Welcome to Soul Elevation: Guiding Your Ascension to New Heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin. You're gonna love this episode with Asara Adams, where she channels a galactic collective called Atara. First, Asara will share her spiritual journey, including a near-death experience and her extraordinary ET encounter, which eventually led her to channeling. When Atara comes in, we'll talk about humanity's ascension, the dark night of the soul, a little about their experience in the ninth dimension, Earth being in quarantine, and a whole lot more. Asara Adams is an international speaker and trance channel for Atara, the Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light. She's known for her online community called The Galactic Bridge. In 2005, she had a direct encounter with four extraterrestrial

I'm so excited to have this conversation today. Thank you for coming on Soul Elevation. Thank you so much for having me, Cara. It's an honor, really. Well, we're gonna have a great discussion, and we're gonna bring in Atara, um, a little bit later, but first I wanna talk about your near-death experience. And I wanna hear what happened, and also how much this may have informed the work that you're doing today, um, how much it might have changed you. So let's, let's start there. What can you share with us about your NDE? Yeah. Well, to start with, I feel that the NDE I had, and I think also so many others who have NDEs, when we look back at it, it is a blessing. Um, the lead-up to it might have been different,
• 3:00
but overall it is a great blessing that happened to me. Um, I was very young though. Asara Adams: I was 14, and I grew up, um, in the '70s, '80s, and I was, um, in school. And in school there was this boy who came from a very troubled family. He was a very troubled kid, and he had been held back a few times, so he was also a lot older than all, all, all of us in the class. And for whatever reason, he had fallen in love with me. Oh. And I was very scared of this boy because he was coming from a very abusive home, and it was just energetically very scary for me. As a kid, you ha- you don't understand it really. It just doesn't click, right? And he wrote me this note that, you know, like it says, "Do you want to go out with me? Check yes, no, maybe."
• 4:00
And when I checked no, that was kind of my death moment or my death warrant, if you will. Wow. I gave it to him. I said, "I'm so sorry," you know, but ... And then a few days later, uh, we were all, like, bathing in the community pool. And again, in those, in that time, lifeguards, adults, it wasn't very present. Like, in the '70s, '80s, like Gen X, we were not very supervised, to be honest. Yes. I'm a Gen X-er, so I- Yeah ... I remember. Yes. Yeah. So this boy was so hurt by my answer, and he was so upset about it that when we were all in the community pool, um, swimming, he started to dunk me under the water. And as I was
• 5:00
underwater, he, I could feel his rage and his anger that I rejected him. And I had actually already exhaled when he, like, put me under the water, so there was not a lot to go by. And I struggled and I, I fought and, and I, I, I didn't know what to do, and I panicked, and I, I didn't know what to do. And all of a sudden everything became dark. Everything was closing in and became dark. Uh, and I, I screamed to God inside of my head like, "Yah. This is it. Help, help." And then all of a sudden it got really dark, and then really bright. Then it got really, really bright. There was this shaft and, and this brightness, and I was like I, I was, like, almost sucked up into this, into this light.
• 6:00
It was very, very fast. And then all of a sudden it was still. It was quiet. And I was like, "Okay, am I, am I out the water?" Like, I, I didn't understand it because I was a kid. I, I, I was so confused when this incredible peace came inside me like into me from this light. Like the light had, um, had an energy. It was almost like a, a, a, a consciousness, and it was so peaceful and it enveloped me in that peace and in that, in that calm, and I felt so f- free. And all of a sudden it, it, it was kind of like... I can't describe it as a voice really, but it was kind of like a transfer of a thought that, that said to me, "Did you notice that when you stopped
• 7:00
struggling you were freed? When you stopped trying to fight it on your own you were free? You are free. Stop struggling. You don't need to struggle. You're free." And, and I, and I, I was like, "Well, well, thank you." And, and I was so happy there and I wanted to stay there of course because it was so peaceful in comparison to what I just went through and I just wanted to stay there in peace. And I sat there and I felt the presence of a lot of like angels and beings around me and they were just holding me. They were just hugging me and holding me because I was this young child, you know? And that felt so strengthening and so comforting. And then it was the, it was the question, you know "Do you wanna stay
• 8:00
here? Do you want to go back?" And it was, it was kind of like as a kid, like, "No, I think I need to go back." It was as a... You don't really comprehend it as a kid so much. It was kind of like, "No, I need to go back, I think. I think I need to see my mom and my dad." Mm-hmm. Kind of that feeling like, oh, it's... You don't know that you're dead. It's the weirdest thing. You don't know that you're actually dead. You just think you're in some, in some subconscious state. But then when I, when I came back, people were reanimating me. They pulled me out from the water, and they had kind of like they started to do all the, um- The CPR and everything. Yeah. Yeah. And, and then I, and I came back, and I'm like, "Oh, okay." And it was such a plunk into that reality. It... And I was really cold. Even though it was summer, it was a hot summer, I was so cold because in that realm it was just so warm,
• 9:00
and coming back into that physical, like into the physical body, it was so cold for a moment. And, and then it, it took me really a while to really, really return, and I was excused from school and everything for a while, and I was able to process this. But I also had to still remain in class with this boy that tried to kill me literally. Oh. So it... Again, it's fascinating to me looking back how aloof the adults really were. It was like- Right ... oh, they had just had a kerfuffle. You know, it was an accident. Whatever. It was just kind of played down and- Brushed under. Kara Goodwin: So like nothing- Brushed under ... happened to him. No, no. Well, his... Unfortunately, his dad heard about it, and he, you know, he had to pay- Oh ... the price, which
• 10:00
made things not better. Mm-hmm. Yeah. But as the y- as the years progressed, of course, like I was, I was able to really... So, so what happened through this near-death experience was really that I was seeing his pain. Asara Adams: Before, as a kid, as a child, you think, "I don't like you," or, "You're mean," or, you know, whatever it is, and you don't really understand it. You just don't know. You, you, you just don't want to be with somebody in- Mm-hmm ... in the vicinity like that. And, and I, through that experience, through that NDE, I, I saw into the soul of this person, and I felt so much compassion for him. Mm. So much, like, I, I felt so terrible for this boy. And a, like two, three years later, you know, so we were like 16, 17, I ran into him and he said, "You know, I, I wanted to really
• 11:00
apologize to you, Sara, for what I did. I, I know it was, it was not right." I, I was really upset. I was really sad. And I, and I forgave him very easily because somehow I... It's not to excuse the act, but it's an, a, like a deep compassion for- Mm ... for the hurt and pain that people go through. And people do the, the oddest things when they are going through a tough moment in their life. And that compassion and that forgiveness freed me also. It, it liberated me immensely. Mm. But I think what it mostly did really was to, it st- it, it em- it embedded a deep trust into me, in the trust in God, the trust in Source. Like, don't struggle. It's not what it seems. Like if you, if you're afraid
• 12:00
of what comes after, don't be afraid. What comes after is the most beautiful thing. Don't be afraid. Mm. You're safe. And, and for me, this was such a life lesson throughout my life, always to... Oh, the ego mind wants to figure it out, wants to make it happen, wants to solve it, wants to, you know, has to struggle. And the moment we let go, the moment we say, "Okay, you know what? Take over, Source, God," whatever you wish to call it, "Take over," that's the moment when all of a sudden things start to flow again and when we're safe. Because we are safe all along, you know? And so it's, it is- It is an, a, a profound experience that I had that gave me so much strength to, uh, go through this life journey that I have embarked, uh, on throughout the life really. Kara Goodwin: Right. Thank you for sharing that. That is very traumatic, and I'm
• 13:00
curious about, you know, the work that you do now. You're a spiritual guide, and you help other people to tap into that really sacred aspect of their lives. H- what role did your NDE play in what you're doing now, and was it like a straight shot? Asara Adams: No. No, not at all. It was not a straight shot at all. Well, I... When I grew up as a k- as a child, I used to play with angels and galactic beings and ascended masters because I was on my own a lot. And so for me, that was kind of normal when you're like three, four, five years old, which so many of us have. If, if you ask any spiritually aware person, they probably can say, "You know, when I was a kid, I saw beings and stuff." So that was kind of like all the normal course, and my family was
• 14:00
very spiritual. Mm. Uh, my parents were very intuitive, very psychic, but also very Catholic, so it was not- Wow ... acknowledged, but they were really, really psychic. And, um, my brother is a, um, animal communicator in Switzerland. He's a- Wow telepathic animal communicator, and my oldest sister, um, was an energy healer. My aunt was a, an intuitive reader, an intuitive counselor. So it was kind of like that flower power era, every, every... Incense everywhere. Wow. And I, I loved it, but with the near-death experience, what happened was it opened also my ability to see everything, and I had a lot of dreams that were premonitions, uh, that all came true, and they were usually not good things. And as a young child, I was not able to handle that really. And
• 15:00
so s- I was so overwhelmed by it that- The powers that be, they kind of shut it kind of down, and they kind of shielded me from this all-seeing. Because I would meet people, adults and people, and I would see their soul and it was sometimes wonderful and sometimes it was not very good, and it was just scary and overwhelming, and I couldn't process it really as a child. So I went really the other way. So when it came to choosing my first career, I went into banking and financing. And my parents, they just shook their heads and they were just wondering, "What did we do wrong with this child?" She's, you know, going all this way. And that was for me like a s- nice neutral safety. But also as I then grew older, I was really against anything spiritual. Like, I was kind of trying to debunk, you know,
• 16:00
people who were doing readings. Like, it was, it was kind of like a rebellion also, I think, as a teenager. As, as a teenager you kind of have to push against something, and so I pushed against spiritual stuff. And so banker I was really happy, and then when I was 25, I, um, I was having a vision and a, a strong impulse to move to the United States. And so I moved to Florida and I started a very successful real estate firm even further away from all spiritual, uh, activities. I got married and it was very, very successful. And then one day I felt a presence in the house, and I thought, "Oh, I know how that feels. I don't wanna go back into spiritual stuff," and "Oh, go away, whatever you are, whoever you are." And it was just so persistent, and I couldn't
• 17:00
sleep, and it just would not let me rest, and I'm like, "Okay, I've had it. I'm gonna go to a psychic, and I'm going to make this go away." And I... A, a friend of mine brought me to a lovely, um, older lady, and she was kind of like a grandmother, and she felt so sweet, and I told her what I'm sensing in the house, and she tuned in and she said, "You know, Azara, they're telling me that you can see them very clearly, and you should kinda pick up the phone and, you know, kinda ask who it is and connect." I'm like, "Are you asking for more money perhaps? Should I give you more money?" "Is that what it is?" And she said, "Yeah, that's not how I work. I, I can't override what they're telling me. You, you need to sit down and really meet them or, or, or this presence." And I'm like,
• 18:00
"Okay, I'll think about it." Few weeks passed by stubborn. I was so resisting all spiritual things, and I... a few weeks later, I just really, uh, couldn't get to sleep. Everything was turned up. That presence turned up things so much to get to me that I gave in, and I, and I met this lady again and said, "Listen, can you help me remember, um, how to do this? Because I have been so far away from all of this. I have shut everything down." Um, and so she sat down with me, and it was... it turned out that it was my grandfather who tried to get my attention, and my grandfather passed away on the day I was born, and it was kind of like a handover. He was kinda assigned to me, and he was trying to reach me, and he told me, "Azara, this little real estate business that you have,
• 19:00
um, is not what you're meant to be doing." And I'm like, "What do you mean little real estate? This is... I was working so hard, and I... you know, it's thriving. It's a really successful business." He said, "Yeah, but it's not what you're meant to be doing, and also your marriage won't last." And so- I'm like, "I just met you." You're telling me that I basically did everything wrong. That kind of like did not sit well with me. Yeah. And so I said, "Well, nice meeting you. Thank you very much. Bye bye." And I didn't really continue, um, with this for a while. And lo and behold, in the early 2000s, Florida in general real estate bubble burst, economic crisis, and everything was lost. The marriage fell apart and I had to give up. I
• 20:00
give up. I, I said, "You know what? You're right. I, I, I h- I surrender." And I again met with this lovely lady, and she took me under her wings just to show me ethical ways and ways of integrity to work with the energies, work with people, helping people in a way that, that is of a very high level, high standard. So I was connecting with angels and with ascended masters, and it felt lovely, and it was so wonderful and peaceful, joyful Um, until I went to kind of like a... We had like a, a spiritual circle of women. We would meet like once a month, and there was this lovely spiritual channeler, a galactic channel, who channeled galactic energies. And it
• 21:00
sounded lovely, but inside I thought, "You guys are all crazy." Because for me, that was so far apart, even though as a child, galactic beings were playing with me, but I had it all kinda forgotten. I for- I forgot all that. And I looked at my friends, I'm like, "Are you buying into this?" And they were like, "What are you talking about? Of course. Of course." And I'm like, "Wow, this is so bizarre." And so I walked up to this lady and I said, "Um, you know, when I fall asleep, I hear these strange sounds." And it sounds like metal is being stretched, like really like unearth- earthly sounds. Like it doesn't sound- Like in your head? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Like I was trying to drift to sleep, and then this loud sound I would hear. I think it was in my head, a telepathic sound.
• 22:00
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And a jolt went through my body whenever I would hear these sounds and, and I couldn't figure it out, so I thought, might as well ask the crazy lady who channels- activities. What do I have to lose? And, and she just looked at me and she said, "You know what? It does sound galactic, but I wouldn't know really. Um, but I do have a friend in Las Vegas who could probably help you." And so I thought, Las Vegas? Really? A gambling city? Again, very skeptical. I was so skeptical. Um, so again, I waited, and the sounds would get louder and more persistent. And so I said, "Fine, I give it a shot." And I called the lady, and she said, "You know what? I'm in between sessions right now. Uh, do you mind just giving me your address?" I'm like,
• 23:00
"Giving you my address? What?" And she was like, "Yeah, uh, they're gonna have a look at you." I'm like, "Who?" She's like, "My team. My- Just don't worry about it. Just what's your address?" I'm like, "This sounds so weird," but I said, "You know what? Fine. I'm gonna give you my address." She said, "Could you please not move in the next 30 minutes? Like, not... Don't move from that address." I'm like, "Okay. I guess I have nothing better to do." And it was a nice afternoon. V- I lived in a very quiet neighborhood, but I had two dogs with me, uh, that were living with me. And so I said to myself, "Okay, don't move. What am I gonna do?" So I laid on my bed, and I laid on my bed kind of like, "Okay, what time is it? How, how much time has passed?" All of a sudden, the dogs in the
• 24:00
house, they start to bark like crazy, and they were wagging their tails and running around. I'm like, "Is there a mailman or is there somebody outside?" But there was no one outside, and they were just wagging like they were greeting someone. And I was laying on the bed, and all of a sudden There were four galactic beings in my room I was freaking out. And did they look physical? Like, just as though- They- Kara Goodwin: if I walked into your room ... they looked very physical, and they looked the way I would picture galactic beings. So like the traditional- Later on- ... gray? The, they were tall white. Okay. They were not the s- the grays. They were tall and white, and th- big eyes. Mm-hmm. Tall and skinny, but they reached the ceiling of the room. Asara Adams: That, that's how tall they
• 25:00
were, and there were four of them. Uh, I was like... I was freaking out because I'm like- Could you see through them at all? They were completely solid? They were solid, but s- slightly, not like human density. Okay. Maybe at an 80% density. Okay. Maybe. And I could not move. I was freaking out and I couldn't move, which freaked me out even more. Wow. I bet. I'm like, "Oh my God, I did not believe this exists." And these four beings were standing there. I couldn't move my arms. I tried because I thought, "Well, let me just try to move my arms and legs" and I, I... it was like a magnet was holding me down. And huh, that was, that was really something. My heart was racing, and then
• 26:00
one of the beings came over to my side and bent down and looked at my, into my eyes. And I was expected to, or expecting to get even more scared, but the energies were like a grandmother hug. Mm. Like your grandmother gives you a really warm hug, and it felt so, like it, it entered my core. This energy entered my entire being, this loving energy. And this, this being just had black eyes, and it just looked at my eyes. It didn't do anything else. It just looked at my eyes, and it was maybe screening my eyes, I feel. And then after a few moments, they disappeared. I'm like, "What?" And my dogs were like, they were like beside themselves. It was so crazy.
• 27:00
Wow. So I call this lady, and she picked up. Before I could say my name she said, "I know." I'm like, "What just happened? What are you talking about?" She said, "Yeah, I work with these beings." And she was also already in her 70s. She was also a older lady. And she said, "Well, um, they're telling me that you are very, very of galactic origins. You are a star seed. You came here with a huge backpack of galactic legacies, information, and knowledge. And here's something that you can choose. Your choice is you can go about your life just as it was before, or
• 28:00
they would love to offer you to prepare you to channel galactic beings. It will not be them, but they are the preparation team for galactic channelers for, for, for, for channelers who are ready to channel them." And I'm like, "Oh my God, what am I... Yeah. Yeah." Wow. And inside that yes came out before my mind could, you know, stop me. Oh my God. And I said, "Yes, I guess." And they worked with me three times. They worked on removing all screens, all programming. They call them screens because, um, in our societies and in, on Earth, the humans- Whatever powers that be, okay, the non well-meaning powers, put screens over
• 29:00
our third eye, our chakra, our solar plexus, our heart, our, our receptors. All- Mm ... all of us that would enable us to see them and, you know, interact with them or channel them, and they removed them in three sessions. They came to me, and then they... We were together, like, just removing the screen. They did a lot of, like, energy work, which I didn't understand, to be honest. And was it- I was just laying there ... as physical as the first time? Yeah. Like, they came... And this was a little while later? That was it. So in the first encounter was in 2005, and I, like, yeah, four weeks later we started working 'cause that's when she was avail- She's kind of like the- Oh, sh- you- She's like a- She's like an intermediary? Yeah. Okay. She was, like, on the phone with me because back then we didn't have video at all. Right. She was on the phone with me, and those beings would be there, and she would just
• 30:00
hold the space. Okay. I wanna be honest, I didn't understand a whole lot of this experience. I just showed up, I laid on my bed, and they did, like, the screen removal, and they w- And you, you were seeing them just as clearly as you saw them the first time while they were doing this? Kara Goodwin: That's amazing. Yeah. You know, as you were sharing that, um, and I, I started feeling teary. Like, when you were saying about the, um, that they were saying, "You can do this. You can choose to do this," like, I was like, "Am I gonna start crying?" Like, and I just w- I would love... I'd just like to, um, because it was an unusual response. Like, why... It's not really, like, um... I would've thought that if I was gonna cry it would be during your near-death experience because that was, like, so powerful and traumatic. So I just was, like, noting that. Like, oh my gosh, I feel emotional. Um, and I like to point things like that out when, like, an emotion doesn't really fit what I'm hearing because
• 31:00
so often that can be a shared experience. So, like, as people are listening to this, there may be people like- Mm ... "Why do I feel like I wanna cry?" You know? Yeah. That's so powerful. So they, they came that first time. It was, like, four weeks later. Mm-hmm. They removed the screens- Yeah ... and so forth. Yeah. They removed the screen- And you had two more sessions. Asara Adams: They... Yes, and they also healed my near-death experience. They healed a whole bunch of other stuff that I went through because- Mm ... you know, everybody has a rough- Life. You know, life, especially light workers usually. So they healed and healed and- Well, I, that's all I can understand, okay? Yeah. So they removed the screens, and they were doing some healing work so that I could be more clear and, you know, that I myself become as neutral as possible. I fe- I think when we have a lot of trauma still, like, hanging around, it, uh, it kind of is
• 32:00
sometimes, um, tainting things, or I don't know. It's kinda in a way- Yeah ... a little bit. Yeah. And it made it easier for me then to get out of the way really. Mm-hmm. Yes. Okay. Wow. And so was that th- that's what they were doing over the, the three sessions? Yeah. Okay. And then it was done, and then they were gone, and I'm like, "Oh." Give me new friends. And then you must have s- started having your own connections. So then I had my own connections, but there was a, there was a time where I... So I was, I was working still with the angels, but because of the, because of the circumstances because of all of the, uh, the economical, uh, circumstances. The economy was just awful. You know, it was getting really, really bad. So I took a job- Was this around, like, 2008 sort of time? Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah, so th-
• 33:00
three years passed. There was not, not a whole lot going on after that. There was a lot of integration, I guess. I worked with my angel pals and, you know, just doing just- Mm-hmm you know, just easy breezy because my entire cellular structure was changed. There was- Mm. I don't know exactly what happened, but they changed my entire cellular structure to be able to hold that frequency of these galactic, um, beings that I will, that I was about to channel. Mm-hmm. So English grammar, sorry. Um, and so a whole lot of nothing, and then I had to take on a job as a community manager, as a property manager in LA because... So I moved from Florida to LA on my own and my dog, and had to survive, was a property manager, and was bathing communities in a lot of
• 34:00
light and a lot of love, and turned around the community I was managing, and they wanted to offer me a big promotion. Um, but I felt the call to move to Manchester, and that's when the galactic experiences took off. I bet. Yeah. So then I... So I, I had just arrived. I had found a house to rent, and that one night I was, um, bringing back groceries from my car to the house, and I looked down on the ground because I didn't want to trip. It was pretty dark already. And all of a sudden I heard very clearly, like in my head, like, like a drop, like, like a voice dropped and said, "Look up. Look up quickly. Look up." And I looked up and there was a s- a spaceship above me. Wow. I'm like, "Oh my God."
• 35:00
A real spaceship. I can't believe it. And I, and I looked at it and there was this en- again, this energy, this incredibly loving, loving energy that came down from it, and it was hovering for just a moment, and then it slowly... Silent. Uh, there was no sound. And then it silently just flew into the mountain. It flew into the mountain as if there was no physical barrier. Wow. Like, it was flying through the, the rocks. And later on I found that there is a, a, like a galactic station, like a... inside Mount Shasta. Like Mount Shasta is one of those hotspots where there are, is a lot of galactic activity. And when I saw that, it was like a silver sphere, like, that, that flew into the mountain, and they call them here lovingly the Silver's Fleet. Oh. And, and
• 36:00
so that's was kind of like the, the, that what kicked off the all of the galactic experiences. And so, uh, I was then clearly, um, shown to start working with a new collective of galactic beings because that was earlier the preparation team, and now it was time for a new collective. And they showed themselves to me in a m- in a much lighter, um, vibration. Not as physical as the first preparation team because they were really physically, um- Mm-hmm ... I don't know what they were doing. Like denser. More denser. Mm-hmm. And, and that collective now that showed themselves to me was less dense, of a higher lightness. Okay. And they explained it to me later that their density is
• 37:00
easier to enter this vessel. Okay. They don't, they don't have that high of a... Like, like that li- uh, lower density to- Get into this body because I'm stepping out when I channel, and I have adopted that, um, way of channeling long before that. And so they knew, "Okay, so this is how she works, so let's see how we can work with Asara." And so they keep their density, their high vibrational density, and then they're able to step in. I leave, they take over my breathing, my heartbeat, and everything, and then they, they can speak and use this as an interface. Um, and it's easier for, for them. So that's the setup for the work that I was doing. And so I was channeling them for a little while, and people loved it, and I had a really, a beautiful audience. And
• 38:00
then one day they said, "Well, Asara, we need you to invite everybody here to Mount Shasta because we want to show our ships to them so that they can start seeing physical starships, UFOs, UAPs," whatever you wish to call them. But they are like phy- the physical ones. So I said, "What do you mean? Like, in person?" Because I was so used to do a lot of work behind the computer and, like- Mm-hmm ... on Zoom calls and broadcasts and stuff. And they said, "No, we need you to bring everybody here." And so I said, "Okay. Sure." And they said, "You need to put in your advertising that you will see ships." I'm like, "I can't do that." "What if you don't show up?" They're like, "No, you need to, you need to spell it out." And back then, like, that was then already 2010, '11, '12. Like twe-
• 39:00
yeah It started in, in, in t- 2000, like, 12 when, when that first call came to bring people then here for that, for that, uh, physical interaction with them and to f- with people, with gatherings. And, um, so they all came. It was like 50 of them, and th- some of them were engineers, some of them were skeptics. They were, like, more on the scientific side, and that intimidated me, I bet ... really because I was, I was so used to, you know, working with loving, spiritual people, open people, open-minded people also, and I'm like, "Oh, the pressure is on." Kara Goodwin: Yeah. And so, all right, everybody hopped into their cars, and we took off to drive up the mountain, and it's a pretty high mountain. It's 14,000 feet is Mount Shasta. So we went up a- in the evening hours. It
• 40:00
was, uh... night was approaching, and we were driving up the winding roads. And while we were driving up, I said to the, to the galactics, I said, "You better show up, you guys." Asara Adams: Yeah. Because I'm here. You know, you guys are up there. I did my part. And so who's gonna complain to you? Yes. And so we drove up, and before we could even put our chairs down, there were already two ships that started to show up, and then a whole bunch of other ships started to show up and, and- Wow ... did maneuvers, and all kinds of, uh, things happened. And so I had- this confirmation also for people to understand, and the scient- the scientists and the engineers, they were like, "We can't explain it away." Because I, I also wanted to make sure from an integrity standpoint when a satellite would fly by, I would
• 41:00
say, "That's a satellite, you guys. That's not one." Mm. "But that one is one." Mm-hmm. And when you ask them, like, when, when we see a UFO in the sky, if we see anything in the sky that seems odd, we can connect with them and say, "Show me that you are a UFO or a starship. Show me that you're not an, uh, airplane, satellite or whatever, drone," whatever the possibilities are now. Mm. And they show. They show maneuvers. They go back and forth. They do all these weird maneuvers that airplanes can't do. They just can't do it. Mm-hmm. And, and so I did a few of them, and so that phase then was completed, and that was, that was a pocket that needed to happen. Again, when we look back at the evolution of our galactic awareness in society, you know, that was still a few years ago. That
• 42:00
was, like, in, in 2015, 2016, 2017, that time. So yes, of course there were channelers, there were MUFON, and there were all of these different, uh, trailblazers trying to bring awareness to people, but it was still written off. And, um, it was really needed to, to show this to people and to make people aware. And then my assignment for this particular activity of doing these gatherings and the, you know, CE5, uh, gatherings ended, and then it was really concentrating solely then on channeling Etara and, um, the Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light. So thank you for sharing all of that. And so the, the group that you were working with, was that Etara? Kara Goodwin: That you talked about that the first group where the... Not the
• 43:00
first that, but the, um, the ones that were the higher density and they would come in and- Mm-hmm ... that's Etara. Yes. Okay. So, yeah. And they're Pleiadian and Arcturian? And Sirian. And Sirian, okay. So we have the three. Um, and it's a group of, like, eight, between eight and 12 because they change sometimes. Asara Adams: Sometimes members of this collective leave, and then new members come in, step in. When they speak through me, they either speak as a collective or sometimes an individual- Mm-hmm ... one speaks through. So sometimes it changes. That's why my channelings sometimes are different. They, they sound different- Oh, okay. Uh-huh ... at times or they, they switch up a little bit. So yeah, it all depends what is needed in that moment. Oh, okay. And do you know what your role and connection is with this group beyond Asara from a soul level? Well, on a soul level
• 44:00
I know that I had a lot of lifetimes, um, in the Pleiades and Sirius and Arcturus. So there is definitely a family connection here. Mm-hmm. There is, there is a lineage there that, you know, it's kind of like a call. It- there's an orchestration that it goes out, and the beautiful thing is in- with this work is it is so divinely orchestrated. It's like, "Hmm, what would be of the highest benefit? Let's see, what are the best elements to use to make this happen the- in the best possible way?" So we have a light worker, we have a channeler, we have a spiritual person that has that lineage already. Well, wouldn't that flow easier if we bring the collective in that is just best suited for that particular channel? Kara Goodwin: Mm. And, you know, for me, I'm, I'm this blank canvas. I, I kind of like, I show up.
• 45:00
I... as long as it is of love, of light, and for the greater good, I'm, I just show up. I don't ask questions. And that's kind of like why it is so important to have an audience, to have wonderful beings like you who have a lot of questions, who are curious, because I have no questions. Asara Adams: And that's, and that's what they were looking for in me, that I'm this blank canvas, that I don't have any opinions, that I like, "Okay, this is above my pay grade. Why don't you answer this? Why don't you take care of it?" So I don't have to know any answers, and that makes my job so much easier. I go relax, and they answer all the questions. Kara Goodwin: I love it. I love it. Well, I would love to ask questions. Is there anything else that you, Asara, feel like we should know about Atara before, before we bring them in, if
• 46:00
they wanna come through? Oh. They are already, like, all around. They're like- Yeah ... "Wrap it up. Wrap it up." Asara Adams: Is there anything that, that I want to share about Atara? Yeah. Anything else come to mind that you feel that we should know? Um, no, not really because they know exactly what your audience would like to know. They're kinda tuning into anybody who is going to watch this later. Okay. So whatever your questions are is going to inspire an answer, and words will come out of my mouth, but that's just one part of the transfer. There is also the telepathic transfer then to the listener
• 47:00
that is about to watch this that will receive on their own level another answer that their soul needed to receive at that time. Ooh, okay. Well, that is very important to know. I'm really glad that you shared that. Mm. That's beautiful. All right. So it's going to just take a moment, and then you can fire away. Kara Goodwin: Okay. Will it be obvious for me- Am I- ... or do they want... Will they be doing, like, an introduction or anything? Asara Adams: They probably say hello first, and then- Okay ... they will tell you, and now you can ask question. Kara Goodwin: Okay, perfect.
• 48:00
Asara Adams: We are here now. We love you. We are you, aspects from your future who came back to assist you in this now moment, dear ones. We are most joyous to connect with you here this way. Yes, dear one, and we are most joyous to connect with the beloved Kara. Yes. Yes. You are the seeker, the curious one, and the one who is doing very important work right now. Yes. Your work is so very important and so very needed. Yes. And it is not our first time that we are meeting
• 49:00
with you, dear one. We have been visiting with you in your dream time as well Kara Goodwin: Wow. Asara Adams: Yes, indeed. Kara Goodwin: That's amazing. I felt really, um, emotional again when you were coming in. I'm, like, feeling like I'm gonna cry. Asara Adams: It is your soul's recognition of your own lineage and of our connection. Yes, we are so glad to see you again, and to make it possible for you to interact with us this way. Yes, indeed. Now, curious one, let's begin with your wondrous questions. Kara Goodwin: Well, I, I'm so honored that you're here. I'm so, so honored to hear that we
• 50:00
already have a connection because, of course, for me, in, in my Kara form, this is the first time that I'm aware of our connection. So, um... But it's such... It's so beautiful. I'm so, so honored. And I wanted to start with the year that we're in. For you say that you're an aspect of us from the future, and so of course, as we're recording this, for us, it's 2026. And in a lot of ways in this year, it has felt like the darkness is getting louder and more intense. And I wanted to know from your perspective, how is humanity doing? I- I- For anybody who feels that we might be on a downward slide or, um, that, that we're not moving in the right direction, how does humanity's ascension look from your perspective? Asara Adams: Dear
• 51:00
one, what we can tell you is at this very moment that humanity is doing very well. You might be surprised to hear that because the illusion is trying to show you something different. Now, you might be aware that the old structures on your planet need to go. They need to be dismantled. They need to be brought up to be looked at, to tell humanity that this is the trajectory that had been chosen previously. Now you have the chance to look at it, and now you can choose differently This is the pivotal
• 52:00
point in humanity's evolution. So in order for anything to be released, you need to know even what needs to be released. If you do not know it, you can't release it. And whatever has been hidden from society, from the everyday person, is all coming out. It is all being brought to the surface to be looked at. It is being demonstrated to be looked at so that humanity can say, "No more of this. We want peace. We want to experience the improvement of the planet. We want to experience a better world." And this deep
• 53:00
desire can only be sparked when you're able to look at it, of what has been hidden, what has been under the surface growing and accumulating. And now there are no more secrets. All secrets are being surfaced and are coming out. And the powers that be globally think that they can get away with things, and they can't for, uh, much longer. But first the, the wave has to, uh, come to that breach. First it has to be displayed for humanity to look at it and to say, "We don't want this." And people still underestimate the power of consciousness and of
• 54:00
the incredible momentum that is already been reached by humanity. The light within each individual one has been expanding and has been connecting with each other and has been accumulating and has been growing exponentially now. So what you are now experiencing is the almost the aftershock of the breaking open of the surface that was covering everything up. It was broken open. Everything is coming out to the surface. Humanity can look at it. The light is increasing because of it. And then the mass consciousness will transmute all of the darkness that you think is still there. It is almost like you are
• 55:00
perceiving an echo of a reality In truth, each individual on your planet has already created the new Earth, has already created the higher vibrational experience. Now, what we need to acknowledge as well is that each individual is experiencing a different aspect of reality, a different vantage point of reality. Each individual is looking at the same thing from a different angle. So if you ask eight billion humans on your planet, you will get eight billion answers, different answers of what life is like at the moment, you see. There will also be many who will say the world is getting better. Things are getting better,
• 56:00
you see. It all depends on the vantage point of the perspective of where you're looking at Now, for those who have looked at it, at the darkness and said, "Enough, I want better." Now the individual can choose to remain in that level of darkness and continue to look at it and look for more evidence of it, or can say, "Okay, I have seen enough. Now I will be moving on by looking for the improvement in my reality." Remember that each individual is at the center of their reality So perhaps we can describe it as a computer game
• 57:00
And for those of you who are a little bit more technical and who know how a computer game actually operates in your computers, it is as if so you enter the game, you're in the first room. Your computer is only rendering that room. Then you open the door and you step into the next room. Now the computer renders the next room, and the room that you have been in is not there anymore. It is not rendering anymore. So now you're in the next room. Yes? And so you are stepping into one room to the other room that is being rendered as you are going through your life. You are entering one reality, you enter the next reality. Then you look at the room that is
• 58:00
dark and you say, "I don't like that room." You can then choose to turn on the light, and in an instant the darkness disappears because it is just the illusion. You're in a game. Nevertheless, you have to make the choice. You can sit in the dark room and remain there, or you can say, "I've had enough. I turn the light on," and the darkness disappears. So which room do you wish to exist in, and which room do you want to enter next? Mm. That is the question here. So you can continue thinking about all the dark rooms that are in the outside of the room that you're in, and you think that room is dark, that room is dark, that room is dark. There's a war there, there's a war there, there's
• 59:00
a war there. There's this, that. But these rooms don't exist because you haven't stepped into the room. It is not rendered. Now, in your societal perception in that room are con- are the TV screens, are your screens of the internet, and you look at the screens and you still think that there are all these dark rooms around which are all part of this game So we invite you to begin to approach your existence in this way and begin to turn the lights on. So if by accident you step into a dark room, you would switch the light on. How do you turn the light on? By connecting to source, which is pure light and love,
• 1:00:00
and that is the only real thing Source energy. Source energy that is powering your existence. And so now you are able to tap into that and turn inward and turn the light on first in your heart, and then turn on the light wherever you look, and render your experience, your realities. So we have broken down now the physics of your reality creation in a very, very simplified manner. But it is important to keep it simple, because if we were to become too complicated and too vast in our explanations, would it truly serve the one hearing it, the one listening to it? It would not
• 1:01:00
help. So we hope that this simplified model of reality will help. And remember that your desire for the improvement is the driving force for the expansion of the universe and multiverse. And your ability to love is profound and so needed, and you all have it, and you can all tap into that. Yes, indeed. Kara Goodwin: Mm. That's so beautiful. Thank you. With talking about the, this movement forward for humanity, and this process of the, the lights coming on, and us seeing all of this darkness so we can choose something different, do you have perspective
• 1:02:00
on the idea of there being two Earths? Because there is this big separation right now of the, um... My cat is joining us unusually. Um- Greetings. Um, we have a lot of, a lot of the people who are listening to this program are, are aware of spiritual truth and, and a spiritual reality. But the, but it does feel that the vast majority of humanity on this planet do not, they don't acknowledge a spiritual reality. It's very physical, and it's very material. And So will humanity as a whole be moving through this ascension together, or will it be, will it be two different experiences? I mean, two, very broadly
• 1:03:00
speaking, two different- Asara Adams: It will be eight billion different experiences. Yeah. Kara Goodwin: Okay. Asara Adams: So there is no deadline to make it to the new Earth. The new Earth is already here, and there is quite a number of individuals who already reside in the new Earth. That means being in an existence in a room, in a reality that is of a such high vibration, and they're still able to remain in their physical bodies, and one pleasant and peaceful and loving experience after the other is being experienced in that room. That is the new Earth. Everything is improved and perfect, if you will. Peaceful, loving, wellbeing,
• 1:04:00
abundant, creative, oneness. There's only good things in that room And then there are individuals who are on their way to that room. Yes. And they step through all the different rooms leading up to that New Earth room. We are having an example for a very small thing for a vast dimension, the New Earth. But we keep it simple for you, for everyone to deeply integrate this truth. So there are individuals who are spiritually awakening every day more and more, and who are choosing the right doors, turning lights on, feeling for the next room that feels good. There's always a choice. Each room has two doors always, always, always, always.
• 1:05:00
We can't emphasize that enough. So you might step into a room that's dark by accident, and you turn the light on, you transform the experience there, and then you step into the room that is already light-filled. And then you have a pleasant experience. You're still in your physical body. You don't have to die, and you continue stepping through the rooms into the New Earth. Then there are humans who are continuously choosing the dark rooms because it feels comfortable to them, and their soul has specifically requested to have these different experiences of darkness, all levels of darkness. Sometimes there's a little bit of light in the room, but still lots of darkness. Sometimes there's a little bit more light in the room, still darkness.
• 1:06:00
The soul has a, an, a list of things it wants to accomplish before it will move on to the next room, to the New Earth room And it is important to allow for each soul to get their list completed and not to rush the soul. When a soul is, when a soul is being rushed, it can cause the adverse effect. It can cause for the soul to dig the heels in and to really stay in the dark room of the material experience, the logical, the grounded, the practical room. You see, the new Earth is very practical, but it is not the first
• 1:07:00
step of creation. In the new Earth and in the path leading up to the new Earth, the first step is the inception, the receiving, the soul receiving the highest ideas, the ideas of the highest light from source and love. And then the practical application follows as a natural next step. So spiritual people can be practical and should be practical, but in the right order of practicality. So the ones that chose the longer route to the new Earth oftentimes lean on science and say, "Yes, but science says..." But guess what? We are working with the
• 1:08:00
scientists, and more and more scientists are able to speak out because the scientific societies and structures have been very rigid and very, uh, containing certain principles, not very open-minded Now scientists are waking up because in every group of people, there are those who signed up for the fast lane to the new Earth, and they realize that the truth has to come out. And we are working with the scientists as well, hoping for them to then have the courage to begin to speak the truth as well, and they are. It is happening. It is changing. And so we are working with all the structures
• 1:09:00
of your planet, and some are awakening and are embracing it, and some are more stubborn and re- resist, and they are allowed to. Again, it's a planet of free will And it is important to acknowledge that because what happens to a scientist or to a person in power that is being pushed to wake up spiritually that is not ready It's not a good outcome. It is important to work with those who are awakening and who are ready to own their spiritual awakening, and more and more are stepping forward. May it be in the global governments, in the entertainment industries, in all levels, in the scientific communities,
• 1:10:00
everywhere So it is important to look for those. It is easy to remain in the dark room and to continue to look for those who are still stuck or are slower in their spiritual awakening and say, "Yes, they are doing all these wrong things." And this will keep people in the dark room. When the person in the dark room turns on the light and says, "Wait, there is a scientist that just said the truth. Oh, there is a, a government official who just said the truth. Oh, look at that one, that scientist or that one or that entertainer, that actor or that, that one. He, he just said that we exist," for example. We have more and more of those coming out saying, "Yes, we exist." Everything in its own time. There is no deadline to enter the new Earth. There is no rush. There is
• 1:11:00
no right or wrong way. If a family member is not waking up spiritually, that means they're on a different timeline, and they will wake up in this lifetime or in the next lifetime. What this person needs is your understanding and patience and understanding that light and consciousness bypasses everything. That means that if a person, a family member, a friend, uh, persists or insists on staying where they are spiritually, you don't have to, uh, try to convince this person now of spiritual awakening. You can simply hold the space for this person and allow them to be. You will be surprised how far that goes because, again, if that person is being
• 1:12:00
pushed, it will actually reverse it. It will delay it. It will cause the adverse effect, which is not the goal. And then you will be surprised. Maybe you lose, you lose track of each other. Maybe that person moves away, and then years later you meet that person, and this person is fully awakened, fully spiritually here and aware and awakened. So this is what we can tell you about the new Earth. It is not going anywhere. Take your time. Choose. Turn the light on when you feel you're ready to turn the light on. Stay in the dark room if you wish to stay in the dark room for a while. The choice is always yours. You have free will Kara Goodwin: Hmm. Thank you. So this leads me to a question about the dark night of the
• 1:13:00
soul, as we call it here. And so people who are on a spiritual path often will come up against a period of their ti- of their life where they start to question their beliefs, particularly when, like I said, the masses... You know, in order to be a spiritually forward person in this time, there is... You can find your community, but the way that the mainstream is designed, a lot of us are outliers, so we don't... We, we often are coming up against different realities. And we may have setbacks where we feel like we're, um... Where we feel that we are not making the impact that we want to make or that, um, maybe things feel like they're
• 1:14:00
not com- you're not getting traction, or that, um, maybe we are crazy. You know? Maybe we, we question our own sanity or a- a million ways that the dark s- night of the soul happens. But this seems to be kind of a rite of passage for a lot of spiritually aware people. What is the purpose for, for that? Asara Adams: Well, this is a wonderful question, dear one. So can you imagine perhaps like an onion and the core of the onion is your true self, your fully expressed self with a great impact, fully standing in their purpose, fully connected with source, one with source That is the
• 1:15:00
main part of that core, that oneness, that deep, deep, deep connection with source. Then you have the layers of the onion, which are a lot of past experiences, traumatic experiences, beliefs, programs, all these different things, these layers, they have become crusty around. But inside, there is this knowing to have this greater impact in the world and to express yourself fully spiritually and to just be love and light with everyone and to gather great communities and to come out of the isolation that so many spiritual people experience. We are here to tell you that it takes sometimes strong forces to break up these crusty layers that are around that core.
• 1:16:00
And you see, the humans are always looking for homeostasis, always. This is the-- it's in the human nature to keep things as they are in a way, at the same time wanting it to be different. So you have these two competing forces pulling on every soul. Homeostasis and the drive to improve and to create a better world and to create a better experience. But in between are these crusty layers and the homeostasis parts is, "Well, it's not that bad. I can still somehow make do with what I have." But because your desire for this new experience is so great, it sets in motion all the processes necessary to break it open, to break all these layers
• 1:17:00
open, and most importantly, to connect with source, to instill this deep connection with source And oftentimes humans forget the connection with Source. It is always there. But in order to be remembered, unfortunately, the way the humans are wired, it takes the absence, the perceived absence of Source, even though Source is there all along, always. But it needs a perceived absence of Source. And the way this displaced self is either spiritual light workers and starseeds are stuck or feel isolated, things fall apart. That gets the attention because then eventually after much struggle and fighting and trying to figure things out, the
• 1:18:00
end result is usually the reconnecting, the coming back to Source to strengthen that connection. So what is the dark night of the soul is part of the process. And the sooner it is being realized that it is part of the process, the less power it has, the less resistance and a fight is being put up against it. And the shortcut is connect with Source. The shortcut to move through the dark night is to connect with Source because you will always be safe. But if you believe the illusion that you are not, then you dwell in that unsafeness for a little longer. But when you realize that it is an illusion, that the darkness can be made disappear just with the flick of a
• 1:19:00
light switch, connect with Source. Connecting with Source, the unsafeness or the obstacles or the plateau that some have reached, it will all disappear because it is not real. The true state, the truth and the real state is being fully aligned and embodied by Source and fully present and fully capable of expansion and of all the good things that you have in mind that is your goal. But because humans tend to believe the illusion so much, it is important to remember it is not real. What is real is only source. And what is, what is source, it cannot be threatened. You won't die. There is no death truly. You're always
• 1:20:00
safe, and you have decided to be on this journey into the new Earth whilst you keep this beautiful vessel of yours, and you have chosen to take this vehicle into the new Earth until it is then time to fully transcend that vessel too, and then you remain in the higher dimensions with all beings of light, and then there is no more darkness, you see. Kara Goodwin: I love that. Thank you. I, I want to continue on this thread in a slightly different way, but in, on our Earth realm, we do have evil forces. We have satanic forces. And one of the clever ways that that can show up
• 1:21:00
is by us not seeing it or not acknowledging it or wanting to only focus on the light to the extent that we refuse to accept that there are dark forces. And something that can be observed from that is that, that it remains invisible, and so people are blind to the way that they might be influenced by darkness, whether that's an, an, an, an external force, a dark force, or whether it is part of their own psyche, and it's just remaining hidden in the shadows. I'm curious if this is something, first of all, that, that you deal with in the higher realms, and also I'd love to hear your thoughts about that reality and the risk that specifically people who are light workers who
• 1:22:00
deny the existence of darkness and, and then stay stuck in a certain way and can't see it, um, if you have anything to share about that. Asara Adams: This question has a few different layers So let us ask you this question. So you said lightworkers seem to be oblivious to those forces. What would you have them do? You said it's not good to look away, and so they can operate in the unseen. Yes? Kara Goodwin: Mm-hmm. Well, I think that something that pe- that we can see happening is, for example, if we completely deny the existence of evil, for
• 1:23:00
example, then we think that we're immune. And we tell ourselves maybe that we've reached a certain point, and then we no longer have to worry that we'll, um... That power will get the better of us, or that greed will get the better of us, or we think that we operate in different rules, a different... You know, we are, we are allowed, we've transcended certain things. So I mean, I'm thinking of, like, cult leaders, for example, or, um, you know, people... There are so many people who start out with good intentions, and then you see them. Maybe there's some delusion in there, and it does seem that a s- a, a, an evil force is pulling the strings, and they can't even see it Asara Adams: So what do you suggest? We will, we will answer your question, but we want to bring that out in
• 1:24:00
the open. Mm. Because I'm sure that you have tried ways to deal with it. Is it not? Kara Goodwin: Well, I feel that I try to stay diligent and s- try to stay alert. Um, and I know that I have friends who are very conscientious as well, and they are often questioning, "Is this my ego or is this my mission? Is this my purpose? Am I getting caught up in something that I'm really wanting to force but maybe it's not happening, but I feel that it's my divine purpose, so should I force it? Or is that my ego saying if I can do this, then it means that I'm whatever it is that I want to think about myself?" Asara Adams: Thank you. That was the core of your question. Mm. Thank you. That is what we were looking for.
• 1:25:00
So a person goes about their life and then a friend seems to be infiltrated by dark forces. Yes. Yes? Mm-hmm. Let's go with this scenario. What do you do? Your friend is being swept away by something that does not seem to be of the light, still believing working for the light. Let's make it even more detailed, yes? Kara Goodwin: Mm. Mm-hmm. Asara Adams: Could you imagine that this soul wanted to experience that in that lifetime before they came here? They wanted to look at that particular experience. They forgot that when they came here, of course. Nobody in their right mind would sign up for such an experience however this will
• 1:26:00
play out. Yes? Mm. Nevertheless, take, trying to take away that experience from that person can go sideways in so many ways. There is no good outcome trying to save another from their plan of experiencing an experience There is something that that soul had experienced previously in a lifetime, but hasn't finished looking at it. There are certain experiences that this person wanted to look at it from all different angles, from all different perspectives. And then the soul arrives here with a new item on the list to say, "I want to look at this once more, and I'm going to ride this all the
• 1:27:00
way down, wherever it leads me." But that is something that the soul not consciously is aware of. This person will not know it, and when someone else will point it out, it will go right over their head because it is that soul's path. It is that soul's path, and all a good friend can do is to be there Just be there and allow them to have that experience. And then you can choose also simply to distance for, for a while. Let that soul look at it, experience it in all the depths. Because if that soul does not realize it now, it will get stronger and it will see it eventually, clearly, very clearly, and then the choice
• 1:28:00
happens, the decision happens. Then it can really choose. Then that choice point has re- has been reached, and that person then can say, "Nope, I'm gonna go down with the ship," or say, "Nope, you know what? I've had enough." And no matter what this soul decides to do is that soul's unique choice. No one can make that choice for anyone. No one. That is that soul's choice Kara Goodwin: Okay. Thank you Asara Adams: Was it helpful, dear? Kara Goodwin: Yes. Yes. Thank you. I would love to know what your experience is like as the Atara Collective, where you physically are located, if you are on ships, if you're in the Earth's atmosphere, if you are on three different planets, if it
• 1:29:00
changes from time to time. What, what can you share about your, your lives? Asara Adams: We primarily reside in the ninth dimension, where there is no form really from your vantage point. Now, we are still somewhat individualized consciousness. However, we are able to shift in density and to move between the dimensions. So sometimes we choose to be on ships. Sometimes we are on our own ships. Sometimes we are meeting with the Galactic Federations of Light. Sometimes we are simply going between the higher dimensions where there is no more individuality, where there is only, only, only oneness
• 1:30:00
So we have been around for a while in your timeline paradigm, if you will. Even though in our existence time does not really exist. We think it and we are there, so there is no delay in time. It is simply a way of existing. And when we choose to have a vessel around us in specific densities simply to, uh, protect our energy field, the vessels are also still part of our consciousness, and we are flying them with our consciousness. So our particular ships, we cannot speak for all ships, but our ships are being maneuvered with our minds because
• 1:31:00
it is not necessary for the way we build these or create these ships. Mm. Kara Goodwin: And do you have lifetimes? Asara Adams: Yes. At times, a, our consciousness decides to dive into other densities and take on human form, and then we become star seeds on planets, yes, such as the Asara and such as many of you. Many of you have had past, parallel, and future lifetimes, yes. I mean, to speak in your understanding of existence. Kara Goodwin: Mm-hmm. Okay. Asara Adams: Yes. Kara Goodwin: Are you helping... Are there other civilizations like humanity, like, like Earth, that you are also
• 1:32:00
helping that, who are maybe in a similar density? Asara Adams: There are some that are outside of your galaxies. We are also working on certain planets in the Andromeda galaxy currently. This is our particular collective's, um, part of our work. Yes. Mm-hmm. We love traveling between the Andromeda, uh, galaxy and your galaxy here There is so much love for all of you here because we can see what you are all experiencing and how you are moving through this particular journey on your planet. And planet Earth has been quarantined for so long, and it is being brought back with the help of all your galactic families of light,
• 1:33:00
and all of your own remembering of your own lineage and origins as well. Kara Goodwin: Mm. Asara Adams: And we are collaborating with other galactic civilizations of light, of course, to make sure that it is all, uh, collaborated, being within harmony. We most of all have it planned in a way that it must succeed. Mm. It is inevitable that it is succeeding because we are constantly measuring all individuals on your planet, where they are in their spiritual evolution, in the vibrational frequencies, in their field, in their consciousness, in their awareness. And we are celebrating every time one of you is
• 1:34:00
waking up We are so joyous that more and more are waking up because you are our brothers and sisters, and we came back to help our brothers and sisters, and ourselves, if you will You can imagine that as if you were doing a past life regression and you visit a past life where something went wrong and you fix it, you heal it, you solve it So this is part of the work as well. But above all, it is coming from our love for our brothers and sisters and ourselves. Yes. And what we can tell you is that it will succeed most spectacularly and sooner

than you think if humanity continues the way it does. For those who are turning the lights on in the rooms, you are proceeding even faster than we anticipated Kara Goodwin: Well, that is amazing news. That's beautiful. Can you share a little bit more about what you said with the quarantine? Asara Adams: Yes Humanity had decided eons ago to experience darkness, separation from source And at the beginning, humanity was not aware of what it was thinking. It was just an experiment that went really wrong.
• 1:36:00
It was just a playful thought. What would it be like to be separated from God, from source, or, mm, to be in a game that pretends to be separated? And what began as a playful thought ended up being a journey into the depth of darkness And then there was a point where there was almost no return when all forces of the light, all angelic forces of the light, and all galactic forces of the light had to intervene slightly, just a slight tip of the planet backwards. And that was when humanity began
• 1:37:00
to turn the ship around. It began around five, 400 years ago with a few individuals that we paid a visit, and their awakening began to expand and to being transferred to many, many more humans That was the grand scale. Before that, about 2,000 years ago, was one being that came to your planet. One A great avatar of the light That you have heard of as Yeshua
• 1:38:00
Ben Yosef, Jesus, Lord Sananda One of us, one of us, yes, dared to take on this mission and he was already So that was the biggest tipping of the planet and as we then said, that light, all his work dipped for a moment long after he ascended. What you call the Middle Ages, the Dark Ages, and they came in very forcefully. It was a last reverb from the energies that had been built up for so long. So those Dark Ages had to again been transformed again with waking up these few
• 1:39:00
individuals that we just mentioned, and they then expanded the light and the awakening. And so Earth is now slowly being allowed to come back, and there will be a point when planet Earth will become a member of the galactic communities again. But the galactic civilizations of light, the universe, all of the energetics, the driving forces in your universe had to protect themselves from planet Earth because what we can tell you is that every thought you think is being felt throughout the entire universe So if you think a loving thought, we celebrate. But if you think a negative thought, we can see
• 1:40:00
the effects in different dimensional layers of the universe. So as Earth is increasing its vibrational frequencies, the individual thought, and if a negative thought pops out into the universe, it has not as much as an effect as it used to have. So the quarantine is slowly being lifted, if you will. Yes. Kara Goodwin: Wow. That is fascinating. Thank you so much. So, Atara, I have enjoyed this so much. Thank you so much for your presence, for your love, your, your wisdom, your guidance. It's really been a joy and an honor to have you here. Thank you. Asara Adams: We have been most joyous to meet with you and your viewers. And if you wish, we will continue our

journey in your dream times, and perhaps in your meditations. Who knows? Kara Goodwin: Beautiful. You'd be most welcome. Thank you so much. Asara Adams: Until we speak again, we are complete Kara Goodwin: Welcome back. Hi. Asara Adams: Hi, Kara. Kara Goodwin: Wow. That was amazing. Amazing. And so interesting because as there were a few times where I could see things in my peripheral vision, and I was like, "Are they here too?" You know? Asara Adams: You mean in your room? Kara Goodwin: Yes, just I'd see, like, a, a light or a flash or, um- ... but, like, not right in front of me. You know, off to the sides and- Asara Adams: Yeah, yeah ... Kara Goodwin: there was one point where there was, like, a purple,
• 1:42:00
and it stayed there for, like, more... It was more than just a flash, and so I kinda was able to see it a little bit more and, but then it, it faded pretty quickly, but not, like, instantly. Asara Adams: Wow. Kara Goodwin: Yes. Asara Adams: I love it. Kara Goodwin: That was amazing. Oh, my goodness. Thank you so much, Asara. This has been great. I, I apologize that we took so long. I hope that you're okay on time. Oh, it's- Do you have a moment? Yes. Okay. Sure. Do you have some time to tell people how they can connect with you and find your work? Asara Adams: Yeah, people can find me on my website asaraadams.com, and I have a gift for your viewers. Um, for those of you who might be wondering if they are a starseed, in fact, there is a free guide and an activation, an audio activation available. Just go to asaraadams.com, and you can download it for free. Kara Goodwin: Wonderful. Thank you so much. Thank you for being
