Latest / Music Matters with Darrell Craig Harris
UK R&B/Soul singer Ashaine White is our Switcher Chats guest on episode 12, season 3, of Music Matters with Darrell Craig Harris.
UK R&B/Soul singer Ashaine White joins me from her home in London to talk about her new release, being a busy vocalist in the UK, working as a music journalist, and much more...
Ashaine brings the musicality back into singing with her nods to jazz harmony and a spell-binding but moody approach to Neo-soul. Inspired by the likes of Jeff Buckley, Lianne La Havas, and D'Angelo, Ashaine describes herself as a Grunge-Soul artist, taking the fundamental approaches to jazz singing and adding a modern spin.
