Mega Edition: Jes Staley's Epstein Narrative Gets Decimated By The Epstein Files (6/5/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. So
0:05
the lawsuit that Denise George was filing against the banks
0:09
down in the US Virgin Islands is not something new.
0:13
Seems to me that a lot of people are under
0:15
the impression that this information is new information. It is not.
0:20
Jess Daley has been under fire for quite some time here.
0:24
In fact, he lost his job at Barclay's because of
0:27
his nonsense. So Denise George and her lawsuit, it's all
0:32
fine and well, but let me ask you a question
0:35
when it comes to Denise George, what exactly has she
0:38
done to promote justice in this case? Oh? Well, she's
0:42
got some money for the US Virgin Islands, no doubt
0:44
about it, got a civil penalty awarded to her and
0:49
the other politicians in the USVII. But what has she
0:52
done to further justice? Who is she brought to justice here?
0:55
Who is she even deposed? Nobody? So the whole entire
0:59
nonsense about Denise George being some kind of hero in
1:02
this case is laughable at best. She is nothing more
1:07
than another opportunist who was circling like a vulture around
1:12
the corpse. She got one hundred and five million and
1:14
she figured she'd press the envelope here a little bit
1:17
and sue the banks as well. You notice there's no
1:20
criminal charges slapped on anybody. You would think she has
1:24
all of this evidence that there would have been some
1:26
criminal charges slapped on people. Nobody got hit with criminal charges,
1:31
None of the politicians from the Virgin Islands, nobody. So
1:36
you can miss me with the whole Denise George is
1:39
some kind of hero. She is not. Today's article is
1:43
from the Daily Mail headlined lawsuit accuses former Barclays JP
1:48
Morgan exec of being part of Jeffrey Epstein's sex ring
1:51
who they said he had a profound friendship and they
1:55
exchanged twelve hundred emails from his work account. And that's
1:59
just from his work account. If you really think Jess
2:01
Staley and Jeffrey Epstein weren't homies and they weren't breaking
2:05
bread behind the scenes, I don't know what to tell you.
2:08
This article was authored by Mark Dwell, James Robinson and
2:13
Stephen Lapour. Former Barclays and JP Morgan executive. Jess Staley
2:19
is accused of being an operative and laid billionaire pedophile
2:23
Jeffrey Epstein's sex ring. After thousands of emails between the
2:26
two reveal a profound friendship. A lawsuit claims, Yo, this
2:31
is like getting in a time machine and going back
2:33
in time. We've been talking about Jess Staley and his
2:36
involvement with Jeffrey Epstein for over three years now. Nice
2:41
of everybody else to finally catch up. The filing was
2:46
made in an amended complaint Tuesday by the US Virgin Islands,
2:50
which had previously sued JP Morgan over the bank's ties
2:53
to Epstein. Staley worked at JP Morgan until twenty and thirteen.
2:58
Between two thousand and eight and twenty twelve, Staley exchanged
3:02
approximately one two hundred emails with Epstein from is JP
3:06
Morgan email account. The amendmental lledges. During that time, the
3:11
bank serviced approximately fifty five Epstein related accounts collectively worth
3:17
hundreds of millions of dollars. That all tracks, that's all
3:21
a fact. JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, these were the banks
3:25
of choice for Jeffrey Epstein. And it was all because
3:28
he had buddies working in the wealth asset management department
3:32
that we're gonna safeguard his transactions, make sure he's not
3:35
getting you know, sarred, and making sure that the Accounting
3:39
of department is looking the other way because one thing
3:43
we know about the financial sector, they don't have any
3:46
problem making money on the back of scumbag pieces of
3:49
shit like Jeffrey Epstein and from the suffering he causes
3:53
to people like the survivors, What are the banks care
3:57
All they care about is more money. All they care
3:59
about is consolidating their power. Staley, sixty six, had quit
4:04
Barclays in November of twenty twenty one, after the bank's
4:08
board said it was disappointed with the outcome of a
4:11
report into his links to convicted sex offender pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Well,
4:17
no shit, you guys had one of Jeffrey Epstein's biggest
4:20
financial enablers running your company. Of Course they're going to
4:24
find that to be off the cuff. Of course they're
4:28
going to find that to be disgusting. And of course
4:31
Jess Staley is going to be shown the door. But
4:33
not because what he did was wrong, not because what
4:37
he did was condemnable by his bosses. It was because
4:41
he was caught. It was because he was called out
4:44
for it. Everybody at Barclays knew who jeff Staley was
4:48
before they gave him that job. These communications show a
4:52
close personal relationship and profound friendship between the two men,
4:56
and even suggests that Staley may have been involved and
4:59
ed Sstein's sex trafficking operation. The amendment continues. They also
5:04
reveal that Staley corresponded with Epstein while Epstein was incarcerated
5:09
and visited Epstein's Virgin Island residence on multiple occasions. According
5:13
to The Daily Beast, We've talked about this at nauseum here,
5:19
Jeff Staley was certainly one of the key cogs in
5:23
Jeffrey Epstein's financial plans. He visited the island. That's a fact. Now.
5:29
Is there any evidence that he was taking part in
5:32
the actual abuse of any of these girls, Not to
5:35
my knowledge, I haven't heard any of that. But he
5:38
certainly was involved in enabling Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. The US
5:44
Virgin Island suit also claims that Staley was allowed to
5:47
remain a decision maker on Epstein's accounts and even asked
5:51
to discuss the historical sordid sex trafficking and human trafficking
5:56
allegations against them. In addition, JP Moore allegedly would make
6:01
payments to numerous women with Eastern European surnames who were
6:05
publicly and internally identified as Epstein recruiters, including a six
6:11
hundred thousand dollars payment to one Jane though the pedophile
6:14
purchased when she was just fourteen years old, and that
6:19
person is Nadia Marsenkova. It's unbelievable what this poor woman
6:25
has went through in her life. When we first started
6:28
talking about this, she was considered part of the core four, right,
6:32
one of the top four lieutenants working with Epstein. But
6:36
as we got more context and we learned more about
6:39
the story, we all understand now that Nadia Marsenkova was
6:43
a victim here as well. Imagine your parents selling you
6:47
for six hundred thousand dollars, and not only just selling you,
6:51
but selling you to a man like Jeffrey Epstein. Imagine
6:55
what Nadia's life must have been like. The complaint go
7:00
on to say that Hyperion Air, who owned Epstein's infamous
7:03
Lolita Express private jet, also issued hundreds of thousands of
7:07
dollars in checks payable to cash or fuel expenses. Many
7:12
of these cash withdrawals either exceeded the ten thousand dollars
7:16
reporting threshold or were seemingly structured to avoid triggering the
7:20
reporting requirement. The lawsuit claims this is particularly significant since
7:26
it is well known that Epstein paid his victims in cash.
7:30
So the real question is why did Denise George not
7:33
file criminal charges? For all the people out there singing
7:37
her praises all of a sudden, all of these Johnny
7:40
cum latelies who don't know anything about the case, Let's
7:42
just be real out here talking about Denise George like
7:46
she's some kind of hero, like she is some kind
7:49
of vigilante in this case who was hell bent on justice,
7:54
when the reality is something completely different. All she cared
7:57
about was getting more money for the US Virgin Islands.
8:01
One hundred and five million dollars. Huh okay, sure that's
8:04
what they rate. Now how they rate that? I have
8:07
no idea Considering nobody in the US Virgin Islands, meaning
8:11
the island itself or government officials, nobody was abused. It
8:15
was actual people who were abused. And that one hundred
8:18
and five million dollars that went into the bank account
8:21
of the US Virgin Island and undoubtedly on through that
8:25
bank account into the hands of some scumbag politicians. Well,
8:29
they took money directly out of the hands and pockets
8:32
of these survivors. So if you're cool with that, then great,
8:36
But me personally, I'm not cool with it, and I
8:39
don't think Denise George is somebody that should be celebrated.
8:43
Epstein is accused of misusing JP morgan accounts for nonprofit
8:47
organizations and used it to Bay associates like Les Wexner,
8:51
as well as ex girlfriends. Now, if me or you
8:54
did this, we would already be here with a Rico
8:56
case and it would be the worst day of our lives. Meanwhile,
9:00
all these years later and we can't get the government
9:03
to even lift a finger for a Rico case. All
9:06
we get is this bullshit sicco civil version of it,
9:09
and all it is is a cash grab. You mean
9:12
to tell me that Jeffrey Epstein and his associates should
9:16
only be held accountable civilly. They shouldn't be sitting in
9:19
a prison cell somewhere. Many thought the lawsuit against JP
9:25
Morgan might go dead after former Attorney General Denise George
9:29
was fired shortly after the initial suit was filed. Of
9:33
course not. It had nothing to do with the suit.
9:35
Why she was fired. She was fired because guess what,
9:38
Breaking news folks, she's bad at her job. Imagine that
9:42
somebody losing their gig because they suck at their job.
9:46
When Staley quit Barclays in twenty twenty one, the American
9:50
banker intends to contest the findings. He is reportedly shell shocked, angry,
9:55
and upset at the preliminary conclusion of the report. Barclay
10:00
meanwhile pointed out the probe makes no findings that he
10:03
saw or was aware of any of Epstein's alleged crimes. Yeah,
10:07
we can believe the internal probe right because they have
10:10
no skin in the game to make it as less
10:13
painful as possible for Barclays and Jess Staley. Barclay said
10:20
last year that UK financial regulators were probing links between
10:24
mister Staley and Epstein, who killed himself allegedly while awaiting
10:28
trial on sex trafficking offenses. Staley has previously said his
10:33
relationship with Epstein, who was also friends with Prince Andrew,
10:37
ended in late twenty fifteen and that he regretted his
10:40
relationship with him. What he really means is he regrets
10:43
that his relationship with Epstein was outed. That's what he
10:47
really means. The sixty four year old who was married
10:50
to interior designer Debbie was replaced today by the bankshead
10:54
of Global Markets, Venkat Krishnan, known as Venkat. Barclay said
11:01
Staley was entitled to twelve months notice and will therefore
11:04
continue to receive his current fixed to annual pay of
11:07
two point four million in cash and Barclay's shares, a
11:11
pension allowance of one hundred and twenty thousand pounds, and
11:14
other benefits until October thirty first of twenty twenty two.
11:18
Imagine this guy got this golden parachute on the way
11:21
out the door. Imagine sucking at your job that bad,
11:25
getting fired, embarrassed in the company, and still getting hooked up.
11:29
It must be nice. Huh, It must be nice. Staley
11:33
was born in Boston in nineteen fifty six. He is
11:36
one of four children who moved frequently with their father, Paul,
11:39
a plant manager for Procter and Gamble. His father later
11:43
became CEO of PQ Corporation, a chemicals business based outside Philadelphia,
11:49
where Staley grew up. After graduating with a degree in
11:52
economics from Bodine College in Maine in nineteen seventy nine,
11:57
he joined banking giants JP Morgan on a training program
12:01
in New York. He later moved to Brazil to help
12:04
set up its investment banking venture in South America, where
12:08
he met his future wife, Debbie, just days after arriving.
12:12
He returned to New York in nineteen eighty nine and
12:15
quickly shot up the latter at JP Morgan. In nineteen
12:18
ninety he was asked by then CEO Sandy Warner to
12:22
manage the group's private banking division, and the private banking
12:25
division in all of these banks is set up basically
12:28
for people like Epstein. Believe me, you and I we
12:32
are not invited to be part of that bank. In
12:35
two thousand and one, he was promoted the CEO of
12:38
JP Morgan Asset Management and ran the division until two
12:42
thousand and nine. After thirty four years with JP Morgan,
12:46
he left for Blue Mountain Capital Management now Assured Investment
12:50
Management in twenty thirteen, before joining Barclays in two thy fifteen.
12:55
So Barclays already knew what he was, who he was,
12:58
and who he was breaking bad with and they hired
13:01
him anyway. He is also credited as a key supporter
13:05
of the LGBTQ plus community within the US banking sector,
13:10
having been inspired by work of his younger brother, Peter,
13:13
who was diagnosed with AIDS related complex in nineteen eighty five,
13:18
Peter found an act up, a New York based AIDS
13:21
activist group, and would go on to serve as a
13:24
member of President Bill Clinton's National Task Force on AIDS
13:28
Drug Development. Hey, look great, all of that stuff fine
13:31
and well, but that doesn't absolve you of the bullshit
13:34
you were up to with Epstein. It doesn't absolve you
13:37
of the fact that you were financially enabling this man
13:40
to continue on with his human trafficking and abuse of
13:43
women and girls. In addition to his connections to former
13:48
President Clinton, Staley has held Democrat Party fundraisers at his
13:52
plush New York apartment, said to be a short distance
13:55
from the Guggenheim Museum. Staley's relationship with Epstein been under
14:00
the microscope since revelations about the financier pedophiles sex trafficking
14:05
came to light. He embarked on a professional relationship with
14:09
Epstein in two thousand when he became head of JP
14:12
Morgan's private bank, of which Epstein was a client. So, look,
14:17
he's been around for long enough, he's smart enough to
14:19
know who Epstein was and who Epstein always had been.
14:24
Yet he chose, like all these other people, to follow
14:27
his greed instead and work with Epstein, all because he
14:30
wanted to make more money. Pretty pathetic, isn't it. Epstein
14:36
had been charged with sex crimes and pleaded guilty in
14:39
two thousand and eight to solicitation of prostitution. A report
14:42
by The New York Times in twenty nineteen revealed our
14:46
compliance officers that JP Morgan Chase conducted a sweep of
14:50
their wealthy clients in two thousand and nine. However, he
14:54
remained a JP Morgan client until twenty thirteen. Well that's
14:58
because they didn't care. It's all about appearances, right. Oh,
15:01
we'll make pretend we're gonna sweep these clients out. We're
15:04
gonna make pretend we're gonna come in here and get
15:07
rid of all of our scumbags. But the reality is this,
15:11
those scumbag criminals are such a huge cog in the
15:14
machine that they can't get rid of them. They can't
15:17
purge them. Staley also admitted he maintained contact with Epstein,
15:22
who died in a New York prison cell in twenty
15:25
and nineteen, for seven years after his two thousand and
15:28
eight conviction. He said his last contact with Epstein was
15:32
Fall of twenty fifteen, when he and his wife sell
15:35
to Epstein's private island for lunch. Imagine, let me sell
15:39
to this child molester's private island and let's have a
15:42
boloney sandwich. That trip occurred shortly before he joined Barclays.
15:49
He said he had no contact with Epstein once he
15:51
joined the bank in December of twenty and fifteen. I
15:54
don't believe that, not for one second. Barclays say. The
15:59
Finance Conduct Authority probe into Staley's links to Epstein makes
16:03
no finding that he saw or was aware of any
16:07
of Epstein's alleged crimes. Speaking in February last year, Staley said,
16:12
for sure, with hindsight, with what we know now, I
16:15
deeply regret having any relationship with Jeffrey. You deeply regret now, Huh,
16:22
you knew back then. What you regret, like everybody else,
16:26
is that you were caught, that you were called out.
16:28
That's what you really regret. A wealthy financier pedophile. Epstein
16:34
was found dead in a New York prison in August
16:36
of twenty nineteen, while awaiting trial on allegations that he
16:41
trafficked girls as young as fourteen for sex. All right, folks,
16:45
well there it is the update on Jess Staley, what's
16:48
going on down in the Virgin Islands, and some odds
16:51
and ends surrounding the whole situation. If you'd like to
16:55
contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kupuci at
16:59
protonmel dot that's bo bb Y c apu Cci at
17:05
proton mail dot com. You can also find me on
17:08
Twitter at bo bby underscore c ap u Cci. The
17:14
link that I discussed can be found in the description
17:17
box Onnicles. One of the more ridiculous claims in the
17:22
new legal filings by Prince Andrew is him actually trying
17:27
to tell us that him and Glain Maxwell weren't homies.
17:31
It is one of the most absurd claims I've heard
17:34
in quite some time, and folks, we've heard them all
17:38
since we've been following this case. But Prince Andrew is
17:42
adamant in these court filings that him and Glain Maxwell,
17:45
you know, they were just casual friends, you know, pass
17:48
you by in the bar, give you a nod of
17:50
the head as you're going to get a pint and
17:52
keep it moving type friends. I guess meanwhile, the facts
17:56
tell a completely different story. Tonight, we're going to talk
17:59
about an article from The Mirror that points to nine
18:02
different times Glenn Maxwell and Prince Andrew we're looking pretty chummy.
18:08
But we're also going to discuss an article from the
18:11
New York Post about Jess Staley before we even dive
18:15
in about Prince Andrew and his cozy relationship with Glen Maxwell. Now,
18:22
Jess Staley is well, I guess I should say was
18:26
one of the most powerful men in the financial world.
18:30
This dude was the gatekeeper over at JP Morgan for
18:35
a very very long time. He ran the investment banking
18:39
division over at JP Morgan, and that is where all
18:43
of the big shots come, you know, to do their
18:46
wieling and dealing with their money. They come in and
18:49
you know, these guys manage the money for them, make
18:52
transactions whatever it may be. This is what the division
18:56
is there for. And Jess Staley was the guy who
18:59
was the big shot over there, mister head honcho, mister
19:03
dude in charge, and him and Jeffrey Epstein were really close.
19:07
Another one of those relationships that doesn't get the kind
19:11
of spotlight that it deserves. And it certainly does deserve
19:15
a whole lot of spotlight, just like the situation with
19:17
Leon Black. When you have somebody like Jeffrey Epstein and
19:21
he has access to movers and shakers like this in
19:24
the financial world, what are we supposed to think when
19:28
these people are lobbying for him, when these people are
19:31
giving them one hundred and fifty eight million dollars for
19:34
I'm using air quotes right now, folks advice, What are
19:37
we supposed to think that it's all on the up
19:40
and up, that these guys are just you know, chums
19:43
and they're hanging out having a chat like the rest
19:45
of us over you know, Crispy Taco Night. Nobody's buying it.
19:50
Nobody believes that bs. And I'm not gonna sit here
19:53
and tell you that, you know, there's a room full
19:56
of six people who are sitting around, you know, controlling
19:59
the world or any anything like that. I'll leave that
20:01
to other people. That's out of my lane. But what
20:04
I will tell you is this, people like Jess Staley,
20:07
people like Leon Black, those people really hold the keys.
20:11
If you're in control of the financial world, if you're
20:14
in the in control of the way of you know,
20:18
the money is moving through the banking system. That would
20:22
give you a lot of power, wouldn't it. And when
20:24
you have some of the biggest people in the world
20:28
in this industry hanging out with Epstein and facilitating his
20:34
financial malfeasance, what are we supposed to say. Are we
20:37
just supposed to just say forget it, turn our heads
20:40
and say, ah, no big deal. Usually that's what we
20:42
would do, right if it was just the usual stealing
20:45
and evading taxes and all of that jazz, shrug our
20:48
shoulders and move on. We have bigger problems. All of
20:50
us got to feed our families and we got to
20:53
continue to pay the poor people's tax right. But they
20:56
messed up. They're really messed up. When they thought that
20:59
they were going to get over on us with this one,
21:01
when they thought that the Jeffrey Epstein stuff was just
21:03
gonna blow over and everybody was gonna forget about it.
21:07
That's not the case. Nobody's forgetting about it. People want answers,
21:12
and people like this who were connected to Epstein, who
21:16
were lobbying for him at a huge firm like JP
21:20
Morgan should be held to account. And I know he
21:23
lost his job at Barclays, right that's a good first step.
21:26
But why haven't we had a real look into the
21:29
financials here? You mean to tell me all of the
21:32
financial transactions Epstein was moving through this bank. We're on
21:36
the up and up. We already know that's not the case.
21:39
We've already seen the finds that these banks have got
21:41
slapped with for their malfeasance, for not respecting the fence
21:46
in process. But none of these bankers, the men in charge,
21:51
the women in charge, the people at the top, when
21:54
do any of them get held accountable. Nobody goes to prison.
21:58
None of these people ever go to prison. And that's
22:00
because they're the ones that are holding the bag. And
22:04
we all know what happens when a president gets elected
22:07
in America, inevitably, his whole entire cabinet, transition staff, all
22:12
of it is filled with people from the financial sector.
22:15
And then you wonder why the wheel just continues to
22:18
go around and round. All right, So we're going to
22:22
talk about this article real quick from the New York
22:25
Post and Jess Staley. It's a relatively short article. That's
22:28
why we're doing it at the top end here of
22:30
this episode and not doing an episode for this article alone.
22:34
I don't think there's any point in doing an eleven
22:36
minute episode, So we'll just tack it on here and
22:39
then we'll add the other article right here to the
22:42
back end. This article was authored by Lydia moynihan and
22:50
it was posted in the New York Post headline oust
22:53
did Barclay CEO Jess Staley reportedly backed Epstein at JP Morgan.
22:59
I mean, it's just crazy. JP Morgan's like this gigantic house,
23:03
you know, big time financial institution, and this is the
23:09
sort of stuff they're really getting up to when all
23:11
of the nonsense and you know, the curtains are pulled
23:15
back and you peel their face off when they're talking
23:18
about how woke they are or whatever. Really what they're
23:21
doing is they're trying to refocus all of our energy
23:25
and all of our oh you know, rage, if you will,
23:29
at each other as opposed to them. And they got
23:33
a good glimpse of what was going on during Occupy
23:36
Wall Street, and they understood that there was a ground
23:39
swell coming against them, so they changed their tactics. Meaning
23:42
Corporate America right, and places like JP Morgan and these
23:45
banking institutions, let's put on a friendlier face. But just
23:49
because they say that that's what they are, Just because
23:52
they say that they're you know, hipped to the Times,
23:55
we all know that BS walks right. It's a lot
24:00
of BS from these companies because when you look at
24:02
the way they conduct business, it's the same old or
24:06
even worse than usual. Recently, oust did Barclay CEO Jess
24:12
Staley went to bat for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein
24:16
when he ran the investment banking division at JP Morgan.
24:19
According to a report, JP Morgan was examining whether to
24:23
boot Epstein as a client because of his thirteen month
24:26
prison sentence tied to soliciting sex from a minor, meaning
24:30
having sex with an underage girl. Soliciting sex from a minor.
24:33
What an absolutely ridiculous charge, An absolutely ridiculous charge. There's
24:38
no such thing as soliciting sex from a minor. You're
24:43
committing you know, if under a certain age, you're committing
24:47
a rape, statutory rape at the very least. But Staley,
24:57
who ran the Giant's investment bank, argue that Epstein at
25:00
paid his debt to society and should remain a client.
25:02
According to the report Wednesday in the Financial Times, I mean, yeah,
25:06
he really paid his debt to society. Hunh folks had
25:09
to check into the jail for a couple hours a day,
25:11
was able to run around, still conduct business, go to
25:14
his office, and, according to some survivors, continue to abuse
25:17
people while there was a sheriff on duty. But nah,
25:20
nothing was a miss down there in Palm Beach either.
25:23
I mean, really, he paid his debt to society. Huh.
25:26
There's not enough punishment on this planet for this dude
25:30
to repay his debt to society and forget that his
25:34
debt to these survivors. Staley's efforts came after Epstein was
25:40
convicted in two thousand and eight. According to the ft JP,
25:44
Morgan eventually severed its relationship with Epstein in twenty and thirteen,
25:48
the same year Staley departed the JPM for a new
25:52
job at the Hedge Fund at a hedge fund, before
25:55
rising to run Barclays in twenty and fifteen. Now, I
26:00
guess it's just another coincidence, right, That's what people want
26:03
to That's what they'll tell you. Oh, it's just another coincidence. Me.
26:06
I don't know what to call it. Sure are a
26:09
lot of coincidences in this case. Camera's not pointing at
26:12
the jail cell he happens to leave in twenty thirteen,
26:15
right when the relationship with Epstein ends. You know, just
26:18
a coincidence, I guess, folks, But really what's going on
26:21
here is you see the correlation the relationship with Epstein
26:26
and Jess Staley. It was a tight one and Staley
26:30
was a huge, huge deal when it comes to making
26:32
the money move. Staley's support for Epstein at JP Morgan
26:37
underscores his long standing ties to the disgraced financier pedophile
26:42
and how he advocated on Epstein's behalf well before it
26:45
resulted in Staley's exit from Barclay's late last year. In November,
26:50
report surface that Staley and Epstein had exchanged around twelve
26:53
hundred emails during Staley's thirty year tenure at JP Morgan.
26:57
Some emails revealed questionable and on explained phrases like snow white,
27:01
according to the Ft and we talked about this too,
27:04
snow white. I mean, look, you can delve into a
27:08
lot of different things when you're talking about code words
27:12
and find yourself down a lot of rabbit holes. But
27:15
they're obviously using some kind of code here, Okay, Now,
27:18
I'm not one of the wind talkers. I'm not gonna
27:20
sit here and tell you, Oh, I've I got my
27:22
little decoder ring out of the cheerio box and I
27:24
figured it all out. But they're obviously up to something.
27:28
Staley stepped down from Barclays in November after he reviewed
27:32
initial findings from a probe by UK regulators into whether
27:35
he had mischaracterized his relationship with Epstein as purely professional.
27:40
According to the FT, Staley is contesting the findings. JP
27:45
Morgan declined to comment to the FT. A spokesman for
27:48
Staley also declined to comment. Shocking, right, and they'll get
27:52
away with it. Nobody will hand these people no way.
27:54
They're too busy covering covering the Stormy Daniels case. Staley
28:00
stated his relationship with Epstein fizzled following the banker's departure
28:03
from JP Morgan. And that's an ongoing theme too, right, Oh,
28:07
our relationship fizzled, Our relationship ended, shocking, But even after
28:12
he left the bank, helmed by Jamie Diamond, he visited
28:15
Epstein at his private island in the Caribbean, Little Saint James,
28:19
according to reports, And I you know, Jamie Diamond will
28:21
never get called on the carpet for this either. Never. He's,
28:25
you know, one of the golden boys for all of
28:27
the political class. Remember, folks, who's holding the bag here?
28:30
It ain't you? Well you think your one hundred two
28:33
hundred dollars donation to insert politician here is moving the needle.
28:37
They're not accepting your call when you call their office,
28:39
are they? You're getting a staffer? You think Jamie Diamond
28:43
gets a staffer if he calls the office of whatever
28:46
politician he's looking to talk to. Staley worked at Blue
28:50
Mountain Capital from twenty and thirteen to twenty and fifteen,
28:54
before nabbing the top job at Barclays in twenty and fifteen. Meanwhile,
28:59
Epstein began working with Deutsche Bank in twenty thirteen, according
29:03
to the FT, after being cut off by JP Morgan
29:06
following Staley's departure from JP Morgan. Epstein died in twenty
29:11
nineteen in prison as he awaited trial on charges he's
29:15
sex trafficked miners. Now Deutsche Bank is just a den
29:19
of scum and villainy, and they've been slapped with so
29:22
many fines that it's not even funny. And now my
29:25
question is how many people have they hit with the
29:27
poor people tax? And what I mean by the poor
29:30
people tax is the inflated rates of borrowing the finance rates.
29:37
How many people have they absolutely hammered with a twenty
29:40
percent rate on a car for a piece of garbage
29:43
car that's hardly gonna last. These people are just gross, honestly,
29:49
at this level. When we're talking about this level of
29:51
banker and the way they conduct themselves, you think they
29:54
care about the survivors or that Jeffrey Epstein was a
29:58
convicted sex offender. He brought more money to their pockets,
30:01
more prestige, opened, some more doors, had some more relationships
30:05
built for them, And like I always say, with people
30:09
like this, the means always justifies the ends. And to
30:13
the rest of us, we look around and we just
30:15
shake our heads, like, really, one's enough enough. Don't you
30:17
people have enough money? Don't you have enough power? But
30:21
for them the answer is always no. Now. Jess Staley
30:25
is somebody I've been talking about for a long time,
30:27
and before the pandemic, I said that he was in
30:30
big trouble back then, and it took a little while. Obviously,
30:34
Barclays was trying to write the ship If you will
30:38
during the pandemic, and didn't want to upset the apple cart,
30:42
but the writing was on the wall, and it's no
30:44
shock to me that he's out, especially considering we know
30:47
how much deeper his relationship with Epstein went then they
30:50
even let on. So that's where we're at with Jess
30:53
Staley and the situation he finds himself in. Currently. Now
30:59
onto our next article from The Mirror. This article was
31:04
authored by Alana Kindred, headlined nine times Prince Andrew and
31:09
Ghlainne Maxwell looked like good pals as he denies closeness. Now,
31:14
we talked about this a little bit earlier. What a
31:17
ridiculous claim. How are you gonna say to anybody that
31:19
you and Ghlaine Maxwell weren't close. It's so ridiculous that
31:23
his lawyers would even add this. I just don't even
31:26
know what to say about it, Honestly, Prince strongly as
31:30
excuse me, Prince Andrew is strongly denied he was close
31:33
friends with now convicted sex trafficker Gallayne Maxwell. At least
31:37
they got it right and called her a convicted sex
31:38
trafficker here, that's a good start. The Duke of York's
31:42
reported attempt to distance himself from Maxwell comes as he
31:45
has demanded a trial by combat, I mean a trial
31:47
by Jerry, denying to a New York court a catalog
31:51
of sex abuse allegations brought by his accuser, Virginia Roberts.
31:56
So obviously that was the first salvo for him answering
32:00
these accusations and giving us this ridiculousness that we're talking
32:05
about still tonight. On December twenty ninth, Maxwell sixty, was
32:09
found guilty of offenses relating to her work as a
32:12
fixer for the Duke's associate Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile
32:16
and billionaire. She faces up to sixty five years in prison.
32:20
So couple things, Duke's associate Jeffrey Epstein, There were both
32:24
of the Duke's associates, okay, and I would say that
32:27
he was probably closer to gleainn Maxwell than he was
32:30
to Epstein. Even let's remember Glaiine Maxwell was the gatekeeper
32:33
to the social Roberts claims that Epstein and Maxwell made
32:37
her have sex with the Duke three times when she
32:39
was seventeen, including once in London. Prince Andrew, who has
32:43
always strongly denied the allegations, but up until now it
32:47
was a very generic version of denial, right, well, he
32:51
dropped his formal denial, and I guess you can see
32:54
why he kept generic for so long, because he has
32:57
nothing to go on. In an eleven page response to
33:00
Miss Roberts lawsuit yesterday, Andrew denied wrongdoing, but he did
33:05
say in this document that he met Epstein in or
33:08
around nineteen ninety nine. The Prince refuted her major claims
33:12
while admitting to befriending Epstein, but denied he was ever
33:17
a close pal of British socialite Maxwell trafficker Maxwell, you
33:21
mean and again, absolutely ridiculous, ludicrous, moronic, stupid, gaslighting, whatever
33:28
you want to call it. It's all of that. Because
33:31
we know it's not the case. We've seen the pictures.
33:34
The Duke sixty one said it was not true, and
33:37
he was that it was not true that he was
33:39
a frequent guest of Epstein's various homes around the world,
33:43
including New York City, where he sexually abused Virginia Roberts
33:47
at epstein and Maxwell's invitation when she was a minor.
33:51
Andrew's strenuous denials of not being close with Maxwell comes
33:54
years after the pair have been photographed together on multiple
33:58
occasions around the world. I mean yeah, around the world.
34:02
Everywhere you can imagine. These two have been photographed together.
34:06
They had a long history together, folks. And you don't
34:09
have access to the palace the way she did, or
34:11
to the property the way she did, if you're not
34:13
close to somebody. Epstein and Maxwell at Balmoral. The photo
34:21
of Epstein and Maxwell sitting in the Queen's log cabin
34:24
in glenn Beg, Balmoral was taken in the late summer
34:27
or early autumn of nineteen ninety nine. So there's one
34:30
for you. You know, you got the picture of these
34:32
two at Balamoral. Certainly not a good look for them.
34:38
The next instance, Andrew Maxwell, Donald Trump, and Epstein and
34:42
mar A Lago February two thousand Andrew was photographed with
34:46
Donald Trump and his wife Milania Trump. In the background.
34:49
You see Epstein looking directly at the camera and Maxwell's
34:52
face is scene peering into the frame on the right
34:54
hand side. I mean, we all know that these people
34:57
were all paling around together. It's not even a debate
35:01
at this point. Now we don't know exactly the specific
35:07
roles of every single person involved, but we do know
35:10
anyone that was hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein, knew what
35:14
he was about, knew that he was not a normal guy.
35:18
And if you were hanging out with him after the
35:19
first conviction, you knew he was a convicted sex offender.
35:23
Andrew and Maxwell at Ascot Prince Andrew and Maxwell attended
35:27
the Royal Ascot in June two thousand. They were photographed
35:30
with Epstein, another one of the Duke's former girlfriends, Carolyn
35:33
Neville and her husband Edward Stanley. Andrew and Maxwell leaving
35:38
the wedding of a former girlfriend. September two thousand, the
35:41
Duke attended the wedding of his former girlfriend or really
35:44
a cecial with Maxwell. The pair arrived together, but walked
35:47
in separately, according to reports at the time. I mean, look,
35:51
all of these different examples are just more evidence of
35:56
the BS he was trying to run on us. This
36:00
one Andrew and Maxwell partying at a Halloween party. The
36:03
pair were photographed together at supermodel Heidi klums Halloween party
36:07
in October of two thousand. Now, remember how close they
36:10
were at this point in time. And now Andrew will
36:12
tell you, oh, well, we weren't close, So what are
36:14
you doing at the hookers in the Pimps and Hose party,
36:18
Hookers and Pimps theme bash at the Hudson Hotel, because
36:21
that's what you were doing at the Halloween party with
36:24
at how he Clum's Halloween party. So you're there with Maxwell,
36:28
but you're not close, you don't know her. You just
36:30
go to a hookers and pimps party, Pimps and hose party.
36:35
I mean when I worked in the joint here in
36:37
Las Vegas, those parties were wild, absolutely insane types of
36:42
parties invited on a shooting weekend at Sandringham. Photos from
36:48
December two thousand have shown Maxwell and Epstein on a
36:51
pheasant shoot with Andrew. They spent the weekend in Norfolk
36:54
at the Sandringham estate. Andrew spoke to the BBC News
36:57
Night in twenty and nineteen about his links to EBST,
37:00
and when he was asked about that weekend, he said,
37:02
it was a straightforward shooting weekend. Whatever that means. Anyone
37:06
want to explain to the rest of us what that
37:08
means a straight forward shooting weekend. What you have bent
37:11
shooting weekends, crooked shooting weekends. What is a straightforward shooting weekend?
37:17
Andrew photographed with Roberts and Maxwell in London. Now we
37:20
all know about this photograph. I'm not even gonna go
37:23
into it. Maxwell and Kevin Spacey's tour of the Palace.
37:28
So we know Kevin Spacey and Maxwell had a tour
37:30
of the palace, got the pictures, the whole line. So again,
37:34
how are you going to tell us that you're not
37:36
close with Glene Maxwell? And then finally for this article,
37:40
but certainly not the last time they were hanging out
37:42
Andrew Maxwell, Epstein, and Harvey Weinstein at Andrew's daughter Beatrice's
37:47
birthday in two thousand and six. Beatrice's eighteenth birthday party
37:51
was held at Windsor Castle. Photos published in The Sun
37:54
on Sunday shows now convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein with
37:58
Epstein and Maxwell about the three stooges, the three gross
38:03
disgusting morons. Maxwell wore a feathered mask as she smiled,
38:07
and photos taken at the bash that was attended by
38:09
some four hundred guests. Epstein was being investigated by US
38:13
authorities at the time he attended the party. Two months later,
38:16
he was issued a warrant for sexual assault of a minor.
38:19
You mean to tell me that nobody warned the Prince.
38:21
Nobody in the Foreign Affairs Office called over and said, hey, look, dude,
38:25
Jeffrey Epstein's sick. Fuck boys, what are you guys doing?
38:30
Maybe they didn't, but I'll tell you what. Either way,
38:33
what's Prince Andrew doing? I mean, here's an idea, why
38:36
don't you google the people you're hanging out with. During
38:41
a newsnight interview in twenty nineteen, Andrew claimed he didn't
38:44
know about the proceedings and that Epstein had attended because
38:47
he had invited Maxwell. So again, he says in the interview,
38:50
he invited Maxwell, but all of a sudden, him and
38:53
Epstein were the close ones. None of it makes sense,
38:56
all right, The whole story he's pitching, and this whole
38:59
entire line that him and Maxwell weren't close might be
39:03
what sinks him here. And that's why I wanted to
39:05
focus on this again tonight. Pretty sure Judge Kaplan's going
39:08
to take a look at this and say the same
39:10
thing I'm saying. What are you talking about, buddy? I
39:12
see the evidence here. You were obviously close to her,
39:15
and if you can't be truthful about the very basics,
39:19
the small little nuance, then you're definitely not being truthful
39:23
about the overall story either. So that's where it's at
39:26
with Prince Andrew. And when you look at the rebuttal
39:32
he put forward here, it is absolutely ridiculous. And for
39:36
him and his legal team, I mean, maybe they were
39:39
excited when they put that together. They all had a toast,
39:42
maybe clanked a couple of glasses, thought they did a
39:45
good job. But boys, tell you what, barely getting a
39:50
C grade here and lucky to get that because this
39:55
whole entire response was not the right way to go
39:58
about it in my opinion. Anyway, I guess we'll have
40:01
to see. We'll come back and we'll check this episode
40:05
after all is said and done, and we'll see if
40:07
I was close to the mark or not. But so far,
40:10
when we're talking about these people and the way they've
40:13
gone about defending themselves, this has not been the right
40:16
way to do it. They've all failed, and I would
40:19
expect to see Prince Andrew fail as well if he
40:21
keeps this up. Especially so tomorrow morning we'll pick back
40:25
up and we'll see what's going on with Maxwell and
40:28
Epstein and Andrew and the rest of them. And you know
40:32
that we're going to have a couple of curves in
40:34
the road, if you will, and some more bumps before
40:38
we get to the end here, because there is so
40:42
much more we do not know. For everything that we
40:44
do know, there's a ton more that we don't know,
40:47
and every day more becomes available, and as we get
40:50
more document dumps and more things are unsealed, hopefully we'll
40:55
get more information and the picture will become more clear.
41:00
All right, everybody that's gonna do it for tonight. I
41:02
will be back tomorrow morning with a morning update. Obviously
41:07
some context episodes come in your way in the meantime,
