- 0:01Speaker 1: You're listening to Bill Handle on demand from KFI AM
- 0:05Speaker 1: six forty Bill Handle. Good Morning everybody, Friday, March sixth.
- 0:11Speaker 1: It is a foody Friday. It is an ask handle
- 0:13Speaker 1: anything Friday. And also we're gonna have some other fun
- 0:16Speaker 1: topics today is not heavy duty. Yeah, I generally do that,
- 0:22Speaker 1: and I like to throw at you heavy duty topics
- 0:25Speaker 1: only to make your life a little bit more miserable
- 0:28Speaker 1: if I can. At the end of the show, if
- 0:30Speaker 1: I can walk away going you know what, people are
- 0:33Speaker 1: more set and depressed than they were when they started
- 0:35Speaker 1: the show. I'm a happy camper, so in my view,
- 0:40Speaker 1: this story is happy camping, to say the least. And
- 0:42Speaker 1: I'm not alone. The President summarily removed Department of Homeland
- 0:48Speaker 1: Security Secretary Christinome and the only as much as I
- 0:52Speaker 1: agree with that, where he did the appropriate and the
- 0:56Speaker 1: right thing, my only complaint, the only disagreement I would
- 1:01Speaker 1: have criticism is he didn't do it quickly enough because
- 1:05Speaker 1: there was mounting bipartisan criticism of her leadership at of
- 1:15Speaker 1: her department. I mean, she was that bad and it
- 1:19Speaker 1: didn't I just have to do with the deportation agenda
- 1:22Speaker 1: that she pushed and pushed and pushed like crazy and
- 1:24Speaker 1: was so proud of but also dismantling FEMA for example.
- 1:30Speaker 1: So how did Trump announce it? Social media of course,
- 1:33Speaker 1: and immediately said that she would be replaced by Senator
- 1:36Speaker 1: Mark Wayne Mullum, who is a staunch defender of Donald
- 1:41Speaker 1: Trump and has been in the Senate. So he is
- 1:44Speaker 1: instantly going to be confirmed because not only the Republicans
- 1:50Speaker 1: in charge of the Senate, so that's sort of a given.
- 1:52Speaker 1: They give the President basically what he wants, and instantly
- 1:55Speaker 1: that's both sides. President brings up a nominee, if it's
- 1:59Speaker 1: a Republican president, there will be a Republican vote to confirm.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Same thing on the Democratic side. And not only is
- 2:05Speaker 1: he a Republican but also a Republican staunch supporter of
- 2:09Speaker 1: the president, but also he's just well liked. I mean,
- 2:12Speaker 1: they just like him in the Senate, and so that
- 2:16Speaker 1: helps him enormously. And so gname who has been fired
- 2:22Speaker 1: will now move and this is hilarious into her new
- 2:25Speaker 1: role as Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas. Yeah,
- 2:32Speaker 1: I don't know what that means either. I have no idea.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I don't think the president knows what that means he
- 2:39Speaker 1: is going to announce this new Shield of America's program
- 2:45Speaker 1: on Saturday in Florida. I think at mar A Lago,
- 2:48Speaker 1: why not when end out, you fire someone and you
- 2:51Speaker 1: create some kind of position, and there you go. And
- 2:56Speaker 1: then the post he praised NOME as having served us
- 2:59Speaker 1: well and pray for numerous and spectacular results, especially on
- 3:04Speaker 1: the border exclamation mark. And why well, I mean from
- 3:09Speaker 1: the beginning she was a mess, totally unqualified by the
- 3:12Speaker 1: way to run a department, a cabinet position. I mean totally,
- 3:18Speaker 1: and not that she's the only one that's totally unqualified.
- 3:21Speaker 1: There are plenty of unqualified people in positions of great
- 3:26Speaker 1: responsibility in this administration where the only qualification necessary is
- 3:31Speaker 1: loyalty to the president. That's it. You're loyal, you get
- 3:35Speaker 1: a job, and if you are disloyal, you're in a
- 3:38Speaker 1: lot of trouble. Okay, But we've talked about that. She
- 3:41Speaker 1: went over the top. I mean she really did it.
- 3:47Speaker 1: For example, she spent two hundred million dollars on a campaign,
- 3:52Speaker 1: a TV campaign, two hundred and twenty million dollars which
- 3:55Speaker 1: starred her, and they were so hamhanded that you looked
- 4:02Speaker 1: at these we talked about the commercials Neil and I
- 4:06Speaker 1: when these things were up, and you go, come on,
- 4:08Speaker 1: this can't be real. So she's telling illegal immigrants to
- 4:11Speaker 1: self deport, of which hundreds of thousands did or get
- 4:15Speaker 1: picked up, and you'll never be able to come back.
- 4:18Speaker 1: And there she is on a horse in front of
- 4:21Speaker 1: Mount Rushmore. And there she is in front of a
- 4:23Speaker 1: nicaraguin present prison. There she is in the full garb
- 4:29Speaker 1: and regalia of an ice agent. There she is in
- 4:33Speaker 1: the ice baseball cap. There she is Saturday night. It
- 4:39Speaker 1: really was. You're absolutely right. It was a Saturday Night
- 4:42Speaker 1: Live skit that she was on. And I'll tell you
- 4:45Speaker 1: when nailed her. A couple of other things Day oled
- 4:47Speaker 1: here because that was just fun. That was her just
- 4:50Speaker 1: being a pompous, self aggrandizing ass. No I'm not talking
- 4:53Speaker 1: about the president. I'm talking about Christinome. A complete self
- 4:57Speaker 1: aggrandizing ass is what she was. Would put her over
- 5:01Speaker 1: the and everybody basically who wanted any kind of credentials
- 5:06Speaker 1: or competence in that position sorely disappointed. It's what she
- 5:11Speaker 1: said at the last hearing that just occurred, the Senate
- 5:15Speaker 1: hearing in which a couple of things happened. Thing Number one,
- 5:19Speaker 1: she refused to apologize to the families and to the
- 5:23Speaker 1: individuals those two people that were killed by ice agent.
- 5:27Speaker 1: She had called them domestic terrorism and talking about Renee
- 5:31Speaker 1: Good and Alex Preddie who were both shot at those demonstrations,
- 5:36Speaker 1: both having no weaponry, both basically being completely innocent, and
- 5:40Speaker 1: she called them domestic terrorists. I mean literally within minutes
- 5:43Speaker 1: after the shooting. They were not domestic terrorists. She never
- 5:47Speaker 1: would back pedal on that one. She never would apologize
- 5:50Speaker 1: straight out, wouldn't do it, and was asked, will you
- 5:53Speaker 1: apologize to those people? And the answer was though, actually
- 5:57Speaker 1: she deflected and said I give my condolences, and it's
- 6:01Speaker 1: horrible and someone is killed. Ins just some kind of
- 6:03Speaker 1: clap trap. And the other thing, when she was asked
- 6:07Speaker 1: about the two hundred and twenty million dollars that she
- 6:10Speaker 1: spent on those ads, of which it even offended Republicans,
- 6:15Speaker 1: I mean that was way over the top, she said
- 6:18Speaker 1: the President had okayed it. Specifically asked did the president
- 6:22Speaker 1: okay this? Yes, sir, the President knows about her, and
- 6:25Speaker 1: he okayed it. She made that up, at least according
- 6:28Speaker 1: to President Trump. And by the way, I believe that.
- 6:32Speaker 1: The I believe the President when he said he didn't
- 6:34Speaker 1: okay it because I don't think well, for one thing,
- 6:38Speaker 1: nobody self aggrandizes in my administration except me. That's for starters.
- 6:45Speaker 1: All seriousness was she went so over the top. And
- 6:50Speaker 1: the other thing is I want to talk about this
- 6:51Speaker 1: a little bit later on. And this is cash Ptel
- 6:55Speaker 1: does and other cabinet members do. Is the way they travel,
- 7:00Speaker 1: the way they fly. They use the government government aircraft
- 7:06Speaker 1: like it was their own and they're billionaires. That's what
- 7:10Speaker 1: they do. Now. Is that stealing money? It is not.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Have they ever been accused of stealing money? No, absolutely not.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Have they been accused, and I think successfully the accusation flies.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Is the way they fly. Department of Homeland Security under
- 7:27Speaker 1: her just bought two very high end Gulf Stream jets,
- 7:33Speaker 1: fully appointed and I'm talking about with first first class
- 7:37Speaker 1: seats and kitchens and all of it, and bought two
- 7:40Speaker 1: of them. And the Republicans, even the Republicans going why
- 7:45Speaker 1: because that's that's the way they fly. Because these are
- 7:49Speaker 1: civil servants, these are representatives, and what they do is
- 7:56Speaker 1: they run our departments, and damn it, if we're not
- 7:59Speaker 1: going to give them aircraft. We're not going to give
- 8:02Speaker 1: him them the ability to fly like none of us
- 8:04Speaker 1: will ever experience in our lifetimes and would never experience
- 8:08Speaker 1: unless we were billionaires. But man, we want them to
- 8:11Speaker 1: have it, don't we. Cash Pateel just did that too,
- 8:15Speaker 1: and going to private places, that's what I love. Cash
- 8:18Speaker 1: Paatel ends up in Italy and he ends up celebrating
- 8:25Speaker 1: with the American men's hockey team winning the gold and
- 8:28Speaker 1: they're all drinking beer and dancing, and Patel is there,
- 8:32Speaker 1: go what are you doing there? Oh? I had some
- 8:34Speaker 1: business there. Don't know what it was, but he had
- 8:38Speaker 1: some business. That's the other thing. All you do is
- 8:40Speaker 1: sneak in one talk to a group of six graders
- 8:44Speaker 1: in one school, and that's an official business now, and
- 8:47Speaker 1: you get to fly the way they fly. I get
- 8:49Speaker 1: good to go a lot further. But she absolutely deserved
- 8:52Speaker 1: to get canned, and the President handled it, I thought
- 8:55Speaker 1: very well. He calls her seconds before she gets up
- 8:59Speaker 1: on stage. She's doing a speech at some governors or
- 9:03Speaker 1: police officers association, and she's up there smiling as if
- 9:09Speaker 1: nothing happened, And literally a few minutes before that, she
- 9:13Speaker 1: gets a call from the President. Any cancer and didn't
- 9:16Speaker 1: even she didn't even refer to it at all. It's
- 9:19Speaker 1: like it didn't happen. And on top of that, she
- 9:22Speaker 1: said that she's still going to appear at some kind
- 9:27Speaker 1: of an awards ceremony and just ignored the fact that
- 9:29Speaker 1: she was canned, which I think is absolutely hilarious. She
- 9:34Speaker 1: pretends didn't happen, although she posted that she was fired
- 9:38Speaker 1: and of course praised the president and said he was
- 9:41Speaker 1: a wonderful human being, and he praised her. You're a
- 9:43Speaker 1: wonderful human being, did a great job even though I
- 9:46Speaker 1: fired you. And you're gonna be a special envoy to
- 9:49Speaker 1: a new program that I have no idea what it is,
- 9:53Speaker 1: nor will I ever have, but you're the envoy to it.
- 9:56Speaker 1: So that's going on. And then the other complaint I
- 9:59Speaker 1: have made about her is the way she flies. These
- 10:03Speaker 1: cabinet heads, Man, they fly like billionaires on government jets,
- 10:10Speaker 1: and man, the jets are incredible. The planes, well, the
- 10:14Speaker 1: big one is Air Force one. I mean, that's sort
- 10:16Speaker 1: of a given, and no one has a real complaint
- 10:18Speaker 1: about Air Force One. As a matter of fact, every
- 10:21Speaker 1: president will say that what do you miss the most?
- 10:23Speaker 1: When asked when leaving the presidency and they all say
- 10:26Speaker 1: the same thing. We miss air Force one. That's the
- 10:30Speaker 1: way to fly. Now, did you know that the press
- 10:33Speaker 1: that a company's a president, they have to pay for
- 10:35Speaker 1: their flight. The government issues them a bill. So whenever
- 10:39Speaker 1: you see these reporters from the news outlets, they're paying
- 10:42Speaker 1: or the news outlets are paying first class plus twenty
- 10:46Speaker 1: percent for the flight. Now are comfortable seats. And while
- 10:51Speaker 1: the people, the president and his staff and his guests
- 10:55Speaker 1: and who is every taking. Then again, depending on who
- 10:58Speaker 1: he takes, whether they get charged or not, and I'm
- 11:01Speaker 1: assuming depends on the category. They get some of the
- 11:04Speaker 1: best food in the world. There's a chef, there's a
- 11:06Speaker 1: full kitchen aboard air Force one. But when you go
- 11:09Speaker 1: behind that curtain or that when you go into the
- 11:13Speaker 1: compartments where the press is now, they're getting the same
- 11:18Speaker 1: food that we're getting when we fly. And they all
- 11:20Speaker 1: come from the same company, the Crappy Food Corporation, and
- 11:24Speaker 1: they are that's what they eat. But it's you get
- 11:28Speaker 1: a full meal. I mean, it's a cook. You can
- 11:30Speaker 1: order what you want on the airplane air Force one.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I no one has a problem about that. And that
- 11:35Speaker 1: is a Boeing seven forty seven and then Air Force two.
- 11:41Speaker 1: The Vice president a seven fifty seven, also very luxuriously appointed.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Air Force one has a full bedroom in the front
- 11:49Speaker 1: of it and the note is at the nose, and
- 11:53Speaker 1: the current one has two couches that make into beds.
- 11:56Speaker 1: The new one coming out has a king sized bed
- 12:00Speaker 1: in the front bathroom just for the president. And it
- 12:03Speaker 1: is not those little crappy so to speak, bathrooms that
- 12:06Speaker 1: you see will you fly with even first class passengers,
- 12:09Speaker 1: I have to use those little crappy bathrooms that airplanes have. Nope,
- 12:13Speaker 1: it's a full blown bathroom with a shower, and I mean,
- 12:16Speaker 1: it's just what it is. And it's a neat way
- 12:20Speaker 1: to go. And the only president who has ever slummed
- 12:23Speaker 1: on Air Force one is Donald Trump because the Trump
- 12:27Speaker 1: airplane is morel less skish, lots of gold, lets of guilt.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I think there are actually pillars in the airplane, marble
- 12:37Speaker 1: pillars holding up the plane inside. I have no idea,
- 12:39Speaker 1: but it's pretty impressive, to say the least. And then
- 12:43Speaker 1: you have well, for example, here's another one the Department
- 12:46Speaker 1: of Homeland Security, Christy Noom bought in October of twenty
- 12:51Speaker 1: twenty five two Gulf Streams G seven hundreds about two
- 12:55Speaker 1: hundred million dollars for top officials, particularly the secretary. That
- 13:01Speaker 1: secretary to use considering the most spacious and modern business
- 13:04Speaker 1: jets in the industry. Also, the Department has been leasing
- 13:09Speaker 1: a luxury Boeing seven thirty seven bedroom, queen size bed, showers, kitchen, bar,
- 13:16Speaker 1: large screen TVs. It's good to be a cabinet head,
- 13:19Speaker 1: isn't it, Especially when you're Christinoman. You start writing checks
- 13:22Speaker 1: like crazy. Now the vice president, first lady cabinet members
- 13:27Speaker 1: typically fly on seven fifty seven. Also sections with specialized communications,
- 13:34Speaker 1: not crazy luxuries. And then you have a bunch of
- 13:38Speaker 1: Gulf Streams use by high ranking Department of Defense government officials.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Top of the line comfort, but top of the line
- 13:47Speaker 1: comfort in the world of business jets, not top of
- 13:51Speaker 1: the top of the line. Oh look at how terrific
- 13:54Speaker 1: we fly. I think I'll go to the bedroom in front,
- 13:57Speaker 1: wake me up when we're about ready to land to
- 14:00Speaker 1: kind of thing. Ah, man, I'll bit you. That's what
- 14:03Speaker 1: she's going to miss the most is flying around. She
- 14:06Speaker 1: gets to go back to the South Dakota. I guess
- 14:08Speaker 1: at a commercial plane unless the president lets her have it,
- 14:11Speaker 1: but at least for use. Bottom line is, I don't
- 14:16Speaker 1: think anybody bothers with the air Force one. Incidentally, the
- 14:19Speaker 1: other one, Putin has his air Force one, which is
- 14:24Speaker 1: considered the most luxuriously appointed one the government accepted. Donald
- 14:29Speaker 1: Trump accepted it from Qatar, a seven forty seven Jumbo
- 14:32Speaker 1: Blasto five thousand, the latest jet worth four hundred million dollars,
- 14:36Speaker 1: and he's now outdo. What they're doing is they're converting
- 14:40Speaker 1: it to an air Force one kind of thing at
- 14:43Speaker 1: a couple of billion dollars. That one is seriously great.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Here's another really factoid before we leave on the one
- 14:49Speaker 1: of the most modern and luxurious jets that were flying
- 14:54Speaker 1: around Mexico. Mexico, and when Obrador became president, he looked
- 14:59Speaker 1: at this thing. He goes, I'm not flying this thing.
- 15:02Speaker 1: We're selling it immediately and they did, Okay, done with that.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I want to move over to I told you Fridays
- 15:10Speaker 1: are just fine. Now. There are certainly crazies out there
- 15:14Speaker 1: in our society, and a lot of them, and usually
- 15:18Speaker 1: they were relegated to the crazy parts of the geography
- 15:23Speaker 1: of our town. For example, crazy people screaming well in
- 15:29Speaker 1: this case about vaccines, right, how horrible vaccines are and
- 15:33Speaker 1: how they cause autism and all kinds of diseases. Well,
- 15:36Speaker 1: it used to be that that was fringe. Today it's mainstream.
- 15:42Speaker 1: That's what the Internet has done, has made the crazy
- 15:44Speaker 1: stuff mainstream. And it used to be that. As I
- 15:48Speaker 1: said this many times, the only way these nuts could
- 15:51Speaker 1: ever make themselves be heard is on the street corner
- 15:53Speaker 1: with a bullhorn. Now they have five million followers on
- 15:57Speaker 1: a particular website, a particular chat box. So let me
- 16:02Speaker 1: tell you the latest on the vaccine situation. God, I
- 16:05Speaker 1: love this stuff. Veterinarians are seeing a huge drop off
- 16:08Speaker 1: in pet vaccination. Why because pet owners are very skeptical
- 16:15Speaker 1: about vaccines. I don't know if you've ever seen an
- 16:18Speaker 1: autistic dog. I had one. It was I vaccinate my pets,
- 16:24Speaker 1: always have, and one of them, for some reason, got
- 16:26Speaker 1: autism because of the vaccination. Man, you do not want
- 16:31Speaker 1: an autistic dog. They won't look at you, they bark weirdly,
- 16:39Speaker 1: they don't do a good job of communicating what's the
- 16:42Speaker 1: matter with you. Well, you don't want to vaccinate your
- 16:46Speaker 1: pets because look what the vaccines do to your pets.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Dog and not there are many variants of how people
- 16:54Speaker 1: experience or display autism on the spectrum, not arguing that,
- 17:01Speaker 1: but connect those to vaccine for me, would you please?
- 17:05Speaker 1: You can't? You can't. And therein lies the story about
- 17:09Speaker 1: my autistic dog. There was a horrible child's book. No
- 17:15Speaker 1: it was he had an issue. And so there is
- 17:21Speaker 1: this interview with Terry Austin, who's president of the Amanda
- 17:25Speaker 1: Foundation here in southern California, and they've been offering pet
- 17:28Speaker 1: vaccines for decades, and now Terry has been running into
- 17:33Speaker 1: people who just know, I'm not going to vaccinate my pet. Okay, fine,
- 17:38Speaker 1: so you don't want to vaccinate your pet. The problem
- 17:41Speaker 1: is is that there are diseases that are transmitted from
- 17:47Speaker 1: pets animals to humans, and there are a few that
- 17:50Speaker 1: are really bad. Your dog is not vaccinated for rabies,
- 17:53Speaker 1: for example, and gets rabies pretty rare, but once gets
- 17:57Speaker 1: Raby's and bites someone, if not treated immediately, that is
- 18:01Speaker 1: one hundred percent fatal. Hey, those old vaccines will kill
- 18:07Speaker 1: you every time. The core vaccine for pets include rabies, distemper, parvo, canine, hepatitis.
- 18:15Speaker 1: I gave my kids those vaccines, by the way, and
- 18:18Speaker 1: it worked. Out really well. They do not have parvo,
- 18:22Speaker 1: they do not have rabies. One study found that the
- 18:26Speaker 1: rabies vaccine prevented nearly three hundred dogs from being infected
- 18:30Speaker 1: in a year. Yep, I mean that is very very rare.
- 18:32Speaker 1: I mean that's one in zillion's But you know what,
- 18:35Speaker 1: whoever gets it, it's one hundred percent. And they're also
- 18:40Speaker 1: life saving, according to Austin. That way you keep your
- 18:42Speaker 1: pet around for twelve, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen years. And of
- 18:47Speaker 1: course the owner is concerned about side effects. It's the
- 18:49Speaker 1: old side effects story of vaccines on your pet, right
- 18:53Speaker 1: when all of a sudden you've got a big terrier
- 18:58Speaker 1: or a labrador that thinks it's a chill because of
- 19:01Speaker 1: the vaccine, because of the side effects. Now, realistically a
- 19:06Speaker 1: lot of them don't have vaccines because of costs. Okay,
- 19:10Speaker 1: that's a legitimate concern. They're expensive. But she says, hey,
- 19:14Speaker 1: wait a minute, all right, most veterinarians, pet stores, city
- 19:18Speaker 1: shelters have days and programs where you can get free
- 19:23Speaker 1: or very low cost vaccines. So Amy, you vaccine your dog.
- 19:29Speaker 1: You vaccinate your dog, don't you. When I had a dog,
- 19:33Speaker 1: I did, Oh yes, okay, and the cats are they're
- 19:37Speaker 1: all up to date. Oh yeah, cats, dogs are all
- 19:39Speaker 1: the same. To me, they all look all the same.
- 19:41Speaker 1: I couldn't dream of having a dog that wasn't vaccinated.
- 19:45Speaker 1: And you have a dog, of course, it's fact. I
- 19:48Speaker 1: don't even I don't even have to ask. Of course
- 19:50Speaker 1: you vaccinate your dogs. Of course, maybe not your kids,
- 19:53Speaker 1: but certainly your dogs. And that's for sure. Everybody's vaccinated. Yeah,
- 19:58Speaker 1: that's a big fan of vaccinations. I like them. I
- 20:00Speaker 1: like them so much that I even with my kids,
- 20:03Speaker 1: I either I had not only all of the vaccinations
- 20:06Speaker 1: that are recommended, a few that were not, and then
- 20:08Speaker 1: just for fun, I just had saline injected in them
- 20:11Speaker 1: via a syringe, just because I just like the whole concept. Okay. Now,
- 20:19Speaker 1: every year there is a company called Unclaimed Baggage issues
- 20:25Speaker 1: a report and the nation's only retailer of lost luggage
- 20:29Speaker 1: from airlines and there Found Reports third annual Found Report
- 20:34Speaker 1: What items were discovered this year? And it gets really interesting.
- 20:40Speaker 1: The owner, Brian Owens said, after fifty five years of
- 20:43Speaker 1: reclaiming lost and rejected goods, I often believe I've seen
- 20:48Speaker 1: it all, but then here comes something new, like this
- 20:52Speaker 1: past year. A matching set of samurai swords, a fully
- 20:55Speaker 1: assembled assembled robot, adult chain, cabana, jewel jacket, gold plated
- 21:01Speaker 1: golf clubs. I mean, really crazy stuff. Now, there's a
- 21:06Speaker 1: lot of flying around, and luggage is ninety nine point
- 21:09Speaker 1: nine to nine percent delivered and picked up. But even
- 21:13Speaker 1: with ninety nine point nine percent, if you have ten
- 21:16Speaker 1: billion flights a year, that's what happened. So the most
- 21:22Speaker 1: fascinating found finds and this, according to them, a full
- 21:27Speaker 1: beekeeping suit, A set of diamond studded grills made from
- 21:32Speaker 1: ten carret gold. Yeah, for the old tooth. There the
- 21:36Speaker 1: most valuable finds. This one is kind of weird. A
- 21:39Speaker 1: thirty five thousand dollars Rolix in lost luggage, thirty a
- 21:44Speaker 1: ten thousand dollars Chanel handbag, A twelve thousand, five hundred
- 21:49Speaker 1: dollars Balenciaga Do I have that right? Leather jacket, artifacts,
- 21:57Speaker 1: historical artifacts, musical instruments, coin collect I mean, pretty impressive.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Famous Trader Joe's tote bags. That's they're worth what twenty
- 22:07Speaker 1: five thousand dollars each? Not really, but that for some
- 22:10Speaker 1: reason they have become a thing. There was this suitcase
- 22:14Speaker 1: that was packed with the rat poison. There was a
- 22:17Speaker 1: set of human bones. Okay, why not? And what ends
- 22:23Speaker 1: up happening? And I don't know how this guy got
- 22:25Speaker 1: the contract with every airline, but he did. Also, the
- 22:31Speaker 1: most valuable thing found was a set of white diamond
- 22:35Speaker 1: earrings valued at over forty three thousand dollars. I lost
- 22:40Speaker 1: a pair of Bow's headsets, not a pair one that
- 22:45Speaker 1: has two years because most of us have two years
- 22:48Speaker 1: and three hundred dollars. And I left it on the plane.
- 22:53Speaker 1: And as I left the plane and the door, I'm out.
- 22:56Speaker 1: I want to go, oh my god, I left my headsets.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Can I run back and get them? Nope. Once you're
- 23:02Speaker 1: out the door of a plane, you're out the door
- 23:04Speaker 1: of a plane. So what ended up happening A three
- 23:07Speaker 1: hundred dollars set of bows and that is a really
- 23:11Speaker 1: good quality headset, noise suppressing headset. And it was three
- 23:17Speaker 1: hundred bucks right there, and somebody ended up buying it
- 23:21Speaker 1: because they auction it off. And that was one of
- 23:24Speaker 1: those things. The most common items closed, you would think,
- 23:26Speaker 1: so mobile phones, jewelry, It just goes on and on.
- 23:30Speaker 1: That's the found report. You know where they are. They
- 23:33Speaker 1: are in Scottsboro, Alabama at the foothills of the Appalachian
- 23:40Speaker 1: Mountains in Scottsboro. What a weird place to go. Huh?
- 23:43Speaker 1: All right, coming up? Oh, here's one by the way
- 23:47Speaker 1: before we go, teak digii. Do you know what digii
- 23:51Speaker 1: do is? That's the instrument that's uses like a yeah,
- 23:56Speaker 1: it's one of those. Yeah. Yeah. There was Australian ounce
- 24:01Speaker 1: of pure gold that was found, a pure gold bar
- 24:04Speaker 1: which is worth what this morning, fifty two hundred dollars.
- 24:09Speaker 1: A pair of fire pois. You know fire poi are those? Hey?
- 24:16Speaker 1: You do those? The Hawaiian guys and the Smolling guys
- 24:19Speaker 1: use them to twirl pair of batons, that's what they are,
- 24:22Speaker 1: with fire on each end that they light and they
- 24:25Speaker 1: do their thing. Pair of those. There was a meteorite
- 24:27Speaker 1: found that fell to earth in fifteen seventy six. There
- 24:32Speaker 1: was a bionic knee, a powered prosthetic knee joint, integrated motor,
- 24:38Speaker 1: electronic controls, metal housing. The model is still an online
- 24:43Speaker 1: trial phase phases. Can you imagine how valuable that is?
- 24:47Speaker 1: A fully assembled robotic unit was found, not a robot,
- 24:53Speaker 1: a robotic unit that's used in industrial application. It's just
- 24:58Speaker 1: fun stuff all right done with that. Coming up, It's
- 25:01Speaker 1: foody Friday, a lot of fun things to talk about,
- 25:05Speaker 1: and we don't have a costco. No, we don't, but
- 25:10Speaker 1: we're gonna make it happen. We'll be right back with
- 25:12Speaker 1: Neil and then ask I Handle Anything at the bottom
- 25:15Speaker 1: of the hour, So we're gonna have a fun last
