- 0:05Speaker 1: through the Alabama Show.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Hey buddy, Hello, Okay, what's your random thought for today?
- 0:20Speaker 3: What's going on in the brain?
- 0:21Speaker 2: And producer Blake, because I know it's always random.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Do they make like specific things to wrap people with
- 0:29Speaker 4: to make them like mummies or do they just use
- 0:31Speaker 4: like regular like tissue paper?
- 0:34Speaker 3: Why is that?
- 0:35Speaker 2: I know why that's your thought because I brought in
- 0:37Speaker 2: this thing from the TikTok shop that's a towel.
- 0:40Speaker 3: Is that why you're thinking that?
- 0:41Speaker 5: No, I didn't even think about that, but that is
- 0:43Speaker 5: also a good question.
- 0:44Speaker 3: Is that what's going through your brain today?
- 0:46Speaker 5: You just asked me what's going on? I don't know
- 0:48Speaker 5: why we're having these.
- 0:49Speaker 3: I think back in the Egyptian days.
- 0:51Speaker 2: They had something different than toilet paper, because I don't
- 0:54Speaker 2: think toilet.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Paper was a thing. I'm just I think, now.
- 0:57Speaker 2: There are no mummies, it's just us plus mummy and
- 1:00Speaker 2: it's toilet paper.
- 1:02Speaker 5: Yeah. Now, but what what is it? What was the paper?
- 1:05Speaker 5: Was it like a plaster.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Maybe it wasn't paper, maybe it was skin. What exactly?
- 1:12Speaker 3: But it's like an answer for Google anyway. Good morning,
- 1:17Speaker 3: Welcome to the Alabama Show. This is how it is
- 1:20Speaker 3: all the time. We're so all over the place. Hey,
- 1:22Speaker 3: thank you for being here.

- 1:33Speaker 3: What the hell are you talking about?
- 1:35Speaker 1: On the Alabama Show.
- 1:37Speaker 2: A Kentucky man was arrested for stealing his ex girlfriend's
- 1:42Speaker 2: car while she was giving birth.
- 1:44Speaker 5: What like was she in the car?
- 1:47Speaker 3: Now she was in the hospital.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Christopher of Kentucky faces auto theft charges. He took his
- 1:53Speaker 2: ex girlfriend's car she was in the hospital giving birth
- 1:56Speaker 2: to their kid. Apparently they broke up while she was pregnant,
- 1:59Speaker 2: and she told them to go wait in the car
- 2:01Speaker 2: because of the hospital's visitation rules, which I have.
- 2:04Speaker 3: No idea what that is.
- 2:05Speaker 2: So security footage from the hospital shows him getting out
- 2:08Speaker 2: of the passenger seat of the car into the driver's
- 2:11Speaker 2: seat and driving off. And then after she gave birth
- 2:13Speaker 2: to the kids, she called him and asked where her
- 2:15Speaker 2: car was.
- 2:15Speaker 3: And he said it's none of your business and hung up.
- 2:20Speaker 3: She called the cops and now he's in jail.
- 2:22Speaker 5: I would hope so.

- 2:52Speaker 3: You know how it works. I ask the questions producer,
- 2:54Speaker 3: Blake is your lifeline.
- 2:55Speaker 2: You're ready, all right, Andrew? Question number one? What animal
- 3:00Speaker 2: gives us wool?
- 3:01Speaker 5: Sheep?
- 3:02Speaker 3: Sheep would be it?
- 3:03Speaker 5: You don't need my help?

- 3:10Speaker 2: oh crap, I need not have my coffee yet.

- 3:20Speaker 5: And how'd you get there?
- 3:22Speaker 3: Yeah? All right? Last one for the wind.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Where does the President of the United States live?
- 3:28Speaker 5: He lives in Pennsylvania Avenue of Washington, d C.
- 3:31Speaker 3: But okay, what's the name of the place. Yeah, I

- 4:02Speaker 1: It's three things you need to know you with the
- 4:05Speaker 1: Elevema Show.
- 4:06Speaker 2: We have the office in Glee stars coming to Birmingham.
- 4:09Speaker 2: They're all coming, Jane Lynch and Kate Flannery. They are
- 4:14Speaker 2: bringing the Trouble with Angels cabaret and comedy show to Birmingham.
- 4:17Speaker 2: They'll be at the Birmingham Alice Stevensenter March first.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Oh, I kind of locked out.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Jane Lynch is funny. I'm excited.
- 4:23Speaker 4: I know.
- 4:24Speaker 5: I loved her since I was a kid.
- 4:25Speaker 3: It'll be good.
- 4:26Speaker 2: If your goal is to make money on the internet
- 4:28Speaker 2: in twenty twenty six you can do like the person
- 4:30Speaker 2: on YouTube who uploaded a video of a burning fireplace.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Allegedly they have made over one million dollars from that video.
- 4:38Speaker 2: It's literally a ten hour video of just a fireplace
- 4:42Speaker 2: burning with wood crackling. It's the sound and they've been
- 4:46Speaker 2: monetizing it since twenty sixteen and it has gotten over
- 4:49Speaker 2: one hundred and fifty seven million views in under ten years.
- 4:54Speaker 5: That's all.
- 4:54Speaker 2: It takes one million dollars just upload a ten hour
- 4:57Speaker 2: video of a fireplace. It makes sense because people in
- 4:59Speaker 2: the winter just put it on their TV and let
- 5:01Speaker 2: it go in the background while they're doing stuff.
- 5:04Speaker 5: You know what, I'm on it. I got an idea.
- 5:06Speaker 3: All right, there you go.
- 5:08Speaker 2: There was no Stranger Things episode nine. Everybody yesterday thought
- 5:12Speaker 2: there was a secret episode of Stranger Things dropping yesterday.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Producer Blake was one of them.
- 5:16Speaker 2: There was an online movement called conformity Gate, and there
- 5:20Speaker 2: was a video that dropped and all.
- 5:21Speaker 3: This stuff you got duped.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Even Netflix confirmed they changed their bio on Instagram, and
- 5:27Speaker 2: the bio on Netflix says all episodes of Stranger Things
- 5:32Speaker 2: are now playing.
- 5:33Speaker 3: There are no more.
- 5:34Speaker 5: Okay, that one's done, but I have a new one.
- 5:37Speaker 3: No, no, no, We're not going down that rabbit hole
- 5:39Speaker 3: right now.
- 5:39Speaker 2: There will, however, be a documentary about the film of
- 5:42Speaker 2: the last season. It's a documentary, it's not an episode
- 5:45Speaker 2: of Stranger Things.
- 5:46Speaker 5: So they say it will.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Drop on Chanhuary twelfth.
- 5:50Speaker 2: That's three things you need to know more At the
- 5:52Speaker 2: Alabama Show dot com.
- 5:54Speaker 1: We're listening to The Alabama Show on demand.
- 5:56Speaker 3: You know the saying nobody puts baby in the.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Corner, You correct, somebody put producer Blake.
- 6:02Speaker 3: In the corner.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Yeah. Literally.
- 6:04Speaker 2: By the way, thank you for listening to the Alabama Show.
- 6:07Speaker 2: I'm Alabama the Girl with producer Blake.
- 6:09Speaker 5: What happened?
- 6:10Speaker 4: So I was on vacation recently, and so I was like,
- 6:14Speaker 4: oh cool, we're gonna get me and.
- 6:16Speaker 5: My girlfriend gonna get our own room. We're gonna be
- 6:18Speaker 5: able to hang out.
- 6:19Speaker 4: We're on a trip you correct, vacation Yeah. And I
- 6:22Speaker 4: was like, we're gonna have our own room. I don't
- 6:25Speaker 4: have to really worry about you think I just get
- 6:26Speaker 4: to relax.
- 6:27Speaker 3: And there were other people on this trip in a house.
- 6:30Speaker 3: You're just stay in a house.
- 6:31Speaker 5: Yeah. So I'm like, heck ya, vacation time, relaxed time.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Your girlfriend came with you.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Correct. And we get there and we get the only
- 6:41Speaker 4: room with no door. It's in the It's the hottest
- 6:45Speaker 4: part of the house. And the we wop it all
- 6:48Speaker 4: the windows and did not help.
- 6:49Speaker 5: I sweat it every night. It was. It was an trip, But.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Isn't it The funny?
- 6:55Speaker 2: The funny part about this is there was a person
- 6:59Speaker 2: that got there a room.
- 7:01Speaker 5: Yes, and that person was my brother.
- 7:05Speaker 3: With his own private bathroom.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Correct that he was by himself, so he had a
- 7:10Speaker 4: he had a. He had a key size bed to
- 7:14Speaker 4: himself and he laid there every night happiest could be.
- 7:18Speaker 4: And I walked in one time, I had to go
- 7:19Speaker 4: to the bathroom. Right, I have to go to his bathroom. Okay,
- 7:22Speaker 4: I walk in and he's.
- 7:24Speaker 5: On one side of the bed. Literally, like three quarters
- 7:26Speaker 5: of the bed is unused.
- 7:27Speaker 3: What size was the bed that you and your girlfriend had?
- 7:29Speaker 5: We probably both had, like a fool if that like.
- 7:32Speaker 3: A y'all had two separate beds.
- 7:34Speaker 5: Yeah, two separate beds, two separate.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Corners, no door change.
- 7:42Speaker 4: All I had was right there are in the bathroom.
- 7:44Speaker 4: I didn't I didn't have anything. I sat there and
- 7:50Speaker 4: I went and wait. We wanted to watch a movie.
- 7:53Speaker 4: The movie was out and about for everybody to hear.
- 7:56Speaker 4: It was like, there's no like secrecy up there.
- 7:59Speaker 6: It's like.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Why everyone will be like, yeah, I agree from downstairs.
- 8:06Speaker 3: WI could call her girlfriend in here her thoughts on it,
- 8:09Speaker 3: call the show.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Have you ever been on a trip like this? You
- 8:12Speaker 2: know what my grandmother did for Christmas? This is what
- 8:14Speaker 2: she did. It's not the same, but it's kind of
- 8:17Speaker 2: the same.
- 8:17Speaker 3: She jipped me.
- 8:18Speaker 2: There weren't enough tables at the dinner table. While we
- 8:21Speaker 2: were all eating, there weren't enough chairs. Yeah, so she
- 8:25Speaker 2: had to move an extra chair. But instead of moving
- 8:28Speaker 2: a normal person size chair, she moved a kid chair
- 8:31Speaker 2: for you for me and when me to sit there, and.
- 8:35Speaker 3: I was like, are you freaking kidding me?
- 8:38Speaker 1: I'm the oldest.
- 8:39Speaker 2: She was letting my little cousin Hannah sit in a
- 8:41Speaker 2: growl chair.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I was like, I'm the elder here.
- 8:43Speaker 4: You see what she should have done. Hannah just got engaged.
- 8:47Speaker 4: So I think that he should have been there in
- 8:50Speaker 4: the kid's chair as initiation into the family.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Right, anyway, do your family and he jip you call
- 8:56Speaker 2: the show. Eight three three five oo Bama is the

- 9:13Speaker 3: No?
- 9:15Speaker 6: Actually, it's kind of scary that the story you just told,
- 9:18Speaker 6: because that was done to me this year at Christmas
- 9:22Speaker 6: by my mother and she was actually gate she gave
- 9:27Speaker 6: the good chair away to my niece and he's off
- 9:31Speaker 6: and made you yes, and I'm like six foot two

- 9:40Speaker 6: this little bit chair that I can barely get my
- 9:44Speaker 6: right cheek in?
- 9:47Speaker 3: What did you do?
- 9:47Speaker 2: Did you even sit in it? Because I moved? I
- 9:49Speaker 2: went and sat at the bar. I was like, I
- 9:51Speaker 2: love y'all, but I'm not doing this. I will sit
- 9:53Speaker 2: at the bar and talk to you from across the kitchen.
- 9:56Speaker 6: I grabbed my plate, I put my back in the corner,
- 9:58Speaker 6: and I brought my feet up on the chair.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Nobody puts rob in the corner.
- 10:02Speaker 6: I mean, yeah, it's the only thing I could do
- 10:05Speaker 6: with that.

- 15:46Speaker 3: So call the show. What's your word? I'll tell you
- 15:48Speaker 3: my word? Okay, go ahead, chickens.
- 15:54Speaker 5: Why is it always this?
- 15:55Speaker 3: Because it always is what's your word?
- 15:58Speaker 5: Games?
- 16:00Speaker 3: All right, what what's your word?
- 16:02Speaker 2: Just call us and give us one word of one
- 16:04Speaker 2: thing you are grateful for today. Eight three three five
- 16:06Speaker 2: I Onebama is the number. That's eight three three five
- 16:09Speaker 2: oh one two two sixty two.
- 16:11Speaker 1: See Alabama Show Onto me. It's free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 16:14Speaker 2: I gotta tell you the drama that's going on in
- 16:16Speaker 2: my neighborhood.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Okay, this is a common occurrence.
- 16:19Speaker 2: It is because we're a bunch of country people that
- 16:22Speaker 2: have nothing better to do than to start some drama.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Yeah, and you all got farms just living on the
- 16:26Speaker 4: same road.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Yes, thanks for listening to the Alabama Show.
- 16:31Speaker 3: I'm Alabama with producer Blake.
- 16:33Speaker 2: So there's this land that's across the street from me
- 16:37Speaker 2: that sold last year, and these people bought it and
- 16:41Speaker 2: they are like clearing it off and they want to
- 16:44Speaker 2: eventually either build a house there or bring a trailer
- 16:47Speaker 2: there or whatever. Correct And at first that the neighborhood
- 16:52Speaker 2: that was already there. We all know each other, we're
- 16:54Speaker 2: all friends, and when new people come, we're like, oh,
- 16:56Speaker 2: what are they going to do?
- 16:57Speaker 3: We hope you're not tearing down the neighborhood.
- 17:00Speaker 5: I hope you're not going to ruin it.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Well, they haven't really been taking care of the land.
- 17:05Speaker 2: And then the other day I noticed there was an
- 17:08Speaker 2: old camper that has been parked on it okay, and
- 17:13Speaker 2: this camper has.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Been spray painted.
- 17:15Speaker 2: It's not a good and I said, oh, I bet
- 17:18Speaker 2: my neighbor Dea at the end of the street's real
- 17:20Speaker 2: upset about this because every time anything doesn't look good.
- 17:23Speaker 3: He'll call me and be.
- 17:24Speaker 5: Like, what are they doing to the land across the street.
- 17:26Speaker 3: I don't know, I don't know, I don't I'm not
- 17:30Speaker 3: they bought it, it's theirs. So I asked my other neighbor.
- 17:35Speaker 2: The other day, I said, Hey, what did this neighbor
- 17:37Speaker 2: that's very nosy that like, if we had a homeowner's.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Association, he would beat the leader.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Of the homeowners association. We'll call him Sigh because he
- 17:47Speaker 2: kind of reminds me of Si from Duck Dynasty.
- 17:51Speaker 3: I said, what is.
- 17:52Speaker 2: SI think about the old spray painted camper that's parked
- 17:56Speaker 2: in the street and he rides his golf cart with
- 17:59Speaker 2: his dog up and down the road all the time,
- 18:02Speaker 2: like you don't want to mess with Sighs.
- 18:04Speaker 3: He is a good old country boy.
- 18:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:08Speaker 2: She said, well, I was driving on my golf cart
- 18:11Speaker 2: down the road and I saw his golf cart parked
- 18:14Speaker 2: on the street and his dog was sitting in the
- 18:17Speaker 2: golf cart and he.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Was nowhere to be found, and I was looking for him.
- 18:23Speaker 3: And she said, then I heard some rustling in the camper.
- 18:27Speaker 3: He was in the camper with the person just hanging
- 18:30Speaker 3: to the person. Wasn't there. Nobody was there. They parked
- 18:33Speaker 3: their camper and loved and he broke in.
- 18:36Speaker 2: And she goes, sih, for all intentsive purposes, SI, what
- 18:40Speaker 2: are you doing?
- 18:40Speaker 3: He goes, they left the door unlocked. I want to
- 18:43Speaker 3: know what's in here. We were like, it's private property.
- 18:48Speaker 4: I'm sorry to get a theme to where you live.
- 18:50Speaker 4: It's not a homeowners association.
- 18:52Speaker 5: It's more of a trailer park perch.
- 18:53Speaker 3: It is a absolutely.
- 18:57Speaker 5: He was like, there's a bunch of trash in here.
- 18:59Speaker 2: We got to see what kind of people are moving
- 19:01Speaker 2: into our neighborhood.
- 19:02Speaker 5: He broke in, trying to keep the neighborhood safe from
- 19:05Speaker 5: what from a trailer.
- 19:08Speaker 2: What's funny is we did have a neighborhood association and
- 19:12Speaker 2: the girl who was the head of it got kicked
- 19:14Speaker 2: out and it dissolved because she took her trash out
- 19:16Speaker 2: naked one day and somebody saw her.
- 19:19Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 19:21Speaker 5: I don't know what.
- 19:21Speaker 1: You moved to the.
- 19:24Speaker 3: Country and this is what happens anyway. Does anybody have
- 19:27Speaker 3: a neighbor like this?
- 19:29Speaker 5: Call the show?
- 19:30Speaker 3: Eight three thirty five x one.
- 19:32Speaker 5: BAMA is the number.
- 19:33Speaker 1: The Alabama Show on demand free on the iHeartRadio app.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Are you ready to go home?
- 19:39Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 19:39Speaker 2: Actually, are you ready to go to your girlfriend's house?
- 19:41Speaker 2: Because you have a keyda apartment and you're sneak in
- 19:43Speaker 2: there while she's at work and.
- 19:44Speaker 3: She doesn't know it.
- 19:45Speaker 5: You have to call me out like that.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Hey, we're done.
- 19:49Speaker 2: Enjoy the rest of your day, and then tomorrow we
- 19:50Speaker 2: can celebrate that it is Friday and finally the weekend.
- 19:54Speaker 3: We'll see you tomorrow morning at six am.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Thanks for listening to The Alabama Show on Demand.
