- 0:53Speaker 3: The fuck.

- 0:57Speaker 1: there's a couple of different lingos, and that's one of
- 1:01Speaker 1: them that gets on my damn nerve.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Because hurry up and spit it out, bitch.
- 1:06Speaker 5: Speak.
- 1:07Speaker 3: How was your weekend?
- 1:08Speaker 1: So how was your weekend?
- 1:10Speaker 3: Me?
- 1:10Speaker 1: First, me, First, I ain't do shit that y'all left
- 1:13Speaker 1: the house. Okay, I've been inside fuck around with our
- 1:17Speaker 1: videos and stuff. So I've been working.
- 1:19Speaker 4: How was your weekend?
- 1:21Speaker 2: My weekend was cool. I just I actually didn't get
- 1:24Speaker 2: here till yesterday. So I was still in Charlotte over
- 1:27Speaker 2: the weekend and I was staying with my best friend,
- 1:31Speaker 2: but then she got COVID. So then I went to
- 1:33Speaker 2: a hotel and that was just the best thing. It
- 1:36Speaker 2: was free breakfast every morning. I didn't have to eat
- 1:38Speaker 2: cheerios and shit, I ain't have to hear no crying babies,
- 1:42Speaker 2: even though I love my guy kids, don't get me wrong,
- 1:44Speaker 2: but it was nice to and I wasn't on no
- 1:46Speaker 2: air mattress no more. So I just enjoyed those couple
- 1:50Speaker 2: of days in the hotel. And then I flew in
- 1:52Speaker 2: yesterday to La You guys, I just got here, and
- 1:55Speaker 2: I really was tired because I was up drinking Saturday
- 1:58Speaker 2: night and then I flew out Sunday morning, shame. So
- 2:01Speaker 2: when I got here, I was just exhausted. So I
- 2:04Speaker 2: pretty much checked in and and relaxed the rest of
- 2:08Speaker 2: the day.
- 2:08Speaker 3: I didn't do anything. So my my accent is like
- 2:12Speaker 3: so fake, like for our and then here we are ship.
- 2:21Speaker 1: It's supposed to another tropical storm is supposed to be
- 2:23Speaker 1: on the way, So I mean I'm in, I'm in
- 2:27Speaker 1: the house. I might go to Costco. That's your face,
- 2:32Speaker 1: because it's right down the street. That's why.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Yeah, y'all, I think I'm about to go. Like, there's
- 2:37Speaker 2: a Saphora down the street from me. I might go
- 2:39Speaker 2: get me a little part time job there, just so
- 2:41Speaker 2: I can make some money until Yeah, back to the
- 2:45Speaker 2: back to the old trenches, y'all know that's my family.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I used to work there a long time ago. Let
- 2:50Speaker 2: me get some gratis. Shout out to all my Sphori
- 2:52Speaker 2: girlies and guys and days. Girl.
- 2:56Speaker 1: It's a it's a matt counter here in them all.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Don't nobody even work there, like you. It's there, but
- 3:02Speaker 1: it's never anybody there.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Like. Actually, remember how important MAC was in the early
- 3:08Speaker 2: two thousands. If you didn't have some lip glass, what
- 3:12Speaker 2: was you doing with your lips, bitch? Because old baby,
- 3:15Speaker 2: old baby, that ship was so thick thick.
- 3:23Speaker 3: You put that ship off and after about two hour.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Mosquitoes sticking to that little white line, right, you got
- 3:28Speaker 1: wipe that ship off. What is it, old baby? I
- 3:35Speaker 1: still got a tube of old baby. That's your probably
- 3:38Speaker 1: really yeah, yeah, if I put it on in my
- 3:41Speaker 1: lip might breakout because I definitely still have like some
- 3:44Speaker 1: makeup from Tea I Shadow Palace.
- 3:47Speaker 3: I do not throw them away. I do not throw
- 3:50Speaker 3: them out.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Yeah, so the weekend was uneventful. It's uh, it's a
- 3:54Speaker 1: great day to day though, And let's get it get
- 3:57Speaker 1: into the sin stupid Internet. I'm gonna change it from internet.
- 4:02Speaker 1: So stupid internet.
- 4:05Speaker 3: All right.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Carisha Police came out with season two and we definitely
- 4:09Speaker 2: were like Carrisha pleased with this episode because girl.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I season one only had five episodes. Okay, really she
- 4:17Speaker 1: really finessing the podcast. Yes, so many episodes did you
- 4:20Speaker 1: see in season one?
- 4:21Speaker 3: I don't know, but they did numbers. They did numbers.
- 4:24Speaker 2: All her episodes did really big words and she started
- 4:28Speaker 2: her season two with her story is who better to
- 4:31Speaker 2: interview her than Saucy C and ten and her bestie?
- 4:34Speaker 2: But I just did not I you know, I ran
- 4:36Speaker 2: to watch it.
- 4:36Speaker 3: But I didn't get nothing.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Did you feel like it was like, ooh, she shared
- 4:40Speaker 2: some you know something that we didn't realize already. We
- 4:47Speaker 2: know you and JT ain't like that no more. We
- 4:50Speaker 2: know y'all probably still love each other, but it just
- 4:52Speaker 2: ain't what it used to be. We know you're gonna
- 4:54Speaker 2: stick beside Diddy because you ain't saying shit all this time.
- 4:58Speaker 1: And out she says she not with him, so I
- 5:01Speaker 1: mean she probably at gonna just discard him. But as
- 5:04Speaker 1: far as the relationship, she at this point is self perseverance,
- 5:09Speaker 1: So I wouldn't want to attach myself to that shit either. Okay,
- 5:13Speaker 1: she's a smart girl for that. And like she said,
- 5:16Speaker 1: they both used each other, so I agree.
- 5:18Speaker 3: With But that's something we all knew, right, didn't we
- 5:20Speaker 3: all know that?
- 5:21Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, I wish you would. I wish they wouldn't
- 5:24Speaker 1: even have talked about JC, y'all. I love jt Okay.
- 5:27Speaker 1: I'm trying to pick sides, but it's I don't know.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I like jt Okay and I feel like they had
- 5:35Speaker 1: already smashed whatever they had going on, let it go.
- 5:41Speaker 1: So they got into it. Yeah, they got into it online,
- 5:43Speaker 1: and I thought they had gotten past it, So for
- 5:45Speaker 1: her to then still mention, you know there, we know, y'all.
- 5:52Speaker 1: We know, y'all, not like that. We could see it.
- 5:54Speaker 1: We could tell. I especially knew when they both was
- 5:57Speaker 1: on the Breakfast Club and I heard how they travel
- 5:59Speaker 1: and from Entourage's makeup artists. They just got there separately,
- 6:03Speaker 1: and she confirmed like they they didn't really see each
- 6:07Speaker 1: other until they got on stage most of the times,
- 6:10Speaker 1: like they just you can tell she lives in Yeah,
- 6:14Speaker 1: she's in Miami. JT's in La. So they just weren't
- 6:19Speaker 1: on the same page with a lot of things. So
- 6:20Speaker 1: I can kind of it's nothing new, Okay. I do
- 6:25Speaker 1: like that she was vulnerable a little bit. I definitely
- 6:29Speaker 1: understand how she says she she was she lost her person.
- 6:33Speaker 2: I imagine, all right, so when we say shit on
- 6:36Speaker 2: this podcast, people be attacking us for our views, imagine
- 6:41Speaker 2: the magnitude that she gets attacked in this next level.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Yeah, you gotta have really you gotta have really thick skin,
- 6:47Speaker 1: and you just got to be on some some fuck
- 6:51Speaker 1: you type shit. You know, I had to tell one person,
- 6:54Speaker 1: there's nobody in this world that can say or do
- 6:57Speaker 1: anything that will appease every time. You can't, right, So
- 7:02Speaker 1: some people whatever I say might resonate with them, and
- 7:04Speaker 1: some people are and that's okay. You're not one of
- 7:08Speaker 1: my people, and that's okay, But I'm not about to
- 7:10Speaker 1: go back and forth with somebody who really, you know,
- 7:14Speaker 1: like you mad her but not to my immediate real life.
- 7:17Speaker 3: You just don't, and they crucified Jesus.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Jesus, So.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Do this, okay, then celebrate her afterwards, you know.
- 7:29Speaker 1: So I don't humans girl bye, Okay. I was sure
- 7:35Speaker 1: the best of luck on all the things she has
- 7:36Speaker 1: going on. I think we know JT was always the rapper.
- 7:42Speaker 1: You know, Karesha hell.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Locked up. She did hold him down.
- 7:49Speaker 2: I hope they can reconcile just enough to be sisters again,
- 7:53Speaker 2: to get back to who they were before the money
- 7:56Speaker 2: and the fame.
- 7:57Speaker 1: I don't think once when certain things happen in relationships,
- 8:00Speaker 1: is no really getting back. I have friends who I
- 8:02Speaker 1: consider family members, right and I don't talk to them anymore.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I still love them, but once certain things happen, is
- 8:09Speaker 1: like it's hard to get back. Like I can never
- 8:12Speaker 1: get on the phone with these bitches and tell them
- 8:13Speaker 1: about my life never again. I don't trust them anymore
- 8:16Speaker 1: in that way. So yeah, I just, you know, you
- 8:20Speaker 1: just deal with them from a distance kind of. So
- 8:22Speaker 1: I don't think that they'll probably never get back to
- 8:24Speaker 1: what they were, but they still consider themselves family. That's
- 8:27Speaker 1: most important, right, So you ain't just you know, undercutting
- 8:31Speaker 1: each other all crazy in the public. Just keep it cordial.
- 8:35Speaker 1: At this point, y'all moving in two different directions, and
- 8:37Speaker 1: it's okay. I think a lot of it is social media, right,
- 8:43Speaker 1: you allow these outside entities to disrupt the relationship you
- 8:48Speaker 1: have with this person that you've known way before the money,
- 8:51Speaker 1: way before the fame, way before anybody really knew y'all,
- 8:55Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. So sometimes you just got
- 8:58Speaker 1: to get back to the basis basics, and they probably
- 9:00Speaker 1: will never get back.
- 9:01Speaker 3: I know, it was funny when she was like who
- 9:03Speaker 3: got left off? Bat and bougie me?
- 9:07Speaker 1: That was funny in hell, that was funny as how
- 9:10Speaker 1: she was. I didn't even know nothing about it. Like now, yeah,
- 9:13Speaker 1: I mean, y'all don't have to do everything together, you
- 9:16Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, Like, even when we talk back,
- 9:18Speaker 1: this is a platform that both of us should be
- 9:21Speaker 1: able to make next steps off of. Right, Everything does
- 9:26Speaker 1: not have to be a group effort. Okay, this is
- 9:31Speaker 1: a stepping stone for the both of us. So I mean,
- 9:35Speaker 1: that's just how they have to look at us so
- 9:37Speaker 1: they can move on and be okay with each other,
- 9:41Speaker 1: or I mean, at this point, be okay with you.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Well, I'm going to order Kresha. Uh what is it called?
- 9:47Speaker 2: Richa Roulet?
- 9:48Speaker 3: Part two?
- 9:50Speaker 4: The first one.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Questions.
- 9:53Speaker 2: I was like, these young millennials is off the motherfucking
- 9:56Speaker 2: Chaine because a lot of this stuff do not align
- 9:58Speaker 2: with my spirit and I I've never gon like it
- 10:01Speaker 2: was one question like fucking your mama boyfriend or something
- 10:04Speaker 2: like that.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:07Speaker 1: That Priscilla has that game and we played it and
- 10:09Speaker 1: it's like a lot of the cars are the same thing.
- 10:11Speaker 1: It's like very repetitious. It's the same content on each card.
- 10:16Speaker 1: It's like it's just it's easy. Like I wonder what
- 10:21Speaker 1: the second one is gonna be, Like, I hope she
- 10:24Speaker 1: adds like, you know a little bit more substance.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, but she balling, bitch.
- 10:30Speaker 1: We need to come up with a uh.
- 10:33Speaker 3: We talked back the card game. Yes, yeah, that sound fun.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Let's make it up or shut the fuck up. Oh yeah,
- 10:40Speaker 3: we shut the fuck up.
- 10:41Speaker 1: We talked.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Yeah, that'll create that soon, all right. So I don't
- 10:52Speaker 2: know if y'all saw this, but I thought this was interesting.
- 10:56Speaker 2: This black male waiter from a restaurant followed a Patriot
- 11:00Speaker 2: and that he had just served outside because she did
- 11:03Speaker 2: not provide a tip for him, and he basically confronted
- 11:06Speaker 2: her at her car about not leaving.
- 11:09Speaker 3: Him a tip. And I was looking at that, like,
- 11:12Speaker 3: what in the entire fuck is happening in the United
- 11:14Speaker 3: States right now? Girl?
- 11:18Speaker 1: I could not imagine. That wasn't even the scary part
- 11:21Speaker 1: for me, right, It's the comments in the post that
- 11:27Speaker 1: are that's more scary to me, because a lot of
- 11:29Speaker 1: people thought he was okay and justified in following a
- 11:33Speaker 1: woman from his job to her car and confronting her
- 11:38Speaker 1: for not tipping him, like, sir, take it up with
- 11:41Speaker 1: your manager if you're not making.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Enough, right, or go get a different job.
- 11:44Speaker 1: A lot of people, yeah, a lot of people will saying, oh,
- 11:46Speaker 1: you shouldn't eat out if you can't tip, you know,
- 11:50Speaker 1: come on, man. On top of a regular eighteen to
- 11:54Speaker 1: twenty five percent tip, a lot of these restaurants have
- 11:57Speaker 1: added extra service fees and shit like that onto your
- 12:01Speaker 1: bill automatically since COVID, nobody has rolled anything back that
- 12:05Speaker 1: they implemented after COVID. Okay, COVID is essentially over now,
- 12:10Speaker 1: but we are stuck with a lot of, uh, just
- 12:14Speaker 1: different things. People are a price sclengon on every goddamn thing.
- 12:17Speaker 1: So you mean to tell me, if I want to
- 12:18Speaker 1: eat out and I can only afford my meal, I
- 12:21Speaker 1: can't afford the extra to tip. You're saying stay home.
- 12:24Speaker 3: That's how people are didn't say it. I think I'm saying.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Yeah, and I assume maybe they're in the service industry.
- 12:31Speaker 1: I've never actually been in the service industry outside of
- 12:33Speaker 1: working in my family's restaurant, which wouldn't require tip because
- 12:36Speaker 1: it's like get your food and gold type shit. But
- 12:41Speaker 1: first of all, maybe his service wasn't that great. Her
- 12:44Speaker 1: thing to him was, you know, I didn't have any cash.
- 12:48Speaker 1: He was like, oh, I got cash.
- 12:49Speaker 3: App excuse me, I got pepper spring. Get away from
- 12:52Speaker 3: my car, because why are you out here with me?
- 12:56Speaker 2: You are neglecting to see you He probably had bad
- 12:59Speaker 2: service because I'm sure you got some tables right now
- 13:01Speaker 2: that you neglected to be outside with me asking for money.
- 13:05Speaker 3: No, that's now.
- 13:08Speaker 1: If that weren't my employee, find yeah, because how dare you?
- 13:11Speaker 3: Here's the thing I understand.
- 13:13Speaker 2: Tipping is proper etiquette in the United States, right it is,
- 13:18Speaker 2: But in the event that there is no tip, you
- 13:21Speaker 2: are not entitled to that. The only thing that you
- 13:23Speaker 2: are entitled to is your minimum wage salary that the
- 13:26Speaker 2: restaurant pays. That is the only thing you're entitled to. Now,
- 13:31Speaker 2: is it sucky if someone doesn't leave you a tip tip? Yes,
- 13:35Speaker 2: but they don't owe you that. You can't follow nobody
- 13:37Speaker 2: out to their car to requesting free money. You're essentially begging.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Now you're outside begging.
- 13:44Speaker 1: And it was really weird, and you're a grown ass
- 13:46Speaker 1: man rolling up on a woman at night time, like
- 13:49Speaker 1: I'm sorry, sir, I probably like would have put my
- 13:52Speaker 1: pistol on my lap or something in his face, like
- 13:54Speaker 1: GIFN buy my car because.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Now you got a panhandling you are you outside begging?
- 13:59Speaker 2: Go back to work?
- 14:01Speaker 3: Yeah, you can't do that. Yeah, I understand where he
- 14:03Speaker 3: would want that tip.
- 14:04Speaker 1: That's never okay.
- 14:06Speaker 2: I understand where you want your tips. I get it
- 14:08Speaker 2: because you don't make nothing an hour, and I get it.
- 14:10Speaker 2: But you don't get to do that. You should never
- 14:13Speaker 2: do that follow anybody about a tip.
- 14:15Speaker 3: It's crazy.
- 14:17Speaker 1: That's just like people like doing door dash and uber
- 14:20Speaker 1: eads and Instacart stuff like that. Like there there's been
- 14:23Speaker 1: drivers that would go back to the customer's house, you know,
- 14:27Speaker 1: confronting them for not giving them a tip. So now
- 14:30Speaker 1: what's happening is these big companies, corporations, small business owners,
- 14:33Speaker 1: they're now pitting the employees against the consumer because they're
- 14:38Speaker 1: not paying them enough. Essentially, that's what it is, because
- 14:41Speaker 1: maybe minimum wage for service should be a little bit
- 14:44Speaker 1: more to fill in the gap absolutely, you know, with
- 14:47Speaker 1: the tips. I feel like that if you don't make
- 14:49Speaker 1: enough in tips for that day, there should be some
- 14:51Speaker 1: system in place to where they kind of offset your pay,
- 14:54Speaker 1: right so you can at least get this a good
- 14:57Speaker 1: minimum wage for the evening. Like that should not The
- 15:00Speaker 1: owners should not be on the customer that is.
- 15:03Speaker 3: And then the little bit that they do pay.
- 15:04Speaker 2: People in the services industry they texting the fuck out
- 15:07Speaker 2: of that too, you know.
- 15:09Speaker 1: So yeah, again that's still not just not.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Should not it should not be fair.
- 15:17Speaker 2: To her for saying it, Like I would have felt
- 15:19Speaker 2: compelled to send him some money too, Like are you
- 15:21Speaker 2: going to attack me because you came to my car
- 15:24Speaker 2: he robbed?
- 15:26Speaker 1: Much like, yeah, he's strong on her for real, for real,
- 15:32Speaker 1: Like and you know it, almost people may not this
- 15:35Speaker 1: might sound kind of weird, but it's almost like getting
- 15:39Speaker 1: your kuchie taken, you know what, I'm saying, we talked
- 15:41Speaker 1: a lot about how.
- 15:43Speaker 5: We talked a lot of we've talked.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Listen, We've talked about like things can be a little
- 15:49Speaker 1: things could be a little, ari a little. It's a
- 15:51Speaker 1: little bit, you know what I'm saying, Like you might
- 15:53Speaker 1: do some shit in a moment so you can get
- 15:55Speaker 1: out of this situation. That's what I felt, Like, what's
- 15:58Speaker 1: happening with her?
- 15:58Speaker 3: Like she she.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Probably couldn't believe that that was.
- 16:01Speaker 2: She just sent a cash out, because what's next? If
- 16:03Speaker 2: I say no right here?
- 16:05Speaker 3: This man might hit me? What you know exactly?
- 16:10Speaker 1: So to me, she got robbed.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Because I didn't leave. If I wanted to leave a tip,
- 16:16Speaker 2: I would have done it in the restaurant.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Yeah, like, what are you doing? What are you doing?
- 16:23Speaker 1: Why did you think that was okay? That guy has
- 16:25Speaker 1: mental health issues and she probably shouldn't have played with him.
- 16:29Speaker 1: She did, right, she didn't? She Well, if it was me,
- 16:34Speaker 1: you know, I gotta learn how to de escalate, because
- 16:38Speaker 1: I swear to God.
- 16:40Speaker 3: I would have something that I would have did. I
- 16:43Speaker 3: was like, hold.
- 16:43Speaker 2: On on that, nigga, I'm already in the garbage.
- 16:47Speaker 3: What you gonna do?
- 16:48Speaker 2: He would have been holding on to what I had
- 16:51Speaker 2: would have held on tight because I would have hit
- 16:53Speaker 2: that gas.
- 16:54Speaker 1: So hard that ship is Oh yeah, okay, but listen.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Shout out to everybody in the service industry because that
- 17:03Speaker 2: is hard work and the tips do help out a lot.
- 17:06Speaker 3: You know, I get it, But don't do that. Don't
- 17:08Speaker 3: none of y'all do that no more? Period. Yeah.
- 17:11Speaker 1: That that's like kind of ridiculous. Okay, So now the
- 17:16Speaker 1: internet is in a frenzy. Just a little tad bit.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Tracy Ellis Ross, she posted a picture with some slacks
- 17:24Speaker 1: on and no top hole in her titties. Right. The
- 17:27Speaker 1: first comment I saw about it, it was a guy saying, like,
- 17:32Speaker 1: you know, you down bad at this big age if
- 17:35Speaker 1: you don't have a husband, and it's how you present
- 17:36Speaker 1: on the internet. It was something like that along those lines, right,
- 17:40Speaker 1: And I think either it was today or yes, yesterday
- 17:43Speaker 1: I saw that, But now today another another blog actually
- 17:48Speaker 1: posted it. Says Tracy Ellis Ross sparks online debate about
- 17:52Speaker 1: thirst strapping in your fifties with resurface topless photo. Okay,
- 17:56Speaker 1: so she maybe maybe she didn't just post us people.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Yeah, it's all it's just researching.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Is this pick on Tracy Ellis Ross week. But you
- 18:04Speaker 1: know it's attack on women. You know, we can't do
- 18:07Speaker 1: nothing right and nothing wrong, because if you're young and
- 18:09Speaker 1: posting some shit like that, it's a problem, you know
- 18:13Speaker 1: what I'm saying. If you do it older, it's a problem.
- 18:16Speaker 1: So I don't know, what do you think.
- 18:19Speaker 2: I think her tits look so good. First of all,
- 18:22Speaker 2: she looks amazing first and foremost, and second like it's
- 18:26Speaker 2: her body to do with what with it, what she desires.
- 18:30Speaker 2: She wasn't showing nipples, It wasn't like nasty and who cares.
- 18:34Speaker 2: I just don't see nothing wrong with it. She looks great.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Shout out to Tracy. And I think she looked great
- 18:39Speaker 2: because she ain't married and ain't had no kids, and
- 18:41Speaker 2: it just that energy just preserves you for some reason.
- 18:44Speaker 1: That part, that part, you know, because I mean, let's
- 18:48Speaker 1: let's let's just not act like like relate getting married.
- 18:51Speaker 1: It just it doesn't just complete you. Okay, that is
- 18:54Speaker 1: one part of your life if you happen to do it.
- 18:58Speaker 1: But like we talk all the time, I think that
- 19:01Speaker 1: women do look better single Like I'm sorry, I'm sorry
- 19:06Speaker 1: if you're not in a relationship with the right person.
- 19:09Speaker 1: You'd be looking dragged. I feel like my last relationship,
- 19:13Speaker 1: I looked so old and he would make jokes about
- 19:17Speaker 1: how young he looked. Right, this nigga was literally sucking
- 19:20Speaker 1: my life and it's a real thing. So shout out
- 19:26Speaker 1: to Tracy Ellis Ross. So some of these comments, and
- 19:29Speaker 1: it looks like a lot of them were for women. Okay,
- 19:32Speaker 1: the first one I mentioned was a guy. Here goes
- 19:36Speaker 1: one comment. Someone says she's too old to be thirst trapping.
- 19:39Speaker 1: I realize I don't find shit as deep as y'all do, ever,
- 19:44Speaker 1: because who gives a fuck? That's how I feel. And
- 19:49Speaker 1: it's just a guy. Let me see, he looks like
- 19:52Speaker 1: a guy, big king, big big bic. Okay, he said,
- 19:57Speaker 1: ain't she like fifty? Why she got her to out?
- 20:01Speaker 3: What's wrong with some fifty year old titties being out? Like?
- 20:04Speaker 3: I'm confused. I'm confused.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Her titties look great, she looks excellent, and she feels
- 20:09Speaker 2: confident in her body. And what is she supposed to do?
- 20:12Speaker 2: Not get older and not love herself anymore? Not just
- 20:16Speaker 2: be yourself? Whatever?
- 20:17Speaker 3: That looks like that's annoying because let me trust.
- 20:20Speaker 2: And believe if these titties stay sitting up at fifty
- 20:23Speaker 2: y'all might see you.
- 20:27Speaker 1: I'm not putting my titty. That's not my brand, Like,
- 20:29Speaker 1: that's not on brand for me. Like I'm not gonna
- 20:32Speaker 1: be naked on the internet ever, right, But if there's
- 20:36Speaker 1: two things with that, right, because I have made comments
- 20:40Speaker 1: about people just blanket statements like if you got to
- 20:43Speaker 1: wake up and put your ass on the internet and
- 20:46Speaker 1: then go work and a call, go sit on there
- 20:47Speaker 1: all day long on the call center, like that's something shit.
- 20:51Speaker 1: It's just like every day. Nobody want to see your
- 20:54Speaker 1: ass every foll Maybe do, maybe some people do want
- 20:56Speaker 1: to see your ass every day, but me in particular,
- 20:59Speaker 1: Like I'm really going to unfollow you if I see
- 21:01Speaker 1: your ass.
- 21:02Speaker 2: To my very first earthquake on my very first day here,
- 21:11Speaker 2: that's scary.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I saw it screen shaking too. I started screenshaking, Yo.
- 21:16Speaker 3: That's scared the ship out of me. I want to go.
- 21:24Speaker 1: There's a theory that California and New York will one
- 21:28Speaker 1: day be detached from the rest of America because of
- 21:33Speaker 1: things like that earthquakes and being below sea level and yeah,
- 21:39Speaker 1: y'all motherfuckers might float away. Yo.
- 21:43Speaker 2: My mouth is I want to go hanging open. I've
- 21:47Speaker 2: never felt anything like that before.
- 21:51Speaker 1: You never felt like a little quake before in South Carolina,
- 21:54Speaker 1: I have not like that, not like what that just was.
- 21:59Speaker 1: I heard an alarm going off. Yeah yeah girl, m
- 22:04Speaker 1: m mm hmm. Girls up, So I could go back
- 22:09Speaker 1: to the airport. Look, but back to back to the episode.
- 22:15Speaker 1: So another comment says she she's suddenly too old to
- 22:19Speaker 1: be posting thirst traps. But when women in their twenties
- 22:22Speaker 1: post them, they are called attention seeking whores. Just say
- 22:26Speaker 1: you believe you have the rights of police women. Just
- 22:28Speaker 1: say you are narcissist. You are narcissistic enough to believe
- 22:32Speaker 1: this woman was performing for the male gaze. That could
- 22:36Speaker 1: be a thing. And another guy says this internet had
- 22:41Speaker 1: The Internet has destroyed everything elegant about women. Nobody ever
- 22:47Speaker 1: criticizes men. I mean only thing men really get criticized
- 22:51Speaker 1: by being broke. That's about it. They could do whatever
- 22:55Speaker 1: else they right, Yeah, because depending on how much money
- 23:03Speaker 1: you have, like you can get away with whatever. But
- 23:05Speaker 1: for women it don't matter. Like you got too much money,
- 23:07Speaker 1: oh bitch, don't nobody give a fuck about your degree
- 23:09Speaker 1: or your money.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Fuck you bitch, you.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Don't have no money.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Oh you project ho, get off the project.
- 23:16Speaker 1: I don't know what y'all want. I don't know what
- 23:18Speaker 1: y'all want, but get off of us. And Kirk Franklin
- 23:21Speaker 1: okay said get the.
- 23:23Speaker 3: Fuck up off of it. Yeah, Kirk.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Kirk Franklin was just on Cam Newton's podcast this week,
- 23:34Speaker 1: and you know, he was talking about how marriage has
- 23:39Speaker 1: been weaponized in Western civilization because here Tracy Ellis Ross
- 23:44Speaker 1: is an example. She's a fifty year old woman with
- 23:46Speaker 1: no children, has never been wed. She's attached to a
- 23:49Speaker 1: couple men, you know, throughout years for fifty like a
- 23:52Speaker 1: couple guys maybe, and you know she's being shamed for
- 23:57Speaker 1: having never been married and having never had children. Kirk
- 24:01Speaker 1: Franklin was talking to Cam Newton about this and he
- 24:03Speaker 1: did say marriage is a necessary distraction. I remember t
- 24:07Speaker 1: I was saying how his marriage was a distraction. TI.
- 24:11Speaker 1: You are where you are because of the energy of
- 24:14Speaker 1: time in Let's be very fucking clear. So when y'all men,
- 24:18Speaker 1: you know, you're trying to figure out, okay, what what
- 24:20Speaker 1: what is? What do men get out of marriage? Everything?
- 24:24Speaker 1: You get everything out of marriage? Everything? Okay, So when
- 24:29Speaker 1: you're trying to take your life to the next level.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Consider getting a wife. How about that? So it is
- 24:34Speaker 1: a necessary distraction, is what he's saying. A lot of jobs,
- 24:39Speaker 1: a lot of positions. People don't even want to see
- 24:42Speaker 1: y'all ass single as a man, Like where's your wife?
- 24:45Speaker 2: Right?
- 24:47Speaker 3: You could be the preacher of a church.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Well, now they got their husbands up.
- 24:50Speaker 3: That's what he That's what he said.
- 24:52Speaker 2: He was like, you can't be in ministry without a partner,
- 24:56Speaker 2: like they'd be wanting you to be.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Well they up there what they partner? It's for real now,
- 25:01Speaker 1: So I mean that's also different. You know, I don't
- 25:05Speaker 1: think nobody wants to see a single CEO of a company,
- 25:09Speaker 1: a single president president, like like, where's your wife?
- 25:14Speaker 5: Okay?
- 25:16Speaker 1: Because with good women comes wisdom, right, So it's not
- 25:20Speaker 1: a bad thing. Ever, I don't know. It just seems
- 25:23Speaker 1: like in the black community, like we don't grasp that
- 25:27Speaker 1: the men don't grass It's not that women don't women
- 25:29Speaker 1: want to be single. Is that men don't want to
- 25:31Speaker 1: be married?
- 25:31Speaker 4: For real?
- 25:32Speaker 1: A lot of them don't.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Baby, I just pissed my pants a little bit.
- 25:35Speaker 5: I just don't.
- 25:35Speaker 3: I can't even folks. I got to change my draws
- 25:41Speaker 3: when we get deal with.
- 25:42Speaker 1: This and one other thing. Kirk Franklin also said he
- 25:47Speaker 1: said being married is not a prerequisite for God's hand men, Like,
- 25:51Speaker 1: just because you don't get married, that doesn't mean you're
- 25:53Speaker 1: not going to be successful. This is I'm talking about
- 25:56Speaker 1: for women because they act like we can't do nothing
- 25:59Speaker 1: great without a man next to us, and actually, to me,
- 26:03Speaker 1: women do pretty well without without a husband. I can't
- 26:07Speaker 1: say the same for men and not having a wife. Yeah,
- 26:11Speaker 1: like y'all don't even know how to wash your clothes
- 26:13Speaker 1: half the time or even wash your.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Draw They haveing a thousand dollars suit and they had
- 26:19Speaker 2: like a little joy.
- 26:23Speaker 5: Yo.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Was that your No? That was Priscilla also telling me
- 26:30Speaker 1: how nigga she was at a dude's house and he
- 26:32Speaker 1: got up off the couch and had ship on the
- 26:35Speaker 1: back of his uh his tink top like the tink
- 26:39Speaker 1: top mussel crack his ask or had like a little skinny.
- 26:42Speaker 3: I know y'all feel that. I know y'all feel that
- 26:45Speaker 3: in y'all ass Hey, y'att to be she and she
- 26:49Speaker 3: asked it in a thousand dollars.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Suit period, So if anything, get a wife so you
- 26:57Speaker 1: can get your hygiene up.
- 26:58Speaker 3: How about that?
- 26:59Speaker 1: I don't know, but some of these women be nasty
- 27:01Speaker 1: as hell. Okay, I've seen and they go together.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Everything.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Just look anyway, listen, Mike. While I was setting up
- 27:14Speaker 1: well a couple of hours before, right after we got
- 27:16Speaker 1: off our meeting earlier, I'm like, why the fuck am
- 27:20Speaker 1: I in here? Sweat and somebody air conditioning like froze up.
- 27:23Speaker 1: So I had to call a maintenance And when a
- 27:25Speaker 1: guy came, he was like, your place is so nice, man.
- 27:27Speaker 1: We go on some people's apartments, you can't even move
- 27:29Speaker 1: around in there, like how do you how does your
- 27:32Speaker 1: brain work? And clutter, like.
- 27:34Speaker 3: When people just be hoarders and stacks it up big
- 27:37Speaker 3: as they are.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Tall hoarding too. I hoard mail and I I hoard
- 27:43Speaker 1: uh like hair products and ship like that. So there
- 27:46Speaker 1: are some things that I have a problem letting go.
- 27:48Speaker 1: But like just having clutter all stamped.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Up on the side of the wall because you are tall,
- 27:53Speaker 2: that's the next level where you can't there's only all
- 27:55Speaker 2: like a room to walk through.
- 27:59Speaker 3: That's next level.
- 28:00Speaker 1: My second bedroom is full of bullshit, and I keep
- 28:02Speaker 1: the door closed because if I open it, my brain
- 28:05Speaker 1: is going to automatically.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Get too.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Get y'all life together, and get y'all shit in order. Anyway, y'all.
- 28:14Speaker 1: So this week we have some beautiful young women on
- 28:17Speaker 1: We talked back this week, and we just want to
- 28:20Speaker 1: We want to get their opinion on life and living
- 28:23Speaker 1: and politics and all all the things like nobody ever
- 28:27Speaker 1: thinks about young people and what they.
- 28:29Speaker 3: What they care about.
- 28:30Speaker 1: You know, I remember feeling not having Yeah, I remember
- 28:33Speaker 1: feeling like I don't have a voice. Even little little
- 28:36Speaker 1: kids have something to say, you know what I'm saying.
- 28:40Speaker 1: So we want to get their opinion on a state
- 28:43Speaker 1: of the world and just see how they live and
- 28:45Speaker 1: what they got going, and we getting up in their
- 28:46Speaker 1: business today, y'all. So stay tuned and we'll be right back.
- 28:49Speaker 2: And I got to go clean my drawers. I'll be
- 28:51Speaker 2: back in a second, all right, y'all. So I came
- 28:58Speaker 2: up with this idea because me and Aja we sit
- 29:02Speaker 2: and talk with y'all. We've been talking with y'all for years,
- 29:05Speaker 2: and it's always from a perspective of a thirty something
- 29:09Speaker 2: and a forty something.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Bitch. Don't play on me very clear. I'm forty and
- 29:14Speaker 1: Tammy's older than means okay, so.
- 29:16Speaker 3: They say, I don't know how true that is.
- 29:20Speaker 2: So I wanted to bring on some younger women so
- 29:25Speaker 2: we can have a conversation with them about love and
- 29:29Speaker 2: life and their thoughts on things like politics and all
- 29:32Speaker 2: the things that they may have a different perspective than
- 29:35Speaker 2: we have right now as older women. So thank you
- 29:41Speaker 2: Mahogany and Naira for joining us on we time back.
- 29:45Speaker 3: I appreciate you, all right.
- 29:46Speaker 2: So these are my girls, These are my babies. This
- 29:49Speaker 2: is my best friend's niece, and this is one of
- 29:51Speaker 2: my clients and friends, Octavia's young daughter Mahogany. So I
- 29:55Speaker 2: reached out to them and I was like, would y'all
- 29:57Speaker 2: be willing to join us and talk about y'all life?
- 30:00Speaker 2: And I thought they were gonna be nervous, but both
- 30:02Speaker 2: of them was like, okay.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Let's sprint on the mic. Though I don't know about
- 30:05Speaker 1: that project.
- 30:10Speaker 2: All right, so let's get into it now. We're gonna
- 30:13Speaker 2: start with you tell everybody who you are.
- 30:17Speaker 3: You know what you can do? Tell lets your name
- 30:19Speaker 3: and describe yourself in three words.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Girl, this is a whole job. And if you go ahead,
- 30:25Speaker 1: all right.
- 30:27Speaker 4: My name is Jenirah. I'm from Youngstown, Ohio, and three
- 30:31Speaker 4: words to describe me would be laid back, go get
- 30:38Speaker 4: her period? And why am I? Why do I have
- 30:45Speaker 4: no words to give you a third word? I got
- 30:49Speaker 4: a third word. I got a third word, dependable.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Okay, that's a good one.
- 30:55Speaker 3: What about you, Mahogany.
- 30:57Speaker 6: My name is Mahogany Ribbons. I'm Charlie and I'm eighteen,
- 31:02Speaker 6: and three words to describe me will probably be charismatic, intriguing,
- 31:06Speaker 6: and optimistic.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Okay, that's riz right.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Okay, So we're starting with we're starting with starting with dating?
- 31:19Speaker 1: Or are we starting with politics?
- 31:20Speaker 3: We're talking.
- 31:21Speaker 2: I want to start with y'all goals, like I want
- 31:24Speaker 2: to know a little bit about before we get into
- 31:26Speaker 2: like the men and the conversations about love, which I
- 31:29Speaker 2: really want to talk about. I just want to know, like,
- 31:32Speaker 2: what are some of your goals as young women? Well,
- 31:35Speaker 2: right now, I want to work on getting a car.
- 31:38Speaker 2: I want to get my own car. And I'm in
- 31:42Speaker 2: school right now, so basically that's just my main goal
- 31:44Speaker 2: for right now.
- 31:45Speaker 3: But so are you still in high school? Are you
- 31:47Speaker 3: starting college?
- 31:48Speaker 6: I'm starting college now. I just graduated actually at June tenth.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Okay, congratulations, thank you.
- 31:54Speaker 6: Yay, y'all graduated from Maley Creek High School and I'll
- 31:59Speaker 6: go to Central pet and I'm taking a few classes there.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Okay, So what's your what you major in finance?
- 32:05Speaker 2: Okay, that's a good and they needs money, so that's
- 32:08Speaker 2: a good.
- 32:12Speaker 3: And what about you?
- 32:13Speaker 4: I'm twenty and I just graduated from cosmetology school last October. Congratulations,
- 32:19Speaker 4: thank you.
- 32:20Speaker 3: Where did you go to school?
- 32:21Speaker 4: I went to school at Charlotte. That's okay, girl. So
- 32:34Speaker 4: a few of my goals is to just have a
- 32:37Speaker 4: steady clientel, be booked out for months, and once I
- 32:43Speaker 4: get that clientele, I want to eventually like move from
- 32:47Speaker 4: behind the chair. And I want to get more into
- 32:49Speaker 4: like retail. I want to get more into like the
- 32:52Speaker 4: real estate part. I want to open soon suites.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Yes there, that's that's lovely, ladies.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Okay, now that we know, I was just making sure
- 33:01Speaker 2: y'all had some because it was import that y'all have goals.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Because I feel like I didn't have any graduating from
- 33:07Speaker 1: high school. I have no major goals. I know I
- 33:09Speaker 1: wanted to go to college, I did not finish my degree,
- 33:13Speaker 1: and I didn't have like I'm impressed because I didn't
- 33:17Speaker 1: know what the hell I wanted to do come out
- 33:18Speaker 1: of high school.
- 33:19Speaker 2: I think we live in a time now where entrepreneurship
- 33:23Speaker 2: been more pushed, and like, get into your bag has
- 33:27Speaker 2: been more push than when we was eighteen years old.
- 33:30Speaker 2: When I came out of school, I was.
- 33:31Speaker 3: Like, I wanted some new lip blows and I want
- 33:35Speaker 3: my hair. So I'm very proud of y'all.
- 33:44Speaker 2: I definitely want us because we talk about a lot
- 33:46Speaker 2: about relationships on this show, so I definitely wanted to
- 33:49Speaker 2: get into your relationships as young women, you know, because I.
- 33:54Speaker 3: Know y'all got little things going on, and.
- 33:58Speaker 2: So hand on, I wrote down some questions. Do y'all
- 34:02Speaker 2: have boyfriends?
- 34:04Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 34:05Speaker 5: I don't have a boyfriend.
- 34:06Speaker 3: You don't have a boyfriend. What about you?
- 34:08Speaker 4: I had a boyfriend, You had a boyfriend?
- 34:10Speaker 3: How long you been with your boyfriend?
- 34:13Speaker 4: It's gonna be a year in October?
- 34:15Speaker 3: You would love he love?
- 34:19Speaker 5: Right?
- 34:19Speaker 1: You bet? It's it's some wax now, you bet it
- 34:21Speaker 1: say it right?
- 34:25Speaker 3: So why are you single?
- 34:28Speaker 5: Why am I single? I don't know.
- 34:31Speaker 7: It's like I don't think that the boys who be
- 34:34Speaker 7: coming for me and I don't really chase, so I
- 34:36Speaker 7: usually just wait.
- 34:38Speaker 6: And the people who be coming for me, they don't
- 34:40Speaker 6: really live up to the standard that I won't like
- 34:43Speaker 6: a lot of them. They don't even have a car,
- 34:45Speaker 6: and I don't have a car either, So if we
- 34:47Speaker 6: both don't have cars, I don't think that's gonna work out.
- 34:50Speaker 5: Somebody gotta meet somebody in the middle, like I can.
- 34:54Speaker 3: So basically, you just want someone who's focused.
- 34:56Speaker 2: You're focused on your goals, and you want someone who
- 34:58Speaker 2: has their own goals before you.
- 35:00Speaker 6: Or at least a car, at least a car, or
- 35:03Speaker 6: at least the money to give me an uber around like.
- 35:07Speaker 7: That.
- 35:08Speaker 6: I could do that, but a lot of times that's
- 35:10Speaker 6: just not what be going on, Like their heads just
- 35:13Speaker 6: be everywhere else.
- 35:13Speaker 1: So I think the young girls usually always have a
- 35:16Speaker 1: car before the young young guys, So it's always somebody
- 35:19Speaker 1: driving somebody's daughter car somewhere.
- 35:21Speaker 2: But don't do you feel like that's a hard expectation
- 35:24Speaker 2: for an eighteen year old boy.
- 35:26Speaker 6: He's just a I do, But I mean, I just
- 35:30Speaker 6: want to get myself to get the first, Like, I
- 35:31Speaker 6: don't think that I can deal with somebody else not
- 35:33Speaker 6: having no car. I mean, I feel like, because if
- 35:39Speaker 6: you're eighteen, Like honestly, like you guys just have to
- 35:41Speaker 6: start getting your life together.
- 35:43Speaker 7: Like at this point you have to start doing something.
- 35:45Speaker 6: I mean, I could see if you offering me like
- 35:48Speaker 6: uber money or something, but you're not.
- 35:50Speaker 5: Like a lot of just don't say you're.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Not doing it.
- 35:52Speaker 1: So do you have a driver's license? Because I realize
- 35:54Speaker 1: a lot of the young boys don't even have a license.
- 35:56Speaker 1: I'm not even interested in getting one.
- 35:58Speaker 7: Y'all can't be doing that. Y'all have to step up, like,
- 36:02Speaker 7: oh my gosh, I can't.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Never been issued a license. And half of them wonna
- 36:08Speaker 1: be thirty when no drive is licensed.
- 36:09Speaker 3: Yes, the same they're gonna have licenses. So let me
- 36:13Speaker 3: ask you this. You say you're in love, Well, what
- 36:15Speaker 3: does it mean to be in love? In your opinion?
- 36:18Speaker 4: So to me, it's like I don't want to stay home,
- 36:23Speaker 4: but like you know, it's like a safe space for you.
- 36:25Speaker 4: It's like that's who you run to when like you're
- 36:29Speaker 4: you just going through anything. You know, it's like a
- 36:31Speaker 4: comfort for you, Like it's I don't know, like it's
- 36:36Speaker 4: just like it's a feeling you have, like you just
- 36:40Speaker 4: feel so secure, you feel wanted, you feel loved, all
- 36:44Speaker 4: of the things that like make you feel cozy inside.
- 36:49Speaker 2: So when you think of love is it's more about
- 36:53Speaker 2: how it makes you feel or how you want to
- 36:56Speaker 2: give love too.
- 36:57Speaker 3: Because I know you didn't mention.
- 37:00Speaker 4: You asked me what is it like to be?
- 37:03Speaker 3: What has loved me to you? But you didn't say
- 37:05Speaker 3: anything about No?
- 37:08Speaker 1: Are you love right?
- 37:10Speaker 3: Are you? Are you giving love to this person?
- 37:12Speaker 1: Man?
- 37:12Speaker 3: Yes?
- 37:13Speaker 4: Yes I am. Man.
- 37:16Speaker 3: In what ways? Did you say it's hot?
- 37:20Speaker 6: It's a little toasted, just a little bit, just a
- 37:23Speaker 6: little bit, just a little toasty, you know, go ahead,
- 37:27Speaker 6: But yes.
- 37:27Speaker 4: I feel like I feel like in this generation and
- 37:32Speaker 4: like not even in generation, but like this on social media,
- 37:35Speaker 4: Like I feel like we put out that like men
- 37:38Speaker 4: are like supposed to do all of this and like
- 37:40Speaker 4: girls are supposed to do nothing in return, and I
- 37:43Speaker 4: feel like that's not true. Like I feel like everything
- 37:46Speaker 4: that my boyfriend does for me, and like everything that
- 37:48Speaker 4: I want him to do for me, I should be
- 37:50Speaker 4: able to reciprocate, and like also I do do that
- 37:52Speaker 4: for him. So I feel like, because like fifty.
- 37:56Speaker 3: That's good. I'm glad to hear that.
- 37:57Speaker 1: I think some of the conversations we see online are
- 38:00Speaker 1: also from older people. Sometimes it's not from the younger
- 38:02Speaker 1: person perspective, because you guys are building. So when you
- 38:05Speaker 1: see older women online talking about relationships and what you
- 38:08Speaker 1: know they require and and they're hard stops, it's because
- 38:14Speaker 1: you expect this man to be in a certain position.
- 38:16Speaker 1: At this point, y'all are together. You're building two young people.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Like it's given that he might not have a car. Okay,
- 38:23Speaker 1: it's given that y'all gonna have to do fifty to fifty.
- 38:25Speaker 1: But these conversations between adult women is just a little
- 38:28Speaker 1: bit different because we have higher expectations. I think I
- 38:32Speaker 1: always wanted to live a new set.
- 38:35Speaker 2: I think you see adult conversations because that's your algorithm, right.
- 38:38Speaker 2: We ain't got no young like the young conversations. I'm
- 38:41Speaker 2: sure they haven't them.
- 38:42Speaker 3: We're just not seeing it because they're not directly.
- 38:46Speaker 1: And y'all don't be talking like, no, we just don't see.
- 38:49Speaker 1: My niece don't talk, she whispers.
- 38:56Speaker 3: So I have another question. What are your thoughts on marriage?
- 38:59Speaker 3: How do you feel about marriage?
- 39:00Speaker 2: Do you feel like that's something that you would want
- 39:03Speaker 2: in the future or you feel like marriage is an
- 39:05Speaker 2: idea of the past, Like is it something that.
- 39:08Speaker 3: You require or you could just be with someone like
- 39:12Speaker 3: is your boyfriend forever? What do you think.
- 39:16Speaker 4: I'm not gonna say that I would be with someone
- 39:17Speaker 4: from my boyfriend forever. But like right now, in this
- 39:20Speaker 4: day and age, as a twenty year old, I'm not
- 39:23Speaker 4: dating to marry. Maybe like a little later in my
- 39:26Speaker 4: life I would be dating to marry, but right now, no,
- 39:30Speaker 4: But I do want to get married at some point
- 39:32Speaker 4: in my later days. I just feel like right now,
- 39:34Speaker 4: like I'm young, like I don't want to be like
- 39:37Speaker 4: I'm in a committed relationship, like it's definitely committed, but
- 39:39Speaker 4: like marriage is like full on commitment. You know, I'll
- 39:43Speaker 4: start everything that everything comes together as one, and you know,
- 39:48Speaker 4: it's just like I'm not against it. I can see
- 39:51Speaker 4: any young people getting married on TikTok at like twenty
- 39:53Speaker 4: like I been thinking it's cute, but it's not for me.
- 39:58Speaker 4: At twenty it's not for me.
- 40:00Speaker 3: But alright, so but you would get married.
- 40:02Speaker 4: I do wanna get married in the future, And what's
- 40:04Speaker 4: a good age. I feel like t like twenty seven,
- 40:08Speaker 4: like my later twenties, early thirties, but I wouldn't want
- 40:12Speaker 4: to get married no younger than that.
- 40:13Speaker 1: And you think the person you went right now, y'all
- 40:15Speaker 1: gonna make it to early late twenties, early thirties.
- 40:20Speaker 4: My aumby asking me this all the time, and I
- 40:22Speaker 4: don't feel like okay, So I'm not oblivious to the
- 40:24Speaker 4: fact that, like we're young, so like you know, like
- 40:28Speaker 4: when you young, like relationships is like temporary, like you know,
- 40:32Speaker 4: you don't even know everything that you like right now,
- 40:34Speaker 4: like you you're growing and you outgrow stuff. So I'm
- 40:38Speaker 4: not oblivious to the fact that, like, probably not, but
- 40:42Speaker 4: I do, like I would love that, like you know,
- 40:44Speaker 4: I'm not against it, like I I love my boyfriend again,
- 40:46Speaker 4: like I would like to be able to grow with
- 40:48Speaker 4: each other versus outgrowing each other. But I'm not like
- 40:53Speaker 4: settling that.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Like and what about you in Mahogany, how do you
- 40:56Speaker 3: feel about marriage?
- 40:59Speaker 6: I mean, I mean, just like women in my life
- 41:02Speaker 6: are really married, so I don't even really have a
- 41:04Speaker 6: good example about it.
- 41:06Speaker 7: But marriage for me, like I don't, I don't really know.
- 41:10Speaker 6: I mean my angle, like I want to get married
- 41:12Speaker 6: at one point in my life, but I don't see
- 41:14Speaker 6: that as like a real big goal for me because
- 41:17Speaker 6: I feel like I'm my own person again. That's like unity.
- 41:21Speaker 6: Like once you marry somebody, you just come as one.
- 41:25Speaker 6: And I don't know, I just want to be my
- 41:27Speaker 6: hogany right now.
- 41:28Speaker 7: Yeah, but maybe like when I'm twenty eight, twenty eight.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Yes, that when your birthday it just passed, Yeah, twenty
- 41:37Speaker 1: ninth of July, Leo, that's Leo, right.
- 41:43Speaker 6: I don't know, though, I feel like marriage ties people down,
- 41:46Speaker 6: and you gotta accept a lot with marriage, like especially
- 41:51Speaker 6: from what I've seen, like people put up with a
- 41:53Speaker 6: lot just in the name of marriage, and I don't know,
- 41:55Speaker 6: I couldn't deal with it.
- 41:57Speaker 3: So yeah, that's fair.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that's why we gonna say.
- 42:04Speaker 3: But I desire that though, you know, that's something you don't.
- 42:07Speaker 2: I don't. I don't desire to grow old alone, you know.
- 42:11Speaker 2: I mean some people are okay with that and there's
- 42:13Speaker 2: nothing wrong with it, But me, what about you is?
- 42:16Speaker 1: I think the people who are okay with growing alone
- 42:18Speaker 1: are the ones who have already had families, like, they
- 42:21Speaker 1: already had kids, they have probably already been married. Because
- 42:24Speaker 1: if you speak to a divorcee like a woman I
- 42:27Speaker 1: don't know, forty to fifty, they do not desire to
- 42:30Speaker 1: be married ever again. Nor they're not looking forward anyway,
- 42:34Speaker 1: and I think because we haven't actually done things, you know,
- 42:39Speaker 1: it might look lit, but even just cohabitating, as I
- 42:43Speaker 1: spoke about last week, Okay, on last week's episode, it
- 42:47Speaker 1: is fucking hard. So I went mahogany. When like having
- 42:51Speaker 1: to split yourself in half? You know you want to.
- 42:53Speaker 1: I like to say I like to be single in
- 42:55Speaker 1: a relationship, which could be very problematic, problematic for most people,
- 43:00Speaker 1: but that's really how I feel, and not because I
- 43:02Speaker 1: want to be able to do what I want to
- 43:04Speaker 1: do outside of this relationship. I just want to make
- 43:06Speaker 1: sure I can maintain my own independence within a union.
- 43:10Speaker 1: And when you marry, I feel like you sometimes lose
- 43:14Speaker 1: yourself women oftentimes I don't think men consider that, and
- 43:20Speaker 1: that's that could be our perception, but we do end
- 43:23Speaker 1: up giving up a lot to maintain relationships, that's true.
- 43:29Speaker 2: What are your what are your thoughts on motherhood? Like,
- 43:33Speaker 2: how do you feel about motherhood?
- 43:35Speaker 6: I think motherhood is very significant a persius life. I
- 43:39Speaker 6: think that everybody needs parenthood actually, like I think everybody
- 43:43Speaker 6: needs both parents. But I feel like you could raise
- 43:46Speaker 6: a daughter without her father, so motherhood is definitely important.
- 43:49Speaker 6: Like what about a son though, no, you a son
- 43:53Speaker 6: need his daddy, like to show to display what a
- 43:58Speaker 6: man's supposed to be like because because a lot of people,
- 44:00Speaker 6: a lot of my friends personally, they're like really misguided
- 44:04Speaker 6: because they don't have a father figure in their life,
- 44:06Speaker 6: but they have their mother. They see their mom struggling
- 44:08Speaker 6: and stuff, so they think it's okay for a woman
- 44:11Speaker 6: to be out here struggling. Like they think that's what
- 44:13Speaker 6: y'are supposed to do. But it's not like people need
- 44:15Speaker 6: they das.
- 44:15Speaker 2: But motherhood is very important, Like you don't do you think?
- 44:19Speaker 2: So you said, like girl, like you can raise a
- 44:23Speaker 2: girl without a father. Why do you feel like a
- 44:25Speaker 2: girl doesn't need a father?
- 44:26Speaker 6: Because I mean even though even though she do, but
- 44:31Speaker 6: it's like nine times I tend she's gonna learn how
- 44:34Speaker 6: to do most of the stuff for her by herself
- 44:37Speaker 6: because like I don't know, it's just a woman thing,
- 44:40Speaker 6: Like you're gonna learn how to take care of we're smarter, yeah, yeah, like.
- 44:46Speaker 1: Prone.
- 44:46Speaker 2: So I don't know, Yeah, I don't know if that's it.
- 44:48Speaker 2: I think it's just that that's what we've seen. We've
- 44:50Speaker 2: seen women do it on their own. We've seen women
- 44:53Speaker 2: raise women to be independent, which is a word I
- 44:57Speaker 2: personally hate.
- 44:58Speaker 3: I don't I don't subscribe to.
- 45:00Speaker 2: No other race of women is like strong, strong Asian
- 45:06Speaker 2: women or strong White women.
- 45:08Speaker 3: It's just strong Black women.
- 45:11Speaker 2: We've adopted this idea that we are supposed to be
- 45:14Speaker 2: strong and independent when we really are supposed to be
- 45:17Speaker 2: a unit and rely on our male counterpart. So so
- 45:21Speaker 2: I understand why you would feel that way, Like where
- 45:24Speaker 2: you see women doing it by theirselves, so you feel
- 45:26Speaker 2: like a woman can raise a girl to be fine
- 45:28Speaker 2: without a father.
- 45:29Speaker 3: But we need fathers.
- 45:31Speaker 1: Absolutely, especially as young women. When you start dating, you
- 45:35Speaker 1: need to know what as a woman, you need to
- 45:39Speaker 1: know what a good man looks like. You know what
- 45:42Speaker 1: I'm saying, And this is why I always talk to
- 45:43Speaker 1: men if they have a daughter. You're talking all this
- 45:45Speaker 1: shit about women. Your daughter's gonna break your heart one
- 45:48Speaker 1: day because you're gonna run into a nigga like you,
- 45:49Speaker 1: So you better be being the best dad possible to
- 45:53Speaker 1: your daughter. So girls need dads too, you know what
- 45:57Speaker 1: I'm saying. I probably wouldn't have went through half the shit.
- 46:00Speaker 1: My dad wasn't absent, but he just doesn't talk much.
- 46:04Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying like they my parents weren't.
- 46:06Speaker 1: They got divorced, but he didn't talk much, so it's
- 46:09Speaker 1: not like I could go to him for advice anyway,
- 46:12Speaker 1: So I don't know. And when I did ask for advice,
- 46:15Speaker 1: it was to be by yourself, was the advice from
- 46:19Speaker 1: my daddy.
- 46:21Speaker 6: Although he's not present with me, he tells me all
- 46:23Speaker 6: the time. He's like, he just shows me how to
- 46:25Speaker 6: love myself. But I feel like my mom, she shows
- 46:27Speaker 6: me how to love the world.
- 46:28Speaker 5: So, yeah, I hear what you're saying.
- 46:31Speaker 3: That's a good balance.
- 46:32Speaker 2: But I do think it's important for our days to
- 46:34Speaker 2: help us understand.
- 46:35Speaker 3: How to love men, you know, and not just them
- 46:39Speaker 3: you know. Like I guess that's the first.
- 46:41Speaker 2: Example of how to love a man is with your father.
- 46:45Speaker 2: But if he ain't around, then what.
- 46:46Speaker 3: Do you do?
- 46:49Speaker 1: You be looking for daddy and niggas And that's a problem,
- 46:55Speaker 1: Like you you could pick your daddy, but you can't
- 46:59Speaker 1: choose your father, right right, that's crazy.
- 47:08Speaker 2: What do you feel about our generation, me and AJ
- 47:11Speaker 2: and your moms and aunties, Like what do y'all feel
- 47:15Speaker 2: like we just don't understand, Like we just don't fucking get.
- 47:20Speaker 3: This is I don't know.
- 47:21Speaker 6: This is a really complicated topic actually, but it's mostly
- 47:26Speaker 6: just social media, like the exposure of social media that
- 47:29Speaker 6: the younger generation has caught on to, Like I don't
- 47:31Speaker 6: think the older generation will ever understand that because y'all
- 47:35Speaker 6: wasn't really there, like how much we are here at presently,
- 47:39Speaker 6: and it's like we see so much and it's like we.
- 47:42Speaker 5: Affected by so much. So I don't know.
- 47:46Speaker 6: I think it's it morphed our minds differently than how
- 47:49Speaker 6: it was for y'all growing up, especially while we developing,
- 47:52Speaker 6: Like seeing stuff like that, I don't know. I don't
- 47:54Speaker 6: think it's normal, but it's happening, Like in the world,
- 47:57Speaker 6: it's very common.
- 47:58Speaker 5: So so you.
- 47:58Speaker 2: Just feel like the access to information that y'all got
- 48:01Speaker 2: in your formative years was just more so y'all think
- 48:05Speaker 2: y'all know more than us.
- 48:06Speaker 5: No, it's not even that.
- 48:07Speaker 6: It's not even that I feel like kids have been
- 48:11Speaker 6: it's supposed to more explicit things like you're not supposed
- 48:14Speaker 6: to be watching it as a kid, Like.
- 48:18Speaker 5: It's just some things that.
- 48:19Speaker 6: You was not supposed to see right now, but you
- 48:21Speaker 6: got to see it and you can't unsee it, Yes,
- 48:25Speaker 6: And it's like it traumatizes you and it affects you,
- 48:28Speaker 6: like and controlling their emotions, like, this generation do not
- 48:34Speaker 6: know how to control their emotions. Nobody do nobody know
- 48:38Speaker 6: how to control their emotions.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Adults don't either. Okay, there teaching us and we don't,
- 48:44Speaker 1: and we just go about everything the wrong way because
- 48:47Speaker 1: we're seeing the older generation doing well. Our generation, I
- 48:51Speaker 1: feel like we had a we saw everything eighties babies,
- 48:55Speaker 1: like from the change in music or how music is
- 48:58Speaker 1: even played TV. Internet, like, we experienced all the things.
- 49:05Speaker 2: And we also grew up during an epidemic. So during
- 49:09Speaker 2: the eighties, a lot of our parents, a lot of
- 49:12Speaker 2: our uncles aunties were addicted to drugs. So we were
- 49:16Speaker 2: latch key kids a lot of us. We were home
- 49:18Speaker 2: by ourselves oftentimes, and we got to expose to a
- 49:20Speaker 2: lot of different things too. And I think the parents
- 49:23Speaker 2: now are just have sheltered our thought. They sheltered you
- 49:29Speaker 2: because of their experiences. They wanted to just keep you
- 49:32Speaker 2: safe and keep you away from all of these things
- 49:34Speaker 2: that we got to see. And in the midst of that,
- 49:37Speaker 2: you were exposed to so much by looking at your
- 49:39Speaker 2: tablet all the time.
- 49:41Speaker 1: So yeah, because parents weren't parenting, like the internet was
- 49:46Speaker 1: get where my phone at, give them the iPhone or
- 49:47Speaker 1: given them tablet. They can't even go any place without
- 49:49Speaker 1: the tablet.
- 49:51Speaker 2: Because we were outside running the street until the street
- 49:56Speaker 2: light came on. We were outside running around, and we
- 49:58Speaker 2: might've been exposed to think exact way, but you were
- 50:01Speaker 2: in the house being exposed to things all.
- 50:03Speaker 3: Over the earth. So it's just a different experience. What
- 50:08Speaker 3: about you?
- 50:11Speaker 4: Going off of what you said, Like parents like seeing
- 50:14Speaker 4: a lot, so they were like trying to shelter their
- 50:16Speaker 4: kids from stuff. I feel like parents just don't understand that,
- 50:19Speaker 4: Like it's certain stuff your kids have to learn on
- 50:23Speaker 4: the like on their own. It's certain stuff they have
- 50:25Speaker 4: to go through to get through. Like you can't preach
- 50:27Speaker 4: to the choir to death and like expect them to
- 50:30Speaker 4: just listen. Like, no, your kid's gonna want to see
- 50:33Speaker 4: firsthand how stuff is gonna play out, how the result is,
- 50:36Speaker 4: and like I feel like they don't understand that. We
- 50:39Speaker 4: understand like what could happen, and we just want to
- 50:42Speaker 4: see for ourselves. Like it's like I don't know, I
- 50:46Speaker 4: get like that. Yeah, y'all have been around and like
- 50:50Speaker 4: y'all see stuff around you've been around, You've seen it,
- 51:03Speaker 4: you went through it. Like I get that, we get that,
- 51:06Speaker 4: but it's like you can't shelter us, and like expect
- 51:10Speaker 4: you vocally telling us something is like enough versus us
- 51:14Speaker 4: physically seeing it firsthand on our own.
- 51:18Speaker 2: M M.
- 51:18Speaker 1: I agree. And what Mahogany said, I do expect our
- 51:22Speaker 1: the younger generation to be smarter than the last one.
- 51:26Speaker 1: Our parents probably can't accept that we might be smarter
- 51:29Speaker 1: than them, but we're supposed to be so. I expect
- 51:31Speaker 1: y'all because y'all have more access to more information at
- 51:34Speaker 1: a younger age, you should be accelerated at this point
- 51:37Speaker 1: with life. Sometimes. But what you just said about not
- 51:43Speaker 1: letting them do the things, Yeah, and see, this is
- 51:47Speaker 1: why some of my friends get mad at me. I'll
- 51:49Speaker 1: be like, fuck black moments, just fucking with them, right
- 51:51Speaker 1: because we were just y'all age doing all the dumb shit,
- 51:55Speaker 1: experiencing the dumb shit. Like your parents can tell you whatever,
- 51:59Speaker 1: but you still want to do what you want to
- 52:00Speaker 1: do because you've got to experience it for yourself. Some
- 52:03Speaker 1: people can learn from other people's mistakes, some things, certain
- 52:06Speaker 1: things I'll look at other people say, I ain't never
- 52:08Speaker 1: doing that shit. You ain't got to worry about it.
- 52:09Speaker 1: I can learn certain things from other people, but I
- 52:12Speaker 1: always did my dirt by myself, and my mama just
- 52:15Speaker 1: thought all these people had this influence over me. And
- 52:17Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm the influence, I'm the problem. I'm the villain.
- 52:25Speaker 1: But parents forget that they were young sometimes, so you
- 52:29Speaker 1: put your child on a pedestal and you expect them
- 52:31Speaker 1: to be better than you, hopefully right. You want them
- 52:35Speaker 1: to be better than you, but they are also human,
- 52:37Speaker 1: just human. They're gonna make mistakes, and you made all
- 52:40Speaker 1: these mistakes. You forgot he was just doing this shit. Yes,
- 52:46Speaker 1: you can't expect somebody what have the life experience to
- 52:50Speaker 1: be able, you know, to make all the right decisions
- 52:53Speaker 1: all the time. You will have to repeat yourself a lot.
- 52:56Speaker 2: And then what you said, half the life experience even
- 52:59Speaker 2: less than that, because I feel like the parents now
- 53:02Speaker 2: are like very very sheltered of these kids, so they
- 53:06Speaker 2: don't even get to experience nothing. I remember one time
- 53:09Speaker 2: when my friends was like mad at her baby for
- 53:13Speaker 2: not washing the clothes right, but never really gave her
- 53:15Speaker 2: the instructions on how to do it.
- 53:18Speaker 1: See, and I think I think being alive long enough
- 53:23Speaker 1: when no children, we get to see like how things
- 53:26Speaker 1: that you know from our childhood, what we would do
- 53:28Speaker 1: with our kids, and then we also get to see
- 53:30Speaker 1: other people parents, so that type of shit like clean
- 53:33Speaker 1: your room.
- 53:33Speaker 3: You never showed her how to do it, You just
- 53:35Speaker 3: did it for her forever and then one day do it.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that's not how. It's not supposed to be like that.
- 53:42Speaker 3: So that makes perfect sense what you're just saying.
- 53:46Speaker 1: All right, she they's smart.
- 53:47Speaker 3: I told you, where do you see yourself in ten years?
- 53:53Speaker 6: Ten years, I'll be getting married and I'll be finishing
- 53:57Speaker 6: up my degree and I have my own house.
- 54:01Speaker 7: I'm probably not gonna have no baby, but in me
- 54:03Speaker 7: and my husband, we're gonna.
- 54:04Speaker 5: Go all vacation.
- 54:08Speaker 1: That's all.
- 54:11Speaker 5: Whatever I do.
- 54:14Speaker 3: Yeah, what about you?
- 54:16Speaker 1: That sounds good?
- 54:17Speaker 3: Sound good?
- 54:19Speaker 1: Life? Don't be like that though, Yeah they can.
- 54:22Speaker 6: Oh no, I'm gonna make sure I get that. I
- 54:25Speaker 6: deserve that, so I'm getting that cool.
- 54:30Speaker 3: What about you now?
- 54:32Speaker 4: Ten years from now, I see myself like move slowly
- 54:35Speaker 4: moving from behind the chair like I probably wouldn't be
- 54:37Speaker 4: fully but just about just like a toe left behind
- 54:41Speaker 4: a chair, and I feel like I would be more
- 54:45Speaker 4: stable than I am in my twenties. Definitely, I'm not
- 54:49Speaker 4: gonna say that I'm gonna have everything put together because
- 54:52Speaker 4: I feel like we look at thirty and we light dang,
- 54:54Speaker 4: that's old to.
- 54:54Speaker 6: Hell, but like you're gonna be thirty and that ten
- 54:58Speaker 6: years y'all disrespectful.
- 55:03Speaker 3: Actually, no, man, I don't ring no belt.
- 55:13Speaker 6: I feel like we look at thirty everbody like you
- 55:14Speaker 6: feel met supposed to be put together.
- 55:19Speaker 1: On damn auntie, I ain't your auntie.
- 55:21Speaker 3: I feel just.
- 55:22Speaker 4: Starting to figure that's what about to say. Like, I
- 55:25Speaker 4: feel like I'm gonna be like slowly like figuring out
- 55:28Speaker 4: what is right, like what it's gonna work for me
- 55:32Speaker 4: and what's not working for me. And I feel like
- 55:35Speaker 4: I'm in my mature era where I'm grown sexy. I'm thriving.
- 55:41Speaker 1: Girl. You don't even get sexy til thirty. Okay, okay, okay,
- 55:47Speaker 1: I thought you meant like right now.
- 55:49Speaker 4: Yeah, I just see myself like, you know, stable home,
- 55:52Speaker 4: stable income, visiting countries, you know, just thriving.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, how do y'all think the music now
- 56:02Speaker 1: plays on relationships? Like what do y'all think about relationships?
- 56:08Speaker 4: Like like literal like intimate really.
- 56:10Speaker 1: Like yes, yes, or even just meeting people, you meeting guys,
- 56:15Speaker 1: getting to know people, Like what do you How do
- 56:17Speaker 1: y'all think the music plays a role in y'all dating life?
- 56:22Speaker 1: Or does it?
- 56:24Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 56:24Speaker 4: I don't feel like it does. But what I will
- 56:26Speaker 4: say is like we do not have that music that
- 56:27Speaker 4: y'all have back and the day. We do not have
- 56:29Speaker 4: that R and B y'all don't. We don't have that.
- 56:32Speaker 4: We don't have that money you want. We don't have
- 56:34Speaker 4: that jacked edge. We don't have that. So like we
- 56:39Speaker 4: hear in songs all day about like niggas and like
- 56:43Speaker 4: having a bunch of females and like living like quote
- 56:47Speaker 4: unquote rock star lifestyle, and like no one's like really
- 56:51Speaker 4: committing to relationships. No one's like putting themselves to that standard.
- 56:55Speaker 4: So I guess like men are taking that and like
- 56:58Speaker 4: running with it because I've like the females they be
- 57:00Speaker 4: wanting a relationship like it be the man who don't.
- 57:03Speaker 4: And that's the problem right there.
- 57:07Speaker 3: Do you feel like the music is too violent?
- 57:10Speaker 1: Oh?
- 57:11Speaker 3: I see, I see you girl.
- 57:14Speaker 6: I gets down with I gets down with that type
- 57:18Speaker 6: of music.
- 57:20Speaker 4: Sunday on the way here. Maybe I'm listening to it,
- 57:23Speaker 4: but listen, it's not affecting me.
- 57:26Speaker 3: So I feel like the men.
- 57:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I separate as a girl, I separated, Okay, Okay,
- 57:32Speaker 4: I'm just gonna say me. I feel like I don't
- 57:34Speaker 4: allow music or like social media like really have that
- 57:38Speaker 4: influence on me. But I know that there are people
- 57:41Speaker 4: out here, younger adults, like my peers, that will like, girl,
- 57:45Speaker 4: is this girl on Instagram right now posting with her
- 57:48Speaker 4: gun every day? And it is just like, why are
- 57:50Speaker 4: you doing that? Be a lady. But I definitely feel
- 57:54Speaker 4: like the music has like molded that in them, like
- 57:58Speaker 4: shooting my bang bang or something.
- 57:59Speaker 3: I don't know. Do you agree just a little bit.
- 58:02Speaker 6: I mean, I do think that the music don't got
- 58:05Speaker 6: a little more violent over the years, especially with this
- 58:09Speaker 6: gang culture y'all, Oh my god, and the people they
- 58:11Speaker 6: so hard drugs, they think that they could kill anybody,
- 58:15Speaker 6: do anything that anybody just be so mean. It's really
- 58:18Speaker 6: a lot of anger in this music and they're putting
- 58:20Speaker 6: out and I believe that it'd be like spirits in it,
- 58:23Speaker 6: Like I believe in that.
- 58:24Speaker 5: So I think what you're listening to.
- 58:26Speaker 6: Is definitely like you need to be mindful of that
- 58:29Speaker 6: because it's definitely a lot of chance going on in
- 58:32Speaker 6: the background that you don't even know.
- 58:33Speaker 1: Okay, come on, mahogumy see, it's the subliminals.
- 58:37Speaker 6: Like nobody's really talking about that, and we just feeding
- 58:41Speaker 6: into these young children. Like it's getting really scary nowadays.
- 58:45Speaker 3: Like I agree, I agree, y'all hear that you.
- 58:51Speaker 5: Do not play that soon. She heard curseword in the song.
- 58:53Speaker 6: Turn it off, turn it off, turn it off, like
- 58:57Speaker 6: because the growing up now they don't even be caring,
- 59:01Speaker 6: because that's why you could control yourself now, like but
- 59:04Speaker 6: back then, it's like they begin mom worked, brainwashed, whatever
- 59:11Speaker 6: you want to call it.
- 59:12Speaker 5: Like you gotta check on these kids, y'all.
- 59:17Speaker 3: So let me ask you this. Do you feel like
- 59:18Speaker 3: the music is too sexual?
- 59:23Speaker 4: Okay, I feel like y'all generation be trying to make
- 59:27Speaker 4: it seem like y'all didn't have Trina, which she was
- 59:36Speaker 4: popping it. So I don't feel like it's any different.
- 59:40Speaker 4: I just feel like right now, it's more it's a
- 59:43Speaker 4: lot of Yeah, it's more.
- 59:45Speaker 1: We had a couple. We had a couple. Y'all have
- 59:47Speaker 1: a lot of them right now.
- 59:49Speaker 4: It's very very y'all had a lot of.
- 59:55Speaker 3: Everything. It has just the same type of.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: Basically extremely sexual because sex sells, that's what it is.
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: Sees a lot of.
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: It.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: Okay, everybody ain't buying that shit either. Everybody ain't making
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: money off sex either. They just doing the thing.
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: Yeah, sometimes it be like, you know, like cringe, like
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: were clutching our pearls a little bit. But some of it,
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: like y'all can't lie.
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: Sexy Red is very catchy, like she she's.
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: Doing her thing right now. But I do feel like
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: it's definitely a little too much right now. It's it's
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: it's a young girls.
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like okay, like if you're twenty and above
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: and you're listening to Sexy Red and you can, you know,
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: distinguish art from reality, you know, but if you in
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: the car with your four year old and she is
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: like this is her you know where she's absorbing the
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: most information and she's listening to Sexy Read, you know,
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: this is what this is what she's learning how the
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: world is.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: And so that's how it starts. And then like by
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: the time she's twenty, what will the music be? You know,
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: what will the music be? What will society be?
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: If you know it's gonna be. It ain't even gonna
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: be fuck my baby, Dad, It's gonna be fuck my baby.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: People already be rapping about playing bees and abortion like
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: that shit is like cool.
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: Right, So it's very scary. So I wanna do you
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: have any more relationship questions?
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: Because I shift, go ahead and shift it.
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: So let's talk a.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Little bit about politics because this is both of your
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: first time voting.
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: This next election. Correct, Yeah, so that's exciting.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Are y'all registered?
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: Are you registered? You're registered? How do y'all feel about
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: this next election? Do y'all care? Do y'all feel like
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: you're affected by it?
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: Like I do care, and I feel like we affect it,
- 1:01:55Speaker 6: especially as black women.
- 1:01:57Speaker 7: And I'm going to be voting for Kamala this year,
- 1:02:03Speaker 7: but it's only just.
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: To avoid going into Agenda forty seven and Project twenty five.
- 1:02:08Speaker 6: But I mean, I think that they both puppets and
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: the government. I think that we need to be voting
- 1:02:14Speaker 6: like year round. So like y'all need to be focusing
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: on them mayors, them governors, them centers for y'all states,
- 1:02:22Speaker 6: cause that's what we be making the laws, Like that's who
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: passing on bills and stuff.
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: So that's what we need to be focusing on.
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: So your low collection. Okay, yeah, okay, I'm gonna hung me.
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: What do you think it's smart?
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: I definitely. I'm definitely gonna vote this year.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: Is it important to you though?
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: Yes, it is important. I feel like I feel like
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: our generation kind of like I feel like that's where
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: the disconnect is with the generations. Like I feel like
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: y'all are more aware. I mean, of course, but y'all
- 1:02:59Speaker 4: are more like aware, y'all know more about politics. I
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: feel like the younger generation they don't really like feel
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: like they get it. I feel like we understand voting,
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: and like I feel like our generation isn't making it
- 1:03:12Speaker 4: a priority. Like they don't feel like if they don't vote,
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: then like what would that do? Just like one person
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: I vote in but like.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: You know a lot of people in our generation feel
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: the same way.
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: Yeah, Like it's like many people that have the same
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: thought process, so like it's not one person I vote
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: and it's all of all that's not voting, so like yeah,
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: and then when the person that they wanted to get
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: an office that they didn't vote for doesn't get an office,
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: they like on Instagram or on social media looking at
- 1:03:38Speaker 4: the world crazy and it's like you didn't like you
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: have a choice, Like you have the right to vote,
- 1:03:44Speaker 4: and if you didn't vote, then like you can't be
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: mad that the outcome wasn't what you wanted.
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I ain't gonna hold y'all.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: When I was eighteen, I wasn't very politically inclined. I
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: didn't really care as much about politics. And I remember, y'all,
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: I swear to god, I was it was election day
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: and I was in the bed.
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: Now I was home.
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: I was home, and I was in the bed and
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: I got hit in the back with a cane by
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: my grandma.
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: Get your ass up and go to the pole.
- 1:04:13Speaker 5: She made me go to the pole and vote.
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: And she really hit me like that, and that is
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: what started my Like, damn, she carried as much. Let
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: me get up and go participate in this process. Yeah,
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: and that's how I got. I got beat to the pole.
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: So I'm.
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: To go to the poe, but get up and go vote.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Did she have a conversation with you about the people
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: who are running and that's who you're voting for? Did
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: you know at eighteen.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: As I walked to the cause, it was the elementary
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: school right up the street. I didn't even have to
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: go that far to vote. She rode behind me with
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: her fuck hover around, talking to me about why it
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: was important for me to vote and who the candidates were,
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: and I need to get my lazy black asses to
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: do something with myself. So that was the conversation that
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: happened with my grandmother, who's right here on my neck.
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: I've missed her so.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: Much because she cared that much, and I think it's
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: important for us to, you know, instill that in the
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: younger people now. And I think like when Kamala had
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: what was a Kamala I always say Kamala, Kamala Harris
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: had Meg thee Stallion come on stage. Everybody said it
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: was cringe, but that was in an effort to pull
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: in the younger voters so they could start listening to
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: the politics and not just be concerned just with Meg
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: thee Stallion and sexy Red. Did y'all feel like that
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: was a cringe moment for her to have a sexy Red?
- 1:05:35Speaker 6: I think it was obvious. I think it was an
- 1:05:37Speaker 6: obvious move. I think that anybody could see that from
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: like a mile that you were trying to pull in
- 1:05:43Speaker 6: a younger generation. Ain't nobody, No, ain't nobody over fifty
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: listening to No Sex Red.
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: But they already voting, you know, so the over fifty,
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: they don't have to pull them in because they're already Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: so yeah, because Trump Trump people gonna vote like like,
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: I don't know, but do you feel like Trump's younger
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: can't like the younger people who know?
- 1:06:05Speaker 5: Yes, them too.
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: It's like a whole family like like no, like the sister,
- 1:06:10Speaker 6: the brothers, daddy's and mamas, y'all gotta get out there,
- 1:06:13Speaker 6: like m hm, Trump is coming.
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: Like.
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: Trump is coming.
- 1:06:30Speaker 5: In the Washington in the in Washington, d C.
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: They went very January six.
- 1:06:36Speaker 5: Yes, yes, that is bad. You've never seen nobody Biden
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: doing that.
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: No, nobody has scaled the wall for Obama.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, I'm getting my thoughts to myself. But yeah,
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: just do you make sure you know about everybody exactly
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: before you make a decision or anything. Because we talk
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: back does not endorse any political parties, okay, in particular,
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: any people in particular. Okay, fyi, because everybody has different perception,
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: which we talk about a lot. Okay, people perceive things differently.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: We can I could see one thing, you could see
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: something else, and we can both interpret it two different ways.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: And that's really what we're dealing with a lot of things,
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: which you know, religion and politics. It starts arguments a lot.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: So yeah, just be informed when you go do that vote,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: because I can remember the very first time I voted
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: eighteen in college, Benedictte College. They told us to go
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: vote Democrat. They told us who to vote for, right
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: when nobody was informed for real, this is our first
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: time voting. I remember one student and she might have
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: been a senior at the time, and she was kind
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: of like a like a little chunky girl, pretty girl,
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: stuck up though, like she acts like a white girl,
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: people would say. But I remember her standing up and
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: this is the age, okay, standing up in the gym,
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: and she was like, y'all don't have to vote for
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: this person. Y'all can vote for that person, you know,
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: telling the students you don't have to vote straight Democrat,
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: you don't have to vote for this one particular person,
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: just because the majority of the people at the school
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: are telling you to do that same thing. I'm telling y'all,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: so be informed about everybody, So to go to the
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: polls and vote straight Democratic never made sense to me, right,
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: because these other there's gonna be other things on the
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: ballot to also vote for, So you needn't know who's
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: running for each of those things and what matters to you.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: So you vote based on policies, right, based on what
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: you want for your future and who's the best person
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: to give it to you. What do y'all think about
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: the current state of America? Because y'all are young, Like
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: I said, we grew up and we saw everything. We
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: saw the world change, and to me, it's progressively gotten
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: worse in the last couple of years in our lifetime.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: What do y'all think.
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: The economy is in a downward spiral? Yeah, a fast
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: time in real pace, in reural life.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: It's like.
- 1:09:08Speaker 4: It's going to ship.
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: Because why a pack of cheese six dollars?
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: Girl, I went to the story yesterday and I got
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: a juice and a chip. It was six dollars, Like
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: that should have been three dollars back in the day.
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: That's one fifty and fifty back.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: In your day. Y'all already got it back in the day.
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: Imagine that seating up so fast, y'all got it back
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: in the day when we were.
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: When I was your age, bag of you could get
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: a bag of.
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: Chips, I know. And when I was running up there
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: was fifty y'all.
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: Y'all they had a dollar twenty five.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: All right, let me ask you this, speaking of your
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: back in the day, if if you could have given
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: your ten year old self advice about life right now,
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: what would you say to her? What would you say
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: to your ten year old self?
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: Listen to yallama, Please.
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: Listen to your mama.
- 1:10:01Speaker 6: Oh my god, my mama don't got me out of
- 1:10:03Speaker 6: so much stuff, like I should.
- 1:10:06Speaker 5: Just listen to her like I should.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: So she does understand, So parents do understand. But she
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: don't know everything because y'all don't tell everything.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: Because y'all don't share enough.
- 1:10:27Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: We were trying to help y'all through the dumb bitch
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: stages of life. This is gonna take us back to relationships,
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: so you can bypass that stage, so you can make
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: the best choices. Because what I want to tell you
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: is make sure you keep all your grets to minimum.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: That's the best device. And maybe try to get a
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: business loan instead of a student loan or some ship
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: like that. So yeah, keep your regrets to a minimum,
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: and mamas are going to help you because we already
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: did the thing. Okay, it's nothing that I'm telling you
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: not to do that I haven't done and already.
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: And that's the biggest thing.
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: Your mama always say everything you're thinking about doing, I
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: already done that.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Ain't nothing new under the sun.
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: But there are new things there are. There are new
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: things that mama.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: Y'all gay the kids already.
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: I'm very yay o God.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: Y'all, I want you to plug yourselves, plug your social media,
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: plug anything.
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: No, we need dumb bitch stories. They're old enough, they
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: got one. Listen. I stopped telling my niece giving her
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: advice at a certain age because at that point I
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: realized she had her own dumb bitch stories. So I
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: don't need to tell you about my shit no more,
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: because you already made some mistakes to learn from.
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: So give me one, all right, So let me tell
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: them what the dumbit story is so they can't understand
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: they've never I don't think y'all listen to the show
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: like that. So can you share a time where one
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: of your boyfriends might have played you or done something
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: that made you feel unhappy or just feel stupid.
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: You got a story, everybody.
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: I'm so scared to sell this story, y'all.
- 1:12:17Speaker 6: It's not my worst story.
- 1:12:22Speaker 5: But I don't know.
- 1:12:23Speaker 7: I was talking to this dude and I got his
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: initial on my nail.
- 1:12:30Speaker 6: That was really a big step for me, okay, because
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: I don't I don't do stuff like that ever in
- 1:12:34Speaker 6: my life. So I did that, and he wouldn't even
- 1:12:37Speaker 6: believe me, like he was not believing me, Like he
- 1:12:40Speaker 6: barely was texting me back.
- 1:12:42Speaker 5: Like y'all, it was just I mean, and you.
- 1:12:45Speaker 3: Had to wait to get the nails done again. Yeah,
- 1:12:49Speaker 3: like it was.
- 1:12:50Speaker 5: It was really bad.
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: Like I didn't even show like when I was taking
- 1:12:54Speaker 6: pictures and stuff, I wouldn't show that nail.
- 1:12:56Speaker 5: Like, I don't even know why he got it.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: I was so was it somebody were dating? No, So
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: you think once you got the nail and then he
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: kind of got kind offy, like maybe that you realize
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: he ain't like you for real?
- 1:13:10Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:13:10Speaker 6: Most Oh, yeah, I knew he didn't like me because
- 1:13:13Speaker 6: while you're not texting me back.
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: Right after I got on my like you should be excited.
- 1:13:19Speaker 5: He's telling me that you don't believe me.
- 1:13:21Speaker 6: I'm one, Like, okay, yeah, okay.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: This, don't tattoo nigga face on your face. What's that
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: with that generation tattooing a dude's face on your face.
- 1:13:38Speaker 3: Tattoo on your faces?
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: It is keep your face normal right now?
- 1:13:45Speaker 3: Yeah, don't do that. Okay.
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: I'm glad we're all in alignment that we're not taking
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: any tattoos on our face.
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: Okay, thank you. I'm so embarrassed because Hoggies was nothing.
- 1:14:02Speaker 4: I don't even want to tell, y'alla, but it's the
- 1:14:06Speaker 4: same space I'm gonna tell y'all. Okay. So I was
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: talking to this boy, y'all. And okay, so he had
- 1:14:13Speaker 4: an ex girlfriend and she had a kid, m and
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: he would like lay faw the road to the key, y'all.
- 1:14:20Speaker 4: But it wasn't his kid. Yeah, it was weird, but
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: like I wouldn't like I didn't, I wasn't against Like,
- 1:14:26Speaker 4: I can't tell you nothing because like you were already
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: trying to be this kid father. Like what I'm gonna
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: tell you, that's not your kid, nigga. Now you gotta
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: stop seeing this kid. Like I just left along. So
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: I pulled up. It was my graduation day, y'all, I
- 1:14:37Speaker 4: would ever forget it. I just graduated, literally, I just graduated,
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: and I went over there and I had my little
- 1:14:45Speaker 4: brother in the car, and I had my friend, my
- 1:14:48Speaker 4: homeboy in the car, y'all. And as soon as we
- 1:14:52Speaker 4: put up, girl, some girl comes to the choir and
- 1:14:54Speaker 4: she was like, you here to pick up such and such?
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: What's y'all think? Happy? Y'all?
- 1:15:06Speaker 3: Yeah, you said no.
- 1:15:10Speaker 4: I said yes, because like, yes, that's.
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: What I am.
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: I am girl.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: She put your hand through the window.
- 1:15:19Speaker 6: Oh girl, that girl fought mell.
- 1:15:30Speaker 3: Just one question.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: She didn't want no clarity or nothing. That bitch is
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: like on site, who you com here for? Girl?
- 1:15:37Speaker 6: It was crazy because like I don't even know you. Yeah,
- 1:15:42Speaker 6: so let me paint the picture because I was probably like,
- 1:15:46Speaker 6: so you ain't know that was the ex girlfriend, no idea.
- 1:15:55Speaker 4: Yeah, it's funny, y'all. It's not. It's really funny. It
- 1:15:58Speaker 4: wasn't funny at the time, but it was. It's funny now, y'all. Yes,
- 1:16:03Speaker 4: that's the fake baby mama, y'all, So mind you it's
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: no females in the car not then. So my little brother,
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: he's in a passenger seat at the time, I'm eighteen.
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: So my little brother he's sixteen. And when I was
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: seventeen because my birthday didn't come out, I was seventeen,
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: my brother fifteen. So then my friend is in the backseat, y'all,
- 1:16:17Speaker 4: literally head out the window, seat belt on, car still on.
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: My brother is on the phone. My mom like some
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: girl trying to fight, no right, And in my head,
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: I'm like, is she trying to fight not right? Or
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: is she fighting not?
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: Like?
- 1:16:29Speaker 6: Just stress?
- 1:16:29Speaker 5: Somebody come quick?
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: So lied in the car now stressed.
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: I was stressed, very stressed.
- 1:16:41Speaker 3: Seatbelt yes, no seatbelt off?
- 1:16:43Speaker 6: Like this was supposed to be a pick up like
- 1:16:46Speaker 6: like this was so I was so bum rushed, y'all, y'all,
- 1:16:52Speaker 6: she could have told the world anything. I whooped that
- 1:16:54Speaker 6: whole girl, Yes she did. I was not ready.
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: But listen, you ain't a dumb bitch yet, no I was.
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: Did you keep talking to the guy?
- 1:17:04Speaker 4: I was the dummy, y'all? I kept talking to.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: Her later when she was gone.
- 1:17:16Speaker 5: Why do you mess with her? That's what he gonna do.
- 1:17:22Speaker 5: Non mess with the winner and the loser girl.
- 1:17:26Speaker 4: He messed with the winner and the loser. Boom, because y'all,
- 1:17:29Speaker 4: So what did he say, so okay. So at this
- 1:17:33Speaker 4: point my mom then pulled up my homegirls and pulled
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: up we like we have to whoop her, like we
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: have to.
- 1:17:39Speaker 3: So she was.
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: Acting so scaredy she wouldn't come off the course anyways.
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: So he was like blowing up my phone, like blowing
- 1:17:46Speaker 4: me up, because she ended up saying like, well we
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: can go here and we can fight, because I don't
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: want to fight you at his house. So I had left,
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: she had left, everybody left, and he was blowing me up,
- 1:17:56Speaker 4: blowing me up like.
- 1:17:56Speaker 7: She was here to talk to my mom.
- 1:17:59Speaker 4: I was about to was like blowing me up, child,
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: and I was so mad, Like I was so mad.
- 1:18:03Speaker 4: I was not yees. So he has no kids, no no,
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: that's what she said, no kids biologically, And I was
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: just like give me her address. I don't want to
- 1:18:18Speaker 4: hear anything else. Give me her address. And I remember
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: like I wouldn't. I didn't talk to him for a
- 1:18:23Speaker 4: few days, and my mom was like, girl, you so sad,
- 1:18:25Speaker 4: Like just go talk to him, like go go hear
- 1:18:27Speaker 4: him out, like go go see and like hear the
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: full story and then like make a decision or whatever.
- 1:18:33Speaker 4: And girl, I had went up, girl, And I didn't
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: even go over there, but I had called him. We talked,
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: and I don't know.
- 1:18:41Speaker 5: Why I really believed she was there to see his mom.
- 1:18:44Speaker 3: Like, I don't know why I believe that, y'all.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: I can so convincing, like like I went to the therapist.
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: It was bad.
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: And then a couple of weeks, like a couple of
- 1:18:57Speaker 4: weeks later, like fast forward to my birthday, Like he
- 1:18:59Speaker 4: was weird me on my birthday, y'all.
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: Oh, that's a rap. You're playing with any woman's birthday,
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: young or old. It's a rap.
- 1:19:05Speaker 4: Are you crazy? Like what are you trying to do?
- 1:19:08Speaker 4: Like ruin my life right now? And grew up eventually. Okay, wait,
- 1:19:12Speaker 4: so let's let's start with that had all started. She
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: had knew about me and everything because he posted me.
- 1:19:19Speaker 4: I didn't post this man nothing, y'all. It was not me.
- 1:19:23Speaker 4: You mad at me, and he posted me. So fast
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: forward this man exactly. So fast forward to like a
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: couple of weeks after this man had told me, like, girl,
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: you're tripping. This is not a relationship, y'all. It could
- 1:19:40Speaker 4: have been first work, it could have been Yes, that's
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: my dumb, that's my dumb. History.
- 1:19:47Speaker 3: That was a good one.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: I'm glad we can all laugh about it now because.
- 1:20:00Speaker 4: Literally my mom just said, my mom is so messy.
- 1:20:02Speaker 4: I love my mom, y'all.
- 1:20:04Speaker 6: When I was younger, you know, hellod on, mom, she
- 1:20:07Speaker 6: just sent me some messy stuff about them, And I
- 1:20:09Speaker 6: was like, girl, I cannot wait to me and my
- 1:20:10Speaker 6: friends jump her. I will never be over it. You
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: still here, I will never be over it, yeah, Cause
- 1:20:15Speaker 6: like so you never fought her again, no.
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: Like I. And that was like like I literally did
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: not know the girl. Like when I tell the story,
- 1:20:23Speaker 4: it's like, dang, you ain't know what I was a girl.
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: Hell no, Like I don't know her, Like she's older
- 1:20:26Speaker 4: than me. She's like twenty one. I was seventeen.
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: So it's like she a different, Like she's a different
- 1:20:30Speaker 6: type of girl, like that we were not piers, Like
- 1:20:33Speaker 6: we would never be in the same place.
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: I never seen you before in my life, Like I
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: don't know you. So yeah, like I didn't know her.
- 1:20:39Speaker 4: And it's just like, girl, you like unprovoked, like you
- 1:20:45Speaker 4: were very like I did nothing to you. I did
- 1:20:47Speaker 4: not know who you were. I said nothing to you,
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: said nothing about you, like you unprovokedly like snuck me
- 1:20:52Speaker 4: in my car. Girl, Yes, me and my friends have
- 1:20:54Speaker 4: to jump in.
- 1:20:54Speaker 3: Well, don't fight her, move on.
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: Because how your current man supposed to feel about you
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: fighting over old nigga? I know it's the principle at
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: this point, but girl, men don't see things that way.
- 1:21:10Speaker 4: They don't already know. They don't.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: You're gonna walk around and get beat up again?
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: Whoa, whoa, So don't go Yeah, she's twenty four years old.
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: Yeah, I wouldn't even give that.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: No, I had another baby, hurt and the guy so
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: together they together.
- 1:21:31Speaker 7: Oh, let them have that, Let them have that.
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: You got your man, you love him? You were in Charlotte,
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: because that's in Ohio. I'm assuming right they did. Yeah,
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: I wouldn't be going out there with that. Stay bossing
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: up and that's the best reviews.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: Oh yes, girl, make sure you should follow her so
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: you can follow you back, so you can see.
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: Right she's looking.
- 1:21:54Speaker 3: She's all right.
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: I have one more question before we get out of here,
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: and I need a really creius answer from y'all, because
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: all right, y'all, we in here sweating, it's hot as

- 1:22:48Speaker 4: Like a hug, right when you think of it that way?
- 1:22:54Speaker 3: Is that what it is?
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: I don't know. I don't wear that either, but I
- 1:22:57Speaker 4: do be putting on a little hoodie with some shorts
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: in the summertime sometimes, but not one hundred degrees, whether
