- 0:08Speaker 1: Sable Advice, Sugar Spicello, Welcome to the Nordeva Nisha on
- 0:18Speaker 1: your house, Rob Shooter, It's Thursday, which means I dear
- 0:23Speaker 1: friend Mark Lupo joins us Loopy, are you there? I
- 0:27Speaker 1: would be nowhere else on a Thursday, Rob, where else?
- 0:31Speaker 1: And a little birdie tells me you're off this week.
- 0:33Speaker 1: So it's a special treatment because you could have slept
- 0:35Speaker 1: in Oh yes. And on my day off, Rob, I
- 0:38Speaker 1: went to a taping of The Seth Meyer Show and
- 0:41Speaker 1: it was a lot of fun. Corney Cox was the
- 0:43Speaker 1: lead guest. But but Rob, I have a special treat
- 0:47Speaker 1: for you. So during the commercial break, audience can ask
- 0:50Speaker 1: questions to Seth and someone asked him, yeah, yeah, yes.
- 0:53Speaker 1: When I asked him what was the craziest backstage moment
- 0:56Speaker 1: he had while working at SNL and Rob, are you
- 0:59Speaker 1: ready for this? He said it was when Ashley Simpson
- 1:02Speaker 1: got cut lip sinking and he explained how he found out.
- 1:06Speaker 1: So he was backstage, his backstage and everyone is like,
- 1:09Speaker 1: you know, it's busy backstage. Things are happening in real time.
- 1:12Speaker 1: You know, he wasn't watching the show. And then Rachel
- 1:15Speaker 1: Dratch was getting ready for her next appearance on the show,
- 1:18Speaker 1: and she's dressed in a full has Matt suit, like
- 1:21Speaker 1: in a big yellow costume. She runs on the hallway
- 1:24Speaker 1: and says she was actually Simpsons lip sinking. She slept
- 1:27Speaker 1: sinking and like everyone just broken to chaos. I love it.
- 1:33Speaker 1: That's how I got actually as a client. So Ashley
- 1:36Speaker 1: was called lip sinking on SNL and it was a
- 1:38Speaker 1: double we forget what big news it was. It was
- 1:40Speaker 1: like the cover of the New York Post. The next day,
- 1:42Speaker 1: Joe Simpson called me up and said, we're in a
- 1:45Speaker 1: big mess. Will you come in and fix it? And
- 1:48Speaker 1: I did that. And what I did is I arranged
- 1:50Speaker 1: for asking Ashley to return back and we went back
- 1:55Speaker 1: and I remember cast members telling me backstage because it's
- 1:58Speaker 1: like a circus bantage that ding around, changing costumes, change
- 2:01Speaker 1: and makeup, running around, it's so exciting. It's more exciting,
- 2:04Speaker 1: may I say backstage and sometimes onstage it's really excited.
- 2:08Speaker 1: And the cast members were telling me that when she
- 2:10Speaker 1: got caught, they were like, it's a bless thing that
- 2:13Speaker 1: ever happened to them. They're yes, they said, it was
- 2:16Speaker 1: so exciting. I think God, Live TV. You've worked a
- 2:19Speaker 1: lot on Live TV. Mark, it's when things go wrong
- 2:22Speaker 1: that are really the goers, not for Ashley, but for
- 2:27Speaker 1: the cast, the crew. It really feels live, doesn't it.
- 2:31Speaker 1: So Oh Ashley, if you're listening, Helloallo Hello. I dumped
- 2:35Speaker 1: into her a couple of months ago. Lallo, hello, Hey,
- 2:37Speaker 1: let's jump into a show. That's a great story. Mark.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I love that you work in the TV business and
- 2:41Speaker 1: on your day off, what do you do? You go
- 2:43Speaker 1: to a taping of a TV I can't get enough
- 2:45Speaker 1: you love Hey. We should tell people though, if ever
- 2:50Speaker 1: you're in New York and you want something to do,
- 2:53Speaker 1: or you want to bump into celebrities, go to a taping.
- 2:56Speaker 1: People don't realize the tickets are free. Go online, you
- 3:00Speaker 1: can sign up. It's hard to get into SNL. You're
- 3:02Speaker 1: probably not going to get into that, but you can
- 3:04Speaker 1: get into Kelly Kelly and Ryan. You can get into
- 3:09Speaker 1: Jimmy Fallon, you can get into Colbert. So honestly, if
- 3:12Speaker 1: you're in New York and instead of going for dinner,
- 3:15Speaker 1: or if you don't want to pay all that money
- 3:16Speaker 1: to see a Broadway show, go on the websites and
- 3:19Speaker 1: sign up and you can go and see one of these.
- 3:21Speaker 1: The view the view has a has an audience. Go
- 3:23Speaker 1: and see these amazing shows because you get to see
- 3:26Speaker 1: a huge start and the host that the host is
- 3:30Speaker 1: a star too. But it's really exciting. Just a little
- 3:32Speaker 1: tip bear, let's jump into the show. What time is it?
- 3:35Speaker 1: My friends? Kim kar Dashian is officially single, bum bum
- 3:44Speaker 1: bum judge has granted her request to end her marriage.
- 3:49Speaker 1: So more than a year mark a year after she
- 3:52Speaker 1: filed for divorce, Kim is officially single. The judge granted
- 3:57Speaker 1: her request to end her marriage to Kanye where I'm
- 4:00Speaker 1: still calling him Kanye. I'm not doing that, ye stuff,
- 4:02Speaker 1: I'm not. It's too weird, is it? Ye? Is it? Yes?
- 4:08Speaker 1: I don't know. Well do say Kanye? And hopefully we
- 4:10Speaker 1: won't even have to say that very much longer, although
- 4:12Speaker 1: I feel we might. So. Kim appeared on a video
- 4:15Speaker 1: call during her hearing. What do you think she will know?
- 4:19Speaker 1: She went full glam, full glam. The the glam squad
- 4:23Speaker 1: was at that. Do you think they gave her like
- 4:25Speaker 1: a very serious look, serious but like contourd to Yes,
- 4:31Speaker 1: I'm not seeing a bikin. No, I'm seeing her in
- 4:33Speaker 1: a pants suit, maybe hair pulled back in a pony
- 4:36Speaker 1: here at the contoured shark kiss old features, legal features.
- 4:41Speaker 1: I think now Kanye, he did not bother to show up,
- 4:43Speaker 1: so he was absent, so the judge granted granted her request,
- 4:48Speaker 1: so technically she's single. It gets a little bit complicated
- 4:51Speaker 1: because the divorce is still ongoing. In fact, they have
- 4:54Speaker 1: to figure out their custody next. This is when it
- 4:57Speaker 1: could get really, really nasty. I'm told that's going to
- 5:01Speaker 1: happen or start to happen, on Tuesday next week. My
- 5:05Speaker 1: insiders tell me that Kim will probably be home base.
- 5:08Speaker 1: The four kids will be with Kim, but Kanye will
- 5:11Speaker 1: get to see them whenever he wants. Inside go on
- 5:14Speaker 1: to say that Kim is relieved, relieved, Mark, this isn't over.
- 5:19Speaker 1: He's always going to be around, but at least now
- 5:22Speaker 1: she is single. What do you think the national nightmare
- 5:25Speaker 1: is finally over. We can breathe a little easier tonight. Rob,
- 5:30Speaker 1: I will say, you know, I'm sincerely happy for Kim.
- 5:33Speaker 1: This has been a nightmare for her and for all
- 5:35Speaker 1: of us. I'm exhausted, You're exhausted, like truly. It kind
- 5:41Speaker 1: of reminds me of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. This
- 5:44Speaker 1: like this will be a long, ongoing battle. I hope
- 5:47Speaker 1: they're still they're still sing it. They're not. They're they're single,
- 5:50Speaker 1: They're they're legally single. Brad and agree, but they're not
- 5:53Speaker 1: divorced yet. It's still going on. Yeah, yeah, I mean,
- 5:55Speaker 1: I just hope, you know, and pray for peace for them,
- 5:58Speaker 1: for their kids. They have so many kids. But it
- 6:00Speaker 1: makes sense. You know, she is going to be home based.
- 6:02Speaker 1: She is more I think stationary. He's a global traveler
- 6:06Speaker 1: and he's kind of wild right now, and he's not
- 6:08Speaker 1: getting the help he needs, you know, bless him. But
- 6:10Speaker 1: you know, and I do think. I'm very curious to
- 6:13Speaker 1: see what happens on the new show The Kardashians that's
- 6:15Speaker 1: gonna be on Hulu. Well this unfold, how will they
- 6:18Speaker 1: address it? What do you feel? What do you as
- 6:21Speaker 1: the TV guy? I can't wait? It's going to be well,
- 6:24Speaker 1: I think, yeah, I think this is the only reason
- 6:26Speaker 1: to do a new show and get this too. This
- 6:27Speaker 1: is a little exclusive. I spoke to a friend of
- 6:30Speaker 1: Pete's last night, someone very close to Pete. They told
- 6:34Speaker 1: me Pete's ready to propose. My gosh, oh no no,
- 6:44Speaker 1: But they said to I was like, oh, hiw ridiculous,
- 6:47Speaker 1: and they said, Rob, he proposed to arian mc grandy
- 6:50Speaker 1: after six weeks. He's been with Kim longer than that.
- 6:54Speaker 1: And the reason he hasn't popped the question is because
- 6:57Speaker 1: she technically was married until yesterday. Now he can propose.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And I was like, did he not learn learn anything
- 7:05Speaker 1: about his engagement to Arianna Grandy didn't end well? And
- 7:09Speaker 1: they said, no, not a thing. He's still Pete. He's
- 7:12Speaker 1: the same guy, Mark. I think he's going to pop
- 7:14Speaker 1: the question, which brings us to our question of the day.
- 7:17Speaker 1: I'm going to pop the question here. Kim Kardashian is
- 7:20Speaker 1: officially Singlear judge has granted her request to end her marriage.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Will she stay single for long? I can't My head's
- 7:31Speaker 1: gonna ready. I don't have on this one. I cult
- 7:35Speaker 1: wait to see what you say. Go to at Twitter
- 7:38Speaker 1: page at Naughty Nice Rama, or you can go to
- 7:40Speaker 1: our Facebook page Naughty Goship and be sure to check
- 7:43Speaker 1: back tomorrow to hear your results. I gotta check back myself.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Even if I wasn't on the show to morrow, I
- 7:49Speaker 1: would listen to hear your results. Well she stays single
- 7:53Speaker 1: for long? Hey? Mark, what are you working on. This
- 7:56Speaker 1: is a very unexpected story. Rob, It's so good. That's
- 8:00Speaker 1: Shepherd and Ashley Olson once secretly dated. I let me,
- 8:07Speaker 1: it's just so much to break down here, let me explain. Okay,
- 8:11Speaker 1: So that's spilled the beans. He said, I dated Ashley
- 8:14Speaker 1: Olsen and she's just the most wonderful person. She's fantastic.
- 8:19Speaker 1: So Dax is forty seven and Ashley is thirty five
- 8:22Speaker 1: right now, and they did about fifteen years ago, and
- 8:26Speaker 1: Dax Das even admitted that, you know, it was an
- 8:28Speaker 1: odd pairing, he said. Of the Olsen twins, he said,
- 8:31Speaker 1: they're sarcastic, Ashley is super funny and intelligent. And he
- 8:36Speaker 1: also said he never watched an episode of Full House.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I found hard to believe, but he said, I luckily
- 8:43Speaker 1: never saw the show because I probably would have had
- 8:46Speaker 1: a hard time being attracted to Ashley if I knew
- 8:48Speaker 1: her as a baby. He said, I just saw her
- 8:53Speaker 1: at a party and was kind of thunderstruck with her beauty.
- 8:58Speaker 1: What do you think, oh, I mean, Mark, when harkers
- 9:01Speaker 1: you and you know everything, I did not know that either.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I think it's very strange al THEO. They're so unique,
- 9:08Speaker 1: these ladies I'm choosing my words carefully. I don't see
- 9:11Speaker 1: them dating anybody. I just see the two of them
- 9:13Speaker 1: like growing old together, just the two sisters, like great gardens.
- 9:17Speaker 1: You know. It's funny. I see myself as like the
- 9:19Speaker 1: forgotten awesome twin because we have the same birthday, the
- 9:22Speaker 1: same day, in the same year. But no one talks
- 9:24Speaker 1: about that. But I will say, though, when when if
- 9:29Speaker 1: you do the math, when Dax and Ashley were dating,
- 9:31Speaker 1: she was around twenty years old, which is when the
- 9:34Speaker 1: Alsen twins were really popping off like they were. They
- 9:36Speaker 1: were out in the clubs of paparazzi were stalking them.
- 9:39Speaker 1: They were always like drunk, So it was an interesting
- 9:42Speaker 1: time for them to be alive. And I'm kind of
- 9:43Speaker 1: curious to know what that relationship looked like. Yeah, yeah,
- 9:47Speaker 1: I hope he talks more about this. Mark. Have you
- 9:50Speaker 1: had a secret boyfriend? Is there somebody that you've kissed
- 9:54Speaker 1: in the past, Maybe not a boyfriend, but you've kissed
- 9:57Speaker 1: that people don't really know about something you keep secret.
- 10:00Speaker 1: I'll confess first, I once kissed George Michael. George Michael, Yes,
- 10:05Speaker 1: in a club in what how was it slopping? And
- 10:12Speaker 1: I think I'm talking about myself like I think it
- 10:14Speaker 1: like me and I was obsessed. You're obsessed, yeah, obsessed?
- 10:19Speaker 1: But what about you ever talked to me again? Look
- 10:21Speaker 1: at your dad. There's such a reporter. You can't let
- 10:23Speaker 1: it go. I knew that follow up. No, it was
- 10:26Speaker 1: a silly night in the club and I somehow pushed
- 10:29Speaker 1: myself into the VIP section and George Michael was there
- 10:34Speaker 1: and I sat by him on a couch and then
- 10:36Speaker 1: he grabbed me and kissed me, and then I never
- 10:38Speaker 1: saw him. Oh my god. And I think it was
- 10:40Speaker 1: George build the Plumber from Bristol instead. But I think,
- 10:47Speaker 1: do you want to confess the name Mark? You don't
- 10:49Speaker 1: have to somebody that's going to shock us. I can't
- 10:51Speaker 1: confess the names. I don't kiss and tell, but I
- 10:53Speaker 1: can tell you since he's our dearly departed friend. M
- 10:57Speaker 1: Louis Anderson once asked me out on a date and
- 10:59Speaker 1: he I give myself one number, and then he texted
- 11:02Speaker 1: me and I just politely was unavailable. Oh God, bless
- 11:08Speaker 1: them both, and they both deceased. Mark. It's terrible. It's terrible. Hey,
- 11:13Speaker 1: let's move along. So Jennifer Hudson has a new talk show.
- 11:17Speaker 1: We broke this news. First, I knew she was doing
- 11:19Speaker 1: her pilot. She's working with Ellen's team, Ellen's producers. In fact,
- 11:23Speaker 1: she even taped her pilot on Ellen's set. Ellen lent
- 11:27Speaker 1: her the set to take the pilot. It's gonna debut
- 11:30Speaker 1: in fall on Fox TV stations. I try not to
- 11:33Speaker 1: talk bad about upcoming shows because I want to get
- 11:37Speaker 1: on the mark, so I can't shoot myself in the foot. So, Jennifer,
- 11:40Speaker 1: if you're listening a lower lower alone, if you need
- 11:42Speaker 1: some gossip, give me a call. But I will say,
- 11:45Speaker 1: I'm not sure Jennifer has a big enough personality to
- 11:50Speaker 1: carry a talk show. What do you think? Yeah? You know,
- 11:54Speaker 1: we have Kelly Parkinson who sings and dances at the
- 11:56Speaker 1: beginning of every show, and I would imagine Jennifer will
- 11:59Speaker 1: did the same. Um, this feels very unexpected and random
- 12:02Speaker 1: to me. You know, I'm a fan of Jennifer Hudson's
- 12:04Speaker 1: I don't know that I need to see her every
- 12:06Speaker 1: day on TV doing interviews and other stuff, but I
- 12:10Speaker 1: guess let's see what happens, right. Yeah, I'm a fan
- 12:13Speaker 1: of her singing. I must I think she sings like
- 12:17Speaker 1: an angel. She's an incredible talent. I've met her a
- 12:20Speaker 1: few times. It's not the biggest personality. I'm not saying
- 12:24Speaker 1: she doesn't have a personality. We all have personalities. It's
- 12:27Speaker 1: the people that have the big ones generally do better
- 12:30Speaker 1: on television, unless you're on a panel show. But this
- 12:32Speaker 1: is called the Jennifer Hudson Show, and so I'll be
- 12:35Speaker 1: interested to see it. I think the rules have changed.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Like I think part of the success of Kelly Clarkson,
- 12:41Speaker 1: it's not just being that she sings. She's a real
- 12:44Speaker 1: open book, like she talks about wait, she talks about divorced.
- 12:48Speaker 1: She talks about stuff that I think really sucks you in.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I don't know if Jennifer will go there. I don't know.
- 12:54Speaker 1: I hope she does. Oh, I hope she wants to
- 12:58Speaker 1: go there, because if she's forced to go to some
- 13:00Speaker 1: place she's not comfortable, it's not going to work. No,
- 13:02Speaker 1: and Rob, you know, we've talked about this before. It's
- 13:05Speaker 1: very hard to keep a talk show on the air.
- 13:07Speaker 1: A lot of shows burn out one year or two years,
- 13:09Speaker 1: it's over. Um, you know, I'm rooting for her, and
- 13:11Speaker 1: I you know I have I'm sure I will have
- 13:13Speaker 1: a lot of friends who all work at that show
- 13:14Speaker 1: because they have a lot of friends in daytime and
- 13:16Speaker 1: it's it's really it's a grind, but um, you know,
- 13:19Speaker 1: let's see what happens, do you know? Pretty fast? Like
- 13:22Speaker 1: when you watch a new show mark as a TV inside,
- 13:26Speaker 1: when when the first episode airs, can you look at
- 13:29Speaker 1: that and say, hit, yeah, you know it's funny. I
- 13:33Speaker 1: remember thinking when Nate Berkas had a talk show O
- 13:35Speaker 1: Brose Protege. I wanted to work at that show so badly.
- 13:39Speaker 1: I was like, it's going to be such a hit
- 13:41Speaker 1: and Rob that was the biggest flop. It really was. Yeah, yeah,
- 13:46Speaker 1: I remember that first episode. I worked as the publicist
- 13:50Speaker 1: on jan La van Zand's tour show with Barbara Walters.
- 13:56Speaker 1: The first episode market was taped. It wasn't live. It
- 13:59Speaker 1: was like four where I was. I mean, she just
- 14:01Speaker 1: kept going and I was sitting in the control room
- 14:04Speaker 1: with Barbara Walters, who was not happy. Let me just
- 14:07Speaker 1: say that, and I was like, oh my good dear, hey,
- 14:10Speaker 1: quickly before we get a break, what's going on with
- 14:13Speaker 1: Harry Hamlin and Lisa Renna. Oh yeah, so he's opening
- 14:16Speaker 1: up about his sex life. I mean, who knew? Who knew.
- 14:20Speaker 1: So Harry Hamlin is opening up about all the sex
- 14:23Speaker 1: he's had in his life, his wife, Lisa, Renna and
- 14:27Speaker 1: Andy Cohen, and is now somehow a part of this.
- 14:29Speaker 1: He had interviewed. Harry told him that he really appreciated
- 14:34Speaker 1: that he had thanked Lisa for the great sex he
- 14:36Speaker 1: had at the end of his memoir and doesn't tend so.
- 14:39Speaker 1: And he then asked if things between the sheets were
- 14:42Speaker 1: still hot and heavy since that since the ten years
- 14:45Speaker 1: had passed, and Harry said, of course they are. Andy
- 14:50Speaker 1: says we're still married, to which Andy replied, I've talked
- 14:53Speaker 1: to many other married couples who have been married for
- 14:56Speaker 1: ten plus years, fifteen plus years, twenty plus years who
- 14:58Speaker 1: can't say that the sex is still great. And he goes,
- 15:01Speaker 1: what do you attribute that to? And Rob Harry responded,
- 15:05Speaker 1: he said, I'm sorry about that. Perhaps a lack of
- 15:09Speaker 1: erectile dysfunction. I don't have that condition, Harry, Please to
- 15:15Speaker 1: hear it. I'm not sure I needed to, but please
- 15:19Speaker 1: to hear it. Did you know Harry Hamlin is seventy.
- 15:22Speaker 1: That's fabulous And I will say I appreciate him talking
- 15:25Speaker 1: about sex at seventy because I feel like it's kind
- 15:27Speaker 1: of taboo in our in our society, it's like for
- 15:30Speaker 1: older people to express their their sexuality. And I think,
- 15:33Speaker 1: you know, good for him, and I hope I'm having
- 15:35Speaker 1: sex at seventy. I don't like talking about sex at
- 15:38Speaker 1: any age, at any age. I'm blushing right now. Meanwhile,
- 15:42Speaker 1: when he talks about he's married friends who have been
- 15:45Speaker 1: married for years and I'm not having good sex, my
- 15:49Speaker 1: mind went straight to Sarah, Jessica Park, Matthew Broderick say
- 15:54Speaker 1: no more. Let's take a quick break and we will
- 15:56Speaker 1: do right. Welcome back to the Naughty but a Friend
- 16:04Speaker 1: Mark Loop. Oh hey, loopy, let's get to the polls.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Very official. Jennifer Anderson swears that added an egg to
- 16:14Speaker 1: oatmeal at breakfast fills you up all day? Can you
- 16:17Speaker 1: believe that was the lead story on the show Mark Yesterday.
- 16:20Speaker 1: I just love it. I love a diet story. I
- 16:22Speaker 1: love a jed story. My question was appalled, you're appalled.
- 16:27Speaker 1: My question was, can we trust rate your green Let's
- 16:30Speaker 1: have a look. Seventy said yes, se we just love
- 16:34Speaker 1: that friend. You don't love it. I love Jennifer Aniston
- 16:37Speaker 1: more than any woman in Hollywood, But they have a
- 16:40Speaker 1: really hard time taking any kind of diet advice for celebrity.
- 16:43Speaker 1: I just don't believe them. Sorry, I don't believe it.
- 16:46Speaker 1: It's like Bethany frank Call takes pictures of her inside mcdonnald. Oh,
- 16:50Speaker 1: I just needed a big matt. No, no, okay, don't
- 16:54Speaker 1: forget To vote on to a day's poll, go to
- 16:56Speaker 1: a Twitter page at naughty nice rab our facebook page
- 16:58Speaker 1: is naughty, but I'll be sure to check back tomorrow
- 17:01Speaker 1: to hear your results. And now it's time for our
- 17:05Speaker 1: noisest of the day. Ah well, Rob, it's two of
- 17:11Speaker 1: our favorites, Kate Middleton and Prince William. Oh, love them,
- 17:18Speaker 1: love them. So this story is really funny. It's uh,
- 17:21Speaker 1: this story is really cute. So a woman named Nikki Hurst,
- 17:24Speaker 1: who works at the Nikki who works at the country
- 17:27Speaker 1: Fair Whole Foods and Fine Cheeses, met Kate and William
- 17:31Speaker 1: out in Wales and stopped the couple as they approached
- 17:34Speaker 1: her at the cheese stand. So of the meeting, Nikki said,
- 17:39Speaker 1: I wasn't sure what they'd be like or what to
