Speaker 3: I said, Happy Valentine's Day, and we're gearing enough for

Speaker 3: what could be a rainy weekend at a potentially a
1:45
Speaker 3: flooding weekend here in the area. It seems like all
1:47
Speaker 3: I ever talked about lately is more depressing weather news.
1:51
Speaker 3: We're going to talk about the potential flooding with Brian
1:53
Speaker 3: hust from Storm Track for thirteen coming up a little
1:55
Speaker 3: bit later on pleasant is Valentine's Day, so we will
1:58
Speaker 3: go live to the Canawa County courtout and check in
2:00
Speaker 3: with Judge Mary Claire Akers and see where we are
2:02
Speaker 3: in the status sheet. As far as her Valentine's Day
2:05
Speaker 3: weddings go, this is the annual King of Hearts event
2:08
Speaker 3: that Judge Charlie King started years ago and Judge Jakers
2:12
Speaker 3: has continued that now. As of I talked to the
2:14
Speaker 3: judge yesterday. As of yesterday they had had ten weddings
2:17
Speaker 3: and two adoptions scheduled for today. She's already hard at work.
2:21
Speaker 3: We'll try to bother her for just a moment or
2:23
Speaker 3: two to talk about that. Plus Rob Reel from her
2:26
Speaker 3: sister station ninety six to one KWS has got something
2:29
Speaker 3: on his mind. He asked if he could stop by
2:30

Speaker 3: let's welcome in Hannah Gardner from the Cannella Charleston You
2:44
Speaker 3: Maaine Association with this week's Adopt Me Please Pet of
2:46
Speaker 3: the Week. Hannah, Good morning, welcome to the show and
2:49
Speaker 3: happy Valentine's Day. Good morning, all right, we got our
2:55
Speaker 3: picture posted of our Pet of the week, as always
2:57
Speaker 3: posted on Dave Allen Radio on Facebook and at seventy
3:00
Speaker 3: on x. The artist formerly known as Twitter It's Lizzo.
3:04
Speaker 3: Tell us about Lizzo.
3:07
Speaker 5: All right, Lizzo. She is a really really really cute girl.
3:11
Speaker 5: Check her out on the pictures. But she I could
3:16
Speaker 5: not tell you what she is, maybe some type of
3:19
Speaker 5: pity lab paddle dog something I do not know. That
3:24
Speaker 5: she is a cute like brown brindle girl. On the
3:30
Speaker 5: top of her and then on hers like white and speckled,
3:35
Speaker 5: white and black speckled. But anyway, she is around two
3:39
Speaker 5: years old. She is a female. She's fade and she
3:43
Speaker 5: go home. She's micro chip and vaccinated, so she is
3:47
Speaker 5: ready and up to all of that. You have her
3:51
Speaker 5: raby sex well, so she's good on all of that.
3:55
Speaker 5: She is fully sponsored as well. So I believe quite
3:58
Speaker 5: a few when the flooding happened, quite a few members
4:02
Speaker 5: of the public companies they all different places reached out
4:06
Speaker 5: and I think almost all of our animals sponsored right now.
4:11
Speaker 5: So definitely, at least the candle dogs are, so definitely
4:15
Speaker 5: come up. Look at our website we've got we should
4:18
Speaker 5: have them all listed as you know what their prices
4:21
Speaker 5: are and stuff. So definitely check that out. But Lizzo
4:24
Speaker 5: fully sponsored sweet girl. She loves treats, very very food motivation.
4:29
Speaker 5: So if you would want to train her that she
4:31
Speaker 5: would be great with some treat She does pool a
4:35
Speaker 5: little bit releashed, so working with her on that would
4:38
Speaker 5: be great. She does not have to stick, stick and
4:41
Speaker 5: lay down, so she she already knows how to do
4:44
Speaker 5: those things. Angie, who has actually been on the ship,
4:48
Speaker 5: comes before she has as a diplomat. So we have
4:53
Speaker 5: we all have doggy where we try to get some
4:55
Speaker 5: adolts and Angie f.
5:01
Speaker 3: All right, hand handah handah. Hannah, we're having a real
5:04
Speaker 3: difficult time hearing you here, so maybe you can like
5:07
Speaker 3: stand in one spot or something or something because we're
5:10
Speaker 3: having a really difficult time hearing you here.
5:14
Speaker 5: Okay, can you hear me?
5:15
Speaker 3: That sounds pretty good. Just don't move for the next
5:18
Speaker 3: three minutes. How's that?
5:20
Speaker 5: Okay?
5:20
Speaker 3: All right? All right? So she's a diplomat. Explain how
5:23
Speaker 3: the diplomat program goes again.
5:25
Speaker 6: Yes, so we.
5:26
Speaker 5: Have a dogy diplomat program where you can take a
5:31
Speaker 5: dog from our kennels, any of the adult dogs. You
5:36
Speaker 5: can make this doggy and what that is basically just
5:40
Speaker 5: getting them out whenever you throughout the day and taking
5:45
Speaker 5: pictures of them, learning about them with them, basically just
5:49
Speaker 5: helping them get it off to it all right.
5:52
Speaker 3: Before I let you go. And again hopefully next week
5:55
Speaker 3: we'll have a little bit better connection for you. We'll
5:57
Speaker 3: talk in the tail about a out lizo a little
6:00
Speaker 3: bit later on. I've got all the details, but I
6:03
Speaker 3: know Tucks and Tails has been set for May third
6:05
Speaker 3: at the Roughner here in Charleston. Down in Derby. It's
6:08
Speaker 3: being called a conjunction I suppose with the Kentucky Derby.
6:11
Speaker 3: I just know one it out there now so people
6:13
Speaker 3: can get it on their calendar. Again, it's May third
6:15
Speaker 3: for Tuxes and Tails. That is always a premier event
6:18
Speaker 3: here in Charleston.
6:18
Speaker 5: Hannah, Yes, we absolutely love Tuxes and Tails. We have
6:23
Speaker 5: it every single years. The fundraising event that we have
6:26
Speaker 5: where you can dress up. It is the Derby Cinema
6:29
Speaker 5: gift that we are having that, so you can definitely
6:33
Speaker 5: come in your Sunday best dressed or just a nice,
6:37
Speaker 5: nice little outfit if you want to show up. And
6:39
Speaker 5: it is it's a Roughner, so it is a new
6:41
Speaker 5: location this year, and we definitely want to see everybody
6:44
Speaker 5: come out, So check out the tickets online. You can
6:47
Speaker 5: go to our social media. We have a Texas of
6:49
Speaker 5: Tales Facebook page where you can look at all of
6:52
Speaker 5: the different ticket prices.
6:54
Speaker 7: That we have.
6:54
Speaker 3: All right, and again that's going to be coming up
6:56
Speaker 3: on May third. We'll talk about that in the tails
6:57
Speaker 3: we get a little bit closer. How are the numbers
7:00
Speaker 3: looking overall at the shelter? And I know, just like
7:02
Speaker 3: everybody else, including Brian Hughes, who we're going to talk
7:04
Speaker 3: to you a little bit later, you guys are keeping
7:05
Speaker 3: an eye in the water situation too.
7:09
Speaker 5: Yes, so we definitely are still up there in our census.
7:13
Speaker 5: We still have a lot of kennel dogs. I think
7:15
Speaker 5: we're still up in like two hundreds, maybe almost three hundred,
7:20
Speaker 5: but we definitely are still at pretty high up there capacity.
7:25
Speaker 5: But we are still tucking along with getting animals adopted
7:29
Speaker 5: and stuff, and we for sure are still watching out
7:31
Speaker 5: for the waters with the flooding of yes, there's more
7:35
Speaker 5: flooding going to be definitely are keeping an eye on
7:39
Speaker 5: that and all of our safe and secure.
7:42
Speaker 3: All right, Annah, as always a pleasure to talk to you,
7:45
Speaker 3: and we will have a special thought and prayer for
7:47
Speaker 3: you tomorrow because again we're expecting some heavy rain. I
7:50
Speaker 3: know a lot of times this really really impacts the
7:52
Speaker 3: folks at the shelter, So hopefully everybody and all the
7:54
Speaker 3: creatures big and small will make it through it, including
7:57
Speaker 3: the human creatures. Okay, I appreciate you being We'll talk
8:00
Speaker 3: again soon. Thanks a lot.
8:02
Speaker 5: Thank you.

8:44
Speaker 3: micro chip vaccinated and ready to go home around thirty
8:48
Speaker 3: nine forty pounds or so. Fully sponsored as are as
8:52
Speaker 3: Samnah said, as are most of the dogs up at
8:55
Speaker 3: the shelter fully sponsored, meaning that she is absolutely free.
8:59
Speaker 4: She is.
9:00
Speaker 3: It's a super sweet girl. She loves treats. Should be
9:04
Speaker 3: easy to train, they say, because well, you know, she
9:07
Speaker 3: likes streets. She already knows how to sit, she knows
9:10
Speaker 3: how to shake and how to lay down all of
9:13
Speaker 3: those on command. She does pull slightly on the leash,
9:16
Speaker 3: but again with a little leash training maybe using the treats,
9:18
Speaker 3: you should be able to work through that. No problem.
9:20
Speaker 3: She loves attention and she can be very playful and calm.
9:27
Speaker 3: She's just an all around great dog. And again you
9:30
Speaker 3: can go and look at the picture over on my
9:31
Speaker 3: Facebook page. You're on the x page, and you take
9:34
Speaker 3: a look at the dog for yourself. She loves people,
9:36
Speaker 3: as I said, seems to do well with other calm dogs.
9:40
Speaker 3: Don't know about cats. Always use caution there, but dogs.
9:45

10:37
Speaker 3: of thirteen is going to stop by a little bit
10:39
Speaker 3: later on now. The concern it was went from snow
10:42
Speaker 3: earlier this week, well last week it was flooding and
10:44
Speaker 3: then it was snow, which turned out to be not
10:46
Speaker 3: a whole lot for the Charleston area, as Brian and
10:48
Speaker 3: Spencer predicted. Now we're looking at heavy rain, I mean
10:54
Speaker 3: potentially really really heavy rain rolling through the area here
10:58
Speaker 3: tomorrow and then may be a changeover to snow and
11:02
Speaker 3: then definitely not so much a big snow event they
11:04
Speaker 3: say next week as much as Boone chilling cold temperatures.
11:08
Speaker 3: We'll talk to Brian about that. Plus Rob Reeal from
11:10

11:13
Speaker 3: down in the hall this morning, Sai Dave, I need
11:14

11:16
Speaker 3: I said, all right, we'll make time for you, and
11:18
Speaker 3: when we come back, we're going to do our best
11:19
Speaker 3: to hook up with Judge Mary Claire Acres, who is
11:23
Speaker 3: in her courtroom right now. It's Valentine's Day and she
11:26
Speaker 3: does every year. She is continuing doing a marathon of
11:29
Speaker 3: weddings and we're hoping this works out with her schedule
11:32
Speaker 3: because again she's trying to get people wedded up right now,
11:34
Speaker 3: and I would hate to be the one, you know,
11:36
Speaker 3: to interrupt somebody's wedding ceremony to for her to do
11:38
Speaker 3: a little radio hit. But we'll try to do that
11:40

15:09
Speaker 12: and they've got some great love songs, but it's also
15:11
Speaker 12: like the third show of the tour, so everything's gonna
15:16
Speaker 12: be really fresh. I mean, they've come off their rehearsals,
15:19
Speaker 12: but everything's still kind of coming together and it's spontaneous

Speaker 7: Valentine's Day donuts, so that's a close second.
16:20
Speaker 3: All right, all right, I should find somebody to marry. Yeah,
16:23
Speaker 3: well that didn't work out well for the first six
16:25
Speaker 3: times for you there, sir, but two oh for two,
16:28
Speaker 3: I'm just kid one and six all right? So again,
16:31
Speaker 3: and I had you on earlier this week, Judge, explain
16:33
Speaker 3: how this whole thing works. What people need to do
16:35
Speaker 3: if they want to get wetted up today.
16:37
Speaker 7: If you want to get married today, you just need
16:39
Speaker 7: a valid marriage license from any county clerk in West Virginia,
16:42
Speaker 7: and I can do it in my courtroom. I don't
16:45
Speaker 7: know the fee for that. There's some small fee to
16:48
Speaker 7: get your marriage license. You can get married the exact
16:50
Speaker 7: same day. Just head on over and we'll do it
16:53
Speaker 7: all right.
16:53
Speaker 3: And again, I know people have been making appointments earlier
16:57
Speaker 3: in the week, but walk ins are welcome. What time
16:59
Speaker 3: do you do you end everything today?
17:02
Speaker 7: We will end at five.
17:04
Speaker 3: End at five, So you got till now till five o'clock.
17:06
Speaker 3: And as somebody pointed out on the text line earlier
17:08
Speaker 3: when you were live in studio with me, judge, if
17:10
Speaker 3: somebody wants I called it a reenactment yesterday, I don't
17:13
Speaker 3: think that's exactly the right word. But if somebody wants
17:16
Speaker 3: to do the renewal of the vows, they can also
17:17
Speaker 3: do that.
17:19
Speaker 7: Absolutely, We're up for anything over here. This is a
17:21
Speaker 7: fun day. We have a good time. We've got a
17:23
Speaker 7: couple of adoptions that are scheduled, so those things we
17:26
Speaker 7: will definitely stop the weddings to do. But we are
17:29
Speaker 7: looking forward to a whole day of just fun over here.
17:31
Speaker 12: So your honor, whether it's the adoptions or the weddings.
17:35
Speaker 12: I assume these are the most fun things that you
17:37
Speaker 12: get to do. Do you have different versions of your ceremonies,
17:42
Speaker 12: like if somebody's literally there on their lunch, like we
17:45
Speaker 12: need to get in and get out your honor or
17:48
Speaker 12: do you have I mean, you know one of mine
17:50
Speaker 12: went that way, or do you have a more elaborate
17:54
Speaker 12: sentimental version that you do if you know, maybe it's
17:57
Speaker 12: a first go round, or maybe you know, reunited my
18:00
Speaker 12: school loves after thirty years get back together.
18:03
Speaker 3: Do you do it different ways?
18:05
Speaker 7: We do a lot of times. It makes a difference
18:07
Speaker 7: whether somebody has rings or not. People do think that
18:10
Speaker 7: they have to have rings. They don't. We have a
18:12
Speaker 7: whole different ceremony if you don't have rings. We have
18:15
Speaker 7: a ceremony for people who are getting remarried after being divorced,
18:19
Speaker 7: which I do quite a bit as well.
18:20
Speaker 3: All right, well, judge, I know you're really busy. We'll
18:22
Speaker 3: let you get right back to it. And I know
18:24
Speaker 3: you said that to your couple. This is a media
18:27
Speaker 3: of it because I get you on the radio and
18:29
Speaker 3: then the couple that's about to get married to be
18:30
Speaker 3: an interviewed. I'm presuming by a television station or something
18:34
Speaker 3: right now. But God bless you for what you do.
18:36
Speaker 3: This is a fun event, and in the world of
18:38
Speaker 3: court proceedings, we probably need a little fun every now
18:42
Speaker 3: and then. We'll let you get back to it. I
18:43
Speaker 3: appreciate you being here. Thanks a lot, Thanks you guys.
18:46
Speaker 7: Have a great Valentine's Day you as.
18:48
Speaker 3: Well, Judge Mary Claire Akers. And again we'll be touching
18:50
Speaker 3: base with her throughout the day and reporting it back
18:53
Speaker 3: to the newsroom to Jeff and the folks so they
18:55
Speaker 3: can get the story on that. That's kind of a
18:58
Speaker 3: cool thing. That And by the way, Robert not been
19:00
Speaker 3: married six times. I was kidding about that, It's only
19:02
Speaker 3: been two. Hyperbole's the best thing ever.
19:05
Speaker 12: Yeah, want to knowlment one divorce for those of you
19:07
Speaker 12: scoring at home, and if you're scoring at home, happy
19:08
Speaker 12: Valentine's Day.
19:09
Speaker 13: Uh.
19:10
Speaker 12: You know what I should have suggested to her honor?
19:13
Speaker 12: She mentioned adoptions. And I thought of this when Gal,
19:18
Speaker 12: who used to work here still a friend of ours,
19:21
Speaker 12: went through an adoption process about a year ago with
19:25
Speaker 12: I want to say the boy was around three or
19:27
Speaker 12: four at the time, and he got to take the
19:29
Speaker 12: picture with the great big gavel but he didn't get
19:32
Speaker 12: to keep it. We got to find a way to
19:34
Speaker 12: get the comically large gavels so that the adoption kids
19:38
Speaker 12: get to keep that as a little as.
19:40
Speaker 3: A little memoric cool that she does that. And I
19:42
Speaker 3: left that, and then we got the idea when somebody
19:45
Speaker 3: text earlier this week and said, what about what about
19:47
Speaker 3: doing the renewal of the vows? I don't know that
19:49
Speaker 3: if they've done it in the past, but they are.
19:51
Speaker 3: And poor Tom Sussman, my buddy, you know, my political consultant, Tom.
19:54
Speaker 3: Neither one of us who've both been married for a
19:55
Speaker 3: long time, not to each other. I think I could
20:00
Speaker 3: probably do better than Toime. I'm just saying, but it
20:02
Speaker 3: did do better. But anyway, but anyway, neither one of
20:06
Speaker 3: us could come up with it yesterday and both of
20:08
Speaker 3: us have been married for a long time. And I
20:09
Speaker 3: called it the reenactment. It's called the renewal of vals,
20:14
Speaker 3: so reboot. Let me get a quick text here before
20:17
Speaker 3: we'll get to why you're actually here. Real Tex says
20:19
Speaker 3: like a Vegas w wedding, Lol, Elvis as a witness.
20:24
Speaker 3: I'm sure everything. Here's the thing about Rob, everything that
20:28
Speaker 3: I come up with, He's got a story from one
20:30
Speaker 3: of the forty eight different places he's worked. So do
20:32
Speaker 3: you have an Elvis wedding story.
20:33
Speaker 12: I do not have it, although my recollection is that
20:37
Speaker 12: for about ten fifteen years or so, Nevada has not
20:41
Speaker 12: done same day marriage licenses. Reilly, I don't think you
20:44
Speaker 12: can get for the whole we've been overserved quickie wedding
20:50
Speaker 12: overnight thing, I think to alleviate that, I don't think
20:52
Speaker 12: Nevada does same day anymore. I know that Tennessee does.
20:57
Speaker 12: Don't ask why I know that, and then you talk
21:01
Speaker 12: about renewal of the valves. I have no punchline for this.
21:04
Speaker 12: This is a one hundred percent true story. My late
21:06
Speaker 12: older brother was married four times, but only to two women.
21:10
Speaker 12: He married Patty, once divorced, married again, divorced, then he
21:15
Speaker 12: married Jody, divorced, married again, and so yeah, he was
21:20
Speaker 12: married four times, but to only two women.
21:22
Speaker 3: All right, so it's interesting math there. That's yes, that's
21:25
Speaker 3: your that's your family. So we talked at length about
21:28
Speaker 3: your family. Ain't nobody got time for all that talking
21:31
Speaker 3: about your family.
21:31
Speaker 12: I am the white sheep of my family, to be sure, But.
21:35
Speaker 3: Ave Alan Chow and five Eddie lie broad to bar

Speaker 3: and Milton. Visit snapfitness dot com for more details. All right,
21:50
Speaker 3: so you actually had a purpose for being here.
21:53
Speaker 12: Today, and that is so I know a thing or
21:56
Speaker 12: two about economics, and the big story yesterday in the
22:01
Speaker 12: economic world is that eggs are at the highest price
22:05
Speaker 12: they have ever been, and not just what you see
22:07
Speaker 12: on the price tag, that in in constant dollars, as
22:10
Speaker 12: we talk about in economics, you know, compared to like
22:12
Speaker 12: nineteen hundred or whatever. They are astronomically expensive, ridiculously so
22:19
Speaker 12: uh so uh crash. And I put our heads together
22:22
Speaker 12: and got a little spark that we're gonna give away
22:26
Speaker 12: cartons of eggs next week up relarly on ninety six
22:29
Speaker 12: to one KWA cartons of egg cartons of eggs. Our
22:32
Speaker 12: friends at the Big Ley Pigly Wiggly immediately jumped on board. Yes,
22:36
Speaker 12: we can make this happen. We like to play the games.
22:39
Speaker 12: Up reelarly seven twenty is when we're gonna do it,
22:42
Speaker 12: and we're gonna bring one of our favorite games out.
22:44
Speaker 3: What's your Name?
22:45
Speaker 12: It's where I give you three clues about somebody like
22:48
Speaker 12: if if I were to say, uh, he you know,
22:52
Speaker 12: hosts a talk show nine to ten every morning on
22:55
Speaker 12: the WCHS network, that would be number one. Number two
22:58
Speaker 12: he is the pride of Low County and has been
23:01
Speaker 12: married to somebody way out of his league for way
23:03
Speaker 12: too long. And clue number three might be you know,
23:05
Speaker 12: he also moonlights on our sister station ninety eight seven
23:08
Speaker 12: The Mountain. What's your name? Then the person would say,
23:12
Speaker 12: hopefully the remarkable Dave of Allen.
23:15
Speaker 3: That's how that came. Is it going to be like
23:17
Speaker 3: people in the building? Is it going to be just
23:19
Speaker 3: anybody could be like me? I mean like real celebrities,
23:22
Speaker 3: not like us, I mean like real celebrity.
23:24
Speaker 12: So what is what is Monday on the calendar? What
23:27
Speaker 12: is the holiday on Monday? President's Day? It is actually
23:30
Speaker 12: Washington's birth according to the federal government, but most folks.
23:34
Speaker 3: Call it President.
23:34
Speaker 12: Yeah, so all next week another thing we do is
23:37
Speaker 12: the real interesting fact at six point fifty, So those
23:41
Speaker 12: will all be president related and those might lean into
23:44
Speaker 12: the answers for what's your name at seven twenty, So.
23:47
Speaker 3: You go do that seven twenty Monday through Friday.
23:50
Speaker 12: Well on next week, and we're giving away eggs from
23:52
Speaker 12: the Big Lee Pigly Wiggly.
23:54
Speaker 3: And hey, as Letterman used to say, my hero Letterman
23:57
Speaker 3: as timely as today's headlines.
24:00
Speaker 12: You know, I see all the folks, Well, you don't
24:03
Speaker 12: like the price of eggs, you know you should.
24:05
Speaker 3: You should quit eating them.
24:05
Speaker 12: You know, use apple sauce when you're baking, Well that's
24:08
Speaker 12: not gonna do you any good.
24:09
Speaker 3: When you're trying to fry up a breakfast.
24:10
Speaker 12: Well you should get you know, you kick get chickens
24:13
Speaker 12: and they can lay their own for you. I live
24:16
Speaker 12: in a high rise in downtown Charleston. I cannot have chickens.
24:20
Speaker 12: There are codes and things.
24:21
Speaker 3: From southern West Virginia. We can have chickens anywhere.
24:25
Speaker 12: Look right there in the living room. Yeah, regular or
24:26
Speaker 12: extra crispy. So you know this, this is hard times
24:30
Speaker 12: for real folks. And I'm not getting into the politics
24:33
Speaker 12: any of it. It is it is what it is,
24:35
Speaker 12: hard times for real folks, and this is this is
24:37
Speaker 12: a silly little thing we can do we're having some
24:39
Speaker 12: fun with it, but at the end of the day,
24:41
Speaker 12: we're trying to help stop egg inflation here in West Virginia,
24:44
Speaker 12: or at least fight.
24:45
Speaker 3: It a little bit. Yeah, somebody said me a meme here,
24:47
Speaker 3: and I actually saw this on the Mountain Facebook page
24:50
Speaker 3: and this Valentine's Day get or something expensive and it
24:53
Speaker 3: was a man presenting the woman with some with some eggs,
24:56
Speaker 3: with a carton of eggs. We've got one of those
24:58
Speaker 3: on our Facebook page too. So oh he went to
25:00
Speaker 3: the big Ley Pigly. Wait did you see the story?
25:03
Speaker 3: And it was reported by a lot of people. Uh,
25:05
Speaker 3: maybe you got you maybe be talked about it on
25:07
Speaker 3: your show. Uh that people are renting chickens now, they're
25:11
Speaker 3: renting out chickens. I mean, you gotta do what you
25:14
Speaker 3: gotta do. Uh.
25:17
Speaker 12: I would love to say that, uh that that I've
25:20
Speaker 12: seen stranger things, and I probably have, but not this week.
25:23
Speaker 3: Yeah.
25:25
Speaker 12: I just uh, it's it's it's rough out there for
25:28
Speaker 12: working folks.
25:28
Speaker 3: It is it is, And this is a cool thing.
25:30
Speaker 3: I mean you know that you folks are doing. You
25:32
Speaker 3: grab me in the hall this morning and told me
25:33
Speaker 3: what you're gonna do. I said, yeah, we gotta give
25:36
Speaker 3: a little bit of air time for this we got.
25:37
Speaker 3: I mean, we're trying to have a little fun.
25:39
Speaker 12: It's tongue in cheek, but you know, like it's hard
25:42
Speaker 12: out there, so I get it.
25:43
Speaker 3: And in all the years that you have been in radio,
25:45
Speaker 3: have you, I mean you've done a lot of things
25:47
Speaker 3: including walk into Morgantown and uh uh and and different
25:50
Speaker 3: things sock drops and turkey drops whatever? Have you ever
25:53
Speaker 3: given away eggs on the air before?
25:54
Speaker 12: This is the first free I think this is a
25:56
Speaker 12: first of given away eggs. But we've done uh, I've
26:00
Speaker 12: done bacon, and we did ground sausage last year for
26:05
Speaker 12: Groundhog Day, the ground pork sausage ground Hog. I've given
26:10
Speaker 12: away a divorce, not mine. Yeah, but you know that
26:14
Speaker 12: I think that's a brilliant idea. Not everybody has the
26:18
Speaker 12: same sort of sense of humor that.
26:20
Speaker 3: The radio people.
26:20
Speaker 12: I mean, you know why divorce is so expensive because
26:23
Speaker 12: it's worth it. So given away everything from a card
26:29
Speaker 12: to now cartons of eggs.
26:30
Speaker 3: All right, cartons of eggs? Seven and it's What's your Name?
26:35
Speaker 3: Is the game's sister Sation ninety six one KWS also
26:38
Speaker 3: available for your favorite streaming device. And online and all
26:42

26:46

26:49

Speaker 12: me and you know, Uncle Woody and Steven, Jenny and
26:56
Speaker 12: all these people here at eleven eleven Virginia Street East.
26:59
Speaker 3: Very simple to use that app. Yeah, okay, yeah, somebody
27:05
Speaker 3: sent me also a picture of how much prices are
27:08
Speaker 3: on eggs out at the South Ridge Walmart. And yeah,
27:11
Speaker 3: they're they're spensive.
27:13
Speaker 12: It's literally, in raw dollars, the most expensive they've ever been,
27:18
Speaker 12: but astronomical in constant dollars as a function of somebody's income.
27:23
Speaker 12: It's ridiculous trying to buy eggs.
27:26
Speaker 3: All right, well we are going to you, uh and
27:28
Speaker 3: we're all one big, happy, happy, loving family here. You

27:49
Speaker 12: Exactly eggs specially exclusively extraordinary.
27:55
Speaker 3: All right, I think we're done with all the oaks.

Speaker 3: about the egg giveaway that Rob's doing on KWS on Monday.
31:44
Speaker 3: Will the eggs be twelve, eighteen or thirty six packs?
31:46
Speaker 3: Just curious? Actually, it's going to be a gift certificate
31:50
Speaker 3: from the big Ley Pickley Whiggly. That's how it's going
31:52
Speaker 3: to be. It's actually gonna be we're saying eggs. But
31:54
Speaker 3: you know, I mean, that's the whole concept, the whole
31:56
Speaker 3: whole promotion here. But if you wanted to use something
31:59
Speaker 3: for some you know, you could, uh, we will be
32:02
Speaker 3: doing that on Monday. It's actually in a form of
32:05
Speaker 3: a gift certificate. All right, we got Rob not Rob Real.
32:09
Speaker 3: I'm sorry, he's not allowed in the Capitol. We got
32:11
Speaker 3: Dave Wilson and DJ Meadows, the talk line guys from
32:14
Speaker 3: the Capitol checking them a little bit later on. Let's
32:16
Speaker 3: go now to media. Roald just Brian Hughes Storm track
32:18
Speaker 3: of thirteen. Good morning, sir.
32:21
Speaker 7: We're all good morning to you.
32:23
Speaker 3: Look look weather guy. Okay. You know I like to
32:27
Speaker 3: have you on for fun stuff. You're always all over regatta.
32:30
Speaker 3: We have you on to talk about that as much
32:33
Speaker 3: as I like you, and we're good buddies and we
32:35
Speaker 3: share the same twisted sense of humor. I am tired
32:39
Speaker 3: of talking to you, okay, I'm just tired of talking
32:42
Speaker 3: about weather stuff here. So where what are we looking
32:47
Speaker 3: at now? Immediately Todave Valentine's Day. Look Abs, looks looks gorgeous.
32:52
Speaker 3: I mean it's could be cold, but it's okay. But
32:55
Speaker 3: then what happens after that?
32:58
Speaker 4: Well, we're looking at you know, the night sunshow. We
33:01
Speaker 4: get to drive today, but after that it becomes water logged,
33:05
Speaker 4: especially for Saturday. But the good news, if we can
33:09
Speaker 4: look at anything that's good and positive in this is
33:11
Speaker 4: that we're not going to have as much rain in
33:13
Speaker 4: southwest Virginia, which allows us to not take in as
33:19
Speaker 4: much water on some of the rivers that have to
33:21
Speaker 4: flow north.
33:21
Speaker 6: So whether that.
33:22
Speaker 4: Be the Greenbrier, New the Coal River, and the guid
33:30
Speaker 4: out things of those nature, in which obviously some of
33:33
Speaker 4: those leading to the canal, we don't have to take
33:35
Speaker 4: it as much water.
33:36
Speaker 3: So we're not going to.
33:36
Speaker 4: See river rises as high as what we're projected yesterday,
33:42
Speaker 4: because yesterday we were looking at heavy rain standing in
33:45
Speaker 4: southwest Virginians southeas Kentucky all day long. But now it
33:49
Speaker 4: looks like we're going to have rain that that would
33:51
Speaker 4: be on order of, you know, about six to eight
33:55
Speaker 4: hours worth of rain in the watersheds for parts of
33:59
Speaker 4: the canal and the hole and such, and then that
34:01
Speaker 4: lives off to the north and we get about it
34:03
Speaker 4: six to ten hours worth of drawing before more storms
34:06
Speaker 4: move in overnight Saturday night, in the Sunday morning, and
34:10
Speaker 4: then once those passed and it gets cold and we
34:13
Speaker 4: hold onto the cold for a lot while.
34:15
Speaker 3: What are the major concerns as far as as the
34:17
Speaker 3: big rivers go, Brian, you know, as far as the
34:19
Speaker 3: Canal River in the Ohio River, what are you looking
34:22
Speaker 3: at there? The big rivers?
34:24
Speaker 6: The Canal is.
34:27
Speaker 4: As of yesterday with the forecast came out as forecast
34:30
Speaker 4: of the crest somewhere around twenty six feet. That's about
34:34
Speaker 4: three feet higher than it was this last time. It
34:37
Speaker 4: would also be the highest cress since twenty twenty one,
34:40
Speaker 4: when we nearly hit minor flood stage at twenty nine
34:43
Speaker 4: point nine.
34:43
Speaker 6: I mean we were almost there.
34:45
Speaker 4: But with what we believe will be revisions downward, I
34:51
Speaker 4: think we're going to probably be around twenty three feet,
34:54
Speaker 4: which is about where we were in last time for
34:57
Speaker 4: our flood stage, maybe even a touch and lower than that.
35:00
Speaker 4: The median forecasting crest is going to be Monday night
35:05
Speaker 4: in to Tuesday afternoon, and that could be around twenty
35:07
Speaker 4: two feet. I'll take that, because listen, anything over twenty
35:11
Speaker 4: one I got to start waiting to the water to
35:12
Speaker 4: get off my boat for that.
35:13
Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you would think that this is the
35:16
Speaker 3: guy who actually lives on the water here. So let's
35:18
Speaker 3: keep that in mind, all right. So with this winter,
35:21
Speaker 3: all right, so we're looking what I understand, you know,
35:23
Speaker 3: late Sunday night could have a little snow doesn't look
35:26
Speaker 3: like it's going to be very impactful. We'll see about that,
35:29
Speaker 3: but everybody is looking ahead to what you and Spencer
35:33
Speaker 3: have been talking about, you know, next week with the
35:36
Speaker 3: there some bottles said there could be heavy snow, others said, well,
35:39
Speaker 3: it's going to be more cold. There's a lot of
35:41
Speaker 3: time between now and then, and I would be very
35:44
Speaker 3: careful if you're one of these folks that as soon
35:47
Speaker 3: as you see something that's the most you know, we're
35:49
Speaker 3: going to get eight feet of snow, let's share that
35:51
Speaker 3: as opposed to or we could get half an inch
35:54
Speaker 3: as of right now, and we'll put that caveat as
35:57
Speaker 3: of right now, the cold looks like it's going to
36:00
Speaker 3: be a much bigger deal, right, Brian.
36:03
Speaker 18: Right.
36:03
Speaker 4: That's that's been the story for from my perspective, is
36:06
Speaker 4: that the cold is our big story, uh for uh,
36:10
Speaker 4: you know, for next week. It's has nothing to do
36:13
Speaker 4: with the snow, which there will be snow, but it
36:15
Speaker 4: is the cold that that is most concerning, uh to
36:18
Speaker 4: me next week because we're going to see conservatively highs
36:21
Speaker 4: it don't get above freezing loads.
36:23
Speaker 6: That will be in the teens.
36:24
Speaker 4: I do see some single digit loaws across the region
36:27
Speaker 4: for a couple of days next week, and then some
36:30
Speaker 4: forecast model data was indicating that high temperatures I mean,
36:34
Speaker 4: I mean, even looking at it right now, high temperatures
36:36
Speaker 4: in Charleston, for instance, maybe even on you know, Wednesday,
36:40
Speaker 4: Thursday don't get out of the twenties. So so that
36:45
Speaker 4: is our bigger concern. Now, if we were to take
36:47
Speaker 4: raw forecast model data and look at at what maybe uh,
36:52
Speaker 4: you know, Wednesday and the Thursday might bring. You know,
36:54
Speaker 4: we're looking at you know, maybe Wednesday we get you know,
36:58
Speaker 4: one to three inches the snow, one inch down here
37:01
Speaker 4: in the lower elevations, three inches up high. And then
37:03
Speaker 4: but then as we look at into Thursday, well then
37:06
Speaker 4: that could go higher. We could get a couple of
37:07
Speaker 4: inches on Thursday and the lower elevations and maybe a
37:10
Speaker 4: number of inches up in the mountains. But as you know,
37:14
Speaker 4: and I know that is a.
37:16
Speaker 6: Long ways away. It is generalities.
37:19
Speaker 4: I mean, we know it's gonna probably snow.
37:20
Speaker 6: Wednesday and the Thursday.
37:21
Speaker 4: But right now, you know, yes, in the mountains they're
37:26
Speaker 4: gonna get snow. Hey, there's no doubt about it. At
37:28
Speaker 4: Summershille could get six inches plus, but down the lower elevations,
37:32
Speaker 4: like here in Kanall County where we are based, we
37:35
Speaker 4: look at that and we go, Okay, two three four
37:37
Speaker 4: inches of snow over a couple of days, we can
37:39
Speaker 4: handle that. But still, you know, snow grabs the headlines.
37:43
Speaker 3: Everybody panic, Yeah, exactly, all right, before we let you go,
37:46
Speaker 3: give me a look ahead to the month of March.
37:48
Speaker 3: I mean, I know it's look ahead and things can
37:50
Speaker 3: change whatever, but overall, what are your because you nailed it.
37:53
Speaker 3: You guys nailed it when you said that this is
37:55
Speaker 3: going to be a very very cold winter. We haven't
37:58
Speaker 3: had We've had a couple of pretty substantial snow events,
38:01
Speaker 3: but you guys nailed it over all on this. Give
38:04
Speaker 3: me an early look ahead, because man, I'm like everybody else,
38:06
Speaker 3: I'm getting ready to read a commercial here for the
38:08
Speaker 3: Charleston Dirty Birds. I want to get to the ballpark.
38:11
Speaker 3: So so give me give me a quick early call
38:13
Speaker 3: for as we had in the first couple of weeks
38:15
Speaker 3: of March.
38:16
Speaker 4: I think we're gonna still look at a late spring.
38:19
Speaker 4: March is going to be colder than normal, especially the
38:22
Speaker 4: first couple of weeks of March are going to be
38:24
Speaker 4: are going to be.
38:25
Speaker 6: Colder than normal.
38:26
Speaker 4: I mean, I'm just looking at forecast models just a
38:28
Speaker 4: couple of minutes ago with Chris Nolan here and we
38:32
Speaker 4: kind of laughed. There's a brief warm up just a
38:34
Speaker 4: couple of days for March, and then it gets back
38:36
Speaker 4: to cold. So we are looking at March colder than normal.
38:40
Speaker 4: But we do have some indications that once we step
38:45
Speaker 4: out of the big cold doldrums of you know, the
38:48
Speaker 4: polar vortex that has been dislodged, and we'll be dislodged
38:51
Speaker 4: for a good while. We do see that there's a
38:54
Speaker 4: rapid warm up as we get deep in the middle
38:57
Speaker 4: and towards the end of spring, so that would be
39:00
Speaker 4: good news. But you know, the good news here about
39:02
Speaker 4: what we've dealt with so far this winter is maybe
39:05
Speaker 4: the yellow jackets are gone and we're it's sure we
39:07
Speaker 4: out of.
39:07
Speaker 3: A draft, all right. But as we close, the big
39:11
Speaker 3: serious thing is people do need to look at what's
39:14
Speaker 3: gonna happen with the flooding. We did get a little
39:16
Speaker 3: bit of good news in the last twelve hours. Looks
39:18
Speaker 3: like it's not gonna be as bad as what was
39:19
Speaker 3: originally thought, but keep an eye on those streams. Outside
39:22
Speaker 3: your house in one way or the other. There's gonna
39:25
Speaker 3: be a lot of rainfall tomorrow.
39:27
Speaker 4: Yeah, And I would really look at anywhere from about
39:30
Speaker 4: nine am to about four to five o'clock in the afternoon,
39:34
Speaker 4: especially as we get after lunched about four or five
39:36
Speaker 4: six o'clock. That's the way to really keep our eyes
39:38
Speaker 4: to what's happening with rivers, creeks and streams around here.
39:40
Speaker 3: All right, Brian Hughes appreciated. Man, we'll talk soon. Thanks
39:43
Speaker 3: a lot. Sounds good, all right, Brian Hughes Stormtracker thirteen
39:46
Speaker 3: thirteen minutes away from ten. Yeah, that's the way it is.
39:49
Speaker 3: I mean, these models start coming out, and I saw
39:51
Speaker 3: the me and shared yesterday about this major snow event
39:54
Speaker 3: that's going to be happening, may or may not happen.
39:57
Speaker 3: I mean, Brian doesn't seem to think it's gonna happen.
39:59
Speaker 3: That's later next week. But a much bigger deal is
40:02
Speaker 3: the rain that we are going to have, Bud. As
40:04
Speaker 3: Brian said, we did get a little bit of good news.
40:06
Speaker 3: It doesn't look like it's going to be bad as
40:07
Speaker 3: originally thought. Weather cannot be predicted that far in advance,
40:12
Speaker 3: and these guys they do this sort of thing for
40:15
Speaker 3: a living. I don't. They'll tell you, you know, this is
40:18
Speaker 3: the way it looks, but we don't necessarily know. But
40:21
Speaker 3: we do know there's gonna be a whole lot of
40:22
Speaker 3: rain rolling through the canal valley over there. Starting we
40:26
Speaker 3: got a break today, but starting like early tomorrow and
40:29
Speaker 3: up until about four five o'clock tomorrow, tonon, we're gonna

44:18
Speaker 3: I really don't want to get into too much heavy stuff,
44:21
Speaker 3: but I've been closely following this story and it has
44:25
Speaker 3: to do with my chosen profession, the media. And you
44:29
Speaker 3: guys know how much I love tongue in cheek when
44:33
Speaker 3: people say the media. You know, the Trump White House,
44:37
Speaker 3: even going back to Trump one in twenty sixteen, really
44:41
Speaker 3: has a problem with again air quotes the media, especially
44:45
Speaker 3: those well let me let me rephrase that, those media
44:48
Speaker 3: outlets who don't agree with him. He seems to have
44:51
Speaker 3: no problem with Fox or Oaan or Newsmax, et cetera,
44:54
Speaker 3: et cetera. Fox News who admitted in court that they
44:57
Speaker 3: aren't a real news outlet and they're an entertainment. But
45:00
Speaker 3: I digress this story that the Associated Press that a
45:05
Speaker 3: deep dive on a couple of days ago. On Wednesday,
45:09
Speaker 3: the White House said that news outlets that refuse to
45:15
Speaker 3: use President Trump's new name for the Gulf of Mexico
45:18
Speaker 3: were telling quote lies and insisted that it would continue
45:23
Speaker 3: to bar journalists from the Associated Press from presidential events.
45:27
Speaker 3: Now and you know the story by now, Trump has
45:30
Speaker 3: decreed that the international body of water the artists, according
45:37
Speaker 3: to Trump, formerly known as Golf of Mexico, now be
45:39
Speaker 3: called the Gulf of America. The AP Associated Press said
45:45
Speaker 3: that per their style book, which for many years was
45:48
Speaker 3: the bible that people doing any form of print reporting used,
45:52
Speaker 3: I mean I was given mine. Actually I bought mine
45:55
Speaker 3: because I had to buy my books in my college days.
45:58
Speaker 3: But I got mine like day one studying journalism. But
46:03
Speaker 3: per the style book, it will remain the Gulf of
46:06
Speaker 3: Mexico until it's legally changed. So as long as the
46:09
Speaker 3: AP takes that stance, the Trump White House says, you
46:13
Speaker 3: can't come in here. And Caroline Levitt said, and this
46:16
Speaker 3: is a quote, it is a fact that the body
46:19
Speaker 3: of water off the coast of Louisiana is called the
46:21
Speaker 3: Gulf of America. And I'm not sure her words why
46:25
Speaker 3: news outlets don't call it that end quote. Now, in reality,
46:29
Speaker 3: the body lies partially in waters that don't belong to
46:32
Speaker 3: the US totally has been called the Gulf of Mexico
46:35
Speaker 3: for hundreds of years. On Tuesday, AP reporters were blocked
46:40
Speaker 3: from attending events in the Oval Office and other White
46:43
Speaker 3: House properties. An AP reporter was in the White House
46:47
Speaker 3: briefing room on Wednesday, but we're turned away later for
46:51
Speaker 3: a separate for a separate event. Now for the part
46:56
Speaker 3: the White House says. For their part, they say access
47:01
Speaker 3: to the Oval Office is a privilege and they can
47:03
Speaker 3: pretty much do what they want. And you know, folks,
47:09
Speaker 3: this is the Associated Press we're talking about here. This
47:11
Speaker 3: is not the Washington Post or the New York Times
47:13
Speaker 3: or CNN MSNBC. By definition, the Associated Press is a
47:17
Speaker 3: not for profit co op, basically unincorporated and pretty much
47:22
Speaker 3: collects stories from various sources and distributes them. You know, period, radio, TV, newspapers,
47:31
Speaker 3: online sources all pick up at content. It's not a
47:34
Speaker 3: network in the way that ABC or CNN or Fox
47:37
Speaker 3: News is. And I say that because I'm going to
47:40
Speaker 3: get into this story a little bit more on Monday
47:43
Speaker 3: with a professional in this field who works out of DC.
47:46
Speaker 3: But frankly, I got a real problem with banning media outlets,
47:50
Speaker 3: legacy media outlets who have been around, in the Associated
47:53
Speaker 3: Press's case since eighteen forty six, because you don't like
47:58
Speaker 3: what they report. Now, our former governor Jim Justice also
48:01
Speaker 3: had a habit of doing that, Thankfully though the new governor,
48:03
Speaker 3: Morrissey doesn't seem to believe that way. To his credit,
48:07
Speaker 3: the AP is a non respected, non biased news organization.
48:11
Speaker 3: This is not some off the wall conspiracy podcast or
48:14
Speaker 3: you're talking about here. It's just kind of troublesome to me.
48:17
Speaker 3: But again, I'll get into it more on Monday's show.
48:19
Speaker 3: I'll have a media expert on to talk about that
48:23
Speaker 3: sort of thing. Plus we're gonna talk a little bit
48:24
Speaker 3: about the Marshall Quarterback Club at Charleston's big event happening
48:27
Speaker 3: March first at Embassy Suite in Charleston. All right, I
48:31
Speaker 3: want to now go live to the Capitol. Let's talk
48:33
Speaker 3: to a couple of card carrying members of the media.
48:39
Speaker 3: Dave Wilson, TJ. Meadows. You guys are live for Talk
48:42
Speaker 3: Line Today. How's it going, guys?
48:45
Speaker 18: Well, I gotta tell you I can't appear on this
48:47
Speaker 18: show unless you agree to call it the Gulf of
48:49
Speaker 18: America on the Dave Allen Show.
48:50
Speaker 3: I mean, I gotta stand first, listen to Dave.
48:53
Speaker 21: If you want to have the greatest show ever, if
48:55
Speaker 21: you're the most beautiful, greatest show ever, you have to
48:57
Speaker 21: get in line.
48:59
Speaker 3: All right, So keep working on it. It's okay, We'll
49:02
Speaker 3: keep working. Okay, just keep working on those on those
49:04
Speaker 3: long drives back to Morgantown. Uh, but where are you, guys?
49:09
Speaker 3: Quickly on this story and then we'll close it and
49:11
Speaker 3: let you guys, you know, go go play Capitol politics.
49:15
Speaker 3: But what do you guys, DJ, let's start with you.
49:16
Speaker 13: What do you?
49:17
Speaker 7: What do you?
49:17
Speaker 3: What'd you think when you heard that story? I think
49:19
Speaker 3: it's ridiculous.
49:20
Speaker 18: I think the Associated Press can call it whatever they
49:22
Speaker 18: want to based on their historical knowledge.
49:24
Speaker 3: White House says, it's a fact you know that's in dispute.
49:28
Speaker 3: Can the White House rename it?
49:29
Speaker 18: Maybe in the territorial waters out until we get into
49:32
Speaker 18: international waters, maybe they can off the coast of Louisiana.
49:35
Speaker 18: But you know this, it's a fight that doesn't need
49:38
Speaker 18: to be picked. They'll pick on the AP and and
49:41
Speaker 18: look they'll do what they're gonna do. Other news outlets
49:42
Speaker 18: will do what they're gonna do. Who is the White
49:44
Speaker 18: House to tell any reporter how to do something in
49:46
Speaker 18: that regard? That's me, Wilson.
49:48
Speaker 21: I could not care less. This is the stupidest thing
49:50
Speaker 21: that I've heard. I mean, on honestly, you want to
49:54
Speaker 21: pick a fight, I don't know who's picking the fight.
49:57
Speaker 21: The White House is picking the fight, or the AP's
49:58
Speaker 21: picking the fight.
49:59
Speaker 3: No, it's a house, it's the White House. Well, it's
50:02
Speaker 3: just you know, you can call I just.
50:04
Speaker 6: I think it's stupid.
50:05
Speaker 3: I think it's so incorrected. Right, I'm gonna get into
50:07
Speaker 3: it more on money. What are you guys getting into
50:09
Speaker 3: at the Capitol, do they?
50:10
Speaker 13: Well?
50:11
Speaker 21: House Speaker Roger Hanshaw is going to stop by at
50:13
Speaker 21: ten oh six. We will talk to him and probably
50:16
Speaker 21: going to spend a lot of time.
50:17
Speaker 6: Still on the budget.
50:18
Speaker 21: There were presentations the House Finance Committee and Senate Finance
50:21
Speaker 21: Committee yesterday, and there's already some disagreement about structural deficits
50:28
Speaker 21: and what nots. We'll get into that with Roger Hanshaw
50:31
Speaker 21: also get into the vaccine bill that cleared the House
50:34
Speaker 21: Health Committee yesterday, which would provide exemptions for religious and
50:38
Speaker 21: philosophical differences as far as mandate of vaccines for schools.
50:42
Speaker 18: Go J.
50:43
Speaker 21: Taylor, the Senator from Taylor County, and the Senate quip
50:48
Speaker 21: will join us here on set. Plus, it is Friday,
50:50
Speaker 21: and you guys know, even if we're at the Capitol,
50:53
Speaker 21: it is Steam release at eleven thirty three.
50:56
Speaker 18: We may have some people here at the Capitol that
50:58
Speaker 18: want to stop buy and release Steam. We've got a
50:59
Speaker 18: couple of extra mics. I can see that possibly happening
51:01
Speaker 18: the way things have gone.
51:02
Speaker 21: The gotta mention too, it is a career and technical
51:05
Speaker 21: education day. There are a ton of high school students,
51:07
Speaker 21: very talented high school students, showing off what they're working on,
51:12
Speaker 21: everything from coffee shops to nursing programs. I actually just
51:16
Speaker 21: artificially inseminated a heifer, well a real one. It's a
51:21
Speaker 21: it's a it's a it's a simulation. But I did
51:23
Speaker 21: that a little bit together.
51:25
Speaker 3: My god, I'm glad Rob Reel wasn't here to hear
51:27
Speaker 3: that story, as he was on her other show.
51:28
Speaker 21: I shoulder deep man.
51:30
Speaker 3: Did we get be rell of that? That's all right.
51:34
Speaker 3: Hey guys, Happy Valentine's Day and to you and your heifer,
51:36
Speaker 3: Happy Valentine's Day, there, Wilson. All right, guys, I gotta,
51:41
Speaker 3: I gotta, I gotta leave it there. I gotta leave
51:44
Speaker 3: it there. I may or may not be back on Monday.
51:46
Speaker 3: All right, so guys, thanks a lot. We'll talk to you.
51:49
Speaker 3: Talk to you, Tennis. I got nothing there other than
51:55
Speaker 3: to get serious and say, older adult shoul protect themselves
51:57
Speaker 3: against severe respiratory disease. Talk to your doctor about flu
52:00
Speaker 3: covid nineteen at RSV vaccines risk less, do more get
52:03
Speaker 3: started at vaccines dot gov. Paid for by the US
52:05
Speaker 3: Department of Health and Human Services. To Dave alland show
52:08
Speaker 3: for now brought to you park by Bridge Valley. All Right,
52:12
Speaker 3: we gotta go quick, Texas as Republicans love that First
52:15
Speaker 3: Amendment is under attack for anyone who doesn't lie for
52:17
Speaker 3: their cult. Republicans have no honor. That's according to a text.
52:21
Speaker 3: All Right, I gotta go. We'll talk Monday more about
52:24
Speaker 3: this story with the Associated Press. Plus we are going
52:27
Speaker 3: to spend more time talking about the Marshall Quarterback Club
52:29
Speaker 3: of Charleston and their big beach event. We're all looking
52:32
Speaker 3: forward to that. Coming up on March first, TJ and
52:35
Speaker 3: Dave live at the Capital ten o six. Happy Valentine's Day.
52:37
Speaker 3: I will see you on Monday, maybe if I'm not
52:40
