Sermon for the 15th Sunday after Trinity | Matthew 6:24–34
Jesus’ command not to be anxious is more than advice for finding inner peace. It is a call to trust our heavenly Father rather than mammon. Because the Father has given us His Son and secured His kingdom for us, we are free to stop living for ourselves, bear our neighbor’s burdens, and not grow weary in doing good.
