Geopolitics and foreign policy dominated federal politics last week , but with Parliament in session, it's back to jobs and growth. Despite large numbers of immigrants coming to Australia lawfully each year, the focus of immigration has changed from successful integration of immigrants to border control. With at least 17 million people on the brink of famine the world’s ‘worst humanitarian crisis’ is rolling into its fourth year but the conflict in Yemen is only becoming even more intractable.
