- 5:02[SPEAKER_05]: little chilly but that's okay i mean and you know this is the kind of weather you don't have to use the a c you don't have to use the heat you save and money grids not get well i think grid built in whether you use electricity or not yeah i mean you're like the ice storms and stuff i didn't notice the bill was any smaller
- 5:21[SPEAKER_05]: So anyway, nice weather out there, and we're glad Glenn had a candidate on yesterday Mr. Smallen, Robert Smallen, he's a Republican running for the Republican nomination for Congress against Anthony Constantine, O'Neill, and New York 21.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_05]: That's the DeFonic District that touches part of Jefferson and all of Louis and St. Lawrence counties have I explained it enough for you.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_05]: I'm glad he did.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_05]: We had Mr. Smallen on twice previously before that.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_05]: We had had Mr. Constantino on pleasant conversations with all, but the candidate aids get candidate items and no con.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_05]: Can I get my candidate on one more time?
- 6:00[SPEAKER_05]: Because that guy said something about and we want to know.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_05]: I understand my obligations to be fair balanced and adhere
- 6:13[SPEAKER_05]: And ultimately, if I'm told to have somebody on I do, but, you know, because it gets out of where you put somebody on today, then somebody else wants the other guy wants to be on Monday, and then hey, can I get the last word on to you?
- 6:25[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_05]: God has written the script for that primary.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_05]: Nothing that can be said or done now is going to change anything.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_05]: There'll be ads on TV and there'll be this and that, and there's some news coverage.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_05]: I saw there was some nice,
- 6:40[SPEAKER_05]: Spectrum at some nice news coverage of Congressman Jordan's visit to the district yesterday, and the skinactivity paper did, too, I think.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sure the TU Times Union coverage of it.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_05]: And that was kind of a big thing.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_05]: But ultimately does it affect anyone's vote, not like it.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_05]: And John Stalin was the location that was chosen because it's in Fulton County on the Mohawk River, which is the home of Mr. Smollon.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_05]: So the obviously the constant, you know, people want to do a little bang in your backyard type gesture.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_05]: So that's how that's going.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_05]: You can early vote today tomorrow and Sunday.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_05]: Monday all you could do is absentee if you don't want to go out on Tuesday, Tuesday, polls are open six, six a.m. to nine p.m. and, you know, please get out there.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_05]: Um, most people just don't know, I was saying, you know, they don't know what district they live in.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, okay.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I mean, you'll get people probably in Clayton on Monday or Tuesday, you want to go
- 8:00[SPEAKER_05]: No, you can't.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_05]: As we got these districts and they're drawn by people who have agendas, and that's the way the system is.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_05]: So, I had line on news jointly today.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_05]: Teen boys are increasingly having AI, artificial intelligence, girlfriends.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what the harm a net is.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody gets pregnant, there's no unwanted touching, you know, it's harmless.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_05]: armus, a large percentage of gen zeers, you know, they're afraid to ring a doorbell.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_05]: They have to text or call a head to make sure, and let them know that outside the door, they're afraid to ring a doorbell, are you afraid of it?
- 8:43[SPEAKER_04]: Well, the people have changed in recent years.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_05]: Somebody in water town got arrested for starving puppies.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_17]: Okay.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_05]: You know that penalty for that.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_05]: My world of beta.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_05]: hold their head on their water until they stop thrashing that'll take care of them they won't be starving no more puppies uh... peace talks we're supposed to start today in Switzerland they didn't they didn't increasingly bellicoast talk i guess and all of that
- 9:21[SPEAKER_05]: at least there's a few boats going through the street of our moves.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_05]: Thank God.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_05]: Thank God.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_05]: And gas is under four bucks a gallon.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_05]: Well, not here, of course.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_05]: But in some places, on the average it is.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, let's see.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I have a story on Channel 7.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, we love Channel 7.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_05]: Jeff Cole thinks I don't like them or something, because I said he covered the veto thing, but not that Cole signed a saying, yeah, I'm
- 9:51[SPEAKER_05]: making a point, but anyway he won't be some stuff yesterday about how they didn't need cover the dead baby more than I had thought they did.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_05]: stipulate to the points, but here's my story on Channel 7 about city looks to revitalize graphene street.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_05]: Why?
- 10:11[SPEAKER_05]: Because they tore it out of building with a tree through the roof that should have been torn down a long time ago.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_05]: And the staff is talking about using it for DPW and the council says, are we want to get a back on the tax rolls?
- 10:27[SPEAKER_05]: You know, when you, usually when you, it would notice when you tear it out a building that looks big, a lot doesn't look so big afterwards.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_05]: You know, that one like kind of academy and go through them over there was a big apartment building.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_05]: Then when you tear it down, it doesn't look like anything.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_05]: You couldn't even meet the setback requirements for a single family home.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't know what they're going to do with that.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_05]: But you know something, you know, seriousness.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_05]: Let's just say the house at 518 there are coffee in the one with the dead body in it.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe that's slip by regulators.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_05]: They didn't notice it was a cloudy day or foggy day or something.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_05]: Something.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_05]: They were busy.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_05]: But across the street is a redox of the same situation where that pizza pit is called.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_05]: Owned by the same family that you ordinary.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_05]: You say to yourself, why do these buildings exist?
- 11:15[SPEAKER_05]: It's not just in the city.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_05]: Nice man owned, nice man, and Italian gentleman for years, passed away a few years ago.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_05]: The family didn't know what to do with it.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_05]: It wasn't well maintained anyway, and it sits now.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_05]: Eventually, it'll cave in itself and the town will have to come in and do something with it.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_05]: You know, but these families keep these things because, oh, that was Pop's restaurant, or that was this.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_05]: I understand the sediments.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_05]: But,
- 11:49[SPEAKER_05]: that place is looking bad and that pizza pit that's been vacant for years uh... the landing on the back is falling off uh... that sign out front that could fall and hit somebody on the head uh... and somebody just pays the property taxes on it out of sentiment which is fine again i'm not here to you know crash anybody's memories are fine feelings but let somebody get that building we can do something or get it out of there
- 12:16[SPEAKER_05]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, Jeff, the biggest news for the Pride People today is the Cazanovia school board member in Pride Organizer to got arrested for talking sexual things with children.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_05]: Cazanovia, that's near Syracuse.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll overdo this junkie for it, the right towards the top, it's a school board member,
- 12:47[SPEAKER_02]: okay well let's not talk that way we've been warning about your after year this is what that community does and then here's another example of man yeah i'm done in series you said all the pride stuff that they organize this year got canceled mm-hmm it should cattle all of it well i think you're again you're you're painting with a broad brush there i i do you know whatever happened in cash and over you
- 13:17[SPEAKER_05]: and here it is a school board member and a pride organizer the same thing's going on in water town with the northern New York pride in the water town pride yeah well this guy they arrested forty six year old travels long goes certainly looks uh... a little suspect in his uh... appearance uh... but uh... yeah this guy was the group founder for the uh...
- 13:46[SPEAKER_05]: has an over-applied group or something well it's unfortunate i don't think you can say that everybody who's involved with these celebrations is out with nefarious intentions but i do think i do agree with here that why would you put your child in that situation uh... what we may be because that one doesn't but this one's gonna okay what's going on this is why i've been fighting against this group of people is because this is what they
- 14:14[SPEAKER_05]: okay all right thank you well I'm sure in some case it's yeah it's father's status weekend any baby daddy's out there what are you getting for father's day getting one of those those mittens at the guy demonstration TV where you put your hand right in the grill why the hell would you put your hand right on the grill what I want to know
- 14:41[SPEAKER_05]: unless it's some kind of crazy, you know, torture thing or something.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what you'd use that mitten for.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_05]: And then there's that thing that you can brush through, the great way of the cooking surface.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_05]: So it's a little metal thing, not a metal brush, but a pad or something.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_05]: Why do you even have to do that?
- 15:01[SPEAKER_05]: You got a fire or a heat underneath it.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_05]: It's going to kill all the germs anyway.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_10]: You don't have to clean it off, come on.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_05]: Here's a study 86% of children use AI.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_05]: I guess that course is out of the barn, huh?
- 15:17[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, we're going to regulate it.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_05]: All done.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_05]: Ah.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_05]: Well, what else are we going to go in on?
- 15:27[SPEAKER_05]: World Cup still going on?
- 15:29[SPEAKER_05]: U.S. faces Australia to this afternoon at three will be on Fox television.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_05]: Um.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, here's a somebody who dropped a drone, a girlfriend of an inmate dropped a drone into the Mercy Correctional Facility, very resourceful drones are everywhere, they were bombing Moscow with them, they are Ukrainians work, yeah, you know after they bomb that church in Kiev, I think they should bomb those pointy little things that are in red square, yeah, not minaret whatever they are, yeah, there's a name for them, yeah,
- 16:11[SPEAKER_05]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_05]: And talk to you about, let's go in on here.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, Cliff only's doing a live Facebook.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that's right, City Hall, they got the Juneteenth stuff going on, noon to four, which is good.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_05]: Again, I'll state my position.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_05]: You know this morning, I had to go get some blood taken where Doctor is a point in Monday and I was thinking before I went holy cow.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_05]: Are they going to be closed to the place up on Crafine Street Great Service there incidentally?
- 16:48[SPEAKER_05]: Great service run by Samaritan.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_05]: So anyway, it's on the corner of Gaffney Drive.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_05]: So I got up there and thank God they were open.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_05]: A lot of things are closed.
- 17:01[SPEAKER_05]: When I say it shouldn't be a holiday, I'm not saying it's not a historic event or that we shouldn't recognize it or that some kind of book people on radio shows and talk about it and raise awareness and all that.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_03]: It's just a question of how many holidays do we need?
- 17:20[SPEAKER_03]: And what's going to be the next one?
- 17:23[SPEAKER_05]: We need one in August, Obama's birthday is an August we could do that.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_05]: And you see that library, it's not really a library
- 17:32[SPEAKER_05]: It's a monument, an obelisk.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_05]: It looks like a flat tower.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_05]: But, um, two, and on that writing on the side, that's weird looking to, I mean, the grounds are beautiful what they've done in Jackson Park and Chicago, but they took a public park and made it into a theme park for Barack Obama.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_05]: I saw his wife there, Michelle, and she spoke.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_05]: looking very much the woman i don't buy the arguments advanced by some so anyway they got the damn thing built now trumple after build one bigger and more ostentatious yeah but if i were vacationing in chicago i would go look around see what's in there
- 18:32[SPEAKER_05]: And if I saw the former president in the hallway, I'd say hello, Mr. President, nice library.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_04]: Over $800 million, wow.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_05]: And, of course, in this story, like CNN is trying to crap all over the reflecting pond repairs to try to get it Trump.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_05]: Fox is trying to crap all over the librarian Chicago, saying that contractors were stiffed in all of that.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_05]: I told the welder not to take that job out there.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, he wanted to go to Chicago 755-1240 is the phone number.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_05]: If you'd like to give us a hoot and a holler today, we'll put you on the air You do do What's the One of the angry man's angry for Juneteenth
- 19:31[SPEAKER_05]: Um, yeah, again, let's go back to this story because it's kind of interesting.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_05]: A lot of you have teenage boys.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_05]: I guess girls don't do this.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_05]: But, um, let's see, what's the headline say?
- 19:46[SPEAKER_05]: Teen boys are dating AI girlfriends and experts are worried.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_05]: Experts always are worried, aren't they?
- 19:54[SPEAKER_05]: We can go on these sites, you know, Google and there's a bunch of them.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_05]: and you can create whatever age, hair color, ethnicity, body shape, or whatever.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_05]: And I don't know whether they just text you or talk to you or what they do.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_05]: Now, I'm sure they are bombarded with a bunch of advertising when they're looking at their AI Girlfriend, but would you rather have your 13-year-old son have an AI Girlfriend
- 20:28[SPEAKER_05]: Well, a lot of parents sort of allow that at home now and say, well, I'd rather have them do it here than on a car, which is not it, then which is not part of the culture I grew up in.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_05]: You, that, no, wasn't the case.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_05]: And if you were visiting or something and it had somebody with you or something, you wouldn't stayed in a motel or hotel.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_05]: unmarried people does not sleep in the same room in the world i grew up in anyway seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to give us a call put you on here on this june teeth and what's going on up in the park uh... the saffron new and i don't know they've got no tomorrow they've got activities there be nice of somebody called and told us about but they think we're you know we've been pegged as the uh... undesirables here
- 21:27[SPEAKER_05]: on the hotline and that's not really the case now how about the three pool admission my good friend carry Stevens let's up on well i'm a television live but anyway uh... she was one of the key organizer is a lot of the northern york community foundation water town savings bank and jay johnson uh... along with other people too and they raised money to
- 21:54[SPEAKER_05]: Phil, City Council's tin cup, but they were jiggling right.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_03]: Give us money, give us money, or the children have to pay to swim.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_05]: Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, that, yeah, I don't have a child.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_05]: It's kind of embarrassing, you know, be like if I was out with a tin cup begging donation so I could, I don't know.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_05]: by toilet paper from the restrooms or something, who knows, yeah, just provide the damn thing.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_05]: Um, anyway, it will be now.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_05]: It will be now.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_05]: Um, 755, 1240, the phone number, no, I didn't donate, and I'm not against doing it.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody really asked me for, say, um, but I, my couple years, I was an object of
- 22:47[SPEAKER_05]: of a grift that you know did caught into things a little bit there so it's over with now but you've got to think more care if I used to be a big donate earned within means to anything from political campaigns salvation army or orders out urban mission but you've got to be more circumspect when when something defaults you so now I didn't
- 23:10[SPEAKER_05]: But maybe I will, we'll see.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_05]: Now, is this in perpetuity this thing runs?
- 23:19[SPEAKER_05]: This will be great for city council.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_05]: They can see.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_05]: Every time they don't want to pay for something, why didn't they do this when they built their door on this mayor's office?
- 23:30[SPEAKER_16]: Please give for the mayor's door.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_05]: Jeez.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_05]: Anyway,
- 23:39[SPEAKER_05]: anything you want to talk about beyond that uh... okay we're gonna do a break and will put us a call but after noon you're on the air but after noon yes yeah uh... maybe you refresh my memory but i forgot and maybe it's just a little age but why can't rock a momma get uh... no bell peace price of curious well you got one very early in his term back in oh nine uh... i think it was they was they would just so
- 24:09[SPEAKER_05]: happy that a person of color, not deep color, but color, got in the White House that they just felt it was worth a prize.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_05]: First of all, I don't think heads of states should be getting a Nobel Prize.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_05]: That lady from Venezuela who got it because she was a hero.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_05]: You know, Trump running around saying I want the Nobel Prize is tacky and stupid.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_05]: I know you think otherwise.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_05]: But, uh, I know I wouldn't ask for myself, but yeah, it's like going to Russia, I want, I want the Shapiro award.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_05]: Remember when Dave man said that he said, I want the Shapiro award.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_05]: Any got it?
- 24:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that was tacky.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_02]: And then you got you to ask for it for him.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_02]: And then it was like, what are you going to do with your boss?
- 24:53[SPEAKER_05]: Well, yeah, I mean, it's like, uh, it's like Johnny Spazano and the Hall of Fame or something.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_05]: Let that generate from elsewhere or not?
- 25:04[SPEAKER_02]: I think what's a couple interviews where there are some contractors, minority contractors, who said they were stiff by Barack Obama and they gave paid for their work.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_02]: Now they dug up some contractors some way back.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe there's a reason why, but they dug up ones on Trump and never gave up.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_05]: an explanation just uh... hammered away at him about it uh... it's i have you seen the coverage about the reflecting pool they're down there they found a piece of paper pealing paint on the bottom that should be covered under a warranty but and i don't know i mean i don't know enough about the reflecting pool to know why it wasn't clear i would i would like it to be clear but it wasn't so try to fix it
- 25:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it'll come out.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_02]: It's just like, well, keep coming out now that the report that was just released about the gain of function over in Wuhan.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I mean, eventually it'll come out, but you don't want to happen.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that's Fauci.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_05]: He was crooked as a Ram's horn all along.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_02]: Well, of course he was, but, you know, the believers are, you're going to butter him so we're in mass.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_02]: And his building I guess costs about right around the same amount that Bill Bama's library cost.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if you've seen those things.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I'm sure President Trump will build an extravagant library down in Miami.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_02]: That building that the President Obama former President Obama built is a weird hell.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_05]: I agree, I don't think it's very attractive.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_02]: night's armor days or so.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that I heard the analogy to a flak tower in Berlin, but yeah, it's totally ugly, totally just drabbing, you know, whatever, and then, and then the people have said they went through and said there was nothing in it.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_02]: Well, like his presidency, you know, it was all just bull, you know, it was all on media, uh, uh, make believe.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: I know these, you know, he did all kinds of stuff, but he really didn't do anything.
- 27:23[UNKNOWN]: He drove the country.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_02]: He made, let's say, said, Barack Obama made Jimmy Carter look good.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_02]: I don't care what anybody says.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_02]: Did, did, did, had nothing to do with the color of the skin or any of that kind of stuff.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_02]: His philosophy says, his thoughts on how things work, communism, and socialism, that just does not work.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_05]: Now, did you see, did you watch anything yet?
- 27:45[SPEAKER_05]: Did you see Mrs. Obama?
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_05]: Is she a woman?
- 27:54[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know where Hillary's a little long in the truth now, but what did you think do you think Mrs. Obama is a man?
- 28:07[SPEAKER_02]: I don't come.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_05]: No come.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_05]: What do you mean no comment?
- 28:10[SPEAKER_02]: But I find it, I find it kind of strange that Michael Robinson and her look identical.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_05]: Well, they're brother and sister.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_02]: Are they?
- 28:21[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_02]: you're overdosing on the crew laid there uh... well i don't know about that because uh... you know i don't want you to know about jennifer aniston it was asserted yesterday jennifer and her sister and her whatever is a one-andestance a woman okay and so is the other one imagine i don't know listen i don't don't put me in that they've got to work as you don't want
- 28:50[SPEAKER_02]: I believe Columbus, I take the world as round to be a totally honest with you, just like the other planets.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_05]: Mm-hmm.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, let's sort it.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_02]: Guys went to the moon and I think that we have a space for what happened to all that kind of stuff.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_02]: And I fly a lot, so I see the curvature when you're up in a plane.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that's good, and you can see that, huh?
- 29:11[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_02]: Well, sometimes you can, yeah, something to see the horizon and just, yeah.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_02]: If the world was flat, wouldn't you find the end someday?
- 29:23[SPEAKER_05]: I would think so.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_02]: Well of course, say, you come on.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_05]: And wouldn't, yeah, wouldn't all the water fall off it?
- 29:30[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_05]: So there you go.
- 29:32[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_05]: And the animals, they'd be wandering off the edge and you'd lose all your.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_05]: That's what happened to the dinosaurs.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_05]: They wandered off the edge of the flatterers.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_02]: I couldn't have been that.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, sure.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_02]: It wasn't the ice-hater.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_05]: All righty, doff, well, I got around four things.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_02]: I think the pool thing was a good thing and I think everybody should probably still ship donate to it You know, mm-hmm.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, well people sure.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah
- 30:00[SPEAKER_05]: All right, we'll be back with more than a moment.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_17]: Konstantino talked about creating American jobs, building a company with over 1,000 employees and standing up to Democrat boycotts in political attacks, all while self-funding his campaign to serve the people of New York's 21st district.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_17]: Small and appeared angry, defensive, and unprepared, but the most talked about moment came at the end.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_17]: After praising Smollin's military service in his closing remarks, Constantino walked over to shake his hand.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_17]: Smollin refused, turning his back in front of the entire audience.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_17]: Constantino later said, If he can't shake my hand, how can he work with people in Washington?
- 30:56[SPEAKER_17]: The contrast couldn't be clearer.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_17]: On June 23rd, vote for Anthony Constantino.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_17]: He's Trump endorsed the job creator, outsider, and fighter.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_17]: He's nobody's man, but yours.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_17]: Early voting starts June 13th.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_17]: I mean, Anthony Constantino and I approved this message.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_11]: Hi, this is Tina, right here at FXPerahonda.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_11]: I answer the phones here at the service department, and I hear it all the time, I love my Honda.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_11]: And when people ask me why so many customers keep coming back to Honda, the answer is pretty simple, reliability.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_11]: Honda has built a reputation on vehicles, people who come down, cars and SUVs that fit real life.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_11]: Getting to work, getting the kids to school, heading to practice, loading up groceries, road dripping, and handling North Country weather.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_11]: Hanna owners love knowing the vehicle is ready for whatever the day throws at them.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_11]: That's why you hear so many stories like, My last Hanna went forever.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_11]: Or everybody in my family drives the Hanna.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_11]: It's not just about getting from here to there.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_11]: It's about confidence.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_11]: It's about value.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_11]: It's about driving something that still feels like a smart decision years down the road.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_11]: So if you're ready for the vehicle built along quality, dependability, and peace of mind, come see us at effects per Hanna on Bradley Street and Waterton.

- 32:20[SPEAKER_09]: The ones you recognize, the ones you trust, the ones they're to support you.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_09]: Connection doesn't happen by accident.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_09]: It happens when you stay present, when your message arrives with intention.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_09]: when it reminds people you're right here.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_09]: Mail keeps local businesses visible.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_09]: It strengthens relationships.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_09]: It builds opportunity, one household at a time.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_09]: At Kaufflin, we help businesses in our community create mailing strategies that support growth and strengthen connection.

- 33:23[SPEAKER_05]: Today, I'm 1240WATN.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_05]: This is the hotline, and well, what we're talking about earlier, it's not about buildings in town, um, yeah, I recently, this is a couple of months ago, people coming over from codes and some kind of building inspection that was fine, everything was fine.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_05]: Um, we're actually hosting tours of our basement this weekend.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_05]: But is anybody toured that pizza pit over there?
- 33:53[SPEAKER_05]: I'm croffing.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_05]: It's just what I see from the road doesn't look too promising.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_05]: But, well, wait a while longer.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_17]: Well, for collecting taxes, I don't know, I guess it's all right.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_05]: And I imagine I anybody would pay them, but they do.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_05]: So, we'll see.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_05]: Um, yeah, well, yesterday we had a,
- 34:16[SPEAKER_05]: Fortunately, and it really is sad, because these people have mental illness issues.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_05]: I think a homeless person starting a campfire out in the woods behind where I live, some people over on East Maine, they see the smoke going up the column of smoke and they call a fire department.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_05]: They're concerned.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_05]: I get that.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_05]: You don't know what's going on over there, and it's hard to lose perspective on where exactly it is, and that would have there, you know.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_05]: That's everything.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_05]: So anyway, a fire department, I talked to them, they were very nice.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_05]: uh... came over from the middle street station and looked around the found the guy same guy they said his last year and they made sure his fire was out as he lives under a tarp or somebody's about sixty years old they said and i wrote something on my blog while i can't well all these social service and other agencies and NFP is an all-in i can't somebody do something to help him and i was told you robbers they don't know about all of
- 35:13[SPEAKER_05]: where they had to wait at least dead in the woods that well they'd never find them right but he's gonna go back there but still it's just like i know some of these people don't want help or they're hard to deal with that that's more mental illness than it is common sense and uh... you know that when i saw all those dignitaries cutting a ribbon on that fancy pants building on main heaven and then i see this guy literally just up to street
- 35:43[SPEAKER_03]: living out in the woods under a tarp starting a campfire it just makes you wonder but after doing it on the air yes uh... there two things uh... first of you uh... you know the uh... get that staff the ice cool kid and kill them yes not in taxes yes and now they got uh... people broadcasting that he got thirty five years and he had basically
- 36:11[SPEAKER_03]: he was defended himself and he had a right to murder the guy while they all started the I don't know if you saw this they started to go fund me page and they've got parents that received 650 thousand dollars and the go fund me to pay us lawyers and all that you know their state what a car and a house but house two cars a bull and they've been out there wanted so much for their uh... kids uh... lawyers
- 36:41[SPEAKER_03]: And my second one, did you see any of the interviews of the teams that are in Florida playing soccer, and they were at the beach, the young people, and just people in general?
- 36:54[SPEAKER_05]: They were very happy.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_03]: They interviewed these kids from Australia, and they said it's absolutely beautiful here, and all of them said their country has liked to them their whole life.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_03]: well look up all the scots that are up in Boston they drank all the beer and and they loved it they loved this country they set the same thing that their country right to them their whole life how bad America was and uh... you know what they're fascinated with uh... is a ranch dressing they're taking it home in the plane with them no righ it no ranch dressing at all
- 37:38[SPEAKER_03]: during one or two of the Japanese population was told how bad America was in the Germans were told by Hitler how bad America was and what we were going to do to them and all that.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_03]: Same idea just not murdered.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_05]: Well they were told what the Russians were due to them and that was accurate.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that was.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_03]: All right, Mayor.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, thank you.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_03]: Wait a minute.
- 38:01[UNKNOWN]: Hold it, but the Russians had a good reason too because they lost over 20
- 38:08[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I know.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_05]: All right, all right.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_05]: Thanks, by now.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_05]: Well, ready, 755, 1240s of phone numbers.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, you watch those documentaries.

- 38:27[SPEAKER_05]: I want to get out of Dodge on that.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_05]: I'd be on my way to Argentina by about... ...and a march right here.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_05]: 755-1240 is the phone number.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_05]: If you'd like to give us a call, it'd be on the show of show yesterday.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_05]: Put your hand to talk about whatever you want, and we'll be back with more in a moment.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_17]: June 19th, 1776, in New York, every lookout is watching the harbor.

- 39:16[SPEAKER_17]: Translation?
- 39:18[SPEAKER_17]: New York is about to become the main stage of the war.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_17]: If the British take the city and the river, they could split the colonies in two.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_17]: Philadelphia debates independence, while New York prepares for invasion.

- 40:13[SPEAKER_08]: Solved the new car sticker price this week by coming up to which a Guadal sales to use car leader on auto-watch and to three.

- 42:00[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, I'm 1240, WATN, good afternoon, do you want to know all?
- 42:04[SPEAKER_05]: And anything you want to talk about or anything further, there's Juneteenth, if you want to get a word in on that.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_05]: Do you have any feelings about it?
- 42:14[SPEAKER_05]: Don't say anything nasty, I mean, it's, you know.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_05]: a lot of people say, what are you doing for Juneteer?
- 42:23[SPEAKER_05]: It's like people, what are you doing?
- 42:24[SPEAKER_05]: There's just a poll on it.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_05]: I saw the, you know, saying that the x percentage of Democrats aren't going to do anything on it.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_05]: So like, what are you supposed to do?
- 42:33[SPEAKER_05]: It's a day off, you know, put your flag up.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_05]: It should be up anyway.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I've been got anything planned.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to work that day.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_05]: So, you know, not much more you can say.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, as far as putting your flag up,
- 42:49[SPEAKER_05]: Another survey said 24% of Democrats do in 64% of Republicans talk about trying to divide the nation there But after doing you're on the air How you doing?
- 43:00[SPEAKER_05]: Good, what's up?
- 43:02[SPEAKER_04]: What's up?
- 43:02[SPEAKER_04]: What's up?
- 43:03[SPEAKER_04]: What's up?
- 43:04[SPEAKER_05]: What's up?
- 43:06[SPEAKER_04]: Just wanted to add to it today, today's my 25-year-old son's birthday, so 2019 it means a lot to me.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_04]: and Trump's in terms of the Trump's birthday flag gay, so I don't know what you do in the June 19th or June 19th should be holiday.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_04]: I have a really thought that through, so.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_05]: Well, the way I compare it is, you know, like on St. Patrick's Day, which is not a holiday, but it's an acknowledgement of Irish culture and all of that stuff and people celebrate it, and that's great.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_05]: I can't Juneteenth be the same deal, I don't think it needs to, you know, when you have a day off, everybody thinks, oh, that's just fine, and today off, there's a substantial monetary cost to that, because any government worker on today's getting double time or more, and people who should be working aren't, and that kind of stuff, that's why, you know, you say, well, let's just have another holiday, it's not just the question of doing it on a work, there's nobody knew what this it was, even.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_05]: But Biden made it into one, so that's that, and you know, it's here.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I watched a little bit of Biden and the rest of the cry babies in the Obama spectacle.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it wasn't.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_05]: Biden was a sort of wandering around a little there, but in that show.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, yeah, don't quit and hadn't.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_04]: Obama's life from the back.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_04]: I thought that was funny, actually.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_05]: Well, yeah, because Hillary had just been blasting Biden this week, saying you ruined himself and the nation by trying to run when he shouldn't.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_04]: I see that story as well.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_04]: So I wanted to mention though, you know, what would I talk about yesterday and actually went off a little bit about Netanyahu.

- 47:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

- 47:07[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, well, I live in that lived and all of that.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_05]: Doesn't work that way.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_05]: And you know, this is, well, they know that 60 days puts it right before the midterms and you know, they're going to use it to put pressure on President Trump and the U.S. and probably going to work.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_05]: Some people say this was a surrender.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_05]: Not me, even members of Congress, we probably can members of Congress, said it's terrible.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_05]: So, other people praise it.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know, you can make your own judgment.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_05]: Right?
- 47:42[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, well, listen, we got one more break we got to do.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_05]: We could sneak that in and watch somebody's got a pearl of wisdom right now.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah?
- 47:56[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_05]: here's something now they want people to hang solar build up panels from their from their balconies if they're in apartments plug them into their wall bill is a guy there's so many schemes out there why don't we just allow fracking Kathy yeah it's just nuts you know we're taking our country side in

- 50:55[SPEAKER_12]: And let me show you some of the kind of vehicles I've been buying in cars and trucks with great miles, great features and payments that make sense.

- 52:34[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's your favorite, isn't it?
- 52:36[SPEAKER_05]: Should be.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_05]: And you listen to it every day.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah?
- 52:42[SPEAKER_06]: Ugh.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_05]: Well, what else are we going on here?
- 52:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, there isn't too much really.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, that is.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_05]: He's one interesting article, and I think if you're interested in politics,
- 53:15[SPEAKER_05]: There is no Fred Dicker in Watertown, it's facing it.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_05]: This one is in the state of politics, and it's kind of Trump endorsement in New York in the North Country, beat the state party machine, and why 21 voters will decide, because that's really what this congressional race comes down to, you know, and it cocks of Mike Young's, the Don Coons, all you insiders.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_05]: The people who brought us 2009, against the other guy who was endorsed by Trump and Jim Jordan and stuff, spending a lot of money, but some people think he's too flamboyant, too out there, and some people think he shouldn't be wearing skinny jeans, and I don't really even know what they are, but somebody described it yesterday, and I tend to agree, you shouldn't be wearing it, but
- 54:07[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what's going to happen in that race Tuesday, but I would recommend this article by Jack Arpey and under state something or other, but it's kind of describes it what's going on.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_05]: He goes on to say a little daylight between the candidates on issues, leaving plenty of room to focus on personal attacks and alliances.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_05]: Well, and it's a bit of a temperature check on President Trump's endorsement
- 54:36[SPEAKER_05]: When you think about it, and this is an area that, you know, remember all of, I like Deity's goes a five of it.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_05]: Remember that race?
- 54:47[SPEAKER_05]: Holy cow, was that a, was that something?
- 54:51[SPEAKER_05]: I remember going up to the Doug Hoffman, what he hoped would be a victory party in a, in Serenac Lake.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_05]: I think John Rice and I went up there, and it was, they had some good celebrities who
- 55:07[SPEAKER_05]: And he didn't go out and I mean it was, um, I did see Molly line from Fox News.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_05]: She's still around there, but, uh, Liz Benjamin was there and all those people, but it became apparent that he wasn't going to win that race.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_05]: He was close and Bill Owen's got to be congressman and that's, I don't know, is that what we're doing this year?
- 55:27[SPEAKER_05]: It kind of looks like it's a me.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_05]: I just don't know.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_05]: Now, let me review for those of you who,
- 55:37[SPEAKER_05]: don't pay attention.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_05]: If you're a Democrat, living in Jefferson County, you can vote in a congressional primary, either in District 24 or 21, depending on where you live.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_05]: If you're a Republican in the City of Watertown, stay home.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_05]: If you're living the eastern portion of the county, out back River Road, that area through Perthage and all that, and
- 56:06[SPEAKER_05]: Constantinople, small and primary.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_05]: Democrats also get to vote for New York State Comptroller.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_05]: Down in the southern part of Jefferson County in District 10, county-ledge district, there's a primary there you can vote in that for the Republicans.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_05]: And that's about it in this area that I know of, if I'm missing something, let me know.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_05]: So pay attention to where you live and all of that stuff.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_05]: And you can go on the New York State Board of Elections.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_05]: That's New York State Board of Elections.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_05]: And go on to vote or look up and a screen will come up.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_05]: And you got to put your name.
- 56:48[SPEAKER_05]: And I think your data birth, your zip code, and something else.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_05]: It's very simple.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_05]: And it'll tell you if you're registered and where you're registered.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_05]: So, because a lot of people think they are, I have a guy who comes in every day and says, yeah, I've ordered today, no, you didn't, you know, I said, where's your vote?
- 57:13[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, black river fire on, no, you didn't, not today.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_05]: People like to say that, it's kind of an affirmation thing, I guess.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_05]: But, you know, it's Ken vote down the county building here, or,
- 57:26[SPEAKER_05]: In Lewis County, you can only vote through Sunday and all of that stuff.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_05]: So that's the latest on that.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_05]: And we try to do what we can to keep you all interested in that type of stuff.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_05]: Other than that, anybody down at the thing at the city hall for June 10th, no, I haven't heard too much, really.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_05]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_02]: You heard what's up?
- 57:58[SPEAKER_02]: Not much, I was wondering if people in the New York 21 from out of county can vote in Jefferson County because you know more about elections than I do.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_05]: No, they can't.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_02]: Anyone in the New York 21?
- 58:09[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_02]: The answer is no.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_02]: The answer is no.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, they're in the New York 21 and in Jefferson County.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_05]: They can't vote if they live in if they're in New York 21 and they live in Jefferson County.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, they can go over there and vote Yeah, but if they live in a different county, they have to go to the where the county is so In any event, we'll see what happens Tuesday.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, I got to run.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_02]: I can't wait to see you got to you know, but we're in 80 20.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, thank you.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I don't think it'll be 80 20.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_05]: A lot of the insiders, and I don't know anything, you know, this is why I'm not a journalist.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_05]: Down at the news outlets in town are cave streets, and they deal in facts, and that's important.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_05]: I deal in hypotheses and, you know, whatever, whatever I hear gossip, and I don't intentionally spread bad information, but most of what I'm hearing is that Constantine knows up probably
- 59:19[SPEAKER_05]: Now does that mean it's true?
- 59:21[SPEAKER_05]: No, because turnout matters and this thing.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_05]: And really, the race will be decided in our night.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_05]: We'll then say our target count.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_05]: He's those kind of places, not up here, not up here.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_05]: Okay?
- 59:35[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I do hope you have a good weekend.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_05]: I hope you enjoy the rest of June, teeth.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_05]: And hop on down to City Hall and his activities in Thompson, Park tomorrow.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_05]: Sounds like a good time.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_05]: We'll be head by all.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_05]: And well, that's our show for today.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_05]: You've been listening to the hotline on a community broadcast to his station.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_05]: This is, of course, AM-1240, WATN Watertown, New York.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_05]: The time is one o'clock, and you guessed it, ABC News is coming up.
