Clancy Defense Atty: One Juror “Refuses to Listen to the Law”
The judge has ordered the jury in the Lindsay Clancy trial back to court tomorrow for a seventh day of deliberations. At one point, Clancy’s defense abruptly pushed back revealing it is a single juror who is keeping the jury from a unanimous decision.
