- 0:01Speaker 1: Free audio post production Biophonic dot com. Hi had SEMy
- 0:09Speaker 1: with Intuitive coaching with Amy Radio, and this is your
- 0:12Speaker 1: sacred space for spirituality, intuition, manifestation, metaphysical wisdom and personal development. Today,
- 0:21Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about really subtle aspect
- 0:25Speaker 1: of manifestation that can make a huge difference in what
- 0:29Speaker 1: you create. So it's the difference between trying to avoid
- 0:34Speaker 1: something and actually focusing on the result you want. This
- 0:39Speaker 1: is particularly important if you consider yourself a powerful manifestor
- 0:45Speaker 1: because when you are in the energy of trying to
- 0:49Speaker 1: avoid something, you are still directing energy towards that thing.
- 0:54Speaker 1: You are thinking about it, you're feeling feelings about it,
- 0:58Speaker 1: you're imagining the possibility if it happening. You are trying
- 1:02Speaker 1: to prevent it. And that's fair and understandable and very
- 1:06Speaker 1: very human. But all that attention is still going towards
- 1:12Speaker 1: the experience you do not want. So let me break
- 1:16Speaker 1: this down for you. So let's do it with dating.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Say you have had the experience where you were cheated on,
- 1:23Speaker 1: and now you're determined to avoid ever being with a
- 1:26Speaker 1: man who cheats. You might find yourself thinking, I'm going
- 1:33Speaker 1: to avoid any man who cheats I'm trying to not
- 1:38Speaker 1: be available for that player. Dude, I'm so sick of players.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I don't want to be around that type of man.
- 1:46Speaker 1: I don't want to end up with that type of person.
- 1:49Speaker 1: And then you approach because you know there's a process
- 1:53Speaker 1: to this. We believe things right, we believe, oh, I
- 1:56Speaker 1: don't want I don't like players. Okay. Then we think, oh,
- 2:00Speaker 1: oh I don't want a data player ever again, and
- 2:03Speaker 1: then we might be talking to people about it. Oh
- 2:05Speaker 1: my god, men are just players. There's so many players
- 2:09Speaker 1: out there. And then we feel feelings about that. We
- 2:12Speaker 1: might feel humiliated, embarrassed, disgusted, sad, resentful, frustrated, And then
- 2:22Speaker 1: we go out and we take actions in the dating
- 2:24Speaker 1: world on the apps where we are trying to avoid
- 2:32Speaker 1: that player, and then we are actually just setting a
- 2:37Speaker 1: trap for that player to fall in, and next thing
- 2:41Speaker 1: we know, we're back in our relationship where we've been
- 2:44Speaker 1: cheated on. It's so I wanted to do this show
- 2:48Speaker 1: because it's so subtle and it can sneak up on
- 2:53Speaker 1: even the best manifesto, and more so in the area
- 2:58Speaker 1: where where you need the most love and tenderness, you know,
- 3:04Speaker 1: that area where you have been of your life where
- 3:07Speaker 1: you've been wounded, or your childhood upbringing didn't support you
- 3:13Speaker 1: having your desired result. It can be so easy to
- 3:19Speaker 1: end up in the thing that you're trying to avoid
- 3:23Speaker 1: because and I want to tell you again the mechanics
- 3:27Speaker 1: of it, because that's where you're directing your attention. In
- 3:30Speaker 1: the act of avoiding, we are focusing on the very
- 3:36Speaker 1: thing we don't want. And so you may be thinking
- 3:42Speaker 1: you're doing everything you can to prevent that experience, but
- 3:47Speaker 1: in fact, you're watching for it, and you're looking for signs,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and you know again you're trying to set traps to
- 3:54Speaker 1: avoid that thing. But what winds up in the trap
- 3:57Speaker 1: is that thing. You're trying to make sure that a
- 4:00Speaker 1: man doesn't show up in your world, but you're you're
- 4:04Speaker 1: devoting so much energy and attention and focus to that thing.
- 4:12Speaker 1: And when you are a powerful manifestor, it gets even
- 4:19Speaker 1: worse because you know how to direct your energy. You
- 4:25Speaker 1: already you already have a sense of your magnetism. And
- 4:37Speaker 1: what's keeping you from seeing it is the hurt of
- 4:39Speaker 1: the pain that experience, the initial wounding created. So instead
- 4:46Speaker 1: of focusing on this experience you don't want, I want
- 4:53Speaker 1: you to again acknowledge that it happened right. I had this,
- 4:58Speaker 1: I had a man cheat on me. Release it. I
- 5:01Speaker 1: forgive a release, I let go. You don't have to
- 5:04Speaker 1: rush that process. But for the sake of the show,
- 5:06Speaker 1: I'm just giving you the beats to how to do it.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And then you're going to shift your attention towards what
- 5:14Speaker 1: you actually do want. You can say, yes, I have
- 5:19Speaker 1: that experience where I was cheated on and it didn't
- 5:21Speaker 1: feel good, and I don't want to experience that again,
- 5:25Speaker 1: and I am no longer available for that type of
- 5:30Speaker 1: dynamic in my romantic life. It does not show up
- 5:33Speaker 1: for me. I am not a match for it. Not
- 5:36Speaker 1: a match does not show up. And then you move
- 5:40Speaker 1: your focus, You shift your focus, You shift your focus
- 5:47Speaker 1: towards what you do want, and you say to yourself.
- 5:51Speaker 1: If we're using the example again of dating, I'm most
- 5:54Speaker 1: interested in connecting with a man who is devoted to me,
- 5:58Speaker 1: who is monogamous, who is faithful, who's mentally healthy, who
- 6:02Speaker 1: wants to create a relationship that is fulfilling for the
- 6:05Speaker 1: both of us. I am looking for a man who
- 6:07Speaker 1: wants to be committed to me, and I'm only available
- 6:10Speaker 1: for a man who wants to create a healthy, lasting,
- 6:13Speaker 1: loving relationship where it's just he and I, those are
- 6:23Speaker 1: two different energetic positions. And if again, if you are
- 6:31Speaker 1: a powerful manifestor if you back a position with all
- 6:35Speaker 1: of your energy, all of your focus, because you know
- 6:38Speaker 1: how to do that, you're going to create it. So
- 6:46Speaker 1: you can create what you are trying to avoid, or
- 6:48Speaker 1: you can create what you actually want. And in no way,
- 6:52Speaker 1: if you've been doing this, I'm not making it wrong. No,
- 6:56Speaker 1: I get it. I have had two experiences in my
- 7:04Speaker 1: life that I have been on more in the avoid
- 7:09Speaker 1: boat than I've been in the boat of creating the
- 7:12Speaker 1: result I want. And I can say to you it
- 7:19Speaker 1: does not get better until you shift your focus. So
- 7:24Speaker 1: you have to get out of the avoid boat and
- 7:28Speaker 1: get into the desire boat what you actually want. You
- 7:35Speaker 1: have to stop arranging your thought process around the thing
- 7:44Speaker 1: you don't desire. So in the situation with the example
- 7:47Speaker 1: around dating and the player guy, even though you're trying
- 7:52Speaker 1: to avoid him, you're spending a hell of a lot
- 7:54Speaker 1: of time thinking about that type of man. You're directing
- 7:59Speaker 1: your attention and on him, the archetype of him, instead
- 8:08Speaker 1: of giving your full attention to a devoted, faithful, loving
- 8:16Speaker 1: partner you actually want. And while I use the example
- 8:22Speaker 1: of dating because it's easier to see that way, this
- 8:26Speaker 1: applies to everything, and it gets increasingly more subtle to
- 8:30Speaker 1: see it when it is something that was a wounding
- 8:37Speaker 1: in your life. Right, So let's try one more time.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I want you to see it really clearly. We're going
- 8:43Speaker 1: to look at jobs. Maybe you've always ended up in
- 8:46Speaker 1: jobs where you feel overworked. You feel like you have
- 8:50Speaker 1: to overwork to keep your job, so you spend your
- 8:54Speaker 1: time thinking, I don't want another job where I'm overworked.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I don't want another boss who expects to much. I
- 9:01Speaker 1: don't want to feel exhausted, stress, worried all the time.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I don't want to work this hard. Okay, poh, and
- 9:14Speaker 1: again you're focused on the experience you're trying to avoid
- 9:20Speaker 1: instead of acknowledging, Yes, this happened. Yes I've had this
- 9:24Speaker 1: in the past. Now I'm no longer available for it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: I forgive and release everyone involved, and I'm shifting my
- 9:29Speaker 1: attention towards what I do want. And yes, that happened.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Yes I've had experiences like that. It didn't serve me,
- 9:42Speaker 1: and I'm deciding now, in this moment, I'm no longer
- 9:45Speaker 1: available for overworking, and then you shift. You shift into
- 9:50Speaker 1: now I work at a leisurely pace. Work is easy
- 9:57Speaker 1: for me. I attract jobs that feel peaceful and mentally relaxed.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I get to work at a pace that feels good
- 10:04Speaker 1: to me. I get to work easifully. I feel free,
- 10:09Speaker 1: I feel empowered at work. I feel good about work.
- 10:12Speaker 1: I work for and around people who care about our
- 10:15Speaker 1: physical and mental well being. And I'm only available for
- 10:20Speaker 1: a job where I can work at a pace that
- 10:22Speaker 1: feels natural and normal to me. I'm open and receptive
- 10:28Speaker 1: to that position. I deserve it, I'm allowing it in.
- 10:32Speaker 1: It is meant for me. I am focused on being
- 10:35Speaker 1: in a job like that, so that that's the shift. Again.
- 10:43Speaker 1: It's subtle, but it's powerful, and it's even more potent
- 10:47Speaker 1: if you back it with the fact that you do,
- 10:50Speaker 1: in fact know how to manifest. And why I keep
- 10:53Speaker 1: saying that is because I think before you really step
- 10:57Speaker 1: into your full power as a manifestor and really trust
- 11:00Speaker 1: you can manifest results, you can focus on I think
- 11:07Speaker 1: we get divine grace, right. We don't know any better, right,
- 11:11Speaker 1: But I do think if you are a manifestor, and
- 11:16Speaker 1: you do know better, even if you're in a situation
- 11:19Speaker 1: where you can't quite see better. I don't think you're
- 11:22Speaker 1: being punished, but I do think our grace shows up
- 11:27Speaker 1: in a different way. And I think, ultimately, since we've
- 11:31Speaker 1: chosen the path of powerful manifestor, than a part of
- 11:36Speaker 1: our learning in how to be a powerful manifestor is
- 11:41Speaker 1: being in experiences where we've devoted a great deal of
- 11:45Speaker 1: energy to what we we're trying to avoid. It manifests
- 11:49Speaker 1: into form and then we see, oh, that doesn't work,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and we stop that line of behavior and we shift
- 11:56Speaker 1: our attention towards what we do want. So I think
- 11:59Speaker 1: it's all a part of the journey, and I don't
- 12:01Speaker 1: think anything is lost and everything is fixable. And that's
- 12:04Speaker 1: why I wanted to do this show. So because it
- 12:08Speaker 1: can feel really painful and you don't even realize you're
- 12:12Speaker 1: doing it, because it was a wound underneath, it was
- 12:18Speaker 1: a wound. So you might need to go back to
- 12:21Speaker 1: whatever the original source was of that hurt. Maybe it's
- 12:25Speaker 1: the job where that first job that you felt overworked in,
- 12:30Speaker 1: Maybe it was the second job that you felt overworked in.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Maybe you need to go back and really clear the
- 12:39Speaker 1: energy around that first relationship that didn't serve you. Well, yeah,
- 12:47Speaker 1: maybe you need to go back and look at some
- 12:50Speaker 1: childhood stuff around who you needed to be to get
- 12:54Speaker 1: your needs met in your household. Maybe you were dealing
- 12:59Speaker 1: with a parent that it was a bit neglectful, emotionally neglectful,
- 13:08Speaker 1: physically neglectful, and so then you felt as a child
- 13:12Speaker 1: you had to work really hard to get your needs met. Well,
- 13:16Speaker 1: you might be carrying that energy into your adult life.
- 13:19Speaker 1: And listen, I don't. I mean I think you could.
- 13:24Speaker 1: You could be in therapy forever around things. But at
- 13:26Speaker 1: some point, once you uncover what's going on and you
- 13:30Speaker 1: forgive it, and you release it to the very best
- 13:32Speaker 1: of your ability, and you give it over to spirit
- 13:35Speaker 1: and say, Spirit, I no longer want this energy to
- 13:38Speaker 1: follow me. I no longer want to perceive my world
- 13:41Speaker 1: through this wounding. I now declare myself healed. And again,
- 13:47Speaker 1: this is after you've given it, you've looked at it.
- 13:53Speaker 1: I believe Spirit's going to help you. So you don't
- 13:55Speaker 1: have to carry that into the rest of your life
- 13:57Speaker 1: and continue to magnetize around it. So you can sincerely
- 14:05Speaker 1: intend to avoid an experience whilst simultaneously giving that experience
- 14:11Speaker 1: your attention, your emotion, your imagination, your magnetism, and then
- 14:16Speaker 1: you attract either that exact experience something that feels similar
- 14:27Speaker 1: something you don't want. So I would say, sit down
- 14:33Speaker 1: and acknowledge what you don't want, release it, forgive anything
- 14:39Speaker 1: that needs to be forgiven, let it go. Then ask
- 14:42Speaker 1: yourself what do I actually want and acknowledge that and
- 14:50Speaker 1: put your attention there. It came through once in a
- 14:54Speaker 1: reading for a client as simply shifting the position of
- 14:59Speaker 1: your folks. And so in that reading, the my Speak
- 15:03Speaker 1: guide said, tell your client to shift your body, and
- 15:09Speaker 1: it's very much like that. So imagine that you're standing
- 15:13Speaker 1: in a room pointed in one direction and then consciously
- 15:17Speaker 1: turn your body and point yourself in the opposite direction.
- 15:21Speaker 1: That is how you make this shift from what you
- 15:24Speaker 1: do not want, what you're trying to avoid, into what
- 15:27Speaker 1: you actually want, because you you do want to not
- 15:32Speaker 1: avoid it, but that is a part of a desire,
- 15:34Speaker 1: right But ultimately, the way you avoid something is you
- 15:38Speaker 1: focus on the desired result. That's the shift. So one
- 15:45Speaker 1: more time, you're not wrong if you're in this. It
- 15:47Speaker 1: happens to the best of us. I believe it's just
- 15:52Speaker 1: a part of the manifestation journey and being a powerful
- 15:56Speaker 1: manifestor and learning how better to use our energy. And
- 16:07Speaker 1: I pray the show helped you make the shift, because
- 16:11Speaker 1: once you see it, once you recognize what you're doing,
- 16:15Speaker 1: you can say, oh, I don't have to be on
- 16:18Speaker 1: the boat of avoiding. It can be on the boat
- 16:21Speaker 1: of desire. And it's not your job to try to
- 16:27Speaker 1: prevent things. I know we live in a world like that,
- 16:31Speaker 1: and increasingly more sometimes I look at when I'm watching
- 16:41Speaker 1: shows from you know that are retelling the sixties period pieces.
- 16:52Speaker 1: While they had safety measures in place, right, their whole
- 16:56Speaker 1: world wasn't built around trying to prevent something avoid something.
- 17:00Speaker 1: But now we live in a world of that, right,
- 17:05Speaker 1: and so it can be very easy to start directing
- 17:10Speaker 1: your attention towards, Oh, don't want to be in that situation,
- 17:13Speaker 1: don't want to be in that situation. Don't want to
- 17:15Speaker 1: be in that situation. And then what do you do.
- 17:19Speaker 1: You wind up creating that situation. And so it's not
- 17:23Speaker 1: your fault. Be kind, gentle, and loving, take the wisdom
- 17:28Speaker 1: in the show, and just shift your attention heal what
- 17:32Speaker 1: needs to be healed and shift your attention, and if
- 17:39Speaker 1: you want support creating this shift, because again it can
- 17:42Speaker 1: be difficult to see when you're in it. This is
- 17:46Speaker 1: exactly the kind of work I do with clients. My
- 17:49Speaker 1: three month and two of coaching package gives you ninety
- 17:53Speaker 1: days of focused support around the life you're trying to create,
- 17:58Speaker 1: and we move you create rapidly. So if there's something
- 18:04Speaker 1: in your life that you feel has just been held up,
- 18:06Speaker 1: a desire that you've been trying to bring into form,
- 18:13Speaker 1: and you just are struggling even though you can see it,
- 18:16Speaker 1: but you don't fully believe it, I'm here to support
- 18:18Speaker 1: you in making that shift so you know the next
- 18:22Speaker 1: steps to take so that you can be a match
- 18:25Speaker 1: to what you actually want. And if you want more
- 18:30Speaker 1: in depth support and you're looking for long term support
- 18:36Speaker 1: as you create the life of your dreams, then I
- 18:39Speaker 1: also offer my one year Intuitive Coaching package for the
- 18:43Speaker 1: person who wants to sustain spiritual support in their life
