trust more? Are John Katzmatidis or the
- 30:36Speaker 2: government to run it at a good point? Yeah, exactly.
- 30:40Speaker 7: And it's it is interesting because you know, when you
- 30:42Speaker 7: have competition, you know, prices fall, that's you know, that's
- 30:46Speaker 7: the beauty of the free market system. But when government
- 30:48Speaker 7: takes over an industry, you notice they create amopoly. You know,
- 30:51Speaker 7: I reansont we hate monopolies, except wait, we don't like
- 30:54Speaker 7: we like monopolies when the government runs them. But these
- 30:57Speaker 7: healthcare costs, I mean they're unbelievable. I mean people I've
- 31:00Speaker 7: had friends call me say the next year there that
- 31:03Speaker 7: their premius are going to go twenty percent. And I'm
- 31:05Speaker 7: confused by that mark because it just seems like yesterday
- 31:09Speaker 7: Barack Obama sold us on the Affordable Care Act.
- 31:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it's affordable. You need a subsidy, but it's affordable. Well,
- 31:18Speaker 2: great stuff. Everybody gets Steve Moore's book, The Trump Economic Miracle.
- 31:21Speaker 2: You'll learn a lot from that book. And this hotline
- 31:24Speaker 2: you put out every day. How long does that take?
- 31:26Speaker 2: That is the best briefing every day.
- 31:28Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 31:28Speaker 7: And by the way, you know we were talking about
- 31:30Speaker 7: inflation that you know that doesn't go up in price
- 31:32Speaker 7: at all because it's free.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Yeah. Absolutely, See, that's how you run something. It's free.
- 31:38Speaker 7: Some good things in life for free. Just go to
- 31:39Speaker 7: unleash prosperity dot com and sign up and we will

- 31:46Speaker 2: so smart. Unleash prosperity dot Com. Steve Moore, thanks for

- 31:52Speaker 7: Thanks Mark, you have a great day.
- 31:53Speaker 2: Take care, Take care. Hey, don't forget Buck and Clay.
- 31:56Speaker 2: What a great show they do every day at noon
- 31:59Speaker 2: and three o'clock. You got the most listen to radio
- 32:02Speaker 2: show in America. Sean Hannity got Jesse Kelly at six
- 32:06Speaker 2: and we love this new Jimmy Faylis, so people love it.
- 32:08Speaker 2: It's on every night nine to midnight, and he'll be
- 32:11Speaker 2: with us in the next hour. We'll talk to Jimmy
- 32:13Speaker 2: Fayla coming up on seven to ten WR. It's more
- 32:17Speaker 2: a Mark mister New York on seven ten w o laurn.
- 32:23Speaker 13: Wow.
- 32:24Speaker 2: He realized Thanksgiving is one week from today, one week
- 32:29Speaker 2: from today, and I've already had the four Thanksgiving dinners,
- 32:34Speaker 2: big buffet here yesterday, thanks full Thanksgiving dinner from what's
- 32:39Speaker 2: that place, Golden Corral, great place, Elvis Durant. I'm walking
- 32:43Speaker 2: by his studio this morning. There's another big Thanksgiving Turkey
- 32:46Speaker 2: Cranberry for everything. That's the second one. Actually I had
- 32:50Speaker 2: a third one yesterday. Anyway, we'll be back after the news.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Jimmy Fayla will be with us in the next hour.
- 32:55Speaker 2: We got a lot to talk about. Oh, we'll get
- 32:57Speaker 2: to the Cheney funeral and more coming up on seven
- 33:00Speaker 2: to ten WORW.
- 33:03Speaker 17: You're listening to the Mark Simone Show on WR.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Well, hey, a week away from Thanksgiving, we got a
- 33:13Speaker 2: lot to get to this hour. I'm looking at my
- 33:16Speaker 2: Instagram and here's my friend Brooke Singman, who's a great
- 33:22Speaker 2: Fox News reporter, and she's going down to Washington for something.
- 33:27Speaker 2: She's taken the Amtrak. Look at this picture. I thought
- 33:29Speaker 2: it was ai, but it's real. Apparently she gets on amtraks.
- 33:33Speaker 2: She got the picture up and look who she's sitting
- 33:36Speaker 2: next to, Joe Biden. Just by coincidence, she gets on
- 33:40Speaker 2: an Amtrak, takes her seat, and there's Joe Biden, the
- 33:43Speaker 2: former president. You know, every former president has got lemos
- 33:49Speaker 2: and SUVs, and he's private jets and they're traveling all
- 33:53Speaker 2: over the place with a huge entourage. In detail, this
- 33:56Speaker 2: is the only former president who's been spotted numerous times
- 33:59Speaker 2: just on a regular seat on an airplane. Here he
- 34:02Speaker 2: is taking an Amtrak. You know, normally the reason you
- 34:05Speaker 2: get all these trappings is the ex president. Every billionaire
- 34:09Speaker 2: is still your great friend. They'll lend you a plane
- 34:12Speaker 2: anytime you want to go anywhere. Apparently Joe Biden has
- 34:14Speaker 2: none of that. All the big Democratic all these big
- 34:17Speaker 2: billionaire donors, they're mostly Democrats, they've all turned their back
- 34:21Speaker 2: on Biden. If Obama wants to go anywhere, they line
- 34:25Speaker 2: up to hand them a private jet to take them.
- 34:27Speaker 2: They're honored to give them the jet to take them.
- 34:29Speaker 2: Joe Biden take the train. There he is on the
- 34:34Speaker 2: train on an Amtrak. Looks like a very crowded car
- 34:37Speaker 2: that doesn't even have his own little section or his
- 34:40Speaker 2: own little row. Sitting next to Brooks Sigmann, who's a
- 34:43Speaker 2: great reporter. But check out her Instagram. It's a pretty
- 34:48Speaker 2: funny picture. Hey, Today is the Dick Cheney funeral. In fact,
- 34:53Speaker 2: as we speak, it's taking place. Not that exciting. I mean,
- 34:58Speaker 2: you know, his grandchildren are speaking. It's not that I mean,
- 35:01Speaker 2: he's a former vice president, but it's not like the
- 35:05Speaker 2: greatest speakers in the world will be there. It's you know,
- 35:08Speaker 2: this wacko daughter is going to speak, his grandchildren will speak.
- 35:12Speaker 2: But look at this, I'm looking at the TV screens.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Fox is not carrying it, but MSNBC or whatever they're
- 35:18Speaker 2: calling it now and CNN are taking this live, the
- 35:23Speaker 2: Dick Cheney funeral. They're acting like this great head of
- 35:26Speaker 2: state has passed away and this very important funeral needs
- 35:30Speaker 2: live coverage. This is the Dick Cheney they hated. Nobody
- 35:34Speaker 2: was hated more by these people, these same networks, than
- 35:37Speaker 2: Dick Cheney. You remember, all they did was yell and
- 35:40Speaker 2: scream he's a war criminal, remember Abu Gharab and waterboarding,
- 35:46Speaker 2: and they wanted him on trial in the Hague. Remember
- 35:50Speaker 2: they made up a whole fake Haliburton scandal about him.
- 35:53Speaker 2: They called this guy every name. When they used to
- 35:56Speaker 2: call him Darth Vader, they used to call him a
- 35:59Speaker 2: war criminal, Nazi. Dick Cheney is the most hated man
- 36:02Speaker 2: in the world. But because he came out so strongly
- 36:06Speaker 2: against Donald Trump, because he attacked Donald Trump called him
- 36:09Speaker 2: an existential threat all that, so now they love Dick Cheney.
- 36:13Speaker 2: They love Dick Cheney, and it's crazy. What's her name,
- 36:16Speaker 2: Liz Cheney, that crazy whack job daughter of his, so
- 36:22Speaker 2: they'll actually be speaking. George W. Bush is going to speak.
- 36:26Speaker 2: The former vice presidents are there, Mike Pence is there,
- 36:30Speaker 2: Biden is there as a former president and as a Cheney,
- 36:33Speaker 2: of course was vice president. So all the vice presidents
- 36:36Speaker 2: show up. Now JD. Vance is not there and President
- 36:39Speaker 2: Trump is not there, but they both point out they
- 36:42Speaker 2: were not invited. And you might think, well they should go.
- 36:47Speaker 2: But if they're so hated by the Cheneys, if every
- 36:51Speaker 2: Cheney has called them Nazis and Hitler and the worst
- 36:54Speaker 2: people on earth. Cheney actually said that the greatest threat
- 36:57Speaker 2: to him, well, obviously wouldn't want him at the funeral.
- 37:00Speaker 2: Inappropriate for them to go, but the funeral will take place.
- 37:03Speaker 2: Look at this msn what it's called ms now, and
- 37:07Speaker 2: it's just endless live coverage of this boring, boring funeral.
- 37:12Speaker 2: And they wonder why Fox gets much bigger ratings. They're
- 37:15Speaker 2: they're continuing with normal programming. But it's the National Cathedral, Washington,
- 37:21Speaker 2: d C, CNN ms NOW. You know it's interesting. MSNBC
- 37:27Speaker 2: was forced to remove NBC from the name. NBC took
- 37:31Speaker 2: the name out. It's now ms NOW, but CNBC, which
- 37:34Speaker 2: they spun off is allowed to keep the name. They're
- 37:37Speaker 2: not embarrassed to have their NBC name in the CNBC name.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Interesting little point if you like sushi. You know that
- 37:46Speaker 2: place in the Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle. It's
- 37:51Speaker 2: called Masa Masa. That's like the number one highest rated
- 37:57Speaker 2: Michelin Star, three Michelin star Japanese in New York. There's
- 38:02Speaker 2: a new place that open right across from Bryant Park.
- 38:04Speaker 2: It's on forty first Street. It's just got three Michelin stars,
- 38:10Speaker 2: making it the number one sushi place in America. It's
- 38:15Speaker 2: only got a handful of seats and they only do
- 38:17Speaker 2: two seatings. Now, before you go rushing over there. We
- 38:23Speaker 2: all love sushi. But before you go rushing over there,
- 38:27Speaker 2: it's seven hundred and fifty dollars a person. They should
- 38:33Speaker 2: have a team of psychiatrists. Do just examine your head
- 38:37Speaker 2: before you go in there and pay seven hundred and
- 38:39Speaker 2: fifty dollars. But the Michelin reviewers say it's not just
- 38:44Speaker 2: a dining, it's a religious experience. It's unlike anything. Seven
- 38:49Speaker 2: hundred and fifty per head. Now that does not include
- 38:51Speaker 2: drinks and tax, So figure one thousand dollars a person,
- 38:56Speaker 2: which tops the other one, Maza, which was always the
- 38:59Speaker 2: highest rated. That's nine hundred person. Well, actually that's before drinks,
- 39:04Speaker 2: and so that'll end up being twelve hundred a person.
- 39:06Speaker 2: You got You ever eat this place? Masa, it's the
- 39:09Speaker 2: other one there is per Se. It's like forty seven courses.
- 39:13Speaker 2: It takes you like three and a half hours to
- 39:15Speaker 2: eat there. You about a half hour forty minutes into it.
- 39:20Speaker 2: You will want to commit suicide. You will want to
- 39:23Speaker 2: kill yourself. It's the most boring, awful dinner. The food
- 39:28Speaker 2: is mesmer. You can't believe what it looks like. You
- 39:31Speaker 2: don't know what the hell you're eating. If somebody asked
- 39:34Speaker 2: you what would you have, you can't even tell them.
- 39:36Speaker 2: It's the most complicated, ridiculous food in the world. I
- 39:39Speaker 2: went there once with a I better not mention his name,
- 39:44Speaker 2: a governor who a big donor has taken us. And
- 39:49Speaker 2: this is a kind of a blue collar all American governor.
- 39:52Speaker 2: And we're eating this crap and we're on course like
- 39:55Speaker 2: number eleven, and I got to go to the men's room,
- 39:58Speaker 2: and he said, where are you going? I said, to
- 40:00Speaker 2: the men's rum. He said, my security guys are out there,
- 40:03Speaker 2: tell him to get me out of here, and I said, well,
- 40:06Speaker 2: how are they going to catch you? He goes, just
- 40:07Speaker 2: tell him, they'll get me out of here. So I
- 40:10Speaker 2: go to the men's room. I tell him he wants
- 40:11Speaker 2: to get out of here. So I go back and
- 40:13Speaker 2: I sit down. Five minutes later, the security guys come
- 40:16Speaker 2: running in. It's not a phone. It's like a big
- 40:18Speaker 2: walkie talkie thing, like a satellite phone. They go, Governor,
- 40:21Speaker 2: it's an emergency. It's an emergency. You must take this call.
- 40:24Speaker 2: And he takes some fake call and he goes, I
- 40:26Speaker 2: gotta go. I've got to go, and he runs out,
- 40:29Speaker 2: and as he's running, I go, you're not going to
- 40:30Speaker 2: take me with you. But I was stuck there for
- 40:32Speaker 2: this thing. It was painful, absolutely painful, So save yourself.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Nine hundred dollars a person, seven hundred dollars a person.
- 40:41Speaker 2: It has three Michelin stars, but only these European Michelin
- 40:45Speaker 2: star reviewers would know what the hell they were eating,
- 40:48Speaker 2: So just forget about it. Kathy Hokeel making a big
- 40:52Speaker 2: announcement that shoplifting is down thirteen percent in New York City.
- 40:58Speaker 2: Now I don't understand. Nobody unders stands the story. She's
- 41:01Speaker 2: taking credit if it is indeed, Well, yeah, actually, NYPD
- 41:05Speaker 2: data shows shoplifting down thirteen point five percent. Of course,
- 41:09Speaker 2: it's up ten thousand percent since the crime wave that
- 41:13Speaker 2: Cuomo created. You know, Cuomo started this no bail, no jail.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Then you got the crazy Alvin Bragg who will not
- 41:19Speaker 2: prosecute shoplifters, so went up like thousands of percent. So
- 41:24Speaker 2: to be down thirteen point five percents not a big help,
- 41:27Speaker 2: but it's a little. It's a start. But that's NYPD data. Now, well,
- 41:31Speaker 2: how could Hokel claim credit for this. She's claiming that
- 41:37Speaker 2: she put together a task for us of one hundred
- 41:39Speaker 2: officers state law enforcement to crack down on shoplifting. I'm
- 41:45Speaker 2: in drugstores all day long. I've never seen state troopers
- 41:49Speaker 2: in there. I've never seen any of this. I don't
- 41:51Speaker 2: know of anybody being arrested in New York by a
- 41:53Speaker 2: state trooper. But she's claiming credit for this. I would
- 41:58Speaker 2: think it's more the NYPD finally getting something done about it.
- 42:02Speaker 2: You still have you know, you go to a drug store,
- 42:07Speaker 2: everything's locked up. Shampoo used to be, the razor blades
- 42:09Speaker 2: were locked up. Now it's aspirin, anything and everything, and
- 42:13Speaker 2: it says, ring the bell for the manager to open
- 42:16Speaker 2: the and you ring and ring, and it's going to
- 42:18Speaker 2: have to wait ten minutes. It's the best thing that
- 42:21Speaker 2: ever happened for Amazon, so much easier. You just go
- 42:24Speaker 2: on Amazon order whatever you want. It's there the next day. Hey,
- 42:27Speaker 2: we're talking about Epstein. The Democrats are going to have
- 42:31Speaker 2: huge problems with Epstein. Stuff is going to come out
- 42:35Speaker 2: about the close ties of all these Democrats to Epstein
- 42:38Speaker 2: right up until the end, right up until the moment
- 42:41Speaker 2: he killed himself. He was a big, big donor to Democrats.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Now here's another thing that's going to come out. You
- 42:47Speaker 2: know when people say the Clintons are going to have
- 42:50Speaker 2: a big problem, well they really are, not just for
- 42:53Speaker 2: their close association with Epstein, but it's going to come
- 42:58Speaker 2: out that Epstein was one of the founders and the
- 43:03Speaker 2: financier of the Clinton Foundation. You know, Hillary and Bill
- 43:07Speaker 2: Clinton always brag about this Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Well wait till everybody finds out it was Epstein that
- 43:14Speaker 2: financed it and got it going. In fact, in two
- 43:17Speaker 2: thousand and seven, when Epstein was on trial, his attorneys
- 43:22Speaker 2: in court presented this evidence that he founded the Clinton
- 43:26Speaker 2: Global Initiative, that he founded the Clinton Foundation. In fact,
- 43:30Speaker 2: it was that letter, that proof that he was the
- 43:33Speaker 2: guy behind it that helped him get a good plea deal.
- 43:36Speaker 2: That's how you get a good deal from a judge.
- 43:38Speaker 2: You show that despite your crime, you've done important work
- 43:42Speaker 2: in community service. So they actually presented in court full
- 43:46Speaker 2: documentation that Epstein was behind the Clinton Foundation and financed
- 43:51Speaker 2: its beginnings. So the Clinton's are going to have to
- 43:55Speaker 2: explain that, not to mention all the visits to Epstein Island,
- 44:00Speaker 2: and Hillary's going to have to explain taking all the
- 44:02Speaker 2: money from Epstein. This is the other thing that'll come out.
- 44:05Speaker 2: It turns out ninety two percent of Epstein's donations were
- 44:09Speaker 2: two Democrats. Chuck Schumer took Epstein money, Hillary Clinton took
- 44:13Speaker 2: lots of Epstein money. Bill Clinton and took more than
- 44:16Speaker 2: money from him. All these things can come out. Katie
- 44:19Speaker 2: Kirk is going to have to explain why she was
- 44:21Speaker 2: at Epstein's house having dinner with him. She's fumbled out
- 44:25Speaker 2: a few excuses when asked about it. George Stephanopolis is
- 44:29Speaker 2: going to have to explain what he was doing at
- 44:31Speaker 2: Epstein's house having dinner with him. He was asked a
- 44:35Speaker 2: couple times in the past he said, well, I didn't
- 44:37Speaker 2: know who he was. This is after he was convicted,
- 44:43Speaker 2: this is after he went to prison. He's a registered
- 44:47Speaker 2: sex defender. I knew who he was. I saw it
- 44:49Speaker 2: in the papers. Do you remember reading about this billionaire
- 44:52Speaker 2: in Florida who got arrested for underage you know, miners
- 44:57Speaker 2: given him massages and being recruited, and we all read
- 45:01Speaker 2: about it. The guy was convicted, the guy was in
- 45:04Speaker 2: prisoned for a year, the guy was in house arrest.
- 45:06Speaker 2: The guys that registered sex offender. We all knew about
- 45:08Speaker 2: it was in the news. George Stephanoppolis and Katie Kirk
- 45:12Speaker 2: are anchor people from major news organizations, major networks. How
- 45:16Speaker 2: do they claim they didn't know who the guy was?
- 45:19Speaker 2: And when was the last time you went to somebody's
- 45:20Speaker 2: house for dinner and didn't know who he was. Even
- 45:24Speaker 2: if somebody invited you and you didn't know who he was,
- 45:26Speaker 2: you'd ask, well, who is this guy? You might even
- 45:29Speaker 2: google the guy. Let's say you're a major news anchor.
- 45:32Speaker 2: You don't think you could find out who the guy was?
- 45:34Speaker 2: So to claim he did no idea who this convicted
- 45:38Speaker 2: felon was that had been in all the news. Just
- 45:41Speaker 2: makes these two sound like idiots. Stefanoppolos, Katie Kurk big
- 45:44Speaker 2: Epstein connection. Hey, this a new ken Burns documentary PBS
- 45:50Speaker 2: on the American Revolution. Well that sounds interesting. Accept it's PBS.
- 45:56Speaker 2: Accept it's ken Burns. Here's one reviewer who tried to
- 46:00Speaker 2: watch it and had to turn it off. He said,
- 46:02Speaker 2: less than three minutes into the ken Burns documentary on
- 46:06Speaker 2: the American Revolution, all I got was white people are bad.
- 46:11Speaker 2: Native Americans had a century old democracy before we arrived
- 46:15Speaker 2: and ruined it. Benjamin Franklin copied his whole American blueprint
- 46:20Speaker 2: from Native Americans. And now this guy just turned it
- 46:23Speaker 2: off and couldn't watch it anymore. And PBS wonders, how
- 46:27Speaker 2: did they Why did they get their financing cut? Because
- 46:30Speaker 2: they're worse than Jimmy Kimmel. It's the most slanted, distorted
- 46:34Speaker 2: news organization in the world. No wonder they got their
- 46:39Speaker 2: their funding cut. Kevin Spacey, you know he was canceled
- 46:43Speaker 2: with all that sex stuff. I think most of it's
- 46:48Speaker 2: been cleared up. I think most of the charges he's
- 46:51Speaker 2: gotten out of he's appealed, but he says he's tough
- 46:56Speaker 2: to get work. He has to go all over the
- 46:57Speaker 2: place looking for work. He said his financial situation is
- 47:01Speaker 2: very bad. You know, he probably spent millions of legal
- 47:04Speaker 2: fees and all of that, not to mention not working
- 47:07Speaker 2: for six seven years or whatever it is. But he
- 47:09Speaker 2: said he's now living in hotels, airbnbs. He has to
- 47:12Speaker 2: just go wherever he can find work. But even if
- 47:18Speaker 2: you get all the charges dropped, even if you try
- 47:20Speaker 2: to come back, you can't look at him the same anymore.
- 47:25Speaker 2: What was the great show he was on where he
- 47:27Speaker 2: played Frank Underwood blanking out? What do you know? The show?
- 47:30Speaker 2: I just can't watch it anymore. It's just not the same. Hey,
- 47:33Speaker 2: Trump Media, that's the company, the public company Donald Trump
- 47:36Speaker 2: and the family have ticker symbol as DJT. A lot
- 47:41Speaker 2: of the money's in bitcoin, crypto, Trump Media and Technology Group, big, big,
- 47:47Speaker 2: big part of it is invested in crypto. Well, you know,
- 47:49Speaker 2: bitcoin took a huge drop. Crypto took a huge drop.
- 47:53Speaker 2: The Trump stock lost five billion this year five billion,
- 47:59Speaker 2: nearly seventy percent in value, thirty four percent in just
- 48:03Speaker 2: the last month. But it's mostly the huge plunge in crypto,
- 48:09Speaker 2: in bitcoin. But you know, every time we see those
- 48:12Speaker 2: huge plunges in bitcoin, everybody goes aha. See I told
- 48:15Speaker 2: you it's no good. But then the next thing you know,
- 48:19Speaker 2: it goes way up in the next few years, and
- 48:21Speaker 2: you wish you had bought the dip. So I'm not
- 48:22Speaker 2: telling you what to do. I don't know. I have
- 48:24Speaker 2: no idea. Hey, Jimmy fail. In a few minutes, we'll
- 48:26Speaker 2: take some calls. Next eight hundred three two one zero
- 48:30Speaker 2: seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one
- 48:34Speaker 2: zero seven ten.
- 48:36Speaker 1: Give woor o, Bri said on the iHeartRadio app to
- 48:39Speaker 1: hear Mark Simone and all the WR hosts in an instance.
- 48:44Speaker 1: Now back to the Mark Simon show on wor.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to h Wendy
- 48:53Speaker 2: in Long Island. Wendy, how you doing?
- 48:55Speaker 17: Yeah, I'm doing great? Mark, how are you?
- 48:57Speaker 2: Let me check? Not bad?
- 49:00Speaker 17: All right, Well that's good, I'll go. I'll go with that.
- 49:03Speaker 17: So it just went to comment on Kevin Spacey. I
- 49:05Speaker 17: thought he was the best bad guy, especially with that
- 49:08Speaker 17: Southern accent, and I hope that he makes a comeback
- 49:11Speaker 17: in some way. I remember seeing the movie with Jamie
- 49:13Speaker 17: Lee Curtis Knives Out. Remember they had a southern guy
- 49:16Speaker 17: with a Southern accent. It was such a bad accent.
- 49:19Speaker 17: And I thought that Kevin Spacey would have been perfect.
- 49:21Speaker 2: Yeah, he was pretty good. What was the name of
- 49:23Speaker 2: that show where he played Frank Underwood?
- 49:25Speaker 17: I think with Knives, not Oh, House of Cards.
- 49:28Speaker 2: How's the Cards? I couldn't think of it. How's the Cards?
- 49:30Speaker 2: That's the name of it.
- 49:31Speaker 17: Yeah, And I was like when they ended that show abruptly.
- 49:35Speaker 17: I mean it was really good and very creepy at
- 49:37Speaker 17: the same time. But it was a good show and
- 49:39Speaker 17: I was sorry that it it ended abruptly.
- 49:43Speaker 2: But it was how many It was a lot of seasons.
- 49:44Speaker 2: It was like season seven or so, you know, after
- 49:46Speaker 2: why you got enough of a show? You know? Sometimes
- 49:50Speaker 2: I love Two and a half Men, but the final season,
- 49:53Speaker 2: the kid is like twenty seven years old, and.
- 49:58Speaker 17: It's like the show that they're trying to bring back.
- 50:01Speaker 17: I think strange things, the stranger things. Remember during COVID
- 50:04Speaker 17: they couldn't make the movies and then the kids went
- 50:06Speaker 17: from like suberty into like teens.
- 50:08Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that, that's true. That's a great call, Wendy,
- 50:11Speaker 2: thanks for Colin. Let's go to Michael in Manhattan. Michael,
- 50:15Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 50:17Speaker 6: Mark? Good morning again. Nancy Pelosi was on Fox. This
- 50:20Speaker 6: lady's absolutely insane. I mean, it's just embarrassing to see
- 50:25Speaker 6: a human being so full of hatred and everything. In
- 50:29Speaker 6: addition to that, the governor of Florida was on Fox
- 50:32Speaker 6: again and him and another partner were promoting term limits,
- 50:36Speaker 6: which is nice to hear that doing something about it.
- 50:39Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good point. Nancy Pelosi is going to
- 50:40Speaker 2: do something about term limits. The other thing, she goes
- 50:44Speaker 2: into Congress with no money, she comes out with four
- 50:46Speaker 2: hundred million. That's from the insider trading. There is legislation
- 50:51Speaker 2: being proposed now bipartisan, to ban members of Congress from
- 50:56Speaker 2: trading stocks. This would end the insider trading. Now who
- 51:00Speaker 2: votes on this Congress? So are they going to vote
- 51:02Speaker 2: to and their insider treading? Many of them to become
- 51:06Speaker 2: multi millionaires doing it. But the legislation is there, we'll
- 51:09Speaker 2: see if it, if it progressives progressive. Let's go to
- 51:12Speaker 2: Wagner in Philadelphia. Wagner, how you doing.
- 51:16Speaker 13: Hey, mister Mark. It's a pleasure for me to be
- 51:19Speaker 13: on the on the radio. Listen, excuse me, everybody know.
- 51:24Speaker 13: Everybody knows you don't need a massive degree or a
- 51:28Speaker 13: college degree or diploma. Everybody knows the last four years
- 51:33Speaker 13: wasn't the worst government ever in the United States. And
- 51:38Speaker 13: this our President Trump, He's doing the best for this
- 51:42Speaker 13: country always. And these people lying to the American people,
- 51:46Speaker 13: they call him, uh, dictated, they call him fascists.
- 51:51Speaker 15: Uh.
- 51:51Speaker 13: You know, when somebody is dictated, they shut your mouth
- 51:56Speaker 13: when you're talking something, when you talk, when you say something,
- 51:59Speaker 13: it's a point.
- 52:00Speaker 2: They wouldn't be able to call them a dictator. They'd
- 52:02Speaker 2: be in prison the next day. Hey, where are you from?
- 52:04Speaker 2: Where's that beautiful accent from?
- 52:06Speaker 5: Right?
- 52:06Speaker 2: Where you're from?
- 52:07Speaker 13: So I understand what? Huh?
- 52:10Speaker 2: I said? Where are you're from?
- 52:12Speaker 13: Oh, I'm Republic. I was living in.
- 52:16Speaker 2: Brooklyn for eight years.
- 52:18Speaker 13: I'm most of Philadelphia in nineteen ninety seven.
- 52:21Speaker 2: No, I like your accent. It sounds like a very
- 52:23Speaker 2: suave guy. But the women love that accent. Right. Oh, yeah,
- 52:28Speaker 2: you're not full enough twenty three years Okay, yeah you.
- 52:35Speaker 13: Country?
- 52:36Speaker 2: All right, great call, thanks for calling. Let's go to
- 52:38Speaker 2: Vincent and Brooklyn.
- 52:39Speaker 5: Vincent, how you doing, Good morning, Mark, Mark, I'm okay,
- 52:42Speaker 5: good morning matter Mark. For anyone who likes sushi, meet
- 52:47Speaker 5: me at the marina before I go fishing, and I'll
- 52:50Speaker 5: give you all debate. I mean sushi that you want.
- 52:53Speaker 5: In fact, I have a freezer full of it right now. Mark.
- 52:56Speaker 5: Here's another good side effect of Tom Holmeman going after
- 53:02Speaker 5: all of the illegal migrants that are living in this country.
- 53:06Speaker 5: Obviously these people don't own properties. They're probably living in apartments.
- 53:12Speaker 5: So as he's cleaning out these people, all of these
- 53:15Speaker 5: apartments are going to be freed up.
- 53:18Speaker 2: It's a good point. He's selling the housing shortage.
- 53:21Speaker 5: Exactly because they're not five. They don't have very good credit.
- 53:25Speaker 2: Give Tom Homan credit for aget creating affordab Yeah, that's
- 53:29Speaker 2: good point, Vincent. We gotta go because we gotta do
- 53:31Speaker 2: the news, but we'll talk again soon when we come back.
- 53:34Speaker 2: Jimmy Fala will be with us next on seven to
- 53:37Speaker 2: ten wor.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Mister New York, Hey, that's Marks someone seven to ten wor.
- 53:44Speaker 2: Well the great Fox News Toast, great comedian, Jimmy Fayla.
- 53:48Speaker 2: He's on WR every night now nine to midnight. You
- 53:51Speaker 2: love his show nine to midnight every weeknight. Also make
- 53:55Speaker 2: sure you watch this Saturday night show, Best late night Show,
- 53:58Speaker 2: best monologue in television, and it's Saturday nights ten o'clock
- 54:02Speaker 2: on the Fox News Channel. Jimmy Fayla, How you doing?
- 54:07Speaker 16: H Yeah, I'm doing. Man. Job numbers were good. Apparently
- 54:11Speaker 16: a lot of people are hiring a food taster now
- 54:13Speaker 16: that the Epstein docs are coming out.
- 54:15Speaker 2: Well, well you know who got a job? Finally, Mom,
- 54:18Speaker 2: Donnie's actually gonna be his first shot.
- 54:23Speaker 16: Isn't it so funny that a guy wins mayor in
- 54:25Speaker 16: New York and he can't even call his parents in
- 54:28Speaker 16: Bragg because they hate America? Wait, you didn't want What
- 54:34Speaker 16: the heck did you take that job? Growth?
- 54:38Speaker 2: So uh yeah, we're lucky he was available right for mayor.
- 54:43Speaker 2: What do you think he's meeting with President Trump tomorrow?
- 54:46Speaker 2: How do you think that'll go?
- 54:48Speaker 16: Yeah, that's gonna be funny. Uh So, I love the
- 54:54Speaker 16: idea that you know, he's showing up there under the auspices.
- 54:57Speaker 16: He made this little video where he's like, you know,
- 54:59Speaker 16: we both want the same thing. I'm like, no, we don't.
- 55:04Speaker 16: That's you know, I get you're trying to strike that
- 55:06Speaker 16: conciliatory tone, but you know, the money's not there to
- 55:10Speaker 16: do any of this garbage. Trump is essentially just going
- 55:13Speaker 16: to repeat that there'll be a couple of high level
- 55:16Speaker 16: photo ops and they'll get out of there. I mean,
- 55:19Speaker 16: that's the best case scenario. The worst case scenario is
- 55:22Speaker 16: what happened is the Lensky when he got thrown out
- 55:25Speaker 16: halfway through the meeting, and you know, like he was
- 55:27Speaker 16: getting kicked out of a bar. So I could see
- 55:30Speaker 16: it going either way, but neither of which is good
- 55:33Speaker 16: for mom.
- 55:33Speaker 2: Donnie. I still have the sneaking suspicion the Mam Donnie,
- 55:38Speaker 2: the con man. It's really conning the left. Maybe he's
- 55:41Speaker 2: not such a socialist, Maybe he wants to be a
- 55:45Speaker 2: big shot and makes himself a lot of money.
- 55:47Speaker 16: What do you think, well, I mean the socialist that
- 55:51Speaker 16: is their signature thing is that, you know, everybody else
- 55:53Speaker 16: has to kind of starve because my champagne ain't gonna
- 55:56Speaker 16: pay for itself, you know. So I I do agree
- 56:00Speaker 16: that he has that in him, because they all do,
- 56:02Speaker 16: every single person taking on the oligarchy, as Bernie says,
- 56:07Speaker 16: was doing so.
- 56:08Speaker 2: On a private jet. That was my favorite Bernie excuse.
- 56:10Speaker 16: Do you remember when Brett Baer said to Bernie Sanders,
- 56:13Speaker 16: He goes, well, what do you say to those people
- 56:16Speaker 16: who question the fact that you're fighting the oligarchy by
- 56:18Speaker 16: flying in a private jet? And Bernie goes, well, Donald
- 56:21Speaker 16: Trump flies on a private jet and Dodgaire goes, yeah,
- 56:23Speaker 16: but he's not fighting the oligarchy.
- 56:25Speaker 15: You are.
- 56:26Speaker 2: That's the whole gig. Yeah, you just told that he
- 56:28Speaker 2: was a king. Yes, that's supposed to behave like the king.
- 56:30Speaker 16: So yeah, come on, what's going on here? So there's
- 56:33Speaker 16: a good there's a really good degree of fraud. And yes,
- 56:35Speaker 16: I don't doubt for a second. Would he like to
- 56:38Speaker 16: give you the free busses?
- 56:40Speaker 5: Yay?
- 56:40Speaker 16: All right, that's great, okay ken he as we all know,
- 56:43Speaker 16: the answer is no. So, like everybody else, the New
- 56:47Speaker 16: York City mayor is a jump off to all kinds
- 56:50Speaker 16: of other things. And I think, like, you know, people
- 56:53Speaker 16: want a job for higher office. Bloomberg thought he might
- 56:56Speaker 16: be president. You know, Eric Adams wanted free vodka clubs.
- 57:00Speaker 16: You know, everybody wants something out of this job. He
- 57:03Speaker 16: wanted the free air flare to Turkey.
- 57:05Speaker 6: I get it.
- 57:05Speaker 2: Everybody wants a burk And.
- 57:07Speaker 16: You know, Mom, Donnie wants to become a national name
- 57:09Speaker 16: and make a lot of money for sure.
- 57:11Speaker 2: Oh okay, so uh yeah, Blue Hey Bloomberg would have
- 57:14Speaker 2: been president if he could talk. That was the worst
- 57:17Speaker 2: debate performance I've ever seen in my life, where Elizabeth
- 57:20Speaker 2: Warren smember.
- 57:23Speaker 16: Yeah, that was imagine. That's that's imagine getting beat in
- 57:28Speaker 16: the football game of life. You lost to a pretend chief.
- 57:32Speaker 16: You know that's not good.
- 57:35Speaker 2: Hey, Dick Cheney, you know, MSNBC, CNN for years told
- 57:39Speaker 2: us Dick Cheney was the lowest war criminal. He should
- 57:42Speaker 2: be prosecuted. He was evil, he was Darth Vader. Now
- 57:45Speaker 2: I'm watching they're covering his funeral life like he's Winston
- 57:47Speaker 2: Churchill all of a sudden. The hell is that.
- 57:52Speaker 16: It's so crazy to see how this turns. Because when
- 57:55Speaker 16: I first started listening to talk radio, I was a
- 57:58Speaker 16: cam driver and if you remember the US to hold
- 58:00Speaker 16: him Darth Vader, that was the thing that like, Dick
- 58:03Speaker 16: Cheney is Darth Vader. Well, apparently the whole resistance has
- 58:08Speaker 16: landed the Millennium falcon at Darth Vader's serial and.
- 58:10Speaker 2: They're trying to make nice.
- 58:12Speaker 16: Yeah, it doesn't make any sense to me either, but
- 58:14Speaker 16: it really shows you how transactional politics are. Huh.
- 58:17Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 58:18Speaker 9: Uh.
- 58:19Speaker 2: Speaking of which Epstein. Every Democrat is friends with Epstein.
- 58:22Speaker 2: They're taking donations from Epstein, they're hanging out with Epstein.
- 58:26Speaker 2: When these files come out. They're not going to be
- 58:28Speaker 2: very happy, are they, These Democrats?
- 58:31Speaker 16: No, this doesn't end good for them. Okay, they they
- 58:35Speaker 16: were excited about this. It's like when a dog gets
- 58:37Speaker 16: in your car and then realizes he's going to the vet.
- 58:40Speaker 16: You know, the idea getting in the car was so
- 58:43Speaker 16: excited and now you're in the car and you're like.
- 58:46Speaker 6: Wow, something smells.
- 58:47Speaker 16: Is that what's going on here? And the dog starts
- 58:50Speaker 16: to get a little nervous. And that was every Democrat.
- 58:52Speaker 16: If they didn't want these to come out.
- 58:53Speaker 2: We all know it. We've all been saying it forever.
- 58:56Speaker 2: The idea that.
- 58:56Speaker 16: Kamala yesterday said release the files. After spending four years
- 59:00Speaker 16: as a sitting vice president, who could have release the files?
- 59:04Speaker 16: So it was all play acting and there's you know,
- 59:06Speaker 16: there's no and they know this. There's no version of
- 59:08Speaker 16: this that Trump is releasing something that's going to destroy
- 59:11Speaker 16: his presidency. They wouldn't be coming out if that.
- 59:14Speaker 2: Was a case.
- 59:15Speaker 16: So unless he suddenly walks it back after signing this bill,
- 59:18Speaker 16: which I don't think he can, I would imagine this
- 59:21Speaker 16: is a bad ending for Democrats. Back to my earlier comment,
- 59:24Speaker 16: if you're looking for a job starting people's cars or
- 59:27Speaker 16: tasting their food, half of Washington is hiring right now.
- 59:32Speaker 2: Hey, all this Christmas stuff is this drives you crazy?
- 59:34Speaker 2: These Christmas songs everywhere, Christmas trees is a little too.
- 59:37Speaker 16: Much, you know what happen. It's just going on too early.
- 59:43Speaker 16: It's like I can listen to Christmas music, but we're
- 59:46Speaker 16: putting it out like it's a CVS.
- 59:48Speaker 2: Now.
- 59:48Speaker 16: You know, the Valentine's Day candy comes out January third.
- 59:52Speaker 16: It's like it's just we used to say, let the
- 59:54Speaker 16: turkey cool. That was the old abage, like don't start
- 59:57Speaker 16: your Christmas stuff till Thanksgivings over. Now we're saying, let'
- 1:00:00Speaker 16: a turkey cook? What having a Thanksgiving?
- 1:00:02Speaker 13: Dude? We're getting with it all.
- 1:00:03Speaker 16: Light our Christmas tree in two days or tomorrow anyway.
- 1:00:06Speaker 16: Right outside it, Fox Radio City is right around the corner,
- 1:00:10Speaker 16: like extee me, it's that crazy Eddies Christmas in November.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: It's crazy, that's right, Crazy Eddy used to do Christmas
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: in July. What a memory you have.
- 1:00:20Speaker 16: But yeah, well crazy Eddie was a good guy, but
- 1:00:23Speaker 16: his prices were insane.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: I mean that was the thing.
- 1:00:26Speaker 13: Hey, there you go.
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: Hey, Jimmy fails on w o R every night nine
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: to midnight. It's a great show. You should listen every
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: night nine to midnight. What do you got on tonight?
- 1:00:37Speaker 16: Ooh we got Kennedy coming by, which is exciting, and
- 1:00:41Speaker 16: Arizona Representative Andy Biggs, who is a big guy behind
- 1:00:44Speaker 16: the push or released the Epstein files. So yeah, this
- 1:00:47Speaker 16: is going to be a sketchy show, but that's the
- 1:00:49Speaker 16: kind of show I like. You know, you're a former
- 1:00:51Speaker 16: cab driver, that's what you want.
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: Riff raff on the radio.
- 1:00:54Speaker 16: So everybody will feel better about themselves if they listen
- 1:00:57Speaker 16: to night.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: The Cheney Funeral is on. George W. Bush is speaking,
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: MSNBC covering it live, CNN covering it live. I thought
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: they kept telling us this guy was the most horrible
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: guy on earth, George W. Bush. And it's so funny.
- 1:01:11Speaker 16: But if he doesn't like Trumps, that automatically makes them
- 1:01:14Speaker 16: the best guys. It's so bananas. Joe Biden was there
- 1:01:20Speaker 16: and it's it's really, you know, I don't even know
- 1:01:23Speaker 16: what to say to this spectacle. You know, but Bush
- 1:01:26Speaker 16: is I always found him to be an affable, likable guy,
- 1:01:29Speaker 16: but the media really did portray him as like actual Satan.
- 1:01:34Speaker 16: So the idea that we're going wall to wall again
- 1:01:36Speaker 16: on a Satan speech, it's, you know, this is the
- 1:01:38Speaker 16: dumbest time that's ever been to be a lot. It's like,
- 1:01:41Speaker 16: sometimes you don't have to tell a joke, Mark, because
- 1:01:43Speaker 16: the world has just become one, you know.
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: Yeah, but you do do Saturday nights at ten o'clock,
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: Jimmy Pail's TV show, Saturday Nights at ten. That is
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: the best. A lot of people have agreed with me. Now,
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: it's the best monologue in late night television anywhere in television.
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: And how long did it take to put that? That's
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: a good long monologue. It must take you forever to
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: put that.
- 1:02:03Speaker 16: To you you do, like twenty minutes. But I write
- 1:02:05Speaker 16: it myself, you know what it is. I spend all
- 1:02:06Speaker 16: week grabbing the stories that I think are worth discussing,
- 1:02:10Speaker 16: and then I just kind of write it like a narrative,
- 1:02:13Speaker 16: you know, from good to be here to what I
- 1:02:15Speaker 16: watch this week to what it means, and you know,
- 1:02:17Speaker 16: the whole point of comedy is like you need to
- 1:02:20Speaker 16: do a show that can happen on any channel. That's
- 1:02:22Speaker 16: the trick, like, oh, obviously only Fox News would green
- 1:02:26Speaker 16: light this type of show, to be clear, But the
- 1:02:29Speaker 16: point is you want people who don't necessarily love Fox
- 1:02:32Speaker 16: to still change the channel, come across this and go, wow,
- 1:02:35Speaker 16: it's pretty funny, because that's your job as a comedian.
- 1:02:38Speaker 16: You never want to be getting laughed from half the room.
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: That doesn't end good.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: Yeah, So I watch you Kimmel and Colbert, and then
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: at the end the credits coming, there's like twenty seven
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: writers for that week monologue they do, and you write
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: this whole thing yourself.
- 1:02:53Speaker 16: It's amazing, Yeah, by myself, but to be clear, I
- 1:02:55Speaker 16: have at least twenty seven voices in my head right.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: Oh, listen to Jimmy Fayler tonight every weeknight on WR
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: nine to midnight. People love this show. If you haven't
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: been listening, start tonight nine to midnight Jimmy Fayler and
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: make sure you'll watch Fox News. He does the best
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: show late night TV Saturday nights at ten o'clock Fox
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: News Channel. Great stuff. Jimmy Fayla, thanks for being with us.
- 1:03:20Speaker 16: You get the best, Mark see if anybody all.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: Right, take care and you'll forget. Coming up at noon,
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: Buck Sexton, Klay Travis, we'll have a great show for you.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: And then you got Sean Hannity. That's the most listened
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: to radio show in America. It's at three o'clock today
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: on seven to ten. Wor welcome back to the Mark
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: Simone Show.
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: You are hey.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: You know it's gonna be a very interesting congressional race
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: over on the West side. That waddling slob Jerry Nadler
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: is retiring. Democrats have pushed him out. And you got
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: that lunatic nut job kid, Jack Schlosberg, son of Caroline Kennedy,
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: a real wacko nutjob Instagram TikTok lunatic who wants to
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: run for the seat. He's another like twelve year old
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: who never had a job, perfect for a Democratic candidate.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: So he's the big big candidate so far. Now George
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: Conway is talking about jumping into the race. He's the
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: guy that was, you know, the attorney in Washington just
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: attacking Trump left and right. He's another crazy left wing nutjob.
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: This George Conway. He wants to run. You might be saying,
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: he said, wait, wait a minute, doesn't he live in DC. Well, no,
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: actually lives in Bethesda, Maryland. You might be saying, well,
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: if he lives in Bethesda, Maryland, why is he running
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: for Congress on the Upper West side of Manhattan. Well, ah,
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: I don't know. It's real carpetbager stuff. Although he did
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: live in Manhattan for years. He was an attorney here
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: in Manhattan. He's been gone for many years, but he
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: did live here years ago. I guess that could qualify you.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: But keep an eye on that race. One crazy the
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: Democrat after another. Hey, we're out of time. I'll be
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: back tomorrow. Buck and Clay are coming up next, right
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: after the news. Now, I'm here every day ten to noon.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: Or if you can't listen ten to noon, or you
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: miss an hour or miss the show, you can always
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: hear the show anytime you want, day or night. Just
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: get the podcast wherever you get podcasts. So see you
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: tomorrow ten to noon, seven to ten. Woos
