The Ohio State Fairgrounds just got a stunning makeover, thanks to Environmental Management Inc., which poured $8 million into a massive $460 million state upgrade. They laid down 350,000 sq ft of sod, installed 16,000 sq ft of pavers, and planted 7,000 perennials, 2,200 shrubs, and 200 trees — plus new playgrounds, an amphitheater, and a misting park shaped like Ohio. This isn’t just seasonal flair — it’s creating lasting community spaces.
