Man Sentenced for Gun Bust and Car Theft | Bahamas News
A 36-year-old man named Kristen Meadows got a three-year sentence after police found two handguns and 51 rounds of ammo hidden in his Oxford Drive home—plus extra gun gear. The bust happened Sept. 3, when cops stumbled on the stash in a plastic bag. He also faces car theft charges for stealing a $6K Nissan Note days earlier, which he admits to but denies in court. Prosecution was led by Inspector Timothy Bain, with Keevon Maynard defending Meadows. His firearm case is done; the car theft trial looms for November 20.
