- 0:14Speaker 2: Someone put week through here. Week two we two, says
- 0:17Speaker 2: Clay Matthews. Very nice, four and two. That was really good.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Delaney five and one. I wonder what that one was.

- 2:41Speaker 2: We hit a bunch of parlays.
- 2:42Speaker 1: And literally I just blind.
- 2:43Speaker 2: I'm like I just every parlay that comes in, I'll
- 2:46Speaker 2: hit it, hit hit it. But something about like you know,
- 2:50Speaker 2: this week Bill's first drive does what's an ending? Like
- 2:53Speaker 2: this person having stee ktches on this drive like that
- 2:56Speaker 2: gets you juiced up every single drive and it kind
- 2:58Speaker 2: of just makes it a little more fun. Especially a
- 3:00Speaker 2: game like this week this Thursday seems like it's going
- 3:02Speaker 2: to be a nasty, nasty blow up, and.
- 3:04Speaker 4: It's always too It's like when it's just a primetime game.
- 3:07Speaker 4: It's the only game on TV that's where you're just
- 3:09Speaker 4: so body.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Focus is right there. Yeah, because on Sundays.
- 3:12Speaker 2: I don't know about y'all, but when I have the
- 3:14Speaker 2: four screens up and one of them happens to be
- 3:16Speaker 2: a red zone, I don't know. I overstimulated. You've been
- 3:19Speaker 2: too much for my infant brain to handle.
- 3:21Speaker 4: It's hard to keep up with. It's like you're following
- 3:23Speaker 4: the games, but you're not like actually watching the game.
- 3:26Speaker 2: And I know we had to get into the show,
- 3:28Speaker 2: and we know that Clay is kind of he's punted
- 3:30Speaker 2: on the idea of doing entertaining intros.
- 3:32Speaker 1: So I want to check in on you. Wait I can.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Okay, first of all, that's not true. That's not true.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Give today who are you?
- 3:39Speaker 1: Who are you? Every week? That's what I want to know.
- 3:42Speaker 3: I'm me, I'm me every week. I want this to
- 3:46Speaker 3: be the last time that I continue that I am
- 3:49Speaker 3: the glue guy for this locker around.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Oh, you can't do that.
- 3:52Speaker 3: So you gave me some heat last week, So I
- 3:56Speaker 3: come bearing fruit this week. Okay. I know it's Will's
- 4:00Speaker 3: birthday come nineteenth, right, Yeah, yes, It's Will's birthday. So
- 4:04Speaker 3: and I know you've been all in on the packers
- 4:06Speaker 3: even before the Mica trades. So I just wanted to
- 4:08Speaker 3: get you something. Can we have the boys bring it
- 4:10Speaker 3: out real quick? I just got you just a little something,
- 4:12Speaker 3: nothing big, just something to show my appreciation.
- 4:18Speaker 1: The ultimate I think it's going to go right there.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Okay, perfect?
- 4:22Speaker 3: So that is all that is eighty pounds of parmisano
- 4:25Speaker 3: reggiano straight from because you've been all in. Yeah, you
- 4:30Speaker 3: feel that grease, Yeah that means that means that's a
- 4:34Speaker 3: block of cheese right there. It's been aging for years
- 4:37Speaker 3: and years, so you can see this all and you
- 4:39Speaker 3: know it's legit when it's got this, you know, the
- 4:42Speaker 3: little roll parmesan. So I didn't bring the tools today.
- 4:44Speaker 3: I brought but we'll have to crack it open sometimes.
- 4:47Speaker 3: So yeah, this this right here though, the inside, the
- 4:50Speaker 3: heart of the cheese. That's what kings and queens used
- 4:52Speaker 3: to eat in the in the eighteen hundreds.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Being a packer's legend. Is this something that just sits
- 4:56Speaker 2: in your basement or do you have to buy this yourself?
- 4:58Speaker 3: I went out got this especially for you. Where did
- 5:01Speaker 3: you get that? Birthday to you? Because you're all in
- 5:05Speaker 3: this is this is you know, my way former packer,
- 5:07Speaker 3: being all in. I thought you'd love something like this.
- 5:10Speaker 3: You have to break it over. That's I didn't forget
- 5:12Speaker 3: about you guys, too. Is just a little small. I
- 5:15Speaker 3: just I got a little past these down. Just some
- 5:17Speaker 3: cheese curds, just some cheese, Delaney. I don't know if
- 5:21Speaker 3: you're lactose and tolerant or not, but I know this. Hey,
- 5:24Speaker 3: parmesan the resaant no latos, no latos?
- 5:27Speaker 5: Where did you get that from? The usually don't like selling.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Those bigger than boys just chilling there.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Yeah, no, this is from Italy.
- 5:34Speaker 5: From Italy.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I'm telling you from Italy.
- 5:37Speaker 3: It's expensive. I'm telling you all your watched the show
- 5:41Speaker 3: the cheese Claves got I asked my wife. I said,
- 5:45Speaker 3: She's like, yeah, bring some home. So I'm gonna need
- 5:47Speaker 3: at least we cut it open.
- 5:50Speaker 6: I thought you I just thought you'd take the top
- 5:52Speaker 6: off so you can mix.
- 5:53Speaker 3: The all brother you can. I mean, you can use
- 5:56Speaker 3: this just eating it raw with you know, nice fruits
- 5:59Speaker 3: and jams and preserves.
- 6:01Speaker 5: I'm not that you know who loves.
- 6:02Speaker 1: You could rewards.
- 6:05Speaker 2: It's a great starter pack forards for the next sixteen years.
- 6:08Speaker 6: Of his life board at a party, not if it's
- 6:11Speaker 6: been sitting there all day.
- 6:13Speaker 1: They're literally dried meats and cheeses, but like they're good
- 6:15Speaker 1: to the day.
- 6:16Speaker 5: I mean a lot of people then coughed and touched over.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Every time.
- 6:22Speaker 5: Yeah, all the food.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Yeah, like before we get it, like you brought up
- 6:29Speaker 1: like germs and stuff. What's your stance? I'm double dipping?
- 6:31Speaker 5: Oh I don't do it. Yeah, I'm not. Have you
- 6:34Speaker 5: double dip?
- 6:37Speaker 4: If we're sitting there and you see Taylor double dip,
- 6:42Speaker 4: what's happening in your brain?
- 6:43Speaker 1: What do you do?
- 6:43Speaker 5: It's his? That sauce is his?
- 6:46Speaker 4: Like, but are you saying anything or you just like
- 6:49Speaker 4: like that's not.
- 6:50Speaker 5: Washing your hands after you taking number two? Like it's disrespectful.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Oh you see, I never want to disrespect. You would
- 6:57Speaker 1: never try to disrespect.
- 6:58Speaker 5: It's like disrespect.
- 6:59Speaker 6: It's like you it's like you're taking the number two
- 7:02Speaker 6: coming out the bathroom.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Double dips before like you don't mind something else double dips.
- 7:07Speaker 3: What if they like noses running they got a call, Well,
- 7:10Speaker 3: then I might like think all right, so maybe it's
- 7:12Speaker 3: just a blanket statement. No double dip.
- 7:15Speaker 1: I think can be situad don't show themselves.
- 7:19Speaker 5: I'm sure.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Yeah, right, sit over there, just take a nice little
- 7:23Speaker 2: twosie walk out.
- 7:25Speaker 5: I know it happened. Like, I'm like you probably what's.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Your stance on washing your hands in a public restroom,
- 7:31Speaker 3: whether it's number one umber two? I think it's discussed
- 7:33Speaker 3: in public wrests. I won't. I'll wait till I get
- 7:35Speaker 3: in the car. I got my little anti back out there.
- 7:37Speaker 5: You ain't washing.
- 7:38Speaker 3: I got anti bacterial soap in the car, so I
- 7:42Speaker 3: don't wash them if like I'm going to a public bathroom.
- 7:44Speaker 3: But I'm also I grabbed the paper out of the thing.
- 7:47Speaker 3: I touched the door knob with it, you know, throw
- 7:48Speaker 3: it away. So and I listen, I know what I got.
- 7:52Speaker 3: I'm clean. You know what I'm saying. I don't know
- 7:54Speaker 3: about you. You need to wash your hands out the words.
- 7:55Speaker 3: I think that speaks volume. Yeah, I'm bubble boy over there. Yeah,
- 7:59Speaker 3: I'm I'm weird about the hair washing.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I am with you.
- 8:02Speaker 2: I washed my hands in the bathroom in public because
- 8:04Speaker 2: I have this like I'm always grabbing my mustache. Yeah,
- 8:06Speaker 2: and his fingers being so close to.
- 8:08Speaker 1: His mouth, ta you get worms? Can't have it? Yeah,
- 8:11Speaker 1: have the kids that realized it's very easy to get worms.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Yeah worms, what type of worms?
- 8:15Speaker 5: Worms?
- 8:15Speaker 1: Yeah, earth worms.
- 8:18Speaker 3: I've never had your kids of what's that ham hand
- 8:22Speaker 3: the mouth? Now, that's that's real contagion, That's what I'm saying.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Like, so she's gone.
- 8:26Speaker 7: We got to show up to our sponsor form.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Energy form energy derive from world ging t.
- 8:30Speaker 5: I love that it used to be cats all the
- 8:33Speaker 5: time that used the.
- 8:33Speaker 3: Bathroom in America's dairy land. Okay, the bathroom and.
- 8:37Speaker 6: Like I'm like, oh no, I was gonna use the
- 8:40Speaker 6: hands sand they're lying. I'm like, what but I got
- 8:43Speaker 6: in all the cars though. You know you ain't gonna
- 8:45Speaker 6: you rather use the hand sanitizer then you wash your
- 8:47Speaker 6: hands the handside Tiers is just like the film.
- 8:50Speaker 1: You ain't really cleaning your hands.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Yeah, you shop is for getting like dirt and grime
- 8:56Speaker 3: and whatnot. But the ninety nine point nine the alcohol
- 8:58Speaker 3: is what kills the germs. So what's you know, like,
- 9:00Speaker 3: what's more important to kill germs?
- 9:02Speaker 6: Can you wash your hands and put the hands.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Look like you can?
- 9:06Speaker 1: You guys from California?
- 9:08Speaker 2: Yeah, just germs all that thing?
- 9:12Speaker 1: You a little bit? How about it's your fingernails.
- 9:17Speaker 3: I just cut him this morning.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, you're cute.
- 9:21Speaker 3: I've seen you on a tractor before, going twenty feet
- 9:24Speaker 3: down your driveway thing.
- 9:26Speaker 1: You see me work.
- 9:27Speaker 3: You see the hours on it, and you've had it
- 9:29Speaker 3: for four years. Yeah, I love Cama. Endorsement is not
- 9:33Speaker 3: a good look for you, but I kind of want
- 9:35Speaker 3: to track you for it. Yeah, I do.
- 9:39Speaker 6: You said you was about to ask me something. You
- 9:42Speaker 6: was like, yo, what and then Taylor.
- 9:44Speaker 4: Yeah, bears Williams, Oh yeah.
- 9:48Speaker 1: They look good rightelling.
- 9:50Speaker 3: Hey, their first drive though, they they did look good.
- 9:54Speaker 6: Look, look, look, long story, guys. I'm gonna just tell
- 9:57Speaker 6: you all what happened. I was frustrated. I pulled out
- 10:00Speaker 6: Tommy gunn let it off in the front because I'm like, dude,
- 10:04Speaker 6: I said, all this ship and this food and posted.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Like I shot a gun off because you were that man.
- 10:14Speaker 5: I was hot because I already knew what was about
- 10:16Speaker 5: to happen. I already remember it.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Was about to have I went and said that he
- 10:20Speaker 4: said this man then posted me on this food.
- 10:23Speaker 5: Chopped up just a bear segment just me.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Yeah, yeahlady, like you gotta know like you have that
- 10:29Speaker 2: type of take that's gonna come back to you.
- 10:31Speaker 6: I mean, I get it, and I thought they was
- 10:33Speaker 6: gonna hold me down.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Literally five and one, but you were going vikings until
- 10:37Speaker 2: you gave a status. You're just throwing darts at the wall.
- 10:45Speaker 2: You said Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson have a good chemistry.
- 10:48Speaker 6: I never said they had a good chemistry. I said
- 10:50Speaker 6: the team was playing good.
- 10:53Speaker 4: I think you did say cave off like I said.
- 10:56Speaker 6: He said he said something about Ben Johnson cal I
- 10:58Speaker 6: said that may not be true the way they played,
- 11:01Speaker 6: But deep down, I just can't fuck with Caleb right now.
- 11:06Speaker 6: Like I'm a shot like dog. I was riding with you.
- 11:09Speaker 6: I was riding with you, but now I.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Ain't fucking with Bears are owing to you have a
- 11:16Speaker 2: twelve point five percent chance of making the playoffs, So
- 11:17Speaker 2: it's very there. It's very likely that they're not going
- 11:19Speaker 2: to make the playoffs this year.
- 11:21Speaker 5: In the just don't say that about the Chiefs.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Hold on, ye no, no, yeah, hold on.
- 11:26Speaker 2: If we're big on like college football, you just did
- 11:29Speaker 2: a better college football mission Nebraska playing this week. I
- 11:31Speaker 2: bet for you if the Bears make the playoff, would
- 11:33Speaker 2: you paint your fingernails.
- 11:34Speaker 5: If they make the playoffs.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Yeah, like Caleb, Yeah, of course.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Can they say Caleb on them?
- 11:41Speaker 5: No? No, they came out and say we'll do that.
- 11:45Speaker 6: No, Daddy Bear, No, why would I put yeah suspect
- 11:52Speaker 6: as it goes. The painting of the fingernails is a
- 11:56Speaker 6: lot for me.
- 11:57Speaker 2: I wouldn't put it past you. What I mean when
- 12:00Speaker 2: I played with you like you like to, I.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Never got I could, I could never got.
- 12:06Speaker 1: You went on, you took between.
- 12:09Speaker 5: I never tried it out. You got me twisted.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Between O t a's one year you left and came
- 12:15Speaker 2: back for camp and you go I went to Israel,
- 12:16Speaker 2: Hebrew Israel?
- 12:17Speaker 1: Right now, like you make this, what does that have
- 12:20Speaker 1: to be. I'm just saying, like your fingernails, I don't
- 12:23Speaker 1: think it's.
- 12:24Speaker 6: Not my daughter's painting. My daughter's painting them. I'm a rockie,
- 12:28Speaker 6: like straight up. If my daughter paying them, I'm rocking them.
- 12:30Speaker 3: So have your daughter paying them if the Bears.
- 12:33Speaker 5: If the Bears go to the playoffs, I have my
- 12:35Speaker 5: daughter paying my nails.
- 12:36Speaker 2: We'll get into the Chiefs, by the way, because we
- 12:38Speaker 2: have them on the slip today. But we have right
- 12:39Speaker 2: now straight up NFC West Showdown, Cardinals two and Niners
- 12:44Speaker 2: too and.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Talk about seeing the board that preseason. What was the
- 12:47Speaker 1: only he.
- 12:48Speaker 5: Talking about who was gonna be playing?
- 12:50Speaker 1: Mac Jones his boy too. I know'st the powerhouse of NFC.
- 13:00Speaker 5: Sou They're not the power.
- 13:04Speaker 6: At the powerhouse right now. They used to be though,
- 13:07Speaker 6: Yeah they used to be.
- 13:09Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, they used to be.
- 13:10Speaker 1: So who you got?
- 13:11Speaker 6: Yeah, forty favorite, y'all go first, because it may change
- 13:18Speaker 6: my opinion, but go, y'all go ahead.
- 13:21Speaker 1: That is wild. I like the forty nine ers in
- 13:24Speaker 1: this game.
- 13:25Speaker 2: I know we're missing George Kittle right now, but you
- 13:26Speaker 2: break down the film with the forty nine Ers versus
- 13:28Speaker 2: the Saints, the offensive line, no one runs a better
- 13:32Speaker 2: zone scheme than that offensive line. Kyle Shanahan understands manipulation
- 13:37Speaker 2: of games the way he runs the outside zone and
- 13:39Speaker 2: then all of a sudden hill duo right down the middle.
- 13:41Speaker 2: He's got blockers that will go and block from all
- 13:43Speaker 2: day long. Juwan Jenny's got the shoulder, but he's still
- 13:45Speaker 2: playing CMC, still doing this thing. And then like the
- 13:49Speaker 2: thing I love is Robert Sala and his ability to
- 13:52Speaker 2: get eleven guys on defense to play as hard as
- 13:54Speaker 2: fast they do. Because for the most part. You look
- 13:56Speaker 2: at the forty nine ers defense and it's like, oh,
- 13:57Speaker 2: Fred Warner, I know who that is, Nick bosterwhere that is?
- 14:00Speaker 2: And then it's a lot of like, oh shit, who's
- 14:01Speaker 2: that guy? Oh, who's that guy? But it's really just dudes.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Flying around the ball. Cardinals.
- 14:06Speaker 2: I mean, they haven't had more than three hundred yards
- 14:09Speaker 2: of total offense in both their games.
- 14:11Speaker 1: All three of their.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Corners are out, and so when I just look at
- 14:15Speaker 2: this at being an at the forty nine ers, I
- 14:18Speaker 2: just see them starting this season three and oh that's
- 14:22Speaker 2: how I feel.
- 14:22Speaker 5: No, I feel you. I like your opinion.
- 14:24Speaker 4: I'm rocking your opinion. You had, you know, all the
- 14:28Speaker 4: good points right there. To me, it's like Cardinals are
- 14:31Speaker 4: an overhyped two and oh beating the Saints and the
- 14:35Speaker 4: Panthers by just a few points in each game. I
- 14:39Speaker 4: like Rob Salad. I love how he has the defense
- 14:41Speaker 4: flying around right now. It is it sucks that, you know,
- 14:44Speaker 4: Mac Jones, he did step up and he's he played
- 14:46Speaker 4: an incredible game with brought pretty out. Hopefully he can
- 14:48Speaker 4: keep that up. Leaning on c MC, last I saw
- 14:52Speaker 4: CMC was on the injury the injury report. Okay, I
- 14:56Speaker 4: thought so too well. I saw the Q next to
- 14:58Speaker 4: his name. I didn't dive into it too much. I
- 15:02Speaker 4: like the Niners, though, I like the Niners at home,
- 15:04Speaker 4: and it's one and a half, I'm taking the Niners.
- 15:06Speaker 3: Does the Cardinals sweeping the forty nine ers last year
- 15:08Speaker 3: have any both times beat them one way or the other.
- 15:13Speaker 2: What if their secondary didn't bad shape? Because like I
- 15:18Speaker 2: kind of like Kyler Murray, like other than the one
- 15:21Speaker 2: player he got against the Panthers, like that, he's playing
- 15:23Speaker 2: good ball and he's so shifting and.
- 15:24Speaker 4: You got Bride what Marvin Harrison Junior, James Connor still Paris,
- 15:29Speaker 4: Harris Johnson show the show but off stack.
- 15:33Speaker 3: So I got forty nine ers, I got forty nineers.
- 15:36Speaker 3: I think like you said, their secondary, you got three
- 15:38Speaker 3: guys out. Matt Jones aired it thirty nine times for
- 15:42Speaker 3: a career high. Like I think Shannon lean on him
- 15:45Speaker 3: the quarterback whisper.
- 15:46Speaker 2: They come out of that game where they start the
- 15:48Speaker 2: game against the Saints, like they threw the ball three times.
- 15:51Speaker 2: They go three and out, but it shows Shand's like, oh,
- 15:53Speaker 2: we got a guy that can go and facilitate the
- 15:55Speaker 2: ball the way we want, Like.
- 15:56Speaker 1: We can still play the same offense that.
- 15:58Speaker 2: We want to, similar to like a Jyden Annuals if
- 16:00Speaker 2: he's out Mark going in.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's like off. It's still the same.
- 16:05Speaker 5: We lose this game, We're going to lose this.
- 16:08Speaker 4: We're all I look over, we're all undoubtedly on the.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Night pump Fish.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Cast here.
- 16:17Speaker 1: We're dead.
- 16:18Speaker 3: We're done.
- 16:18Speaker 6: You got, I got the Cardinals. I just wanted to
- 16:21Speaker 6: hear everything. You jokers had the same.
- 16:25Speaker 1: So much I get.
- 16:28Speaker 3: I wish Hey Cardinals defense though Delaney haven't let up,
- 16:31Speaker 3: haven't given up one hundred yard rush. No, Josh Sweat
- 16:34Speaker 3: had that huge play to start the game Offlas Campbell
- 16:36Speaker 3: is still balling doing it at thirty years very he
- 16:41Speaker 3: closed out the game.
- 16:41Speaker 1: He closed like Clais Campbell, like you have a lot
- 16:44Speaker 1: of respect to him.
- 16:45Speaker 6: Fourteen years, Yes, for the damn there pushing eifteen.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Buddy, he was like seven years in league when I
- 16:51Speaker 1: got That's what I said.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Yeah, I played, just counted this.
- 16:55Speaker 5: Yeh yeah, I mean maybe I played.
- 16:59Speaker 6: He was it never got back in Arizona. Back in Arizona.
- 17:03Speaker 6: But look like he said, they ain't. They allow seventy
- 17:05Speaker 6: eight rushing yards per game with a three point eight
- 17:08Speaker 6: yard per carry. I mean that defense right now, they're
- 17:11Speaker 6: gonna ship that rundown. Yes, they do have banged up
- 17:13Speaker 6: back a backfield, but if they can get to him
- 17:16Speaker 6: before he throw the ball, it's gonna be a tough.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Game for now.
- 17:18Speaker 6: And like you said, Kyle Murray's been exciting just running
- 17:22Speaker 6: all over the field.
- 17:22Speaker 5: He looked like a little little person right say.
- 17:32Speaker 6: He likes the way his legs holding the ball like
- 17:36Speaker 6: all crazy, but he exciting.
- 17:38Speaker 5: I love he do look like a babble. His head
- 17:41Speaker 5: is huge.
- 17:43Speaker 6: But I'm taking I'm taking Cardinals plus one and a half.
- 17:47Speaker 5: You know I'm not gonna say, yeah, I'm taking I'm
- 17:51Speaker 5: taking the Cardinals. I'm gonna leave it that. I ain't
- 17:54Speaker 5: gonna second guess myself.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Good.
- 17:55Speaker 5: Don't like I was wanted it.
- 18:00Speaker 6: I wanted to move the line, but I know how
- 18:02Speaker 6: you guys are about me moving the line.
- 18:04Speaker 1: If you were to move, if you were favorite, and
- 18:05Speaker 1: make them more favorites than.
- 18:06Speaker 5: Going No, I was gonna take the money line, no half.
- 18:12Speaker 1: It was like five and a half, six and a half.
- 18:14Speaker 1: He wanted to go the other way. Yeah, saying gusy yourself,
- 18:17Speaker 1: we're does not know what you do that? Yeah, the
- 18:19Speaker 1: Cardinals plus twelve and a half this week. Same he
- 18:22Speaker 1: put me on that as well. I'll think the Cardinals
- 18:24Speaker 1: plus twelve and a half.
- 18:25Speaker 6: I'm all about winning, guys, Yeah, you're about winning.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Yeah, Petty's on the dollar. You're like the Canadian currency
- 18:31Speaker 2: out there, dude. Next game, Bengals at Vikings, the Battle
- 18:35Speaker 2: of the backups. Vikings are favored at minus three. Total
- 18:39Speaker 2: points in that game is forty two and a half points.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Who picked this game?
- 18:43Speaker 1: Who picked it?
- 18:44Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 18:44Speaker 3: Who picked this game?
- 18:44Speaker 1: To clump?
- 18:47Speaker 2: I mean, did you got Carson Wentz going at it?
- 18:51Speaker 2: Jake Brownings four and three as a starter, he was
- 18:54Speaker 2: pressured seven out of eight times. He went seven for
- 18:56Speaker 2: eight one hundred and fifty two yards.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Like some exciting stuff.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Did go off their connection, you know, Mark.
- 19:04Speaker 4: T Higgins Henderson, It's like it leads the league in pressures.
- 19:08Speaker 4: He's fourth in the league pressure, fourth in the league pressures.
- 19:10Speaker 2: He's fourth in the league pressures And hey, goo ahead.
- 19:14Speaker 7: The reason I picked this game?
- 19:16Speaker 4: All your careers have had backup quarterbacks.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Oh that's a good points, smart, a good point quarterback.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Can I be honest about how I felt when we
- 19:27Speaker 2: had a backup quarterback.
- 19:28Speaker 1: I was so delusional. I thought we were gonna win
- 19:30Speaker 1: every single game.
- 19:31Speaker 5: Oh unless. I never thought we.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Went You guys think we had Seneca Wallace coming at
- 19:40Speaker 3: one point and any like tours growing off his bone,
- 19:43Speaker 3: and after like when a Rod went down, it was
- 19:45Speaker 3: just like, oh, no, there goes our season. Like Matt
- 19:49Speaker 3: Flynn balled out early in my career, he got a
- 19:50Speaker 3: big contract off what he was able to do, and
- 19:54Speaker 3: I think to and eleven the last game we were
- 19:58Speaker 3: fourteen and one, and he came man through for like
- 20:01Speaker 3: six touchdowns five hundred yards. You gotta that was when
- 20:04Speaker 3: he went up to Seattle or excuse me, that's when
- 20:06Speaker 3: he got the contract from Seattle. And then they brought
- 20:07Speaker 3: in Russell and Russell ended up starting over him the
- 20:09Speaker 3: very next year. But after that it was tough.
- 20:13Speaker 5: It was tough sledding. Yeah, I never thought we lose.
- 20:17Speaker 6: In San Francisco, we had Alex Smith and then Kaepernick,
- 20:20Speaker 6: so it was just like either one, we was gonna
- 20:23Speaker 6: win the game.
- 20:24Speaker 5: With those two dudes.
- 20:25Speaker 6: You are top the bottom such a great Yeah. We
- 20:28Speaker 6: have backups on backups, That's what I'm saying. We have
- 20:31Speaker 6: backups on backups on back up a backup.
- 20:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I know it's such an important position too.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I know I've been there.
- 20:41Speaker 3: It's such as John.
- 20:44Speaker 1: But look he started over you towards the end there.
- 20:47Speaker 5: No, he did not ankle was broke. I broke my ankle.
- 20:53Speaker 1: But you can see. You can see it in camp, like, oh,
- 20:55Speaker 1: they're starting to favor this young cat.
- 20:57Speaker 4: Yeah, we can see in camp because he's never out there.
- 20:59Speaker 4: He's in the training room hanging out.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Coach came in another off day when the lady broke
- 21:05Speaker 1: his angle. The next season, it was like, we go
- 21:07Speaker 1: to walk throughs and you bring a stool out behind
- 21:10Speaker 1: the line of scrimmage.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Nah, I'm a game, I'm a ball out on something.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Y'all go ahead and do this dumb shit. I know
- 21:18Speaker 1: I block.
- 21:19Speaker 5: They'll come over like what you got to do.
- 21:20Speaker 6: I'm like post you are, like, yeah, I know you,
- 21:23Speaker 6: I know you on top of I'm over there telling jokes.
- 21:27Speaker 5: Come I see him walk up, watch out he coming.
- 21:29Speaker 5: Well what you got on that play? Are cut off?
- 21:31Speaker 5: Oh yeah, you're paying attention.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Like the easiest coaches coaches.
- 21:36Speaker 4: Coach, I'm curious if the if the Vikings feel like
- 21:40Speaker 4: you know, if you might lose the starting quarterback who
- 21:42Speaker 4: you don't know if it's like the guy, Yeah, Jaji
- 21:44Speaker 4: McCarthy had an incredible fourth quarter of Week one, didn't
- 21:46Speaker 4: play very well in Week two. It's like when he
- 21:48Speaker 4: goes down and Carson goes in, Like, I wonder if
- 21:50Speaker 4: the the locker room feels excited about Carson getting a
- 21:53Speaker 4: shot because you know, the Bengals due like the Bengals.
- 21:55Speaker 4: It sounds like it's the situation with the team or
- 21:58Speaker 4: with like the Niners and stuff to where Brown and
- 22:00Speaker 4: he's been proven that he can step in for Joe
- 22:03Speaker 4: b and play at a high level.
- 22:05Speaker 1: I wonder if it's the same.
- 22:05Speaker 5: For the way Carson Wentz. Yeah.
- 22:07Speaker 3: I think Carson Wentz is more prepared to run that offense.
- 22:11Speaker 3: And this is only going off I know he started
- 22:13Speaker 3: one game last the last game for the Chiefs last year,
- 22:15Speaker 3: but I think he's more prepared to run the Vikings
- 22:17Speaker 3: offense than JJ was.
- 22:18Speaker 5: Me too.
- 22:18Speaker 3: I don't think there's anything controversial about that. I just
- 22:20Speaker 3: think JJ maybe he does sit for the next three
- 22:23Speaker 3: I think they're going to go overseas for the next
- 22:25Speaker 3: two games after this, Like, let Carson run the show.
- 22:28Speaker 3: They have a whole week prepare. It's not like they're
- 22:29Speaker 3: throwing Carson in in the middle of a game. Like
- 22:31Speaker 3: I think O'Connell's going to game plan for this, and
- 22:34Speaker 3: I see the Vikings beating the Bengals. I see Browning
- 22:37Speaker 3: did play well last year. He did play well, but
- 22:39Speaker 3: he also turned the ball over three times. So if
- 22:41Speaker 3: they can limit those the Bengals limit those turnovers, then
- 22:44Speaker 3: I think they got a chance. But I just don't
- 22:45Speaker 3: see it happening, especially just you know a little stat Delaney.
- 22:48Speaker 1: I know you like them.
- 22:49Speaker 3: I like him too, but last six seasons past protection
- 22:52Speaker 3: efficiency or rankingscuse me, twenty ninth, thirtieth, thirtieth, twenty seven,
- 22:57Speaker 3: thirty second, and twenty eighth are the Bangs. They can't
- 23:00Speaker 3: protect their quarterback. There's gonna be pressure on them. You
- 23:04Speaker 3: got a backup coming in. He's gonna turn the ball over?
- 23:07Speaker 1: Is it a Bean Ginkle? Is he coming back this week?
- 23:09Speaker 1: He still got a Rumors are swirling, rumors are us? Yeah.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I think it makes me nervous about the Vikings.
- 23:15Speaker 2: They blitz thirty eight point nine percent of the time
- 23:17Speaker 2: drop back passes, and Jake Browning has proven he's really
- 23:20Speaker 2: good against blitz this that that worries me. Vikings are
- 23:23Speaker 2: also thirtieth in the league when it comes to giving
- 23:25Speaker 2: up pass yards and you have massive weapons.
- 23:28Speaker 1: On the outside for you and the perimeter. I think Joe,
- 23:30Speaker 1: if I'm Joe.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Burrow, I might be getting a lawyer right now because
- 23:33Speaker 2: he's probably the only quarterback that can go and sue
- 23:35Speaker 2: his team for not protecting him over the last four
- 23:37Speaker 2: years and win that battle. But like the Bengals are
- 23:40Speaker 2: looking at their quarterback being like, he's done it.
- 23:42Speaker 1: We've seen him do it. He went four and three as.
- 23:43Speaker 2: A starter for us. We can be successful. The Vikings
- 23:46Speaker 2: are probably thinking the same thing. But I like the
- 23:47Speaker 2: Bengals in this game.
- 23:48Speaker 5: Is Jayden gonna play? Is he office suspension? Was it
- 23:50Speaker 5: two games? Suspension? Three?
- 23:53Speaker 3: Oh? Addison?
- 23:54Speaker 5: Three games?
- 23:56Speaker 3: Jordan Jordan Adison, Yeah, you call him James Jalen Jaylen,
- 24:01Speaker 3: I don't know Jaylen Adison.
- 24:03Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 24:03Speaker 1: But I'll take the I'll take the Bengals.
- 24:05Speaker 4: I like the Vikings. I like the Vikings at home.
- 24:07Speaker 4: The defense, yeah, I like the defense. And again it's like,
- 24:10Speaker 4: uh JJ's I mean he's young. This is essentially his
- 24:13Speaker 4: rookie year. Being injured all last year. Still you look
- 24:16Speaker 4: you look at uh, you look at Danny Dimes too
- 24:18Speaker 4: in Indianapolis.
- 24:19Speaker 6: Like the.
- 24:21Speaker 4: Moment he had a couple of weeks ago where he's
- 24:23Speaker 4: talking about the preparation of O'Connell. He feels like he
- 24:25Speaker 4: got better with the short stint with the Vikings, Like,
- 24:27Speaker 4: I just believe in O'Connell, coach Phillips, that offensive, the
- 24:31Speaker 4: way they prepare, the way they game plan and everything else.
- 24:33Speaker 4: I think they'll have a solid plan against the Bengals,
- 24:36Speaker 4: and Bengals are very questionable defensively outside of past rush
- 24:39Speaker 4: moments from Trey Hendrickson.
- 24:40Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna take that.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Getting better than the turnover margins they did.
- 24:45Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna take the under
- 24:48Speaker 5: and a half.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Well, pick a team too, just for the sick of
- 24:51Speaker 1: the show. That's his pick though it's the gambling show.
- 24:54Speaker 1: He likes the under, Like, okay, that's great. I also like,
- 24:57Speaker 1: if you were to pick a team, we don't have play.
- 25:00Speaker 5: If you like you love the under the under.
- 25:04Speaker 6: However, I would definitely take the Vikings if I had
- 25:06Speaker 6: to take the Vikings because Carson Wentz is just proving quarterback.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Perven quarterback got cut.
- 25:13Speaker 5: They we all get cut?
- 25:15Speaker 1: How many not me? I walked away?
- 25:17Speaker 3: I got cut?
- 25:18Speaker 5: You lying.
- 25:19Speaker 4: I tried to play. I was banging on the door.
- 25:21Speaker 4: They would let me in. I was gambling.
- 25:22Speaker 5: That means they don't want you now.
- 25:25Speaker 1: But I didn't get cut.
- 25:26Speaker 4: I was going in to get signed like and then
- 25:27Speaker 4: it's like, all right, but how did you get off
- 25:31Speaker 4: the team?
- 25:32Speaker 5: Contract ran out?
- 25:34Speaker 3: Contract ran out, and you went out on your terms.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Went out on my terms. They was trying to sign
- 25:38Speaker 4: me in the off season too. Teams is trying to
- 25:40Speaker 4: sign in the off season too. They were like, nah,
- 25:42Speaker 4: we got something special on busting with the boys.
- 25:46Speaker 1: I mean you didn't win that battle though he had
- 25:49Speaker 1: worked out for you. Show the NFL who's who.
- 25:53Speaker 4: Take that minimum contract and shoved up your asses. Boys,
- 25:55Speaker 4: I'm gonna.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Stay look at these rookies now as.
- 26:02Speaker 4: When I was scrat quick break from the episode. Because

- 26:28Speaker 4: You're a form energy cat form energy, We do the work.
- 26:32Speaker 4: Back to the episode.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Raiders that Commanders.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Here we go Commanders our favorite minus three and a half.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Raiders just lost the Chargers. Commanders just lost the Packers.
- 26:42Speaker 2: What gives? What happens here? Austin Eckler, Mark Hilles see
- 26:48Speaker 2: it on his face.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Yeah, when it.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Happens, it's heartbreaking. Is Jada Danio's gonna play? If he
- 26:53Speaker 2: doesn't play? Are we gonna be okay? Because Marcus Mariota
- 26:56Speaker 2: and then when he came in the game he bawled out.
- 26:59Speaker 1: Gino Smith looks good. Asha Dente doesn't look so hot?
- 27:02Speaker 1: Right now? Does you figure it out? This week? And
- 27:03Speaker 1: gets the defense that.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Was suspect last year in the rush? All questions that
- 27:07Speaker 2: will be answered by Will Compton right now.
- 27:09Speaker 4: I think this is big. It's a big win by
- 27:11Speaker 4: the Commanders. I think they got punching the mouse last
- 27:13Speaker 4: week against the best team in football. Obviously, Packers are
- 27:16Speaker 4: up there. You got the Bills, you got the Eagles,
- 27:18Speaker 4: but they got hitting the mouth last week against the Packers.
- 27:20Speaker 4: Their run defense has improved tremendously since last year. They
- 27:24Speaker 4: have some pass rush. To me, it's like even if
- 27:27Speaker 4: Jane Dniels doesn't go. I love Marcus Mariota in this situation.
- 27:30Speaker 4: You see what he came in last year. He played
- 27:32Speaker 4: very well in the Raiders defense. Like when I was watching,
- 27:35Speaker 4: when I was trying to catch up on the Monday
- 27:36Speaker 4: night football games the next day by watching see how
- 27:39Speaker 4: Herbert was dialing it up the pressure, the pass rush
- 27:42Speaker 4: that the Raiders had. I'm sitting there watching the film.
- 27:44Speaker 4: In the back seven looks brutal for the Raiders.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Guys.
- 27:49Speaker 4: You know, two guys shitting in the same Cokecaine standing
- 27:51Speaker 4: next to each other in the zone areas, guys not
- 27:53Speaker 4: picking up crossers, guys. Just it honestly does not look good.
- 27:57Speaker 4: I love the Commanders in this game, big too, but
- 28:00Speaker 4: I'll take him minuster and half. I just think the
- 28:03Speaker 4: Commanders that again. You you go to Green Bay, you
- 28:06Speaker 4: get hit in the mouth. I love Dan Quinn. You've
- 28:07Speaker 4: heard about his cult. You hear about his culture all
- 28:09Speaker 4: the time. I think they're gonna be ready to go
- 28:11Speaker 4: there and they're gonna love like playing at home, hosting
- 28:13Speaker 4: the Raiders. Raiders gotta travel. Raiders also a tough one.
- 28:16Speaker 4: Gino Smith and that and that Chip Kelly offense. They
- 28:18Speaker 4: can't do it all old line of struggled big time,
- 28:21Speaker 4: pass protection, struggled ashing genty was picking up pass protection.
- 28:25Speaker 4: They can't get a run game going with them, And
- 28:27Speaker 4: I think, uh the I was about to say the
- 28:29Speaker 4: Redskins the Commanders are built. They're not gonna get better
- 28:33Speaker 4: against the Commanders in that defense.
- 28:35Speaker 5: Yeah, as Brock Borrowers is gonna play this game.
- 28:38Speaker 3: He came out all right, I think the last game,
- 28:39Speaker 3: but he was a little.
- 28:42Speaker 2: He's gonna play in front of the show. Seen his mentality.
- 28:44Speaker 2: They asked, would you do anything for He said stick.
- 28:47Speaker 6: No, that's what that's like with him. When he's healthy
- 28:49Speaker 6: and naked, they got him. He makes all the plays
- 28:52Speaker 6: on there. We know that for a fact. He helps
- 28:54Speaker 6: the Raiders make plays. If he's not healthy, it's gonna
- 28:57Speaker 6: be tough for the Raiders team and be successful on
- 28:59Speaker 6: the offense.
- 29:00Speaker 5: He's the key player.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I think if you want to be successful as
- 29:03Speaker 2: a Raiders, you have to be able to run the
- 29:04Speaker 2: ball and protect on third down. Like those are two
- 29:05Speaker 2: keys that you can ever and both those right now
- 29:08Speaker 2: are not. Like the offensive line has to do a
- 29:10Speaker 2: better job in blocking. But Aston Genty, you watch the film,
- 29:13Speaker 2: he's missing a couple of holes here and there. And
- 29:15Speaker 2: then if you are the commanders on a third and
- 29:17Speaker 2: six plus, you are in a great position because you
- 29:20Speaker 2: have four guys rushing the passer and then you take
- 29:22Speaker 2: a guy like Frankie Luvu who you can put down
- 29:24Speaker 2: in a three point stance, you just drop him back
- 29:26Speaker 2: that they did with Durwin James, where the charges playing
- 29:31Speaker 2: the Raiders find the man's side exploit the back because
- 29:34Speaker 2: asking Genty hasn't proved that he can be he can
- 29:35Speaker 2: protect in pass protection. Yet they ran a lot of
- 29:38Speaker 2: great games where you have four offensive linements sliding one
- 29:41Speaker 2: way and keeping the right tackle one on one. And
- 29:44Speaker 2: then you take Frankie Louvy or Durwd James the situation,
- 29:47Speaker 2: you pick him and then Genty's got to pick up
- 29:49Speaker 2: that that head that's pressure all day.
- 29:51Speaker 1: That's something that you look at. It's like, how do they.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Handle that situation? You have to have a back that's
- 29:56Speaker 2: able to step in protection. You can't slide rson L's
- 29:58Speaker 2: the whole time. So when you getting third down, what
- 30:02Speaker 2: you're going to get in a football game. I love
- 30:04Speaker 2: Commanders over Raiders instance, I think I think Gena Smith's
- 30:06Speaker 2: left on, but I like the Commanders as well.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Three and a half do we feel like because when
- 30:11Speaker 3: we watched that game last night or whatever it was
- 30:14Speaker 3: Monday Night Chargers Raiders, it felt like the Chargers were
- 30:19Speaker 3: winning by a pretty good margin, but the score was
- 30:21Speaker 3: closer than it was until Herbert hit that you know,
- 30:24Speaker 3: sixty yard bomb. So my question is, are the Raiders
- 30:27Speaker 3: closer to being a better team than what was put
- 30:32Speaker 3: on put out there? Because I'm having a hard time,
- 30:34Speaker 3: like I think I'm gonna go with the Commanders. I
- 30:36Speaker 3: wanted y'all to speak first, but man, they looked uninspired
- 30:39Speaker 3: on Thursday, and that was before Jaden supposedly hurt his knee.
- 30:43Speaker 3: So I don't know if like the Packers are just
- 30:45Speaker 3: that good on defense, or if they just had their
- 30:47Speaker 3: number or what you know. I just feel like the
- 30:50Speaker 3: Raiders they played at least the game looked closer to
- 30:53Speaker 3: me than the Chiefs did against the Chargers in Week one,
- 30:57Speaker 3: so I think the Raiders are closer than what they
- 30:59Speaker 3: put out there. I mean, obviously see what Gino throwing
- 31:01Speaker 3: three picks a couple just just he just threw away
- 31:03Speaker 3: balls there. I think it's closer. But man, I got
- 31:07Speaker 3: the Commanders too, But I just I don't feel real
- 31:08Speaker 3: confident about that pick. But I like if Marcus Mariota
- 31:11Speaker 3: goes in there just to pick, get him on the
- 31:13Speaker 3: edge a little bit, because if Jaden can't run, you lose,
- 31:16Speaker 3: you know, that dynamic ability. Last year, What's what you
- 31:19Speaker 3: saw last on Thursdays. He ran for like seventeen yards
- 31:22Speaker 3: or something, and I'm waiting for him to get on
- 31:24Speaker 3: the outside, you know, keep the Packers honest, and he
- 31:27Speaker 3: just I mean between the pass rush and that zone
- 31:29Speaker 3: defensive Packers were playing like he just couldn't get a
- 31:31Speaker 3: pass off in their dB. So I don't know, I
- 31:34Speaker 3: think if if he loses that ability, if he plays
- 31:36Speaker 3: this week, Jayden Daniez doesn't have the ability to run.
- 31:38Speaker 5: Like I feel like Marc is gonna have a package though.
- 31:41Speaker 6: I think they know his mobility is low, so we
- 31:45Speaker 6: no Jaden, so we're gonna see probably two quarterbacks. See
- 31:49Speaker 6: Markets come in for the rollout plays, getting that momentum going.
- 31:54Speaker 5: I don't know if.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Market, if they had that game plan, I'll always set
- 31:57Speaker 2: the Raiders in that sense because if you have to.
- 32:00Speaker 2: The whole phrase is like if you have two quarterbacks,
- 32:01Speaker 2: you actually have a quarterback, like, you need one guy.
- 32:04Speaker 1: To be in there.
- 32:04Speaker 2: He's got to feel the game. He's got to even
- 32:06Speaker 2: if it's just a handoff, being in the rhythm of
- 32:07Speaker 2: a game. I feel like it's so important for quarterbacks
- 32:10Speaker 2: then just having a guy out there for couple plays,
- 32:12Speaker 2: switching in and out, it just makes it so choppy
- 32:14Speaker 2: when it comes to how smooth and christ you can
- 32:15Speaker 2: make a game plan go.
- 32:16Speaker 6: I just feel like Jayden don't want to sit out
- 32:18Speaker 6: even though he's hurt. Like even in the past time
- 32:21Speaker 6: when Marcus was playing, he did not want to sit out,
- 32:23Speaker 6: but he had to. He said it like I wish
- 32:24Speaker 6: I was.
- 32:25Speaker 1: He's a competitor.
- 32:25Speaker 5: H he's a competitor. Oh no, I got the commanders.
- 32:28Speaker 2: Give me the commanders the board.
- 32:34Speaker 4: But if we get to sit We were watching we
- 32:36Speaker 4: were watching this underneath coverage in their depth and zone
- 32:39Speaker 4: drops and everything even on even on.
- 32:41Speaker 1: A quick steps.
- 32:43Speaker 4: Guys are getting like full depth, like it's it's not
- 32:46Speaker 4: it's not pretty.
- 32:47Speaker 3: No, I think the Raiders are gonna be okay. I
- 32:49Speaker 3: think they're gonna be okay. They're just behind where the
- 32:51Speaker 3: you know, like you saw Harball with the Chargers last year.
- 32:54Speaker 3: Now he has a generational talent and Herbert whereas you
- 32:57Speaker 3: bring in Geno Smith. But like, I think they'll be okay,
- 33:00Speaker 3: But I don't. I think they dropped this one this week.
- 33:03Speaker 8: The Raiders first contact when they rush the ball, when
- 33:05Speaker 8: Ashton's running the ball, that they averaged the first contact
- 33:08Speaker 8: behind the line of scrimage.
- 33:09Speaker 5: Because he don't jump, he just runs into the person.
- 33:12Speaker 1: His eyes his eyes are a little big right now.
- 33:14Speaker 2: You can tell he's he's it's a different animal when
- 33:16Speaker 2: you go from college the NFL, of course, and a
- 33:18Speaker 2: lot of guys get it picked up right away, like
- 33:20Speaker 2: well Compton did, and a lot of guys it takes
- 33:21Speaker 2: a couple of years.
- 33:22Speaker 6: Well, you know he said it, I like contact. Theayler
- 33:25Speaker 6: was like, yo, why, like you're getting hit?
- 33:27Speaker 3: He like, well, I like that first run yeah, as
- 33:33Speaker 3: but yo, that spin move some times.
- 33:37Speaker 2: Yeah, this is gonna be a fun year for backup
- 33:39Speaker 2: quarterbacks might be the year of the backup quarterback, Mac Jones,
- 33:41Speaker 2: Sam sam Donold goes from Minnesota. Now he's in Seattle.
- 33:46Speaker 5: Well Jones back jail.
- 33:48Speaker 2: Everyone's kind of resurrecting the career. Baker Mayfield might be
- 33:51Speaker 2: my favorite.
- 33:51Speaker 6: Sometimes you just got to go to a different organization
- 33:53Speaker 6: because it may be that offensive coordinator who's holding you down.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Who says, who says Marcus doesn't have a big comeback,
- 33:59Speaker 2: who says Marcus isn't it a championship level quarterback?
- 34:02Speaker 1: Generational talent. When he was coming out, he.
- 34:04Speaker 6: Was he was, you know, he got you got you
- 34:06Speaker 6: gotta beat the funk up at the Yeah, that's beat
- 34:10Speaker 6: the fuck up.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Well you say it like that.
- 34:12Speaker 3: But yeah, because they're a line or what his first year, Yeah.
- 34:16Speaker 6: I mean it was it would be from the left
- 34:18Speaker 6: tackle play, but definitely uh and he took some hits.
- 34:22Speaker 3: Man who was the sun.
- 34:25Speaker 6: Roofs Ruth played with Marcus.
- 34:29Speaker 2: Yeah, twenty nine years the Titans had three tackles left.
- 34:33Speaker 5: Tackle tackle plays.
- 34:34Speaker 9: What you're saying, not like the Packers with their quarterballs.
- 34:37Speaker 9: Yeah you're right, yeah you go, hey, Yeah, you're right,
- 34:41Speaker 9: Packers for life. Man Eagle bro, I got you a
- 34:44Speaker 9: block of the state of wisconstant.
- 34:48Speaker 4: Behind you will Rams and Eagles behind Eagles favored by
- 34:53Speaker 4: three and a half.
- 34:53Speaker 1: Over under on this game is forty four and a half.
- 34:58Speaker 3: This is two elite teams right here. This is a game,
- 35:00Speaker 3: a twelve o'clock game too. What are we doing here?
- 35:02Speaker 3: I don't want it to get mixed.
- 35:05Speaker 1: I think people were sleeper on the Rams this year
- 35:07Speaker 1: and everyone's like Eagles will just pump.
- 35:08Speaker 3: On the real Stafford looks starting to find Davante Puka
- 35:12Speaker 3: continuing to be pooka out there. Their defense looking phenomenal,
- 35:16Speaker 3: just littered in the top ten boards on offense defense,
- 35:19Speaker 3: looking like a better team than the Eagles. Looking the
- 35:25Speaker 3: play the Eagles, I think they both have a tremendous
- 35:28Speaker 3: pass rush, Rams defense number one scoring defense. Like, I
- 35:33Speaker 3: think this is gonna be a fun game. But went
- 35:35Speaker 3: back looked at those two games last year in which
- 35:36Speaker 3: they played the Rams. You know who went off. Sakwan
- 35:40Speaker 3: had over two hundred yards rushing in both of them,
- 35:42Speaker 3: four touchdowns, all of them for over sixty yards. I
- 35:45Speaker 3: think it's gonna come down to explosive plays. But I
- 35:50Speaker 3: got the Eagles like it was kind of how I
- 35:52Speaker 3: bet the Chiefs last year and to somebody knocks you off,
- 35:55Speaker 3: proved to me that the other team is better, and
- 35:58Speaker 3: they're they're going to the link, They're going to the link,
- 36:01Speaker 3: and I just I think it comes down to explosive plays.
- 36:03Speaker 3: If the Rams can stop the run, and the Eagles
- 36:06Speaker 3: haven't looked as good as where they finished last year,
- 36:09Speaker 3: and the Rams were the only team to give them
- 36:10Speaker 3: a test in the playoffs before you know, they beat
- 36:12Speaker 3: the Commanders and the Chiefs. So I like the Eagles.
- 36:17Speaker 3: I think it's going to be close, but I think
- 36:18Speaker 3: it comes down to explosive plays.
- 36:19Speaker 8: Really, nine and two in their last eleven games, only
- 36:24Speaker 8: two losses, I'm definitely are nine and two in their
- 36:28Speaker 8: last eleven games, including postseason. Their only two losses have
- 36:32Speaker 8: both been to the Eagles.
- 36:33Speaker 5: I'm going with the Eagles. Now, thanks for that'st give me.
- 36:37Speaker 1: The Rams with the points?
- 36:39Speaker 3: What are the points again?
- 36:42Speaker 2: Feels feel that pass rush that the Eagles have, like
- 36:47Speaker 2: you know, this has a good pass rush? Is the
- 36:49Speaker 2: Houston Texans on both sides? Maybe probably a better one.
- 36:51Speaker 2: No one does a better job of getting the ball
- 36:53Speaker 2: out more accurately than Stafford with with somebody in his face.
- 36:57Speaker 2: And also you look at the defense that has studs
- 37:00Speaker 2: everywhere for the Eagles, like, but it's who's across from
- 37:03Speaker 2: Mitchell that's the person.
- 37:04Speaker 1: That's gonna get explored all day.
- 37:05Speaker 2: And the Rams have the weapons to do that because
- 37:08Speaker 2: they got DeVante Adams and they got Pooka Nukula. Like
- 37:10Speaker 2: you can't double both of them. You've got to give
- 37:13Speaker 2: help somewhere. And I think Stafford is a guy that
- 37:16Speaker 2: can get the ball out in the perforset.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Amount of time. He can throw it accurately, deep, intermediate, short,
- 37:21Speaker 1: like he's.
- 37:21Speaker 2: A guy that you just never question. I thought Blake
- 37:24Speaker 2: Corn look kind of nice last week time. I understand
- 37:29Speaker 2: in a tough position.
- 37:29Speaker 4: So you can see the Blake Korm. You know why
- 37:31Speaker 4: they got him out of Michigan. You could you could
- 37:34Speaker 4: see it as.
- 37:34Speaker 2: He's he started getting Selvay said, I want to get
- 37:39Speaker 2: Blake Corn the ball more and they were very clear
- 37:41Speaker 2: about that and wanted to get Devanta Adams the ball.
- 37:43Speaker 2: You could tell both those things shut out Clump anytime
- 37:46Speaker 2: touchdown Devonte Adams. But like Korm is starting to find
- 37:49Speaker 2: himself as as a rusher in this league. And that's
- 37:51Speaker 2: gonna be only help Stafford getting the ball out. All
- 37:54Speaker 2: those things you need a good rushing attack and then
- 37:56Speaker 2: also head coach play injured planner fashion you eat away
- 38:03Speaker 2: and inflammation on a plane getting into the link probably might.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Be in the boot, probably too tough for the boot.
- 38:08Speaker 2: Players are gonna see that. They're gonna rally around it.
- 38:11Speaker 2: I like the Rams.
- 38:12Speaker 5: Literally got hurt standing on the sideline.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Hey, happens to a lot of guys. Maybe maybe he
- 38:18Speaker 1: saw the highlight of Ray Broide. Wait, it was like a.
- 38:24Speaker 2: Camera his last year to Yeah, Camar like gets hitting
- 38:27Speaker 2: the sideline and this old guy who's like guy with
- 38:30Speaker 2: that little yellow orange penny on I.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Picks up his leg. He's like yeah, yeah, yeah, like
- 38:37Speaker 1: a time out.
- 38:38Speaker 3: His ass one there.
- 38:39Speaker 1: The next week, Sean mcday is.
- 38:42Speaker 5: Sean McVay about the security guard.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Here to protect he doesn't have injured smoking Newport.
- 38:54Speaker 2: I'm just saying, dude, Sean mcday being injured is a
- 38:57Speaker 2: big deal in this game.
- 38:59Speaker 5: Very I gave it that.
- 39:00Speaker 1: It's a big deal on this.
- 39:01Speaker 3: So Delaney and I got the Eagles, you two got
- 39:03Speaker 3: the Rams.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Yeah, they're gonna happen, Carter, It'll be the Rams.
- 39:10Speaker 3: Hope they don't running the ball this year. The Rams
- 39:13Speaker 3: in these two games.
- 39:13Speaker 5: They're they're not a big run team.
- 39:17Speaker 1: But they are the fourth best.
- 39:18Speaker 5: And passing, yeah, they passed the ball a lot. I
- 39:20Speaker 5: mean Pooka.
- 39:20Speaker 6: They just just throw it to him, let him just
- 39:23Speaker 6: makes them happen.
- 39:24Speaker 2: The Rams are good against the run, though, they do
- 39:27Speaker 2: relatively well against the run.
- 39:28Speaker 5: But what about the touch push.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Last year they didn't know Yeah, if it's it's third
- 39:33Speaker 2: and one or two, Like you're can assume that's gonna.
- 39:35Speaker 3: Can we can we talk about again?
- 39:37Speaker 1: So we need some launder field with this touch bush.
- 39:40Speaker 3: I agree. So last year I was I thought it
- 39:42Speaker 3: was like I think when the Packers came out first,
- 39:44Speaker 3: probably on behest of the league, you know, saying hey,
- 39:46Speaker 3: we don't want to touch push anymore. I thought that
- 39:49Speaker 3: was like like a cowardly thing just to get the
- 39:51Speaker 3: play out. But after watching it, I'm like, I think
- 39:53Speaker 3: I'm done with the touch push man, Like, well, I
- 39:56Speaker 3: want to see them run, Like just just admit what
- 39:58Speaker 3: it is. You're too successful at the play. Like nobody's
- 40:01Speaker 3: gonna get hurt, nothing's gonna happen. But it's too hard
- 40:03Speaker 3: to officiate as well, like just get rid of it.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Let Philadelphia feel good about themselves, saying, oh they we
- 40:08Speaker 3: we ran this so well. We had to get rid
- 40:10Speaker 3: of the play and just get back to what looks
- 40:12Speaker 3: like normal football instead of a.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Trophies by getting like, hey, you did a really good
- 40:17Speaker 2: job with that play. If I'm the Eagles, I'm keeping
- 40:19Speaker 2: that playing anyway.
- 40:20Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying.
- 40:22Speaker 4: When he's what I'm saying is play we gotta go out.
- 40:28Speaker 3: I'm also saying like it's like it's too hard to initiate,
- 40:32Speaker 3: Like I sound like I'm making excuses now, but also
- 40:35Speaker 3: when it was third and one and fourth and one,
- 40:37Speaker 3: like I remember ray Lewis hitting Darren Sprolls when he
- 40:39Speaker 3: was playing for the Ravens in the backfield on like
- 40:41Speaker 3: a third or fourth and one to seal the game.
- 40:43Speaker 3: I want to see that. I don't want to see
- 40:44Speaker 3: a scrum to win the game. Chris Jones on the
- 40:47Speaker 3: other side, you know, yelling at us, hurts and whatnot.
- 40:50Speaker 3: I'm just saying, like that's the only game you're going
- 40:52Speaker 3: to see do it though? Is the Eagles?
- 40:54Speaker 5: You The Eagles is the only team who really does it.
- 40:57Speaker 1: Who can do it. Everybody's trying to replicate it.
- 41:00Speaker 3: They can't do it.
- 41:01Speaker 2: But the competitor, the competitor, everyone's going to think. You're
- 41:05Speaker 2: not going to stop it until one day somebody will stops.
- 41:08Speaker 1: One day they go enough is enough and they figure
- 41:11Speaker 1: out the sauce that needs to happen to stop the
- 41:14Speaker 1: jumping over. Then and only then you let it walk
- 41:16Speaker 1: away like that is it? And for you to sit
- 41:19Speaker 1: here and say they're too good at.
- 41:21Speaker 3: It, it's just it's the purest in me, it's the purest.
- 41:24Speaker 2: So we're talking about Peiss is man versus man, glad,
- 41:28Speaker 2: but but to say.
- 41:29Speaker 3: Reps, if it's man versus man, that's different. But you
- 41:32Speaker 3: you include the reps who had a horrible weekend, horrible
- 41:35Speaker 3: weekend talking about but that that pass interference against uh
- 41:42Speaker 3: Travis Hunter, that roughing the passer? Who was that against Carolina?
- 41:47Speaker 2: Uh?
- 41:48Speaker 3: Not against against the Cardinals? Like just horrible calls up
- 41:51Speaker 3: and down.
- 41:51Speaker 10: But.
- 41:53Speaker 5: Says make refereeing great again?
- 41:56Speaker 3: When was it ever? I'm assuming and Dlaney you got that, Delane?
- 42:09Speaker 3: Would you ever be a referee? Would you ever be
- 42:12Speaker 3: a referee if they paid you? Well, here's I here's
- 42:15Speaker 3: what I think here's what I think. I'm talking a
- 42:18Speaker 3: farm system for retired x NFL players. You come in there,
- 42:22Speaker 3: they give you a nice salary. Your full time four
- 42:26Speaker 3: oh one k NFL will match it. You've seen the game.
- 42:29Speaker 3: You understand the speed of the game, you understand the
- 42:31Speaker 3: intent on roughing the passer and passing their ference. You
- 42:34Speaker 3: understand when there's a minute left. Like I think, we
- 42:37Speaker 3: get some x NFL players and I don't know what
- 42:39Speaker 3: it is. Maybe they need to play three, four or five,
- 42:41Speaker 3: whatever it may be. But you make them full time employees,
- 42:44Speaker 3: give them big salaries, getting those four to one k's,
- 42:47Speaker 3: all those Pete Rosell's everything we get. We don't know
- 42:49Speaker 3: what it means, but you see the little indicator going up. Though, yeah,
- 42:52Speaker 3: I hope I left till sixty five. I'm telling you, like,
- 42:55Speaker 3: that's what we need to have. And I think you
- 42:56Speaker 3: get more people who are around the game rather than
- 42:59Speaker 3: part time teaching yours, attorneys whatnot, who understand the game a.
- 43:06Speaker 1: Long time job. For sure.
- 43:06Speaker 5: It's actually.
- 43:09Speaker 6: Actually players, no, no, it's actually NF x NFL players
- 43:13Speaker 6: going into officiating.
- 43:15Speaker 5: That is actually.
- 43:17Speaker 1: There's nobody who understands understand I look at the civil size.
- 43:20Speaker 2: I'm sitting in this at this with Delainey. Could you
- 43:23Speaker 2: imagine him sitting on the sideline being like, hey, that
- 43:26Speaker 2: was good and then got bro I think so he's like, yeah,
- 43:29Speaker 2: you're probably right, Hey that's a good.
- 43:31Speaker 1: Point, and then like literally, but hey, imagine this Jurgens
- 43:37Speaker 1: Nebraska courhust Girl of Night, Will Comptons in the back.
- 43:40Speaker 1: He sees them yanking a boy in the corner, Will grabbing.
- 43:44Speaker 3: Will is a man on the shields, He's a man.
- 43:47Speaker 3: They're in the Super Bowl fourth and there's there's an
- 43:51Speaker 3: obvious d p I and you're like, I gotta let
- 43:55Speaker 3: it go, gotta let it go.
- 43:56Speaker 1: The only game you can't trust me to officiate is
- 43:58Speaker 1: the game.
- 43:58Speaker 3: Okay, conflict of bitches they are? You have that in
- 44:00Speaker 3: the NFL when they get referees who post on social
- 44:02Speaker 3: media about their favorite team and Whatnot'm just a NFL
- 44:04Speaker 3: play many not us right here, Guys who had to
- 44:08Speaker 3: established career, made a little bit of money, but maybe
- 44:10Speaker 3: writing you know, the tweens of that three to five
- 44:13Speaker 3: guys looking to make some more money, Guys who want
- 44:15Speaker 3: to stay involved in the game. I think it could work.
- 44:17Speaker 5: I'm the type of I'll be like, yo, I'm letting
- 44:19Speaker 5: y'all play this game.
- 44:20Speaker 2: That's exactly that's my point. There is reason reason delays ahead.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Reffle Man, what is you doing? I told them I
- 44:29Speaker 2: was want them play.
- 44:30Speaker 1: You have to take it up. There's no foul on
- 44:32Speaker 1: the place. He's a dude. Just get a yank by
- 44:33Speaker 1: his face mask, no foul.
- 44:36Speaker 3: I'm trying to offer solutions.
- 44:37Speaker 1: You're there, be like, hey, Delaney, Walker's head officials do businesses.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Business is being done. The first one's on.
- 44:42Speaker 5: Hey, they're gonna love me.
- 44:43Speaker 6: Every super Bowl you gotta get.
- 44:44Speaker 3: You're me and my crew.
- 44:47Speaker 5: They throw the less flash, they let you play. They
- 44:49Speaker 5: come in.
- 44:49Speaker 3: I'm's crew right and talk to you.
- 44:51Speaker 5: Hey, I saw that. Next time I got to throw it,
- 44:53Speaker 5: so be careful.
- 44:55Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, it's just almost the same. And the quarterback Yeah,
- 45:01Speaker 3: the roughing calls. I'm gonna be on your crew on.
- 45:03Speaker 6: The rough roughing quarterbacks. Yeah, we gotta throw those. But
- 45:06Speaker 6: everything else, I'm letting y'all play.
- 45:08Speaker 1: You know what to do?
- 45:08Speaker 2: Is it like Saudi Arabia doing a flag football game? Rady,
- 45:12Speaker 2: you two to be that.
- 45:14Speaker 1: That would be awesome, Tom Brady, let us do it.
- 45:19Speaker 5: I promise you I'll be cut.
- 45:23Speaker 1: Point Eagles Rams Eagles Rams.
- 45:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:25Speaker 1: I like where we said. I like what we're saying
- 45:27Speaker 1: on this one.
- 45:28Speaker 4: I like it too. And get rid of the touch push.
- 45:30Speaker 4: Don't get rid of the touch push unless the officiating changes.
- 45:32Speaker 4: What's the thing to you? You're you're an offensive lineman
- 45:34Speaker 4: and you you on the line?
- 45:35Speaker 5: I was never what's the whole?
- 45:37Speaker 1: Yeah, but like what's what's the rue?
- 45:39Speaker 4: People are posting like the pictures from up top and
- 45:42Speaker 4: it's like all the offensive line is crossing with the center.
- 45:46Speaker 6: Where do they have to We supposed to be like this,
- 45:48Speaker 6: it's supposed to be like a wing. But they like that,
- 45:50Speaker 6: So you're supposed to be back.
- 45:53Speaker 2: That's crazy line of the center. Your head is on
- 45:57Speaker 2: the belt line of the center. You have to be
- 45:59Speaker 2: at least that forward. When it comes to being that up,
- 46:01Speaker 2: it's like yay, you're like if you're on the ball.
- 46:03Speaker 2: There's really no rule that I'm aware of that is like, hey,
- 46:06Speaker 2: you can't be this far forward. Nless, it's like clearly
- 46:08Speaker 2: over the line because while comes it off of the
- 46:10Speaker 2: line and you want to be back, figure out what's
- 46:13Speaker 2: going on.
- 46:14Speaker 1: That's what you get A lot of tackles or like
- 46:16Speaker 1: and you're thinking, you're.
- 46:17Speaker 4: Thinking you just can't have your head beyond the ball
- 46:19Speaker 4: or like like.
- 46:22Speaker 1: You can look down and you can see I'm good,
- 46:24Speaker 1: but there's there's no zone where you have to be back.
- 46:27Speaker 5: No, you can't be too far back.
- 46:29Speaker 4: Yeah, there's nothing when I'm talking about just when I've seen,
- 46:33Speaker 4: like we're talking photos of over the top being like
- 46:36Speaker 4: all this, the offensive line is like beyond some point
- 46:39Speaker 4: in the center.
- 46:40Speaker 3: Now, what do you think they're teaching them? I guess
- 46:43Speaker 3: I have to go back and listen, Like is Jalen
- 46:45Speaker 3: Hurts doing like a first sound type thing because you
- 46:48Speaker 3: see the guards leaving before the center, Like have they
- 46:50Speaker 3: taught the center like hey give it a give it
- 46:52Speaker 3: like a little millisec before you snap it to let
- 46:54Speaker 3: the guards get off. Because every time the guards were
- 46:56Speaker 3: getting off first that you can't tell me that was
- 46:58Speaker 3: by happenstance.
- 46:59Speaker 1: Well then you yea guy like the guard and the tackle.
- 47:03Speaker 3: But they're going so like I'm wondering if the center knows,
- 47:06Speaker 3: like if you get you know, a push by our
- 47:09Speaker 3: specifically the guards, maybe the tackles too, then.
- 47:12Speaker 1: It's gotta be the middle. Middle is the only way that
- 47:14Speaker 1: play works there.
- 47:16Speaker 6: When Kelse was there, he used to snap me before,
- 47:19Speaker 6: and they not used to him. That's why this new
- 47:21Speaker 6: center ain't snapping the last Kelse used to be like.
- 47:24Speaker 6: It was almost like he was jumping off sides when
- 47:26Speaker 6: he snapping, he and dive into the ground.
- 47:28Speaker 5: They it's just not.
- 47:29Speaker 2: You're in a full splitter stance. No fair dodger. But
- 47:34Speaker 2: could you imagine they do what you did? Like, hey,
- 47:35Speaker 2: you guys won that. And then twenty thirty years from now,
- 47:37Speaker 2: where there's a photo framed of two defenses in the
- 47:41Speaker 2: Super Bowl lined up like this, Someone's gonna sit back
- 47:43Speaker 2: there and be like, man, that's when football was football,
- 47:45Speaker 2: and you took that away.
- 47:48Speaker 5: I mean football has already been. It's not football.
- 47:51Speaker 3: I'm the one who's lobbying quarterbacks give him a little
- 47:55Speaker 3: extra when there in the ground, giving them a step.
- 47:57Speaker 3: I'm the poster boy for that, all right me?
- 48:01Speaker 1: Yeah, how do you feel about the new kickoff rule?
- 48:03Speaker 1: How they line up everything? You hate? Yeah?
- 48:06Speaker 3: Hate? It looks ugly.
- 48:08Speaker 2: It looks it does I just think about the Super Bowl,
- 48:12Speaker 2: the ball being kicked off, the cameras going off, people
- 48:14Speaker 2: running back. Yeah, and it's like everyone's stationary and then
- 48:18Speaker 2: there's a zone.
- 48:19Speaker 1: Leave it in, leave it in, leave the pushing.
- 48:21Speaker 5: They wanted to take the kick. They wanted to take
- 48:23Speaker 5: kickoff all out of the game.
- 48:25Speaker 3: So this is the what are the interest statistics on
- 48:27Speaker 3: this this new kicker, because I know it's coming out
- 48:29Speaker 3: a lot more.
- 48:30Speaker 5: No one's getting hurt really though, because it's one.
- 48:32Speaker 3: On one block that opening week. But he got his knee.
- 48:35Speaker 5: Oh yeah yeah, one on one blocks.
- 48:37Speaker 1: I see the kickoff lineup, like, I don't even look at.
- 48:42Speaker 3: Running back zoom the Patriots. For that was a fun game,
- 48:44Speaker 3: I know when I talking about the Miami Patriots, but
- 48:46Speaker 3: it's bad at that point.
- 48:50Speaker 1: One game we gotta talk about is a True Classic
- 48:51Speaker 1: Game of the Week, True Classic game of the Week.
- 48:53Speaker 4: Every weekend's got games, but only one fits just right.
- 48:56Speaker 4: This is True Classics Game of the Week. This Game
- 48:59Speaker 4: of the Week is brought to us by True Classic.

- 49:11Speaker 4: from True Classic Boys, also rocking the pants from True Classic,
- 49:14Speaker 4: the little button down short sleeve collar. Thank you man.
- 49:18Speaker 4: Got the hair going. People talking about my receiving hairline.
- 49:21Speaker 4: That's a different story for another time. Find True Classic
- 49:24Speaker 4: at Amazon and Costco, Sam's Club and Target nationwide, or
- 49:27Speaker 4: go online at trueclassic dot com. Slash busting, look good,
- 49:31Speaker 4: feel good, play good. Let's get to the game of
- 49:33Speaker 4: the week, Monday Night football, Detroit Lions at the Baltimore Ravens.
- 49:38Speaker 4: Right now, the Ravens are favored by five and a
- 49:40Speaker 4: half points. The over under on this game is fifty
- 49:43Speaker 4: one and a half. A lot of people say, A
- 49:47Speaker 4: lot of people's are over. A lot of people say
- 49:50Speaker 4: to take the over. I will be this show. I'll
- 49:52Speaker 4: pick a team, but I will be taking the over
- 49:54Speaker 4: in this game. Just a little personal boy there. I'll
- 49:56Speaker 4: be on the FanDuel sportsbook gap I'll hit the over. Okay,
- 50:00Speaker 4: how do we feel about this game?
- 50:01Speaker 3: Clay Matthews lamar twenty four and four against NFC teams
- 50:06Speaker 3: and on Monday Night twenty two touchdowns, zero interceptions. He's
- 50:10Speaker 3: built for primetime. Here's what I'm gonna say, though, outside
- 50:13Speaker 3: of statistics, Like you look at the Lions, and I
- 50:15Speaker 3: said this last week, you looked at when the Lions
- 50:17Speaker 3: played the Packers. The Packers had more to play for.
- 50:20Speaker 3: We talked about home game here in their one and
- 50:21Speaker 3: five divisional record all last year, the trade for Micah.
- 50:25Speaker 3: Now you get the Lions coming home, it's their first
- 50:27Speaker 3: home game, They're coming off a tough loss. Ben Johnson
- 50:29Speaker 3: coming back. They play like world beaters, score fifty plus points.
- 50:33Speaker 3: Jared Goff, those were five touchdowns. They look like they
- 50:36Speaker 3: don't need Ben jons step. They didn't miss a step.
- 50:39Speaker 3: They looked Jerry Gouger personal, sure, but it was that
- 50:44Speaker 3: their super Bowl was that their you know, reason to
- 50:47Speaker 3: get up. Now we got to go back. The Lions
- 50:49Speaker 3: got to go back on the road at the Ravens.
- 50:53Speaker 3: I just I think it's still too early to make
- 50:56Speaker 3: a decision on the Lions, like what team they are
- 50:58Speaker 3: this year. Maybe it's just the Packers are just that good.
- 51:00Speaker 3: I think it's too too small of of a sample serving.
- 51:03Speaker 3: But I like the Ravens. I picked them to win
- 51:05Speaker 3: the Super Bowl. I picked Lamar to win MVP, and
- 51:08Speaker 3: they could very easily be two and off it weren't
- 51:10Speaker 3: for that collapse out there on Monday or Sunday Night
- 51:12Speaker 3: football whatever it was one week one. But man, I
- 51:17Speaker 3: like the Ravens. I think them going home like to
- 51:19Speaker 3: see Derek Henry get back going on. We had like
- 51:21Speaker 3: twenty something yards this past week, but I think it'll
- 51:24Speaker 3: be I'm taking the over. But I got the Ravens
- 51:26Speaker 3: as well.
- 51:30Speaker 1: You don't talking about the Ravens, No, I like the Ravens.
- 51:33Speaker 1: I think the Ravens are really good. Put on the film.
- 51:37Speaker 2: You put on the film with the Ravens and the Browns,
- 51:39Speaker 2: and it's like going into half to seven point game
- 51:41Speaker 2: then ended.
- 51:41Speaker 3: Up divisional games. I think you throw throw out all
- 51:44Speaker 3: the stats.
- 51:44Speaker 2: The third quarter, you get into that, they rush you
- 51:46Speaker 2: down to the goal line, end up having a false
- 51:48Speaker 2: start penalty, end up in the five. They have four
- 51:50Speaker 2: players to get it into the en zone, they can't
- 51:52Speaker 2: get it, end up having a big interception by number
- 51:55Speaker 2: two of the Ravens, and then they end up having
- 51:56Speaker 2: an explosive play and getting it in the end zone.
- 51:58Speaker 2: Then it starts a steamroll for him, Joe Flacco, like
- 52:01Speaker 2: he's getting chased down all over the place, but he's
- 52:04Speaker 2: he only had a couple of sacks and it's like
- 52:06Speaker 2: he's holding the ball for three four seconds. Like the
- 52:08Speaker 2: pass rush really wasn't you know, unless they're bringing extra guys,
- 52:11Speaker 2: what was really coming in. The thing I like about
- 52:14Speaker 2: the Lions is them in twelve personnel. I think obviously
- 52:16Speaker 2: of San La Porter, but you also have brock Wright,
- 52:18Speaker 2: who's a guy that like he's going to be your blocker,
- 52:21Speaker 2: your first and foremost. You're Delanney Walker winner the forty
- 52:23Speaker 2: nine ers, Like he's going to put his face, his
- 52:24Speaker 2: hand on the ground, his face in your face, over
- 52:26Speaker 2: and over again. Then he sneaks off and gets himself
- 52:28Speaker 2: a couple of touchdowns. But the movement in the pocket
- 52:31Speaker 2: of Jared Goff, his ability to put the ball in
- 52:34Speaker 2: the place he needs to be. With Almond Ross Saint Brown,
- 52:37Speaker 2: I love the way that offense operated, and it's like.
- 52:41Speaker 1: Okay, we checked the box.
- 52:43Speaker 2: Everyone kind of calmed down about this offense, and it's like,
- 52:46Speaker 2: now you have to go play his jogger. Notut the Ravens,
- 52:48Speaker 2: who are the best put together team in the AFC.
- 52:50Speaker 2: And he looked at the Lions and their defense, and
- 52:52Speaker 2: early in that game, when the Bears are running the
- 52:56Speaker 2: ball from a perimeter standpoint outside the tackles, they were
- 52:59Speaker 2: having success. The coaching staff making in game adjustments. Before
- 53:03Speaker 2: even half, you see them charge to run those perimeters,
- 53:06Speaker 2: those tackle pin pull schemes. Brian Burns thirty two, comes in,
- 53:09Speaker 2: puts his head on the ball, turnover right there, and
- 53:11Speaker 2: that's when it starts to steamroll. That's what I love
- 53:14Speaker 2: about that coaching staff is like they're not waiting to
- 53:16Speaker 2: have time to make adjustments. They're waiting to, Hey, we'll
- 53:19Speaker 2: see if these two series what we have and make
- 53:20Speaker 2: adjustments accordingly. And so I like the Lions in this game.
- 53:24Speaker 2: I like the Lions a lot. I think I'm rocking
- 53:30Speaker 2: Lamar on primetime.
- 53:31Speaker 4: Yeah, because because the big the big thing too with
- 53:34Speaker 4: the Ravens, like they turn it on like in the
- 53:37Speaker 4: fourth quarter of the second half, Like you know, the
- 53:39Speaker 4: urgency in that building right now is how do we
- 53:41Speaker 4: start fast? How do we get going in the first
- 53:43Speaker 4: half and play against the tough Detroit Lights team. It's
- 53:46Speaker 4: like who even knows what Detroit is going to be
- 53:48Speaker 4: this year? It's like do they play when they play
- 53:50Speaker 4: the juggernaut teams, they kind of fall. When they play
- 53:52Speaker 4: the bad teams, they whoop them. Are they kind of
- 53:54Speaker 4: in the middle tier? Like are they going to continue
- 53:56Speaker 4: this success against the Baltimore Ravens defense. I don't think
- 53:59Speaker 4: they have a whole lot of success against their defense.
- 54:02Speaker 4: And I also see like a big sense of urgency
- 54:04Speaker 4: to come out hot and start fast versus bringing this
- 54:07Speaker 4: game into the fourth quarter when we start blowing everybody
- 54:09Speaker 4: out right. And again it's like the statue pulling Lamar
- 54:11Speaker 4: Jackson in prime time. I just think Monday night football
- 54:14Speaker 4: in Baltimore, in Baltimore, and I like Baltimore to cover here.
- 54:18Speaker 5: And then you gotta look at Derek Harry.
- 54:19Speaker 6: He comes out quote we'll see on Sunday, gets twenty
- 54:22Speaker 6: something yards, no touchdown.
- 54:24Speaker 5: I feel like he's bumbled again too.
- 54:26Speaker 3: Oh well, maybe that guy in his head.
- 54:30Speaker 6: So I just see this is like a game he's like,
- 54:32Speaker 6: I'm about to show everybody what I got.
- 54:35Speaker 5: You know what I mean?
- 54:36Speaker 1: Yeah, but you felt that this week too.
- 54:38Speaker 6: I thought it would have been against the Browns. But
- 54:39Speaker 6: the Browns do got a good defense. We acting like
- 54:42Speaker 6: they not.
- 54:43Speaker 2: Miles Garrett, the best pass talking Garrett, a good defense.
- 54:50Speaker 6: You feed off of that. You feed off your defense
- 54:53Speaker 6: feed off you know how like when you got that
- 54:55Speaker 6: dog that's out there just grinding.
- 54:56Speaker 5: You kind of like shit, I'm next, you know what
- 54:58Speaker 5: I mean?
- 54:59Speaker 6: You feel that like that's how I used to be
- 55:00Speaker 6: on offense, Like when Derek or DeMarco used to bust.
- 55:04Speaker 5: I'm like, it's my turn. Give me the ball. I
- 55:07Speaker 5: want the ball. You got to you know what I'm saying.
- 55:12Speaker 5: Right that, don't you feel I have a.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Chance to bust the touchdown?
- 55:20Speaker 4: It's like, man, ain't nobody catches? Hey, coach, give me
- 55:22Speaker 4: the ball. Yeah, he was excited about that play.
- 55:25Speaker 2: I wasn't a best receiver, I think statistically ever, no
- 55:28Speaker 2: one hundred percent catch to the.
- 55:30Speaker 1: Ball turn into a touchdown. That is not true.
- 55:37Speaker 2: You were a hell of a weapon, but like percentage,
- 55:40Speaker 2: I blow your ship out of the water.
- 55:42Speaker 6: If I did trick plays like you too, I will
- 55:44Speaker 6: score touch It was a trick play.
- 55:46Speaker 5: It was a gimmick, but he blocked first.
- 55:49Speaker 1: It did ran out for it's ever heard of a
- 55:51Speaker 1: wide delay before allright, were you going to Ravens.
- 55:56Speaker 5: Yeah, of course, Ravens.
- 55:57Speaker 3: Raves.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Ravens.
- 55:58Speaker 3: Ravens look great when they're on time. When they're on time, Right,
- 56:03Speaker 3: there was a.
- 56:03Speaker 2: Couple in that game where it wasn't and like, yeah,
- 56:06Speaker 2: Aiden hutches in. It is not Miles Garrett eight hundred
- 56:08Speaker 2: had one seconds game. A couple of pressures, but one
- 56:10Speaker 2: of those pressures was a bomb that turned into an interception.
- 56:14Speaker 2: Like they've got they can get pressure. They have that
- 56:17Speaker 2: Campbell kid who's running all over the field side on
- 56:19Speaker 2: the sideline. He's getting his nose bloody. With the offensive line,
- 56:22Speaker 2: I'm not in love with the Ravens offensive line. I
- 56:25Speaker 2: think the Ravens officer line knows they have two aliens
- 56:27Speaker 2: in the backfield that can kind of make things happen
- 56:29Speaker 2: for them.
- 56:30Speaker 1: But I'm not in love with the grit there.
- 56:32Speaker 5: I mean, they did play the Bears.
- 56:33Speaker 1: Who's who's the Ravens' best rusher? No disrespect that Kyle
- 56:37Speaker 1: v Annoy.
- 56:37Speaker 3: He has he's right now.
- 56:40Speaker 1: He hurt.
- 56:40Speaker 2: Yeah, he had twelve half saxsast year, but golf and
- 56:44Speaker 2: it's fucked up.
- 56:45Speaker 6: The dude got twelve sacks, more sacks than I ain't
- 56:49Speaker 6: gonna say his name, but he played for Green Bay.
- 56:51Speaker 5: He got way more money than him. And this man been.
- 56:53Speaker 6: Doing it consistently for thirteen years.
- 56:56Speaker 1: How many times he had twelve a half sacksons career?
- 56:58Speaker 5: Maybe two?
- 57:01Speaker 1: But he's I like Calvin, a friend of the show.
- 57:05Speaker 5: The show.
- 57:07Speaker 1: I like Calvin.
- 57:08Speaker 2: Kyle Vanois is great at taking advantage of opportunity when
- 57:12Speaker 2: the players, but like from a one on one like
- 57:16Speaker 2: you are you fearing him like a Miles Garret Max Crosby.
- 57:18Speaker 6: No, you're saying it like he the dude at the
- 57:20Speaker 6: bar that got to get the drunk chick, Like he
- 57:22Speaker 6: gotta take advantage of opportunity, to.
- 57:28Speaker 1: Take advantage of.
- 57:30Speaker 2: He understands the game at a very high level to
- 57:33Speaker 2: where he knows where the ball is going to be. Like,
- 57:35Speaker 2: I have a lot of respect for he's smart. Athletically,
- 57:38Speaker 2: we're not talking about.
- 57:39Speaker 4: No, he's not athletic, right, like you're talking about an
- 57:42Speaker 4: elite roster on Baltimore. You're not sitting there circling Calvin
- 57:45Speaker 4: or you got a little defense. We're still circling Michael
- 57:49Speaker 4: Parsons even though he's not even playing every step of
- 57:52Speaker 4: the game.
- 57:53Speaker 6: You know that when he come in, we need to know,
- 57:55Speaker 6: Like with this guy, they're gonna be like man, they're
- 57:57Speaker 6: gonna be like, hey, he got a high, high motor.
- 57:59Speaker 5: He ever gives a.
- 58:00Speaker 2: Disagree, disagree, He's He's a very opportunistic player.
- 58:05Speaker 1: He knows how to play the game.
- 58:06Speaker 5: So you say he give he don't he take plays off.
- 58:09Speaker 2: I think he knows when the plays with the opposite
- 58:11Speaker 2: way of him. I think he knows when this That's
- 58:14Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 58:15Speaker 1: He did like a guy that never takes a playoff.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Is Aiden Hudgerson, a Masx Crosby, a Miles Gear who's
- 58:20Speaker 2: just like they're just a bull in a China shop
- 58:22Speaker 2: over and over again. You look at Kyle Vanoy, like
- 58:25Speaker 2: if they like run like a Randaller or Lamar, you know,
- 58:28Speaker 2: with the line rolls and they fake the handoff, they
- 58:30Speaker 2: roll back the other way and he's in the front
- 58:32Speaker 2: side of that play. Yeah, Like you could go to
- 58:34Speaker 2: the wide on the on the screen and see that
- 58:36Speaker 2: he's jogging. And it's not a disrespectful I truly mean
- 58:39Speaker 2: this is like he knows when his opportunity is there,
- 58:43Speaker 2: when he knew he He's a guy that like knows
- 58:45Speaker 2: when the line sliding, knowing there's four sliding away, you
- 58:47Speaker 2: have a one on one isolated.
- 58:49Speaker 1: Pass rush here. He knows. Good guy, a good neck
- 58:52Speaker 1: up guy.
- 58:52Speaker 2: And I have a lot of respect for that and
- 58:54Speaker 2: and what he's been able to do. But you're not
- 58:57Speaker 2: You're not putting on the film and going fuck man, knowing.
- 59:01Speaker 5: This week he can change the game.
- 59:04Speaker 3: Well, he's not playing this week, so we could just.
- 59:07Speaker 6: But let's can we be honest and say, if we
- 59:09Speaker 6: put all of us right now, we put up game film,
- 59:13Speaker 6: we'll have you can find at least one or two
- 59:15Speaker 6: plays we were either walking, jogging or is.
- 59:19Speaker 1: This all the back half of our career? You don't
- 59:22Speaker 1: find a pleasantly out of gas. I'm still making plays
- 59:24Speaker 1: when I'm out of gas.
- 59:25Speaker 3: You look at the last week, that was one of
- 59:27Speaker 3: the worst highlights.
- 59:30Speaker 4: I'm still productive even when I'm doing and I'm actually
- 59:34Speaker 4: it just looks like I'm this man is running a
- 59:37Speaker 4: five four.
- 59:38Speaker 3: He's not interesting getting the ball whatsoever? Buddy, who is it?
- 59:42Speaker 3: Josh punch Taylor's friend punches it out and you just
- 59:46Speaker 3: fall on and get the crowd starts roll. Yeah, like
- 59:50Speaker 3: so was it in slow motion?
- 59:53Speaker 2: Told me opportunities to player knew the player was he was,
- 59:58Speaker 2: he would go get it, he was.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: I'm a dude.
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: That what de Laney was saying. He tries hard, he
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: never gives up.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: To play man. You're really trying. Good for you, You're
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: trying to, like a.
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: Good job man to play over effort wise, though, going
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: back to my effort was low. We need all right,
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: we'll get we'll get we'll get back to what.
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: He has two solo tackles this year and zero sax.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: Two games. Yeah, he heard two games and he didn't
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: play last game, so he's played one game. He probably
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: got hurt during that game.
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: So let's this.
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Is this is not this is not an indictment on
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: his character and his effort. Like he is a great
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: football player. I believe that, but I'm just saying, like
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: we're talking about tears here and he's not in that
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: one elunteer and I know he's going to see this,
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: and I feel bad.
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: I respect, but your effort.
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: My effort was never low unless it was a backside
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: play and it was already past the line of scrimmage.
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: Okay, all right, listen, guys, we're all here now, well
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: done playing the game.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: Yeah, Michaelo Boultra has got this idea that we love
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: play for an Ultra. It's all about those little friendly
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: competition when there's an Ultra on the line.
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: It's like if the boys are playing big, Yeah, I
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: take you down. I claim my Michelobultra.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: Right, and everybody knows if we were to play pig,
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: that would never happen. That beer would be mine. But
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: that's exactly my point. It doesn't matter if it's touchdowns, hoops,
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: ping pong, corn hole, whatever. Bragging rights taste better when
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: you have an ice cool Ultra Superior is worth playing
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: for michelob Ultra Superior light beer.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Hey, little bonus, little bonus.
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: Game I forgot to talk about was a Sunday night
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: football game, Chiefs at Giants.
- 1:01:49Speaker 6: No one cares Chiefs favorite by five and a half.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: The over under on this game is forty four and
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: a half.
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: Chiefs on start knowing three. We said they weren't starting
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: going too Actually I did say they were starting doing
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: Chiefs can't start owing three, they won't start oh.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: And three three and against the Giants' is done. Yeah,
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: it's done.
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: They're still a wildcard team.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: Were you saying earlier?
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: You said there they won't make the playoff?
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: Seems to start oh and to over the last and
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: how many.
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: Teams have won two Super Bowls in a row? What's
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: the stats on that? Or been to three Super Bowls
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: in a row.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: But we ain't talking about the past. You're talking about right.
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: Now, No, you are talking about the past, because you're
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: bringing up.
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: Literally I'm not talking with the past. Yeah, but there's
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: no data on how many super bowl in how.
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: Many there has to be because the Chiefs just played
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: in three super Bowls after they said it's impossible.
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: They never started owing two, they've started owing to fourteen.
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: He said, bro, I'm man, we're so like, I'm asking
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: what the statistics are if you're saying it's damn near
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: impossible twelve and a half percent to make the playoffs
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: when you start ohing two, I'm asking it be three
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: four years ago when you say, hey, what are the
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: chances the Chiefs make the super Bowl the next three years?
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: Four years ago, I think everybody was like, probably pretty high.
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: Yeah or whatever.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: Statistically teams listart owen three since nineteen ninety was just
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: thirty five years ago.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: It's two point eight percent.
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: Okay, oh nice? Did you ahead?
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: Or sounding myself like it was always talking about what
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: three is?
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: A pop? Stuck right here?
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: I still think the Chiefs are I picked the Chiefs
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: to win the division.
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: But you said that earlier though, right what that.
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: The Chiefs is gonna win?
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: You know?
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: I said I picked them to in the division. It's
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: looking tough right now at O and two what's the
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: chance of them winning their division?
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: Oh that's a good one.
- 1:03:38Speaker 3: Four okay, all right, so there's a chance I got
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: the I mean, listen, I'm not gonna jump ship. But
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: like it looks like the Chargers are you know, it
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: looks like the right but I got would be two.
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: Now, if they didn't get them, saying.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: You scored one points in both games, they'd be.
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: The Chiefs are the Look at the two teams they played.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: They lost by one score. Whereas I believe before that
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: when we were doing our futures picks, you had said,
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: like they can't keep winning like this, and perhaps these
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: are those two teams. But are these two games like
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: they play the Eagles, they play the Chargers, who look
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: phenomenal to phenomenal teams, Like, let them play some giants,
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: you know, and stack those wins up.
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: I shoot versus Russell was fun.
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: The wall, that was just defense by Dallas.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: I just think neighbors one hundred hundred and seventy six
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: yards watch.
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: That was a fun game to watch.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Russell Wilson out of nowhere, dangerous.
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: Rus wasn't a nowhere like Russell. Wilson has always been
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: known to feel like a beautiful, beautifuld ball.
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: But like what I'm saying the conversations last week and
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: throwing Jackson Dart, yes speaking, yeah, when are you throwing
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: Jackson Dart? And then he goes off for over four
- 1:04:49Speaker 4: hundred the Cowboys.
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: Because I got the Chiefs and I think the Giants
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: are one more lost closer to starting Jackson Dart. I
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: don't see the Chiefs is in this one.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I agree with everything you're saying. I
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: think Russell Wilson bought himself some time with that last game.
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: I think it's more of like defense on the Cowboys
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: side breaking down a lot more than Russell Wilson wheeling
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: and dealing like you still don't have a run game,
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: you're still like that.
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: That was Chiefs got a better pass rush, they got
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: a better second level.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: They have a better DC.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: If one thing the Chiefs has to live by right
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: now while they still have Rice out and all these
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: guys like they've got to have a defense is reliable.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: That's showing they can do that consistently. They did it
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: all last year, they did the year before, Like Spags
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: is not going to have these miscues with the Giants.
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: Like but to me, this is not about you know,
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: the Chiefs covering minus five and a half, Like, Chiefs
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: need to cover a big Chiefs need to have explosive
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: plays down the field. Chiefs need to figure out a
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: way to get tough and like run the ball efficiently
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: and like take shuts in the field, be productive, like
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: show like hey, we're still here because you go and win.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: This game comes down to a field goal.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: You know, the Chiefs were there last game. If it
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: weren't for that that interception on the goal line, what
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: was the score before that? Before that play that would
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: have tied it. And I'm saying they're going in a
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: little angle route, Travis can't get his head around fast enough.
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: Beautiful pass by Mahome. Mahomes is still Mahomes Still. All
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: I'm saying is they go to tie it right there. Meanwhile,
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: you can tell the mantra of the Eagles in the
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: second half is like, let's not screw this up. I mean,
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: I don't how many times Jalen hurts through the ball.
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: I threw for one hundred wins one hundred nineteen yards
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: a game. So they're just trying to play good situational
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: clock management team ball just to win games. As opposed
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: to doing what they did last year. Run for two
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: hundred yards, Jalen scoring his feed, Like, right now it
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: looks like they're playing not to lose, then they already win.
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: I don't want to talking about the Eagles here, but
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: I think the Chiefs it just shows how close they are.
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: I know that we're talking about scoring more points, but
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: like very easily could be two and er right now
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: if they score more point. Okay, but there's still that time.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: Un that's why we got you for the show. That
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: kind of that kind of.
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: Gifts apparently are done.
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: Now you're you're saying I'm done.
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: Maybe if you were a little nicer than me, I'll
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: get you You the cheese curts.
- 1:07:15Speaker 6: Yeah, but he tends to if Kelsey makes that catch
- 1:07:18Speaker 6: me talking about different Yeah.
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: That's all I'm saying.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: But there's still a lot of time.
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: Yeah, but opening up a little bit more, That's all
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: I'm saying.
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: Here's what worries me about the Chiefs being successful the
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: rest of this year is when you get into situations
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: that you are right now, where you don't have a
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: lot of weapons in the perimeter, you have to run
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: the ball. If you're a team that has kind of
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: you're running the ball has been these like really short
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: quick throws, which no one does a better.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: Than Patrick Mahomes.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: Like toughness is a thing that's earned, like a callous
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: and you can't just go and be like, Okay, now
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: we're going to run the ball down your throat. That's
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: not something you can just go and do. And so
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: that makes me really worried about this offense in a
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: big way. I think the defense is gonna keep them
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: in games always, but like to think we can get
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: another super Bowl team.
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: It's still squeak, no big big.
- 1:08:04Speaker 6: I mean, I want to take the chief, but I
- 1:08:06Speaker 6: gotta moved a line on this that I gotta moved
- 1:08:10Speaker 6: a line.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: What happened? Do you guys are falling asleep eating cheese?
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: You're trying to move the line you I can't.
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: I just I can't. I don't feel if you hit it.
- 1:08:22Speaker 6: I don't so comfortable taking the cheasee that mine is
- 1:08:24Speaker 6: five and a half.
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: Good takes Good.
- 1:08:30Speaker 6: Said, we can feel comfortable taking the cheese five and
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: a half.
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: I just don't feel you got the giants.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: And a half.
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: So this is this is one on one on one right,
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: I'm looking at something and people are saying Chiefs are
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: going to win this game by more than five points.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: I know, and you're going I don't like that, So
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: then you would take the other.
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: Team who you can take to lose by less than
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: five points.
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: Why is your ship squeaking?
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: That's the protein in it? Look it up, Look it up.
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: It's the protein in there. So this is this is
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: this is cheddar right here. Before they press it into
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: a mold, they just they take off the curds off
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: the top. Talking about the protein structure. When you start
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: biting into it, it's got that squeak. I'm telling you, bro,
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: this is Giants are Chiefs from Wisconsin.
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: This cheese puts my fake chee. It's gotta have something
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: for the word going off.
- 1:09:21Speaker 5: Giants plus five and a half?
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: Here you go here, I was ones actually go with you?
- 1:09:30Speaker 5: Huh, there's to go with you?
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: How about this bet the boys parlay?
- 1:09:35Speaker 5: Though?
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: How about it? How about this bet the boys parlay
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: last week? Clump, we didn't do well this one.
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: Hey, Jalen got his touchdown. You should have stayed with
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: scored and then he had a great game.
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: He had a great I know.
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: It was I'm still rocking with Javonte Williams.
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: So we're doubling down on beyond this week. Taylor, Yeah,
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: double all right.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: You first off, r y A Shakers drafting him. He's
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: been crushing for.
- 1:10:08Speaker 5: Nuts.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: Yeah, we're chewing up.
- 1:10:09Speaker 5: He'd been going nuts touring on.
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: We have two guys are suspended still, so we're in
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: a good position. Robinson a lot.
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: You mean give me almen raw? I mean last week,
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: I play the odds, brother, I mean, he looks so good.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: He looks so good, like when they're on time. You're
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: talking about Ravens' if they don't have a pass rush,
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: like he's wide receiver number one there, he's gonna get
- 1:10:32Speaker 3: his chances. They're throwing giving him a ten plus attempts
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: a game, like, yeah, if you're playing the odds. Wait,
- 1:10:37Speaker 3: did I just say I am playing the odds? You
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: put the odds, brother, the odds of that. He's bawling
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: the odds of that hill ball up because he's playing
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: so well. Give me a bra. Who do I have
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: in week one? Did I hit on that? Thank you?
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: You've missed yet.
- 1:10:55Speaker 5: He did not score?
- 1:10:56Speaker 3: Sure that wasn't week two.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: This week.
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: That's because Kittle got hurt. I switched from DeVante. He didn't.
- 1:11:04Speaker 3: But Kittle got hurt. So that's not really my fault.
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: So I'm in raw. I got him this week, Josh pay.
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: It's not your fault, their fault.
- 1:11:13Speaker 3: Well, now you got hurt, like I didn't see that
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: gonna happen. That's white boys. We get soft tissue injured.
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: I had never had a soft tish. Well you didn't.
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: You just weren't explosive enough.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: Well that's weird.
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: You were just like a four eight right, Hey, you
- 1:11:28Speaker 3: know what the two first stuff?
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: Don't do that, Hey, don't take away by two thousand
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: and nine combine.
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: Check this out for explosiveivity if that's a word. Hey,
- 1:11:42Speaker 3: you know who ran the fastest ten yards split at
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: the Combine amongst all positions. Percy Harvin one four not
- 1:11:49Speaker 3: one four eight ran the second fastest. Your boy right here,
- 1:11:53Speaker 3: one four eight, ten yards split off the line. It's
