- 1:46Speaker 2: I'm like, wait a minute, no, this is cold. Yeah.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Every Friday I usually drop down to h We have
- 1:52Speaker 2: a little area downstairs that used to be a bank
- 1:55Speaker 2: drive through in this building. It's got a couple tables
- 1:57Speaker 2: out there. On Fridays, I'll go down, I'll smoke the cigar,
- 1:59Speaker 2: the wee hang out for a little bit, rip through
- 2:01Speaker 2: social Uh, you know, just gonna hang out.
- 2:03Speaker 4: Wait.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I stepped out that back door to day. I said, no, man, no,
- 2:07Speaker 2: I need to smoke this inside. It shaded and the
- 2:10Speaker 2: air just rips through there like a tunnel. I'm like, no,
- 2:13Speaker 2: not doing that today now smoking that ny tear.
- 2:16Speaker 3: It's so funny because I had just seen Jimmy as
- 2:18Speaker 3: I came into work. Three minutes later I saw Jimmy again.
- 2:23Speaker 3: That would have been a forty five minute visit.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Man, I don't think I walked out there. I was like,
- 2:26Speaker 2: I opened that door. I'm like, nah, we're good, right
- 2:29Speaker 2: on back up. I'll smoke it tomorrow when I'm playing golf. Yeah.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Do you guys have clothes for your dogs?
- 2:33Speaker 2: We do have sweaters for the dogs. Yeah, yeah, from
- 2:36Speaker 2: our dog. We have a uh we have them themed
- 2:38Speaker 2: for the holidays.
- 2:39Speaker 3: They've really grown on me.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Yeah. She's wearing her Thanksgiving one right now.
- 2:43Speaker 5: All right, Well no, no, no, excuse me, her, I'm sorry,
- 2:47Speaker 5: I say Thanksgiving.
- 2:47Speaker 2: What month she has a Thanksgiving? She has a Christmas.
- 2:50Speaker 2: She's wearing her Valentine's Day one right now, My apologies,
- 2:52Speaker 2: you'd call the doctor.
- 2:54Speaker 6: That wasn't even close. We have a major holiday in between.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Thanksgiving Valentine's Day. She's wearing that.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Well, you said that with a straight face. I'm g you.
- 3:03Speaker 2: And she's gonna get a she's getting a Saint Patrick's
- 3:06Speaker 2: Day one as well.
- 3:07Speaker 6: You know, I was thinking about this is as I
- 3:09Speaker 6: was putting putting on my dog's clothes this morning. And yeah,
- 3:12Speaker 6: I'll say it with my chest out. When I put
- 3:15Speaker 6: my dog sweater on, all right, I don't care come
- 3:18Speaker 6: at me, you know, get over your toxic masculinity.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Nobody's saying anything.
- 3:24Speaker 3: I'm really defensive.
- 3:27Speaker 6: But when I when I when I put the sweater on,
- 3:30Speaker 6: I realized that I'm pretty sure out of any name
- 3:33Speaker 6: I've said more than any other name in my last
- 3:37Speaker 6: two or three years, it's been Hazel.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Yeah, like I just I don't know.
- 3:42Speaker 6: Just made me think, like, man, I need to stop
- 3:45Speaker 6: putting sweaters on these dogs.
- 3:46Speaker 2: No, our dog, our dog will go find hers and
- 3:49Speaker 2: bring it to us for her. And I'm not joking.
- 3:52Speaker 2: She does it. She will literally go find it and
- 3:54Speaker 2: bring it up to us and tests down and then
- 3:55Speaker 2: she'll paw at it for us to put on. She
- 3:57Speaker 2: loves it. She's fancy.
- 3:59Speaker 6: I got one sweater. She's fancy.
- 4:01Speaker 3: I got one sweater that's.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Just a skull and bones. Oh that's cool. We gotta
- 4:05Speaker 2: get one of those.
- 4:05Speaker 6: Yeah, A little punk rock dog, a little blank ye.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Ain't.
- 4:11Speaker 6: My dog is a main so like if you turn
- 4:13Speaker 6: her upside down, it does look like bangs.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, our dog is wild because she'll let
- 4:17Speaker 2: you shave everything on her body except for her front arm.
- 4:20Speaker 2: So she looks like a little Popeye dog because she
- 4:22Speaker 2: has super furry like forearms or front arms, and everything
- 4:25Speaker 2: else is shaved.
- 4:26Speaker 3: She's jacked, she's jagged.
- 4:28Speaker 2: It looks like she's completely jacked. Right, and now there's
- 4:31Speaker 2: no cat sweaters, are there?
- 4:33Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 4:33Speaker 2: Yeah, cats have clothes. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, good luck,
- 4:36Speaker 2: get in the mind.
- 4:36Speaker 3: I was gonna say, show me your arms, yeah except yeah, yeah.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Do you see that you.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Can't even pet those things? About getting lit up?
- 4:43Speaker 3: Oh yeah no, you can bet them you just yeah.
- 4:46Speaker 5: My daughter bought little hats for the cat like Christmas.
- 4:49Speaker 5: Oh man, yeah, yeah, we tried once getting the mine
- 4:52Speaker 5: in my comfort.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Nope. Yeah, there's an Instagram channel I have. He it's
- 4:55Speaker 2: a they uh, they make her dance and they put
- 4:58Speaker 2: glasses on this cat. That thing just takes it. I
- 5:00Speaker 2: don't get it, like cats are tripping.
- 5:03Speaker 3: And you can petit cat. It's just always on their schedule.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Get it right?
- 5:06Speaker 6: Yeah, it's every pet with a dog is like woo, Yeah,
- 5:10Speaker 6: it's like having sex with your wife. But but what
- 5:14Speaker 6: every pet with a cat is like, we've got to agree,
- 5:17Speaker 6: you need you need consent here human there has.
- 5:21Speaker 2: To be a contract, like a small contract. I did
- 5:24Speaker 2: want to say, share us with you guys before we
- 5:28Speaker 2: get to start a day. Was a very interesting thing
- 5:30Speaker 2: we talk about, like the intrusion of the new tech
- 5:34Speaker 2: into our lives all the time, do we not? And
- 5:37Speaker 2: the conversation that we've had I say we as a
- 5:41Speaker 2: totality of people since this tech has kind of taken hold.
- 5:46Speaker 2: You know, one of the things we always marvel at
- 5:48Speaker 2: is how we can have conversations and then you know,
- 5:51Speaker 2: lo and behold that we go on our social media
- 5:53Speaker 2: or wherever. Things that we're talking about pop up on
- 5:57Speaker 2: the social media, right.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Yeah, it happens all the time.
- 6:00Speaker 2: I think it's I don't think it's surprising anymore. Right
- 6:02Speaker 2: back in the day, it'd be like, oh my god,
- 6:03Speaker 2: it's listening to me, right, and that was like a
- 6:05Speaker 2: big deal. Well, now it happens so frequently. I don't
- 6:08Speaker 2: know that anybody really freaks out about it anymore, do you.
- 6:11Speaker 7: Guys?
- 6:12Speaker 6: Now you just figure yeah, no, I mean, yes, you
- 6:15Speaker 6: are correct, and it's been normalized. But I still personally
- 6:19Speaker 6: don't think that your phone is listening to you because
- 6:21Speaker 6: it doesn't really need to, because you're giving you all
- 6:24Speaker 6: the information that you usually need to get.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Okay. So with that said, I'm having a conversation with
- 6:30Speaker 2: my wife about this and we're talking and she stops
- 6:33Speaker 2: and we and then looks at me. She goes, Jimmy,
- 6:35Speaker 2: you really don't know anything about this stuff, do you?
- 6:39Speaker 2: And I go, well, I mean, I know a little
- 6:40Speaker 2: bit about it. She goes, my company has software that
- 6:45Speaker 2: is so precise to find out where you are, what
- 6:48Speaker 2: you do, what you're doing. And we're nothing like we're
- 6:51Speaker 2: nobody's in the game when it comes to finding information
- 6:53Speaker 2: out like that. You have no privacy. It's listening to
- 6:56Speaker 2: everything you say. This happened to us this morning. Right,
- 7:00Speaker 2: my wife is looking for a tote bag. She wants
- 7:02Speaker 2: to get rid of her backpack and have a tote
- 7:04Speaker 2: bag to carry her computer and stuff when she travels
- 7:07Speaker 2: and goes to do these big meetings. Right, She's been
- 7:11Speaker 2: she was searching on her phone this morning for one
- 7:16Speaker 2: of these backpacks or one of these bags, because she
- 7:18Speaker 2: found a coupon from a company that we like that
- 7:21Speaker 2: makes real high quality bags, right, like none of the
- 7:24Speaker 2: Italian stuff, just to they make luggage that's good quality luggage. Right,
- 7:28Speaker 2: So we're again she found a coupon for it, and
- 7:30Speaker 2: so she's took that. She took that coupon and she
- 7:32Speaker 2: went online to find this baggage. She was going to
- 7:34Speaker 2: try to apply this coupon of this bag and buy
- 7:36Speaker 2: this bag. Right, She's on her cell phone. I'm on
- 7:40Speaker 2: my new PC. Two separate two separate devices by two
- 7:46Speaker 2: separate makers. One's an Apple, one's a PC. As I
- 7:50Speaker 2: log onto my computer, I go on to Reddit because
- 7:54Speaker 2: it was the It's the last site that I visit
- 7:57Speaker 2: in the morning to look for news as I roll through. Right,
- 8:00Speaker 2: it's the last thing I visit as I'm rolling through
- 8:02Speaker 2: my Reddit feed. What pops up the exact bag that
- 8:07Speaker 2: she was just looking at on her phone to purchase
- 8:10Speaker 2: on my computer, not on her computer, on my computer.
- 8:15Speaker 2: And I looked at her and I said, look at this,
- 8:17Speaker 2: and I turned the bag, she goes, and then she
- 8:19Speaker 2: turns her phone. It's the exact same AD on my
- 8:23Speaker 2: computer that she's looking at on her phone. What web
- 8:27Speaker 2: browser are you using? I was using. I was on
- 8:31Speaker 2: Google Chrome. Yeah, Google Chrome. Were you logged in?
- 8:34Speaker 3: No?
- 8:34Speaker 2: I don't think I was, but this is what she
- 8:36Speaker 2: told me. She goes, She goes, that's perfectly common, because
- 8:39Speaker 2: what's happening is this the site is scraping our IP address. Yeah,
- 8:45Speaker 2: and it's seeing that it's coming from the same IP address.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Because we're both logged on to the same modem, it
- 8:51Speaker 2: can automatically discertain that I have a computer that's logged
- 8:55Speaker 2: onto that same IP and it starts blasting out the
- 8:58Speaker 2: AD to everybody that using that IP address. And then
- 9:03Speaker 2: she looks to meody she shows, everybody knows this happens.
- 9:05Speaker 2: I said that I didn't know it was like this level, dude,
- 9:08Speaker 2: it was crazy, Well, like that was way beyond the
- 9:11Speaker 2: it's listening to me thinking that it was like it's
- 9:13Speaker 2: listening to every like if you if you were to
- 9:15Speaker 2: come in a log on my IP address on my
- 9:17Speaker 2: in my house, it would automatically send you that that
- 9:20Speaker 2: ad for that for that bag.
- 9:21Speaker 6: Now, what do you mean by listening, because that's a
- 9:24Speaker 6: very slippery word understood.
- 9:26Speaker 2: I mean, this isn't that. I mean, this is a
- 9:27Speaker 2: completely separate altogether. But she says that that that it
- 9:31Speaker 2: does do that, and they know that their software does
- 9:34Speaker 2: do that. I don't know if it applies to this
- 9:37Speaker 2: scenario or not.
- 9:37Speaker 6: Okase, in that demonstration that you just threw out with
- 9:40Speaker 6: the whole IP address, that's where I go, Yeah, I
- 9:44Speaker 6: think that's what these machines usually do with your data,
- 9:47Speaker 6: not necessarily just like record.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Audio, you know, day in day out.
- 9:52Speaker 6: Of what I and I understand, like technically it is
- 9:55Speaker 6: because you can hate, siria, let me apologize in advance.
- 9:59Speaker 6: I'm sorry for all the phones I just heard that
- 10:01Speaker 6: there's like, I get that, but the whole recording you
- 10:05Speaker 6: for data not on board. But you don't need to
- 10:09Speaker 6: because whatever input you put into those machines will reflect back.
- 10:13Speaker 2: And it was the exact same add It wasn't an
- 10:15Speaker 2: add to a similar bag or anything. It was wild, dude.
- 10:18Speaker 2: It happened in real time as we were sitting there.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Pretty crazy stuff.
- 10:21Speaker 6: I've always uh, you know, it keeps getting weirder and weirder.
- 10:26Speaker 6: I find it funny. Is that the older I get,
- 10:27Speaker 6: the more I'm like, yeah, man, I get it. I
- 10:30Speaker 6: understand why people are so pissed.
- 10:32Speaker 2: All right for a seven nine six four one texts
- 10:34Speaker 2: seven seven zero three one. I saw something crazy today
- 10:38Speaker 2: while I was running an errand A saw a guy
- 10:39Speaker 2: walking around a store and didn't move his arms the
- 10:43Speaker 2: entire time he walked around. His arms were straight down.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Is that a medical thing?
- 10:47Speaker 5: I don't know, or maybe it's like an I'm not
- 10:50Speaker 5: chip shoplifting take.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Tuned in at four o'clock. Yeah, we have a We
- 10:55Speaker 2: have a bunch of stuff to talk about as well,
- 10:57Speaker 2: because more stuff with the Gut three case now, which
- 11:00Speaker 2: which is wild because my wife said something about the
- 11:01Speaker 2: gu three case today or yesterday that kind of made
- 11:04Speaker 2: me sit up because I don't look at it that
- 11:06Speaker 2: way either.
- 11:06Speaker 5: I don't know how she looks at it like that.
- 11:08Speaker 5: But I got a cup question because I was driving
- 11:11Speaker 5: alongside a couple of waymos yesterday.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Oh really, Yeah, all right, very cool super Bowl party
- 11:16Speaker 2: food cost that's been estimated. We'll find out what you
- 11:18Speaker 2: guys are gonna be snacking on the most, plus a
- 11:20Speaker 2: bunch of other stuff, more Epstein File stuff as well.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Deb what are you for news?
- 11:24Speaker 3: Well, we're gonna talk about Timothy Bustfield has been indicted. Yes,
- 11:27Speaker 3: all that you can support Southern Hill Farms at a
- 11:30Speaker 3: weekend event. We've been talking about them and the devastating
- 11:33Speaker 3: loss because.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Of the free yeah, the blueberry farm.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Right, and then we're talking about the super Bowl. But
- 11:37Speaker 3: let's get down to brass tacks and talk about what
- 11:39Speaker 3: really matters. Will Team Rouff or Team Fluff? Oh god,
- 11:44Speaker 3: when the lombarky trophies?
- 11:48Speaker 5: Bravo telling a pun just like a recipa.
- 11:53Speaker 2: I don't like that rumor.
- 11:54Speaker 3: It's my least favorite thing. We'll talk about that and
- 11:57Speaker 3: more coming up next during JCS.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Now, all right, don't forget your three o'clock heyword, just
- 12:00Speaker 2: pay that's pay. Go to real Radio dot FM and
- 12:03Speaker 2: send that off for your chance at one thousand bucks.

- 12:21Speaker 3: Who did you kill the cree?
- 12:25Speaker 2: You know him?

- 12:26Speaker 8: To you beg I'm in.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Rock Ledge all right, almost forgot any hues.
- 12:32Speaker 2: We raised a beer to work thinking day.
- 12:34Speaker 6: I did it once.
- 12:36Speaker 2: My productivity barely increased and I can never cover my deadlines.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Hah.
- 12:41Speaker 2: If we can show y'all, pay is your three o'clock keyword,
- 12:47Speaker 2: p A y. Go to real Radio FM and send
- 12:50Speaker 2: that away for your chance at one thousand bucks. Pay

- 13:09Speaker 2: and use that mike to send your comment over to
- 13:11Speaker 2: the Jim Corpra Show. Jack, We'll get you on there.
- 13:13Speaker 2: You can be a superstar.
- 13:13Speaker 6: It's easy, superstar.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Welcome back. I'm Jim. Jack and Ross are right over there,
- 13:17Speaker 2: and Depp has your news.
- 13:19Speaker 1: It's time for JCS news. Wow, this guy got to
- 13:24Speaker 1: put his name on everything.
- 13:25Speaker 6: It's in my contracted here's the news on the Jim Colberg.
- 13:29Speaker 3: Show and JCS news is brought to you by that
- 13:32Speaker 3: mortgage guy. Don give him a listen tomorrow morning when
- 13:34Speaker 3: he's host of the Home Loans radio show. Timothy Bussfield
- 13:38Speaker 3: has been indicted on four counts of child sexual abuse
- 13:42Speaker 3: charges two weeks after being released from jail. The actor
- 13:45Speaker 3: slash director was accused of groping a seven year old
- 13:48Speaker 3: boy on the set of the Fox show The Cleaning Lady.
- 13:51Speaker 3: His attorneys have argued that the alleged victim's parents pursued
- 13:55Speaker 3: the charges after quote their sons were dropped from the
- 13:58Speaker 3: show end quote. Us Field will appear in court to
- 14:01Speaker 3: be arraigned on those charges. He has denied all allegation.
- 14:04Speaker 2: But they did have enough evidence to get an indictment. Though.
- 14:07Speaker 3: That tells you something.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Yeah, all right.
- 14:09Speaker 3: The search for the mother of Today's Show host Savannah
- 14:12Speaker 3: Guthrie is stretching into its sixth day in southern Arizona.
- 14:15Speaker 3: The first deadline mentioned in a ransom note passed yesterday,
- 14:19Speaker 3: with the next deadline set for Monday. Cameron Guthrie, Savannah's brother,
- 14:24Speaker 3: released a video yesterday asking for whoever took his mother
- 14:27Speaker 3: to contact his family. They're again demanding proof of life
- 14:30Speaker 3: before they hand over these millions of dollars in bitcoin
- 14:34Speaker 3: for her release. Now. Meanwhile, local law enforcement in southern
- 14:37Speaker 3: Arizona says it's a non emergency line is being flooded
- 14:41Speaker 3: with calls they're not looking for. In a social media post,
- 14:46Speaker 3: the Pima County Sheriff's Department says people have been calling
- 14:49Speaker 3: expressing their thoughts and prayers for the family of Nancy Guthrie.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Officials add that while they appreciate the support for the family,
- 14:58Speaker 3: operators have been overwhelmed and it's critical for that line
- 15:01Speaker 3: to remain open for law enforcement law enforcement purposes right. Yeah,
- 15:06Speaker 3: PCSD is asking for those types of messages to be
- 15:09Speaker 3: shared on social media instead. Also, a fifty thousand dollars
- 15:14Speaker 3: reward is also being offered for information.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Yeah. I think that tip line is super important because
- 15:19Speaker 2: I did read today that from what the FEDS have
- 15:22Speaker 2: noticed and what the Arizona Police Department in that area
- 15:26Speaker 2: have noticed, is they do believe the person who abducted
- 15:29Speaker 2: her is in the area. They believe either the person
- 15:32Speaker 2: is in Arizona, New Mexico, but they do believe the
- 15:35Speaker 2: person is in the area because of some language used
- 15:38Speaker 2: in one of the ransom notes. It led them to
- 15:41Speaker 2: believe that they were familiar with the area and the
- 15:43Speaker 2: news agencies and who to contact and all of those things,
- 15:47Speaker 2: which I've found kind of interesting.
- 15:49Speaker 3: But you know, it's crazy. So we know of that.
- 15:52Speaker 3: What there's like three notes apparently that were sent, three
- 15:55Speaker 3: ransom notes.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Yeah, one of them was fake though, we know that,
- 15:57Speaker 2: right because the person's already been bussed.
- 15:59Speaker 3: And what was crazy was that person is a Los
- 16:02Speaker 3: Angeles area man who just inserted himself into the case
- 16:06Speaker 3: started texting the Guthrie family saying, you have that million
- 16:10Speaker 3: in bitcoin that I want yet? Yeah, And it turns
- 16:12Speaker 3: out that all they had to do was like treys
- 16:14Speaker 3: eruvie a real email registered under his first and last name.
- 16:19Speaker 3: He was the easiest pickup in the history of cybercrime.
- 16:24Speaker 6: They'll never for they'll never find me first name, last name, Gmail.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Good point, right, I put an underscore in there, all right.
- 16:34Speaker 3: Closer to home, parts of Florida are under a red
- 16:37Speaker 3: flag warning because of dangerous fire conditions. You can feel
- 16:41Speaker 3: it out there, yeah's crispy. Now. The warning runs until
- 16:44Speaker 3: sixth This evening for areas across northeast, north central, and
- 16:48Speaker 3: east central Florida, gusty winds of fifteen to twenty miles
- 16:51Speaker 3: per hour, low humidity near twenty five percent, and dry
- 16:55Speaker 3: conditions could allow fires to start and spread rapidly. Think
- 16:58Speaker 3: of that one hundred and seventy under and a one
- 17:01Speaker 3: hundred and eighty acre fire we had in Flagler County.
- 17:04Speaker 2: We achy breaking fire.
- 17:07Speaker 3: No more cookies for you. So officials urge residents to
- 17:10Speaker 3: avoid outdoor burning and use extreme caution with anything that
- 17:13Speaker 3: could spark a fire.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Yeah, this is one of those scenarios where you know,
- 17:16Speaker 2: a flicked butt, yes, pulling off the side of the road,
- 17:19Speaker 2: you know, with your muffler hot kind of scenario. This
- 17:21Speaker 2: is a tender box scenario.
- 17:23Speaker 3: It really is. And that I mean again, fire season
- 17:26Speaker 3: in Florida goes from February through April. I believe right.
- 17:29Speaker 2: You know, I've got a big stack of stuff in
- 17:31Speaker 2: my yard. I been wanting to burn because we wanted
- 17:33Speaker 2: to dry out so it would it would go quick
- 17:36Speaker 2: my way I was, I was talking about wife the
- 17:37Speaker 2: other I said, we're not doing that for all minute. Yeah,
- 17:39Speaker 2: I don't exactre how many hoses you have around it now,
- 17:42Speaker 2: it's just too dry out there.
- 17:43Speaker 3: And speaking of hoses, thank for the Thanks for the segue, Jimmy.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Because Phase two water restrictions take effect this weekend across
- 17:50Speaker 3: parts of southwest and central Florida because of worsening dry conditions.
- 17:55Speaker 3: The Southwest Florida Water Management District says long watering should
- 17:58Speaker 3: be limited to once a week from Sunday through July.
- 18:01Speaker 2: First. Wow, really, oh wow. Then I got to reprogram
- 18:05Speaker 2: my thing because we water twice a week, so I
- 18:07Speaker 2: need to reprogram that.
- 18:08Speaker 3: And you are in one of the areas where Phase
- 18:10Speaker 3: two water restrictions are going into play.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Can I ask a question if I'm on a well,
- 18:15Speaker 2: does that count? Because my irrigation is on a well,
- 18:20Speaker 2: it does not come from the city. It actually is
- 18:22Speaker 2: a pump that pumps the ground up from the aquaf
- 18:23Speaker 2: for I don't think that affects.
- 18:25Speaker 3: I don't think it does. But it's interesting you say
- 18:28Speaker 3: that because you know, we've been talking over in Tampa
- 18:30Speaker 3: how they're having to like spare water in Hillsboro County
- 18:33Speaker 3: for neighboring counties. Yes, because of this dry spell. They
- 18:36Speaker 3: have this area of Dover, Florida, where a lot of
- 18:40Speaker 3: the wells have dried up. So now they're having to
- 18:43Speaker 3: truck in potable and non potable water just so people
- 18:46Speaker 3: can flush their toilets because there's no more water in
- 18:48Speaker 3: their well.
- 18:48Speaker 2: Crazy.
- 18:49Speaker 3: So the restrictions so once again limited to once a
- 18:53Speaker 3: week from Sunday through July first, including homes. Oh, including
- 18:57Speaker 3: homes on private wells. Oh wow, the next part of
- 19:00Speaker 3: the line. I hadn't gotten to yet.
- 19:02Speaker 2: So yeah, we would have had that suit. I'm dang it, Jack,
- 19:05Speaker 2: I know.
- 19:07Speaker 6: You asked me that question like I had a shot
- 19:09Speaker 6: at answer. I was like, I remember asked a question
- 19:15Speaker 6: before and been like, man, that's such a compliment.
- 19:20Speaker 3: I got that well. The restrictions apply to Citrus De Soto, Hardy, Hernando, Hillsboro, Manateee, Pasco, Panela's, Polk, Sarasota,
- 19:30Speaker 3: and Sumter Counties, along with parts of Charlotte Highlands, Lake
- 19:34Speaker 3: and Marion Counties. Official say the region is running more
- 19:37Speaker 3: than a foot below average rainfall, with declining water levels
- 19:42Speaker 3: in rivers, lakes and the aquifer.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Man, if that's something like that ever started up in Lake,
- 19:46Speaker 2: there's a part of Lake County and depth can tell
- 19:48Speaker 2: you like when you're off the four four twenty nine there,
- 19:51Speaker 2: it's just acre after acre of tall, dead grass. Yep,
- 19:56Speaker 2: it's just pasture land. If that thing caught, it would
- 19:58Speaker 2: burn that. That would be it. That's it. Four hundred acres,
- 20:04Speaker 2: that's it gone.
- 20:06Speaker 3: All right. Southern Hill Farms in Claremont is going to
- 20:09Speaker 3: be hosting a community event this weekend, and it's to
- 20:12Speaker 3: help them support recovery efforts from that hard freeze which
- 20:16Speaker 3: destroyed fifty percent of its blueberry crop. And like you
- 20:19Speaker 3: talked about yesterday, Jimmy, that fifty percent crop loss, that
- 20:22Speaker 3: will lead to two thousand people, more than two thousand
- 20:25Speaker 3: people not getting a paycheck. The recent colt snap in
- 20:29Speaker 3: Central Florida, like I said, caused significant damage to the
- 20:32Speaker 3: farm's harvest, and that has led owners of Southern Hill
- 20:35Speaker 3: Farms to suspend all you pick events for the immediate future.
- 20:38Speaker 3: Such a popular thing to do here in Central Florida.
- 20:41Speaker 3: A blueberry season, it's about the only time you can
- 20:43Speaker 3: be outside.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Yeah, blueberry and strawberry season.
- 20:45Speaker 3: It's a big thing, it is, it is. So this
- 20:48Speaker 3: upcoming weekend is designed to healthy local farm offset those
- 20:52Speaker 3: losses because of the loss of their crops. So The
- 20:54Speaker 3: support event is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. It's going
- 20:57Speaker 3: to take place from eleven am to four pm BOO days.
- 21:00Speaker 3: There's going to be food trucks, a market, and a
- 21:03Speaker 3: fund zone for children. Again you pick. Events will remain
- 21:06Speaker 3: suspended for at least the next few weeks, and then
- 21:09Speaker 3: the farm is going to continue to host this market
- 21:11Speaker 3: and support events during the recovery period. So we'll let
- 21:14Speaker 3: you know whenever they happen so that you can go
- 21:16Speaker 3: out and help those folks, all right. Leesburg High School
- 21:19Speaker 3: students are facing suspension over their recent ice protest. The
- 21:23Speaker 3: forty nine students who walked out of class on Wednesday
- 21:27Speaker 3: are all facing suspensions of up to ten school days.
- 21:30Speaker 3: They would be the first local students to face consequences
- 21:33Speaker 3: following a new state directive. Lake School District said the
- 21:37Speaker 3: students leaving school grounds during class and refusing to return
- 21:40Speaker 3: creates serious safety concerns. This comes as students across the
- 21:44Speaker 3: country protests the agency's immigration enforcement tactics and the killing
- 21:49Speaker 3: of Renee Good and Alex Preddy by ICE agents in
- 21:51Speaker 3: Minneapolis and even more schools Brevard County, Orange County, they're
- 21:55Speaker 3: doing the same thing.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you could protest. You can't ask school unfortunately, Yeah,
- 21:59Speaker 2: you can't. That's a dumb thing to do.
- 22:01Speaker 6: I'm curious still what the number would have been, or
- 22:05Speaker 6: should have been for it to not be a suspension, Because.
- 22:08Speaker 3: There is a number, What do you mean I think
- 22:10Speaker 3: that if.
- 22:11Speaker 2: It was half the school that suspend them, I don't know.
- 22:14Speaker 3: I don't even know how you could do that.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it might not be for ten days,
- 22:17Speaker 2: but they have to make it. They can't. They can't
- 22:19Speaker 2: have a precedent set where this is cool and every
- 22:22Speaker 2: time a group of students think something is wrong politically
- 22:25Speaker 2: that you could just haul ass on your classes. You
- 22:27Speaker 2: can't do that reason.
- 22:29Speaker 6: The reason why I asked that question is that I
- 22:30Speaker 6: remember in high school we had to sit in It
- 22:32Speaker 6: had nothing to do with American politics. It had something
- 22:36Speaker 6: to do completely use about the scheduling the next year,
- 22:39Speaker 6: and everyone went out and I would say more than half,
- 22:43Speaker 6: I would say of the school was in the courtyard
- 22:46Speaker 6: sitting and no one got in trouble and no one
- 22:48Speaker 6: got suspended.
- 22:49Speaker 3: So I was.
- 22:50Speaker 6: Curious, like, I wonder if it was the majority of
- 22:52Speaker 6: the school, what do you do?
- 22:54Speaker 5: Then there are two different like, well fouls right here,
- 22:58Speaker 5: what is leaving class.
- 23:00Speaker 2: The other one is leaving school property exactly.
- 23:02Speaker 5: Leaving school property to them is definitely more serious because
- 23:05Speaker 5: they're responsible for you during that time, and unless you
- 23:07Speaker 5: follow proper protocol, then you're in trouble. For that leaving class,
- 23:11Speaker 5: it's you might get a zero for that class.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe a day or twoday's suspension something like that.
- 23:16Speaker 3: I know an'm Bavar County. There was one parent who
- 23:18Speaker 3: had signed their student out, but all the other students
- 23:20Speaker 3: were just like, no, man, I'm walking out.
- 23:23Speaker 6: And just to clarify, just because I feel like my
- 23:25Speaker 6: position might get misconstrued, I am not for them going
- 23:30Speaker 6: out of class for that protes I just wondering, amoy,
- 23:32Speaker 6: you're so anti American. No, no, because I as soon
- 23:35Speaker 6: as I said it, I was like, that's going to
- 23:37Speaker 6: see people are going to think that I'm completely for it.
- 23:39Speaker 6: If someone were to ask me, I would say, no,
- 23:41Speaker 6: I am not for those kids walking out of class
- 23:44Speaker 6: just because of I mean, it's there's some real adult
- 23:48Speaker 6: situations and this is not I don't know.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I would not want that happening.
- 23:53Speaker 3: I would have gotten in so much trouble speaking of
- 23:56Speaker 3: that Orlando police say, and I'll offer accidentally, all right,
- 24:02Speaker 3: remember that.
- 24:04Speaker 2: It's always accidentally.
- 24:05Speaker 3: Fired a rifle during a middle school lockdown.
- 24:09Speaker 2: What happened? This is not funny, but what happened.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Law enforcement responded to a false alarm call about a
- 24:14Speaker 3: possibly armed person on campus at Lake Nonah Middle School.
- 24:17Speaker 3: Remember when we got all those text messages the other
- 24:19Speaker 3: day saying, man, there's like fifty cops at Lake Nona. Well,
- 24:22Speaker 3: police entered the campus at around five pm yesterday, two
- 24:25Speaker 3: hours that's the good news, two hours after students were
- 24:28Speaker 3: dismissed for the day. And that's good because during the search,
- 24:32Speaker 3: and officer accidentally fired a rifle, though no one was injured.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Oops fingerslip, Yeah, yeah, all right. This this next story
- 24:41Speaker 3: is interesting only because I can only do one of them,
- 24:44Speaker 3: because this is happening at a lot of schools throughout Florida.
- 24:46Speaker 3: But the University of Florida is alerting students and staff
- 24:49Speaker 3: after two measle cases were confirmed in Alachua County. The
- 24:52Speaker 3: Florida Department of Health is conducting contact tracing for two
- 24:56Speaker 3: UF classes where exposure may have occurred. University officials say
- 25:00Speaker 3: anyone who may have been exposed to being contacted directly,
- 25:03Speaker 3: and those are not contacted are not believed to be
- 25:07Speaker 3: at risk. You have, says most of the campus community
- 25:09Speaker 3: is protected from measles through vaccination or having contracted it
- 25:13Speaker 3: prior to the availability of the vaccine. But anyone with
- 25:15Speaker 3: symptoms is urged to isolate and contact a health care provider.
- 25:19Speaker 3: But you have a Pinellas County High school that has
- 25:22Speaker 3: a couple of measles cases. Ave Maria University has about
- 25:25Speaker 3: twenty measles cases.
- 25:27Speaker 2: South Carolina's having some fun weather right now.
- 25:28Speaker 3: As well as Texas South Carolina. I think they blew
- 25:31Speaker 3: past Texas's numbers.
- 25:32Speaker 2: I think it's over eight hundred cases in South Carolina.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Exactly did you get the breaking news? By the way,
- 25:38Speaker 2: they just.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Hit which one?
- 25:41Speaker 2: Little John?
- 25:43Speaker 3: No?
- 25:43Speaker 2: Oh my yeah. Little John's son has a slate who
- 25:47Speaker 2: went missing a couple of days ago, is believed to
- 25:49Speaker 2: be dead, was found in a pond in Georgia. Oh no,
- 25:54Speaker 2: so that that's breaking news I get from TMZ, And
- 25:56Speaker 2: of course we know that's the New New York Times.
- 25:58Speaker 3: I was gonna say, sorry, I don't get alerts from them.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:01Speaker 3: He was said to have left his house Sunday appeared
- 26:05Speaker 3: disoriented and confused. He's like, what thirty one years old?
- 26:09Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah. They pulled a body from a pond where
- 26:10Speaker 2: they had been searching for Slade. His name Nathan Murray
- 26:14Speaker 2: Smith Friday morning. He is believed to be that person.
- 26:17Speaker 2: So we'll get any more information as we go forward today.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Okay, good, Well back to the measles story where Florida
- 26:22Speaker 3: says to South Carolina, hold my beer because health officials
- 26:26Speaker 3: are saying there's a new case of monkey pox in
- 26:29Speaker 3: Lee County this after eight other counties in Florida reported
- 26:33Speaker 3: cases of the disease this year. Monkey Pox is a
- 26:36Speaker 3: rare disease that can be transmitted from animals to humans.
- 26:39Speaker 3: There are thirty two cases so far, with Self Florida
- 26:43Speaker 3: having the most. Symptoms include a fever, headache, muscle aches,
- 26:46Speaker 3: swollen lymph nodes, and a rash that can look like
- 26:49Speaker 3: pimples or blisters.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Wow.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Really yeah, monkey pocks.
- 26:53Speaker 2: Also, don't call it a come back. Yeah all right.
- 26:57Speaker 3: There's more that ultra processed food are bad for your health.
- 27:01Speaker 3: A Florida Atlantic University study of nearly five thousand adults
- 27:04Speaker 3: found that people who ate the most ultra processed foods
- 27:07Speaker 3: had a nearly fifty percent higher risk of heart attack
- 27:11Speaker 3: and stroke. But it's the amount of processed food in
- 27:13Speaker 3: our diets, the doctor says, which is so surprising.
- 27:16Speaker 9: In the United States, diet about upf constitute about sixty
- 27:22Speaker 9: percent of the adult diet, and even more alarming, seventy
- 27:27Speaker 9: percent of the children's diet.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Seventy percent of a children's diet is ultra processed foods.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Senior author of Doctor Charles Henniken says he believes cardiovascular
- 27:37Speaker 3: disease will remain the leading killer of Americans for the
- 27:39Speaker 3: foreseeable future. All right over in our neck of the woods, Jimmy,
- 27:43Speaker 3: a large residential development is coming to Eustace. Lake County
- 27:48Speaker 3: commissioners approved a plan this week to rezone land from
- 27:52Speaker 3: County Road four point fifty two to Lake Yale. The
- 27:55Speaker 3: development would include a mix of around twelve hundred single
- 27:59Speaker 3: family home homes and apartments. Some residents brought up concerns
- 28:03Speaker 3: they had over the potential traffic and other infrastructure potential traffic,
- 28:08Speaker 3: to which they said, suck it up and deal with.
- 28:10Speaker 2: It right exactly. It'll be fine.
- 28:12Speaker 3: You touched on this briefly yesterday, but I wanted to
- 28:14Speaker 3: let everyone know where it's going to be. What a
- 28:16Speaker 3: Burger is returning to Central Florida. The Orlando Business Journal
- 28:19Speaker 3: reported this week that the fast food chain is planning
- 28:21Speaker 3: to build a restaurant at the Waterford Lake Shopping Center.
- 28:25Speaker 3: It's been a while since the region had a water Burger.
- 28:28Speaker 3: The fast food chain moved out of Central Florida in
- 28:30Speaker 3: what year due to sagging performance.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Ninety four eighty eight, two thousand and five, I.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Think, points Jimmy, two thousand and nine.
- 28:41Speaker 1: There you go.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't realize it had been here that long.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Actually, when my wife worked for a company in town
- 28:45Speaker 2: who her job was to find property for young brands
- 28:50Speaker 2: and other restaurants like that. Then, but the company she
- 28:53Speaker 2: was working for, she actually, I believe, sold the piece
- 28:56Speaker 2: of property that Waterburger wound up being on. Oh really,
- 28:58Speaker 2: or the company that she worked for, and she was excited,
- 29:01Speaker 2: and then when they went out of business, she couldn't
- 29:03Speaker 2: believe it because there was so much hype going into
- 29:05Speaker 2: right now and I don't think it lasted two years.
- 29:08Speaker 6: There's a theme going on with today's news segment. We
- 29:10Speaker 6: got measles, monkey pox, and water Burger all.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Making a comeback. Don't call it a gumba all right.
- 29:17Speaker 3: State officials are estimating now eight thousand green iguanas have
- 29:21Speaker 3: been removed after that record breaking freeze. The Florida Fish
- 29:24Speaker 3: and Wildlife Conservation Commission collected about five thousand, and private
- 29:29Speaker 3: iguana removal companies recovered about three thousand. Florida considers the
- 29:33Speaker 3: green iguana to be an invasive species. The lizards hail
- 29:36Speaker 3: from the tropical regions of Central and South America, and
- 29:39Speaker 3: kudos to one chef in southwest Florida who went out
- 29:42Speaker 3: and collected about one hundred iguanas and made what he
- 29:44Speaker 3: called Everglade's pizza with them.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Oh no way, really, Yeah, what is iguana meat supposed
- 29:51Speaker 2: to taste like?
- 29:51Speaker 3: You cannot sell it. You cannot sell it to consumers,
- 29:54Speaker 3: You cannot know. So he said he just did it
- 29:56Speaker 3: for the gram. Oh really, can't sell wild game to ca.
- 30:00Speaker 10: Wow.
- 30:01Speaker 6: So he just chopped up a bunch of iguana's, made
- 30:03Speaker 6: a pizza out.
- 30:04Speaker 3: Of it, and made, yeah, use their flesh for the
- 30:07Speaker 3: like oak sausage.
- 30:09Speaker 6: Well, yeah, that's the total voice that I was expecting
- 30:12Speaker 6: you to say. You said it pretty positively in the beginning.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Well, no, I I. Yeah, I know they're an invasive species,
- 30:18Speaker 3: but I mean, that's so weird.
- 30:20Speaker 2: What do you think they say iguana tastes like chicken? No,
- 30:24Speaker 2: but another another Florida another Florida alligator is the answer? Yeah,
- 30:29Speaker 2: it's it tastes a lot like gator, which I cannot stand.
- 30:31Speaker 3: By the way, Yeah, was the pizza green?
- 30:33Speaker 2: No? Stop, that's a vallid A valid question, a legit question.
- 30:38Speaker 2: It's not alone.
- 30:39Speaker 6: The pizza have a tail?
- 30:42Speaker 2: Now? That was sid jack? Yell leave him alone like
- 30:46Speaker 2: he's an indefensible child.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Is the pizza frozen?
- 30:50Speaker 6: Or is that just like skipping the middle maggre? That's
- 30:53Speaker 6: what got us here in the first place.
- 30:55Speaker 3: And then finally, Super Bowl Sunday is right around the corner,
- 30:58Speaker 3: and that means so is the twenty first annual Puppy Bowl.
- 31:02Speaker 3: The event showcases adaptable animals from seventy two different shelters
- 31:06Speaker 3: and rescues across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the
- 31:09Speaker 3: British Virgin Islands. They'll be frolicking on a mini football field.
- 31:13Speaker 3: This year's Puppy Bowl will be broadcast on Animal Planet, TBS,
- 31:17Speaker 3: True TV, and Max beginning on Sunday at two pm
- 31:21Speaker 3: Eastern and that concludes your JCS News, Rosen Pizza dot boom.
- 31:29Speaker 2: All right, four oh seven nine six one text seven
- 31:32Speaker 2: seven zero three one. Your three clock, Heyward is pay.
- 31:34Speaker 2: That's pay. Go to real Radio dot FM and send

- 31:47Speaker 1: and the inevitable argument that follows.
- 31:49Speaker 2: Are you so upset as you're talking about Little Riverband?
- 31:52Speaker 5: Coming up?
- 31:52Speaker 10: Next?
- 31:53Speaker 1: On The Jim Colbert Show?
- 32:06Speaker 10: What up?
- 32:07Speaker 11: Coulbert Crewe? Hey, this is Eric. Jack told me to
- 32:09Speaker 11: reach out real quick. My wife was attacked Friday night
- 32:13Speaker 11: viciously by a dog. We went to an yard. They
- 32:15Speaker 11: stitched up some of the wounds. Some of the wounds
- 32:18Speaker 11: were too severe a stitch and they left them open.
- 32:20Speaker 11: They referred us to a woundcare place. The lady came out.
- 32:23Speaker 11: They wouldn't do anything because she already has stitches in
- 32:26Speaker 11: a couple of the wounds. We've called primary care doctors.
- 32:29Speaker 11: Nobody seems to help. Does anybody have any information about
- 32:32Speaker 11: quality wound care facilities in Bellevue, Florida.
- 32:37Speaker 5: Wow, so yeah, wound I didn't even know they were
- 32:41Speaker 5: like wound care places.
- 32:42Speaker 2: Let alone. Yeah, just go to the emergency room. I
- 32:44Speaker 2: mean I would that. Just go to the emergency room.
- 32:46Speaker 2: I mean they have to care for you there, regardless
- 32:48Speaker 2: if there's other prior stuff. I mean, what you explain
- 32:50Speaker 2: to you yourself. I mean I think you have to
- 32:52Speaker 2: go back to the er. Yeah, you go to the
- 32:54Speaker 2: r That's why I think you have to do. They
- 32:56Speaker 2: said too severe. That just seems Then you need to
- 32:59Speaker 2: call Trinley. Yeah, like immediately, you need to call Ray. Yeah,
- 33:04Speaker 2: and make sure Ray is speaking on your behalf for
- 33:07Speaker 2: whatever damages you. If she's got wounds that bad, there's
- 33:10Speaker 2: gonna be scarring.
- 33:11Speaker 1: Uh.
- 33:12Speaker 2: And yeah, I think you should do take care of
- 33:15Speaker 2: your wife's arm first. But I think you should venture
- 33:18Speaker 2: a call to Ray.
- 33:20Speaker 5: Ooh, dog attacks, That's that's a scary thing.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Four seven nine one text seven seven zero three one.
- 33:27Speaker 2: I'm Jim. There's dead Hello, Jack, Yeah and Ross are
- 33:30Speaker 2: all here as well.
- 33:31Speaker 6: It's true.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Ready, let's do it. Let's go sailing. It's time for
- 33:35Speaker 2: sink or sale.
- 33:39Speaker 1: If you think the song is yacht rock text sale
- 33:41Speaker 1: to seven, seven, three to one, if not texts same.
- 33:47Speaker 5: Okay, this is an interesting band I played. We've had
- 33:50Speaker 5: other songs by them that came up in sink or Sale.
- 33:53Speaker 5: They were big in the seventies then kind of had
- 33:56Speaker 5: a little comeback in the eighties. This is part of
- 33:58Speaker 5: that comeback when they had a little more synthesizer to it.
- 34:02Speaker 5: But pride rock is They've been known for that. But
- 34:05Speaker 5: is it yacht rock? This is your chance to text
- 34:08Speaker 5: in and vote. The band is the Moody Blues. Yeah,
- 34:12Speaker 5: the song is your wildest drink.
- 34:20Speaker 2: Yeah, this is on the It's like the heyday of
- 34:22Speaker 2: these like Kansas and these bands all. Yes, I mean, sim.
- 34:37Speaker 6: This is automatic, isn't it?
- 34:40Speaker 2: Is it?
- 34:41Speaker 5: I mean I think it's automatic. This is a dunk Yeah, dude,
- 34:45Speaker 5: I mean this is as dunk as against.
- 34:47Speaker 2: This is a six foot rim. This is my fat
- 34:50Speaker 2: ass rehearse dunking on an elementary school room. I'm hanging
- 34:54Speaker 2: on this rim.
- 34:54Speaker 6: It's got the perfect cadence, the perfect speed.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Why do a little soft, little white guy shuffle to this?
- 35:02Speaker 9: Dude?
- 35:03Speaker 2: Watch out that bottom little Oh Yeah, I'll do it, Deborah, No,
- 35:09Speaker 2: I'll do it. I'll do it. In a fedora.
- 35:11Speaker 3: It's just weird when.
- 35:12Speaker 2: You and he does the boomer white guy Dad.
- 35:16Speaker 6: When he bites the bottom live, it just looks like
- 35:18Speaker 6: a hunger. What do you think, deb This is the
- 35:23Speaker 6: same man that brought us Knights in White Satin.
- 35:25Speaker 3: Right, yeah, oh yeah, I love that song. Yeah, it
- 35:27Speaker 3: would sail this.
- 35:28Speaker 2: This is their eighties come back. Yeah yeah yeah.
- 35:32Speaker 12: And just to you're not the biggest fan of yacht rock, right,
- 35:36Speaker 12: Oh no, I love yacht rock, okay, but I'm more
- 35:39Speaker 12: of a Michael McDonald holland Yes, Christopher Cross.
- 35:44Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you again, if the mood is right,
- 35:47Speaker 2: when you meet somebody who doesn't like you're hot rocking,
- 35:49Speaker 2: that's a tail, is it not. Isn't that a bit
- 35:52Speaker 2: of a tail? If you find somebody doesn't like chill music,
- 35:54Speaker 2: they kind of puts you in a good mood. Drink
- 35:56Speaker 2: some wine, you know, rip a bowl whatever.
- 35:58Speaker 3: Yeah, football, you know, dude, Come on.
- 36:02Speaker 2: I do have a wine question for you, maybe later today.
- 36:05Speaker 5: But the uh yeah, so on Sunday it was a sale,
- 36:09Speaker 5: of course. It was a smooth sale for the moody Blues.
- 36:12Speaker 5: Your Wildest Dream that's on Captain's Log Radio. Which you
- 36:15Speaker 5: can hear every Sunday morning at eight o'clock, my first mate,
- 36:18Speaker 5: Hemmy Bradshaw, and I give you an hour of yacht
- 36:20Speaker 5: rot before Sunday morning coming down. Yeah, and this Sunday
- 36:23Speaker 5: programming note. At one o'clock we kick off Real Radio's
- 36:27Speaker 5: commercial free alternative pregame where the monsters, the news junkie,
- 36:31Speaker 5: and yours truly The Jim Colbert Show will be giving
- 36:34Speaker 5: you alternative music commercial free for four hours right until
- 36:38Speaker 5: we turn on the big game. We have Westwood Ones
- 36:41Speaker 5: coverage of Super Bowl sixty right here on Real Radio
- 36:44Speaker 5: one or four point one. That's very cool, man. Yeah,
- 36:46Speaker 5: this is a good choice, buddy, This is a good one.
- 36:48Speaker 5: And this this is one of those you could you
- 36:50Speaker 5: could begin to make an argument for it, but then
- 36:52Speaker 5: minute you hear how just chill the tones are.
- 36:54Speaker 2: Yeah. Are you into this, Russ?
- 36:56Speaker 6: I mean I am into it in the sense of
- 36:58Speaker 6: it being you know, yacht rock. But am I going
- 37:01Speaker 6: to be jamming out to this on my way home?
- 37:05Speaker 6: Probably not?
- 37:06Speaker 2: Jack? Do you have Knights and White Satin in there?
- 37:08Speaker 2: To give an idea of what these guys used to
- 37:10Speaker 2: do before they kind of turned this out?
- 37:12Speaker 3: That was the school dance song that you know long
- 37:16Speaker 3: enough that you could you know, this.
- 37:22Speaker 2: Is what this band used to do or what they
- 37:24Speaker 2: did before this.
- 37:26Speaker 6: All right, so they are reflective band. Yea, yeah, they
- 37:29Speaker 6: went with the time I'm tying my news right now?
- 37:31Speaker 2: What's that? Okay?
- 37:35Speaker 6: So we went from yacht rock to Vietnam.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Yeah, this is very Vietnam. Yeah, like Jack said this
- 37:45Speaker 2: that that song that we played right there that was
- 37:48Speaker 2: kind of there are Yeah, the one that we played earlier,
- 37:50Speaker 2: that's kind of their comeback.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Yeah, this one too, Yeah, yeah, I like this one
- 37:54Speaker 3: this Tuesday Afternoon.
- 37:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and this isn't you rock? No, No, it's like
- 38:00Speaker 2: sixties like warrock.
- 38:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:02Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I think you now live with that Vietnam deal.
- 38:06Speaker 6: Yeah, because it's those songs. And to be honest with you,
- 38:09Speaker 6: every time I hear this genre of music music, I
- 38:11Speaker 6: think of Jenny Dynety.
- 38:16Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, really cool band. Guy's got a great voice,
- 38:20Speaker 2: haunting before they did that other tune. Yeah, and there
- 38:23Speaker 2: are other bands that did that, I think, Yes, is
- 38:25Speaker 2: that one of those bands that kind of made a
- 38:26Speaker 2: lot well. Chicago, I think is a band that made
- 38:28Speaker 2: a gigantic jump from what they did early in their
- 38:31Speaker 2: career to where they wound up. The stuff they were
- 38:33Speaker 2: remembered for in the eighties wasn't really what they started
- 38:35Speaker 2: off at all.
- 38:36Speaker 6: Right, little music, little fun fact. What about the bands
- 38:39Speaker 6: that ended with the war music? I would go with,
- 38:42Speaker 6: here's an artist that I feel like ended with war
- 38:45Speaker 6: music but started off in like fifties pop was d on.
- 38:48Speaker 2: Oh really, I don't, yeah, I don't. I don't remember much.
- 38:51Speaker 6: He's doing a reverse one of these bands. Yeah, he
- 38:54Speaker 6: ended with the Vietnam music to me at least, and
- 38:57Speaker 6: then this band started off with the Vietnam using right on.
- 39:01Speaker 2: All right, let's do Embers Only real quick.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Now it's time to explore the world of cigars, spirits

- 43:47Speaker 2: Olympics fan. He compiles all the information that is pertinent
- 43:49Speaker 2: to what we need to know without giving it away anything.
- 43:52Speaker 2: Who else is wearing a curling shirt today?
- 43:54Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 43:54Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, get down here with that. Yeah.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Are you an Olympics fan? Bias?
- 43:59Speaker 3: Yeah, man, I love the Olympic very nice. Yeah, I
- 44:01Speaker 3: love the Winter Olympics.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Except yeah he does well. Especially you should love the
- 44:06Speaker 2: Winter Olympics. I mean that's where Canada shines, right yeah, yeah.
- 44:11Speaker 7: All right, you know what's always the host country that
- 44:13Speaker 7: always does so well. So I'm you know, I'm going
- 44:16Speaker 7: to say that Italy will be at the top of
- 44:18Speaker 7: the metal standings at the end of this Olympics.
- 44:20Speaker 3: That's my that's my hot take.
- 44:22Speaker 2: Hot take there, hot take, all right. Fias comes on
- 44:25Speaker 2: every single Friday to talk about some of the food
- 44:27Speaker 2: scene happening here in Orlando. If you don't read his columns,
- 44:29Speaker 2: it's easy Orlando Weekly dot com. He is the restaurant
- 44:32Speaker 2: critic for them and comes on with us once a
- 44:35Speaker 2: week kind of talk about some things happening in the scene.
- 44:37Speaker 2: Let's get it going right first with the reviews. Desi
- 44:40Speaker 2: Bistro and Asteria Esther.
- 44:43Speaker 7: Yeah, I wasn't on the show last week, so we'll
- 44:45Speaker 7: have two reviews this week, the first of which Desi Bistro.
- 44:48Speaker 7: As you mentioned, this is a Bangladeshi restaurant near the
- 44:52Speaker 7: UCF corridor. I believe the addresses twelve zero five eight
- 44:56Speaker 7: Collegiate Way, I think, And you know, when it comes
- 44:59Speaker 7: to you know, the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent, Bangladeshi
- 45:03Speaker 7: cuisine is long, you know, long been overshadowed by it's
- 45:07Speaker 7: you know, it's North Indian, it's South Indian, even it's
- 45:10Speaker 7: Pakistani counterparts. So what differentiates Bangladeshi cuisine is that, for one, fish,
- 45:19Speaker 7: fish is very much a big staple in Bangladesh because
- 45:22Speaker 7: it's you know it, you know, it's on the coast there.
- 45:26Speaker 7: But so is so are meats like like mutton, you know,
- 45:30Speaker 7: which in this case is goat beef as well because
- 45:33Speaker 7: of its sizeable Muslim population, beef is very popular. And
- 45:36Speaker 7: and then when it comes to spicing, they take a
- 45:38Speaker 7: very even handed approach to spicing as supposed to say
- 45:41Speaker 7: South Indian, the infernal you know, fair of South South
- 45:44Speaker 7: Indian cuisina and even Pakistani food. So if you're watching
- 45:47Speaker 7: on on the on YouTube right now at at Jim
- 45:51Speaker 7: Goldbert Show, Jack is scrolling through some photos there. But
- 45:55Speaker 7: but the mutton barbecue, the mutton ribs barbecue is one
- 45:58Speaker 7: I really wanted to mention because if you know, if
- 46:00Speaker 7: you're a big barbecue fan and you've never had mutton
- 46:03Speaker 7: before this, you know this one. This's got a dry
- 46:06Speaker 7: rub on there with like seventeen different spices in there,
- 46:10Speaker 7: like everything from like I don't know, white mustard seeds
- 46:13Speaker 7: and vennegreek seeds and mango powder and saffron and Kashmiri
- 46:18Speaker 7: chili powder and it's like so many things that go
- 46:20Speaker 7: into this rub. So so when you bite into it,
- 46:23Speaker 7: you know, goat meat is very lean, but it's interspersed
- 46:25Speaker 7: with this very luscious fatty texture as well.
- 46:29Speaker 2: Yeah, and when.
- 46:30Speaker 3: You have that that spicing, it makes for an absolute
- 46:32Speaker 3: bold nod.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Goat anything like lamb at all fi as I've never
- 46:35Speaker 2: had goat.
- 46:37Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, a goat is not to where it's
- 46:39Speaker 7: a it's a little bit like like lamb. Mutton is.
- 46:43Speaker 7: You know, sometimes mutton is referred to as like you know,
- 46:46Speaker 7: the older sheep, like an older sheep meat. But in
- 46:50Speaker 7: this case, the in theace, especially in the in the
- 46:52Speaker 7: Indian subcontinent, it's mainly referred to it's mainly used as
- 46:56Speaker 7: goat meat. You know, that's used mainly for goat meat,
- 46:59Speaker 7: and so it's it's a little bit like lamb. But
- 47:02Speaker 7: but very very nice. People are into barbecue. Get these ribs,
- 47:06Speaker 7: the you know, the the bones are a little a
- 47:08Speaker 7: little more brittle than you know, you know, pork and
- 47:10Speaker 7: beef ribs, but very very nice.
- 47:14Speaker 3: I had the fish, the taua fish.
- 47:15Speaker 7: You know when Banglades and Bangladesh hilsa hilsa fish is
- 47:19Speaker 7: a very is the is the fish of choice, but
- 47:21Speaker 7: it's kind of hard to procure here, so they use
- 47:24Speaker 7: the swy like a typical white fish. But again, that
- 47:27Speaker 7: same what what he's calling a master masala is rubbed
- 47:31Speaker 7: onto that fish and it's it's it's really really outstanding.
- 47:36Speaker 3: Question.
- 47:36Speaker 6: Yeah, so real fast, mutton, why why are we I
- 47:40Speaker 6: understand that that's what it's called, but then you're also.
- 47:43Speaker 3: Telling me that it's goat, and then I'm thinking.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Like, well, the muttons a sheep though, right, that's what
- 47:49Speaker 2: nothing technically technically is a sheep.
- 47:51Speaker 3: But in the Indian subcontinent.
- 47:53Speaker 7: Like I said, they you know, they also use that
- 47:56Speaker 7: term to describe goat as well.
- 47:58Speaker 3: So uh, it's a good question.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Yeah, it goes.
- 48:01Speaker 6: It goes both ways, because you said, I'm like, it's
- 48:04Speaker 6: just like when the political party is basically swapped, like
- 48:07Speaker 6: this is I'm thinking too big of.
- 48:09Speaker 2: This and and the other thing too when you hear
- 48:11Speaker 2: Bangladeshi and I would agree. I mean, so you're not
- 48:13Speaker 2: going to get the stereotypical cormas and vindolo's and ticket
- 48:17Speaker 2: masalas in places like that that the spices are going
- 48:20Speaker 2: to be way different or is it similar or they're similar.
- 48:24Speaker 7: So like, for example, there's a dish called beef Brosala
- 48:27Speaker 7: and it's in this very sort of fake luxuriant gravy.
- 48:31Speaker 7: But the gravy itself is seasoned a little bit differently.
- 48:33Speaker 7: It's got it's a little more herbaceous, it's a They
- 48:36Speaker 7: even sometimes use like a puree of nuts in there
- 48:39Speaker 7: to give it a bit of a nutty flavor.
- 48:41Speaker 2: Nice.
- 48:41Speaker 7: So so yeah, and that's the photo right there you're
- 48:44Speaker 7: watching on on YouTube right now.
- 48:46Speaker 3: That's the beef brasala.
- 48:46Speaker 7: And this is like a dish that's saved for like
- 48:48Speaker 7: special occasions, weddings, you know, this sort of thing. And
- 48:52Speaker 7: it's it is truly outstanding. It is a very lovely,
- 48:55Speaker 7: lovely dish.
- 48:55Speaker 2: You feel like I could wear that out with a
- 48:57Speaker 2: set of chop sicks right now, just one at a time.
- 48:59Speaker 3: Just wear that. Oh I thought you were planning on
- 49:01Speaker 3: like wearing it.
- 49:03Speaker 6: That photo looks like that photo Fias looks like a
- 49:06Speaker 6: close up of deep space.
- 49:10Speaker 2: It's insane.
- 49:12Speaker 7: All right, Well, you need you need a deep space
- 49:14Speaker 7: in your belly to you know, to eat all of this.
- 49:16Speaker 2: Alright, let's move on to Asteria Esther buddy.
- 49:18Speaker 7: Okay man, Yeah, so you can see all my all
- 49:20Speaker 7: these photos read theo Orlando Weekly dot com the photos
- 49:23Speaker 7: I did spy Escara the so the second review Osteria
- 49:26Speaker 7: estern we've talked about. This place is Jason and Souchin's
- 49:28Speaker 7: new restaurant there in Thornton Park. It's it's really it's
- 49:32Speaker 7: Chef Michael Cooper's panned to Italian cuisine via New Jersey.
- 49:37Speaker 7: You know, he said that he wanted Osteria Esther to
- 49:40Speaker 7: uh you know, to be like uh, you know the
- 49:43Speaker 7: restaurants that he would visit, the Red Sauce restaurants, had
- 49:45Speaker 7: used to visit there in New Jersey, specifically Il Jardinello
- 49:48Speaker 7: and Tom's River, And I'm not sure if jacksonan there, but.
- 49:51Speaker 6: This is like where Goodfellas gets filmed. That right, right,
- 49:55Speaker 6: right right, one of those kinds of places. Do I
- 49:57Speaker 6: look like a clown to you? Happens?
- 49:59Speaker 2: There was that a carpascio he just had up on
- 50:01Speaker 2: the screen.
- 50:02Speaker 3: Yeah, so that's what I was about to say.
- 50:04Speaker 7: Man, it's very much like you know, those red sauce restaurants,
- 50:08Speaker 7: but also not like those red sauce restaurants at all,
- 50:11Speaker 7: because the food is so so so much better. Like
- 50:13Speaker 7: what you're watching. What you're seeing there is is a
- 50:16Speaker 7: wagyu carpaccio Pimontese like in the in the Piedmont style.
- 50:21Speaker 7: It's there's a there's a drink there. It's the the
- 50:23Speaker 7: cachoi fifty to fifty. So they're going to that level,
- 50:27Speaker 7: you know, they're going to that level of the red
- 50:29Speaker 7: sauce type wrest.
- 50:30Speaker 2: That looks that looks like something you eat while ordering
- 50:33Speaker 2: a hit on somebody.
- 50:34Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying.
- 50:35Speaker 2: That's exactly I mean. That looks elegant. Man, That is
- 50:38Speaker 2: car pashio is one of my favorite dishes out there.
- 50:40Speaker 2: I think you can really tell the story of an
- 50:42Speaker 2: entire restaurant.
- 50:43Speaker 3: Uh.
- 50:43Speaker 2: That one looks amazing, Jim.
- 50:45Speaker 7: This carpaccio might be my favorite carpatchu in the city.
- 50:49Speaker 3: It is unbelievably good.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so good. I can't wait to try that.
- 50:53Speaker 2: That looks amazing.
- 50:54Speaker 3: It is.
- 50:55Speaker 7: And Chin You know how Sue Chin is such a
- 50:59Speaker 7: yeah here restaurant. Yeah, and she you know, she just so.
- 51:03Speaker 7: By the way, this is in the old Hue and
- 51:04Speaker 7: Soco space in Thornton Park.
- 51:06Speaker 3: She's completely transformed. She said.
- 51:08Speaker 7: She wants the place to feel, to have like a
- 51:10Speaker 7: lived in feel as opposed to style. And you know,
- 51:13Speaker 7: and she's totally done that. So now we'll get to
- 51:15Speaker 7: the food here. Like what you're seeing there is a
- 51:17Speaker 7: lasagna rotolo. It's one of their signature dishes. It's lasagna
- 51:21Speaker 7: you know that is that is rolled and got these
- 51:25Speaker 7: crispy edges. An when I when I when I first
- 51:30Speaker 7: got this, I'm like, Okay, this isn't like your typical designy.
- 51:33Speaker 7: But when I took that first bite, I was like,
- 51:35Speaker 7: oh my god, this is this is molto molto as
- 51:39Speaker 7: they say in Italy. Hey, you know what they say.
- 51:41Speaker 2: Newsera by is that like a bed of ricotta cheese,
- 51:44Speaker 2: like a flavored or seasoned ricotta with like palm and.
- 51:47Speaker 7: Herbs, snowed it snowed in like parmesan. And you can
- 51:51Speaker 7: see the whip ricotta there on the edges. It is
- 51:54Speaker 7: truly magnificent.
- 51:55Speaker 2: Look amazing.
- 51:57Speaker 3: This makes me want to walk in and go forget
- 51:59Speaker 3: about it.
- 52:00Speaker 7: Yeah, this is what you're seeing now is a nyochi.
- 52:05Speaker 7: It's an yoki sardo with the trufle cream. And I
- 52:07Speaker 7: should say that all the pastas at Osteria Esther are
- 52:10Speaker 7: made in house. He's handcrafting every single one of these pastas.
- 52:14Speaker 7: A little bit before that, you saw something called caramele.
- 52:17Speaker 7: It's they almost look like little little Yeah, these little
- 52:20Speaker 7: thin pouches that are pinched at the ends. They're meant
- 52:23Speaker 7: to look like little gifts. And inside it was just
- 52:26Speaker 7: a a moscarpone. But no, it's actually a like a
- 52:30Speaker 7: almost like a paste of Marcona almonds and and Brai's
- 52:35Speaker 7: shallots and garnic. And I'm like, are you sure like
- 52:38Speaker 7: this looks like this looks like moscarpone to me, but no,
- 52:41Speaker 7: it isn't it's really really to that level. It's it's
- 52:44Speaker 7: really outstanding. If you're in the pasta, if you're into
- 52:46Speaker 7: red sauce restaurants, give this place a trial.
- 52:48Speaker 6: Asia is that like an Italian takeedo right there?
- 52:54Speaker 2: Wow, it certainly looks like one. Man, these photos are crazy. Braisbef, tortolini, vilchop, parmesan.
- 53:01Speaker 2: They have the hamachi collar, which I've had before. It's delicious, man,
- 53:05Speaker 2: this looks amazing man. And here's the thing for dessert.
- 53:08Speaker 7: Do not, absolutely do not pass on the butterscotch boudino.
- 53:12Speaker 7: A boudino is sort of like a custard, like a pudding.
- 53:14Speaker 7: Oh my god, this thing I think is a dessert
- 53:16Speaker 7: of the moment. Everyone is like absolutely loving this dish.
- 53:21Speaker 7: A Jack can scroll through through some of the photos
- 53:23Speaker 7: towards the end, but it it is like it is
- 53:26Speaker 7: a creamy butterscotch wonder of an ending. It don't pass
- 53:30Speaker 7: on it. The tier missiue. If you're into tirier massoue.
- 53:32Speaker 7: They actually changed the recipe for the tiera missou It
- 53:34Speaker 7: used to be a little more cakey and now it's
- 53:36Speaker 7: a lot more creamier.
- 53:38Speaker 8: But that.
- 53:40Speaker 2: God, man, they're doing all right. Let's move on, Dude Vines,
- 53:47Speaker 2: Vines by H and Doctor Phillips because we could stay
- 53:50Speaker 2: watching this menu the entire day.
- 53:52Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm fine.
- 53:53Speaker 7: So Vine's Grill, if you remember Vine's Grill there on
- 53:57Speaker 7: sand Lake Road and Doctor Phillips has been there since
- 53:59Speaker 7: two thousand and three, so it's it's recently come under
- 54:03Speaker 7: new ownership, the H Hospitality Group. It's the same group
- 54:06Speaker 7: that runs the H Orlando just around the corner and
- 54:08Speaker 7: up the street there in Doctor Phillips. I'd say it's
- 54:11Speaker 7: a steakhouse with with Turkish and Mediterranean leaning. So they've
- 54:14Speaker 7: taken over the space. They've completely renovated it. I think
- 54:17Speaker 7: it closed in August or something like that, but they've
- 54:20Speaker 7: completely renovated it and they've reopened. The menu was still
- 54:25Speaker 7: very approachable. You know prime steaks and you know fresh seafood.
- 54:29Speaker 7: There's a cigar lounge there for you, Jim. They got
- 54:32Speaker 7: live jazz. They're making our pastas in house as well.
- 54:36Speaker 7: So they they just they just opened, so check them
- 54:39Speaker 7: out if you're in the Doctor Phillips area.
- 54:41Speaker 2: And then Sushi Saint in Winter Park.
- 54:43Speaker 7: Sushi Saint, so if you remember bar Kata closed in
- 54:46Speaker 7: late November, there, you know, next to Soseki and Perlis
- 54:50Speaker 7: Pizza and so Chef Michael Kalantis has opened up another
- 54:53Speaker 7: one of his concepts called Sushi Saint.
- 54:54Speaker 3: There's one on Pittman Street downtown.
- 54:57Speaker 7: So he's opened a second Sushi Saint in the Barcotta
- 55:00Speaker 7: space and it's a hand roll bar. It's a it's
- 55:03Speaker 7: a you know, Japanese hand rolls. He's also got like
- 55:05Speaker 7: sushi sushi rolls. There's obviously a pretty decent sake program
- 55:10Speaker 7: there because it's you know, it took the space of Barkata,
- 55:12Speaker 7: so that that that just opened. It technically opens February eleventh,
- 55:16Speaker 7: but if you go on to open table right now,
- 55:18Speaker 7: you can get in there early and get some VIP seating.
- 55:20Speaker 2: And let's ended up with a Handel's homemade ice cream
- 55:23Speaker 2: in Avido. Is there enough room in Ovito for another
- 55:27Speaker 2: another craft ice cream maker there? Fias?
- 55:30Speaker 7: Yeah, Well, well this one so this one's been around
- 55:32Speaker 7: since nineteen forty five. I think they started in Youngstown, Ohio.
- 55:36Speaker 7: They've got they've got locations all over the country.
- 55:39Speaker 3: None in Orlando.
- 55:40Speaker 7: I think there's like twelve or so in Miami, but
- 55:42Speaker 7: there's none other No, no other parlors in Florida, so
- 55:45Speaker 7: this would be the first one in Orlando.
- 55:47Speaker 3: They just opened yesterday.
- 55:48Speaker 7: I think I think they got forty five different flavors
- 55:52Speaker 7: all made there. I think there's a there's one that
- 55:56Speaker 7: I really wanted to try. It's oh a frank silk pie.
- 56:02Speaker 2: Oh man, I gotta tell you, you know, the the
- 56:04Speaker 2: toasted coconut over at Kelly's. You know myself and Scott
- 56:07Speaker 2: Maxwell thinks one of the best out there. We've been
- 56:09Speaker 2: looking for something to battle that French silk is one
- 56:12Speaker 2: of my favorite pies top three of all time, so
- 56:14Speaker 2: I dive into that.
- 56:16Speaker 7: I love a good friend silk pie myself and you know, yeah,
- 56:18Speaker 7: you're right. I think the ice cream wars are on
- 56:20Speaker 7: with with Kelly's expanding, with now handles, there's Frajari. Yes,
- 56:26Speaker 7: the openings Soon's ice cream wars are on. So this
- 56:29Speaker 7: place is at twenty Alexandria Boulevard. It's sort of near
- 56:32Speaker 7: the four thirty four and Mitchell Hammock intersection. Well, very
- 56:36Speaker 7: nice handles, homemade ice cream, very good budding.
- 56:38Speaker 2: Oh I always good seeing you man. Where can people
- 56:41Speaker 2: find you online and read more of your stuff?

- 58:19Speaker 14: But I love your show and I'm hungry as hell

- 58:27Speaker 2: They're awesome.
- 58:28Speaker 3: Love your show, guys, have a great weekend.
- 58:32Speaker 9: Hey, good afternoon.
- 58:34Speaker 4: Maybe you could clear something up for me. All my life,
- 58:37Speaker 4: my mom and dad told me that people that didn't
- 58:39Speaker 4: like Lamb didn't like it because they had eaten mutton,
- 58:43Speaker 4: and we ate lamb.
- 58:45Speaker 9: We loved it.
- 58:46Speaker 4: But now you're saying that goat meat is called mutton.
- 58:50Speaker 4: But are you just saying that they called goat mutton?
- 58:53Speaker 4: That doesn't the mutton people ate before wasn't goat.
- 58:58Speaker 2: Thank you? Thanks, No, no, No. I think maybe it might
- 59:01Speaker 2: be a cultural thing where they just kind of see
- 59:05Speaker 2: how that stops. Well, I mean I understand, goat is goat.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Mutton is a sheep. Lamb is a young sheep. Right, Yeah,
- 59:15Speaker 2: it's a baby. It's a baby sheep. So those are
- 59:17Speaker 2: the Lamb. I can't stand like almost any of them.
- 59:19Speaker 2: I'm not a Lamb fan, not really any of that.
- 59:22Speaker 13: Any meat a gem In regards to that cop, I've
- 59:25Speaker 13: been shooting since I was nine years old. I'll be
- 59:27Speaker 13: fifty seven this year, and back in December fourteenth, I basically.
- 59:33Speaker 15: Blew my finger out with my non dominant hand, shooting
- 59:36Speaker 15: at SBR without a suppressor, and in between shots, I
- 59:41Speaker 15: basically shot through my finger which was my index finger,
- 59:45Speaker 15: and blew it completely out. And never any other time
- 59:48Speaker 15: I ever had a misfire of any kind.
- 59:51Speaker 2: Oh crazy, Welcome back to the Jim Proper Show. Youre
- 59:54Speaker 2: four o'clock. He were his dollar dlar. He's going to
- 59:57Speaker 2: need a few of those to fix that finger, real
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: radio dot of femins. And then I offer your chance
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: at one thousand bucks. I'm Jim. There's deb Jack, Yeah,
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: and Ross. It's true Jack's Olympic update, the very first
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: one coming up in just a few minutes, so stay
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: tuned for that. So you know, this gu three thing
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: is a very interesting story. Of course, we're talking about
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: the missing mother of TV host and journalist Savannah Guthrie,
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: her mom, Nancy, now missing for six days. Of course,
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: this has been dominating the news cycle for uh, for
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: anything that isn't politics. This is the biggest story in
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: the US, I believe right now. Would you guys agree
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: with that?
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: Yeah, my wife had an interesting take on this. I
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: want to see what you guys feel about this, because
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: with the Guthries, they they like have all the information.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: The cops are like, you know, well, this is may
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: this may be what happened. This is when you know
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: what's gonna happen or whatever, you know. And and I
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: think during one of the questionings up front, one of
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: the reporters asked about, you know, if if they thought
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: she was still alive, and the officer said, was it
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: I hope so, or I think so or something of
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: that nature.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: Well they said they have no reason to believe, right, Yeah,
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: that they're they have no reason to believe otherwise. So
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: they're going to continue operating off of the thought that
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: she is still alive.
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: Right, and uh, and that does spur some hope, of
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: course for the for the siblings and or the siblings
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: or the kids of Nancy.
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: Apparently she has been said, I'm not sure how this
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: information got to them, but the message was received that
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: she is scared, but she is alive.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: Yeah, scared but alive, right, And that would be the
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: last correspondence they would have ye before the Monday deadline,
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: which is coming up. Of course, we'll find out what
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: happens before that. But the take she had was this,
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: and I want to see what you guys think, right.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: She said that even if the cops thought that Nancy
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: was in real peril, right, if all the evidence that
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: they saw put Nancy Guthrie in real peril, she would
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: want the cops to lie to them, all right, She
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: would want the cops to lie to her. She would
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: not want that kind of information. Even if the cops
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: looked at the evidence, the totality of the evidence, and said,
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: you know what, man, all of this points to you
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: know something that isn't good. We've seen a hundred cases
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: like this before. All of the evidence that we've built
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: up according to the other cases, we've investigated, lead us
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: to believe that this is going to turn out poorly.
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: My wife said, I would not want to hear that
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: at all. Yay, you want hope, you want hope. Yeah,
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: And I would be the opposite of that, Like I
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: told her, I said, I would want all the information
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: that was there that they had that was accurate information.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: I wouldn't want to be gas lit. I wouldn't want
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: to be any of that stuff. And that just shows
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: you the difference in our in our personalities that that
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: that would be the case. Like if this happened to
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: your mom, would you want to know all of the facts,
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: regardless of what truth they were telling, or would you
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: want to just say, you know, the cops will say, hey, look,
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: you know, you know we're doing our best. We got
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: one hundred men out there looking, we're following a thousand leads,
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: we're taking tips every day. You know, we're going to
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: find her.
- 1:02:59Speaker 6: I mean, yeah, I'll take the honest route. I feel
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: like I got a good chin. You don't have to
- 1:03:03Speaker 6: tell me that, like you know, there's still a fighting
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: chance and then yeah, like I understand that there's a
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: fighting chance because you have no evidence, but like I'll
- 1:03:11Speaker 6: take the honest route.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: Yeah, more brutal honesty, I guess the better.
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: What do you think, Jack, Yeah, I want I want
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: the information. I'll find my own hope in that.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. And the funny thing is is I understand
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: both outlooks. I really do it. And we had a
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: good conversation about this, and I completely understand where she's
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: coming from. I get it.
- 1:03:35Speaker 5: And if I was then in charge of retelling this
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: to my wife, I would probably lean more heavily on
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: the positive side of things.
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: Right, in other words, because her personality would react better
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: to the hope that's involved.
- 1:03:48Speaker 5: I think with most people, I just like, I want
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: to know exactly where we are. And and then, as
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: I told her, I would just be more I would
- 1:03:58Speaker 5: sol her a little bit softer.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: Edges on that. On that, how about you, Deborah?
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: Brutal honesty?
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: Yeah yeah. See. The weird thing is is like, do
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: you guys think this matters? My wife as an only child?
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: So do you think that that that matters because she's
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: an only child, she doesn't have like siblings. Delete on.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: Now you have to assume you know we're married. I'm
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: you know we're we've been married twenty plus years. So,
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: I mean, we we have that bond of you know,
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: leaning on each other. But do you think being an
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: only child makes her outlook different? Because if that person
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: was gone, if this was her mother, that would be
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: that would be you know that they she wouldn't have
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: a sister to hug and and you know, or a
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: brother to hug to find some solace or hope in this.
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: I mean, I wouldn't pin it on that. I'm not
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: trying to pin it on anything. I'm just trying to
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: figure out if you think that makes a difference in
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: that situation.
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: No, now you don't believe so, because again, you know
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: that's that's expecting that siblings would react the same way, right,
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: you know, and a lot of times you know your
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: sibling relationship is different when you're older.
- 1:05:01Speaker 16: Right.
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: So I feel like the more I know being told
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: you know, hey, there's still a f that to me
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: feels pandering, right, Tell me where we're at, tell me
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: what we're looking at.
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: And I have a hard time thinking that she would
- 1:05:17Speaker 6: be like willingly go into it, like I know it's
- 1:05:20Speaker 6: a lie, give me the good No, no.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: No, no, no, that's not the case, though she wouldn't
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: know that. I mean, you remember, this would be the
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: only information she would be getting. She would want the
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: cops to say, you know, everything that could possibly lead
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: to them hoping that everything's going to turn out okay.
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: She would not want them saying, you know, hey, look
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: we've been We've done fifty of these and every and
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: every single time when the evidence is kind of laid
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: out like this, you know, mostly it turns out poorly
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: type thing. She would want them to kind of save
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: those type of that type of information and just say,
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: you know, hey, look, you know, this is what we
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: have out there happening. We got a hundred cops out
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: there searching everywhere. We're going door to door, we're pulling
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: you know, we're pulling video for the cameras we have available,
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: so you know, we're we're searching EPs, we're doing all
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: this stuff. That's what she would just want to hear
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: that that's it.
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: In this hypothetical.
- 1:06:07Speaker 6: If I may step in and also create more world building,
- 1:06:10Speaker 6: sure that they are shaking all of the ips and
- 1:06:15Speaker 6: that they aren't actually doing those things.
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: But would she rather prefer that? No, I think she would.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: I don't think she wants to be lied to well,
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: because that's not a lie. I mean, if they are
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: they do have a bunch of men out there looking,
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: they are looking at every aspect. They are going to
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: door to door. But what they wouldn't what she wouldn't
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: want is it's almost like that submarine thing happening, right,
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: you wouldn't want to tell the family. Hey, look, you know,
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: it's a real good chance they're still going to make
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: it up, you know, you know, even though everybody who
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: is in the scientific world understands that they don't have
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: a dream of making it back up right, you know,
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: that kind of thing goes. Remember all the hope that
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: was held out during the submarine that exploded.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: What was that thing called the was it Titan?
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: Yes, a title? You remember how the drama around that.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: And then they go back and found out that that
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: they had a radar blip the first day the thing
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: was gone and it blew up like hours after they
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: had contact with it. Like they knew for two or
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: a week and a half that that thing had exploded,
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: but the family still held out hope.
- 1:07:12Speaker 6: And then there's also a very thin line between the
- 1:07:16Speaker 6: line and not saying everything yeah.
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. And then a police said and doesn't it
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: change it because it's a police investigation, It wouldn't it
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: almost be helping you by not letting you know more,
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: especially with her job and stuff.
- 1:07:30Speaker 6: I mean, I I don't know, dead feels me on
- 1:07:34Speaker 6: that is that?
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: Like?
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: Is it a lie if I don't tell you everything
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: I know? No?
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: Yeah, because unless you ask for that specific information, it's
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: not lying, right.
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: Well, because you're lying is false information right, Yeah, So
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: it wouldn't be a lie because you haven't given the information.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: But if I give you a car and I go like,
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: these are all the problems?
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: Yeah, how about this? What if you found out that
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: after the fact, let's say the mother, you know, something
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: tear happens, and then after the fact, down the road
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: you found out the police and investigators knew, like on
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: the second day that it wasn't really looking good and
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: more than likely something bad had happened, but they but
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: they still didn't say anything because they weren't one hundred
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: percent sure. That's that's a different machine as well, right,
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: because again that's kind of what happened with the Titan thing.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: I think a lot of people kind of knew and
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: they were like, well, you know.
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: They were waiting for confirmation.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: Right, yeah, yea, because they didn't want to be that
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: guy or girl.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: Well, like you said, didn't want to take the hope
- 1:08:29Speaker 3: away from a mother who lost her son and her husband, and.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: The siblings who now have their mother abducted by god
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: knows who exactly. I mean, we know why, but I
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: still like the standard protocol of like you can't say
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: it until you know, no, like you know, but you
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: haven't seen the body or the submersible yet. That's still
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: a good protocol to find out because these things happen
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: a lot. Yeah, and you don't want to go south
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: when it's actually north. That's a good point, yeah, Jack,
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: you think you're would feel the same way.
- 1:09:01Speaker 6: Oh, changed the whole game for him, But I mean
- 1:09:05Speaker 6: that's a completely from men and women think about things
- 1:09:08Speaker 6: completely differently.
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: And then of course he's got seven sisters.
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: Or six sisters, I'm sorry, I know at least one
- 1:09:16Speaker 5: who would want two who would want the raw truth,
- 1:09:22Speaker 5: and then the others would want the most hope. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:09:25Speaker 5: I think it's a two four split up.
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah four seven nine four one text
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: us at seven seven zero three one.
- 1:09:32Speaker 6: But do you go into it knowing that they know
- 1:09:35Speaker 6: your preference.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: Like, that's another question.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: That's a completely different machine altogether, because you're snowing me.
- 1:09:42Speaker 6: Yeah, because then I'm going to be paranoid if like
- 1:09:44Speaker 6: you just know that I believe in the power of
- 1:09:46Speaker 6: manifestation and you're holding back stuff, you're not giving me
- 1:09:49Speaker 6: the true true ah man.
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: Yeah, we love question. I love the comments. By the way,
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: seven seven zero three one. If you have an opinion,
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: you can also leave a talk back if you'd like,

- 1:10:59Speaker 3: Time for Jacks Olympic update.
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: On the Jim Colebourn Show, someone.
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: Very finally pointed out comparing my Olympic production to Brandon's
- 1:11:12Speaker 5: Sports Introns, And all I can say is make sure
- 1:11:15Speaker 5: you're tune in this Monday at six for the new
- 1:11:18Speaker 5: sports Intronal Sports. Anyway, the twenty twenty six Winter Olympics
- 1:11:24Speaker 5: are actually underway. Opening ceremony will be televised tonight on NBC.
- 1:11:28Speaker 5: Games began a couple of days ago. How are you
- 1:11:33Speaker 5: guys with your Roman numerals?
- 1:11:35Speaker 3: I'm so bad at that, I mean, not.
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: Too bad at it. Okay x x V. What number
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: is that? Twenty five? Yeah, yeah, twenty five, twenty five.
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: It's the twenty fast twenty fifth Winter Games and kicking
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: off in northern Italy and it goes until February twenty second. Okay,
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: so now the opening ceremonies are tonight because there's actually
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: two locations here. The games officially open with a dual
- 1:12:02Speaker 5: location ceremony, two caldrons lit simultaneously, one in Milan and
- 1:12:08Speaker 5: the other one in Cortina. D Ampezzo nice, the ampezzozo.
- 1:12:14Speaker 6: You just got to hit it harder with the accent,
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: and the abezzo is theezzo.
- 1:12:20Speaker 5: As athletes will parade in multiple Italian towns, there will
- 1:12:23Speaker 5: be performances by Mariah Carey. Nice, but you need someone
- 1:12:27Speaker 5: Italian in there, so we bring in and Andrea Bacelli
- 1:12:31Speaker 5: has to be the monster.
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: He is absolutely What about Louda Pausine, That's a real
- 1:12:37Speaker 6: Italian artist and I just wanted to flex that.
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: I knew that.
- 1:12:41Speaker 5: Tyo will be hosting about thirty five hundred athletes.
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: Millions of visitors.
- 1:12:46Speaker 5: Are going to be moving through the streets of northern
- 1:12:49Speaker 5: Italy over the next couple of weeks. Athletes will compete
- 1:12:52Speaker 5: in one hundred and sixteen metal events across sixteen different disciplines.
- 1:12:59Speaker 5: So it's not as big as the Summer Game. It's
- 1:13:03Speaker 5: a little more concentrated.
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:13:05Speaker 5: Curling got things started on Wednesday before the opening ceremony. Now,
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: they had a brief power outage at one time, but
- 1:13:13Speaker 5: that came back and they got things going in the
- 1:13:15Speaker 5: mixed doubles. That means men and women. Now, I will
- 1:13:19Speaker 5: have you know that Team USA. I am wearing my
- 1:13:21Speaker 5: Team USA curling shirt today. That's just thank you FedEx
- 1:13:25Speaker 5: Johnny sending.
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: Me that years ago.
- 1:13:28Speaker 5: They've already defeated Czech Republic, Norway, Switzerland, and Canada. They
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: are currently undefeated along with Great Britain, the two undefeated
- 1:13:37Speaker 5: mixed doubles teams right now.
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: And wasn't that a bit of an upset? I heard
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: that the American team like that that were the win
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: they had was like a massive upset.
- 1:13:46Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: I can't remember who they were playing, but I remember
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: reading yesterday it's like this is a big time upset
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: that the American curling team beat this curling team.
- 1:13:54Speaker 5: Yeah, well they blew away Czech Republic. The Norway game
- 1:13:59Speaker 5: was pretty clear, so Switzerland, okay. So in women's ice hockey,
- 1:14:04Speaker 5: team USA beat Czech Republic. Actually they're known you know
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: how they pronounce it what they call themselves, because we
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: have the americanized version for other countries. Yes, they and
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: in the Olympics you kind of hear, you know how
- 1:14:17Speaker 5: they refer to it is check chia, oh, chechia, chechia.
- 1:14:22Speaker 5: All right, but that's Czech Republic. We beat them, Women's
- 1:14:25Speaker 5: hockey beat them up. Next for them is Finland figure
- 1:14:29Speaker 5: skating team event has USA in Japan in first and
- 1:14:33Speaker 5: second place. Just two points separate them. All right, Yeah,
- 1:14:37Speaker 5: so they're they're doing well.
- 1:14:38Speaker 2: Is also you said that's figure or speed that is
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: figure skating team event? That is when it comes to
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: the Winter Olympics. Would you guys agree that the ice
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: skating teams is like the track and field of the
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: Summer Games, like that's the most watched I think maybe
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: that in snowboarding now downhill.
- 1:14:58Speaker 5: Well we we thought it was you're skating, but I
- 1:15:01Speaker 5: thought deb you had some information in the news this
- 1:15:04Speaker 5: past week that said snowboarding, snowboarding most dominant. Yeah, view thing,
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: but it's always it seems it's always been figure skating.
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: Yeah. For me, man, the figure skating for me is
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: the king of the Winter Olympics. I just think it is,
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: like I just I love it. I love everything about it.
- 1:15:20Speaker 6: And then my number one for the Winter Olympics is skiing, Yeah,
- 1:15:24Speaker 6: the downhill skiing, the long jump in the ski.
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: I love bob sledding, louse.
- 1:15:30Speaker 5: Yeah, a lot of that happening this weekend. Not the
- 1:15:32Speaker 5: bob sledding, but the lousion of the ski jumping is
- 1:15:36Speaker 5: going to be happening this weekend. Team USA has said
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: its largest Winter Olympian delegation ever, so we are sending
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: the most US athletes, so you know, you expect to
- 1:15:46Speaker 5: do well in the medal count there. Lindsay Vaughn, we
- 1:15:49Speaker 5: were talking about her this week. Now here's the good news.
- 1:15:52Speaker 5: They happen. They just happen to have a Lindsay von
- 1:15:55Speaker 5: commercial and I think it was for the gear that
- 1:15:59Speaker 5: Team USA wearing, but it was all about her rehab
- 1:16:03Speaker 5: and recovery, not from the injury this week, from her
- 1:16:07Speaker 5: past one. She had her one knee totally reconstructed few
- 1:16:11Speaker 5: years ago, wow, and then blew out the other knee
- 1:16:13Speaker 5: this week and today successfully skis.
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: I saw that, yeah, and down in the practice run.
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: So my girl body is going to pay her back heatily,
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: heavily when she's sixty, because if you read the list
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: of injuries that she's had, she's like the six million
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: dollar man do. They have put that chick back together.
- 1:16:30Speaker 5: Like five times and she keeps coming back and she's
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: Nails's tough af But so she did have a successful
- 1:16:37Speaker 5: training run earlier today, so she is going to well
- 1:16:40Speaker 5: depending on how she recovers from the plan is for
- 1:16:43Speaker 5: her to continue to compete. We have a new sport
- 1:16:45Speaker 5: in the Olympics for the first time, Ski mountaineering.
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: That's not cross country. It's different. It's it's got an
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: element of that. It's also for short.
- 1:16:56Speaker 5: They call it schemo ski mountaineering sick. It's a mixed
- 1:17:00Speaker 5: climbing and downhill racing. So yeah, so it looks it's
- 1:17:05Speaker 5: actually more of a practical approach. So it's like if
- 1:17:08Speaker 5: you had if you were going to race someone and
- 1:17:11Speaker 5: you had skis and you had to go over a mountain,
- 1:17:14Speaker 5: it's kind of what it would be like, there's somewhere
- 1:17:16Speaker 5: it's cross country somewhere you take your skis off and
- 1:17:19Speaker 5: have to walk apart, then you put your skis back on,
- 1:17:22Speaker 5: and then you go downhill. So it's like you're tackling
- 1:17:25Speaker 5: all parts of a mountain. So Schemo or skiountaineering, Wow,
- 1:17:29Speaker 5: that's pretty cool. Yeah, they have a mixed event on that.
- 1:17:32Speaker 3: It's kind of like an iron Man on skis.
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I see that cross country skiing thing and I'm
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: just like, just just stop. You want to do so
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: much fun. It looks awful.
- 1:17:43Speaker 3: No, it's a lot of fun. Cross country skiing is
- 1:17:45Speaker 3: great because you don't have to worry about having a hill.
- 1:17:47Speaker 3: You can just park your car, grab your skis and
- 1:17:50Speaker 3: and just start skiing.
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: Look, it doesn't look fun. I mean you have you're walking.
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: I don't get it. It's like your front moon walking.

- 1:17:59Speaker 6: I'm like, it's am I closed with that the ice rollerblade?
- 1:18:03Speaker 3: Not really, it's it's better than snowshoeing if you've never
- 1:18:07Speaker 3: done that.
- 1:18:08Speaker 5: So with one hundred and sixty metal events, there are
- 1:18:10Speaker 5: two countries we can guarantee you will not.
- 1:18:13Speaker 2: Hear their national anthem play.
- 1:18:15Speaker 5: You want to guess Russia China close Russia and Belarus Belarus, Yes,
- 1:18:21Speaker 5: they're both banned because they cheat.
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: Yeah, some of.
- 1:18:24Speaker 5: Their athletes will compete under the neutral bantner. They so
- 1:18:28Speaker 5: they have some of their athletes it's under the Olympic bantner. Yeah,
- 1:18:31Speaker 5: that they you know, and if they actually win gold,
- 1:18:34Speaker 5: then they play the Olympic theme right, and it won't
- 1:18:36Speaker 5: be either Russia or Belarus.

- 1:19:33Speaker 2: Okay, so was your official snack Jackson? So today this
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: is my favorite part of it changes every day. Because
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: I had a discuss it with my daughter.
- 1:19:42Speaker 5: I'm doing a little grocery shopping on my way home,
- 1:19:45Speaker 5: and it's this also ties in the Super Bowl snacking
- 1:19:47Speaker 5: the way we're gonna get And while after a while,
- 1:19:50Speaker 5: I thought maybe I'm just gonna clip some of Dev's
- 1:19:52Speaker 5: chocolate chip cookies and have that. But my daughter lobbied
- 1:19:56Speaker 5: for and we are going with bacon, rat pigs in
- 1:19:59Speaker 5: the blank.

- 1:20:08Speaker 2: in a large heart.
- 1:20:11Speaker 3: Oh my god, we're number one. What was this talking
- 1:20:14Speaker 3: about earlier with JCS news and Ultra Process?
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: Jack is like, what's what's the worst for me? Okay,
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: there's bacon, how about boloney in a sausage form. Let's
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: wrap those up. You should deep fry that branch on the.
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: Sandwich.
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: Now here's the deal.
- 1:20:30Speaker 5: I do have peanut oil that I need to start
- 1:20:32Speaker 5: using again for Thanksgiving, and I was thinking about frying
- 1:20:35Speaker 5: wings on Sunday.
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: I have a new I have a question for you.
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: I have a turkey fryer.
- 1:20:40Speaker 5: I don't have a basket to submerge wings in where
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: I can get them out easily, so I'm kind of.
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: Torn on how I'm gonna fry my wing just.
- 1:20:48Speaker 5: Get the I just like float them and then I
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: pick them up. I think that might be the one
- 1:20:57Speaker 5: because I don't have a basket for mind either, and
- 1:20:58Speaker 5: I'm cooking the f out of some wings this weekend.
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: How insane is the statement bacon wrapped pigs in a blanket.
- 1:21:05Speaker 3: It's two blankets, one pig.
- 1:21:07Speaker 5: Yeah, one of the blankets it's made out of.
- 1:21:11Speaker 6: There's a lot of pig going. That's an inception movie

- 1:23:12Speaker 8: Austin to inject it into Joe Rogan's testicles.
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: Okay, they'll probable that gin pretty quick. Joe likes that
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: kind of stuff, all right. Welcome back to the Jim

- 1:23:44Speaker 2: this incredible food, everything from lobster rolls to one of
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: the best dude.
- 1:23:48Speaker 5: Talk to burger I have had three in the last
- 1:23:51Speaker 5: two days, so unbelievably good.
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: Is that little potato straws on top of that?
- 1:23:57Speaker 3: Is that what that is?
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: Those are potato straws, I believe on a Martin's Potato bunch.
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: Yeah. And the beef is super high. Quality of the
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: cheese is good. It traveled here and it was delicious,
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: and as a rule, some of the food takes a
- 1:24:09Speaker 2: beating on the way here, but man, it was so good.
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: Chicken fingers with one of the best buffalo sauces I've
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: had in a while. And again those lobster rolls were
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: simply delicious. And in Sea Lane told me they had
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: another lobster roll esque type of sandwich that is like
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: a California Roll in a Lobster roll, which was this,
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: you know, the cucumber, the everything that comes in in
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: a California role plus crab in there and all of
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: it just absolutely delicious. So again, more of the stuff
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: you're gonna be able to check out tomorrow out at
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: Boxy Park for the big event coming up. The jack
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: will be at Yeah, it's gonna be fun.
- 1:24:41Speaker 5: I'm looking forward to actually getting one of those burgers again.
- 1:24:45Speaker 5: But the music starts. It goes from one until eleven pm.
- 1:24:49Speaker 5: It starts with Lover the Unofficial Eras Tour, so that's
- 1:24:53Speaker 5: your Taylor Swift tribute, followed by Fleetwood Mact and then
- 1:24:57Speaker 5: you have Homegrown that's Zach Brown Band, followed by the
- 1:25:01Speaker 5: Red not Chili Peppers, Almost Queen, and then Savior Santana
- 1:25:06Speaker 5: tribute band will close it out at the end of
- 1:25:08Speaker 5: the night. So it's tribute music all day long, Festival Atmosphere,
- 1:25:12Speaker 5: Kid Zone until six pm, and the weather's gonna be
- 1:25:15Speaker 5: spot on as good as it gets.
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: Looking forward to this. Got my tickets today, did you? Yeah? Yeah?
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: I think here's what I think. I'm playing golf my
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: son in the morning, but I'm and my wife and
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: I have loved nothing to do in the afternoon. Yeah,
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: so I think we're gonna slide out to check out
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: the Fleetwood mech Man.
- 1:25:28Speaker 5: Good, I'll be there, That's what I'll be there as well.
- 1:25:30Speaker 5: I know Corey from Core Flooring he's gonna show up
- 1:25:33Speaker 5: as well that we'll hang out with him. And if
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: you need any details you go to lakenotalive dot com.
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: Absolutely so, I'm managing the surprise guys when a guy
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: you know checks into his hotel room, you know, does
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: his whole thing. It's all set up and then you
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: know just kind of exactly what what what do you know?
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: What I mean, that's this whole thing and gets you know,
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: when you come into the hotel room, you get your
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: bag open, you put your bathroom.
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: He settles in, Yeah, settles in right right, you know,
- 1:26:05Speaker 3: And I'm splanning to do.
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: So, you know, he has his stay and everything like that.
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: They leave the hotel, go off on their life, no
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: big deal. A couple of weeks later, though, he logs
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: onto his very fur very favorite adult entertainment site Okay,
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: and he's scrolling through some of the videos and lo
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: and behold, he sees himself and his wife getting down
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: because the Chinese hotel he checked into did a four
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: camera shoot of the sex that they had had while
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: in that hotel, and then put that s online. Wow,
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: WHOA where's this hotel in China? What website? One night
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: in twenty twenty three, he was scrolling on social media
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: Channey regular brows for porn, and seconds into a video,
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: he froze solid. He realized the couple who was watching
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: entered in the room, settling down their backs and then
- 1:27:02Speaker 2: later having sex was himself and his girlfriend. Three weeks later,
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: they had spent the night in a hotel in Chinzen,
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: which is in southern China, unaware that they were not alone.
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: The most intimate moments have been captured by the camera
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: hidden in their hotel room, and the footage made available
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: to thousands of strangers who had logged onto the channel.
- 1:27:21Speaker 2: Eric himself used to use to access pornography. That's a yeah,
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: I mean I And by the way, he would tune
- 1:27:31Speaker 2: in to Chinese spy cam porn. Yeah, yeah, that was
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: his thing. He knows it's legit.
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: Exactly, That's what that is.
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: That's just typically that stuff.
- 1:27:43Speaker 5: You think it's phony, You're think they it's all on act.
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right exactly, that deliver pizza. Uh, he's not
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: a pizza guy. Come on, nobody packing like that and
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: a pizza guy, he says. So called spy cam porn
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: has existed in China for at least a decade, despite
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: the fact that is it's illegal to produce it and
- 1:28:07Speaker 2: to distribute it, it says, but this guy liked that stuff,
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: and apparently he logged onto the camera to watch other
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: people getting busted doing that, and it was him and
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: his girlfriend got lit up and recorded and put out there.
- 1:28:20Speaker 6: Wow, what would happen if that happened to you? And
- 1:28:22Speaker 6: it was like one of your worst performances?
- 1:28:24Speaker 2: Oh man, that's the do you guys?
- 1:28:26Speaker 3: Now remember the Friend's episode right where Rachel and Ross
- 1:28:29Speaker 3: finder that they had inadvertently recorded themselves having sex and
- 1:28:33Speaker 3: thought it would be sexy to watch it again and
- 1:28:36Speaker 3: then almost vomited because they're like, oh oh no, that
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: position does not own No, that doesn't look good.
- 1:28:41Speaker 6: Well this Ross disagrees with the I mean the times
- 1:28:45Speaker 6: that I have seen myself doing it.
- 1:28:48Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you were, It's pretty cool.
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: Oh hold on, hold on, buddy, weird flex stop right, No, no, no, no,
- 1:28:57Speaker 2: you don't you can't talk now. I just to make
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: sure I heard that correctly. Did you just chest pump
- 1:29:04Speaker 2: yourself on how good you looked having sex on camera?
- 1:29:09Speaker 6: It's more of an angle thing. It wasn't necessarily like
- 1:29:12Speaker 6: it's a lighting thing. It's bro it's you're only as
- 1:29:17Speaker 6: strong as your weakest link when you film something, so like,
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: if the lighting's bad, then it's not gonna turn out good.
- 1:29:23Speaker 6: If it's a bad performance, acting only can go so far.
- 1:29:27Speaker 2: This guy actually said, what drew me to this kind
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: of porn is the fact that people didn't know they
- 1:29:32Speaker 2: were being filmed.
- 1:29:33Speaker 3: Wow, everything about that scream's irony.
- 1:29:36Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:29:36Speaker 6: Yeah, and just like Jack in the story, it says,
- 1:29:40Speaker 6: don't say just like Jack, thank you? He says.
- 1:29:43Speaker 2: He says he thought it was fake as well, like
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: he was watching it and he thought it was all
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: set up, and little did he know. Now he knows,
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: And he says, now I'm not a consumer of that
- 1:29:52Speaker 2: kind of pornography anymore, because now I know it's actual.
- 1:29:55Speaker 2: I'm watching people have sex and they have no idea
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: they're being filmed.
- 1:29:59Speaker 5: And he's even admitting to supporting the industry. Yes, yeah,
- 1:30:04Speaker 5: it's I mean karma all the way around on.
- 1:30:06Speaker 3: This, Yeah, exactly.
- 1:30:07Speaker 2: They said he broke the news to his girlfriend that
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: the hotel hotels had been filmed, edited into an hour
- 1:30:14Speaker 2: long clip. That's pretty impressive. Hour long clip's good and
- 1:30:17Speaker 2: edited down, edited down to an hour long clip. My
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: man Eric's getting in there. He's in his thirties, of ena.
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: But you did say four cameras, so they could be duplicating.
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: She was terrified, of course, that her family or friends
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: or colleagues would see it. They didn't talk to each
- 1:30:34Speaker 2: other for weeks. But I mean it's not even his fault, Like,
- 1:30:36Speaker 2: how could that be his fault? I mean, she can't
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: be mad at him. I mean, he had no idea
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: they'd be like check into a room something like that happening,
- 1:30:44Speaker 2: or her falling and hitting her head and then him
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: being mad about that, or her being mad because they
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: were in the room together. She's got no I mean,
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: she's got no case to be mad at him, right, Yeah,
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: but you're just mad.
- 1:30:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:30:55Speaker 6: Yeah, she's pretty upset, especially finding out. Also, her big
- 1:31:00Speaker 6: follow up question is like, is that why we were there?
- 1:31:04Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:31:05Speaker 6: Yeah, as you were chasing your own little personal horny dragon.
- 1:31:09Speaker 2: It says once you here, we go, posing as a consumer.
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: I paid access to have one of these live streaming
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: websites promoted by him. How much do you think the
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: monthly fee is to access a website like this? Don't
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: go crazy, but.
- 1:31:23Speaker 6: Fourteen ninety nine, nineteen ninety nine, twenty sixty five dollars.
- 1:31:27Speaker 3: Oh, that is sas Why the hotel did it?
- 1:31:29Speaker 2: Yeah, once I logged in the option to choose between
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: five different filming feeds, each showing different hotel rooms visible
- 1:31:35Speaker 2: as a guest triggered the electricity supply by inserting their
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: key card. So the minute that you went into your
- 1:31:42Speaker 2: room and you use your key card, that triggered the
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: camera to start recording. That's fair.
- 1:31:46Speaker 3: They got you, fine, they got you.
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: From the minute you walk in. What the hell is
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: this schmuck doing in China? Yeah? I think he loves there.
- 1:31:53Speaker 6: I'm telling you. He was visiting his favorite little Hollywood places.
- 1:31:57Speaker 6: You know, he's over there going like, oh, yeah, this
- 1:31:59Speaker 6: is the room where all went down. Yeah, maybe he
- 1:32:02Speaker 6: was just trying to have this happen.
- 1:32:03Speaker 2: It does seemed a little suspicious.
- 1:32:05Speaker 5: He's a little too familiar with the thing he got
- 1:32:08Speaker 5: caught up in.
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: He said, I guess you know what telegram is? That
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: is that a Is that an app or something or
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: a website? Do you guys know anything about that?
- 1:32:15Speaker 7: No?
- 1:32:15Speaker 11: I do not.
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: It is not the government uses to communicate, it says
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: on a Telegram, which is banned in China but commonly
- 1:32:21Speaker 2: still used for Illsted activity, and says tell one telegram
- 1:32:25Speaker 2: channel had as many as ten thousand members during the
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: course of this investigation. Libraries of his edited livestream clips
- 1:32:33Speaker 2: are also available in Telegram for a flat fee. I
- 1:32:37Speaker 2: could see more than six thousand videos in the archive
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: going back to twenty seventeen.
- 1:32:41Speaker 5: And of course you have no recourse who you're gonna sue,
- 1:32:45Speaker 5: and you can sue somebody in China and in America.
- 1:32:47Speaker 3: They're gonna take it down.
- 1:32:48Speaker 6: Hell no, they didn't even pay for COVID. They're gonna
- 1:32:51Speaker 6: step up and wait, dit I cross the line there?
- 1:32:54Speaker 2: Love that? Yeah?
- 1:32:59Speaker 6: I thought world, okay bad.
- 1:33:06Speaker 2: It's funny. It says that you can buy online this
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: this device. I guess you can shine around your room
- 1:33:11Speaker 2: or whatever and it'll it'll it'll kind of pick up
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: if cameras are doing it. I don't know if it
- 1:33:14Speaker 2: hears it or if it does a something with the
- 1:33:16Speaker 2: light or whatever. But it's not that expensive. And this
- 1:33:19Speaker 2: story says, I don't care where you travel to in
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: America outside of America, everybody that stays in the hotel
- 1:33:26Speaker 2: room should have one of these devices that checks that
- 1:33:29Speaker 2: room for hidden cameras or recording devices.
- 1:33:32Speaker 3: Now, you guys, no way, I never leave.
- 1:33:34Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, no joke.
- 1:33:35Speaker 6: Well, I mean that's in China, but I guess there's
- 1:33:37Speaker 6: probably a couple of other motels and the deep We've.
- 1:33:40Speaker 3: Heard of how many airbnbs, right, how many airbnbs that
- 1:33:44Speaker 3: got busted for having.
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: Oh man, get out of here, hidden.
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: Cameras and the air vents and.
- 1:33:48Speaker 2: The bathrooms it dented there never checked.
- 1:33:51Speaker 5: But there are moments where in the middle of you know,
- 1:33:54Speaker 5: things happen and I will look at the smoke.
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: That text.
- 1:33:59Speaker 6: Your best side, Yeah, just like did you get tips
- 1:34:02Speaker 6: from all side angles and lighting a little wink at
- 1:34:05Speaker 6: the sprinkler. And by the way, it says a little
- 1:34:08Speaker 6: it says here that the that the that the the.
- 1:34:11Speaker 2: Detector finder, the hidden camera finder did not work. It
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: showed no warning that they had been spied on. When
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: they were doing the research and they went to a
- 1:34:19Speaker 2: room they knew was bugged that they knew at a
- 1:34:22Speaker 2: camera that the hidden camera finder couldn't even find it.
- 1:34:28Speaker 2: And they're eighteen month investigation. They found a dozen rooms recording.
- 1:34:31Speaker 6: Like imagine if like you had like guy problems that
- 1:34:34Speaker 6: night and you're just struggling and that's all on the
- 1:34:36Speaker 6: footage on the internet. How sad would it be if
- 1:34:39Speaker 6: your video is not a YouTube video but a TikTok?
- 1:34:43Speaker 2: Do you turn the lights out? Do you turn the
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: lights out?
- 1:34:46Speaker 3: Depends?
- 1:34:46Speaker 2: Yeah? You It depends? Yeah, you same?
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah, the lights are out or bends like
- 1:34:51Speaker 5: a little light neon preferably.
- 1:34:53Speaker 2: Yeah, look at you. I mean I like lights. I
- 1:34:56Speaker 2: mean I'm a visual I like visual stuff. I mean
- 1:34:58Speaker 2: it's part of the whole thing for me.
- 1:35:00Speaker 3: Era Man, you gotta you gotta see, Yeah, you gotta
- 1:35:04Speaker 3: see where you're going.
- 1:35:05Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you know, like eh, but I'm on.
- 1:35:09Speaker 6: A personal conquest of every square foot of my home. Yeah,
- 1:35:16Speaker 6: that's a little personal.
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: What rooms are short as they come to your house
- 1:35:18Speaker 2: for parties?
- 1:35:19Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, what rooms haven't been tainted? And I mean
- 1:35:22Speaker 2: that literally.
- 1:35:24Speaker 6: I want to say, for your.
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: Guests and your son to play it.
- 1:35:27Speaker 3: Where is it sit in your house.
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: That's a really good point. Let your son roll through
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: these rooms that you and your wife have been banging
- 1:35:34Speaker 2: it out in.
- 1:35:35Speaker 6: Why vacuum?
- 1:35:36Speaker 2: What do you mean you vacuum?
- 1:35:37Speaker 3: What does that mean?
- 1:35:42Speaker 6: I'm on a conquest, man, I'm trying to treat my
- 1:35:45Speaker 6: home like risk and dominate all continents who.
- 1:35:49Speaker 2: Would want to tune into a video of me just
- 1:35:51Speaker 2: saying I'm sorry a bunch.
- 1:35:53Speaker 6: Sorry, sorry, I can't see in a second.
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: Bond Orlandos injury attorneys.
- 1:36:06Speaker 6: Pretty good every day.
- 1:36:08Speaker 2: That's Friday.
- 1:36:09Speaker 20: Am I the only one that thinks it's hilarious that
- 1:36:11Speaker 20: when either Angel from the Monsters.
- 1:36:14Speaker 21: Good after morning, Colbert kru All right, so I am
- 1:36:18Speaker 21: just on a high right now. Okay, it is just
- 1:36:21Speaker 21: the ultimate weekend. We got cold weather in Florida. We
- 1:36:25Speaker 21: got the Winter Olympics, which honestly, I love the Winter
- 1:36:29Speaker 21: Olympics over the Summer Olympics. And then also look Patriots
- 1:36:32Speaker 21: about to take their seven Super Bowl championship. What a
- 1:36:35Speaker 21: weekend it's gonna be. It's gonna be great. So I'll
- 1:36:38Speaker 21: tell you what, Jimmy, We'll see you on the other
- 1:36:40Speaker 21: side when you owe me that twenty bucks.
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: All right, buddy, big tea out.
- 1:36:44Speaker 18: Hey, how's it o'honnah? Oh, you know the day. It's
- 1:36:47Speaker 18: a low Friday, yep. Just buzzing in the limo over
- 1:36:51Speaker 18: to pick up some friends of my boss head into
- 1:36:55Speaker 18: Oya right now. Yeah, I got to talk to Big
- 1:36:58Speaker 18: T last night, so it's game on. We got twenty
- 1:37:01Speaker 18: dollars bank. Well, I like this, so I don't know,
- 1:37:04Speaker 18: Maybe I might have to consult Scott Brown on how
- 1:37:06Speaker 18: to invest that twenty after Sunday. Have a great weekend.
- 1:37:10Speaker 2: Anybody go see Hawks?
- 1:37:12Speaker 3: Heloh, I may have to switch to the Patriots now
- 1:37:16Speaker 3: I found out they have their cornerback is Columbia.

- 1:37:26Speaker 2: to real radio dot I him and'sen that a way
- 1:37:28Speaker 2: for your chance on a thousand.
- 1:37:29Speaker 3: Bucks plus that and put any money down.
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: He'll be high on coke the whole game, right. Yeah,
- 1:37:34Speaker 2: I'm Jim. I'm Jim. There's death Jack is here, and
- 1:37:37Speaker 2: so is hot Take, so is Raw.
- 1:37:40Speaker 3: I'm coming and taking those cookies away from I don't know,
- 1:37:44Speaker 3: full of cocaine anyway, don't worry about it.
- 1:37:45Speaker 2: Oh, that's why they're so good. He said he was high.
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: That's like six feet in the air.
- 1:37:49Speaker 3: Do you feel comfortable. Yeah.
- 1:37:51Speaker 6: Also, it's so appropriate that he likes the Winter Olympics,
- 1:37:55Speaker 6: you know, the smaller one out of the gym. Oh yeah,
- 1:38:01Speaker 6: I'm just saying it's only the smaller Olympics because it's colder.
- 1:38:04Speaker 2: Yeah, he's gonna have to carry it. He's gonna have
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: to carry that twenty on his shoulders like a two
- 1:38:10Speaker 2: by four. All right, enough of those jokes that, Hey,
- 1:38:18Speaker 2: you know what, yesterday I made a mistake and I
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: want to make sure that I well stop. I forgot
- 1:38:27Speaker 2: to do something Glynn Glenn wasn't able to make it
- 1:38:29Speaker 2: in yesterday or a buddy Glenn Clausman, he's got a
- 1:38:31Speaker 2: big case that he's uh, he's handling the entire week,
- 1:38:34Speaker 2: and we did not give him his proper love yesterday.
- 1:38:36Speaker 2: So during his segment, which would have been Colbert Court,
- 1:38:38Speaker 2: we actually interview Drew Donovan from the Arnold Palmer Invitational
- 1:38:42Speaker 2: brought to you by Master Card. So I just want
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: to say, uh, if you have any issue with a
- 1:38:46Speaker 2: car injury or anything like that, Glenn is the man
- 1:38:49Speaker 2: he is a great guy. It's Klosman Lo k l
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: A U s m A in law dot com for
- 1:38:53Speaker 2: US seven nine seven, seventeen eighteen if you want to
- 1:38:55Speaker 2: call him, and we love Glenn. And if you need
- 1:38:58Speaker 2: an attorney, if you've been in a car crash, there's
- 1:39:00Speaker 2: no better due in Orlando. He and gets the title
- 1:39:02Speaker 2: of super lawyer.
- 1:39:03Speaker 5: I think that's really superlatives that that go around. And
- 1:39:07Speaker 5: when you are in a situation and and it feels
- 1:39:10Speaker 5: like you don't know where to go and he comes
- 1:39:12Speaker 5: in and solves it. That is he feels like a
- 1:39:15Speaker 5: super lawyer because he did that for me when I
- 1:39:17Speaker 5: had my act.
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: Everybody in this room has been touched by Glenn when
- 1:39:19Speaker 2: it comes to how he does. Yeah, paddled the back
- 1:39:23Speaker 2: with a check.
- 1:39:23Speaker 3: And he is a personal injury attorney. So if you've
- 1:39:26Speaker 3: had even a slip and fall in a store, yeah,
- 1:39:29Speaker 3: any like even maybe the gentleman earlier whose wife had
- 1:39:32Speaker 3: the dog attack, Glenn can help you. You know, he's
- 1:39:36Speaker 3: a great guy.
- 1:39:36Speaker 2: We uh, we appreciate his patron engine half for many
- 1:39:39Speaker 2: many years. Super Bowl snacks. What are you guys doing,
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: I mean, I know you're doing wings. We're doing wings
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: and some pulled pork and some other stuff like that.
- 1:39:46Speaker 5: Yeah, I've definitely doing pretzels with the French onion dip.
- 1:39:50Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, nice that I'm making. I'm cooking.
- 1:39:55Speaker 3: You're making pretzels from home from scratch.
- 1:39:57Speaker 5: No, the French onion dip. Deb I've got lipped in
- 1:40:00Speaker 5: soup mix, sup mix and sour cream. I'm going to
- 1:40:02Speaker 5: mix the two together something and makes that's making.
- 1:40:05Speaker 2: It's not me that is making. It's a process. My buddy,
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: multiple ingredients. My buddy's bringing in a potato salad, cucumber salad.
- 1:40:12Speaker 2: We have some other stuff coming as well, Buffalo chicken dip.
- 1:40:14Speaker 3: Jack.
- 1:40:15Speaker 2: That's gross, you're gross. Oh my god, you're gross. That's different.
- 1:40:20Speaker 2: It's gross. Let's fitch sure I'm lapping sex in every
- 1:40:22Speaker 2: room in my house? Oh yeah, yeah? Because what's gross?
- 1:40:25Speaker 6: Because I'm passionately in love? Can I believe in physical touch?
- 1:40:31Speaker 3: Even when he says that, you want to laugh?
- 1:40:32Speaker 2: I know, I don't know what's weird about it.
- 1:40:35Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm being a real William Wallace about my affection
- 1:40:38Speaker 6: and you guys do just scoff at it. It's a conquest, man,
- 1:40:41Speaker 6: I'm trying to make love on every single one of
- 1:40:42Speaker 6: my tiles.
- 1:40:44Speaker 2: Tiles make it easier. I'm still not convinced that your
- 1:40:47Speaker 2: wife isn't supplying herself with a lifelong kink that she's
- 1:40:50Speaker 2: had for a while or something.
- 1:40:51Speaker 3: Yea, she like scarecrows swizzard of ice?
- 1:40:56Speaker 2: All right for a seven nine four one? Again, you
- 1:40:58Speaker 2: can always text us at seven seven zero one. Really
- 1:41:00Speaker 2: interesting case from Newsweek today, and I love stuff like this.
- 1:41:05Speaker 2: A new research says that babies are born with a
- 1:41:09Speaker 2: remarkable ability. And this is across the spectrum of children.
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: It does not matter how where they're from. It doesn't
- 1:41:16Speaker 2: matter what color, None of that matters, your erase, your ethnicity,
- 1:41:21Speaker 2: none of it matters. And they've proven that all babies
- 1:41:25Speaker 2: are born with this. And I have to tell you
- 1:41:29Speaker 2: I kind of think they're right here because I've seen
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: evidence of this myself. Syphilis, No, Jack, it's not syphilis,
- 1:41:38Speaker 2: the thing that killed al Capone.
- 1:41:40Speaker 3: Time out for you, Bradshaw, Time.
- 1:41:41Speaker 2: Out for you, Bradshaw, give yourself a buzzer.
- 1:41:45Speaker 6: Yeah, come on, how rude, ball?
- 1:41:48Speaker 2: What do you think.
- 1:41:50Speaker 18: This is not?
- 1:41:52Speaker 2: This is not anything physical per se. In other words,
- 1:41:54Speaker 2: you're not born with this attached to your body. It
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: has nothing to do with your hair color, none of
- 1:41:59Speaker 2: that stuff.
- 1:42:00Speaker 3: So it's not foreskin.
- 1:42:02Speaker 2: No ross babies, No, he's not in time out.
- 1:42:09Speaker 6: I'll walk over.
- 1:42:10Speaker 2: He could have only spent.
- 1:42:14Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 1:42:15Speaker 2: What do you think that?
- 1:42:17Speaker 3: Uh so, this is something that all babies have.
- 1:42:20Speaker 2: And you've probably seen babies doing this online like on
- 1:42:24Speaker 2: Instagram clips, maybe TikTok.
- 1:42:26Speaker 3: Clips, blue eyes.
- 1:42:30Speaker 2: It's not it's not a physical trait at all. And
- 1:42:35Speaker 2: it's fascinating. How about this?
- 1:42:37Speaker 3: Is it the ability to suckle, like if you just
- 1:42:40Speaker 3: touch their cheek, they'll they know where to go and
- 1:42:43Speaker 3: what to do, it.
- 1:42:44Speaker 2: Says Remarkably, scientists have found out that with a study
- 1:42:49Speaker 2: that they find farts funny. They're saying even two day
- 1:42:55Speaker 2: old babies and babies in the womb show that they
- 1:42:59Speaker 2: that they have this and it's rhythm babies naturally, even whites.
- 1:43:08Speaker 2: And that's so fair, that's so fairly, even the Republican
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: babies they are you sure?
- 1:43:14Speaker 3: Yeah, it's the videos on Insta.
- 1:43:17Speaker 2: Babies in even in the womb when played music can
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: show reactions and the ability to come to keep beat
- 1:43:26Speaker 2: or to be able to understand that a beat is coming.
- 1:43:31Speaker 2: You see what I'm saying, yeah, but they have that.
- 1:43:33Speaker 2: Babies have rhythm, And I say, online TikTok Instagram, you
- 1:43:36Speaker 2: can see babies that have this. You can see babies
- 1:43:39Speaker 2: like in their high chair and a song will be
- 1:43:41Speaker 2: playing and they'll take their spoon and they'll start kind
- 1:43:44Speaker 2: of tapping out a beat to it. Sometimes. Now, of course,
- 1:43:47Speaker 2: I don't know every child has this. It doesn't seem
- 1:43:49Speaker 2: like every kid has it, but they say that's true.
- 1:43:52Speaker 6: I would say that my baby has rhythm to a
- 1:43:55Speaker 6: certain degree. It's not spot on, but I've seen it,
- 1:43:58Speaker 6: like go with the song. I was playing music with
- 1:44:01Speaker 6: him this morning. I play music with him basically every day.
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: My daughter has been playing music for her baby that's
- 1:44:07Speaker 2: due like any minute now, for a quite a while
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: as well. It says newborns come into the world already
- 1:44:12Speaker 2: tuned into rhythm. It says even our tiniest two day
- 1:44:16Speaker 2: old listeners two day old, I'm not two day old
- 1:44:18Speaker 2: in the womb can anticipate rhythmic patterns, revealing some key
- 1:44:22Speaker 2: elements of musical perception that are wired from birth. They
- 1:44:27Speaker 2: can also anticipate a beat like in other words, if
- 1:44:30Speaker 2: you go, they will be able to kind of pick
- 1:44:33Speaker 2: up the meter of the space in between those beats
- 1:44:36Speaker 2: and understand it.
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: God, I hope my kid has rhythm.
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: I can't. I don't want no.
- 1:44:42Speaker 6: George Costanza walking out onto the dance floor or Elaine.
- 1:44:47Speaker 2: Now it says, it says melody comes later. It says
- 1:44:51Speaker 2: melodic expectations, or their ability to predict the flow of
- 1:44:55Speaker 2: a tune doesn't seem to be present yet. But it
- 1:44:58Speaker 2: says that melody isn't innate but gradually learned. But the
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: idea of rhythm or a beat or how something happens.
- 1:45:05Speaker 2: And maybe it's because they hear that heart beat their
- 1:45:07Speaker 2: entire lives. Do you think that's what it is. They're
- 1:45:10Speaker 2: hearing their mother's heartbeat the entire time, So that is
- 1:45:13Speaker 2: a rhythmic thing that they're kind of almost inundated with
- 1:45:16Speaker 2: from the instant that they're able to proceed. I'm putting
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: my money on that.
- 1:45:19Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:45:20Speaker 3: The reason it does go to show, though, how important
- 1:45:23Speaker 3: music is to humanity as a species.
- 1:45:25Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, really, yeah for sure.
- 1:45:28Speaker 3: I mean if our infants are tuned into it even
- 1:45:30Speaker 3: before birth.
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: And it says that in their study, an international team
- 1:45:33Speaker 2: of colleagues recruited forty nine sleeping newborns and played them
- 1:45:36Speaker 2: piano compositions by Bach. The playlist included ten original melodies,
- 1:45:41Speaker 2: as well as four altered versions in which melodies and
- 1:45:44Speaker 2: pitches were shoveled. The baby slept, scientists recorded their brain
- 1:45:47Speaker 2: activity and it showed that they were keeping up with
- 1:45:50Speaker 2: the beats even if they were asleep, that subconsciously they
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: understood or their brains were reacting to the tune or
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: the meter of the song. That's cool, pretty amazing stuff.
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: I thought.
- 1:46:02Speaker 6: I played a lot, and mainly only the Dune soundtrack
- 1:46:08Speaker 6: up against my wife's pregnant belly.
- 1:46:10Speaker 2: The Dune sound You had a weird fascination with Dune.
- 1:46:13Speaker 2: What are you talking about it when you talk about
- 1:46:16Speaker 2: her a lot? It's odd, dude.
- 1:46:17Speaker 6: It's one of the best movies to come out in
- 1:46:19Speaker 6: the last.
- 1:46:19Speaker 3: Couple of years.
- 1:46:20Speaker 5: They have Dune Skins in Fortnite. By the way, you
- 1:46:23Speaker 5: should grab yourself some I.
- 1:46:24Speaker 6: Mean, I wouldn't word it as doom skins, but like
- 1:46:29Speaker 6: that sounds weird, but June is awesome.
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: That's what the people the chat room have.
- 1:46:33Speaker 6: I haven't read, but yeah, I would play. And you
- 1:46:36Speaker 6: haven't even seen those movies, so you're.
- 1:46:39Speaker 2: Judging I haven't, but I heard the first one I
- 1:46:41Speaker 2: heard was pretty bad. But this remake I heard was great.
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: Like matter of fact, I think the remake made it
- 1:46:45Speaker 2: into like the top ten movies of the last thirty
- 1:46:47Speaker 2: years or something.
- 1:46:48Speaker 3: Now you're for my argument.
- 1:46:50Speaker 2: I'm not. I don't know anything about it. I don't
- 1:46:52Speaker 2: What is the Dune story.
- 1:46:53Speaker 6: It's just phenomenal.
- 1:46:55Speaker 2: It's really good. That's not a what is it? I mean,
- 1:46:57Speaker 2: saying it's phenomenal doesn't tell me what it is. What's
- 1:46:59Speaker 2: the story?
- 1:47:00Speaker 6: World building? It's deep sci fi learning about you know,
- 1:47:03Speaker 6: the accords being broken, in agreements, being backstabbed. It's you know,
- 1:47:08Speaker 6: the standard, it's the standard.
- 1:47:10Speaker 3: You know, fictional stuff, Yeah, yeah, fictional.
- 1:47:14Speaker 2: And then before we get out of here, because we
- 1:47:16Speaker 2: have rosslots coming up, we have Trivia coming up. Jaden
- 1:47:19Speaker 2: grimes A joining us a little bit later as well.
- 1:47:21Speaker 2: One of the og rides at Disney is finally going
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: through an update. And the funny thing is, I think
- 1:47:29Speaker 2: this is always interesting news when they update this particular ride.
- 1:47:32Speaker 3: The trump get a hold of Small World.
- 1:47:37Speaker 2: Because how because of the nature, now, the nature of
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: what it is, the nature of what it is is
- 1:47:44Speaker 2: kind of interesting. You gotta have any idea. What's what
- 1:47:46Speaker 2: I'm talking about? Like, what would make that? What would
- 1:47:48Speaker 2: make it interesting? From like the Grand Prix? Oh I
- 1:47:51Speaker 2: hate that is the worst.
- 1:47:53Speaker 3: It's got to be. Oh man, what's it called? The futuristic?
- 1:47:58Speaker 2: Relative to Marland?
- 1:47:59Speaker 3: Oh Space Mountain.
- 1:48:01Speaker 6: U tea cups, they're courtsicles. Now you nailed it. The
- 1:48:04Speaker 6: Carousel Progress.
- 1:48:07Speaker 2: So the Carousel Progress was always one of my favorite
- 1:48:12Speaker 2: rides at Disney because my family couldn't afford anything on
- 1:48:16Speaker 2: stage even when it was the old days. Even the
- 1:48:18Speaker 2: old days, I'm like, damn, look at that new TV.
- 1:48:21Speaker 2: But it was it's interesting, like because you watch what
- 1:48:25Speaker 2: went from like what is it the thirties into the
- 1:48:28Speaker 2: fifties into the seventies and everything like that, and when
- 1:48:31Speaker 2: they did it into the nineties and stuff, you're like
- 1:48:34Speaker 2: I remember seeing it and I was like, oh, dude,
- 1:48:36Speaker 2: they cheaped out on this, like the just hung a
- 1:48:37Speaker 2: flat screen TV where the other one used to be.
- 1:48:40Speaker 2: They didn't really do it. So like, what could they
- 1:48:42Speaker 2: possibly put in Carousel Progress that would that would show
- 1:48:46Speaker 2: you how we're progressing?
- 1:48:48Speaker 5: Nar?
- 1:48:49Speaker 2: Would it be VR?
- 1:48:50Speaker 3: Like what what what are they wearing? Headsets and robots?
- 1:48:53Speaker 3: In the home.
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: Yeah, robots, but real quick. So when they went from
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: the sixties into the seventies and eighties, it was microwaves,
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: it was updated ovens or TVs with with you know,
- 1:49:03Speaker 2: flat screen TVs or or refrigerators with windows. Like what
- 1:49:06Speaker 2: will it be?
- 1:49:06Speaker 11: Now?
- 1:49:07Speaker 2: What is it?
- 1:49:07Speaker 5: Sponsored by GE? Yeah, I always watch it. I brought
- 1:49:09Speaker 5: to you by GE General Electric. So it was all there.
- 1:49:12Speaker 2: It was a way to like put their product exactly. Yes,
- 1:49:14Speaker 2: it's smartphones, yeah, but I mean what I mean that
- 1:49:18Speaker 2: would only get what else like them's because I don't
- 1:49:21Speaker 2: know that the character is saying, Hey Siri, yep, using
- 1:49:26Speaker 2: R goggles, using AI or VR goggles.
- 1:49:28Speaker 3: You just you just threw off thousands of phones right there.
- 1:49:31Speaker 2: Yeah no, but I already did it. Hey Siri, play
- 1:49:34Speaker 2: real radio four point one on iHeart Radio.
- 1:49:37Speaker 6: That doesn't do anything. They're already listening to it, Jack.
- 1:49:40Speaker 5: Not unless they're listening on their radio and their cars
- 1:49:43Speaker 5: and their phone.
- 1:49:44Speaker 2: That happens. But I'm interested on it now. That's the one.
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: Whenever I go to Disney, like once every fifteen years,
- 1:49:51Speaker 2: one of the first things I do is go to
- 1:49:52Speaker 2: the Karsel progress to see what they've done. Update I
- 1:49:54Speaker 2: remember the last time I went. I'm like, I don't know, guys,
- 1:49:57Speaker 2: things like you guys did this over a weekend, Tyler
- 1:49:59Speaker 2: says Fryers. Oh yeah, that's perfect though. Yeah, that good.
- 1:50:03Speaker 2: That makes perfect sense. Yeah, like sound bars, electric cars
- 1:50:08Speaker 2: like segways or scooters or something like that, or a
- 1:50:11Speaker 2: or a what was that.
- 1:50:12Speaker 3: The watching Jimmy get his Netflix through a Hulu?
- 1:50:16Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, there you go, streaming services instead of cable.
- 1:50:18Speaker 2: I don't know how they would show that on a
- 1:50:20Speaker 2: stage though.
- 1:50:22Speaker 6: Oh man, there's gotta be oh oh, bladeless fans.
- 1:50:26Speaker 2: Oh blad Dyson fans.
- 1:50:28Speaker 6: That's still the most futuristic thing that I'm aware of.
- 1:50:31Speaker 3: How does it work? There's no blades?
- 1:50:33Speaker 2: Cool so to stream?
- 1:50:34Speaker 3: I don't know soda stream all right? Loud expresso?
- 1:50:37Speaker 2: There you an expresso there?
- 1:50:38Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you can see the pod of coffee all right?
- 1:50:41Speaker 2: For our seven nine one six one o four one
- 1:50:43Speaker 2: text do seven seven zero three one got a few

- 1:50:54Speaker 2: five tickets American Race? Is that all it is? Let's good? Well,

- 1:51:28Speaker 2: I've got rebub, I've got music, I've got colic.
- 1:51:37Speaker 14: Please stop, Okay, imagine this for the carousela progress. On
- 1:51:41Speaker 14: one side of the stage you have a child playing
- 1:51:43Speaker 14: a game on VR, while on the other side you
- 1:51:46Speaker 14: have the mom cooking dinner in the air fryer and
- 1:51:50Speaker 14: asking Alexa to set the timer. And meanwhile you have
- 1:51:56Speaker 14: the roomba vacuum that is climbing the stairs.
- 1:52:01Speaker 2: That's progress that.
- 1:52:16Speaker 3: Hello Friday has started early.

- 1:55:53Speaker 2: left that led the Daytona five hundred for two hundred

- 1:56:49Speaker 23: That's the one, buddy, Yeah.
- 1:56:53Speaker 2: For some bonus points that don't mean anything. Do you

- 1:57:21Speaker 2: couple other things about the Dayton of five hundred you
- 1:57:23Speaker 2: may not know before we get to the top of
- 1:57:24Speaker 2: the hour and get some ross thoughts. Oh, it's spicy
- 1:57:26Speaker 2: coming at people. The closest margin of victory ever at
- 1:57:30Speaker 2: the Dayton of five hundred was how much time in
- 1:57:33Speaker 2: other words, between the two cars as they came to
- 1:57:35Speaker 2: the I'll say a tenth of a second? Just stop
- 1:57:38Speaker 2: right there. He nailed it?
- 1:57:40Speaker 3: Did he really?
- 1:57:40Speaker 2: A zero point one seconds? When in twenty sixteen when
- 1:57:45Speaker 2: Denny Hamlin edged out Martin Truex Junior for the trophy?
- 1:57:49Speaker 3: Wow?
- 1:57:49Speaker 6: Uh.
- 1:57:50Speaker 2: The trophy for the Daytona five hundred is called the Something.
- 1:57:55Speaker 2: Oh it's it's named after a yeah, and it's wild
- 1:57:59Speaker 2: because it's car race. But the guy's name is Harley
- 1:58:03Speaker 2: j Earl Trophy. There you are. And then, lastly, what
- 1:58:07Speaker 2: running of the Daytona five hundred. Is this one twenty eight? Well,
- 1:58:14Speaker 2: I just said it started in fifty nine, damn it.
- 1:58:19Speaker 2: It's the sixty eighth running of the Daytona five hundred
- 1:58:22Speaker 2: this year. So wow, there you go. And of course
- 1:58:23Speaker 2: now we have I doubled it and we found out
- 1:58:25Speaker 2: the Marshall. Just yesterday we found hi out. It's it's
- 1:58:28Speaker 2: Nate Bargatsi, the unbelievably popular comedian and just great. He's
- 1:58:33Speaker 2: so good. Yeah, just a good dude.
- 1:58:35Speaker 6: It makes it look so easy. And every time I
- 1:58:36Speaker 6: see it, I go like, God, he's really good.
- 1:58:40Speaker 2: I listen to his clips, I'm like, how is it funny?
- 1:58:42Speaker 2: But every time it is, it's just amazing. Ross will
- 1:58:44Speaker 2: good thought, I thought. And before we do that, I
- 1:58:46Speaker 2: do what.
- 1:58:47Speaker 5: We had one caller call in trying to play the
- 1:58:50Speaker 5: game today. We had a bad connection. I wanted him
- 1:58:52Speaker 5: to call back and he couldn't get in. So if
- 1:58:55Speaker 5: he can, I have half of its numbers. So call
- 1:58:58Speaker 5: me back and I can have You're one of the
- 1:59:00Speaker 5: other two prizes that we didn't give away.
- 1:59:02Speaker 2: You gotta Betty do that for sure.
- 1:59:03Speaker 6: Ross thoughts TV Dead movies on their way out. Why
- 1:59:08Speaker 6: I have the answer. I have the data for where
- 1:59:13Speaker 6: you know it, where we're getting our content. But boy,
- 1:59:16Speaker 6: some of this data that's telling me about how humans scroll.
- 1:59:24Speaker 2: I thought it's gonna be epic.
- 1:59:25Speaker 6: That didn't really land, but I've got some facts about
- 1:59:27Speaker 6: people scrolling and it is alarming.
- 1:59:30Speaker 2: All Right, we'll do that next s I guys. I
- 1:59:35Speaker 2: hope you guys are doing well.
- 1:59:36Speaker 3: So I turned forty two tomorrow.
- 1:59:38Speaker 15: So far the product review is that I like it,
- 1:59:41Speaker 15: but I can't do anything, can't really return it now.
- 1:59:44Speaker 2: The code deffects me worse. Now that's the only difference.
- 1:59:48Speaker 3: Damn.
- 1:59:49Speaker 2: That kind of sucks. But yeah, it's gonna be a
- 1:59:51Speaker 2: good day tomorrow. Thanks, bye bye. Don't forget to check

- 2:00:07Speaker 5: second birthday.
- 2:00:07Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 2:00:09Speaker 5: But it's gonna be a full day of music, fun memories.
- 2:00:13Speaker 5: It's gonna have like a you know, a whole what
- 2:00:17Speaker 5: do you call it? A festival type atmosphere right there

- 2:02:13Speaker 6: what you ask anybody, right, because you might not like

- 2:02:17Speaker 3: I asked my wife.
- 2:02:18Speaker 6: I go, hey, babe, bob babuska, what qualities? What best
- 2:02:24Speaker 6: qualities of you, and what best qualities of me would
- 2:02:28Speaker 6: you like to have in our child and our son?
- 2:02:32Speaker 2: What a great question.
- 2:02:33Speaker 3: That's a good question.
- 2:02:34Speaker 2: That is a great question.
- 2:02:35Speaker 6: So riddle me this, Jim. Why did she respond with,
- 2:02:37Speaker 6: I think my ability of not vaping?
- 2:02:41Speaker 2: Oh my god?
- 2:02:44Speaker 3: All right, Well, I.
- 2:02:44Speaker 6: Don't really know if that answers the question.
- 2:02:46Speaker 2: What It just basically says that she would not like
- 2:02:50Speaker 2: her son to vape.
- 2:02:51Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, and I vape. I vape a lot.
- 2:02:55Speaker 2: Yeah, vape to the face.
- 2:02:56Speaker 6: I'm a five percent menthol to the back of the
- 2:02:59Speaker 6: dome perpetually.
- 2:03:00Speaker 3: So then I asked her, like, all right, very funny.
- 2:03:02Speaker 6: What else, what what qualities of you would you like
- 2:03:05Speaker 6: to have in our son? She goes, no, no, not gambling.
- 2:03:08Speaker 2: Oh damn, she's coming, damn dude.
- 2:03:13Speaker 6: So I'm starting to think, like, all right, you got
- 2:03:15Speaker 6: one more in the chamber. Yeah, you got one one more.
- 2:03:19Speaker 6: So I keep catching strays. You got comedy rule of three.
- 2:03:22Speaker 6: And she goes, not not showering. I'm like, I'm looking
- 2:03:25Speaker 6: into this now, what's going on?
- 2:03:27Speaker 2: Do you not shower very much?
- 2:03:29Speaker 6: It's the thing is, when it gets cold out, my
- 2:03:31Speaker 6: hygiene plummets. Every January February. I had been known to
- 2:03:36Speaker 6: get a little rash when you know it's a seasonal rash.
- 2:03:42Speaker 3: Jim, get over it.
- 2:03:44Speaker 2: I'm not I don't where does this rash occur?
- 2:03:49Speaker 5: Left thigh inwards of the inside of your left thigh?
- 2:03:53Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, it's I think it's from a rube.
- 2:03:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it could be from not showering.
- 2:03:59Speaker 6: I think it's from the rub friction hygiene plummets. Okay,
- 2:04:03Speaker 6: it's just a seasonal thing. A lot of people out
- 2:04:05Speaker 6: there don't like me.
- 2:04:06Speaker 2: Now, would you tolerate that if she didn't shower regularly?
- 2:04:09Speaker 6: Absolutely not.
- 2:04:14Speaker 2: I mean nobody wants to deal with that.
- 2:04:16Speaker 6: Okay, if I'm being for real, for real, did she
- 2:04:18Speaker 6: really fire those bullets?
- 2:04:19Speaker 2: And by the way, those are strange there straight to
- 2:04:20Speaker 2: the face?
- 2:04:21Speaker 6: Yeah, that wasn't that's an execution for snipers on target.
- 2:04:25Speaker 6: You're telling me I should take this personally, right.
- 2:04:28Speaker 2: Well, I don't know. I'm not taking it. But she
- 2:04:32Speaker 2: used this as a way to let you know about
- 2:04:33Speaker 2: the things that she doesn't care about. I mean, you know,
- 2:04:37Speaker 2: I mean you could take it as personally as she wants.
- 2:04:38Speaker 2: She's just telling you she didn't like you. Vaping she
- 2:04:40Speaker 2: didn't like you gambling and you probably should wash your ass.
- 2:04:42Speaker 6: And there's some things that have been going on, like
- 2:04:47Speaker 6: what in her marriage.
- 2:04:49Speaker 2: I don't think easy, don't do that.
- 2:04:51Speaker 3: Oh my god, I'm just gonna say it.
- 2:04:52Speaker 2: I've seen stop. I'm just gonna say.
- 2:04:55Speaker 3: I don't think she finds me funny anymore.
- 2:04:58Speaker 2: WHOA didn't you just tell us the other day that
- 2:05:03Speaker 2: you guys could barely catch your breath from laughing on
- 2:05:06Speaker 2: the couch and hanging out. Did you just say that?
- 2:05:08Speaker 6: Yeah, but it's nothing from what I said. It's all
- 2:05:11Speaker 6: from things that just life chaos.
- 2:05:13Speaker 2: Moment. I get it.
- 2:05:14Speaker 5: Because I've been around you a lot. She's tired of
- 2:05:17Speaker 5: your material. It's all like, oh, you're repeating stuff all
- 2:05:21Speaker 5: the time, and she's like, yeah, yeah, I've.
- 2:05:23Speaker 2: Heard this routine.
- 2:05:24Speaker 3: Yeah cool, like sauce.
- 2:05:29Speaker 2: Doaco bell, all the different sizes that was.
- 2:05:32Speaker 3: That's like a d I have done?
- 2:05:33Speaker 2: That? Is Jack married to you? Jack has reloaded her guns.
- 2:05:40Speaker 2: You guys now has it in his hand. You have
- 2:05:43Speaker 2: to freshen it up, bud.
- 2:05:44Speaker 6: Okay, I'm trying to. But the thing is that every
- 2:05:49Speaker 6: time I try new stuff, new funny things, like you know,
- 2:05:53Speaker 6: the like I'll say this. She laughed the first time
- 2:05:57Speaker 6: I put the the towel above my boot.
- 2:06:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, that's funny.
- 2:06:01Speaker 3: Yeah, that's classic.
- 2:06:03Speaker 6: Yeah yeah. And then you walk around like, you know,
- 2:06:05Speaker 6: a woman in a towel done.
- 2:06:09Speaker 2: How many is that good for? You don't tell me
- 2:06:11Speaker 2: you went back to that?
- 2:06:11Speaker 6: Well, I went back to that.
- 2:06:12Speaker 2: Well.
- 2:06:14Speaker 6: I even tried doing the whole bendover thing.
- 2:06:16Speaker 2: You think what you get the dangler?
- 2:06:17Speaker 9: Yeah? Yeah?
- 2:06:18Speaker 2: Were you pull it up so high you get a dangle?
- 2:06:20Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, you gotta Yeah, Well.
- 2:06:21Speaker 6: I so you know what I mean, you know what
- 2:06:24Speaker 6: I'm talking about. Kind of looked like a little flesh missilete.
- 2:06:30Speaker 2: You know when you when a guy I'm not kissing
- 2:06:34Speaker 2: anybody under that, when.
- 2:06:37Speaker 6: The guy puts the towel up north above picks, that
- 2:06:42Speaker 6: should be a golden classic. Then she got tired of that.
- 2:06:45Speaker 6: So the next thing I know, I'm trying to hold
- 2:06:47Speaker 6: the whole bend over thing. So she sees all of
- 2:06:50Speaker 6: my Anthony Hopkins and my Buffalo Bill right.
- 2:06:58Speaker 2: Nothing, nothing, not even is she just getting tired of it?
- 2:07:02Speaker 3: You know what she does?
- 2:07:03Speaker 6: What she tells you to go scrolling?
- 2:07:05Speaker 2: Oh scroll, yeah yeah yeah. And I looked it up.
- 2:07:09Speaker 6: The scrolls new every day, the scroll is new. It's
- 2:07:11Speaker 6: just pumping all these moving images of great comedy. And
- 2:07:15Speaker 6: I'm like, how is the towel bit gonna lose to
- 2:07:17Speaker 6: a guy getting gored by a bowl?
- 2:07:19Speaker 2: Yeah? Or or the death the video of the depth
- 2:07:22Speaker 2: just showed me a bad bunny air humping in my God, amighty,
- 2:07:25Speaker 2: I know what. I know what the bad bunny is now,
- 2:07:28Speaker 2: Holy ass, I.
- 2:07:29Speaker 3: Looked it up, Jim.
- 2:07:31Speaker 6: Americans average Americans two to two and a half hours
- 2:07:34Speaker 6: a day.
- 2:07:35Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, what is your average movie length?
- 2:07:38Speaker 2: About two hours? Buddy and hal.
- 2:07:41Speaker 6: We are getting our entertainment in these thirty to sixty
- 2:07:44Speaker 6: second spurts, and we refuse to go ahead and digest.
- 2:07:48Speaker 2: Any form of long storytelling.
- 2:07:51Speaker 6: And I'm here to tell you our species are doomed
- 2:07:53Speaker 6: for it because ever since all debth, you're gonna love
- 2:07:56Speaker 6: this take, ever since the bonfires, the primates, Well, do
- 2:08:00Speaker 6: we go up against the fire, and you guys gotta
- 2:08:02Speaker 6: hear this story. And it would be a long story
- 2:08:05Speaker 6: about how not to go over by that bush. Now
- 2:08:07Speaker 6: imagine that same story just stopping at twenty seconds because
- 2:08:10Speaker 6: this guy decided to go to a different thing.
- 2:08:16Speaker 2: Or cut.
- 2:08:16Speaker 6: Yeah, if we can't take down a fifty minute episode
- 2:08:20Speaker 6: in the future and TV those ratings numbers. You can
- 2:08:24Speaker 6: make the best show possible right now, but if it's
- 2:08:26Speaker 6: more than two minutes, it's going to lose a lot
- 2:08:30Speaker 6: of audience. That's the average American two to two and
- 2:08:33Speaker 6: a half hours a day, scrolling heavy scrollers four to
- 2:08:36Speaker 6: seven hours.
- 2:08:37Speaker 2: But you're also assuming that they're not doing that and
- 2:08:41Speaker 2: watching TV. I mean, I'm not saying that they're not. Look.
- 2:08:43Speaker 2: I think that as you roll through your day, you
- 2:08:46Speaker 2: pick up your phone during a break, scroll twenty minutes,
- 2:08:48Speaker 2: scroll twenty minutes here and there, cuban of cuban, bh,
- 2:08:51Speaker 2: oh my god, altogether you have reached that time slot.
- 2:08:58Speaker 2: But I think that it doesn't really add up like that.
- 2:09:01Speaker 2: I think I don't know that anybody's going home and
- 2:09:03Speaker 2: sitting for two and a half hours on their couch
- 2:09:04Speaker 2: and ripping scrolls.
- 2:09:05Speaker 6: Oh textings, Yes, do your thing, do your crazy traditional
- 2:09:12Speaker 6: trademark thing which disagreeing with us, which is spelled the word.
- 2:09:14Speaker 2: I just couldn't.
- 2:09:16Speaker 6: But I and this is what really spawned this. Last night,
- 2:09:20Speaker 6: I look at my wife, she goes ahead. I thought,
- 2:09:23Speaker 6: I said something funny. Looked over scroll, I'm like, damn,
- 2:09:26Speaker 6: I'm losing now. Granted I've done the same thing to her.
- 2:09:28Speaker 6: I think everybody has been caught scrolling when the other
- 2:09:32Speaker 6: person has asked a question.
- 2:09:33Speaker 3: You have to go what because he been mid scroll?
- 2:09:36Speaker 2: You guys send videos to each other.
- 2:09:37Speaker 6: Yep, we have yep. The but I said something funny.
- 2:09:41Speaker 6: I look over she's scrolling. About thirty seconds later, she
- 2:09:45Speaker 6: starts cry laughing. She starts cry, laughing, cry, laughing, laughing
- 2:09:50Speaker 6: harder than I think I've ever made her laugh, like
- 2:09:53Speaker 6: he catch your breath, can't catch your breath. Her eyem
- 2:09:56Speaker 6: makeup starts to run down her face. It gets all
- 2:09:59Speaker 6: over her forehead, It gets real. Honestly, I don't know
- 2:10:03Speaker 6: if this is offensive, but it reminded me a lot
- 2:10:05Speaker 6: like Ash Sunday, because like she had, it was getting
- 2:10:09Speaker 6: all over like her face, all of her eye makeup.
- 2:10:13Speaker 6: Next thing I know, she starts crying from pain because
- 2:10:16Speaker 6: all of her eye makeup slash tears, and now and
- 2:10:19Speaker 6: her eyeballs. And now she's asking me for some solution
- 2:10:22Speaker 6: so she can rub her eyeballs because makeup seeped into
- 2:10:27Speaker 6: her face through tears of laughter. That I did not cause,
- 2:10:34Speaker 6: so I got to watch her writhe in pain for
- 2:10:36Speaker 6: a little bit.
- 2:10:37Speaker 2: Oh, let's just.
- 2:10:39Speaker 6: Say I saw the solution, but then I pretended to
- 2:10:42Speaker 6: go where was it?
- 2:10:44Speaker 3: Where was it? Again?
- 2:10:46Speaker 6: There's some deep down scrolling problems I think in society,
- 2:10:51Speaker 6: and it's only going to get worse in the future. Now,
- 2:10:54Speaker 6: I don't want you guys to confess to anything you
- 2:10:56Speaker 6: don't want to. What's the first thing you guys do
- 2:10:58Speaker 6: in the morning, I'll admit it, bang scroll first thing
- 2:11:02Speaker 6: I do?
- 2:11:02Speaker 2: Oh no, no for me? Yeah no, yeah, coffee, then
- 2:11:06Speaker 2: start reading news immediately. Coffee.
- 2:11:08Speaker 5: It's like what church I'm gonna go to celebrate ASH Sunday?
- 2:11:11Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 2:11:12Speaker 6: Is it ash Sunday?
- 2:11:13Speaker 3: No? No, what is it?
- 2:11:14Speaker 2: It's ASH Thursday, buddy, everybody knows it. It's actually ASH Tuesday.
- 2:11:20Speaker 3: All right, I'll bring up the Wednesday Wednesday.
- 2:11:23Speaker 2: Yeah, it's Wednesday, I said Sunday. Some people call it
- 2:11:28Speaker 2: dirty hump Day.
- 2:11:29Speaker 5: But I like the visual of the miscara running like
- 2:11:32Speaker 5: it was smear.
- 2:11:34Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah by the end of the day.
- 2:11:36Speaker 6: Yeah, that's usually like a website I go to today
- 2:11:39Speaker 6: to see it from a scroll, just saying, man, you
- 2:11:43Speaker 6: gotta watch out for that scrolling numbers get under two
- 2:11:47Speaker 6: hours a day. We can do this as a species.
- 2:11:50Speaker 6: We can beat that. Those are your raws thoughts. I'm
- 2:11:53Speaker 6: out all right.
- 2:11:54Speaker 2: Four seven one text seven seven zero three one. You're
- 2:11:57Speaker 2: six o'clock. Keyword is bank. That's B, A and K.
- 2:12:00Speaker 2: Go to real radio out of Viminson that. I'll wait
- 2:12:02Speaker 2: for your chance at a thousand dollars back in a
- 2:12:04Speaker 2: second with Jaden Grimes an eight bit update. Hey Jimmy,
- 2:12:25Speaker 2: Chad here Colbord crew.
- 2:12:29Speaker 23: You noticed it's only men that are complaining about this
- 2:12:31Speaker 23: bad Bunny halftime show. And I think the reason why
- 2:12:35Speaker 23: is because we all know, Deborah, that every one of
- 2:12:39Speaker 23: us in a relationship have a woman that has got
- 2:12:42Speaker 23: a bad Bunny in the drawer.
- 2:12:46Speaker 2: Waiting to replace this when we get out of line.
- 2:12:50Speaker 3: Great show this week, Yo, Yeah, I love you you buddy,
- 2:12:53Speaker 3: you'd be a dolphan.
- 2:12:54Speaker 2: I gotta tell you.
- 2:12:54Speaker 5: You said video, deb Heads, you will not need anything
- 2:12:57Speaker 5: from the side table. Be bad Bunny is out there
- 2:13:00Speaker 5: in a pair of boxer shorts and he's dry humping
- 2:13:02Speaker 5: the air.
- 2:13:02Speaker 2: And let me tell you it's.
- 2:13:04Speaker 3: Not boxer shorts. He's just dancing, shaking his hips.
- 2:13:07Speaker 2: It's like basketball shorts or something, and there's something happening there.
- 2:13:10Speaker 6: But yeah, it's gonna be so good. I think people
- 2:13:15Speaker 6: are gonna even the haters going into the Super Bowl
- 2:13:17Speaker 6: are gonna be surprised that even they feel like, all right.
- 2:13:21Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we're entertained. I gotta tell you. It's kind
- 2:13:23Speaker 2: of wild though. I saw his first Saturday and live
- 2:13:24Speaker 2: performance and dude swags so hard. So I mean that guy,
- 2:13:28Speaker 2: that guy is like, he's like a professional wrestler with
- 2:13:31Speaker 2: the way he like hit his the persona that he has,
- 2:13:34Speaker 2: he's gigantic.
- 2:13:36Speaker 5: If nothing else, if we could come out of Super
- 2:13:38Speaker 5: Bowl Sunday with more Americans understanding that Puerto Rico is
- 2:13:42Speaker 5: part of the United States, I think our work here
- 2:13:45Speaker 5: is done.
- 2:13:46Speaker 2: My favorite clip is that Tommy Lauren clip where she's
- 2:13:48Speaker 2: interviewing and there, you know, she asks the guest about
- 2:13:51Speaker 2: the Bad Bunny Show and the guest says, well, you know,
- 2:13:54Speaker 2: he's in a great American he's very successful, and she goes, yeah,
- 2:13:57Speaker 2: but he's an American. Oh then it just got that
- 2:13:59Speaker 2: girl just started smiling and just laid that idiot out.
- 2:14:02Speaker 2: It was so great. Welcome back to the Jim Colbert Show.

- 2:14:41Speaker 2: was overwhelming. I know.
- 2:14:42Speaker 16: I walked He walked back into the studio on Monday
- 2:14:45Speaker 16: and was like, you know what I told Jimmy. I
- 2:14:47Speaker 16: was like, what, he goes, I heard, I heard your intro.
- 2:14:50Speaker 16: Great intro, by the way, but where's my intro? That
- 2:14:53Speaker 16: was the first thing he told me.
- 2:14:54Speaker 2: He who gets more work this guy?
- 2:14:57Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 2:14:58Speaker 2: Jayden? Of course joins is every single Friday around six

- 2:15:04Speaker 2: What's happening in that world, the news that could be happening,

- 2:15:09Speaker 2: stuff as well today. What's going on? Yeah?
- 2:15:10Speaker 16: Well, I wanted to know. This is a question because
- 2:15:13Speaker 16: the next time I'll be on your show, I will
- 2:15:15Speaker 16: be twenty one years old, oh crazy, And I wanted
- 2:15:17Speaker 16: to know what you did for your twenty first birthday
- 2:15:20Speaker 16: before I tell you what I did for my twenty first.
- 2:15:22Speaker 2: Birthdayudy, I gotta tell you going to do. I don't
- 2:15:25Speaker 2: know that I remember, to be honest with you.
- 2:15:29Speaker 24: So it's a good night, dude.
- 2:15:30Speaker 2: I may have gone out with Russ.
- 2:15:32Speaker 6: How do you not remember?
- 2:15:35Speaker 2: Dude? I think I had to have been. It had
- 2:15:40Speaker 2: to have been like Russ and maybe somebo and some
- 2:15:42Speaker 2: of those people we all went out together in December
- 2:15:44Speaker 2: of ninety eight. Maybe God, he would probably remember more
- 2:15:47Speaker 2: than me, but it may have been something like that. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:15:50Speaker 2: December of eighty eight. Yeah, yeah, something like that. Maybe. Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:15:53Speaker 24: Wait, you're going partying.
- 2:15:54Speaker 16: I'm buying a four pack of beer and playing video
- 2:15:56Speaker 16: games with my buddies that are in Massachusetts.
- 2:15:58Speaker 2: Are you really?
- 2:15:59Speaker 24: That's how it's been in my twenty first and I
- 2:16:01Speaker 24: cannot wait.
- 2:16:02Speaker 6: It's perfect. I cannot agree more that is perfect. Yeah,
- 2:16:08Speaker 6: I'm safe, I'm at home, I'm not driving.
- 2:16:10Speaker 2: I bet your dad's pretty happy about that.
- 2:16:12Speaker 16: Yeah, he's like, oh I raised a loser now yea,
- 2:16:16Speaker 16: So what about girls?
- 2:16:18Speaker 3: And then just back to Halo?
- 2:16:19Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 2:16:20Speaker 3: I could care less.
- 2:16:22Speaker 2: So that's what you're really doing for your twenty first perthday?
- 2:16:24Speaker 16: Well a couple months I'll be going to Vegas, but yeah,
- 2:16:26Speaker 16: for fine. But for the actual day, I'll be sitting
- 2:16:29Speaker 16: in my house or drinking beer, playing video games. When
- 2:16:31Speaker 16: is the actual day, February tenth, Tuesday? All right, very
- 2:16:33Speaker 16: good man, I'll be coming to work, so you know,
- 2:16:35Speaker 16: gay little happy birthday.
- 2:16:37Speaker 2: Pret happy birthday. But we'll we'll do you up the
- 2:16:39Speaker 2: next week for sure. What do you have for us
- 2:16:40Speaker 2: this week?
- 2:16:40Speaker 16: Well, I'm assuming you guys know this. The Epstein files
- 2:16:44Speaker 16: are a huge news story week now.
- 2:16:46Speaker 2: And there's so much more that got released today that
- 2:16:48Speaker 2: we found out. Never even got a chance to talk
- 2:16:49Speaker 2: about it today, but Epstein today, we found out in
- 2:16:51Speaker 2: the drop has Central Florida connections with some strip clubs
- 2:16:54Speaker 2: here locally and over on the coast, and some connections
- 2:16:57Speaker 2: with the Warlocks motorcycle gang here in central Florida. As well.
- 2:17:01Speaker 2: So yeah, all kinds of investing money for them too. Yeah,
- 2:17:04Speaker 2: all kinds of interesting stuff throughout the Epstein files.
- 2:17:08Speaker 3: Yeah, you're not gonna expect this.
- 2:17:10Speaker 16: Jeffrey Epstein was big into the gaming scene, was he really?
- 2:17:14Speaker 16: He got banned from Xbox Live back in twenty thirteen.
- 2:17:17Speaker 16: He had a war he had a w Wow account.
- 2:17:21Speaker 16: What a warcraft? That's World of Warcraft, right, that's an
- 2:17:25Speaker 16: older game. It's a little thing, by the way.
- 2:17:26Speaker 2: You you know how deep that that Microsoft thing goes
- 2:17:30Speaker 2: with him? It goes pretty deep, Isn't that One of
- 2:17:33Speaker 2: the reasons that he and Bill Gates's in a relationship
- 2:17:37Speaker 2: came to an end on top of this Russian STI thing,
- 2:17:40Speaker 2: the whole nine yards. There was some blowback there because
- 2:17:43Speaker 2: I guess Gates shut his damn account down so he
- 2:17:46Speaker 2: couldn't go and play Xbox or there's some kind of
- 2:17:48Speaker 2: weird thing like that.
- 2:17:49Speaker 16: He got banned for life in twenty thirteen for harassment,
- 2:17:52Speaker 16: threats and or abuse.
- 2:17:54Speaker 24: It was a big thing back then.
- 2:17:55Speaker 16: Microsoft was trying to get a lot of pedophiles off
- 2:17:58Speaker 16: their consoles, which is, you know, pretty respectable.
- 2:18:01Speaker 3: The thing that Rodbox is trying to do that I
- 2:18:02Speaker 3: was gonna say they just went over to roadblocks.
- 2:18:04Speaker 24: Yeah, well, I don't know how good Roadblocks is trying
- 2:18:06Speaker 24: to do that, but.
- 2:18:06Speaker 10: You are not.
- 2:18:07Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a joke.
- 2:18:08Speaker 16: He told people to play Pokemon Go. He pushed for
- 2:18:11Speaker 16: micro transactions, He was so impressed with Black Ops four.
- 2:18:15Speaker 16: He put so much money into activision stocks. Really, yes,
- 2:18:19Speaker 16: he was so in touch with this gaining world.
- 2:18:24Speaker 3: I see what he did in touch.
- 2:18:26Speaker 2: Do you believe that really that was he an actual
- 2:18:29Speaker 2: gamer or did he actually just use those those platforms
- 2:18:31Speaker 2: to kind of groom.
- 2:18:32Speaker 16: Well, so, do you know what a Spotify raft is
- 2:18:35Speaker 16: At the end of the year, they show you Yeah,
- 2:18:37Speaker 16: well Fortnite has the same thing. And according to Fortnite
- 2:18:41Speaker 16: Raft twenty twenty five, the alleged Jeffrey Epstein account played
- 2:18:45Speaker 16: more than ten hours seventy four matches and won seven times.
- 2:18:49Speaker 2: Oh that good.
- 2:18:50Speaker 24: I mean that means he played the game.
- 2:18:52Speaker 16: Yeah, someone played on his account. Someone's using his account, and.
- 2:18:57Speaker 2: Ten percent of the time he won.
- 2:19:00Speaker 16: Yeah, so I don't know if this is actually him
- 2:19:03Speaker 16: playing on his account.
- 2:19:04Speaker 2: It can't be if it's in the twenty twenties.
- 2:19:05Speaker 16: He Yeah, Well, they go back and back and back
- 2:19:09Speaker 16: and his h His account name was little Jeff one,
- 2:19:13Speaker 16: which is really weird to me, and it was just
- 2:19:16Speaker 16: recently made private.
- 2:19:18Speaker 2: Really so wild. I guess his brother, Oh, I guess
- 2:19:22Speaker 2: maybe the Feds. Even either the FEDS or his brother
- 2:19:24Speaker 2: have access to the account now. I guess he turned
- 2:19:26Speaker 2: all that stuff over to some other people. They kind
- 2:19:28Speaker 2: of broke down his uh the distribution of his estate
- 2:19:31Speaker 2: here recently. Who was supposed to get what?
- 2:19:33Speaker 6: Yeah, I'd be so pissed if I was playing like
- 2:19:37Speaker 6: Modern Warfare and I got gunned down like Epstein.
- 2:19:40Speaker 16: Yeah, yeah, right, and you just find out it's Epstein
- 2:19:42Speaker 16: like twenty years later, and then.
- 2:19:43Speaker 2: They can over and molest you while you're dead.
- 2:19:45Speaker 3: Yeah, dude, he'll teabag you. Yeah that thing.
- 2:19:49Speaker 2: It's not uncommon in the game. Jim, Oh, it's not.
- 2:19:51Speaker 6: No, no, no, they actually do that.
- 2:19:55Speaker 2: Want to explain it digitally?
- 2:19:59Speaker 6: Tea bags, you kind of just want to leave you
- 2:20:02Speaker 6: in the darkness, So don't explain that term at all.
- 2:20:07Speaker 3: I do of want you to think about a digital I.
- 2:20:10Speaker 2: Don't want pixelated nerds nowhere near my Listen, my avatar,
- 2:20:14Speaker 2: it's the old's been disrespect when you when you kill
- 2:20:16Speaker 2: someone in the game, you walk up to their body
- 2:20:18Speaker 2: and you just dropping.
- 2:20:19Speaker 24: Nuts on the face.
- 2:20:20Speaker 16: Does not absolutely do you spam the crouch mondy and
- 2:20:24Speaker 16: you go up and down, up and down, up and down.
- 2:20:25Speaker 2: I think it's funny. I'm like, that doesn't happen. Jack's
- 2:20:28Speaker 2: writing has happened. He's just loo. He goes, no, yes
- 2:20:30Speaker 2: it does. He's like, yeah, it happened.
- 2:20:32Speaker 3: He just wrote a new show title.
- 2:20:34Speaker 6: Yeah, Jim, I think your imagination is like, like, uh,
- 2:20:38Speaker 6: like a pulling of the pants down.
- 2:20:40Speaker 3: This is just a crouch.
- 2:20:41Speaker 2: Okay, So the crowd don't actually drop nards.
- 2:20:44Speaker 3: There's no nerds video this guy.
- 2:20:48Speaker 2: I love you the digital nuts up in your up
- 2:20:50Speaker 2: in your grill. You don't want that. He wants digital
- 2:20:53Speaker 2: nuts in the girl.
- 2:20:53Speaker 3: They actually let you do that.
- 2:20:55Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, it's crazy. The fact that you can even
- 2:20:57Speaker 2: do that much, it is crazy.
- 2:20:58Speaker 6: So, yeah, you know how you can rouch in some
- 2:21:00Speaker 6: video games and then you stand over and then you
- 2:21:02Speaker 6: crouch over.
- 2:21:03Speaker 2: I got the kid got to do it.
- 2:21:09Speaker 3: There.
- 2:21:09Speaker 16: There was one more thing ahead Epstein before we start
- 2:21:12Speaker 16: talking about digital nards and everything. When Jeffrey Epstein was
- 2:21:16Speaker 16: talking about the littered online stores in these video games,
- 2:21:20Speaker 16: like with all these micro transactions and everything. His quote was,
- 2:21:24Speaker 16: I'm all for introducing kids into an economy. Now, people
- 2:21:28Speaker 16: with this economy is extorting so much money from children.
- 2:21:32Speaker 24: And parents that is that's crazy. That's rich to get
- 2:21:36Speaker 24: rich scheme.
- 2:21:37Speaker 3: They're looking out for the children.
- 2:21:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean here's the look. I mean look as
- 2:21:41Speaker 2: a marketer, it's brilliant because it's true if you have
- 2:21:44Speaker 2: spoiled as kids, their parents want to do anything to
- 2:21:46Speaker 2: keep them happy and out of their face. And if
- 2:21:48Speaker 2: it's spending twenty or thirty or forty dollars on any
- 2:21:51Speaker 2: of these games to buy a shield or a sword,
- 2:21:53Speaker 2: or to t bag your buddy, whatever the games may be,
- 2:21:56Speaker 2: you're gonna do it.
- 2:21:57Speaker 24: There's a twenty dollars charge for each tea bag.
- 2:21:59Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 2:21:59Speaker 2: Man, it's like make anything for pet, You're gonna make money.
- 2:22:02Speaker 2: People love their pets more than their family. Yeah. You
- 2:22:04Speaker 2: know what's.
- 2:22:04Speaker 6: Blowing my mind right now? So that Epstein was banned
- 2:22:07Speaker 6: from Xbox Live. You said in twenty thirteen, correct, And
- 2:22:11Speaker 6: at that time he was a sex he was a
- 2:22:13Speaker 6: sexual offend.
- 2:22:14Speaker 2: Because in eight when he got busted the first time.
- 2:22:16Speaker 6: When he got that sweetheart deal, right, Yeah, which means
- 2:22:19Speaker 6: Xbox served more justice than the federal government.
- 2:22:24Speaker 2: That's true. You're right, because he only did like eighteen months.
- 2:22:27Speaker 3: They banned him, Yeah, for life.
- 2:22:30Speaker 24: They gave him a life sentence digitally.
- 2:22:32Speaker 2: What a great point that is. That's crazy. That's a
- 2:22:35Speaker 2: that's a joke waiting to happen right there by the way.
- 2:22:37Speaker 5: Wow, Yeah, with that Ross, maybe your wife will appreciate
- 2:22:42Speaker 5: the new material.
- 2:22:42Speaker 2: She won't, She won't.
- 2:22:45Speaker 16: I had a news for Jack because I know Jack
- 2:22:47Speaker 16: would really appreciate this Red Dead Redemption two is getting
- 2:22:50Speaker 16: a next gen updates, so it's gonna be all modernized
- 2:22:53Speaker 16: with even better graphics.
- 2:22:54Speaker 24: Better physics.
- 2:22:55Speaker 3: Which one is that Jack's favorite game?
- 2:22:58Speaker 2: Right, Redemption two is that? So I have the game?
- 2:23:01Speaker 2: Does that mean you have to buy another game?
- 2:23:04Speaker 16: So the way rock Stars worked, you had, Yes, you've
- 2:23:07Speaker 16: had to had to buy a new game for GTA.
- 2:23:10Speaker 16: I don't think they'll do that with Red Dead. I
- 2:23:12Speaker 16: don't think there's a way they do that because you're
- 2:23:15Speaker 16: not going to sell people on their online because the
- 2:23:17Speaker 16: online's dead. People have already played the campaign again. They'll
- 2:23:20Speaker 16: just give you a free game. That's what I imagine on.
- 2:23:22Speaker 2: This one is it's square square triangle can make your
- 2:23:25Speaker 2: horse tea bag another horse.
- 2:23:27Speaker 24: Yeah you knew, Yeah, you knew.
- 2:23:28Speaker 16: Actually in red Dead Redemption and when you get in
- 2:23:30Speaker 16: the cold, your horse is nuts.
- 2:23:32Speaker 24: They shrivel up.
- 2:23:33Speaker 2: Okay, I'm sorry.
- 2:23:34Speaker 6: No, No, that's completely accurate. And Jim needs to grow up.
- 2:23:38Speaker 6: That's just how the way it was out in the
- 2:23:39Speaker 6: wild West.
- 2:23:40Speaker 2: That's right, I'll grow up as we talk about digital horses.
- 2:23:47Speaker 6: Yeah, it's a real thing.
- 2:23:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:23:52Speaker 2: Did anyone else catch it?
- 2:23:53Speaker 5: Jim an Xbox player made a PlayStation reference.
- 2:23:59Speaker 2: They don't.
- 2:24:00Speaker 3: That's not right over.
- 2:24:03Speaker 2: I'm so in front of the game.
- 2:24:05Speaker 6: This guy that's not even a term says that that's
- 2:24:09Speaker 6: how far for I am.
- 2:24:10Speaker 3: I'd say it's like me saying three from the paint.
- 2:24:13Speaker 2: He's a trendsetter.
- 2:24:16Speaker 16: Yeah, I guess you can call him a trendsetter. That
- 2:24:20Speaker 16: that was all the Epstein news. There wasn't much in life.
- 2:24:23Speaker 6: I have a question for our video game expert, because
- 2:24:26Speaker 6: this is I'm a huge I play video games every
- 2:24:29Speaker 6: day a lot of times with my wife, and sometimes
- 2:24:32Speaker 6: I get concerned that I think that gaming has plat
- 2:24:35Speaker 6: toed in more ways than none. Are you any bit
- 2:24:40Speaker 6: afraid that video games can't get much better, kind of
- 2:24:45Speaker 6: like an iPhone almost.
- 2:24:46Speaker 16: Yeah, I don't think they can get better. I think
- 2:24:47Speaker 16: the glory days have already passed. Look at all the
- 2:24:49Speaker 16: games that have come out within the last five years
- 2:24:52Speaker 16: and compare them to ratings of games that came out
- 2:24:54Speaker 16: ten years ago. They just don't compete. There was if
- 2:24:57Speaker 16: you go back, I think it was two thousand and
- 2:24:59Speaker 16: eight or two thousand and seven, MW two releases, GTA
- 2:25:02Speaker 16: four releases, back to back, just God of War releases,
- 2:25:06Speaker 16: games on games on games.
- 2:25:08Speaker 24: It doesn't happen like that nowadays.
- 2:25:09Speaker 16: You don't see major trip A titles getting released every
- 2:25:13Speaker 16: single month.
- 2:25:14Speaker 2: I just saw some news for another game that had
- 2:25:16Speaker 2: something was going on today about another release that had
- 2:25:19Speaker 2: been kind of set back that I thought was coming out.
- 2:25:21Speaker 2: I can't remember the name of the game. It was
- 2:25:22Speaker 2: just one word. I thought it started with an oh,
- 2:25:25Speaker 2: but I didn't even recognize it even in glancingly. I
- 2:25:27Speaker 2: didn't even recognize it.
- 2:25:29Speaker 19: That.
- 2:25:29Speaker 2: We never found out what you did for your twenty
- 2:25:31Speaker 2: first birthday.
- 2:25:32Speaker 3: I went to Pleasure Island. Did you really?
- 2:25:34Speaker 2: Yeah? All right, very good?
- 2:25:35Speaker 24: That sounds scary, Jack.
- 2:25:36Speaker 3: You no, twenty first birthday?
- 2:25:38Speaker 2: You do anything special. I don't remember. Maybe hard to bar.
- 2:25:42Speaker 3: In New Jersey, I had twenty one rum salute. Did
- 2:25:46Speaker 3: you realize it used to be a drink that they
- 2:25:47Speaker 3: used to have? Like, I can't remember even names of
- 2:25:50Speaker 3: some of the clubs that used to be there.
- 2:25:51Speaker 2: But yeah, it was a year before I moved to Florida.
- 2:25:55Speaker 3: It was a party island. They had restaurants and bars
- 2:25:57Speaker 3: and nightclubs. Jaden, it was not a dominant place. I
- 2:26:01Speaker 3: don't know.
- 2:26:02Speaker 24: I remember kind of scared.
- 2:26:03Speaker 2: I do remember the first time I bought alcohol as
- 2:26:05Speaker 2: a twenty one year old novel ing up. It wasn't
- 2:26:07Speaker 2: up in Lake County, which is weird. I was all
- 2:26:09Speaker 2: my way back to Polack and I stopped into an
- 2:26:11Speaker 2: ABC and bought a bottle of peach snaps. Oh, you know,
- 2:26:15Speaker 2: because I'm a teenage girl.
- 2:26:16Speaker 6: Jaden's almost twenty one. So when Depp said Pleasure Island,
- 2:26:20Speaker 6: he went.
- 2:26:21Speaker 2: All right. I always saw the dolphics.
- 2:26:25Speaker 3: It's a place, okay. I thought it was more of
- 2:26:27Speaker 3: a mindset.
- 2:26:29Speaker 2: She's taking you there? Who he's up there?
- 2:26:32Speaker 3: He saw his face. He was like, all right, okay,
- 2:26:34Speaker 3: dep you fear the coos?
- 2:26:36Speaker 2: Did they break in half?
- 2:26:37Speaker 24: I know where Dominatrix dead came from.
- 2:26:41Speaker 2: Fear the coops. Dude, they will break you in half.
- 2:26:44Speaker 2: I already would skin you. It would be crazy. You
- 2:26:47Speaker 2: would literally get skinned by that woman.
- 2:26:50Speaker 6: I'm pro kid. I'd be a rug. I'm pro kog.
- 2:26:53Speaker 6: I learned a lot from going to Cougar University. Yeah, Cookie, yeah,
- 2:26:58Speaker 6: coug you coug.
- 2:26:59Speaker 3: You taught me a lot.
- 2:27:00Speaker 24: Yeah, bank account learned a lot from all the sugar mamas.
- 2:27:03Speaker 2: No, she was very broke.
- 2:27:05Speaker 3: Well it was, but that's not what she was there
- 2:27:09Speaker 3: to teach you.
- 2:27:09Speaker 2: No, No, that was why Valencia.
- 2:27:11Speaker 5: Yeah, that's what it wasn't Yeah, she was there.
- 2:27:14Speaker 2: To get that white bunny.
- 2:27:15Speaker 6: Yeah, that's exactly what it was. So I'm pro kog.
- 2:27:19Speaker 6: Some people are anti kook. I say, find yourself a
- 2:27:21Speaker 6: koog and learn a lot about yourself. I'm coog neutral, Yeah,
- 2:27:25Speaker 6: i'd say I'm somewhere in the middle.
- 2:27:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I like, I mean, you know, I like women, though,
- 2:27:28Speaker 2: I don't like young girls like you know, like, I mean,
- 2:27:33Speaker 2: even thirty year olds are young to me. Thirty five
- 2:27:35Speaker 2: year olds are young. That's way too young. Those girls,
- 2:27:38Speaker 2: I mean, they're like, those are girls to me. I
- 2:27:40Speaker 2: have a daughter's thirty one. So you know when you
- 2:27:42Speaker 2: look at thirty five year olds, that is I mean, that's.
- 2:27:45Speaker 3: My days are behind me. It's not even attractive that myties.
- 2:27:49Speaker 2: I mean your mid forties. Least get up there. That's
- 2:27:52Speaker 2: a woman.
- 2:27:53Speaker 3: Yeah he was in his twenty Then you're cougan.
- 2:27:55Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I think I was like eighteen nineteen.
- 2:27:58Speaker 3: Oh yeah, and we're cougan mid forties.
- 2:28:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, wow. Yeah.
- 2:28:02Speaker 3: It was AWF.

- 2:28:05Speaker 3: It was borderline illegal? I may have been harassed.
- 2:28:08Speaker 2: I think I liked it. You got anything else?

- 2:29:43Speaker 25: All right, So, when I was like eleven or something
- 2:29:44Speaker 25: like that, my dad died in a car accident, oh man,
- 2:29:47Speaker 25: And he was then brought to the hospital where he
- 2:29:50Speaker 25: was hooked up to these machines for like two or
- 2:29:52Speaker 25: three days, and they kept telling us there was hope,
- 2:29:55Speaker 25: and then they told us he was dead. We found
- 2:29:57Speaker 25: out after the fact that he's actually pronounced dead at
- 2:29:59Speaker 25: the scene for some reason. The hospital just like had
- 2:30:01Speaker 25: them hooked up to these machines for no reason. Anyway,
- 2:30:03Speaker 25: I say that because I'm an only child and not
- 2:30:05Speaker 25: like false hope sucks.
- 2:30:08Speaker 3: It sucks.
- 2:30:08Speaker 25: Yeah, my whole family feels the same. We really wish
- 2:30:10Speaker 25: they would have just kind of told us, like right
- 2:30:12Speaker 25: when it happened, Jim.
- 2:30:14Speaker 15: Got something for you.
- 2:30:15Speaker 13: What if Guthrin planned this whole thing out? Jill said
- 2:30:19Speaker 13: that she can get more notoriety, create a book, a movie,
- 2:30:24Speaker 13: get rid of her mom because.
- 2:30:26Speaker 10: She was a burden.
- 2:30:27Speaker 2: Oh, get out of here.
- 2:30:29Speaker 3: What about that?
- 2:30:29Speaker 13: Had the cops look into that? Yeah, I mean it's
- 2:30:32Speaker 13: not the first time these stars go crazy. Just something
- 2:30:36Speaker 13: to think about.
- 2:30:37Speaker 26: Yeah, Speaking of figure skating, I was working at Sam
- 2:30:41Speaker 26: Goodie and Chruch Street Exchange in the early nineties. Wow,
- 2:30:44Speaker 26: the big buzz of the day was Scott Hamilton being
- 2:30:47Speaker 26: in the exchange Scott Hamilton. Scott Hamilton eventually came into
- 2:30:51Speaker 26: the store and I helped him find some music, talk
- 2:30:53Speaker 26: to him a little bit, and he went on his way.
- 2:30:56Speaker 26: I turned to my coworker and said, O cool is
- 2:30:58Speaker 26: that who ever thought Luke Skywalker to be in our
- 2:31:00Speaker 26: in our record store? She said, Hey, dumdum, Scott Hamilton,
- 2:31:04Speaker 26: not Mark Hamill, not Luke Skywalker.
- 2:31:08Speaker 2: All right, welcome back to the Jim Bilberg Show. We're
- 2:31:10Speaker 2: ready to one to four point one.
- 2:31:12Speaker 6: I'm Jim.
- 2:31:12Speaker 2: There's Deb Hello, Jack's ear, and so is sauce Daddy.
- 2:31:16Speaker 2: Oh yeah, we didn't get into this story. But what
- 2:31:18Speaker 2: do you think most people? What's the average that people
- 2:31:22Speaker 2: will pay for their Super Bowl snacks this year? Fifty bucks?
- 2:31:28Speaker 2: One hundred and twenty five? Oh god is close. Deb?
- 2:31:33Speaker 2: Here you go, Deb, you should have gone the other way.
- 2:31:36Speaker 2: What forty?
- 2:31:37Speaker 10: About?
- 2:31:38Speaker 2: One hundred and forty bucks is the average budget for
- 2:31:41Speaker 2: a Super Bowl party this season?
- 2:31:43Speaker 5: They doing that McDonald's cavey oar stuff. Well, what was
- 2:31:46Speaker 5: that about?
- 2:31:46Speaker 2: I mean, I guess it's depending on how many people
- 2:31:48Speaker 2: are coming to your party, and if you're doing like
- 2:31:50Speaker 2: a protein as opposed to just chip snacks things like that.
- 2:31:53Speaker 2: I watched the game by myself. Yeah, exactly right, all right,
- 2:31:57Speaker 2: rosh got we'll do some stand uptuff in a minute,
- 2:31:59Speaker 2: a deb, Yeah, let's do you heard it here first?
- 2:32:01Speaker 1: All right, now, good time for you heard it here
- 2:32:05Speaker 1: first on the Jim Colbert Show.
- 2:32:07Speaker 3: A sixteen year old boy who could be linked to
- 2:32:10Speaker 3: his stepsister's death on a cruise ship appeared in federal
- 2:32:13Speaker 3: court in Miami today. The teenager was taken to another
- 2:32:17Speaker 3: building for tree pre trial release processing. An attorney representing
- 2:32:21Speaker 3: the girl's father spoke to NBC six in South Florida.
- 2:32:25Speaker 22: The older child, who's approximately sixteen years of age, is
- 2:32:30Speaker 22: a suspect in the death of the step child, an
- 2:32:33Speaker 22: eighteen year old daughter that was in the same room.
- 2:32:37Speaker 3: Yeah, his eighteen year old stepsister, Anna Keepner, was found
- 2:32:40Speaker 3: dead on the Carnival Horizon cruise ship last November. Her
- 2:32:43Speaker 3: death was ruled a homicide. The boy is being investigated
- 2:32:47Speaker 3: as a suspect in the case, but again because of
- 2:32:49Speaker 3: his age, his name isn't being released. And apparently the
- 2:32:52Speaker 3: docket that had the case number in the Miami courtroom
- 2:32:54Speaker 3: was sealed and remain sealed this afternoon, So any charges
- 2:32:58Speaker 3: he may be facing, we still don't have any idea.
- 2:33:01Speaker 3: Speaking of traveling man, five tourists just had their vacation
- 2:33:04Speaker 3: ruined and they're facing charges after they were arrested moments before,
- 2:33:09Speaker 3: just moments before boarding a cruise ship in Miami. Wow,
- 2:33:13Speaker 3: please say the passengers were attempting to board a Royal
- 2:33:16Speaker 3: Caribbean cruise when security dogs flagged their luggage. That'll make
- 2:33:21Speaker 3: your butt pucker. The passengers were allegedly in possession of
- 2:33:24Speaker 3: several bags of pills, which police say consisted of ecstasy,
- 2:33:29Speaker 3: met themphetamine and ketamine. I'm going to go out on
- 2:33:31Speaker 3: a limon and say these five would be part of
- 2:33:33Speaker 3: the pineapple crew, right, oh yeah, yeah, oh yeah on
- 2:33:36Speaker 3: the door.
- 2:33:36Speaker 2: If they're not dealing down in the outins.
- 2:33:38Speaker 3: Or yeh know, they are moving that weighty.
- 2:33:43Speaker 2: How many?
- 2:33:44Speaker 3: Uh? Just several several bags of pills? H Jack is thinking, no,
- 2:33:49Speaker 3: that's good for a weekend party.
- 2:33:51Speaker 6: Like everyone's trying to sneak like their liquor on show
- 2:33:55Speaker 6: up like pill popping animals.
- 2:33:57Speaker 3: Right. All five were arrested and booked on session and
- 2:34:01Speaker 3: trafficking charges. All right. Flowers remain a major import at
- 2:34:04Speaker 3: Miami International Airport despite the tariffs. MIA processes how many
- 2:34:10Speaker 3: stems of cut flowers in the weeks leading up to
- 2:34:12Speaker 3: Valentine's Day, which is next week? By the way, many
- 2:34:18Speaker 3: how many stems does Miami International Airport process week's leading
- 2:34:23Speaker 3: up to Valentine's Day.
- 2:34:24Speaker 2: Twenty five million.
- 2:34:27Speaker 6: No, oh god, two million, one million, five hundred thousand, geez,
- 2:34:34Speaker 6: five hundred thousand, ten million.
- 2:34:36Speaker 3: One hundred million stems of cut flowers. I don't understand
- 2:34:41Speaker 3: this question.
- 2:34:43Speaker 2: Yeah, so they're cutting like a whole would be.
- 2:34:46Speaker 3: Yeah, they're processing over one hundred million flowers flying into
- 2:34:50Speaker 3: Miami International Airport. That's around ninety percent, by the way
- 2:34:54Speaker 3: of all of the fresh cut flowers sold in the US. Wow,
- 2:34:58Speaker 3: this time of year, it all goes through Miami.
- 2:35:00Speaker 2: That's crazy.
- 2:35:01Speaker 3: And they have to hire someone who has to go
- 2:35:02Speaker 3: through every single one of those stems looking for bugs.
- 2:35:05Speaker 2: Ye.
- 2:35:06Speaker 3: Airport officials say, Roses, carnations and other varieties have been
- 2:35:09Speaker 3: arriving on hundreds of flights from Colombia and Ecuador. And
