My younger socialist friend and I chatted again this week, focused especially on the problems of homelessness, addiction, and mental health, what to do, what not to do, what if anything government should do. We agreed that letting these folks hang in public spaces isn’t the answer, we looked for a better term than “institutionalize.” Neat conversation
