Team Iowa just shattered a Guinness World Record at the Transplant Games of America—966 transplant recipients and donors gathered in one place. Reagan Maher, a kidney transplant survivor since 2021, competed alongside 48 other Iowa athletes and 139 supporters, earning medals and unforgettable connections. He’s also launching Fauna – Transplant Support, named after his donor, to share powerful stories.
