- 0:00Speaker 1: Tampa Bay's best music is.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Magia nine and Welcome back to Scotty and Abby Unfiltered.
- 0:06Speaker 3: There's a lot of updates to get to.
- 0:08Speaker 2: I mean, earlier this week talked about a couple of
- 0:10Speaker 2: the hard conversations I needed to have with friends. Yeah,
- 0:13Speaker 2: I do have updates about those, and I also want
- 0:16Speaker 2: to get the updates on where you're at, Abby with Irishman,
- 0:20Speaker 2: the Irish Goodbye, the oh sales, hoping it wasn't gonna
- 0:22Speaker 2: be an Irish Goodbye because I keep asking in the studio.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Because I literally thought about this yesterday. I was like, man,
- 0:27Speaker 2: because here's the thing I'm gonna bring you all behind
- 0:29Speaker 2: the scenes. I texted Abby and our girl Alexi. I
- 0:32Speaker 2: was like, y'all, and this is going to tie into
- 0:34Speaker 2: my friend conversation. Later, I was like we should start
- 0:36Speaker 2: doing happy hours. I was like, we should do them
- 0:38Speaker 2: once a week. I got crickets, not even like somebody
- 0:43Speaker 2: harded the message or thumbed up in it all.
- 0:46Speaker 1: I think Alexi and I were both like, yeah, we
- 0:49Speaker 1: like to stay home.
- 0:50Speaker 3: Well, you're just the only way I made it made
- 0:52Speaker 3: sense in my head. I was like, well, maybe Abby's
- 0:55Speaker 3: on a date. I was like, maybe she's already.
- 0:57Speaker 2: At a happy hour god, and she's busy, So like,
- 1:00Speaker 2: we'll just talk about it in the morning. And then
- 1:02Speaker 2: I get here and I'm like, so, what's the date.
- 1:05Speaker 1: And I'm like, there's there's an update. I don't know
- 1:08Speaker 1: if it's a good update. It just like it makes
- 1:11Speaker 1: me wonder was I in the wrong? Like did did
- 1:14Speaker 1: my crazy switch actually flip? Or was he in the wrong.
- 1:17Speaker 2: I'm down to talk about it because I did think
- 1:19Speaker 2: about it a lot to try to see it from
- 1:21Speaker 2: his eyes.
- 1:21Speaker 1: You talk to people about it, because I talked to it.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I beat this dead horse into the ground this There's
- 1:25Speaker 1: never been a more dead horse.
- 1:26Speaker 3: That horse is not Inaan anymore.
- 1:28Speaker 1: That horse has no sign of resurrecting. So quick recap
- 1:31Speaker 1: redownloaded hinge match with this guy on Saturday, very casual convo.
- 1:35Speaker 1: He sends me a voice memo. He's like, let's go
- 1:37Speaker 1: on a date later this week. I can't do anything
- 1:39Speaker 1: this week because I'm in Nashville. I was like, holy geez,
- 1:42Speaker 1: I'm like in Nashville as well. What a crazy coincidence.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Turns out, according to him, we're on the same flight.
- 1:48Speaker 1: He's chatting me up. He's like, oh my god, we
- 1:50Speaker 1: got to sit together. I'm gonna send you snacks all
- 1:51Speaker 1: the things. My oh my god, Like this man's long
- 1:54Speaker 1: story short. Don't see him at the airport, don't see
- 1:56Speaker 1: him on the plane. Granted, like did I see every
- 1:58Speaker 1: person that walked on the plane. No, But I thought
- 2:01Speaker 1: it was very weird that he went a little mia
- 2:05Speaker 1: at the at the airport. Like when I texted him
- 2:07Speaker 1: on the airplane, he texted back, But when I got
- 2:10Speaker 1: off the plane, I thought like I would get a response,
- 2:12Speaker 1: he'd be like, oh my god, that was such a
- 2:14Speaker 1: long tip. I don't know. So he goes a mi
- 2:15Speaker 1: ia that night, and I'm like, he definitely lied about
- 2:17Speaker 1: being on a plane. Like I think he feels weird
- 2:19Speaker 1: about having lied to me anything.
- 2:22Speaker 2: In your defense, that's a weird time to just drop off,
- 2:25Speaker 2: Like why would you all of a sudden go twenty
- 2:27Speaker 2: four hours no contact. You literally just told me you
- 2:31Speaker 2: sent me snacks, yes, and then you don't want to respond.
- 2:34Speaker 1: That's where Yeah, it was giving weird. It was giving
- 2:36Speaker 1: sus But listen, I'm not someone who's big on like
- 2:39Speaker 1: texting communication either. So when he texted me the next day,
- 2:43Speaker 1: literally like twenty four hours later he I guess not
- 2:46Speaker 1: twenty four hours maybe twenty hours later.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Oh.
- 2:49Speaker 1: He basically just said, how is did you get home?
- 2:51Speaker 2: Okay?
- 2:51Speaker 1: All the things? And I said, yeah, but like, did
- 2:54Speaker 1: you like it just seems a little weird. I didn't
- 2:57Speaker 1: see you on the plane all the things, and he goes, well,
- 3:00Speaker 1: we were all just like feeling really sick. And I
- 3:02Speaker 1: thought that was bullshit because he sent me a voice
- 3:05Speaker 1: memo that day and he sounded fine, you know what
- 3:08Speaker 1: I mean. I'm not saying you couldn't have been hungover,
- 3:11Speaker 1: But to me, someone that's so deathly sick that they
- 3:13Speaker 1: don't want to see you is not going to send
- 3:15Speaker 1: you a voice memo.
- 3:15Speaker 2: And the fact that he was playing the game so
- 3:18Speaker 2: well and then just to drop off like that's to me,
- 3:20Speaker 2: like I don't again, like we're going yeah. As this
- 3:22Speaker 2: saga continues, it's the part to me, and if I
- 3:25Speaker 2: was to talk to him, I say, sir, you literally
- 3:27Speaker 2: flirted so hard and then you're acting like, oh, why
- 3:30Speaker 2: would I say something to you? Like you literally said
- 3:32Speaker 2: we could sit next to each other. I'm gonna send
- 3:34Speaker 2: you snacks. We're like we have that kind of flirt,
- 3:37Speaker 2: And then.
- 3:38Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 3:39Speaker 2: If I was that flirty, I'd be like, well, I'm
- 3:40Speaker 2: at least gonna try to see you. We're in the
- 3:43Speaker 2: same plane. Like that's it's actually weird not to see
- 3:46Speaker 2: each other.
- 3:47Speaker 1: That's what I mean, is like, you can't just be like,
- 3:48Speaker 1: oh my god, lion, say that you're not on the
- 3:50Speaker 1: same plane, you know what I mean? Like, or go
- 3:52Speaker 1: m I A like, don't say anything, or don't ask
- 3:55Speaker 1: me what plane I'm on. Don't ask me what flight
- 3:56Speaker 1: I'm on, Like if you have no intention of seeing
- 3:59Speaker 1: me on the flight. That's what I thought. It was
- 4:01Speaker 1: just weird. It was a little suspicious, but I liked him.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I was interested enough to be like, Okay, whatever. I
- 4:07Speaker 1: don't want to like cut somebody off just because things
- 4:08Speaker 1: are a little weird. You have no idea. So he
- 4:10Speaker 1: texted me the next day and he said, you know,
- 4:12Speaker 1: how is the journey? I was asking him if he
- 4:14Speaker 1: was on the plane, and I went back and forth,
- 4:16Speaker 1: and I was being very lighthearted about it, but I
- 4:20Speaker 1: was like, something's not adding up, Like let me just
- 4:23Speaker 1: be very clear, something's not auding up. And then he
- 4:25Speaker 1: said something that made me think maybe he was on
- 4:27Speaker 1: the plane. He messaged back and said, hang on one second,
- 4:36Speaker 1: so sorry, I just got a very like disconcerting text.
- 4:42Speaker 1: So now, Mike my anyway, he sent when you when
- 4:48Speaker 1: you're sending me all these texts saying that you're interested,
- 4:50Speaker 1: and then like you send me a voice memo that
- 4:53Speaker 1: said I thought I saw you, but I saw you
- 4:55Speaker 1: with three other all right. He said, I saw three girls.
- 4:59Speaker 1: I didn't know if you were in that group or
- 5:00Speaker 1: something like that. And I was like, well, there were
- 5:02Speaker 1: three girls in my row including me. I'm like, maybe
- 5:05Speaker 1: he got on the plane before I did. And he
- 5:07Speaker 1: saw those girls sitting in row fourteen and thought like
- 5:10Speaker 1: maybe that's her. I don't know. So I'm like, okay,
- 5:13Speaker 1: that's a little bit of evidence. So let me just
- 5:16Speaker 1: like give him another chance. So I basically just kind
- 5:17Speaker 1: of like lobbied a response that's basically said just asked
- 5:21Speaker 1: me out.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It said something along the lines of let me just
- 5:25Speaker 1: read it. So we seemed totally fine. He sent me
- 5:29Speaker 1: another voicemail. I told him like, it's it's it's all good.
- 5:33Speaker 1: I said, I almost added you to my list of
- 5:34Speaker 1: hinge horror stories for real, and he said, time will tell.
- 5:38Speaker 1: With the little imoji and then I said the next
- 5:42Speaker 1: day we had like a full like twelve hours. I said,
- 5:44Speaker 1: there might be a little time to turn things around.
- 5:46Speaker 3: I think, yeah, it was just flirty.
- 5:48Speaker 1: That's like, yeah, basically just saying like you got time,
- 5:52Speaker 1: clock's taken, ask me out or don't ask me.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Out, correct as everyone's mentality should be, Like whenever I
- 5:57Speaker 2: talk to friends that are on the apps, that's everyone,
- 5:59Speaker 2: like especially women, Like that's all the mentality is. We
- 6:02Speaker 2: get chat for a day or two, Yeah, like let's go.
- 6:05Speaker 2: We're not sitting here to be pen pals pecause you
- 6:07Speaker 2: want to go on a date.
- 6:07Speaker 1: The vibe is so different in person. You have no
- 6:10Speaker 1: idea who you're getting in person, And it doesn't even
- 6:13Speaker 1: mean like even if you meet them, if you just
- 6:17Speaker 1: don't vibe with them, it doesn't mean they're a bad
- 6:18Speaker 1: person or they're like not attractive. It's just kind of like,
- 6:21Speaker 1: I don't know that you're my person, and you can
- 6:22Speaker 1: only tell that by sitting across somebody over coffee or
- 6:26Speaker 1: a meal or a drink or what It takes five minutes.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Yeah, And I do think that like his understanding of
- 6:32Speaker 2: just like who are the people that he's talking to,
- 6:34Speaker 2: Like that would go a long way, and I'm not Again,
- 6:36Speaker 2: who knows, maybe he listens to this.
- 6:38Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not pointing directly at you, sir. I'm saying
- 6:41Speaker 2: men in general, like have a little thought, like our
- 6:44Speaker 2: brains work different than you are.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Yeahs you have to consider who you're.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Messaging and what the things that they have gone through
- 6:49Speaker 2: that are having the response back one.
- 6:51Speaker 1: And so I guess I can understand from his point
- 6:53Speaker 1: of view, he'd be like, well, how would I know
- 6:55Speaker 1: that she was in Nashville? Why would I lie about that?
- 6:58Speaker 1: To which I would say, I have a public Instagram.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Even if I didn't have thirty thousand followers, my Instagram's
- 7:05Speaker 1: still public. You could still see like if I was granted,
- 7:09Speaker 1: he sent the boys memo before I had posted anything.
- 7:11Speaker 1: But I do talk about my life on the podcast
- 7:15Speaker 1: that I am on a radio show, like it's not
- 7:18Speaker 1: the odds are low, but never zero.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Oh my gosh.
- 7:21Speaker 2: You know what's interesting, And this is since you're in
- 7:22Speaker 2: the podcast spam just to kind of bring you behind
- 7:24Speaker 2: the scenes. Whenever we expect something's not like that, it
- 7:28Speaker 2: always is like whenever I'm like, there's no way someone's
- 7:30Speaker 2: going to recognize me.
- 7:31Speaker 3: I mean, it happens one as soon as your guard
- 7:34Speaker 3: is down. Something like this.
- 7:36Speaker 2: And this is a perfect example a dating app, a
- 7:38Speaker 2: new person that in your head, you're like, there's no
- 7:40Speaker 2: way they would know who I am. They're going to
- 7:43Speaker 2: be the one that knows who you are one percent.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And I've tried to do that to where I just
- 7:46Speaker 1: kind of like exist in this world where I don't
- 7:49Speaker 1: really think about my job, and that always comes to
- 7:51Speaker 1: bite me in the ass for several different reasons, to
- 7:54Speaker 1: where it's like it doesn't matter if I was living
- 7:56Speaker 1: in Paducah on q Q forty four five or what ever.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I would still operate as if everybody was a listener
- 8:04Speaker 1: and everybody tuned into the show and knew everything about me.
- 8:07Speaker 1: That's how I would operate.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Yeah, because I want to get you know, it's like
- 8:10Speaker 2: we said in the last couple, like, you don't want
- 8:11Speaker 2: to get bamboozled.
- 8:12Speaker 1: I don't want to get boozled.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Nobody want to get boozed.
- 8:14Speaker 1: No boozling.
- 8:15Speaker 3: He've been boozled enough.
- 8:18Speaker 1: So anyway, I send that text yesterday around nine am
- 8:23Speaker 1: after I right before we went into our weekly meeting,
- 8:28Speaker 1: and he didn't text all day and I was like, so,
- 8:31Speaker 1: I'll be honestly, I was really bummed because I'm like,
- 8:33Speaker 1: did I mess it up?
- 8:35Speaker 2: Like?
- 8:35Speaker 1: Did I go crazy? Do you know what I mean? Like,
- 8:39Speaker 1: is this guy now like this girl's loony Tunes? Because
- 8:43Speaker 1: the other thing is is he has those thoughtful signals
- 8:46Speaker 1: on his hinge, like the thing that says like this
- 8:47Speaker 1: guy's on the up all the time, slut. So I'm
- 8:53Speaker 1: that's the other part of me that I'm like, I
- 8:54Speaker 1: wonder if he's just the kind of guy that just
- 8:56Speaker 1: really enjoys attention for women.
- 8:57Speaker 2: I think both could be the same conversation. I think,
- 9:01Speaker 2: do you think you're crazy? I don't because I think
- 9:04Speaker 2: it's like we've said in the past, like the right
- 9:06Speaker 2: person will understand and be able to navigate those things. Yeah,
- 9:09Speaker 2: because if this is the thing that makes you run, well,
- 9:12Speaker 2: then sir, like you're not gonna be able to understand
- 9:14Speaker 2: life because there are so many complexities that will happen
- 9:18Speaker 2: in the next years that you need to be able
- 9:21Speaker 2: to handle this and be more understanding and thoughtful. Because
- 9:24Speaker 2: what you did was very understandable, especially if you just
- 9:27Speaker 2: give you the chance to have a conversation.
- 9:28Speaker 1: That's how I feel you.
- 9:29Speaker 3: I'll have a drink at night.
- 9:30Speaker 2: And actually he could hear your perspective, that would be
- 9:33Speaker 2: so easy for him and would say, ooh, I got it,
- 9:37Speaker 2: uh huh.
- 9:38Speaker 3: And also likes what you did. Was not that just
- 9:41Speaker 3: simply checking if he was on the plane.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Let's read it. Let's beat this horse again. I don't
- 9:46Speaker 1: think the horse is dead enough. Let's go, let's go
- 9:50Speaker 1: through what I said again. So he said, of course,
- 9:52Speaker 1: hope you were recovering from Nashville. And I said, ha ha,
- 9:54Speaker 1: probably doing a bit better than you are. Did you
- 9:55Speaker 1: miss the flight yesterday? Ha ha? We were on the
- 9:57Speaker 1: flight all feeling a bit rough, and I said, damn
- 9:59Speaker 1: you guys must had invisibility cloaks on the whole flight.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Ha ha. He said, I think everyone was trying not
- 10:03Speaker 1: to be sick. I think I saw you, but wasn't sure.
- 10:05Speaker 1: And I said, I fear you made you redeem yourself
- 10:07Speaker 1: after this one. And then he said, ha ha, why so?
- 10:08Speaker 1: And I said, I don't know. I'm not saying I'll
- 10:10Speaker 1: believe you, but it's deaf giving sus And he had
- 10:12Speaker 1: said something about like, oh I was sending my avoiding pass.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I thought I saw you. There were three girls. I
- 10:17Speaker 1: didn't know if it was you or not, which it
- 10:18Speaker 1: wasn't me, it was those other three girls. And then
- 10:21Speaker 1: I immediately sent a boys memo back and was like listen,
- 10:24Speaker 1: like I was, it's just kind of a weird coincidence.
- 10:28Speaker 1: We're both in Nashville on the same flight. And then
- 10:30Speaker 1: I don't see you. It's just giving sus And then
- 10:32Speaker 1: I said something like, well we do. We just missed
- 10:33Speaker 1: the whole meet. Cute, Like I thought. I was being
- 10:35Speaker 1: like nice at the end.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Let me give you credit where credit is due at
- 10:37Speaker 2: this moment, as a man, this is a moment for
- 10:41Speaker 2: him to step up. Yeah, like when you get challenged
- 10:43Speaker 2: like that, Like that's a moment for him to say
- 10:46Speaker 2: most I don't know.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Again, well, how would you have handled this?
- 10:49Speaker 2: I would have said I was challenged, and I would
- 10:51Speaker 2: have rose my like my standard for myself. I was Okay,
- 10:54Speaker 2: you think I wasn't there, I will prove I was there. Yeah,
- 10:56Speaker 2: like just in a playful way, because that's usually how
- 10:59Speaker 2: like again I like to use these terms, but like
- 11:01Speaker 2: that's how a masculine energy usually reacts.
- 11:03Speaker 3: You like to be challenged.
- 11:04Speaker 1: You're calling me Scott Woosy.
- 11:06Speaker 3: I'm gonna be honest, Yes, I think it's a wos move.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Just kind of how they are in the UK.
- 11:11Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 11:12Speaker 2: I'm just it seems like, sir, you back down from
- 11:15Speaker 2: the challenge like a woman is talking to you and
- 11:19Speaker 2: questioning you in a way that's like you have an
- 11:21Speaker 2: opportunity to just truly swoon her over, prove it to me,
- 11:25Speaker 2: and then not only prove it to me, like take
- 11:27Speaker 2: the opportunity to say it, like you have an opportunity.
- 11:29Speaker 3: What'd you say? You said, uh, you could still make.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Up for it or something, redeem yourself. I thought that
- 11:34Speaker 1: was me being played for. It's not like I sent
- 11:36Speaker 1: him seven paragraphs being like I can't believe you would
- 11:39Speaker 1: do this to me. I'm so embarrassed.
- 11:41Speaker 3: How dare you correct?
- 11:43Speaker 2: You said you could literally redeem and I think most
- 11:45Speaker 2: men hear that and say challenge accept it.
- 11:49Speaker 1: So then maybe that convinces me more correct that he
- 11:52Speaker 1: wasn't on the flight, because it would have been so
- 11:53Speaker 1: easy to be like, dude, this is my boarding pass,
- 11:55Speaker 1: like the hell.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Yeah, like here I am getting on the flight, or
- 11:58Speaker 2: like fine, let's go over drinks and talk about I'll
- 12:00Speaker 2: show you pictures of the Nashville.
- 12:01Speaker 1: That would have been the perfect response. So maybe he's
- 12:05Speaker 1: totally ghosting because he knows. I'm like, I don't. I'm
- 12:07Speaker 1: not gonna put up with bullshit. You're not gonna boozle
- 12:10Speaker 1: me for the next three months.
- 12:11Speaker 2: And even like, let's just say hypothetically he was on
- 12:13Speaker 2: the plane, it's very well he could have been, but sir, again.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Step up, Just simply step up. You're being questioned, answer like,
- 12:23Speaker 3: I don't know, you shouldn't.
- 12:24Speaker 2: That shouldn't be the thing that makes you go, oh
- 12:26Speaker 2: my god, she's quote unquote crazy.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Yeah, what, which I can understand if you're on the flight,
- 12:31Speaker 1: you think it's like you think it is crazy. He's like,
- 12:35Speaker 1: I thought I saw you. Like, I'm literally in twenty
- 12:37Speaker 1: two two. Why would you think I'm not on the plane.
- 12:39Speaker 1: But I'm also acknowledging the elephant in the room that
- 12:42Speaker 1: it's really freaking weird that we've matched on this app
- 12:45Speaker 1: We've acknowledged that we're both on the plane and we're
- 12:47Speaker 1: just gonna like ignore each other.
- 12:49Speaker 2: That's the weird part too, because I'm like, again, I
- 12:51Speaker 2: think you get to a certain age where're like, yes,
- 12:53Speaker 2: it's a little uncomfortable, but we should meet, Like, let's
- 12:55Speaker 2: not waste time, let's meet, Let's have a meet.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Cue this man wasn't on the plane.
- 12:58Speaker 3: Yeah there is no plane. What is that lost?
- 13:02Speaker 2: Or like you're just actually, oh gosh, never mind. Yeah,
- 13:05Speaker 2: I'm not gonna go down.
- 13:06Speaker 3: That rabbit hole.
- 13:06Speaker 1: But final destination is what I'm saying.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Yeah, something in that route, like maybe this's all made
- 13:10Speaker 3: up in.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Keanjesus guy's final destination.
- 13:12Speaker 2: I just I can't believe that that's the way he reacts.
- 13:16Speaker 2: And honestly, you could be just dodging a bullet, which
- 13:19Speaker 2: is annoying because it's like, how many bullets do you
- 13:20Speaker 2: need to dodge?
- 13:21Speaker 1: I've been dodged. I'm like, I'm on the front lines.
- 13:23Speaker 3: I'm the matrix, you know what I mean.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Like I got a purple heart at this point, Like,
- 13:27Speaker 1: give me out of here. I'm so over this. Like
- 13:29Speaker 1: these super villains they walk amongst us. There was no
- 13:33Speaker 1: reason for you to lie about being I was gonna
- 13:37Speaker 1: go out with you. So then it just makes me
- 13:38Speaker 1: want It makes me think that his endgame is just
- 13:41Speaker 1: to like get off on flirting with women on the internet.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and again, like I said, he could be on
- 13:46Speaker 2: the plane. Yeah, but like cirt, you had a perfect
- 13:49Speaker 2: opportunity to make up for it.
- 13:50Speaker 1: It's giving in cell m. It is the opportunity between
- 13:53Speaker 1: seeing a real life woman and just flirting with someone
- 13:57Speaker 1: on the internet.
- 13:59Speaker 3: It's crazy.
- 14:00Speaker 1: I'm not saying he's never read sex. I'm just saying
- 14:03Speaker 1: I I think I just think his hand has had
- 14:05Speaker 1: a lot of work these days, both on on his
- 14:09Speaker 1: phone toppy tapping.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Here's what's so bad. I don't know if you guys
- 14:12Speaker 2: will like have you unmatched him yet? Like, oh, okay, so.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I'll give you the update. So well, there's no update.
- 14:18Speaker 3: Here's where I'm at.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Okay, So I send that message, he doesn't respond, and
- 14:21Speaker 1: so I'm thinking, I'm like, how long do I give
- 14:24Speaker 1: him to respond before I make a point that I
- 14:28Speaker 1: because he's clearly on the Apple lot. Yeah, you're a
- 14:31Speaker 1: thoughtful user, he's a thoughtful user. How long do I
- 14:35Speaker 1: give him before I prove a point that I'm unmatching him?
- 14:38Speaker 3: I would say twenty four hours.
- 14:40Speaker 1: That's how I feel.
- 14:41Speaker 3: I think that's fair.
- 14:42Speaker 2: And it's not like you've been there's a weird thing
- 14:45Speaker 2: like when you're dating of like Oh, I wonder if
- 14:47Speaker 2: they're into me. It's obvious that a date could be
- 14:51Speaker 2: set up. You have been given the softball if you
- 14:53Speaker 2: can't land this plane when it's been literally said that
- 14:55Speaker 2: you could redeem. We could make up for it. You
- 14:58Speaker 2: know where I go for coffee. Like you could either
- 15:03Speaker 2: say what I said on the last podcast and just
- 15:05Speaker 2: be like, man, okay, like redeem yourself, like ask me out,
- 15:08Speaker 2: like literally just make it as clear as.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Day, or you on match.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:12Speaker 3: I don't know, it sounds more in your line.
- 15:14Speaker 1: But so here's what I did. I started soft launching
- 15:17Speaker 1: the fact that I'm mad at him.
- 15:20Speaker 3: It sounds like Miranda.
- 15:21Speaker 1: I know, I really I'm a very cause I'm kind
- 15:27Speaker 1: of just like the cut them off and like no drama,
- 15:29Speaker 1: Like that's my thing. It's like just like cut them off,
- 15:31Speaker 1: move on with your life. Because I'm very much in
- 15:33Speaker 1: the in the camp of like if you're confused, if
- 15:35Speaker 1: you're stressed, like it's not right, Like it just shouldn't
- 15:37Speaker 1: be that.
- 15:38Speaker 3: It should be the easiest part of it.
- 15:39Speaker 1: It should be the most fun part of it. Like
- 15:41Speaker 1: when we were texting on Saturday or on Sunday, it
- 15:44Speaker 1: was like I was on drugs. I was like, this
- 15:46Speaker 1: is the greatest ever. This is so fun. Life is
- 15:49Speaker 1: worth living. My therapist was right, I do need to
- 15:51Speaker 1: go do more fun things. And then it just turns
- 15:56Speaker 1: out to be a lie. Like everything in this life,
- 15:58Speaker 1: everything is pain and suffering. Oh no, So I decided
- 16:03Speaker 1: to change my profile picture from my profile picture to
- 16:08Speaker 1: a new photo. I decided to upload a new photo
- 16:10Speaker 1: so that when he sees my name in the app,
- 16:12Speaker 1: he'll see the photo change so he knows that. I'm like, Okay,
- 16:16Speaker 1: if you're not messaging me, I'm gonna put on an
- 16:18Speaker 1: even hotter photo in.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Oh okay that to see I will be honest a guy.
- 16:23Speaker 3: I don't know. Maybe he does think this way. I
- 16:24Speaker 3: wouldn't have thought that way when I'm like, oh, nice photo.
- 16:27Speaker 1: N Well, here's the thing. He's either going to see
- 16:29Speaker 1: the photo be like she looks hot and the message me,
- 16:31Speaker 1: or he's going to realize that he's fumbled and this
- 16:35Speaker 1: really hot photo is going to attract other suitors.
- 16:37Speaker 3: You know what that's actually really it's like.
- 16:38Speaker 1: A respectably hot photo. It's not like a bikini photo
- 16:41Speaker 1: or anything. It's just a hot photo. Me and my
- 16:42Speaker 1: friend in Nashville.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Okay, and it's you in Nashville.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Hill.
- 16:45Speaker 3: I was actually in Nashville.
- 16:46Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, where's your photo evidence? Irishmen?
- 16:49Speaker 3: Were you at Morgan Wallins bar? Don't think so?
- 16:51Speaker 1: Don't think so, my guy.
- 16:52Speaker 3: That's so annoying.
- 16:53Speaker 2: I know. So it's been I mean, at this point,
- 16:55Speaker 2: it's been probably what twenty four hours since the last response.
- 16:58Speaker 1: It's been twenty three hours? Ye I might I think
- 17:02Speaker 1: what would you.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Say though, to like make a point, like be mad
- 17:04Speaker 3: at him?
- 17:04Speaker 1: I see. That's the thing is though, when you when
- 17:06Speaker 1: you go to make a point, you've already lost. Yeah,
- 17:10Speaker 1: he's on the app. He knows where to find me.
- 17:14Speaker 1: If he wants to say something, he will. The problem
- 17:16Speaker 1: is I'm annoyed that if he's not responding because of
- 17:19Speaker 1: this little tiff and he was on the plane, I
- 17:22Speaker 1: hate that. I leave the situation looking like the crazy one.
- 17:25Speaker 2: No, I don't think you should put that blame on you.
- 17:28Speaker 2: I don't, because again, you're crazy.
- 17:29Speaker 3: It was not that crazy.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I don't really even think I went that crazy. I
- 17:32Speaker 1: think I just got like suspicious, as.
- 17:34Speaker 2: You should in this world with as weird of guys
- 17:38Speaker 2: that are out there. It's okay, to be suspicious, and
- 17:41Speaker 2: a strong, masculine, confident man will understand that. And not
- 17:44Speaker 2: only will he understand it, he will then go above
- 17:47Speaker 2: and beyond to make you feel more secure in the conversation.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Yeah, we got to get this guy deported. I have
- 17:52Speaker 1: to call it back to Ice Ice on this guy, which,
- 17:57Speaker 1: by the way, he's an irishman. Okay, this is not
- 17:59Speaker 1: like a he's also white. Okay, this is not like
- 18:02Speaker 1: a racism thing.
- 18:02Speaker 3: God, that's so funny. The podcast Fame gets it.
- 18:05Speaker 1: That is what you hope that you but sometimes things
- 18:07Speaker 1: get clipped. You just never know.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Oh Lord, have mercy.
- 18:09Speaker 2: He's an irishman. Okay, Yeah, get out here, I would say,
- 18:13Speaker 2: is there. Okay, so you're not going to message him
- 18:15Speaker 2: back or you will.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I'm for sure not messaging him back unless he messages me.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Then I will message him back.
- 18:21Speaker 3: Okay, So just keep it, keep it open, I would say.
- 18:24Speaker 3: I mean, yeah, I don't.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Think keep it. Just keep him in my hinge.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Yeah, keep him in your hands.
- 18:27Speaker 1: I hate that he thinks that I am just keeping
- 18:31Speaker 1: him there though, Like I would like to make a
- 18:34Speaker 1: point that I'm like, Okay, if you're going to be
- 18:36Speaker 1: weird like this, like, I'm just yeah, no, like well.
- 18:39Speaker 2: In that case, yeah, I mean, would you let's say, say,
- 18:42Speaker 2: right now he messages, You're like, all right, drinks tonight?
- 18:45Speaker 1: If he yeah, because I got questions you want to
- 18:48Speaker 1: go for these? Seems to know where to get him,
- 18:52Speaker 1: you know what I mean? Oh jesus, I'd be like
- 18:56Speaker 1: sending coordinates out to Hillsborough Charactery, meat market, five panthers.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Oh me, either way, I'm gonna be on a bender
- 19:03Speaker 1: this weekend. Oh, he's just helping his he's just helping
- 19:07Speaker 1: my case.
- 19:08Speaker 3: I want answers to I do think he was on
- 19:10Speaker 3: the plane.
- 19:11Speaker 1: I want you think he's on the plane.
- 19:12Speaker 2: I think he was on the plane. Why do you
- 19:13Speaker 2: think he was on the plane? Just the way you
- 19:15Speaker 2: said he saw three other blondes. And he was like, well,
- 19:17Speaker 2: he didn't say blondes. He said I saw three other girls.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Oh, he said, and to be fair, there were three
- 19:22Speaker 1: of them and they were blonde. But he didn't say
- 19:25Speaker 1: that they were blonde. He said, I saw three girls.
- 19:28Speaker 1: We played the worse metal. I don't I don't like
- 19:32Speaker 1: the idea of doxing him.
- 19:34Speaker 2: No, no, I think I mean, what would be crazy?
- 19:36Speaker 2: This is like so far Like, let's just say, hypothetically,
- 19:39Speaker 2: you go out and get shrinks and it's fantastic, and
- 19:42Speaker 2: then he listens to these podcasts.
- 19:44Speaker 1: But here's the thing. I think it's reasonable when you
- 19:47Speaker 1: hear my explanation, I do too.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Again, I am fully on your side here. Yeah. Do
- 19:52Speaker 3: I think he's still on the plane.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Yes, Just like when he sent me his quote unquote explanations,
- 19:56Speaker 1: I was like, Okay, that is somewhat reason because I
- 19:58Speaker 1: was sitting next to three other girls. Yeah, he didn't
- 20:00Speaker 1: say I saw you sitting with three other girls. He
- 20:01Speaker 1: said I saw three girls and I thought maybe you
- 20:04Speaker 1: were there. So I mean, like that's still vague, still
- 20:07Speaker 1: kind of vague. But to be fair, in my exact road,
- 20:09Speaker 1: there were three girls, and if he was considering that
- 20:12Speaker 1: one of them was me, they all looked like AI
- 20:15Speaker 1: versions of me, like tan, blonde, yappie.
- 20:18Speaker 3: It would just be very like, I know, people do
- 20:21Speaker 3: weird things.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I think he's on the on the plane because that
- 20:23Speaker 2: would be so weird to lie about it like this
- 20:27Speaker 2: is like I don't know, like where your brain's at,
- 20:29Speaker 2: Like that is such a weird thing to be.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Like I'm on the same plane.
- 20:33Speaker 2: And I'm gonna play this game and then not come
- 20:34Speaker 2: clean about it, Like that would be so weird, that's
- 20:37Speaker 2: like psychotic.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Well what's weird? Or him lying about it, or him
- 20:42Speaker 1: being on the plane and not saying anything.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Him lying about it would be way weirder because I
- 20:46Speaker 2: can understand like maybe you get shy, like Okay, you
- 20:49Speaker 2: see me, we're flirting, and you're a little shy to
- 20:52Speaker 2: come up and say hi.
- 20:52Speaker 3: At the airport. Yeah. No, again, I'm not saying that
- 20:55Speaker 3: would be that's not the right move.
- 20:57Speaker 2: I think, you know, be a little shy, but also
- 20:58Speaker 2: step up, broly, Yeah, you have opportunity.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Well he has to. I think what I'm bothered by
- 21:03Speaker 1: is he's got to know that seems weird to me
- 21:05Speaker 1: that we're not going to see each other on the plane.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Yeah, when we had a whole conversation about being on
- 21:08Speaker 3: the same plane.
- 21:09Speaker 1: That's what I mean. If he if he was like
- 21:11Speaker 1: weird about it or like very shy about it, then
- 21:13Speaker 1: I would have been like, Okay, I think this guy
- 21:14Speaker 1: just got cold feet. But he's like, risen me up.
- 21:16Speaker 1: And so I'm like, I'm about to meet my boyfriend
- 21:18Speaker 1: on the plane.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Yeah, and that I think that goes to the bigger
- 21:20Speaker 2: picture of like, Okay, this you just seeing like one
- 21:22Speaker 2: of those guys that's really confident behind the keyboard, but
- 21:24Speaker 2: in reality you're not that kind of confidence. Yeah, which
- 21:28Speaker 2: worked for some, not for all, not for all, but
- 21:31Speaker 2: it would have been the cool move to be like,
- 21:32Speaker 2: all right, hang out, I'm gonna come say hello.
- 21:34Speaker 1: So anyway, I think I'm gonna give him. I'm I'm
- 21:36Speaker 1: gonna be generous. I'm gonna give him until tonight.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Okay, thin, I think that's good nine pm to night.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I think that's enough. That's thirty six hours. And I
- 21:47Speaker 1: just feel like if you were going to say something
- 21:49Speaker 1: to me, you would have said something by thirty six hours.
- 21:51Speaker 2: This is like the general rule, like just ask, just
- 21:54Speaker 2: put out a feeler, don't waste time, like what the
- 21:58Speaker 2: hell are you doing?
- 21:59Speaker 3: And shows like you just have no initiative.
- 22:01Speaker 1: And I don't like that you have no initiative. But
- 22:03Speaker 1: I also know I mean because he's it literally says,
- 22:05Speaker 1: man's is active. He's just talking to other girls.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Well, those other girls are gonna be very disappointed, but
- 22:10Speaker 2: they've maybe we can't live up to the words that
- 22:13Speaker 2: he says, which that's a very young man's game and
- 22:17Speaker 2: he's our age.
- 22:18Speaker 3: So yeah, so I guess Irish man goodbye.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Literally, what am I gonna learn? That men from the
- 22:23Speaker 1: UK like are just always going to ruin your life you.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Think you're destined to be with somebody from the UK.
- 22:28Speaker 1: It's just weird that I do just end up getting
- 22:31Speaker 1: bamboozled by men from the UK. And it's not necessarily
- 22:34Speaker 1: an accent thing, like I do like an accent, but
- 22:37Speaker 1: British accents have been ruined for me ever since London Boy,
- 22:41Speaker 1: and I've never been a fan of Irish accents except
- 22:43Speaker 1: he has a great accent, like he has like the
- 22:45Speaker 1: right mix of American and Irish to where it doesn't
- 22:47Speaker 1: give leprechauns. I was like, ooh hot. So it's not
- 22:50Speaker 1: like I'm actively seeking these guys out because they're British.
- 22:53Speaker 1: It just they just flock to me.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know what it is. I mean, it's like,
- 22:58Speaker 2: it's why just the UK.
- 23:00Speaker 3: I don't know. Have you tried Australia yet?
- 23:02Speaker 1: No, I don't really like an Australian.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, that was Accents are sweet.
- 23:07Speaker 1: I just watched an Australian show and the whole time
- 23:10Speaker 1: I thought, I hate these accents, which I've never felt
- 23:12Speaker 1: this way, like, I don't know if this is like
- 23:14Speaker 1: a new development, but they sound I don't know if
- 23:16Speaker 1: maybe they were doing a specific Australian accent. It's called
- 23:21Speaker 1: the show is called My Brilliant Career. It's set in
- 23:24Speaker 1: like twentieth century Australia. It's a good show. It's like Bridgerton.
- 23:28Speaker 1: It's kind of like those vibes. It's six EPISODESLIX, you're freaky,
- 23:32Speaker 1: you'd like it. Yeah, yeah, you're always watching those sex shows,
- 23:36Speaker 1: so you like it. But yeah, the only accents that
- 23:40Speaker 1: I like. I'm not like an accent gal. I mean,
- 23:43Speaker 1: I've never been a fan of Irish accents, but I
- 23:46Speaker 1: just like the tenor of somebody's voice. Like I think
- 23:49Speaker 1: when when a guy has a specific like baritone in
- 23:54Speaker 1: his voice, I'm like, yes, that's what I'm into.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Okay, I have like a little out in my head.
- 23:59Speaker 2: This is a weird word to discribe, but like thick.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, like when when a guy talks and it sounds.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Like maybe it can't sound like Mickey Mouse.
- 24:06Speaker 1: Mickey Mouse, or if it's like too feminine sounding, I'm
- 24:09Speaker 1: like I'm out and voices really can be like a
- 24:12Speaker 1: make or break. Like I was talking to this guy
- 24:14Speaker 1: in college for like six months and he was a
- 24:15Speaker 1: little weird whatever, And I remember we met out. I
- 24:19Speaker 1: hadn't I didn't know what his voice sounded like. And
- 24:22Speaker 1: we met up at a bar like during winter break
- 24:24Speaker 1: or something, and the second he opened his mouth, I
- 24:26Speaker 1: was like, I'm out.
- 24:28Speaker 3: I've had the same thing happen to me. Yeah, the
- 24:30Speaker 3: guys have the same thing.
- 24:31Speaker 1: What's the girl voice that you don't like?
- 24:32Speaker 2: Well, there's obviously there's a range, there's a pitch, like
- 24:36Speaker 2: it needs to be in a nice upper range. Yeah,
- 24:38Speaker 2: And honestly, sometimes like a little raspy is very sexific.
- 24:43Speaker 1: I totally know what you mean, because this is the
- 24:44Speaker 1: same for girls.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Like you cant a rasp Yeah, Like I said, every
- 24:47Speaker 2: now and then, like Brionna like loses her voice and
- 24:49Speaker 2: it's like damn yeah.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Yeah, when it's like if somebody gets sick, Yeah, I
- 24:53Speaker 1: get it.
- 24:53Speaker 2: But I've had it where you know, and it's ken
- 24:56Speaker 2: you were born with what you want with and somebody's
- 24:57Speaker 2: gonna love you for it.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:58Speaker 2: But if the voice is too low, oh yeah, or
- 25:01Speaker 2: I've talked to people and they just very quiet and
- 25:05Speaker 2: the very quiet voice that I can't do.
- 25:07Speaker 1: It's like, what are you doing?
- 25:08Speaker 2: Yeah, And I don't know what it is. I don't
- 25:10Speaker 2: know if that's a condition or just like maybe you're shy.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Is there a peptide for this?
- 25:15Speaker 2: That's I've gone out and it was the same thing.
- 25:17Speaker 2: And I went out and I remember like we sat
- 25:19Speaker 2: down as soon as you started talking, and it was
- 25:22Speaker 2: just it was so low, and it like.
- 25:24Speaker 3: It scared me. Yeah, I was like, what, Oh my gosh,
- 25:27Speaker 3: I can't even hear.
- 25:28Speaker 1: It is kind of giving serial killer.
- 25:30Speaker 3: It's giving serial killer.
- 25:31Speaker 2: And as somebody that wears headphones every day, I'm like
- 25:35Speaker 2: constantly leaning in like what what?
- 25:38Speaker 3: And I didn't do the right thing.
- 25:40Speaker 2: But I did end up kind of ghosting because I
- 25:42Speaker 2: didn't how do you tell somebody that, hey, we can't
- 25:45Speaker 2: go out because I don't like your voice.
- 25:48Speaker 1: That's what I hate about going on first dates with
- 25:50Speaker 1: people from dating apps is the odds are of you
- 25:54Speaker 1: going out with somebody that you meant on a dating
- 25:56Speaker 1: app that you would have already met in person, Like
- 25:58Speaker 1: you you probably not gonna go out with that person.
- 26:01Speaker 1: That's why I like meeting people in person. So it's
- 26:02Speaker 1: already like established that the superficial things were into. Yes,
- 26:07Speaker 1: because if you ghost me after a first date and
- 26:10Speaker 1: I'm into it, I'm gonna get in my head. I'm
- 26:12Speaker 1: like it must be something dumb, must be something dumb
- 26:15Speaker 1: and supervisual.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think again reverse on me. Like I've
- 26:18Speaker 2: gone on a days, I'm like, huh what I do
- 26:21Speaker 2: have questions like what was it about the conversation or
- 26:24Speaker 2: the what was it that said?
- 26:26Speaker 3: You know what, I'm never going to talk to this
- 26:27Speaker 3: person again. Yeah, I'm curious. I'll never get those answers.
- 26:29Speaker 3: And honestly, at this point, I'm okay with that.
- 26:31Speaker 1: I do feel like with women sometimes there's like not
- 26:33Speaker 1: anything you can put your finger on. Sometimes you just
- 26:36Speaker 1: said ye, it's just like yeah, I like this guy,
- 26:38Speaker 1: but like I don't think he's like my guy, Whereas
- 26:40Speaker 1: I feel like dudes are like, well, you know, she
- 26:44Speaker 1: doesn't have a twelve step skincare routine and her skin
- 26:47Speaker 1: doesn't glow like my ex girlfriends, and they're not over
- 26:49Speaker 1: their ex girlfriends. So they go home and just jack
- 26:51Speaker 1: off to photos of that girl that they dated two
- 26:53Speaker 1: years ago that they never got over. It's it not
- 26:56Speaker 1: spot on though, like, what's her Instagram again? If we'got
- 27:00Speaker 1: know she blocked me.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Dang, it is crazy how many dudes fall for that
- 27:04Speaker 2: crap though, of like just what's online and then like
- 27:06Speaker 2: you talk to him and they're like, you know, that's
- 27:08Speaker 2: their standard, is like an online version of somebody, and
- 27:12Speaker 2: like you're gonna be You're gonna be shook.
- 27:14Speaker 1: It's so interesting that you say that, because I think
- 27:17Speaker 1: I already told you this story off air, and I
- 27:18Speaker 1: won't tell you who this is, but on the air obviously.
- 27:22Speaker 1: But we were talking to one of our mutual friends
- 27:25Speaker 1: and he said that he just started dating again and
- 27:29Speaker 1: he was so excited about this girl because he was
- 27:30Speaker 1: the she was the epitome of his type. And I
- 27:32Speaker 1: was so curious because I'm like, he's an objectively attractive guy,
- 27:36Speaker 1: what's the epitome of his type? Like I'm curious, like
- 27:38Speaker 1: what the beauty standard is for him? And he pulls
- 27:40Speaker 1: up a photo and it's like the most I don't
- 27:43Speaker 1: want to because listen, everybody edits their photos. Not only
- 27:46Speaker 1: is she like super face tuned, but like clearly has
- 27:51Speaker 1: some work done, which again I'm nobody to talk. I
- 27:53Speaker 1: have also gotten work done but it's like the kind
- 27:56Speaker 1: of work where you're like, that's work and not something
- 27:58Speaker 1: that makes your face look better. Yeah, and I remember
- 28:01Speaker 1: thinking like, oh, we're screwed, Like women are screwed.
- 28:04Speaker 3: We're it unforced. It really is unfair.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Like if you go and you just scroll, and let's
- 28:08Speaker 2: just say, you're a dude that's just been scrolling. You've
- 28:10Speaker 2: never actually talked to a woman, and like this is
- 28:11Speaker 2: what you look at all day. Holy crap, what you
- 28:15Speaker 2: expect is just not even fair. It's not even right.
- 28:18Speaker 2: And it's honestly, you're putting yourself so far in a
- 28:20Speaker 2: whole of the actual reality being able to love your
- 28:24Speaker 2: partner in all parts of like getting dressed up and
- 28:27Speaker 2: going out and waking up in the morning.
- 28:30Speaker 3: Like, again, you want to be able to love all versions.
- 28:33Speaker 2: But if your version is somebody that's like and this
- 28:35Speaker 2: is since it's the podcast, but since so many guys
- 28:38Speaker 2: look at like adult material, that's your version.
- 28:42Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you're right, we're screwed.
- 28:44Speaker 1: Like, yeah, it's funny because I know women's books always
- 28:49Speaker 1: get compared to porn, but I'm like, I think it's
- 28:51Speaker 1: just so different. Like when you read a book, there's
- 28:53Speaker 1: a story and there's plot and you're learning about yourself
- 28:55Speaker 1: as a human, like if you're just turning on porn.
- 28:58Speaker 1: This isn't like a commentary on porn or not. It's
- 29:00Speaker 1: just like you just we all know why you're there.
- 29:04Speaker 1: And when you're looking at that from such a young age,
- 29:07Speaker 1: I do wonder how it affects dudes, and it makes
- 29:09Speaker 1: it very not very hard to compete, I mean, but
- 29:13Speaker 1: like you know, it.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Just it sets you up for a lot of failures
- 29:17Speaker 2: and a lot of missteps. Because I was even watching
- 29:19Speaker 2: because I started the show, gosh again, the Hunting Wives.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Yes, the freaky lesbian show.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Freaky show, and I'm into it, like it's cool.
- 29:27Speaker 1: But Scot doesn't even have Netflix. He just has he
- 29:30Speaker 1: just has pornhub dot com as a streaming service, and
- 29:34Speaker 1: he's like, the Haunting Wives looks different here.
- 29:37Speaker 3: Gosh.
- 29:38Speaker 2: I was just trying to because I just finished Okay,
- 29:39Speaker 2: on the other side of that quick tangent, I finished
- 29:41Speaker 2: the show Modern Love, which is so not that it's
- 29:44Speaker 2: not freaky, it's just about love. So I was like,
- 29:46Speaker 2: I need a new show, and I've heard things about
- 29:48Speaker 2: The Honey Wives. I was like, this is interesting. Yeah,
- 29:50Speaker 2: well anyway, one of the things in the show is
- 29:52Speaker 2: like this young guy and you can just tell, like
- 29:54Speaker 2: it's such a typical eighteen year old dude where he's
- 29:57Speaker 2: rushing the romance, he's really aggressive if he's like really
- 30:00Speaker 2: upset if he doesn't get what he wants sexually, and
- 30:02Speaker 2: it's like that is a majority of the guys at
- 30:06Speaker 2: that age. And the sad thing is is like how
- 30:08Speaker 2: long do guys take before they get out of that
- 30:12Speaker 2: because all their expectation is on the real world is
- 30:15Speaker 2: that oh, we obviously start kissing and then boom, we're
- 30:19Speaker 2: doing it right then, right there, aggressive quick, and it's like,
- 30:22Speaker 2: oh god, it's.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Like not how it is at all odd, Like how
- 30:25Speaker 1: many dudes are just fucking literally all of them literally
- 30:29Speaker 1: all of them I.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Know, and I can't say like I didn't know, but
- 30:32Speaker 2: obviously it's like you talk to enough women you're like, oh, okay, okay,
- 30:36Speaker 2: got it, got it.
- 30:37Speaker 3: And that's why I watched these love shows, that's why
- 30:39Speaker 3: I read about it.
- 30:39Speaker 1: You you have to get on book talk, Like I know,
- 30:42Speaker 1: I've given you several books to read. You need to
- 30:44Speaker 1: read one woman's fiction.
- 30:47Speaker 3: Novel, okay, and I'm okay.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Well, then if there's if you're gonna give me one,
- 30:51Speaker 2: because I will be honest, I tried reading off campus.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Yes I knew you weren't going to get through it.
- 30:55Speaker 3: It did not get through it.
- 30:56Speaker 1: To be fair, that's not necessarily like a good book.
- 30:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I was gonna try. The show is just so good.
- 31:01Speaker 1: The show is so good, Like I read the books,
- 31:03Speaker 1: and even I when I read the books, I'm like, yeah,
- 31:05Speaker 1: this is good. But like I mean, it's entertaining because
- 31:08Speaker 1: I'm a girl, Like I think I read it. I'm like, yeah,
- 31:10Speaker 1: this is like reality TV for women.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Now I want to read one of those that like
- 31:15Speaker 2: all women are reading. Yeah, very few men even know
- 31:18Speaker 2: about it, but like in the woman's perspective, you're like, yeah,
- 31:22Speaker 2: that's some good stuff right there.
- 31:23Speaker 1: So the only book I'll I'll give you right now.
- 31:26Speaker 1: And I'm only saying this because there's a long we've
- 31:30Speaker 1: been waiting for the I don't even know what number
- 31:32Speaker 1: book it is. We've been waiting for, like the sixth
- 31:34Speaker 1: book in the series for so long, and it'll be
- 31:37Speaker 1: what everybody is talking about come October. And I know
- 31:40Speaker 1: you like to be with the girlies.
- 31:41Speaker 3: I am. I'm like almost one of them. But just
- 31:43Speaker 3: a very masculine dude.
- 31:44Speaker 1: I know you like to know what the girlies are into.
- 31:46Speaker 1: I'm telling you, come October, this is what everyone's going
- 31:49Speaker 1: to be talking about. So if you want to get
- 31:51Speaker 1: ahead start triumph, you can read The Court of Thorns
- 31:55Speaker 1: and rosa series. A Court of Thorns and Roses.
- 32:01Speaker 2: Oh man, this is a big one, though not as
- 32:04Speaker 2: a big read, but like, yeah, I'm not saying I
- 32:07Speaker 2: could read many pages, y'all. Yeah, yeah, I'm saying. Okay,
- 32:09Speaker 2: So if I just read that one alone, I'll be good. No,
- 32:12Speaker 2: I got to read the whole series. I might get
- 32:14Speaker 2: into it. I'm not saying I won't.
- 32:15Speaker 1: I think you might get into it. So a lot
- 32:18Speaker 1: of people say they read the first one and they
- 32:20Speaker 1: don't really get the hype. I liked the first one.
- 32:24Speaker 1: I thought the first one was enjoyable. I think it
- 32:27Speaker 1: takes I think it starts off ridiculously slow, to the
- 32:30Speaker 1: point where I may just give you like a starting
- 32:32Speaker 1: page halfway through and just tell you what happens in
- 32:34Speaker 1: the beginning. I'm just going to give you the rundown
- 32:36Speaker 1: and then I'll be like, here's when it gets interesting.
- 32:38Speaker 3: I mean, I'm down for it. What is okay?
- 32:39Speaker 2: So if you could give a synopsis as like, what
- 32:42Speaker 2: is this book even about?
- 32:44Speaker 1: That's a book about a book?
- 32:46Speaker 3: Okay, weird.
- 32:48Speaker 1: So the main character's name is Farah. She lives with
- 32:51Speaker 1: her two other sisters and their father. They used to
- 32:54Speaker 1: be extremely rich and now they're poor and they live
- 32:56Speaker 1: in this shack. And so Farah has to.
- 32:58Speaker 2: Like.
- 33:00Speaker 1: I realized, I sound like I'm on crack. Farah has
- 33:03Speaker 1: to like hunt for her family. So she ends up
- 33:05Speaker 1: killing this wolf, and this wolf ends up and this
- 33:12Speaker 1: wolf ends up being like a fairy from another land.
- 33:17Speaker 1: And I guess there's some kind of hidden fairy contract
- 33:20Speaker 1: that if like a human kills a fairy with hate
- 33:23Speaker 1: in her heart, she has to repay the debt by
- 33:26Speaker 1: going to live in the fairy land. No, so fairy
- 33:31Speaker 1: land is called Prithian. So that's name the universe. So
- 33:34Speaker 1: the human lands in Printhian are are separated by a wall. So,
- 33:39Speaker 1: after she kills the wolf, who she didn't realize was
- 33:41Speaker 1: a fairy, or maybe she did, I can't remember. Anyway,
- 33:43Speaker 1: she kills the fairy, a big, hot fairy comes into
- 33:47Speaker 1: her house. Oh wow, it's sodridiculous. But these books are
- 33:50Speaker 1: actually very well written, comes into her house and it's like,
- 33:53Speaker 1: I have to take you, and she's like what no,
- 33:56Speaker 1: Like I love being in my starving shack with my
- 33:58Speaker 1: sisters and my who's a dead bee, Like we no.
- 34:02Speaker 3: Why would you take me away from all?
- 34:03Speaker 1: It's a beauty and the beast retelling essentially, So he
- 34:06Speaker 1: takes her away to his castle. He lives in the
- 34:09Speaker 1: spring Court. They're all named after like seasons and shit.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Oh very nice.
- 34:12Speaker 1: So she lives in the spring Court with him. There's
- 34:14Speaker 1: all these this fairy stuff going on, and there's like
- 34:17Speaker 1: a sickness taking over their country, and no one really
- 34:22Speaker 1: knows much about the sickness except it's bad. And then
- 34:26Speaker 1: all of a sudden, the sickness abducts the spring Court
- 34:30Speaker 1: and they have to go under a mountain.
- 34:33Speaker 3: You know what, Okay, I'm committing.
- 34:35Speaker 1: I will write it's a fairy adventure romance.
- 34:37Speaker 3: Okay, I'm in.
- 34:39Speaker 2: I think I did try at one point to listen
- 34:41Speaker 2: to the audiobook.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Version of this one.
- 34:42Speaker 1: The plot is unclear, but it is a good time.
- 34:45Speaker 3: But it's romance, like it's.
- 34:48Speaker 1: What people call a romance. See it is a romance
- 34:51Speaker 1: novel series set in a fictional fairyland world. But it's
- 34:58Speaker 1: the people get very excited about the second book. And
- 35:03Speaker 1: I've reread this book a couple of times, Like I
- 35:05Speaker 1: remember reading them all through once and going, yeah, they're good,
- 35:08Speaker 1: like I enjoyed them, like I had a good time.
- 35:10Speaker 1: And then it's something about the stories, like they sit
- 35:14Speaker 1: with you and you're kind of like I miss my
- 35:16Speaker 1: friends and you have to like go relive it by
- 35:18Speaker 1: like reading them again.
- 35:19Speaker 2: Okay, then I'm in because the one book and I
- 35:21Speaker 2: was I'm not a big fiction reader. Yeah, when it
- 35:23Speaker 2: comes to fiction, it's like I need something like walk
- 35:26Speaker 2: away with like something tangible. That's why I read so
- 35:28Speaker 2: many nonfiction because I'm like self help. I could use
- 35:30Speaker 2: this right now, bam, life accomplishment. But also it's nice
- 35:34Speaker 2: to let your brain go hmm, let me go to
- 35:36Speaker 2: another world. And I did that during the pandemic with
- 35:38Speaker 2: like Harry Potter. I'm sure very different, Yeah, but it
- 35:41Speaker 2: was cool to see, like for the first time ever,
- 35:44Speaker 2: all of a sudden, my mind was like, Wow, I'm
- 35:46Speaker 2: in a whole new universe and it felt like it.
- 35:48Speaker 2: I would escape for hours reading this.
- 35:50Speaker 1: So that's how you will feel reading this novel. And
- 35:53Speaker 1: I or this series because I will say it does
- 35:56Speaker 1: a really great job of taking you there. And I
- 35:58Speaker 1: don't feel that way about every book. Like I enjoy reading,
- 36:01Speaker 1: I enjoy the entertainment aspect of it. This is a
- 36:03Speaker 1: book where you feel like you're living with the characters.
- 36:06Speaker 1: And I think that's why people like them so much.
- 36:08Speaker 1: Is not because the plot is some kind of I mean,
- 36:11Speaker 1: you just heard me try to explain it sound like
- 36:12Speaker 1: I'm on drugs. Maybe I should do drugs and then
- 36:15Speaker 1: read it. I think you should do drugs and read them.
- 36:16Speaker 1: I think, why not add them all in? So I
- 36:20Speaker 1: think reading these books will make you feel like you're
- 36:23Speaker 1: in this world with these characters that are so lovable
- 36:26Speaker 1: and so fun to read about. And I don't think
- 36:30Speaker 1: you'll get the hype at first, but I think you'll
- 36:31Speaker 1: go you know what. I'm like six hundred pages in
- 36:33Speaker 1: and I get it, nose. It does take you a second,
- 36:37Speaker 1: because like it's sort of like getting to know someone,
- 36:39Speaker 1: Like you know, the first time you hang out with someone,
- 36:41Speaker 1: you're like, yeah, that person's fun, and like you hang
- 36:42Speaker 1: out with them a little bit and you're like, yeah,
- 36:43Speaker 1: they're great, and then all of a sudden you have
- 36:45Speaker 1: this friendship that lasts six months and you're like, oh
- 36:47Speaker 1: my god, like that person's so great. Now I love them.
- 36:49Speaker 2: And I did obviously see everybody when this book was
- 36:52Speaker 2: massive reading it.
- 36:53Speaker 3: Yes, not, it would not be that popular if it
- 36:55Speaker 3: wasn't a good book.
- 36:56Speaker 1: I yeah, it's a really good book. It's really well done.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Read it. You're up to date by the top October
- 37:01Speaker 1: comes around, so what.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Okay? So you said there's six books in the series though.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Yeah, which I know sounds crazy, But once you get
- 37:07Speaker 1: over the hurdle of like the first book, then it's like, oh,
- 37:11Speaker 1: thank god, there's five other books.
- 37:12Speaker 2: Oh okay, So once I finish this one, you think
- 37:14Speaker 2: I'll be like, all right, let's go number two.
- 37:16Speaker 1: And one of them's freaky.
- 37:18Speaker 3: I love that, So do that as you will.
- 37:21Speaker 1: You just got to get through it all. So my
- 37:23Speaker 1: mom wanted me to tell you that she just bought
- 37:24Speaker 1: a hat.
- 37:25Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, thank you.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Hey, I just bought a hat from Scott. Tell him
- 37:28Speaker 1: he doesn't have to mail it to me. If he's
- 37:30Speaker 1: the one physically mailing, he can just give it to you.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Well, that is actually so sweet. And if that doesn't
- 37:34Speaker 2: make any sense to you on the podcast. I have
- 37:36Speaker 2: these hats I'm selling for my Dare to Dream one hundred,
- 37:38Speaker 2: which I've even talked about here.
- 37:39Speaker 3: I'm running one hundred miles to it sounds.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Nuts, totally optional.
- 37:43Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't have to. So again, a lot of.
- 37:46Speaker 1: What if you walked one hundred miles? That's not the
- 37:49Speaker 1: same where what if you walked? Like, where is one
- 37:51Speaker 1: hundred miles from here?
- 37:52Speaker 2: So what I'm going to if I walked one hundred
- 37:54Speaker 2: miles from here? Oh god, I'd be in Orlando from here.
- 38:00Speaker 2: I don't know what's on your Orlando, Okay, So to
- 38:03Speaker 2: take so you would go past.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Orlando Orlando is eighty nine miles.
- 38:08Speaker 3: It's not even enough.
- 38:09Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 38:10Speaker 2: Well here, I want to take it through the timeline
- 38:13Speaker 2: of why this started. Like when I actually started doing
- 38:16Speaker 2: these crazy races. It was right after my mom passed
- 38:19Speaker 2: away and I was out on a run and I
- 38:20Speaker 2: was just literally trying to.
- 38:21Speaker 3: Escape the pain, like that was the whole purpose.
- 38:24Speaker 2: I was sitting in my house and I was dealing
- 38:25Speaker 2: with grief, and I was like, I need to get
- 38:27Speaker 2: rid of this. I don't know anything else to do
- 38:29Speaker 2: except for go run, And so I went on on
- 38:31Speaker 2: this run, and I just started listening to all these
- 38:32Speaker 2: speakers that I grew up listening to, like Les Brown
- 38:35Speaker 2: and Tony Robbins. And as I was listening, there was
- 38:39Speaker 2: something that kept getting repeated. It was like find your why,
- 38:41Speaker 2: like raise your standard. And one of the stories that
- 38:43Speaker 2: I remember hearing was a story from Tony Robbins who
- 38:46Speaker 2: shared how a big part of what he does now
- 38:49Speaker 2: is because of a painful story in this past. And
- 38:52Speaker 2: it was one Thanksgiving where his you know, family was
- 38:55Speaker 2: struggling and then somebody came by the house and offered
- 38:58Speaker 2: to give them food. Story goes that, well, his dad
- 39:01Speaker 2: didn't accept the help. But as I heard that story,
- 39:04Speaker 2: I realized, Man, it was October, We're getting ready for Thanksgiving.
- 39:07Speaker 2: And as I was running, I was like the reality
- 39:10Speaker 2: of my new life hit and I was like, holy,
- 39:12Speaker 2: we're about to go into Thanksgiving.
- 39:14Speaker 3: This is gonna be the first time.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Like the full table's not filled, like my mom won't
- 39:17Speaker 2: be there, We're not gonna have Like there's gonna be
- 39:19Speaker 2: an empty chair in the room. How are we even
- 39:21Speaker 2: gonna put this meal together? Like what's the point? And
- 39:24Speaker 2: then all of a sudden, I found my why and
- 39:26Speaker 2: it was wait a second. If I'm dealing with this
- 39:29Speaker 2: and I've been given this platform and I'm have an
- 39:32Speaker 2: opportunity to maybe take this pain and turn it into purpose.
- 39:37Speaker 2: What if I did something crazy and I ran a
- 39:39Speaker 2: marathon and in this marathon I raised enough money to
- 39:41Speaker 2: feed families so they wouldn't have to deal with the
- 39:44Speaker 2: pain that I'm dealing with. Because I hated the idea
- 39:47Speaker 2: of going into that Thanksgiving I hate every year, like
- 39:50Speaker 2: we've made the most of it, but in that moment,
- 39:52Speaker 2: I was like, this is going to be the worst.
- 39:54Speaker 2: And if I could take that pain away from somebody
- 39:55Speaker 2: to make sure a dad or a mom doesn't have
- 39:57Speaker 2: to work or they don't have to skip a holiday
- 39:59Speaker 2: because they can't afford it, I'm gonna do whatever I can.
- 40:02Speaker 2: And so I literally within two months, I got on Instagram.
- 40:04Speaker 2: I was like, I always talk about dreaming big, I'm
- 40:07Speaker 2: gonna run a marathon and we're gonna do it, try
- 40:10Speaker 2: to raise as much money for families in Tampa Bay
- 40:12Speaker 2: as possible. And in December of twenty twenty, went out
- 40:16Speaker 2: on some random ass trail in Tampa had no business
- 40:20Speaker 2: doing this marathon, but it was my dad on my bike,
- 40:23Speaker 2: and I went running beside him, and I came back
- 40:25Speaker 2: and I looked at my phone and we raised nearly
- 40:26Speaker 2: ten thousand dollars to feed families.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Wow.
- 40:29Speaker 2: I was shook, and I was just brought to tears
- 40:32Speaker 2: of just how incredible this community is. Because in that
- 40:35Speaker 2: time period, I truly wanted to walk away from everything
- 40:38Speaker 2: that I was working on radio shows and speaking and
- 40:42Speaker 2: all this. What's the point. In that moment, I realized
- 40:45Speaker 2: the point. Yeah, And so that's what started the journey.
- 40:48Speaker 2: So in twenty twenty ran a marathon and then I
- 40:51Speaker 2: was like, well, what else is out there? All right, well,
- 40:53Speaker 2: let's go ahead and let's raise the bar. So I
- 40:56Speaker 2: went out to a conference and in this conference, I
- 40:58Speaker 2: saw this Speakerry Lindley. She starts talking about how she
- 41:01Speaker 2: became this triathlon champion, and I was so moved by
- 41:05Speaker 2: this story. I thought, shit, I have a new dream.
- 41:09Speaker 2: I think I'm gonna do an iron Man. And then
- 41:12Speaker 2: all of a sudden, my thoughts started talking to me of.
- 41:14Speaker 3: What do you think you're an iron Man? Are you nuts?
- 41:16Speaker 2: You don't even own a bike, You've never really swam
- 41:18Speaker 2: in a pool, like you have no business, And I
- 41:20Speaker 2: was like that's the point. I have no idea how,
- 41:23Speaker 2: but something speaking to me to go after this. And
- 41:25Speaker 2: so in twenty twenty three I did an iron Man
- 41:27Speaker 2: and we raised a couple thousand dollars to feed families.
- 41:30Speaker 2: And then in twenty twenty four, I was like, well,
- 41:33Speaker 2: let's raise the bar, because every time I do one
- 41:35Speaker 2: of these challenges, the goal is that somebody's looking and saying,
- 41:38Speaker 2: wait a second, I want to go after something that
- 41:40Speaker 2: kind of scares me, that seems impossible, that I don't
- 41:42Speaker 2: know how to do it, but I have just enough
- 41:44Speaker 2: of a voice.
- 41:44Speaker 3: In my head telling me to try it. I'm gonna try.
- 41:47Speaker 2: And so in twenty twenty four I went after the
- 41:49Speaker 2: Panelist Trail Challenge that was a forty six mile ultra
- 41:52Speaker 2: marathon in the Panelist Trail in the den of summer
- 41:55Speaker 2: like this time August, brutal, horrible. And then in twenty
- 41:58Speaker 2: twenty five I was like, well, let's raise the bar again.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Let's do another iron Man, and let's try to get
- 42:02Speaker 2: it even faster. I got a two hours faster. But
- 42:04Speaker 2: here's the truth. Last year I had the thought of
- 42:08Speaker 2: doing a one hundred miler, but I was just too
- 42:10Speaker 2: scared to do it. That's why I ended up doing
- 42:11Speaker 2: another iron Man. I was like, well, I know I
- 42:13Speaker 2: could do an iron Man, and I want to get
- 42:15Speaker 2: better at it. I like those races. This year, I said,
- 42:18Speaker 2: I can't quiet that voice anymore.
- 42:19Speaker 3: I have to.
- 42:20Speaker 2: I have to go ahead and try, and it scares
- 42:22Speaker 2: the crap out of me. So I decided, you know what,
- 42:25Speaker 2: the first step in any dream is just to say
- 42:26Speaker 2: it out loud. Do I have to do a hundred miles? No,
- 42:29Speaker 2: not necessarily. Nobody gives a damn. But I was like,
- 42:31Speaker 2: this voice is never gonna quiet. I'm gonna go after it.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Run one hundred miles and one day with the purpose
- 42:37Speaker 2: of what I started, and that is the feed families
- 42:40Speaker 2: in need to put enough meals on the table this
- 42:42Speaker 2: upcoming holiday season so families could gather around like I
- 42:45Speaker 2: had the gift of experiencing for twenty four years of
- 42:49Speaker 2: my life.
- 42:49Speaker 3: That's why I'm running to one hundred miles.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Nice and so you're selling hats is a way to
- 42:53Speaker 1: like breeze the money get people excited.
- 42:57Speaker 2: You had to join the team to be part of
- 42:59Speaker 2: the movement and also to have that representation of you
- 43:01Speaker 2: know when you see it it's there to Dream. It's
- 43:03Speaker 2: on my website and I'll put it up on my
- 43:04Speaker 2: Instagram in my bio. But when you see it, it's
- 43:07Speaker 2: kind of that spark, spark of I'm going to lean
- 43:10Speaker 2: into that dream just a little bit. And something I
- 43:12Speaker 2: say on stages all the time is like, you have
- 43:14Speaker 2: that voice, it's probably like, oh, maybe you should start
- 43:16Speaker 2: a new business or ask that person out, or maybe
- 43:18Speaker 2: you should move or try this new activity. Just lean
- 43:22Speaker 2: in see what it's truly trying to tell you. Because
- 43:24Speaker 2: I had no idea why I was running that marathon
- 43:26Speaker 2: in twenty twenty. I just knew that I had a
- 43:28Speaker 2: purpose of feeding families. And now it's all right, let's
- 43:31Speaker 2: go ahead and run one hundred miles. I have no
- 43:33Speaker 2: idea how I'm going to do it. I just know why.
- 43:36Speaker 2: And so that's what there to Dream is. So the hat,
- 43:38Speaker 2: every hat, fifty percent of the proceeds is going right
- 43:40Speaker 2: to metropolitan ministries. And here's what's so cool is I
- 43:43Speaker 2: get to see the orders coming in in every order.
- 43:45Speaker 2: That's like a whole new section of meals that I
- 43:47Speaker 2: get to go over to metropolitan ministries and say, all right,
- 43:50Speaker 2: like this week, I get to go and write up
- 43:51Speaker 2: a check and be like, by hey boom, families, let's go.
- 43:55Speaker 2: And this is going to be a long ass process.
- 43:57Speaker 2: It's like eight months of training. So the goal is
- 44:00Speaker 2: at least one hundred families and I would love to
- 44:02Speaker 2: be able to do it before the holidays to make
- 44:04Speaker 2: sure that we're just going into the holiday season knowing
- 44:06Speaker 2: that families gather together because of this crazy ass dream.
- 44:09Speaker 1: I love that. Well, good for you, and I'm glad
- 44:11Speaker 1: you're doing that, and I hope you survive so too.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Give you a good hospital bill. We have good insurance,
- 44:17Speaker 1: right yeah, I think I guess I still sign up
- 44:19Speaker 1: for it.
- 44:20Speaker 2: So thank you to your mom and thank you because
- 44:21Speaker 2: a lot of people were like, listen to the show
- 44:23Speaker 2: and they're like, I literally got one today that I
- 44:25Speaker 2: was like, Hey, I want to support Where can I
- 44:26Speaker 2: buy the hats link in my bio or just message
- 44:28Speaker 2: me on Instagram at Scott Tablin and I'll make sure
- 44:30Speaker 2: you have the link. But when you do it, you're
- 44:32Speaker 2: part of my team. And who knows, I'm trying to
- 44:34Speaker 2: put something together. I don't have all the details, but
- 44:36Speaker 2: where people can actually join me to do some laps
- 44:38Speaker 2: with me as part of the team.
- 44:40Speaker 3: There you go. Love it well. They shout out to
- 44:42Speaker 3: your mom. I appreciate Carrie. Carrie, you rock. Thank you.
- 44:46Speaker 2: I'll get you your hat and a special note from

- 44:53Speaker 2: I have over the next couple of days on whether
- 44:55Speaker 2: or not I'm invited to weddings, whether or not certain
- 44:57Speaker 2: friendships have a problem with what I've been doing lately
- 45:00Speaker 2: in my life. We'll keep those updates coming in the future.
