- 0:10Speaker 1: Shoots.
- 0:12Speaker 2: It's time. He no, no, no, no, and no we no.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Welcome to the Naughty but Nice. I'm your host from Shooter.
- 0:20Speaker 2: It's Tuesday, which means our favorite mister Laa Dixon joins us. Hey,
- 0:23Speaker 2: miss Dea, you're there.
- 0:25Speaker 1: I am, and I can't believe it. We were just discussing.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I have a blanket around me this morning. Oh but
- 0:31Speaker 1: it's not September yet.
- 0:33Speaker 2: It's a little chilly. Hey. I have a big thank
- 0:35Speaker 2: you before we start the show, Naughtie. Yesterday on this podcast,
- 0:38Speaker 2: on our show, I announced my new novel. It's coming
- 0:41Speaker 2: out in December, but you can pre order it today.
- 0:45Speaker 2: And boy did you guys deliver. Thank you, thank you,
- 0:50Speaker 2: thank you. My publisher sent me a note this morning.
- 0:52Speaker 2: He couldn't believe how we have shut up the chart.
- 0:55Speaker 2: So if you did pick up the book, it's called
- 0:57Speaker 2: Queen Elizabeth, you had the right Queen Elizabeth the third.
- 1:03Speaker 2: It is set fifteen years in the future, fifteen years
- 1:07Speaker 2: from now, so what would that be twenty forty around
- 1:11Speaker 2: twenty forty. Yes, And we have a new person sitting
- 1:15Speaker 2: on the throw and it's not the person you think.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Mm hmm. It is delicious. It is naughty. It is
- 1:23Speaker 2: cheeky and mister we talk about this all the time.
- 1:27Speaker 2: The more you do this, the better you get it
- 1:30Speaker 2: is a much better book. I love my first book.
- 1:32Speaker 2: It's still available. It started with a whisper, but it
- 1:35Speaker 2: really taught me how to write. And now this second book,
- 1:38Speaker 2: I am cooking on a gas. So if you did
- 1:41Speaker 2: pick it up, thank you very much. We announced it
- 1:44Speaker 2: yesterday it shot up the charts. Pre sales are really
- 1:47Speaker 2: important for books. I didn't realize this, but if you
- 1:50Speaker 2: don't have a decent pre sales, when the book actually
- 1:53Speaker 2: comes out in a few months, it won't get the attention,
- 1:56Speaker 2: the algorithm, the love that Amazon can throw at it.
- 1:59Speaker 2: So that's that's why pre sales are so important. So
- 2:01Speaker 2: if you could buy it, if you were interested in
- 2:03Speaker 2: buying it, I please ask you to buy it today
- 2:07Speaker 2: because it's really going to help. And plus I think
- 2:09Speaker 2: it's eighteen books. I get it, it's eighteen books. But
- 2:11Speaker 2: if you buy it today, you'll forget about it by Christmas.
- 2:15Speaker 2: And then in December, ding dong, there's somebody at the door.
- 2:18Speaker 2: You'll have a lovely little Christmas gift. Okay, let's jump
- 2:21Speaker 2: into as show what time is it, my friends, It
- 2:23Speaker 2: is a big story. At the top of the show,
- 2:26Speaker 2: Hayden Pantea's mummy is doing interviews, particularly a big one
- 2:29Speaker 2: on GMA with my friend Rhianne and Ali. We used
- 2:32Speaker 2: to have a TV show together about twenty years ago,
- 2:35Speaker 2: me and Rhianna and had a Mark Cuban TV show.
- 2:37Speaker 2: She was my co host. Now she's at GMA. She
- 2:40Speaker 2: is fantastic. She asked some really tough questions, really smart questions.
- 2:43Speaker 2: But there's a backlash. People are saying, why is this
- 2:46Speaker 2: lady doing publicity? Why is she doing interviews? Is this
- 2:50Speaker 2: meant to be the saddest hour of her life and
- 2:54Speaker 2: she's put in hair and makeup on and doing interviews.
- 2:56Speaker 2: It's complicated, isn't it? Because we are in this business mystic.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Often people talk to journalists because they've got nobody else
- 3:03Speaker 2: to talk to. Often they have these feelings and they
- 3:06Speaker 2: just need to express them. So part of me is, yes,
- 3:10Speaker 2: I do get it. Seeing a grieving parent out there,
- 3:13Speaker 2: particularly a parent that has a very troubled history with
- 3:16Speaker 2: her daughter, let's not be like, let's not be a
- 3:19Speaker 2: rosy eye about this mistake. They had a real, real
- 3:23Speaker 2: ugly history. If you read a book. She makes it
- 3:26Speaker 2: very clear Hayden that her and her mom did not
- 3:29Speaker 2: get along. In fact, she blames her mom for a
- 3:31Speaker 2: lot of awful things and good things in her life.
- 3:33Speaker 2: But how do you feel misty about all these interviews
- 3:36Speaker 2: now her mom sitting down and doing a big interview
- 3:38Speaker 2: talking about the loss of her daughter.
- 3:40Speaker 1: You know, we have another story coming up that's going
- 3:44Speaker 1: to contrast this quite quite well. I think when you
- 3:49Speaker 1: lose a child, it's just so devastating to be able
- 3:53Speaker 1: to pull yourself out of bed, put on makeup, and
- 3:56Speaker 1: be able to talk about it to anyone, let alone
- 3:59Speaker 1: a journalist. Is a lot so it's hard for me
- 4:04Speaker 1: to fathom. But I think she feels that a lot
- 4:08Speaker 1: of people have said things about her, and it is
- 4:11Speaker 1: human nature to want to defend yourself. But as we've
- 4:14Speaker 1: said many and many interviews, sometimes you just don't need
- 4:18Speaker 1: to say anything, at least not right away.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Right.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Yes, people are going to say things, People are going
- 4:24Speaker 1: to make assumptions. That doesn't mean you have to justify
- 4:27Speaker 1: it or defend yourself. That was her mom. She did
- 4:31Speaker 1: the best she could, and you don't need to tell
- 4:35Speaker 1: anybody of that. It's weird when people say I get
- 4:39Speaker 1: to choose to do this, and I'm telling you this,
- 4:42Speaker 1: but then just do it. You don't have to tell anyone.
- 4:45Speaker 1: So it's a but if that's how she chooses to
- 4:50Speaker 1: work through her her grief, I can't fault her. It's
- 4:53Speaker 1: just it's strange to me.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Yes, I agree, that's the right way. She does say
- 4:57Speaker 2: in the interunity, it stuck to me in my tracks.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Nobody gets to tell me how to grieve. This is
- 5:02Speaker 2: my second child that I have lost. Nobody and I
- 5:04Speaker 2: think this was directed at Gail King, who had some
- 5:06Speaker 2: harsh words for the mother after Hayden's death, and so
- 5:10Speaker 2: she is firing back. I'm also told too, I spoke
- 5:13Speaker 2: to my ABC sources. This is a very very mysterious,
- 5:18Speaker 2: unusual death and there's lots of questions and the mother
- 5:21Speaker 2: wants to make sure that we get to the bottom
- 5:23Speaker 2: of them. And she is going to use her voice,
- 5:25Speaker 2: her power, her celebrity to make sure the police and
- 5:28Speaker 2: everybody else really really invested. And she's made it very
- 5:32Speaker 2: clear who she blames. She's pointing to the boyfriend. She's
- 5:36Speaker 2: been explicit about that. She said there are inconsistencies in
- 5:40Speaker 2: his story. Still sitting down just a few days after
- 5:44Speaker 2: your daughter passed and doing a major, major interview, even
- 5:47Speaker 2: a small interview, even a local interview. It is just
- 5:50Speaker 2: something that has really rubbed her friends, her family. The
- 5:53Speaker 2: wrong day, which wrong way? Which brings us to our
- 5:56Speaker 2: whole question of the day, Hayden penalty. As mommy is
- 5:59Speaker 2: doing interviews, her friends are really upset about this. In fact,
- 6:02Speaker 2: let's be honest, they are furious. Is this the right
- 6:06Speaker 2: or the wrong move? Maybe it's both? Is it right?
- 6:10Speaker 2: Is it wrong? Hey? Go vote on our ex page
- 6:13Speaker 2: at Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page
- 6:18Speaker 2: is Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow
- 6:22Speaker 2: to hear your results. Hey, miss de what are you
- 6:25Speaker 2: working on?
- 6:26Speaker 1: We're going to talk a little bit about Jimmy Kimmel
- 6:28Speaker 1: and his wife.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Now.
- 6:29Speaker 1: She is revealing just how nervous she was when their
- 6:33Speaker 1: workplace romance began. Let me explain. So, she was a
- 6:36Speaker 1: writer on Jimmy Kevel Live and she realized that he
- 6:39Speaker 1: was interested in her after he invited her over cooked
- 6:44Speaker 1: all five of her favorite foods for her. First of all, like,
- 6:48Speaker 1: why are you going to your boss's house? I don't understand,
- 6:50Speaker 1: but I digress, so she probably did what I would
- 6:54Speaker 1: have done. Panic and she said, I thought it was
- 6:57Speaker 1: a terrible idea, noting that he was her boss, as
- 7:00Speaker 1: I said, and she feared the relationship could jeopardize everything
- 7:05Speaker 1: she had worked for. Now. Of course, they kept this
- 7:08Speaker 1: romance a secret at the beginning, because you know, dating
- 7:11Speaker 1: your boss can go horribly awry. But they eventually went public.
- 7:17Speaker 1: They got married in twenty thirteen. They have children, so
- 7:20Speaker 1: it worked out wonderfully. But rob, let's talk about this
- 7:24Speaker 1: dating your boss good.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Idea, bad idea? No, you know what, It's never a
- 7:31Speaker 2: good idea until it becomes a good idea. She now
- 7:33Speaker 2: is one of the most powerful people in Hollywood. I'm
- 7:35Speaker 2: not saying that it's just because of her husband, but
- 7:37Speaker 2: she was a very talented writer. She's always been talented.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Wouldn't you add the power of Jimmy behind you you're
- 7:42Speaker 2: his wife, It does change the dynamic. When Jimmy hosts
- 7:46Speaker 2: the Oscars, she's the head writer. She has incredible talent,
- 7:50Speaker 2: incredible power. She's really really loved in Hollywood, and so
- 7:53Speaker 2: it worked out for her, So maybe you could work
- 7:55Speaker 2: out for you too. Is it fun to date somebody powerful? Yes?
- 7:59Speaker 2: I guess it is your boss, though I think it's
- 8:03Speaker 2: not not a good idea to sleep with your boss,
- 8:06Speaker 2: But to date your boss is different, like I would think,
- 8:09Speaker 2: you know, is this gonna Is this just a one
- 8:12Speaker 2: night sort of thing and then it will be awkward
- 8:14Speaker 2: and that's not gonna work. But let's sort of see
- 8:16Speaker 2: if we can date and have a friendship and see
- 8:18Speaker 2: if this really is real. Maybe i'll take a month
- 8:21Speaker 2: off work, maybe you'll take a month off work. Maybe
- 8:23Speaker 2: we'll see how how this works. You know, I sold
- 8:26Speaker 2: an ice cream to Bruce in a theater where he
- 8:28Speaker 2: was working, so technically I guess he was my boss,
- 8:30Speaker 2: and we're still together. I think love finding people. It's
- 8:34Speaker 2: so difficult, It is so hard to find your person
- 8:38Speaker 2: that once we start making that dating pool even smaller,
- 8:42Speaker 2: we just set ourselves up for failure. I think the
- 8:45Speaker 2: pool should be as open as possible. I really really do.
- 8:49Speaker 2: So all the reasons you say I shouldn't date him,
- 8:52Speaker 2: I shouldn't date her, I shouldn't date this one, I
- 8:54Speaker 2: shouldn't date that one. I think yourself sabotage. And I
- 8:57Speaker 2: don't think you want to date anybody.
- 8:59Speaker 1: I can understand. Where are you coming from. But my
- 9:02Speaker 1: question is like, did they have to go to HR,
- 9:06Speaker 1: because usually if you date somebody at your office, you
- 9:09Speaker 1: have to disclose it, especially once when you're kind of
- 9:12Speaker 1: not on the same level, because nobody wants to be
- 9:15Speaker 1: charged with sexual harassment or or anything like that. So
- 9:20Speaker 1: I'm just wondering, did they sit down and could you
- 9:22Speaker 1: imagine Jimmy Kimmel, I'm dating her, Okay, he's just being
- 9:26Speaker 1: funny about it. Did she write the script for him
- 9:29Speaker 1: to go to HR?
- 9:31Speaker 2: It's complicated, like when people really love each other, or
- 9:35Speaker 2: even when you're attracted to Adantha, you can make it work.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Often what looks terrible on paper works out in real life.
- 9:41Speaker 2: You're my best friend. On paper, we should not really
- 9:44Speaker 2: be friends, Like we're very different people. But if you
- 9:48Speaker 2: if you let what the world says. And I think
- 9:51Speaker 2: maybe this is a gay man's perspective. All my life,
- 9:54Speaker 2: I was told that Lee falling in love was a
- 9:56Speaker 2: bad thing. When I was a little boy, people said
- 9:57Speaker 2: horrible things about gay people in my family, and so
- 10:00Speaker 2: I just had to stop listening. I had to just
- 10:02Speaker 2: have my own path. And as long as you do
- 10:05Speaker 2: it with a moral compass and you don't betray your
- 10:07Speaker 2: own morals and who you believe you are. Then I say,
- 10:11Speaker 2: if you fall in love, then you fall in love.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Love is love. If you fall in love with your boss, great.
- 10:16Speaker 2: If you fall in love with your doorman great. If
- 10:18Speaker 2: you fall in love with the guy in the flower
- 10:20Speaker 2: shop great. It is so hard, my friends. I know it.
- 10:23Speaker 2: I've been lucky enough to find the love of my
- 10:25Speaker 2: life I have, but a lot of my friends haven't.
- 10:28Speaker 2: And it's not because they're not deserving. It's just I
- 10:31Speaker 2: think sometimes we can be our own worse enemy. Child.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Are you speaking to somebody who?
- 10:40Speaker 2: Now? Your mom's listening to the moving Sandra Bullock? Oh,
- 10:45Speaker 2: happy birthday to your mmy. By the way, I saw
- 10:47Speaker 2: the pictures, she looks fabulous. Happy birthday, Miss Dixon. Sandra
- 10:51Speaker 2: Bullock is emerging after six years of heartbreak. So she
- 10:55Speaker 2: stepped away from the spotlight after it was revealed that
- 10:59Speaker 2: her partner was having a private battle with als. He
- 11:03Speaker 2: passed away at just fifty seven years old. She kept
- 11:06Speaker 2: that a secret. She didn't want it out there, so
- 11:09Speaker 2: she said she closed herself off and the laugh stopped
- 11:12Speaker 2: coming and she became much more serious. I get that.
- 11:16Speaker 2: But now she's returning and she is doing what she
- 11:19Speaker 2: does best. She's been Sandra. She's got a new movie,
- 11:21Speaker 2: Practical Magic Part two. I love part one, And she
- 11:24Speaker 2: said she's finally feeling better, but it takes a minute.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Now she does acknowledge that she's lucky enough that she
- 11:29Speaker 2: can take this amount of time off. Most people can't
- 11:31Speaker 2: take that amount of time off financially, we just can't disappear.
- 11:35Speaker 2: She could, and so she took the time for herself,
- 11:38Speaker 2: for her family, for her kids, for her friends, and
- 11:41Speaker 2: now she's back. Never be afraid of stepping back. What
- 11:44Speaker 2: do you think?
- 11:45Speaker 1: Yeah? And like I said, we had our first story
- 11:48Speaker 1: where there was a mom who chose who's choosing to
- 11:52Speaker 1: speak out, and Sandra did the exact opposite. She wanted
- 11:56Speaker 1: to keep this close to the vest. She needed time
- 11:59Speaker 1: and privacy to deal with the grief of the death
- 12:02Speaker 1: of her partner, and she was in a position to
- 12:05Speaker 1: take that, so she did. It's been three years and
- 12:09Speaker 1: she's finally starting to get back to her life. And
- 12:13Speaker 1: it's interesting most of us can't do that where we
- 12:16Speaker 1: take off entirely. We still have to go to work,
- 12:19Speaker 1: we still have to take care of everyday life. But
- 12:23Speaker 1: that doesn't mean that we're gonna necessarily talk about it.
- 12:27Speaker 1: You know, in a sorority and a woman one of
- 12:30Speaker 1: her her parents had passed, and it's in the sorority.
- 12:33Speaker 1: You call, you say what can we do? Can we
- 12:35Speaker 1: bring you dishes?
- 12:36Speaker 2: Can we come?
- 12:36Speaker 1: And she basically said, I don't want anybody involved, and
- 12:40Speaker 1: we had to respect that. That's the choice she made.
- 12:43Speaker 1: It was part of her grieving process. But I'm glad
- 12:47Speaker 1: to see Sandra back. I can't wait to see the movie.
- 12:49Speaker 1: It's gonna be so amazing, And I'm glad, you know,
- 12:54Speaker 1: take the time you need to get through the hard
- 12:56Speaker 1: parts of your life.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Yes, yes, yes, Okay, quickly before we get a break,
- 12:59Speaker 2: ask Ashton Kutcher, who we all remember is one of
- 13:02Speaker 2: the sexiest men in the world. He's oh, we shut those.
- 13:05Speaker 2: We haven't seen him for a while. He's forty eight
- 13:07Speaker 2: years old. Now he looks a little different. What's good.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Yeah, so he's forty eight now, great age. And he
- 13:15Speaker 1: stepped out in Los Angeles with his wife, Mila Kunis
- 13:18Speaker 1: and one of their kids, and he was wearing like
- 13:21Speaker 1: a T shirt and you know, a baseball cap, looking
- 13:24Speaker 1: rather just chill. But he had a noticeably dad body
- 13:28Speaker 1: a little bit softer, and he's complained about being too handsome.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Oh if we could all have that trouble.
- 13:36Speaker 1: And he said it sometimes costs him acting roles. And
- 13:39Speaker 1: he said there are roles I haven't gotten because of
- 13:41Speaker 1: the way I look, and he called it frustrating. But
- 13:44Speaker 1: this is twenty years after punked and he might have
- 13:47Speaker 1: discovered the ultimate disguise the dad bods. So I mean, look,
- 13:52Speaker 1: he was in that FX show I think, believeble it
- 13:56Speaker 1: was called Beauty, and he looked quite handsome in that,
- 13:59Speaker 1: but he all still looked. You know, he's he's almost fifty,
- 14:02Speaker 1: so he looks more distinguished. I think we're coming into
- 14:04Speaker 1: the next phase of Ashton Kutcher, that handsome for some people,
- 14:10Speaker 1: older man who just looks so good. And I think
- 14:12Speaker 1: he's embracing it fabiously. But you know what, when you're
- 14:16Speaker 1: not working on screen, I mean, have the COVL case,
- 14:19Speaker 1: It's okay, you have the apple pie. And I think
- 14:21Speaker 1: that's exactly what he's doing.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Yeah, we're careful about talking about bodies on this show,
- 14:25Speaker 2: but Ashton would find this quite funny. I know his people,
- 14:27Speaker 2: I know him a little bit, and this is quite
- 14:29Speaker 2: and he's still gorgeous. I would kill to have his
- 14:32Speaker 2: dad bod is me on my very very best day,
- 14:35Speaker 2: like his dad body, I aspire to have a body.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Of course, he looks fantastic. Okay, I just got to
- 14:43Speaker 2: give a quick update. So the Elvis Da Rancho have
- 14:45Speaker 2: been texting me while we've been recording this show. They're
- 14:48Speaker 2: talking about me right now because yesterday I was on
- 14:50Speaker 2: Nancy Grace and Nancy Grace told me off on the show,
- 14:54Speaker 2: and they want to make sure that I'm okay. I'm fine,
- 14:58Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I've been getting told off by Nancy Grace is pretty amazed.
- 15:03Speaker 2: She tells me off all the time. And just to
- 15:05Speaker 2: prove that I'm fine, I'm going back on the show today.
- 15:08Speaker 2: So I am going back. I like it. Nancy Grace
- 15:12Speaker 2: is a pussy cat. Let me tell you the dirty
- 15:14Speaker 2: little secret about her. She won't like this if she
- 15:16Speaker 2: hears it. She's one of the kindest, nicest, actually funniest
- 15:20Speaker 2: people I've ever met. I'm not saying it's all an act.
- 15:23Speaker 2: She's got a bite and she doesn't tolerate a fool.
- 15:26Speaker 2: And in Nancy's defense, I was on a show yesterday
- 15:29Speaker 2: and she gave me a question. I didn't know the answer,
- 15:32Speaker 2: so I try it to talk around it. We're quite
- 15:35Speaker 2: good at this mystery that ever really answering the question
- 15:40Speaker 2: not on Nancy's watch. No, she called me out. And
- 15:43Speaker 2: after I finished my answer, mister, she looked in that
- 15:45Speaker 2: camera and said, rub shooter, you just repeated what I said.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I don't need you echo in me. If you just
- 15:51Speaker 2: keep echoing me why you're coming on the show, You'll
- 15:54Speaker 2: be quiet and you'll sit down until you finally have
- 15:57Speaker 2: something interesting to say. Now, the good part of this,
- 16:01Speaker 2: it might seem harsh and autis, don't get angry. I'm
- 16:04Speaker 2: in on the joke. I'm in on the joke, and
- 16:06Speaker 2: I'm grateful to be on her show. And she plugged
- 16:09Speaker 2: my book. So thank you, Nancy Grace.
- 16:11Speaker 1: You are God's a man than me, because I would
- 16:14Speaker 1: have losted. You know that I would have been. I
- 16:16Speaker 1: would have pulled out my notes, my my file off
- 16:19Speaker 1: backs have been like, wait, so can Misgrace? I got
- 16:21Speaker 1: it here.
- 16:22Speaker 2: It's so hard. We love you both. Okay, we're gonna
- 16:25Speaker 2: take a quick break and we'll be right back. Welcome
- 16:28Speaker 2: back to the Naughty but Nicer I'm your host. The shooter,
- 16:32Speaker 2: hay let's get to the polls. Yes, the dagh we
- 16:36Speaker 2: talked about, Hayden Panetea was twice taken from her home
- 16:40Speaker 2: in Los Angeles on a gurney. That's not good. That
- 16:43Speaker 2: boyfriend was there. The neighbor saw all this, is it
- 16:46Speaker 2: time to arrest this boyfriend? What do you think? Five percent?
- 16:51Speaker 2: Eighty five percent said yes, it's time. It's getting there,
- 16:54Speaker 2: my friends. The evidence is mounting. I'm told the police
- 16:59Speaker 2: know way more that we know. There's a lot going
- 17:02Speaker 2: on behind the scenes, and it's all going to come
- 17:04Speaker 2: out very soon. Hey, don't forget to vote on today's
- 17:07Speaker 2: poul go to x page. I tried the page at
- 17:09Speaker 2: nice Rob and facebook page is naughty gills him and
- 17:13Speaker 2: be sure to check that tomorrow. Little here your results.
- 17:18Speaker 2: And now it's time for my favorite part of the
- 17:20Speaker 2: show and nice nicest of the day.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Well, our nicest of the day is Kendall Jinner and
- 17:27Speaker 1: Jacob Alordi thereinly can't keep our hands off of each
- 17:31Speaker 1: other face. Oh you know, and get in a new
- 17:34Speaker 1: romance and you're just wrong, lovey, lovey. So they were
- 17:37Speaker 1: spotted leaving London's River Cafe after a romantic dinner with
- 17:42Speaker 1: Kendall holding Jacob's wrist and his hand appeared to graze
- 17:46Speaker 1: her backside. Ooh, Jacob getting cheeky. So they went public
- 17:52Speaker 1: in April after reportingly kissing at Justin Bieber's Cachella after party.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Things have moved rather quickly, traveled together to Hawaii in Japan,
- 18:02Speaker 1: now London.
- 18:03Speaker 2: He got our beautiful hotel sweet.
- 18:06Speaker 1: And they aren't hiding anymore. They look completely smitten. So
- 18:12Speaker 1: I mean they're young, they're beautiful, both.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous pictures.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Have your fun beauty together. Touchy, touchy, touchy. I'm happy
- 18:24Speaker 1: with it.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful l Nana. I noticed the day naughty, naughty,
- 18:28Speaker 2: Hayden Panalty's mom is blasting us, and I think she's
- 18:30Speaker 2: got some right here. She's saying, the haters about her
- 18:32Speaker 2: daughter just don't have any right to say anything. She's
- 18:35Speaker 2: firing back at critics question in the handling of her
- 18:38Speaker 2: daughter's death. Here, speaking on GMA, she said, Leslie said
- 18:42Speaker 2: that no one has the right to judge how she grieves. Wow,
- 18:45Speaker 2: she said, you don't have the right to tell me
- 18:47Speaker 2: how I mourned the loss of my second child. Remember
- 18:49Speaker 2: the brother died just a few years ago to in
- 18:51Speaker 2: very similar circumstances. She said that she's numb and she
- 18:55Speaker 2: doesn't feel like the death is real. Yet this lady
- 18:58Speaker 2: has a very, very sheckered, troubled past. Just read Hayden's
- 19:02Speaker 2: memoir for that. However, she's still a mom grieving, and
- 19:05Speaker 2: we cannot and should not tell anybody how to grieve.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Let's end with a moment of rab Busy is a gift.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Sounds strange, doesn't it, But remember that time when you
- 19:18Speaker 2: are overwhelmed, when just too much is going on, Remember
- 19:21Speaker 2: that you once dreamed about this. Yesterday, because I announced
- 19:25Speaker 2: the debut of my second novel, my phone blew up.
- 19:28Speaker 2: It was a really busy day. I was overwhelmed. I
- 19:31Speaker 2: almost got annoyed. I almost snapped at Bruce. I almost
- 19:34Speaker 2: fell out with Darby, my dog, and I knew why.
- 19:36Speaker 2: It was because I was just overwhelmed. I couldn't keep up.
- 19:39Speaker 2: I was trying to do my job. I was trying
- 19:41Speaker 2: to do my podcast, I was trying to do my
- 19:42Speaker 2: sub stack, I was trying to do my my day job.
- 19:44Speaker 2: And I was also added this other stress to my life.
- 19:48Speaker 2: And I nearly melted down. I stubbed to myself and
- 19:50Speaker 2: I said, you asked for this. You wanted more opportunities,
- 19:53Speaker 2: you really did. You wanted more calls, you wanted more momentum,
- 19:56Speaker 2: and you wanted to be busy building something that you
- 19:58Speaker 2: really believed in. I'm there. So don't resent the life
- 20:02Speaker 2: you once wished for, Appreciate the chaos and be grateful
- 20:05Speaker 2: for the opportunities. And sometimes being overwhelmed is simply success
- 20:10Speaker 2: arriving all at once. Remember that it's not a bad thing,
- 20:15Speaker 2: it's a gift. Hey, that is it for today. Thank
- 20:18Speaker 2: you so much for listening to The Naughty but Nice
- 20:20Speaker 2: with Rob and Miss d Show were a production of
- 20:22Speaker 2: Elvis Durant and iHeartRadio. Don't forget to pick up my
- 20:26Speaker 2: new book. It's called Queen Elizabeth the Third, the Third.
- 20:30Speaker 2: We have a new queen on the throne, Queen Elizabeth Third.

- 20:38Speaker 2: this crown? To pick it up now. It is available
- 20:41Speaker 2: for pre orders. And remember altogether. Now if you're going
