- 1:59Speaker 6: thought you want to share with us.
- 2:01Speaker 5: And we got this one HII Woody Show.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I was just calling to weigh in on the topic
- 2:06Speaker 3: of greeting a relationship and having on Woody's theory of
- 2:11Speaker 3: having one day per year that you are with the person.
- 2:14Speaker 3: So you want to say that, I completely agree. I
- 2:16Speaker 3: also I remember I got broken up with and I
- 2:20Speaker 3: think that the best and only thing to do once
- 2:23Speaker 3: you get broken up with is get rid of all
- 2:27Speaker 3: of the things from your partner. So for example, I
- 2:30Speaker 3: sent them everything back, I blocked their number, I blocked
- 2:34Speaker 3: them on social media, and just deleted everything. I definitely
- 2:38Speaker 3: believe that that is what you have to do in
- 2:41Speaker 3: order to get over somebody. Otherwise you're just going to
- 2:45Speaker 3: stop them on social media or still have their number
- 2:49Speaker 3: and get drunk and like text them or something.
- 2:52Speaker 8: So yeah, I.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Agree with Liddy and I also think that that is
- 2:56Speaker 3: the best way to handle it, and also completely agree
- 2:59Speaker 3: that you should have more self respect for yourself. If
- 3:02Speaker 3: someone doesn't want to be with you, you have to
- 3:04Speaker 3: take that for what it is and not I mean, yeah,
- 3:09Speaker 3: you can be sad about it, but it is what
- 3:10Speaker 3: it is at that point.
- 3:12Speaker 6: I see, I heard so much about that at the
- 3:16Speaker 6: meetup that we did.
- 3:17Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 3:17Speaker 6: Yeah, like they tried it out, even myself. I told you,
- 3:19Speaker 6: my son tried it out and it worked, and he's you.
- 3:24Speaker 6: It works for the young and dumb, and it works
- 3:25Speaker 6: for the old and wise. Yeah, you get one day
- 3:29Speaker 6: for every year that you've been together. If you've been
- 3:30Speaker 6: together under a year, it rounds up to one full
- 3:34Speaker 6: day to feel sorry for yourself and wallow and self
- 3:37Speaker 6: pity and everything. And then you got to pick yourself
- 3:38Speaker 6: up and uh and move on.
- 3:40Speaker 5: See. I agree with her point too. It's very cathartic
- 3:43Speaker 5: to get rid of stuff I broke up with. Well,
- 3:45Speaker 5: this one guy broke up with me, and I didn't
- 3:47Speaker 5: get rid of his stuff. I destroyed. Oh you like
- 3:50Speaker 5: to destroy stuff. I didn't send it back. I destroyed it.
- 3:53Speaker 5: And they were both irreplaceable things. Yeah, your book and
- 3:58Speaker 5: then for some reason inside the yearbook he had like
- 4:01Speaker 5: his student idea that he was holding onto for you know,
- 4:04Speaker 5: posterity or and I riped them both to shreds.
- 4:10Speaker 7: Yeah, I like it. Greg's vicious man with that lady, Like,
- 4:13Speaker 7: you don't have to necessarily delete their number, because just
- 4:15Speaker 7: because he dumped you doesn't mean that, you know, six
- 4:18Speaker 7: weeks or six months from now, he won't still have
- 4:20Speaker 7: sex with you.
- 4:20Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 4:21Speaker 5: Oh right, yeah, you want to leave that door open.
- 4:23Speaker 6: I was thinking, because you were talking about and Gina
- 4:25Speaker 6: was talking about, like how do you break up with
- 4:27Speaker 6: a friend? Way harder than a dude than a lover?
- 4:31Speaker 6: As I said, like somebody on the text that said,
- 4:32Speaker 6: you know, block the number so they try to call you,
- 4:35Speaker 6: just block the number, you never got it.
- 4:36Speaker 5: That would require balls in a backbone, either of which
- 4:39Speaker 5: I have.
- 4:39Speaker 6: You'll never know that you block the number. Oh, that's true,
- 4:42Speaker 6: because when they call just automatically just sends the voicemail or.
- 4:45Speaker 11: Whatever voicemail that you'll never get.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Yeah, and then and.
- 4:48Speaker 6: Then you're not calling them, and so eventually you didn't
- 4:50Speaker 6: even know they tried to call you, right, yeah, just
- 4:53Speaker 6: the thing, all right? I I brought Mengi in because
- 4:56Speaker 6: you know, you know, breakups are hard, especially when you're
- 4:59Speaker 6: not the one to initiate it. But you know, Menchi
- 5:01Speaker 6: is back with his ex girlfriend. He took her back,
- 5:07Speaker 6: so this is no longer X by the way, well
- 5:10Speaker 6: you you're back with your ex.
- 5:11Speaker 11: With the girls that you were in a relationship with.
- 5:13Speaker 6: Yeah, no longer his AX and currently currently again. Yes,
- 5:18Speaker 6: but your current girlfriend is your ex. Just giving backstory anyway,
- 5:23Speaker 6: it's it's reference for the audience. Menji got so anyway,
- 5:26Speaker 6: this this uh, this came up, you know, uh, and
- 5:29Speaker 6: then we're people are sending U stuff all the time.
- 5:31Speaker 6: Is it a good idea, right to uh to go back?
- 5:34Speaker 7: Uh?
- 5:35Speaker 6: But what they what do they call that a retread?
- 5:37Speaker 3: Right?
- 5:38Speaker 6: Because one minute you're in the relationship. Next year, you know,
- 5:40Speaker 6: replaying every conversation your head. Did you do any of that,
- 5:42Speaker 6: like you're playing all the conversations because you're missing the
- 5:45Speaker 6: US part.
- 5:46Speaker 5: Of it, right?
- 5:46Speaker 10: Uh?
- 5:47Speaker 12: Well I don't think it was really completely fresh again,
- 5:53Speaker 12: totally moving on from alls.
- 5:56Speaker 6: So here this is from this is like a psychology
- 5:58Speaker 6: today right up on this whole thing. Right, So should
- 6:01Speaker 6: it be a decision, yes, not an automatic reflex how
- 6:05Speaker 6: do you know if it's the right decision. You're gonna
- 6:08Speaker 6: have to ask yourself these honest and slightly uncomfortable questions.
- 6:12Speaker 6: By truthfully answering them, you'll know whether rekindling things is
- 6:15Speaker 6: a smart move, right, And so why did it end
- 6:18Speaker 6: for the first time? You don't have to get back
- 6:19Speaker 6: into the whole thing again, but like, okay, that's the way.
- 6:21Speaker 6: It's one question. This is to help everybody else out right.
- 6:25Speaker 6: What does an ideal relationship look like to you? What
- 6:29Speaker 6: have you learned while you've been a part Is there
- 6:33Speaker 6: anything you would have done differently in the relationship? Like
- 6:37Speaker 6: you like, you know, you can bitch about them all
- 6:39Speaker 6: the time, and you're not allowed to complain Samy because
- 6:41Speaker 6: it's lent I know. Yeah, what issues did you have
- 6:47Speaker 6: that went unresolved? And has your life changed since the breakup? Like,
- 6:50Speaker 6: those are the questions you're supposed.
- 6:52Speaker 5: To ask, and I can be honest with yourself.
- 6:55Speaker 6: Yeah, because you could tell everybody else anything you want,
- 6:58Speaker 6: but here, in fact, I'll leave these with you.
- 7:00Speaker 10: Oh, thank you.
- 7:01Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, you have the conversation with yourself.
- 7:04Speaker 6: Yeah, have a great conversation.
- 7:05Speaker 12: I completely agree with these questions, Like these are great questions,
- 7:09Speaker 12: did you.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Do any of that?
- 7:10Speaker 12: I did, okay, literally all of these without even knowing this,
- 7:13Speaker 12: I literally asked myself all of these questions, and yes,
- 7:17Speaker 12: you know, there were things that we uh that were
- 7:20Speaker 12: unresolved that we you know, we changed and we did
- 7:23Speaker 12: things differently. And now it's more like, it's more like
- 7:27Speaker 12: we're both thankful that we're both in each other's lives.
- 7:30Speaker 6: How long has it been now since you guys rekindled?
- 7:33Speaker 7: About two going on two months now?
- 7:35Speaker 5: Two months?
- 7:36Speaker 10: Two months?
- 7:36Speaker 5: All right?
- 7:37Speaker 6: And on a scale, we'll take Morgan's one to ten
- 7:40Speaker 6: on a scale one to ten.
- 7:42Speaker 12: On one to ten, i'd say we're about an eighth.
- 7:47Speaker 6: I thought for sure, I swear to god, I thought
- 7:49Speaker 6: I was going to say it's a ten. There's always
- 7:54Speaker 6: room for improvement, and that was gonna be like one
- 7:57Speaker 6: of those hey man, wink, if you're in danger now.
- 8:00Speaker 5: How would you compare it the first time around to now?
- 8:04Speaker 12: I would say, we're a lot more honest with each
- 8:07Speaker 12: other's feelings. Direct, yeah, a lot more direct, a lot
- 8:12Speaker 12: more like I know what I want out of the relationship,
- 8:15Speaker 12: she knows what she needs out of the relationship. And
- 8:18Speaker 12: so now we're actually like talking to each other in
- 8:21Speaker 12: a way that we didn't.
- 8:22Speaker 6: Before, right, speaking of breaking up and everything other dumping friends.
- 8:28Speaker 6: Back to that another after hours voicemail that we got Greg.
- 8:30Speaker 5: Here we go.
- 8:31Speaker 13: Hey guys, this is Karen. I was listening to your
- 8:34Speaker 13: podcasts about you guys trying to and your friendships, and
- 8:40Speaker 13: that triggered something to me because I was part of
- 8:43Speaker 13: a foursome of girls.
- 8:54Speaker 6: I swear I didn't hear this before this before.
- 9:00Speaker 13: So it's part of a foursome of girls. Yeah, it's hot,
- 9:05Speaker 13: but two of the girls just decided to stop talking
- 9:09Speaker 13: to me and my other friend out of nowhere. We
- 9:12Speaker 13: just kept trying to ask to hang out and no
- 9:14Speaker 13: one would respond or they say eventually that they were busy,
- 9:17Speaker 13: and then all of a sudden, they've just unfollowed us
- 9:20Speaker 13: on Instagram and blocked us. And I had no idea
- 9:24Speaker 13: what I did, So I'd rather be confronted and told
- 9:27Speaker 13: me like that I was being a bitch and that
- 9:32Speaker 13: whatever I did to pick them off, and whether or
- 9:35Speaker 13: not I can fix it. But it's not okay at
- 9:37Speaker 13: least I know, instead of just being ghosted like we're
- 9:42Speaker 13: in high school. So if that's any compilation to you guys,
- 9:47Speaker 13: definitely just at least have whatddy say something.
- 9:50Speaker 14: To them for.
- 9:52Speaker 15: My advice.
- 9:54Speaker 13: So yeah, thanks everybody, and.
- 9:57Speaker 11: Yeah that's helps.
- 10:00Speaker 5: By the way.
- 10:01Speaker 6: Yeah, she sounds legit sad about.
- 10:03Speaker 11: It, and she does sound legit hot, and she just.
- 10:06Speaker 6: Sounds she sounds like somebody who really has an interest
- 10:11Speaker 6: in knowing, like, hey, was it me?
- 10:12Speaker 5: What happened?
- 10:13Speaker 6: Like what not? Not one of those it's not the
- 10:15Speaker 6: energy of like well you could have at least said something, yeah,
- 10:18Speaker 6: Like she genuinely seems like she's interested, like did I do?
- 10:21Speaker 6: Like doesn't know? She has really no idea.
- 10:24Speaker 5: See, that's how you feel when you get ghosted, not
- 10:26Speaker 5: by a friend but by a lover. What happened?
- 10:30Speaker 11: Yeah, and it's interesting that two friends ghosted the other
- 10:33Speaker 11: two friends.
- 10:33Speaker 6: They sound like, hey, so what's your what's what's your
- 10:38Speaker 6: pet name? For each other? Like what does she call you?
- 10:40Speaker 10: She calls me bubba buba, b.
- 10:44Speaker 6: Hey, bubb there's Burton bubba And what do you call her?
- 10:53Speaker 5: Just babe standard, yeah, babe.
- 10:57Speaker 12: And the little one is boo boos, Babe, boo boo.
- 11:02Speaker 6: I call the dog that boo boos a little boom
- 11:04Speaker 6: boo beer.
- 11:06Speaker 5: Baby.
- 11:07Speaker 11: Well, you know, I think you know what we all
- 11:08Speaker 11: call each other and my family.
- 11:10Speaker 5: Yeah, what was it again?
- 11:11Speaker 11: Everyone's hun I'm hunt to boat to both the child
- 11:15Speaker 11: and the husband. And then Andy's big hunt.
- 11:17Speaker 6: He called you wait your step.
- 11:19Speaker 11: Son me lady anymore? He calls me hon.
- 11:22Speaker 6: That's weird because we all say so.
- 11:25Speaker 11: I call him little Hunt and Andy's big hunt. We're
- 11:27Speaker 11: all just hunted, little Hon. Yeaheah came here.
- 11:30Speaker 6: Just tell him to call you toots. It's kind of funny. Hey,
- 11:32Speaker 6: that dame over that.
- 11:34Speaker 11: Yeah, you'll start that. I'm sure tell him to.
- 11:38Speaker 6: Call you.
- 11:40Speaker 5: All right, Welcome back everybody.
- 11:42Speaker 6: Yeah, today, March second is International Rescue Cat Day. Baby, Hey,
- 11:51Speaker 6: Samy's looking to offload a cat.
- 11:53Speaker 7: Anyone want to know?
- 11:55Speaker 5: She's sweet?
- 11:56Speaker 4: I'll keep her.
- 11:57Speaker 5: But you said she was me?
- 11:59Speaker 4: No, No, she she's nice. She's just dirty. She's I
- 12:03Speaker 4: mean her dirty everywhere.
- 12:04Speaker 16: Is she really old? No, she's like four.
- 12:06Speaker 11: That's weird because cats.
- 12:07Speaker 10: Are usually really cool, really clean. Yeah.
- 12:09Speaker 4: No, she tracks litter everywhere.
- 12:12Speaker 6: That that is a cat thing. They do track litter
- 12:14Speaker 6: and her.
- 12:15Speaker 8: She has wet food, so it stinks.
- 12:18Speaker 6: Sam has been watching Steamboat Willie's cat her boyfriend's cat
- 12:22Speaker 6: while he's been out of town. By the way, it's
- 12:24Speaker 6: a National cheerleading week.
- 12:28Speaker 4: Let's go.
- 12:28Speaker 6: Yeah, Hey, today is for Menace Read across America Day.
- 12:33Speaker 10: How do you do that?
- 12:34Speaker 5: It is a.
- 12:35Speaker 6: National Banana cream Pie Day, train National egg McMuffin Day,
- 12:42Speaker 6: and it's Women in Aviation Week. That's a new hot thing.
- 12:46Speaker 6: I think, Like, you know, for a while, it's chicks
- 12:48Speaker 6: and glasses. Like, you know, chick with glasses can be cute,
- 12:52Speaker 6: but you could take even like a you know, someone
- 12:55Speaker 6: a girl with no glasses on whose average becomes hotter
- 12:58Speaker 6: with glasses.
- 12:59Speaker 11: See, it was always the other way around.
- 13:01Speaker 6: Now it's like she takes her.
- 13:02Speaker 5: Glasses, the age old thing. Yeah she's hot glasses.
- 13:08Speaker 6: Yeah, and then yeah to me it's the glasses. But man, yeah,
- 13:11Speaker 6: chicks and aviation because now that I'm following all these
- 13:13Speaker 6: accounts like whatever with the flying and stuff, so it's like, yeah,
- 13:17Speaker 6: I'm saying it's like, you know, it's it's it's attractive.
- 13:19Speaker 6: You have a better.
- 13:20Speaker 10: Chance of them being attractive for some certain reasons. What
- 13:24Speaker 10: do you mean the cockpit? What about it?
- 13:26Speaker 3: Oh?
- 13:26Speaker 6: You all you got to be able to fit? Is
- 13:29Speaker 6: that what you're saying. I'm just saying, like you gott yes, yeah, yeah,
- 13:35Speaker 6: they're a waiting bounce considerations.
- 13:38Speaker 10: If you if you look at the mathematics here, you
- 13:42Speaker 10: probably have a better chance.
- 13:43Speaker 5: All right.
- 13:44Speaker 6: So, uh, you know, we get a lot of these
- 13:46Speaker 6: uh celebrity scandals, right and uh you know, interesting stories
- 13:51Speaker 6: he hears everyone like Woody Harrelson's dad. Remember there was
- 13:54Speaker 6: a story about what Halson's dad he murdered somebody. I think, yeah,
- 13:58Speaker 6: these are some outrageous celebrity acts. Then we'll get into
- 14:00Speaker 6: the birthdays. In the porn of Birthday, when Tupac died,
- 14:04Speaker 6: his mother had him cremated, and then she had some
- 14:06Speaker 6: of his friends roll his ashes into a blunt and
- 14:08Speaker 6: they smoked it.
- 14:09Speaker 5: Oh yeah, how dumb.
- 14:14Speaker 10: Willie Nelson wants done too.
- 14:16Speaker 6: Shocking Keith Richards he took some of his father's ashes
- 14:21Speaker 6: and snorted them with cocaine. I've heard that story before.
- 14:24Speaker 5: I wouldn't mind if somebody did that with my ashes, babe.
- 14:30Speaker 6: Yeah, what are your witches? Do you want to get
- 14:31Speaker 6: buried and cremated?
- 14:32Speaker 5: Ah, I'm leaning buried really yeah like intact?
- 14:37Speaker 17: Yeah?
- 14:38Speaker 6: Are you an organ donor?
- 14:39Speaker 5: Yes? Okay, I mean, you don't get buried with all
- 14:41Speaker 5: your gizzards, right.
- 14:42Speaker 6: They yeah, and then they put them in your neck
- 14:45Speaker 6: or no, they put them they put him in your butthole.
- 14:47Speaker 6: They put him in your butthole, like you wouldn't get
- 14:52Speaker 6: like a turkey.
- 14:53Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, exactly.
- 14:56Speaker 6: Patrick Stewart didn't know he was uncircumcised until his wife
- 15:00Speaker 6: told him.
- 15:01Speaker 5: I guess I heard that one before.
- 15:04Speaker 6: Well, I mean I guess, well, he's probably one of
- 15:08Speaker 6: these guys of that generation, like I've never seen another
- 15:11Speaker 6: man's penis, and so he just thought all penises looked
- 15:13Speaker 6: like his, like everybody's had an ant eater penis.
- 15:17Speaker 5: And his wife like, oh, you're uncircumcised.
- 15:19Speaker 6: What does that mean?
- 15:21Speaker 7: You did have the Internet back in those days when.
- 15:23Speaker 6: Elton John and David Furnish entered into their civil union,
- 15:26Speaker 6: MM sent them to diamond crusted sea rings.
- 15:31Speaker 10: Nice gif.
- 15:33Speaker 5: Yeah, awesome.
- 15:34Speaker 6: Elton John says they've never been.
- 15:36Speaker 7: Used well because they had eminem was making like gay
- 15:39Speaker 7: jokes or something about John.
- 15:41Speaker 6: They're cool. Yeah, They're they're super cool. Jack Black's mother
- 15:45Speaker 6: was an engineer. Judith loved Cohen, and she helped create
- 15:48Speaker 6: the system that rescue the Apollo thirteen crew. That's a
- 15:52Speaker 6: that's a cool fun fact. Ringo Star was the first
- 15:55Speaker 6: Beatle to try weed. He smoked it with Bob Dylan. Yeah,
- 16:00Speaker 6: and then and then the others came around.
- 16:02Speaker 5: They said, all right, we'll do it.
- 16:03Speaker 6: Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane, they were both meant to
- 16:06Speaker 6: be on flights that crashed on nine to eleven.
- 16:08Speaker 11: Oh I didn't know Mark Wahlberg.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:10Speaker 6: Mark Wahlberg changed his travel plans and so wasn't on
- 16:13Speaker 6: the flight. And then Seth MacFarlane missed his flight due
- 16:16Speaker 6: to a hangover. He was hung over that day. He
- 16:18Speaker 6: was supposed to be on one of those flights.
- 16:19Speaker 5: I'm kind of surprised that Mark Wahlberg doesn't fly private.
- 16:23Speaker 6: I mean, you know now that you know what In fact,
- 16:25Speaker 6: I just saw his plane recently at the airport. Oh
- 16:27Speaker 6: really yeah, because like the tail number was, you know,
- 16:30Speaker 6: say four or five nine, you know, MW, like what
- 16:32Speaker 6: is And I saw like this MW kind of logo
- 16:35Speaker 6: on the tail and I looked it up and it's
- 16:37Speaker 6: a dude, that's what it is. A hell, this plane
- 16:40Speaker 6: is sweet. It's a Gulf Stream. It's so nice going.
- 16:43Speaker 7: And well that if Mark Wahlberg had been on one
- 16:45Speaker 7: of those flights, they wouldn't have hijacked him because would
- 16:47Speaker 7: have kicked.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Their ass absolutely.
- 16:50Speaker 6: Tim Allen became a snitch after he got arrested for
- 16:53Speaker 6: cocaine possession. He ratted on the dealers to get a
- 16:55Speaker 6: lighter sentence, resulting in the indictments of twenty people. He
- 17:00Speaker 6: served himself about two years and then, uh, here, I'll
- 17:03Speaker 6: give you one more celebrity fun factor. During a visit
- 17:07Speaker 6: to a private zoo, Mike Tyson once offered the owners
- 17:09Speaker 6: ten thousand dollars to let him fight a gorilla, and
- 17:14Speaker 6: they decline. At least there's a guy who's willing to
- 17:17Speaker 6: put his money where his mouth is. Like, you get
- 17:20Speaker 6: these guys like, oh, you know, do you think it?
- 17:22Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 17:22Speaker 6: Do you think that you could wrestle you know or whatever?
- 17:25Speaker 3: Bear? You know?
- 17:26Speaker 5: Do you think whatever?
- 17:26Speaker 6: Whatever? The I forget There was one recently where they
- 17:29Speaker 6: were asking dudes.
- 17:30Speaker 5: Yeah, I think it was like one hundred dudes versus
- 17:32Speaker 5: a gorilla, That's what it was.
- 17:33Speaker 6: That was the one hundred dude gorilla murder all of
- 17:37Speaker 6: them anyway, Just a couple of celebrity fun facts. We
- 17:39Speaker 6: got your birthdays and your birthday any ready to go here?
- 17:44Speaker 5: On this Monday show.
- 17:46Speaker 16: Shown this shiver We won't site.
- 17:53Speaker 5: And you know you don't.
- 17:56Speaker 6: Starting with the celebrities, Chris Martin from cold Play, one
- 18:01Speaker 6: of the world's nicest dudes. He is the same dude
- 18:04Speaker 6: today as he was the first time I met him
- 18:06Speaker 6: and interviewed him back in two thousand.
- 18:08Speaker 7: I think this has been exposing cheaters for a long time.
- 18:11Speaker 6: He is, Yeah, he is such a nice guy. Forty
- 18:14Speaker 6: nine years old today. John bon Jovi is sixty four,
- 18:19Speaker 6: Daniel Craig, James Bond he saw fifty eight, and oh yes,
- 18:26Speaker 6: Rebel Wilson is forty six. She lost a bunch of weight, didn't.
- 18:29Speaker 5: She totally and then came out as lesbian, right, that's right.
- 18:33Speaker 6: But stuck with it, right, not like some of the
- 18:36Speaker 6: other Jojo Sewellian, Yeah she's married Wilson.
- 18:42Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I think she stayed with it.
- 18:45Speaker 6: Bryce Dallas Howard from Jurassic World and The Help is
- 18:48Speaker 6: forty five. Luke Combs, the Country Singer, is thirty six.
- 18:52Speaker 6: Retired NFL quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Ben Roethlisberger is
- 18:56Speaker 6: forty four, and Nathalie Emmanuel from Game Thrones, Fast and Fury.
- 19:02Speaker 6: That's her name, Natalie. She's thirty seven years old today.
- 19:06Speaker 6: And then your porno Birtta is Rachel Rocks with three
- 19:08Speaker 6: ex'es triple Xktoday's berth of Girl. She's taking more shots
- 19:12Speaker 6: to the face than a rat and a rock and
- 19:15Speaker 6: I'm butchered that up. She's taken more shots to the
- 19:19Speaker 6: face than a rat and a mob movie seven hundred
- 19:23Speaker 6: fine films, including Oral Olympics, Blow for the Gold. She
- 19:28Speaker 6: was in Cream Pie on the Rocks, also Bang Me
- 19:31Speaker 6: Like You Hate Me? Volume one. She was in Whale Tailing,
- 19:35Speaker 6: also Naked Self Defense. She was in Don't Tell My Secretary,
- 19:40Speaker 6: But I'm banging my wife? Get it, that's backwards.
- 19:44Speaker 2: She was in.
- 19:44Speaker 6: Masturbation Nation Volumes one, three, eight, nine, and eleven, and
- 19:49Speaker 6: then who Can Forget her unforgettable role and your Mom

- 19:55Speaker 5: It's a family film.
- 19:58Speaker 6: That's Rachel Rocks, who's forty three years today. And that's
- 20:00Speaker 6: Report of Birthday, your celebrity birthdays. And that's a Monday.
- 20:04Speaker 6: Look what's happening around the world of entertainment. You're on
- 20:07Speaker 6: the Woody Show.
- 20:10Speaker 5: It's a Woody Show.
- 20:12Speaker 6: All right, welcome back everybody. Hey, yeah, it is the
- 20:15Speaker 6: Woody Show. It's Monday, Fresh New Week. Phones open eight
- 20:19Speaker 6: seven seven forty four WOODI set a text over to.
- 20:22Speaker 5: To nine eight seven.
- 20:25Speaker 6: There are many trips or vacations that people take that
- 20:28Speaker 6: sound completely unappealing.
- 20:29Speaker 5: To me most I mean for you most yeah.
- 20:32Speaker 6: Yeah, because I'm not a fan of the vacations where
- 20:34Speaker 6: you're on the go the whole time.
- 20:37Speaker 5: Dude.
- 20:37Speaker 6: The whole point of a vacation is to chill, you know,
- 20:40Speaker 6: to recharge, right and then like these people that schedule
- 20:45Speaker 6: every minute of their vacation. It's fine, it works for you,
- 20:47Speaker 6: that's great. I just does not sound it does not
- 20:51Speaker 6: sound relaxing and the way I want to spend the
- 20:53Speaker 6: one week of not waking up in the middle of
- 20:54Speaker 6: the night, Right, couldn't other people who go to like
- 20:59Speaker 6: Africa for safaris and.
- 21:02Speaker 11: The scale ones look really nice, or to Iceland to
- 21:04Speaker 11: hike waterfalls for a week.
- 21:07Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly.
- 21:08Speaker 6: So anyway, there is a group that want to put
- 21:12Speaker 6: themselves under extreme stress and physical and mental pain on
- 21:16Speaker 6: their time off. It's a luxury travel company that offers
- 21:20Speaker 6: the Get Lost experience, where clients navigate remote deserts in Morocco,
- 21:26Speaker 6: Mountains in Mongolia, the Polar Wilderness in Norway, often without
- 21:31Speaker 6: knowing their destination in advance.
- 21:33Speaker 11: Oh that's not okay.
- 21:35Speaker 6: And then you have to rely on survival training, basic equipment,
- 21:38Speaker 6: and just yourself. And for the privilege of this, it's
- 21:43Speaker 6: around fifteen thousand dollars per person.
- 21:47Speaker 16: Pay them.
- 21:48Speaker 6: Okay, that sounds awful.
- 21:49Speaker 11: That sounds insane, like a punishment.
- 21:51Speaker 10: There was a YouTuber not that famous of one just recently.
- 21:55Speaker 10: He got left on an island for a week and
- 21:57Speaker 10: they showed a picture of them before and after. Yeah,
- 22:00Speaker 10: that's super skinny within a week one week, Yeah, because
- 22:03Speaker 10: he was left with absolutely nothing.
- 22:05Speaker 5: See. I always thought the castaway vacation would be kind
- 22:08Speaker 5: of cool, like you're on that island that Tom Hanks
- 22:10Speaker 5: is on for a week by yourself. You're literally the
- 22:13Speaker 5: only human being on this island. Would be kind of
- 22:16Speaker 5: like where your meals coming from if those were provided.
- 22:20Speaker 5: I'm thinking the setting would be cool, But on a vacation,
- 22:23Speaker 5: I don't want to.
- 22:23Speaker 6: Be responsible for coconuts. I didn't want to be responsible
- 22:27Speaker 6: for preparing any of the food on a vacation.
- 22:29Speaker 11: To you again, you've you've done this before and it
- 22:33Speaker 11: wasn't vacation, So why would you.
- 22:34Speaker 6: Do the survival stuff exactly? Yeah, Like, yeah, if you've
- 22:37Speaker 6: ever there's a documentary on on Netflix. It's called hell Camp.
- 22:40Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 6: I didn't go to that one by name that specific one,
- 22:44Speaker 6: but it's the exact same program.
- 22:46Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 22:46Speaker 6: If if you watch that, I've done it. It is
- 22:48Speaker 6: real and you can watch that and you'll understand why. Yeah,
- 22:53Speaker 6: no outdoor stuff really other than being on a beach
- 22:55Speaker 6: on concer do. I'm talking about hiking, camping. You put
- 22:58Speaker 6: in your time wilderness kind of stuff.
- 23:00Speaker 5: Yeah, that's yeah, nobody wants Yeah.
- 23:02Speaker 6: No, thank you, although again people find you know, my
- 23:05Speaker 6: ideal vacation is going somewhere tropical, nice beach where I
- 23:09Speaker 6: can just I can sit on the beach for a week.
- 23:11Speaker 2: I want to sleep.
- 23:12Speaker 5: You wouldn't want that, Yeah, Venice doesn't want that. I
- 23:15Speaker 5: don't get you.
- 23:15Speaker 10: Yeah, I mean I'll get it.
- 23:16Speaker 5: You'll do it for a couple of days.
- 23:17Speaker 10: I'll do like a three four days max like that,
- 23:20Speaker 10: but then I want to go, like go see some stuff.
- 23:22Speaker 6: But will be three days consecutively, or like we go
- 23:25Speaker 6: somewhere like that for a few days and like part
- 23:28Speaker 6: of the day is like on the beach like that,
- 23:30Speaker 6: and then like say maybe the morning or a party
- 23:32Speaker 6: is going off and doing something.
- 23:34Speaker 10: If I can do more than three days of the
- 23:36Speaker 10: same thing every.
- 23:37Speaker 6: Day, dude, yeah, but it's just like all the week.
- 23:40Speaker 10: I mean, like on a vacation. Even when I go
- 23:43Speaker 10: do a bunch of stuff, I'm still sleeping in that day.
- 23:45Speaker 10: I'm not waking up super early and then checking out
- 23:48Speaker 10: a city. I'll just wake up when I wake up
- 23:49Speaker 10: and then go see a bunch of stuff.
- 23:51Speaker 6: The trip that we did to Dubai really screwed me
- 23:55Speaker 6: because forever my wife has wanted to go and go
- 23:59Speaker 6: to one of those places that has the huts over
- 24:01Speaker 6: the water here and then yeah, yeah, she wants to
- 24:05Speaker 6: do that in Fiji. Yeah I've always gone that's way
- 24:09Speaker 6: too far. And she's like, you want to Dubai for
- 24:11Speaker 6: a weekend.
- 24:12Speaker 16: Yeah?
- 24:13Speaker 5: So yeah.
- 24:16Speaker 6: And by the way, I said, well, can I fly
- 24:17Speaker 6: Emirates to Fiji?
- 24:19Speaker 5: Hu?
- 24:20Speaker 6: No, no, no, I can't. I can't do that. You
- 24:23Speaker 6: can't fly, Yeah no, I can't. Well, yeah you can
- 24:26Speaker 6: go Fiji rules yeah, which, yeah, their first class looks
- 24:30Speaker 6: pretty nice.
- 24:31Speaker 10: It is pretty nice. Yeah, yea.
- 24:33Speaker 6: So maybe I'll end up having to do that something
- 24:35Speaker 6: because that would be cool.
- 24:36Speaker 5: Yeah, can you imagine that chore?
- 24:38Speaker 6: I know that's like her bucket list vacation thing she
- 24:42Speaker 6: wants to go to.
- 24:43Speaker 5: Does look like the best time that you could ever possibly.
- 24:46Speaker 6: She wants to go to Italy, she wants to go
- 24:47Speaker 6: to Paris, she wants to a place like that. And
- 24:49Speaker 6: I've told her straight up, I said, you gotta do
- 24:51Speaker 6: girls trips for those I'm not going go to Italy,
- 24:54Speaker 6: not gone at all never, you know, zero, you know,
- 24:58Speaker 6: because going to a place like that, you have to
- 25:00Speaker 6: go out and see stuff. Otherwise there's nothing else to do.
- 25:03Speaker 6: You're not gonna Why would I go all the way to
- 25:05Speaker 6: Italy to sit in a hotel? Well, and I'll have
- 25:08Speaker 6: any interest in the sight seeing things, So like, why
- 25:10Speaker 6: would I go to Italy?
- 25:11Speaker 16: Greg?
- 25:11Speaker 11: And I will take her?
- 25:12Speaker 5: Yeah, please please. There is this show hosted by Eugene
- 25:16Speaker 5: Levy that he traveled around the world and he went
- 25:19Speaker 5: to a hut place, one of these like over the
- 25:20Speaker 5: water and whatever pizza, yeah, pizza Hutiba. But it only
- 25:26Speaker 5: had I can't even remember the exact number, something like
- 25:28Speaker 5: twelve of these luxury hots, right, over the water, and
- 25:32Speaker 5: that was their the resort where their slogan was anything
- 25:35Speaker 5: you want, any time you want. That he wanted somebody
- 25:39Speaker 5: had tested this out. They wanted a certain path of
- 25:41Speaker 5: butter from a certain place in France, and.
- 25:44Speaker 6: They flew it in. Yeah, I saw that. Anything you want.
- 25:48Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm sure it can happen.
- 25:50Speaker 10: You pay for it.
- 25:50Speaker 5: Oh, you're definitely paying for it.
- 25:52Speaker 6: I'm sure it's really affordable. It's it's very reasonable grand
- 25:56Speaker 6: a day or something. And so if you're stand of
- 25:58Speaker 6: the place like that, you better test out that policy.
- 26:02Speaker 10: But I do have the best compromise for you. You
- 26:04Speaker 10: can get the vacation that you want, uh, and still
- 26:07Speaker 10: go to cruise. Now, go to Lake Cuomo Como Como Como. Yeah,
- 26:13Speaker 10: l like Cmo Okay, because they have a beach. You
- 26:17Speaker 10: can't like that. People just go there and relax and
- 26:20Speaker 10: just like hang out.
- 26:21Speaker 6: That's a good thing about like the cruise stuff. Like
- 26:23Speaker 6: a friend of mine did the Mediterranean cruise. Oh those
- 26:26Speaker 6: absolutely rules like I wouldn't I just wouldn't get off
- 26:28Speaker 6: the boat.
- 26:29Speaker 7: Oh my god.
- 26:31Speaker 10: Well, yeah, you can start off in the world Barcelona, Spain.
- 26:34Speaker 6: You can see it from the Decklona and then Colona go.
- 26:37Speaker 10: Through the French Riviera.
- 26:39Speaker 7: Dude, you could say it so hard. Obviously in retirement,
- 26:42Speaker 7: some sort of partially around the world cruise where you
- 26:45Speaker 7: had these day trips or whatever. You would love to
- 26:47Speaker 7: see stuff.
- 26:48Speaker 6: We don't have to go do it, yeah, because most
- 26:50Speaker 6: of the time I was just from the boat. Yeah,
- 26:51Speaker 6: most of time we.
- 26:52Speaker 5: Just be on the boat. It sounds great.
- 26:55Speaker 6: I walk out to my little balcony off my room.
- 26:58Speaker 5: Got you just chill.
- 27:01Speaker 7: You did the little date trips on the Alaska cruise, right.
- 27:03Speaker 6: We got workerscause it was a work It was a
- 27:06Speaker 6: work thing. That's not I probably never would have gone
- 27:08Speaker 6: if it wasn't for that work trip, I probably never
- 27:10Speaker 6: would have gone to Alaska.
- 27:11Speaker 5: That's true. Fun on that train, that was fun.
- 27:13Speaker 6: The train was lovely.
- 27:15Speaker 2: It was Yeah.
- 27:16Speaker 5: Eight seven seven forty four Wooding watching ruled.
- 27:19Speaker 11: Oh that was great.
- 27:20Speaker 6: Eight seven seven forty four Woody text us over to
- 27:23Speaker 6: two two nine eight nine. I got more to say. Well,
- 27:25Speaker 6: we loved like sports freaking out like we're around way
- 27:28Speaker 6: over time, all right, Right, ratings come out every week
- 27:31Speaker 6: and if they're not good, were good enough? That all right,
- 27:38Speaker 6: Gina grad What are the trending news headlines.
- 27:40Speaker 11: Oh my god, so much going on in the US.
- 27:43Speaker 11: And Israel carried out major air strikes on military and
- 27:45Speaker 11: government targets, and I ran on Saturday and killed lots
- 27:48Speaker 11: of their top leaders, including their supreme leader, the Ayatola.
- 27:52Speaker 11: President Trump called the operation justice and said it was
- 27:55Speaker 11: necessary after years of violence from Iran's leadership, but Iran
- 27:59Speaker 11: war and that the strike crossed a very dangerous line.
- 28:02Speaker 11: So they fired missiles at countries in the Middle East
- 28:04Speaker 11: that have US bases like Bahrain and the United Air Emirates.
- 28:07Speaker 11: I don't know if you guys saw that hotel fire
- 28:09Speaker 11: in Dubai five Star hotel. The attacks killed civilians, left
- 28:14Speaker 11: four US troops dead and five wounded. Niituel says more
- 28:17Speaker 11: strikes are coming. As for US, gas could get way
- 28:21Speaker 11: more expensive. Prices shot up from sixty seven dollars to
- 28:25Speaker 11: almost seventy three dollars a barrel. And if oil shipments
- 28:29Speaker 11: get delayed in the Persian Gulf, those are going to
- 28:30Speaker 11: go even higher.
- 28:31Speaker 5: Well they will because oil captains of these tankers are
- 28:34Speaker 5: refusing to go through the straight.
- 28:36Speaker 11: Up, straight right exactly, So we're kind of screwed. Yeah,
- 28:39Speaker 11: So you know, get those EV vehicles like menus.
- 28:42Speaker 10: Well, what about the Venezuela stuff.
- 28:45Speaker 11: Like, oh yeah, whatever happened to that oil?
- 28:47Speaker 10: There's matt oil right there.
- 28:48Speaker 7: Well.
- 28:49Speaker 11: All of this also caused thousands of flights to get
- 28:51Speaker 11: canceled after three airports in the Middle Ease closed. Plus
- 28:54Speaker 11: how pissed would you be? An American Airlines flight from
- 28:57Speaker 11: Philadelphia to cutter even had to turn around over Spain
- 29:01Speaker 11: and go back to Philly, which ended up being a
- 29:03Speaker 11: sixteen hour flight back home. Studio Yeah, exactly. And investigators
- 29:09Speaker 11: say that the shooting in Austin over the weekend that
- 29:12Speaker 11: killed two people and injured fourteen others that's likely a
- 29:14Speaker 11: one off attack, is not part of a larger plot.
- 29:17Speaker 11: They're also looking into whether it was motivated by terrorism
- 29:19Speaker 11: because of all the tension in the Middle East, a
- 29:21Speaker 11: lot going on there, obviously. Cops say the suspect was
- 29:24Speaker 11: this fifty three year old dude. He first drove past
- 29:27Speaker 11: a bar in an suv. He started firing off shots
- 29:30Speaker 11: with a handgun. Then he parked nearby, got out and
- 29:33Speaker 11: kept shooting people with a rifle. Cops who were already
- 29:36Speaker 11: close by, they got to respond, at least in at
- 29:39Speaker 11: least a minute, so they were able to stop him quickly.
- 29:42Speaker 11: The FBI says the suspect was wearing clothed with an
- 29:44Speaker 11: Iranian flag on it and a reference to Allah and
- 29:48Speaker 11: Texas Governor Greg Abbott. He's issued a warning saying they'll
- 29:51Speaker 11: respond with quote decisive and overwhelming force to anyone who
- 29:55Speaker 11: thinks about using the conflict in the Middle East to
- 29:57Speaker 11: threaten Texans or our infrastructure and Shia abuff you know,
- 30:01Speaker 11: he was arrested again in New Orleans over the weekend. Well,
- 30:04Speaker 11: he's facing meanor charges of simple battery connected to that
- 30:07Speaker 11: arrest from Marti Gras, and he's accused of using lots
- 30:10Speaker 11: of homophobic slurs and hitting a bunch of people during
- 30:13Speaker 11: the celebration. He turned himself in after a new warrant
- 30:17Speaker 11: was issued, but his attorneys are pushing back. Now this
- 30:20Speaker 11: is kind of interesting. They say most people wouldn't be
- 30:22Speaker 11: required to post more than one hundred thousand dollars in
- 30:25Speaker 11: bond or end up in jail twice over a single misdemeanor.
- 30:29Speaker 11: They also say that while he doesn't deserve preferential treatment,
- 30:32Speaker 11: he also doesn't deserve to be treated more harshly by
- 30:34Speaker 11: the police. And the courts just because he's a public figure.
- 30:37Speaker 5: Tears quote about the gay stuff. It was weird. He said,
- 30:39Speaker 5: if I'm in a room with yeah, three gay guys
- 30:42Speaker 5: and one of them touches my leg, Yeah, get.
- 30:44Speaker 11: Scared, and they go when did that happen? He's like,
- 30:46Speaker 11: it happened.
- 30:47Speaker 5: Yeah, Well if that makes me hoit homophobic, that's what
- 30:50Speaker 5: I am.
- 30:50Speaker 6: I mean that's the literal definition of homophobia.
- 30:54Speaker 5: Afraid afraid. Well, so kudos to him for being literal.
- 30:57Speaker 10: There was Well, there's one more piece of that kids.
- 31:00Speaker 10: He released an interview over the weekend. I don't know
- 31:02Speaker 10: if you saw that with that guy that's from all
- 31:05Speaker 10: Gas Doll Breaks or Channel five News on Instagram. Really
- 31:09Speaker 10: really good interviews. We played stuff from him before, but
- 31:12Speaker 10: he really is a huge interview with Shilah buff and
- 31:15Speaker 10: it's like he's crying in it. He's talking about joining
- 31:18Speaker 10: gang allegedly. And then but he did say in that
- 31:23Speaker 10: gay part that he's afraid of three gay men that
- 31:26Speaker 10: are larger than him.
- 31:27Speaker 6: Here we go quote, yeah, well, I'm like standing by
- 31:30Speaker 6: myself and three gays are next to me touching my leg.
- 31:34Speaker 6: I get scared. I'm sorry. Yeah, that's the quote.
- 31:38Speaker 11: And of course all women are like and now you know.
- 31:40Speaker 7: How it feels.
- 31:41Speaker 10: Well watch the whole interview.
- 31:43Speaker 11: Oh, the numbers are in for this weekend's box office
- 31:46Speaker 11: and Scream seven took that top spot. It wasn't even close,
- 31:49Speaker 11: by the way. It made fifty million dollars more than
- 31:51Speaker 11: the next highest movie, which was Goat, which is still
- 31:54Speaker 11: going strong. Thanks so those kids in the word of
- 31:56Speaker 11: mouth and they love Steph Curry. Wuthering Heights finished in third. Yeah,
- 32:01Speaker 11: twenty one pilots More Than We Ever Imagined debuted at
- 32:04Speaker 11: fourth and I didn't even know this was out. Epic
- 32:07Speaker 11: Elvis Presley in concert rounded out of the top five.
- 32:10Speaker 11: Next week is supposed to shake things up because we
- 32:12Speaker 11: got that Disney and Pixar Hoppers movie coming out, And
- 32:15Speaker 11: for those who don't know what that's about, let me
- 32:17Speaker 11: tell you. It's an animal lover whose mind is transferred
- 32:20Speaker 11: into a lifelike robotic beaver to communicate with animals and
- 32:24Speaker 11: save their habitat from destruction. And McDonald's announced that they
- 32:28Speaker 11: are facing.
- 32:30Speaker 5: Huh, yeah, well, you know weird.
- 32:32Speaker 11: McDonald's announced they're phasing out all self service soda machines
- 32:36Speaker 11: from their restaurants. The company says the decision to get
- 32:39Speaker 11: rid of the machines is to create a consistent experience
- 32:42Speaker 11: for customers and employees, but store managers say the real
- 32:45Speaker 11: reason is because of theft, food safety issues, and there's
- 32:48Speaker 11: just less dine in traffic these days. Some locations have
- 32:51Speaker 11: already yanked the machines and they're charging for refills. Come on,
- 32:56Speaker 11: and finally, don't get any ideas. This is not a suggestion.
- 32:59Speaker 11: You will get pop. Don't do it. A thirty nine
- 33:02Speaker 11: year old dude in Florida was arrested after he was
- 33:04Speaker 11: accused of stealing over ten thousand dollars worth of trading
- 33:07Speaker 11: cards from Target. According to the police report, the guy.
- 33:10Speaker 6: This is the dumbass Tyler move. Oh this saw Yes,
- 33:13Speaker 6: Yeah I saw it. Yeah, I saw the story. Yeah,
- 33:15Speaker 6: so dumbass Tyler used to get busted or not get busted,
- 33:18Speaker 6: but he used to. He admitted to us that he
- 33:21Speaker 6: would take other items, do the the barcode swamp. Yeah,
- 33:24Speaker 6: call him underneath the item that he actually was taking,
- 33:26Speaker 6: cause he's a real dirt bag like that.
- 33:29Speaker 11: And he didn't even make that much money like this guy.
- 33:31Speaker 11: This guy stole over ten thousand dollars worth of trading
- 33:35Speaker 11: cards from Target, and according to the police report, he
- 33:37Speaker 11: did this seventy five times at different targets all over
- 33:41Speaker 11: the state at the self checkout. So here's how he
- 33:43Speaker 11: did it, Like Tyler, He'd grabbed the ninety nine cent
- 33:47Speaker 11: taco seasoning packets. They put the packet barcode in front
- 33:50Speaker 11: of the barcode for the cards and then scan each
- 33:52Speaker 11: of them for ninety nine cents. And that took place
- 33:55Speaker 11: over the course of seven months. And yeah, they Target
- 33:58Speaker 11: was out ten grand.
- 33:59Speaker 6: Imagine going to jail over trading cards.
- 34:01Speaker 7: Yeah, what are you in for?
- 34:02Speaker 11: Yeah, taco seasoning. The man meanwhile, would take the cards
- 34:07Speaker 11: he stole and flip him online and I mean good
- 34:09Speaker 11: for him, and netted more than forty grand before I
- 34:11Speaker 11: got caught. Cops also said he pulled this crap at Walmart,
- 34:15Speaker 11: at publics. And if he's convicted Tyler, he's facing up
- 34:19Speaker 11: to ninety years in prison.
- 34:21Speaker 6: Yeah, it worth it, don't They don't put people who
- 34:25Speaker 6: commit like real violent crimes sometimes in jail for that long, No, right,
- 34:30Speaker 6: but this guy, yeah, yeah, I mean nothing. He's going
- 34:32Speaker 6: to get ninety years for a slaughter. They get like
- 34:35Speaker 6: six years right, but the fact but the fact that
- 34:36Speaker 6: it goes up to ninety years or something like that.
- 34:38Speaker 6: But meanwhile, like you have other people who are like
- 34:41Speaker 6: really like violent, dangerous people, and they go to jail.
- 34:45Speaker 6: Maybe sometimes there's there are stories about like, oh, well
- 34:48Speaker 6: they got probation, yeah, violent acts.
- 34:50Speaker 11: Oh yeah, I'm served for behavior.
- 34:52Speaker 6: While this guy's you know, stealing trading cards.
- 34:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:55Speaker 5: The good behavior thing drives me crazy too. Oh he
- 34:58Speaker 5: got early, good well behave Oh you good job.
- 35:04Speaker 13: Wow.
- 35:04Speaker 6: And I'm not defending the dude stealing. I'm not saying
- 35:07Speaker 6: it's cool and it's okay to steal the trading cards.
- 35:10Speaker 6: Ninety years is I just can't figure out our system sometimes.
- 35:13Speaker 8: Yeah, you're not alone because each time he stole something
- 35:15Speaker 8: is a different count.
- 35:17Speaker 11: Each card, right, an extra year.
- 35:19Speaker 6: Damn well, that's what's going on, all right, Thank you
- 35:21Speaker 6: very much, Cina grad More what he showed.
- 35:23Speaker 5: That throat burn? Oh my god, he's back.
- 35:33Speaker 6: We'll hope everybody had a great weekend. Yeah, tell us
- 35:36Speaker 6: about it on the text over to two two nine,
- 35:39Speaker 6: eight seventy Gus call in eight seven, seven forty four
- 35:42Speaker 6: if it was anything like really amazing, Yeah, sammy weekend
- 35:47Speaker 6: cheers and jeers.
- 35:48Speaker 8: Yes, So my cheers is that I stayed at Steamboat
- 35:52Speaker 8: Willie's over the weekend because he does not have anymore. Yes,
- 35:56Speaker 8: And I loved it because we're usual at my place
- 36:01Speaker 8: and so the place gets messy and I'm constantly cleaning
- 36:03Speaker 8: up and whatever. And this time I was at his place,
- 36:05Speaker 8: I cleaned my place before I went, and I came
- 36:08Speaker 8: home perfectly clean.
- 36:09Speaker 11: Still, it was great because.
- 36:11Speaker 6: You mess So the jeer or the cheer is that
- 36:14Speaker 6: when you went back to your place it was still clean.
- 36:18Speaker 4: Not that you got to spend time with him.
- 36:19Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 36:22Speaker 6: Yeah, nothing about the actual spending time together in his
- 36:25Speaker 6: place where you're considering moving I have to clean.
- 36:28Speaker 8: Well that we spend time together every weekend.
- 36:30Speaker 4: It's just normally at my place.
- 36:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:32Speaker 10: Wait, and does he usually like clean your place? So
- 36:34Speaker 10: you're thinking, like, if you move in together, this guy
- 36:37Speaker 10: can just clean all the time. You don't have to
- 36:38Speaker 10: do it.
- 36:39Speaker 11: I still clean.
- 36:40Speaker 8: He usually cleans because he'll bring his cat over or something,
- 36:43Speaker 8: and I'm like, no, she's everywhere.
- 36:47Speaker 6: Just based on the conversation we had, they're considering moving
- 36:49Speaker 6: in together at his place, like, oh, we spent the weekend,
- 36:53Speaker 6: it doesn't really spend any time over there because of
- 36:55Speaker 6: the roommate. The roommates out. But now they spent the
- 36:57Speaker 6: weekend at the place where they're considering living together. And
- 37:00Speaker 6: the takeaway is the takeaway that's what I think is
- 37:02Speaker 6: the interesting. The psychological uh, you know, that's that's the
- 37:05Speaker 6: part that's gotta be, you know, the most interesting. The
- 37:10Speaker 6: cheer wasn't like, oh hey guys, we got to try
- 37:11Speaker 6: it out, and you know, we had a great weekend.
- 37:13Speaker 6: It was that when I got back to my place
- 37:16Speaker 6: it was still clean. Yeah, there wasn't like a meaning
- 37:19Speaker 6: somebody who understands psychologists.
- 37:20Speaker 8: And again we're already together every week, not at his place,
- 37:23Speaker 8: not at his place, and it was nice having more space.
- 37:25Speaker 4: His place is much bigger.
- 37:27Speaker 10: Also, you said something very interesting when he comes over
- 37:29Speaker 10: he brings his cat, Like, dude, like, how attached is
- 37:33Speaker 10: he to this cat?
- 37:34Speaker 7: Cats?
- 37:34Speaker 10: That's the reason you get them, because you don't have
- 37:36Speaker 10: to bring it right a couple of days.
- 37:40Speaker 11: This is the neediest cat. I swear, she thinks she's
- 37:43Speaker 11: a dog.
- 37:44Speaker 8: She's super need She gets wet food and she needs
- 37:47Speaker 8: to like have that at a certain time.
- 37:48Speaker 11: She gets her catnip at night. There's like a thing.
- 37:51Speaker 6: That's another thing that cat. People say, Oh, like a dog,
- 37:55Speaker 6: just like a dog, and get a dog.
- 37:57Speaker 2: He does not say that.
- 37:59Speaker 5: Cat people will say that all the time. You would
- 38:01Speaker 5: actually really like my cat. It's just like a dog. Cool,
- 38:05Speaker 5: what else is like a dog? A dog?
- 38:08Speaker 14: Right?
- 38:08Speaker 4: He takes his cat around like you take your dog
- 38:10Speaker 4: around like he doesn't take does you like a background?
- 38:13Speaker 4: But she needs to be fed.
- 38:14Speaker 8: So if it's going to be if he's going to
- 38:16Speaker 8: come over for two nights at my place, she's not
- 38:18Speaker 8: gonna be alone.
- 38:19Speaker 6: Again, that's the thing with cats. You can set out
- 38:21Speaker 6: two days worth of food. Unlike a dog. They won't
- 38:24Speaker 6: just sit there and eat.
- 38:24Speaker 5: It all selves today. They're not right there.
- 38:26Speaker 6: At that time, like you can leave it out for
- 38:29Speaker 6: you know, you could leave two days worth of food
- 38:31Speaker 6: out there.
- 38:32Speaker 10: Yeah, my gay buddies that are weighing the cats they
- 38:34Speaker 10: they like. Yeah, it's weird. They do treat them like that.
- 38:39Speaker 2: All right, So all right, jeer.
- 38:42Speaker 8: My jeers is to that new show, the JFK Junior show.
- 38:47Speaker 16: Love Story.
- 38:48Speaker 8: I want to watch that, I know, and I love
- 38:50Speaker 8: the Kennedy's I love anything having to do with the Kennedies.
- 38:52Speaker 8: I always I've been wanting to watch this. I turned
- 38:55Speaker 8: it on and I got like ten minutes in and
- 38:57Speaker 8: I didn't even finish it.
- 38:59Speaker 11: So let's let me know if I should continue. But
- 39:01Speaker 11: I was so bored.
- 39:02Speaker 8: It was so slow, and I just felt like nothing
- 39:05Speaker 8: was happening.
- 39:05Speaker 10: But doesn't that usually happen with like a lot of
- 39:08Speaker 10: good shows like Breaking Bad Bild.
- 39:11Speaker 8: I couldn't even get into the beginning of.
- 39:13Speaker 4: It's not a documentary, right, It's not traumatization.
- 39:16Speaker 11: If Sammy couldn't get into a documentary about the hottest Kennedy,
- 39:21Speaker 11: then it's it's a no go.
- 39:23Speaker 16: I know.
- 39:23Speaker 5: That's why.
- 39:24Speaker 8: I mean, if anyone's seen it and loved it and things,
- 39:26Speaker 8: I should continue, let me know. But as far as
- 39:28Speaker 8: I can tell, it's very slow and boring.
- 39:30Speaker 11: Is we know how it is?
- 39:31Speaker 5: Series said right?
- 39:32Speaker 8: The series which bumps me out because I love the Kennedy's.
- 39:36Speaker 6: Gina Weekend cheers and jeers.
- 39:39Speaker 11: Cheers to making new friends in like your advanced age,
- 39:43Speaker 11: in like your.
- 39:44Speaker 6: Forties, Morgan would agree with.
- 39:49Speaker 16: I looked at.
- 39:50Speaker 4: Morgan in Life Crisis.
- 39:52Speaker 11: I met this chick like a couple of weeks ago,
- 39:56Speaker 11: and we were like she was like, do you ever
- 39:58Speaker 11: want to like go to lunch or something, And my
- 40:00Speaker 11: immediate response would always be like, yeah, like lose that number.
- 40:03Speaker 11: I'm not trying to make new friends. I'm not trying
- 40:04Speaker 11: to leave my house. I'm not trying to do that.
- 40:06Speaker 11: But I went for it, and I was like, I
- 40:07Speaker 11: want to see this through. When we went to lunch.
- 40:10Speaker 11: We were at lunch for like two hours and I
- 40:12Speaker 11: finally had to leave. It was delightful, loved it. She
- 40:17Speaker 11: had these crazy stories. We realized we had so much
- 40:20Speaker 11: in common. And now like I have a new friend
- 40:22Speaker 11: who makes new friends.
- 40:23Speaker 7: It's weird.
- 40:25Speaker 11: Yeah, hard, So that was fun. My jeers is you
- 40:30Speaker 11: this can't be legal. What I don't understand about health
- 40:33Speaker 11: insurance could fill you know, a giant swimming pool, but
- 40:37Speaker 11: this I don't understand. You know how when in December
- 40:40Speaker 11: I went to the hospital, that crazy thing where I
- 40:42Speaker 11: like passed out and went into working failure. That was
- 40:44Speaker 11: super fun and then I left, No big deal. I
- 40:46Speaker 11: got my hospital bill, paid it wor square. I just
- 40:51Speaker 11: got a new bill. And I was like, this doesn't
- 40:53Speaker 11: make any sense and I don't understand. It's like from
- 40:55Speaker 11: like vituity or something I've never heard of. I thought
- 40:57Speaker 11: maybe it was a scam, and I called it and
- 41:00Speaker 11: I got an auto message that said, the doctor that
- 41:04Speaker 11: treated you at the hospital that night isn't contracted with
- 41:07Speaker 11: your insurance, so you have to pay him separately.
- 41:10Speaker 5: Okay.
- 41:11Speaker 6: I was gonna say, are you kidding that?
- 41:13Speaker 11: Before, like when I was half a paid the first bill.
- 41:17Speaker 11: But is that even possible?
- 41:19Speaker 6: Yes, because like sometimes if you go in for something,
- 41:22Speaker 6: you pay them. You pay the bill for whatever, the
- 41:25Speaker 6: hospital or the doctor, but the person that antethes is
- 41:28Speaker 6: a different thing.
- 41:30Speaker 11: The dude that was like, yeah, you're going to live
- 41:31Speaker 11: by you know.
- 41:32Speaker 6: Doing something or maybe the the imaging part was you know,
- 41:36Speaker 6: you got X rays or cat scan or whatever you
- 41:38Speaker 6: need me to do. That's additional would be, you know,
- 41:41Speaker 6: through a different billings.
- 41:43Speaker 11: I feel like when Greg's like I paid for a
- 41:45Speaker 11: plane ticket, why am I buying a It's like I
- 41:47Speaker 11: paid for the hospital visit. Now everybody gets tipped individually.
- 41:51Speaker 11: It's like seven hundred and fifty bucks that I owe
- 41:53Speaker 11: this guy. Yeah, that's that That's insane to me. That
- 41:57Speaker 11: was awakened and.
- 41:58Speaker 8: They don't know until after the fact, Like the hospital
- 42:01Speaker 8: doesn't know that this person stuff on your network, Like
- 42:03Speaker 8: you would have to call your insurance while you're in
- 42:05Speaker 8: the hospital and say, hey, is good doctor.
- 42:08Speaker 11: Writing, but I do have a question.
- 42:09Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, that's you never know up front what you're doing.
- 42:13Speaker 11: That was that that was shocking to me that, like
- 42:15Speaker 11: it's not all inclusive like a resort.
- 42:19Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, all inclusive hospital.
- 42:21Speaker 5: What did I pay for if not for this?
- 42:23Speaker 11: Thank you? So that's my years and fifty bucks.
- 42:27Speaker 6: Yeah, you would think that the hospital will go all right,
- 42:30Speaker 6: Well she was treated by this doctor and you know,
- 42:33Speaker 6: got service from this imaging you know lab. Yes, they
- 42:36Speaker 6: would like put it all together, figure out what your
- 42:39Speaker 6: insurance covers it doesn't cover, and then send you want
- 42:41Speaker 6: Like whatever they sent you was after all that stuff
- 42:44Speaker 6: was figured.
- 42:44Speaker 5: Out, let me know and then they can divvy it up.
- 42:47Speaker 11: But this is a totally different guy and a totally
- 42:49Speaker 11: different billing. I've never heard of vituity, So I guess
- 42:52Speaker 11: that's not a scam and I got a PAM.
- 42:54Speaker 5: Maybe you should just rip the bill up.
- 42:55Speaker 10: Oh that's fun, forget it.
- 42:56Speaker 18: He follow up.
- 42:58Speaker 6: There's a guy that works here, makes really good and
- 43:00Speaker 6: he does this every single time, every time he gets
- 43:02Speaker 6: a bill like that. He calls me and goes, guy, yeah,
- 43:05Speaker 6: just you know, there's no way I can I can
- 43:07Speaker 6: pay this right now, I have If you I have
- 43:09Speaker 6: three hundred bucks, I can say any day, but that
- 43:11Speaker 6: that's that's what I got.
- 43:12Speaker 2: Do you want it?
- 43:14Speaker 5: And then that's it.
- 43:14Speaker 6: And then sometimes they'll settle for whatever you go all right,
- 43:17Speaker 6: rather than keep chasing you down. Now, this guy makes
- 43:22Speaker 6: close to a million dollars if not if not a
- 43:24Speaker 6: million dollars a year.
- 43:25Speaker 11: Okay, then if he makes that much, I'm gonna try
- 43:28Speaker 11: this and I'll let you know tomorrow.
- 43:29Speaker 6: This is what I go back to. Like everybody's always
- 43:31Speaker 6: afraid to negotiate. I am, for sure, and everything for
- 43:35Speaker 6: the most part, is negotiable. So when you get something
- 43:38Speaker 6: like that, call him up and go, hey, there's no
- 43:42Speaker 6: way that I'm going to be able to They don't know,
- 43:45Speaker 6: no way I'm going to be able to make seven
- 43:47Speaker 6: hundred and fifty bucks work. I mean, I understand, and
- 43:50Speaker 6: you can explain the situation, but you know, hey, I
- 43:53Speaker 6: want to be fair, so I could send you five
- 43:56Speaker 6: hundred bucks, but then that's it. Yeah, that's what I got.
- 43:59Speaker 11: Get blood from us like that.
- 44:01Speaker 10: Numbers make believe anyway.
- 44:05Speaker 11: But because I'm because I'm who I am, should I
- 44:08Speaker 11: feel bad? I want to stiff the doctor. Is he
- 44:10Speaker 11: gonna starve?
- 44:11Speaker 6: Oh yeah, Gina, I work in healthcare. They have to
- 44:14Speaker 6: provide you a good faith estimate legally in order to
- 44:16Speaker 6: charge you after treating it for out of network providers
- 44:20Speaker 6: giving care in an in network facility.
- 44:23Speaker 5: I have never been told any price up front ever,
- 44:27Speaker 5: not once.
- 44:28Speaker 11: No, And you're not really in a state to have
- 44:30Speaker 11: that conversation.
- 44:31Speaker 5: And then what are you gonna do? Turn it down?
- 44:32Speaker 11: Yeah, you know, I'm good. I don't need the extra sailing.
- 44:35Speaker 11: Bag'll just send me home and so we'll see.
- 44:37Speaker 5: What happens, because I know how much sailing I need.
- 44:39Speaker 11: Yeah, exactly, Okay, I'm gonna I like try that. You
- 44:43Speaker 11: have to know tomorrow.
- 44:45Speaker 6: Work for a hospital, yes, Gina, hospital, doctor lab imaging,
- 44:48Speaker 6: all different bills and paperwork you signed kind of states that.
- 44:52Speaker 11: Okay, Oh I signed paperwork. Oh yeah, that's the perfect
- 44:57Speaker 11: time to send somebody in with a pen too.
- 44:59Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean the emergency room.
- 45:02Speaker 5: Yeah, and that's why they know.
- 45:03Speaker 2: They got you.
- 45:04Speaker 5: Oh yeah, okay, I went to the dermatologists recently, and
- 45:07Speaker 5: they made you pay for the appointment up front because
- 45:09Speaker 5: they don't take insurance, so it was seven hundred bucks.
- 45:12Speaker 5: And then when you get there and as you're leaving,
- 45:15Speaker 5: you think, oh, I'm all square. I paid. Oh yeah, No,
- 45:18Speaker 5: it's actually not seven hundred it's eight to fifty. Soon, Oh,
- 45:20Speaker 5: what you have to give us another one fifty.
- 45:22Speaker 11: I thought you were going to say, it's like holding
- 45:24Speaker 11: your card at a hotel, like they'll give you a
- 45:26Speaker 11: refund of whatever.
- 45:26Speaker 5: They didn't use exactly, but no, it was the opposite. Oh,
- 45:31Speaker 5: because it stated it was seven hundred bucks, but then
- 45:33Speaker 5: they tell you, no, actually.
- 45:34Speaker 10: It's eight feet enough men as weekend cheers and jeers,
- 45:38Speaker 10: well cheers. I got to, you know, take care of
- 45:41Speaker 10: a lot of stuff around the house, and what do
- 45:43Speaker 10: you weren't here? But I folded and I gave Greg
- 45:47Speaker 10: a lot of crap about this. I actually joined the
- 45:50Speaker 10: Facebook marketplace Murder Capital of the World, and I sold
- 45:55Speaker 10: something on there and it went fine.
- 45:58Speaker 2: I did not die.
- 45:59Speaker 10: I'm still here, and it was pretty easy. I didn't
- 46:04Speaker 10: have to go back and forth with the person. Now,
- 46:06Speaker 10: I did vet this person out. If you didn't catch it, like,
- 46:09Speaker 10: I looked her up and I found her LinkedIn and
- 46:12Speaker 10: all that kind of stuff. So that was pretty easy.
- 46:14Speaker 6: So it would have been pretty embarrassing if you got
- 46:16Speaker 6: rolled by chick.
- 46:16Speaker 10: And yeah, well her husband came to and I was
- 46:20Speaker 10: getting rid of a table. But then it also goes
- 46:22Speaker 10: to that part where like, you know, we talked about
- 46:24Speaker 10: this before, if you ever became super mega rich, what
- 46:28Speaker 10: would you want? And I did say a driver, but
- 46:30Speaker 10: I also did mention never having to deal with furniture ever,
- 46:34Speaker 10: you know, never have to build furniture, never have to
- 46:37Speaker 10: move furniture. That that would be ideal because when I
- 46:40Speaker 10: was like pulling this like table out of storage unit,
- 46:42Speaker 10: I'm like, what am I doing right now?
- 46:44Speaker 5: Like making money?
- 46:45Speaker 10: I'm like selling stuff off Facebook marketplace. I'm moving this
- 46:49Speaker 10: super heavy table. If I was like super mega rich,
- 46:52Speaker 10: I would have to deal with this. I'll just pointed like,
- 46:55Speaker 10: there's these people, these assistants that talk about, you know,
- 46:57Speaker 10: these rich people that they work for and sometimes they'll
- 47:00Speaker 10: go to like hotels and other countries and get a
- 47:03Speaker 10: bunch of furniture and things that they love and it's
- 47:07Speaker 10: just like and then they just leave it there because
- 47:09Speaker 10: there's like why even bother moving it back to America
- 47:13Speaker 10: or whatever. That'd be cool to be that rich to
- 47:16Speaker 10: like not even care about that kind of stuff. My
- 47:18Speaker 10: gears is kind of like what Gina is talking about.
- 47:21Speaker 10: But when it comes to veterinarians. Now, my dog's fine,
- 47:24Speaker 10: but I just took her to go to a checkup,
- 47:26Speaker 10: and I love the vet that I take her to.
- 47:28Speaker 10: But one part that I hate is when you're in
- 47:32Speaker 10: the middle of like talking about what's going on with
- 47:34Speaker 10: your pet, they're always giving you a quote, like, oh,
- 47:37Speaker 10: here's a quote. Oh, let me get you a quote
- 47:39Speaker 10: for that. Like they're barely even finishing the sentence on
- 47:41Speaker 10: like what might be proba an issue with your dog,
- 47:44Speaker 10: and they're already giving you another quote on something. And like,
- 47:49Speaker 10: I'm fortunate enough that I have pet insurance and like,
- 47:52Speaker 10: I can, you know, front the money to pay for this,
- 47:54Speaker 10: but it did give me kind of depressed, like some
- 47:57Speaker 10: people that don't have pet insurance or can't afford it,
- 48:00Speaker 10: Like the bill just for this checkup ended up being
- 48:04Speaker 10: like seventeen hundred dollars just everything, Yeah, just for everything
- 48:09Speaker 10: to be okay, and then luckily, you know, the insurance
- 48:12Speaker 10: will take care of most of that. But dude, like
- 48:16Speaker 10: we were talking about this just recently, the being attached
- 48:21Speaker 10: to your pet emotionally like that you're just like you're
- 48:23Speaker 10: just charging it and you're just adding more and more
- 48:26Speaker 10: debt because of the gotcha.
- 48:27Speaker 11: Yeah, exactly, like because then you think to yourself, like,
- 48:31Speaker 11: what kind of monster am I?
- 48:32Speaker 13: Like?
- 48:32Speaker 11: I can't afford it?
- 48:33Speaker 10: Here you go keep I'll give you a quote. I'll
- 48:36Speaker 10: give you a quote. It's NonStop. And then yeah, we're
- 48:40Speaker 10: just talking about imagine just taking care of your pet
- 48:42Speaker 10: and then taking care of yourself, Like gas prices of
- 48:45Speaker 10: courts are going to go up insane right now as well,
- 48:48Speaker 10: Like how's anybody getting by? Just go and do a restaurant.
- 48:51Speaker 7: I want to, like that Philly cheese seak place at
- 48:54Speaker 7: the mall ended up. It was like forty plus dollars
- 48:59Speaker 7: did you get?
- 49:00Speaker 16: Like dude?
- 49:01Speaker 11: Now the question is because I never did this. I
- 49:03Speaker 11: just handed over money like you said, and just charged it.
- 49:06Speaker 11: Do people negotiate with vet bills?
- 49:08Speaker 6: Yeah, of course you can. You can negotiate for damn
- 49:12Speaker 6: near anything you telling you.
- 49:14Speaker 7: But I don't whether it hurts to ask.
- 49:17Speaker 6: It never hurts to ask sometimes, I mean it's minimal.
- 49:21Speaker 6: They'll they'll give you something something you know, just to
- 49:24Speaker 6: get you go away half the time, would you do the.
- 49:25Speaker 4: Same thing Gina is going to try and do call
- 49:27Speaker 4: and say, hey, I can only afford this much right now.
- 49:29Speaker 5: You got to pay right then and there at the vet.
- 49:31Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 49:32Speaker 10: Yeah, you know, there's a sign at the place that
- 49:37Speaker 10: I go to and says, you know, you have to
- 49:39Speaker 10: like settle every single time that you're there when you leave. Yeah,
- 49:43Speaker 10: Luckily I don't deal with the negotiation because again pen
- 49:47Speaker 10: insurance and people are going to ask, say, and his
- 49:49Speaker 10: wife handles it. I'm sure, what is it? Yeah, but
- 49:52Speaker 10: it's a healthy pause, is who I have. But get
- 49:56Speaker 10: that pen insurance man, because I can greg you've been
- 49:58Speaker 10: there emotionally, oh god, dealing with it and what you
- 50:01Speaker 10: had to pay, like ten grand or something.
- 50:03Speaker 5: The day my dog was put down, ten the bill
- 50:06Speaker 5: was ten thousand dollars. What and I'm like, not not
- 50:09Speaker 5: to put the dog down? Well, he had been at
- 50:11Speaker 5: the hospital for a couple of days, but I mean
- 50:14Speaker 5: you know that I'm screaming and crying and then they say,
- 50:17Speaker 5: well it's time to settle your bill. Oh my god,
- 50:20Speaker 5: ten grand. I knew it wasn't gonna be free just
- 50:22Speaker 5: because the dog died. He was going to die anyway.
- 50:24Speaker 5: But oh my god, yeah, you do anything. They could
- 50:27Speaker 5: tell you. It's gonna be fifty grand. What are you
- 50:29Speaker 5: gonna do?
- 50:29Speaker 11: Say no, But the senior dog I fostered for four
- 50:32Speaker 11: months cost me three thousand dollars, and I was not
- 50:34Speaker 11: in a position to give three thousand dollars.
- 50:36Speaker 10: It's like every five seconds, we'll get you a quote
- 50:39Speaker 10: for this, this, this right.
- 50:40Speaker 6: You gotta pay for it if you're fostering.
- 50:42Speaker 11: Well, when I mean fostering, I mean like I was
- 50:45Speaker 11: the end of life hospice adult, like I was taken
- 50:50Speaker 11: him till the end.
- 50:50Speaker 5: Gotcha. Yeah, I thought when you fostered it, they got
- 50:53Speaker 5: food and medical.
- 50:54Speaker 11: Oh not the guy, not thisittal scrubby guy.
- 51:00Speaker 6: You can set us a text over to two two
- 51:02Speaker 6: nine eight seven. We're gonna take a quick break and
- 51:04Speaker 6: then I have some audio that I've been looking for.
- 51:05Speaker 6: I've been like distracted over here. Well, no, because it
- 51:09Speaker 6: goes back to what you were just talking about with
- 51:11Speaker 6: this bill that you go and when you call them
- 51:14Speaker 6: and you're trying to deal. Oh man, do you ever
- 51:16Speaker 6: look at even like your electric bill? Yes, and they go, well,
- 51:20Speaker 6: here's a detailed description like this is written in like
- 51:22Speaker 6: some other language. What the hell is this?
- 51:27Speaker 10: Like, like, oh, well, this.
- 51:29Speaker 6: Tier and then that, like it's very clear here in
- 51:32Speaker 6: Tier B, it's.
- 51:33Speaker 5: Very clear what and those are all fake too.
- 51:36Speaker 6: You can put whatever you want on here. People aren't
- 51:38Speaker 6: going to understand this, so when you call to argue
- 51:40Speaker 6: with them, they have the upper hand because you don't
- 51:42Speaker 6: even know what you're looking at exactly. But anyway, this guy, uh,
- 51:45Speaker 6: it wasn't It wasn't a joke. This was the real
- 51:47Speaker 6: call this guy made to try to settle up this
- 51:50Speaker 6: this medical bill. Yeah, I gotta I'm curious. Let me
- 51:54Speaker 6: make sure it's all cleaned up, because if I'm him,
- 51:55Speaker 6: I'm swearing a lot.
- 51:57Speaker 5: Right the Woody Show.
- 52:00Speaker 16: All right, so.
- 52:03Speaker 6: We were talking about the insurance and the bill that
- 52:07Speaker 6: Tina got from the hospital when she had her medical
- 52:10Speaker 6: episode over the holiday break.
- 52:13Speaker 11: Yeah, and say, the doctor that treated you wasn't part
- 52:15Speaker 11: of your insurance, so you play the hospital. Then you
- 52:16Speaker 11: paid the doctor separately.
- 52:17Speaker 6: So she already paid. But what she got from the hospital,
- 52:19Speaker 6: you actually got this separate one Netflix seven hundred and
- 52:22Speaker 6: fifty bucks or something like that. Yeah, So have you
- 52:25Speaker 6: ever signed up for the travel insurance I usually pass on, Yeah,
- 52:30Speaker 6: because there are too many things. If you really read it,
- 52:33Speaker 6: there are too many things that are not covered.
- 52:34Speaker 11: It doesn't cover much.
- 52:35Speaker 6: No, so it's not like oh, off, all of a sudden,
- 52:37Speaker 6: you can't make the trip or whatever. You get your money,
- 52:39Speaker 6: But it's not like that. And then even the way
- 52:41Speaker 6: they slice and dice things that would be covered. Yeah,
- 52:45Speaker 6: so here here's I just saw this one this morning.
- 52:47Speaker 6: If your travel plans are canceled or altered because of
- 52:50Speaker 6: the war and Iran, you're gonna lose money because the
- 52:53Speaker 6: travel insurance doesn't cover you for events related to the
- 52:56Speaker 6: ongoing conflict or any conflict that matter. Acts of war
- 53:00Speaker 6: and political unrest are never covered by travel insurance before
- 53:04Speaker 6: or after you leave.
- 53:05Speaker 5: So doesn't that seem like that would be the top
- 53:07Speaker 5: of the list of things that is covered.
- 53:09Speaker 10: Because it's nothing that's within your control. Well, the planes
- 53:13Speaker 10: still fly, there question a lot of them have been canceled. Yeah,
- 53:18Speaker 10: so that has to be some kind of factor, right.
- 53:21Speaker 6: Researchers looked at twenty two travel insurance product disclosure statements
- 53:25Speaker 6: acts of war, where the general exclusions in all.
- 53:31Speaker 20: War.
- 53:31Speaker 10: Because I was seeing enough a lot of people these
- 53:34Speaker 10: travel people on Instagram saying, hey, you can get a
- 53:38Speaker 10: hell of a deal right now if you want to
- 53:39Speaker 10: go to Mexico.
- 53:40Speaker 6: But when you book the travel insurance, right okay, I
- 53:45Speaker 6: think that should cover hurricanes things like that, because like
- 53:49Speaker 6: you don't know and when you book it, it's like
- 53:52Speaker 6: you booked it when there was a hurricane making its
- 53:54Speaker 6: way toward wherever you're going exactly right then in that case,
- 53:57Speaker 6: in that case you shouldn't be able to purch it
- 54:00Speaker 6: because there's there's an active one and whether it actually
- 54:03Speaker 6: makes landfall there or you know, affects the the destination,
- 54:08Speaker 6: you know whatever, But you don't know what if a
- 54:11Speaker 6: war breaks out or just you're randomly, you know, you
- 54:14Speaker 6: book something months and months in advance and the time
- 54:17Speaker 6: you're supposed to go through this major hurricane supposed to
- 54:19Speaker 6: be coming through the Bahamas or like at that point.
- 54:22Speaker 2: It should cover it.
- 54:22Speaker 10: But if your flight is still going there and the
- 54:25Speaker 10: hotel is still open, I think they're good because like, oh, well,
- 54:29Speaker 10: the conditions aren't as awesome as you thought they were going.
- 54:32Speaker 11: To be, not quite as awesome.
- 54:35Speaker 10: In the hotel.
- 54:37Speaker 6: The way they try to sell you when you're when
- 54:39Speaker 6: you're looking and you're booking. Uh. The way they try
- 54:42Speaker 6: to sell you is like, oh for you know, for
- 54:44Speaker 6: an unexpected reason, like you family, You want to continue
- 54:48Speaker 6: without protecting your eight hundred dollars are you sure? Ticket purchase?
- 54:53Speaker 10: They did that to me on my Spirit forty dollars
- 54:55Speaker 10: flight the other day. Oh yeah, to protect it.
- 54:59Speaker 6: That is funny. When you buy something Best buyble try
- 55:01Speaker 6: to sell you the protection plan anything.
- 55:06Speaker 10: Yeah, they did that to me this week.
- 55:08Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 55:10Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 55:13Speaker 6: Anyway, here's the here's the clip I was talking about
- 55:15Speaker 6: right before the break. So this guy he gets the
- 55:17Speaker 6: bill in the mail and he calls them to see
- 55:20Speaker 6: what could be done about the bill. He's like this
- 55:22Speaker 6: because there was an interesting thing that happened from the
- 55:26Speaker 6: one bill he got to the next one.
- 55:27Speaker 9: Can help you, So I I think there's a mistake
- 55:31Speaker 9: on the bill, but maybe you can help me out.
- 55:34Speaker 5: We got a bill and then we realized that you
- 55:38Speaker 5: guys didn't.
- 55:39Speaker 9: Have our insurance, so we we sent you the insurance,
- 55:42Speaker 9: and it looks like the bill went up.
- 55:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 55:46Speaker 5: The first the first bill we.
- 55:47Speaker 9: Got without the insurance was six hundred bucks, and then
- 55:50Speaker 9: the second one was almost thirteen hundred bucks.
- 55:54Speaker 21: Okay, yeah, So that's that first, and was you received.
- 55:56Speaker 21: That's a discount that you received if you're on insured,
- 56:00Speaker 21: So you're not eligible for the discount since you are insured,
- 56:05Speaker 21: and so the bill was two three hundred and forty
- 56:09Speaker 21: two dollars and fourteen cents. We built your insurance. Your
- 56:12Speaker 21: insurance only paid one seventy eight dollars and eighty five cents.
- 56:16Speaker 9: Can I go back to the discount without the insurance?
- 56:20Speaker 21: No, So you're insured, so you're not eligible for the
- 56:22Speaker 21: discount if I.
- 56:24Speaker 9: Go cancel my insurance, Am I eligible for the discount?
- 56:28Speaker 18: No, sir, Because we checked eligibility and you do have
- 56:31Speaker 18: active coverage for data service, you're only eligible for.
- 56:34Speaker 21: The discount if you're uninsured.
- 56:37Speaker 9: Okay, so I'll get cheaper healthcare if I'm uninsured.
- 56:42Speaker 21: If you're uninsured, you're you're eligible for the discount.
- 56:45Speaker 3: Correct?
- 56:46Speaker 9: Is this common?
- 56:47Speaker 21: Like like, if you're insured, unfortunately, you're not eligible for
- 56:51Speaker 21: the discount.
- 56:52Speaker 9: If I want to pay less for medical care, I
- 56:54Speaker 9: should cancel my insurance if my daughter needs life saving
- 56:57Speaker 9: medical care.
- 56:59Speaker 18: I'm just letting you know, uh that that discounts only
- 57:02Speaker 18: for patients who are uninsured.
- 57:05Speaker 9: Okay, that's that's that is special, So there's no way
- 57:09Speaker 9: to put that discount onto an insured person.
- 57:13Speaker 5: Only the uninsured people get that.
- 57:16Speaker 16: Correct that.
- 57:19Speaker 5: At night? Well it's just also but still just to
- 57:22Speaker 5: repeat that company line.
- 57:24Speaker 10: People get super angry at the people that can't afford
- 57:28Speaker 10: medical insurance and take it out on them. What about
- 57:31Speaker 10: the companies that are like, oh, there, they see that
- 57:33Speaker 10: you have medical insurance, so they are charging you.
- 57:35Speaker 5: Yeah, because they're.
- 57:36Speaker 6: Raping the insurance coming right, get more. Yeah, like the
- 57:40Speaker 6: insurance comes is gonna pay it, and they got a
- 57:41Speaker 6: ton of money, so we're gonna overcharge. It's like NASSA pays,
- 57:44Speaker 6: you know, five thousand dollars for a screw.
- 57:46Speaker 11: Yeah, you didn't know that band aids cost four hundred
- 57:48Speaker 11: dollars a piece in the hospital.
- 57:50Speaker 5: I know, right.
- 57:50Speaker 10: See, it's it's like these companies taking advantage hardcore.
- 57:54Speaker 6: Ye jacked system man for sure.
- 57:56Speaker 11: Wow that is special.
- 57:58Speaker 5: Wow, that's that's special. Okay, I think I know what
- 58:07Speaker 5: that is.
- 58:08Speaker 6: Yeah, this is the Woodie Show, Hey, Greg, shout out
- 58:10Speaker 6: to your mom.
- 58:11Speaker 5: Shout out to my mom? Is right sure? Because today
- 58:15Speaker 5: is her birthday.
- 58:15Speaker 11: Oh my birthday, mother.
- 58:19Speaker 5: I shouldn't reveal her age, but it's up there. Oh yeah,
- 58:23Speaker 5: And it reminded me at that point.
- 58:25Speaker 2: Do you care?
- 58:26Speaker 11: I okay, and then you have to say so and
- 58:28Speaker 11: so years young, okay, eighty four.
- 58:30Speaker 6: And something like I understand, like, uh, well look at Morgan, right,
- 58:35Speaker 6: she freaked out at thirty she was, you know, And
- 58:38Speaker 6: then Gina was saying something about forty earlier.
- 58:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:43Speaker 6: Like the middle age range I think is where people
- 58:46Speaker 6: because it's that whole transition period for you of like
- 58:50Speaker 6: going from what you feel is like a young person
- 58:52Speaker 6: to now.
- 58:52Speaker 5: You're an old person, right whatever. But I think once
- 58:55Speaker 5: you're actually old and you know, and four.
- 58:58Speaker 6: Like I think illusion, Yeah, you kind of the illusion
- 59:02Speaker 6: is gone, it is yeah, and you've just accepted and
- 59:04Speaker 6: you know at that point you don't care.
- 59:06Speaker 5: It's weird because I remember when my parents had their
- 59:08Speaker 5: fortieth birthday. They're in their eighties, and back then it
- 59:13Speaker 5: was like everything was the gag gift, the over the hill.
- 59:16Speaker 6: Yeah, we gave my stepfather black jelly beans on the outside.
- 59:19Speaker 6: It was in a pill bottle, said over the hill pills.
- 59:21Speaker 7: Yeah, that was a big.
- 59:24Speaker 5: One foot in the grave and for.
- 59:28Speaker 10: People didn't live that long back then.
- 59:29Speaker 5: Adult diapers, Oh, you never.
- 59:31Speaker 6: Know when your dale come was it much different than
- 59:32Speaker 6: it is now? Like, what was the life expectancy in
- 59:34Speaker 6: the eighties compared to now?
- 59:37Speaker 11: We thought that was so funny.
- 59:38Speaker 6: I think it's because it's drastically changed.
- 59:40Speaker 5: I think it went up by two years since then, right,
- 59:42Speaker 5: I think, like seventy six that's stupid.
- 59:43Speaker 2: Uh, what do they call it?
- 59:44Speaker 5: The clock?
- 59:45Speaker 6: The doomsday clock? Or four seconds until night?
- 59:50Speaker 5: Okay, But now they're at the age where I feel like,
- 59:52Speaker 5: my parents are my kids, you know, I worry about them.
- 59:55Speaker 5: I make them text me when they get home. It
- 59:57Speaker 5: is weird, Yeah, they bicker about weird stuff.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: It is where there's there's like a shift, yep, at
- 1:00:03Speaker 6: some point in your adult life. And I'm feeling that
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: now where it's like you've always looked at your parents
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: a certain way, and not that you look at them
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: any different from a you know, love or care standpoint. Yeah,
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: it's just different, Like you see them differently right than
- 1:00:16Speaker 6: you did before.
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: They kind of I don't want to say they act
- 1:00:18Speaker 5: like your kids, but you have to the level of
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: worry is what I would only assume it's like to
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: worry about a kid.
- 1:00:25Speaker 11: Yeah, you have to wrestle it out of them.
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: Yeah, to answer your question, what the life expectancy forty
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: years ago was about five years less than it is today,
- 1:00:33Speaker 7: about seventy four compared to about seventy nine. Seventy nine
- 1:00:36Speaker 7: obviously lower for men than for women.
- 1:00:38Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, you know why men die for because they
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: want to joke? Yeah, because they want to Right.
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: What's your weekend? Cheers and jeers?
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: Greg Gory? Well, I'm gonna give cheers to Menace because
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: he was cleaning house and decided to get rid of
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: a bunch of booze. And I already drank the red wine,
- 1:00:59Speaker 5: and then last night I cracked open my new favorite drink.
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: It's called Stillhouse whiskey. And I'm not a big whiskey fan,
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: but this is coconut whiskey. And I thought it would
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: have a hint of coconut. It's like pure coconut. It
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: is so damn good. I texted Menace, it's actually too good.
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: That was my exact description. I said, Oh, this coconut whiskey,
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: It is too good.
- 1:01:23Speaker 11: Did you mix it?
- 1:01:24Speaker 13: No?
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: Just over ice?
- 1:01:26Speaker 7: How does it compare to Malibu?
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: Very Malibu? Like it's kind of but like you don't
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: need anything with it? Just ice?
- 1:01:34Speaker 19: Oh?
- 1:01:35Speaker 10: I was a little fred like, I think he got
- 1:01:38Speaker 10: the word the next day, get it a little too much,
- 1:01:43Speaker 10: but yeah, that's still house. They make mint flavor. I
- 1:01:46Speaker 10: really like that one too.
- 1:01:47Speaker 5: It's good and it comes in a can. It's weird.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: It looks like a oil can, like an oil can
- 1:01:51Speaker 5: or something like that.
- 1:01:52Speaker 11: Whis I like whiskey flavor.
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: Yeah, so cheers to that. Cheers to menace jeers too.
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: And this is an update of what I discussed last week.
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: My stupid HOA. They accidentally build everybody three times for
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: the monthly dues. I got one payment back and then
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: I got the explanation that the bank that they do
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: business with can only refund one transaction, not.
- 1:02:16Speaker 16: To make.
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: Yeah, but we can only issue one reimbursion. And so
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: everybody that has a condo there is writing back like
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: how is that bank?
- 1:02:32Speaker 19: What?
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: How does this make sense to anybody? No answers from
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: the HOA, But they can only issue one. So they
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: did what I suggested they do, just apply it to
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: the next month because they're going to be taking that
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: payment in about eight days anyway.
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: So just but how dumb is these people are?
- 1:02:47Speaker 11: Moron?
- 1:02:48Speaker 9: Right?
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: And then what kind of policy is that we overcharge you,
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: but can only give you one out of two.
- 1:02:54Speaker 11: Are you going to run for president of the hus?
- 1:02:55Speaker 22: No?
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: No, no.
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: There's a great account on Instagram where they take actual,
- 1:03:02Speaker 6: like the notes from these different h o A meetings
- 1:03:04Speaker 6: and they reenacted, Oh, it's really fun the name of
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: the meeting. Yeah, it's so funny. And they use all
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: the official speak like, yeah, they're doing to do I
- 1:03:16Speaker 6: can't even if you're doing the lord's work. This is
- 1:03:19Speaker 6: really important stuff.
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: Like we're talking about trimming a hedge.
- 1:03:22Speaker 6: And this one woman and one of the things they
- 1:03:26Speaker 6: reenacted was like, I guess the Sun was home from
- 1:03:30Speaker 6: college and he had his car parked in front and
- 1:03:32Speaker 6: had a bunch of stickers on it, and this other
- 1:03:34Speaker 6: woman was complaining because it doesn't represent the look of
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: the neighborhood.
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: This car is just like excightly.
- 1:03:39Speaker 6: Yea, I realized that the Sun is home.
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: I would agree.
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: I was, because they.
- 1:03:47Speaker 6: Take actual transcript from the meeting and these people who
- 1:03:51Speaker 6: are arguing and going, I get it.
- 1:03:53Speaker 10: Because this stuff, there's uh in my neighborhood, really nice neighborhood.
- 1:03:57Speaker 10: But there was this son who had had a car
- 1:04:00Speaker 10: that was missing a hub cab and I'm like, I'm like,
- 1:04:03Speaker 10: I want to go I him a hub cab and
- 1:04:05Speaker 10: just put it on.
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: I feel like he ended up getting one. I feel
- 1:04:09Speaker 6: like I thought this the other day. You ever have
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: m thoughts were just driving along like wait a minute,
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: what what am I even thinking about him?
- 1:04:16Speaker 5: Every minute?
- 1:04:16Speaker 6: I saw this car and it had a missing hub cab, right,
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: And I thought to myself at that point, just take
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: them all off until you get that one replaces to
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: look like, you know, yeah, just have a consistent look.
- 1:04:29Speaker 5: And do you ever have this thought where you see,
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: let's say a missing hub cap, and you think about
- 1:04:32Speaker 5: the driver, why didn't you replace that on day one?
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: Why would you go more than an hour with one
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: missing hub cat See, I don't even care if it
- 1:04:41Speaker 5: was missing.
- 1:04:41Speaker 19: I was.
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: I just want to make sure that they all look match. Yeah,
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: they just all look the same, because that way it
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: was intentional.
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: And if I was the president of my h A,
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: I think I would be the strictest one ever. I
- 1:04:53Speaker 5: would absolutely inspect every car and be like nope, junkie
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: to stickers like why do you have that potted planning
- 1:04:59Speaker 5: in front?
- 1:04:59Speaker 6: Or ugly SeaBASS your weekend cheers and jeers.
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: He pull up a little audio there and the folder
- 1:05:05Speaker 7: there would he I want to give cheers, probably for
- 1:05:08Speaker 7: the only time ever to Werner Hertzog that you'll hear
- 1:05:11Speaker 7: his Hadzog's cheers and jeers. Many of you know him
- 1:05:17Speaker 7: as a famous director. He's done a lot of acting.
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: He's in like the Jack Reacher film as a bad
- 1:05:20Speaker 7: guy and Mandalorian. His most famous movie was actually a
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: documentary called Grizzly Man, about a guy who decided to
- 1:05:26Speaker 7: live with grizzly bears until they ate him. Yeah, so
- 1:05:30Speaker 7: they got but they guy ha a bunch of found
- 1:05:31Speaker 7: footage that Warner hurts and he's got the very goods
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: German accents. It's very interesting. Well, I just so happened
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: to be listening to Freakonomics, which is a podcast based
- 1:05:39Speaker 7: on the book from fifteen years ago or whatever, and
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: they had a Werner on and they were talking about
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: how like he grew He was born in like nineteen
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: forty two in Germany. His parents were straight up Nazis,
- 1:05:49Speaker 7: grew up couldn't afford food because you know, the Germany
- 1:05:52Speaker 7: after the war was in bad shape. And of course
- 1:05:54Speaker 7: the host goes into the typical well that must have
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: been very traumatic, and Werner said, oh no, no, no,
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: we're not going down that stupid trauma road. Listen there
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: one of the greatest genius directors of our time, and
- 1:06:06Speaker 7: his take on quote unquote.
- 1:06:08Speaker 15: Trauma psychoanalysis is one of the great mistakes of the
- 1:06:12Speaker 15: twentieth century. It's good that we can forget, and that
- 1:06:16Speaker 15: we forget traumas, we do not have to unearth them
- 1:06:20Speaker 15: and articulate them in endless sessions with the psychiatrist.
- 1:06:24Speaker 5: Yep. Interesting, Yeah, to bring it up.
- 1:06:28Speaker 10: I mean, do people ever get over their trauma?
- 1:06:31Speaker 14: Say?
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: What he's saying is just stop thinking about it and
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: bringing up every goddamn ten minutes with your stupid therapist,
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: and you and your life will be fine. You'll move
- 1:06:39Speaker 7: on into the rest of your life. It's it's available
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: to you. You don't have to always be thinking about
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: in his case, growing up in bombed out Germany with
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: no food on the table, wearing it is some sort
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: of a bad right unless the other thing so my trauma. Yeah,
- 1:06:51Speaker 7: all right, So cheers to Warner, accomplished director both you
- 1:07:01Speaker 7: have see years to the d m V. Now many
- 1:07:04Speaker 7: of you might recognize from our videos on the Woody Show, Instagram,
- 1:07:08Speaker 7: Youtubes at our page that I have a fantastic H
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: vanity license plate that says from my cyber teck that
- 1:07:13Speaker 7: says cyber sex. It doesn't look like sex, so that's
- 1:07:17Speaker 7: how I pronounced X genius cybersex.
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: But it also doesn't look like sex.
- 1:07:23Speaker 7: Or sexiness C y b R S x S sex
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: sex anyway, everybody gets it when they see it. Point by,
- 1:07:31Speaker 7: they do uh that. I I had a whim one
- 1:07:34Speaker 7: day and I thought, you know, I should try for
- 1:07:35Speaker 7: a little more risk gay vanity plate. And a couple
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: of months ago I put it in. It got accepted,
- 1:07:41Speaker 7: they took my money on the little online portal. I thought, okay, great,
- 1:07:44Speaker 7: it's coming. And then over the weekend I got a
- 1:07:47Speaker 7: refund and rejection notice. Months later they let me know
- 1:07:51Speaker 7: that I couldn't get I L O V and a
- 1:07:54Speaker 7: n L. Months later, let me if you're gonna reject
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: I love anal, Yeah, let me know right away.
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: Don't make me wait.
- 1:08:03Speaker 6: And you would think with all the the AI stuff
- 1:08:05Speaker 6: that we have, that they would have AI filtering ex well.
- 1:08:09Speaker 7: My thought was if they asked me about it, I'd say, well,
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: I'll tell them, well, I do love a n L.
- 1:08:13Speaker 7: I love a nonchalant life.
- 1:08:15Speaker 5: I love I just.
- 1:08:18Speaker 7: Lovelace exactly, exactly, Yeah, my dogs an L whatever.
- 1:08:23Speaker 6: By the way, you guys have been dying on a
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: cyber truck. They've got a new base model now that
- 1:08:27Speaker 6: goes for under sixty thousand. That's you too, could be
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: driving the most hideous looking vehicle on the road. Well,
- 1:08:35Speaker 6: that's the power of Elon. Remember the original you know,
- 1:08:37Speaker 6: ten twelve years ago, Tesla's were a billion dollars. But
- 1:08:39Speaker 6: because what he does is bring innovation and cost savings
- 1:08:42Speaker 6: to us, all the base model Teslas are dirt cheap
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: these days, and so if you live in an area
- 1:08:48Speaker 6: you have easy, convenient electric charging, go for it. Well,
- 1:08:51Speaker 6: just they're getting rid of what is a V model
- 1:08:53Speaker 6: S S I believe, yeah, whichever which everyone has the
- 1:08:58Speaker 6: back to the future doors up that one. They're getting
- 1:09:01Speaker 6: rid of that one, and they're getting rid of the
- 1:09:02Speaker 6: I think it's the S they already because so why
- 1:09:05Speaker 6: is the best one they make? Well, they're they're focusing
- 1:09:08Speaker 6: on the robots. They're going to take that production space
- 1:09:10Speaker 6: they're using for those other model and they're gonna, you know,
- 1:09:12Speaker 6: do the the robot thing. Well, I guess a mask
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: to have more more robots doing his chores. And they
- 1:09:18Speaker 6: know that self driving things, they're pushing it.
- 1:09:21Speaker 10: Obviously.
- 1:09:21Speaker 7: If you've if you've been around Austin, you've seen you
- 1:09:23Speaker 7: know that's and that's where they're kind of a heeaded
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: these days.
- 1:09:25Speaker 6: And see the Weymot was holding up all the emergency
- 1:09:28Speaker 6: vehicles going to the shooting in Austin. Like all these
- 1:09:32Speaker 6: cops and these fire trucks and stuff are like trying
- 1:09:34Speaker 6: to get to and this this waymos is trying to
- 1:09:37Speaker 6: either make a U turn or turn right in the
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: middle of the road, so it's blocking the road completely.
- 1:09:41Speaker 6: Asiri is like banging on me, Yeah, banging on the windows.
- 1:09:44Speaker 7: It's funny when you're inside of Weymo and there are
- 1:09:46Speaker 7: emergency vehicles, it'll it'll it knows that they are are
- 1:09:49Speaker 7: typically at least it'll it'll pop up, it'll pull to
- 1:09:51Speaker 7: the side like it it identifies, it knows the siren
- 1:09:54Speaker 7: and knows the lights.
- 1:09:54Speaker 6: It'll this one just stopped. I'd posted on our our
- 1:10:00Speaker 6: Instagram story.
- 1:10:01Speaker 5: They're gonna be problems.
- 1:10:02Speaker 7: Yeah, tell me to an actual like big time the
- 1:10:04Speaker 7: legit emergency.
- 1:10:05Speaker 6: Yeah, that whole we were talking about that in the news.
- 1:10:08Speaker 7: That was probably caused by a person in a human
- 1:10:10Speaker 7: driving car.
- 1:10:11Speaker 6: True, that is true. It's probably why they did it,
- 1:10:13Speaker 6: because they were driving their own car. Morgan weekend cheers
- 1:10:16Speaker 6: and jeers.
- 1:10:17Speaker 4: Well, cheers to my dad. Speaking of old people, I
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: just sent y'all a picture.
- 1:10:22Speaker 11: I have a rule for.
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: Myself when it comes to my parents and my sister.
- 1:10:25Speaker 4: Anytime they crossed my mind, I sent him a text,
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: just say like, love you, thinking of you. Oh you know,
- 1:10:31Speaker 4: I always got death on the mind. You never know
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: how long they're going to be here. I always text
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: my dad, right, he never text me back, And that's okay,
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: that's how we are really. But this weekend, guys, he
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: texted me first, and he sent me this picture. If
- 1:10:44Speaker 4: you pull it up, he is a Jack.
- 1:10:48Speaker 10: Rgan.
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: His arms are looking big. He's got a wooden show shirt.
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: On Mega Jack.
- 1:10:53Speaker 13: Right.
- 1:10:53Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:10:54Speaker 4: Not only did he text me first, but he's looking
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: good dad.
- 1:10:57Speaker 6: Hell yeah, he's working at a real gym too, not
- 1:10:59Speaker 6: one these fancy ast gyms. It's a mirror that's been
- 1:11:02Speaker 6: attached with with plastic clips to a piece of particle board.
- 1:11:06Speaker 5: That's right.
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: It's a man's gym right now.
- 1:11:09Speaker 7: To be fair, no, real man, Jim should have mirrors period,
- 1:11:12Speaker 7: but I do like that it is Yeah, like you said,
- 1:11:14Speaker 7: staple particle board, what if you're to make sure yes
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: your form and Morgan, I hate.
- 1:11:18Speaker 11: To say this. I've read about your dad, but he's
- 1:11:19Speaker 11: treading into serious Zaddy territory.
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: Oh you tell me, Oh.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: Masturbaed to him all the time.
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: Thanks bringing that up though, because I texted him back.
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: I said, damn, looking jacked, and then this is his
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: exact quote. Back, take it how you will. He said,
- 1:11:35Speaker 4: I'm getting there. I'm gonna go out rock hard, baby.
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: And then I'm like, this is why we don't text
- 1:11:42Speaker 4: each other.
- 1:11:46Speaker 6: Most parents like once the kids leave the house, like
- 1:11:48Speaker 6: they're dying for their kids to reach out to them.
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: Because your mom texts a lot. Oh yeah, because mom's
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: text constantly.
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: I check her location like you Greg, I'm always checking
- 1:11:56Speaker 4: on her.
- 1:11:58Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: So cheers to my dad getting jack uh and wrapping
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: the show.
- 1:12:03Speaker 11: Yeah, jeers.
- 1:12:04Speaker 4: Back to the pet thing. We had to put my
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: best friend's dog down this weekend. Oh my god. I
- 1:12:10Speaker 4: did not think it was going to be so hard
- 1:12:11Speaker 4: for me, but just to support someone and like this
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: dog we called it the cousin of my dog. I
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: know this sounds dumb, but it was my dog's best friend.
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: And like, it's all because you got a uti what
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: well yeah, and it's a small dog and he was fifteen,
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: so he just couldn't ever recover from it from weeks. Oh,
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: it's just like the saddest thing in the world. It's
- 1:12:32Speaker 4: hard to know how to support people through that too,
- 1:12:34Speaker 4: Like nothing I can say is going to make it better.
- 1:12:36Speaker 11: You know, It's it's so true. You don't know what
- 1:12:38Speaker 11: to do. Because when I had to put my dog down,
- 1:12:40Speaker 11: a friend of mine came over started pounding on the
- 1:12:43Speaker 11: door to come in. I want to be there to
- 1:12:44Speaker 11: support you. And it's like this quiet moment and I'm
- 1:12:47Speaker 11: crying and like the person's doing it in the house
- 1:12:49Speaker 11: and I hear her, god lover rattling stuff in the
- 1:12:52Speaker 11: other room, trying to clean because she doesn't know what
- 1:12:54Speaker 11: to do. And I was like, can you Lise, So
- 1:12:56Speaker 11: you just don't know what.
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: To do, I know, And it's like I want to
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: be there for them, but they want to be alone.
- 1:13:01Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:13:01Speaker 6: Yeah, So I was talking to this guy and uh,
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: you know, he said, what you got going on? The
- 1:13:06Speaker 6: rest of the weekend. He goes, Oh, he goes, I
- 1:13:08Speaker 6: got to go to a birthday party. Oh that's yeah,
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: not so much because it's from my roommate's dog.
- 1:13:15Speaker 11: I've had birthday party.
- 1:13:17Speaker 5: You don't have to do that.
- 1:13:18Speaker 6: Yeah, So I go what he goes, yep, And I said, well,
- 1:13:21Speaker 6: what happens? It was out at a place, so they
- 1:13:24Speaker 6: had they brought the dog out. Look, look at this
- 1:13:27Speaker 6: picture Sea Bass. They have a dog in the in
- 1:13:30Speaker 6: the hoodie. It's got like a like a like a
- 1:13:32Speaker 6: dollar sign chain around it. Out at a public place.
- 1:13:38Speaker 6: And this this person gathered everybody together to celebrate their
- 1:13:43Speaker 6: dog's birthday at a restaurant.
- 1:13:47Speaker 11: Maybe ironically at the dog park you were already going to,
- 1:13:50Speaker 11: but not a restaurant.
- 1:13:51Speaker 6: Things in one of these like very fancy, very expensive
- 1:13:53Speaker 6: looking dog strollers, there's a there's a set of chopsticks
- 1:13:59Speaker 6: on the tau dogs.
- 1:14:04Speaker 10: Some dog park meet up places now to have like
- 1:14:07Speaker 10: uh like bars at them that are kind of cool.
- 1:14:10Speaker 10: Oh yeah for stuff like that.
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: Yeah, that's what I need. Time.
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: We didn't have to do this.
- 1:14:16Speaker 10: Were you in Vegas the rest of the weekend or no, no.
- 1:14:19Speaker 5: Came back immediately?
- 1:14:20Speaker 10: You did Yeah, no, No, absolutely not, like anyone of
- 1:14:26Speaker 10: the show is a big gambler. Really no, And I'll
- 1:14:28Speaker 10: tell you why, because I have never even won to
- 1:14:31Speaker 10: be able to put it back. So the way I
- 1:14:33Speaker 10: described to people is like imagine doing cocaine but never
- 1:14:35Speaker 10: getting high.
- 1:14:36Speaker 6: You would say, why am I doing this?
- 1:14:39Speaker 10: What's the point?
- 1:14:40Speaker 6: There's nothing good that comes of it. You don't you've
- 1:14:42Speaker 6: not gotten that high of like winning, where you go
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: I want that again, and you're chasing that there's nothing
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: to chase. I've never I've never had that, not once.
- 1:14:50Speaker 6: Have I had that with gambling ever ever, So I
- 1:14:52Speaker 6: just don't do it. I'd rather go out to a
- 1:14:54Speaker 6: nice dinner or you yeah, something, rather than just like
- 1:14:59Speaker 6: just plugging it. And I was watching a couple buddies
- 1:15:02Speaker 6: of mine play and they were killing it. My one
- 1:15:04Speaker 6: buddy was up like two grand slot machines.
- 1:15:08Speaker 7: But the saw machines are like the video it's not dude, I.
- 1:15:12Speaker 6: Want it were it's seven seven cherry or you know
- 1:15:15Speaker 6: something easy like physical reels.
- 1:15:18Speaker 11: Reels, Pharaoh Star hieroglyphic.
- 1:15:20Speaker 6: Yeah with with now where it's all all video and
- 1:15:22Speaker 6: there's there's a thousand pay lines and there's a thousand
- 1:15:26Speaker 6: different rows.
- 1:15:27Speaker 5: That even fun.
- 1:15:28Speaker 6: But we talked about like electric bills and stuff, right
- 1:15:31Speaker 6: and not being able to read it deciphered. They make
- 1:15:33Speaker 6: it intentionally so you don't know what you're looking. That's
- 1:15:35Speaker 6: the same with the slot machines, Like something can come
- 1:15:37Speaker 6: up and maybe there is a winner in there.
- 1:15:39Speaker 10: I'm not going to tell you is there no skill?
- 1:15:41Speaker 5: Now it's just confusing.
- 1:15:42Speaker 6: Because here's here's a pharaoh and a gold coin and
- 1:15:44Speaker 6: here's somebody pulling like an Egyptian rickshaw, like and yeah,
- 1:15:48Speaker 6: it's like what Yeah, And you're trying to get this
- 1:15:52Speaker 6: like bushel of firecrackers to all light up so you
- 1:15:56Speaker 6: get the bonus spin don't get it.
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: I'd rather just play.
- 1:15:59Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:16:00Speaker 6: I was like, that's good.
- 1:16:01Speaker 5: Fuck Cary Poker right, fortune slots right all right?
- 1:16:04Speaker 6: Eight seven seven forty four what he hit us with
- 1:16:05Speaker 6: the text over to two two.
- 1:16:07Speaker 5: Nine eight seven.
- 1:16:09Speaker 6: The Woody Show's right back.
- 1:16:14Speaker 5: The Woody Show.
- 1:16:17Speaker 6: Monday, April twentieth is when it's happened. Also, you can
- 1:16:21Speaker 6: stop by your local Albertons, Vonds or Pavilions. You can
- 1:16:25Speaker 6: deigned to win there this QR code. You can also
- 1:16:27Speaker 6: get to UH through your Pavilions Albertson's Vaughns for you
- 1:16:32Speaker 6: app yeah, right, you could do that, and then the
- 1:16:35Speaker 6: next out and about is I think on Friday. Oh,
- 1:16:39Speaker 6: it's another Friday, the thirteenth, I.
- 1:16:41Speaker 5: Know, the second one. I think there's three this year.
- 1:16:44Speaker 11: Yeah, that seems like a record.
- 1:16:46Speaker 6: We've already had one.
- 1:16:47Speaker 5: Yeah, this is it.
- 1:16:48Speaker 6: So next not this Friday, next Friday, and none of
- 1:16:51Speaker 6: us personally will be there. This is the Alt Street
- 1:16:54Speaker 6: team will be out there at the Vaughns in Inglewood.
- 1:16:57Speaker 11: They're super fun though, So yeah, if.
- 1:17:00Speaker 6: You go to our website, you go on the events
- 1:17:01Speaker 6: tab the Woodieshow dot com, and then Menace will be
- 1:17:04Speaker 6: at the Albertons in Corona on Friday the twentieth, so
- 1:17:07Speaker 6: the following Friday.
- 1:17:08Speaker 10: That's actually.
- 1:17:10Speaker 6: That's and then the entire Woody Show crew, all of
- 1:17:14Speaker 6: us will be out for the last one. This is
- 1:17:17Speaker 6: a Albertsons I believe in Fullerton. Yes, that's correct, and
- 1:17:20Speaker 6: that's on Friday, April tenth. So we're doing a few
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: of these in addition to just stop in any store
- 1:17:25Speaker 6: and sign up to win there. In addition to go
- 1:17:28Speaker 6: to the website the Woodieshow dot com bonus chance to
- 1:17:30Speaker 6: win there in addition to the eight billion chances that
- 1:17:34Speaker 6: you have to win here just on the air and
- 1:17:37Speaker 6: calling in.
- 1:17:38Speaker 2: So you got that.
- 1:17:39Speaker 6: Yeah, O Vegas this weekend. So a couple things. I
- 1:17:42Speaker 6: normally I'm on the Strip and when I'm going to Vegas.
- 1:17:47Speaker 6: The one time I went there, I didn't stay like
- 1:17:50Speaker 6: usually it's like.
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: Aria or like.
- 1:17:54Speaker 6: Park Park MGN is where we typically stay because that's
- 1:17:59Speaker 6: typically where things are going on that were in Vegas.
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: Four.
- 1:18:03Speaker 6: I don't venture. I'm not very adventurous, right, Yeah, so
- 1:18:08Speaker 6: I like to go where I know. But I've stayed
- 1:18:10Speaker 6: now at two different places that I thought were both
- 1:18:13Speaker 6: really good. So I just want to give him a
- 1:18:14Speaker 6: shout out. Resorts World, which they're a sponsor for Booker
- 1:18:18Speaker 6: and Striker. I don't do anything with us, so whatever,
- 1:18:22Speaker 6: you know, But that place was nice. A lot of
- 1:18:25Speaker 6: wasted space like when you're walking through so it feels
- 1:18:28Speaker 6: more empty than it really is. But the places that
- 1:18:30Speaker 6: are in there, the food spots and everything were really good,
- 1:18:33Speaker 6: and the rooms were dope. The rooms were really nice,
- 1:18:36Speaker 6: and it's a brand new place I stayed. There's like
- 1:18:37Speaker 6: three different hotels of Hilton, this other like really super
- 1:18:40Speaker 6: top end one which I didn't go to. I went
- 1:18:42Speaker 6: to like the mid tier one that it's called Conrad.
- 1:18:45Speaker 5: That was nice.
- 1:18:46Speaker 6: That's what I can speak to. Then this past week
- 1:18:49Speaker 6: when I had to go a couple of days. Last week,
- 1:18:51Speaker 6: I stayed at Circa and that place was very nice.
- 1:18:55Speaker 6: I ended up at Circa because they had booked us
- 1:18:58Speaker 6: at this place called the Downtown Grand And that place
- 1:19:01Speaker 6: is a rape hotel. That's when my friend and I
- 1:19:04Speaker 6: dubbed it because it looks like the setting for like
- 1:19:05Speaker 6: if you were going to like have like a like
- 1:19:07Speaker 6: in a movie or a TV show, like there was
- 1:19:08Speaker 6: a rape that was gonna happen.
- 1:19:10Speaker 5: This is the set.
- 1:19:11Speaker 6: Like walked in the lobby was like this like depressing, dreary, weird, dated,
- 1:19:17Speaker 6: like it just had odd energy.
- 1:19:18Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:19:18Speaker 6: And I said to the guy at the front desk
- 1:19:20Speaker 6: after I checked in, I said, hey, man, is there
- 1:19:23Speaker 6: a Is there a place where I can just get
- 1:19:25Speaker 6: like a soda or something like a little store, you know,
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: like a gift shop kind of thing. Oh yeah, right
- 1:19:30Speaker 6: around the corner where you pick up the And the
- 1:19:31Speaker 6: guy was very nice, by the way, who works at
- 1:19:33Speaker 6: the rape hotel, very friendly official. But yeah, so I
- 1:19:38Speaker 6: go around the corner. It's a vending machine. That's the store, right.
- 1:19:42Speaker 6: I waited five minutes for the elevator. I'm not even kidding.
- 1:19:45Speaker 6: That's not an exaggeration. It took forever. There's four or
- 1:19:47Speaker 6: three elevator banks, and it took that long to get
- 1:19:50Speaker 6: one to the lobby level.
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: Like this suns.
- 1:19:53Speaker 6: Elevators beat up, Go to the floor where the room is,
- 1:19:56Speaker 6: go to open the open the door of the room.
- 1:19:57Speaker 6: I'm not even putting my stuff down. I like to
- 1:19:59Speaker 6: just look at the beds kind of like a like
- 1:20:01Speaker 6: a weird angle like kind of leaning one way, and
- 1:20:03Speaker 6: I go nope, And I walked right out.
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: Huh.
- 1:20:06Speaker 6: And I walked right over to Circa, which because I
- 1:20:08Speaker 6: knew it was newer, Yeah, nope, like nope, Yeah, So
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: look they're very nice over there. And I know they
- 1:20:15Speaker 6: have like another tower at the downtown grim, so I
- 1:20:17Speaker 6: think it's newer. And I certainly was not in the
- 1:20:20Speaker 6: new side.
- 1:20:21Speaker 10: Yeah, they did a remodel in when nineteen seventy one,
- 1:20:25Speaker 10: about ten years ago.
- 1:20:26Speaker 6: Okay, because dude, this place it was like yeah, yu,
- 1:20:30Speaker 6: I'm like, I know I'm gonna get bed bugs here.
- 1:20:32Speaker 10: Yeah, I have stadium stadium swim at Circa, which is cool.
- 1:20:36Speaker 5: Yeah, that place is nice.
- 1:20:36Speaker 6: Yeah, they have good food options in uh in Circa.
- 1:20:40Speaker 6: I'd also like the fact that they card you before
- 1:20:42Speaker 6: you even go through the doors because they don't allow
- 1:20:44Speaker 6: anybody in there under twenty one. You can be in
- 1:20:48Speaker 6: Vegas where someone's not pushing around a baby stroller at midnight.
- 1:20:52Speaker 11: Smoke in their face.
- 1:21:00Speaker 13: Three.
- 1:21:02Speaker 6: I have a couple of pieces of audio I think
- 1:21:04Speaker 6: you guys will like.
- 1:21:05Speaker 5: This is funny.
- 1:21:05Speaker 6: The Washington State Department of Licensing people found out that
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: their automated AI voice for Spanish speakers wasn't speaking any
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: actual Spanish. It was speaking in English with the AI
- 1:21:21Speaker 6: voice just imitating somebody with a Spanish accent.
- 1:21:27Speaker 5: Dude, it's so funny.
- 1:21:29Speaker 10: Uh huh have you clicked on those things yet with
- 1:21:32Speaker 10: the translation on Instagram where I will take one of
- 1:21:36Speaker 10: our voices and I'll put it in different languages, but
- 1:21:40Speaker 10: it still has it still has our like cadence. Yeah,
- 1:21:45Speaker 10: it's insane, brilliant.
- 1:21:47Speaker 7: Soon it'll be automatic. You won't even need it, yeah.
- 1:21:52Speaker 6: To hear it is so This lasted months. This was
- 1:21:54Speaker 6: when people would call this.
- 1:21:55Speaker 5: Is this is what they would get is choosing Spanish.
- 1:21:58Speaker 6: Yeah, it reminds me of al Greg and I were
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: just like, you know, joking around about stuffs what I
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: want to do. I am right exactly. So this is
- 1:22:09Speaker 6: what people would hear when they would call this.
- 1:22:11Speaker 13: Please press one for English.
- 1:22:13Speaker 22: Thank you for calling the Department of Licensing. Licensing office appointment,
- 1:22:22Speaker 22: then existing appointment or questions, then upcoming appointment, please pressure.
- 1:22:26Speaker 10: Thank you.
- 1:22:27Speaker 23: The reaction online to the accent was absurdly humorous. A
- 1:22:30Speaker 23: lot of people compared it to comsuela from Family Guide.
- 1:22:34Speaker 23: It was hilarious to us in the moment because it
- 1:22:36Speaker 23: was so absurd, but it has real accessibility issues for
- 1:22:40Speaker 23: people who call in every day.
- 1:22:41Speaker 6: Your estimated gait times listen twice minutes.
- 1:22:45Speaker 11: If you call and you speak Spanish, you must think
- 1:22:47Speaker 11: you're having a stroke.
- 1:22:49Speaker 14: Hello, thank you.
- 1:22:50Speaker 22: For calling the Department of Licensing.
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: I'm rolling.
- 1:22:56Speaker 6: I'm rolling a letter that doesn't even need roll.
- 1:23:00Speaker 10: Oh my god, here's that Instagram thing. So here's something
- 1:23:06Speaker 10: I did for McDonald. Here's the thing I did for McDonald's.
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: Get ready for a drink.
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: McDonald Yeah.
- 1:23:19Speaker 10: And then here's Portugues proteina extra.
- 1:23:23Speaker 6: I just don't know the wolf. Yeah, and he did
- 1:23:28Speaker 6: that with like thirty seconds.
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: Audience.
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: It's funny you say that because we did get this
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: after hours voicemails.
- 1:23:35Speaker 5: President.
- 1:23:36Speaker 14: My name is Dan, long time listener. Today I heard
- 1:23:40Speaker 14: one of your ads and Menace was reading it and
- 1:23:44Speaker 14: he nailed it. It was like speaking like an auctioneer.
- 1:23:47Speaker 14: So I know that he has some issues from a
- 1:23:50Speaker 14: learning disability with dyslexia. Just curious if you're using AI
- 1:23:55Speaker 14: so he can like belt the stuff out with his voice,
- 1:23:58Speaker 14: or how you handle that when he has to read
- 1:24:02Speaker 14: a que card that has you know, five hundred words
- 1:24:05Speaker 14: and he nails it. Just curious.
- 1:24:08Speaker 10: Yeah, well a couple of things. One, I don't nail
- 1:24:12Speaker 10: it to take fifteen you take the more like thirty five.
- 1:24:17Speaker 10: And then uh yeah, the AI is just not there
- 1:24:20Speaker 10: one hundred percent yet. I wish I could just like
- 1:24:22Speaker 10: take the copy and put it in there.
- 1:24:23Speaker 7: Also, we are guaranteed human menace. That's why we're not
- 1:24:26Speaker 7: doing it. Well whatever, you use it for some stuff,
- 1:24:32Speaker 7: the AI, Yeah, uh no, I haven't for a long time.
- 1:24:35Speaker 6: We put you on a lot of detector. Yeah, because
- 1:24:37Speaker 6: I can tell im just ha think from years of
- 1:24:39Speaker 6: working together, because we how many things.
- 1:24:41Speaker 5: Do we have to record?
- 1:24:42Speaker 11: Millions every day after the show.
- 1:24:43Speaker 6: Like we're sitting here recording a ton of stuff and
- 1:24:45Speaker 6: we got to give men. It's very short form stuff
- 1:24:47Speaker 6: like when it's yeah, because like when it gets into
- 1:24:49Speaker 6: like a longer thing, it's kind of like a like
- 1:24:52Speaker 6: because he's working his way through it. And there's times
- 1:24:55Speaker 6: I hear on like your recap videos for different things,
- 1:24:58Speaker 6: it's just like this. I'm like, where is this smooth flow?
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: Like what he's saying.
- 1:25:02Speaker 6: He's like, dude, I've been listening for a long time,
- 1:25:05Speaker 6: but no, I swear Okay, if I'm you, I would
- 1:25:13Speaker 6: you know what I mean? Like if it's such a
- 1:25:14Speaker 6: challenge because you're out how much takes you're doing, but.
- 1:25:17Speaker 7: The problem save you so much time.
- 1:25:19Speaker 10: It's not there yet.
- 1:25:22Speaker 11: My guess with the I mean my question with the
- 1:25:25Speaker 11: with the different languages, yeah, is it is it just
- 1:25:29Speaker 11: translating it word for words it doesn't really make sense
- 1:25:31Speaker 11: in other languages, or is it really making it conversing
- 1:25:33Speaker 11: like when.
- 1:25:34Speaker 6: People took the bad Money halftime.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: Thing, and.
- 1:25:37Speaker 11: I wonder if it's a good translation or I don't know.
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: Right find out there's another good piece of audio here
- 1:25:42Speaker 6: in Texas. This TV News anchor and the weather guy.
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: They got into it during this live broadcast. It started
- 1:25:47Speaker 6: because the anchor said that there was no rain in
- 1:25:49Speaker 6: the forecast, and the meteorologist just cut in. It's like, hey, lady,
- 1:25:53Speaker 6: you've clearly closed your ear dumbs to me because I
- 1:25:56Speaker 6: just said there was rain in the forecast.
- 1:25:58Speaker 5: You bitch. Hold on, let me uh, let me, let me.
- 1:26:01Speaker 5: I got the clip here, here we go.
- 1:26:03Speaker 11: You don't have any rain in our forecast.
- 1:26:05Speaker 4: But whether you don't have any rain in the forecast
- 1:26:08Speaker 4: in the next few days, but in the next few
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: days we have Midland win a radio.
- 1:26:12Speaker 11: I just said a second ago, we have rained the
- 1:26:14Speaker 11: foretast this weekend, right.
- 1:26:15Speaker 7: Well, I have the day of the event, I have rain.
- 1:26:18Speaker 11: I'm talking actually the rain chase is coming before. We
- 1:26:22Speaker 11: trying to correct people and just see your job.
- 1:26:24Speaker 16: I just don't know why you don't listen to me anyways, take.
- 1:26:27Speaker 19: You get you're born, okay, anyways, barring your boring stop
- 1:26:38Speaker 19: correcting me.
- 1:26:39Speaker 6: So the video went viral, and then you know they
- 1:26:42Speaker 6: had to both respond. I think the station's trying to
- 1:26:44Speaker 6: save face a little bit. They said, Oh, it's just
- 1:26:47Speaker 6: we're good.
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: We just bicker like that.
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: Like siblings, yeah, family, and one.
- 1:26:51Speaker 7: Piece of tip advice for the girl there, the lady
- 1:26:53Speaker 7: there that might work with a straight dude, but no
- 1:26:56Speaker 7: gay guys.
- 1:26:56Speaker 10: Gonna get right back to you. This is no.
- 1:27:06Speaker 19: All right.
- 1:27:08Speaker 6: Uh. Speaking of AI, somebody was asking, does you know
- 1:27:12Speaker 6: Menace use the AI stuff for his voiceovers and some
- 1:27:16Speaker 6: of the commercials or maybe the videos on social media?
- 1:27:18Speaker 6: I wish, And then he was showing us the thing
- 1:27:22Speaker 6: that you can use on.
- 1:27:24Speaker 5: Instagram.
- 1:27:25Speaker 6: Yeah, it'll translate in your voice, your cadence, the whole
- 1:27:29Speaker 6: thing into a completely different which is pretty cool. AI story.
- 1:27:35Speaker 6: The largest newspaper in Cleveland is in the headlines because
- 1:27:39Speaker 6: of the newest writer that they have on staff. A
- 1:27:42Speaker 6: few recent articles have the reporter's name attached to it
- 1:27:45Speaker 6: like normal, but it's paired with the words advanced Local
- 1:27:48Speaker 6: Express desk, meaning that the article was drafted by AI.
- 1:27:54Speaker 6: So at the end of the articles all of them
- 1:27:55Speaker 6: say this article was produced with assistance from.
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: AI tools assistance.
- 1:28:00Speaker 6: So the editor of the paper published a column a
- 1:28:02Speaker 6: few weeks ago saying that a job applicant fresh out
- 1:28:05Speaker 6: of college withdrew their name when they found out that
- 1:28:08Speaker 6: the position included no writing, but instead just filing notes
- 1:28:12Speaker 6: to this AI writing tool, and he wrote, AI isn't
- 1:28:16Speaker 6: bad for newsrooms, it's the future of them. By removing
- 1:28:20Speaker 6: writing from reporters workloads, we've effectively freed up an extra
- 1:28:24Speaker 6: workday for them each week. So are you still getting
- 1:28:29Speaker 6: your full five? Is this the way to the four
- 1:28:32Speaker 6: day work week?
- 1:28:33Speaker 11: You know you're working for the AI, you're gathering your
- 1:28:39Speaker 11: notes for them.
- 1:28:40Speaker 6: Industry vets and together industry vets and social media have
- 1:28:44Speaker 6: blasted the paper for the use of AI, calling it
- 1:28:46Speaker 6: beyond dumb. One journalist defending the applicant who withdrew their name,
- 1:28:51Speaker 6: saying that they wanted to be a journalist instead of
- 1:28:53Speaker 6: an AI content farmer. Another said that the editor should
- 1:28:56Speaker 6: just resign. Now, two things, I understand the old school
- 1:29:00Speaker 6: journalism people, they're not going to like it. I also
- 1:29:02Speaker 6: I also understand, like you know, the genies out of
- 1:29:05Speaker 6: the bottle and the future is this kind of stuff,
- 1:29:08Speaker 6: because what they can do is they can take Now
- 1:29:11Speaker 6: we've all said, hey, what's about you know this subject,
- 1:29:14Speaker 6: this that, and it spits out stuff that's half half
- 1:29:18Speaker 6: true or not true at all. And so when it
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: comes to news reporting, what you're going to want to
- 1:29:23Speaker 6: do is make sure that the stuff that you're feeding
- 1:29:26Speaker 6: it to write an article, like hey, fill this out
- 1:29:28Speaker 6: into the form of a of a newspaper article is
- 1:29:32Speaker 6: the inform that I guess that's the that's the job
- 1:29:36Speaker 6: that they're hiring for now. So no longer are you
- 1:29:39Speaker 6: going to be drafting out the article. You are going
- 1:29:42Speaker 6: to be gathering the quote facts if there are already
- 1:29:45Speaker 6: facts and news and plugging them in. You're gonna be
- 1:29:48Speaker 6: feeding the AI and then it'll spit out the final product.
- 1:29:52Speaker 5: At least they're telling people.
- 1:29:53Speaker 11: This was AI, your AIS assistant the other way around.
- 1:29:59Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:30:00Speaker 10: Interesting, Yeah, that's what I was talking about while you're
- 1:30:03Speaker 10: out Woody, is because you were talking about, you know,
- 1:30:06Speaker 10: maybe wanting an.
- 1:30:07Speaker 6: Assistant and they tired of answering questions.
- 1:30:09Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, well guess what. Yeah, they have this thing
- 1:30:13Speaker 10: called clab Bot and it just like it's basically your
- 1:30:17Speaker 10: whole assistant. Like you said, Hey, I wanted to I
- 1:30:20Speaker 10: want to wake up every morning and have an email
- 1:30:22Speaker 10: of every like I basically want my own news paper,
- 1:30:26Speaker 10: and I want it from all these places. I want
- 1:30:28Speaker 10: you to put it all together and I will do
- 1:30:30Speaker 10: that in twenty seconds. Yeah, and I want to send
- 1:30:33Speaker 10: it to me every day, or I want it sent
- 1:30:35Speaker 10: to me at this time. You just you just tell
- 1:30:38Speaker 10: it and I'll do it. But do absolutely everything for you.
- 1:30:43Speaker 10: It's insane. It's what AI. They thought AI was going
- 1:30:47Speaker 10: to be it.
- 1:30:48Speaker 3: This is what this is.
- 1:30:49Speaker 6: Okay, And eventually we'll get there. But in the meantime,
- 1:30:51Speaker 6: way most still keeping the emergency vehicles from getting to
- 1:30:55Speaker 6: the scene of shooting in Austin, right.
- 1:30:57Speaker 10: And I'm sure there was other eventually there was another
- 1:30:59Speaker 10: lot of vehicle in the way as well. But it's
- 1:31:01Speaker 10: going to get a news report because it is.
- 1:31:04Speaker 6: No I understand. There was an interesting thing that I saw,
- 1:31:09Speaker 6: And you're right, Like every time there's new anything technology,
- 1:31:12Speaker 6: people freak out. The world's ending, it's it's over.
- 1:31:17Speaker 11: Yeah, the same thing with the car.
- 1:31:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:31:20Speaker 6: Inventions that were hated when they first appeared but are
- 1:31:23Speaker 6: now critical to human existence. Elevators and people were afraid
- 1:31:27Speaker 6: to use the first element because it was unsafe, unnatural
- 1:31:29Speaker 6: to ride inside of a moving box. Credit cards. Credit
- 1:31:32Speaker 6: cards were first introduced, many believe that they would ruin
- 1:31:34Speaker 6: personal fight Well, okay, that came true, ruin personal finances
- 1:31:38Speaker 6: and promote careless spending. Well, some of them are real.
- 1:31:43Speaker 2: Email.
- 1:31:43Speaker 6: Early critics claimed that email would harm genuine communication and
- 1:31:48Speaker 6: letter writing and make workplaces feel less personal. Calculators Teachers
- 1:31:52Speaker 6: parents once supposed calculators argue that they would make students
- 1:31:55Speaker 6: lazy and weaken basic math skills. Television, many experts cast
- 1:32:00Speaker 6: and that television would harm reading habits and strained family relationships. Okay, automobiles.
- 1:32:05Speaker 6: Cars were once seen as loud, hazardous machines that would
- 1:32:07Speaker 6: frighten horses. Yeah, and disrupt the calm of city life.
- 1:32:10Speaker 19: Ye.
- 1:32:11Speaker 6: Refrigerators were first introduced, people worried that they might poison
- 1:32:14Speaker 6: food and thought natural ice was safer and healthier. Electric
- 1:32:19Speaker 6: light thought the electric light bulbs were harmful to the eyes,
- 1:32:22Speaker 6: and they considered gas lamps to be safer and more reliable.
- 1:32:25Speaker 11: Yeah, when you knock over an electric light.
- 1:32:27Speaker 6: The head point is like every significant invention was initially
- 1:32:30Speaker 6: feared and criticized, Before you know it becomes a part
- 1:32:32Speaker 6: of your regular every day I do understand.
- 1:32:35Speaker 10: Yeah, people in the tech world, they're like, you know,
- 1:32:38Speaker 10: everyone's doom and gloom. Do you think you know society
- 1:32:40Speaker 10: is just gonna lay over and have AI just take
- 1:32:43Speaker 10: over everything? Like people adapt to new technical.
- 1:32:46Speaker 6: Will we have that choice? Will AI decide you're not
- 1:32:49Speaker 6: shutting me down? Those are people that sit on the
- 1:32:51Speaker 6: computer all day. I want to be miserable eight seven
- 1:32:53Speaker 6: seven forty four. Wooding hit us up with a text
- 1:32:55Speaker 6: over to two two nine eight seven. Thanks.
- 1:33:00Speaker 5: Bet ain't nothing but Asoka.

- 1:33:52Speaker 5: Look, you're already around her.
- 1:33:53Speaker 7: He'll score twenty around second, he'll stop, and he'll shuttle

- 1:34:05Speaker 1: today as well. Hockey La Kings fired their coach over
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: the weekend. Dj Smith will be the interim coach. Kings
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: beat the Flames on Saturday, Kings and Avalanche tonight. Moving
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: on to the Ducks, They've won five in a row.
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: They beat the Flames last night. Women's college hoops number two,
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: Lady Bruins beat the Trojans yesterday by twenty three, and
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: finally this morning.
- 1:34:25Speaker 6: Do you guys remember when former.
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: Trojans quarterback and NFL broadcaster Mark Sanchez got busted for
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: beating the crap out of the truck driver.
- 1:34:33Speaker 6: In Indianapolis lost his job because of it.
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: Well, now reports are coming out that Sanchez was under
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: the influence.
- 1:34:39Speaker 6: Of cocaine, fentanol, we and alcohol. Wow.
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: That's quite a combo, man. All he's missing is heroin
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: and meth to make it a perfect score. Who knew
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: Mark Sanchez was.
- 1:34:51Speaker 16: Partying like that?
- 1:34:52Speaker 6: I'm Jeff G and that's your SoCal sports hires JE.
- 1:34:56Speaker 5: Everybody show.
- 1:35:01Speaker 6: So that dating site for cheaters, at least it's supposed
- 1:35:04Speaker 6: to be that way. Ashley Madison prides are still even around.
- 1:35:10Speaker 7: We're kind of exposed as being all phony.
- 1:35:14Speaker 6: Yeah, hey guys, there's just a bunch of chicks you
- 1:35:16Speaker 6: want to you know, be home rerecords you Yeah, because
- 1:35:20Speaker 6: I mean, women didn't need to go on this site.
- 1:35:23Speaker 5: They to be awake and alive.
- 1:35:24Speaker 6: Because the other sites make more sense for real women
- 1:35:29Speaker 6: to be on because it's for it's supposed to be
- 1:35:31Speaker 6: for relationships. You're looking for a relationship. But if a woman,
- 1:35:35Speaker 6: especially a married woman, is just looking to go out
- 1:35:37Speaker 6: there and have a hookup, well just walk out the
- 1:35:40Speaker 6: front door. No website need, No website needs.
- 1:35:43Speaker 7: A version of those fake ads you see like Horny
- 1:35:45Speaker 7: Millks and your zip code.
- 1:35:48Speaker 5: No there aren't. Yeah, they're waiting for me. Yeah not
- 1:35:52Speaker 5: Ashley Madison don't exist. Their slogan life is short, have
- 1:35:56Speaker 5: an affair.
- 1:35:57Speaker 7: Yeah I hated that.
- 1:35:58Speaker 6: So Ashley Madison now that they are not a site
- 1:36:01Speaker 6: for married people anymore, just a site for people who
- 1:36:04Speaker 6: like privacy. So instead of infidelity, they're focusing on quote
- 1:36:09Speaker 6: ethical discretion. They want to be the go to dating
- 1:36:13Speaker 6: app for discrete dating, like a place for people who
- 1:36:15Speaker 6: value privacy regardless of their dating status.
- 1:36:19Speaker 10: What happened to a decade ago when they should have pivoted.
- 1:36:21Speaker 6: You know, fifty seven percent of the people who signed
- 1:36:23Speaker 6: up last year were single or identified as single. Well
- 1:36:27Speaker 6: not well, either you're single or you're not. So they're
- 1:36:30Speaker 6: shifting their target market away from married people. But basically
- 1:36:34Speaker 6: it just sounds like they're they're trying to appeal to
- 1:36:36Speaker 6: more types of cheaters.
- 1:36:37Speaker 11: Well, yeah, they're saying the same thing, don't worry, it's private.
- 1:36:41Speaker 6: Yeah, from married people to that person you're casually dating
- 1:36:44Speaker 6: who doesn't want you to know, they're still playing the field.
- 1:36:46Speaker 11: Yeah, it's the same thing.
- 1:36:47Speaker 10: Cool.
- 1:36:47Speaker 6: Yeah, by the way, worth noting privacy. Actually, Madison had
- 1:36:52Speaker 6: to settle that class action lawsuit because like the information
- 1:36:55Speaker 6: for like thirty seven million people were leaked, Like you
- 1:36:59Speaker 6: could see who was on there as a user for
- 1:37:02Speaker 6: Ashley Madison. Everybody's like checking to see if their husband
- 1:37:05Speaker 6: and their wife is on there. Everyone's but yeah, yeah,
- 1:37:08Speaker 6: by all means trust them to be discreet.
- 1:37:09Speaker 7: Yep.
- 1:37:10Speaker 5: No, I mean not that they did it, but I
- 1:37:12Speaker 5: mean they got hacked and then still and that hack.
- 1:37:14Speaker 7: Was how we found out it was all bots and
- 1:37:16Speaker 7: liars and you know, people, there were no actually there
- 1:37:18Speaker 7: were no actual horny women there. And by the way,
- 1:37:20Speaker 7: actually medicine not cheap either. Their introductory package is only
- 1:37:23Speaker 7: eighty five bucks. Wow, yeah, which is well above the
- 1:37:26Speaker 7: free that is Tender and Bumble and even day websites
- 1:37:31Speaker 7: they uh people found out that they paid women to
- 1:37:34Speaker 7: go on dates. So guys would be like, oh, yeah,
- 1:37:36Speaker 7: this site is great because well because yeah, we stocked pond.
- 1:37:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:37:42Speaker 7: You've heard from even Morgan say like you're and I've
- 1:37:44Speaker 7: talked to girl not saying that Morgan is this, but
- 1:37:46Speaker 7: I've talked to girls who are maybe six is and
- 1:37:48Speaker 7: they've they opened their tender and there are two thousand
- 1:37:51Speaker 7: on read messages.
- 1:37:52Speaker 6: That's just because it's biology people exactly breathing. Yeah, all right,
- 1:37:57Speaker 6: so you know the whole Oh there's single on here
- 1:38:00Speaker 6: or not single. We were women on here who are
- 1:38:02Speaker 6: looking to have affairs. Here's another thing, things that never
- 1:38:05Speaker 6: happened for five hundred dollars Alex. The story keeps getting center, right.
- 1:38:09Speaker 6: Could we love some raccoon news guys? Yep, But I
- 1:38:12Speaker 6: have a hard time believing that this is real. I
- 1:38:15Speaker 6: don't I'm not buying it. We'll see what you think.
- 1:38:18Speaker 6: Story goes twenty six year old woman gets arrested because
- 1:38:20Speaker 6: she wouldn't stop feeding the local wildlife. According to police,
- 1:38:24Speaker 6: she went to a Taco Bell for three straight days,
- 1:38:27Speaker 6: ordered food like normal, and then took that food behind
- 1:38:30Speaker 6: the restaurant and fed it to the wild raccoons that
- 1:38:32Speaker 6: she called. The board members Taco Bell the staff described
- 1:38:37Speaker 6: the scene as an unsanctioned wildlife summit quote unquote. First
- 1:38:41Speaker 6: of all, can you hear a Taco Bell employee saying.
- 1:38:44Speaker 11: That this is an unsanctioned summit taking.
- 1:38:46Speaker 6: Place behind their dumpster and said that she was treating
- 1:38:49Speaker 6: the raccoons like she was running a company staff meeting.
- 1:38:52Speaker 6: The police report says that she allegedly named one raccoon
- 1:38:55Speaker 6: mister Whiskers and gave the raccoon a crunt trap to
- 1:38:58Speaker 6: quote finalized the merger. She told police that she was
- 1:39:01Speaker 6: quote just networking and that they would have more loyalty
- 1:39:05Speaker 6: than most co workers. She was arrested in charge with
- 1:39:08Speaker 6: public nuisance, and she told police that the raccoons would
- 1:39:11Speaker 6: be quote expecting her the next day. Now here's here's
- 1:39:15Speaker 6: the quote mug shot.
- 1:39:18Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:39:20Speaker 15: This.
- 1:39:21Speaker 7: This did not happen, guys, so please, I've seen this
- 1:39:23Speaker 7: story with a different mugshot too, because this was.
- 1:39:26Speaker 6: A big Please stop sending us the way we love.
- 1:39:28Speaker 6: We do love the raccoon news when it's legit.
- 1:39:30Speaker 11: Yeah, I mean a group of raccoons. This is called
- 1:39:33Speaker 11: a committee.
- 1:39:34Speaker 7: Got that part right, And this is actually something that
- 1:39:36Speaker 7: AI is good for it. Anytime you see something like this,
- 1:39:38Speaker 7: just ask a hey, is this real? And I'll say
- 1:39:40Speaker 7: two second.
- 1:39:41Speaker 6: Although god, I forget who it was a big celebrity
- 1:39:45Speaker 6: who died, and uh oh, I know what it was.
- 1:39:49Speaker 6: It was when the Charlie Kirk thing happened, and I
- 1:39:53Speaker 6: was trying to find some more information and so we
- 1:39:55Speaker 6: we put it into AI. Try try to find more, Hey,
- 1:39:58Speaker 6: list more sites, blah blah, he goes, Charlie Kirk is
- 1:40:01Speaker 6: not dead. In fact, he is very much alive. I mean, like,
- 1:40:03Speaker 6: damn you. It's like when you ask U, when you
- 1:40:05Speaker 6: ask the stupid thing, how many ours in strawberry? Yeah,
- 1:40:09Speaker 6: there's there's another A guy who he was in consists
- 1:40:12Speaker 6: and I go, no, I'm and I started copying links
- 1:40:14Speaker 6: from CNN and Fox News and ABC and AP citing
- 1:40:20Speaker 6: the legitimate There are no legitimate news sources that claim
- 1:40:23Speaker 6: that I go no, here are some I'm just looking for.
- 1:40:26Speaker 6: There was like one piece of information I wanted to
- 1:40:28Speaker 6: try to find and it just couldn't do.
- 1:40:30Speaker 7: It if you publish. This guy did this recently where
- 1:40:32Speaker 7: he claimed on his own personal website he published an
- 1:40:34Speaker 7: articles saying he was like the world hot dog eating
- 1:40:36Speaker 7: champion blah blah blah blah blah, and he was able
- 1:40:38Speaker 7: to trick several AIS into believing it because it was
- 1:40:41Speaker 7: a published article on an official website, because they're pulling
- 1:40:43Speaker 7: a lot of stuff from reading.
- 1:40:45Speaker 6: Yeah, I was gonna say, I just watched one of
- 1:40:47Speaker 6: the things I went to last week. It was a
- 1:40:49Speaker 6: you know panel discussion AI and media and things, and
- 1:40:53Speaker 6: they were talking about how when chat shept and a
- 1:40:56Speaker 6: lot of these other you know, ais went off the
- 1:40:59Speaker 6: rails is when they started bringing in the crap from
- 1:41:03Speaker 6: the world's worst website, which is which is Reddit, Like
- 1:41:07Speaker 6: that is the cesspool of the Internet.
- 1:41:09Speaker 11: Because it's so anonymous, right, and it's there's.
- 1:41:12Speaker 6: None of it's vetted.
- 1:41:13Speaker 7: It's just like you know, it's just it's all opinion
- 1:41:15Speaker 7: based and it's correct and it's and if and if
- 1:41:17Speaker 7: your opinion matches with whatever the group you're ins opinion
- 1:41:20Speaker 7: they'll vote you to the top, and everybody else will
- 1:41:22Speaker 7: get even if they're right, will get essentially eliminated.
- 1:41:24Speaker 6: So that's where it was, it was pulling a lot
- 1:41:26Speaker 6: of its information from, and that's that's when it really
- 1:41:28Speaker 6: went to garbage. And then there's some other ai uh
- 1:41:31Speaker 6: you know, companies or whatever that are excluding that, and
- 1:41:34Speaker 6: they're way more you know, decerting about like what sources
- 1:41:38Speaker 6: it's pulling from, and then you can obviously get a
- 1:41:40Speaker 6: much better results.
- 1:41:42Speaker 7: We've got a great suggestion on the text for Ashley Madison.
- 1:41:44Speaker 7: The new Ashley Madison should be called Sammy Madison Sammy
- 1:41:46Speaker 7: Maddon apologetic of cheaters.
- 1:41:49Speaker 11: Oh, yes, that's your thing.
- 1:41:51Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 1:41:54Speaker 6: How many rs are in the word strawberry?
- 1:41:57Speaker 4: There are two rs in the word strawberry. One comes
- 1:42:00Speaker 4: after the T and the other is near the end
- 1:42:02Speaker 4: before the y.
- 1:42:03Speaker 6: We have gone over this a thousand times. There are
- 1:42:05Speaker 6: actually three rs in the word strawberry.
- 1:42:08Speaker 4: Actually there are definitely two are if we break it
- 1:42:13Speaker 4: down the.
- 1:42:13Speaker 6: First Yeah, please break it down for me.
- 1:42:17Speaker 4: Sure, let's go step by step.
- 1:42:19Speaker 6: The word strawberry is spelled s T R A B.
- 1:42:24Speaker 14: E R R Y.
- 1:42:27Speaker 4: We have one R after the T and another R
- 1:42:29Speaker 4: in the double R near the end, so two in total.
- 1:42:32Speaker 6: So are you considering a double R to be one R.
- 1:42:37Speaker 16: Not at all?
- 1:42:38Speaker 11: Each cat?
- 1:42:41Speaker 6: So how many rs are in the word strawberry?
- 1:42:45Speaker 4: In strawberry there are exactly three rs.
- 1:42:49Speaker 18: We go.
- 1:42:50Speaker 6: So this is where people you grab your information and
- 1:42:53Speaker 6: it'll sit there and argue with you and insist to you.
- 1:42:56Speaker 10: Yeah, but who do you use?
- 1:42:57Speaker 6: That's chat ChiPT right there.
- 1:42:59Speaker 5: That one great?
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:43:01Speaker 10: Yeah, but anyway, I mean, you got to get a
- 1:43:05Speaker 10: new AI.
- 1:43:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:43:07Speaker 11: I don't want to sit around and fight with this bitch.
- 1:43:08Speaker 11: I just want the answer.
- 1:43:09Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:43:10Speaker 6: So the raccoon story, guys, not real.
- 1:43:13Speaker 16: Damn it.
- 1:43:13Speaker 6: Even chat GYBT could probably tell you that for her committee,
- 1:43:17Speaker 6: and Ashley Madison now says it just for discreet people
- 1:43:20Speaker 6: in general.
- 1:43:21Speaker 5: Yeah, which is redundant.
- 1:43:23Speaker 6: I heard something. We'll confirm if it's real or not
- 1:43:26Speaker 6: when we get back from the break. Dumbass Tyler is
- 1:43:29Speaker 6: here and something I heard that dumbass Tyler did for
- 1:43:32Speaker 6: an ex girlfriend. And I want here's the thing, dude,
- 1:43:37Speaker 6: And I know you're special in a lot of ways.
- 1:43:39Speaker 6: I want to believe that this is not true, but
- 1:43:42Speaker 6: you can confirm or deny the story that I heard,
- 1:43:45Speaker 6: and please be honest, yes, please, I have.
- 1:43:50Speaker 2: A feeling I know what it is. And if it
- 1:43:52Speaker 2: is that that's probably think all right, well at some story.
- 1:43:58Speaker 7: Yeah, the wheels are turning.
- 1:44:00Speaker 6: What he shows next time, I'm not wearing a helmet.
- 1:44:03Speaker 5: It's not gonna wear a helmet. No, like straight out,
- 1:44:06Speaker 5: you guys are idiots.
- 1:44:07Speaker 6: Wood Show, The Wood Show, all right, Tyler? True or false?
- 1:44:20Speaker 6: Did you for an ex girlfriend, not even a current girlfriend?
- 1:44:25Speaker 6: Did you agree to drive her across the country?
- 1:44:28Speaker 10: Uh?
- 1:44:29Speaker 2: Drive with her?
- 1:44:29Speaker 5: But yes, that did happen.
- 1:44:31Speaker 2: Drive with her, drive with her. Yeah, we split the driving.
- 1:44:34Speaker 5: But yeah, no, that did happen, like why so forever?
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: So we were in a weird on again, off again time.
- 1:44:41Speaker 2: That was the off again part. But her best friend
- 1:44:45Speaker 2: had just recently got married moved across the country. They
- 1:44:49Speaker 2: wrecked his car and so she needed hers, which was
- 1:44:53Speaker 2: back where we lived, and so we drove across country
- 1:44:55Speaker 2: and she paid for us to hotels, gas, She paid
- 1:44:59Speaker 2: for us to do it.
- 1:45:04Speaker 9: Hotel.
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: This was this was during COVID, so everything was a
- 1:45:07Speaker 2: little bit cheaper than normal. So I'd probably say seven
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: hundred bucks maybe to do Yeah, it wasn't. During COVID,
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: everything was now are you leaving out a factor?
- 1:45:18Speaker 7: No?
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: So the other part is so we drove all the
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: way home and then I flew back. That was the
- 1:45:26Speaker 2: idea that she was going to stay out there a
- 1:45:28Speaker 2: week with her best friend. I paid for her flight back.
- 1:45:32Speaker 2: She had just graduated college. I had paid for her
- 1:45:35Speaker 2: flight back as a graduation present, so she's out there
- 1:45:38Speaker 2: for an extra week. Two days before her flight, she
- 1:45:42Speaker 2: hits me up. She's like, hey, can you change it
- 1:45:44Speaker 2: to the next day to this flight? Specifically, I want
- 1:45:46Speaker 2: to spend an extra.
- 1:45:47Speaker 5: Day out here?
- 1:45:48Speaker 6: Fine, cool, whatever.
- 1:45:50Speaker 2: After she comes back, I found out the reason why
- 1:45:56Speaker 2: she wanted me to switch the flight is because the
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: day after I left, she had another dude fly out there.
- 1:46:03Speaker 2: With that dude there we go for a week, and
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: had me changed the flight to match his flight back
- 1:46:09Speaker 2: home so they could. This is also after we had
- 1:46:16Speaker 2: talked in one of the hotels and she's like, oh,
- 1:46:18Speaker 2: I want to try this again. I want to make
- 1:46:19Speaker 2: this long term thing. And she still went behind him.
- 1:46:22Speaker 7: All I got to say to her is play on,
- 1:46:24Speaker 7: play Come on, did you at.
- 1:46:29Speaker 6: Any point during this cut It's worse than I thought
- 1:46:35Speaker 6: I thought it was. I thought, here's the thing I
- 1:46:37Speaker 6: heard about it. I go, what for an ex not
- 1:46:38Speaker 6: even a crown girlfriend? Ex girlfriend? I thought that was
- 1:46:42Speaker 6: bad enough.
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: Dude, No, it's it's bad. I use that story now
- 1:46:45Speaker 2: as a warning to everybody.
- 1:46:47Speaker 6: Did you hook up at all of her during this time?
- 1:46:49Speaker 3: We did?
- 1:46:49Speaker 21: Yeah?
- 1:46:50Speaker 2: So yeah, at least that happened.
- 1:46:52Speaker 6: Did you tell the dude I am never met the dude.
- 1:46:58Speaker 5: Yeah, tell him.
- 1:47:00Speaker 7: I guess what I did.
- 1:47:02Speaker 6: Well, even if it was like if once you found
- 1:47:03Speaker 6: out that she was doing that, I would have reached
- 1:47:05Speaker 6: out to him as like a courtesy, gone, hey, man,
- 1:47:07Speaker 6: just so you know, I got right, Yeah, I just
- 1:47:10Speaker 6: found out. But I'm pretty sure she's I'm pretty sure
- 1:47:13Speaker 6: she's not going to tell you. But like you know,
- 1:47:15Speaker 6: you know, back then, I was so pissed off and
- 1:47:19Speaker 6: distraught about it, I didn't even think about it. Nowadays,
- 1:47:21Speaker 6: I would definitely do that, because that'd be the move, like, hey,
- 1:47:23Speaker 6: just you know, I know we don't know each other,
- 1:47:25Speaker 6: and you know, quite honestly, like, man, I didn't even
- 1:47:29Speaker 6: know about you. This is what just happened. But you know,
- 1:47:32Speaker 6: at a fairness, and I think it's just the right
- 1:47:33Speaker 6: thing to do let you know, go to the doctor. Yeah,
- 1:47:36Speaker 6: go get checked because I got some ish wonder because
- 1:47:40Speaker 6: I was raw dogging her and I'm sure she was raging.
- 1:47:43Speaker 7: And like I'm all itchy.
- 1:47:47Speaker 2: She ended up telling me.
- 1:47:49Speaker 11: I think, oh my god.
- 1:47:50Speaker 2: She ended up telling two days after she why, Like.
- 1:47:52Speaker 6: Why would she tell?
- 1:47:53Speaker 2: She was telling you because she was manipulated.
- 1:47:57Speaker 10: Because she knew that she could tell him and he
- 1:48:01Speaker 10: wouldn't do it.
- 1:48:02Speaker 6: Yeah, So it's like champion at the bit to get
- 1:48:05Speaker 6: involved in this.
- 1:48:05Speaker 5: Hold on.
- 1:48:06Speaker 20: Yeah, she's a she's a terrible person. This is not
- 1:48:08Speaker 20: the only incident with her. Yeah, Me and Randy and
- 1:48:12Speaker 20: Iraq formerly on the show, we all despised her.
- 1:48:15Speaker 5: Yeah, why what you do?
- 1:48:16Speaker 6: What you do to you guys, it's what she was
- 1:48:18Speaker 6: doing driver across the country.
- 1:48:20Speaker 4: Luckily not no.
- 1:48:21Speaker 6: We you know, we just want the best for Tyler.
- 1:48:23Speaker 5: He's our boy.
- 1:48:24Speaker 20: We want to make sure he's happy.
- 1:48:25Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:48:26Speaker 20: We like to rag on him a lot, but really
- 1:48:28Speaker 20: he's a good brother, so we don't want anything happening
- 1:48:30Speaker 20: to him. This girl, she did him dirty so many times.
- 1:48:34Speaker 20: This was maybe incident two or three Tyler, I think two.
- 1:48:39Speaker 2: I think too.
- 1:48:39Speaker 20: Yeah, there was there was a Vegas incident where maybe
- 1:48:41Speaker 20: she disappeared and we found out that she was hooking
- 1:48:44Speaker 20: up with another guy.
- 1:48:46Speaker 5: So this was a thing.
- 1:48:47Speaker 6: This was so great about her that you just hot
- 1:48:49Speaker 6: the dude, I don't remember like Tyler back then and
- 1:48:53Speaker 6: are too completely different?
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: Is she hot looking back on it?
- 1:48:56Speaker 13: No?
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: Probably could not better.
- 1:48:57Speaker 5: Do you have a picture of her?
- 1:48:58Speaker 20: No?
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: Not anymore?
- 1:49:01Speaker 6: Can you get what? Can you find one?
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: Right now?
- 1:49:03Speaker 3: Trevor?
- 1:49:03Speaker 6: Like on social Morgan, she was good following all of
- 1:49:06Speaker 6: us for a while. Morgan, come on in it, Well, Morgan,
- 1:49:09Speaker 6: give her. She's really good at it is.
- 1:49:11Speaker 5: This is like a door.
- 1:49:12Speaker 6: He was just doormatic at the times that what was happening.
- 1:49:14Speaker 2: I was a massive doormat.
- 1:49:16Speaker 6: And be honest, give h I get to rate someone, Yeah,
- 1:49:19Speaker 6: scale one to ten. You love this on a scale one?
- 1:49:21Speaker 6: And this is uh, this is Tyler's ex girlfriend.
- 1:49:24Speaker 4: He's gonna fumble and be like, oh, I can't find her.
- 1:49:25Speaker 5: Yeah, you can find her.
- 1:49:27Speaker 7: I don't know where she's.
- 1:49:31Speaker 4: Okay, shows half her body, So that's already going down.
- 1:49:34Speaker 2: That's all I got.
- 1:49:34Speaker 5: That's all you got.
- 1:49:35Speaker 2: No, I got rid of everything.
- 1:49:37Speaker 6: No, I'm saying that she's got to have like a
- 1:49:38Speaker 6: social media account. Well I have her blocked and she
- 1:49:41Speaker 6: has a private Okay, man, you can find this.
- 1:49:43Speaker 4: Well I just unblocked her, and now we're to follow request. Okay,
- 1:49:49Speaker 4: we're not going to do any of that.
- 1:49:50Speaker 6: She's got your phone. She already did it.
- 1:49:52Speaker 4: It's done.
- 1:49:54Speaker 5: I'm requesting that.
- 1:49:56Speaker 6: No, no, no, no, what does it matter? Like she
- 1:49:58Speaker 6: owes you?
- 1:50:00Speaker 15: No?
- 1:50:00Speaker 2: Like just I cannot I hate this woman?
- 1:50:02Speaker 6: Yeah, look, we just need a picture of you so
- 1:50:08Speaker 6: we can grade you on a scale of one to ten. Here,
- 1:50:10Speaker 6: I mean she saw the the your face, Yeah, you.
- 1:50:14Speaker 4: Can see your face before four? Four or five?
- 1:50:17Speaker 7: She's a five?
- 1:50:18Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:50:18Speaker 6: Yeah, like I could have done better looking back on it.
- 1:50:21Speaker 6: But like to go through all that for a four? Man,
- 1:50:23Speaker 6: what about her body? She got fat?
- 1:50:25Speaker 4: That's the thing. You can't see it in the picture,
- 1:50:26Speaker 4: which means yeah, she got Who cares.
- 1:50:28Speaker 6: But what I'm saying you went through My point is
- 1:50:30Speaker 6: you went through all that for four. I went to
- 1:50:32Speaker 6: because what was such a redeeming thing?
- 1:50:34Speaker 2: It wasn't just I honestly I couldn't even tell you
- 1:50:37Speaker 2: looking back at it now, I couldn't tell you years was.
- 1:50:40Speaker 16: This going on?
- 1:50:40Speaker 6: And all three?
- 1:50:43Speaker 16: Four?
- 1:50:43Speaker 10: Yeah, it was for a long time.
- 1:50:46Speaker 5: Yeah, and you were aware of her behavior this the
- 1:50:49Speaker 5: entire time, not the entire time, like a few major yeah,
- 1:50:54Speaker 5: a few major.
- 1:50:55Speaker 2: Yeah. There was probably a bunch of other stuff I
- 1:50:57Speaker 2: don't know about, and I don't really care.
- 1:50:58Speaker 5: Told we told either he should do reach out to
- 1:51:01Speaker 5: the guy.
- 1:51:01Speaker 6: Someone said that just happened recently. My brother and some
- 1:51:04Speaker 6: other guy reached out to him about the girl and
- 1:51:07Speaker 6: he's like, yeah, I know her, and they were swapping
- 1:51:09Speaker 6: pictures of the other guy got pissed.
- 1:51:11Speaker 7: I mean, yeah, guy's gonna more possessive. Yeah, what do
- 1:51:14Speaker 7: you think made her such a slut?
- 1:51:16Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:51:17Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 1:51:18Speaker 5: Who knows.
- 1:51:20Speaker 2: I met her on like years ago?
- 1:51:23Speaker 8: And how long did you actually date? For about a
- 1:51:27Speaker 8: year and a half okay, and then it was on
- 1:51:29Speaker 8: and off afternoon Yeah, okay.
- 1:51:30Speaker 7: Did you ever use the L word with her?
- 1:51:32Speaker 13: You know?
- 1:51:32Speaker 19: He did?
- 1:51:34Speaker 6: Tyler Tyler's second date.
- 1:51:36Speaker 5: I love you, guys. This is the guy.
- 1:51:38Speaker 6: This is what I was talking falls hard fast. We
- 1:51:40Speaker 6: kind of mentioned it.
- 1:51:41Speaker 7: But this guy before work, at like three am would
- 1:51:46Speaker 7: be at the beach with his chick, with his feet
- 1:51:48Speaker 7: in the water.
- 1:51:50Speaker 2: I was a little more emotional back of the night.
- 1:51:53Speaker 6: What got so three o'clock in the morning when you
- 1:51:57Speaker 6: had to go to work.
- 1:51:58Speaker 2: Yeah, that Tyler's dead. I killed.
- 1:52:01Speaker 7: And you're posting pictures of your fing playing email music.
- 1:52:05Speaker 5: That's real.
- 1:52:06Speaker 2: It's two completely. We'll just leave it a back.
- 1:52:15Speaker 7: Yeah, And you're and what you're saying, you're doing this
- 1:52:18Speaker 7: for before. We're not talking to a tend I know,
- 1:52:20Speaker 7: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:52:20Speaker 2: Like, why are we even rating?
- 1:52:22Speaker 10: Like because we no, No, because Tyler.
- 1:52:25Speaker 7: This is Tyler's words, not our words that he said that.
- 1:52:29Speaker 10: You know, if they're breathing, it's all good. He's not
- 1:52:33Speaker 10: rating people.
- 1:52:34Speaker 6: We could say it's it's right wrong or in whatever,
- 1:52:37Speaker 6: but it stands that any guy will put up with
- 1:52:40Speaker 6: a lot more for a lot longer, the hotter someone
- 1:52:45Speaker 6: or more out of their lead, because they're like, well,
- 1:52:48Speaker 6: I'm never going to get this again, you know what
- 1:52:50Speaker 6: I mean. So even even if you are me Tyler,
- 1:52:53Speaker 6: like you know, average below average looking dudes, you know
- 1:52:57Speaker 6: what I'm saying. Sorry, man, I'm I'm I'm right there
- 1:52:59Speaker 6: with you. I understand. Like what I'm saying is that
- 1:53:03Speaker 6: you go, man, the chances, you know, the chances of
- 1:53:05Speaker 6: ever lassoing this shooting star again. Yeah, so you put
- 1:53:10Speaker 6: up that's why they what's that? What's that phrase? It
- 1:53:13Speaker 6: doesn't matter how hot the chick, there's always some guy
- 1:53:15Speaker 6: out there who's sick of putting up with her.
- 1:53:16Speaker 2: Crabs?
- 1:53:17Speaker 7: Can we get Tyler to voice to saying there's a
- 1:53:19Speaker 7: place on the corner of Cherry Street where we would
- 1:53:21Speaker 7: walk on the beach in our bare.
- 1:53:22Speaker 6: Feet, because yes, yes, yeahs.
- 1:53:29Speaker 2: Face, it's just a warning tell the dudes out there.
- 1:53:33Speaker 2: She asked me to do something.
- 1:53:34Speaker 5: Just there is everywhere.
- 1:53:41Speaker 6: Infidelity.
- 1:53:45Speaker 5: I think most people go through a doormat phase. Though, yeah,
- 1:53:49Speaker 5: I would argue that what he kind of went through
- 1:53:51Speaker 5: a doormat phase. Women did that crazy girl and I did.
- 1:53:54Speaker 5: She was a proven liar and a psychopath. Yeah, that
- 1:53:56Speaker 5: was definitely my doormat. Everybody has a door and thinking.
- 1:54:00Speaker 6: I think that was the death of my empathy. That
- 1:54:03Speaker 6: door shut because I already had massive trust issues all
- 1:54:07Speaker 6: from the boarding school phase of my life right and then,
- 1:54:11Speaker 6: but I still had I still had empathy intact. And
- 1:54:14Speaker 6: it really was that situation. If if had to go
- 1:54:16Speaker 6: back in time and think, where did that really kind
- 1:54:19Speaker 6: of fall off?
- 1:54:20Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:54:21Speaker 6: Because man, I I was like, even though I was.
- 1:54:24Speaker 6: I was pretty sure that I was being lied to,
- 1:54:27Speaker 6: and it turned out to be true.
- 1:54:28Speaker 5: I was being lied to.
- 1:54:29Speaker 6: She lied about cancer, she lied about her sister being dead.
- 1:54:34Speaker 6: She told me her sister died in a drunk driving
- 1:54:37Speaker 6: that got killed by a drunk driver, and a very
- 1:54:39Speaker 6: elaborate story of things.
- 1:54:40Speaker 11: This sounds like.
- 1:54:44Speaker 6: And so like, and so I was like done with
- 1:54:47Speaker 6: the relationship, but I was still trying to be right
- 1:54:51Speaker 6: and not not just break up the right of way,
- 1:54:53Speaker 6: just kind of distance, but not break up because I
- 1:54:57Speaker 6: had I had empathy. I'm telling you, man, she's going
- 1:54:59Speaker 6: through some stuff. But man, this bitch is crazy. All
- 1:55:01Speaker 6: those things aside, it wasn't working. Yeah, see, idiot, that's easy.
- 1:55:05Speaker 5: That could be the moment. Maybe that could be the moment. See,
- 1:55:08Speaker 5: I had a torment era, not just a face, it
- 1:55:10Speaker 5: was an era. So I mean, everybody has that one
- 1:55:13Speaker 5: person that you inexplicably just put up with.
- 1:55:16Speaker 11: Yeah, you're tied to them, you can't rise yourself.
- 1:55:18Speaker 2: I put up with so much crap in that relationship.
- 1:55:22Speaker 6: I was, Yeah, this isn't nice. Two oh nine. Let's
- 1:55:25Speaker 6: be honest. The robots aren't gonna like them either. That's
- 1:55:28Speaker 6: not nice.
- 1:55:32Speaker 7: Give me, give me a half hour. I gotta go
- 1:55:34Speaker 7: to my friends.
- 1:55:37Speaker 6: It shuts itself down.
- 1:55:39Speaker 7: I have to go to the bathroom.
- 1:55:42Speaker 6: Actually, I did get a pretty crazy request from my
- 1:55:45Speaker 6: ex wife at one point. Yeah, I'll share that. I
- 1:55:48Speaker 6: think some of you know the story. Oh yeah, but
- 1:55:51Speaker 6: if you uh like called, we were already like living apart,
- 1:55:54Speaker 6: like the whole thing we'd moved. She was already your ex.
- 1:55:56Speaker 6: Oh yeah, she was already with somebody else. It was
- 1:55:59Speaker 6: like down the road. But she called me for a favor,
- 1:56:03Speaker 6: and like, ho have we met? Do you really think
- 1:56:05Speaker 6: I would ever go through with this and do this
- 1:56:07Speaker 6: even as a favor? Yeah, we to take the break
- 1:56:10Speaker 6: and then we'll come back and uh, we'll tell you
- 1:56:12Speaker 6: that story next. Alright, this is the weirdest request I
- 1:56:18Speaker 6: got from an ex. We heard from dumbass Tyler.
- 1:56:21Speaker 2: Yeahs not great.
- 1:56:23Speaker 5: D across country?
- 1:56:24Speaker 6: Yeah, drive me across country and then and then double
- 1:56:28Speaker 6: screwed him over.
- 1:56:29Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:56:30Speaker 2: I think the only reason I went through with it
- 1:56:31Speaker 2: too is because I really liked road trips.
- 1:56:34Speaker 5: So for me, it was oh is that right? That
- 1:56:36Speaker 5: was partially the reason this was road Yeah, free road trip.
- 1:56:41Speaker 6: So this was my ex wife my first wife, and
- 1:56:45Speaker 6: we had been divorced for well over a year at
- 1:56:48Speaker 6: this point. She was dating this new guy and it
- 1:56:51Speaker 6: was cool. I was happy for it because we didn't
- 1:56:53Speaker 6: when we when we split it Like I told you before,
- 1:56:55Speaker 6: there was no ill will. It was just we had
- 1:56:58Speaker 6: just we got married super young, just came to different people,
- 1:57:00Speaker 6: wanted two different sets of things, and when our separate
- 1:57:03Speaker 6: ways fine, okay, still you know, no uh, no bad feeling.
- 1:57:07Speaker 6: But every once in a while, Hey, how you doing.
- 1:57:09Speaker 5: Hope you're well?
- 1:57:10Speaker 10: That was it.
- 1:57:11Speaker 5: I got this call.
- 1:57:12Speaker 2: I was, I was.
- 1:57:12Speaker 6: It was over the holidays and I was at my
- 1:57:15Speaker 6: mom's house visiting. And uh, by the way, I'm single
- 1:57:20Speaker 6: at this point.
- 1:57:21Speaker 2: You know I'm not.
- 1:57:21Speaker 6: Uh, I'm not in a relationship. So I Jenna and
- 1:57:24Speaker 6: I are not together yet. Okay, Uh get this, uh
- 1:57:27Speaker 6: this message from my ex wife saying, Hey, I need
- 1:57:29Speaker 6: you to call me. I have a favor to ask.
- 1:57:33Speaker 6: She was asking me to drop everything that I had
- 1:57:36Speaker 6: fly to Seattle, where she lived currently. Now keep in mind,
- 1:57:40Speaker 6: I'm at my parents' house in New Jersey. Okay, wants
- 1:57:44Speaker 6: me to fly to Seattle to drive her to the
- 1:57:48Speaker 6: Planned parenthoods she can get an abortion yeah, and I go, well,
- 1:57:54Speaker 6: it's clearly not my because we have been, we have been,
- 1:57:56Speaker 6: we have been. I hadn't seen her in well over
- 1:57:59Speaker 6: a year. I'm like, well, it's clearly not mine. Why
- 1:58:01Speaker 6: are you asking me to do this?
- 1:58:03Speaker 5: Does she have no friends?
- 1:58:04Speaker 6: Well, because she is from Portland, Oregon originally, and so
- 1:58:08Speaker 6: she was living in Seattle at the time, and she
- 1:58:11Speaker 6: did not have any kind of real support around her
- 1:58:14Speaker 6: that wasn't affiliated with this boyfriend that she had. Didn't
- 1:58:17Speaker 6: want the boyfriend to know that she was pregnant in
- 1:58:19Speaker 6: doing this, wanted to keep the whole thing a secret
- 1:58:21Speaker 6: from him, and would absolutely no, in no way, even
- 1:58:25Speaker 6: though she's super close to her mom, would even think
- 1:58:27Speaker 6: to call her mom certainly not her dad to come
- 1:58:30Speaker 6: ask to you know, cause I guess.
- 1:58:32Speaker 5: This is pre uber.
- 1:58:33Speaker 11: I was going to say she can't drive home any.
- 1:58:35Speaker 6: Other way, and they won't say. I don't think they'll
- 1:58:36Speaker 6: send you home in a cab, No, I doubt it.
- 1:58:38Speaker 6: I'm not sure how abortions work. I've never been to
- 1:58:40Speaker 6: how party to one.
- 1:58:41Speaker 11: I would think, like, even like oral surgery or something,
- 1:58:43Speaker 11: you're not allowed to take a cab, you to have
- 1:58:45Speaker 11: someone pick you up any anyway.
- 1:58:47Speaker 6: So she calls me, I go, what kind of Jerry Springer?
- 1:58:51Speaker 19: Weird?
- 1:58:52Speaker 6: I drove my ex wife to get into abortion and
- 1:58:55Speaker 6: all I got was this T shirt? Kind of garbage?
- 1:58:57Speaker 3: Is this?
- 1:58:58Speaker 11: Well?
- 1:59:00Speaker 17: Do it?
- 1:59:00Speaker 5: Of course you didn't do it. You didn't do it,
- 1:59:02Speaker 5: no way. I wonder what she did, you know, I
- 1:59:04Speaker 5: don't know.
- 1:59:04Speaker 6: Oh my god, maybe she kept it, because honestly, I
- 1:59:07Speaker 6: don't think we've had a conversation of any kind since then. Wow,
- 1:59:11Speaker 6: I'm thinking back, that's probably the last conversation that we
- 1:59:13Speaker 6: had no offense twenty.
- 1:59:15Speaker 5: Years playing parenthood.
- 1:59:16Speaker 7: But you would think that'd be they would have a package,
- 1:59:18Speaker 7: so to speak, for right, well, for their best customers,
- 1:59:21Speaker 7: maybe hundred dollars, like for the people who are using
- 1:59:25Speaker 7: it as birth control.
- 1:59:26Speaker 2: Wow, every fifth shuttle?
- 1:59:28Speaker 6: Yeah, like yeah, right, yeah, a courtesy shuttle, a punch card,
- 1:59:31Speaker 6: you know, like the like the dealership has right when you're.
- 1:59:36Speaker 5: Like, we're all out of loaners.
- 1:59:37Speaker 6: But we can get we can get you where you
- 1:59:39Speaker 6: need to be within a certain mile radius with this shuttle.
- 1:59:42Speaker 5: I mean they're sitting on a million dollar idea. I
- 1:59:45Speaker 5: thought it was I thought it was weird.
- 1:59:46Speaker 10: I think that is weird.
- 1:59:47Speaker 6: So do you realize what an odd request this is?
- 1:59:49Speaker 6: Do you know where I am right now? That definitely
- 1:59:51Speaker 6: be It was Christmas, my mom's house for Christmas. You
- 1:59:54Speaker 6: want me to fly to Seattle, I'll take you for
- 1:59:55Speaker 6: an abortion for a baby that's not mine.
- 1:59:57Speaker 11: That's very Jerry Springer, right, it's very a very low end.
- 2:00:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:00:01Speaker 11: I mine was kind of like that in a way, though.
- 2:00:04Speaker 11: I did ask a weird favor of an ex boyfriend did. Yeah,
- 2:00:08Speaker 11: we had broken up. I broke up with him, and
- 2:00:10Speaker 11: which kind of plays into it. And he always said,
- 2:00:13Speaker 11: no pets. I don't deal with cats. I don't deal
- 2:00:16Speaker 11: with dogs. I don't take requests. I don't do any
- 2:00:19Speaker 11: pet sitting of any kind. But this cat, I was
- 2:00:21Speaker 11: living in a really rough part of town, and this
- 2:00:23Speaker 11: cat gave birth in front of my door, and I
- 2:00:26Speaker 11: freaked out. So I put the cat and the kittens
- 2:00:29Speaker 11: in a box and like dragged it into my kitchen
- 2:00:32Speaker 11: of this really just beat up studio apartment I was
- 2:00:36Speaker 11: living in, and I didn't know what to do. So
- 2:00:39Speaker 11: let's just say one of the kittens didn't make it,
- 2:00:41Speaker 11: and I didn't know what, Well, can I see, okay,
- 2:00:46Speaker 11: one of the kittens didn't make it, but the mom
- 2:00:50Speaker 11: instinctually apparently now I know this after seeing it, tries
- 2:00:53Speaker 11: to like recoup those nutrients.
- 2:00:55Speaker 7: What.
- 2:00:56Speaker 6: Yeah, the mom eats this what And I freezed what.
- 2:01:01Speaker 6: I've never heard that before.
- 2:01:04Speaker 5: Animals do that. I knew the hamster, even when they're alive,
- 2:01:06Speaker 5: they'll kill them.
- 2:01:07Speaker 11: I woke up in the morning because I knew something
- 2:01:10Speaker 11: was wrong with this cat because she scooted all the
- 2:01:11Speaker 11: other kittens away from it in the box. And I
- 2:01:13Speaker 11: went to sleep, and I woke up and this cat
- 2:01:15Speaker 11: was This kitten was dreaked. I call this guy who
- 2:01:21Speaker 11: wants to who I broke up with, who wants nothing
- 2:01:23Speaker 11: to do with animals, like I got a big favorite
- 2:01:26Speaker 11: as you and I. He was screaming at me. He
- 2:01:29Speaker 11: was so mad, I'll never talk. I go, fine, great, Yes,
- 2:01:32Speaker 11: anything you want, I'll never bother you again. Please please,
- 2:01:36Speaker 11: so very very upset. Went like when he could get
- 2:01:39Speaker 11: around to it later in the day, he came over
- 2:01:41Speaker 11: and wow, help me out't do anything. I'll do anything.
- 2:01:45Speaker 5: Same for him to you that I had for Woody.
- 2:01:47Speaker 5: Did you not have any friends at.
- 2:01:49Speaker 11: The time, Well, I didn't have any friends that would
- 2:01:51Speaker 11: deal with that. But he he was like a manly dude,
- 2:01:54Speaker 11: and he was like always kind of like.
- 2:01:56Speaker 5: What was the what was the price?
- 2:01:58Speaker 11: I think I thank you for coffect day, not that
- 2:02:02Speaker 11: day he just split. He never he quote unquote never
- 2:02:05Speaker 11: wanted to talk to me again. But then I got
- 2:02:07Speaker 11: a u up a couple of.
- 2:02:08Speaker 10: Days as any lady.
- 2:02:12Speaker 5: You're a lady.
- 2:02:13Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 2:02:14Speaker 11: I'm good with my promises because I said I'll do anything.
- 2:02:17Speaker 11: I don't care. This was a nightmare.
- 2:02:20Speaker 7: Ye, girls know, girls know who they've got in their
- 2:02:23Speaker 7: roleodecks who yes, like the your ex wife knew you
- 2:02:25Speaker 7: had the means to get out there. I've been on
- 2:02:27Speaker 7: the other end of this where they know you even
- 2:02:28Speaker 7: if they're they know which guys have a little bit
- 2:02:31Speaker 7: of money or a little bit of Gina's case alpha right, Yeah,
- 2:02:35Speaker 7: and they keep those guys on on speed.
- 2:02:37Speaker 16: That's true.

- 2:04:20Speaker 6: hours of commercial free at ninety eight seven and the
- 2:04:22Speaker 6: Alt one twenty with Kristin Lamone. Yeah, I'll be coming
- 2:04:26Speaker 6: up next, which is true. There are two hours of
- 2:04:28Speaker 6: commercial free all ninety eight seven music. And while Kristin
- 2:04:31Speaker 6: Lamone still works here at the radio station, there is
- 2:04:33Speaker 6: a change to the lineup the Woody Show. Morning's still
- 2:04:37Speaker 6: ten and then at two o'clock you have Booker and
- 2:04:40Speaker 6: Striker called by Kristin Lamone. Right, but now in that
- 2:04:43Speaker 6: little sandwich between the Woody Show and Booker and Striker,
- 2:04:47Speaker 6: you know her, you love her? Please welcome Nicole Alvarez.
- 2:04:54Speaker 10: Hi, guys, what's up are you?
- 2:04:56Speaker 16: Is this very very surreal to me?
- 2:04:58Speaker 19: Yeah?
- 2:04:59Speaker 17: Well that man is because me and Menace go way back.
- 2:05:02Speaker 17: Menace took me to a place called what was it
- 2:05:06Speaker 17: called like I don't know, shady bar in Chicago in
- 2:05:10Speaker 17: a white limo in a white stretch limo sounds about
- 2:05:15Speaker 17: so he did. Yeah, you couldn't find a tax We
- 2:05:16Speaker 17: were leaving all the palooza, and so he got us
- 2:05:19Speaker 17: a stretch like a white stretch limo and we went
- 2:05:20Speaker 17: to the shadiest little hole in the wall dingy bar
- 2:05:23Speaker 17: in Chicago.
- 2:05:24Speaker 6: That's a way not to stand out, the dingy bar.
- 2:05:28Speaker 11: Light.
- 2:05:29Speaker 17: But we showed up to this dingy bar in the
- 2:05:31Speaker 17: white stretch limos. So like it was just a confusing time.
- 2:05:33Speaker 10: Yeah, it was fun though.
- 2:05:34Speaker 6: Yeah, well welcome, thank you. So your first day in
- 2:05:38Speaker 6: mid days here at ninety eight to seven, it's it's nothing.
- 2:05:42Speaker 5: Great, you know what I mean.
- 2:05:43Speaker 6: I guess here's it's just another radio.
- 2:05:46Speaker 7: It's just another radio station.
- 2:05:48Speaker 10: You'll see.
- 2:05:48Speaker 6: I know you're very excited. Hold on to that.
- 2:05:50Speaker 5: I guess that's my advice. Hold on to that feeling as.
- 2:05:53Speaker 6: Long as you can, because we can all tell you, like,
- 2:05:56Speaker 6: the longer you're around here, you'll you'll realize that you
- 2:05:58Speaker 6: know the company and like the management around here. Nobody
- 2:06:01Speaker 6: even realizes that we're here.
- 2:06:03Speaker 16: So it's radio.
- 2:06:04Speaker 7: It's radio radio basically.
- 2:06:07Speaker 6: Yeah, exactly right now in all honestly, though, welcome, thank you.
- 2:06:10Speaker 16: I don't feel today's an excitement.
- 2:06:12Speaker 17: I feel you remember you and I were talking about
- 2:06:14Speaker 17: the radio dream that everybody has.
- 2:06:16Speaker 6: Yeah, every radio person has the dream where you're off
- 2:06:19Speaker 6: the air. It's called the dead air dream.
- 2:06:22Speaker 16: And operate the board. Face it.
- 2:06:24Speaker 17: It's too sophisticated for us anyways, Like the fact that
- 2:06:27Speaker 17: we're allowed to touch these things is amazing.
- 2:06:28Speaker 16: But I couldn't.
- 2:06:29Speaker 6: None of the buttons work, none of the things, the
- 2:06:31Speaker 6: microphone has go on, and it's just dead air static.
- 2:06:34Speaker 17: You wake up in a state of panic. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 2:06:36Speaker 17: your confidence like just.
- 2:06:38Speaker 6: Down the toilet, yep, yeah, No, it'll it'll be It'll
- 2:06:42Speaker 6: be totally fine. You're and you're you're gonna be great.
- 2:06:44Speaker 6: So yeah, Nicole was the big announcement, the big the
- 2:06:47Speaker 6: big surprise.
- 2:06:48Speaker 16: I feel like I went such a letdown. That's not
- 2:06:50Speaker 16: a big surprise.
- 2:06:51Speaker 5: No, what are you talking about?
- 2:06:52Speaker 16: I don't know, No, I just I don't know.
- 2:06:54Speaker 6: There's not o're here, there's not. It's not every day
- 2:06:58Speaker 6: that there's a line of change. And what's interesting to
- 2:07:00Speaker 6: me is I've worked in a lot of radio cities
- 2:07:03Speaker 6: and you know most of the time, man, there is
- 2:07:05Speaker 6: so much turnover at all the stations. And then you
- 2:07:09Speaker 6: get to a you know, market like Los Angeles, Southern California,
- 2:07:12Speaker 6: it's such a besides New York, it's the second biggest
- 2:07:15Speaker 6: radio market in the country. And here nobody ever leaves.
- 2:07:20Speaker 16: Yeah, you know, its down like you hold on for
- 2:07:22Speaker 16: dear life.
- 2:07:23Speaker 6: Here because you were at care Rock for how many years?
- 2:07:25Speaker 16: Twenty three?
- 2:07:26Speaker 5: That doesn't happen?
- 2:07:27Speaker 17: Well, no, no, no, I left three days shy of
- 2:07:30Speaker 17: my twenty third No no, no, like yeah, like two
- 2:07:33Speaker 17: weeks shy of like yeah, let's call it twenty three years.
- 2:07:37Speaker 6: Yeah, that counts. I mean the fact that this show
- 2:07:38Speaker 6: has been here for twelve years, just I think it
- 2:07:42Speaker 6: speaks to how nobody ever goes anywhere. We have outlasted
- 2:07:46Speaker 6: our welcome after a handful years most other places. Yeah,
- 2:07:50Speaker 6: here we're just allowed to toil for twelve twelve years.
- 2:07:53Speaker 6: It'll be twelve years next month, yes, yeah.
- 2:07:57Speaker 5: Yeah, next month, leading up to what you're starting today. Yes,
- 2:08:01Speaker 5: Is that what this weekend was about? Was it a
- 2:08:03Speaker 5: last for row? Do you guys know what Nicole did
- 2:08:05Speaker 5: this weekend?
- 2:08:05Speaker 17: For two and for two days, forty forty eight hours exactly,
- 2:08:09Speaker 17: went off to London.
- 2:08:10Speaker 6: Nice I did.
- 2:08:13Speaker 17: Yeah, I went to I went to London because I
- 2:08:17Speaker 17: wanted to see Fred again at Ali Pally and his residency.
- 2:08:21Speaker 17: Because I saw videos and I'm like this looks like
- 2:08:23Speaker 17: really fun energy and the world is on fire. So
- 2:08:26Speaker 17: I was like, I want to go dance. So, like
- 2:08:28Speaker 17: a perfectly normal person, I went to the airport. I
- 2:08:31Speaker 17: went to the girls the night before. I went to
- 2:08:33Speaker 17: the airport, went to London, and then came back. I
- 2:08:35Speaker 17: was back Friday at one o'clock.
- 2:08:36Speaker 5: Oh, my school. Your parents must have closed for something, right, No,
- 2:08:40Speaker 5: they live in they.
- 2:08:41Speaker 16: Live in a bad place. They live in Florida.
- 2:08:43Speaker 5: Okay, so who do you have that?
- 2:08:45Speaker 6: Like you want to do that kind of stuff on
- 2:08:46Speaker 6: a whim? That can that can watch your kid?
- 2:08:48Speaker 16: Baby daddy? Who the the only thing he's responsible for
- 2:08:51Speaker 16: is allowing me to have good time.
- 2:08:54Speaker 6: That's the dream man, Like, yeah, you can be a
- 2:08:57Speaker 6: parent and still have your spontanity.
- 2:08:59Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 2:08:59Speaker 11: Dream.
- 2:09:01Speaker 16: So it's like a dream scenario. It's a dream scenario.
- 2:09:04Speaker 17: And then I have Nanny Poppins, who I would die
- 2:09:06Speaker 17: without on a nice Yeah, she's the other parent really.
- 2:09:10Speaker 6: Yeah, Well, welcome to uh welcome to this.
- 2:09:13Speaker 16: Thank you.
- 2:09:14Speaker 6: We're happy to have you. Yeah, and you know you're
- 2:09:17Speaker 6: gonna do great. It's fine, It's it's.
- 2:09:18Speaker 16: Radio, right, Yeah, but I want it for a second.
- 2:09:21Speaker 17: I want to acknowledge christ and Lemon and Alessandra and
- 2:09:25Speaker 17: Danica who are still here, Like they just moved parts around.
- 2:09:28Speaker 17: But I'm a big fan of those girls, so i
- 2:09:29Speaker 17: wanted to give them their flowers because I'm a big
- 2:09:31Speaker 17: fan of those girls.
- 2:09:32Speaker 16: It's just we get moved around.
- 2:09:34Speaker 17: Radio is one of those things that you just it's
- 2:09:36Speaker 17: unpredictable sometimes sometimes.
- 2:09:38Speaker 16: Yeah, but they're still here, so I just wanted to.
- 2:09:41Speaker 6: We we love them too. It's a it's cool. I
