- 0:19Speaker 1: Hey, I do Part two.
- 0:21Speaker 2: It's your hosts, Golden Bachelott's Joan Bassos, and I am
- 0:24Speaker 2: joined by my fellow Bachelor Chapter two Gal from Bachelor
- 0:29Speaker 2: National alum, Cindy Colors. Today we are going to break
- 0:32Speaker 2: down all the latest news and celebrity divorces, new couplings,
- 0:37Speaker 2: and Chapter two drama. Cindy, I am so excited to
- 0:40Speaker 2: be covering this with you because I think we're girls
- 0:43Speaker 2: from the eighties and so many of these stories are
- 0:46Speaker 2: from like our generation of people, So like, let's dive
- 0:48Speaker 2: into it.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Absolutely. These are all people that we know we've grown
- 0:52Speaker 1: up with, and you know they're here to prove that
- 0:54Speaker 1: there's no roadmap for any of us in Chapter two,
- 0:57Speaker 1: whether on reality TV or in real life.
- 0:59Speaker 2: So the first story I think, I love, Do you
- 1:02Speaker 2: want to do? I kick off Denise Richards. I know
- 1:04Speaker 2: that we both probably loved her when we were growing up.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I love her. She's so beautiful, so lovely, and you
- 1:08Speaker 1: know this is where chapter two gets real. Okay, So
- 1:11Speaker 1: the headline this week is Denise Richards scores a legal
- 1:14Speaker 1: victory in battle with ex Aaron Piper's over spousal support.
- 1:19Speaker 1: So Denise Richards has scored another victory in her legal
- 1:21Speaker 1: battle with Aaron with ex Aaron Pipers amid their ongoing divorce,
- 1:26Speaker 1: Denise fifty five now and attorney Mark Grosse appeared in
- 1:31Speaker 1: the Los Angeles County Court on Monday, April twenty seventh
- 1:34Speaker 1: in a hearing where they discussed her request to have
- 1:37Speaker 1: sensitive documents related to her finances sealed. According to court
- 1:42Speaker 1: documents obtained by s Weekly, Aaron fifty three and his
- 1:46Speaker 1: attorney were not present. What is she hiding? Like?
- 1:49Speaker 2: We like, I mean, like her life has been an
- 1:52Speaker 2: open book and everybody knows that she got ten million
- 1:54Speaker 2: from Charlie Sheen, So she's not hiding that. Like, what's
- 1:57Speaker 2: she hiding? What doesn't he?
- 1:59Speaker 1: What did she want here? I just don't know that. Well,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I think they're not sealed from him. I think they're
- 2:05Speaker 1: sealed from us.
- 2:06Speaker 2: From us, So what is it that she's posing once.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Well, let's let me finish reading what this article says,
- 2:12Speaker 1: because I think it'll be more apparent why she needs
- 2:15Speaker 1: to maybe hide some of these finances. So the judge,
- 2:19Speaker 1: Judge Joshua dee Wiser, granted the reality TV star's request,
- 2:23Speaker 1: which was initially submitted by Denise, and her legal team
- 2:26Speaker 1: by in February. February twelfth, actually inside the courthouse, Denise
- 2:30Speaker 1: was asked by the California Post when her lengthy divorce
- 2:33Speaker 1: with Aaron wood Or could come to an end. It's
- 2:37Speaker 1: hard to tell, is what the lawyer responded. Right, So
- 2:41Speaker 1: Denise isn't really saying she's keeping a lot of things private.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Are you thinking that there's something that she's wanting to hide?
- 2:49Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 2:50Speaker 2: It feels like there's spend a lot of time in court.
- 2:52Speaker 2: If you read the rest of this article, it sounds
- 2:53Speaker 2: like they've been in and out. You know, there's possibly
- 2:57Speaker 2: spen some violence, There has been other things have gone on,
- 3:00Speaker 2: you know, And I think about kind of when all
- 3:02Speaker 2: this started, which was while she was filming Real Housewives
- 3:06Speaker 2: of Beverly Hills and he was on the show with her,
- 3:08Speaker 2: and you know, there was a whole scandal that she
- 3:11Speaker 2: was having a physical relationship with Brandy Glanville, and so
- 3:17Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, you know, I feel like there's a
- 3:19Speaker 2: lot tangled in this that we don't know. And the
- 3:23Speaker 2: fact that he had this possibly violent past, you know,
- 3:28Speaker 2: clearly is concerning, but he's in huge denial about it.
- 3:32Speaker 1: So he's in denial, he says, you know, for the
- 3:35Speaker 1: for the restraining orders against him. He said, it's not true.
- 3:38Speaker 1: They're conjured. Up. I have real I have the real evidence.
- 3:41Speaker 1: But Aaron was arrested in October of twenty twenty five
- 3:44Speaker 1: and charged with two felony counts two not one, two
- 3:47Speaker 1: felony counts related to injuring a spouse and two more
- 3:51Speaker 1: felony account of felony counts related to dissuading a witness
- 3:56Speaker 1: by force or threats.
- 3:58Speaker 2: So weird, what is that?
- 3:59Speaker 1: He was subsequent released on bail, but the following month,
- 4:02Speaker 1: Denise was granted a permanent restraining order against him. So
- 4:05Speaker 1: there has to be some allegations, you know. Unfortunately, I've
- 4:09Speaker 1: had to look into some restraining orders in my past,
- 4:12Speaker 1: and at least in the state of Texas, you have
- 4:15Speaker 1: to have an abundance of information and abundance of threat
- 4:19Speaker 1: in order to obtain a restraining order. So there must
- 4:22Speaker 1: be something here, you know.
- 4:24Speaker 2: I was thinking the same thing. So I did a
- 4:26Speaker 2: little more research, and I found an article that talked
- 4:29Speaker 2: about Richards when she was on the stand talking about
- 4:32Speaker 2: like why she needed a restraining order, and she said
- 4:35Speaker 2: that she learned of these several concussions that she had.
- 4:39Speaker 2: So like, she's claiming that she had several concussions, you know,
- 4:44Speaker 2: caused by him. And she says that that he who
- 4:47Speaker 2: he's a guy. He owns a wellness retreat, so he
- 4:50Speaker 2: does he teeds people for things like this, and he
- 4:55Speaker 2: had her go into a machine that he had that
- 4:59Speaker 2: helps diagnose concussions, and it claims that he diagnosed these concussions,
- 5:05Speaker 2: which seems very weird that he would do that knowing that,
- 5:08Speaker 2: you know, possibly he's the one that caused them. Why
- 5:10Speaker 2: would he then offer that to her? Seems very odd
- 5:15Speaker 2: to me, Like, all this seems weird.
- 5:17Speaker 1: All of it seems weird. All of it seems like
- 5:19Speaker 1: a lot of drama. I think we're all happy that
- 5:21Speaker 1: they're unwinding it. But even now after the arrests and
- 5:25Speaker 1: after the permanent restraining order, there's still the finances to
- 5:28Speaker 1: deal with. So in December, Aaron requested spousal support from Denise,
- 5:33Speaker 1: claiming that he was in debt. Us Slater confirmed in
- 5:37Speaker 1: February that Denise was ordered to pay her ex five
- 5:39Speaker 1: thousand each month in temporary spousal support, which five thousand
- 5:45Speaker 1: a month for Denise is nothing.
- 5:48Speaker 2: Nothing, Yeah, I mean I got to guess that his
- 5:50Speaker 2: wellness retreat isn't doing so well. I think it was
- 5:52Speaker 2: made a little more popular when they were on Real
- 5:55Speaker 2: Housewives of Verry Hills. But I think now that that is,
- 5:58Speaker 2: you know that he's not on it anymore, don't. I
- 6:00Speaker 2: think she's off of it now too. I'm pretty sure
- 6:02Speaker 2: she's not on it anymore. That maybe his income is
- 6:04Speaker 2: a little less. He's not getting the money from that.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Plus he's not getting the money probably as much from
- 6:08Speaker 2: his wellness retreat, especially like who's going to go to
- 6:10Speaker 2: a wellness retreat after you've heard the guys silent?
- 6:13Speaker 1: I mean, you know whether this is.
- 6:14Speaker 2: True or not. It's out there in the universe now,
- 6:17Speaker 2: and so maybe it's not a place that you're going
- 6:18Speaker 2: to go for wellness.
- 6:20Speaker 1: And he's not the only retreat, Like we'll fight someplace else.
- 6:23Speaker 1: But what's interesting is earlier this month, Denise, this is
- 6:26Speaker 1: where she scored the real win in her legal battle.
- 6:29Speaker 1: A judge roll that any debt collection company cannot seize
- 6:33Speaker 1: any wages or other assets made by Denise in order
- 6:37Speaker 1: to pay Aaron's debt.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's before he was married or during when
- 6:41Speaker 2: they're married. But it makes me thinks that that he
- 6:44Speaker 2: but they somehow did not merge their finances because I
- 6:48Speaker 2: feel like when you're married, normally your spouse's debt is
- 6:51Speaker 2: your debt also, and somehow she won that battle and
- 6:55Speaker 2: they did not say that she would have to like
- 6:57Speaker 2: cover his debt. So I feel like like this was
- 7:00Speaker 2: maybe on shaky crown in the first place, because it
- 7:02Speaker 2: sounds like they didn't have their their finances, you know, entwined.
- 7:06Speaker 1: That much, right, right, I agree. I just feel.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Thankful that their kids kind of are coming out of
- 7:11Speaker 2: this hole I think. I mean, I think that she
- 7:14Speaker 2: has qwo kids with Charlie Sheen. It sounds like they're
- 7:15Speaker 2: all a little on the older side and they're not
- 7:17Speaker 2: like still part of the household where there's violence is happening,
- 7:20Speaker 2: but may have been at one time. So I just
- 7:22Speaker 2: feel like, you know, always I think about the kids
- 7:24Speaker 2: in these circumstances and that hopefully that they're coming out
- 7:27Speaker 2: whole and they don't have any like lasting issues from this.
- 7:30Speaker 1: And you know, it stands out to me, really is
- 7:33Speaker 1: with all of her presence in the world and all
- 7:37Speaker 1: of her public presence, how much restraint it takes for
- 7:41Speaker 1: her to older time to let her legal teams speak
- 7:45Speaker 1: for her and for her to just let the legal
- 7:47Speaker 1: system work. So I have to say, you know, I
- 7:50Speaker 1: appreciate that she's protecting her peace, and I realize how
- 7:53Speaker 1: much restraint it must take to do that. Yeah.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, she'll get her day in court. But
- 7:58Speaker 2: you know, I know that they don't have kids to gather,
- 8:00Speaker 2: so I guess the three kids that they have, it
- 8:03Speaker 2: sounds like he adopted one of them at one point.
- 8:06Speaker 2: He calls himself a stepfather, and I think the other
- 8:09Speaker 2: two from Charlie Sheen he has really no no tie to.
- 8:12Speaker 2: But I got to guess they were living in the
- 8:13Speaker 2: house sometimes when they were together, so hopefully they never
- 8:15Speaker 2: saw any of these violent things happening. And I agree
- 8:18Speaker 2: with you, you know, let her legal teams speak for her,
- 8:20Speaker 2: because you know, she probably has a lot of motions
- 8:22Speaker 2: tied up into this, and it's better. I think you're right,
- 8:24Speaker 2: better doing the way she's doing it. Happy though, we
- 8:28Speaker 2: have a happy.
- 8:29Speaker 1: This one really makes me think of you. This one
- 8:31Speaker 1: really makes me think of you, So go ahead, why
- 8:33Speaker 1: don't you leave this one out?
- 8:34Speaker 2: I would love to Lorenzo Lamas calls girlfriend Heather Locklear
- 8:39Speaker 2: the most amazing woman after first public appearance together. How
- 8:43Speaker 2: great is that? Like icons are now together, It's so adorable.
- 8:50Speaker 2: He's gushing over his relationship with her. It sounds like
- 8:52Speaker 2: he is head over heels and In an interview with
- 8:55Speaker 2: Fox News Digital published on Wednesday, April one, has just
- 8:58Speaker 2: a couple of days ago. Actually I'm my dad birthday
- 9:01Speaker 2: renegade Alum sixty eight he's sixty eight years old, opened
- 9:05Speaker 2: up about finding love with the actress sixty four, more
- 9:08Speaker 2: than forty years after they first met, posting together on
- 9:11Speaker 2: the cover of Playgirl magazine. Now you and I both
- 9:14Speaker 2: went looked it up?
- 9:16Speaker 1: We did, we did, Lorenza lamis.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Are they cute?
- 9:19Speaker 1: Tall, They're so handsome, so handsome in a shed.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Her skinny like little waist like twenty inch waist, absolutely.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Bikini, and he's a aspeito standing behind her. It's a darling,
- 9:31Speaker 1: darling photo.
- 9:32Speaker 2: So wouldn't you love for them to do one of
- 9:34Speaker 2: those us then and us now, like in the same
- 9:38Speaker 2: exact outfits, because they're both in great shape still. They
- 9:40Speaker 2: both look so so so good, like them then and
- 9:43Speaker 2: them now, with the same outfits on like in the
- 9:45Speaker 2: exact same pose. I bet that would be I'm in
- 9:48Speaker 2: for it, Nick. Someone needs to tell them they have
- 9:50Speaker 2: to do that and put it.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Out because well, you just did, Joe, you just did.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Somebody's listening. I think it would be such a good
- 9:58Speaker 2: Could you imagine reconnecting with someone after forty years, I
- 10:03Speaker 2: mean they've had a lot of history in those forty years.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Well, Lorenzo actually says, the short answer is no. He
- 10:09Speaker 1: told the outlet when he was asked if it whatever
- 10:12Speaker 1: would happen, he said, I mean, I've been through a
- 10:14Speaker 1: lot of trial and error and she's the most amazing
- 10:17Speaker 1: woman that I think I've ever met. And he has
- 10:19Speaker 1: been through it. He's been in and out of quite
- 10:22Speaker 1: a few relationship.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Well, you know, and there's a part of me that goes, well,
- 10:26Speaker 2: there's a little bit of a red flag here that
- 10:28Speaker 2: maybe she ought to like maybe paying attention to it. Now,
- 10:32Speaker 2: she's had her own share of husbands and kids and
- 10:36Speaker 2: I mean everybody she's pretty famous for with you know,
- 10:39Speaker 2: Richie's Ambora, and then she had Tommy Lee.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Tommy Lee, she's.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Had kids with I think just with with Richie's Ambora, right.
- 10:47Speaker 2: I think she only has kids with him, but she
- 10:50Speaker 2: was engaged to Chris Heiser. I don't know who Chris
- 10:52Speaker 2: Heiser is, but I know that she's engaged, but they
- 10:54Speaker 2: split up. But when you look at Lorenzo, I think
- 10:58Speaker 2: I counted his relationships. I think most of them were marriages.
- 11:01Speaker 2: One was just a relationship. I think we have seven,
- 11:05Speaker 2: so I think they both liked to couple a lot.
- 11:08Speaker 1: So okay, here, there's two ways to see it. We
- 11:10Speaker 1: could either wave the red flag on this one, or
- 11:12Speaker 1: we could say after seven relationships that you would still
- 11:16Speaker 1: be open to finding the love of your life. You know.
- 11:19Speaker 1: I think that's how I'm going to choose to see it.
- 11:23Speaker 2: I think that he's saying that it's been a lot
- 11:25Speaker 2: of trial and error, is what he says. And after
- 11:28Speaker 2: a lot of trial and error, I found the right person.
- 11:30Speaker 2: And I hope that's right, because I think we love
- 11:32Speaker 2: this couple and it makes us all happy and we
- 11:34Speaker 2: want to see it work out. And I hope that
- 11:37Speaker 2: all those previous relationships that he's been through. He probably
- 11:42Speaker 2: has no money left, though I hope nobody got speusal
- 11:45Speaker 2: support because he's going to be really poor at this point.
- 11:47Speaker 1: If that happened. Well, maybe he could make some money
- 11:49Speaker 1: on a new photo, a new Playgirl cover.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Oh my god, how cute with that? Is Playgirls in
- 11:55Speaker 2: a business? I don't think it's even in business anymore.
- 11:56Speaker 1: I don't know, and I don't know, I don't know.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I have to say this, this resurgence of love is fantastic,
- 12:02Speaker 1: and to have it, you know, it's timing is everything.
- 12:06Speaker 1: And who knows what would have happened if they had
- 12:08Speaker 1: met and continued a relationship after they took that photo.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Okay, so there would be a lot of I feel like,
- 12:16Speaker 2: like relationships that would have never happened. I mean, but
- 12:19Speaker 2: and she's so famous for her like the bad boys
- 12:22Speaker 2: that she loved to couple up with, and he's just
- 12:25Speaker 2: like not a bad boy. He's a lover. Clearly, he's
- 12:28Speaker 2: been married. He's a huge, serious relationship seven times so
- 12:32Speaker 2: over the years. So we're I think we're both so
- 12:34Speaker 2: happy for them, and we're ready, we're putting out into
- 12:37Speaker 2: the universe. We want to see that picture again.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Absolutely, I'm in. I'm in for it for sure. So well,
- 12:42Speaker 1: this next one I think is right up my alley.
- 12:44Speaker 1: So if you wouldn't mind, I would like to take
- 12:46Speaker 1: a leave on this. I love it because General Hospitals.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Cameron Matheson so hot. He has tall blue eyes. I
- 12:53Speaker 1: love him. He's adorable and he's been dating and I
- 12:56Speaker 1: love his perspective. You just shared a quick glimpse of
- 12:59Speaker 1: his dating life after divorce from Vanessa Matheson and after
- 13:03Speaker 1: three years of being single, he says, I have been dating.
- 13:06Speaker 1: He's now fifty six, and he shared this exclusively with
- 13:10Speaker 1: US Weekly while attending Jenny Gar's iHeart podcast I Choose Me,
- 13:14Speaker 1: which is fabulous. It'd a live summit on Saturday. And
- 13:18Speaker 1: the whole app world is new to him. He said,
- 13:21Speaker 1: it's the whole new world. It's a whole like the
- 13:23Speaker 1: vocabulary is different, the timing is different. If you had
- 13:26Speaker 1: been married for twenty three years or twenty two years.
- 13:28Speaker 1: In his gaze and then hop out into the apps, yeah,
- 13:31Speaker 1: your head is whirling. And I thought that his honesty
- 13:34Speaker 1: in this was so precious.
- 13:36Speaker 2: It's so cute. Can you imagine though, if you're on
- 13:38Speaker 2: the app that he's on and he pops up, why
- 13:40Speaker 2: didn't you just die?
- 13:42Speaker 1: If you like, excuse me? Is this?
- 13:45Speaker 2: I know?
- 13:45Speaker 1: It's so funny. He made a lot of white ride
- 13:48Speaker 1: on that one.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, he made a lot of women really well.
- 13:51Speaker 1: And I love that. He says later in the article
- 13:54Speaker 1: in his interview, is trying to distract myself from a
- 13:57Speaker 1: broken heart. I met a lot of amazing people particular
- 14:00Speaker 1: that became like a more committed sort of situation. But
- 14:03Speaker 1: at the same time, I hadn't been ready for anything
- 14:06Speaker 1: more serious. And this level of self awareness, I think
- 14:10Speaker 1: is so refreshing and so rare.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I mean he had a broken heart, she
- 14:15Speaker 2: broke up with him. He did break up with her,
- 14:18Speaker 2: and so he was healing. He dipped his toe kind
- 14:21Speaker 2: of in the dating world. And you know, and I
- 14:23Speaker 2: think you and I've both been like on the app
- 14:25Speaker 2: or on an app. I was on an app.
- 14:27Speaker 1: On a TV show to look for and then there's.
- 14:30Speaker 2: That national TV and I for one of us. Yeah, well,
- 14:36Speaker 2: it could still work. Thatcher works in funny ways. Your
- 14:40Speaker 2: journey isn't over yet. But I do feel like, you know,
- 14:44Speaker 2: he dipped his toe in the app world. I feel
- 14:48Speaker 2: like he has opportunities to meet people out in the
- 14:50Speaker 2: real world. I mean, he's out there. He has probably
- 14:52Speaker 2: a pretty rich and exciting life, and he doesn't I
- 14:55Speaker 2: don't think it has to go on the apps. And
- 14:57Speaker 2: I think that he's going to meet somebody really amazing,
- 15:00Speaker 2: and you know, I wish him the best, and I
- 15:03Speaker 2: hope he's healing, you know, most of all, he can
- 15:06Speaker 2: heal and then move on to a new relationship, because
- 15:08Speaker 2: I feel like he sounds like a really you know,
- 15:10Speaker 2: sweet person. I mean, he talks about that he's diving
- 15:13Speaker 2: into it with kindness and respect for each other, and
- 15:16Speaker 2: like what a good guy.
- 15:17Speaker 1: And the way he talks about his ex wife and
- 15:20Speaker 1: the focus that he puts on his kids and created
- 15:22Speaker 1: a new family. While it's not the family that he
- 15:25Speaker 1: wanted perhaps or that he thought he would be, you know,
- 15:29Speaker 1: involved in, he's still so supportive of the family that
- 15:33Speaker 1: he created. And I just loved this for him. It's
- 15:36Speaker 1: kind of, I mean a little bit my story that
- 15:38Speaker 1: you know, I didn't really want my divorce. It's not
- 15:40Speaker 1: the family that I wanted. And yet you know, here
- 15:42Speaker 1: we are, chapter two and let's just you know, move
- 15:45Speaker 1: into it, make the best of it, and try to
- 15:48Speaker 1: be super positive.
- 15:49Speaker 2: And I think it'd be great. I think he's such
- 15:51Speaker 2: a positive message. Anybody wants to check that out. It's
- 15:54Speaker 2: on the Choose Me podcast Jenny Garth's, and he actually
- 15:59Speaker 2: even speaks to one of our Bachelor alums. He speaks
- 16:01Speaker 2: with Ben Hinkott, so check that out. I think it's
- 16:03Speaker 2: worth checking out. He seems like a really, really a
- 16:06Speaker 2: dorble man. We've known him because he's super handsome, and
- 16:08Speaker 2: now he's also a really good guy, so check him out.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I would have him in my tribe for sure.
- 16:14Speaker 1: What a what a great person to have around. Maybe
- 16:16Speaker 1: I'll go try to find him when I go to
- 16:18Speaker 1: La next and see my daughter. Go find him, girl.
- 16:22Speaker 1: We got to figure that one him. He's not ready
- 16:24Speaker 1: for anything serious, so we'll just be friends for a while.
- 16:27Speaker 1: But he would be you know, he's just you know,
- 16:28Speaker 1: he's just sounds like a great guy. And it made
- 16:31Speaker 1: a great place in this chapter two for him.
- 16:33Speaker 2: So yeah, and it sounds like the way he's acting
- 16:35Speaker 2: with his kids. There's also really you know, I keep
- 16:38Speaker 2: going back to the kids. You know, there's so many
- 16:40Speaker 2: of these Hollywood relationships don't work out and you think
- 16:42Speaker 2: the kids are their real victims. Sounds like they have
- 16:44Speaker 2: a really like good parenting style and for these kids.
- 16:49Speaker 2: So I love that after hearing all the terrible bad
- 16:51Speaker 2: ones that we hear for, you know, so often. That
- 16:54Speaker 2: makes me happy that they have figured it out and
- 16:56Speaker 2: doing a good job.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Well, speaking of kids, we've got to talk about the
- 17:09Speaker 1: Kardashians because Chloe and Chris kind of made some news
- 17:13Speaker 1: this week, and Chris Jenner reveals why, you know, whether
- 17:16Speaker 1: she would marry her boyfriend Corey Gamble someday. And you
- 17:21Speaker 1: know this kind is right up here, Allie, Joan, I
- 17:23Speaker 1: should let you take the lead on this, so you
- 17:25Speaker 1: get a lot of questions.
- 17:27Speaker 2: You get that all the time, and I love her answer.
- 17:30Speaker 2: It hits really close to home. First of all, they
- 17:31Speaker 2: met in Abiza like ten years ago, and you know,
- 17:35Speaker 2: I always wondered what he did. Always see Hi kind
- 17:37Speaker 2: of in the background in the on the kid our
- 17:39Speaker 2: Kardashian shows, and I really like had no idea, Like
- 17:42Speaker 2: he just appeared one day. I felt like I didn't
- 17:44Speaker 2: really know how it happened. It turns out he was
- 17:47Speaker 2: a talent manager and he was he actually worked with
- 17:51Speaker 2: Justin Bieber, so he's a big guy and he is
- 17:53Speaker 2: not hurting, okay. I kind of felt like he was
- 17:55Speaker 2: maybe writing on Chris Jender's coatails a little bit he is.
- 17:59Speaker 2: His net worth is supposedly fifteen million dollars, so I
- 18:01Speaker 2: feel like he's doing okay on his own. Who doesn't
- 18:04Speaker 2: need her. She certainly doesn't need him, but they are
- 18:07Speaker 2: a happy couple. And I feel like, at this stage
- 18:11Speaker 2: of our lives, and I'm just going to give you
- 18:13Speaker 2: my opinion, there is no reason to get married unless unless,
- 18:17Speaker 2: like that's an important thing to you, And it doesn't
- 18:19Speaker 2: sound like it is to her. She's not counting it out,
- 18:23Speaker 2: she's not saying I'm not doing it, but she's also saying,
- 18:25Speaker 2: you know, do I need to? She was on the
- 18:28Speaker 2: podcast with her daughter, and you know, when they asked
- 18:30Speaker 2: about future wedding bells, she was just like, you know,
- 18:33Speaker 2: no or you never know. She wasn't given a positive answer,
- 18:36Speaker 2: she wasn't given a negative answer. She and then Chloe says,
- 18:39Speaker 2: you know, you don't need to get married to get mom, Like,
- 18:41Speaker 2: what's the reason we're not, you know, starting a family again.
- 18:44Speaker 1: So it was such a cute moment. I think that,
- 18:46Speaker 1: you know, having Chloe step in and say, you know, mom,
- 18:49Speaker 1: this is not what you need and it's not what
- 18:52Speaker 1: any of the girls need, but if it's what you
- 18:54Speaker 1: want and Chris just was charming about it. She's like,
- 18:57Speaker 1: you never know, I'm full of surprises. Yeah.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Yeah, And she didn't want to didn't really answer for him,
- 19:02Speaker 2: like she they said, you know, do you think he
- 19:04Speaker 2: wants to get rid? And she's like, I don't know,
- 19:05Speaker 2: you got it, you have to ask him. That pretty
- 19:07Speaker 2: amazing marriages in her life. She had Robert Kardashian first,
- 19:10Speaker 2: and then she you know, she had Caitlyn Jenner, so
- 19:13Speaker 2: I mean, and she has a lot of kids, and
- 19:15Speaker 2: she has a really rich life. And just having a partner,
- 19:18Speaker 2: like you don't have to marry a partner to have
- 19:20Speaker 2: a partner that's with you forever, you know, I think
- 19:23Speaker 2: I have that, and maybe we'll get married, maybe we won't,
- 19:25Speaker 2: but I don't feel like he's going to leave if
- 19:26Speaker 2: I don't marry him. And I'm not leaving him if
- 19:28Speaker 2: I don't marry him, so I'm sure. And also like
- 19:31Speaker 2: when you're this well known and maybe this wealthy, like
- 19:35Speaker 2: it might be hard figuring out the legal stuff. So
- 19:38Speaker 2: just by having her and having a person in your life,
- 19:41Speaker 2: you don't have to marry them.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Well, it was in their interview that I thought was
- 19:45Speaker 1: really cute. Every time I go on Facebook. I see
- 19:47Speaker 1: a picture of you and Chalk and it's all AI
- 19:51Speaker 1: and either you're married, or you're breaking up or you've Yeah,
- 19:56Speaker 1: it's just so funny to see the AI photos of
- 19:58Speaker 1: you and Chloe and her mom. And Chloe and Chris
- 20:02Speaker 1: talk about the AI photos. And Chris saw and AI
- 20:05Speaker 1: photo of the girls at a working at a restaurant.
- 20:08Speaker 1: She called him and goes, when was this? And the
- 20:10Speaker 1: mom that was AI. She's like, oh, okay, what are
- 20:14Speaker 1: trying to remember it?
- 20:15Speaker 2: It's always AI and and you know, the social media
- 20:20Speaker 2: comes out with a story just because they want people
- 20:23Speaker 2: to look at the social media. And I mean, I've
- 20:25Speaker 2: been dead, I've been married, I've been we've broken up.
- 20:28Speaker 2: You know, there's been so many things, and we're just
- 20:30Speaker 2: a teeny little person in this universe. They are so
- 20:32Speaker 2: much bigger, so their stories are always bigger. There's more
- 20:35Speaker 2: of them, happens all the time. So I guess if
- 20:36Speaker 2: they got married it would stop those stories. But I
- 20:39Speaker 2: feel like they are kind of beyond that now. I mean,
- 20:41Speaker 2: Chris did say that they don't really bother her anymore,
- 20:45Speaker 2: and she says, you know, at one time they did,
- 20:47Speaker 2: but now she's kind of over it, and I kind
- 20:48Speaker 2: of feel the same way.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Yeah, you feel the same way. It doesn't bother you
- 20:51Speaker 1: when you hear the rumors that you guys are broken
- 20:53Speaker 1: up or that I was dead.
- 20:55Speaker 2: The one I said I was dead really did kind of.
- 20:57Speaker 1: That's a hard one.
- 20:58Speaker 2: I was like, it had like a picture of me,
- 21:00Speaker 2: and it had like my beginning date and my end date.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Like I was like, oh, that's kind of like hits
- 21:05Speaker 2: a little close to home.
- 21:06Speaker 1: That beats mine. I had one that my son died, oh,
- 21:09Speaker 1: which works terrible, But I don't have a son. I
- 21:12Speaker 1: don't have a son, So I didn't take it personally,
- 21:14Speaker 1: but if you know, it would it would have been
- 21:17Speaker 1: very hard to hear I was dead or my kids
- 21:19Speaker 1: weren't dead.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that was It was a little weird. So
- 21:22Speaker 2: I think, you know, the breakup rumors, I almost feel
- 21:25Speaker 2: like everybody when you hear those, you almost double check them.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Now they're so common. Everybody's broken up or together or whatever.
- 21:32Speaker 1: Well this rumor, this rumor is about them getting married.
- 21:34Speaker 1: So I'm gonna have to keep checking on you and
- 21:36Speaker 1: chalk to see if the rumors are real.
- 21:39Speaker 2: Just call me a girl.
- 21:40Speaker 1: You don't have Okay.
- 21:44Speaker 2: I feel like the next story though, we watched this
- 21:47Speaker 2: whole thing play out on TV, so we know it's
- 21:49Speaker 2: real and this is a Valley star Michelle and I
- 21:52Speaker 2: don't know exactly how to say her name, SINAI just
- 21:56Speaker 2: three seven. I think we all know who she is.
- 21:57Speaker 2: If you watch The Valley, you know exactly who she.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Is, because she was.
- 22:00Speaker 2: She's been a big storyline throughout the last three seasons.
- 22:03Speaker 2: She's thirty seven. And the story, though, is a good
- 22:06Speaker 2: one that she and doctor Dre sixty one are holding
- 22:10Speaker 2: hands in public, and that there are rumors now that
- 22:13Speaker 2: they are dating. Now this comes all on the heels
- 22:16Speaker 2: of her kind of whole story playing out on the
- 22:19Speaker 2: Valley with her now I think he's now ex husband Jesse,
- 22:24Speaker 2: but everybody loves Okay, So she's kind of been out
- 22:27Speaker 2: there in the news more than once. You see her
- 22:30Speaker 2: coupling up with people here and there. There's been rumors
- 22:32Speaker 2: that she had an affair while she was.
- 22:34Speaker 1: On the Valley.
- 22:35Speaker 2: He also had an affair. Supposedly, she gets around.
- 22:37Speaker 1: I love that.
- 22:38Speaker 2: I'm just a little surprised about doctor Dre. What do
- 22:41Speaker 2: you think?
- 22:41Speaker 1: Well, and maybe she's auditioning for age of attraction. You
- 22:47Speaker 1: don't know, but I will tell you this. Nobody goes
- 22:49Speaker 1: to Nobu with someone of the opposite gender and holds
- 22:53Speaker 1: hand hands with them as you leave and expects that
- 22:56Speaker 1: to be silent. So I think there's a little story
- 23:00Speaker 1: of the pot here somehow. But you know, you know
- 23:03Speaker 1: you're going to be caught by the paparazzi at Nobu, absolutely.
- 23:06Speaker 2: I mean they're right in the middle of la and
- 23:08Speaker 2: they're both very well known. I mean, she's been a
- 23:11Speaker 2: big storyline on the valley and he is obviously just
- 23:13Speaker 2: a star in his own right. I think that it's
- 23:17Speaker 2: their age difference is a little shocking for me. I
- 23:20Speaker 2: think that I wonder if both of them this is
- 23:26Speaker 2: a relationship of convenience, because they want to be out
- 23:29Speaker 2: in the public, they want the paparazzi maybe taking their pictures.
- 23:32Speaker 2: I mean, I kind of feel like they would feel
- 23:36Speaker 2: like they would come out in a different way.
- 23:37Speaker 1: I think that's well. It is kind of a classic
- 23:40Speaker 1: Chapter two move though, kind of unexpected pairings. When you
- 23:45Speaker 1: tried something and it didn't work, so why not go
- 23:49Speaker 1: kind of far away from what you tried and see
- 23:51Speaker 1: if that's really what was meant to be so good
- 23:54Speaker 1: for them.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Yeah, well, so I don't know how they met. I
- 23:57Speaker 2: don't know if I had to do with her real
- 23:59Speaker 2: estate career. Okay, so she's outside of her reality TV,
- 24:03Speaker 2: which is pretty popular on She's a luxury real estate
- 24:06Speaker 2: agent who specializes in multimillion dollar properties in La So
- 24:10Speaker 2: rubbing elbows with the rich and famous is nothing new
- 24:13Speaker 2: for her. And as for doctor Dre, his romantic history
- 24:17Speaker 2: includes his headline making marriage and divorce from Nicole Young.
- 24:21Speaker 2: They tied the knot in May nineteen ninety six before
- 24:24Speaker 2: splitting in twenty twenty. Young received a one hundred million
- 24:28Speaker 2: dollars settlement. Again, her romantic life has been a storyline
- 24:33Speaker 2: on The Valley, but she's also, you know, kind of
- 24:36Speaker 2: been around. She's dated Aaron Nosler, though they parted ways
- 24:40Speaker 2: in the summer of twenty twenty five. Meanwhile, let's see
- 24:43Speaker 2: Meanwhile Lalie has been in a relationship with his girlfriend
- 24:47Speaker 2: Lacey Nicole and Orange County socialite who made a brave
- 24:50Speaker 2: debut in the Valley. And I did watch that one,
- 24:53Speaker 2: and I really actually liked it. So Jesse's dating a
- 24:55Speaker 2: girl and he's kind of trying to push her a
- 24:57Speaker 2: little bit onto Michelle because they have kids, and he's
- 25:02Speaker 2: pretty serious with her, and he really wants Michelle and
- 25:05Speaker 2: her to be good friends. And they end up on
- 25:07Speaker 2: a show together at a party, and Jesse is kind
- 25:11Speaker 2: of pushing his now pretty serious girlfriend on to Michelle.
- 25:15Speaker 2: So I feel like Michelle needs to like part ways
- 25:17Speaker 2: with that whole thing and let Jesse do his thing
- 25:20Speaker 2: and they have, you know, a kid together, But I
- 25:22Speaker 2: don't think that she needs to be part of his
- 25:24Speaker 2: other relationship. And she's good do or anything.
- 25:26Speaker 1: So good for you, good for you, go and doctor
- 25:29Speaker 1: Dre and go to NOBU with doctor Dre. Absolutely it's
- 25:32Speaker 1: a good option.
- 25:33Speaker 2: But you know, I do think we have to look
- 25:35Speaker 2: at Like her most recent quote, and it said earlier
- 25:37Speaker 2: this month, she told BravoTV dot com that she was
- 25:41Speaker 2: on the market. I am not dating anybody, but I'm
- 25:44Speaker 2: open to it whatever whenever that time comes. So kind
- 25:49Speaker 2: of gives you a hint that maybe that was hype,
- 25:52Speaker 2: I don't know, or maybe it was a quickie, like,
- 25:54Speaker 2: you know, let's go out on a date. See how
- 25:56Speaker 2: it works. We're gonna walk out, we're gonna be holding hands. Oops,
- 25:59Speaker 2: they caught us, And now it's a story, but it
- 26:01Speaker 2: doesn't sound.
- 26:02Speaker 1: She's share but she ends her quote which she's single
- 26:05Speaker 1: and ready to mingle, and so you would think that
- 26:07Speaker 1: if she's single, ready to mingle, that she wouldn't be
- 26:09Speaker 1: in a relationship. So I don't know which way to
- 26:12Speaker 1: take it. We better stay tuned on this one.
- 26:14Speaker 2: I know, I think we should. I think that GMZ
- 26:17Speaker 2: should be sticking out near doctor Drey's house in now
- 26:20Speaker 2: her house and getting the real scoop for us because
- 26:22Speaker 2: they're the ones who break it.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Sounds perfect, okay, Well, our final headline is where Keith
- 26:38Speaker 1: Urban stands with his and Nicole Kidman's daughter's post divorce.
- 26:42Speaker 1: And this one breaks my heart and I know it
- 26:44Speaker 1: does for you too.
- 26:45Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, I mean I remember the day that
- 26:48Speaker 2: they announced that they were splitting up. Do you remember
- 26:50Speaker 2: that day. It's like one of those things that sticks
- 26:52Speaker 2: in my mind because they were one of the few
- 26:55Speaker 2: iconic Hollywood couples that had made it, Like I had
- 26:59Speaker 2: no doubt that their marriage was great, Like there was
- 27:01Speaker 2: never a doubt in my mind that they were not
- 27:04Speaker 2: going to be together forever. And I'm trying to figure
- 27:07Speaker 2: out how this unraveled, and I don't think we know
- 27:10Speaker 2: very much, but it's pretty shocking that he doesn't have
- 27:15Speaker 2: a relationship with his daughters right now. And that is
- 27:18Speaker 2: like the weirdest part of this for me, because I
- 27:20Speaker 2: felt like she would take care even if they divorced,
- 27:24Speaker 2: she would take care of him, he would take care
- 27:25Speaker 2: of her. They always seem to be so kind to
- 27:28Speaker 2: each other, so this seems right to me.
- 27:31Speaker 1: And they have two daughters. They share two daughters, Sunday
- 27:34Speaker 1: Rose who's seventeen, and Faith Margaret at fifteen. Those are
- 27:37Speaker 1: tough ages anyway, and evidently Nichole's she was awarded primary
- 27:45Speaker 1: custody of the girls when the divorce happened, and he
- 27:48Speaker 1: has granted every other weekend with the girls.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not super surprised that she was awarded that
- 27:55Speaker 2: because I think he travels a time. I mean, he's
- 27:57Speaker 2: in concert, so I feel like he travels well.
- 28:00Speaker 1: And honestly, at that age, like we used to say
- 28:03Speaker 1: that once you get your driver's license, that determines custody, So.
- 28:07Speaker 2: I so agree. I mean, seventeen and fifteen, they're old.
- 28:09Speaker 2: You know what's the kind of most distressing. First of all,
- 28:12Speaker 2: I mean, he says he's very distraught over the situation.
- 28:15Speaker 2: He loves these girls, but they are so angry at him,
- 28:17Speaker 2: and they're blaming him, the insider said, and it said,
- 28:20Speaker 2: I don't even think this is Nicole painting a narrative.
- 28:24Speaker 2: This is the girls coming to the conclusion on their own.
- 28:27Speaker 1: That's hard, you know, and dads are so important in
- 28:29Speaker 1: the lives of girls their that relationship is you know,
- 28:33Speaker 1: relationship with parents in general, but in particular, father with
- 28:35Speaker 1: a daughter is such an important relationship. Let's hope they
- 28:38Speaker 1: can patch it up. But you know, honestly, on the
- 28:40Speaker 1: other side, the girls are allowed to have the feelings
- 28:42Speaker 1: that they have.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I really worry that. I feel like the father
- 28:49Speaker 2: relationship is really important no matter what. And I worry
- 28:53Speaker 2: that they are fairly immature. They're fifteen and seventeen. They
- 28:57Speaker 2: don't have adult brain yet, and they are making a
- 29:01Speaker 2: decision that could be almost irreversible like this, like once
- 29:06Speaker 2: you stop speaking. Every day that you don't speak makes
- 29:09Speaker 2: the gap even wider, and it makes it harder to
- 29:12Speaker 2: then bridge the gap to speaking again or to having
- 29:14Speaker 2: a relationship again. And I feel like these parents need
- 29:18Speaker 2: to help these girls out figure this out in a
- 29:21Speaker 2: better way, because I think one day, they're going to
- 29:23Speaker 2: be bitter. There could be remorseful. I feel like this
- 29:28Speaker 2: is this could cause real emotional damage to them by
- 29:34Speaker 2: making this decision. I feel like they're being fifteen and
- 29:36Speaker 2: seventeen year old girls that are pissed off, and they
- 29:39Speaker 2: need to have a healthier view of this for their future.
- 29:43Speaker 2: And I think maybe they need some therapy.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Maybe Keith needs to go talk to Cameron and kind
- 29:49Speaker 1: of compare notes and see how Cameron has decided to
- 29:54Speaker 1: keep the family together, and maybe Keith can learn a
- 29:58Speaker 1: little bit of something from him.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just just really distressing the kids. The kids
- 30:04Speaker 2: part of all of these stories. When there's kids involved,
- 30:07Speaker 2: I feel really distressed for them. So I hope they
- 30:09Speaker 2: figured this out. I think that we all love both
- 30:12Speaker 2: Keith and Nicole and you know, I hope that this
- 30:17Speaker 2: they get this figured out. Yeah, before the kids, you know,
- 30:19Speaker 2: get more damage. There's more damage on the.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Kids right right. I don't think Keith is going anywhere, though,
- 30:24Speaker 1: I think he would welcome a text or a call
- 30:27Speaker 1: from them at any time. So there's still there's still hope.
- 30:30Speaker 2: The one word answers they were giving them, boy, I
- 30:33Speaker 2: can imagine like card that is on him. Yeah, makes
- 30:35Speaker 2: you wonder what happened there.
- 30:36Speaker 1: I don't think we know the whole story, and you know,
- 30:38Speaker 1: they're mad, and they they know more than we do,
- 30:41Speaker 1: and so they're mad about something and they just want
- 30:43Speaker 1: they'll work through it, So we'll do it. They have
- 30:46Speaker 1: two very loving, supportive parents, and you.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Know what, I think they're probably blaming them because I
- 30:50Speaker 2: think I read in this article that Nicole did not
- 30:53Speaker 2: want the divorce, it he suggested it, and that she
- 30:56Speaker 2: when they first separated, she hoped that they would reconcile.
- 31:00Speaker 2: So I think this continued down a bad road, and
- 31:04Speaker 2: I think I bet the daughters are blaming him.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Well, if there's one takeaway for chapter two, it's we
- 31:12Speaker 1: don't get things perfect, but let's just hope we all
- 31:14Speaker 1: find what's right for us in the end. But certainly
- 31:17Speaker 1: this chap or two can be fairly messy.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and you know the celebs, they do it all
- 31:23Speaker 2: in public, so makes it harder, makes it hard on
- 31:25Speaker 2: the family, It makes it hard on the kids. I
- 31:27Speaker 2: particularly feel for the realities stars that do this on
- 31:31Speaker 2: TV because you watch it unwined week by week. Fortunately,
- 31:35Speaker 2: some of these are a little more private, like the
- 31:37Speaker 2: Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman one seems to be a
- 31:40Speaker 2: lot more private, but this seems like it's out and
- 31:42Speaker 2: open now with the kids. So I'm sorry for those
- 31:44Speaker 2: for the girls.
- 31:45Speaker 1: I agreed, completely agreed, and I'm just really happy that
- 31:48Speaker 1: none of my dates have been on TMS has caught
- 31:51Speaker 1: me holding hands coming out of NOBU. I know, you
- 31:54Speaker 1: know that that privacy, You know that privacy is important,
- 31:57Speaker 1: and even for people who choose the public lawe sometimes
- 32:01Speaker 1: when it gets messy, it's it would be nice to
- 32:03Speaker 1: have a little bit more privacy.
- 32:04Speaker 2: And it was even casual relationships. I mean, we were
- 32:06Speaker 2: looking at doctor Dre, you know, and Michelle and I
- 32:10Speaker 2: could have just been one date, or they could have
- 32:12Speaker 2: walked out grabbed each other's hands as they were walking
- 32:14Speaker 2: to the car, just in fun, and it became a
- 32:16Speaker 2: big story. So you never really know. Yeah, even innocent
- 32:19Speaker 2: handholding can end up being I mean, I remember I
- 32:22Speaker 2: was sitting in a pool a couple of weeks ago
- 32:24Speaker 2: with Carry Futman, who was my stylist from the you
- 32:27Speaker 2: know Bachelor, you know Carry thatman.
- 32:29Speaker 1: I love Carrie. He's gay, and I was.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Like sitting on a lounge with him, like we were
- 32:34Speaker 2: like cuddling. I mean, he's just like one of my
- 32:36Speaker 2: dearest friends. But like people could have thought something about this,
- 32:39Speaker 2: but there was nothing to think.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Yeah, that would have caused some real issues on Facebook.
- 32:43Speaker 1: We didn't even have to ai that seriously.
- 32:47Speaker 2: There, I was like cuddling with Carrie Fatman on a
- 32:50Speaker 2: lounge chair and easy. But you know, I guess you
- 32:56Speaker 2: have to be really careful. It's funny one I talked
- 32:58Speaker 2: to Chalk sometimes, you know, people come up. Women come
- 33:01Speaker 2: up to him all the time and ask to take pictures.
- 33:03Speaker 2: You know, this bachelor world is a little bit of
- 33:05Speaker 2: a women dominator world. I rarely get men saying can
- 33:08Speaker 2: I take a picture with you? It's always women. But
- 33:09Speaker 2: he has the same thing. It's women want to take
- 33:11Speaker 2: picture with him. And he said, I always worry that
- 33:13Speaker 2: people someone's going to take one of those pictures and say, oh,
- 33:16Speaker 2: Chalk was at a scene at a bar in Wichita,
- 33:18Speaker 2: Kansas with another woman. And you know, so anything can happen.
- 33:22Speaker 2: I mean, people can look at a picture and you know,
- 33:26Speaker 2: make up a story about it. That's that's totally not true.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Has it changed what type of picture you will take?
- 33:32Speaker 1: He has? Will he stopped putting his arm around. You know,
- 33:35Speaker 1: there's that soccer player who won't be photographed touching another woman. Yeah,
- 33:40Speaker 1: I really respect that, but you know that's kind of
- 33:42Speaker 1: extreme for you know, our world.
- 33:44Speaker 2: Thanks start. I mean, the fact that even pops into
- 33:46Speaker 2: his brain that he needs to be careful about that
- 33:48Speaker 2: is a little screwed up, right. I mean, you know,
- 33:50Speaker 2: he's out in this world. It's you know, bachelor world
- 33:53Speaker 2: is a lot of women, and he's recognized, especially in
- 33:55Speaker 2: his hometown, and people ask for pictures and he has
- 33:58Speaker 2: to be really careful or he he's sitting at a
- 34:00Speaker 2: bar and a woman sits next to him. A lot
- 34:03Speaker 2: of times he won't stay. He will like move down,
- 34:06Speaker 2: or he'll like somehow make sure that he has a
- 34:09Speaker 2: man closed room or whatever, because you know, anything could
- 34:11Speaker 2: be construed from that. I have a really, really, really
- 34:14Speaker 2: good male friend here in Maryland, like one of my
- 34:17Speaker 2: he's actually my plastic surgeon. He's one of my dearest
- 34:19Speaker 2: friends in the world. I've known for like thirty years,
- 34:22Speaker 2: and he and I go out to dinner, I mean
- 34:24Speaker 2: like once a month just to catch up. I know
- 34:25Speaker 2: his kids, he knows my family. He celebrates holidays with
- 34:28Speaker 2: my family. We are just really really really dear friends.
- 34:32Speaker 2: But I wonder every once in a while if somebody
- 34:33Speaker 2: took a picture of us, it would look odd. So
- 34:36Speaker 2: maybe that's the whole case with Michelle and doctor Dre.
- 34:39Speaker 2: You know, just it was an innocent meeting that ended up,
- 34:42Speaker 2: you know, it was really nothing, but people made a
- 34:44Speaker 2: headline out of it.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Back in the day, I was in my twenties and
- 34:47Speaker 1: I worked for a very conservative company, General Electric, and
- 34:51Speaker 1: Jack Weltch at the time was our CEO, and he
- 34:54Speaker 1: made a point like, if whatever you're doing can be
- 34:58Speaker 1: put on the front page of the Walls Journal and
- 35:01Speaker 1: judged in a certain way, maybe you should consider not
- 35:03Speaker 1: doing it. And from that moment on I really reconsidered.
- 35:07Speaker 1: You know, I've been in sales my whole life. How
- 35:09Speaker 1: do you handle when you're out to dinner out entertaining
- 35:13Speaker 1: a customer? And so I made a choice back then
- 35:16Speaker 1: to never be one on one with me and another man.
- 35:19Speaker 1: Didn't matter who it was, could have been my friend,
- 35:21Speaker 1: could have been a customer, I still invited a third person.
- 35:24Speaker 1: And after my divorce, I've rethought that I think it's
- 35:29Speaker 1: not such a bad idea because it could give your
- 35:32Speaker 1: guests the wrong opinion. It could be a wrong impression
- 35:36Speaker 1: for other people watching you. But yeah, I don't know.
- 35:38Speaker 1: If doctor Dre wanted to hold my hand leaving NOBU,
- 35:41Speaker 1: I don't think I would refuse him.
- 35:43Speaker 2: Think I would either, I don't know. I mean holding
- 35:46Speaker 2: in is maybe a little more contact than what you
- 35:49Speaker 2: would have dinner. Yeah, but I mean the age different
- 35:52Speaker 2: is so big. I mean, I wonder if she's thinking, oh, no,
- 35:54Speaker 2: one's going to think we're together. You know, he's like
- 35:56Speaker 2: my father, he's like my father's age. But you know
- 35:59Speaker 2: people do because that's no you know, that happens. And
- 36:02Speaker 2: now in Hollywood a lot there is old and young couplings.
- 36:06Speaker 1: All the time, all the time. You know.
- 36:08Speaker 2: I love that. Well, that was a lot to break down, though.
- 36:10Speaker 2: Slubs are going through a lot in their chapter two,
- 36:14Speaker 2: just like everyone else, just like us. Are you in
- 36:17Speaker 2: chapter two and finding out it's a lot harder than

- 36:43Speaker 2: in love is the main objective
