- 0:00Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, we're honored that privilege as a city
- 0:04Speaker 1: to have this man. There are nations and continents will
- 0:07Speaker 1: give anything, They will sacrifice their presidential jets, they will
- 0:12Speaker 1: sacrifice everything just to have him put his food on
- 0:16Speaker 1: your soil.
- 0:17Speaker 2: And we are privileged as.
- 0:18Speaker 1: A little small city called Enugo to have him passed
- 0:22Speaker 1: through the city. And it's twice in a year. It
- 0:25Speaker 1: was year not too long ago. I was there physically
- 0:27Speaker 1: and now it's here again. I'm gonna ask you to
- 0:30Speaker 1: please join me this morning to rise on your feet
- 0:33Speaker 1: as we honor and celebrate a man that God has
- 0:36Speaker 1: chosen anointed for such a time as this. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 0:41Speaker 1: it is the president of Italian Network and Cononia. Would
- 0:45Speaker 1: you please but Jesus welcome and a special end no
- 0:49Speaker 1: go welcome, receive apostle Joshua Salama, allelujah, Good morning everyone.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Let me just just write from where raveren Edwin stopped.
- 1:09Speaker 3: I really want to salute everyone for making the sacrifice
- 1:12Speaker 3: to be here. This is one of the price that
- 1:15Speaker 3: it takes to rise. There's no convenience as far as
- 1:19Speaker 3: rising is concerned. Alleluiah. The Bible says to labor so
- 1:22Speaker 3: that we enter that rest. It says, there remain at
- 1:25Speaker 3: a rest for the people of God. This is a
- 1:28Speaker 3: leadership session, and I trust that God will truly grant
- 1:32Speaker 3: us wisdom. I was so inspired by that scripture, even
- 1:36Speaker 3: though I've read it so many times. It is true
- 1:38Speaker 3: that the labor of the foolish, the foolish there not
- 1:42Speaker 3: being an insult, is a description of a kind of person. Alleluiah.
- 1:47Speaker 3: There is a kind of person who is called foolish.
- 1:50Speaker 3: He may be since here, but he's still foolish. And
- 1:53Speaker 3: what makes a person foolish is the absence of the
- 1:56Speaker 3: knowledge on how to get to this city. He said
- 2:01Speaker 3: he knowed not how to get to the city. And
- 2:04Speaker 3: it is dangerous if such a man is not going alone,
- 2:07Speaker 3: because every other person going with him, he will recycle
- 2:12Speaker 3: and reproduce his pain and his ignorance in their lives.
- 2:16Speaker 3: So this is a proper deliverance service where God himself
- 2:20Speaker 3: is going to be helping us to part ways once
- 2:24Speaker 3: and for all with certain things that have limited us,
- 2:28Speaker 3: limited the purposes of God in.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Our lives, perhaps our organizations.
- 2:34Speaker 3: So our request that we take, is it all right
- 2:36Speaker 3: if we take ten minutes to pray.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Do you believe in prayer. We're going to.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Pray seriously in the spirit, asking him to impart upon
- 2:49Speaker 3: us the grace it takes to be distinguished.
- 2:53Speaker 2: In our lives.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Please say alf time me Father, one more time, say Father,
- 2:58Speaker 3: this morning I obtained grace to soar in the spirit.
- 3:04Speaker 2: I obtained grace to understand everything. You have to say.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Go ahead and pray. Haba capa racos de varadusata.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Halla casaretti baratusata valadoski sabarus paranda barattos, savaraccos saavarattos leads.
- 3:32Speaker 2: You are praying in the spirit.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Hava la da baca randacus frascavaldaas hellabus cabrales.
- 3:55Speaker 2: We obtained grace. We obtained grace. This morning, we obtained grace.
- 4:00Speaker 2: We obtain grace.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Heba ka raca safrada ba lakos savardas.
- 4:11Speaker 2: We obtain grace.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Shabracato, shaprasca vallacatos, haca sha.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Allelujah in Jesus' name. We're still praying.
- 4:35Speaker 3: An excelling life is every believers heritage in Christ. An
- 4:41Speaker 3: excelling life, a life of glory, beauty, color and excellence
- 4:47Speaker 3: is every delivers Destiny in Christ Deuteronome, chapter twenty eight,
- 4:54Speaker 3: Verse one and two, a scripture that has in hired
- 4:57Speaker 3: me so greatly. The Bible says it shall come to
- 5:00Speaker 3: pass if thou shall hackn diligently onto the voice of
- 5:04Speaker 3: the Lord like God, to observe and to do all
- 5:07Speaker 3: his commandments which I command you this day. Watch this,
- 5:12Speaker 3: that the Lord, that God will set the high above
- 5:17Speaker 3: how many regardless your current location. He says, it will
- 5:23Speaker 3: set you above all the nations of the earth. This
- 5:26Speaker 3: was not a parable, This was not just a statement
- 5:30Speaker 3: with a prophetic meaning.
- 5:31Speaker 2: It literally meant what he.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Said, above all the nations of the earth. Then it
- 5:36Speaker 3: says in vers two that all these blessings shall come
- 5:41Speaker 3: on thee and overtake you. You're going to pray, Lord,
- 5:45Speaker 3: what my eyes needs to see this morning, to soar
- 5:49Speaker 3: into the next level, the next heights, the next altitude,
- 5:53Speaker 3: and the spirit open my ears and open my eyes.
- 5:57Speaker 2: There is something your ear needs to hear.
- 5:59Speaker 3: There is something your eyes need to see, like halba
- 6:02Speaker 3: cock in the name of Jesus, Go ahead and pray.
- 6:09Speaker 3: You may not need to hear everything, you may not
- 6:12Speaker 3: need to see everything, but that which I must see
- 6:16Speaker 3: and that which I must hear as far as the
- 6:20Speaker 3: next level of my prophetic Destiny's concerned reveal to me,
- 6:25Speaker 3: go ahead and pray Shah sabakaparakaata. Wash my eyes with
- 6:38Speaker 3: our salve the eyes out that I may see Canna
- 6:43Speaker 3: sa paracosiata. Let my ears hear the sounds of the
- 6:49Speaker 3: spirit with clarity and precision. He Barras gave a cost YadA, Allelujah, Allelujah,
- 7:20Speaker 3: final prayer, and then will be seated.
- 7:22Speaker 2: The Bible says they heard the word just like we did.
- 7:28Speaker 3: He says, but the word did not profit them, not
- 7:33Speaker 3: being mixed with faith in them that heard it. Faith
- 7:37Speaker 3: in one word is obedience, and obedience is a product
- 7:42Speaker 3: of understanding. You cannot be obedient in confusion. The first
- 7:47Speaker 3: law of obedience is clarity of understanding. If you do
- 7:51Speaker 3: not understand my instruction, you cannot obey. It doesn't mean
- 7:55Speaker 3: you're a rebel. It just means you're confused. Allelujah.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Are we learning? This is very important.
- 8:02Speaker 3: It's one thing to hear prophetic words, no matter how
- 8:06Speaker 3: powerful they come. But you must obtain grace to obey,
- 8:11Speaker 3: obtain grace to work in keeping.
- 8:15Speaker 2: When Peter looked at him, and he says, if it
- 8:17Speaker 2: be thou bid me, come. He never said Peter, come,
- 8:21Speaker 2: He just said come whoever.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Everyone was available to obey that instruction and get the
- 8:28Speaker 3: same result. Had he called Peter any other person who
- 8:32Speaker 3: stepped out to being disobedience because he specified, like Lazarus,
- 8:36Speaker 3: if he said come out, resurrection would happen immediately, because
- 8:41Speaker 3: everybody dead rise.
- 8:43Speaker 2: So he selected one person and said, Lazarus, come out.
- 8:46Speaker 2: But in this case, if it be thou bid me come,
- 8:50Speaker 2: he said come.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Everyone had a chance to experience the privilege of working
- 8:56Speaker 3: on water, but only one person took this step. It's
- 8:59Speaker 3: not the person who hears that gets the results, is
- 9:03Speaker 3: the person who takes that step. Father the grace, the
- 9:07Speaker 3: grace to act in keeping with the things I hear I.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Received this morning, Go ahead and pray, Go ahead and
- 9:16Speaker 2: pray the graves, the grades. Pray that as my.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Direction comes, as the instruction for the next level of
- 9:39Speaker 3: ministry comes, the next level of business, the next level
- 9:44Speaker 3: of influence. In the spirit, I obtain grace not just
- 9:49Speaker 3: to hear, not just to celebrate, not just to be excited,
- 9:53Speaker 3: but to act.
- 9:54Speaker 2: In keeping for in Jesus' name. We are prayed.
- 10:05Speaker 3: Lord, we obtain grace this morning, and we lean upon
- 10:09Speaker 3: the help, the strength, and the wisdom of the Spirit.
- 10:12Speaker 3: We pray that you will help us. In Jesus' name,
- 10:16Speaker 3: please be seated. The God we serve is a mighty God.
- 10:23Speaker 3: The God that we serve is a mighty God, and
- 10:28Speaker 3: he desires that his people become a reflection of his might,
- 10:33Speaker 3: his power, his.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Wisdom, and his excellence. Alleluyah.
- 10:39Speaker 3: It is often said that a lion will not give
- 10:42Speaker 3: birth to a sheep or some animal of lesser quality.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Everything delivers after its kind. And if it is true
- 10:52Speaker 3: that we are being grafted into Christ's true salvation, it
- 10:55Speaker 3: then means that eventually our lives should be a clear
- 11:00Speaker 3: reflexion of everything.
- 11:02Speaker 2: That God is.
- 11:04Speaker 3: Allelujah. If it is true that he is mighty, then
- 11:08Speaker 3: might should be captured in your life. If he's the
- 11:11Speaker 3: all wise God, then wisdom, superior wisdom should be captured
- 11:15Speaker 3: in your life.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Do you believe that.
- 11:20Speaker 3: If the cattle on a thousand he'll belongs to the Lord,
- 11:23Speaker 3: then eventually your life should be a reflection of the
- 11:26Speaker 3: supplies of heaven.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Allelujah. Yeah. If all power and authority belongs to him.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Then dominion should be something, a reality that your life
- 11:38Speaker 3: should demonstrate here and now. But the Bible says they
- 11:44Speaker 3: know not. Neither will they understand Psalm eighty two hundreds five.
- 11:48Speaker 3: They walk on in darkness, and all the foundations of
- 11:51Speaker 3: the earth are out of course. Verse six says I
- 11:54Speaker 3: have said, ye are gods, and all of you not
- 11:58Speaker 3: some of you are children of the most high. Seven says,
- 12:02Speaker 3: but you shall die like mere men and fall like
- 12:06Speaker 3: one of the princes. I forbid this for your life,
- 12:10Speaker 3: that as a result of this morning's meeting, and of
- 12:14Speaker 3: course this conference, that it will not just be a
- 12:17Speaker 3: theme of a conference. It will become the description of
- 12:19Speaker 3: your next level. That everybody who sees you, indeed, they
- 12:24Speaker 3: will glorify God for you. They will see the difference
- 12:28Speaker 3: between the former you and the now current you, and
- 12:32Speaker 3: the difference will be striking.
- 12:34Speaker 2: It will be clear that the hand of God rested
- 12:36Speaker 2: upon your life. Do you believe this? Yes?
- 12:41Speaker 3: The purpose of meetings like this is not just to
- 12:43Speaker 3: wet our appetite and to introduce us to possibilities that exist.
- 12:48Speaker 3: Knowing what should be and not stepping into it will
- 12:52Speaker 3: frustrate you more than ignorance. It's better to not even
- 12:55Speaker 3: know that those possibilities exist than to know them and
- 12:59Speaker 3: then not have the grace to.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Step into it. Allelujah.
- 13:04Speaker 3: Imagine that I come into a house if I'm not
- 13:06Speaker 3: aware that there's.
- 13:08Speaker 2: A delicious meal in the kitchen.
- 13:11Speaker 3: You see, there's no temptation and frustration might not affect
- 13:14Speaker 3: me because I'm not even aware. But imagine that you
- 13:17Speaker 3: lead me to the kitchen and show me everything that
- 13:19Speaker 3: then you say, go back and sit.
- 13:21Speaker 2: You will not get my attention again, am I right? Yeah?
- 13:25Speaker 3: Because you have created an expectation, and then my appetite
- 13:29Speaker 3: will not rest until I have a chance to taste
- 13:31Speaker 3: of what you have prepared. So when God prepares this
- 13:36Speaker 3: feast of fat things, it is not just to wet
- 13:38Speaker 3: your appetite and frustrate you.
- 13:40Speaker 2: He's showing you that this can be your reality if
- 13:44Speaker 2: you make up your mind too.
- 13:48Speaker 4: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched and
- 13:53Speaker 4: searched all the earth, and fund baby comer.
- 14:03Speaker 2: I have searched and.
- 14:04Speaker 4: Searched all the earth, searched and searched all the earth, and.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Firm famili cammer.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Let me tell you how this song came a few
- 14:19Speaker 3: years ago, I was in Cameroon and I went to
- 14:22Speaker 3: preach for a conference and I just woke up as
- 14:26Speaker 3: I would do in the morning. I was just worshiping
- 14:29Speaker 3: and reflecting on my own life. I broke into tears
- 14:33Speaker 3: and I said, look at my life. Look what the
- 14:36Speaker 3: God of Heaven can do with a man who chooses
- 14:38Speaker 3: to believe him. And this song came out of that contemplation.
- 14:42Speaker 3: I began to reflect on my former self and my
- 14:46Speaker 3: now self. What God would do in someone's life. Whether
- 14:50Speaker 3: you're a musician or not, it will lead you to
- 14:53Speaker 3: writing a song that will guide nations to attest to
- 14:56Speaker 3: the fact that He has lifted you, that He has
- 14:59Speaker 3: blessed you, that He has exalted you in the name
- 15:02Speaker 3: of Jesus Christ.
- 15:06Speaker 2: God lifts, so God lifts. God can honor a man.
- 15:11Speaker 3: God can turn your life around, turn your ministry around,
- 15:15Speaker 3: turn your organization. Is it not in your Bible that
- 15:18Speaker 3: He has turned my money into dancing? Have you stopped
- 15:22Speaker 3: reading that scripture that He has turned my sorrow into joy?
- 15:27Speaker 3: Parahsoki abashallahcusiata. This God God can anoint men. God can
- 15:34Speaker 3: separate men. God can distinguish men. God can place his
- 15:39Speaker 3: hand upon a man, and it becomes.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Clear that God's hand is upon you.
- 15:45Speaker 3: God can tell the nations to listen to you, and
- 15:48Speaker 3: no power in existence can stop your voice from being heard.
- 15:52Speaker 2: It is true.
- 15:53Speaker 3: God can evil restore that a man can lose everything, money, reputation,
- 15:59Speaker 3: and my God can choose to restore.
- 16:01Speaker 2: He can even resurrect. Yeah, allelujah.
- 16:09Speaker 3: It's important that when we're God like this, we understand
- 16:13Speaker 3: that we're God onto a God that can do all
- 16:16Speaker 3: this and more. This already will stretch your faith to
- 16:20Speaker 3: believe him so that we don't come with our limitations
- 16:23Speaker 3: a possible I'm owing right now as I'm sitting my
- 16:26Speaker 3: Mighty saying the reason why people get distracted in churches
- 16:29Speaker 3: because of unbelief. They have not come into a comprehension
- 16:33Speaker 3: of the person they have come to encounter. Allelujah. When
- 16:38Speaker 3: a very wealthy man comes here and says, lend me
- 16:41Speaker 3: your attention, I want to assure you that you will
- 16:44Speaker 3: not leave the same. You suspect that he may bless
- 16:46Speaker 3: you at the end of it. So no matter what
- 16:48Speaker 3: tries to distract you, you see it as an attack.
- 16:51Speaker 3: You give him your rapt attention because of the awareness
- 16:54Speaker 3: of what he can do.
- 16:58Speaker 4: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched and
- 17:03Speaker 4: searched all the earth.
- 17:05Speaker 2: And found that baboeny comer.
- 17:12Speaker 4: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched the
- 17:17Speaker 4: searched all the earth, and found.
- 17:21Speaker 2: That bameny cover babueney comer comes.
- 17:34Speaker 5: Yah yes, Baba, money comer come, baby comer comes, Yah yes, Baba,
- 17:52Speaker 5: money comer comes. Not anyone who says you will not rise,
- 18:01Speaker 5: that anyone who says your ministry, your vision will not rise.
- 18:05Speaker 5: That anyone who says you must look like where you
- 18:08Speaker 5: are coming from.
- 18:09Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus, by this meeting this morning,
- 18:12Speaker 3: I stand by your postonic and the prophetic.
- 18:16Speaker 2: I declare, may those all times be crossed forever. May
- 18:22Speaker 2: those voices be silenced forever. Allelujah, Please be seated, Please
- 18:33Speaker 2: be seated.
- 18:34Speaker 3: My spirit was just fired up as I came here,
- 18:37Speaker 3: and I just I just thought to bring this to
- 18:40Speaker 3: challenge someone. Shake off that limitation. It's time to sow allelujah.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Do you know why the plane lifts? It lives because
- 18:49Speaker 3: it if it keeps moving at that place, it will
- 18:52Speaker 3: start bouncing.
- 18:53Speaker 2: The speed is too much for land, so it has
- 18:56Speaker 2: to lift. Allelujah.
- 18:59Speaker 3: That when it be leans to taxi to lift, there
- 19:02Speaker 3: is a speed requirement that no object on land should
- 19:05Speaker 3: continue it it will it will have to change faces, alleluyah.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Just like temperature.
- 19:14Speaker 3: When you put ice and you set maybe you put
- 19:17Speaker 3: ice in a pot and set it on fire, there
- 19:20Speaker 3: is a temperature that cannot allow it to be ice again.
- 19:23Speaker 3: There is a temperature that cannot allow it to be
- 19:26Speaker 3: liquid again.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Is that true?
- 19:28Speaker 3: Yes, same water, but existing in different faces. The difference
- 19:35Speaker 3: is a temperature, and in this case for a plane
- 19:39Speaker 3: and aircraft, the difference is a speed that there is
- 19:43Speaker 3: a speed that becomes unfair for it to remain on
- 19:46Speaker 3: the ground, and that way it soars because that's where
- 19:49Speaker 3: it belongs at that speed. Alleluyah. Some of you, after
- 19:58Speaker 3: this conference, you will before kings and nobles listen.
- 20:03Speaker 2: You will look left and right and find out that
- 20:06Speaker 2: you it's almost like it's a dream.
- 20:08Speaker 3: You will ask yourself, what am I doing here? Who
- 20:11Speaker 3: would have believed that God will lift me? That all
- 20:14Speaker 3: those who knew you would say, how did you get here?
- 20:17Speaker 3: How did God take you from Enugo to place you
- 20:20Speaker 3: to sit with kings. I'm saying this as a prophetic world.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Maybe not for everyone, but for someone who has the
- 20:27Speaker 3: grace to believe that My God can lift men. May
- 20:30Speaker 3: that grace rest upon you this morning. Allelujah, Please be seated, Allelujah.
- 20:45Speaker 3: A journey of twelve to thirteen hours can be covered
- 20:51Speaker 3: in fifteen minutes, depending.
- 20:54Speaker 2: On what carries you there, allelujah.
- 20:58Speaker 3: So it is possible to leave me in Legos on
- 21:02Speaker 3: my bed sleeping, and by the time you get to
- 21:05Speaker 3: a budjat, I'm still sleeping there and you are wondering
- 21:09Speaker 3: what happened. I simply had the advantage of a more
- 21:14Speaker 3: superior means of transportation.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Am I right on that? Yes?
- 21:19Speaker 3: That a journey that should take ten, twelve, thirteen hours,
- 21:25Speaker 3: I can take that journey in fifteen minutes. Not because
- 21:28Speaker 3: I am better than the person who went by road
- 21:31Speaker 3: or any other means. I simply had the leverage of
- 21:34Speaker 3: a more superior system of transportation.
- 21:37Speaker 2: This is what is happening to you this morning.
- 21:39Speaker 3: That the things you are about to hear, just imagine
- 21:43Speaker 3: yourself coming out of another kind of means of transport
- 21:46Speaker 3: into a more.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Superior one that what you are hearing.
- 21:50Speaker 3: In a matter of days, some of you, it will
- 21:53Speaker 3: so revolutionize your life.
- 21:55Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus Christ.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Listen, we rise upon the strength of the information and
- 22:03Speaker 3: the revelation we have access to. We do not rise
- 22:06Speaker 3: just because of desire. It takes more than desire to rise.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 22:12Speaker 3: The wealth of the revelation you have is what constructs
- 22:16Speaker 3: your means of transportation in destiny. The wealth of the
- 22:20Speaker 3: revelation the abundance of the lights that you have. The
- 22:25Speaker 3: light you have is what you will use to construct
- 22:28Speaker 3: your means of transportation. If you do not have superior light,
- 22:34Speaker 3: you may be forced to crawl through destiny. When God
- 22:38Speaker 3: wants to help you, he sends you light. The light
- 22:43Speaker 3: only comes true men, So it looks like He's sending
- 22:46Speaker 3: you a man. But a man is only useful because
- 22:49Speaker 3: of the light that they will bring.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Are we together now?
- 22:57Speaker 3: I've had the honor and the privilege of studying very
- 23:01Speaker 3: successful ministries, successful organizations, successful believers, and when I say successful,
- 23:09Speaker 3: people whose lives have been a very clear representation of
- 23:14Speaker 3: God's intent. There are others who have given flamesy excuses
- 23:18Speaker 3: as to why their spiritual lives, their finances, their organizations,
- 23:22Speaker 3: and their destinies have failed to rise to have prophetic potential.
- 23:27Speaker 2: You see, every time you find.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Yourself in a limitation, there are two ways who can
- 23:32Speaker 3: approach that situation. Want to give a flamesy religious excuse
- 23:36Speaker 3: to console yourself and crystallize your mediocrity, or take responsibility
- 23:42Speaker 3: and say I know there is a way.
- 23:44Speaker 2: I may not know the way, but I will not
- 23:46Speaker 2: rest till I find it. Our world is full of many.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Believers, including Christians, who, knowing that they have been limited
- 23:56Speaker 3: in many areas, not take responsibility. So if the man's
- 24:03Speaker 3: prayer life is down, he would downplay prayer and saying
- 24:06Speaker 3: prayer is not important.
- 24:07Speaker 2: As an excuse to remain in that state.
- 24:10Speaker 3: If the man's words toody life is not robust and serious,
- 24:13Speaker 3: he will say it's not about revelation. We are masters
- 24:17Speaker 3: at creating excuses in areas where we do not excel.
- 24:22Speaker 3: If the man's finances is going down, he says, it's
- 24:25Speaker 3: all about love for Jesus and not about money.
- 24:28Speaker 2: What does that mean are we together? If we fail
- 24:32Speaker 2: to rise? We say, after all, we're all going to die.
- 24:35Speaker 2: All these white sayings that endorse mediocrity, check that thing
- 24:39Speaker 2: off your destiny this morning in the name of.
- 24:42Speaker 3: Jesus, and praise yourself that every thing God has intre
- 24:46Speaker 3: for me, my life will be a clear representation of
- 24:50Speaker 3: all that Jesus died for. My life will be a
- 24:53Speaker 3: clear representation of the victory that is captured in the death, burial,
- 24:58Speaker 3: resurrection as sen an exaltation of the King. And that
- 25:04Speaker 3: if my life is short of any of this, then
- 25:07Speaker 3: it becomes my press to see that within my lifetime
- 25:11Speaker 3: I become as clear as.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Possible in representation of His power. Allelujah.
- 25:18Speaker 3: This is responsible Christianity. If you are broke, don't and
- 25:22Speaker 3: you don't complain. Just come to God and say, I
- 25:25Speaker 3: take responsibility. There is something I've not seen.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Show me the light.
- 25:30Speaker 3: If your spiritual life is going down, don't give a
- 25:33Speaker 3: fhrasy excuse and say, after all, the most important thing
- 25:37Speaker 3: is that I'm saved. No, I can't step into a
- 25:40Speaker 3: higher level if your organization is failing and you're not
- 25:44Speaker 3: contending for true kingdom influence. Don't downplay influence because it
- 25:48Speaker 3: is not captured in your life.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Are we together?
- 25:57Speaker 3: So this morning I want to share with us a
- 25:58Speaker 3: few things as we pray that I thought would really
- 26:02Speaker 3: help us. It's my honor to contribute as God will
- 26:06Speaker 3: grant grace to our rising and excelling.
- 26:10Speaker 2: So I made a commitment and in covenant with.
- 26:12Speaker 3: God that in my life as a leader and as
- 26:14Speaker 3: a man of God, that I will never raise the
- 26:17Speaker 3: people who are just spiritually vibrant. It is my intent
- 26:21Speaker 3: to raise people who become a holistic representation of everything
- 26:26Speaker 3: that Jesus died for. That includes spiritual vibrancy, a transformed people,
- 26:34Speaker 3: a people who excel in every area of their life.
- 26:38Speaker 3: And so in teaching and mentoring my people, I am
- 26:41Speaker 3: very intentional. I'm very methodical, and I'm very insistent. When
- 26:47Speaker 3: I teach on finances, you will think that's all that
- 26:50Speaker 3: I know. When I teach on consecration and spiritual life,
- 26:53Speaker 3: you will think I would not.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Teach on anything else.
- 26:55Speaker 3: It is my desire to see that God's people be
- 26:58Speaker 3: holistically built. It is dangerous to be lobsided in your
- 27:02Speaker 3: construction because you will be the only representation of Jesus
- 27:07Speaker 3: that someone may be looking at, and if you are
- 27:11Speaker 3: not thoroughly built, you will misrepresent who Jesus is. A
- 27:15Speaker 3: few weeks ago, I taught back home trying to help
- 27:19Speaker 3: us redefine that there is a kind of Jesus who're
- 27:23Speaker 3: selling to the nations that the whole generation is going
- 27:26Speaker 3: to reject because that portrait of Jesus is not the
- 27:30Speaker 3: one the Bible talks about. We have sold a weak Jesus,
- 27:34Speaker 3: a limited Jesus, Jesus who is not interested in letting
- 27:38Speaker 3: men rise to positions of influence and nobility to live
- 27:42Speaker 3: lives of dignity and honor. This wrong, misguided narrative is
- 27:47Speaker 3: what has plunged Africa as a continent and this nation
- 27:50Speaker 3: where it is. So you find some of the failing businesses,
- 27:54Speaker 3: they belong to Christians, and we excuse.
- 27:56Speaker 2: It and say, after all, we're soon going to go home.
- 28:01Speaker 3: And so it endorses carelessness, mediocrity, and so on and
- 28:05Speaker 3: so forth. But this morning, I hope to challenge us
- 28:09Speaker 3: in the name of Jesus, that there is a destiny
- 28:12Speaker 3: for us in Christ and God desires He did not
- 28:15Speaker 3: waste these resources in our lives, the world of God,
- 28:18Speaker 3: the blood of Jesus, the Holy Spirit. God would not
- 28:21Speaker 3: have granted us access to these rich resources.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Just to live a mediocre life.
- 28:26Speaker 3: And when I talk about an excelling life, it's important
- 28:29Speaker 3: that I let you know that everything I talk about
- 28:32Speaker 3: is with respect to God's expectation, with respect to the
- 28:36Speaker 3: revelation of Jesus in and through your life.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Everything in your life only finds its value to the
- 28:44Speaker 3: degree to which it contributes to making Jesus known to
- 28:47Speaker 3: your world. It's important that we have that at the
- 28:50Speaker 3: back of our minds. Praise the name of the Lord.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Second Chronicles, Chapter fifteen, Second Chronicles, Chapter fifteen.
- 29:08Speaker 2: And verse three.
- 29:10Speaker 3: I like us to read this scripture as loud as
- 29:12Speaker 3: we can when it is projected. Ready one to read.
- 29:16Speaker 3: Please now, for a long season Israel had been without
- 29:21Speaker 3: the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law.
- 29:27Speaker 3: One more time, please now, for a long season, Israel
- 29:31Speaker 3: had been without a true God.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Uh huh, ladies and gentlemen.
- 29:39Speaker 3: In this simple verse of scripture lies the secret to
- 29:44Speaker 3: territorial dicadems that every time Satan wants to destroy a territory,
- 29:50Speaker 3: there are three things he withdraws.
- 29:53Speaker 2: Number one, the knowledge of the one True God. Number two,
- 29:58Speaker 2: he withdraws leadership, teaching priests.
- 30:01Speaker 3: No one to guide, no one to mentain, no one
- 30:04Speaker 3: to instruct. And number three he removes laws. Show me
- 30:10Speaker 3: a society that does not acknowledge God as your King.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Did the Bible not say, blessed this the nation whose
- 30:17Speaker 3: God is the Lord Allelujah? It says now for a
- 30:21Speaker 3: long time, this tragedy unfortunately happened to the nation of Israel.
- 30:26Speaker 3: Israel had been without the True God. And you know,
- 30:32Speaker 3: Jesus said this in John seventeen. Remember and the three
- 30:35Speaker 3: this is life eternal, that they may know. Ye, you
- 30:39Speaker 3: the one True God, and Jesus, whom thou has sent,
- 30:44Speaker 3: So back to that scripture.
- 30:46Speaker 2: For a long time Israel was without the True God.
- 30:50Speaker 3: Number two, without a teaching priest, a teaching priest, what.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Is the assignment of the teaching priests?
- 30:58Speaker 3: Jeremiah three, And I will give you past us or
- 31:02Speaker 3: shepherds according to my heart, and they shall feed you
- 31:07Speaker 3: with knowledge and understanding. So that any territory that is
- 31:12Speaker 3: banthrop of a teaching priests, men and women commissioned mandated
- 31:19Speaker 3: by God to help guide the understanding of his people
- 31:22Speaker 3: within that territory. And then number three, the absence of laws.
- 31:28Speaker 3: People just do whatever they want to do, no boundaries,
- 31:31Speaker 3: no limits. Did the Bible not say a man who
- 31:34Speaker 3: does not have a watch a gate over his.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Spirit is like a city without words.
- 31:42Speaker 3: Any business, any church, any territory that experiences these three
- 31:49Speaker 3: four deficiencies will always remain a prey to Satan.
- 31:55Speaker 2: The absence of the One True God, the absence.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Of tea priests, the absence of laws. This is true
- 32:05Speaker 3: for churches, This is true for individuals. This is true
- 32:09Speaker 3: for corporate organizations. Allelujah prays the name of the Lord.
- 32:14Speaker 3: This is very important.
- 32:16Speaker 2: Now.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Most people desire to rise, Most companies, most churches desire
- 32:22Speaker 3: to rise and excel. And if you ask the average
- 32:25Speaker 3: person what is the key to to with victorious Christian
- 32:28Speaker 3: life as an individual, as a ministry, they will tell
- 32:32Speaker 3: you things like faith for some Others will tell you
- 32:35Speaker 3: light understanding.
- 32:36Speaker 2: Others will say anointing. Are we together?
- 32:39Speaker 3: Others will say, just make sure you crush all the
- 32:41Speaker 3: altars that are so pieces of truth together.
- 32:45Speaker 2: But did you know that? For you to make progress
- 32:49Speaker 2: in the spirit, the first.
- 32:51Speaker 3: Thing you need to understand is how God designs his
- 32:56Speaker 3: kingdom to function. You cannot be in a kingdom and
- 33:00Speaker 3: not consult with the owner of the kingdom.
- 33:02Speaker 2: How did God design the kingdom to function?
- 33:07Speaker 3: How did God design victory to be administered?
- 33:10Speaker 2: And experienced. Are we together?
- 33:13Speaker 3: The only person who has the exclusive right to guide
- 33:17Speaker 3: your excelling is God himself. He designed the system, he
- 33:21Speaker 3: was not given. He is Alpha Omega. It is pride
- 33:26Speaker 3: to try to design a great life and ig not
- 33:28Speaker 3: the one, the one who brought the.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Whole thing about.
- 33:33Speaker 3: Most people try to build ministries through all kinds of formulas,
- 33:38Speaker 3: build businesses through all.
- 33:40Speaker 2: Kinds of formulas.
- 33:41Speaker 3: And did you know that while they are doing all that,
- 33:43Speaker 3: God is by the side watching them.
- 33:45Speaker 2: And they ignore him or at best involve him when
- 33:49Speaker 2: there is trouble, And when there is a semblance of kids,
- 33:52Speaker 2: they say, you can live now.
- 33:53Speaker 3: The day I need you, you will come back again.
- 33:55Speaker 3: But see what the Bible says in the beginning God created.
- 33:59Speaker 3: He never said in the beginning God.
- 34:01Speaker 2: And man created in the beginning God alone exclusively. That
- 34:07Speaker 2: means for everything I desire to become obtained, achieve everything
- 34:13Speaker 2: I desire, I must go back and consult God. How
- 34:17Speaker 2: did you design for men to prosper in the kingdom?
- 34:21Speaker 2: How did you.
- 34:21Speaker 3: Design for territories to advance in the kingdom? How did
- 34:25Speaker 3: you design for individuals to be anointed in the kingdom?
- 34:28Speaker 2: How did you.
- 34:29Speaker 3: Design for people to access wisdom. How did you design
- 34:33Speaker 3: for influence to happen in the kingdom?
- 34:37Speaker 2: No wonder?
- 34:38Speaker 3: Jeremiah sixty sixteen says, that said the Lord. He said,
- 34:42Speaker 3: standing the way and find out that old path six
- 34:47Speaker 3: sixteen Jeremiah.
- 34:49Speaker 2: As for the old path, he says, wherein is the
- 34:52Speaker 2: good way? You have to ask? You don't assume.
- 34:56Speaker 3: You ask, And when you find it, he says, work therein,
- 35:01Speaker 3: and he assures you that you will find rest for
- 35:03Speaker 3: your soul. The Bible says, what they said, we will
- 35:05Speaker 3: not work there in. Hardship has an explanation. A medio
- 35:12Speaker 3: car life has an explanation. A life of limitation has
- 35:16Speaker 3: an explanation. Becoming a victim of societal and elemental forces
- 35:21Speaker 3: has an explanation.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Allelujah away together.
- 35:28Speaker 3: So we must learn to go back to God and
- 35:31Speaker 3: ask him, how did you create this to work? How
- 35:35Speaker 3: did you create business to work? In Enugo in Nigeria?
- 35:39Speaker 3: How did you create ministry to work? The rich young
- 35:44Speaker 3: ruler came to Jesus and said, good Master, what must
- 35:47Speaker 3: I do to be saved? Very responsible gentleman. He didn't say,
- 35:52Speaker 3: can you make me?
- 35:53Speaker 2: Say? What must I do? I know there is a responsibility.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Components to this, what is my own party need to
- 36:00Speaker 2: be said? Alleluyah.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Leadership is a very important aspect of our lives for
- 36:22Speaker 3: many reasons. Without leadership, it is impossible for continuity in
- 36:32Speaker 3: any life, any ministry, any family. And so the way
- 36:35Speaker 3: God designed the system is that anything God wants to last,
- 36:40Speaker 3: he creates a tripartite formation around it.
- 36:44Speaker 2: Please follow closely, alleluyah.
- 36:47Speaker 3: When God created trees, you will notice that a tree
- 36:52Speaker 3: can stand for hundreds of years.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Is that true? There are trees that are hundreds of
- 36:57Speaker 2: years old, and here was the formation. There is the root.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Is that true? And then there is the vine itself.
- 37:05Speaker 2: Is that true? Then the branches that bring the fruits.
- 37:09Speaker 2: That's how God designed it.
- 37:12Speaker 3: Everything God wants to last, he constructs this kind of
- 37:16Speaker 3: system that there is something the root connects it to
- 37:20Speaker 3: the earth and continues to receive nutrients.
- 37:22Speaker 2: Are wea together now?
- 37:24Speaker 3: Yes, the vine midwives the root, and then the fruits
- 37:29Speaker 3: and the branches are the fruit peering part of it.
- 37:33Speaker 3: So when Jesus was speaking, he said I am the vine.
- 37:36Speaker 3: He says, you are the branches. You see that now
- 37:39Speaker 3: that if you will ever be fruitful, you must be
- 37:41Speaker 3: conscious of this formation. The moment you try to become
- 37:45Speaker 3: the vine, you're going to get into trouble. That you
- 37:47Speaker 3: are the branches, and that your productivity only happens with
- 37:52Speaker 3: respect to how connected you are to me.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Allelujah, are we together now?
- 38:00Speaker 3: So most people have failed to rise because they have
- 38:03Speaker 3: failed to understand God's structure and God's pattern. In Ezekel
- 38:09Speaker 3: thirty seven, when you study the Bible, talks about something
- 38:14Speaker 3: that really happened there would profit Ezekeel the resurrection of
- 38:18Speaker 3: the ones dry bones who.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Became an exceeding great army.
- 38:23Speaker 3: Did you notice that the first thing that happened was
- 38:26Speaker 3: that the bones came together?
- 38:28Speaker 2: Bones talk of structure.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Life is useless, flesh is useless until the bones come together.
- 38:36Speaker 3: Remember when when Joseph was about to die, he said,
- 38:40Speaker 3: make sure when I'm dead and you are leaving this place,
- 38:43Speaker 3: carry my bones. He was not just talking about his
- 38:47Speaker 3: physical bones alone. Carry a pattern. There was a structure,
- 38:51Speaker 3: something kept you in a foreign land and you still
- 38:54Speaker 3: excel it says when you are living there, carry it.
- 38:59Speaker 3: My bones should be memorial for you. Allelujah, are we
- 39:03Speaker 3: steing together?
- 39:05Speaker 2: Yes?
- 39:05Speaker 3: This is very important. So most people do not understand
- 39:09Speaker 3: the power of structure and the power of leadership. I
- 39:13Speaker 3: will talk a bit along these lines. No organization and
- 39:17Speaker 3: no ministry drives without understanding leadership. Now you see, the
- 39:22Speaker 3: way we start anything is that anything from infancy may
- 39:26Speaker 3: not seem to need leadership. If you are starting a business,
- 39:31Speaker 3: all it takes is an idea and perhaps some capital,
- 39:34Speaker 3: and then you start and you're doing well.
- 39:36Speaker 2: Same thing with the church.
- 39:37Speaker 3: Most likely the church may happen between you, your wife,
- 39:40Speaker 3: and maybe your children, and so the necessity for leadership
- 39:44Speaker 3: and the consequences of the absence of leadership may not
- 39:48Speaker 3: be seen at that point.
- 39:50Speaker 2: Allelujah. It takes time, and.
- 39:52Speaker 3: As people and organizations evolve, you now begin to see
- 39:56Speaker 3: the necessity for leadership. So when Jesus walked upon the earth,
- 40:01Speaker 3: you would think that the assignment of salvation would be done.
- 40:05Speaker 2: By him alone, even though he was the only one
- 40:07Speaker 2: who was sent to die.
- 40:09Speaker 3: He was not sent to die and kill other people
- 40:12Speaker 3: too with him away together. But when Jesus walked upon
- 40:15Speaker 3: the earth, did you notice that for over thirty years
- 40:18Speaker 3: there was no need for leadership. He didn't call anybody,
- 40:21Speaker 3: no talk of discipleship, no talk of mentorship.
- 40:24Speaker 2: He was building himself. Am I right on that? But
- 40:27Speaker 2: the moment the assignment began?
- 40:29Speaker 3: Watch this now, the Bible tells us that when Jesus
- 40:34Speaker 3: was baptized, he returned in the power of the spirit.
- 40:38Speaker 3: And the next thing that happened was that he selected
- 40:41Speaker 3: a few people, and the Bible says he called them
- 40:44Speaker 3: to be with him and then that he might send them.
- 40:48Speaker 3: So he calls, he prays all night, and then he
- 40:52Speaker 3: selects a group of people, twelve of them. The Bible
- 40:55Speaker 3: listed all of them. And notice, I like the leadership.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Structure of Jesus.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Just because he was there doing crusades did not mean
- 41:06Speaker 3: that he forgot to build these people. There were two
- 41:09Speaker 3: things Jesus was doing, and most people focus on the miracles,
- 41:13Speaker 3: or do you know that a majority of what you
- 41:16Speaker 3: call the gospels where discussions between him and his people.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Are we together?
- 41:22Speaker 3: Now that the Beatitudes from Matthew chapter five, and you
- 41:26Speaker 3: read down to Matthew chapter eleven. Thereabout this where the
- 41:30Speaker 3: lecture manuals Jesus was teaching and training his people.
- 41:35Speaker 2: When he called on.
- 41:37Speaker 3: These people, he would go and preach and mighty things
- 41:40Speaker 3: would happen. Then he would return back dust himself and say, gentlemen,
- 41:44Speaker 3: sit down and let's continue. He kept building them, building them,
- 41:50Speaker 3: and then by the time we get to ask chapter one,
- 41:53Speaker 3: the twelfth in company with others, making one hundred and
- 41:57Speaker 3: twenty were ready to receive of the Spirit of God
- 42:01Speaker 3: and to become the extensions of this gospel. Can I
- 42:04Speaker 3: tell you as powerful as salvation is, and worse, it
- 42:08Speaker 3: would have failed without leadership. The advancement of the gospel
- 42:14Speaker 3: today did not just happen because Jesus died and resurrected successfully.
- 42:19Speaker 3: I hope you know they already paid people to silence
- 42:22Speaker 3: that news. It took leadership in partnership with the Holy
- 42:25Speaker 3: Spirit to prevail over the desire to silence the truth.
- 42:29Speaker 2: Of the resurrection of Jesus.
- 42:33Speaker 3: Most people who have not seen the value of leadership,
- 42:36Speaker 3: and so they are unable to rise and they're unable
- 42:39Speaker 3: to excel. What is leadership? Let's talk a bit about it.
- 42:42Speaker 3: What exactly is leadership? For many people, leadership means someone
- 42:48Speaker 3: who is ahead directing people. That may not be entirely wrong,
- 42:53Speaker 3: but that's not absolutely correct. Leadership is beyond titles. Leadership
- 42:58Speaker 3: is beyond the one who is ahead of others. The
- 43:01Speaker 3: whole idea of leadership, you see, is about deploying the
- 43:08Speaker 3: grace and the investment of God upon your life and
- 43:11Speaker 3: using it to serve so effectively that your results.
- 43:15Speaker 2: Compel people to grant you a gift called loyalty. Are
- 43:20Speaker 2: we together now? So the idea of leadership in its
- 43:24Speaker 2: essence has nothing necessarily to do with leading people. Leading
- 43:29Speaker 2: people is only the latter aspect of leadership. Are we
- 43:34Speaker 2: learning now?
- 43:35Speaker 3: That leadership in its essence has to do with excelling
- 43:38Speaker 3: in your own life and using all the resources that
- 43:41Speaker 3: has been given to you.
- 43:43Speaker 2: By God to so excel that.
- 43:46Speaker 3: Your life and your results become so compelling. It becomes
- 43:50Speaker 3: so compelling that people come to join you, and they
- 43:54Speaker 3: willingly want to adopt your ideas and your philosophies.
- 43:58Speaker 2: They give you a gift called loyalty.
- 44:03Speaker 3: So you see that for many people, when we talk
- 44:05Speaker 3: about a leader, the first thing they're looking for.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Is where the followers?
- 44:10Speaker 3: Where the people who should follow me as proof that
- 44:13Speaker 3: I'm a leader. While it is true that if you
- 44:15Speaker 3: are a leader, indeed you will never be alone. Someone
- 44:18Speaker 3: must be inspired by your life enough to want to
- 44:23Speaker 3: become part of your life. Are we together? But the
- 44:26Speaker 3: whole idea is not about people. People are the latter part.
- 44:32Speaker 3: The disciples did not just follow Jesus because he called them.
- 44:37Speaker 3: They followed him because they saw a man excelling in
- 44:40Speaker 3: his life.
- 44:41Speaker 2: He excelled in a way that was unusual. Are we
- 44:44Speaker 2: learning now?
- 44:46Speaker 3: And because of the kind and the quality of excellence
- 44:49Speaker 3: that was mettered out by his life when he called them,
- 44:52Speaker 3: they saw it as a pleasure to join him. I mean,
- 44:56Speaker 3: who would leave ef phishing business to join a man
- 44:58Speaker 3: just because he said follow me. It would take more
- 45:01Speaker 3: than beckoning on a man to follow me. There was
- 45:04Speaker 3: a level of results that they saw in his life,
- 45:07Speaker 3: the excellence, the power, the grace. And when he told
- 45:10Speaker 3: them follow me, they were so glad. Because men will
- 45:13Speaker 3: always want to be part of what works. No body
- 45:17Speaker 3: will want to be part of a failed system. Allelujah. Unfortunately,
- 45:24Speaker 3: because most people do not know that leadership depends on
- 45:27Speaker 3: the leader's personal excellence. First, we are more titled conscious
- 45:33Speaker 3: and so all we want to do is to accumulate
- 45:35Speaker 3: as many followers. Listen to me carefully, because you will
- 45:39Speaker 3: know why your church is not growing. Your church is
- 45:42Speaker 3: not growing because you are focused on looking for members
- 45:45Speaker 3: rather than becoming a true picture of what.
- 45:48Speaker 2: God has called the believer to be. Are you seeing
- 45:51Speaker 2: that now.
- 45:54Speaker 3: That a preacher comes and all that is in his
- 45:57Speaker 3: mind is how can I grow this church? As we say,
- 46:01Speaker 3: from tanty members to two hundred members, and all his
- 46:05Speaker 3: focused on doing is turning all the publicity skills. You
- 46:09Speaker 3: will never grow a church that way. No, and believe me,
- 46:14Speaker 3: I know what I'm saying. People follow inspiration. People follow
- 46:19Speaker 3: what looks like a revelation of what they should become.
- 46:22Speaker 3: Are we together now? Most leaders in Africa fail because
- 46:27Speaker 3: they are follower conscious. They are not conscious of evolving,
- 46:32Speaker 3: becoming more superior versions of themselves, deploying their gift things
- 46:37Speaker 3: to serve in such a way that becomes.
- 46:40Speaker 2: Compelling for followership.
- 46:42Speaker 3: Followership was supposed to be a reaction, not a call.
- 46:48Speaker 3: Followership was supposed to be a reaction. Remember, we prayed
- 46:52Speaker 3: before we started this, and I took the journey very
- 46:55Speaker 3: slowly so that when we start now you will understand.
- 46:58Speaker 3: Isn't it amazing? This should be a paradigm shift for
- 47:01Speaker 3: someone already The next time you say we are my members,
- 47:06Speaker 3: who ask the wrong question, why am I not an
- 47:09Speaker 3: inspiration enough? That's the right question. Why is the anointing
- 47:14Speaker 3: not speaking enough, the wisdom not speaking enough? Because the
- 47:18Speaker 3: Bible says where the cacasis are, it says there the
- 47:22Speaker 3: eagles will gather. So if there are people, I don't
- 47:26Speaker 3: know the number of people in Enugu State, but if
- 47:30Speaker 3: there are this many people in Enugu State and the
- 47:33Speaker 3: Southeast and nobody is interested in coming to see your
- 47:37Speaker 3: business or your ministry, don't blame them.
- 47:40Speaker 2: They are not mad people.
- 47:41Speaker 3: They have intelligence, but they want to pursue what reflects
- 47:45Speaker 3: their aspiration and if you are not a motivation enough,
- 47:49Speaker 3: they will not follow. Allelujah, My dear people. Did you
- 47:58Speaker 3: ever meet Zuckerberg?
- 47:59Speaker 2: I said person?
- 48:00Speaker 3: Did he ask you to become part of Facebook? Did
- 48:04Speaker 3: you ever meet a lone Mosque as a person? Did
- 48:06Speaker 3: he ask you to be part of Twitter? And all
- 48:09Speaker 3: of his products? All these men are focused on doing
- 48:13Speaker 3: is evolving, and the moment they evolve, you are compelled
- 48:16Speaker 3: to even follow their advancement. You want to know what
- 48:20Speaker 3: is the latest without them asking you, because their lives
- 48:23Speaker 3: have become.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Such an inspiration. This is the correct idea of leadership.
- 48:29Speaker 3: True leaders never even know their leaders until they find
- 48:32Speaker 3: out they are leaders because their focus on building, their
- 48:37Speaker 3: focus on growing, their focus on evolving.
- 48:40Speaker 2: This is true for a man of God. My God,
- 48:42Speaker 2: I hope you did not miss what you just heard.
- 48:46Speaker 3: That leadership has nothing necessarily to do with looking for followers.
- 48:51Speaker 3: A leader who goes around looking for followers has failed.
- 48:57Speaker 2: That is a burden God did not give you. No,
- 49:01Speaker 2: we look for souls, not follow us. Follow Us were
- 49:07Speaker 2: designed to respond to a kind of transition, a kind
- 49:13Speaker 2: of believer that you become. Allah. Of course, here Barondosa,
- 49:17Speaker 2: the ladies and gentlemen, if you hear right now that.
- 49:25Speaker 3: Bill Gates or any of the leaders in the secular
- 49:31Speaker 3: has arrived, and you go, whether you are invited or not,
- 49:34Speaker 3: you will be surprised that, as calculated as you are,
- 49:38Speaker 3: you will find yourself there, hanging around the corridors of
- 49:41Speaker 3: where he is. Not because he will talk to you,
- 49:44Speaker 3: not because he knows you are there. But someone has
- 49:47Speaker 3: arrived that represents an inspiration in some way? Are we
- 49:52Speaker 3: right on that nobody has ever asked Zukerbag to say,
- 49:55Speaker 3: you're a small boy. He talks with kings and presidents,
- 49:58Speaker 3: and they greet him like colleagues because his results has
- 50:03Speaker 3: added to his age. Are we together? When people begin
- 50:11Speaker 3: to ask things like how old are you? You are
- 50:13Speaker 3: a small child, they are only telling you. It's a
- 50:15Speaker 3: subliminal way of saying your life is not compelling enough.
- 50:20Speaker 2: Now here's what we teach. So I am a pastor
- 50:24Speaker 2: right and I want to run a church.
- 50:28Speaker 3: And all that I do is, please, can you help
- 50:30Speaker 3: me with two hundred thousand to produce posters, to produce
- 50:34Speaker 3: a And then I lie down on the posters and
- 50:36Speaker 3: roll around and prayer and say God, you know you
- 50:38Speaker 3: called me, and we go around. I just meet someone
- 50:41Speaker 3: by the road and say, listen, you need to come
- 50:43Speaker 3: to my church. You have no idea what you are
- 50:45Speaker 3: going to get. Look at that kind of garden when
- 50:49Speaker 3: such a member comes to your church, do you know
- 50:51Speaker 3: you just invited trouble because you will have to dance
- 50:55Speaker 3: to their too. How about businesses, there are certain paths
- 51:08Speaker 3: that have you seen certain products that are only sold
- 51:12Speaker 3: in just one or two stores, And well, this is
- 51:15Speaker 3: a business area, so I'm not sure everybody sells everything.
- 51:18Speaker 2: I'm not sure.
- 51:18Speaker 3: But there are times where you can go around only
- 51:22Speaker 3: to find and sometimes you will hear that the man
- 51:25Speaker 3: locked the door and went to sleep.
- 51:27Speaker 2: You will look for the man's house and says, sir,
- 51:29Speaker 2: I need to travel the spare paths. Hear they say,
- 51:32Speaker 2: you are the only one. Listen.
- 51:37Speaker 3: If you listen to what I'm sharing with you, you
- 51:39Speaker 3: work out of this place. You will never have to
- 51:42Speaker 3: work alone again, because you will find out that something
- 51:45Speaker 3: about your life. You will soon be learning that competence
- 51:49Speaker 3: has a presence. It can invite the people mandated to
- 51:54Speaker 3: look for you. Yes it does, Yes, it does, Yes,
- 51:59Speaker 3: it does, absolutely it does. That's sobas Ali barrows, Yes, seven,
- 52:15Speaker 3: I way together.
- 52:17Speaker 2: So leadership, please hear me.
- 52:20Speaker 3: Whether you're a Campos president, whether you're a pastor here,
- 52:24Speaker 3: when you become member, conscious, follower, conscious, ah, you have
- 52:31Speaker 3: already ruined your potential for effective leadership. Do you know
- 52:36Speaker 3: why God did not give you eyes at the back.
- 52:40Speaker 3: If God gave you eyes at the back, it will
- 52:42Speaker 3: be a corruption of his desire for you to go forward.
- 52:46Speaker 3: The only way to turn back is when all of
- 52:48Speaker 3: you has to turn back. You see that now I
- 52:51Speaker 3: can reach my hand without turning back. But if I
- 52:54Speaker 3: have to turn back, a major part of me has
- 52:56Speaker 3: to turn back. Because it is rather a one in
- 53:00Speaker 3: a wild thing. It should not be your defaultity to
- 53:02Speaker 3: always turn back, So every other thing was Do you
- 53:06Speaker 3: notice that you are more at peace when you are moving.
- 53:08Speaker 2: Forward than backward.
- 53:11Speaker 3: God designed it that way as a message that we
- 53:15Speaker 3: are supposed to always be going forward the path of
- 53:18Speaker 3: the just being as a shining light that goes more
- 53:21Speaker 3: and more, even onto the perfect day. So have this
- 53:24Speaker 3: at the back of your mind, ladies and gentlemen, that
- 53:27Speaker 3: looking for members, looking for followers is a poor approach
- 53:33Speaker 3: to leadership. That leadership is about rediscovering yourself, taking advantage
- 53:40Speaker 3: of all the forces of advantage that God has given you,
- 53:43Speaker 3: and to use it to live such a dex terrorist
- 53:46Speaker 3: life that on the strength of your results, your results
- 53:50Speaker 3: become so compelling for everybody around your area it becomes
- 53:56Speaker 3: impossible for them.
- 53:57Speaker 2: To ignore your presence.
- 54:00Speaker 3: As a result, on their owner card they come and
- 54:04Speaker 3: want to follow you. We call that loyalty. They give
- 54:08Speaker 3: you the gift of loyalty, and on your own part,
- 54:11Speaker 3: we call it influence. Now they allow you to influence them.
- 54:16Speaker 3: What does it mean to influence? To influence means to
- 54:19Speaker 3: compel men to buy into your ideologies without using force
- 54:24Speaker 3: or cruelty. I have influenced you if I can get
- 54:30Speaker 3: you to think along this line without putting a knife
- 54:33Speaker 3: on your truth, so that your life now becomes a
- 54:36Speaker 3: product of these philosophies.
- 54:41Speaker 2: Are we learning?
- 54:46Speaker 3: This idea of leadership changed my life and gave me peace,
- 54:50Speaker 3: because when you become member and follower conscious, you will
- 54:55Speaker 3: never be able to allow succession. There are many consequences
- 54:59Speaker 3: to the prior belief there as you'll be learning, there
- 55:02Speaker 3: are many wrong mindsets that African and sadly Nigerian leaders have.
- 55:06Speaker 3: That's why there is no continuity. You hardly find one
- 55:10Speaker 3: hundred year old businesses in Nigeria and Africa because of
- 55:14Speaker 3: your idea of leadership. You see that now, Yes, let's
- 55:24Speaker 3: be the name of the lord. From from a governance standpoint,
- 55:42Speaker 3: leaders have three assignments. When I say governance, that means
- 55:46Speaker 3: having to do with people and resource management.
- 55:50Speaker 2: You understand what I mean now?
- 55:51Speaker 3: Yes, from a standpoint of people and resource management, leaders
- 55:59Speaker 3: have three mandates.
- 56:01Speaker 2: Let me give it to you. Number one.
- 56:04Speaker 3: The first mandate of any leader with respect to people
- 56:08Speaker 3: now is to harness and coordinate potentials. Please write to
- 56:15Speaker 3: harness and to coordinate potentials?
- 56:18Speaker 2: What does it mean to harness?
- 56:20Speaker 3: Please pay attention especially if you're a minister of the gospel,
- 56:23Speaker 3: this is revelation that God is going to bring for you.
- 56:25Speaker 2: Now.
- 56:26Speaker 3: The way God sends people to your life, your church,
- 56:31Speaker 3: He never sends people in their perfected state. Yet to
- 56:37Speaker 3: harness means to see potential. To harness means to have
- 56:42Speaker 3: the faculty of discernment.
- 56:45Speaker 2: Are we together now? Yes?
- 56:48Speaker 3: If not, you will reject the greatest gift God gave you,
- 56:52Speaker 3: simply because.
- 56:53Speaker 2: He did not come in a form that can be appreciated.
- 56:57Speaker 2: I can tell you this.
- 56:58Speaker 3: Any leader will tell tell you that the people you
- 57:01Speaker 3: now celebrate in his or her life, if you had
- 57:04Speaker 3: seen them when they came, you will not want to
- 57:07Speaker 3: receive them as a gift. Now, this quality of leadership
- 57:11Speaker 3: many people do not have. We usually want to see
- 57:14Speaker 3: ready made people. I want to see a millionaire. They
- 57:18Speaker 3: say you're a billoonnaire. Please, you are welcome to my church.
- 57:22Speaker 3: Whereas there are five other potential billoonnaires who can be
- 57:26Speaker 3: eternal support if you are willing to see their destiny
- 57:31Speaker 3: in Christ and then.
- 57:32Speaker 2: To laboriously raise them. Listen, from a governance standpoint, you
- 57:39Speaker 2: are not a leader if you lack discernment. Is the
- 57:42Speaker 2: reason why every man of God.
- 57:45Speaker 3: You're the next ten twenty years of your church is
- 57:47Speaker 3: not in view if you cannot see those that will
- 57:50Speaker 3: serve now, even when they've not seen themselves. The person
- 57:54Speaker 3: may think I'm an ussher, but you are seeing your
- 57:57Speaker 3: next prayer leader, even though he does not yet know
- 58:00Speaker 3: that is leadership. Leaders see far ahead through the faculty
- 58:05Speaker 3: of discernment that someone.
- 58:08Speaker 2: Who has is answering the altar call.
- 58:10Speaker 3: You are looking at that young lady and you can see,
- 58:13Speaker 3: you can see through her and see her heart, that
- 58:16Speaker 3: this would be one of the most effective secretary in
- 58:19Speaker 3: this ministry.
- 58:21Speaker 2: That is why when you.
- 58:22Speaker 3: See the way leaders raise people, it takes knowing God
- 58:26Speaker 3: and trusting them to.
- 58:27Speaker 2: Really know what they are doing.
- 58:30Speaker 3: You know that the leader is effective because you will
- 58:32Speaker 3: not make sense for a long time.
- 58:37Speaker 2: Are well together.
- 58:39Speaker 3: Leaders are more of people of vision than logic, and
- 58:42Speaker 3: when logic conflicts with vision, they drop logic and embrace vision.
- 58:49Speaker 3: There are people today in my life and in ministry
- 58:52Speaker 3: as at the time I saw them. You would never
- 58:55Speaker 3: believe some of these people were cultists. Were not even
- 59:00Speaker 3: talking of it backslider. They were talking of a cultists
- 59:02Speaker 3: like real cultists. But you can see that a mighty
- 59:06Speaker 3: champion for the kingdom can come out of it. I'm
- 59:09Speaker 3: saying this because the reason why some of you are
- 59:11Speaker 3: at this point in your life is because you have
- 59:14Speaker 3: been looking for finished products you have not had the
- 59:18Speaker 3: ability to harness. Many parents today are biting your fingers
- 59:25Speaker 3: in regret because had they seen the destiny of their children,
- 59:29Speaker 3: they will not call them the names they call them before.
- 59:32Speaker 3: Now the child you said would never rise has become
- 59:34Speaker 3: a champion, and you are saying, it's my child, and
- 59:36Speaker 3: you say you are not my mother.
- 59:39Speaker 2: My mother is not the one who gave bead to me.
- 59:41Speaker 2: It's the one who believed in me.
- 59:45Speaker 3: Today many people are claimingists taking destinies they did not
- 59:49Speaker 3: invest in because they did not have the opportunity.
- 59:53Speaker 2: Are we together now?
- 59:54Speaker 3: Yes, with all due respect, I can say this is
- 59:57Speaker 3: it's a leadership meeting. They are past us who find
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: claiming members and.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: Said, this person is my personal the person knows who
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: is their pastor the person who believed in them and
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: invested in them. Are we together not the person who
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: knew them before? They ruse.
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: If you met me hungry and you say, remember I
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: used to know you saw what what did you do
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: about my hunger. The one who saw me hungry and
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: saw that if I'm filled and dragged me and help me,
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: that is the person I'll become loyal to. Do you
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: know why there is a generation that is disloyal to
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: God and disloyal to parents and all of that because
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: we have lost the ability to harness.
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: Just because the.
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: Childish torbon does not mean the call it is not
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: on his life? Do you have can you pay the
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: price of her nessing? Are we together?
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: Just because the ladies a village girl does not mean
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: she would remain in shushan forever.
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: Be careful so that you don't insult esther. She will
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: be queen one day. Just because Ruth lost her husband
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: and children. I hope you know that Boas is in
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: her destiny. So be careful as you throw high away.
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: Just because now me is a quiet widow, don't throw highway.
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: She may be the only person to tell you what
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: to do about Boas, the ability to hernest. Listen, I'm
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: saying this because this grace must common somebody that you
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: can't stand in.
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: And you go and look around, and you will see
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: rouble somewhere, and God will say, buy that land. Just
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: buy it.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: The ability to harness is an extension of the spirit
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: of discernment. If you have this, you will own the future.
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: You will not follow. You will literally know that the
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: next ten years. I've talked to you about my story.
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: Many of you here you may have listened to my teaching.
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: This was when they were selling CDs, you know, when
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: they sell cassettes and cedis. And the Lord told me
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: that in the future it would be difficult to buy
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: citis and all of that because technology will take over.
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: And it said, carry your messages, put it online. My
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: angel will send it to the nations. This is how
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: I will announce you the ability to harness. How many
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: people had the intuition to start a particular business, but
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: they said, this thing is too hard. What you call
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: pure water today, what they call it here, pure water,
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: steal water. You know what I'm talking about.
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: Once upon a time, leather, leather that you produce here,
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: ice water, thank you, and you wrap the thing.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: And then ice it. The person buys the ice and
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: its patient until it defrosts. Remember it now. But someone
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: looked and said, no Ah, may my God open your eyes.
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: I say it again, May my God open your eyes.
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: I profes side to you from the depth of my spirit.
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: May my God open your eyes, say what others are
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: not saying, hear what others are not hearing.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus Christ. Please be seated, Please
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: be seated. The ability to her nest is leadership. Indeed
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: aralph so caparosy and a castle blendiculous. The ability to
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: her nest, the ability to hernst. God can bring somebody
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: who will be the greatest prayer leader, who can die
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: with you. But because your eyes are not being washed
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: with eyes out, you can push them away and you
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: get to a point in ministry where you say, God,
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: I'm tired. He said, but I've sent five people to you.
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: You didn't have the eyes to see. You were looking
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: for partners, you were looking for rich men. Learn this
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: their people. God does not send people in their finished state.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: He hides his glory and covers it with limitations and
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: sends it to you. Do you know why, so that
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: you become part of their growth. That is how you
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: end your loyalty. You cannot end the loyalty of a
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: man who you did not invest in his growth? Are
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: we together?
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: One man one day saw me and called me son
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: I said, no, I respect. You don't call me son?
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: That name is an expensive name. What investment did you
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: bring in my life that you want to call me song?
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: All these people who just because you are older than
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: me does not mean I'm your son. I must I almost,
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: I must acknowledge that I'm your son?
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: What investment did you make in my life?
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: People just claim success and pully you and said, look, no, no, sir,
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: h are we together the ability to harness? My question
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: is how many gifts have you driven this year? How
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: many gifts that house bore you threw away? He may
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: not be very intelligent, but you would never steal from you.
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: Did you know that there was something locked up there?
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: You didn't have the patience to build him when you
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: drove him somebody? You see, they say one man's food
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: is another man's poison, So why say unfortunately.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: Allelujah?
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: So you drive someone and then before you know it,
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: someone will receive that someone you drove and say, listen,
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: I don't mind building you. Sincerity is what I've been
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: looking for. And since this man looks for profit more
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: than sincerity, let him keep looking for profit while build
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: profit out of sincerity. It is no blood to have
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: sincerity first, then you can build profit out of it.
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: How do you throw sincerity in search for profit? Allelujah?
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: Some of you have thrown some of the greatest gifts
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: God gave you because you could not see.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: God gave you children, and you threw all of them.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: Speaking to them every day. I'm not proud of you.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: Look at this other person shall at twenty one, they're
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: already building a house.
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: Shame on you. The way you are like this.
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: No brain, no husband, no money, no nothing. You have
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: brought me shame. And the children keep looking at you.
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: And they said, all right, since you have officially proved
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: that you do not believe in us, let's go and
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: look for those who believe in us. And then they
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: come and meet someone who says, you know what I
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: say that you have a lot of problems.
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: You just need to learn. Sit down. This is what
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: Jesus did to them.
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: He gathered this ordinary man and said, gentlemen, men, sit
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: down and watch what I make out of your life.
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: After three and a half years, Divundo, they ran away.
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: When he came back as a leader, he still gathered
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: the mencelle. I understand even me, I was afraid. At
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: some point I don't blame you. And when they saw
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: his ability to harness them, they died preserving the gospel.
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: Do you want people to be able to die for you?
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: You think it's everybody that can die for you? Let
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: trouble come. That's why you know they never believed in you.
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: They were just with the ceremony of salary. They never
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: believed in you. Many leaders today are penned because they
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: did not invest in people.
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: They only recruited people.
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: Beyond recruiting, you see, I run my life organizationally speaking
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: and ministerially speaking.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: I turned everybody under my care.
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: It doesn't matter whether you are coming as an employer
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: or you are coming as a son, as a daughter.
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: It does not matter.
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: I give them a family mentality, so that beyond money,
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: they know there's takeholders in this vision.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: I invest in them beyond what they receive.
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: If salary is the only thing that joins you, which
- 1:08:19Speaker 3: say your driver, you are in trouble. That there he
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: has a choice to choose between him and you who
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: would die. That's when you will know that he loves
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: himself more than you. It is amazing how we magically
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: believe as leaders that just because people say daddy mommy, aututomatically,
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: they are loyal to you. Loyalties are expensive product.
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: You buy it with years of investment, not inheritance. Are
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: we learning this money? Sir?
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: I once met a gentleman true story. I think two
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: or three years ago. I met him. I had preached
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: years ago in their university somewhere in the northeast, and
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: he got born again in that conference. Later would become
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: the president of I think the FCS or so, and
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: then had long graduated set up a real estate company.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: And then one day he comes to me, I'm done.
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: With service seeing people, and he says, can you remember
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: mess I said, not exactly, And he tells me that
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: story and says, today God has helped me.
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: I own a real estate company. I just brought something
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: to come and tell you. Thank you.
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: Don't be annoyed that gentleman when he was getting safe,
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: he did not look like it. But since you were
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: part of his history, you qualified to be part of
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: his future. If you were not there when I was
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: hanging in the cross, Please when you see me sitting
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: at the banquet, don't come because you are certainly not invited.
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: I'm saying this so that many of us will start
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: making adjustments. Now there are people you need to call
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: to say, come, I can still work on you. Come back, Come,
- 1:10:03Speaker 3: I can work on you. You are very hard working,
- 1:10:06Speaker 3: but I see that this tendency for stealing.
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: Okay, let's work on it. Go on first for three days.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: Outcome you are.
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: You are here for business, but I would deal with
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: this spirit of stealing. The ability to extract evil and
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: separate it and keep the good is mastery of leadership.
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: That you can see people and say, ah, this person
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: has this, this person has this. You see that now
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: and you are able to say, you know what.
- 1:10:38Speaker 3: You seem to be a very dishonest person, but you
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: are very diligent. Let's let's at least let's make an.
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: Attempt to work on that dishonesty.
- 1:10:48Speaker 3: Leadership is hard work at a governance level, because your
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: first mandate as a leader, are we're learning already, is
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: to harness and coordinate. What does it mean to coordinate?
- 1:11:00Speaker 3: To put people.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: Around the areas of your strength so that you make
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: a team out of them. There are people who, on
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: a scale of one to ten, their honesty.
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: Level will never cross fall. But you need them so
- 1:11:13Speaker 3: you know where to put them. You'll never put them
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: in accounts. No, even if you first for one.
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: Year, the temptation on a scale of one to ten.
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: As a leader, you engage them, their honesty level would not.
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: When you preach about rapture, it rises to four. Can
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: you imagine that kind? And yet you need these people
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: in your life?
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: I wish. I can't tell you you will.
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: Only having the best hands does not mean having the
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: perfect hands. You design the system that makes it the
- 1:11:43Speaker 3: best by putting all kinds of people. So you know
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: where to put Thomas. Don't drive him, you will still
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: need him. You know where to put Titter. Pitter is
- 1:11:53Speaker 3: not patient like John, but he must be part of
- 1:11:55Speaker 3: the apostles. When you want to reveal certain things about
- 1:11:59Speaker 3: divine realities, go to John. He's called the beloved. Piti
- 1:12:02Speaker 3: is not called the beloved. Piti is a man of faith.
- 1:12:06Speaker 3: He would deny you and come back.
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: And say sorry. John will stand with you on the cross.
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: Do you know how to see these kinds of people?
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: I hope I'm not wasting your time this morning. As
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: a parent, God gives you four children. You can design
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: a system around this form. There is one who is
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: very insecure but honest. So that person has a tendency
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: of gossiping what everybody is doing in a way to
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: secure you as you know the person. The person is
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: not hard working, but you can trust the person with information.
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: There is one who does not care about anybody, including
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: you the parent.
- 1:12:50Speaker 3: They want to make it they love you, but they
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: will not tell you. They feel embarrassed to be weak.
- 1:12:56Speaker 3: There is another who does not care really wherever. They're
- 1:12:59Speaker 3: just like water. You put them in a ball, they
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: look like a ball. You put them in a plate,
- 1:13:03Speaker 3: they look like a plate. Then there is another one
- 1:13:07Speaker 3: that sets and wants to take advantage of your ability
- 1:13:11Speaker 3: to sit down and say I can due the team
- 1:13:13Speaker 3: out of this. This one has a strength of speaking,
- 1:13:17Speaker 3: It just does not have the ability to coordinate himself.
- 1:13:20Speaker 3: So my response to this person is to give the
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: person more confidence because that is his deficiency. This one
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: does not need motivation, his self motivated. What he needs
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: is to create limits to his passion.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: This is leadership. You are literally designing the glory of
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: God in lives.
- 1:13:45Speaker 3: Allelujah, thank you listen. Don't you think ministry is all
- 1:13:51Speaker 3: about preaching. You can preach and.
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: Die after your preaching.
- 1:13:55Speaker 3: Because a wrongly constructed leadership structure wills.
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: You with many sorrows. It is my assignment.
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: I can tell you as many as my people are,
- 1:14:07Speaker 3: I can write books on almost every one of them.
- 1:14:10Speaker 3: I know their strength and their limitations. I know what
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: they can do and cannot do. Rather than driving them,
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: you'll kill the team around them.
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: You know that this person.
- 1:14:20Speaker 3: There are people who are not intelligent, but they are obedient.
- 1:14:24Speaker 3: If you put them in an area of creativity.
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: You have lost it. But give them instructions, they will
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: obey to the latter.
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: Those guys should not be heads of units, but you
- 1:14:34Speaker 3: put them in the most active position within the department.
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: They will go to the market and buy clothes. They
- 1:14:39Speaker 3: will begain for one hour to save the department money.
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: There are others who don't have that time. Allelujah. There
- 1:14:48Speaker 3: are those who will you give them ten nira. They
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: will tell you I use one narra. I'm so sorry,
- 1:14:54Speaker 3: I was testy.
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: I use one couple out of that one narra to
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: take water. I will return it meticulos. There are others.
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: When you give them on hundred error, just know that
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: even if you send them to buy something of Tatierra,
- 1:15:06Speaker 3: accept the rest.
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: As a sid. Just focus on the results, but the
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: change for sure will not return. Say amen, h Allelujah,
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: and Jesus let me finish.
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: So the first mandate of a leader from a governance
- 1:15:42Speaker 3: standpoint is the ability to harness and coordinate. Write that down,
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: that's number one. Her nurs and coordinate, say herness, say
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: coordinate hernurs and coordinate that her next part we're going
- 1:15:58Speaker 3: to preate because in the name of Jesus, your ismost,
- 1:16:01Speaker 3: see your ismost, see.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: Or ismost.
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: See see what others are not seeing, See what others
- 1:16:10Speaker 3: are not seeing, See what others are not seeing. I
- 1:16:16Speaker 3: know someone who during COVID in South Africa, when other
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: people is a nibbleman, he became literally a billonnaire without
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: exaggeration because during COVID he knew that eventually they will
- 1:16:33Speaker 3: have to meet people who buy this what they call
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: it thing the nose.
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: Mask, yes, the face mask.
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: And when other people were just trying to smoke at
- 1:16:43Speaker 3: a retail level, he went to the government and said, listen,
- 1:16:46Speaker 3: this is what I can design for you. There's so
- 1:16:48Speaker 3: many people I can be sure to bring you a
- 1:16:51Speaker 3: weather from China or wherever. Had an intelligent negotiation with them,
- 1:16:55Speaker 3: and then they signed the contract. It became one of
- 1:16:57Speaker 3: the few main suppliers.
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: This nose mask. You see.
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: When the man called me and said it, I said, ah,
- 1:17:07Speaker 3: this man, I said, to be honest with you, I
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: said this would be what grace did God give them?
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: Like this?
- 1:17:16Speaker 3: Whereas there was someone there shouting and said, God, will
- 1:17:18Speaker 3: you not change my life? And God is saying, are
- 1:17:21Speaker 3: you not seeing? I gave you eyes different from hands,
- 1:17:25Speaker 3: so that you can see. If Lord saw what Abraham saw,
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: you will not go to Sodom.
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: And go Morah.
- 1:17:33Speaker 3: He looked around and did not see anything, and went
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: and settled near Sodom.
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: And God told Abraham he said, now lift your eyes.
- 1:17:41Speaker 3: Northward, talk not southward, as far as your eyes can see.
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: He is it all right if I ask you to
- 1:17:47Speaker 3: lay your hands prophetically on your eyes and said, Lord
- 1:17:50Speaker 3: opened my eyes.
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: To people, or opened my eyes to mantles, or opened
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: my eyes to opportunities. What is my wife carl?
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: That?
- 1:18:00Speaker 3: I'm not saying, what is my child carrying that? I'm
- 1:18:03Speaker 3: not saying, what are my fellowship people carrying?
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: That?
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: I'm not saying what his house on the rock carrying?
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: That?
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: I'm not saying.
- 1:18:10Speaker 3: What is Reverend Edwin carrying that I'm not saying what
- 1:18:13Speaker 3: is my business? Carrying that I'm not saying what could
- 1:18:16Speaker 3: be that is not yet. Oh God open my eyes.
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: To say it.
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: Allelujah, prays the name of the Lord, harness and coordinate.
- 1:18:33Speaker 3: The ability to see potentials even when they have not become,
- 1:18:38Speaker 3: the ability to see potentials when they have not become.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 1:18:46Speaker 3: And this is what I'm doing even in our ministry,
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: training leaders, the current leaders, to be able to see others.
- 1:18:55Speaker 3: You cannot build a global ministry when you don't train
- 1:18:59Speaker 3: people to see.
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: You have to train the ability to see. Can be
- 1:19:04Speaker 2: taught that if I look at you right now, I
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: should be able to get any pastor with all due
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: respecting house on the rock here and say, guild me
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: three teams, and you can reproduce the results because of
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: your ability to see and from the people who seated here.
- 1:19:23Speaker 3: Don't go outside, just interact with the people and look
- 1:19:28Speaker 3: for five people for me. I did something not too
- 1:19:34Speaker 3: long I, while we were preparing, had not been to
- 1:19:37Speaker 3: my village for over twenty years, and so like two
- 1:19:40Speaker 3: three years ago, I decided to go there and put
- 1:19:43Speaker 3: a crusade and among the people who were setting up.
- 1:19:46Speaker 3: There was a young man that I kept looking at.
- 1:19:49Speaker 3: Immediately I saw I saw my next leader. And the
- 1:19:53Speaker 3: guy was involved in the finances. He was very accountable.
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: He was doing what he was.
- 1:19:57Speaker 3: Doing, and I was smiling. That's leadership. And you go
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: back to God and said this is this. I carried
- 1:20:04Speaker 3: this young man from the village, brought him to Abuja
- 1:20:07Speaker 3: for one year and I trained him. I now sent
- 1:20:10Speaker 3: him back to go and raise twenty five other people. Listen,
- 1:20:13Speaker 3: let me tell you what this gentleman did. I don't
- 1:20:15Speaker 3: know if I.
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: Could do it.
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: I had to travel a few weeks down and ask
- 1:20:20Speaker 3: them to come the kind He turned these twenty five
- 1:20:24Speaker 3: people into you know, the foxes of Samson. This gentleman
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: went with this spirit. I never got an auditorium, got everything.
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: All the program's charity, welfare, bore holes everything. I just
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: send the resources and tell him send me updates.
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: One year. If you have not been able to raise anybody,
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: you are not a leader. Do you know what I mean?
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: To race?
- 1:20:50Speaker 3: Not to see someone almost finishing? Then you just add
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: icing on the cake to raise from ground up. Received
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: that grace in Jesus' name. It is the reason why
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: you find campus fellowships on fire. Then a set will
- 1:21:04Speaker 3: now graduates. And have you seen that happen in campuses?
- 1:21:09Speaker 3: A group of five grand people. It's like it sets
- 1:21:12Speaker 3: that are men of fire. And when all of them
- 1:21:15Speaker 3: are in final year, the campus people start crying because
- 1:21:19Speaker 3: they focus. They focused on impact, which was good, but
- 1:21:22Speaker 3: they did not focus on raising or that some coming there.
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: And you find out that as soon as they graduate,
- 1:21:28Speaker 3: the campus goes down spiritually or the business goes down spiritually.
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: So you had three people running your store.
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: And you were netting ten million, one hundred million paranum
- 1:21:39Speaker 3: one billion peranom, and you did not add other people.
- 1:21:43Speaker 3: Now you send the first competent person to save for tackles,
- 1:21:47Speaker 3: the second competent person to legos. You are left alone
- 1:21:52Speaker 3: and now all the other people who are their thieves.
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: Because you did not take the time to pueld.
- 1:21:58Speaker 3: Now you are doing and imagine see response system and
- 1:22:01Speaker 3: your business is going down. Can I tell you the truth,
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: this is the mistake. With all due respect of the West,
- 1:22:09Speaker 3: they ignored raising people. They focus on those who were
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: already vibrants, who were products of crusades of men like
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: Billy Graham and the rest and the young people they
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: raised now did not know.
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: That they were supposed to raise others.
- 1:22:22Speaker 3: Again, I'm praying for you that you don't be carried
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: away by your current success, but that you master the
- 1:22:29Speaker 3: art of investing and raising people. Shout aloud, amen, Let
- 1:22:36Speaker 3: me give you number two quickly. What is the second
- 1:22:39Speaker 3: mandate of leaders? To inspire and to influence? The second
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: mandate of all leaders, organizationally speaking, is to inspire and
- 1:22:52Speaker 3: to influence. And you do that by using your results.
- 1:22:57Speaker 3: Anybody who cannot inspire cannot be a leader. Anybody who
- 1:23:03Speaker 3: cannot inspire. What does it mean to inspire? To inspire
- 1:23:08Speaker 3: means to motivate.
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: To inspire means to create a picture before those who
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: follow you. And I hope you know that even the
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: Holy Spirit inspires men.
- 1:23:21Speaker 3: Ellie who said in chapter thirty two of Job, remember
- 1:23:25Speaker 3: there is a spirited man, and the breath of the Almighty.
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: The inspiration other versions will use. Make it men of
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: understanding who can look at your life today and go
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: back on a three days retreat because of something they saw.
- 1:23:44Speaker 3: Who can look at your life today and make up
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: their minds that I will never live a careless life again.
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: Your life is supposed to be living epistle.
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: The kind of results to command and produce from a
- 1:23:58Speaker 3: spiritu us can point from a financial standpoint, from an
- 1:24:02Speaker 3: intellectual standpoint.
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: That when you speak to.
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: People, they are blessed by whatever subject you are discussing.
- 1:24:11Speaker 3: But then they also study your thought processes and it compels.
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: Them to go back and walk on themselves. Are we together?
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: That's right. Many things should happen when people come to church.
- 1:24:27Speaker 3: Receiving the world as we call it should just be
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: one of the many things that happen.
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: People should be greatly inspired. Allelujah, Yeah, greatly inspired. All wise,
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: greatly inspired.
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: So as you come from the worship team, as you
- 1:24:45Speaker 3: are leading a song of worship, someone who has the
- 1:24:49Speaker 3: mandate of God to be a worshiper.
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: While they're enjoying the song, they're seeing.
- 1:24:54Speaker 3: Your rehasard, they're seeing your excellence.
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: And someone makes up his.
- 1:24:58Speaker 3: Mind and says that last embarrassment in the administration, it
- 1:25:02Speaker 3: will be the last forever I am learning by this person.
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: So they look forward to coming to church, yes to
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: hear plus or Edwin. But before then they want to
- 1:25:13Speaker 3: hear this person. Have you noticed that there are certain
- 1:25:16Speaker 3: people congregations are happy when they come. When they come up,
- 1:25:20Speaker 3: it is not politics, it's inspiration. Every time they come
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: they're happy. Let's hear what he's going to say now,
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: lessen number next, what do I have to learn in
- 1:25:32Speaker 3: the five minutes he's coming to take offering?
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: He's coming maybe a welcome note. He's coming to teach,
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: and they know that they will be inspired.
- 1:25:40Speaker 3: Always don't downplay the passion of people to be inspired.
- 1:25:44Speaker 3: If you don't inspire people, they will respect you, but
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: they will not follow you. You can inspire a generation.
- 1:25:53Speaker 3: This is the whole idea of being an influencer. Unfortunately,
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: that concept is always to the negative. Sadly, an influence
- 1:26:02Speaker 3: is not someone on social media and influencize someone whose
- 1:26:05Speaker 3: life is so dex terroost, whose results is so compelling
- 1:26:09Speaker 3: that people will want to adopt first your philosophies because
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: you represent the future they desire. May you become such
- 1:26:17Speaker 3: a one in the name of Jesus Christ. Becoming an
- 1:26:20Speaker 3: inspiration demands that you becompetent.
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: Please write it down.
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: Becoming an inspiration demands that you becompetent at every level
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: of your growth. You can be the best current version
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: of yourself if you are a preacher and you are
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: coming to the pupet to preach for God's sake, do
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: your homework. Don't come on the puppet and say, don't
- 1:26:44Speaker 3: worry whatever you hear, just receive it like that. Now,
- 1:26:47Speaker 3: even if what you are saying is the truth, you
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: are not inspiring as a leader. You don't come and
- 1:26:52Speaker 3: display weakness before your people.
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: You see.
- 1:26:58Speaker 3: You don't display weakness and say I'm being You have
- 1:27:00Speaker 3: to be careful because they look at you and they
- 1:27:04Speaker 3: lose confidence in you. Everybody wants to follow a person.
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: Now write this down please.
- 1:27:10Speaker 3: Psychologically speaking, there are six psychological.
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: Needs that every man, every man craves for.
- 1:27:21Speaker 3: Can I read the list for you? This is proven
- 1:27:24Speaker 3: now when a leadership meeting. So am I at liberty
- 1:27:28Speaker 3: to do that. Number one, the greatest psychological need of
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: all men, Six.
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: Of them together. One is the need for security. Please
- 1:27:37Speaker 2: write it down. Men will do anything to find security.
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: And if you are a leader, that can give them
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: a template and a vision of security. Spiritual security, financial security,
- 1:27:49Speaker 3: anything that gives them security.
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: What is security?
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: The ability to minimize or if possible, drive their fears
- 1:27:57Speaker 3: and their confusions.
- 1:28:00Speaker 2: Security.
- 1:28:00Speaker 3: Number two variety, People like newness, mass communication drives on this.
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: When you are watching a football match, even though you
- 1:28:10Speaker 3: know it to remain on the internet there forever, you
- 1:28:12Speaker 3: still want to be live, and you can pay to
- 1:28:16Speaker 3: be live.
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: Breaking news breaks because it is new. Am I right
- 1:28:20Speaker 2: on that?
- 1:28:22Speaker 3: Nobody visits last week news with the kind of passion
- 1:28:24Speaker 3: they have for today's news. Now everybody wants to know
- 1:28:27Speaker 3: what is happening between Israel and her mass and all
- 1:28:30Speaker 3: of that you see now.
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: Variety.
- 1:28:35Speaker 3: It is the reason why God gave man creativity, so
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: that you can bring various forms of delivering the same results.
- 1:28:44Speaker 2: Are we together?
- 1:28:45Speaker 3: It's the reason why you can see a Toyota car
- 1:28:48Speaker 3: among your car collections, then you go and buy Lexos,
- 1:28:51Speaker 3: even by the same company. Then you go and buy Mercedes.
- 1:28:56Speaker 3: They are all cars, after all, they all move you.
- 1:28:59Speaker 3: So why the passion for that variety? How come you
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: have a black cloth, a white one, then you have
- 1:29:07Speaker 3: a green one, and you still plan to buy a
- 1:29:09Speaker 3: red one maybe after this conference?
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: Am I right on that? So what what? And you will?
- 1:29:18Speaker 2: You will not agree that it is lost? You call
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: it variety?
- 1:29:23Speaker 3: Is that true? So all men crave for variety? Number three,
- 1:29:29Speaker 3: All men crave for significance. This is particularly unique with
- 1:29:36Speaker 3: the male gender significance. Why will I quarrel you when
- 1:29:40Speaker 3: you call me brother, Joshua Selman? Why do I get angry?
- 1:29:43Speaker 3: Say my friend, don't call me brother's brother and insult
- 1:29:48Speaker 3: brother is not an umbrober?
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: So why am I angry that you said brother? Like
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: some of you.
- 1:29:56Speaker 3: I remember many years ago, where did I go to
- 1:29:59Speaker 3: priach for God's sake? And they brought one guy, one musician,
- 1:30:02Speaker 3: and they called him one kind of name. When it
- 1:30:04Speaker 3: came up, he rebuked the people and he said, I
- 1:30:07Speaker 3: am not this is I am pastor on this ah.
- 1:30:09Speaker 3: I said, my friend, you would have just minished that
- 1:30:12Speaker 3: I'm gone to sit down. You have closed the heavens.
- 1:30:15Speaker 3: That Allelujah significance. To know that you matter, to know
- 1:30:23Speaker 3: that you count. Don't downplay people's sense of significance. When
- 1:30:28Speaker 3: I came in, I saw and thanks to Reverend Edwin
- 1:30:31Speaker 3: and the entire leadership, the warmth and the love right
- 1:30:34Speaker 3: from the airport, the hospitality and all that I've received
- 1:30:37Speaker 3: since I.
- 1:30:38Speaker 2: Came here, very phenomenal. And for this I am grateful.
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: But it's significance, Allelujah.
- 1:30:44Speaker 3: Can I tell you people do not care what you know.
- 1:30:49Speaker 3: Until they know that you care, they don't care what revelation,
- 1:30:53Speaker 3: what Greek and Hebrew. By the time you make people
- 1:30:56Speaker 3: feel stupid and you make them feel less of themselves,
- 1:30:59Speaker 3: they will love you body will never earn their loyalty
- 1:31:02Speaker 3: is someone growing today significance. So we need to be
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: careful and manage the way we speak to people and
- 1:31:10Speaker 3: the way we generally operate with people, knowing that the
- 1:31:14Speaker 3: moment people feel insignificant around you, there is a negative
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: energy that comes from you to them.
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: There's a pungency that comes from you to them.
- 1:31:22Speaker 3: They will run away every time they see you, and
- 1:31:25Speaker 3: they will never support anything you are part of.
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: Are we learning Number four? Love and acceptance?
- 1:31:31Speaker 3: The psychological need of every body, including you who is
- 1:31:36Speaker 3: writing is love and acceptance. The very reason people join
- 1:31:40Speaker 3: occultic societies. You interview many people who join or celtic societies,
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: they will tell you Daddy did.
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: Not believe in me, Mommy did not believe in me.
- 1:31:50Speaker 3: Is the reason why, sadly we are losing our young
- 1:31:53Speaker 3: ladies and even the gentlemen to all kinds of ungodly
- 1:31:56Speaker 3: systems because the love and acceptance. Did you know that
- 1:32:00Speaker 3: the worst thing that can happen to any man is
- 1:32:02Speaker 3: called rejection. Rejection is to be given a perception that
- 1:32:06Speaker 3: you are not needed within a space.
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: It's a terrible thing. Allelujah. Yeah, it's a terrible thing.
- 1:32:16Speaker 3: Rejection is so serious that the Bible gives you a
- 1:32:19Speaker 3: counsel that when you get to a place, sea at
- 1:32:21Speaker 3: the back fast, just sit at the back there to
- 1:32:24Speaker 3: save yourself shame.
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: If you are worthy of honor, they will all show
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: you to the front.
- 1:32:29Speaker 3: But if you come and sit at the front and
- 1:32:31Speaker 3: they now transport you gently to the back, it will
- 1:32:34Speaker 3: be a memory you will have for a long time.
- 1:32:37Speaker 3: Rejection is a terrible thing. Allelujah.
- 1:32:43Speaker 2: Many children today grow with all kinds of things.
- 1:32:48Speaker 3: They hate people, and they hurt others because they grew
- 1:32:51Speaker 3: up with this rejection that they.
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: Got from parents.
- 1:32:55Speaker 3: Sadly, some of those parents were also preachers, saving the world,
- 1:33:00Speaker 3: destroying their own home. So you call your childish, stupid,
- 1:33:03Speaker 3: useless boy, very ugly girl. I don't think any man
- 1:33:06Speaker 3: who marry you are such a stupid person. You are
- 1:33:09Speaker 3: taking the least position in class, and then they're absorbing
- 1:33:13Speaker 3: these things, absorbing these things, absorbing these things.
- 1:33:17Speaker 2: By the time they become teenagers.
- 1:33:19Speaker 3: Any gentleman who says, wow, you mean they're such a
- 1:33:23Speaker 3: lady in this world?
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: And have I been blind? You know how men talk?
- 1:33:29Speaker 3: The lady knows that this boy is going to destroy her,
- 1:33:31Speaker 3: but she cannot resist him because it's the only voice
- 1:33:34Speaker 3: that ministers love and acceptance.
- 1:33:40Speaker 2: Allelujah? Are we learning number? What's now? Number five? Growth?
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: The fitth psychological need of everybody is the need for growth.
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: What does it mean to grow?
- 1:33:52Speaker 3: To become, to evolve superior versions of yourself?
- 1:34:01Speaker 2: Mother? When you give back to a baby, it will
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: be unfair to expect that baby to begin to walk
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: and talk after two months. That would be a miracle,
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: I think, Am I right on that?
- 1:34:11Speaker 3: But after a year or two, perhaps three years, and
- 1:34:15Speaker 3: the child is not working, not talking, not coordinating itself,
- 1:34:18Speaker 3: you become distobed because.
- 1:34:20Speaker 2: We expect growth, even the baby expects growth.
- 1:34:25Speaker 3: When you plant anything corn or yam, millet, whatever it is,
- 1:34:30Speaker 3: you give it time.
- 1:34:31Speaker 2: But with time you want to see evidences of growth.
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: Am I right on that? So human beings pray for growth.
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: That's why when we write exams and the results come
- 1:34:40Speaker 3: out when we pass, we rejoice because it means growth
- 1:34:43Speaker 3: more than success.
- 1:34:44Speaker 2: It means growth.
- 1:34:47Speaker 3: Number five six six, Impact and contribution. The sixth and
- 1:34:55Speaker 3: final psychological need of all men is the need to
- 1:35:01Speaker 3: be perceived as one who is impactful and one whose
- 1:35:05Speaker 3: life is counting. Allelujah, praise the name of the Lord. Sir,
- 1:35:15Speaker 3: I understand this is you and your wife. Please come,
- 1:35:18Speaker 3: let's celebrate them. Keep clapping, all of them. Come on
- 1:35:21Speaker 3: us on the rock. Please come, sir. I want to
- 1:35:26Speaker 3: embarrass you. I went please start keep clapping. I didn't
- 1:35:29Speaker 3: ask you to stop. You just keep clapping. Don't stop.
- 1:35:34Speaker 3: Do what I'm asking you to do.
- 1:35:43Speaker 2: Don't stop. Allelujah. Now watch this. Do you know what
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: you just did to them? You kept clapping.
- 1:35:58Speaker 3: They have a right to interpret your clap to be anything.
- 1:36:01Speaker 3: For some, your club means you are important. For some,
- 1:36:05Speaker 3: your club means look how beautiful your family is. For some,
- 1:36:09Speaker 3: your club means that, as you perform your role as
- 1:36:11Speaker 3: husband and wife here in the capacity of ministers, you
- 1:36:14Speaker 3: did an excellent job.
- 1:36:15Speaker 2: For some, it just means you are dressing well. You
- 1:36:18Speaker 2: leave them.
- 1:36:19Speaker 3: It is their creativity that defines the meaning of your club.
- 1:36:22Speaker 3: But in any sense, you have won their love for
- 1:36:27Speaker 3: you by giving them a sense of value. I brought
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: them out to define for you the higher psychological need
- 1:36:35Speaker 3: of any man. That the highest psychological need of any
- 1:36:38Speaker 3: man is the need to feel loved, to feel appreciated,
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: and to feel important.
- 1:36:45Speaker 2: This is what was communicated in your club. Now.
- 1:36:48Speaker 3: Can I tell you now that I am the midwife
- 1:36:52Speaker 3: to make this happen. Talk against me and see how
- 1:36:55Speaker 3: the rest want. Are we together?
- 1:36:59Speaker 2: Yes? For making them feel good? I just ask them
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: to come out so that you will learn a.
- 1:37:09Speaker 3: Miracle happens, ladies and gentlemen, when you make people feel
- 1:37:13Speaker 3: that they count. In a home, in an organization you
- 1:37:17Speaker 3: have five children, you make one feel like a champion,
- 1:37:20Speaker 3: and the remaining feel like failures is.
- 1:37:22Speaker 2: The negative of what is happening right now that you're doing.
- 1:37:27Speaker 3: Every time I gather with my leaders, they celebrate me
- 1:37:30Speaker 3: for what you know God is doing, and I tell them,
- 1:37:32Speaker 3: ladies and gentlemen, we are here as a team. I
- 1:37:36Speaker 3: only succeed because of the coordinated effort of everyone.
- 1:37:41Speaker 2: And I want you to know that you count, You
- 1:37:43Speaker 2: matter a we.
- 1:37:45Speaker 3: Together now and you do that, they will usually act
- 1:37:48Speaker 3: like nothing is happening, but a miracle is happening right there.
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: Allen lujah.
- 1:37:56Speaker 3: Before I came up, Reverend Edwin introduced me and he said,
- 1:38:00Speaker 3: wonderful things, and you are clapped, and I was happy
- 1:38:02Speaker 3: with me. I don't hide it. I will smile and
- 1:38:04Speaker 3: say I'm grateful. I way together now. So you asked
- 1:38:08Speaker 3: me to come back again, I would most likely come back.
- 1:38:11Speaker 3: Why because I love Jesus. But number two, when you
- 1:38:15Speaker 3: help people see that they matter, they will love you.
- 1:38:18Speaker 3: You'll become bueler and heath saber in a moment, hallelujah.
- 1:38:23Speaker 2: So if I tell my dam now, and that's so,
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: I said, look, what what's your meal in this city?
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: Mean?
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: Serious? What's your ebo melling? This is it about cha?
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: I thought it was swallow? Ah? Better leave? Okay, you
- 1:38:45Speaker 2: are right. Whatever you said, you are right. Praise God.
- 1:38:48Speaker 3: I way together now. If I'm coming to their house
- 1:38:51Speaker 3: and I said, my dam, I'm coming to it. The
- 1:38:54Speaker 3: memory of how I made her feel, now you imagine
- 1:38:57Speaker 3: that I reverse it.
- 1:38:58Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:38:59Speaker 3: I insult this woman, insult a husband, tear them down,
- 1:39:03Speaker 3: make them feel like they're not counting in house on
- 1:39:06Speaker 3: the rock. And I say I'm coming to their house.
- 1:39:08Speaker 3: Number one, I will sit outside. My chair will be
- 1:39:10Speaker 3: waiting for me before I arrive. You know, there are
- 1:39:12Speaker 3: people whose.
- 1:39:13Speaker 2: Share you just put it under a tree there and
- 1:39:15Speaker 2: the water they will drink is right there. Thank you.
- 1:39:21Speaker 2: Let's all know him again and the wife allelujah.
- 1:39:31Speaker 3: There are people today whose children are not proud of
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: because every time they're around you, you are going to
- 1:39:36Speaker 3: look for something wrong. Why is this shirt not iron?
- 1:39:41Speaker 3: They came to say good afternoon, and you must find
- 1:39:43Speaker 3: something wrong. Learn to let people know that they count.
- 1:39:48Speaker 3: And this is especially true for spiritual people because they
- 1:39:52Speaker 3: are focused on the prayer. They are anointing, and the
- 1:39:55Speaker 3: people do their best. They fix up the place for prayer,
- 1:39:58Speaker 3: and you don't see it. We're focusing on Jesus. They
- 1:40:04Speaker 3: don't see it.
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: Your wife dresses, she gives her best. Is true.
- 1:40:07Speaker 3: You are going for a prayer meeting, or take out
- 1:40:10Speaker 3: time to see and women you too. The man too
- 1:40:15Speaker 3: does his best, at least the best he.
- 1:40:17Speaker 2: Knows to do. It may not be your best, but
- 1:40:20Speaker 2: the best.
- 1:40:21Speaker 3: And then you are not seeing it last week the
- 1:40:24Speaker 3: battery of his watch, that this week he have fixed it.
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: You did see the.
- 1:40:27Speaker 3: Difference away together, can I tell you the truth? There
- 1:40:33Speaker 3: is always tension when someone's work is downplayed in many
- 1:40:39Speaker 3: every pray. Where you find tension in an organization, it
- 1:40:42Speaker 3: is because someone is intentionally down.
- 1:40:45Speaker 2: Playing another person.
- 1:40:49Speaker 3: That is why in complimenting people psychologically, leaders if you
- 1:40:55Speaker 3: want to lift someone and compliment the person uniquely, starts
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: by sharing in a general compliment first, so that everybody
- 1:41:03Speaker 3: can savor the one you gave.
- 1:41:04Speaker 2: Then they will now join you to uniquely appreciate that
- 1:41:07Speaker 2: one person.
- 1:41:08Speaker 3: Over Celebrating one person in the presence of people is dangerous.
- 1:41:12Speaker 2: No matter how effective.
- 1:41:14Speaker 3: I know that you have one child who is always
- 1:41:17Speaker 3: taking first position while the rest share the rest, be careful.
- 1:41:24Speaker 3: Are we together now not over celebrate that one and
- 1:41:27Speaker 3: said this is Daddy's boy. Give me five the remaining
- 1:41:30Speaker 3: a watch now, and you see you are doing something
- 1:41:33Speaker 3: to them.
- 1:41:37Speaker 2: I pray for you, you pray for me. I love you.
- 1:41:44Speaker 2: I need you to server. I will harm you with
- 1:41:51Speaker 2: words from my mouth. I love you, I need idity server.
- 1:42:00Speaker 2: See that for some of you, this is the cure.
- 1:42:04Speaker 3: Go back to your fellowship, go back to your home
- 1:42:07Speaker 3: and call a meeting and say, I just came back
- 1:42:10Speaker 3: from a leadership meeting in house on the rock as
- 1:42:12Speaker 3: the father.
- 1:42:13Speaker 2: Now if I were you, this is what I would do.
- 1:42:16Speaker 3: Sit your children down, let all of them be ready
- 1:42:20Speaker 3: to listen to you by acknowledging fault. If you say sorry,
- 1:42:24Speaker 3: nobody will listen. I take responsibility. I know better now
- 1:42:29Speaker 3: than I used to know, thanks to church, and I
- 1:42:33Speaker 3: really want to apologize for the many ways that you
- 1:42:38Speaker 3: may have been hot without my knowledge. I intend for
- 1:42:41Speaker 3: the good of this family, but were products of our mindset.
- 1:42:44Speaker 3: I'm not ashamed of growing. And you see your child losing. Wow,
- 1:42:47Speaker 3: that is accepting for for the first.
- 1:42:49Speaker 2: Time in twelve years. I'm temp ted to you. Four expressions.
- 1:43:01Speaker 3: I was doing a training for a few people, have
- 1:43:04Speaker 3: done it for my people and then in South Africa.
- 1:43:07Speaker 2: Let me teach you. There are four expressions.
- 1:43:10Speaker 3: Use them this night, Use them now, and you will
- 1:43:14Speaker 3: watch the miracle that happens in your life.
- 1:43:16Speaker 2: Can I give it to you? Number one? Please? P
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: L E A S E. Everyone write it down. You
- 1:43:24Speaker 2: will be.
- 1:43:25Speaker 3: Surprised how many doors the word please will open for
- 1:43:29Speaker 3: you Nigerians.
- 1:43:31Speaker 2: Len it.
- 1:43:31Speaker 3: Please say it one more time in the name of
- 1:43:35Speaker 3: Jesus said please is an expression of courtesy. You'll become
- 1:43:42Speaker 3: an exceptional leader when you learn to use the word please.
- 1:43:46Speaker 3: These are miracle expressions. When you tell people please, it's
- 1:43:50Speaker 3: a sign of courtesy. It adds to strengthening their sense
- 1:43:54Speaker 3: of significance.
- 1:43:56Speaker 2: Please, could you shift here? Don't say shift now? And
- 1:43:59Speaker 2: then by blah blah bah blah, prayers go in or
- 1:44:01Speaker 2: shift I went together.
- 1:44:06Speaker 3: You pick up a call and you want somebody you
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: don't you're out of units.
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: Call me, call me, call me? Are you off the phone?
- 1:44:12Speaker 2: He never calls you again, and.
- 1:44:13Speaker 3: The miracle at the other side of the phone goes
- 1:44:16Speaker 3: with the person's annoyance one more time. Say please to
- 1:44:20Speaker 3: your wife, say please to your husband, to your children.
- 1:44:24Speaker 3: As a man of God, please a sense of courtesy.
- 1:44:27Speaker 3: Number two, thank you, thank you, not thanks, thank you Nigerians.
- 1:44:34Speaker 2: Thanks. Someone will spend two weeks begging you for money,
- 1:44:39Speaker 2: harassing you with scripture. The Bible says, be good to
- 1:44:42Speaker 2: all men. It says, when it is within your power,
- 1:44:44Speaker 2: pastor you are the one that did this, and you
- 1:44:47Speaker 2: finally send the ten thousand and narra. Then by night
- 1:44:51Speaker 2: he now sends one word thanks. No, No, there is
- 1:45:00Speaker 2: a leadership training or do the miracle service in the night.
- 1:45:03Speaker 2: But this one, now, this is a mental miracle service.
- 1:45:07Speaker 2: Is someone learning one more time said thank you. Don't
- 1:45:12Speaker 2: say thanks.
- 1:45:13Speaker 3: No, if someone is nice and kind to you twenty times,
- 1:45:17Speaker 3: say thank you twenty times.
- 1:45:23Speaker 2: Can I tell you there are many of you.
- 1:45:26Speaker 3: Your partners stop giving to you because they perceived that
- 1:45:29Speaker 3: you were taking them for granted. When thank you become
- 1:45:33Speaker 3: too heavy for your mouth, your account to tell, thank you,
- 1:45:38Speaker 3: thank you.
- 1:45:39Speaker 2: When people treat you well, when God honors you with
- 1:45:42Speaker 2: great membership, tell them thank you. Don't say go, they
- 1:45:47Speaker 2: will go. That's when you.
- 1:45:51Speaker 3: Will know that people without a vision. They say, without
- 1:45:56Speaker 3: a vision, the people who perish. But without the people,
- 1:45:59Speaker 3: the vision will suffer. One more time, say thank you.
- 1:46:04Speaker 3: Go back and tell everybody, show them the new revelation
- 1:46:08Speaker 3: you found.
- 1:46:09Speaker 2: Say thank you, and you will watch doors open, open open.
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: You tell someone thank you, they are even surprised. Thank
- 1:46:16Speaker 2: you to me? What for? Thank you? Thank you?
- 1:46:23Speaker 3: Most people tell only Jesus thank you, And the reason
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: is because they can't see him. Is hypocrisy. That thank
- 1:46:30Speaker 3: you they're saying is because of what they're about to ask.
- 1:46:37Speaker 3: You called me to treade leaders, Reverend.
- 1:46:42Speaker 2: Thank you. Can I give you the third? I am sorry?
- 1:46:46Speaker 2: Write it down. That's right, I'm do one teaching does
- 1:46:49Speaker 2: write it down. I'm sorry, not sorry, I am sorry.
- 1:46:55Speaker 2: The expression i am sorry is a miracle. Look at me,
- 1:46:58Speaker 2: please please look at me. If someone learning i am sorry.
- 1:47:02Speaker 3: It puts you in a position where you are vulnerable
- 1:47:06Speaker 3: without shame.
- 1:47:08Speaker 2: That means you let people know that we are all human.
- 1:47:11Speaker 3: We see in part and we prophesy in part that
- 1:47:14Speaker 3: no matter how great, the best of us is still human.
- 1:47:17Speaker 3: When you say i'm sorry, you bring people to a
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: point where they are reminded that just like you, they
- 1:47:22Speaker 3: are human, and that to err is human. We say,
- 1:47:26Speaker 3: but then to forgive its divine one more time, say
- 1:47:29Speaker 3: i'm sorry. Nations have gone to war because one person
- 1:47:34Speaker 3: was too proud to say I'm sorry. With all due respect,
- 1:47:38Speaker 3: not to play with your mind, but there are marriages
- 1:47:40Speaker 3: today that would have walked if only one person. I
- 1:47:44Speaker 3: am sorry does not mean I'm the one who is wrong.
- 1:47:47Speaker 3: Sometimes it means I'm the one who is wise. I
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: am sorry. It's not always about.
- 1:47:56Speaker 2: The offender of fender who is not your offender?
- 1:47:58Speaker 3: Now, English, teach me well, one the person who cost
- 1:48:02Speaker 3: trouble and the person who trouble was cost over. Are
- 1:48:07Speaker 3: we together say I'm sorry? Someone who has been sponsoring you,
- 1:48:15Speaker 3: and you'll never acknowledge the person. Now the person is
- 1:48:18Speaker 3: plained and angry, and you say, are we not humans?
- 1:48:21Speaker 2: That is not I'm sorry. No, I'm sorry, sir, Sorry
- 1:48:26Speaker 2: for not being thoughtful. I have learned.
- 1:48:29Speaker 3: I came to church and now I've been mentored, and
- 1:48:32Speaker 3: I'm just here to say I'm sorry.
- 1:48:36Speaker 2: Sorry. The healing power of i'm sorry is as powerful
- 1:48:43Speaker 2: as the healing anointing. Did you hear what I said?
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: The healing power of I am sorry. What i'm sorry does,
- 1:48:51Speaker 2: it's almost the same thing as what the healing anointing does.
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: The healing anointing can heal the body, but my goodness,
- 1:48:59Speaker 3: there our souls can be healed by.
- 1:49:01Speaker 2: Telling people I'm sorry. The moment you say i'm sorry.
- 1:49:06Speaker 3: The person at the other end becomes foolish if he
- 1:49:08Speaker 3: continues from that point, because I'm sorry should naturally not
- 1:49:13Speaker 3: easily bring an end to all strife. Say I'm sorry again.
- 1:49:20Speaker 3: The last expression, God bless you. As simple as this sounds,
- 1:49:25Speaker 3: it is a miracle. God bless you, God bless you,
- 1:49:29Speaker 3: God bless you contains three powerful words. One God, two
- 1:49:35Speaker 3: bless three you, God bless you three words that, if
- 1:49:43Speaker 3: properly combined, can.
- 1:49:44Speaker 2: Produce a miracle in the mind of the hearers. God
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: bless you.
- 1:49:50Speaker 3: That means you can be better today than you were
- 1:49:53Speaker 3: yesterday because I've introduced God, I've introduced his blessings and
- 1:49:57Speaker 3: it is all directed to you.
- 1:50:01Speaker 2: Listen to me.
- 1:50:02Speaker 3: If you leave this place just learning these four expressions alone,
- 1:50:06Speaker 3: you did not waste your time this morning. It will
- 1:50:08Speaker 3: turn your leadership to a miracle. You will manage crisis.
- 1:50:12Speaker 3: Most people think it's all about just prayer and first thing. No,
- 1:50:15Speaker 3: there are times this is the wisdom of the just
- 1:50:18Speaker 3: that the Bible talks about.
- 1:50:21Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 1:50:22Speaker 3: I have used this as a person and in leadership,
- 1:50:26Speaker 3: and I have watched it walk wonders in my life.
- 1:50:29Speaker 3: Let me give you the last mandate of leaders and
- 1:50:32Speaker 3: then we wrap up for this morning session.
- 1:50:35Speaker 2: Are you ready for number three? I want you to
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: pay attention to this third one.
- 1:50:40Speaker 3: Visionary leaders build models and systems. Visionary leaders build models
- 1:50:49Speaker 3: and systems that guarantee.
- 1:50:52Speaker 2: Succession and continuity.
- 1:50:55Speaker 3: Visionary leaders build models and systems.
- 1:51:00Speaker 2: Please write it.
- 1:51:01Speaker 3: They build models and systems that guarantee sock session and continuity.
- 1:51:10Speaker 3: When everything ends with you or ends with your absence,
- 1:51:13Speaker 3: you fail as a leader Africa, Africa, may we arise
- 1:51:19Speaker 3: in the name of Jesus. Do you notice that in
- 1:51:23Speaker 3: many families, with all due respect, you will hear that
- 1:51:27Speaker 3: a man in his lifetime was a billoonere and he
- 1:51:30Speaker 3: will make the money in his lifetime, spend it in
- 1:51:33Speaker 3: his lifetime, finish it in his lifetime, and die And
- 1:51:37Speaker 3: the next song starts. He doesn't even start from zero.
- 1:51:41Speaker 3: He start by managing the father's enemies and uses twenty
- 1:51:45Speaker 3: years of his life to tell them sorry before he
- 1:51:47Speaker 3: starts building his own life. This is what we see
- 1:51:50Speaker 3: in Africa. Are we together? Visionary leaders think beyond themselves.
- 1:51:59Speaker 3: They build systems. If your absence collapses a ministry and
- 1:52:03Speaker 3: an organization, it means you're an idol in that ministry.
- 1:52:08Speaker 2: Not a leader. Are we together? Yes?
- 1:52:12Speaker 3: I told my people years ago that if they do
- 1:52:15Speaker 3: not see me, this is way before we left Zaria,
- 1:52:18Speaker 3: that if they do not see me, the only thing
- 1:52:20Speaker 3: they should miss is my unique contribution, not a collapse.
- 1:52:24Speaker 2: Of the purposes of God. Leaders look beyond themselves.
- 1:52:28Speaker 3: They are passionate about raising transforming followers to leaders and
- 1:52:33Speaker 3: then leaders to agents of transformation. I learned that from
- 1:52:37Speaker 3: late doctor Miles Monroe. Allelujah, who can do what you
- 1:52:43Speaker 3: are doing to allow you rest? There are people in
- 1:52:46Speaker 3: their old age. They wake up in the morning like
- 1:52:49Speaker 3: young people, stressing themselves because they spent their life being
- 1:52:53Speaker 3: so self centered, and they forgot that one day their
- 1:52:56Speaker 3: physical strength will deplete. And a lawyer who did you
- 1:53:02Speaker 3: raise you became a millionnaire. You did not reproduce that
- 1:53:06Speaker 3: grace and that understanding in three or four people.
- 1:53:09Speaker 2: They would have helped you today that you are resting.
- 1:53:12Speaker 2: Are we together? How about men and women of God?
- 1:53:16Speaker 3: Isn't it terrible If I'm not able to make church
- 1:53:19Speaker 3: on Sunday and everything goes down because of my absence,
- 1:53:23Speaker 3: It means I've been directing the people to me, not Jesus.
- 1:53:27Speaker 2: Are we together?
- 1:53:29Speaker 3: Leaders build systems, say systems, say systems, say models. I'm
- 1:53:36Speaker 3: very honored when I learned sometimes that Reverend Edwin, you know,
- 1:53:39Speaker 3: he travels, you know, to see his family and to
- 1:53:43Speaker 3: do other things. And he told me yesterday, and he
- 1:53:45Speaker 3: said that a number of times, how that in his
- 1:53:48Speaker 3: absence there is already a structure in place that is
- 1:53:52Speaker 3: very powerful. And I must commend Ebo people as a
- 1:53:58Speaker 3: nation for having that understanding.
- 1:54:00Speaker 2: I think you have a system.
- 1:54:01Speaker 3: I see that work even and I'm saying that honestly,
- 1:54:04Speaker 3: so that a man can start with one storm, and
- 1:54:10Speaker 3: you know that's a Jewish system, still's practicing Israel living
- 1:54:13Speaker 3: up until now.
- 1:54:14Speaker 2: Yes, it's true. So one star and then he will get.
- 1:54:19Speaker 3: If I understand you correctly, maybe two or three people,
- 1:54:22Speaker 3: and then train them pragmatically. The man can travel to
- 1:54:27Speaker 3: China to bring goods and the boy is running it.
- 1:54:30Speaker 3: And then soon he will establish branches and annexes and
- 1:54:33Speaker 3: they now learn on the job. One day he will
- 1:54:36Speaker 3: settle the person and the person can continue. That is
- 1:54:39Speaker 3: powerful because the person you are helping maybe the one
- 1:54:42Speaker 3: to help you tomorrow.
- 1:54:45Speaker 2: Are we together?
- 1:54:46Speaker 3: Yes, listen, I know that sometimes we treasure the knowledge
- 1:54:53Speaker 3: that we've had through the years because it came through sweat,
- 1:54:56Speaker 3: through blood and pain. But you must be vulnerable to
- 1:54:59Speaker 3: trust some body with what you know. Everybody is not
- 1:55:02Speaker 3: a deceiver and everybody will not fail.
- 1:55:04Speaker 1: You.
- 1:55:05Speaker 2: Do not allow your pain and your scars.
- 1:55:07Speaker 3: Don't allow the injury to affect you so much that
- 1:55:10Speaker 3: you don't trust anybody. Don't like Elisha, I know that
- 1:55:15Speaker 3: we say Gehazi was not there to collect Eliacia's mantle.
- 1:55:18Speaker 3: I sympathize with Gehazi, but I also blame Elisha. You
- 1:55:22Speaker 3: can see raise other people. If you raise one and
- 1:55:27Speaker 3: you fail, raise another one. If you raise one and
- 1:55:30Speaker 3: you failed, Is that not true?
- 1:55:32Speaker 2: Yes? The power of reproduction is a miracle. The word
- 1:55:36Speaker 2: really means again.
- 1:55:38Speaker 3: If a woman loses a pregnancy, respectfully speaking, there is
- 1:55:41Speaker 3: hope that she can be pregnant again. If you raise
- 1:55:44Speaker 3: somebody and it does not respect you, breaks your hearts
- 1:55:47Speaker 3: and goes no problem. Leave them in peace. They will
- 1:55:49Speaker 3: reap what they have sold you start again again. It's
- 1:55:51Speaker 3: a powerful word. Again, it's a powerful word. I'm wrapping
- 1:55:57Speaker 3: up with this now. Visionary leaders, sustained faculty to start again.
- 1:56:02Speaker 2: This church is a product of the world. Again, Am
- 1:56:05Speaker 2: I right on that? I understand the bit of the
- 1:56:08Speaker 2: history of the church.
- 1:56:09Speaker 3: And you know, Reverend Edwin had graciously told me the story,
- 1:56:13Speaker 3: and I saw that yesterday.
- 1:56:15Speaker 2: He would have stayed and you people would have been
- 1:56:17Speaker 2: meeting somewhere outside with a legitimate excuse. Isn't it amazing?
- 1:56:21Speaker 2: I know rain washed your house, but have you seen
- 1:56:24Speaker 2: the place for a new land?
- 1:56:25Speaker 3: Someone say again, Prophessy to yourself, say again, you went
- 1:56:31Speaker 3: down spiritually, but there is hope for a three again.
- 1:56:35Speaker 3: Leaders have the ability to give people.
- 1:56:37Speaker 2: A chance to start again, and that they themselves can
- 1:56:41Speaker 2: start again. I want to end my discussion where when
- 1:56:44Speaker 2: to pray, but this is important for you to know.
- 1:56:47Speaker 2: Again is a miracle. Adam knew his wife, Cain came,
- 1:56:53Speaker 2: Abel came, and then can killed Abel?
- 1:56:57Speaker 3: Remember and then the Bible tells us that Adam knew
- 1:57:00Speaker 3: his wife agay Alah cor seat Ah. The man went
- 1:57:05Speaker 3: back to business again, Samson, haven't lost your eyes and
- 1:57:10Speaker 3: your hair.
- 1:57:10Speaker 2: You still have hands, and you still have the God
- 1:57:13Speaker 2: who gives all. You can go back again. Ruth. It
- 1:57:19Speaker 2: is true that the first face of your family life
- 1:57:23Speaker 2: went down, lost your husband, lost your.
- 1:57:26Speaker 3: Children, but you still have Noaomi. Always be conscious of
- 1:57:29Speaker 3: what you have left, because with what you have left,
- 1:57:32Speaker 3: it is enough for that word.
- 1:57:34Speaker 2: Again.
- 1:57:38Speaker 3: You lost your job, but you still have wisdom start again.
- 1:57:43Speaker 3: This is a prophetic word. God is giving someone. You
- 1:57:47Speaker 3: did ministry, but because you were wrongly mentored, you did
- 1:57:50Speaker 3: a lot of things that you now know are not
- 1:57:53Speaker 3: consistent with scripture. Don't sit beating yourself crying forever. Yes,
- 1:57:58Speaker 3: you once lived a wayward life. For God's sake, don't
- 1:58:01Speaker 3: talk about rehab. The prostitute wedshalls become reyhab the woman
- 1:58:06Speaker 3: of God. There are two rehabs here, be mindful of
- 1:58:11Speaker 3: the one you are talking about. Allelujah. God gives us
- 1:58:16Speaker 3: an opportunity to have the yesterday version of ourselves, today
- 1:58:21Speaker 3: version of ourselves, and tomorrow version of ourselves. You can
- 1:58:26Speaker 3: remain in your yesterday version, or you can take advantage
- 1:58:29Speaker 3: of the mystery called again.
- 1:58:31Speaker 2: To evolve again means evolve again means try for a.
- 1:58:37Speaker 3: Greater version of yourself. Your yesterday version was not anointed.
- 1:58:42Speaker 3: But hallelujah, thank God for sore Conference twenty twenty three.
- 1:58:45Speaker 3: You can start again, Man of God. You can go
- 1:58:49Speaker 3: back and build that fellowship again. You can build your
- 1:58:52Speaker 3: home again. Remember ye not the former things, nor consider
- 1:58:58Speaker 3: the things of all the Bible says. For behold see
- 1:59:02Speaker 3: conceive as a reality in your spirit.
- 1:59:05Speaker 2: I do a new thing in leadership.
- 1:59:09Speaker 3: Reverend Edwin would attest to it, and every other leader
- 1:59:12Speaker 3: here there are moments where.
- 1:59:14Speaker 2: You will have to give people a chance. People will
- 1:59:17Speaker 2: make mistakes.
- 1:59:19Speaker 3: Perhaps you, as the leader yourself, you will make all
- 1:59:21Speaker 3: kinds and all shades of mistakes. Can I tell you
- 1:59:25Speaker 3: the moment you will lend your lesson and draw wisdom
- 1:59:27Speaker 3: from your pain.
- 1:59:28Speaker 2: You have cheated it, lamenting and crying over yesterday.
- 1:59:34Speaker 3: You carry ten million error and put it in a
- 1:59:37Speaker 3: wrong business and put it in a wrong investment.
- 1:59:40Speaker 2: How long will you keep crying? Allelujah? How long will
- 1:59:45Speaker 2: you keep crying? David? I know you prayed and prayed
- 1:59:49Speaker 2: and prayed that the child will not die. But the
- 1:59:51Speaker 2: child is now dead. Stop watering a dead plant. It
- 1:59:55Speaker 2: is dead.
- 1:59:56Speaker 3: Start finding seats quickly before another harvest to come up.
- 2:00:00Speaker 2: You have not sown anything.
- 2:00:01Speaker 3: You can try to water a dying plant hoping that
- 2:00:04Speaker 3: it will come back, but when it is dead, it
- 2:00:07Speaker 3: is dead. You can use that dead plant as the
- 2:00:10Speaker 3: Manuah for the next plant and get sees. Listen today,
- 2:00:19Speaker 3: God has helped us to be leaders, not because we
- 2:00:22Speaker 3: had perfect people around us, and not because we're perfect ourselves.
- 2:00:25Speaker 2: Are we together? But this mystery again? Archive it in
- 2:00:29Speaker 2: your mind, added in the bag that you use to
- 2:00:32Speaker 2: so John in destiny, you will need it.
- 2:00:35Speaker 3: Give people a chance to make honest mistakes, Give people
- 2:00:39Speaker 3: a chance to disappoint you. Honestly and give them a
- 2:00:42Speaker 3: chance to recover. This is what happened. If I believe
- 2:00:46Speaker 3: if Judas had gone to Jesus, Judas would have become
- 2:00:49Speaker 3: apostle Judas. I don't know who acts him to kill himself.
- 2:00:53Speaker 3: He lost the money, he lost his life, he lost
- 2:00:56Speaker 3: his bishopric.
- 2:01:00Speaker 2: Peter who told Jesus, I will not leave you. Remember,
- 2:01:06Speaker 2: he ran away, and.
- 2:01:08Speaker 3: Because of his fear he called a young gal woman
- 2:01:10Speaker 3: because he was running away from Jesus, all in an
- 2:01:15Speaker 3: effort to deny Jesus.
- 2:01:18Speaker 2: But after all of that he went back to fishing.
- 2:01:22Speaker 2: And look at Jesus, I like the leader Jesus, not
- 2:01:26Speaker 2: just the savior of Jesus. Jesus is now back to life,
- 2:01:31Speaker 2: and he goes to the.
- 2:01:32Speaker 3: Sea shore and says, little children, have you any catch?
- 2:01:34Speaker 3: Not even recognizing it was him, he said, cast your
- 2:01:37Speaker 3: net to the right side.
- 2:01:39Speaker 2: And when they caught so.
- 2:01:40Speaker 3: Much fish, Peter descern who else can do this kind
- 2:01:43Speaker 3: of miracle? And Peter came to him. He said, depart
- 2:01:51Speaker 3: from me. Ah, you've come to touch on me. Now
- 2:01:54Speaker 3: you want to give me the memory of the last
- 2:01:56Speaker 3: seventy two hours.
- 2:01:57Speaker 2: I betrayed you. I ran away.
- 2:01:59Speaker 3: You in first handily, but give people a chance. When
- 2:02:05Speaker 3: Jesus Peter came to him, he simply sat to eat,
- 2:02:10Speaker 3: and he said, Simon, but Jonah loves than me, more
- 2:02:14Speaker 3: than this.
- 2:02:15Speaker 2: And Peter said, no, I made this mistake. I will
- 2:02:17Speaker 2: not make it again. This man died for Jesus.
- 2:02:21Speaker 3: Imagine understanding the Bible without Peter's contribution. Thomas, that you
- 2:02:28Speaker 3: called doubting Thomas. I hope you know there is a
- 2:02:30Speaker 3: book of Thomas. He was not canon nice to become
- 2:02:33Speaker 3: part of the sixty six books. But my goodness, Bible
- 2:02:36Speaker 3: history tells us that that man Thomas was a mighty man.
- 2:02:39Speaker 2: He was powerful. One time.
- 2:02:41Speaker 3: History tells us that he literally laid hands on someone
- 2:02:44Speaker 3: to cast out a spirit, and a physical object came
- 2:02:47Speaker 3: out of the person. Just because he doubted does not
- 2:02:51Speaker 3: mean he was a doubter forever we said, doubting it,
- 2:02:53Speaker 3: doubly doubted for one day you how many times have
- 2:02:55Speaker 3: you done it? Let's be fair on the guy, Allelujah.
- 2:03:06Speaker 2: Can I tell you.
- 2:03:08Speaker 3: Many people not you will disappoint you. When the Bible
- 2:03:12Speaker 3: says to put a breastplate of righteousness.
- 2:03:16Speaker 2: Do you know why? There will be many pierred things
- 2:03:18Speaker 2: on your chest.
- 2:03:21Speaker 3: As a leader, you need to put it. You will
- 2:03:23Speaker 3: raise people who would downplay your contribution. Leaders bleed and
- 2:03:27Speaker 3: cry all the time. There are others who have even
- 2:03:30Speaker 3: carried pain and shift that pain to their children, their wives,
- 2:03:33Speaker 3: their husbands. You will find people disappoint you in organizations.
- 2:03:38Speaker 3: Some of you are seated right now and you almost
- 2:03:41Speaker 3: cannot manage the pain that has come. You give someone money,
- 2:03:44Speaker 3: he ran away with it. He cheated you, lied against you,
- 2:03:47Speaker 3: did all kinds of things. My assignment as I wrap
- 2:03:52Speaker 3: up this leadership session, is that you cannot keep crying forever.
- 2:03:56Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:03:57Speaker 3: Jesus wept, but not forever. If he kept trying, he
- 2:04:01Speaker 3: would not become a savior. He will remain Jesus the baby.
- 2:04:05Speaker 3: The first time he cried was when he was born.
- 2:04:07Speaker 3: The second time he cried was when he was in
- 2:04:09Speaker 3: pain with Lazarus. The third time he would cry he
- 2:04:13Speaker 3: was in get se many for the sake of his assignment.
- 2:04:15Speaker 3: These are the only three reasons why you should cry.
- 2:04:18Speaker 3: You should cry because you are a child ignorance. You
- 2:04:22Speaker 3: should cry because you are moved with compassion. And sometimes
- 2:04:26Speaker 3: you cry because of the burden of your assignment. Any
- 2:04:29Speaker 3: other reason is not valid. This is a good place
- 2:04:38Speaker 3: for rappaub. Has God spoken to someone Listen. The only
- 2:04:43Speaker 3: thank you gift that you can give, Reverend Edwin is
- 2:04:47Speaker 3: to go back and listen to this teaching. I know
- 2:04:50Speaker 3: you are motivated. Number you may forget in search of
- 2:04:53Speaker 3: a miracle by night, go.
- 2:04:54Speaker 2: And get this teaching. After this conference, be like the
- 2:05:00Speaker 2: wise men.
- 2:05:00Speaker 3: Listen to it again. God, are the people in your organization,
- 2:05:05Speaker 3: I've done the speaking for you. Sit down with them
- 2:05:08Speaker 3: and said, nobody goes out. Give you who are listening
- 2:05:10Speaker 3: to this in the name of Jesus. Let them sit
- 2:05:12Speaker 3: down and listen to it and cry while they listen,
- 2:05:16Speaker 3: make resolutions while they listen, and you pray and reform your.
- 2:05:20Speaker 2: Organization for the next level.
- 2:05:24Speaker 3: I conclude by challenging you that leadership is a noble responsibility.
- 2:05:29Speaker 2: You have the opportunity to.
- 2:05:31Speaker 3: Serve your nation with what God has given you, serve
- 2:05:34Speaker 3: your generation with what God has given.
- 2:05:35Speaker 2: You, and inspire others to do same.
- 2:05:39Speaker 3: At the end of your life, you will be known
- 2:05:41Speaker 3: for only two things, the problems you solved and the
- 2:05:44Speaker 3: ones you created.
- 2:05:46Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 2:05:48Speaker 3: The hymn writer says, Thus, would we pass from the
- 2:05:50Speaker 3: earth and its toiling, only to be remembered by what
- 2:05:53Speaker 3: we have done, not just what we said, not just
- 2:05:56Speaker 3: what we wished, but what we did. At the end
- 2:05:59Speaker 3: of my life, it's my commitment to do the best
- 2:06:03Speaker 3: that I can, helping and inspiring my generation to love Jesus,
- 2:06:07Speaker 3: to serve Him, and to know that there is no
- 2:06:09Speaker 3: limit to the life of the believer who is in Christ.
- 2:06:14Speaker 3: And this is what I'm committed to doing as a
- 2:06:16Speaker 3: man of God and as a leader. And I've come
- 2:06:19Speaker 3: to share Reverend Edwin's passion even at this sore conference.
- 2:06:24Speaker 3: My prayer for you, sincerely, from the depth of my heart,
- 2:06:27Speaker 3: is that with these redefinitions and these reorientations that you
- 2:06:30Speaker 3: have received, that you would have positioned you to become
- 2:06:34Speaker 3: an exceptional leader in the home front, in business, as
- 2:06:39Speaker 3: a student, as an entrepreneur, as a man of God, in.
- 2:06:43Speaker 2: Whatever capacity you have to serve.
- 2:06:46Speaker 3: You should know that there is a call and there
- 2:06:49Speaker 3: is a bacon upon your destiny to be the light. Indeed,
- 2:06:52Speaker 3: let's rise as we pray you are the covenant keeping God,
- 2:07:02Speaker 3: this hold hands with someone you.
- 2:07:05Speaker 6: The coven and keeping guy yah way yeah way coming,
- 2:07:13Speaker 6: and keeping yeah away the coming.
- 2:07:21Speaker 2: And keeping time you singing coming, keeping you are you
- 2:07:34Speaker 2: are coming, and keeping yeah await.
- 2:07:43Speaker 6: Coming, keeping, oh yeah.
- 2:07:50Speaker 2: Coming. Now you see that behind everything that works, it
- 2:07:59Speaker 2: is not just a no.
- 2:08:01Speaker 3: The value of anointing is that these preparations have been made.
- 2:08:04Speaker 2: First, Allelujah.
- 2:08:07Speaker 3: The quality of the vessel that receives the oil is
- 2:08:10Speaker 3: what gives credence to the oil. If a poor and
- 2:08:14Speaker 3: ill prepared vessel receives the oil, it will make it
- 2:08:17Speaker 3: look small. God has expanded your mind, preparing you for tonight.
- 2:08:22Speaker 3: There are many of you the grace that is upon
- 2:08:24Speaker 3: you in terms of ministry.
- 2:08:27Speaker 2: Let me tell you the truth. I have seen this
- 2:08:29Speaker 2: many times in my vision that there are still mighty people.
- 2:08:33Speaker 2: The ones you know are only the list of the
- 2:08:36Speaker 2: crop of people God is training. But for many you have.
- 2:08:39Speaker 3: Mastered the art of the altar. But you may have
- 2:08:42Speaker 3: ignored leadership. It's why you cannot scale the vision that
- 2:08:45Speaker 3: God has given you to rise to a point of
- 2:08:48Speaker 3: notoriety for the King. There are great businesses here serving
- 2:08:53Speaker 3: this city with products that is needed by all transcontinentally.
- 2:08:59Speaker 3: But because you lack this acumen of leadership, you are
- 2:09:02Speaker 3: not able to rise and scale your business. The labor
- 2:09:06Speaker 3: of the full I make reference to the scripture that Reverend.
- 2:09:09Speaker 2: Gave to introduce me. Weary at every.
- 2:09:12Speaker 3: One of them, with no exception, he says, because you
- 2:09:15Speaker 3: know it, not how to get to the city. When
- 2:09:19Speaker 3: I discovered the call of God upon my life, I
- 2:09:23Speaker 3: cried onto the Lord to show me all the ingredients
- 2:09:25Speaker 3: that make for.
- 2:09:26Speaker 2: An excelling ministry.
- 2:09:27Speaker 3: All that I knew was the areas of consecration and
- 2:09:31Speaker 3: the world of God and prayer. But then I would learn,
- 2:09:34Speaker 3: thanks to quality mentorship, that there are many angles and facets.
- 2:09:39Speaker 2: There are tools. Did you know that when you are
- 2:09:41Speaker 2: preparing a meal.
- 2:09:42Speaker 3: If you're preparing, say fried rice, the major the active ingredient,
- 2:09:48Speaker 3: there's the rice itself, but do not ignore the seasonings,
- 2:09:52Speaker 3: do not ignore salt. If you boil rice alone, it
- 2:09:55Speaker 3: is not fried rice. It is rice tasteless rice.
- 2:09:58Speaker 2: Am I right on that?
- 2:10:00Speaker 3: You serve that one at the table, and you would
- 2:10:02Speaker 3: think that just because rise, the major ingredient is there,
- 2:10:05Speaker 3: you cooked.
- 2:10:06Speaker 2: Well, you did it.
- 2:10:08Speaker 3: There are many ingredients required for our overall excelling. Your
- 2:10:12Speaker 3: assignment is to pay attention to every one of them,
- 2:10:16Speaker 3: including the supposedly insignificant ones. We emphasize orders like prayer
- 2:10:22Speaker 3: and worship and word and character, which is very important.
- 2:10:26Speaker 2: But do not ignore leadership. Do not ignore all of this.
- 2:10:31Speaker 2: They will open the gates of nations to you. They
- 2:10:34Speaker 2: will bring help us who will help you in the world.
- 2:10:37Speaker 2: Pray for yourself in one minute. Father, Now that I
- 2:10:40Speaker 2: have heard these things.
- 2:10:41Speaker 3: May I be happy as I obtain grace to do them.
- 2:10:45Speaker 3: Go ahead and pray some of you. Perhaps you are
- 2:10:47Speaker 3: hearing some of these things not for the first time,
- 2:10:50Speaker 3: but you have ignored them and you did not place
- 2:10:53Speaker 3: value on them. Here is God giving you another chance
- 2:10:56Speaker 3: to rewrite your story, to redirect your.
- 2:10:58Speaker 2: Destiny and pray.
- 2:11:00Speaker 3: Go ahead and pray, pray passionately as we prepare for
- 2:11:05Speaker 3: the knight. What trusting God for not pouring in this
- 2:11:08Speaker 3: place tonight. What trusting God to bring his word again
