When Life Is Good

When good things happen, we are invited to notice them.

“For now the winter is past, the rain is over and gone.” — from Song of Solomon 2:11

Our lives have hard winters, uncertain springs, and long autumns drifting into winter.

But sometimes, it’s summer.

Health is good. Relationships are strong. Work is meaningful. We have enough. And hope comes a little more easily.

When summer comes, don’t rush past it. Embrace it.

Summer is a gift, too.
