- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04David Boys, lawyer for Virginia Roberts and Annie Farmer, has
- 0:09given his first interview since Glainne Maxwell has been sentenced,
- 0:14and in this interview with The Independent, he talks about
- 0:18how the other people who were involved in all of this,
- 0:23and as we all know, there were a lot of
- 0:25other people involved in all of this, how they should
- 0:28be held responsible now that Maxwell has been And for me,
- 0:34there is no other way that this should go. When
- 0:40you have as many people involved on a day to
- 0:42day basis as we had involved with Jeffrey Epstein and
- 0:47Glaine Maxwell. There is no way anyone can convince me
- 0:52that this isn't a rico case and that there aren't
- 0:55other people who shouldn't be brought in. We have all
- 1:00of the names Virginia has given us already, and David
- 1:04Boys and company they've handed all of that information over
- 1:08to the Feds. They did that in twenty fifteen, so
- 1:11it's not like the Feds didn't have this information, like
- 1:14they were waiting for somebody to come forward and clue
- 1:17them in on what happened. We all know what happened,
- 1:22and the FBI drop the ball like it has many
- 1:26many times before when it comes to severe, serious sexual
- 1:30assault investigations. Just take a look at how they're on
- 1:34the hook right now when it comes to Larry Nasser.
- 1:38This is something that has been pervasive within the FBI.
- 1:43They might not want to address it, but it's very
- 1:46clear for everybody else who's paying attention that the FBI
- 1:50really has dropped the ball time and time again here.
- 1:55And if they don't go after this the way they should,
- 1:57and they don't go after all these other people, well
- 2:00it's just another fumble, isn't it? All? Right? Today? Our
- 2:05article is from The Independent, and the author of this
- 2:09article is Bevin Hurley. Headline Virginia Roberts lawyer on prosecuting
- 2:15powerful abusers. There are many people involved in this beyond
- 2:19Maxwell and Epstein. Virginia Roberts attorney tells Bevin Hurley, the
- 2:25rich and powerful implicated in the Epstein Maxwell Maxwell's sex
- 2:29trafficking ring deserve to be brought to justice one hundred percent.
- 2:35And if there isn't a grand jury panel impaneled right now,
- 2:39then I don't know what they're doing. Because there's as
- 2:43much circumstantial evidence out there to arrest people like endyke
- 2:48and Cohn and Sarah Kelln Vickers, as there was to
- 2:53bring in Maxwell. So what are they waiting for and
- 2:58why have they waited this long? When power else? Attorney
- 3:03David Boyce received the news that Glainne Maxwell had been
- 3:07sentenced to twenty years in federal prison for child sex
- 3:10trafficking last week, he allowed himself a wry smile. It
- 3:14was very satisfying, mister Boyce told The Independent in his
- 3:17first interview since the sentencing. This was an important step.
- 3:21There's no doubt this was an important step, a huge step.
- 3:26It sends a message too, right, but it only matters
- 3:30if the follow through continues. What do you think whoever's
- 3:35out there engaging in human trafficking right now is going
- 3:38to see the sentence that Glaine Maxwell got or that
- 3:42r Kelly got and say to themselves, oh, well, this
- 3:45isn't worth it. We're just gonna We're gonna stop, because
- 3:48that's not gonna happen no matter how harsh the sentence is.
- 3:53This needs to be a message to the people who
- 3:55were involved. And the only way that this message can
- 3:58truly be sent like they say they want to send
- 4:01it is if they bring in the rest of these people.
- 4:06But he also felt a lingering sense of unfinished business
- 4:10about the many wealthy and powerful figures who have not
- 4:13had to answer for their roles in Jeffrey Epstein and
- 4:16Maxwell's decades long pyramid scheme of abuse. I get it.
- 4:21I understand now. Obviously, I'm nowhere near as close to
- 4:26all of this as David Boyce is. Dude's been in
- 4:29the trenches fighting against Epstein and Maxwell four years now.
- 4:34But I understand what he means with the unfinished business
- 4:37part because I feel the same way here on this podcast.
- 4:40There's a lot of unfinished business, and all of these
- 4:43people like Indyke and Kahn and Vickers especially, they definitely
- 4:49need to be brought in because if not, then what
- 4:54has really been accomplished. Besides, you know, bringing Maxwell to justice,
- 5:00which is great, don't get me wrong, as I've said
- 5:02a million times, definitely a huge part of fixing the problem,
- 5:07but it takes a little bit of the shine and
- 5:09the laquer off of it if you don't follow through
- 5:12it the next step. Mister Boys has for decades been
- 5:17one of America's best known litigants, famously but unsuccessfully representing
- 5:23the Democratic Party candidate Al Gore in a case against
- 5:26George W. Bush to settle the contested two thousand presidential election.
- 5:31The eighty one year old represented Annie Farmer and Virginia
- 5:35Roberts in civil lawsuits against Epstein and Maxwell. I remember
- 5:41when all of that was going on in two thousand
- 5:43and you had the whole battle Royale about the hanging
- 5:47Chad and the armies of lawyers and the lawsuits and
- 5:51all of the days it took to get the election
- 5:53locked in. And still there's a lot of people who
- 5:56don't even believe that those election results were what the
- 6:01In twenty fifteen, he handed over their entire civil file
- 6:05to the Justice Department in the hopes they would investigate
- 6:08and prosecute Epstein, Maxwell and some of the dozens of
- 6:12other rich and powerful associates named and identified by miss
- 6:17miss Roberts. And this should this should have happened back then.
- 6:21All of those people who were directly implicated by Virginia Roberts,
- 6:26especially considering she went on record and stated those names,
- 6:31those people should all be looked at under the world's
- 6:35largest microscope. Every one of them should be brought in
- 6:39put under oath, and they should all have to testify
- 6:42about their relationship with Epstein, and that includes guys like
- 6:45Bill Richardson. Because everything we've heard from Virginia leading up
- 6:52to this point has been at least some of the
- 6:55foundational basis for these convictions, and we've seen what's happened
- 6:59to people when there's been defamation lawsuits as well, those
- 7:03people end up getting charged afterwards. She has shown that
- 7:10she's to be believed, at least in my opinion, So
- 7:15when she's pointing her finger at these other people, why
- 7:18should I believe that they weren't involved, especially considering that
- 7:21you can put the receipts together and the paperwork to
- 7:26put them in Epstein's presence a whole bunch of times.
- 7:31So all of those people, every last one of them,
- 7:35should be brought in. And if this was a Rico
- 7:38case like it should have been, they all would have
- 7:40been brought in. But so far only three people have
- 7:45been held criminally liable. They are Epstein, who died by
- 7:49suicide in prison in twenty nineteen, allegedly aged sixty six
- 7:54while awaiting trial for sex trafficking, his close friend Jean
- 7:58Luke Brunel seventy six, who in February hanged himself in
- 8:01a Paris jail where he had been held for a
- 8:04year on suspicion of rape of miners and trafficking of
- 8:07miners for sexual exploitation. And Maxwell convicted in New York
- 8:12on five sex trafficking counts in late December and jail
- 8:15for twenty years at her sentencing on June twenty eighth.
- 8:19But you know, it's just a coincidence that Brunell and
- 8:22Epstein both suffered the same fate. Huh. Now with Brunell
- 8:26doesn't seem as odd the matter of his death. Again,
- 8:32I'm not an expert on French lockups or French prisons,
- 8:37so I'm certainly not somebody who would sit here and
- 8:40tell you with any confidence one way or the other. Oh,
- 8:43I'm certain that xxx or X occurred in that French jail.
- 8:47I have no idea. Looks to me like Brunell probably
- 8:52killed himself. Now is that one hundred percent certain? Man?
- 8:56Is anything one hundred percent certain in this case besides
- 8:59the fact that these people are scumbags. But with Epstein, boy,
- 9:04oh boy, they're sure. Is a lot there the cameras,
- 9:07our TAGLIONI I won't beat a dead horse. But you
- 9:10get my drift. There are many people who are involved
- 9:15in this beyond Maxwell and Epstein and Brunel. Mister Boyce
- 9:18told The Independent sex trafficking could not have gone on
- 9:21remotely at the scale at which it went on, or
- 9:24for the duration that it went on, without the collaboration
- 9:28and cooperation of a lot of additional people. These people
- 9:32too should be brought to justice. But as time goes
- 9:35on and the prosecutors don't do anything, I think the
- 9:38chances that actually happens diminishes. Look, he's not wrong, he's
- 9:43not wrong. He's just given you the truth. We all
- 9:45want to hope and pray that the prosecutors are going
- 9:48to move forward and that the co conspirators are going
- 9:51to be brought to justice, but we also know that
- 9:56the reality that we live in, there's little of that
- 9:59to be had. Many of the famous names who flew
- 10:05on Epstein's so called Lolita Express private jet have come
- 10:09out during civil litigation and at Maxwell's trial. They include
- 10:13Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, and Prince Andrew. The two former
- 10:17US presidents have adamantly denied any knowledge of Epstein's crimes,
- 10:21while Prince Andrew settled a civil sexual assault case with
- 10:24Miss Roberts for a reported seventeen million in February, they
- 10:28say fourteen million here. That's not the right number. But
- 10:32there are many names who have remained out of the
- 10:34public eye, their identities hidden in sealed files at the
- 10:39Justice Department. A lot of the materials from the are
- 10:42twenty fifteen sixteen civil actions which the government got are
- 10:46still sealed to the public. Mister Boyce said these kinds
- 10:50of records should not be sealed. He is one hundred
- 10:53percent correct about that, especially in this case. If there
- 10:56is any elect official or anyone who's taking or has
- 11:00taken public money involved in any lists such as this,
- 11:03they should be outed right away. They generally fall into
- 11:08two categories, mister Boyce says. They are Epstein and Maxwell
- 11:12lieutenants who are involved in recruiting, grooming, and supervising the
- 11:16survivors that were trafficked. And then there are the other
- 11:20people who the survivors were trafficked to, which include a
- 11:23lot of rich and powerful people around the world. Mister
- 11:26boys added, they're all heavily protected by cadres of lawyers
- 11:31and pr consultants and political consultants, and you've got to
- 11:35have a prosecutor who is really committed to the cause
- 11:37of sex trafficking, that is prepared to take that group on. Well,
- 11:41if there's any prosecutor out there who has that courage,
- 11:46you better believe that there are plenty of us who
- 11:49are ready to take the fight to these people. And
- 11:53if you have any kind of interest in later on
- 11:56political office, this is a surefire away to get yourself alone.
- 12:00You go after people like Epstein's associates, you are definitely
- 12:05going to get the attention of people who are paying attention,
- 12:10and those votes, boy, they'll sure pour in. Imagine that campaign.
- 12:14I'm the man or a woman who put away Jeffrey
- 12:17Ebstein or Epstein's associates. I mean, I continued the case
- 12:22when no one else wanted to do it. My career
- 12:24could have been ended, you know, YadA YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 12:27But there's no one out there that wants to do it.
- 12:29Why what are all of these prosecutors so scared of? Again,
- 12:34it comes back to the SDN Y right, Like I
- 12:36always say, the folks over at the SDNY, they run
- 12:40around and they talk about how they're the greatest at this,
- 12:42they're the greatest at that. They bring in all these convictions, well,
- 12:46where are they at. They bring in convictions if it's
- 12:50you know, people like maybe Khalif Browder or your cousin,
- 12:54But when it comes to these rich and powerful people
- 12:57like Glenn Dubin, like Les Wexner, like Alan Dershowitz, these
- 13:01people don't get brought to justice. That's only for peons, right,
- 13:05the children of never like us. Mister Boyce said, many
- 13:10of the survivors were easy to ignore, as Epstein and
- 13:13Maxwell deliberately sought out vulnerable girls, often from single parent
- 13:17households and difficult financial circumstances. Some had already suffered sexual abuse.
- 13:24More names are coming out all the time. The question
- 13:27is whether that results in people being brought to justice.
- 13:30I'm a little pessimistic at this point. Yeah, he's not
- 13:35the only one, and he has all rights to be
- 13:37because it is a cause for pessimism. You would think
- 13:42that when they had the chance here with Maxwell, they
- 13:45would have really extended the scope of what they were
- 13:48going for. But they didn't do it. And at the time,
- 13:52I've said a million times it's very concerning to see
- 13:56the small scope of what their charges are. And then
- 14:00come time for sentencing and the trial people are all
- 14:03shocked that a bunch of names weren't named. Well, if
- 14:06you were paying attention, you knew that this case was
- 14:09crafted in that manner. But now that Maxwell has been
- 14:14hammed up and they've had a successful prosecution here, you
- 14:18would think that they'd smell some blood in the water
- 14:21and they'd go harder in the paint. But that is
- 14:23not the case. During tuesday sentencing, Judge Alison Nathan named
- 14:29former Epstein associates Sarah Kellen as a knowing participant in
- 14:33the criminal conspiracy. The judge says this, and you mean
- 14:37to tell me there's no prosecutors sitting around right now
- 14:40stuffing their face full of expensive lunch food from Manhattan
- 14:45in the SDNY that wants to go after these people
- 14:48or after Sarah Kellen Vickers. Why is that mss Kellen
- 14:54was identified by survivors at Maxwell's trial as having booked
- 14:58them for massages with Ebste at his Palm Beach mansion.
- 15:02The defendant Maxwell was Epstein's number two and lady of
- 15:06the house, Judge Nathan said during the sentencing. At some
- 15:09point Kellen took over some of the defendant's duties, but
- 15:13even after that time, the defendant retained her leadership position,
- 15:17as evidenced by Carolyn's testimony. Yeah, that's how it broke down.
- 15:23She was the number two. I always break it down
- 15:26in terms like the mafia. You have Epstein, he's the boss,
- 15:30you have Maxwell the underboss, and John Luke Brunell. Well,
- 15:33that was the Conziglieri. And underneath all of them are
- 15:36the capos. And Sarah Kellen Vickers is as much of
- 15:40a capo as Mike Francisis was. Carolyn was one of
- 15:47the four survivors who testified at Maxwell's trial, and was
- 15:50only identified by her first name. Miss Roberts's claim she
- 15:54was trafficked to have sex with Harvard University law professor
- 15:58Alan Dershowitz. The allegation has not been proven, and Professor
- 16:02Dershowitz adamantly denies it or any knowledge of other offending.
- 16:08And he is not the only one, right Dershowitz certainly
- 16:11isn't the only one, But he's certainly one that had
- 16:14the finger pointed at him. But has that affected him, No,
- 16:17of course not. We saw mister I kept my underpants on.
- 16:20Has he lost any status or prestige? Has anyone kicked
- 16:23in his door? Stole his cell phone so they can
- 16:26go through records. None of that happened. Instead, the naked
- 16:30volleyball player of Martha's Vineyard finds himself in the spotlight
- 16:35once again, defending Donald Trump, this time so another person
- 16:41who has been credibly accused here has not had to
- 16:44answer any kind of serious questions from people in authority
- 16:48when it comes to what they're being accused of. In
- 16:54twenty nineteen, Miss Roberts sued Professor Dershowitz for defamation and distress,
- 17:01and he sends countersuitor. The case is ongoing. Professor Dershowitz
- 17:05told The Independent in an interview he had visited Epstein's
- 17:09home in Palm Beach and his private island, Little Saint James,
- 17:12and never seen any young or naked women. It was
- 17:15a deep, dark secret. Everything he did in part in
- 17:19a part of the house which was off limits to anybody.
- 17:21He said, nobody knew any of this. Nobody would have
- 17:24associated with Epstein if we had known any of this.
- 17:27Bro shut up, you're over there getting massages by who
- 17:31the hell knows who at his house. Mister I kept
- 17:34my underpants on, Dershowitz, and we all know what massage
- 17:38was synonymous for over in the world of Epstein. So
- 17:42Dershowitz is another one, and I'm glad he's going to
- 17:44get outed here in this defamation case. Dershowitz said he
- 17:49saw pictures on the walls of the Palm Beach Manchin
- 17:52of the Billionaire with famous people including Bill Clinton and
- 17:56Fidel castro h a man accused of sexual crime, and
- 18:00the dictator Fantastic company. He had me on the wall.
- 18:05I was one of the famous people, and believe me,
- 18:07I was fully dressed. You know, he likes he makes
- 18:10a joke of it, like anyone thinks he's funny, like
- 18:13his old ass is a comedian or something. Bro. The
- 18:16only thing funny is that you think people actually believe you.
- 18:19That's what's funny. He said he believed Maxwell's sentence and
- 18:23conviction was unjust. Of course he did Birds of a
- 18:27Feather and all right. Mister Boyce claimed it was stretching
- 18:31credulity for anyone in Epstein's orbit to maintain they couldn't
- 18:35have known what was going on. Everybody who was associated
- 18:39with the survivors has heard reams of testimony about how
- 18:42obvious it was what Epstein was doing. Survivor after survivor
- 18:48and law enforcement officers have testified how there were all
- 18:51these topless girls at the swimming pool and naked pictures
- 18:54of girls around the house. It was not something that
- 18:57people could miss, No, it wasn't. He had pieces of
- 19:00chess pieces carved into the likeness of his employees naked
- 19:04and shit. He had pictures of gross ass, stank ass,
- 19:08Gallaine Maxwell's busted ass all over the walls, naked and shit.
- 19:12What do you mean you missed it? Mister Boy's chairman
- 19:16and managing partner at Boys Schiller Flexner typically charges up
- 19:20to two thousand dollars an hour for his services, but
- 19:23he and fellow managing partner Sigared McCauley represented miss Roberts
- 19:27free of charge throughout their pursuit of Maxwell and Epstein.
- 19:31And that's great, that's good that they did that, But
- 19:34in reality, we know that they also did it to
- 19:37help their own profile. They know that moving forward, this
- 19:40is good for them. They win this case against these people, bang,
- 19:44they're gonna make a ton of dough. And the same
- 19:46goes for a prosecutor. And that's why it's so crazy
- 19:49to me that not one of these prosecutors, even a
- 19:52junior prosecutor hasn't stepped up to the plate and said, look,
- 19:55give me that whole entire case load and let me
- 19:57slam these fools in court. On Tuesday, Miss McCauley read
- 20:04a survivor impact statement from Miss Roberts which she described
- 20:07Maxwell as a wolf in sheep's clothing. You could have
- 20:11put an end to the rapes, the molestations, the sickening
- 20:13manipulations that you arranged, witnessed, and even took part in.
- 20:18You could have called the authorities and reported that you
- 20:21were part of something awful and she didn't. Right, And
- 20:24if you don't do that, then what you're complicit? Oh?
- 20:28I was scared. I was held against my will. Okay, Well,
- 20:31what happens when Epstein is gone from your life and
- 20:33you still have not come forward. Speculation that Maxwell could
- 20:38flip on her former associates in order to receive a
- 20:41reduced sentence has never eventuated. Her brother, Ian Maxwell told
- 20:46The Sunday Times in January that she had no plans
- 20:49to pursue a plea deal or offer up information about
- 20:53who else was involved. Maxwell has maintained her innocence and
- 20:56plans to appeal the verdict and the sentence. The Independent
- 21:00contacted the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of
- 21:03New York to ask if it plans to prosecute anyone
- 21:07else in relation to the conspiracy, and, if not, whether
- 21:11it would unseal any records related to the case. Public
- 21:14affairs chief Nicholas Biassi declined to comment. Oh, of course,
- 21:19that's what they'll say. Oh, it's an ongoing investigation. You
- 21:22can't have any of these files. You know, you the taxpayer.
- 21:25So if this is not an ongoing investigation still and
- 21:29they're not going after the co conspirators, they need to
- 21:31turn over and unseal every file that they have and
- 21:36then let's see what's what my guess is. Unfortunately, folks,
- 21:40they won't do either. All right, that's gonna do it.
- 21:44If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
- 21:46at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo Bby
- 21:51c ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can
- 21:56also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscoresp u Cci.
- 22:02The link that we discussed can be found in the
- 22:04description box. So anyway, tonight we're gonna jump over and
- 22:11we're gonna actually discuss what we came here to discuss,
- 22:14which is Jeffrey Epstein and our good friend Alan. I
- 22:18don't take my underpants off, so it's all good if
- 22:21I get a massage from an underage girl at my
- 22:23pedophile buddy Jeffrey Epstein's house. Dershowitz has filed a defamation
- 22:28suit against David Boys, and we know that in November,
- 22:32David Boys filed a defamation suit against Alan Dershowitz. So yeah, look,
- 22:42the battle is on between Dershowitz and David Boys, right.
- 22:45I know David Boys is a very competent lawyer. I
- 22:50know that he knows what he's doing. But in fights
- 22:55like this against guys like Dershowitz, it's gonna be a definitely,
- 22:58it's gonna be a street fight. So hopefully it does
- 23:01not impact the case, you know, the case of the
- 23:05the survivors. Hopefully it doesn't impact them negatively and you know,
- 23:10make them jump through more hurdles. But at this stage,
- 23:15at this point in the game, you had to figure
- 23:17that Dershowitz would be countering with something like this, and
- 23:20you would have to you had to think that Dershowitz,
- 23:23who just he's in love with filing suits and countersuits,
- 23:26et cetera, et cetera. You knew that he was definitely
- 23:28gonna go after Boys. Basically, what he's doing here is
- 23:31trying to destroy Boys's credibility so that Boys and Schiller
- 23:36and Flexner, the the group representing a lot of these survivors,
- 23:41so that they look like they don't know what they're doing,
- 23:43so they look like Saul Goodman basically, when in reality
- 23:47we know that it's Dershowitz who is the absolute and utter,
- 23:51you know, skivats in this whole entire situation. All right.
- 23:54So the article is from the Hill dot com. The
- 23:57headline Dershowitz files definite animation suit against Boys alleging extortion.
- 24:03The article was written by Justine Coleman. Attorney Alan Dershowitz
- 24:09filed a defamation countersuit against fellow lawyer David Boyce, claiming Boys,
- 24:14his law firm and Jeffrey Epstein, accuser of Virginia Roberts,
- 24:17attempted to extort money from rich and powerful men for
- 24:21private settlements. Of course, that's his defense, right, Oh, it's
- 24:25all about the money, that's all they care about. Virginia
- 24:29Roberts only wants it to get paid blah blah blah.
- 24:31That's what the typical first salvo you always see from
- 24:35these guys, right, they always fire one across the bow,
- 24:37and this is always the one they fire. Oh, it's
- 24:40all a money scheme, it's a get rich game, when
- 24:43in reality it's a justice thing. All right. It's not
- 24:45a scheme, it's not a plot, all right. This is justice,
- 24:48Alan Dershowitz, and it's coming for you eventually, buddy, because
- 24:51in my opinion, right, in my opinion, you know exactly
- 24:55what you did, mister Dershowitz. You know exactly what you did,
- 24:59and you're using the judicial system to murky, to make
- 25:03the waters more murky, and to op the skate because
- 25:06that's how you roll. That's what you do. You know
- 25:09every single loophole. You're supposedly this big, high powered attorney,
- 25:13but really you're just you know, an everyday shyster, all right,
- 25:18a snake oil salesman. Basically, that's my opinion of you,
- 25:21Alan Dershowitz, and there's no way you're ever going to
- 25:25change that. You're just a smarmy sob. The suit file
- 25:29the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan alleges intentional
- 25:33infliction of emotional distress and extortion. It names billionaire Leslie
- 25:37Wexner as one of the alleged extortion targets. Oh yeah,
- 25:42because Wexner. Wexner is being extorted in this whole matter.
- 25:46That's exactly what's happening. Maybe extorted by your buddy Jeffrey Epstein,
- 25:49maybe he was extorted by him, but extorted by these girls.
- 25:53You mean the girls that he allowed, like Maria Farmer, right,
- 25:57that he allowed her to be abused on his property.
- 26:00She he's getting extorted. No, sorry, mister Wexner. No one's
- 26:03buying your bs, all right, Nobody is buying it. Wexner
- 26:07was not extorted. Nobody extorted you. Dershowitz. You know what
- 26:11you did. You know that you were there with underage girls.
- 26:14You know that you were receiving massages in your tidy whities.
- 26:18You know what Virginia Roberts is saying about you is true, sir,
- 26:22and I keep saying it. I've the way, the credible
- 26:26accusations that are being leveled at these people are very
- 26:30very hard to ignore. You have to honestly be just
- 26:35purpose purposefully ignoring them, all right, because there is no
- 26:39way in hell that all of this stuff and all
- 26:42of these things that Virginia Roberts has said and provided
- 26:45with evidence. You have, you have pilots who have who
- 26:49said that he they seen her with him. You have
- 26:53you know the girl that came out that said, of
- 26:56course I saw Prince Andrew at the club with her.
- 26:58It's just so much evidence. Right at this point, we've
- 27:01seen so much evidence that is proving what Virginia Roberts
- 27:07has said is to be true. That it's all we
- 27:11have from Dershowitz is his his word. Oh well, I've
- 27:13never done any of this. You'll see. I'll prove it.
- 27:15I'll prove it. And this is for years and years
- 27:17and years and still no proof. And now he files
- 27:19this lawsuit and he's bringing up people like Leslie Wexner
- 27:22in it. See again, he's just a master manipulator. He
- 27:26knows what he's doing when it comes to these lawsuits,
- 27:29and he understands how to navigate the court. And that's
- 27:32his biggest that's his biggest weapon when it comes to
- 27:37stuff like this, being such a master of navigating the court.
- 27:43The lawsuit comes in response to boys suit against Dershowitz
- 27:46that he filed in November and accused the attorney of
- 27:49disparaging Boy's law firm, Boys Schiller Flexner, LLP by calling
- 27:54it the law firm of extortion, subornation of perjury, and
- 27:58other crimes. In a Washington Post interview, the Wall Street
- 28:01Journal reported, So, what we have here are dueling lawsuits
- 28:05from two high profile attorneys, and they're, like I said,
- 28:10it's a knife fight with these guys, Dershowitz and Dershowitz
- 28:13and boys are going for the jugular here. There's not
- 28:16going to be any kind of, you know, amiable settlement
- 28:20in this case. In my opinion, I think that there's
- 28:22been too much bloodshed, not really, but you know what
- 28:25I mean, in the courtroom, and there's been way too
- 28:28many accusations leveled and things said one way and the
- 28:33other for this to ever end besides in a courtroom
- 28:37being litigated, because I think that's where this is going,
- 28:39and I hope it does because then we get to
- 28:42see discovery. And we all know that Dershowitz does not
- 28:45want discovery in this case, all right. He's suing these
- 28:48people because he does not want to go to trial.
- 28:50He's trying to stop them, he's trying to intimidate them,
- 28:54and it's not going to work. I highly doubt David
- 28:56Boyse is intimidated by Alan Dershowitz. Dershowitz alleges in the
- 29:02countersuit that boys firm said it would reveal allegations against Wexner,
- 29:06the CEO of Victoria's Secret parent Victoria's Secrets parent company,
- 29:11if the company didn't provide a settlement. Epstein was Wexner's
- 29:14money manager. Wexner declined to comment to the journal, reiterating
- 29:18that he wasn't aware of Epstein's criminal behavior. And I
- 29:22believe I also read somewhere, but I don't have it
- 29:25in front of me to be sourced right now, But
- 29:27I believe that I read somewhere that Wexner said that
- 29:32his camp said that he had he had never been
- 29:35extorted or anything like that. So again it calls in
- 29:38to question what Dershowitz is saying here, don't I don't
- 29:42find Dershowitz credible, folks, all right. I find him smarmy.
- 29:46I find him to be if it wasn't for his, uh,
- 29:49you know, his extreme knowledge of the Constitution. I don't
- 29:54think that we'd ever have to see this guy's face
- 29:56ever again. And furthermore, I'm not too impressed with his
- 29:59intern reputation of the Constitution for that matter. Okay, he's
- 30:03not this all star that everybody makes him out to be.
- 30:05In my opinion, I don't understand why everybody's so scared
- 30:08of him. But it's nice to see that David Boyce
- 30:11is going after him and he is not backing down.
- 30:17Dershowitz's suit also follows from roberts allegations that he assaulted
- 30:21her as a teenager when Epstein recruited her, no, when
- 30:24Epstein trafficked her for his sex trafficking scheme. The attorney
- 30:29who argued against President Trump's removal in the Senate has
- 30:32denied those accusations, calling Roberts a certified, complete, total liar.
- 30:37What a piece of shit this guy is huh to
- 30:41come out and say that sort of thing. It's no
- 30:43wonder that Virginia dropped a defamation lawsuit on his ass too.
- 30:46He deserves it. He deserves it, all right. Alan Dershowitz
- 30:50has spent his life defending complete and utter scumbags. And
- 30:54that's not the problem, folks. It's the way he defends
- 30:56them that's the problem. It's the way that he gets
- 30:58these deals in the back. That's the problem, all right,
- 31:02nobody should get a deal like Jeffrey Epstein got, and nobody,
- 31:06I mean nobody should get a non prosecution agreement the
- 31:09way he got, either an umbrella non prosecution agreement please.
- 31:13And that was worked out, in my opinion, because Dershowitz
- 31:16knew his ass was on the line and he needed
- 31:18another layer of protection in case everybody ratted on him.
- 31:21And I still hope that occurs. I really hope that
- 31:24they go after all of his lieutenants, all of Epstein's lieutenants,
- 31:28the four Horsewomen of the Apocalypse and Gielen Maxwell, and
- 31:32they bring them in and they put the screws to them,
- 31:34and they get them to rat on all of these
- 31:37scumbag sons of bitches, and not only rat but to
- 31:40testify against them. Boy, would that be great. Roberts filed
- 31:45the defamation suit against Dershowitz in April because of these comments.
- 31:49Boys represented her for the case until the judge rules
- 31:52he and his partners needed to be taken off the
- 31:54case due to their expected testimony. According to the Journal,
- 31:59and again more legal maneuvering by Dershowitz. All right, that's
- 32:03why he filed the suit against the lawyers as well,
- 32:06because he wanted to get them out of the picture.
- 32:08He didn't want to deal with David Boys, he didn't
- 32:10want to deal with the Flexner, he didn't want to
- 32:12deal with anyone at the firm. So what he tried
- 32:15to do was just get him raised from the equation.
- 32:18And you know what, again, Alan Dershowitz finds a way
- 32:23to get his way. Dershowitz told The Hill that he
- 32:28is looking forward to putting Boys on trial for the
- 32:30role he played and the false accusations against me. I
- 32:33am also looking forward to putting his entire history of
- 32:36questionable legal ethics on trial and his pattern of practicing law.
- 32:40He said, I'm sorry, I could not help myself but
- 32:42laugh through that. For Alan Dershowitz to call anyone's legal
- 32:47anyone's legal ethics questionable, is laughable at best. All right,
- 32:52we know what you are, mister Dershowitz. We know that
- 32:56you went over to Jeffrey Epstein's house and you received massages.
- 33:00All right, we know what Virginia Roberts has said about you.
- 33:03Don't come over here and talk like you're ethical. It's
- 33:05just like Andrew about how honorable he is. Yeah, Okay,
- 33:08you're real ethical, mister Dershowitz. You're just you know, the
- 33:11pillar of what an ethical person should look like. What
- 33:15an absolute clown, folks, What an absolute and utter clown.
- 33:25He said on tape that he knew his client was wrong,
- 33:27simply wrong in accusing me, and yet, even after saying
- 33:30that he submitted false affidavits from her, he added, boys
- 33:35did not immediately return her request for comment. Epstein was
- 33:38found dead in his jail cell in August after being
- 33:41held on sex crimes charges. New York City officials ruled
- 33:44as death suicide. Allegedly, Dershowitz helped Epstein obtain an eighteen
- 33:49month sentence in two thousand and eight. Yeah, eighteen months, huhn,
- 33:53A little bit less than that, folks. All Right. You
- 33:55know with day trips to go and you know, abuse
- 33:57other girls, go to his office, go and diddle himself
- 34:01whatever it is this sick bastard wanted to do. He
- 34:04was able to do it because the other sick bastard,
- 34:08I kept my underwear on. Dershowitz facilitated it all. Talk
- 34:12about enabling, folks, right, talk about the whole entire monster
- 34:18stinks from the top, all right, this whole entire cabal
- 34:22of sick bastards needs to be held accountable. And Dershowitz
- 34:26and his lawsuits, it's all gonna catch up to him eventually, Right, Eventually,
- 34:29it's gonna catch up to him. He's gonna file one
- 34:31of these lawsuits, it's gonna go to discovery, and he's
- 34:34gonna get egg smashed all over his face. And also, folks,
- 34:40I have a funny feeling that his name is going
- 34:44to be all over the documents that get released eventually,
- 34:48because everybody who's following this case understands that Epstein, I mean,
- 34:54excuse me, that Dershowitz had a very very close relationship
- 34:59with Jeffrey Epstein, and everybody understands that Dershowitz saw things. Okay,
- 35:05you couldn't be around Epstein as much as Dershowitz was
- 35:07and not see things. Folks, you're not fooling anyone, Alan,
- 35:11I kept my underwear on Dershowitz. You're not fooling anyone.
- 35:17All right, Folks, if you'd like to contact me, you
- 35:19can do that at Bobby Kapuci at proton mail dot com.
- 35:22That's bobbyc ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. Also,
- 35:29what's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 35:34When it comes to Prince Andrew, the Joe Exotic of
- 35:37the Windsor family, I can't help but to shake my
- 35:40head and laugh every time I see this idiot's name. Now, look,
- 35:45if he wasn't guilty of what he was accused of,
- 35:48he should have thought that tooth and nail all the
- 35:51way to the very end, because that's what an innocent
- 35:54man would do. Would you just accept the fact that
- 35:58somebody's out here saying that about you and not defend
- 36:01yourself at all in court? Now, if you're guilty or
- 36:05you think there's a chance that you might get outed,
- 36:09well yeah, take the settlement. But for somebody like Prince Andrew,
- 36:13it was never a good idea to take this settlement,
- 36:16especially after all of the posturing. Remember he told us
- 36:19how he was going to clear his name, how he
- 36:22was ready to fight these allegations in court, and all
- 36:25of the rest of the nonsense that we heard from
- 36:28this guy constantly. Well, none of that came to pass,
- 36:31and instead what he did was accept the settlement without
- 36:35accepting liability. But if we're all being honest, why would
- 36:39a man like Prince Andrew accept such a financial slap
- 36:44in the grill if he never even met Virginia Roberts.
- 36:48Now people will say it was just so he could
- 36:51avoid embarrassing his mom and the royal family. I don't
- 36:55buy that for a second. If he was worried about
- 36:58embarrassing his mother and the royal family, this idiot would
- 37:01have behaved in the manner befitting of a prince, and
- 37:05he never did so. All of a sudden, he had
- 37:07a come to Jesus moment where he cares about the
- 37:10royal family and his mom. Stop it. This man cared
- 37:14about himself and that is it. And from all of
- 37:17the buffoonery I've seen recently, that still seems to be
- 37:21the case. Today we have an article from Daily Mail
- 37:25and in this article, David Boys talks about Prince Andrew
- 37:29and the acceptance of this settlement. Headline exclusive, Prince Andrew
- 37:35just wanted out how the Duke of York went from
- 37:38stonewalling to reaching reported twelve million dollar settlement with Virginia
- 37:42Roberts in less than a week to avoid deposition and trial.
- 37:47Victim's lawyer reveals. And this article was authored by Daniel Bates.
- 37:54And none of these people like Prince Andrew or Jess
- 37:57Staley or Glenn Dubin or Bill Richardson or any of
- 38:02them want to get to a point where it's deposition time,
- 38:05because that's where the rubber meets the road, and they
- 38:08realize that they're in serious jeopardy if they don't tell
- 38:11the truth while they're under oath. And we've seen what
- 38:14Maxwell how that played out for her after she was
- 38:17slapped with two charges of perjury for lying during the
- 38:20defamation trial. So these guys are all trying to avoid
- 38:24that at all costs. And if you're guilty or you
- 38:27have something to hide, then I can understand why. But
- 38:30if you're somebody who's innocent, like a lot of these people,
- 38:33want to tell us, well, shouldn't you be stepping up
- 38:36to the plate and saying, I'm ready to see you
- 38:38in court? What's up? But none of them have done that,
- 38:41well besides Alan Dershowitz, and for him it seems to
- 38:45have worked out at least decently, considering Virginia has said
- 38:49that she misremembers now. But the rest of these dudes,
- 38:52nobody has stepped up, nobody has tried to defend themselves
- 38:56in court, and certainly nobody has provided any receipts. So
- 39:01it's one thing to bandy about and talk about how
- 39:04innocent you are, but it's a whole other thing when
- 39:07you refuse to do it in a court of law.
- 39:12The lawyer for Prince Andrew's accuser, Virginia Roberts, has revealed
- 39:15details of the multimillion dollar settlement between his client and
- 39:19the Duke of York for the first time. And let's
- 39:22not fool ourselves and think that David Boys and his
- 39:26law firm didn't benefit greatly from all of this. They did. Now,
- 39:30they might not have been charging their clients any money,
- 39:33but they knew they were gonna get paid on the
- 39:34settlement end of it, and they were also going to
- 39:37build some good will amongst people taking on a guy
- 39:40like Jeffrey Epstein. That's how it works for these big
- 39:43law firms, and that's why they took all of these
- 39:46clients pro bono. It's not because they're altruistic. Attorney David
- 39:50Boys told Delimeil dot com that Prince Andrew went from
- 39:54stonewalling to reaching a deal in less than a week
- 39:58because he just wanted out. But Andrew felt substantial discomfort
- 40:02at having to pay or reported twelve million dollars. Boys said, yeah,
- 40:06I could see that. Twelve million dollars. That's a lot
- 40:09of dough, especially a lot of dough for something that
- 40:12you're not responsible for. You know, Prince Andrew telling us
- 40:16he didn't do it. He has no idea what anyone's
- 40:18talking about. Yet he's coming out of the pocket for
- 40:21twelve million fazzles. So something doesn't compute with me here.
- 40:26Something's getting lost in the translation. Or maybe I'm just
- 40:29a stupid moron. But if it was me, I wouldn't
- 40:32pay anyone, not one single cent if I was innocent. Boys,
- 40:37thinks Andrew can salvage his reputation, but only if he
- 40:40admits his sin by acknowledging wrongdoing in order for the
- 40:44public to forgive him. I highly doubt that. I think
- 40:47that ship has already sailed to never come Backistan. Does
- 40:51anyone ever really think that Prince Andrew is going to
- 40:54be back in public life, unless, of course, he shows
- 40:58up with some receipts and prove what he has to say.
- 41:01If he has receipts that proves that Virginia Roberts is
- 41:04lying about him, well then maybe. But besides that, I
- 41:08don't care what kind of image campaign you try to launch,
- 41:12nobody wants you back in public life and the taxpayers
- 41:15of the UK especially. The comments come amid reports that
- 41:20the Duke believes he should have fought the claims by
- 41:22Roberts that he had sex with her three times when
- 41:25she was a seventeen year old victim of the pedophile
- 41:28Jeffrey Epstein. Look, I don't buy that for a minute. Okay,
- 41:32he had the best representation money can buy. It doesn't
- 41:36get better than Andrew Brettler and Marty Singer, none of
- 41:40these other joker ass lawyers that you see all the
- 41:42time out here talking about how great they are, yet
- 41:45they never get anyone off. Meanwhile, Singer and Bretler are
- 41:50over here making all kinds of moves out in Hollywood.
- 41:54These are the lawyers that everybody wants to hire, and
- 41:57Prince Andrew had them, retain them, and they represented him.
- 42:01So I don't want to hear nonsense about how he
- 42:03didn't have proper legal representation or how he was getting
- 42:07bad advice. None of that occurred. Prince Andrew knew he
- 42:11was in jeopardy, and now that that Jeopardy's gone, meaning
- 42:15the lawsuit, he's out here posturing again and act in
- 42:18the full. When the case was settled in February of
- 42:22twenty twenty two, Andrew issued a joint statement with Roberts,
- 42:25thirty nine, who was a mother of three living in
- 42:28Australia under her married name. The statement said that Andrew
- 42:32never intended to malign Miss Roberts's character and he accepts
- 42:36that she has suffered both as an established victim of
- 42:39abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks, but
- 42:44he did not apologize. A gag order remained in effect
- 42:48for a year, and now Roberts is said to be
- 42:50writing a memoir. Speaking to delimail dot com, Boyce said
- 42:54that a TV interview wouldn't help Andrew's case, especially after
- 42:59the Prince's disease asters BBC interview in twenty nineteen. Does
- 43:03anyone really think that another interview is the way to
- 43:06go for Joe exotic of the Windsor Family. I mean,
- 43:10this guy's lucky that he can pare his socks in
- 43:12the morning, never mind get up there with a seasoned
- 43:15interviewer and give a bang up job. More like another
- 43:20car crash is incoming and certainly more embarrassment for the
- 43:24royal family as a whole. However, the lawyer does believe
- 43:28that a memoir might help his reputation depending on what
- 43:32it said. I believe, both as a matter of religious
- 43:35faith and human compassion, in the possibility of redemption. I
- 43:39would not put Prince Andrew or any other child of
- 43:43God beyond the possibility of redemption. But redemption has to
- 43:47begin with the admission of sin, and thus far he
- 43:49has been disinclined to do that. I think that's always
- 43:53the first step. Yeah, I don't agree with any of that. Sorry,
- 43:56some people can't be redeemed, and you would think that
- 43:59a lawyer like David Boys would know better than thinking
- 44:02that certain people can be redeemed. Look, if you're out
- 44:04there molesting kids, you can't be redeemed. You're wired wrong,
- 44:08you're defective, and you need to be buried underneath the prison.
- 44:12The lawsuit against Andrew led to grimly comical scenes as
- 44:16representatives of Boys tried repeatedly to serve the Duke with
- 44:20legal papers at Royal Lodge in Windsor, where he lives.
- 44:24A US judge eventually ruled that Andrew had been served
- 44:27after Boys made a formal application to the British government
- 44:31for help in getting him the paperwork. According to Boys,
- 44:35Andrew went from stonewalling us to a deal in four
- 44:38or five days, followed by mediation for another day or two.
- 44:43The Duke changed his mind after suffering a series of
- 44:45legal losses, including losing his motion to dismiss and the
- 44:49judge ordering him to sit for a deposition, and that's
- 44:53what it was all about. He didn't want to sit
- 44:55for that deposition. All this other stuff he's talking about
- 44:58is absolute non A week before Andrew was due to
- 45:03be deposed, the case was settled. Boyce said, from our side,
- 45:07we said there had to be a substantial amount of
- 45:10money and there had to be an acceptable statement from
- 45:13Prince Andrew. Those were really the two initial stumbling blocks,
- 45:17and they were resolved within a few hours of each other.
- 45:20Over a series of zoom meetings and phone calls with
- 45:23Andrew's lawyers. The rest of the agreement was hashed out.
- 45:27Boy said, Prince Andrew just wanted out. He was realistic
- 45:31enough to know not to have any demands. He just
- 45:34wanted to pay not very much money, and didn't want
- 45:37to acknowledge Virginia or what he'd done and what his
- 45:41position was that Virginia had made all this up and
- 45:45wasn't really a victim. He claimed he didn't know anything
- 45:48about Epstein's sex trafficking and had nothing to apologize for.
- 45:53As well as the legal defeats, Boys credits Andrew's change
- 45:56within bringing in experience counsel in the United States, referring
- 46:00to Andrew Brettler, who at the time worked for Lavely
- 46:04and Singer, the law firm with a reputation for helping
- 46:07Hollywood stars make their problems disappear. One hundred percent, Bretler
- 46:14is the man. I'm telling you right now. If you
- 46:16talk to anybody in the know, that's what they'll tell you.
- 46:19If you're somebody who's famous and you think somebody's going
- 46:22after you, they're going to extort you whatever, you go
- 46:25to Bretler, and Bretler makes that go away. And he
- 46:28couldn't work his magic here, So that should tell you
- 46:30everything you need to know. Brettler was less reluctant to
- 46:35talk about the realities than maybe some of his UK council.
- 46:38Boy said the change in mood was the most dramatic
- 46:42in Boy's entire career, he said, adding I can't think
- 46:45of a turnaround that changed as dramatically in such a
- 46:48short time as this one did. He said, I have
- 46:52a sense that Andrew probably had mixed emotions. I suspect
- 46:56there was a substantial amount of relief, but also a
- 46:59substantial amount of discomfort as to what he acknowledged and
- 47:03the amount of money he had to pay. Boys declined
- 47:06to comment on the amount of money the Duke paid
- 47:09to Roberts, adding that was one area Andrew's lawyers insisted
- 47:13he remained quiet about to avoid further embarrassment. Well, yeah, look,
- 47:18the last thing you want to know or say is
- 47:20that you gave a big ass bag a doe to
- 47:22somebody who you never even met. According to you, makes
- 47:26you look like an absolute and utter buffoon. Not that
- 47:29Prince Andrew needed any help in that regard. Despite reports
- 47:33that Andrew wants to try and overturn the settlement, Boys
- 47:36scorned the idea. He said, if they want to get
- 47:39out of the settlement, all they have to do is
- 47:41call me and let me take Andrew's deposition and go
- 47:44to trial. Boys is also representing an unnamed woman called
- 47:48Jane Doe in a US lawsuit against American Bank JP
- 47:51Morgan and Deutsche Bank. Doe alleges the banks facilitated Epstein's
- 47:56sex trafficking operation by ignoring red flags about his finances.
- 48:01The cases being keenly watched in the UK and the
- 48:04US as JP Morgan. Former chief executive Jess Staley later
- 48:09joined the London based Barclays Bank before being forced out
- 48:13in twenty twenty one over his links to Epstein. Boyce
- 48:17said that he felt that a civil case was not
- 48:21the only remedy that Staley should be facing. He said,
- 48:24my view is that prosecutors should have proceeded against a
- 48:28number of people beyond Epstein and Maxwell. Yeah, no doubt
- 48:32about that. And it's real unfortunate and cowardly that the
- 48:36government refuses to go after any of these co conspirators.
- 48:40Epstein and Maxwell could not have engaged in the sex
- 48:43trafficking they did in the scope and scale for as
- 48:46many years that they did without the support and collaboration
- 48:50of a lot of people, and I think it's a
- 48:52miscarriage of justice that those people are not being held
- 48:56to account. Andrews US lawyers declined to comment, and a
- 49:00lawyer for Staley did not respond to a request for comment.
- 49:04And I found it interesting that boys said, if they
- 49:06want out of the settlement. It's easy, give him a
- 49:09call and he can sit down and be deposed. So
- 49:13every time you hear Prince Andrew talking about he wants
- 49:15to get out of the settlement, he thinks it's unfair, whatever,
- 49:19YadA YadA YadA, well remember that all he has to
- 49:22do is called David Boys so that he can sit
- 49:25for a deposition, so that he has a chance to
- 49:27defend himself like he keeps saying he wants to do.
- 49:31But for some reason, folks, I highly doubt that's ever
- 49:36going to occur, and instead, what we'll hear is more
- 49:40belly aching, more whining, and certainly more complaining from the
- 49:45Joe exotic of the Windsor family and the four people
- 49:48who still support him. All right, folks, that's going to
- 49:52do it for this one. All of the information that
