  SPEAKER_00: I'm basically gonna run through all the blocks that I see people's businesses and we're gonna talk through them.

  SPEAKER_00: Um, and honestly, these are the ones I had, these are the ones that I've cleaned up, and they're the ones that I help my clients with.

  SPEAKER_00: Number one, if you have a fear of being seen, I was honestly inspired to do this podcast after talking with my friend on a walk.

  SPEAKER_00: Uh, she's launching a new business and she has a fear of being seen, a fear of showing up on Instagram and all the things.

  SPEAKER_00: So this prompted, I was like, you know what?

  SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna do a podcast, blocks in your business.

  SPEAKER_00: So, number one, blocks fear of being seen.

  SPEAKER_00: If you are uncomfortable showing up on Instagram, showing your products, showing your services, talking about them, using your voice, showing your face, that is going to block you in your business.

  SPEAKER_00: Because if you can't showcase your business, your products, your services, whatever it is you do, it doesn't matter if you have an Etsy shop, you're a naturopath, you're a coach, you're a lawyer, doesn't matter.

  SPEAKER_00: Because your business is not like fully 100%.

  SPEAKER_00: So if you have a fear of being seen, there's no power behind it.

  SPEAKER_00: It's not magnetized, it's not drawing people in.

  SPEAKER_00: It's kind of like, oh, okay, yeah.

  SPEAKER_00: This crystal, I've been using it for the past week and it helps me protect my energy, whatever it is, right?

  SPEAKER_00: This is probably the biggest thing that I had to heal.

  SPEAKER_00: If, and I was we were talking about this on the phone call with her.

  SPEAKER_00: I used to be the most shyest person.

  SPEAKER_00: If you saw me like three, four years ago compared to now, you would probably not recognize me, let alone if you knew me in like high school, grade school.

  SPEAKER_00: I was shy, I was quiet, I was the kid that hid behind mom.

  SPEAKER_00: This is probably one of the biggest foons, right?

  SPEAKER_00: If you have a fear of being seen, this is gonna show up in your business.

  SPEAKER_00: You need to be fully in your power in your business.

  SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, that you're just not gonna sell.

  SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna show up, you're gonna waver.

  SPEAKER_00: The confidence is key.

  SPEAKER_00: If you do not show, you might actually believe in it behind the scenes.

  SPEAKER_00: But if people can't feel that from you, then the energy is not there.

  SPEAKER_00: You need to be okay with being seen, showing up at your in your face, talking powerfully, and powerfully doesn't have to mean fiery like me.

  SPEAKER_00: I have plenty of clients who are like very powerful, but they have this soft, like mother flower, I don't want to say flower energy, but you guys know what I mean, which is different from me, still powerful, still amazing, and it's them, but they don't have a fear of being seen, which kind of brings me into the second block, which is like a fear of speaking your truth, or kind of like a fear of speaking up.

  SPEAKER_00: It's like you get on stories and it's like you want to talk about this product or service, but you get choked up.

  SPEAKER_00: You're like, oh, like I don't know, I can't talk about it.

  SPEAKER_00: This used to be like a huge struggle for me.

  SPEAKER_00: I knew I was smart as hell.

  SPEAKER_00: I'd just been through med school, I knew all the things, like I knew this stuff, but like using my voice, the confidence, even if you guys look at my YouTube videos from like three, four years ago, to the person I am now, like it's a big difference.

  SPEAKER_00: And your voice is so powerful.

  SPEAKER_00: Your voice is one of the most powerful things we have, especially, you know, right now, given the fact that so many of us use social media for our products, services, etc., your voice is powerful.

  SPEAKER_00: So your voice needs to be strong.

  SPEAKER_00: If you cannot use your voice and speak up and say the things, and you can also be saying the things with text too on the slides, right?

  SPEAKER_00: That's also speaking your truth.

  SPEAKER_00: But if you can't do those things and you're scared of what people will think, what people will say, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, then well, that's gonna block you.

  SPEAKER_00: Which brings me to the next block, which is a fear of being judged.

  SPEAKER_00: As you guys can see, like they're kind of all layered on each other, but also kind of intertwined.

  SPEAKER_00: The fear of being judged, I think, is along with the fear of being seen, but also normally you have a be a fear of being seen because you have a fear of being judged, is what holds people back in their business.

  SPEAKER_00: And I was actually talking about this with a one-on-one client.

  SPEAKER_00: Um, and we've been working through her fears of like the people, her like high school friends seeing what she does online, seeing the content you know, she posts, and them either being triggered or them judging her for it.

  SPEAKER_00: And that's holding her back because the people who are going to sign up and buy your products and buy your services need you at all that you are.

  SPEAKER_00: So if you're have this fear of being judged and you're like not fully showing up and you're holding back, you are literally depriving yourself and depriving the world of your services of the people who need you.

  SPEAKER_00: It's like you're just you're not shining your light.

  SPEAKER_00: You're not like, here's what I who I am, here is what I do, here's how I can help.

  SPEAKER_00: And if people can't hear that, well, then they're not gonna come to you.

  SPEAKER_00: And you're just not gonna be able to help as many people.

  SPEAKER_00: Like it is a disservice for you to not speak your truth, for you not to be seen.

  SPEAKER_00: It's a disservice to the world.

  SPEAKER_00: But if you have that fear of being judged, and normally this comes from like childhood stuff, parent stuff, bullying.

  SPEAKER_00: This is all the stuff we're releasing in the aligned lead mastermind and a one-on-one.

  SPEAKER_00: Then it's gonna be very hard for you to show up and you're gonna always be scared of like, oh, I post something, will I be judged?

  SPEAKER_00: Then you're kind of feeling scarce, you're feeling unsure about you know the story you posted or the products you're selling, or they're gonna think I'm weird, or you know, they're gonna think I'm dumb, or who am I to do this, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna circle in that for years.

  SPEAKER_00: I literally see people I know circle in the same stories for years.

  SPEAKER_00: And it's really unfortunate, but honestly, the fear of being judged or like not having everyone like you is what holds people back.

  SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna be completely honest, not everyone's gonna like you, but it is not your job for everyone to like you.

  SPEAKER_00: You can be the juiciest peach, and there'll be someone who doesn't like peaches, and that's fine.

  SPEAKER_00: But your work and your products and your services don't have to be for everyone.

  SPEAKER_00: If you're talking to everyone, you're talking to no one.

  SPEAKER_00: Like not everyone's gonna like, I don't know, lip gloss or crystals or want to know about money codes or like the way you do it is not gonna be for them, and that's fine.

  SPEAKER_00: But that fear of being judged is stopping you from bringing in the people that are really gonna resonate with your work and the lives that you're gonna change by really owning who you are, which then kind of brings me into the fear of rejection, which is another block that I see in people's businesses, but it's kind of similar to the fear of being judged, but it's like I would say even more, it's like, okay, I could be judged, but then I could also be rejected.

  SPEAKER_00: You know, my friends could say this about me, or people won't like me, or whatever, or leave me, et cetera.

  SPEAKER_00: And again, if there is no safety in your body, in your business, if there is no safety when you're launching, is that there is no safety when you're talking about your offers or your products or your services, then that's gonna hold you back in your business because you're scared of what Sally's gonna think or Sally's gonna say.

  SPEAKER_00: Do you know how many people like make comments about me walking around my lingerie, even though I'm a naturopathic doctor?

  SPEAKER_00: But like me doing that inspires the women who join, you know, glow level one, goddess activation, to be comfortable in their bodies, to use their sensuality to bring more money, more wealth, more magnetism, abundance into your life because your feminine is your secret superpower, by the way.

  SPEAKER_00: You know, that's that would be a disservice, right?

  SPEAKER_00: But I had to get over my fear, and this, you know, clients have to get over their fear of being rejected.

  SPEAKER_00: Like, that's okay.

  SPEAKER_00: You like your containers don't have to be for everyone.

  SPEAKER_00: Beautiful, that's fine.

  SPEAKER_00: You don't even want the people who your containers are not for them.

  SPEAKER_00: You want soulmate audience, you want soulmate clients, you want the people who are gonna light you up, and there's plenty of that to go around.

  SPEAKER_00: There's like billions of people on the planet, there's more than enough people for everyone's businesses to thrive.

  SPEAKER_00: But if you have a fear of being rejected, that's gonna hold you back in your content, that's gonna hold you back in what you're saying, it's gonna hold you back in, you know, your shock factor because you're scared of being triggering.

  SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're scared of like owning how much money you make, maybe you're scared of like owning how powerful you are, maybe you're scared that they're gonna laugh at you or think you're, you know, you're dumb.

  SPEAKER_00: But like anyone who judges you is really judging themselves, but also at some level, you're also judging yourself too, right?

  SPEAKER_00: So these are all things we look at kind of when we do this work.

  SPEAKER_00: The next block in your business is scarcity around money.

  SPEAKER_00: If you feel scarce around money, you will not be able to call more money into your business, all right?

  SPEAKER_00: Because your energy in your business is you.
• 9:49
  SPEAKER_00: If you're scarce around money, that's going to trickle into your business.

  SPEAKER_00: Scarcity is not serving you.
• 9:54
  SPEAKER_00: If you're like, it's hard to make money, I can't make money, making money is I don't know, hard.

  SPEAKER_00: You have to work hard to make money.

  SPEAKER_00: I have to do X, Y, Z in order to earn money.

  SPEAKER_00: You know, again, I'm naming all the things that I work with my clients on, but you know, one of them we've been working on anchoring in working less and making more.

  SPEAKER_00: And this was something, if you saw my Instagram post on I had my highest cash month while feeling the least high vibe, which is all about I might do a separate little podcast on this.

  SPEAKER_00: Um, we had our highest month ever, over 76,000 in a month.

  SPEAKER_00: And I worked the less I ever have because in first trimester I was very nauseous, very fatigued.

  SPEAKER_00: I did not feel high vibe.

  SPEAKER_00: I was not doing the journaling, the manifesting, all of those things, whatever.

  SPEAKER_00: And unfortunately, this is something I see a lot of people blocked in their businesses, a lot of beautiful businesses, a lot of beautiful healers and coaches and business mentors who want to help people, like they truly do.

  SPEAKER_00: And I feel it from their hearts, but they're like so concerned about the money and the number of clients coming in and whether people are coming in right away and asking for links that like that scarcity is why they're not.

  SPEAKER_00: And unfortunately, their scarcity around money is then depriving the world of the service that would actually be really good for them because of that.

  SPEAKER_00: You do not feel worthy or feel enough.

  SPEAKER_00: And this is going to cause you not to be able to feel enough to have clients or sales.

  SPEAKER_00: You're like, but live, like I really want sales, I really want clients.

  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean I don't feel worthy or feel enough?

  SPEAKER_00: Well, this would be something like imposter syndrome, or who am I to do this?

  SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, who the fuck are you not to?

  SPEAKER_00: Oh, and this would it's gonna lead me to my next one.

  SPEAKER_00: I didn't plan the flow of this, but like it's just working magically.

  SPEAKER_00: Obviously, this is channeled magic.

  SPEAKER_00: If you don't feel worthy or feel enough, or feel any kind of wavering in what you do, your audience is going to feel that your people are going to feel it.

  SPEAKER_00: You have to own, you know, how enough it is.

  SPEAKER_00: But if you don't feel worthy of like either having that many clients or feel worthy of making that amount of money, that amount of money is not going to come to you.

  SPEAKER_00: But like you might also, you know, tying this back to money, have beliefs around worth and money that, like, oh, I have to earn money, I have to do X amount of hours in order to earn that much.

  SPEAKER_00: You know, I have to work, hustle, grind.

  SPEAKER_00: If I'm, you know, working two, three hours a day, how can I make 70k months?

  SPEAKER_00: Which is like, for a lot of people, that would kind of make a trauma response of like, I need to be working, I need to be working, I need to be posting more.

  SPEAKER_00: I can't go out and have fun.
• 15:16
  SPEAKER_00: I need to be like, sales are not coming in, products are not coming in, let me work harder on my business, which is like almost never the answer.

  SPEAKER_00: And it's almost always like a healing the energetic spot in your business and not a strategy problem.

  SPEAKER_00: So you need to feel enough, but that comes down to your self-worth.

  SPEAKER_00: If you have poor self-worth, it's gonna show up in your business.

  SPEAKER_00: This is another thing that I always heal with my clients.

  SPEAKER_00: And I really encourage you to if you need to come back to this episode and listen to it a couple of times to really see all the blocks in your business.

  SPEAKER_00: This is like you clear all this stuff, you're fucking golden.

  SPEAKER_00: Like this is this is the bread and butter of like you, you need to do this.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, which leads me into my next one in terms of like you don't feel worthy or enough.

  SPEAKER_00: So then you kind of get into perfectionism.

  SPEAKER_00: And perfectionism is a block in your business, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Because perfectionism was never required.

  SPEAKER_00: Your perfection was never required, and so often people don't feel worthy or don't feel enough, and they have the imposter syndrome and they have the who am I, they think they need to be perfect, they think they need to be quote, even quote unquote, the best, but that is not your job.

  SPEAKER_00: Your job is to lead people through what you know up until like where you are now.

  SPEAKER_00: All right.

  SPEAKER_00: Your job is to get them to where they want to go, and chances are you know the things that are gonna help them get there.

  SPEAKER_00: And that's all you're doing.

  SPEAKER_00: Let's say you're like a business mentor, you're not making million dollar months, but you're not trying to help people get million dollar months, you're trying to get them to 10k months, 20k months, 30k months because you've nailed that and you know how to do that with ease, right?

  SPEAKER_00: If you're, you know, doing health stuff, you've either healed your health or you know you've healed a certain amount of people's health and you're helping them, you know, heal their PMS, heal their bloating, heal their anxiety, all that stuff, because you know how to do that, right?

  SPEAKER_00: All you have to do is lead people to where you're at.

  SPEAKER_00: And you're always going to keep evolving, but your perfection is not required.

  SPEAKER_00: So if you have perfectionism tendencies and the imposter syndrome and the who am I is coming up, that's something we need to heal.

  SPEAKER_00: But also perfectionism when it comes to launch strategies, when it comes to emails, when it comes to overanalyzing your words and a caption and over-analyzing your stories, and it just like then you get overwhelmed and you get in your head and you're trying to make it absolutely perfect when your perfect your perfection was never required.

  SPEAKER_00: And that is something that like I really have healed and anchored into because this is major.

  SPEAKER_00: Your perfection is not required.
• 17:49
  SPEAKER_00: But if you have the need to be perfect, that is going to a not only block you, but B be so exhausting because there's no there's no such thing, it's your energy and your intention behind it.

  SPEAKER_00: The next block into your business.

  SPEAKER_00: I think this might be my last ish one, and then we'll get into some other things, but you're not willing to do the work to get there.

  SPEAKER_00: I say this all the time.

  SPEAKER_00: People want to get healthy, they don't want to eat clean.

  SPEAKER_00: They want to sell their bloating, you know, and they've tried everything, quote unquote.

  SPEAKER_00: The pills aren't working and the supplements aren't working, they're still bloated, but they don't want to do the emotional work because that's hard.

  SPEAKER_00: Or like all of these things, right?

  SPEAKER_00: In your business, you don't want to heal your fear of being rejected or fear of being judged or fear of being seen.

  SPEAKER_00: You want to draw try to find like buy a perfect strategy funnel, and so-and-so is selling the perfect funnel to get blah, blah, blah, blah.

  SPEAKER_00: And that's what you want because that's easy.

  SPEAKER_00: Because if you can just buy that and implement it, bam.

  SPEAKER_00: You don't actually want to look at like the root problem of like your issues of why shit isn't selling or why things aren't aligned with you.

  SPEAKER_00: You're like, and so everything you do, all the strategy, all the wonderful things are charged with these traumas, with these blocks, with these limiting beliefs.

  SPEAKER_00: Your inner world is essentially blocking your business and your trauma and your limiting beliefs, and that's why it's not scaling and that's why it's not growing.

  SPEAKER_00: And I'm just gonna be blunt to say that to you because if you're posting from scarcity or manifesting from scarcity, then it doesn't work, right?
